- 0:40Speaker 1: we cannot say murder, but we cannot say here. You
- 0:44Speaker 1: don't have to say poker and un alive. You hear me, yes, ma'am.
- 0:56Speaker 2: You cannot say.
- 0:58Speaker 1: Night on TikTok. Once I go live on TikTok. Yeah, okay,
- 1:04Speaker 1: you'll hear me. You'll hear me with my terminology, so
- 1:08Speaker 1: you're you you can grasp what what's being said.
- 1:13Speaker 2: Okay, So.
- 1:18Speaker 1: I'm getting ready to go live on TikTok. We are
- 1:21Speaker 1: live on Facebook. So if you want to introduce yourself

- 1:30Speaker 2: Okay, go ahead. Uh, good evening, ladies and gentlemen. A
- 1:44Speaker 2: podcast show block to you by Andrel Thomas Smith, a
- 1:47Speaker 2: visionary and author. Uh a fine others likea thin thank
- 1:53Speaker 2: you for tonight's show. Tonight's show is about an individual
- 1:57Speaker 2: case of Camelo Anthy case that we will will be
- 2:00Speaker 2: visiting and tonight we will be talking about the situation.
- 2:07Speaker 2: So my name is Cornel Drummer. I am a co
- 2:10Speaker 2: host let's talk about it, and the founder of the
- 2:15Speaker 2: pre Sex Campaign. And tonight, as I said, we will
- 2:17Speaker 2: be talking about this case. We will be shed light
- 2:20Speaker 2: on the fact and circumstances surrounding this case. So thank
- 2:24Speaker 2: you very much for joining us tonight and tonight we're
- 2:26Speaker 2: going to have a good show.
- 2:27Speaker 1: But we are alive on TikTok now, so we can
- 2:30Speaker 1: go ahead with the conversation.
- 2:35Speaker 2: Okay, well, thank you for showing us again tonight and
- 2:40Speaker 2: tonight we're going to talk about the case of Camillo
- 2:43Speaker 2: Anthony and we're going to shed light on the fact
- 2:46Speaker 2: that this case has taken the times for the womans
- 2:51Speaker 2: from the beginning of the offset of the case. And
- 2:54Speaker 2: we're going to show you tonight that the Collins County
- 2:58Speaker 2: District Attorney's Office has the law to be applied to
- 3:04Speaker 2: the facts of this particular case and that this individual,
- 3:08Speaker 2: the Camello Anthony, is being victimized by the system who
- 3:12Speaker 2: fails taking knowledge that the law has to be applied
- 3:16Speaker 2: all the way around, not just in part but in home.
- 3:20Speaker 2: And in this particular case, we're going to show you
- 3:22Speaker 2: that this individual, well, he either had a right to
- 3:26Speaker 2: self defense or a right to stand his ground. And
- 3:31Speaker 2: with this fact, I'm going to show tonight that the
- 3:34Speaker 2: law applies in this case and that the DA is
- 3:38Speaker 2: failing to recognize this. Camillo Anthony was an individual who
- 3:42Speaker 2: just happened to be walking one day and you know,
- 3:44Speaker 2: it was raigning, so he somehow seemed as kN okay,
- 3:48Speaker 2: and he went to go get shelter. And while he
- 3:51Speaker 2: was there, I guess some other individuals were there, and
- 3:53Speaker 2: you know, somehow another one of the little individuals who
- 3:56Speaker 2: were there, you know, felt that he shouldn't be there.
- 3:59Speaker 1: So let me let me interject, because there's gonna be
- 4:02Speaker 1: a lot of people that that here it is and
- 4:04Speaker 1: they tune in. So a lot of people have seen
- 4:06Speaker 1: the video. Have you seen this video? No, ma'am, I okay,
- 4:12Speaker 1: So you are just what will you be relying your
- 4:16Speaker 1: information on.
- 4:19Speaker 2: Okay, man, that's a good question, ma'am. Okay. Based upon
- 4:23Speaker 2: a lot of the opinions and uh circumstances given by
- 4:26Speaker 2: others opinions related to some of the facts in the case.
- 4:30Speaker 2: You know, we're only assuming that this particular incident took
- 4:34Speaker 2: place because the little individual who was there went to
- 4:36Speaker 2: go get other people and they came back, and this
- 4:40Speaker 2: is where the fear from the Camelo answer occurred. That
- 4:43Speaker 2: he felt threatened for his life and for his sake,
- 4:46Speaker 2: and this is where the incident occurred because the other
- 4:49Speaker 2: three individuals were not there at first, and they could
- 4:52Speaker 2: not have known that the Camelo Answer was even at
- 4:54Speaker 2: this tent unless they were notified or informed by somebody
- 4:58Speaker 2: who had to be at the tent to know that
- 5:00Speaker 2: he was there, and they came into, you know, and
- 5:03Speaker 2: tell him that he could not be there, and this
- 5:05Speaker 2: was the altercation occurred. Now, so those facts are coming
- 5:09Speaker 2: from basically uh an opinion. So hopefully, you know, the
- 5:15Speaker 2: facts were playing on paying out that the video footage
- 5:18Speaker 2: just will shown exactly what we're saying as of right
- 5:21Speaker 2: now that occurred. Now.
- 5:24Speaker 1: So a lot of people are saying that it's not
- 5:30Speaker 1: self defense and that he could have walked away and
- 5:35Speaker 1: all types of things. But as they go by and
- 5:40Speaker 1: things begin to progress, other things are beginning to come
- 5:43Speaker 1: to light, like, for example, someone pulled the pop, someone
- 5:50Speaker 1: pulled the poker out. If they left the poker in,
- 5:53Speaker 1: he may still be here, you know, just different things.
- 5:58Speaker 1: It's happening. But everybody wanted to say that if he
- 6:05Speaker 1: not pulled the poker out, if he not had the poker,
- 6:08Speaker 1: none of this would have happened. But if they kept
- 6:10Speaker 1: their hands to they said, none of this would have happened.
- 6:14Speaker 1: If they not been bullied, if they not been trying
- 6:16Speaker 1: to tell that man what to do, none of this
- 6:18Speaker 1: would have happened.
- 6:19Speaker 2: But what.
- 6:22Speaker 1: A Texas say.
- 6:26Speaker 2: Okay, that's a good question, man. According to the Texas
- 6:31Speaker 2: Quarter Comal Pills, which is the highest court in the land,
- 6:35Speaker 2: it separates the issue of what we call self defense
- 6:39Speaker 2: and the issue of stander ground. Okay, the issue of
- 6:44Speaker 2: self defense. Technically, let me make sure I got this correct. Okay, yes, okay.
- 6:51Speaker 2: Defense justification. Let's say that according to the Texas Penal Code,
- 6:55Speaker 2: Annotation nine thirty one, ay none daily for a self defense,
- 7:00Speaker 2: that a person is justified in using force against another
- 7:04Speaker 2: wind and to the degree that person the reasonably believed
- 7:09Speaker 2: the force is to be immediate necessary to take themselves
- 7:13Speaker 2: against another person's use or kept the use of unlawful force. Okay. Now,
- 7:18Speaker 2: under the penal Code, it also says that a person
- 7:21Speaker 2: is justified and using daily force if he would just
- 7:25Speaker 2: be justified in using force under the penal code, and
- 7:29Speaker 2: he reasonably believed a daily force is immediately necessary to
- 7:33Speaker 2: detect himself. And that is basically what happened in the
- 7:36Speaker 2: communalanity case. He had no idea that these guys was
- 7:40Speaker 2: coming for him because he has not committed no crime,
- 7:43Speaker 2: He was not in the process of committing crime, He
- 7:46Speaker 2: was not doing anything wrong, and he was minding his
- 7:48Speaker 2: own misiness. And based upon understand your fund laws, these
- 7:53Speaker 2: issues that are injected into the law that states that
- 7:57Speaker 2: he did not have to retreat the pro that leaving
- 8:02Speaker 2: the tenth to protect himself as matter of fact, because
- 8:06Speaker 2: of the fact that they came and threatened him, a
- 8:08Speaker 2: crime was being committed by them with the hint to
- 8:11Speaker 2: cause him hall. So justification is there, and the District
- 8:16Speaker 2: Attorney's office, Colon County District Attorney's office should have applied
- 8:19Speaker 2: the fact that justice justification was there and presented a
- 8:24Speaker 2: no real indictment for self defense.
