- 0:19Hello, and welcome to episode 339 of the All Systems Go sports
- 0:25Betting podcast powered by Rhythm.
- 0:28I'm your host, Josh Applebaum. What's going on everyone?
- 0:35Happy Tuesday. Another day here in the arena,
- 0:38guys, as the early portion of our week rolls on.
- 0:42One day closer to the final week of NFL preseason.
- 0:45One day closer to the return of college football.
- 0:49Marred. Been looking at a couple lines
- 0:50here coming out for what is it on Saturday, Week zero.
- 0:54I noticed that there was some movement toward Iowa State.
- 0:56Mentioned this yesterday. Plus 3 1/2 down to three.
- 0:59I think the hook is still available, I believe in FanDuel.
- 1:01Plus 3 1/2 with Iowa State, a pretty good, pretty good line
- 1:05movement and splits in their favor.
- 1:06And then also a dog to fave line move toward Hawaii, getting 2
- 1:101/2 and now laying 2 1/2 against Stanford.
- 1:13So thinking might those might be our two early plays.
- 1:16I haven't been them yet. I want to see how kind of the
- 1:18bets build up between now and Saturday.
- 1:21But it's just great to be able to talk about college football.
- 1:24Then of course, one day closer to NFL Week 1 we're having, I've
- 1:28been looking at the lines a little bit.
- 1:29It's still very early. I want to get through the
- 1:31preseason. But man, this is the time of the
- 1:33year where things are heating up and it's a great time to be a
- 1:36sports better looking toward today, guys, we got a three pack
- 1:39of MLB plays. So right back to Major League
- 1:41Baseball. But then I have a big
- 1:43announcement I want to make and actually just tweeted about this
- 1:46a second ago. So I'm going to tell you about
- 1:48my big announcement here, which is a new partnership with a
- 1:51really cool opportunity for you guys to to make some money.
- 1:55And I'm partnering with a couple guys that I really love and
- 1:58respect and I'm really, really a fan of what they're doing.
- 2:01So I'll tell you about that in one second.
- 2:04Looking back toward yesterday, guys looking to bounce back.
- 2:06Went 1 and 2 -, 1.1 units. Had a nice win late night with
- 2:10the Red Legs. Got a great pitching performance
- 2:12from Brady Singer and able to hang on four to one.
- 2:16Unfortunately, Toronto had a 2 to one lead and then got blank
- 2:19the rest of the way and lost 5:00 to 2:00.
- 2:21So that wasn't fun. And then also Miami, they tied
- 2:24that game up late and then just got rolled late innings.
- 2:26So both Miami and Toronto let us down.
- 2:29So looking to go, looking to bounce back, go 2 and one of
- 2:32their plays today to get back on track.
- 2:35Now it's time for before we get to Major League Baseball.
- 2:38My big announcement so here here it is guys there's a lot in the
- 2:43pipeline and I will actually have I believe another big
- 2:45announcement for tomorrow, but I'm kind of lining up my my
- 2:49football season who I'm working with different betting
- 2:52opportunities money making opportunities and I'm really
- 2:54proud to announce that I have partnered with splash sports.
- 3:00Now. If you've never heard of Splash
- 3:01Sports, you can give them a follow at Splash Sports under
- 3:03Score on Twitter. But Splash Sports is super cool.
- 3:07So basically what they do is they offer paid fantasy contests
- 3:11and games of skill like Survivor and Pick em.
- 3:14And the really interesting thing is they allow users to compete
- 3:18against each other and not the house.
- 3:20And Splash is really the largest gaming platform for private
- 3:23contest. So basically when you want to
- 3:26play against your friends or other sports betters, you may
- 3:29not know them, but they're probably similar to you, not the
- 3:32house you go to Splash Sports. So Splash Sports was created by
- 3:35my buddy Daniel Childs, who I was introduced to a couple weeks
- 3:38ago through my friend James Santor who is now working with
- 3:42Splash Sports. And they're saying, you know
- 3:43what Josh, we should get you into Splash Sports.
- 3:46You got you got a couple followers on Twitter and you got
- 3:50a kind of a big group of community of sports betters.
- 3:52So let's see if we can bring them over to Splash.
