Fake Autism Centers in Fraudesota, Elon Musk's Warning & Will we See Jail Time for High Lvl Officials Week In Review · The 47 Morning Update with Ben Ferguson

• 0:01
  Speaker 1: Welcome.
• 0:01
Speaker 2: It is Verdict with Ted Cruz Weekend Review, Ben Ferguson
• 0:04
Speaker 2: with you. And these are the stories that you may
• 0:06
Speaker 2: have missed that we talked about this week. It all
• 0:09
Speaker 2: deals with fraud in Minnesota. First up, Nick Shirley goes
• 0:12
Speaker 2: to the autism centers to expose the massive fraud at
• 0:17
Speaker 2: these daycare centers as well.
• 0:19
Speaker 1: What does this mean? We'll explain it all to you.
• 0:22
Speaker 2: Also, when Elon Musk was in charge of DOGE, he
• 0:25
Speaker 2: had a major warning that this is exactly what we
• 0:27
Speaker 2: are going to find. He talked about in an interview
• 0:31
Speaker 2: with the Center and I and we're going to play
• 0:32
Speaker 2: it back for you. And finally, the big question everyone's asking,
• 0:37
Speaker 2: will people actually be arrested go to prison? It's the
• 0:41
Speaker 2: weekend Review and it starts right now. I'm not crazy
• 0:45
Speaker 2: to say this, And if you disagree with me, please
• 0:48
  Speaker 2: tell me why.
• 0:49
Speaker 1: If you are a person.
• 0:51
Speaker 2: That is in a position of power as an ELECTI official,
• 0:54
Speaker 2: you see this video, wouldn't the first thing you would
• 0:57
Speaker 2: do was to get together with your staff that then
• 0:59
Speaker 2: we get together with the law enforcement and then immediately
• 1:01
Speaker 2: send out teams like Monday morning to go to all
• 1:04
Speaker 2: these places and investigate immediately.
• 1:07
Speaker 3: That they don't want to shut him down. They want
• 1:09
Speaker 3: to they want to cover it up. They want to
• 1:10
Speaker 3: say no, no, it wasn't us, wasn't us. We're not responsible.
• 1:14
Speaker 3: And this is the scale. It is so brazen they
• 1:18
Speaker 3: can't deny it. And by the way, all right to
• 1:21
Speaker 3: all the corporate reporters who've done no journalism for years
• 1:24
Speaker 3: except attacking Donald Trump for everything he says and does.
• 1:27
Speaker 3: Here's the next place the story is going. Here's where
• 1:30
Speaker 3: the puck is going. Yeah, how much of that money
• 1:33
Speaker 3: has gone directly into the campaign coffers of the elected Democrats?
• 1:37
Speaker 3: How much is Tim Wallace?
• 1:38
  Speaker 1: It's a great point.
• 1:39
Speaker 3: How much of the US senators made, how much of
• 1:41
Speaker 3: the members of the House made, How much has the
• 1:43
Speaker 3: mayor made? How much has the city council made? How
• 1:46
Speaker 3: many millions of dollars were they buying political protection in
• 1:50
Speaker 3: order to enable them to steal billions? All right, I
• 1:53
Speaker 3: want to play one more segment. Yeah, and this is
• 1:56
Speaker 3: a This is a segment where Nick Shirley tries to
• 2:00
Speaker 3: go to another daycare center. Woman answers the door. He
• 2:04
Speaker 3: asks if he can sign up his son Joey that
• 2:07
Speaker 3: she says no, no, no, no, no, no, no no,
• 2:09
Speaker 3: we don't take children here. And then he says, all right,
• 2:13
Speaker 3: let's branch out. We've struck out at every daycare center
• 2:16
Speaker 3: and these are all within a couple blocks of each other,
• 2:18
Speaker 3: all of these fake storefronts. He said, let's go to
• 2:21
Speaker 3: an autism center. And we've seen an explosion of autism centers.
• 2:26
Speaker 3: And I want you to watch and listen to what
• 2:28
Speaker 3: happens when he goes to an autism center that once
• 2:31
Speaker 3: again is being paid millions of dollars by the taxpayers
• 2:33
Speaker 3: of Minnesota. Give a listen, give a watch.
• 2:36
Speaker 4: Well, Joey would not be accepted to that daycare. Always
• 2:39
Speaker 4: go home with Joey's still looking for daycare.
• 2:41
Speaker 5: And because little Joey couldn't get into a daycare, we
• 2:44
Speaker 5: went to an autism center. As they have been popping
• 2:47
Speaker 5: up everywhere as a rise of autism has occurred here
• 2:50
Speaker 5: in Minnesota because of the government funds that they're receiving.
• 2:54
Speaker 5: I tried to check my son Joey into an autism center.
• 2:57
Speaker 4: When going to a lot of these daycare centers, We're
• 2:58
Speaker 4: trying to find a spot for our little boy Joey.
• 3:01
Speaker 4: But we thought maybe we could check them in the
• 3:03
Speaker 4: autism center because now the daycare centers are open. Yeah,
• 3:06
Speaker 4: And how many kids you guys have at this autism center?
• 3:14
Speaker 4: I can't give you a burn, like more than five probably,
• 3:19
Speaker 4: so you don't really know. What do you guys think about,
• 3:22
Speaker 4: like the fraud that's been labeled on the autism centers here?
• 3:24
Speaker 4: What do you guys do think about the fraud? Or
• 3:26
Speaker 4: how come the autism centers are popping up? I can't
• 3:32
Speaker 4: My name is that Nick. We're doing a little documentary
• 3:33
Speaker 4: trying to find little Joey a spot to put himself
• 3:36
Speaker 4: in one of these centers here because there's the fraud. Yeah,
• 3:41
Speaker 4: because we want to make sure we're going to legit
• 3:42
Speaker 4: business if we're gonna bring our little boy Joey here.
