- 0:57Speaker 1: and today we're gonna continue our verse by verse study
- 1:01Speaker 1: through the Book of Jeremiah. Now, in today's passage, God
- 1:06Speaker 1: is addressing a nation that has ignored correction for so
- 1:11Speaker 1: long that they've reached a point of spiritual numbness. They
- 1:18Speaker 1: still have religion, but they have lost the art of repentance.
- 1:27Speaker 1: They forgot how to truly repent. They were just religious.
- 1:33Speaker 1: They just added God to their day while they continue
- 1:37Speaker 1: to live a life of sin. Actually, they thought they
- 1:40Speaker 1: were in bolden. They thought that they could sin, that
- 1:43Speaker 1: they were okay because they went to church. How many
- 1:48Speaker 1: people do we know who aren't in that same state
- 1:52Speaker 1: of mind. So today's title is is therere no bomb
- 1:57Speaker 1: in Gilead? And so as we jump into it, we
- 2:03Speaker 1: want to invite everyone to meet us in the live chat.

- 2:37Speaker 1: shout and we will shout you out live right here
- 2:39Speaker 1: on the podcast and the live chat. That's where we do.
- 2:44Speaker 1: Our games are trivia things like that. Also, we hold
- 2:48Speaker 1: each other accountable. The Bible says that the path at
- 2:52Speaker 1: least a life is narrow, but it didn't say we
- 2:55Speaker 1: have to be lonely or by ourselves. Right. We can
- 2:58Speaker 1: sharpen each other, the Bible says, iron sharp desire. We
- 3:02Speaker 1: can encourage each other. We can greet in prayer to
- 3:06Speaker 1: help each other stay down this road. All we have
- 3:10Speaker 1: to do, though, is be honest with ourselves, have integrity,
- 3:14Speaker 1: allow the word of God to examine us in allow
- 3:18Speaker 1: our brothers and sisters to correct us with the word
- 3:21Speaker 1: of God when necessary. It's a walk only for the humble,
- 3:28Speaker 1: only for those who have integrity, only for those who say,
- 3:32Speaker 1: you know what I cannot do this by myself, and
- 3:36Speaker 1: God then not design that to do it by ourselves.
- 3:38Speaker 1: That's why we are the body of Christ. That's why
- 3:41Speaker 1: we're supposed to be united in this walk. That's why
- 3:46Speaker 1: we do go to church, and we have spiritual leaders
- 3:48Speaker 1: to help us. But we have to find those who
- 3:51Speaker 1: are faithful. Amen. With that, let's go ahead and pray.
- 3:55Speaker 1: Heavenly Father, we invite you into our day. We invite
- 3:59Speaker 1: you into our hearts, our minds, our emotions, our thoughts.
- 4:03Speaker 1: We ask you to be the Lord over us overall
- 4:06Speaker 1: Jesus be exalted as the king of our hearts. Oh Lord.
- 4:10Speaker 1: We pick up our cross. Lord, We deny ourselves Lord,
- 4:14Speaker 1: so that we can follow you daily. We ask Father God,
- 4:17Speaker 1: that you will help us Lord in this podcast, this
- 4:20Speaker 1: episode touch those we need to be touched by your spirit.
- 4:23Speaker 1: O God, Lord. Send it out like a missile, Lord God,
- 4:27Speaker 1: like a weapon, O God. I pray, Father God, Oh Lord,
- 4:30Speaker 1: that this podcast will get many clicks and many downloads
- 4:34Speaker 1: and many listens, Oh God, so that people can find
- 4:39Speaker 1: value and find what they need, Father God, not just
- 4:43Speaker 1: so that we can be a popular podcast, but so
- 4:46Speaker 1: that we can help spiritually those who need help. Oh God,
- 4:50Speaker 1: and we ask this in Jesus Mighty name ay man.
- 4:57Speaker 1: All right, So we are in the Book of Jeremiah,
- 4:59Speaker 1: chapter Eat, starting in verse eleven, we're coming at you
- 5:03Speaker 1: from the King James version. I normally like to come
- 5:07Speaker 1: at you from the new King James, but we're gonna
- 5:09Speaker 1: do the King James for a little while. Switch it
- 5:13Speaker 1: up for a little bit, and man and so Verse
- 5:18Speaker 1: eleven says, for they have healed the hurt of the
- 5:24Speaker 1: daughter of my people, slightly saying peace when there was
- 5:30Speaker 1: no peace. So let's break that down real quick, right,
- 5:35Speaker 1: But leaders, we're offering shallow, very shallow comfort. And it
- 5:42Speaker 1: really sounds like the leaders of today the message is
- 5:46Speaker 1: watered down. There's no repentance, and a lot of sermons today. Right,
- 5:53Speaker 1: they were treating spiritual wounds like they were minor issues,
- 6:00Speaker 1: like the spiritual world or the spiritual life does not matter,
- 6:06Speaker 1: or it's nine yes central. A lot of pastors will
- 6:10Speaker 1: send you out to see professional psychiatrist or professional counselors
- 6:16Speaker 1: that do not use the word of God, like the
- 6:18Speaker 1: Word of God is able to address every issue that
- 6:24Speaker 1: man will ever face. We just have to dig into it. Amen. Now,
- 6:31Speaker 1: false prophets always tell people what they want to hear
- 6:36Speaker 1: instead of what they need to hear. This is so
- 6:42Speaker 1: happening today, beloved people. They want a feel good message
- 6:47Speaker 1: without real repentance, without real change, without turning to God
- 6:54Speaker 1: and turning away from which should be our basic function
- 6:59Speaker 1: in our relationship with God. We should constantly be turning
- 7:02Speaker 1: away from this world, from ourself, from the flesh, and
- 7:06Speaker 1: turning to God. It's a skill that is learned, but
- 7:12Speaker 1: a lot of people are not being trained. You see,
- 7:16Speaker 1: real healing only starts when truth is spoken, not when
- 7:22Speaker 1: pain is ignored. A man, we have to speak truth
- 7:28Speaker 1: over our pain and over the issues of life. Verse twelve.