- 3:54I bet if they bet on sports, they probably like betting
- 3:57contests. So I have now created 2 contests
- 4:01for the upcoming football season. 1 is a Survivor contest.
- 4:05So this, you know, is probably, you know about it.
- 4:07Now I'll admit this isn't the Circa Survivor that's going to,
- 4:10you know, if you win, you get, I don't know, $10 million, but the
- 4:14entry fee is much lower. Circa Survivor, you want to
- 4:16enter, it's $1000. The Applebaum NFL Survivor
- 4:20Contest through Splash Sports, it's 25 bucks, 25 bucks to
- 4:25enter. It's winner take all.
- 4:26The winner gets $11,250. So there's up to 500 entries.
- 4:32Obviously you got to pick one team to win and survive in
- 4:35advance. And if by the end of the regular
- 4:38season it's, you know, five people are tied in first place,
- 4:40then you'll split the 11,250. But it's really cool because it
- 4:45also gives you a lot of data on like if you do a Yahoo One or
- 4:48ESPN and they'll tell you like the percentage of people have
- 4:50picked this team or that team. There's a lot of great Intel.
- 4:53So this is an opportunity for you guys.
- 4:55Again, I'm not competing it. I'm hosting the contest, so I
- 4:58can't compete, but you want to enter 25 bucks, Really, really
- 5:02not too much there. You might spend 25 bucks on
- 5:05breakfast this morning. So enter 25 bucks.
- 5:08You could win up to $11,250. You got to win.
- 5:12You got to move on, survive in advance.
- 5:14But I would welcome everyone and invite you all to join the NFL
- 5:18Survivor contest hosted by myself.
- 5:21It's called, quote UN quote, the Applebaum NFL Survivor.
- 5:24So I just tweeted about this with the link so you can follow
- 5:27me on Twitter at Josh under score insights.
- 5:30Click that link, put your 25 bucks in boom, enter the
- 5:32contest. I believe you can enter as many
- 5:35as 5 entries. So if you look at yes, you can
- 5:38have as as as many as 5 entries. So you could, you know, put in
- 5:41what is it 125 bucks and do five of them do as many as you want.
- 5:45The deadline to enter obviously is the 7th of September when
- 5:50obviously you got a get ready for the the season to start.
- 5:53But I would invite everyone to join and you'll get all the
- 5:55rules. You can join Splash and there's
- 5:58other contests you can do, but I now have a survivor contest.
- 6:01The Applebaum NFL Survivor 25 bucks entry up to five entries.
- 6:05You can win 11,250 bucks and wouldn't that be nice if you
- 6:08turn 25 bucks into 11,250. Now my second contest that I'd
- 6:14love for you to join caters to some college football betters.
- 6:18So if you like college football, this is the Applebaum CFB Pick
- 6:23Em Contest $25 entry. You can do up to five entries
- 6:27and what you got to do. The one caveat here is its top
- 6:3025 teams, so you'll be able to pick between any game involving
- 6:34a top 25 team. You got to pick five of them
- 6:37each week and the winner. First place gets 3375 bucks, 2nd
- 6:42place 2250 bucks, 3rd $1687.00 all the way to to 10th place.
- 6:4910th place you win $337.00. So if you are a avid college
- 6:54football better and you would like to test your knowledge and
- 6:57you like to compete in this pool again $25 entry around 3375 for
- 7:03basically exactly 3375 to the winner and then staggered
- 7:07payouts below. But this is my second contest,
- 7:10so I'm really excited to partner with Splash Sports and it just
- 7:13allows sports betters another money making opportunity, you
- 7:16know, to to get into contest. And again, there are a lot of
- 7:19betters who love contest there a lot of betters who aren't big in
- 7:21the contest. They like the game matchups.
- 7:23But either way, it's football season.
- 7:26We're going to bet on NFL. We're going to bet on college
- 7:28football. Here's an opportunity for you
- 7:29guys to join a couple contest. NFL survivor and college
- 7:33football. Pick them.
- 7:34And again, if you go to my Twitter at Josh under Score
- 7:38Insights, you'll get the links, you'll get all of the
- 7:40information, the details, the rules, but it's pretty
- 7:43straightforward. Again, up to five entries for
- 7:45both $25 entry, entry fee. And you could, you could make
- 7:49some good money here. And again, it's not circa, but
- 7:52circa is $1000 to enter. This is 25 bucks.