• 3:46
Speaker 1: This is not a dull spot. M. Well, that's our
• 3:49
  Speaker 1: number on you.
• 3:50
Speaker 4: This is you tell what you guys scooze. Okay, thank you.
• 3:56
Speaker 4: So once again, little Joey he can't even go to
• 3:58
Speaker 4: daycare and now they won't even accept him audism.
• 4:01
Speaker 6: And again no kids couldn't tell you how many kids
• 4:03
  Speaker 6: they served.
• 4:05
Speaker 5: After being able to provide no evidence of them actually
• 4:08
Speaker 5: being an autism center in a place where a child
• 4:10
Speaker 5: could go. They shut the door and we headed to
• 4:12
Speaker 5: the next fraudulent daycare center that was just around the corner.
• 4:17
Speaker 4: We're on to the next location. We're still trying to
• 4:19
Speaker 4: find a little Joey a place to go to get
• 4:20
  Speaker 4: some daycare.
• 4:21
Speaker 6: So where we're going now is a place called super
• 4:24
Speaker 6: Kids Daycare Center. Interestingly, this daycare center was shut down
• 4:30
Speaker 6: when it was called Creative Mind's Daycare and it had
• 4:34
Speaker 6: received two point four or five million dollars this fiscal
• 4:39
Speaker 6: year twenty twenty five. They had the shutdown because there
• 4:42
Speaker 6: were so many violations, and they went and they just
• 4:45
Speaker 6: reopened under a new license and they renamed the center
• 4:49
Speaker 6: super Kids Daycare Center, LLC.
• 4:51
Speaker 4: So they got shut down then started another one literally
• 4:54
Speaker 4: the next day Creative Mind's Daycare. Two point four or
• 4:58
Speaker 4: five million dollars got set to this daycare center.
• 5:01
  Speaker 7: We have.
• 5:03
Speaker 4: Empty parking lot. We do have a bus here. This
• 5:06
Speaker 4: is different. We'll see if we see anybody.
• 5:07
Speaker 5: I knocked on the door. Absolutely nobody was inside, and
• 5:11
Speaker 5: once again no children could be heard anywhere.
• 5:14
Speaker 4: So David, once again another child daycare center. We have
• 5:18
Speaker 4: a bus out here, no one's inside. License for over
• 5:22
Speaker 4: fifty kids. No children anywhere, but yet millions of dollars
• 5:28
  Speaker 4: every single year.
• 5:30
Speaker 6: So the sign says Creative Mind's Daycare. They got in
• 5:34
Speaker 6: so much trouble, they had so many violations that they
• 5:37
Speaker 6: had to shut down and they reopened the next day
• 5:41
Speaker 6: under super Kids Daycare Center. You see thirty eight oh
• 5:44
Speaker 6: one Portland. Thirty eight oh one Portland, which is where
• 5:48
  Speaker 6: we are.
• 5:49
Speaker 4: So that's fraud right there alone.
• 5:52
Speaker 6: Millions and millions of dollars. And again the kids are missing.
• 5:55
  Speaker 6: We're the kids.
• 5:55
Speaker 4: You'd think if they had the same address that whoever's
• 5:58
Speaker 4: inside we're working at the capitol here inside of Minnesota,
• 6:01
Speaker 4: would to say, oh, maybe that's a red flag.
• 6:05
Speaker 6: They they just write the check. Human Services, they got
• 6:08
Speaker 6: to clean out the whole bunch. They're the ones who
• 6:10
Speaker 6: enabled this fraud. How can you not look and say,
• 6:13
Speaker 6: wait a minute, this these two are registered at the
• 6:16
  Speaker 6: same address.
• 6:17
Speaker 4: On top of all the childcare centers. That's just only
• 6:20
Speaker 4: a small piece of the fraud. What other fraud of
• 6:22
Speaker 4: the committee here in Minnesota.
• 6:23
Speaker 6: So another major piece of the fraud is the home
• 6:27
Speaker 6: healthcare industry. Where we're going now is a building that
• 6:33
Speaker 6: has fourteen somaly owned home healthcare companies in the same building.
• 6:39
Speaker 4: Fourteen of the same healthcare companies in the one.
• 6:42
Speaker 6: Building, Fourteen home healthcare companies with different names in the
• 6:45
  Speaker 6: same building.
• 6:46
Speaker 4: How bad has Tim Waltz managed the budget here inside
• 6:49
  Speaker 4: of Minnesota?
• 6:50
Speaker 6: So the last biennium we had an eighteen billion dollars surplus,
• 6:56
Speaker 6: this biennium we have a six billion dollar deficit. That's
• 7:01
Speaker 6: a twenty four billion dollars swing in one biennium. How
• 7:07
Speaker 6: in the world can you burn through twenty four billion
• 7:09
Speaker 6: dollars in two years? This is how right here. This
• 7:13
Speaker 6: is a huge part of it.
• 7:14
Speaker 4: And so would you say a lot of that is
• 7:15
Speaker 4: fraud that's taking place here in Minnesota?
• 7:17
Speaker 6: Absolutely, I would say better than ninety percent of it
• 7:22
Speaker 6: is absolute, outright fraud.
• 7:24
Speaker 5: And a large percentage of this fraud is from these
• 7:26
Speaker 5: healthcare companies that are charging the state millions of dollars
• 7:30
Speaker 5: while they actually aren't providing anything. In fact, the FBI
• 7:35
Speaker 5: just did a arraide a few days ago on a
• 7:36
Speaker 5: building similar to the one we were about to enter.