- 8:29Speaker 1: Well, he did not do that well, And and that's
- 8:32Speaker 1: that's another issue because we're finding out a lot of
- 8:35Speaker 1: stuff about that, and and and even perhaps the judge
- 8:42Speaker 1: that that that that is going to be over this
- 8:44Speaker 1: case finding out that no, the d A man, In fact,
- 8:50Speaker 1: I think the lady said, the d A that's that's
- 8:52Speaker 1: over this case, got some essay charges out of his office.
- 8:57Speaker 1: And yeah, she she was talking about that on the
- 9:00Speaker 1: last panel. She lived right there in Texas. She said,
- 9:03Speaker 1: she lived thirty minutes from what this took place at
- 9:06Speaker 1: and you know, just on there just sharing. She was
- 9:09Speaker 1: just on there, just sharing she'd been there, and just
- 9:12Speaker 1: like I was posting in the comment session, you know,
- 9:14Speaker 1: this is not something new to Texas and people that
- 9:17Speaker 1: lived there, those people that live there know that this
- 9:20Speaker 1: corruption is something that has always gone on in Texas.
- 9:23Speaker 1: And you got so many people that's on the outside
- 9:25Speaker 1: of Texas looking in. They don't know what those on.
- 9:28Speaker 1: They just trying to apply a law. They don't know
- 9:32Speaker 1: what going on, they don't know what's how corrupt that
- 9:36Speaker 1: Texas is. People want to know if these people had
- 9:40Speaker 1: just like the lady said, she said, if they had
- 9:42Speaker 1: anything on Carmelo, she said, don't you know, they would
- 9:45Speaker 1: have been blasted it all on the TV. They would
- 9:47Speaker 1: have been on drug, this man, they would have been
- 9:49Speaker 1: had it all on TV, because that's what they do.
- 9:51Speaker 1: That is what they do. They always do that. They
- 9:54Speaker 1: always when they find something not on us, they spread
- 9:57Speaker 1: it all over the TV. They blasted on the TV.
- 10:00Speaker 1: They don't have nothing on this baby. That's why they can't.
- 10:03Speaker 1: They can't blast it on TV. Just like that man
- 10:06Speaker 1: just said on that phone the other day. He told
- 10:08Speaker 1: me that them people planted another case on him while
- 10:11Speaker 1: he was incarcerated, and now he's being charged with another case.
- 10:14Speaker 1: And that's what's going to happen to this baby. They're
- 10:16Speaker 1: trying to trump up some more charges. They're trying to
- 10:19Speaker 1: build another case, build up some more charges so they
- 10:21Speaker 1: can charge him with something, because they want to charge
- 10:24Speaker 1: him with something. But they ain't got nothing to charge
- 10:26Speaker 1: him on his parents and ain't letting him go nowhere,
- 10:28Speaker 1: so he ain't getting not there in them streets so
- 10:29Speaker 1: he can go out there and get into nothing. So
- 10:31Speaker 1: these people are working overtime. They don't messed up. That
- 10:34Speaker 1: da don't messed up because he don bit off more
- 10:37Speaker 1: than he can chew. And now he don't know what
- 10:39Speaker 1: to do. So now what can what can Camelo Anthony
- 10:44Speaker 1: and them do what can the people do because evidently
- 10:48Speaker 1: there's not gonna be a fair trial no matter what
- 10:50Speaker 1: these people say, that's not gonna be a fair trial
- 10:53Speaker 1: in the state of Texas. We know that. We look
- 10:55Speaker 1: at how the state of Texas. And I'm not gonna
- 10:57Speaker 1: give statistics because I was on the panel yesterday. They
- 11:00Speaker 1: told me that I was giving out the wrong numbers.
- 11:02Speaker 1: So I'm not giving out numbers. Not gonna give out numbers.
- 11:04Speaker 1: But I know for a fact, and you can back
- 11:07Speaker 1: me on this, that Texas lead the nation and exonerations, wrongfully,
- 11:13Speaker 1: overly incarcerations and executions. Am I right or wrong?
- 11:18Speaker 2: You are absolutely right about that, ma'am. And because of
- 11:22Speaker 2: that man, a lot of people are being given the
- 11:24Speaker 2: wrong shake of the of the of the of the
- 11:27Speaker 2: the law. Okay, Mimer Anthony family and his supporters can
- 11:32Speaker 2: do two things now. They can find for number one,
- 11:36Speaker 2: for this case to be dismissed and how and why? Okay,
- 11:41Speaker 2: self defense again, in two thousand and seven, the daily
- 11:44Speaker 2: for self defense that you provided for a general duty
- 11:47Speaker 2: che retreatment, which means that I'm gonna take this law
- 11:52Speaker 2: that under self defense you had a duty to retreat. Okay,
- 11:56Speaker 2: now that duty, but that duty was all removed from
- 12:01Speaker 2: the statue in two thousand September two thousand and seven,
- 12:04Speaker 2: and then your ground law provisions were added. So now
- 12:08Speaker 2: we got stand your ground divisions coming in and taking
- 12:10Speaker 2: over the self defense statue. But what are the provisions
- 12:14Speaker 2: for that? Since then it has been explained that the
- 12:18Speaker 2: inclusion of the general duty chey retreat instruction is eronia
- 12:23Speaker 2: saying constituting him proper comment on the weight of the devidence.
- 12:27Speaker 2: So in this particular case, the current senior ground law
- 12:31Speaker 2: and let's survived that an actor has no duty to
- 12:35Speaker 2: retreat if the actor had a right to be prison
- 12:39Speaker 2: whether the Disney force was used, did not provoke the
- 12:43Speaker 2: person against whom the Dasy force was used, and was
- 12:46Speaker 2: not engaged in any criminal activity at the time of
- 12:49Speaker 2: the commissions of all of them. The other memoristates that
- 12:53Speaker 2: a jury may not consider a person's star retreat if
- 12:58Speaker 2: he had no duty to retreatment. In this particular case,
- 13:02Speaker 2: Anthony had no duty to retreat because he was eventually
- 13:05Speaker 2: standing under the tent trying to stay out of the right.
- 13:08Speaker 2: He was not committing the crime. Didn't now have no
- 13:10Speaker 2: test to commit the crime and was on a public
- 13:12Speaker 2: place none, nor did he provoke anything that happened. Now,
- 13:17Speaker 2: when it states that a crime was being committed, the
- 13:20Speaker 2: crime intentionally and normally was being committed by the individuals
- 13:24Speaker 2: to which Anthony she was the divorce on because they
- 13:28Speaker 2: came to him with intent to commit a crime against him,
- 13:33Speaker 2: and he defended it himself. So as of right now,
- 13:37Speaker 2: his family and the puppet can seek emotion to this case.
- 13:42Speaker 2: I he was in the law of Saniel ground because
- 13:46Speaker 2: he stood his ground and did not have to retreat.
- 13:49Speaker 2: It didn't matter if he had a knight or poke
- 13:51Speaker 2: or whatever he had. Now for acum of my bad
- 13:54Speaker 2: semis at apologize for that. It did not matter whatever
- 13:58Speaker 2: he used to defend himself with the issue was that
- 14:01Speaker 2: he defended himself against the immediate played home to be
- 14:05Speaker 2: committed us against him. And the history of Attorney's office
- 14:08Speaker 2: is taking this case overboard by taking false information to
- 14:12Speaker 2: the grand jury to indict him for him one So
- 14:16Speaker 2: after right now we want that indictment to be dismissed
- 14:19Speaker 2: based upon the simple facts of this case, that the
- 14:22Speaker 2: facts proved that he is justified and that he did
- 14:25Speaker 2: not have to retreat and that he acted it a
- 14:28Speaker 2: good standing to defend.
- 14:30Speaker 1: Himself from Okay, so I hear that. That sounds good,
- 14:35Speaker 1: but we hear that. We hear so much. We've been
- 14:41Speaker 1: hearing a lot concerned in this case. So with that
- 14:45Speaker 1: being said, how can because I really honestly don't think
- 14:49Speaker 1: that he's gonna get a fair trial because of everything
- 14:53Speaker 1: that's going on. You got panel off the panel, after
- 14:55Speaker 1: panel off the panel, and then the dad's jumping the panels,
- 14:58Speaker 1: you got the mom jumping on panels, you got the
- 15:00Speaker 1: jumping on panels, you got different people jumping on all
- 15:03Speaker 1: these panels. And the jury pool is being tainted. It
- 15:07Speaker 1: is being tainted. So he is not going to get
- 15:09Speaker 1: a fair trial. And then we look at how how
- 15:11Speaker 1: do they determine.
