- 0:00There's so many things. Don't you just feel like, Oh, I'm too
- 0:02old for I can't do that now. I've I missed my opportunity. I
- 0:05should have done it when I was younger, you know, like I remember
- 0:08when I was heck a man. When I was twenty one, I remember
- 0:10thinking, here we go, I should have learned to play guitar. It's
- 0:12too late now, but I wish I would have played guitar growing up.
- 0:15I'm twenty one, you know, think I'm the oldest band of the world.
- 0:18Well, and how I am with golf games right now? Like I
- 0:20want to get I was loving golf when I was in college. As getting
- 0:24to the good part of the story, Oh, I'm sorry, I thought
- 0:26you finished it. Maybe it's because I knew the end. How do you
- 0:28think that was the end of the story, Because I obviously at some point
- 0:30did learn to play guitar. I know, and I feel like everybody already
- 0:33knows that. It's like it was breaking news. Okay, Well, long
- 0:36story short, I did play guitar, started a band, and well,
- 0:39here we are opening for Eve six Happy here he's rip. In fact,
- 0:43you're in a popular band, popular local band. Below standards, What were
- 0:47you saying you wanted to play tennis or something. Yeah, just a little
- 0:50tennis here and there, throw a ball around. Oh, I'm just saying
- 0:54golf would be that you're not too old. I would recommend that to everybody.
- 0:58And I'm a golfer obviously, but I still have friends who have.
- 1:00But a guy you are banned golf. Look at this guy's resume has on
- 1:06the radio wrestler. Holy moly. I mean, it's a natural progression for
- 1:11a male to once you kind of move on from like softball and like your
- 1:15high school sports. It's like everybody you got a golf because it's what everybody
- 1:19does. It's the best thing going, like no offense. But do you
- 1:23have a hobby where it's like you get to get together with all your best
- 1:26friends for hours outside playing a game you love and oh, by the way,
- 1:30you can drink and gamble the whole time. It's called Pato Patioween with
- 1:36wine. But be serious, it's not a hobby unless you can spend a
- 1:40ton of money on it. That's what I hear. But the point being
- 1:44that you're never too old to do something you've always wanted to do. And
- 1:48this woman who's seventy two years old is a perfect living example of that.
- 1:52Her name is Michelle, and sometime during her fifties her career went sour.
- 1:57She was a secretary throughout her career. That's going to be a tough age
- 2:00too, because you then, what do you do if you can't pick something
- 2:02up right now? Well, Miami, my mom went through it too.
- 2:05It's like, you know, they start hiring all these young women, people
- 2:08men out of college. That right, they're what the secretary, but they
- 2:13also do the marketing and the social media, you know, and it's just
- 2:16tough for people like Michelle. But thank god a friend of hers had an
- 2:20idea for her. She said, well, Michelle, have you ever considered
- 2:23doing full body massages with a happy ending? Oh? Stop man, and
- 2:30Michelle, I want to hear that's not really going on. And Michelle is
- 2:31two seventy two. She went, what is that? At seventy two?
- 2:38So she did. She began doing full body massages with the ending, and
- 2:44believe it or not, in her calendar filled that way. Her calendar filled
- 2:46right up. Yep, it was very much. It was not an undercover
- 2:50operation, that's just that's what she did. And so pretty sure that's illegal.
- 2:53She then parlayed that into you know, once the pandemic hits, she
- 2:58had to kind of pivot, and so she started an only Fans account and
- 3:01now Amanda in the year twenty twenty four, Michelle, at seventy two is
- 3:05in the top one percent of Only Fans earners. That's I mean, that's
- 3:10millions annually and she's seventy two. Now you're thinking, okay, but I've
- 3:14seen some seventy two year olds, Like, they don't look like it.
- 3:17I'm looking at her in her bron underwear. Heir, you are h Yeah,
- 3:22she looks like a grandma, you know what I mean. Just it's
- 3:24definite, exactly what you would expect. Also, more power to her.