• 7:39
Speaker 5: Inside of this building, there were fourteen of nearly the
• 7:42
Speaker 5: exact same businesses offering the exact same services.
• 7:45
Speaker 4: Right here, you have a list of all of the
• 7:48
Speaker 4: healthcare companies, loads of them right here. We want healthcare, Yes,
• 7:54
Speaker 4: we'd like to speak about getting healthcare here? Why can't
• 7:57
Speaker 4: I get health care here? Waters warning you are under
• 8:01
Speaker 4: video surveillance, no trespassing security armed. This is the strangest
• 8:10
Speaker 4: place I've ever been to get healthcare. Just a bunch
• 8:15
Speaker 4: of different places. Healthcare here, healthcare here, another healthcare company
• 8:22
Speaker 4: right here. There are three healthcare companies inside of this building,
• 8:26
Speaker 4: right here in this room of seven C. Now we
• 8:29
Speaker 4: have another helping hands Homecare LLC, another healthcare company present
• 8:35
Speaker 4: help right here. We're looking for the best rates of
• 8:37
Speaker 4: healthcare here inside this building because we have so many options.
• 8:40
Speaker 4: Who can we talk about getting the best healthcare? I
• 8:42
Speaker 4: don't know? No, all right, we will not get any
• 8:47
Speaker 4: healthcare here, David. This is one of the stranger places.
• 8:50
  Speaker 3: I've ever been.
• 8:52
Speaker 4: Literally, healthcare every door you go to, yet nobody will
• 8:55
Speaker 4: give you a rate. How much money you think has
• 8:57
Speaker 4: been funneled through this building?
• 9:00
Speaker 6: You're I would say fifty to sixteen millions at least.
• 9:04
Speaker 5: And finally we were accepted into one of the daycare
• 9:06
Speaker 5: centers and they actually took down information to give.
• 9:09
  Speaker 4: Us a rate.
• 9:10
Speaker 5: However, when we left We were then met with the police.
• 9:13
Speaker 7: We received a complaint that selling mentioning your description. We're
• 9:17
Speaker 7: in this building harassing the individuals to sit here.
• 9:20
Speaker 4: Oh, we're just seeing. We're checking out in the rates
• 9:22
Speaker 4: for healthcare because there's fourteen health care companies inside this building.
• 9:25
Speaker 4: So okay, what he said.
• 9:27
Speaker 8: He said there's fourteen companies here, and he's trying to
• 9:30
Speaker 8: assume because there's Somali providers that everyone in your straudulent.
• 9:33
Speaker 8: So he's here with some kind.
• 9:34
  Speaker 6: Of like propaganda.
• 9:36
Speaker 7: No, we're just checking this is this is a area
• 9:40
Speaker 7: that we're allowed to enforce prospassing ordinance. Is there any
• 9:43
Speaker 7: other reason that you guys are here.
• 9:44
Speaker 4: Well, we're checking rates. No, we are checking rates. We
• 9:48
Speaker 4: asked for rates. Okay, I'm gonna have If you guys
• 9:51
Speaker 4: are all good, we're gonna step out that and we
• 9:54
Speaker 4: all right, let's see. So all right, we're getting escort
• 9:56
Speaker 4: it out right now. The police have arrived. When we're
• 9:59
Speaker 4: checking out the I ain't seen what was happening inside
• 10:01
Speaker 4: this building. No one would really speak with us. We
• 10:03
Speaker 4: did go inside the one daycare center and she actually
• 10:05
Speaker 4: did give his rates for the childcare. Much respect to
• 10:07
Speaker 4: that lady. What's the problem offs here?
• 10:10
Speaker 7: Well, so again we're we've been getting reports from there
• 10:13
Speaker 7: now multiple individuals that you guys.
• 10:14
Speaker 1: Were harassing individuals who are work here.
• 10:18
Speaker 7: At the end of the day, this is private property
• 10:20
Speaker 7: and it's one that people are allowed to ask you
• 10:22
Speaker 7: to leave, and it's also in the Minneapolis Police Department
• 10:24
Speaker 7: is allowed to enforce trespassing ordinance at this address.
• 10:27
Speaker 5: Yeah, so as we got escorted out of this building,
• 10:30
Speaker 5: the Somali's filmed us as we left and we headed
• 10:33
Speaker 5: over to the next build center.
• 10:35
Speaker 1: I would encourage everybody go watch.
• 10:37
Speaker 2: There's another twenty ten minutes of this video and we'll
• 10:40
Speaker 2: put it up on social media. But it is truly
• 10:43
Speaker 2: impressive to watch the Somalis there use the police to
• 10:47
Speaker 2: kick someone out of their building who is exposing their
• 10:50
Speaker 2: fraud by just asking for rates. You're talking, he said,
• 10:54
Speaker 2: sixty seventy eighty million running through that building every single
• 10:58
Speaker 2: year with no one offering anything, and yet the police
• 11:01
Speaker 2: show up not to arrest these people that are just
• 11:06
Speaker 2: lynching are tax towers to the American people, But instead
• 11:10
Speaker 2: when a twenty two to twenty three year old YouTuber
• 11:13
Speaker 2: who's a hero is the guy they're harassing.
• 11:17
Speaker 3: So Nick Shirley, in one afternoon he uncovered one hundred
• 11:21
Speaker 3: and ten million dollars of fraud, and in fact, during
• 11:23
Speaker 3: the video he has a running tally of the fraud
• 11:25
Speaker 3: each place that he uncovers. The reason at the end
• 11:30
Speaker 3: it speaks volumes that the police showed up and forced
• 11:33
Speaker 3: them to leave, not because they were investigating fraud, that
• 11:37
Speaker 3: the people in that building were obviously robbing the Minnesota taxpayers. Now, listen,
• 11:43
Speaker 3: I don't fault that police officer. He's doing his job.