- 15:13Speaker 3: The the the the people the indictment, the people that
- 15:21Speaker 3: bring the indictment, the court that bring the indictment.
- 15:24Speaker 1: How do they just determine the people that that brought
- 15:27Speaker 1: this indictment upon them? How how did they draw who
- 15:30Speaker 1: was gonna sit in that room? Because I know the
- 15:32Speaker 1: defense lawyer was not welcome and the defense was not welcome,
- 15:36Speaker 1: So how did they determine who was gonna stick in
- 15:38Speaker 1: that that room, and do you think that that was
- 15:43Speaker 1: something that maybe the district attorney walked over there and
- 15:46Speaker 1: had somebody to sign my phone. Because from my understanding,
- 15:50Speaker 1: I hear people say on these panels that if you,
- 15:53Speaker 1: if you can a ham sandwich can get indictment. So
- 15:56Speaker 1: if a ham sandwich can then adictment, that means anybody
- 15:59Speaker 1: can get in it that and so please explain that
- 16:02Speaker 1: so that people like myself that really don't know nothing
- 16:04Speaker 1: about about how can we grasp and get an understanding
- 16:08Speaker 1: a better understanding?
- 16:11Speaker 2: Okay, because a grand jury is a make of the
- 16:17Speaker 2: cross section of our community. Now and this is what
- 16:20Speaker 2: people are to be convicted by members of their peers. Now.
- 16:24Speaker 2: A grand jury is the secrecy of the grand jury,
- 16:26Speaker 2: which means the same pun't don't have to be explosed
- 16:29Speaker 2: to the public of what evidence is presented to them.
- 16:33Speaker 2: But in the say that takes an according to the law,
- 16:36Speaker 2: defense attorney, my defense attorney is the run who have
- 16:40Speaker 2: to ensure that all of the evidence goes to the
- 16:43Speaker 2: grand jury. Why because the prosecution, even though it has
- 16:48Speaker 2: the latitude and present what evidence it feels is necessary
- 16:52Speaker 2: for his case, my attorney have the power and the
- 16:55Speaker 2: same duty to ensure that all of the evidence has
- 16:59Speaker 2: presented the grand jury so that the grand jury can
- 17:02Speaker 2: make a rational decision and how to indict this case.
- 17:06Speaker 2: And if there is any evidence from any source that
- 17:09Speaker 2: can prove that mister Camelo, Anthon on anybody should be
- 17:14Speaker 2: no bill based upon the facts of what the grand
- 17:16Speaker 2: jury sived, then they should be no bill as opposed
- 17:20Speaker 2: to being true billed by a grand jury. So now
- 17:24Speaker 2: to determine who is to be sitting in the grand jury,
- 17:27Speaker 2: that is a secrecy of the grand jury that we
- 17:29Speaker 2: do not have access to. But we can get a
- 17:32Speaker 2: makeup of the racial makeup of the jury to determine
- 17:36Speaker 2: who sit in the grand jury because of the exception
- 17:39Speaker 2: of private information. Man, So that's where we're at with that.
- 17:44Speaker 2: So we can seek of a makeup of the makeup
- 17:48Speaker 2: of the grand jury. We just can't get them to
- 17:51Speaker 2: give us exactly the evidence that they presented it.
- 17:54Speaker 1: Man.
- 17:54Speaker 2: Only an attorney can do that.
- 17:56Speaker 1: So right now, as a community, how can we rally
- 18:01Speaker 1: behind Carmelo? Because we see what is happening, we see
- 18:05Speaker 1: what it is becoming, we see what has happened in
- 18:08Speaker 1: the past, and we see because we see what happened
- 18:11Speaker 1: in that case that we were talking about, you know,
- 18:15Speaker 1: Individuals was just talking about that same case. I think
- 18:19Speaker 1: it happened in twenty twenty two where there was a
- 18:22Speaker 1: yt individual that attacked a Hispanic individual and unlive him.
- 18:30Speaker 1: Yet he get a slap on the wrist and it
- 18:34Speaker 1: it it here, we wanna throw the the throw carmella
- 18:38Speaker 1: up under the bus and then we wanna drive the
- 18:40Speaker 1: bus over him. You know, they did nothing but sapt
- 18:44Speaker 1: the shot on the wrist. They didn't publicize it, they
- 18:46Speaker 1: didn't say nothing about it. But yet they putting this
- 18:48Speaker 1: on everything. Every time every channel you flip to, you
- 18:52Speaker 1: go scroll through any platform, you're gonna hear about what
- 18:56Speaker 1: is going on. And this should not be what's going on.
- 19:00Speaker 1: And then this dad, the dad is on here making
- 19:03Speaker 1: a complete that's a nine fool of himself because he's
- 19:07Speaker 1: truly showing his colors, he's truly showing who he is.
- 19:11Speaker 1: And then they're saying, oh, he's under distress, Oh yeah,
- 19:14Speaker 1: he's under distress. But when Rodney hitting this under distress,
- 19:18Speaker 1: oh he just a outrageous, just just another typical BK person.
- 19:27Speaker 1: And these are the things that they throw around, you know,
- 19:31Speaker 1: and we're tired of the stereotypes. We are tired of
- 19:35Speaker 1: the stigmas. We're tired of them giving us the short
- 19:39Speaker 1: end that we talk about all these different things that
- 19:43Speaker 1: that is taking place, and yet they think we always
- 19:46Speaker 1: the one with the handouts. They don't understand that we
- 19:48Speaker 1: work for what we want. Like when y'all tell us
- 19:51Speaker 1: that we can't have this and this, we ain't no good,
- 19:55Speaker 1: and we can't do that, and we can't do this, y'all,
- 19:57Speaker 1: when y'all told us that we begin the learn how
- 20:00Speaker 1: to get stuff on our own. We don't need y'all.
- 20:03Speaker 1: And that's the thing about it. And the fact that
- 20:05Speaker 1: we don't need y'all, it become a problem, and then
- 20:08Speaker 1: it becomes it becomes issues, and then it's always it's
- 20:13Speaker 1: always a competition, never knowing that you will never come
- 20:16Speaker 1: you will never be able to compete with us ever
- 20:21Speaker 1: ever exact and people don't understand that.
- 20:24Speaker 2: Okay, So in this particular case, man, the issue is
- 20:28Speaker 2: who went to the grand jury. Okay, the criminal investigator
- 20:32Speaker 2: who's investigating this case. When he investigated the case, all
- 20:37Speaker 2: the facts that he developed had to be presented to
- 20:40Speaker 2: the district attorney's office. The district attorney's office then in
- 20:44Speaker 2: turn presented whatever information he gave him to the grand jury. Now,
- 20:51Speaker 2: mister Kamittal Anthony, if he had a defense attorney, his
- 20:54Speaker 2: attorney had the right and the duty to find out
- 20:58Speaker 2: through a motion for discovery what that evidence was before
- 21:01Speaker 2: the case even went to the grand jury. He could
- 21:04Speaker 2: have had an examinent trial before the case went to
- 21:07Speaker 2: the grand jury. But the district Attorney's office was held
- 21:10Speaker 2: all of the information from the Kamal Anthony's family and
- 21:13Speaker 2: district the defense attorney in order to present the case
- 21:16Speaker 2: to the grand jury. So when he does that, he
- 21:19Speaker 2: presented a one side of the case of the grand jury,
- 21:22Speaker 2: leaven out a lot of the facts. As of right now,
- 21:25Speaker 2: we need to know who went to the grand jury
- 21:28Speaker 2: and what evidence was presented to the grand jury, because
- 21:31Speaker 2: we can follow motions seeking for the grand jury minutes
- 21:35Speaker 2: to be released just in case we have to go
- 21:38Speaker 2: to a jerry trial, and we can rebuttal and impeach
- 21:42Speaker 2: any evidence that was presented to the grand jury as
- 21:46Speaker 2: of right now, that's number one. Number two, we can
- 21:49Speaker 2: neither ask for a change an venue if we feel
- 21:52Speaker 2: that we will not get a third chance in Collins County,
- 21:55Speaker 2: based the phone, all of the publiciency, all of the
- 22:00Speaker 2: that is being made, and all of these types of things,
- 22:02Speaker 2: if we can ask for a change of venue from
- 22:04Speaker 2: the county, if we should feel that the judge is
- 22:07Speaker 2: bias and the prosecutor and the District attorney's office will
- 22:11Speaker 2: somehow another lomi chery in this particular case.