- 3:28She's not Heidi, and she didn't get work or anything done. She's just
- 3:31sounds like all natural. Oh she is. Yeah. Does she have grandkids
- 3:36or anything? Do they know about this? Does she have kids? That's
- 3:38just out of curiosity, but I guess if it's like, hey, I'm
- 3:42doing this, here's a million dollars, close your eyes, kids, turn
- 3:46the other way. The kids have to be in the room. No,
- 3:50no, no, no, I'm saying, like, turn your head to
- 3:52the whole job at hand. Oh just like cause like if you knew your
- 3:54mom was doing this, would you be Yeah, you're weird. Okay,
- 4:00so you said it, You said a weird thing, and that you try
- 4:02to quick turn it around. Oh my god, you're weird for the thing
- 4:04I just said. No, you took it way too far. You're the
- 4:09only one who's been talking for the last like minute, and now I'm being
- 4:12you're the weirdo. Okay, you just can't hand. You're not mature enough
- 4:15for this conversation. Trending. Now here's what you need to know. This
- 4:19just feels too soon and maybe not a good idea. Did we kind of
- 4:23crush the hole? Let's not go down and check out the Titanic anymore after
- 4:26last year's ocean Gate tragedy. Was he you only hear about the one bad
- 4:30one. You don't hear how the successful trips they took down there. I
- 4:32don't know. There's an Ohio man that plans to take a two person submersible
- 4:36to the Titanic, he says, And I want to show the industry that
- 4:39it's safe after all. More power too, you don't have to go No
- 4:43what trus he knows what he's getting in not interested. I watched the movie
- 4:46I'm good. That doesn't replicate the experience you'd have being at the bottom of
- 4:48the ocean. No, thank you, that's not a dream of mine.
- 4:51It's like saying that seems like a nightmare to me. It's like I don't
- 4:55need a skydive. I've fallen off the bed before. You know, same
- 4:59thing. It's just more o the same sense. Really poor. It's exact
- 5:03analogy. It is really poor. It's like saying I don't need a sky
- 5:08dive. I'm looking at the sky right now. It's the same. I
- 5:13hope he makes it successfully so then we it will pave the way for us
- 5:15all to take a trip down. So emotionally invested though, like you remember,
- 5:19we were hitting and refreshed for like was it forty eight hours, maybe
- 5:23even longer than that, thinking that maybe yes, because it happened on like
- 5:27a Sunday, and I remember by like it was Wednesday or Thursday, and
- 5:31we still didn't know, like we had assumed that it had expl like waiting
- 5:36because you just want to know for sure. Yeah, I don't remember having
- 5:40much hope, and I didn't know those people, but you know, but
- 5:43they're still sad. The one dad brought his kid down there for a suicide
- 5:46mission, it felt like it wasn't a suicide mission. After sharing some of
- 5:50the reports, I'm excited to hear that this guy's doing it, because what
- 5:54if we had just given up, you know the first time the plane crashed.
- 5:58So sorry, that's it. We're can't do it anymore. All right.
- 6:00You're probably wondering why we're playing the Home Alone theme music. It's because
- 6:03the house is up for sale, five bedroom, six bathrooms, it's in
- 6:08Illinois. They're asking five point two five million dollars. But what I did
- 6:11not know. When you look this up, it's like, yeah, this
- 6:14is the house that was in it for the exterior. The interior of that
- 6:17movie was actually shot nearby at a high school. Well that's too bad.
- 6:21Who knew I would like, I'm sure the interior is just fine. It
- 6:24probably would have needed some updating anyway, if I remember right, the cabinets
- 6:28in the Home Alone house were a little outdated, but that'd be cool.
- 6:31How many million? I think five point twenty five million. A lot of
- 6:34people are wondering if you're going to buy it because you love Home Alone.
- 6:38I do love Home Alone. So much and five point two five million is
- 6:43just out of our budget. Just you know, she didn't go in a
- 6:47little under yeah low bomb. You know. Maybe uh see what happens wave
- 6:53the inspection. Maybe that'll be appealing for them that I would want an inspection
- 6:57on that house has been around a long time. Good. I wouldn't.
- 7:00The pones are good. I hate to get in there and find out the
- 7:04you know, foundations cracked. That wouldn't be good. All right. Fast
- 7:08food wars are happening. Burger King is launching their five dollars meal ahead of
- 7:12McDonald's, and they're celebrating their seventieth anniversary. The second best burger places round.
- 7:18That's pretty good, which is interesting because I would take a whopper over
- 7:21a big Mac any day of the week. Yeah, but that's where it
- 7:25ends. No, the fries is not close. So here's why I would
- 7:29go fries with Burger King because I like to dip them in the zesty sauce.