• 11:47
Speaker 3: The problem is his job is decided by the Mayor
• 11:50
Speaker 3: of Minneapolis and the City Council of Minneapolis, and they
• 11:52
Speaker 3: are all corrupt democrats who are being paid for by
• 11:57
Speaker 3: these Somali thieves. And so at the end of the day,
• 12:02
Speaker 3: the police knows their jobs is protect the criminals, protect
• 12:07
Speaker 3: the thieves, because the thieves are funding the politicians who
• 12:11
Speaker 3: are in charge of the city.
• 12:13
Speaker 2: Now, if you want to hear the rest of this conversation,
• 12:15
Speaker 2: you can go back and listen to the full podcast
• 12:18
Speaker 2: from earlier this week. Now onto story number two. You
• 12:22
Speaker 2: know this also goes back to saying you and I
• 12:24
Speaker 2: talked about several months ago when we had then the
• 12:27
Speaker 2: man in charge of DOGE. He was warning us about waste,
• 12:31
Speaker 2: fraud and abuse. That was Elon Musk. He actually retweeted
• 12:35
Speaker 2: the last couple of days this segment that we had
• 12:38
Speaker 2: from him in the DOJ office and the EOB next
• 12:40
Speaker 2: to the White House. And I want to play that
• 12:43
Speaker 2: for people just to remind you of what he was
• 12:45
Speaker 2: talking about of entitlement payments going to people just like
• 12:50
Speaker 2: these Somalians and illegals, and how this was one of
• 12:53
Speaker 2: the biggest frauds, as he described it happening in the
• 12:56
Speaker 2: history of this country. Take a listen to again, this
• 12:59
Speaker 2: is Mosk on this show months ago warning about this
• 13:03
Speaker 2: exact type of behavior.
• 13:06
Speaker 7: And the single biggest thing that they're that they're worried
• 13:09
Speaker 7: about is that dog is going to turn off fraudulent
• 13:15
Speaker 7: payments of entitlements. I mean everything from Social Security, medicare, uh,
• 13:20
Speaker 7: you know, unemployment, disability, small administ regrustration loans, turn them
• 13:26
Speaker 7: off to illegals. This is the tops of the matter. Yeap, okay,
• 13:31
Speaker 7: this is this is the this is the thing that
• 13:34
Speaker 7: why they really hit my guts, want me to die.
• 13:37
Speaker 3: And do you think that's billions?
• 13:39
  Speaker 1: Hundreds of billions?
• 13:39
Speaker 5: What do you think the scale is of.
• 13:41
Speaker 7: That, I think across the country. It's it's in the
• 13:43
Speaker 7: it's wealth of one hundred billion, maybe two hundred billion.
• 13:47
Speaker 7: So uh, why by using entitlements fraud, the Democrats have
• 13:53
Speaker 7: been able to attract and retain vast numbers of illegal
• 13:58
Speaker 7: immigrants and buy voters, and buy voters exactly the basically
• 14:05
Speaker 7: bring in a ten twenty million people who are beholden
• 14:10
Speaker 7: to the Democrats for government handouts and will vote overwhelming
• 14:14
Speaker 7: the Democrat as has been demonstrated in California.
• 14:17
Speaker 1: This is it's an election strategy.
• 14:20
Speaker 7: Yes, it's power, yes, and it doesn't take much to
• 14:23
Speaker 7: turn the swing states blue. I mean offen a Spring
• 14:25
Speaker 7: state yet be won by ten twenty thousand votes. Sure,
• 14:28
Speaker 7: so the DAMS can bring in two hundred thousand illegals
• 14:31
Speaker 7: and over time get them legally legalized, not counting any
• 14:35
Speaker 7: cheating that takes place, because there is some cheating, but
• 14:38
Speaker 7: even without cheating, if you bake, if you have, if
• 14:41
Speaker 7: you bring in illegals that are ten xt the voted
• 14:43
Speaker 7: differential in a Spring state, it will no longer be
• 14:46
Speaker 7: a swing state, right, and the Dams will win all
• 14:49
Speaker 7: the Spring states just a matter of time and America
• 14:53
Speaker 7: will be permanent deep blue social state. At the House,
• 14:59
Speaker 7: the Senate, the Presidency, and the Supreme Court will all
• 15:02
Speaker 7: go hardcore. Then they will then further cement that by
• 15:07
Speaker 7: bringing even more Aliens so you can't vote your way.
• 15:10
  Speaker 8: Out of it.
• 15:11
Speaker 3: Their objemin is to make it.
• 15:13
Speaker 7: One party socialist state, and it'll be much worse than California,
• 15:16
Speaker 7: because least California is mitigated by the fact that someone
• 15:18
  Speaker 7: can leave California.
• 15:19
Speaker 3: You can go to Texas.
• 15:20
Speaker 7: Yeah, exactly, so you did go to make everywhere California,
• 15:24
  Speaker 7: but worse.
• 15:25
Speaker 2: You know what's interesting is the way that he described it.
• 15:27
Speaker 2: Their center is saying you can't. They'll get to a
• 15:29
Speaker 2: point where you can't vote your way out of it.
• 15:31
Speaker 2: It's almost like Elon was describing Minneapolis, minneap was Saint Paul,
• 15:37
Speaker 2: and now in essence, the entire state is going that
• 15:40
Speaker 2: way after its total Somali control locally.