- 22:17Speaker 1: But the dad already know sayid that he knows he's
- 22:20Speaker 1: friends with these people, he knows these people, And I mean,
- 22:24Speaker 1: we already know that it's gonna be tainted. We we
- 22:27Speaker 1: that is that is known that it's not an if.
- 22:29Speaker 1: It's not if it's when they gonna say that it's
- 22:34Speaker 1: tainted because it's tainted because you can come on social
- 22:37Speaker 1: media and sit in on some of these these lives
- 22:40Speaker 1: and sit in on some of these panels and just
- 22:43Speaker 1: listen to some of the conversations. It's it's tainted, and
- 22:46Speaker 1: it's gone to be tainted. He is never going to
- 22:49Speaker 1: get a fair trial in the state of Texas, never, never,
- 22:55Speaker 1: when he should never be. He shouldn't even never be
- 22:58Speaker 1: on trial, period, point blank period. Anyway, you know they
- 23:01Speaker 1: already go through this. This child, this is a child
- 23:04Speaker 1: that was going to a track meet where he had
- 23:07Speaker 1: the right to be there. One of those twins didn't
- 23:09Speaker 1: even have the right to be there. I don't know
- 23:11Speaker 1: which one it was, but one of them did not
- 23:13Speaker 1: have the right to be there. He was not on
- 23:15Speaker 1: the list. He shouldn't have even been there. Probably the
- 23:17Speaker 1: one that caused all the problems, the one that always
- 23:19Speaker 1: that's probably the one that's still here. Well, I don't know,
- 23:23Speaker 1: because I ain't watched on video. I don't know. I
- 23:25Speaker 1: don't I just sit in on the panels and I
- 23:27Speaker 1: just listen, and I just listened to these people, and
- 23:32Speaker 1: it is it is. They have made it. So many
- 23:34Speaker 1: people have made it about about race instead of about
- 23:38Speaker 1: the facts because people don't want to accept the facts.
- 23:41Speaker 1: They don't want to they don't want to accept the
- 23:43Speaker 1: fact that these these these individuals. And from my understanding,
- 23:49Speaker 1: they were not all white tea kids. There was some
- 23:51Speaker 1: BK kids out there too, So there was BK kids
- 23:55Speaker 1: out there. They was all up under the canopy because
- 23:58Speaker 1: it's not it wasn't the fourth tent. And and people
- 24:01Speaker 1: say this, everybody had the option to walk away. Okay,
- 24:05Speaker 1: they did, but they didn't. So we moved past that.
- 24:07Speaker 1: They did not move they did not walk away. Why
- 24:10Speaker 1: because all of them probably felt privileged. We all and
- 24:14Speaker 1: just keeping it real. We we're talking about too. We're
- 24:18Speaker 1: talking about some y t kids that you look at
- 24:21Speaker 1: their pictures. They walk around with with with with with
- 24:28Speaker 1: what you call pool pools and and and and all
- 24:33Speaker 1: kind of stuff. And they was out, they they hunted,
- 24:35Speaker 1: they did all kind of stuff. But then they want
- 24:39Speaker 1: to make the BK kid out to be this this
- 24:43Speaker 1: horrible this horrible kid. But this child worked, he worked
- 24:48Speaker 1: two jobs. He he he was trying to make a
- 24:51Speaker 1: living for himself, and he was going to school. You know,
- 24:55Speaker 1: they don't they don't think about all of that. Every
- 24:59Speaker 1: every brand on person that you see is not out
- 25:01Speaker 1: here to take nothing from you, not out here to
- 25:04Speaker 1: destroy the world. Like some of us. We we we
- 25:07Speaker 1: we believe in making a legacy and leaving a legacy
- 25:10Speaker 1: for ourselves, like we want to have something like we
- 25:12Speaker 1: don't just sit around and think of ways that we
- 25:14Speaker 1: can come against y'all. No, we're trying to live too.
- 25:18Speaker 1: Like people just don't understand. They don't understand. We don't
- 25:21Speaker 1: look at color. Color is not a thing that that
- 25:24Speaker 1: run through our veins like that look at most of
- 25:26Speaker 1: our families, our family first family as bad as people
- 25:31Speaker 1: don't want we got all different races like literally like
- 25:36Speaker 1: how can I hate somebody when when when my nephew,
- 25:41Speaker 1: like my nephew, come on, please, like come are you everything?
- 25:52Speaker 1: And this this child falls under everything that say this
- 25:56Speaker 1: boy stood his grounds like he except exactly what he did.
- 26:03Speaker 1: And the fact that nobody likes that it's sad.
- 26:08Speaker 2: Oh okay, ma'am because you stated that you absolutely correct
- 26:13Speaker 2: on that. So now when we want, we want to
- 26:16Speaker 2: go back, since he's already been indicted and get access
- 26:19Speaker 2: to the police report that was written by the Primmel
- 26:22Speaker 2: investigator that went to the Justice of the peace, if
- 26:26Speaker 2: all for them to establish powerable calls to go ahead
- 26:30Speaker 2: and present this case to a grand jury to the
- 26:33Speaker 2: District Attorney's office to the grand jury. Now, if the
- 26:36Speaker 2: police report that was written excludes value for.
- 26:41Speaker 1: Have been.
- 26:43Speaker 2: That this to consider that report, then we are asking
- 26:51Speaker 2: for lack of cause and the indictment to be dismissal
- 26:57Speaker 2: and subficient evidence meant the pole lack of probable cause,
- 27:01Speaker 2: because that's the only way that a journey can grantury
- 27:05Speaker 2: can indict you if they find probable cause to indict you.
- 27:09Speaker 2: So if that information had to come from the initial
- 27:13Speaker 2: offense report written by the criminal investigators, So when we want,
- 27:18Speaker 2: we want for them to release a copy of his
- 27:21Speaker 2: initial report because as we assume the other three individuals,
- 27:26Speaker 2: somehow another came later and that light I said, we
- 27:29Speaker 2: are assuming that one of these individuals went and got
- 27:32Speaker 2: them and pointed out to them that little Camlo Anthony
- 27:35Speaker 2: was under this kit to why he was getting out
- 27:38Speaker 2: of the ring. That's what we're assuming. But if that
- 27:41Speaker 2: information was affect then that information should have been presented
- 27:47Speaker 2: and written in that report to show that the intent
- 27:52Speaker 2: to commit a crime come from the persons who Anthony
- 27:56Speaker 2: defeateded himself against it, and he was not committing a
- 28:01Speaker 2: prim So this is what we're acting for. A copy
- 28:04Speaker 2: of the initial Winden offense report, an incident report that
- 28:09Speaker 2: was presented to the Justice of the Peace, that was
- 28:12Speaker 2: presented from there to the District Attorney's office and presented
- 28:16Speaker 2: from the District Tony's office sup the grand jury and
- 28:20Speaker 2: either presented to Camillo's defense that he could have rebuttaled
- 28:24Speaker 2: at So that's what we're acting for initially. So if
- 28:30Speaker 2: that information was not included in there. Then we're acting
- 28:34Speaker 2: for this case to be dismissated. Upone, the lack of
- 28:37Speaker 2: OBIB calls to indictments, the committal at the fen to jury.
- 28:51Speaker 1: Hey, I can't hear you.
- 28:57Speaker 2: You have one minute left, m.
- 29:01Speaker 1: I can't hear all right, the caller had hung up.
- 29:11Speaker 1: Chanette Okay, I don't know what happened to her. Maybe
- 29:27Speaker 1: she'll come back. Chanette is one of the hosts over here.
- 29:32Speaker 1: She jumped on, so I was about to bring her up.
- 29:40Speaker 1: I had to get some plug up with some juice offers.
- 29:43Speaker 1: No bad e w was going dead. But yeah, So
- 29:47Speaker 1: what are your thoughts for those that Hey, Facebook, who's that?
- 29:54Speaker 1: Let me see? Let me see who that is? Chanette?
- 30:00Speaker 4: H she net had She must have the take the
- 30:32Speaker 4: phone for y'all. She must say, take the phone.
- 30:54Speaker 2: To accept this recall. Press want to reduce this recall.
- 30:58Speaker 2: Thank you producing secure. You may start the conversation now.
- 31:05Speaker 1: Sennett must have had a phone call.
- 31:07Speaker 2: Okay, yes, ma'am, Well, yes, ma'am. That's basically what can
- 31:12Speaker 2: happen now in this particular case, before we even go
- 31:15Speaker 2: to a j mm hmm.
- 31:17Speaker 1: And that the.
