Abdul is currently the Tight Ends and Fullbacks Coach at the University of Iowa. He is one of the best linebackers in the Kirk Ferentz Era and in Iowa history. We discuss how and why he found himself to Iowa City in back in 2002, and what it was like playing on some absolutely loaded rosters. Why Chad Greenway was so special next to him at LB, what sparked his coaching career, His path back to IC, his Mt Rushmore of Linebackers at Iowa, what he's excited about with the current TE room, and a bunch of talk that makes you feel like you are in the meeting room with the team!