- 7:55So really catering to, you know, just just regular betters like
- 8:00or I guess wise guys or people who want to become wise guys.
- 8:04So I'm really looking forward to this and I invite you all to
- 8:06join. And if you do have any questions
- 8:08about it, you can always shoot me a direct message on Twitter
- 8:10at Josh under score insights. So again, meet splash sports,
- 8:15join the contest, and I hope hope one or many of you are able
- 8:19to win some money. Now that being said, let's get
- 8:22back to what we doing, what we love to do, which is betting on
- 8:25sports breaking down games from a data-driven sharp contrain
- 8:28perspective. So without further ado, 3 pack
- 8:31and MLB, let's try to go 2 and 1 eke out a winning day.
- 8:35So first one on the board for me.
- 8:36I want to go to a relatively early match up. 6:45 PM Eastern
- 8:41Time, Seattle Mariners visiting the Philadelphia Phillies now
- 8:45setting the stage for this one. The Phills are 72 and 53.
- 8:49They took last night's interleague series opener 12 to
- 8:51seven, came through as a -115 home favorite pitching match up
- 8:55for tonight. In the rematch, we got the
- 8:56Mariners who are 68 and 58 going with the righty Bryce Miller.
- 9:00He's 2 and 55.75.73 ERA fills meanwhile are going to go with
- 9:06the lefty Christopher Sanchez. He's 11 and four with a 2.45
- 9:09ERA. So what are you sitting across
- 9:11the market here? Well, I hope you read the sharp
- 9:13report for visa.com that are right.
- 9:15Or maybe you follow the all systems go best bet picks from
- 9:19the Juice Real app for $4.99 a week.
- 9:22But this game opened Philly -165 at home Seattle around a + 140
- 9:26Rd. dog. And at the time I jumped on the
- 9:29Phillies because they got steamed up -165 all the way up
- 9:33to -185 So I'm like man, 20 cent steam move, let's go.
- 9:37Then I as I'm writing the sharp report, Philly gets steamed up
- 9:41all the way to -200 some shops -2 O 5 even -210 So you got to
- 9:47look at it one of two ways. 1 the price is getting more
- 9:50expensive, but #2 it's getting more expensive for a reason
- 9:53because wise guys continue to bet Philadelphia.
- 9:56So I'm on the Phillies here again.
- 9:57I got a -184 if you want to ride with me now around -200 -, 205
- 10:02But if you look at the splits at Circo, they look really good on
- 10:05the Phillies. 71% of money line bets, 99% of money line dollars.
- 10:10Just a huge low bets, higher dollar split in favor of the
- 10:14Phills at home. Now we get to our system
- 10:16matches, interleague home favorites in the second game of
- 10:19a series after winning the first game.
- 10:21They're 45 and 2465 percent, 7% ROI this year.
- 10:25The Phillies, by the way, 42 and 15, a 74% win rate, 15% ROI when
- 10:32they're a favorite, getting line movement in their directions
- 10:34when they're expected to win and the markets moving them and
- 10:37become more of a favorite. They are.
- 10:39They're even better. Now Philly would have that
- 10:41interleague favorite value, lack of familiarity typically
- 10:44benefits quote UN quote the better team.
- 10:46And then also Phillies in the spot will be a correlative
- 10:50betting favorite low total. So we have in the situation a -,
- 10:54200 favorite now with a low total of 8 fair amount of
- 10:57expected runs scored more likely to come from again, quote UN
- 11:00quote that better team. Now I want to back Sanchez.
- 11:03If you've never seen this guy pitch, he is a very tall, wiry
- 11:06guy, but he's throwing the ball great this year, especially in
- 11:09the month of August, he has a 1.8 O ERA and three August
- 11:12starts. He's given up 1 earned run or
- 11:14less and eight of his last ten starts.
- 11:17He's 5 and O with a 2.33 ERA at home.
- 11:20And meanwhile he'll be going up against Bryce Miller and Bryce
- 11:23Miller, number one he's getting, he just got activated off the
- 11:26injured list. He hasn't started since June
- 11:276th. Hopefully he'll be rusty, but
- 11:29also on the road this year he's only one and three with a 6.38
- 11:33ERA. Phillies, meanwhile, really good
- 11:36home team, 38 and 21 Mariners 31 and 33 on the road and Phillies
- 11:41just got an influx to their lineup.