- 31:17Speaker 2: Judge okay, and that the judge in this case, ma'am
- 31:23Speaker 2: has the powlem right now to a dismiss the case
- 31:26Speaker 2: a play trial hearing, which means that the thirty days
- 31:31Speaker 2: after the indictment and before a jury.
- 31:33Speaker 1: Trial, so the indictment just came down, So that the
- 31:38Speaker 1: indictment just came down. Okay, I don't think it's been
- 31:43Speaker 1: a week, So maybe it's been a week. Not sure,
- 31:47Speaker 1: it just came It's not been thirty days, I know that.
- 31:53Speaker 1: But okay, so what what what? What are the options?
- 31:58Speaker 2: What?
- 31:58Speaker 1: What? What can he do? But what can what can
- 32:01Speaker 1: the public do? Because I think the public is what's
- 32:04Speaker 1: gonna make a difference in this case because there is
- 32:08Speaker 1: a lot of people seem to be invested in this.
- 32:12Speaker 1: I'm saying, every channel you go to, there's a there's
- 32:16Speaker 1: a lie going on, And you got several people on panels,
- 32:21Speaker 1: You got people on panels, you got people you know,
- 32:24Speaker 1: just lined up to talk, you know, and you got
- 32:27Speaker 1: people in the comment So it's a lot of people
- 32:32Speaker 1: that's invested. And then it's people that's not even in Texas,
- 32:35Speaker 1: you know, that that's invested in this, you know. So
- 32:40Speaker 1: it's it's a sad This is a sad case. You know,
- 32:44Speaker 1: understand that someone that family is grieving. That man is
- 32:50Speaker 1: making uh he just going around here, just doing whatever,
- 32:53Speaker 1: and everybody want everybody to feel sorry for him and say, oh,
- 32:56Speaker 1: people provoked him. People, you know, regardless, you shouldn't even
- 33:01Speaker 1: be putting yourself in that place. You know, how is
- 33:03Speaker 1: that okay for them to be parading around on these
- 33:08Speaker 1: social media sites and they have an open case. There's
- 33:11Speaker 1: an open case. The case is not closed. You know.
- 33:16Speaker 1: People think because an indictment has come down that that
- 33:19Speaker 1: that that's it, that the case is over, like they
- 33:21Speaker 1: have thrown Camillo up under the bus. They think that
- 33:24Speaker 1: that that's the end all to end all. So please
- 33:27Speaker 1: explain what does this mean? What can be done next?
- 33:33Speaker 1: And all of this stuff Like, okay, ma'am, if you.
- 33:38Speaker 2: Have just identified stuff that everybody is not looking at. Man,
- 33:42Speaker 2: you just said that this is an case, which means
- 33:46Speaker 2: that all of the information is available to the public.
- 33:50Speaker 2: Because all of the available to the public, anybody can
- 33:54Speaker 2: go to the police department under the case number, get
- 33:57Speaker 2: the case number, which report and that for a copy
- 34:01Speaker 2: of any statements that were written, made, or given to
- 34:05Speaker 2: any criminal detective in this case. Now, each of the
- 34:09Speaker 2: three guys who survived this, they gave a statement to
- 34:13Speaker 2: the police for the criminal investigator, and that statement has
- 34:17Speaker 2: to outline the facts in this case to determine if
- 34:21Speaker 2: whether or not a crime was being committed against Miss
- 34:24Speaker 2: Anthony or whether or not he committed the crime. And
- 34:28Speaker 2: this is where the facts how it comes from. So
- 34:30Speaker 2: the public got access to that information because this is
- 34:34Speaker 2: a public trial, a publication, So with that we can
- 34:37Speaker 2: get access to those reports and we can use those
- 34:41Speaker 2: reports to determine what information did go to the grand jury.
- 34:46Speaker 2: And if we can see that the boss information went
- 34:49Speaker 2: to the grand jury, we are the public. We can
- 34:51Speaker 2: take this case to the judge of this court an
- 34:55Speaker 2: act of this Court to assign us a special prosecutor
- 35:00Speaker 2: and to have this case dismissed based upon the lack
- 35:04Speaker 2: of probable polls and insufficient evidence. So that's where we
- 35:09Speaker 2: have to start. We have to go back to the
- 35:11Speaker 2: beginning now to beat this case before we even go
- 35:15Speaker 2: to a jury. We're not even trying to go to
- 35:17Speaker 2: no jury because we see that the District Unty's office
- 35:20Speaker 2: has favors with the grand jeury, I mean with the
- 35:23Speaker 2: jury and the grand jury. So we're asking for anybody
- 35:29Speaker 2: listening to this podcast to contact the police department, get
- 35:33Speaker 2: access to the name of the common investigator and get
- 35:36Speaker 2: access to the case number, which is the deport number,
- 35:40Speaker 2: and ask for copies of the incidentte deport hidden by
- 35:44Speaker 2: him and any statements that was given by any witness
- 35:48Speaker 2: to this case to determine what information was presented in
- 35:51Speaker 2: those students and him. It shows that a crime was
- 35:57Speaker 2: being committed by the person to with and defended himself.
- 36:01Speaker 2: We were using that information to act that the skate
- 36:04Speaker 2: to be dismissed based upon false information being presented to
- 36:08Speaker 2: the grand jury by the Districttorney's office. M This is
- 36:16Speaker 2: when we have to start man come the beginning, because
- 36:21Speaker 2: it's obvious that the prosecutor rushed this case to get
- 36:24Speaker 2: an indictment.
- 36:25Speaker 1: Yeah, who's up for election, He's up for relations relations.
- 36:29Speaker 2: Okay, Well, he rushed his case and got a truth
- 36:32Speaker 2: dealing indictment. It's a difference in just getting an indictment,
- 36:36Speaker 2: got a truth building indictment stating that all of the
- 36:38Speaker 2: facts presented to him as the grand jury were true.
- 36:42Speaker 2: From now, how do we get suit that? Where we
- 36:45Speaker 2: go and get a copy of the same reports that
- 36:47Speaker 2: he got that was presented to him by the criminal investigator,
- 36:51Speaker 2: and we read them ourselves, and if we see that
- 36:54Speaker 2: based upon those states those statements, that certain information was
- 36:58Speaker 2: with hell from the grand jury, and we can demand
- 37:01Speaker 2: for this case to be dismissed. And it will be
- 37:04Speaker 2: dismissed because the law will override any judge, any disc attorney,
- 37:10Speaker 2: or anybody in this case. Man, that's all we have
- 37:12Speaker 2: to do. But we have a right to creature our
- 37:15Speaker 2: hearing simply because the case has been indicted. We can
- 37:21Speaker 2: do it that way. All we can write down all emotion.
- 37:24Speaker 2: The dismissed this case says, upon the lack of prober calls, man,
- 37:30Speaker 2: mm hmm.
- 37:34Speaker 1: I was trying to get Sette. I don't know what happened.
- 37:37Speaker 1: I see she's bad. Let me see she want to
- 37:38Speaker 1: come up. I'm trying to see I Chanette want to
- 37:45Speaker 1: come up. I don't know she I don't know she
- 37:55Speaker 1: can come up along. I send her an Okay, she
- 38:13Speaker 1: might not can come up.
- 38:13Speaker 2: Go ahead, support okays the case right here too, with
- 38:18Speaker 2: staying about the sufficions of Governess Okay, and he brother
- 38:23Speaker 2: argues that he was denied the opportunity to test the
- 38:26Speaker 2: sip before the grand jury and properly convicted of a
- 38:29Speaker 2: crime to which he did not commit.
- 38:34Speaker 1: So what what? What? What okay? Now that we have
- 38:39Speaker 1: the indictment for m one, we have possibly tainted jury,
- 38:45Speaker 1: we have a possibly corrupt d A. Because we of
- 38:50Speaker 1: course know that that is a pattern in Texas for
- 38:56Speaker 1: the last two three decades. We look at the amount
- 38:59Speaker 1: of people that wrong flying overly incarcerated in the state
- 39:03Speaker 1: of Texas, and we look at the color. It's all
- 39:08Speaker 1: speak for itself. It's nothing that nobody's making up. But yet,
- 39:15Speaker 1: what can we as a public do to to let
- 39:20Speaker 1: this district attorney know that this is not acceptible. We
- 39:23Speaker 1: will not stand for this. And you know, he's up
- 39:26Speaker 1: for reelection, and I feel like this was done because
- 39:29Speaker 1: he's up for reelection and he wanted to reassure the
- 39:34Speaker 1: people that hey, you got the right person in office,
- 39:37Speaker 1: go ahead and vote for me. This is what we've done.