- 7:32But they get you with the chicken sandwich way better than Burger King than
- 7:35McDonald's the original long chicken sandwich. I don't why are they so long?
- 7:41I don't like tears are so juicy with zesty sauce. Oh my gosh.
- 7:45Yeah, but mccrispy and McDonald's not to mention, no chicken is just like
- 7:48industry standard for cheap chicken sandwiches. Are you sitting down still, because now
- 7:54I got to throw in Wendy's into the mix. This is a This is
- 7:56a real fast food war. They're bringing their junior bacon cheese burger out today
- 8:01through the end of the week for one cent. Okay, that's it.
- 8:03I'm not going to be tricked by their little marketing gimmick. By the way,
- 8:07we were talking about the h why they're square, because that kind of
- 8:09throws people off. Once again, I'd take Wendy's over McDonald's two for a
- 8:13burger. They We got a text here from somebody from actually Wisconsin saying the
- 8:16Wendy's burgers are square because they teach you to press all four corners while cooking
- 8:20them so that it's evenly cooked and it's juicy in every bite. So there's
- 8:26the science behind it. I don't know if that hands out. I made
- 8:28a good smash burger and they were round and it was juicy everywhere. Love
- 8:33a good smash. I'm hungry, all right, and well maybe you can
- 8:37get some fast food before the Tea Wolves game tonight. You watch it out
- 8:41for you going out. You've been I feel like you have been at more
- 8:43bars the last month because of this. Truly, I've been watching every game
- 8:46at a bar and I'm just I'm not going to do that tonight. It's
- 8:50over, obviously. Hey, listen, this is you need to say,
- 8:52though, because last time you gave up on them, they came back and
- 8:56they were like, you know what, Pike, we can do this for
- 8:58you, right, and they got her done. Game four is a must
- 9:00win or they're just gonna have a sweep like the Celtics did. I hope
- 9:05don Lebron James did it. He was down oh three onths against the Golden
- 9:07State Warriors, then he came back and won it. We'll see tonight.
- 9:11Seven thirty today, sunny, high sixty one an in the morning, big
- 9:15naety eight points seven. Here we go. Let's get into it the judgment
- 9:18zone. Every Tuesday, we like to dive right into somebody's personal dilemma.
- 9:22And this one as sticky as they come, Amanda. His name is Derek,
- 9:28and he's got himself a problem. So seven one two eight one ninety
- 9:31eight seven. Want to know what you think he should do. He's on
- 9:33the phone now. Good morning, Derek, Good morning. You got a
- 9:35situation that I don't think any man envs. Derek. Why don't you tell
- 9:39us what you got going on currently in your relationship? Okay? Well,
- 9:45so my girlfriend and I have been together for like eight months, and you
- 9:50know, like when we first started digging, I was looking up with another
- 9:52girl. Okay, but like you know, who's friends with both of us?
- 9:56You know, I was at the beginning, and like I told my
- 10:00off from that, I was, you know, kind of dating someone casually
- 10:01when we first started seeing each other. But you know, I broke that
- 10:05off. You know, when things started, it looks like they were might
- 10:09be getting more serious between the two of us. Okay, so you were
- 10:13honest up front that you were with somebody else. Yeah, no, I
- 10:16mean you know kind of how it worked out, okay, And that's a
- 10:18common thing when people are dating. You don't know which ones are serious which
- 10:22ones aren't. So yeah, at what point do you do you cut it
- 10:24all off? You know, it sounds like you did it the right way.
- 10:26You know, I was trying to be truthful, and but I did,
- 10:31okay, but I did lie to her by I did tell her that
- 10:33I was it was someone that she doesn't know. That's that's the kicker,
- 10:39because I, you know, I didn't want to like affect our relationship and
- 10:41like our friendship, you know. Okay, so this is a person,
- 10:46this person you are hooking up with when your relationship started. This is somebody
- 10:48that you both know. Yeah. No, it's like we're mutual. We're
- 10:52all yeah, we're in the same friend circle. Yeah. Oh so is
- 10:58this friend is still like around? Does she communicate with this friend? Yeah,
- 11:03which she's still around. So it would be very, very awkward if
- 11:07she knew that the two of you had hooked up. I believe so,
- 11:11just because of how serious she and I have gotten at this point. And
- 11:15like, well, I'm just I don't know. This is my this is
- 11:18my little lie, you know, and is it acceptable? You know,
- 11:22I'm trying to protect my girlfriend's feeling, you know what I mean. Like,
- 11:26Derek, just want to ask the question everyone's probably thinking, you definitely
- 11:30aren't still hooking up with this girl? Good question. No, No,
- 11:35not for a long time, okay, you no, not for some This
- 11:39is a tough one. But I trust the people listening are gonna have some
- 11:41advice for you. So we're gonna open the phone lines up, get some
- 11:43thoughts, and hopefully have an answer for you by the end of this.
