- 1:29[SPEAKER_00]: She's on all the Sunday morning, new shows, she spews or hatred for America's
- 1:35[SPEAKER_00]: At far left rallies, she's always speaking to reporters, but after federal agents raided her DC home last week on Columbus Day of all days, after they seized her phone and issued more than a dozen grand jury subpoenas, including subpoenas involving some of her relatives.
- 1:55[SPEAKER_00]: Ilhan Omar has effectively vanished.
- 1:59[SPEAKER_00]: She is Tala Ricode.
- 2:01[SPEAKER_00]: She's completely disappeared.
- 2:03[SPEAKER_00]: from public view.
- 2:04[SPEAKER_00]: Now Omar's office is remain active online, again, like Tala Rico's people, but they're not helping.
- 2:11[SPEAKER_00]: They're not doing anything to help her.
- 2:13[SPEAKER_00]: In fact, like with Tala Rico, they're all kinds of rumors about where she went, most especially that she fled the country, which is not yet been substantiated.

- 2:26[SPEAKER_00]: her passport was reportedly seized in the raid, nevertheless, when a Fox News reporter asked Omar's husband directly, whether she had left the country, he didn't provide a very clear answer at all.

- 2:51[SPEAKER_01]: Not just one to get your response to everything that's been going on, that's all, and what the president's saying about the network and the investigation, just giving you a chance to respond.
- 3:03[SPEAKER_00]: Again, politically, that was the worst possible answer he could have given because it guaranteed that the speculation would continue and it would only feed this breaking story.
- 3:14[SPEAKER_00]: So as of the making of this video, we have no idea where Ilhan Omar is.
- 3:20[SPEAKER_00]: She has not been seen for over a week now.
- 3:24[SPEAKER_00]: Over the weekend, another story broke that only ended up dousing oil,
- 3:29[SPEAKER_00]: on this growing fire, Barack Hussein Obama, decided to enter the controversy.
- 3:35[SPEAKER_00]: He posted a lengthy defense of the Ohan Omar, of course.
- 3:39[SPEAKER_00]: Accusing the Trump administration, I kid you not of weaponizing the federal government against a political opponent.
- 3:47[SPEAKER_00]: He declared that the government cannot selectively target someone merely because of political beliefs.
- 3:53[SPEAKER_00]: and he claimed that Omar automatically became an American citizen at age 17 when her father naturalized.
- 4:00[SPEAKER_00]: Now, if Obama thought he was coming to the rescue of Omar, he was in for a very rude awakening.
- 4:08[SPEAKER_00]: Not only was Obama the worst offender,
- 4:20[SPEAKER_00]: was perpetrated by Obama and his inner circle.
- 4:23[SPEAKER_00]: So the guy is a hypocritical clown, but more than that, critics and community notes challenged Obama's ridiculously faulty assertions there.
- 4:35[SPEAKER_00]: They pointed out to the longstanding discrepancy involving Ilhan Omar's reported birth year, which has changed from 1981 to 1982, and Minnesota legislative records after questions about her age began circulating, right?
- 4:51[SPEAKER_00]: That one year discrepancy could be absolutely decisive here.
- 4:56[SPEAKER_00]: Ilhan Omar maintains that she acquired citizenship
- 5:02[SPEAKER_00]: through her father, derivatively, through her father while she was still a minor.
- 5:07[SPEAKER_00]: If she had already turned 18 before the relevant naturalization occurred, then she would not have qualified for derivative citizenship through a parent.
- 5:18[SPEAKER_00]: As a legally recognized adult, she would have had to apply to citizenship for citizenship on her own, which she obviously never did.
- 5:27[SPEAKER_00]: But Obama went much further than that.
- 5:29[SPEAKER_00]: He called her a, quote, law abiding elected official and dismissed the theory behind the investigation as totally unsubstantiated, even though the affidavit supporting the search remained sealed.
- 5:43[SPEAKER_00]: The public has not seen the government's evidence, which, obvious, had to be overwhelming if it convinced a DC judge to sign a search warrant.

- 10:33[SPEAKER_00]: uh... the very immigration history federal investigators are now examining that could make her a very important first-hand witness concerning o-mart's birth date their family relationships and the circumstances surrounding their fathers reported denatialization but uh... their fathers reported naturalization say but here's where things get really interesting
- 10:58[SPEAKER_00]: According to the New York Times, authorities seized Norse's phone earlier this year and recovered family tax messages that reportedly helped investigators obtain that search warrant to search Omar's home.

- 11:20[SPEAKER_00]: Now, of course, we don't know what those messages said or whether Nor is regarded as a witness or what subject or what have you.
- 11:29[SPEAKER_00]: Nevertheless, if evidence from Norse's phone helped convince a federal judge and DC to authorize the search of a sitting congresswoman's residence three weeks before an election, then she's hardly a peripheral character in this case.
- 11:43[SPEAKER_00]: And now Norre has just abruptly canceled a Rochester appearance promoting a immigration memoir.
- 11:50[SPEAKER_00]: The timing of that is rather extraordinary to say the least.
- 11:55[SPEAKER_00]: Ilhan Omar spent years insisting that no one is above the law.
- 12:00[SPEAKER_00]: Well, now that principle is being put to the test.
- 12:03[SPEAKER_00]: The government must prove its allegations in court, Omar must receive due process of course.
- 12:09[SPEAKER_00]: But being a member of Congress does not place or beyond investigation, and Barack Obama can't make the warrant the subpoenas or the disputed records disappear merely by declaring
- 12:26[SPEAKER_00]: The evidence will ultimately determine whether this case collapses, or whether it brings Ilhan Omar's political career crashing down around her.
- 12:36[SPEAKER_00]: If Tom Homan is right, then investigators truly have a strong case, then Ilhan Omar's problems are only just beginning, and there's no way she can hide from that.
