- 0:04[SPEAKER_00]: You are about to partake in a dead bug, podcast.
- 0:08[SPEAKER_00]: But remember, you scalli wags, my content ain't for the faint of heart, and it certainly isn't for children.
- 0:18[SPEAKER_00]: So if you are ready to proceed, I would ask if you, one thing, that is to dim the lights, shut that pleasure given me the yours up.
- 0:31[SPEAKER_00]: Smoke em if you got him.
- 0:33[SPEAKER_00]: and enjoy.
- 0:43[SPEAKER_00]: Lust, something we all experience at one point in our lives, a feeling of being at a
- 0:57[SPEAKER_00]: We are no longer in control of our common sense, addictive, often fleeting, a selfish emotion that can lead to shame and regret.
- 1:12[SPEAKER_00]: It was a wise man who once said that lust has no horns, but make no mistake.
- 1:20[SPEAKER_00]: Lust is the devil.
- 1:56[UNKNOWN]: You'll be excluded.
- 1:59[UNKNOWN]: They have spare bodies.
- 2:02[UNKNOWN]: They have spare bodies.
- 2:22[SPEAKER_00]: And that was words to lip-by by your friend, and mine, had Kempa.
- 2:28[SPEAKER_00]: Either a certified psychopath or a scholar, who can say, who can say, and this is a brand new series called Lustcrimes.
- 2:39[SPEAKER_00]: As my four mentioned, meandering's have suggested.
- 2:44[SPEAKER_00]: And I am your host, Deadbug.
- 2:46[SPEAKER_00]: Oh, your book's changed, my French.
- 2:50[SPEAKER_00]: And I got a treat for everyone because for this series, I got myself a co-host.
- 2:56[SPEAKER_00]: And it pretty tasty one of that.
- 2:57[SPEAKER_00]: And her name is Jasmine St. Clam.
- 3:00[SPEAKER_00]: Jasmine, without the A.
- 3:01[SPEAKER_00]: How are you, Jasmine?
- 3:03[SPEAKER_05]: Very good.
- 3:03[SPEAKER_05]: Thank you.
- 3:04[SPEAKER_05]: How are you?
- 3:05[SPEAKER_00]: Wow, things are decidedly looking up.
- 3:09[SPEAKER_00]: They decidedly looking up, and you know I don't know where to start when I'm reading out your bio for everyone.
- 3:15[SPEAKER_00]: You're a former porn actress, you've done Slash of Films, Flicks Like Bad Apple, Communication Breakdown, National Ampunes, Don Days Two, you're a
- 3:25[SPEAKER_00]: professional wrestler you host at the metal scene TV show you're a podcaster and author you're currently working with JCW and you've even been on the Howard Stern show and how cool this ad and now you're here with that fuck.
- 3:40[SPEAKER_00]: And I don't mind saying that you're someone that I'm hoping at some point to have sexual relations with.
- 3:46[SPEAKER_00]: So is there anything that I missed out to your Jasmine?
- 3:48[SPEAKER_05]: Uh, let's see.
- 3:49[SPEAKER_05]: Oh, thank you very much for the compliments, by the way.
- 3:52[SPEAKER_00]: Pleasure was mine.
- 3:53[SPEAKER_05]: Um, I love heavy metal.
- 3:54[SPEAKER_05]: I've done a lot of heavy metal interviews over the years.
- 3:58[SPEAKER_05]: I think I was practically for us that on metal.
- 4:01[SPEAKER_05]: Jayce, breastfed, nice and I love working at JCW wrestling.
- 4:06[SPEAKER_05]: I also have my own weekly podcast.
- 4:09[SPEAKER_05]: Crazy train podcasts and then I do my live streams on Mondays because I just like talking to people And I think that's why I really enjoy doing the metal interviews because I got to meet my idols But at the same time, I don't know.
- 4:22[SPEAKER_00]: I got to learn about them and hang out with Fellow metal heads and that's where our backgrounds are very similar because I myself A worked with a lot of heavy metal bands over the years and I also love heavy metal and I know a lot of my listeners do as well
- 4:37[SPEAKER_00]: And I'm going to leave a link in the description because you are excellent at it.
- 4:41[SPEAKER_00]: And you know, of all these things I talked about, I forgot the most important thing is that you are passionate about your true crime.
- 4:48[SPEAKER_05]: Oh, I love true crime.
- 4:50[SPEAKER_05]: I love watching it.
- 4:52[SPEAKER_05]: I love hearing about it.
- 4:53[SPEAKER_05]: I was so amazed to find that you worked on date line.
- 4:58[SPEAKER_05]: I still rewatch date line, but anything to do with true crime, I'm on it.
- 5:01[SPEAKER_05]: And by the way, I'm the biggest fan of the Swissness murder.
- 5:06[SPEAKER_00]: Which for anyone who doesn't know is one of my podcasts, where a model or a good looking girl got blended up by a husband.
- 5:16[SPEAKER_05]: Yeah, I just, I like the story a lot.
- 5:18[SPEAKER_00]: Okay.
- 5:19[SPEAKER_05]: Like, now what happened to her?
- 5:20[SPEAKER_05]: And then...
- 5:21[SPEAKER_00]: I bet you taste good blended up, Jasmine.
- 5:24[SPEAKER_00]: Mm-hmm.
- 5:24[SPEAKER_00]: Jasmine, what is it with women and true crime?
- 5:27[SPEAKER_00]: I mean, I know that a lot of men like it, obviously.
- 5:30[SPEAKER_00]: But I've rarely come across a woman who, in some form or another, doesn't enjoy.
- 5:36[SPEAKER_00]: True crime.
- 5:38[SPEAKER_00]: You know, on the gory are the better.
- 5:40[SPEAKER_05]: I feel as though it's the mystique of everything like with the who done it's and when it comes to true crime sometimes they're elements of the crime that people can relate to so let's say we go back to star eighty Dorothy Stratton she was with that suitcase Pimp what was his her boyfriend and I've seen so many of those in my time for the ball's night of
- 6:01[SPEAKER_05]: So I could relate to guys like that.
- 6:03[SPEAKER_05]: I mean, I've dated guys like that a long time ago obviously.
- 6:06[SPEAKER_00]: Well, he was known around town as the Cike Casanova.
- 6:10[SPEAKER_00]: I'm serious.
- 6:11[SPEAKER_00]: He was a Jew and that's how they...
- 6:13[SPEAKER_00]: They...
- 6:13[SPEAKER_00]: I don't know whether it was a... Drogatory or not, but that's what they call them.
- 6:17[SPEAKER_00]: I mean, he identified himself as a club promoter, but he was just a general hustler.
- 6:22[SPEAKER_00]: And he was nine years older than Dorothy when he met the 17 year old.
- 6:26[SPEAKER_00]: She were working in a fast food at Dairy Queen.
- 6:29[SPEAKER_00]: I think.
- 6:30[SPEAKER_05]: And as suitcase spent, by the way, is just someone who lives off of the girl.
- 6:34[SPEAKER_05]: So let's say you, let's say it's a lucky looking guy and he wants to get into porn obviously for the same reasons.
- 6:41[SPEAKER_05]: All guys do to get laid by women.
- 6:44[SPEAKER_05]: You use the girl as your way in, but you make the decisions for her.
- 6:48[SPEAKER_05]: You take the money from her.
- 6:49[SPEAKER_05]: And he was just another version of a suitcase spent.
- 6:52[SPEAKER_05]: He made money off of this poor girl.
- 6:54[SPEAKER_05]: I think with true crime,
- 6:56[SPEAKER_05]: Like I said, just with women, there's always an element that we could somehow relate to.
- 7:01[SPEAKER_05]: And these are also everyday people that you meet.
- 7:04[SPEAKER_05]: You know, you don't know if your next door neighbor is the murderer.
- 7:07[SPEAKER_00]: And that right there is a key point because I don't know how many times I've read that or seen it in a documentary where someone has said they didn't look like the way you, your typical killer or a serial killer, they just look like, you know, the guy next door.
- 7:23[SPEAKER_05]: When I used to visit the Museum of Death and Hollywood, now that I think about it, it was mostly women that would go there, and it was a really fascinating place.
- 7:31[SPEAKER_05]: Did you ever go to Museum of Death and Hollywood?
- 7:34[SPEAKER_00]: No, I never go out of it, but you know, I'm not a woman.
- 7:37[SPEAKER_05]: It was amazing, but I feel as though these girls' farmones were getting to a much higher level when they're reading about how much gold and blood.
- 7:46[SPEAKER_05]: was left at a crime scene.
- 7:48[SPEAKER_05]: And maybe there's some weird correlation.
- 7:51[SPEAKER_05]: I have no idea.
- 7:52[SPEAKER_05]: Personally, I'm afraid of ghosts.
- 7:56[SPEAKER_05]: And I get very squeamish around blood.
- 7:58[SPEAKER_00]: Really?
- 7:59[SPEAKER_00]: Which is ironic, since, you know, since, I mean, I mean, now you're into wrestling, which, you know, there's blood everywhere and not as well occasionally.
- 8:08[SPEAKER_00]: certainly J.C.W.
- 8:10[SPEAKER_05]: and but I mean you know crime true crime it's like it certainly seems the women are drawn to it like a motto of flame and maybe it's a psychological aspect as well where we want to see what's wrong with the person why they could have done this what made someone act like this stuff like that you know I met O.J.
- 8:28[SPEAKER_05]: Simpson years later like after the
- 8:32[SPEAKER_05]: alleged murder."
- 8:34[SPEAKER_00]: Wow, that is certainly my personal favorite true crime case, what was I like.
- 8:39[SPEAKER_05]: He was cool, actually.
- 8:40[SPEAKER_05]: I went partying with him and his girlfriend in a bunch of other people on his boat.
- 8:45[SPEAKER_05]: His girlfriend then looked like Nicole Simpson, but a much younger version.
- 8:49[SPEAKER_05]: I wasn't doing drugs with them or anything, because I was never into that, but I was just hanging out and like observing everything.
- 8:56[SPEAKER_00]: And that was during his well-documented lost years where he'd been found guilty in the civil case of the murder of Ron Goldman in the Colson and Aegis in Caryne Moore.
- 9:06[SPEAKER_00]: He was a social pariah, and he was just hanging out with porn actresses.
- 9:10[SPEAKER_00]: He was just doing drugs and partying, and I think he even made out like a rap video or something.
- 9:15[SPEAKER_05]: Yeah, it was on a boat.
- 9:17[SPEAKER_05]: And he had some slimy guy that looked like one of the barren stain beers that was trying
- 9:22[SPEAKER_05]: Hang out with me.
- 9:23[SPEAKER_05]: I said, dude, you're like old enough to be my great-grandfather.
- 9:26[SPEAKER_05]: I'm good.
- 9:26[SPEAKER_00]: Okay, but Jasmine, the guy was his old as Moses, but you got to get him credit.
- 9:32[SPEAKER_00]: At least he was trying to get some game going.
- 9:34[SPEAKER_05]: I'm shallow.
- 9:35[SPEAKER_05]: Hello.
- 9:36[SPEAKER_05]: I don't know.
- 9:37[SPEAKER_05]: I'm a very shallow person.
- 9:38[SPEAKER_05]: I'm shallow, but I'm weird with people.
- 9:40[SPEAKER_05]: I like interesting people.
- 9:42[SPEAKER_05]: I dated Lemmy for Motorhead when I first moved to LA, but we were friends until he died.
- 9:47[SPEAKER_05]: He's one of the coolest people I've ever met in my life.
- 9:50[SPEAKER_00]: Yeah, I know that they did them, and I never met them myself, but a few of my acquaintances are normal, and they said it would be pretty cool, and he was into a true crime.
- 9:58[SPEAKER_05]: True crime is cool.
- 10:00[SPEAKER_00]: Definitely, and that's why we're here, and I was going to say it's going through a research, but I don't think it did to have a gone away.
- 10:06[SPEAKER_05]: It's because it's real people as well, and that's what makes it appealing to some of us.
- 10:11[SPEAKER_00]: Now I mentioned the O.J.
- 10:12[SPEAKER_00]: Simpson case, which is a personal favorite of mine.
- 10:15[SPEAKER_00]: Do you have anything that you consider a favorite?
- 10:17[SPEAKER_05]: I would say there are a few, but I like the Jodi area's case.
- 10:22[SPEAKER_05]: I actually sent her an Easter card the other day.
- 10:24[SPEAKER_00]: You told me that, which is actually a good segue because that's one of the cases that we're going to be covering on this episode of Lost Crimes.
- 10:33[SPEAKER_05]: I like that one, and I still like the Madeline McHane case.
- 10:38[SPEAKER_00]: Yeah, Madeline McHane case, that was terrible.
- 10:41[SPEAKER_05]: Yeah, that was so sad and tragic.
- 10:43[SPEAKER_00]: It wasn't incredibly sad, and that's one of the cases that we've talked about covering because I've yet to do that case.