- 7:33Speaker 1: Were they ashamed when they had committed abomination? Nay, they
- 7:41Speaker 1: were not at all ashamed either. Could they blush? Therefore
- 7:46Speaker 1: shall they fall among them that fall in the time
- 7:50Speaker 1: of their visitation? They shall be cast down, says the Lord.
- 7:58Speaker 3: It looks another one.
- 7:59Speaker 1: Now sin had become a normal part of life, we
- 8:03Speaker 1: could be so broken and so sinful to where our
- 8:06Speaker 1: flesh will begin to crave it and desire it. Right,
- 8:12Speaker 1: That's why you see children who get abused sexually. First
- 8:15Speaker 1: it is traumatized, But if it continues and they grow
- 8:19Speaker 1: up and get older, they become the perpetrator. Right, That's
- 8:26Speaker 1: what sin will do. And I mean it's not their
- 8:29Speaker 1: fault that they you know, a lot of them don't know.
- 8:33Speaker 1: They didn't ask for this, But I'm just sharing the pattern.
- 8:38Speaker 1: When there's no shame anymore, when sin loses shame, society
- 8:45Speaker 1: is already in deep spiritual decline. When we can parade
- 8:49Speaker 1: our sins in public down the street, when we could
- 8:52Speaker 1: be proud about our sin, when we get to the
- 8:57Speaker 1: point where we call good evil and evil good, it
- 9:01Speaker 1: is a very sad spiritual state to be in. One
- 9:11Speaker 1: of the traps we need to avoid as a society
- 9:16Speaker 1: is being desensitized. Right, Things that we used to be
- 9:23Speaker 1: ashamed of, things that were unthinkable at one point becomes acceptable.
- 9:31Speaker 1: And we know. I want to give a shout out
- 9:34Speaker 1: to our brother Antipas out there in California. They're doing
- 9:38Speaker 1: a huge, huge movement called Save our Children. They are
- 9:43Speaker 1: doing unthinkable things to our children today, to the innocent,
- 9:49Speaker 1: to those who need our protection and guidance. The sex
- 9:53Speaker 1: trafficking industry are exploiting our children. People are profiting off
- 10:00Speaker 1: of hurting our little ones, and it is getting to
- 10:04Speaker 1: the point where it's acceptable. In a lot of areas
- 10:09Speaker 1: of society, horrible things, unthinkable things are being done to
- 10:16Speaker 1: our children. Where is that outrage? Where is that outcry? Right?
- 10:22Speaker 1: It shouldn't be a very few. It shouldn't be some
- 10:26Speaker 1: churches that do at all. The churches should cry out
- 10:28Speaker 1: against the treatment. What used to be shameful becomes celebrated.
- 10:38Speaker 1: That is a sad spiritual state of a nation. Amen,
- 10:45Speaker 1: Verse thirteen. I will surely consume them, says the Lord.
- 10:50Speaker 1: There shall be no grapes on the vine, nor figs
- 10:55Speaker 1: on the tree, and the leaf shall fade in. The
- 11:00Speaker 1: things that I have given them shall pass away from them. Now,
- 11:07Speaker 1: this is a horrendous curse. Right here God describes judgment
- 11:12Speaker 1: that affects provision and fruitfulness. How many of us have
- 11:18Speaker 1: been there before? Right once? It was something that God
- 11:25Speaker 1: has blessed us with as a nation, will one day
- 11:29Speaker 1: be removed. Now, look at the United States of America.
- 11:32Speaker 1: While we used to be the dollar standard, we used
- 11:37Speaker 1: to be the richest nation in the world, other nations
- 11:42Speaker 1: like China are catching up to us, and our dollar
- 11:47Speaker 1: standard is being threatened. It's being threatened big time, hey man.
- 11:59Speaker 1: And we need to understand, we need to really pray
- 12:04Speaker 1: for our nation. When people refuse God, even blessing will
- 12:14Speaker 1: lose suitability. Right, things become unstable in our economy. Like
- 12:26Speaker 1: we've seen today, Everything is sustained by God and God alone.
- 12:40Speaker 1: When a nation or person pushes God away, then eventually
- 12:52Speaker 1: that nation or that person will experience loss. Not because
- 12:57Speaker 1: God is cruel, but because he is being rejected. We
- 13:05Speaker 1: reject God to our own hurt, into our own pain.