- 11:46Okay, all right, cool, wow, wow, wow, what do
- 11:48you do? Seven on one to two eight oh one ninety eight seven hooked
- 11:52up with this girl At the beginning. I think we all agreed that's not
- 11:54necessarily the problem. He came clean about that they were just assual and then
- 11:56they got serious. That's what that happens. But it's somebody they both know
- 12:01and he didn't tell her that. Yeah, and the fact that the other
- 12:03person is not saying anything. Probably, in my opinion, this girl's probably
- 12:09like, Okay, you guys have moved on, No big deal. It's
- 12:13just when are you ever in a situation where it doesn't come out? And
- 12:18like how do you react? Like for me, is it gonna come out?
- 12:20What if they are super serious and it's down do you just get past
- 12:24it? Or why don't think it's ever gonna be like a breakupable offense?
- 12:30So why not just say it right? Or I guess you can make the
- 12:33argument why not just keep doing what you're doing? Seven on one two eight
- 12:37oh one ninety eight seven. I just agree with the breakup able thing though,
- 12:39because there's this could be just like lack of trust. I mean he
- 12:43told her, he just kept it vague. I guess, like, how
- 12:46detailed do you need to be? At least you said, hey, like
- 12:50I was just to be just to be clear seven to one two eight h
- 12:52one ninety eight seven. You just need to be honest with her. I
- 12:54feel like if this information comes out down the line, which you know it
- 12:58most likely will, right you, chances of her finding out are pretty good,
- 13:05I mean at some point, and I feel like the longer the way,
- 13:07the worse it's gonna get. It's always that way, isn't it.
- 13:11Yeah, thank you so much for the call. Yeah, absolutely Yeah,
- 13:13and a lot of by the way, call text. You can comment on
- 13:16our Facebook page as well. Yeah, we got a lot of people feel
- 13:20in this same energy as Saila. She's one of our type. Top fans
- 13:22on Facebook said if you respect her and see it going somewhere, you need
- 13:26to tell her. If it were me and I found out later on,
- 13:28I would be very upset. Lying can be so hurtful and it can really
- 13:31affect trust. I feel like we're kind of treating it as if like he
- 13:35didn't tell her at all, or it's been going on currently. It's like
- 13:39I'm with Holly, You commented on Facebook said, some of y'all need to
- 13:43chill. I love this line. As far as guy standards go, he's
- 13:48doing a pretty stellar job. But it doesn't make it okay because no matter
- 13:52what your feelings are going to be, like wait a minute, especially if
- 13:56you know the person that's gonna feel icky in general, And then the longer
- 14:00it goes, it's like, well, why didn't you tell me? And
- 14:03that's the only thing. Does that other person do they know that it's still
- 14:05obviously right that this friend, So now it feels like when you're in the
- 14:09same group, you're kind of keeping that secret from them, and that can
- 14:13feel pretty rotten. And even you asked him because your mind went right to
- 14:16it, is there? Is there still like are you still in that situation?
- 14:22Do you still find this person attractive? Like? Why am I so
- 14:24much better than this person? Or am I That would be weird? It's
- 14:30true, it is weird. Seven one ninety eight seven. I don't know.
- 14:33I think I think you probably just do it. You know what prompted
- 14:37him to finally come to this conclusion. I don't know, but if you're
- 14:39thinking about it at all now it's on your mind, just let it out.
- 14:43I think you're gonna get out of it pretty unscathed, depending on this
- 14:46girlfriend of his sort of a mental state, you know what I mean,
- 14:50Like tell people, Yeah, it might be the end of the way,
- 14:52it might be world War three. I don't know, but I think there's
- 14:56a pretty good chance you've got to get through it. How would you have
- 14:58that conversation though, Would you just be like, hey, I just want
- 15:01you to know, like I know this. Do you downplay it a little?