- 10:49[SPEAKER_00]: And it would be a good one for us to do together.
- 10:52[SPEAKER_04]: Absolutely, yeah, we should do that together for sure.
- 10:54[SPEAKER_04]: Yeah, that would be a lot of fun.
- 10:57[SPEAKER_00]: Now, part of me thinks that the gentlemanly way to proceed to your Jasmine is, because you're a lady to let you go first, but then there's the other side of me that says it's my show, so I should just take the reins and lead it.
- 11:08[SPEAKER_05]: I think you should totally go first, men should always get out.
- 11:11[SPEAKER_00]: That won't wreck my chances of getting with you if I, you know, I'm rude with it.
- 11:15[SPEAKER_05]: As hard as you sound, it definitely doesn't wreck your chances.
- 11:19[SPEAKER_00]: Well, that certainly sounds like a whole past to me.
- 11:24[SPEAKER_00]: Now my story takes place in a small town in a car for Spain in 1992, and involves three teenagers who went missing, 14-year-old Mariam Garthia and Tony Agomas 15, known as Tony, and a best friend Desiree Hernandez, 14, three pretty young girls from good families.
- 11:46[SPEAKER_00]: The three teens had set out to attend a secondary school party at a popular disco tech in town called Kula.
- 11:53[SPEAKER_00]: Near the outskirts of another small town copicacent, four kilometers away.
- 11:59[SPEAKER_00]: all in a very quiet, picturesque area where it's residents were good middle class people.
- 12:08[SPEAKER_00]: And although a little boring for teenage girls, for parents, it's ideal.
- 12:13[SPEAKER_00]: Now Jasmine, I know you're familiar with this case and that a chance to read up on it.
- 12:18[SPEAKER_05]: Yeah, I also watched the special on TV.
- 12:21[SPEAKER_05]: It was truly tragic and just a sad time, I think, especially for a small town like that.
- 12:27[SPEAKER_00]: and something that still reverberates all across Spain to this very day.
- 12:34[SPEAKER_00]: It was Friday and it was around six o'clock and the girls were setting out to this party.
- 12:40[SPEAKER_00]: Now, Maryam had asked her, Maryam Guthia had asked her father if he could drive the girls to the disco tuck.
- 12:48[SPEAKER_00]: And although only a short drive away, he said that he couldn't because he was unwell.
- 12:52[SPEAKER_00]: He'd been suffering from influenza.
- 12:55[SPEAKER_00]: Now ironically, if that's the proper word to use, one of their friends was supposed to go with them as well.
- 13:01[SPEAKER_00]: But she was also one well, and they'd found her to tell her to come on out there all going, and her mom said she was sleeping.
- 13:07[SPEAKER_00]: And then when she woke up, she would tell her daughter, and she could join them.
- 13:12[SPEAKER_00]: And she overslept, and she never entered her going.
- 13:16[SPEAKER_00]: Now, it seems the father not being able to drive them.
- 13:19[SPEAKER_00]: While not seems, it is a critical junction here.
- 13:23[SPEAKER_00]: Effect in the outcome of this story.
- 13:26[SPEAKER_00]: And I hope the God he wasn't making up this illness because he would have to live with for the rest of his life.
- 13:33[SPEAKER_00]: I mean, who knows?
- 13:34[SPEAKER_00]: But I mean, you kind of figured he'd make that effort, but maybe he just thought, hey, the town's safe?
- 13:38[SPEAKER_05]: Yeah, kind of, it's kind of weird.
- 13:40[SPEAKER_00]: I mean, I don't want to judge.
- 13:42[SPEAKER_00]: I don't know too much about influenza.
- 13:44[SPEAKER_05]: Yeah, but it's still not a big enough excuse to not take your teenage daughter to a club to drive her there.
- 13:53[SPEAKER_05]: But then again, we weren't living in the times then as we are now.
- 13:56[SPEAKER_00]: And if he did have diarrhea, you don't want to be driving around shit himself.
- 14:00[SPEAKER_00]: Like I said, this is a quaint Spanish village where that sort of thing might be found upon.
- 14:05[SPEAKER_00]: But anyhow, this is when the girls decided to hitchhike.
- 14:14[SPEAKER_05]: I pitched like once in my life, and clearly I'm sitting here speaking with you, so nothing bad happened.
- 14:20[SPEAKER_00]: Well Jasmine, I have hitchhiked and although it's a very uncomfortable tale, I figure.
- 14:26[SPEAKER_00]: Oh God.
- 14:27[SPEAKER_00]: Your lips will be sealed and you won't share with anyone.
- 14:30[SPEAKER_05]: It won't go ahead.
- 14:31[SPEAKER_00]: Well Jasmine, it was the fall of 1982.
- 14:34[SPEAKER_00]: And John Cougars, Jack and Diane were riding high in the charts.
- 14:43[SPEAKER_00]: I must remind you Jasmine that this is a serious tale.
- 14:46[SPEAKER_00]: So please retard any of your laughter or unfavorable remarks.
- 14:52[SPEAKER_00]: It was Devils' night, and I was going to Diane Crawford's annual Halloween party.
- 14:58[SPEAKER_00]: And I was going to this party with my best friend Sean Moon, but no one called them not, they called them Moony.
- 15:05[SPEAKER_00]: And I was in love with this guy who was going to this party, and I was hoping to get with her, a name will lend a Lee Ableton.
- 15:11[SPEAKER_00]: She was tasty.
- 15:13[SPEAKER_00]: Almost as tasty as you are, Jasmine.
- 15:17[SPEAKER_00]: So me and Moni, we went to this party, and while we were there, some were puped in the magazine rock.
- 15:22[SPEAKER_00]: Ew!
- 15:23[SPEAKER_00]: I know, and what made this worse is that someone blamed me and told the Paris it was me who did the puke.
- 15:29[SPEAKER_00]: And the parents confronted on me, and I told, you know, confronted me on it, and I told them, listen, I never puped when I'm on their cortex.
- 15:35[SPEAKER_00]: They have a calming effect on me, but it didn't matter.
- 15:38[SPEAKER_00]: The parents still kick me out into the, into the cold, October night.
- 15:43[SPEAKER_00]: Now if I'm being true for, I don't remember too much because we'd taken a couple of tabs that keep on trucking and I said we smoke some weed as well as a Mickey of Rome.
- 15:52[SPEAKER_00]: But I do remember it was cold and I was just wandering and I decided to hitchhike.
- 15:58[SPEAKER_00]: I was desperate.
- 16:00[SPEAKER_00]: I was tripping, I just wanted to get home.
- 16:02[SPEAKER_00]: So I'm out there hitchhiking and I'm looking pretty cool jazz when I got my David Lee right hair and just like I fucking look cool and this band pulls over.
- 16:12[SPEAKER_00]: And there were four Mexicans in there, and they asked me if I wanted to write and I said, yeah, sure, so I climbed in the van, and there were a fucking mattress in there.
- 16:19[SPEAKER_05]: She's this.
- 16:21[SPEAKER_00]: Yeah, and they asked me, you know, they said, oh, you looked, I just wanted to lay down.
- 16:24[SPEAKER_00]: I said, oh, yeah, sure, what the fuck?
- 16:26[SPEAKER_00]: And I went in there, and I went back, and they jumped me, and they raped me, Jasmine.
- 16:35[SPEAKER_00]: What?
- 16:35[SPEAKER_00]: You know, Jazz, I knew telling you this was a bad idea, and this wouldn't be a safe place for me.
- 16:40[SPEAKER_00]: I'm confessing these things to you guys.
- 16:42[SPEAKER_05]: I'm sorry.
- 16:43[SPEAKER_00]: Then they just threw me out of their van like this got a trash and drove away.
- 16:48[SPEAKER_05]: Oh my god, I'm so sorry that happened to you.
- 16:51[SPEAKER_05]: Do you ever find a... Did you figure out who they were?
- 16:53[SPEAKER_00]: Well, I call the cops, and I don't think they took me serious, and they first of all they said, how do I know there were Mexicans, and I said, well, because they were listening to Santana.
- 17:01[SPEAKER_00]: Oh, yeah, I mean, that's what they listened to, and they showed me some mug shots, and I said, this is pointless.
- 17:07[SPEAKER_00]: I was faced down on the mattress and besides, all Mexicans look very similar.
- 17:12[SPEAKER_05]: They don't look the same, actually, else.
- 17:14[SPEAKER_00]: But I dig grassy.
- 17:15[SPEAKER_00]: Let's just move on from and get back to our story.
- 17:17[SPEAKER_05]: I'm still kind of floored by this and very shy.
- 17:20[SPEAKER_00]: I'll let's just leave it behind, Jazz, and please don't mention on any of your social media platforms.
- 17:27[SPEAKER_00]: I know you have millions of followers and you all could ruin my career.
- 17:30[SPEAKER_05]: Yeah, but it's still so fucked up.
- 17:32[SPEAKER_00]: I mean, to be honest with you, this story really isn't true.
- 17:35[SPEAKER_00]: I just told you, so you'd maybe pity me.
- 17:37[SPEAKER_00]: Go on a day with me.
- 17:38[SPEAKER_00]: But you make me dig grass, Jasmine, and I'm going to continue with this story.
- 17:45[SPEAKER_00]: So these girls had made the unwise decision to hitchhike to this club, and they were picked up by their young couple who were going to the movies, and they were dropped off at a gas station.
- 17:55[SPEAKER_05]: Yeah, that's safe, that's safe.
- 17:57[SPEAKER_00]: And if you see the pictures, it's a little village or it's just on the outskirts of town.
- 18:02[SPEAKER_00]: And one of the friends who went to school with him was driving by on a scooter, and he saw the girls and he waved at him, and they waved back as they were walking.
- 18:09[SPEAKER_00]: Now it was minutes after this and around 830 pm that a woman on her third story balcony at water and a plant saw the girls get into a car full of men, a white sedan.
- 18:23[SPEAKER_05]: It's weird because there were two men that were caught, eventually.
- 18:26[SPEAKER_00]: And although we are getting a bit ahead of ourselves, yes, that's correct.
- 18:29[SPEAKER_00]: Two men.
- 18:30[SPEAKER_05]: Yes.
- 18:31[SPEAKER_00]: Well, we're caught eventually, but this woman, she swears that there were three of them in the car.
- 18:37[SPEAKER_00]: There were two in the front seat and one got out of the back and he let the girls in and then he got back and with them.
- 18:43[SPEAKER_00]: And that was the last time they were seen.
- 18:45[SPEAKER_00]: They didn't return home that night.
- 18:47[SPEAKER_00]: And I guess it's very typical in cases like this all around the world that when girls don't return.
- 18:55[SPEAKER_00]: That when you call a cops they say we have to wait 48 hours.
- 18:59[SPEAKER_05]: That's a problem, because that's these are young girls.
- 19:04[SPEAKER_05]: I get it, okay, maybe they ran away, maybe they, you know, slept off their alcohol, whatever, drunk in some way.
- 19:10[SPEAKER_05]: But that's the problem right there.
- 19:12[SPEAKER_05]: The cops took way too long.
- 19:14[SPEAKER_05]: 48 hours.
- 19:15[SPEAKER_00]: Exactly.
- 19:16[SPEAKER_00]: And it's happened too many times.
- 19:18[SPEAKER_00]: They even mentioned where police believe that just run away or the terror ways or the just, you know, and the valuable time is wasted.
- 19:25[SPEAKER_05]: It is.
- 19:27[SPEAKER_05]: It's 48 hours as too long.
- 19:29[SPEAKER_05]: It should be right away.
- 19:31[SPEAKER_05]: Okay, this is what happened.
- 19:32[SPEAKER_05]: And even if they were out and about and they slept at a friend's house, it doesn't make a difference.
- 19:38[SPEAKER_05]: Because so much could happen.
- 19:40[SPEAKER_00]: Now this elderly lady who was out on her balcony watering her plants, she swas that it was between 8.15 and 8.30.
- 19:48[SPEAKER_00]: And because this was a close-knit community, there was a massive search.
- 19:53[SPEAKER_00]: Police volunteers, the military, it was on TV.
- 19:56[SPEAKER_00]: Radio, people out here and now pamphlets, community searches.
- 20:02[SPEAKER_00]: They were no stone was unturned.
- 20:05[SPEAKER_00]: And with all this media attention, people started coming forward and saying that they'd seen the girls, and which lent to the cops theory that they'd run away.
- 20:13[SPEAKER_00]: There was one incident where a long haul truck driver about 40 miles away swore he saw the girls, saying he were 99.9% positive.
- 20:23[SPEAKER_00]: That he witnessed a mean breakfast and a roadside cafe, and they were laughing.
- 20:27[SPEAKER_00]: Having a good time, and this confused investigators because they thought, are these girls safe and they're just playing around with everyone?