- 13:16Speaker 1: Only if we could learn from history, Only if they
- 13:22Speaker 1: would read the book of Jeremiah and do a in
- 13:25Speaker 1: depth study in the White House, I believe that this
- 13:29Speaker 1: could turn things around for our nation. Amen, verse fourteen,
- 13:34Speaker 1: Why do we sit still? Assembol ourselves and let us
- 13:40Speaker 1: enter into the defiance defianced cities, excuse me, defense cities,
- 13:53Speaker 1: and let us be silent there for the Lord, our God,
- 13:56Speaker 1: has put us to silence and given us order of
- 14:01Speaker 1: God to dream because we have sinned against the Lord.
- 14:09Speaker 1: Let's break that down right. People begin to realize something
- 14:14Speaker 1: is wrong, but when it's too late, they acknowledge judgment
- 14:20Speaker 1: has come finally. Now, conviction that comes too late is
- 14:28Speaker 1: not repentance, it's regret. I'd rather repent before I enter
- 14:37Speaker 1: a state of regret. There's a lot of decisions and
- 14:40Speaker 1: a lot of events that has happened that I regret now.
- 14:45Speaker 1: I don't want to do that in my walk and
- 14:47Speaker 1: relationship with God and man. That's something we do not
- 14:51Speaker 1: ever want to do. Now. Here's the difference between repentance
- 14:58Speaker 1: and greet gret. Repentance means returning to God. Regret means
- 15:04Speaker 1: we realize we've missed God right. God has always calling
- 15:11Speaker 1: us before the consequences come. And once we realize that
- 15:17Speaker 1: God has been trying to reach us but it's too late,
- 15:22Speaker 1: that's where regret will kick. In verse thirteen, we looked
- 15:29Speaker 1: for peace, but no good came, and for a time
- 15:33Speaker 1: of health, and behold trouble. They expected peace without repentance.
- 15:44Speaker 1: The peace without God is nothing but an illusion. When
- 15:51Speaker 1: we said that again, peace without God is nothing but
- 15:56Speaker 1: an illusion. True peace is not the absence of problems
- 16:00Speaker 1: at all. It is the presence of God. Let me
- 16:04Speaker 1: say that again. Truth. Peace is not the absence of problems.
- 16:10Speaker 1: True peace is the presence of God. Now, family, many
- 16:16Speaker 1: people chase after peace and they think they can get
- 16:21Speaker 1: it through money. If they made more money, they pursue
- 16:25Speaker 1: certain relationships. If I can only be with this person,
- 16:29Speaker 1: my life will change. This person will deliver me or
- 16:33Speaker 1: even success. They try to get education, they try to
- 16:36Speaker 1: get that next degree. They're constantly trying to learn, build skills.
- 16:41Speaker 1: And we can see right now what AI is doing
- 16:45Speaker 1: to a lot of these jobs. Right But if God
- 16:52Speaker 1: is not a part of it, if God is not
- 16:54Speaker 1: in it, peace will not stay. Peace is an illusion
- 17:05Speaker 1: without God. Jeremiah is painting a painful picture people wounded
- 17:13Speaker 1: but unwilling to receive the healing. Is there no bomb
- 17:29Speaker 1: in Gilead Verse sixteen through twenty. I mean, actually verse sixteen,
- 17:40Speaker 1: the snortine of his horses has was heard from Dan.
- 17:47Speaker 1: The snorting of his herd horses was heard from Dan.
- 17:50Speaker 1: And what I imagine when I read that is, you
- 17:53Speaker 1: know those cars that are loud. I was driving the
- 17:56Speaker 1: freeway the other day and there was a car, his engine,
- 17:59Speaker 1: his motor when they reaped it like, it was loud
- 18:02Speaker 1: when you, especially like I heard it, and you could
- 18:05Speaker 1: tell those from a distance, it was still loud, but
- 18:07Speaker 1: I couldn't tell which car was. But when I got
- 18:10Speaker 1: next to it, it was a real out and I
- 18:13Speaker 1: was like, man, but dude, the horses. Right, you can
- 18:20Speaker 1: hear the horses from the tribe of Dana, and that's
- 18:23Speaker 1: the northern tribe, the most northern tribe in Israel, that
- 18:29Speaker 1: would have been the first tribe to be invaded. The
- 18:34Speaker 1: whole land trembled at the sound of the name of
- 18:39Speaker 1: the strong Ones, for they are come and have devoured
- 18:45Speaker 1: the land and all that is in it, the city
- 18:51Speaker 1: and those that dwell therein. They devoured the city and
- 18:56Speaker 1: those that were This was this was a powerful judgment. Beloved,
- 19:00Speaker 1: I pray that we will never see this side of God. Amen.
- 19:07Speaker 1: But this is a side of God that people do
- 19:10Speaker 1: not want to know. They don't want to be taught,
- 19:12Speaker 1: they don't want to hear it. But thankfully on this
- 19:16Speaker 1: podcast we go verse by verse, chapter by chapter. Amen,
- 19:20Speaker 1: this is a picture of an invasion and fear of
- 19:25Speaker 1: the nation. Judgment is no longer a warning. It is arriving.