- 39:40Speaker 1: But not knowing that, you know, people knowing that this
- 39:43Speaker 1: case could drag out, and of course then what happens now,
- 39:50Speaker 1: you know, rush to god, this what's the name? You know?
- 39:52Speaker 1: It took I think they said eighty three days for
- 39:55Speaker 1: them to indict.
- 40:00Speaker 2: Okay, so he is where the issue is with that
- 40:02Speaker 2: part right there. Once the district attorney following indictment or
- 40:08Speaker 2: get a true bill indictment, then everybody has the rights
- 40:11Speaker 2: to a trial to be configured by members of their peers.
- 40:15Speaker 2: Now mind yourself, Then diatment has already been presented based
- 40:19Speaker 2: upon whatever evidence in information he presented to the grand jury.
- 40:22Speaker 2: So now, because we know that he's up for reelection
- 40:26Speaker 2: and that he's using his case as a pawn to
- 40:28Speaker 2: try to advance his stance on showing the public that
- 40:31Speaker 2: he's hard on crime, that our thing with that is
- 40:34Speaker 2: that we're asking Boss, a special prosecutor to be in
- 40:39Speaker 2: this particular case, that he'd be dismissed from this case
- 40:43Speaker 2: based upon the fact that he has presented in this
- 40:46Speaker 2: case in part in part all presented Boss information to
- 40:52Speaker 2: the grand jury within eighty three days in order to
- 40:56Speaker 2: get an indictment. So mind yourself. Eighty three days, okay, ma'am.
- 41:00Speaker 2: That's not even enough time according to a murder what.
- 41:06Speaker 5: One, Yes, ma'am, that's not enough time now to do anything,
- 41:11Speaker 5: because has to have the right to an attorney, get
- 41:15Speaker 5: the course of point him an attorney to be able
- 41:18Speaker 5: to object.
- 41:22Speaker 1: Well, he has an attorney. He has an attorney. Everybody
- 41:26Speaker 1: say that he has applied for the indigenus, but that
- 41:30Speaker 1: was done when he first went in on April the second.
- 41:34Speaker 1: But he has a private attorney, so we have been told. Again,
- 41:39Speaker 1: I don't know, because again I'm I haven't been diving
- 41:43Speaker 1: into either side. I've just been sticking to the law,
- 41:49Speaker 1: you know. I've been not diving into what people have
- 41:51Speaker 1: and what they don't have. I've just been sticking to
- 41:53Speaker 1: the law in the case. So I don't know. From
- 41:58Speaker 1: my understanding. From what I've heard, he has a paid
- 42:04Speaker 1: defense team, so I think that there's more than one lawyer,
- 42:10Speaker 1: if I'm not mistaken. I'm not sure. It may be
- 42:12Speaker 1: a law firm and they have different lawyers assigned and
- 42:17Speaker 1: different themes assigned. I'm not sure, but from my understanding,
- 42:21Speaker 1: he has a team, a defense team. Before the fact,
- 42:30Speaker 1: he had nothing. I think there was nothing until they
- 42:34Speaker 1: got the until they hired that lawyer that was able
- 42:38Speaker 1: to get buned. So when right before before that is
- 42:42Speaker 1: when they acquired him. The rest of the time, I
- 42:45Speaker 1: don't think from April the second up until he was
- 42:48Speaker 1: bunded out, I don't think he had a lawyer, if
- 42:53Speaker 1: I'm not mistaken.
- 42:58Speaker 2: Within a twelf So he was arrested for the offense,
- 43:01Speaker 2: and the judge did not immediately give him counsel in
- 43:05Speaker 2: order to defend himself against the allegations off clean.
- 43:09Speaker 1: Well for now, they just approved that the digit in
- 43:11Speaker 1: Indigenous package. On April the second, which I think was
- 43:16Speaker 1: the day that he was arrested. He applied for the
- 43:18Speaker 1: indigitate package. That's what the reference show, but it was
- 43:24Speaker 1: just approved. So no, he would not have had he
- 43:28Speaker 1: would not have had representation because he was not approved
- 43:31Speaker 1: until here lately, and he has a lawyer.
- 43:35Speaker 2: Now, okay, that's ma'm I understand that you're absolutely right.
- 43:39Speaker 2: If the court disapproved him of having you know, the
- 43:43Speaker 2: form of the council based upon his finanswers, then yes,
- 43:46Speaker 2: But the court judge himself should have allowed us to
- 43:50Speaker 2: ask me to fried indicted him so fast the keith
- 43:55Speaker 2: from obtaining counsel in order to defend against the indictment,
- 43:59Speaker 2: and that this way it gave him enough time.
- 44:02Speaker 1: But I think he had counsel. He had counsel because
- 44:06Speaker 1: he was out. He was out before the indictment came down.
- 44:10Speaker 1: The indictment remind you that indictment just came down within
- 44:14Speaker 1: the last two weeks.
- 44:17Speaker 2: Okay, well after right now, then what we have to
- 44:21Speaker 2: do then to go back and retrack the grand jury
- 44:24Speaker 2: and the rest burns Man in order to beat this case.
- 44:28Speaker 2: That's what we have to do. And to file a
- 44:29Speaker 2: petition actually for this district Atorney to be taken off
- 44:33Speaker 2: of this case while because of his sands on trying
- 44:36Speaker 2: to seek re election and using this case as a
- 44:39Speaker 2: pawn to try to get his sands on the election.
- 44:42Speaker 2: And we can make a request for a special propecutor
- 44:45Speaker 2: and have this whole case reviewed again and a actis
- 44:51Speaker 2: this indictment right now. So that's what we have to do.
- 44:54Speaker 1: And who who has the authority and who has the
- 44:57Speaker 1: power to do that?
- 44:59Speaker 2: Okay the judge. Whenever a case is fouled by a
- 45:04Speaker 2: district attorney, it gets a case number, it gets a
- 45:07Speaker 2: criminal case number, and the criminal case number is fouled
- 45:09Speaker 2: with a district court judge. That district court judge has
- 45:13Speaker 2: jurisdiction over that case. So now anything found has to
- 45:17Speaker 2: be fold with that district court tenierate under that case number.
- 45:22Speaker 2: So what we're doing, we're asking him for this case
- 45:24Speaker 2: to be dismissed on emotion to dismiss or emotions to
- 45:28Speaker 2: squashed the graduated indictment under that case. Number seeing that judge,
- 45:33Speaker 2: and we're asking for adhering to be held before Jermy
- 45:37Speaker 2: Troup on this case. But it has to be fold
- 45:41Speaker 2: with that judge, and we want to room and on
- 45:43Speaker 2: the motions to be held before this case go that
- 45:47Speaker 2: go to trial. And our reasons for happened the case
- 45:51Speaker 2: this myth is because number one, he was justified and
- 45:54Speaker 2: defending himself. Number Two, he stood his ground and that
- 45:58Speaker 2: there's insufficient evidence that was presented to the grand theory
- 46:03Speaker 2: to indict him under truth build indictment when in fact
- 46:06Speaker 2: that dividence to rebuttal the state's theory that mister committal
- 46:10Speaker 2: Anthony committed an offense against him as opposed to their
- 46:14Speaker 2: committing the offense against him. So this is why we're
- 46:18Speaker 2: acting for this case to be dismissed. And the law
- 46:21Speaker 2: supports you. It supports you. So the children would have
- 46:26Speaker 2: to hold their hearing under Preacher Art determined that whether
- 46:30Speaker 2: or not Miss Anthony was justified, and that information comes
- 46:34Speaker 2: from the police reports, the statements of the little witnesses
- 46:37Speaker 2: who gave their savings. That's where the facts is gonna
- 46:40Speaker 2: come from to determine if whether or not this was
- 46:43Speaker 2: him one self defense or standard ground.
- 46:47Speaker 1: Now, either way, he had the right to defend himself.
- 46:57Speaker 1: And either way, I hear a lot of people saying
- 47:03Speaker 1: in the comments section that you know, if he's he
- 47:08Speaker 1: he's going going to prison, He's going to prison. If
- 47:11Speaker 1: he do go to prison, you know, he he shouldn't
- 47:13Speaker 1: get that much time. But I just don't see him
- 47:17Speaker 1: going to prison. I just don't see it. And if
- 47:21Speaker 1: it is, we definitely know what it is because they
- 47:24Speaker 1: always trying to always trying to the mess up our
- 47:30Speaker 1: children's lives, non fact.