- 20:35[SPEAKER_00]: And how many times have you heard this in a case where a missing person has been spotted by the general public, and it's totally screwed up the investigation.
- 20:44[SPEAKER_05]: All the time, and my other question is this woman who said she saw three men in the car?
- 20:49[SPEAKER_05]: How good was her eyesight?
- 20:51[SPEAKER_00]: Jasmine, if I knew that, I'd be an optician, not sitting here with you.
- 20:55[SPEAKER_05]: and how far away did she see this front?
- 20:57[SPEAKER_00]: Well, I saw an interview with this witness and the location wasn't very far.
- 21:03[SPEAKER_00]: But you know, she was an old lady.
- 21:04[SPEAKER_00]: I mean, you know, all people are, I mean, you come on.
- 21:07[SPEAKER_00]: You remember when you have to deal with your grandma?
- 21:09[SPEAKER_00]: All the people on the tourist leave undependable, but you know, she said she was sure, but then again, so did the truck driver.
- 21:15[SPEAKER_05]: I don't believe that.
- 21:18[SPEAKER_05]: That's another instance, where you drunk when you saw them, how far away, where are you?
- 21:22[SPEAKER_05]: Were you just driving by, could it have been just three young girls with dark hair around the same age sitting there?
- 21:29[SPEAKER_05]: Or did you just want to come out and say something to be relevant or did they get the new?
- 21:33[SPEAKER_05]: Did they've into view him on TV or any
- 21:35[SPEAKER_00]: Well, yeah, they did, and, you know, he seemed positive, but, you know, it's like any case in the history of cases, there's always people, witnesses who believe that they saw something or they saw the person who was already dead.
- 21:49[SPEAKER_00]: I mean, look at the Madeleine McCann case.
- 21:52[SPEAKER_04]: Yeah.
- 21:53[SPEAKER_00]: I mean, there were so many people who said they'd seen her.
- 21:55[SPEAKER_00]: I mean, there was that one couple that they said they'd seen her in Morocco, and that she'd been kidnapped, and some couple were keeping her up in a mountain, and they showed all that picture of a blonde kid living up in the mountains, and it just turned out to be just some blonde fucking Afghan kid or something.
- 22:11[SPEAKER_05]: Yeah, I mean, people just have to be really sure, because you're dealing with the families, feelings as well.
- 22:19[SPEAKER_05]: it's such a tender situation.
- 22:21[SPEAKER_05]: This was really tragic and I felt so bad because the ages of the girls and there's one photo of one of these girls holding a cat and I love cats, that's the thing that really got to me.
- 22:32[SPEAKER_00]: Yeah, me too, I'm definitely trying to catch.
- 22:35[SPEAKER_05]: Yeah.
- 22:37[SPEAKER_00]: So yeah, but I mean, there's there's always people to come forward, you know, but it's almost like, you know, like, you're going, you fucking ask for directions and sometimes people come and stop and ask me for directions and I almost feel embarrassed that I say I don't know.
- 22:49[SPEAKER_00]: So I send them somewhere else like, yeah, you're fucking go down there to left and right.
- 22:53[SPEAKER_00]: Then you go down there and you go about 10 miles and you're gonna be there and then I run away.
- 22:56[SPEAKER_00]: So they won't come back and get me like I'm a bit nervous that I gave him bad because I feel embarrassed.
- 23:01[SPEAKER_00]: So maybe some people think that they just give these false sort of hope or whatever.
- 23:05[SPEAKER_00]: I don't know.
- 23:05[SPEAKER_00]: There might be something psychologically behind it, but you know, I'm not an expert.
- 23:09[SPEAKER_00]: But as you mentioned, it does mess up the case.
- 23:12[SPEAKER_00]: And as I mentioned, there was this massive media attention on this case live, you know, live press conferences of the parents making please for the daughters to come home.
- 23:25[SPEAKER_00]: And although I don't speak Spanish, the sadness
- 23:34[SPEAKER_00]: It was just it was painful to watch.
- 23:36[SPEAKER_00]: I mean these are young girls.
- 23:38[SPEAKER_00]: These are these are the parents babies Yeah, and they're hanging they're hanging on to the hope aren't they that these kids are still alive?
- 23:47[SPEAKER_00]: Of course now after an extensive search to find these girls they were finally located the bodies were located
- 23:54[SPEAKER_00]: On January 27th, 1993, 75 days after they'd gone missing.
- 24:00[SPEAKER_00]: And they were found by two beekeepers in a ditch, located near Lola Mourna Ravine, in what appeared to be a shallow grave that had been unsettled by heavy rains at the region.
- 24:11[SPEAKER_00]: When one of the beekeepers had spotted what appeared to be a hand sticking out of the dirt, wearing a watch.
- 24:18[SPEAKER_00]: And this was in an inhospitable region.
- 24:20[SPEAKER_00]: It was up in the hills, so mountains near a dam called Toch.
- 24:25[SPEAKER_00]: I mean, what a big keepers doing up in the mountains.
- 24:27[SPEAKER_00]: I don't know.
- 24:28[SPEAKER_00]: For me, those two clouds were to be number one suspect.
- 24:31[SPEAKER_00]: Swang's the last time you saw being a mountain.
- 24:33[SPEAKER_05]: I was just thinking that that's just such a random.
- 24:36[SPEAKER_05]: I don't think there were big keepers.
- 24:38[SPEAKER_05]: I think they might have been a couple of vagrants.
- 24:41[SPEAKER_00]: vagrants, eh?
- 24:41[SPEAKER_05]: That's possible.
- 24:43[SPEAKER_00]: Yeah, you got a suspicious mind, Jasmine.
- 24:45[SPEAKER_05]: The keepers, but maybe the cops made that up, because as we know, these cops in a lot of the, in some of these countries are very sloppy.
- 24:55[SPEAKER_05]: They do really sloppy work.
- 24:57[SPEAKER_00]: They corrupt as well.
- 24:59[SPEAKER_00]: They got the pineapple complexion or the pop-marked face, the were those cheap fucking Ray bands, like imitation ones.
- 25:07[SPEAKER_00]: They got the greasy fucking hair and everything.
- 25:09[SPEAKER_00]: But yeah, so apparently we have no reason to disbelieve these guys.
- 25:14[SPEAKER_00]: Be keepers, but later on, when the case was criticized and people started to come up with conspiracies, they said that bees don't even come out of their hives that time of year, so the beekeepers wouldn't have been up there,
- 25:29[SPEAKER_00]: I mean, this is the, the, the data went to be keepers up in the fucking mountains.
- 25:33[UNKNOWN]: Come on.
- 25:34[SPEAKER_00]: Now, as mentioned, these beekeepers had spotted a hand sticking out of the dirt and that hand was wearing a watch and Antonio or Tony Gomez's parents said that the data had been wearing a watch the night she got out and it was making my watch.
- 25:52[SPEAKER_00]: And the reason they found it is because the rain had uncovered a shallow grave.
- 25:56[SPEAKER_00]: And anyway, they went up there, and of course, it was the girls.
- 26:01[SPEAKER_00]: And the three of them had been buried in the shallow grave.
- 26:05[SPEAKER_00]: And although the parents of the girls had to wait for the autopsy results to confirm that it was their children.
- 26:12[SPEAKER_00]: I mean, they must have known.
- 26:14[SPEAKER_00]: They must have.
- 26:15[SPEAKER_00]: And I saw the picture and it was like a skeleton's arm wearing a Mickey Mouse watch with it just sort of like the skin had.
- 26:25[SPEAKER_00]: There was some skin left on it, but it was like cured, like leather.
- 26:30[SPEAKER_00]: And it was very sad, just with this Mickey Mouse watch.
- 26:33[SPEAKER_00]: So for the parents, it must have been horrible in the parents.
- 26:35[SPEAKER_00]: And it was all on a caption on the news and they filmed.
- 26:39[SPEAKER_00]: And it would later, they would be very critical of the case because of the, they covered it, how much they covered it, like, you know, putting the hands taken up with the watch on and stuff on the front page of newspaper and these are children.
- 26:55[SPEAKER_05]: Yeah, it's sometimes the news could be so insensitive towards the family posting, putting photos up like that.
- 27:01[SPEAKER_05]: I'm curious to see them, but just putting it out there and just rubbing in the family's faces if what a life once was.
- 27:10[SPEAKER_05]: And the Mickey Mouse watch, that's the worst part of this.
- 27:14[SPEAKER_05]: It's a young person.
- 27:16[SPEAKER_00]: Well, well, well, well, exactly, and that's, and that is what is, is so, side about it.
- 27:24[SPEAKER_00]: And, but one of the, so they go there, and they fight, and they start doing a little poking around, and there were beer cans there, and a bunch of empty potato chip package, and food boxes, so it kind of looked like they've been a party there.
- 27:38[SPEAKER_00]: And this is the weird thing, because remember, we were saying before about the woman saying
- 27:46[SPEAKER_00]: Ah.
- 27:47[SPEAKER_00]: On the ground, three belts, Jasmine.
- 27:49[SPEAKER_00]: Do you know any guys who wear two belts, Jasmine?
- 27:51[SPEAKER_00]: I mean, I know you probably rolled with some real weird fuckers, but two belts?
- 27:57[SPEAKER_05]: Um, two watches, maybe, but not two belts.
- 28:01[SPEAKER_05]: Unless, unless someone's belly is so freaking huge, they have to attach the damn belt to the other ones.
- 28:07[SPEAKER_05]: Somehow, they'll go around their pig belly, but I can't even see that being a possibility.
- 28:13[SPEAKER_00]: Yeah.
- 28:13[SPEAKER_00]: I mean, maybe probably some heavy metal bands were probably getting a bit fruity and where to, but I know you like death metal and shit like that.
- 28:19[SPEAKER_00]: And I can't imagine that I'm wearing two belts.
- 28:22[SPEAKER_05]: And maybe two bullet belts, but not that.
- 28:25[SPEAKER_00]: Yeah, they were just, these were just normal fucking like business man belts.
- 28:28[SPEAKER_00]: They were not cool belts.
- 28:29[SPEAKER_00]: I saw the pitch of it.
- 28:30[SPEAKER_00]: There were three of them, Jasmine.
- 28:31[SPEAKER_00]: Three.
- 28:33[SPEAKER_00]: So that tied in with what that lady had said.
- 28:38[SPEAKER_05]: Yep.
- 28:39[SPEAKER_05]: Yep, no, it makes sense.
- 28:41[SPEAKER_00]: So, yeah, I don't know why they leave the fucking belts, like all three of them?
- 28:46[SPEAKER_05]: They probably thought they'd never get caught or oh, it's okay.
- 28:50[SPEAKER_05]: It's all the way up here in the mountains.
- 28:52[SPEAKER_05]: Nobody will ever come here, so we could just do what we want.
- 28:55[SPEAKER_05]: We'll leave it here.
- 28:56[SPEAKER_05]: No one's gonna give a shit about these girls.
- 28:58[SPEAKER_00]: But Jasmine, when I fuck a girl, I put my belt back on.
- 29:01[SPEAKER_00]: I don't like fucking, I don't take it out of all of its loops either.
- 29:04[SPEAKER_00]: Like I just fucking, you know, sometimes I don't take my pants off.
- 29:06[SPEAKER_00]: I just fucking pull them down to my knees.
- 29:09[SPEAKER_00]: I don't take the belt off.
- 29:11[SPEAKER_05]: But wait, why can't, you have to take the belt off, because how are you gonna, well, I don't know.
- 29:17[SPEAKER_00]: No, you just slide your fucking pants down, Jasmine, get the job done, you know the score, come on.
- 29:23[SPEAKER_00]: Yeah, you know how this thing works you you this isn't your first rodeo You take your socks off, please.
- 29:29[SPEAKER_00]: Okay.
- 29:30[SPEAKER_00]: I do yeah, I do As a rule, I've because I do find that pretty disgusting I'm trying to take all the boxes here.
- 29:37[SPEAKER_00]: I don't want to ruin it with you like this guy keeps his socks on It keeps so I have to be careful.
- 29:42[SPEAKER_00]: I have to navigate, but yeah, know that is horrendous if you don't take your fucking socks off I want to say that on record here
- 29:48[SPEAKER_00]: because say that on a record.
- 29:49[SPEAKER_00]: But you know, you're making me dig grassy and jazz.
- 29:52[SPEAKER_00]: And I'm losing my focus.
- 29:54[SPEAKER_00]: So they found that they found the three belts there, which we're following, now get this.
- 29:59[SPEAKER_00]: They found this gonna blow your mind, Jasmine.
- 30:02[SPEAKER_00]: They found an emergency, social, security, referral letter.
- 30:07[SPEAKER_00]: An emergency doc does note.
- 30:09[SPEAKER_00]: on behalf of Engelis Monteneges and this individual whoever he was had to go to the hospital for an emergency doctor's appointment because he had B.D.
- 30:21[SPEAKER_00]: And although faded and all weather beaten because it's been...