- 11:42They just got Alec Boneback, who I think went yard last night,
- 11:46but in the spot guys, big steam toward Philly.
- 11:49Maybe you read the sharp report or jumped on Philly with the
- 11:52Juice Reel. All systems go.
- 11:53Best bet. That was posted earlier today.
- 11:55I got Philly -184 again, if you're playing it with me now,
- 11:59you're looking at around -200 -, 2 O 5 at FanDuel.
- 12:03And oh, by the way, Robo Jackson, our friend, the hardest
- 12:07work and Botta Juice Reel, he has this as a best bet.
- 12:10So that's good too, that he's also in the Phillies.
- 12:13Next game up, 7:10 PM Eastern Time, first pitch, the Baltimore
- 12:17Orioles visiting the Boston Red Sox.
- 12:19Now the Orioles who are 58 and 67 on the year, they took last
- 12:23night's series opener six to three, came through as a plus
- 12:26one O 5 row dog. For tonight's matchup, the
- 12:29Orioles are going to go with the ready Tomo Yuki Sugano.
- 12:33He's 10 and five, 4.13 ERA. Meanwhile, the Sox who are 68
- 12:37and 58, they're going to go with the fellow ready Walker Bueller.
- 12:40He's seven and seven with a 5.43 ERA.
- 12:44So what are you sitting across the market here?
- 12:45Well, this game opened. Red Sox listed around 8 -, 125
- 12:49-, 130 Home favorite Baltimore round A + 110 Rd. dog when you
- 12:53see nothing but steam in favor of the Red Sox.
- 12:56Red Sox have now gotten steamed up to around -140 -, 145.
- 13:00I jumped on the Red Sox -140 at Caesars.
- 13:05So that was good to see. And again, get trying to get the
- 13:09best price as always. But if you look at the splits,
- 13:11aside from the move on the Red Sox, Red Sox are getting 64% of
- 13:14money line bets, 77% of money line dollars.
- 13:19At Circa, they are getting 56% of bets, 98% of money line
- 13:24dollars. So both DraftKings and Circa
- 13:26showing a really good low bets, higher dollar split in favor of
- 13:29the Red Sox. Red Sox by the way, are 16 and
- 13:32576 percent, 2527% ROI at home since July 1st.
- 13:38That makes them the second best home team in baseball since that
- 13:42time frame. Red Sox also hopefully we'll get
- 13:45to Sugano tonight because their bats couldn't really do anything
- 13:47against Rodgers last night. But the Red Sox do have the
- 13:50better offense overall, hitting two 53629 runs scored.
- 13:54Baltimore hitting two 41543 runs scored.
- 13:58Red Sox are also hitting 262 at Fenway.
- 14:00That's the 6th best home batting average in baseball.
- 14:04Orioles meanwhile only hitting 229 on the road.
- 14:07That ranks 27th. Now I know Walker Bueller, to me
- 14:10as a Red Sox fan, he's kind of in a disappointment.
- 14:12Again, CRA is basically 5 1/2, but he has pitched a little bit
- 14:16better recently. He's given up 3 earned runs or
- 14:19less than six of his last seven starts.
- 14:21And at home he's three and two with a 4.35 ERA on the road,
- 14:25four and five with a 6.46 ERA. So hopefully being at home is a
- 14:30benefit to Bueller tonight. Red Sox do have the better
- 14:33bullpen. They have a team ERA of 3.5 O.
- 14:35That's the third best in baseball.
- 14:37Baltimore has an ERA of 4.721 of the worst in baseball.
- 14:41And then just classic home Rd. splits.
- 14:43Orioles 28 and 37 on the road. Red Sox 41 and 24 at home.
- 14:48So we got some movement toward the Red Sox in a bounce back
- 14:51spot after losing last night. Really good bat splits,
- 14:53especially at Circa. I'm back.
- 14:55I'm back in the Sox at Fenway, where they've been very, very
- 14:58good all year and especially last couple months.
- 15:00I got the Red Sox -140 at Caesar's again.