• 15:44
Speaker 3: Now, look that that is exactly right. I will say,
• 15:47
Speaker 3: by the way that the interview we did with Elon Musk,
• 15:49
Speaker 3: it was an hour long interview we did and in
• 15:51
Speaker 3: the course of two podcasts, it remains one of my
• 15:54
Speaker 3: favorite pods we've ever done. If you didn't listen to
• 15:57
Speaker 3: it when it came out. I would encourage you. It
• 15:59
  Speaker 3: was fascinating.
• 16:00
  Speaker 8: You know.
• 16:00
Speaker 3: We got to ask Elon all sorts of questions about
• 16:02
Speaker 3: how he built tel Tesla, how he built UH SpaceX,
• 16:06
Speaker 3: what are the odds of killer robots killing us all?
• 16:09
Speaker 3: What's gonna happen with AI? I mean, it was it
• 16:12
Speaker 3: was fun, It was interesting. Elon is a good friend,
• 16:15
Speaker 3: and and and that exchange. It was prescient that he predicted.
• 16:19
Speaker 3: And it's interesting he said north of one hundred billion nationwide.
• 16:23
Speaker 3: We look at Minneapolis and Minnesota where it's already north
• 16:26
Speaker 3: of nine billion in just one state. And and and
• 16:29
Speaker 3: I think that prediction of a one hundred billion or
• 16:30
Speaker 3: more UH is very accurate. You know. I'll also say
• 16:34
Speaker 3: on the point about getting you know, Elon talked right there,
• 16:38
Speaker 3: we get about getting people locked into welfare and dependency
• 16:41
Speaker 3: and making him dependent on the Democrats. You know, there
• 16:43
Speaker 3: was a tweet that Bill Ackman that the New York
• 16:46
Speaker 3: Investor put out today that I thought was quite insightful.
• 16:50
  Speaker 8: Uh.
• 16:50
Speaker 3: He said, quote, even assuming there was no fraud, none
• 16:53
Speaker 3: of this makes sense. How is it that we have
• 16:56
Speaker 3: been funding billions of dollars of daycare for Somali immigrants
• 17:01
Speaker 3: in Minnesota, eighty one percent of which, according to Gemini,
• 17:07
Speaker 3: are on welfare. Now get this, Listen to that fact again,
• 17:10
Speaker 3: eighty one percent of Somali immigrants are on welfare. Acman continues,
• 17:16
Speaker 3: In other words, if mom and dad don't work, why
• 17:21
Speaker 3: the need for childcare? Perhaps you could say the welfare
• 17:24
Speaker 3: statistics include some subsidies for working parents. But still in
• 17:28
Speaker 3: this case, the childcare does not appear to be needed
• 17:30
Speaker 3: as the daycare centers are empty. Furthermore, why is federal
• 17:34
Speaker 3: funded childcare provided to recent immigrants on welfare versus longstanding
• 17:40
Speaker 3: American working families who are not on welfare. How does
• 17:43
Speaker 3: this make sense? And the answer is it doesn't. It
• 17:46
Speaker 3: doesn't unless the goal is to buy votes. And if
• 17:49
Speaker 3: the goal is to buy vote, since it makes perfect
• 17:52
Speaker 3: sense and everyone responsible needs to go to jail.
• 17:55
Speaker 2: Senat we're talking about accountability and CEOs. They're held accountable
• 18:00
Speaker 2: when they commit major frauds. Bernie Madeoff is one I
• 18:03
Speaker 2: mentioned a moment ago as well. Is there a real
• 18:07
Speaker 2: chance that we will see government elected officials because of
• 18:12
Speaker 2: this fraud actually be arrested and held accountable for the
• 18:15
Speaker 2: fact that they're the CEO of the state and they
• 18:17
Speaker 2: are the ones that allowed this happen.
• 18:19
Speaker 1: There were a lot of warning signs.
• 18:21
Speaker 2: There were whistleblowers that have come forward saying that they
• 18:23
Speaker 2: had taken to the governor and they were actually punished
• 18:26
Speaker 2: for being a whistleblower in Minnesota. That's part of this
• 18:29
Speaker 2: story that can't be overlooked.
• 18:31
Speaker 3: Look, I hope so and I believe there will be accountability.
• 18:35
Speaker 3: We've already seen people being prosecuted, the fraudsters themselves. We've
• 18:39
Speaker 3: seen DJ and the FBI promising to go higher up
• 18:42
Speaker 3: the chain, and I hope and expect that to happen now.
• 18:46
Speaker 3: You know, I will say on Twitter, lots of folks
• 18:49
Speaker 3: are commenting with our last couple of pods and they're
• 18:51
Speaker 3: yelling at me, going, what will Ted do something about it?
• 18:55
Speaker 3: And then let's get back to the basic constitution and
• 18:58
Speaker 3: the separation of powers. The only federal entity that can
• 19:02
Speaker 3: prosecute is the executive branch, that is the Department of Justice,
• 19:06
Speaker 3: that is the FBI. They can bring criminal charges. I
• 19:08
Speaker 3: serve in the legislature. The legislature cannot prosecute anyone. What
• 19:12
Speaker 3: we can do is shine a light. Well, we can do.
• 19:15
Speaker 3: This podcast reaches millions of people by shining a light
• 19:19
Speaker 3: and calling for accountability. That builds the momentum for then
• 19:22
Speaker 3: the executive has to bring the indictments and has to prosecute,
• 19:25
Speaker 3: and that we're going to do, and I fully expect
• 19:28
Speaker 3: we will also have congressional hearings again to shine a light. Now,
• 19:32
Speaker 3: a congressional hearing cannot actually indict anyone and put one
• 19:36
Speaker 3: in jail, but it can draw real attention, and it
• 19:39
Speaker 3: could uncover evidence that helps helps the executive then prosecute.