- 30:26[SPEAKER_05]: It was the, like he's proud of that, you know, it's almost like he left it there on purpose or maybe he did fall out of his trousers by accident, but that's just disgusting on a whole other level.
- 30:36[SPEAKER_05]: So you have a VD, you have an infected thing and you go out there, you raped these four girls and three girls, you know, fourth one never went that night.
- 30:46[SPEAKER_05]: I'd like to personally catch this guy myself.
- 30:48[SPEAKER_00]: But jazz at this point, we don't know they've been raped, they're just a meal to the magas, they're just meat.
- 30:54[SPEAKER_00]: You know, they've been eaten by bugs and whatnot so we don't we don't even know that we're a Suman, you know, we're a Suman with the belts and stuff and I mean, of course we always we think that's that's definitely what happened But at this point we don't know so you get in ahead of yourself But so there's this this piece of paper there that's all ripped up and everything But it's clearly and Gal as Montenegro's The deed gone for an emergency treatment.
- 31:17[SPEAKER_00]: So the cops think this is a fucking gift from the gods So they go they go right to this guy's I even has this fucking address on it
- 31:26[SPEAKER_00]: It's the fucking guy's address on it.
- 31:28[SPEAKER_00]: So the cops go there.
- 31:29[SPEAKER_00]: They go to this place two days later.
- 31:31[SPEAKER_00]: I don't know why I took him two days later.
- 31:33[SPEAKER_00]: Maybe they stick to that.
- 31:34[SPEAKER_00]: It don't send, I guess, it don't matter.
- 31:36[SPEAKER_00]: But they go to this house.
- 31:38[SPEAKER_00]: And they stop poundin' on the door.
- 31:40[SPEAKER_00]: And say, em, police, yeah, police, yeah.
- 31:42[SPEAKER_00]: Or whatever the fuck Spanish say when they want you to open the door.
- 31:45[SPEAKER_00]: But apparently, now get this jazzed, there were a woman's voice inside, and she refused to enter the, to open the door, she said no way, the way he was, and these cops, they, that they then had to go away and come back with permission to the apartment.
- 31:59[SPEAKER_00]: That's really weird, because all the police, I know, they don't take nose and it's, you know, the time that I've been arrested, the go away line don't work.
- 32:10[SPEAKER_05]: The times, you know, rest it, okay.
- 32:13[SPEAKER_05]: That's another episode.
- 32:15[SPEAKER_00]: Yeah.
- 32:16[SPEAKER_00]: But the point I'm making is, is going away or you can't come in, usually is an option.
- 32:22[SPEAKER_00]: So these cops, they went away.
- 32:24[SPEAKER_00]: I guess they got a search warrant.
- 32:26[SPEAKER_00]: And then they came back, they kicked the door down, and there were this family that we'll live in now.
- 32:32[SPEAKER_00]: And they had attempted to put all the furniture in front of the door, but didn't matter, the cops still broke in.
- 32:39[SPEAKER_00]: and they arrested this in Gallus Monteness, right.
- 32:42[SPEAKER_00]: And they said that they believed that he had murdered these girls because they found his VD thing that.
- 32:48[SPEAKER_00]: And the first thing the cops noticed
- 32:51[SPEAKER_00]: Was this guy was like retarded?
- 32:53[SPEAKER_00]: Yeah.
- 32:53[SPEAKER_00]: Like it was semi-retarded.
- 32:55[SPEAKER_00]: Exactly.
- 32:55[SPEAKER_00]: Retarded people, you know, they're not big on the whole rape thing.
- 32:59[SPEAKER_00]: Like this guy couldn't put on his, we were talking about socks, and this guy couldn't put his fucking shoes on the right feet, much less going, fucking drive out and party and like, kill three girls.
- 33:08[SPEAKER_00]: What they had, they had this guy caught there.
- 33:11[SPEAKER_00]: This caught there for the VD.
- 33:12[SPEAKER_00]: So how did he retard, get VD?
- 33:14[SPEAKER_00]: Well.
- 33:15[SPEAKER_05]: You know, this is the, this is the, the big reveal of that, is who it really was.
- 33:20[SPEAKER_05]: I read that that wasn't even him.
- 33:23[SPEAKER_00]: Exact the Mundo Jasmine, exact the Mundo, so then who the fuck wasn't?
- 33:27[SPEAKER_05]: It's impossible.
- 33:29[SPEAKER_05]: The whole thing, it's impossible.
- 33:30[SPEAKER_00]: Exactly, although I used to know this woman who worked at like a home for like semi-retotta people and whatnot And she said they were like fucking cats and eat they were always getting it on everywhere and going in claws It's what not and the smell were atrocious what?
- 33:47[SPEAKER_00]: Yeah, she said the retarded people like the fuck.
- 33:49[SPEAKER_00]: That's why they wanted to like to sterilize them because they, you know, they just fucking get on.
- 33:54[SPEAKER_00]: They don't have, you know, you have to have certain niceties to get a girl in bed.
- 33:57[SPEAKER_00]: You got it in a pleasant one.
- 33:58[SPEAKER_00]: They don't care.
- 33:59[SPEAKER_05]: They just fucking go into a closet and... Well, some of us will have standards come on.
- 34:03[SPEAKER_00]: that's very true um but yeah that's uh that's that's that's a very wild twist right there that's extremely wild so but so they so the first thing and the mom apparently the mom now there's a weird because the mom uh she said like she said the same thing you know my son he can't even wipe his own eyes so he's definitely not a chasing around teenage girls and you know getting on with them and driving out and killing them or whatnot and
- 34:30[SPEAKER_00]: Yeah, I didn't know that had chicken slot houses, but when they were talking to her, she went out and she she came and she said that it couldn't have been her younger son, but it had to be her oldest son who looked exactly like the other son and that this was his em, oh, that he was an evil kid and it was him.
- 34:52[SPEAKER_05]: So there were two of them.
- 34:53[SPEAKER_00]: Well, that was a semi-retard who had the ID, but there was also an older brother named Antonio, who was apparently the bad seat.
- 35:00[SPEAKER_00]: And he often used his retarded younger brothers ID.
- 35:04[SPEAKER_00]: You know, I guess if he wants to get a library card and he doesn't want to, you know, pay the penalty fees.
- 35:09[SPEAKER_00]: No, especially if you got VD, which is kind of, you know, this is stigma attached to it.
- 35:13[SPEAKER_00]: But she said he regularly used to younger brothers ID.
- 35:16[SPEAKER_00]: And when cops checked his Antonio and Galis's record, I mean, it was gold.
- 35:21[SPEAKER_00]: The guy had been in an adjuvi in prison, I mean, he was well-known to the authorities.
- 35:27[SPEAKER_00]: You name it, and he'd been in for a robbery, assault, and battery, sexual assault.
- 35:33[SPEAKER_05]: Well, yeah, I'd say it was the brother.
- 35:36[SPEAKER_05]: It wasn't him.
- 35:37[SPEAKER_00]: It wasn't the... Well, retouch, Jasmine isn't the politically correct term to use, you know, let's find another way that one makes me but uncomfortable if it all might, and I didn't ask him.
- 35:47[SPEAKER_05]: It wasn't the challenged one.
- 35:49[SPEAKER_00]: Well, Jasmine and Iq were about 50 is more than just a challenge, but yeah, they figured it were improbable.
- 35:55[SPEAKER_00]: But as cops were there interviewing everyone, there was another guy standing there in the corner saying nothing just looking stupid.
- 36:02[SPEAKER_00]: And one of the cops came into the apartment and he said someone's car was blocking the driveway and they wanted to get the arrest van in and before they could even say anything, this guy said, oh, that's my car, I'll move it.
- 36:13[SPEAKER_00]: And as they were looking out the window watching this guy go down to move his vehicle,
- 36:19[SPEAKER_00]: that it was the car, these guys are fucking Spanish cops, I guess they're not too bright, but they realized it was the same description of car that the woman had seen off of a balcony with the girls get it, and they then radioed down, and they rushed to this grease ball.
- 36:37[SPEAKER_00]: And this guy's name, get this guy's name, get this guy's name.
- 36:39[SPEAKER_00]: His name was Miguel the blonde.
- 36:42[SPEAKER_05]: She sounds like a real lady's man.
- 36:45[SPEAKER_00]: Yeah, he was kind of good looking though.
- 36:47[SPEAKER_00]: Like he looked like, you know, both these guys, I thought we're okay.
- 36:50[SPEAKER_00]: The retarded guy, you know, I mean, even if he were your type Jazz, I don't think you should be.
- 36:56[SPEAKER_00]: He's not my type.
- 36:57[SPEAKER_05]: Let's guess that's his whole guy.
- 36:59[SPEAKER_00]: You don't want to be missing.
- 37:00[SPEAKER_00]: You don't want to be messing with the guy because the mom said he had an IQ of 50.
- 37:03[SPEAKER_00]: I don't know how that's possible.
- 37:04[SPEAKER_00]: I think she's exaggerating a bit.
- 37:06[SPEAKER_00]: But because that's pretty low.
- 37:09[SPEAKER_00]: like 50s is low so I mean you know you do you you can do better than that.
- 37:14[SPEAKER_00]: So so so this guy so this Miguel blonde is named Miguel the car.
- 37:21[SPEAKER_00]: Right.
- 37:22[SPEAKER_00]: They're arrested but his next isn't everybody knows him as Miguel the blonde because he's got blonde hair.
- 37:26[SPEAKER_00]: So they bring this Joker into the cop shop and the first thing he says is he couldn't kill the girls because he he was in jail at the time and then when they find out that
- 37:38[SPEAKER_00]: He just falls apart and he just thought, he tells him everything.
- 37:42[SPEAKER_00]: He said that it was all this Antonio Monteness, the brother of the retard, and he said that they were out, and they had picked the girls up.
- 37:49[SPEAKER_00]: And he refused to admit that there was a third person.
- 37:52[SPEAKER_00]: They picked the girls up and they offered them a ride.
- 37:56[SPEAKER_00]: And he confirmed that it was at the same corner that the elderly lady had told the police.
- 38:01[SPEAKER_02]: Right.
- 38:02[SPEAKER_00]: And he said that they picked the girls up.
- 38:04[SPEAKER_00]: Ask where they were going and offer them a ride.
- 38:07[SPEAKER_00]: And for me, this part of the story is heartbreaking because at the end of the day, these are 14 to 15 year old girls and they are children.
- 38:18[SPEAKER_00]: That children.
- 38:20[SPEAKER_00]: They're driving the girls to the club and as they drive by the club and the girls realize that these guys aren't letting them off, the girls all start screaming.
- 38:29[SPEAKER_05]: because they probably knew something bad was about to happen, and it's just a bad choice getting in the car.
- 38:36[SPEAKER_00]: That's sad.
- 38:37[SPEAKER_00]: And as these children are screaming and crying, this Antonio Marnez, he starts pissed the weapon.
- 38:45[SPEAKER_05]: Oh God.
- 38:47[SPEAKER_05]: It's a tiny girl's though.
- 38:49[SPEAKER_05]: These are tiny little girls.
- 38:52[SPEAKER_05]: He's as close.
- 38:53[SPEAKER_00]: I can't even imagine the horror that these young girls must have felt I can't even imagine it.
- 39:00[SPEAKER_00]: So it beats them into submission and they drive them up to these hills, this mountain, this region, which is not easy to get to.
- 39:06[SPEAKER_00]: The cops needed a four by four to get up there, but they got up there and they brought them to these barracks or an abandoned sort of a house where the beekeepers would hang out, I guess.
- 39:18[SPEAKER_00]: And in there, I mean, they bring the girls in there and the girls say they want to go home, they're crying, they want to see their mom.
- 39:27[SPEAKER_00]: And they bring the girls in there
- 39:30[SPEAKER_04]: Oh, Jesus Christ.
- 39:32[SPEAKER_00]: Yeah, exactly.
- 39:33[SPEAKER_00]: So there's a mattress in there.
- 39:37[SPEAKER_00]: And this Martin has guy.
- 39:38[SPEAKER_00]: He says what he's going to, you know, what they're going to do.
- 39:40[SPEAKER_00]: He said, we're going to fuck these girls.
- 39:42[SPEAKER_00]: We're going to party.
- 39:42[SPEAKER_00]: It's going to be good.
- 39:44[SPEAKER_00]: And apparently, what Miguel LeBlanc said, he said he didn't want to do it.
- 39:49[SPEAKER_00]: Now, I don't believe that.
- 39:50[SPEAKER_00]: I mean, well, neither do I.
- 39:52[SPEAKER_00]: But I mean, everyone who knew this guy said it weren't his M.O.
- 39:55[SPEAKER_00]: He weren't into the rough stuff and abuse of girls in one
- 39:58[SPEAKER_00]: I don't believe that.
- 39:59[SPEAKER_00]: I'm not as loyal to Jasmine.