- 19:30Speaker 1: They heard about it, they heard about it, they rejected,
- 19:33Speaker 1: the false teachers denied it. The false prophets said that
- 19:37Speaker 1: they would have peace. But now they hear these horses
- 19:42Speaker 1: that have come to invade their nation, and they are afraid.
- 19:51Speaker 1: You see, when God moves his protection, even small forces
- 19:56Speaker 1: can become overwhelming. Right. They probably didn't even need the
- 20:03Speaker 1: Nation and Babylon to invade a small country could have
- 20:06Speaker 1: probably struck fear in their hearts. But family, the truth is,
- 20:12Speaker 1: when we remove God from our lives, we don't just
- 20:16Speaker 1: lose our peace, we lose our covering. What once felt
- 20:23Speaker 1: stable starts shaking. Right. That's one of the important things
- 20:28Speaker 1: of finding a church. A faithful church is you. There's
- 20:32Speaker 1: an extra layer of covering when you submit your life
- 20:36Speaker 1: to spiritual leaderships. God is a God of order. Do
- 20:39Speaker 1: you want to fight the devil in this world and
- 20:42Speaker 1: your flesh on your own? Or do you want brothers
- 20:46Speaker 1: and sisters? Do you want to join the army of God? Right? Amen?
- 20:54Speaker 1: God is a God of order Verse seventeen. For behold,
- 21:01Speaker 1: I will send serpents cockatrites among you, which will not
- 21:08Speaker 1: be charmed, and they shall bite you, says the Lord. Wow,
- 21:14Speaker 1: that right there would have caused me to repent. I
- 21:16Speaker 1: don't like no snakes, especially a COCKA trant sounds horrible.
- 21:20Speaker 1: I don't know what one is, but I don't I
- 21:23Speaker 1: barely hate rattlesnakes. Now, God, he's telling them the judgment.
- 21:31Speaker 1: He's telling them, He's describing the type of judgment that
- 21:35Speaker 1: they're gonna face. Now there's an army that's surrounding the city.
- 21:39Speaker 1: Now there's Cockatrits that sounds Nancy Hunt, that's about to
- 21:43Speaker 1: bite him. And at these things says they can't be charmed.
- 21:50Speaker 1: So you know we've seen snake charmers, right, people playing
- 21:54Speaker 1: the flutes, and I don't know, I've seen it on
- 21:57Speaker 1: cartoons and I guess it happens like in the Middle East,
- 21:59Speaker 1: or they play a flute or something in the snack
- 22:02Speaker 1: starts to dance around. But these snaks scene, they ain't
- 22:05Speaker 1: gonna listen to no flute. They trying to bite you.
- 22:09Speaker 1: I would have repented, especially when I heard that prophecy.
- 22:17Speaker 1: Persistent rebellion eventually removes all human ability to manage consequences. Right,
- 22:27Speaker 1: we will find out how much we don't control when
- 22:32Speaker 1: we lose God's covering in God's protection over our lives,
- 22:37Speaker 1: beloved now family, There because a point where you can't
- 22:42Speaker 1: charm your way out of consequences anymore. Choices have outcomes,
- 22:48Speaker 1: Choices have consequences. Right before we make that decision, way
- 22:59Speaker 1: out all the consequences, weigh out your options. Look at
- 23:03Speaker 1: the pros and the cons. Before you put somebody on
- 23:07Speaker 1: blast on social media, Before you choose to go against
- 23:14Speaker 1: a certain person or a certain movement, especially if God's
- 23:18Speaker 1: hand is on that person, be careful when you gossip
- 23:23Speaker 1: and you slander somebody, and you come against somebody's ministry,
- 23:28Speaker 1: and when God's hand is on it. God doesn't choose
- 23:32Speaker 1: perfect people. You choose people who are willing and are yielded.
- 23:38Speaker 1: God can clean up their lives. Amen. God can deal
- 23:45Speaker 1: with his leaders. Our job is to pray for them.
- 23:54Speaker 1: Verse eighteen. When I would comfort myself against when I
- 23:59Speaker 1: would comfort myself against sorrow, my heart is faint in me. Now,
- 24:06Speaker 1: this is the prophet Jeremiah responding to the revelation that
- 24:12Speaker 1: God just gave him. And so we hear the heart
- 24:17Speaker 1: of the prophet in this verse right, Jeremiah is emotionally
- 24:22Speaker 1: overwhelmed by the coming judgment, the coming disaster upon his nation.