- 15:03Shop around. You have some books as high as
- 15:05-145 last bite of the night. Anyone want to stay up late with
- 15:10me? I believe this game is on MLB
- 15:12Network if you want to watch it. But let's look at the Cleveland
- 15:14Guardians visiting the Arizona Diamondbacks 9:40 PM Eastern
- 15:18Time. First pitch now going into it,
- 15:21The Guardians are 64 and 60 on the year.
- 15:23They won last night's interleague series opener. 3 to
- 15:26one came through as a + 100 row dog.
- 15:29For tonight's rematch, the Guardians are going to go with
- 15:30the ready Tanner Bybee nine and nine 4.54 ERA.
- 15:34Meanwhile, the snakes who are 60 and 66, they're sending out the
- 15:38lefty Eduardo Rodriguez, five and seven 5.4 O ERA.
- 15:42So what are you sitting across the market for this interleague
- 15:44matchup? Well, the snakes open this one
- 15:47around a -, 115 home favorite Cleveland around A+.
- 15:50Sorry, a -, 1 O five row dog. And what's normal to me is that
- 15:54and really this is the big part of the cap for me.
- 15:57The public is on Cleveland. They have the better record.
- 16:00They're above 500, Arizona's below 500 and they won last
- 16:03night. And yet they're a dog here.
- 16:06So public says take the trendy dog.
- 16:08The wrong team is favored. However, even though you're
- 16:11getting nearly 60% of money line tickets on Cleveland, this line
- 16:15hasn't fallen back down toward a pick em.
- 16:17It's actually gone further up toward Arizona.
- 16:19Arizona has gone from -115 up to around -125.
- 16:24I jumped on the D backs at -118 at FanDuel, so you might be able
- 16:29to still get that number at this point, but a lot of books are up
- 16:31to -125. But aside from a fade the trendy
- 16:35dog reverse line move on the snakes, we've got a lot of
- 16:37systems on Arizona short home favorites -140 or less with a
- 16:42sub 500 record playing an opponent with an above 500
- 16:45record. So kind of the buy low, sell
- 16:47high fishy play. That system is 52 and 3957
- 16:51percent, 4% ROI this year, sweet spot home favorites -125 to -140
- 16:57playing an opponent who made the playoffs the previous year.
- 16:59Again, another kind of buy low system that is 62 and 41 this
- 17:03season, 60 percent, 6% ROI. Snakes would have that
- 17:08interleague favorite value. So lack of familiarity
- 17:10benefiting, quote UN quote. The team that's expected to win
- 17:13and they do have the better offense.
- 17:14Now I know they traded Naylor and Eugenio Suarez, but on the
- 17:18year they're hitting two 5000 and 76 home runs, 619 runs
- 17:23scored. Cleveland, meanwhile, hitting
- 17:24two 27131 homers, 491 runs scored.
- 17:28And believe it or not, I want to back Rodriguez over Bybee.
- 17:32Bybee in his three August starts, ERA of 5.74, he's given
- 17:36up ten runs and 15.2 innings pitched.
- 17:39And at home he's been good 3.19 ERA on the road 5.59.
- 17:44Meanwhile, E Rod used to pitch for the Red Sox.
- 17:48Overall he's five and seven 5.4 O ERA.
- 17:50But he has pitched better the month of August, 4.15 ERA and
- 17:54three starts and Arizona is 3 and O in his last three starts.
- 17:58Lastly, we do have Cleveland going up against a lefty in the
- 18:01rod. They're only hitting 225 against
- 18:03lefties this year. That's 27th in baseball.
- 18:06So Publix on Cleveland, but the lines going to Arizona.
- 18:09I'm back in Arizona here guys, give me the snakes.
- 18:12I got a -, 118 at FanDuel. And shop around.
- 18:15Some books, most books as high as -125 So that about does it
- 18:20for episode 339 of the All Systems Go sports betting
- 18:24podcast powered by rhythm. This is the part of the pod, of
- 18:27course, where we wrap things up. And I start first by saying
- 18:30thank you. Thank you for taking the time
- 18:31out of your day, out of your busy lives to pull up a chair to
- 18:34the virtual bar and sweat some sharp data-driven breakdowns in
- 18:37me each day. Again, we've been grinding
- 18:39through the dog days of summer, but late at the end of the
- 18:42tunnel is football season about to take place here?