- 40:00[SPEAKER_00]: I'm just repeating what they said that, you know, like he didn't want to, and he said he didn't want to.
- 40:05[SPEAKER_00]: I mean, there's something that we're talking about a big cross in the fucking line here though, aren't we, Jasmine?
- 40:11[SPEAKER_00]: We're like, there's a difference between burglaring a house and abducting and raping under age goals.
- 40:17[SPEAKER_05]: Oh, yeah, there's a huge difference, it's like night and day, and these girls were, I mean, there weren't even 16 years old, not that it would have made it better, but these were like little kids, little babies.
- 40:31[SPEAKER_00]: Agreed, and you know, sometimes they might look like women or, you know, young women, but at the end of the day, there's still kids.
- 40:38[SPEAKER_00]: So this guy said that he didn't want to, and he said that this morning as guy said that he will send them to the devil.
- 40:45[SPEAKER_00]: if he don't get balls deep in these girls, like he don't join in.
- 40:49[SPEAKER_00]: Yeah, okay.
- 40:49[SPEAKER_05]: You know, nobody was actually twisting his arm.
- 40:53[SPEAKER_00]: Well, he said he would terrified of this Martin as guy.
- 40:55[SPEAKER_00]: They were fucking nuts.
- 40:56[SPEAKER_00]: That's what that, that, those are his words.
- 40:59[SPEAKER_00]: And I mean, you know, who would it, we could only hypothesize here.
- 41:02[SPEAKER_00]: So what this Martin is, that he would, he brought the girls, and he brought the 14 year old out first, which was Tony Gomez.
- 41:09[SPEAKER_00]: He untied her arms, put her on the mattress.
- 41:12[SPEAKER_00]: And he raped, that he did his business, and he saw demise to Danielle the gun, the Miguel the blonde, and he made him have a turn while he watched on and chewed him on.
- 41:22[SPEAKER_00]: And then he, they tied her up again, repeating this cycle for the next couple of hours.
- 41:28[SPEAKER_00]: Then, without any warning, Miguel the blonde said the blonde has just got up, and he left, and he was gone over three hours.
- 41:35[SPEAKER_00]: You just drove away.
- 41:36[SPEAKER_00]: You didn't say anything.
- 41:37[SPEAKER_00]: Well, it seems a bit fucking weird to me, but, and, and if he wasn't into this, that would have been his time to let the girls escape, I think.
- 41:43[SPEAKER_00]: Even though there weren't, I have to say they were in the middle of nowhere.
- 41:46[SPEAKER_00]: It's stated this isn't a place that you're going to walk up.
- 41:49[SPEAKER_00]: Like you could, they couldn't walk home from that.
- 41:51[SPEAKER_05]: But I'm sure they could have gotten down to like a street with some cars on it.
- 41:55[SPEAKER_05]: No.
- 41:55[SPEAKER_00]: No.
- 41:55[SPEAKER_05]: Do you think they even would have survived a walk down that hill in their condition?
- 42:00[SPEAKER_00]: What's in the shit out of nowhere and having been in a Spain at night in the desert?
- 42:06[SPEAKER_00]: And those desert mountainous areas is fucking freezing.
- 42:09[SPEAKER_00]: Might be hot during the day, but it is freezing at night.
- 42:12[SPEAKER_00]: But for whatever reason he didn't do anything.
- 42:14[SPEAKER_00]: And then this morning as return three hours later.
- 42:17[SPEAKER_00]: And he brought some sandwiches, some snacks, and some beer.
- 42:20[SPEAKER_00]: He went to a bar, grab some beer, had some sandwich and snack, so they came back, they had their beer, the sandwich, they offered the girls some water, and only one girl accepted to drink a water, the other two didn't, and then they did all over again, and he said they were going to, he figured they were going to spend the next night a little bit of a camper trip and they were going to just keep doing it.
- 42:46[SPEAKER_00]: But then the girls start fucking freaking out.
- 42:48[SPEAKER_00]: Like they were just, it was getting messy like there because the kids, you know, they weren't playing along.
- 42:53[SPEAKER_00]: They were screaming, they're freaking out.
- 42:56[SPEAKER_00]: And the next morning, they used to, he started a walking about.
- 43:00[SPEAKER_00]: Martin has started walking about to the car.
- 43:03[SPEAKER_00]: And according to Antonio, the blonde, this is when he told Martin as that he thought that they should let the girls go.
- 43:10[SPEAKER_02]: Yeah, he said.
- 43:10[SPEAKER_00]: But this infuriated Martin has and he held the gun up to his head and he said you're even more fucking retarded than my brother And if we let these girls go they're gonna go straight to the cops.
- 43:20[SPEAKER_00]: They're gonna rot us out And you and I go into jail forever He then yelled at him to go back inside and get the cop at that they've been using all night as a blanket according to Miguel LeBlanc Martin has a got so drunk
- 43:33[SPEAKER_00]: that he brought all three girls into the bed with them and he covered them all with a carpet and he fell asleep while he's holding a gun against them.
- 43:41[SPEAKER_05]: This is just horrendous, yeah, what he was.
- 43:43[SPEAKER_00]: And he made Miguel keep a look out, but I don't know for who fucking beekeepers.
- 43:48[SPEAKER_00]: And he said that Martin has a strip of girls off and thrown their clothes away, so, you know, he won't intended to give him back, it seemed.
- 43:54[SPEAKER_00]: And this is when when Miguel LeBlanc, he brought the carpet out.
- 43:58[SPEAKER_00]: This was the first time he'd become aware that Martin has had dug a shallow grave.
- 44:04[SPEAKER_00]: and he threw the carpet inside the shallow grave and this is the part that breaks my heart he'd line these three young girls up with their hands tight behind their back at the edge of the shallow grave and he walks up behind Mariam and at this point the girls are sobbing uncontrollably and he comes up behind Mariam Gutheer
- 44:30[SPEAKER_00]: and he puts a gun to his head and he pulls a trigger and the gun misfires.
- 44:36[SPEAKER_04]: Oh, he's just crazy.
- 44:37[SPEAKER_00]: And the girls all start screaming like banches because they know what's going to happen to him.
- 44:42[SPEAKER_00]: And he puts a gun up again and he shoots Mario.
- 44:46[SPEAKER_00]: Then Tony, then there's a ray.
- 44:48[SPEAKER_00]: All on the back of the head and according to Miguel LeBlond, there's a ray was the only goal to speak and her last word was mommy, before she was shown the back of that.
- 44:59[SPEAKER_00]: And then Marnez kept the girls' bodies into the shallow grave.
- 45:04[SPEAKER_00]: And he made, Miguel LeBlanc fell up the hole.
- 45:08[SPEAKER_00]: Now what makes us even more horrific?
- 45:12[SPEAKER_00]: was that police believed that he had sex with one of the girls believed to be there's a rain because he hadn't been able to have sex with her that night in the in the shack, whether that was because she wouldn't let him or it was too drunk or we don't know the reason.
- 45:28[SPEAKER_00]: I'm a guy once saying whatever was, but he had sex with her once she was dead.
- 45:33[SPEAKER_05]: Yeah, that's the sickening part.
- 45:34[SPEAKER_05]: I remember reading that and that
- 45:38[SPEAKER_05]: How much of a coward are you to do something like this and then to shoot them execution style?
- 45:44[SPEAKER_05]: They just should have let the girls go.
- 45:46[SPEAKER_05]: Chances are the girls never would have been able to identify these guys.
- 45:50[SPEAKER_05]: They would have had a head start, not that I'm saying I'm not encouraged anyone to do a crime than run, but they would have had a head start to leave.
- 45:57[SPEAKER_00]: Yeah, but most of us aren't psychopaths.
- 46:00[SPEAKER_00]: You know, that takes us out of the equation.
- 46:02[SPEAKER_00]: And it was noted during the autopsy that Desiree and then that's had horrific injuries.
- 46:08[SPEAKER_00]: Most notably in a vagina where a shop object had been repeatedly inserted inside of it.
- 46:15[SPEAKER_00]: But also her anus, where she was pretty badly cut off.
- 46:18[SPEAKER_00]: And by what they couldn't say, Fischer, and Miguel Lee, Blonde, he won Squadron.
- 46:23[SPEAKER_00]: Brilliant, nice.
- 46:24[SPEAKER_00]: Well, they can't say, they didn't know, and they couldn't say for sure, I'm a gal of blonde, because I didn't find any weapons.
- 46:30[SPEAKER_00]: I'm a gal of blonde, they said he would do what they wanted to happen.
- 46:34[SPEAKER_00]: So, you know, whether that's truth or not, I don't know.
- 46:37[SPEAKER_00]: What do you mean he's got no reason to lie?
- 46:39[SPEAKER_00]: And he also said that Martin, as it made him get plants, go ahead and find some flowers and put it on the top of this makeshift grave.
- 46:45[SPEAKER_00]: I don't know if he was trying to be cute or for whatever reason.
- 46:48[SPEAKER_05]: Yeah, nobody made him do anything.
- 46:51[SPEAKER_05]: He did this say.
- 46:53[SPEAKER_05]: No one was holding a gun to his head.
- 46:55[SPEAKER_05]: He's just as twisted as the others that were there.
- 46:57[SPEAKER_00]: I can say just who can say.
- 47:02[SPEAKER_00]: But when cops questioned the blonde about the extra belt that was there, they couldn't give them an answer.
- 47:09[SPEAKER_00]: And they said he had this strange.
- 47:11[SPEAKER_00]: They felt something won't write.
- 47:13[SPEAKER_00]: They couldn't put the finger on it.
- 47:15[SPEAKER_00]: But they felt that he won't give them the true skinny on it.
- 47:20[SPEAKER_00]: You got to make theories here?
- 47:22[SPEAKER_05]: What could have been that third person?
- 47:24[SPEAKER_05]: Do you think maybe the challenge guy was dragged into all of this?
- 47:32[SPEAKER_00]: I don't know.
- 47:33[SPEAKER_00]: I saw the challenge guy being interviewed and he was like the first one that they said that they believed did it and stuff.
- 47:46[SPEAKER_00]: and i don't know it's weird i mean who knows maybe they were attacked i mean he seemed very sweet but i mean he didn't strike me like the type of guy uh like as he was saying like the interviewed him and he said you know that um his brother was evil his brother beat up him he beat up his mom it beat up and the they interviewed the sister who's like uh in cognitive or like she hides at then he sure on this wig and everything
- 48:09[SPEAKER_00]: And she said the same thing that we're all abused and this guy were like, and the mom like mortgage to the apartment and everything you get them at a jail and he still treated her like shit, but it seemed like they all lived in terror of this guy.
- 48:23[SPEAKER_05]: Yeah, then it's possible.
- 48:25[SPEAKER_05]: I mean, is this like a slim chance?
- 48:28[SPEAKER_05]: This guy wasn't about, or someone's super dangerous, maybe linked in with.
- 48:32[SPEAKER_05]: I mean, who were their connections outside of there?
- 48:35[SPEAKER_05]: Was there someone else with them who might have been politically linked
- 48:39[SPEAKER_00]: And that's what a lot of people are saying there's something don't smell right because when cops went to arrest Monteneges, it was almost like he'd been warned.
- 48:51[SPEAKER_00]: And he went, well, they're at the front door, cops were at the front door.
- 48:54[SPEAKER_00]: Monteneges went out the back window and got away on on some sheets.
- 48:59[SPEAKER_00]: He was like, oh, like a fucking Spanish Tarzan.
- 49:02[SPEAKER_00]: Many disappeared into thin air.
- 49:05[SPEAKER_05]: I'm sorry, just the analogy, yeah, it's just a caroliefing, and the sloppy police work, had they have gotten, you know, some type of a head start on this, like had they have done something, the second of they knew these girls were missing, what are the chances they would have been up, they would have gone up there into the mountains?
- 49:26[SPEAKER_00]: I don't know, I really don't know on this one.
- 49:29[SPEAKER_00]: It seems they had a chance to rest these guys and they failed.
- 49:32[SPEAKER_05]: You just bust the door down.
- 49:34[SPEAKER_00]: You think, but it looks like they gave this madness, uh, get out of jail, freak out, without even going to jail.
- 49:40[SPEAKER_00]: But that's not all.
- 49:41[SPEAKER_00]: The first autopsy that did, I guess they just used a local guy who, you know, who knows, he was sidelining as a forensics guy and on the side he were a barber and, you know, worked at the local butcher as well.
- 49:52[SPEAKER_00]: But when this joke had turned in his report, the government, the federal government, they were, they weren't happy with it.
- 49:57[SPEAKER_00]: So they sent the main forensics guy all spaint to go down that.
- 50:01[SPEAKER_00]: And when he got that, the bodies were totally clean.
- 50:05[SPEAKER_00]: They were totally washed out and sprayed the insides and everything wiped clean.
- 50:09[SPEAKER_00]: There was no evidence.