- 24:32Speaker 1: A true ministry involves crying sweat tears like we need
- 24:41Speaker 1: to connect with the people. And also we should carry
- 24:48Speaker 1: the burden of God's heart for people. We should have
- 24:52Speaker 1: a heart for people. We should have a heart knowing
- 24:56Speaker 1: that people are under way to hell. Sometimes I just
- 25:01Speaker 1: sit amongst a group of people when I'm at work
- 25:04Speaker 1: or wherever I'm at I hear their conversations. I hear
- 25:07Speaker 1: what they talk about in their conversations do not involve
- 25:13Speaker 1: God majority of the time, and I just my heart
- 25:19Speaker 1: goes out to them. I mean, they know you know
- 25:23Speaker 1: what I stand for most most of the time. They
- 25:25Speaker 1: know you know. Most of the times. I get animosity
- 25:29Speaker 1: for it right, for my faith in Christ, right where
- 25:33Speaker 1: there's a wall there where they only allow me to
- 25:36Speaker 1: go so far. But I pray for them. But my
- 25:39Speaker 1: heart breaks knowing that these people are underway to hell
- 25:45Speaker 1: if they don't get right with God. And what they're
- 25:48Speaker 1: talking about right now won't even matter what they care
- 25:51Speaker 1: about what right now won't even matter what they love
- 25:54Speaker 1: the most right now and hold most beer, will melt
- 26:00Speaker 1: on that dead judgment if they don't get right and
- 26:04Speaker 1: put God as priority in their lives right because it
- 26:12Speaker 1: shows us that Godly leadership fills things and they should
- 26:19Speaker 1: feel things in a deep way. Our pastor that fresh
- 26:23Speaker 1: wind always says God, I don't want to lead the
- 26:25Speaker 1: people if I can't feel them. His heart was to
- 26:27Speaker 1: feel the people that he's leading, and God has granted
- 26:32Speaker 1: him that right. But not everything in ministry is allowed.
- 26:38Speaker 1: Some of it is sorrow before God. Sometimes ministry can
- 26:47Speaker 1: be heartbreaking, man, and I've been there, especially with Club
- 26:54Speaker 1: his heartbreak after heartbreak, because you know what God wants
- 26:59Speaker 1: to do. Even the lives of people. A lot of
- 27:02Speaker 1: people just want to be independent. They think they can
- 27:05Speaker 1: do it on their own. Social media and the Internet
- 27:09Speaker 1: has messed up a lot of people because it gives
- 27:12Speaker 1: people an outlet to do things on their own and
- 27:17Speaker 1: to be independent. When they lose the blessing of community,
- 27:22Speaker 1: being trained, being strengthened right verse nineteen, behold the voice
- 27:33Speaker 1: of the city of the daughter of my people because
- 27:42Speaker 1: of them that dwell in a far country is not.
- 27:48Speaker 1: The Lord in Zion is not. They're a king in her.
- 27:54Speaker 1: Why have they provoked me to anger with her griven
- 28:00Speaker 1: graving images and with strange vanities? All right, I'll probably
- 28:07Speaker 1: butcher that up, but let's break it down. The people
- 28:13Speaker 1: are confused and they're crying at this point. They assume
- 28:16Speaker 1: God would automatically protect them despite their rebellion. They thought
- 28:22Speaker 1: that God would fight for them. They're confused, they don't
- 28:25Speaker 1: know what's going on. People often assume God's presence guarantees
- 28:31Speaker 1: blessing even while they are rejecting his word. Let me
- 28:39Speaker 1: say that again. People often assume that God's presence guarantees
- 28:45Speaker 1: blessing even while rejecting his word. I was in a
- 28:49Speaker 1: situation myself. There was a a woman that I knew
- 28:55Speaker 1: that actually we developed a friendship, and but we crossed boundaries.
- 29:04Speaker 1: I'm not gonna lie. It wasn't We didn't fall into
- 29:07Speaker 1: sexual sin or anything like that. But she was going
- 29:10Speaker 1: through a divorce. Now was at a time in my
- 29:13Speaker 1: life or my divorce was in process and things like that,
- 29:17Speaker 1: but we both were not all the way divorce. But
- 29:20Speaker 1: we decided, well, there was something going on I believe
- 29:24Speaker 1: in her church, and she wanted me to meet her
- 29:28Speaker 1: at a restaurant to kind of go over it. But still,
- 29:33Speaker 1: you know, we were crossing boundaries. And I was actually
- 29:37Speaker 1: confronted by her husband. Somehow he was tracking her, he
- 29:41Speaker 1: was watching her. He probably thought some things were going on.
- 29:44Speaker 1: I'm not sure what she was doing, what kind of
- 29:47Speaker 1: activities she was involved in, but I went in there
- 29:51Speaker 1: because she invited me and she wanted to. I don't know,
- 29:54Speaker 1: she think she was doing a bake sale or something
- 29:57Speaker 1: or some she was saying that involved her church, and
- 30:00Speaker 1: so I was sitting there and even though they were
- 30:03Speaker 1: separated going through a divorce, they were still married. So
- 30:07Speaker 1: I was confronted by him and there was a situation.
- 30:13Speaker 1: I mean it didn't last long or whatever, but I'm
- 30:16Speaker 1: like praying to God and asking God, like where, you know,
- 30:20Speaker 1: how come you didn't protect me? You know? How come?