- 47:36Speaker 2: Well, in an appeal, man, any any anything that takes
- 47:39Speaker 2: off from this case, we're gonna kill. Okay, so they'll
- 47:43Speaker 2: kill based upon of the same evidence we're talking about.
- 47:50Speaker 1: So who can't make it up here? It has to
- 47:53Speaker 1: be the lawyer.
- 47:55Speaker 2: Okayed of this case.
- 47:58Speaker 1: Why do we have to wait till he convicted? Why
- 48:01Speaker 1: we can't do something now? Like what can we do now?
- 48:04Speaker 2: That's what I was going out to you. We can
- 48:07Speaker 2: right now go and follow emotion and before asking him
- 48:11Speaker 2: for this case to be dismissed quite man.
- 48:13Speaker 1: Anybody in the public can do that.
- 48:16Speaker 2: He has to be signed by his attorney. It has
- 48:20Speaker 2: to be signed by the attorney. So the attorneys in
- 48:23Speaker 2: this case can do that based upon the facts showing
- 48:27Speaker 2: that it was justified for Sanuel ground and that Anthony
- 48:31Speaker 2: did not provoke nobody, he was not committing no crime,
- 48:34Speaker 2: and that he had a right to be in the
- 48:36Speaker 2: place to which he was and he had that. So
- 48:40Speaker 2: because he has that his warriors sho fow those motions
- 48:44Speaker 2: right now and get a hearing on these motions as
- 48:47Speaker 2: opposed to letting this case go to a jury. You
- 48:50Speaker 2: don't have to go to no jury because this is
- 48:54Speaker 2: a publicity in the case now.
- 48:58Speaker 1: Yeah, because they were I'm telling you that Daddy is
- 49:01Speaker 1: wearing out social media. He's on here every night because
- 49:04Speaker 1: you know, on these especially over there on tik top,
- 49:08Speaker 1: they have this thing where you can you can make money.
- 49:11Speaker 1: People send you coins and people sing, they send you
- 49:15Speaker 1: your lights up and over a million lights on these platforms.
- 49:19Speaker 1: And he's going from platform to platform and getting people
- 49:21Speaker 1: to send them coins and send stuff. So they over
- 49:24Speaker 1: there racking up, they racking up on these platforms, and
- 49:28Speaker 1: they over there every night. He over there every night.
- 49:30Speaker 1: I'm talking about they was over there for eight to
- 49:32Speaker 1: ten hours. This dude had over a million views, over
- 49:36Speaker 1: a million views, and I'm talking about people were sending
- 49:39Speaker 1: they was hitting the hearts, they were sending the coins,
- 49:43Speaker 1: they was doing whatever over there, just running Anthony up
- 49:48Speaker 1: under the bus and making us BK people look look
- 49:52Speaker 1: like we was nothing. And then you had some of
- 49:54Speaker 1: us over there just patronizing this person too, like this person, like,
- 49:58Speaker 1: I mean they I don't understan people. I just really
- 50:02Speaker 1: don't like right is right and wrong is wrong and
- 50:06Speaker 1: two wrongs will never make a right. So I don't
- 50:09Speaker 1: care how you twisted. You know, if they never if
- 50:14Speaker 1: they never approached that boy, never tried to bullet him,
- 50:17Speaker 1: whatever however they tried to come at him, or bout
- 50:20Speaker 1: not being in the tent, you didn't have you should
- 50:23Speaker 1: have went to got an adult. That's that's that's what
- 50:25Speaker 1: we did when we was in school. Like these kids
- 50:29Speaker 1: think they run something, they think they own something that
- 50:31Speaker 1: that white privileges. Just know that white that w T
- 50:34Speaker 1: or y T or whatever, that privilege don't went to
- 50:37Speaker 1: their head, especially since they don't ran up in that
- 50:39Speaker 1: capitol and did what they did and got away with that.
- 50:42Speaker 1: When they when?
- 50:43Speaker 2: When?
- 50:43Speaker 1: And and what's going on now that current administration people
- 50:46Speaker 1: think they can do anything. But I'm telling you we
- 50:49Speaker 1: are not our ancestors. I'm telling you try me if
- 50:52Speaker 1: you want to.
- 50:54Speaker 2: Okay, you it stating that these individuals came to him
- 51:04Speaker 2: and because of that thing right there, it's justified. That's
- 51:08Speaker 2: what the point is.
- 51:10Speaker 1: I mean, you see and then not only that, you
- 51:12Speaker 1: see one of the purpose You see one of the
- 51:14Speaker 1: folks that walked up on him. You see him pacing
- 51:18Speaker 1: up and down upstairs, walking up and down the stairs. Okay,
- 51:20Speaker 1: So if you could walk up and down the stairs,
- 51:22Speaker 1: you could have you had no business over there where
- 51:25Speaker 1: you had no business going to the commotion. If if
- 51:27Speaker 1: you could walk up and down the stairs, you could
- 51:29Speaker 1: have walked away too. But you went over there too.
- 51:31Speaker 1: You was a part of that too.
- 51:34Speaker 2: Okay, thank you. So that's that's appoint a law of that.
- 51:37Speaker 2: The law states that you have three to five seconds
- 51:40Speaker 2: to think before you commit a crime. So if he
- 51:44Speaker 2: walked up and down upstairs, he had enough time to
- 51:46Speaker 2: think and to realize what he was gonna do. Therefore,
- 51:50Speaker 2: he was chanting only and normally gonna commit a crime.
- 51:54Speaker 1: Against but he didn't know what he was. He didn't know.
- 51:57Speaker 2: He went.
- 51:58Speaker 1: He was falling along with them because they said, come on,
- 52:01Speaker 1: let's go. I mean, if you look at the video,
- 52:05Speaker 1: you got to understand. You got to look at the
- 52:06Speaker 1: video and see the video and see what happened. And
- 52:09Speaker 1: then you gotta listen. You gotta see what's going on,
- 52:13Speaker 1: you know, And then we look at not just we
- 52:16Speaker 1: look at all the unfair stuff that has happened in
- 52:19Speaker 1: the state of Texas. It's never gonna be right. You
- 52:20Speaker 1: look at why James the Gates still sitting in prison.
- 52:23Speaker 1: You look at why some of these other people that
- 52:25Speaker 1: sitting in prison is sitting in prison. It ain't just him.
- 52:29Speaker 1: I mean, you look at the statistics. Statistic never lies.
- 52:32Speaker 1: It's in black and white. That's why I tell people,
- 52:34Speaker 1: if you want to remember something, you want something to
- 52:37Speaker 1: be embedded, put it in a book, put it in something,
- 52:40Speaker 1: Put it in something that it will forever be indented
- 52:42Speaker 1: in something. It'll be a part of the archives. Because
- 52:45Speaker 1: that's what they want to do. They want to wash
- 52:47Speaker 1: stuff away, they want to wipe it away. They don't
- 52:49Speaker 1: want you to know what's going on. That's why they
- 52:51Speaker 1: don't talk about certain cases. That's why they brush stuff
- 52:53Speaker 1: under the rug. The DA got say, charges him, brushed
- 52:57Speaker 1: under the rug. Ain't nobody know that's happened. But then
- 52:59Speaker 1: he and for re election and then he pressing he
- 53:02Speaker 1: walking stuff over there to the judge and pressing forward.
- 53:05Speaker 1: Didn't yeah O saying with a true bill. If you
- 53:09Speaker 1: do go to court with the truth bill, that means
- 53:11Speaker 1: that they got to they they provided all of the
- 53:14Speaker 1: information saying that this is true. This is true to
- 53:17Speaker 1: my knowledge. So that means that they got the burden
- 53:19Speaker 1: to prove right.
- 53:21Speaker 2: Yes, now I'm investigator, gotta take that same information to
- 53:28Speaker 2: a justice of the peace. First of all. So if
- 53:32Speaker 2: that information to the justice of the peace ain't no good,
- 53:37Speaker 2: why because you lack covable cause.
- 53:42Speaker 1: Well, if you listen to, if you listen to if
- 53:45Speaker 1: we go back, so if if if we could take
- 53:48Speaker 1: some of these these these lives that these people been
- 53:51Speaker 1: sitting on and take these videos and take them and
- 53:54Speaker 1: presenting them to the court and let them hear what
- 53:57Speaker 1: these people are saying. The stories are contradicted, The stories
- 54:00Speaker 1: do not match. Because the stories that one that say happen.