- 50:10[SPEAKER_00]: It was all gone.
- 50:11[SPEAKER_00]: This, this joker had totally destroyed any evidence.
- 50:17[SPEAKER_05]: Jesus Christ.
- 50:18[SPEAKER_00]: Those girls were cleaner than the soul on a cripples boot chas.
- 50:22[SPEAKER_05]: Well, yeah, I mean, he didn't want any trace of any of this to come back to him, blah, blah, blah.
- 50:28[SPEAKER_05]: I mean, he's good at what he did.
- 50:30[SPEAKER_00]: Well, this was the notation, as far as I know he didn't have a chair at the table.
- 50:34[SPEAKER_05]: The mortician guy, well, then he just didn't idiot.
- 50:36[SPEAKER_05]: He shouldn't have done that.
- 50:38[SPEAKER_05]: That's the stupidest thing you didn't do, the bodies, and he justice by doing that.
- 50:43[SPEAKER_00]: Well, exactly.
- 50:44[SPEAKER_00]: When the federal hot shot hired gun came, I mean, he said there was nothing to look at.
- 50:53[SPEAKER_00]: like they'd wasted a train tickets and because the evidence had all been washed down the drain.
- 50:59[SPEAKER_05]: Well, wait a second.
- 51:00[SPEAKER_05]: Do you think that this, um, the backlot mortician will call him or the barber mortician?
- 51:07[SPEAKER_05]: Do you think maybe, okay, we can say he didn't know what he was doing, but do you think maybe one of those guys,
- 51:16[SPEAKER_05]: who did this specifically the one that got away with the third belt could have been someone like I said before that's tied into some big officials somewhere in the government and they have to do this.
- 51:26[SPEAKER_05]: It is that a possibility.
- 51:27[SPEAKER_00]: It is and they've been various theories on who the third belt belonged to.
- 51:32[SPEAKER_05]: Again, maybe he was just the barber-born tissue.
- 51:34[SPEAKER_05]: He didn't know any better.
- 51:36[SPEAKER_00]: Yeah.
- 51:36[SPEAKER_00]: Maybe, but how much do you need to know?
- 51:38[SPEAKER_00]: Does it say the 1800s?
- 51:39[SPEAKER_00]: I mean, we all know enough that you don't stick the hose up inside of a murdered rape victim and wash everything away.
- 51:45[SPEAKER_05]: I mean, maybe could have been the mentally challenged a PC term.
- 51:51[SPEAKER_05]: Maybe it was his gis and there and the family didn't want him to go to jail.
- 51:55[SPEAKER_00]: Nah, for me, that don't work.
- 51:56[SPEAKER_00]: I mean, she worked on a chicken's lot of house.
- 51:59[SPEAKER_00]: She would hardly run on the village.
- 52:00[SPEAKER_00]: She went to Godmother.
- 52:01[SPEAKER_05]: That's the only other way, but I think there was a cover-up.
- 52:06[SPEAKER_00]: Anya, you're not alone in thinking that, Jasmine.
- 52:08[SPEAKER_00]: There were a lot of theories.
- 52:09[SPEAKER_00]: There were certainly accusations that the guard, the local police chief, woke her up.
- 52:18[SPEAKER_00]: And there were some whispered that there were possibilities that he might have been against
- 52:32[SPEAKER_00]: for some reason, I mean, you know, I don't know.
- 52:35[SPEAKER_00]: I mean, it just seems too crazy for me.
- 52:38[SPEAKER_00]: You know, because it's retarded guys, see, he seemed like a pretty nice guy.
- 52:41[SPEAKER_05]: I like my neck, my guy.
- 52:43[SPEAKER_00]: Well, it did, he seemed good.
- 52:47[SPEAKER_05]: I'm sure he's a very nice guy and like his brother, but okay, let's assume that if he's such a nice guy, maybe if he was dragged into this whole debacle, you know he didn't want to say anything.
- 53:00[SPEAKER_05]: I still say, you don't know that third person's dad was a cop, you don't know anything.
- 53:06[SPEAKER_05]: It's possible it was a cop son.
- 53:09[SPEAKER_00]: Yeah.
- 53:12[SPEAKER_00]: But this Miguel, Miguel LeBlanc, he says the retard warned, but he was close to the family, so can you really even trust this guy?
- 53:20[SPEAKER_00]: No.
- 53:20[SPEAKER_00]: But he says is that the samurai retard guy, you know, he's good as gold, there's no way.
- 53:27[SPEAKER_00]: It's like he warned and evolved, it would just the two of them, but he can't fucking come up with an explanation for that third belt.
- 53:37[SPEAKER_05]: Yeah, because there's a third person there and they're protecting that person.
- 53:41[SPEAKER_05]: So either it was the mentally challenged or it was like we said someone someone in power's child or maybe it was another teenager they had hanging out with them a young guy and they they.
- 53:56[SPEAKER_05]: You know, they had some kind of sick twisted game they were playing.
- 53:59[SPEAKER_00]: Yeah.
- 53:59[SPEAKER_00]: I mean, the most far out, but still kind of a viable theory was that that, you know, like you said, maybe the retard wasn't he was brought up in that L and he had been doing it with the girls.
- 54:11[SPEAKER_00]: And he was a plaything, the boy toy of the police that they, you know, because they all say that this chief police had a secret life and he were corrupt.
- 54:20[SPEAKER_00]: And, you know, maybe he were getting to stake you finger with the,
- 54:25[SPEAKER_00]: with the redada guy and he wanted to protect, you know, his lover.
- 54:30[SPEAKER_00]: I mean, the guy, I mean, the guy, he had an IQ of 50.
- 54:33[SPEAKER_00]: Does this, does this sound crazy?
- 54:35[SPEAKER_00]: Do you, Jasmine?
- 54:37[SPEAKER_05]: No, no, no, you, you, you know, I've had these conversations about other crimes in the past and especially specifically with Madeleine McCann, and you're usually correct, so was he the, that's possible.
- 54:51[SPEAKER_05]: That's possible.
- 54:52[SPEAKER_00]: Yeah, I don't know.
- 54:53[SPEAKER_00]: Maybe it's possible.
- 54:54[SPEAKER_00]: I like that I can.
- 54:56[SPEAKER_00]: I mean, no one knows no one that well at the end of the day, Jasmine.
- 55:00[SPEAKER_00]: I mean, that's where my funeral grandma used to say, no one knows no one that well.
- 55:05[SPEAKER_05]: She's right about that, or she was right about that, but yeah, it's true.
- 55:09[SPEAKER_05]: It's possible.
- 55:10[SPEAKER_05]: I think that the retarded child, or, sorry, the mentally challenged kid was somehow involved in this.
- 55:19[SPEAKER_05]: I think there's that 50% chance and the other 50% is what we said.
- 55:23[SPEAKER_05]: How do you know the cop was an involved?
- 55:25[SPEAKER_00]: Well, that's what they're saying online.
- 55:27[SPEAKER_00]: And it's hard to disseminate a lot of this shit because it's in Spanish, but they have said that the chief of the police is corrupt and he's a little light in the loafers.
- 55:39[SPEAKER_00]: You know what I mean?
- 55:40[SPEAKER_05]: Oh yeah, yeah, no, he looks slimy.
- 55:42[SPEAKER_05]: Maybe he was the third person.
- 55:44[SPEAKER_00]: Well, maybe, but as for mentioned, he, you know, he likes ass pussy, women and his thing.
- 55:50[SPEAKER_00]: Now the funeral for the three girls was heartbreaking and the televised live on television and I saw a clip of it.
- 55:57[SPEAKER_00]: And they will aid out beside each other in a mausoleum.
- 56:01[SPEAKER_00]: It was just a sort of a community in grief.
- 56:04[SPEAKER_00]: It was horrible.
- 56:06[SPEAKER_00]: And a lot of this spotlight was put on the fourth brand who had survived just because she'd over-slept.
- 56:14[SPEAKER_00]: And she was racked with guilt.
- 56:19[SPEAKER_00]: Nothing good.
- 56:20[SPEAKER_00]: Just all sorrow.
- 56:22[SPEAKER_00]: Now, McGalrakard or McGal the blonde as he was known as was sentenced to 170 years in prison.
- 56:30[SPEAKER_05]: rightfully so too.
- 56:32[SPEAKER_00]: But while I was only a maximal prison sentence of 30 years so he's out in the street now.
- 56:38[SPEAKER_00]: He was out in 20 years and was released in 2013 and they released the Monkoe baby.
- 56:46[SPEAKER_00]: I mean if that ain't a crime.
- 56:48[SPEAKER_05]: Yeah and he was in South of France which is scary because that's you know where we're from.
- 56:53[SPEAKER_00]: That's your style.
- 56:54[SPEAKER_05]: Yeah that's my
- 56:57[SPEAKER_05]: I don't what surprises me is nobody got to him in jail.
- 57:01[SPEAKER_05]: Like someone should have gotten to him.
- 57:03[SPEAKER_05]: That's worth putting like a thousand euro into someone's commissary somehow.
- 57:09[SPEAKER_05]: And going after.
- 57:10[SPEAKER_05]: Like a wide entrepreneurs do that.
- 57:12[SPEAKER_05]: That's the first thing I would have done.
- 57:13[SPEAKER_05]: And going back for a second, I wonder if there's any guilt on the father's part for not driving his daughter to the end of friends to the disco.
- 57:22[SPEAKER_00]: Well, I've seen several interviews with the father.
- 57:24[SPEAKER_00]: I'm guessing that the mother has passed.
- 57:26[SPEAKER_00]: And he seems a shadow of a man, a small skinny, almost speaks in a whispering tone.
- 57:32[SPEAKER_00]: And I'm guessing he, you know, well, just from the interviews, I mean, he's crying.
- 57:37[SPEAKER_00]: He spends any of you crying and this is, you know, 30 years later.
- 57:42[SPEAKER_00]: We make mistakes.
- 57:43[SPEAKER_00]: And unfortunately, there's, you know, there's not going back.
- 57:46[SPEAKER_00]: And hindsight is the lottery of life.
- 57:49[SPEAKER_05]: Oh, yeah.
- 57:50[SPEAKER_00]: I mean, it's like the case of the Ken and Bobby Killers with Karl Holmerka and Paul Bernardo, and they were the abducted Leslie Mahathi.
- 58:00[SPEAKER_00]: She was supposed to come home and she'd missed her curfew and her parents and a stepfather had locked her out to teach her lesson.
- 58:09[SPEAKER_00]: and she was sort of just hanging around outside the house because she didn't know what to do and that's when Bernardo and Carla came along and picked her up.
- 58:19[SPEAKER_00]: A simple seemingly innocent decision by the parents and look how it all turned out.
- 58:24[SPEAKER_05]: Yeah, this is so many different murders, it's a split second, you know, the Preppy Murder trial, Jennifer Levin, I went to school with Jennifer actually, but that's just, oh wow.
- 58:34[SPEAKER_05]: Yeah, it's so many things that happen and you can't go back, but getting back to we caught, he got out after such a minimal, he should have been there for all three murders.
- 58:47[SPEAKER_05]: Like I feel that sentence is just for one of the lives, not for all three.
- 58:52[SPEAKER_05]: How do you have good behavior?
- 58:54[SPEAKER_00]: I just... Well, at least Miguel LeBlanc did some time, not more than his amigo and ring leader.
- 59:02[SPEAKER_00]: Martin has ever did.
- 59:03[SPEAKER_00]: And, you know, he has mentioned he got out the window on a sheet, like a Gracie Taz, and last time he was seen, he was boarding a container ship headed out to the sea.
- 59:17[SPEAKER_00]: I mean, it defies my imagination.
- 59:23[SPEAKER_05]: Well, look at the way he did it.
- 59:24[SPEAKER_05]: I mean, he's a worse.
- 59:25[SPEAKER_05]: Look at the way he murdered these girls and what they did to them.
- 59:29[SPEAKER_05]: It just didn't surprise me.
- 59:31[SPEAKER_05]: I think he went back to Brazil.
- 59:33[SPEAKER_00]: Well, I has mentioned he stood away on this city of Plymouth.
- 59:37[SPEAKER_00]: It was a ship's name.
- 59:40[SPEAKER_00]: And they believed that he jumped ship near Ireland and tried to swim ashore, which would have been quite this whim.
- 59:48[SPEAKER_00]: They figured he didn't make any word of frozen to death,
- 59:52[SPEAKER_00]: or drowned.
- 59:53[SPEAKER_00]: And I mean, but you know, for me, where there's a will as a way.
- 59:57[SPEAKER_05]: Oh, Jesus Christ.
- 59:58[SPEAKER_00]: Yeah, not pleasant, but you know, gonna happen to a nice guy.
- 1:00:02[SPEAKER_00]: But there have been theories as you mentioned that he made it to Brazil as he does have a Brazilian passport, but maybe we'll, you know, we'll never know.