- 30:23Speaker 1: You know this kind of came out of nowhere. Well,
- 30:26Speaker 1: I wasn't the wrong. I should have had no nothing
- 30:30Speaker 1: to do with her, especially in the process of divorce,
- 30:35Speaker 1: and you know, while she still had a husband, I
- 30:38Speaker 1: should have disrespected it, even though she convinced me. And
- 30:41Speaker 1: even though my heart was pure, you know, I wasn't
- 30:44Speaker 1: there to you know, try to get with her or
- 30:47Speaker 1: anything like that. You know, I was you know, sometimes
- 30:50Speaker 1: you could be a nice person, but you can get
- 30:53Speaker 1: taken advantage of him. And plus why allow our good
- 30:58Speaker 1: to be spoken evil of? You know? So I was
- 31:00Speaker 1: totally in the wrong, and I'm thankful that it didn't
- 31:04Speaker 1: escalate worse than what it was. So there was God's
- 31:09Speaker 1: grace on me at the time. But the whole confrontation,
- 31:12Speaker 1: I was confused, Like God, why didn't you protect me
- 31:16Speaker 1: and God convictim me. He even mentioned that I was
- 31:18Speaker 1: like a pastor or a minister, you know what I mean.
- 31:21Speaker 1: And so that was a bad witness on my part.
- 31:25Speaker 1: So sometimes we gotta be careful what situations we walk into,
- 31:30Speaker 1: even though we might not we might have good intentions, right,
- 31:36Speaker 1: And so these people were like that. They were like well,
- 31:40Speaker 1: I mean well, they were in straight out rebellion and
- 31:42Speaker 1: they thought that God would protect them anyway, even though
- 31:46Speaker 1: they rejected his word, they rejected obedience and family, we
- 31:52Speaker 1: can't live any rebellion and still expect peace. God is
- 31:58Speaker 1: not absent, but he is holy. He is a holy God. Amen.
- 32:07Speaker 1: Verse twenty, the harvest is passed, the summer is in it,
- 32:13Speaker 1: and we are not saved. Now, this is one of
- 32:19Speaker 1: the most tragic statements in scripture. This is a powerful verse.
- 32:25Speaker 1: I don't know if you've heard it before, but this
- 32:28Speaker 1: verse is powerful. Beloved it. What this verse is telling
- 32:35Speaker 1: us is that opportunity is gone, season has passed. Procrastination
- 32:47Speaker 1: in spiritual things is dangerous because opportunity is not guaranteed.
- 32:55Speaker 1: The devil's favorite word is tomorrow. Do it, tomorrow, tomorrow,
- 33:00Speaker 1: do it? We need to get older when we need
- 33:03Speaker 1: to realize the opportunity is now. God is always saying
- 33:07Speaker 1: do it now while you have the opportunity to do it. Family,
- 33:12Speaker 1: this is a wake up call. There are moments in
- 33:19Speaker 1: life when doors will close. God's mercy is available, but
- 33:27Speaker 1: it must be received while it is offered. People in
- 33:34Speaker 1: hell would love another opportunity to get it right, the
- 33:43Speaker 1: opportunity that you have right now, that I have right
- 33:46Speaker 1: now to get right with God, and they understand that
- 33:51Speaker 1: it's too late. Those are the words that they hear
- 33:57Speaker 1: over and over again and being tormented with it is
- 34:01Speaker 1: too late. You should have received the grace when you
- 34:06Speaker 1: have the opportunity. That's one of the most tragic feelings
- 34:13Speaker 1: and thoughts that a person who has missed God that
- 34:18Speaker 1: will torment them is that it's too late. They had
- 34:21Speaker 1: the opportunity and Beloved, life is short. I remember when
- 34:29Speaker 1: I was younger, when I was a teenager and in
- 34:32Speaker 1: my early twenties, I thought I would be young forever.
- 34:36Speaker 1: And now that I'm older and I'm looking back, I'm like, Okay,
- 34:41Speaker 1: the opportunities that I had been I may no longer
- 34:46Speaker 1: have now, or at least I have less time to
- 34:50Speaker 1: waste if I want to accomplish the things that I
- 34:55Speaker 1: would love to accomplish, especially the things of God. Right,
- 34:59Speaker 1: I know there's not time to be messing around. So
- 35:05Speaker 1: I want to say that to you. Belove it now.
- 35:07Speaker 1: It's not time to be messing around. If you know
- 35:09Speaker 1: God has called you, God has a plan for you.
- 35:12Speaker 1: He has an excitement on your life. Now is the time.
- 35:19Speaker 1: All right, let's take it break.

- 37:00Speaker 2: to go fight each other instead of fighting him. I
- 37:02Speaker 2: can't let the old me win.
- 37:04Speaker 4: Do you want me falling in his sins?
- 37:06Speaker 2: Saw him in the gym, took.
- 37:07Speaker 4: The heart like him.
- 37:09Speaker 2: Put my heart ain't out again.
- 37:11Speaker 1: Watch you cut the habits that I.

- 37:27Speaker 4: Thought so many times I was done, but you try
- 37:30Speaker 4: to leave the ninety nine for the one who knew
- 37:32Speaker 4: all I needed was a sign from the sun, who

- 41:24Speaker 1: God has been warning you about that you've been putting
- 41:28Speaker 1: off that you have not responded to it. You intend
- 41:35Speaker 1: to respond, but you've been like, you know what, I'll
- 41:37Speaker 1: do it tomorrow. I hear you God, but I got
- 41:41Speaker 1: time I'll take care of it later. That is nothing
- 41:44Speaker 1: but straight deception. Talk to your partner about it, pray

- 43:09Speaker 1: was time to head on over to the live chat
- 43:11Speaker 1: once again for our trivia brother Zone three he was
- 43:16Speaker 1: gone for a little way. He took a little trip,
- 43:17Speaker 1: but he's back now, and so there was an opportunity
- 43:21Speaker 1: to try to become the trivia champ in his absence.