• 19:44
Speaker 3: They are also political consequences, and I want to play
• 19:48
Speaker 3: actually an ad that I saw online. I don't know
• 19:50
Speaker 3: who put this together, but it's a satirical ad about
• 19:53
Speaker 3: Tim Waltz that gives some of the sense of political
• 19:56
Speaker 3: consequences that will happen. That this just came out today.
• 20:00
  Speaker 3: Give a listen.
• 20:01
Speaker 8: Jim Walls doesn't seek out Fraud. Fraud seeks out Tim Walls.
• 20:06
Speaker 8: When scammers apply for jobs, they list him as a reference.
• 20:11
Speaker 8: Under his watch, Fraud is Minnesota's fastest growing small business.
• 20:16
Speaker 8: His biggest export taxpayer money delivered to foreign terrorists. If
• 20:21
Speaker 8: Fraud had a frequent flyer program, he would always fly first. Class.
• 20:27
Speaker 8: He is Tim Walls the most fraudulent man in America.
• 20:31
Speaker 8: Jim Walls doesn't seek.
• 20:34
Speaker 1: I love the and I remember the most interesting man
• 20:36
  Speaker 1: in the world.
• 20:37
Speaker 2: That's that thing to that with those techys'cies, yeah, which
• 20:41
Speaker 2: is such a great like great ad series they did
• 20:43
  Speaker 2: there for years.
• 20:44
Speaker 3: And by the way, Ben, but by the way, by
• 20:47
Speaker 3: the way, man, I have to say, I'm also a
• 20:49
Speaker 3: fan of bearded latinos with with just you know, with
• 20:53
Speaker 3: something to say in the world.
• 20:55
Speaker 2: There's something I understand your beard like never before you
• 20:58
Speaker 2: were trying to be the most interesting man in the
• 21:01
  Speaker 2: world of politics.
• 21:02
Speaker 1: Okay, now it's full circle.
• 21:04
  Speaker 3: It's a low bar.
• 21:05
Speaker 2: I mean those bar I get it. That's so good.
• 21:08
Speaker 2: That's I'm never okay. The connection is solidified now. I
• 21:12
Speaker 2: I that ad is hysterical. It's also incredibly accurate.
• 21:18
Speaker 3: Look that this is and it's just the beginning. This
• 21:21
Speaker 3: is only gonna get worse. As I said, this has
• 21:24
Speaker 3: happened in other states. Minnesota is a perfect storm because
• 21:29
Speaker 3: you've got the massive Somali community there. But but it
• 21:32
Speaker 3: is happening in other states. We are going to see
• 21:34
Speaker 3: accountability and and and listen, I'm really glad the Trump
• 21:37
Speaker 3: administration DOJ and the FBI is going after that this
• 21:40
Speaker 3: but also today HHS, the Trump administration came out with
• 21:46
Speaker 3: with with with this announcement. Give a listen.
• 21:49
Speaker 9: I'm here with Assistant Secretary Alex Adams. Alex Overseas, the
• 21:52
Speaker 9: Administration for Children and Families and Trumpet journalists have made shocking,
• 21:56
Speaker 9: incredible allegations of extensive fraud in Minnesota's childcare programs. We
• 22:01
Speaker 9: believe the state of Minnesota has allowed scammers and fake
• 22:04
Speaker 9: daycares to siphon millions of taxpayer dollars over the past decade.
• 22:08
Speaker 10: My office ACF provides Minnesota one hundred and eighty five
• 22:11
Speaker 10: million dollars in childcare funds each year. That money should
• 22:15
Speaker 10: be helping nineteen thousand American children, including toddlers and infants.
• 22:19
Speaker 10: Any dollar stolen by fraudsters is stolen from those children. Yesterday,
• 22:24
Speaker 10: I spoke directly with the director of the Minnesota Childcare
• 22:27
Speaker 10: Services Office. She could not tell me with confidence whether
• 22:30
Speaker 10: those allegations of fraud are isolated or whether there's fraud
• 22:33
  Speaker 10: stretching statewide.
• 22:34
Speaker 9: Today, we have taken three direct actions against the blatant
• 22:37
Speaker 9: fraud that seems to be rampant in Minnesota. First, I
• 22:41
Speaker 9: have activated our defend the Spend system for all ACF
• 22:44
Speaker 9: childcare payments across America. Starting today, we require a justification,
• 22:49
Speaker 9: receipt or photo evidence before we make a payment. Second,
• 22:54
Speaker 9: I've just signed and sent a demand letter to Governor Walls.
• 22:57
Speaker 9: I required a full three hundred and sixty review of
• 22:59
Speaker 9: the centers. This includes attendance records, licenses, complaints, investigations, and inspections.
• 23:05
Speaker 10: And Third, we've launched a dedicated fraud reporting hotline and
• 23:09
Speaker 10: email address at childcare dot gov. Whether you're a parent,
• 23:13
Speaker 10: a provider, a member of the public, we want to
• 23:15
Speaker 10: hear from you. Let me be crystal clear. ACF expects
• 23:18
Speaker 10: every state to uphold the highest standards of oversight, monitoring,
• 23:22
Speaker 10: and accountability for federal dollars. Minnesota is no exception.
• 23:26
Speaker 9: We're committed to holding bad actors accountable, regardless the rank
• 23:30
Speaker 9: of office. Anyone is involved and perpetrating this fraud against
• 23:33
Speaker 9: the American people should expect to be prosecuted to the
• 23:36
Speaker 9: fullest extent of the law.
• 23:38
Speaker 1: So this is a step in the right direction.