- 54:04Speaker 1: If you listen to the story that ran on CNN
- 54:06Speaker 1: or whatever it ran on, whatever news station it ran on.
- 54:10Speaker 1: They said, that story do not match the story that
- 54:12Speaker 1: they've been telling around here on social media and different things.
- 54:15Speaker 1: Because every time you when you're not telling the truth,
- 54:18Speaker 1: your story keep changing. But you look at Kamela story,
- 54:22Speaker 1: Kamello story has never changed. It's been the same since
- 54:25Speaker 1: he told it. But he's not out here running from
- 54:28Speaker 1: social media to social media site, jumping from platform the platform,
- 54:32Speaker 1: trying to do what he ain't got four go fund
- 54:36Speaker 1: me either, But they want to talk about the one
- 54:38Speaker 1: go fund me that people took They took it down.
- 54:41Speaker 1: He didn't even get the money from it. But they
- 54:43Speaker 1: want to talk about what these people doing. They don't
- 54:45Speaker 1: want to tell the truth like they for the likes
- 54:48Speaker 1: of me, people don't want to tell the truth. And
- 54:49Speaker 1: nothing but the truth is steady coming out, like little
- 54:52Speaker 1: bits and pieces is coming out. And it's not looking
- 54:55Speaker 1: good for them, them twins and them other two, whoever
- 54:58Speaker 1: them other two was not looking good for them. And
- 55:01Speaker 1: then from my understanding, it's some girls involved too. Yeah,
- 55:05Speaker 1: the plot is getting thicker and thicker. It's getting thicker
- 55:08Speaker 1: and thicker and they keep opening their mouth. Every time
- 55:11Speaker 1: the daddy opened his mouth, some more stuff come out.
- 55:13Speaker 1: Every time they go open his mouth, some more stuff
- 55:16Speaker 1: come out. It's it's steady adding up. It's steady adding up.
- 55:21Speaker 1: They steady adding up to it.
- 55:23Speaker 6: Okay, everybody gave statements, everybody that was involved the four.
- 55:36Speaker 1: Everybody gave statements. So they they they say, there's statements
- 55:40Speaker 1: from everybody, and they say, the one I think it's Austin, uh, whoever,
- 55:47Speaker 1: whichever one? And Hunter and Austin, I don't know which
- 55:50Speaker 1: one was unlive and which one is alive, but anyway,
- 55:53Speaker 1: one of them is alive, and one of them is not.
- 55:55Speaker 1: The one that's alive, he gave a statement, and whoever
- 56:01Speaker 1: the other the other two people that was in black,
- 56:06Speaker 1: they gave a statement to everybody there. And they say
- 56:11Speaker 1: some old people don't gave statement. But they not even
- 56:13Speaker 1: focused on that. They say even teachers gave statements because
- 56:16Speaker 1: they say they were adults present. You know, it's a
- 56:20Speaker 1: lot of and then it's a lot of stuff any
- 56:21Speaker 1: other time. This this is disappoint I want to make cornell.
- 56:26Speaker 1: None of the adults you hear nothing from None of
- 56:29Speaker 1: the adults you hear nothing from nobody of authority in
- 56:32Speaker 1: any of these videos, anything that you've heard on anything,
- 56:37Speaker 1: they they just making this poor baby out to be
- 56:41Speaker 1: a criminal. They making him out to be terrible. They're
- 56:44Speaker 1: making him out to be just the worst child to
- 56:48Speaker 1: walk the face of the earth, and like he just
- 56:52Speaker 1: ain't ain't nothing good about him. And these these twins
- 56:58Speaker 1: were the perfect kids, and these the children that was there,
- 57:01Speaker 1: like they did no wrong.
- 57:04Speaker 2: Okay. So again, let's apply the facts, the law to
- 57:07Speaker 2: the facts. If the laws to the facts show that
- 57:10Speaker 2: Camelo Anthony did not know these individuals, did not and
- 57:15Speaker 2: that he did not promote them to do anything.
- 57:17Speaker 1: Did not that he had a right to be in
- 57:19Speaker 1: the place where he was, indeed.
- 57:22Speaker 2: Okay, and that he himself has that no motive to
- 57:27Speaker 2: commit no crime in thisertiflication was justified and defending himself,
- 57:33Speaker 2: then the statements that were made was shown exactly what
- 57:36Speaker 2: we're saying. And this is where we got to go
- 57:39Speaker 2: back and look at the statements that were made by
- 57:42Speaker 2: the individuals to prove of them not the outside individuals,
- 57:45Speaker 2: but the same people who was in the in the case,
- 57:48Speaker 2: if three little boys who gave a statement and mister Calino.
- 57:52Speaker 2: That's where the criminal investigator took his case and sent
- 57:56Speaker 2: it to the grand to the districttantic's office and the districtory.
- 58:00Speaker 2: We overlooked the fact that came to Camilla Anthony who
- 58:05Speaker 2: did not know them to commit a crime, and he
- 58:08Speaker 2: presented information to the grand jury and they came back
- 58:11Speaker 2: for the m one indictment.
- 58:14Speaker 1: Good. So we see the video. Somebody screen shot in
- 58:18Speaker 1: the video, they still shot it it and you see
- 58:20Speaker 1: a picture of the tent and you see these four
- 58:23Speaker 1: individuals in black and you can see them coming down
- 58:27Speaker 1: the things going into the tent. You can see this.
- 58:31Speaker 1: They still shot it and you can see them lining
- 58:33Speaker 1: up walking into the tent. They were going to do something.
- 58:37Speaker 1: They was going to remove Anthony that was going to
- 58:40Speaker 1: do something. They had a agenda. They was not They
- 58:44Speaker 1: were walking in single fiul line. They were headed, They
- 58:47Speaker 1: was following their leader and they were going to do something.
- 58:51Speaker 2: Okay, thank you. So that's what we need right there.
- 58:53Speaker 1: That's it.
- 58:55Speaker 2: That's the intent and normally committee an offense. That's what
- 59:03Speaker 2: his adictments say.
- 59:03Speaker 1: That's now we have to.
- 59:06Speaker 2: Repulse that to sure that he did not intently and
- 59:09Speaker 2: knowingly do anything but just was a justified and that
- 59:14Speaker 2: these individuals intentionally and knowingly came to commit a crime against.
- 59:18Speaker 1: Him, because if you look at all of the paperwork,
- 59:22Speaker 1: Anthony had the right to be there. He was registered,
- 59:25Speaker 1: he was supposed to be there. He was one of
- 59:27Speaker 1: the kids that were supposed to have been competing that day.
- 59:31Speaker 1: But one of those twins were not supposed to be there.
- 59:33Speaker 1: They were not on the list. Only one of the
- 59:35Speaker 1: twins was on the list, So, if you want to
- 59:37Speaker 1: be technical, one of them didn't have no business being there,
- 59:40Speaker 1: and probably the one that was causing all of the wreckish,
- 59:43Speaker 1: the one that was causing all of the problems. He's
- 59:45Speaker 1: the plain, he's the reason.
- 59:47Speaker 2: Okay, okay, So what we want to do, we wanna
- 59:51Speaker 2: beat the case right now, right now. How we beat
- 59:53Speaker 2: the case. He's going to get a copy of the
- 59:55Speaker 2: statements because they got to release them because they published
- 59:58Speaker 2: work on infimation and we real and we see whether
- 1:00:02Speaker 2: this is the case. God told them what was going
- 1:00:05Speaker 2: on with his handy being under this tent while he
- 1:00:08Speaker 2: was there, and they confronted him. And because they confronted him,
- 1:00:12Speaker 2: now he was justifie and that's why we ask him
- 1:00:15Speaker 2: for this case be this sis based upon the lack
- 1:00:18Speaker 2: of publicle calls number one and number two based from
- 1:00:21Speaker 2: insufficient evidence to indict as camiloathy, that's what we're asking
- 1:00:25Speaker 2: him for, and the public can do that and demand
- 1:00:27Speaker 2: for this sister attorney to be taken off this case
- 1:00:31Speaker 2: due to judicial and partiality. He's biased and.
- 1:00:35Speaker 1: We want him up with this case and the jury,
- 1:00:37Speaker 1: who is already tainted.
- 1:00:39Speaker 2: Thank you, and we can establish that man the grand
- 1:00:43Speaker 2: jury was saying, because bosation was resented to the grand jury.
- 1:00:46Speaker 1: Yes, thank you. All right, Well, I thank you for
- 1:00:48Speaker 1: stopping by and share with me again. Thank you, thank you,