- 43:26Speaker 1: But now that he's back, he got the question right yesterday.
- 43:30Speaker 1: So let's see who gets a question right today. Who
- 43:33Speaker 1: is the first one to post in the trivia The
- 43:36Speaker 1: question is who led Israel out of Egypt? Who led Israel?
- 43:43Speaker 1: This should be an easy one, right, who led Israel
- 43:46Speaker 1: out of Egypt? The first one to post it in
- 43:48Speaker 1: a live chat is the trivia champion for today. All right,
- 44:00Speaker 1: all right, it's time to give a community shout outs,
- 44:03Speaker 1: and this is an opportunity for us to let everyone
- 44:07Speaker 1: know what we got going with our organization. Or sometimes
- 44:12Speaker 1: we just share some of the recap some of the
- 44:14Speaker 1: events that we've had. And I tell you, we just
- 44:18Speaker 1: had a two day event at the Orleans Hotel in Casquino.
- 44:24Speaker 1: God is good, God is amazing. We were able to
- 44:29Speaker 1: impact thousands of people, young people who are in the
- 44:33Speaker 1: martial arts arena who were competing. There was a world championship.
- 44:41Speaker 1: We were invited out by Creation for a Cause that
- 44:45Speaker 1: is a media company, and they were like you know what,
- 44:49Speaker 1: we can use a DJ, and we brought out our
- 44:53Speaker 1: three sixty booth, and so we took the event to
- 44:56Speaker 1: the next level. Not to or pat of ourselves on
- 45:01Speaker 1: the back, but I mean it was amazing. We allowed
- 45:06Speaker 1: the martial artists to come and pose and they did
- 45:10Speaker 1: videos of themselves as they went, and they we did
- 45:17Speaker 1: our three sixty booth. People appreciated the music, they came
- 45:22Speaker 1: out to dance. They were getting into the vibe of things,
- 45:25Speaker 1: and I was told over and over again that they
- 45:28Speaker 1: appreciated us being there. There was a couple of times,
- 45:32Speaker 1: you know, the older crowd wanted us to turn it down,
- 45:35Speaker 1: so I was asked to turn it down towards the end,
- 45:39Speaker 1: but that only happened once a lot of people really
- 45:43Speaker 1: was vibing with us, and people heard about us. They
- 45:47Speaker 1: got exposed to the his Hot radio station, downloaded the app.
- 45:52Speaker 1: It was nothing but amazing. Two days at the Orleans
- 45:56Speaker 1: Hertel and Casino. We praised God. Now the Resort World
- 46:02Speaker 1: is coming up in August. In in July, we have
- 46:07Speaker 1: the Juvenile Detention Center that's gonna be happening as well.
- 46:12Speaker 1: So yes, it's gonna be amazing. It's gonna be awesome
- 46:18Speaker 1: if you can come out and support. If you'd like
- 46:20Speaker 1: to get involved with us, we do have a volunteer
- 46:23Speaker 1: sign up tab on our website if you would like
- 46:31Speaker 1: to do that and get involved with the next event.
- 46:37Speaker 1: But if you need DJ for your next event, we
- 46:41Speaker 1: started a DJ company and so we come with lights,
- 46:48Speaker 1: we come with sound, we come with our photo boosts.
- 46:51Speaker 1: We got two photo booths we can bring with us.
- 46:55Speaker 1: We can take your birthday or your event, your church event,
- 46:58Speaker 1: your school event to the next level. You can book
- 47:02Speaker 1: us on our website, his hot nation dot com. They
- 47:07Speaker 1: quick on the DJ page and you can see all
- 47:09Speaker 1: the information there. Last, but not least, we do want
- 47:18Speaker 1: to let you know that his Hot Mation is a
- 47:20Speaker 1: nonprofit organization. We are a five oh one ced three.
- 47:25Speaker 1: We opened up a Christian club back on twenty twelve,
- 47:29Speaker 1: a five thousand square foot venue, and we were able
- 47:36Speaker 1: to do shows every month for seven years straight. We
- 47:42Speaker 1: only skipped one month because it fell on Valentine's Day
- 47:47Speaker 1: and so we chose to celebrate with our wives that day.
- 47:52Speaker 1: But man, God has been good to us and we
- 47:54Speaker 1: believe that a community could use another Christian hangout play.
- 48:00Speaker 1: It's a Christian club like this where people can experience
- 48:03Speaker 1: live music and ministry. They can experience the word of
- 48:07Speaker 1: God and minister to our community. If you do also
- 48:12Speaker 1: believe that, well, you got to put your faith in action.
- 48:16Speaker 1: We asked that you would support us financially and become
- 48:20Speaker 1: a monthly supporter five dollars. Ten dollars a month is
- 48:25Speaker 1: helpful and greatly appreciated, and it's a tax right off.