• 23:40
Speaker 2: If you look at the President's response and the administration's response,
• 23:44
Speaker 2: I do think the best part is he's using all
• 23:47
  Speaker 2: of government.
• 23:48
Speaker 1: We're hearing that the.
• 23:49
Speaker 2: IRS is getting involved, that the Department in Security, the FBI,
• 23:54
Speaker 2: they're working with basically every part of our government to
• 23:58
Speaker 2: fight this fraud, this from AJHS. And there are some
• 24:02
Speaker 2: that will say, well, this is unfair because they're stopping
• 24:05
Speaker 2: the funding and there has to be somebody doing good
• 24:07
Speaker 2: work in Minnesota. If you're mad, I would say that
• 24:10
Speaker 2: you should be mad at the Democrats for allowing it
• 24:13
Speaker 2: to get to the point where they had to stop
• 24:14
Speaker 2: the funding going to the state of Minnesota. If you're angry,
• 24:17
Speaker 2: you should be angry at Waltz, and you should be
• 24:19
Speaker 2: angry at every Democrat that allowed this to continue when
• 24:23
Speaker 2: there was massive amounts of warning signs, not for weeks,
• 24:26
Speaker 2: not for months, but for literally years and years and years.
• 24:30
Speaker 3: Well, Ben Jim O'Neil, who just made that announcement, he
• 24:32
Speaker 3: is the deputy Secretary of HHS. He's Bobby Kennedy's deputy.
• 24:36
Speaker 3: Jim has been a good friend of mine for twenty
• 24:38
Speaker 3: five years. Actually Jim was a groomsman at Heidi's in
• 24:42
Speaker 3: my wedding, so actually long away married twenty five years ago,
• 24:44
Speaker 3: So Jim was a groomsman at our wedding, and he's
• 24:47
Speaker 3: a great friend. He's doing a terrific job as deputy
• 24:50
Speaker 3: secretary at HHS. But that's the kind of leadership we
• 24:53
Speaker 3: see now. It's striking when HHS put this out immediately,
• 25:00
Speaker 3: Tim Waltz responded, And and here's what what Tim Waltz
• 25:03
Speaker 3: said in response. This is Trump's long game. We've spent
• 25:08
Speaker 3: years cracking down on fraudsters. It's a serious issue, but
• 25:13
Speaker 3: this has been his plan all along. He's politicizing the
• 25:17
Speaker 3: issue to defund programs that help Minnesotans. And and this
• 25:22
Speaker 3: is this is Saul Alynsky like jiu jitsu, of attacking
• 25:27
Speaker 3: the Trump administration for holding him accountable. Look, Governor Waltz,
• 25:32
Speaker 3: when you let Somali and fraudsters steal nine billion dollars
• 25:37
Speaker 3: from taxpayers, you know who doesn't get that Real Minnesotans
• 25:40
Speaker 3: who are not fraudsters, real kids. And that's that's what
• 25:44
Speaker 3: the Trump AHHS emphasized right now, is this money is
• 25:47
Speaker 3: is made to go to Americans in need and not
• 25:50
Speaker 3: to thieves who are supporting Democrats. And and we're gonna
• 25:55
Speaker 3: see a whole lot more accountability coming as before.
• 25:58
Speaker 2: If you want to hear the rest of this conversation
• 26:00
Speaker 2: on this topic. You can go back and down the
• 26:02
Speaker 2: podcasts from earlier this week to hear the entire thing.
• 26:06
Speaker 2: I want to get back to the big story number
• 26:09
Speaker 2: three of the week.
• 26:09
Speaker 1: You may have missed.
• 26:10
Speaker 2: If this was a private sector of fraud, there would
• 26:14
Speaker 2: already be people in handcuffs.
• 26:15
  Speaker 6: Yep.
• 26:16
Speaker 2: There would be people that would be doing purp walks.
• 26:18
Speaker 2: It would be wall to wall coverage. But somehow, because
• 26:23
Speaker 2: it's the government, it's like the Governor's not even a suspect.
• 26:27
Speaker 2: The ag is not even a suspect. It's like, oh, well,
• 26:29
Speaker 2: you know, we want to bring in more Somali's. That's
• 26:31
Speaker 2: what the governor said a couple of days ago. We
• 26:34
Speaker 2: should bring more of them in. How dare you demonize them?
• 26:36
Speaker 2: And if there is no accountability, then did they in
• 26:39
Speaker 2: fact get away with it? I would argue the answers
• 26:41
Speaker 2: jest because ultimately their goal was to get Somalis to
• 26:45
Speaker 2: vote for them. This was the payoff. It's pay to
• 26:48
Speaker 2: play politics in Minnesota.
• 26:49
  Speaker 1: Am I wrong?
• 26:51
Speaker 3: You're not wrong? And that needs to be one one
• 26:53
Speaker 3: significant part of the investigation, both from journalists and from prosecutors.
• 26:59
Speaker 3: There needs to be magnificant investigation into how much of
• 27:02
Speaker 3: that money ended up in political coffers of politicians. How
• 27:06
Speaker 3: much the reason that the Democrats in Minnesota all look
• 27:09
Speaker 3: the other way is they're all getting paid a It's
• 27:12
Speaker 3: a huge voting block. And I want you to watch this.
• 27:16
Speaker 3: For those of you who are watching this online, I
• 27:19
Speaker 3: want you to see this video of the mayor of
• 27:22
Speaker 3: Minneapolis dancing waving a Somali flag if you haven't, but
• 27:27
Speaker 3: if you're not watching it online, if you're listening on radio,
• 27:29
Speaker 3: we're gonna narrate it. But here, give a look if
• 27:31
Speaker 3: you can, and Ben and I will tell you what
• 27:32
  Speaker 3: you're looking at.