- 15:03Like, I know this probably isn't that big of a deal, but
- 15:05I just it just kind of dawned on me that maybe you should know that
- 15:11her and I that's who it was. I don't know why I never just
- 15:13came forth with this information, but it's not a thing. I love you,
- 15:18I respect you, and I just want to squash anything that would ever
- 15:22come up that sounds that feel good, that sounds nice. It does,
- 15:24or you could say you could try this, you could be like, you
- 15:26know, honey, I just think it's so cool of that even though you
- 15:30knew that our friend and I had hooked up, that you're still okay with
- 15:33it, and she's know, what the heck are you talking about? But
- 15:35remember remember when I told you or not the way to go about it take
- 15:41in a minute in the morning. Seven. Have you been annoyed lately?
- 15:46Certainly not with me or in the presence of me, or at this job
- 15:50at all, of course, ever know, but there are things on a
- 15:52daily basis. I'm sure that annoy you. Yeah, absolutely, you have
- 15:56to think about it, because for me, I feel like I'm very might
- 15:58just easily annoyed. The older I get, just my general disposition is annoyed.
- 16:04I feel like and I don't like it. I don't love that,
- 16:07you know, I know that's not fun to be around. But when you
- 16:10got a list of annoying things like this, they did this whole study to
- 16:12find the most annoying things that Americans have experienced in the last ninety days.
- 16:17Number one, and it was by far half of Americans have been annoyed by
- 16:21grocery prices. Oh. Absolutely, that's just a weird word for it,
- 16:26annoyed. And I'll be honest frustrated. Yeah, I've I've been doing some
- 16:30buying in bulk at at a store out there on the Veterans Boulevard, and
- 16:36I've spent less money on groceries than ever because of this new found way to
- 16:41shop. I think just pricing in general for so many things where you feel
- 16:45like you can't get ahead. Everything's getting more and more expensive. You want
- 16:48to continue to live the lifestyle that you're at, and it's just like,
- 16:51oh my gosh, from gas prices to all of it. I can definitely
- 16:56see it getting annoyed by that. Okay, well what about politicians because that
- 16:59came into number Really I'm stuck that that's only number two, especially given an
- 17:03election year, where else could it be a number one? But then where's
- 17:06grocery price is going to go? Some may say they go hand in hand,
- 17:10but for me, some say that, I mean depending on news enough.
- 17:15Yeah, you know it's an election, her grocery prices are going through
- 17:18or things might go down, be you know, there's some there's some people
- 17:22stuff that go on. People said interest rates we're going to fall too because
- 17:25it's an electioneer. I haven't seen that happen. Uh for me right now
- 17:30with the political scene, I'm not annoyed by it. For me, it's
- 17:34just laughable. I know where my head is at what I believe in.
- 17:37Well, right, nothing that anybody can do or say right now this year
- 17:41because it's like copy and paste from before and I've seen what's going on and
- 17:45whatever is going to change that, So I try to like not for me,
- 17:48I laugh at it, right, But there are I will say,
- 17:52on more of like a congressional level, there are some politicians and I think
- 17:56we all know the ones that like drive me not like I just can't stand
- 17:59even see therefore the top and unfortunately those are the ones making the headlines more
- 18:02and more and you're like, okay, what are we doing here? Even
- 18:03that said, though, I don't find myself getting more annoyed at that than
- 18:07I do at the number three thing, Americans are most annoyed by someone else's
- 18:11driving habits. That's gotta be far and away. Number one. Like,
- 18:14on a daily basis, do you go a day without like getting upset at
- 18:18somebody you've never met. No, and never we'll get to talk to And
- 18:21that's I think that's the worst part about getting mad on the road is because
- 18:23you'll never get to like talk to them. There's so many times where like
- 18:27if I could just explain to them why they're being such an idiot right now,
- 18:32if there was like a button that you could push and you would just
- 18:33go right into their radio, like, hey, I'm the Nissan Ultima behind
- 18:40you, and you're acting like a real turkey, and this is what you
- 18:42should be doing. I noticed you gave me a look at the four way
- 18:45stop there, as if I was supposed to go. But you understand a
- 18:48four way stop, it's whoever stops first, and I thought it was quick
- 18:52stop so hard like we always think groundabouts. I feel like we're living out
- 18:56in a roundabout ville, which drives me a little crazy because it's just like,
- 19:00okay, you should know what you're doing. I think people are getting
- 19:03better, but we just have a new four way stop buyer house and yeah,
- 19:07like people are like, hey, go ahead, well, yeah,
- 19:08thank you, but that's not how it goes. And now a third car
- 19:11comes up to the intersection. He doesn't know what the heck's going on?
