Family Evicted After Fire Without Alarms | Lafayette Louisiana News
A family in Lafayette escapes a devastating electrical fire that started at the stove—thanks to no working smoke detectors, no fire extinguishers, and unusable back doors. Though they survived, they’re now facing an impossible ultimatum from their landlord: clean up the damage themselves or leave the home. One mom even ran back into the flames to rescue others.