• 27:39
Speaker 1: I mean, this video is amazing.
• 27:41
Speaker 2: You got the mayor of Minneapolis up there on stage
• 27:45
Speaker 2: center waving a Somali flag and dancing with a shirt
• 27:50
Speaker 2: of the Somali flag on his shirt as well. If
• 27:53
Speaker 2: you want to know how we got to where we
• 27:55
Speaker 2: are now, this is just proof of it.
• 27:58
  Speaker 1: Am I wrong?
• 28:00
Speaker 3: And I got to say that this mayor manages to
• 28:03
Speaker 3: dance in a way that makes Tim Waltz look manly.
• 28:07
Speaker 3: That is the most effeminate prancing ass kissing like unbelievably,
• 28:16
Speaker 3: He's just dancing and waving a Somali flag. Now, let
• 28:20
Speaker 3: me ask you, do you think someone who is desperately
• 28:24
Speaker 3: trying to get the votes of the one hundred thousand
• 28:26
Speaker 3: Somalis that Democrats have imported into Minnesota and desperately trying
• 28:30
Speaker 3: to get their cash, do you think he has any
• 28:32
Speaker 3: interest in investigating and finding out the billions of dollars
• 28:35
Speaker 3: they're stealing from the taxpayus. Hell no, Well, and that's
• 28:38
Speaker 3: how we got here.
• 28:40
Speaker 2: Let's go back to the dancing mayor and talk a
• 28:42
Speaker 2: little bit more about the propaganda he puts that on
• 28:45
Speaker 2: social media, clearly making it well known where his allegiances
• 28:49
Speaker 2: and is not to the American taxpayer.
• 28:52
Speaker 3: Well, look, if you're asking how could this happen? How
• 28:55
Speaker 3: could it be so brazen? How could you have daycare
• 28:57
Speaker 3: centers with no kids? How could you have a care
• 29:00
Speaker 3: centers with no playground equipment? How could you have centers
• 29:03
Speaker 3: for kids with autism with no kids in them? How
• 29:06
Speaker 3: could you have home health care providers that are not
• 29:09
Speaker 3: actually providing health care like like the this the raw
• 29:11
Speaker 3: brazenness of it. And the answer is the politicians were
• 29:14
Speaker 3: complicit and and and to to understand just how craven
• 29:18
Speaker 3: and corrupt they are. I want to go back to
• 29:20
Speaker 3: the Minneapolis mayor Jacob Fray and and and or Frey
• 29:24
Speaker 3: or fryar or however you say his name.
• 29:27
Speaker 2: If you're talking in Somali, you know, I don't know.
• 29:29
Speaker 2: It depends on what you're doing.
• 29:31
Speaker 3: Well, I want to play a video that he put out,
• 29:33
Speaker 3: and this is him really speaking to America's heartland, speaking
• 29:37
Speaker 3: to you, to me, to to all of us, because
• 29:40
Speaker 3: he's a mayor of a major American city. So give
• 29:43
Speaker 3: a listen to Mayor fry.
• 29:44
Speaker 11: Mahga Agowad Jacob fry Dokemagalada, Minneapolis, Daman Shahabka somaliid Kaya
• 29:52
Speaker 11: mid Mogadishu, Ghettowayesa Osaso Adabo Kismayo, Wellhanada ah in on
• 30:01
  Speaker 11: Idene Shigo, Minneapolis.
• 30:04
Speaker 3: Wah okay, that's enough. I did hear him say, by.
• 30:07
Speaker 1: The way, you and I are officially unelectable in Minnesota.
• 30:10
Speaker 3: I just want to be very I did hear him say,
• 30:12
Speaker 3: kiss Mayo. And he is saying to his voters, kiss Mayo.
• 30:16
Speaker 3: He's telling them to kiss Mayo. He said Mogadishu and
• 30:19
Speaker 3: apparently he's running for mayor of Mogadishu, and maybe he
• 30:22
Speaker 3: is mayor of Mogadishu. Look, if you're the biggest funder
• 30:26
Speaker 3: of Al Shabab, yeah you're you're actually quite a star
• 30:29
Speaker 3: in Mogadishu, do you think, Look, I don't know what.
• 30:32
  Speaker 1: That guy's saying.
• 30:33
Speaker 3: And and and that is by design. And by the way,
• 30:37
Speaker 3: you might think, well, okay, he's just you know, he's
• 30:41
Speaker 3: just trying to appeal to a constituency. I want you
• 30:44
Speaker 3: to listen to the Prime Minister of Somalia standing next
• 30:49
Speaker 3: il han Omar. Ilhan Omar is the congresswoman who represents
• 30:52
Speaker 3: this Somali community. And I want you to listen to
• 30:55
Speaker 3: what the Prime Minister of Somalia says about ilhan Omar.
• 31:14
Speaker 2: I mean, this is I honestly shocking when he's talking
• 31:18
Speaker 2: about it's not in the interesting Well, it's somebody else,
• 31:22
  Speaker 2: all right.
• 31:22
Speaker 3: And and and let me let me for our listeners,
• 31:24
Speaker 3: you'll be forgiven if you thought that might have been
• 31:28
Speaker 3: the mayor of Minneapolis, Jacob Fry, because because they both
• 31:30
Speaker 3: speak Somalian and so you know, it is understandable that
• 31:34
Speaker 3: the Prime Minister Somalia sounds just like the Minneapolis mayor.
• 31:37
Speaker 3: But but here actually is is what the Somalian Prime
• 31:42
Speaker 3: minister's name and it's it's Hassan Ali Kairie, and he
• 31:46
Speaker 3: says the following. For for those listening on radio you