- 18:46But as always, guys, if you do enjoy this pod, could you please
- 18:49give it a five star review on Spotify or iTunes?
- 18:52If you'd like to click the follow button or leave a nice
- 18:54comment under the review section or recommend the pod to a
- 18:56friend, I would also very much appreciate that.
- 19:00Next, if you enjoy the style of betting breakdown, data-driven,
- 19:03sharp contrarian betting. Will every sharp contrarian play
- 19:06win? No, because betting is hard.
- 19:08It's unpredictable. But if we know, if we place
- 19:10ourself on against the the public with the house, with the
- 19:14pros long term, that's really the forest amongst the trees
- 19:17marathon, not a Sprint attitude and philosophy that we take.
- 19:21So if you do want to learn more about data-driven betting, maybe
- 19:24you've kind of learned to really focus on line movement or bat
- 19:27splits or system matches. You've seen some some positive
- 19:31results here and you're betting games that you know your old
- 19:33self that just bet on gut instinct and bias would never
- 19:36have played. Now you're cashing tickets by
- 19:38focusing on numbers and not your own bias.
- 19:41Well, if you'd like to learn more about data-driven betting,
- 19:43I have two books that I'd love for you to purchase.
- 19:45Go to Amazon.com, type in the NFL Sharp betting playbook.
- 19:49It's now about a week old, a little more than a week old, but
- 19:52we're still #1 in new releases. Please continue to send me a
- 19:55photo if you've purchased the book, I'll retweet it.
- 19:58And if you'd like to give it a five star review and a nice
- 20:00little little review comments, a few comments on the Amazon page.
- 20:05I'd very much appreciate that. I've also written a book called
- 20:08the The Everything Guide to Sports Betting.
- 20:10So if you're new to sports betting or you know someone
- 20:12who's trying to break into betting, doesn't really have a
- 20:14philosophy and doesn't even know how the game is played, that
- 20:17book is really great for for new betters and even kind of quote
- 20:20UN quote intermediate betters as well.
- 20:22So buy a copy of the NFL Sharp betting playbook, buy a copy of
- 20:26the everything guide to sports betting.
- 20:27And you know what you should do? You should bring them a sports
- 20:29book. I'll sign them for you.
- 20:30I'll buy you a beer or ginger ale and we'll sweat some
- 20:33baseball games together tonight. Next, have you downloaded Rhythm
- 20:37and Juice Reel yet? Well, if you haven't, now is the
- 20:39time. Rhythm fantastic for their AI
- 20:43backed models and predictions for game bets and player props.
- 20:45Of course we do have MLB and WNBA live right now, but we do
- 20:49have college football live in the Rhythm app.
- 20:51So you can check out what Rhythm has to say for Iowa State, K
- 20:55State or Stanford, Hawaii. And we will have of course NFL
- 20:58Week 1 popping up shortly and then Juice Reel.
- 21:01Juice Reel is a great app for a variety of reasons.
- 21:04I like it for a couple things. One is getting the dollar and
- 21:09bets breakdowns for everyone who has synced up their sports books
- 21:12and place bets. You can get the sharp mush
- 21:14indicators. The arbitrage plays the shop for
- 21:16the best line futures, the Robo Jackson AI driven best bet picks
- 21:20each day, but also bearing the lead here a bit if you want to
- 21:23support Rhythm or sorry, if you want to support both Juice Reel
- 21:28and myself. If I can be a little selfish
- 21:29here, this pod is free. If you would like to sign up to
- 21:32get the official all systems go best bet picks on the Juice Reel
- 21:36page for $4.99 a week, you will get for example, today you would
- 21:40have gotten Philly -184 instead of -200 So again, I consider it
- 21:46tipping your your podcast host through getting those $4.99 a
- 21:49week plays. So sign up for Rhythm, sign up
- 21:52for Juice Reel, give them a five star view in the App Store.
- 21:55You'll be off and running next. Do you have a live odds page?
- 21:58Well, if you don't, you need one.
- 22:00If you're day driven better. If you're just kind of a better
- 22:02in general, you might have a different approach to betting.
- 22:04That's OK too. But I would pretty much imagine
- 22:07you got to know where's the market moving?