- 19:15Now, what did I just roll up to you? You let me go
- 19:18about it? Do you let me go? Or what am I? What
- 19:19do I do? It's so annoying, it is no I got it.
- 19:22That's why I try to When I come into a four way, I try
- 19:25to make it the most obvious stop, not any sort of rolling. It's
- 19:29like you should visibly see my car rock backward because I hit the brakes on,
- 19:33Like okay, I stopped, and I'll hold a number up to I
- 19:36find myself directing traffic. I'm I'm second, you're first, and you over
- 19:40areing Honda, you wait to sack your third anyway. The fourth most annoying
- 19:45thing Americans encounter are crowds. Crowds are annoying. I'm not good with crowds.
- 19:51It doesn't really bother me unless I'm like waiting for a bathroom. That's
- 19:55when I'm gonna get upset. Like if it's I don't mind going to a
- 19:57big crowd. It doesn't like give me an anxiety or anything like that.
- 20:00It's when I'm getting anxious about something that I need and I have to wait
- 20:04for it. Then I get a little fun out. People they're walking,
- 20:07you know. And when we lived in Florida, we spend a lot of
- 20:10time at theme parks, and that's like the worst just people not having anywhere
- 20:15they're really going, but they're just kind of meandering and you're training, you
- 20:18have a place to go. Yeah, I yeah. Actually just saw a
- 20:21Facebook friend post yesterday about grocery shopping and how it annoys them so much because
- 20:26they think it should be much like driving. If you're you have your grocery
- 20:30cart, you should be going down the aisle one way coming back and said,
- 20:33you know, sometimes people are like willy nilly, they have no idea,
- 20:37maybe their first time in that story. Maybe they're going public, just
- 20:41going rogue, get the grocery store. Yeah, yeah, it's it's it's
- 20:45annoying. It's annoying. But then the the other most fifth, fifth most
- 20:48annoying thing Americans encounter is just the weather. And that's one of those ones
- 20:52where you have no absolute control over it at all. And so who do
- 20:56you get really mad at? You know, my husband gets mad about how
- 21:00obsessed I am with the weather. I look at the app, I go
- 21:03through it, and he's like, it doesn't matter, like if it says
- 21:06it's going to rain. So for instance, this weekend, I'm like,
- 21:08oh, it looks like it was supposed to rain all this upcoming weekend.
- 21:11Yeah, but a week ago, that's how we're supposed to be at the
- 21:14lake all weekend and I'm like, gosh, another just bad weekend. He
- 21:17goes, wasn't this weekend just fine? I'm like, well yeah, but
- 21:19it's showing that, And then I get so worked up about it because then
- 21:23I try to change plans and do and half the time it doesn't even happen
- 21:26that way. Well, you're one of these people that puts way too much
- 21:29stock into like the ten day forecast and listen. I love my local meteorologists.
- 21:33They do their best. You know, they're way more informed than we
- 21:36are, but I think they will tell you that you just can't know.
- 21:38There's just if there was a way to perfectly predict it, we'd be doing
- 21:41it by now. My husband does the joke as my stepdad and I like.
- 21:45We wake up at the lake half coffee and it's all about the weather,
- 21:47like ten minute conversation about like which way the wind is gonna be and
- 21:52at what point is it going to sprinkle and go through And he'll just look
- 21:56at us and go, what's the fourth of July forecast gonna be? Guys,
- 22:00just thinks he thinks he's so funny. Well that's a good joke.
- 22:03I like that. I like that. I like that a lot and Amanda
- 22:07in the morning on Big Seven, for example, did you know this weekend
- 22:11was the thirtieth anniversary of the Lion King and thirty years thirty years Simbon the
- 22:18Gang that Last Our Lives one of the classics, And so they did this.
- 22:25They did this big show in la where they reunited some of the actors
- 22:30from the movie the voices of the characters, such as the two guys that
- 22:33played Timone and Pumba. A couple of fan f guess I've never even thought
- 22:37about who they are. It would mean the last time I really found out,
- 22:41like who anybody was that was a part of the would be the live
- 22:44action when it was Nala and Beyonce and they weren't actually the real people.