- 48:29Speaker 1: So you can head on over to our website hisotnation
- 48:32Speaker 1: dot com or download the app his hout Radio and
- 48:36Speaker 1: all platforms you can donate there. We're looking for sponsors,
- 48:40Speaker 1: We're looking for monthly donors. We're looking for grants and
- 48:44Speaker 1: grant writers and volunteers, those who want to get involved
- 48:49Speaker 1: with our organization. And we do have a board in
- 48:53Speaker 1: board members pray about becoming a board members. I mean,
- 48:58Speaker 1: there is a quality location for that, but we would
- 49:02Speaker 1: like to add a few more people on our board
- 49:04Speaker 1: on our nonprofit. We will start praying about that to
- 49:10Speaker 1: see if God even wants that at this time, but
- 49:14Speaker 1: we could definitely use the help. And you don't have
- 49:17Speaker 1: to be on the board to be a part of
- 49:18Speaker 1: the organization. And my heart is that we will be
- 49:23Speaker 1: able to pay people, that people can quit their day
- 49:25Speaker 1: jobs and be able to work for our organization. Right,
- 49:30Speaker 1: we serve a big God. Amen. That is time for
- 49:38Speaker 1: me to wrap up. That is my time. I want
- 49:40Speaker 1: to thank every one of you for spending time with
- 49:42Speaker 1: us here on the podcast. But we're not gonna leave
- 49:46Speaker 1: without final comments. And as we close in prayer, hallelujah.
- 49:54Speaker 1: So we just went through Jeremiah chapter eight. We went
- 50:01Speaker 1: from verse sixteen to verse twenty, actually verse eleven or twenty.
- 50:08Speaker 1: When we see that judgment becomes real when warning is ignored,
- 50:16Speaker 1: we can reject God, reject God over and over again.
- 50:19Speaker 1: We rejected warning until the judgment hits and we regret
- 50:26Speaker 1: missing God. Right, you cannot manage consequences forever. Some consequences
- 50:35Speaker 1: you might be able to manage. You might be able
- 50:38Speaker 1: to compensate or overcome or hide or whatever brush under
- 50:44Speaker 1: the rug. But it comes a point when you can't
- 50:48Speaker 1: manage it, when the consequences have come because of our
- 50:54Speaker 1: own choices and our own decisions. Right, and we see
- 51:01Speaker 1: that God's heart will grieve over his people. God doesn't
- 51:04Speaker 1: want to judge his people. His heart breaks, He doesn't
- 51:08Speaker 1: want to punish people. He has no pleasure in the
- 51:13Speaker 1: death of the wicked. He rather that we would turn
- 51:17Speaker 1: from our rebellion and turn to him. Also, assumptions about
- 51:23Speaker 1: God can become dangerous. We cannot assume that God will
- 51:28Speaker 1: protect us when we're living an all out life of
- 51:31Speaker 1: rebellion and sin against Him. Even allowing some compromise to happen,
- 51:38Speaker 1: or allowing, like in my situation, allowing someone to pull
- 51:41Speaker 1: you into a situation where God's hand is not in it,
- 51:48Speaker 1: then we get what we get right. That's why we
- 51:52Speaker 1: got to stay in God's word. We cannot assume anything
- 51:55Speaker 1: of God. We have to study and search out God's
- 51:58Speaker 1: character and God's words. His spiritual delay can lead to
- 52:03Speaker 1: lost opportunity if we keep saying tomorrow, tomorrow, tomorrow, Tomorrow
- 52:09Speaker 1: may never come. Tomorrow is not promised to nobody, hey man,
- 52:18Speaker 1: And the biggest lesson is don't wait until the harvest
- 52:22Speaker 1: is past. Don't wait. You might be young or youthful now,
- 52:28Speaker 1: but there will come a day if God allows you
- 52:31Speaker 1: to keep living, or you will be in your sixties,
- 52:34Speaker 1: seventies and eighties and you'll be like, what happened? Where
- 52:38Speaker 1: did the time go? Right? There's so much more that
- 52:44Speaker 1: I could have done if I would have had to
- 52:49Speaker 1: take an advantage of the time that was given to me.
- 52:54Speaker 1: Hey man, we don't want to be in that position.
- 53:00Speaker 1: Let's pray out family, Heavenly Father, Father, God, keep our
- 53:06Speaker 1: hearts sensitive to your voice. Aba. Help us not to
- 53:12Speaker 1: ignore your warnings or delay our obedience. O God, teach
- 53:19Speaker 1: us to respond quickly when you call. Lord, teach us
- 53:24Speaker 1: to hear quickly and react quickly, and submit quickly when
- 53:29Speaker 1: we hear your voice. Protect us from spiritual blindness and pride.
- 53:38Speaker 1: Let us not make assumptions, Oh God, but let us
- 53:42Speaker 1: get the revelation of your word and get it accurately.
- 53:48Speaker 1: Let me he ask us in Jesus' name, Amen, and
- 53:51Speaker 1: remember it's not about us. It's all about the Christ
- 53:55Speaker 1: in us. God. Bless y'all.