- 22:09What are the line open at? What is it currently?
- 22:11How is it moved in between? Pull up the line history,
- 22:13identify easily. Teams get lit up in red when
- 22:16they're getting steamed and the market is changing.
- 22:18You know the Chiefs are going -2 1/2 to -3 the whole odds logic.
- 22:22Live odds page lights up as the market is moving and you can
- 22:25jump on a book that is slow to adjust.
- 22:28But the odds logic live odds page, to me, it's the best
- 22:30around. It's the best overall value in
- 22:33terms of the price as well. So if you haven't given a shot
- 22:35yet, I think now is the time to do it.
- 22:37It's got all sports included, all the major sports books to
- 22:40track including like Pinnacle and Chris and Bookmaker Circle,
- 22:43all the big ones that move first.
- 22:45But if you want to give it a shot I have a promo link for
- 22:47you. It gives you a 7 day free trial
- 22:49and 50% off your first month. Just go to oddslogic.com/josh
- 22:55123. And of course as you mentioned
- 22:57the pod at the beginning, I have partnered with Splash Sports.
- 23:00So enter the NFL survivor contest or the college football
- 23:03pick em survivor contest. Are not survivor but the pick em
- 23:06contest. 25 bucks entry. You can win up to 11,250 bucks.
- 23:12You can get those links from my Twitter page at Josh under score
- 23:15insights, but that about does it guys for episode 339 of the ASG
- 23:19pod on a big Tuesday, as always, I'll leave you with two final
- 23:22thoughts. One, whether I see you at the
- 23:24Borgata in Atlantic City, Twin River in Rhode Island, the
- 23:27Brooklyn, New Hampshire, Foxwoods or Mohegan Sun, of
- 23:30course, the Nash National New Hampshire or the Encore Plainers
- 23:34Park casino around me. We're out in the desert where
- 23:36the true grinders get down, where Billy Walters sends his
- 23:38number runners, where the lowest juice possible is found at the
- 23:41South Point or sweat and sharp contrarian plays jumping in the
- 23:44stadium swimming pool. When you catch a big ticket at
- 23:47circle, you're going to walk up to me, Blue Jays and Marlins.
- 23:49We're going to RIP those tickets up, recycle them.
- 23:52Don't trash them, recycle them, but at least show me a Reds
- 23:54ticket. Nice.
- 23:55Nice to see the Reds come through in Hollywood last night.
- 23:58So as always, guys, first ones on me, next one's on you will
- 24:01post about the book. So it's some sharp contrarian
- 24:03plays all night long. In the end, 1 and 2, two and
- 24:06one, three and OO and three after a good night, a bad night,
- 24:10a fantastic night, a terrible night.
- 24:12Remember, sports betting is hard losing night.
- 24:14Don't get down on yourself. There's a reason why betting is
- 24:16difficult. You got to overcome the element
- 24:18of unpredictability, human error, overcome these really
- 24:22sharp lines, beat the juice again.
- 24:24Anything can happen. That's why they call it
- 24:26gambling. So don't get down on yourself
- 24:27when you're struggling, but also when things are going well and
- 24:30you go 5 and O on Friday night or three and O Saturday, or it
- 24:33was actually an O and three for me on Sunday, things are going
- 24:36well. Don't get cocky, don't get
- 24:37arrogant. Don't assume it's easy and start
- 24:39to double and triple down. Discipline, bankroll management.
- 24:42Stick with it Whenever as good as we think when we're hot,
- 24:44whenever as bad as we think when we're cold.
- 24:46So to me, guys, it's all about even keeled and grinding,
- 24:49grinding, grinding, grinding long term so we can find games
- 24:52that fit our model against the public, with the house, with the
- 24:55pros, flat bet, avoid parlays and get that CLV.
- 24:58If we can do that long term, I'm confident we're going to be
- 25:01successful sports bettors. So have a fantastic Tuesday
- 25:04night, everybody see if we can get some winners in the baseball
- 25:07diamond and again, go sign up for the Splash Survivor and pick
- 25:11em contest. And as always, guys, we'll be
- 25:13right back at it tomorrow for episode 340 of the All Systems
- 25:17Go sports Betting podcast powered by rhythm.
- 25:20Good luck everybody and have a fantastic Tuesday night.