- 22:48But this one is the two guys that played Timon and Poomba. So you
- 22:51got like a wart hog and a mirror cat. But now picture two basically
- 22:56old white guys on stage and they performed the Timon and Poomba classic Hakuna Matata
- 23:03with the guy that voiced the voice of Simba or did the singing voice,
- 23:07because you know, Jonathan Taylor Thomas did the voice of the actual Simba.
- 23:11Did not know that either, Oh, yeah, crazy. What if once
- 23:14you listen to it, once you know it, then it's like, oh
- 23:15yeah, that's Jonathan Taylor Thomas. But anyway, here listen to this.
- 23:27Now here comes to Simba. Dude nails it these and it's like an older
- 23:37man but still sounded like a youthful Simba. That's great thing. Yeah,
- 23:40it was just cool to see. And they talked about they interviewed him.
- 23:42They were talking about the song can You Feel the Love Tonight? I guess
- 23:48Elton John got upset because he found out they were gonna have Timon and Poomba
- 23:52singing. First of all, can you imagine those two dumbos singing this?
- 23:55No, I would not have been a classic like this. And Elden's like,
- 23:57whoa, whoa, whoa. I think Daddy will take this one.
- 24:00Not a chance boys, No offense to the Mirror Cat and war Dog.
- 24:06But no, it's just cool to see. It's probably the best Disney movie
- 24:10for my money, and probably just like objectively, it's definitely top five.
- 24:14Do you ever watch a live action definitely top five? Yes, and there's
- 24:18because there's so many that's Beauty and the Beast, Little Mermaid, Lion King,
- 24:23see I hear you naming movies. No, I'm giving you my top
- 24:27five. I think you're just naming movies. No I'm not. These are
- 24:30the ones that I actually love. Okay, who am I to argue what
- 24:34your favorite movies are? It sounds like you're just ready about home, like
- 24:41gled to get stampede and like poor mu fossh gosh, Scar, calm down
- 24:45over there, Gosh, I really hope there's nobody going. What are they
- 24:48talking about? If not, you got to watch them. It's a timeless
- 24:51movie, like you have you shown your kids Lion Can? Yeah, so
- 24:52that's what I was gonna say. Is live action stuff I have not been
- 24:56a fan of. I will tell you though, the live action Lion probably
- 25:00the best of them all. I still prefer the animated. But yeah,
- 25:03both of them great, absolutely both of them. Like both the live action
- 25:07and that no matter when you're watching it. But it's so emotional you forget
- 25:11how sad it is. Well, you get all the emotions. You get
- 25:15the anger, I mean, Scar like I hate him, I hate him,
- 25:18and then you get the sadness of how when Simba is like pulling up
- 25:21the paw of Mufasa right realizing he's dead. But then you also get like
- 25:26the reuniting of Nala and then when they go back and Mom is there emotional
- 25:30bike bike bike bike bike. We've got to issue a spoiler as we're going
- 25:34through. I hopefully people were wanting to hear the plot of Flying King today
- 25:38at this morning, and you know, you do get all, you get
- 25:41the full range of emotions. Let's not forget about the pure lust in the
- 25:45scene with Candy Field the love tonight. Those two lines were ounce, Yeah,
- 25:51the look she gives it. I know that's like with animals, even
- 25:55you're like gosh, and it's so sweet. It is something about that lie
- 26:00in there in one particular, you know, the one like Amanda in the
- 26:06morning on Big ninety eight point seven. No, Amanda stills the seat.
- 26:11Let's see. Brought to you by JDP Electric. Well, this is pretty
- 26:14scary. Yesterday I got a notification some breaking news saying Mike Tyson had an
- 26:18incident while he was flying. He suffered a medical emergency. I guess he
- 26:22had an ulcer flare up. They were about thirty minutes before they were touching
- 26:26down in lax And I guess the flight attendants got on and they asked for
- 26:30anybody a board to help them for this medical scare. He ended up being
- 26:34totally fine. He was just naseus dizzy and had this flare up on his
- 26:38ulcer. Of course, social media after we found out he was doing great,
- 26:41was like, ah, this is just him because he's getting scared,
- 26:45because he's gonna be taken on J Paul, Yeah, the YouTuber gone turned
- 26:51boxer or yeah, I mean how old is Mike Tyson? Did you say
- 26:53his age? I want to say he's fifty seven? Let me double wait
- 26:56listen, he's still a dog like he could beat Yeah, yeah, fIF
- 27:00I hope he's okay. Yeah. I wouldn't want to get into it with
- 27:03old Mike te No, I wouldn't do that. I mean, for a
- 27:03million dollars, would let him punch me in the face? Yeah, bush
- 27:07yeah. With him getting sick on a flight, so you know, you
- 27:11always here on TV's like is there a doctor on this flight? At what
- 27:14point do we just have a doctor on this flight? Because when having chances
- 27:18are good, there's like a nurse or a doctor or somebody who has some
- 27:21sort of medical background on a flight. Usually there's what one hundred people on
- 27:23a flight odds are more than that, right, I mean depending odds.
