  I've been in my new neighborhood for about three months and one of the married

  neighbors down the street keeps stopping by every time when I'm outside to chat with

  me. I've been doing a lot of yard work things outside of my house

  because I'm making it a home, and the guy down the street keeps stopping

  by to have long, drawn out conversations. Maybe it's just me, maybe

  I'm over analyzing, but I feel like he's being flirty because when he walks

  down the street with his wife or girlfriend or whoever it is, with their

  dog, he just simply waves, that's it. They keep going. But

  when he's by himself, when he comes by in his truck, he pulls

  over, has a long conversation, and I feel like he's being flirty.

  I don't know how to handle this because in the past I've been wrong and

  that person was not flirting with me. So I don't want to look the

  lunatic new neighbor. What do I do here? I mean, I think

  he's definitely flirting if when he's alone he's stopping and chatting, but when he's

  with his wife or girlfriend, they just keep walking. Yeah, that's a

  problem flirting. I don't know how she handles it, because it's gonna make

  things awkward either way. Well, because she's a new neighbor and so she

  talk to me When I see him walking down the street with his girlfriend.

  So my first instinct is that he is obviously acting like himself in front of

  her when they're alone, but as soon as the wife is there, he's

  afraid that he's going to get caught for saying or doing something inappropriate. So

  obviously his behavior is inconsistent, so he's probably flirting with her in my opinion,

  What do you even do though? Do you tell him like, hey,

  this isn't cool. You got you have a partner? Or does she

  go tell the partner like watch your boy? That is a tough call.

  I think that there's a lot of people out there that would go tell the

  partner, but I think that it's better, especially if you're going to be