- 1:00:10[SPEAKER_00]: He's on interpulse, top 10 list.
- 1:00:15[SPEAKER_00]: So they're still looking for him.
- 1:00:17[SPEAKER_05]: Well, they go a few ways, it's quite possible that yes, he jumped and, you know, the perfect, in a perfect world, he's dead.
- 1:00:26[SPEAKER_05]: But it's, there's a slim chest, how do you know he didn't end up somewhere in Ireland right now?
- 1:00:33[SPEAKER_05]: He's in some small town, let's say he's in Cork or somewhere else.
- 1:00:37[SPEAKER_00]: anything's possible putting, you know, you'd have to be pretty good swimmer for that.
- 1:00:41[SPEAKER_00]: And if I were a bad man, I'd say he's at the bottom with the ears.
- 1:00:46[SPEAKER_00]: But then it goes in full circle here, isn't it?
- 1:00:48[SPEAKER_00]: Because there's all those conspiracy theorists that say, you know, the chief of police was having an affair with his younger brother, the retarded kid, and he was the one who authorized them to get him on the ship in the first place.
- 1:00:59[SPEAKER_05]: It's possible to get away because, and this is where we go back to, well, was this guy involved.
- 1:01:07[SPEAKER_05]: it's a slim chance like with this information about how corrupt this cop is that he wasn't involved or he's related to one of these jerk-offs.
- 1:01:17[SPEAKER_00]: Yeah exactly jerk-off is an eloquent description because that's what these guys are fucking jerk-offs and we'll let the last they're talking about was they were talking about uh... uh... missed a blonde and the last time that that he popped up on the
- 1:01:37[SPEAKER_05]: No, I think he was back in Madrid.
- 1:01:38[SPEAKER_00]: No, it was Madrid.
- 1:01:39[SPEAKER_00]: Yeah, that's right.
- 1:01:40[SPEAKER_00]: Yeah.
- 1:01:40[SPEAKER_00]: And that was in 2020.
- 1:01:42[SPEAKER_05]: So he went back with Spain.
- 1:01:43[SPEAKER_05]: Yeah.
- 1:01:44[SPEAKER_05]: Thank God he's out of France.
- 1:01:46[SPEAKER_05]: So did he go to jail?
- 1:01:48[SPEAKER_05]: That was around COVID also.
- 1:01:50[SPEAKER_00]: I don't know.
- 1:01:50[SPEAKER_00]: That's where the the the trail goes cold.
- 1:01:54[SPEAKER_05]: I still say the cop is involved.
- 1:01:57[SPEAKER_05]: I don't think the retard could have done it.
- 1:01:59[SPEAKER_05]: I think the retard.
- 1:02:00[SPEAKER_05]: I think he would have he would have folded.
- 1:02:03[SPEAKER_05]: Okay.
- 1:02:03[SPEAKER_05]: I did it.
- 1:02:04[SPEAKER_05]: I did it.
- 1:02:04[SPEAKER_05]: He would have folded.
- 1:02:06[SPEAKER_00]: Yeah, it was quite sweet to us on any of you of them.
- 1:02:10[SPEAKER_05]: When a doctor or something, my God, you wouldn't have coffee with him.
- 1:02:14[SPEAKER_00]: Well, I don't know.
- 1:02:15[SPEAKER_00]: So we need him for lunch.
- 1:02:16[SPEAKER_00]: It might be bad.
- 1:02:17[SPEAKER_00]: I get him to fucking law and work and whatnot.
- 1:02:20[SPEAKER_05]: I don't know if we want to do that.
- 1:02:22[SPEAKER_05]: And the brother comes into this.
- 1:02:24[SPEAKER_00]: We can adopt him to get.
- 1:02:25[SPEAKER_05]: Yeah, let's do that.
- 1:02:26[SPEAKER_05]: I mean, really, what would we do with him?
- 1:02:28[SPEAKER_05]: I mean, can he cook?
- 1:02:30[SPEAKER_00]: And I think on that note, Jazz will end this case.
- 1:02:34[SPEAKER_00]: And we're going to move on to yours.
- 1:02:36[SPEAKER_00]: We've progressed enough.
- 1:02:37[SPEAKER_00]: So what do you got for us?
- 1:02:40[SPEAKER_05]: Showty Areas.
- 1:02:43[SPEAKER_05]: They say Arizona, June 4th, 2008, murder Travis Alexander.
- 1:02:48[SPEAKER_00]: And hopefully we're going to look into what built up to this.
- 1:02:53[SPEAKER_05]: Yeah, I think there were so many different things in this case.
- 1:02:58[SPEAKER_05]: You know, let's first talk about Jodie Arias growing up as a child.
- 1:03:05[SPEAKER_05]: She grew up in a home with her mom and dad and siblings and, like, her first boyfriend.
- 1:03:12[SPEAKER_05]: She was very, it seems like growing up, you know, she just, you know, kind of did her thing, but apparently her parents were very abusive.
- 1:03:20[SPEAKER_05]: This is what I read somewhere.
- 1:03:21[SPEAKER_00]: Is she saying this or this is something you read?
- 1:03:24[SPEAKER_05]: This is something I read and then they had the special about friends speaking about it that there was a lot.
- 1:03:30[SPEAKER_05]: I wasn't physical abuse, but a lot of yelling, which just could be just as bad, right?
- 1:03:36[SPEAKER_05]: And she was a calico, wasn't she?
- 1:03:39[SPEAKER_00]: Born in bread and California.
- 1:03:41[SPEAKER_05]: Solina's California.
- 1:03:44[SPEAKER_05]: It's a beautiful suburb of Monterey County.
- 1:03:50[SPEAKER_05]: you know, allegedly the parents owned a restaurant, then you later learned that they didn't own the restaurant, that you know, the mom just worked there.
- 1:03:58[SPEAKER_05]: But it seemed as though like a lot of her life, she just worked at pleasing men, you know.
- 1:04:06[SPEAKER_05]: And like our first boyfriend, he was kind of a weirdo.
- 1:04:10[SPEAKER_05]: He lived in a trailer.
- 1:04:12[SPEAKER_05]: War all black, and she had to do like everything for him.
- 1:04:16[SPEAKER_05]: Supposedly, he never worked, so she was working as a waitress to, you know, to provide for him and her.
- 1:04:23[SPEAKER_00]: Okay, so you're sitting, you're sort of setting a bit of a character.
- 1:04:27[SPEAKER_00]: You're telling us a bit about her character here.
- 1:04:31[SPEAKER_01]: Yeah.
- 1:04:32[SPEAKER_00]: I mean, she's a good looking girl as well.
- 1:04:34[SPEAKER_00]: I mean, it's just a,
- 1:04:36[SPEAKER_00]: I think she would have been able to get guys, but this seems to be this whole pleasing thing.
- 1:04:42[SPEAKER_00]: It's a bit strange.
- 1:04:43[SPEAKER_05]: Well, yeah, and that's gonna play into the whole Travis thing because after that her other boyfriend, it was, he was normal.
- 1:04:55[SPEAKER_05]: He was a single dad with a young boy.
- 1:04:57[SPEAKER_05]: Now know what he did.
- 1:05:00[SPEAKER_00]: This was, this was her boyfriend before Trump.
- 1:05:02[SPEAKER_05]: Yep, yep, yep, yep.
- 1:05:04[SPEAKER_05]: And, you know,
- 1:05:06[SPEAKER_05]: It seemed like a normal relationship, but she allegedly wanted kids of her own, and it was kind of a deal breaker for him because he already had a child.
- 1:05:16[SPEAKER_05]: Okay, and I get that, that's fine.
- 1:05:19[SPEAKER_05]: There's some people that don't want that, and that's fine.
- 1:05:23[SPEAKER_05]: You know, and she went on.
- 1:05:26[SPEAKER_05]: She went on to doing other things with her life.
- 1:05:28[SPEAKER_05]: She started to train to work for, I think it's a pyramid scheme.
- 1:05:33[SPEAKER_05]: It was this company called PPL.
- 1:05:36[SPEAKER_00]: PPL.
- 1:05:37[SPEAKER_05]: Yeah.
- 1:05:37[SPEAKER_05]: Pade something legal.
- 1:05:39[SPEAKER_05]: And she went on to, you know, working there, doing something while pursuing photography on the side.
- 1:05:47[SPEAKER_00]: Yeah, she did a few odd jobs there, and then she was eventually given a sales position.
- 1:05:51[SPEAKER_05]: Right, and that's where she met Travis Alexander.
- 1:05:56[SPEAKER_05]: Oh, a little bit about Travis because I feel as though people paint him to be like this squeaky clean guy.
- 1:06:06[SPEAKER_05]: I have this thing against guys that you stand up comedy.
- 1:06:13[SPEAKER_05]: Did you stand up comedy?
- 1:06:15[SPEAKER_00]: What do you think?
- 1:06:17[SPEAKER_05]: You're like way too cool.
- 1:06:19[SPEAKER_05]: So yeah, no.
- 1:06:21[SPEAKER_00]: That's not my keeper and although I didn't know that, I can picture it now.
- 1:06:25[SPEAKER_05]: Exactly.
- 1:06:26[SPEAKER_00]: If for some reason I can, I can picture someone who is very not funny.
- 1:06:32[SPEAKER_00]: Anyway, continue.
- 1:06:34[SPEAKER_05]: Well, I'll tell you a little story later about a case where my friend was thrown off a roof and the guy who did it to her did stand up comedy at one point.
- 1:06:41[SPEAKER_05]: It's this weird thing.
- 1:06:43[SPEAKER_05]: So Travis, I think personally, he looks like a, he didn't deserve to die.
- 1:06:47[SPEAKER_05]: Okay, I just want to make this clear to the listeners.
- 1:06:50[SPEAKER_05]: Travis Alexander did not deserve to die.
- 1:06:53[SPEAKER_05]: Did he deserve to have maybe his, you know, what cut off?
- 1:06:56[SPEAKER_05]: Absolutely.
- 1:06:57[SPEAKER_05]: He's an idea to guys like that at one point in my life, but I certainly didn't, you know,
- 1:07:03[SPEAKER_05]: Uh, commit heinous acts on them.
- 1:07:06[SPEAKER_05]: Maybe put eye drops and they're drink, but that's about it.
- 1:07:09[SPEAKER_05]: Uh, um, you know, he had this whole thing with a stand-up comedy, and there was a show on one of these little networks that showed him with a stand-up comedy doing all these dirty jokes.
- 1:07:25[SPEAKER_05]: So he wasn't somehow, he wasn't somehow in mighty, like Mormon church guy.
- 1:07:30[SPEAKER_05]: And I always find, and I'm sure a lot of the listeners could agree with me on this.
- 1:07:35[SPEAKER_05]: OK, I'm Catholic by faith.
- 1:07:38[SPEAKER_05]: I don't judge people as long as you live your life doing what you're doing, and it doesn't affect me, we're cool.
- 1:07:43[SPEAKER_05]: Fine.
- 1:07:45[SPEAKER_05]: So,
- 1:07:47[SPEAKER_05]: people who lean so heavily into religion usually have skeletons or have some kind of other freaky side to them and apparent they're hiding from some exactly and it's usually you know a double-edged sword.
- 1:08:03[SPEAKER_05]: You know, and to him, in all of this, you know, when he met Jody, she was the one that pursued him in a way because she moved to where he lived in Arizona, to Mesa, I believe, is where it was.
- 1:08:17[SPEAKER_00]: Okay, and she moved there with she been living with her grandparents wearing like Eureka.
- 1:08:23[SPEAKER_00]: I don't know where that is.
- 1:08:24[SPEAKER_05]: Yeah, that's near Redwood City somewhere.
- 1:08:26[SPEAKER_05]: I looked it up.
- 1:08:27[SPEAKER_05]: Apparently she moved there when she dropped that up high school and she lived with her grandparents there.
- 1:08:32[SPEAKER_05]: But she was in Eureka, but in 2006,
- 1:08:36[SPEAKER_05]: is when they met and, you know, she met Travis Alexander, one of those PPL brainwashing things.
- 1:08:45[SPEAKER_05]: Those PPL conventions.
- 1:08:48[SPEAKER_05]: Now, he was a motivational speaker at this point.
- 1:08:51[SPEAKER_00]: Which is, which is creepy.
- 1:08:52[SPEAKER_00]: I mean, at what point do you figure you can motivate people like you as some sort of junior Tony Robbins or something?
- 1:08:59[SPEAKER_00]: There's a red flag right there.
- 1:09:02[SPEAKER_05]: Yep, and it was, you know, Travis was probably at a, you know, an all-time high, apparently prior to this, what he used from Riverside, California, by the way, guys, he had always been in all kinds of trouble getting into fights.
- 1:09:18[SPEAKER_05]: So I guess between that and his, you know, stand-up comedian career, you know, he found God somehow, he got involved with the church and became a moron.
- 1:09:27[SPEAKER_05]: I mean, he became a moron, sorry.