- 27:27But what if that would be the case, I'd be on the flight,
- 27:30be like going down with a heart attack or something like is there a doctor?
- 27:34Nope? Not this time, there's a radio DJ. Does that help?
- 27:40Never anything anything I can do? Did you see this Dutch military place
- 27:45temporarily detained Nicki Minaj And she went on live stream as this is all happening,
- 27:49and it went down in the Netherlands. There was an alleged drug offense
- 27:53and fans were just like locked in and this is just a little taste tell
- 27:57you guys. They just said that I have to get in this van and
- 28:03make a statement with no lawyer present. They just said I have to get
- 28:11in this van and go to the pre red for word. I don't know
- 28:15about any of that, but she's in the Netherlands and this is it is
- 28:19a signful episode, so I don't want to take credit. But one of
- 28:22the more confusing things is she's in the Netherlands, but they're Dutch, and
- 28:26then what is Holland it's all the same. All of that confuses me.
- 28:30No, I get it. Yeah, I don't know. She was freed
- 28:33within a few hours she was fined, but she did not get to the
- 28:34UK in time for her show, so that had to get postponed. Just
- 28:38a whole debacle. But I was so thankful that she could do the live
- 28:41stream. Yeah right, but I guess you can thank the Dutch or Holland
- 28:47or the Netherlands whomever. And I actually kind of felt bad for him to
- 28:52look on his face, who was going like, wait, are you guys
- 28:57booing at me? Travis kelceat from Brittany Mahomes. They were courtside for the
- 29:02t Wolves MAVs game. This is Game three Sunday night, and they put
- 29:06him on the big screen. First it's Travis Kelcey, so you'll hear the
- 29:10booze, and then eventually the cheers come after Patrick Mahomes starts waving and stands
- 29:15up listening. And they can't be booing them for the fact that they play
- 29:26for the Chiefs because in Dallas, it's not like the Cowboys have ever sniffed
- 29:29a Super Bowl recently, you know. Yeah, I didn't really understand what
- 29:33the booze were for. If it was like, hey, we're sick of
- 29:34you because you're everywhere, that's it or is it them just kind of rasping
- 29:38him, like you're expecting everybody right now to h it. Probably he was
- 29:42wearing sunglasses the whole game. I don't care for that. Don't like it
- 29:47at all. He was wearing a shirt that just had an apple on it
- 29:48too. I don't know what that was about, but he just has an
- 29:52interesting fashion statement, like that's just everywhere he goes, he's doing something,
- 29:56which I'm fine with, but then the sunglasses, it's just annoying. And
- 29:59of all the three of them, Brittany is the most booable. Don't you
- 30:02think she's starting to be likable? I trust me, No, trust me,
- 30:07I was not. She's a good mom, like I followed. I
- 30:11started following her on Instagram and I'm like, you're a really good mom.
- 30:14And then that made me just kind of go over a little. I'm like,
- 30:17you know, you're not so bad. She's there's certain things she does
- 30:21because Instagram posts, is that what you're basing them? She is? Instagram
- 30:25stories all that. She's a hands on mom. She takes them live like
- 30:27a normal life. You know, she's taken them to different events. But
- 30:30she did that TikTok thing one time, so what her you know, her
- 30:34and the brother. Oh yeah, all of it annoying. I kind of
- 30:40feel like in the last year they've stepped away from being unlikable because, you
- 30:44got it, the brother got accused of you know, and that was really
- 30:47bad. Yes. Yeah, so don't like that association. Sounds like you
- 30:51do those that's your thing. Oh my gosh.
