  Like you're constantly being shaped by trends, opinions,

  comparison, and expectations. But God is shaping you too, and
• 0:23
  His shaping is freedom, not fake.
• 0:25
  Psalm 149 verse one says praise the Lord.
• 0:29
  Sing to the Lord a new song. His praise in the assembly of
• 0:32
  the godly worship is part of your transformation.
• 0:36
  When you praise God, you're reminding your heart who He is
• 0:39
  and who you are in Him. First John chapter 3, verses 2
• 0:42
  to 3 says, Beloved, we are God's children now, and what we will
• 0:46
  be has not yet appeared. But we know that when He
• 0:48
  appears, we shall be like Him, and everyone who thus hopes in
• 0:52
  Him purifies himself as He is pure.
• 0:55
  That is such a deep promise. You are already God's child, and
• 0:58
  God is making you more like Jesus.

  Not by pretending, not by performing.
• 1:03
  By hope. That purifies hope.
• 1:05
  That changes what you want, what you love, and what you choose.
• 1:08
  In Romans chapter 12, verse 2 tells you how that happens.

  Do not be conformed to this world, but be transformed by the
• 1:15
  renewal of your mind. Conformed means pressed into a
• 1:19
  mold. Transformed means changed from
• 1:21
  the inside out. God renews your mind through His
• 1:24
  Word, through prayer, through worship, and through daily
• 1:27
  surrender. That's how you start discerning
• 1:29
  what God's will is, what is good, acceptable, and perfect,
• 1:33
  so you're not stuck being who the world labels you as.
• 1:36
  You're being shaped for glory. You're becoming more like Jesus.
• 1:40
  One thought at a time, one choice at a time. 1 surrendered
• 1:43
  moment at a time. Let's pray.

  Heavenly Father, thank You that I am your child right now and
• 1:49
  that You are shaping me to be like Jesus.

  Help me resist being conformed to the world's mold, renew my
• 1:55
  mind with Your truth, and transform my heart with Your
• 1:57
  Spirit. Let my worship be real, my life,
• 2:00
  my choices, my words, so I reflect Your glory.

  Keep purifying me through hope and lead me in what is good and
• 2:06
  pleasing to You in Jesus name, Amen.

  But when he says all things are put in subjection, it is evident

  that He is accepted. Who subjected all things to Him?

  When all things have been subjected to him, then the Son

  will also himself be subjected to him.

  Who subjected all things to him, that God may be All in all.

  Or else what will they do who are baptized for the dead?

  If the dead aren't raised at all, why then are they baptized
• 7:14
  for the dead? Why do we also stand in jeopardy

  every hour? I affirm by the boasting in you
• 7:20
  which I have in Christ Jesus our Lord, I die daily.

  If I fought with animals at Ephesus for human purposes, what
• 7:26
  does it profit me? If the dead are not raised, then
• 7:29
  let's eat and drink, for tomorrow we die.

  Don't be deceived. Evil companionships corrupt good

  morals. Wake up righteously and don't
• 7:37
  sin, for some have no knowledge of God.

  I say this to your shame, but someone will say, how are the

  dead raised, and with what kind of body do they come, You
• 7:46
  foolish one? That which yourself sow is not
• 7:48
  made alive unless it dies. That which you sow you don't sow
• 7:52
  the body that will be but a bare grain, maybe of wheat or of some
• 7:55
  other kind. But God gives it a body even as
• 7:58
  it pleased Him, and to each seat a body of its own.

  All flesh is not the same flesh, but there is one flesh of men,
• 8:05
  another flesh of animals, another of fish, and another of
• 8:08
  birds. There are also celestial bodies
• 8:11
  and terrestrial bodies, but the glory of the celestial differs
• 8:14
  from that of the terrestrial. There is one glory of the sun,
• 8:18
  another glory of the moon, and another glory of the stars.
• 8:22
  For one star differs from another star in glory.
• 8:25
  So also is the resurrection of the dead.
• 8:27
  The body is sown perishable. It is raised imperishable.
• 8:31
  It is sown in dishonor. It is raised in glory.
• 8:34
  It is sown in weakness. It is raised in power.
• 8:37
  It is sown a natural body. It is raised a spiritual body.
• 8:41
  There is a natural body and there is also a spiritual body.
• 8:44
  So also it is written. The first man, Adam, became a
• 8:47
  living soul. The last Adam became a life
• 8:50
  giving spirit. However, that which is spiritual
• 8:53
  isn't first, but that which is natural.
• 8:55
  Then that which is spiritual. The first man is of the earth
• 8:58
  made of dust. The second man is the Lord from
• 9:01
  heaven, as is the one made of dust.
• 9:04
  Such are those who are also made of dust, and as is the heavenly,
• 9:07
  such are they also that are heavenly.
• 9:10
  As we have borne the image of those made of dust, let's also
• 9:13
  bear the image of the heavenly. Now I say this, brothers, that
• 9:16
  flesh and blood can't inherit God's Kingdom, neither does the
• 9:20
  perishable inherit imperishable. Behold, I tell you a mystery.
• 9:25
  We will not all sleep, but we will all be changed in a moment,
• 9:28
  in the twinkling of an eye, at the last trumpet.
• 9:31
  For the trumpet will sound, and the dead will be raised
• 9:33
  incorruptible, and we will be changed.
• 9:36
  For this perishable body must become imperishable, and this
• 9:39
  mortal must put on immortality. But when this perishable body
• 9:43
  will have become imperishable, and this mortal will have put on
• 9:46
  immortality, then what is written will happen.
• 9:49
  Death is swallowed up in victory.
• 9:51
  Death, where is your sting? Hades, where's your victory?
• 9:55
  The sting of death is sin, and the power of sin is the law.
• 9:58
  But thanks be to God, who gives us the victory through our Lord

  Jesus Christ. Therefore, my beloved brothers,

  be steadfast, immovable, always abounding in the Lord's work,

  because you know that your labor is not in vain in the Lord.