- 1:09:30[SPEAKER_00]: I'm not saying I'm not touching that one.
- 1:09:32[SPEAKER_00]: I don't even have enough fuck.
- 1:09:34[SPEAKER_05]: We already have enough on that, right?
- 1:09:36[SPEAKER_00]: I don't have enough controversy in my life.
- 1:09:38[SPEAKER_00]: But I mean, the guy he'd be, you know, it's weird.
- 1:09:41[SPEAKER_00]: Every picture that I see at this joke, he's got this sarcastic goofy sort of lipless smile.
- 1:09:49[SPEAKER_00]: And the way that the press painted him is some sort of all-round nice guy.
- 1:09:54[SPEAKER_05]: Yeah, I mean, this girl was already judged by the media, so she never had a fair trial.
- 1:10:00[SPEAKER_05]: That's such as my opinion.
- 1:10:03[SPEAKER_05]: But this is the background on Travis.
- 1:10:05[SPEAKER_05]: This is who he was.
- 1:10:06[SPEAKER_05]: He was seeing her.
- 1:10:07[SPEAKER_05]: He was sleeping whether he used to refer to her as the three-hole wonder.
- 1:10:14[SPEAKER_05]: So that's kind of, I think Jodi really liked him a lot more than he liked her.
- 1:10:19[SPEAKER_00]: I mean, that's, that is, I mean, I don't know who he's referring her to.
- 1:10:23[SPEAKER_00]: I mean, but I mean, that's, that's, I mean, that's pretty derogatory.
- 1:10:29[SPEAKER_00]: I might, at a moment of pleasure after pulling out refer that to a loved one that I was intimate with, but you wouldn't be saying that to anybody else.
- 1:10:37[SPEAKER_00]: That's derogatory.
- 1:10:40[SPEAKER_00]: It's very derogatory to someone you care about to refer on that way, I'd say to the friends and everything.
- 1:10:47[SPEAKER_00]: Yeah, it's horrible, isn't it?
- 1:10:49[SPEAKER_05]: It's really sad and she probably felt like that was literally his dirty little secret.
- 1:10:56[SPEAKER_05]: And again, Jodie was a man pleaser.
- 1:11:00[SPEAKER_05]: She was a people pleaser.
- 1:11:01[SPEAKER_05]: She just wanted to please the guy she was with outside of the bedroom, like do things, whatever it was to be like them.
- 1:11:07[SPEAKER_05]: So eventually, she converted to the warm and church.
- 1:11:12[SPEAKER_05]: He baptized her.
- 1:11:13[SPEAKER_00]: This is the thing.
- 1:11:14[SPEAKER_00]: I mean, I...
- 1:11:16[SPEAKER_00]: I don't get this, because I did a joint, a little film, and it was called Seven Fuckable Killers, and Seven Killers that you'd fuck.
- 1:11:22[SPEAKER_00]: And she will want it on the list.
- 1:11:24[SPEAKER_00]: You know what those naked pictures?
- 1:11:25[SPEAKER_00]: I mean, I thought she looked tasty.
- 1:11:27[SPEAKER_00]: She was fuck.
- 1:11:28[SPEAKER_00]: I do not think this guy is a good-looking guy.
- 1:11:31[SPEAKER_00]: I mean, I mean, I'm not in the cock, so I don't know.
- 1:11:33[SPEAKER_00]: Help me out here.
- 1:11:34[SPEAKER_00]: She's not.
- 1:11:35[SPEAKER_00]: But he's not, he's not a guy that you're afraid that he's gonna take your girl from you.
- 1:11:42[SPEAKER_00]: Like it's just,
- 1:11:43[SPEAKER_00]: It's just fucking weird that he's treating her in this derogatory way, and like I said, she converts that's a big step Step up.
- 1:11:53[SPEAKER_00]: That is a huge leap of faith, Jasmine.
- 1:11:57[SPEAKER_00]: I mean, I went out with this English go once and I Wouldn't I wouldn't even eat fish and chips because you know, it's just like too much commitment
- 1:12:06[SPEAKER_00]: Jody is laying it on the line for this Travis joker.
- 1:12:10[SPEAKER_05]: Is it?
- 1:12:11[SPEAKER_05]: I mean, I like different foods.
- 1:12:12[SPEAKER_05]: So hey, what do I and why I hate it?
- 1:12:14[SPEAKER_00]: No, no, I'm not talking about fish and chips.
- 1:12:17[SPEAKER_00]: You silly girl.
- 1:12:18[SPEAKER_00]: I'm talking about fucking B.
- 1:12:20[SPEAKER_00]: Well, two different pages here.
- 1:12:22[SPEAKER_03]: Let's No, yeah, what you're saying like you fucked me up.
- 1:12:25[SPEAKER_03]: He's a person.
- 1:12:26[SPEAKER_00]: You do stupid things But yeah, and church is a lot of day Saints.
- 1:12:30[SPEAKER_00]: I mean, that's not a fucking normal religion That's one of those fucking religions that you go hang out knee burgers and shit Those are the people who wear fucking ties and dance around them fucking dresses and you know one of those religions like it's not a normal religion
- 1:12:42[SPEAKER_00]: I mean, if there's any such thing as a normal region, and I apologize, it's okay.
- 1:12:46[SPEAKER_05]: And you know, I feel as though the listeners just need to know exactly a little bit more about who she was and who he was before you fall for everything the media did hook lying in sinker.
- 1:12:59[SPEAKER_05]: And you know, it's, they were dating each other.
- 1:13:02[SPEAKER_05]: They were seeing each other.
- 1:13:04[SPEAKER_05]: She was having some wild sex with her.
- 1:13:06[SPEAKER_05]: There's no ends of her butts about that.
- 1:13:08[SPEAKER_05]: He was bragging to his buddies.
- 1:13:10[SPEAKER_05]: And they had some really good friends of theirs whose house they would stay at sometimes, because eventually, you know, they wanted to say a little bit closer together, because she moved back to California, but they were still kind of seeing each other.
- 1:13:22[SPEAKER_05]: And, you know,
- 1:13:25[SPEAKER_05]: You always have that sixth sense when people are saying really bad things about shit.
- 1:13:29[SPEAKER_00]: Well, he was caught, he was caught happy because you know, they say that about Prince, this is where Prince Harry, where he's getting fucked so good.
- 1:13:36[SPEAKER_00]: He's just like, he's just caught happy.
- 1:13:39[SPEAKER_00]: Like, he's just, he's not fucking thinking straight.
- 1:13:41[SPEAKER_00]: It's just, this is, and this is clearly, she, she, she were, she were fucking this guy, she were fucking the shit out of this guy and he were happy.
- 1:13:49[SPEAKER_00]: He probably never had up before and you see his face and you kind of get the feeling,
- 1:13:55[SPEAKER_00]: was like, but although although they've has spoken to his ex-girlfriend's name, they all he was nice, he's so nice, he's such a sweet guy.
- 1:14:03[SPEAKER_05]: Yeah, of course they're going to say that.
- 1:14:07[SPEAKER_05]: I mean, but
- 1:14:09[SPEAKER_05]: And I'm really quick, not to divert here, but I highly doubt Meghan Markle is a good fuck.
- 1:14:15[SPEAKER_05]: I knew who her ex husband, so let's just leave it as that.
- 1:14:17[SPEAKER_00]: I wasn't sleeping with him, by the way, I just know that, it's just, yeah, no, I don't don't, I don't, I don't, I don't, so either, but when you, but then judge the man, judge the man and his experience in life, I mean, this guy is a missionary position, sort of fucking guy, you know what I mean?
- 1:14:33[SPEAKER_00]: Of course, you know, he's not that type of guy is going to want jerk off on your face and not wipe himself off on the curtains and make sandwich and go home.
- 1:14:40[SPEAKER_00]: He's not that type of guy, jazz.
- 1:14:42[SPEAKER_00]: He's not that type of guy.
- 1:14:43[SPEAKER_05]: It's kind of hot actually.
- 1:14:46[SPEAKER_05]: I'm getting aroused now.
- 1:14:48[SPEAKER_05]: But, you know, we call back a joke.
- 1:14:51[SPEAKER_05]: One thing I did forget to mention, you know, her parents, I think trust is a big thing here.
- 1:14:56[SPEAKER_05]: And, you know, her parents broke her trust when they called the police for her smoking weed.
- 1:15:03[SPEAKER_05]: did they had to know that oh yeah and that's that's pretty sad you know she get into our humans it's exactly why she left home but now here you are you have this man this Travis
- 1:15:15[SPEAKER_00]: who's someone she's supposed to have this relationship with and she slowly finds out okay, he's saying all this stuff about me that really hurts my feelings it's really juvenile as well, I have to say it's stuff that guys say, you know, when you're 14 or 15 years old, you say these derogatory things, me while you're probably having an infact you girl from, but you say shit like that, but you grow up out of it and this guy's this guy's a man.
- 1:15:42[SPEAKER_05]: Yeah, and you know, it was uncomfortable for her being around this, you know, religion that that's why she, you know, she went ahead and converted just to be a part of that.
- 1:15:53[SPEAKER_00]: And yet he's part of a religion that proclaims the care about people and he's calling his girlfriend a three-old wonder.
- 1:16:01[SPEAKER_00]: Nice.
- 1:16:02[SPEAKER_05]: Right.
- 1:16:03[SPEAKER_05]: And those are the ones that are usually the dirtiest.
- 1:16:06[SPEAKER_05]: And, you know, this type of behavior has an emotional impact on women.
- 1:16:10[SPEAKER_05]: It doesn't excuse killing him, by the way.
- 1:16:11[SPEAKER_05]: I'm just saying that.
- 1:16:13[SPEAKER_05]: And along the way, you know,
- 1:16:16[SPEAKER_05]: his friends would say really horrible things about her.
- 1:16:19[SPEAKER_05]: Okay, so I don't condone going through like people's emails and stuff like that.
- 1:16:25[SPEAKER_05]: But if you have a feeling something's up, you're going to do it.
- 1:16:28[SPEAKER_05]: Right?
- 1:16:29[SPEAKER_05]: So as you sit there in silence, like Jasmine, I don't know if this is really good.
- 1:16:34[SPEAKER_00]: Yeah.
- 1:16:35[SPEAKER_00]: No, I was going to say that that is something uniquely female, I think.
- 1:16:38[SPEAKER_00]: I mean,
- 1:16:39[SPEAKER_00]: It is.
- 1:16:40[SPEAKER_00]: I don't go through, but then again, I don't judgment.
- 1:16:43[SPEAKER_00]: I've had all my access to that would make go through my thing, and there are always excuses.
- 1:16:48[SPEAKER_00]: I know you're hiding something.
- 1:16:51[SPEAKER_00]: That's for you.
- 1:16:52[SPEAKER_00]: No, I mean, I wasn't not all the time, but I mean, that's something that's uniquely female, but I understand.
- 1:16:59[SPEAKER_00]: So I'm not judging.
- 1:16:59[SPEAKER_00]: So I am listening.
- 1:17:01[SPEAKER_00]: And understanding that I know that it is a female trait, but but I'm not judging but continue so she was going through so I never knew that so she went through his emails
- 1:17:11[SPEAKER_05]: right.
- 1:17:12[SPEAKER_05]: And because there was something he was seeing other girls.
- 1:17:15[SPEAKER_05]: In fact, one of these emails allegedly said, I like how you seductively open your mouth, send me more photos, stuff like that he was sending to other women.
- 1:17:26[SPEAKER_05]: So, Jodie originally, so she then left Mesa and went back to Eureka.
- 1:17:31[SPEAKER_05]: But he was still in contact with her.
- 1:17:34[SPEAKER_05]: Like they were still talking while he was seeing other people.
- 1:17:37[SPEAKER_00]: This guy's a I had heard that I mean this guy's a piece of shit.
- 1:17:40[SPEAKER_00]: I mean she's given so much to him.
- 1:17:42[SPEAKER_00]: I mean he's a guy.
- 1:17:43[SPEAKER_00]: I mean we're guys I don't want judgment to you know we're all part of the same club, but you know, but this guy is I mean that's bullshit
- 1:17:52[SPEAKER_05]: Yeah, I mean, he then they made her out to be some kind of psychopath that was stalking him while hello.
- 1:17:57[SPEAKER_05]: If you're telling someone to come over, yes, I still want to see you.
- 1:18:01[SPEAKER_05]: And obviously, she, you know, he still wanted to see her because they're having amazing sex, she's going to come over.
- 1:18:09[SPEAKER_05]: It's like playing with her emotions.
- 1:18:12[SPEAKER_05]: So she came over.
- 1:18:12[SPEAKER_05]: She was still there.
- 1:18:13[SPEAKER_05]: He was seeing other women.
- 1:18:15[SPEAKER_05]: Maybe they weren't putting out.
- 1:18:17[SPEAKER_05]: Maybe it wasn't as fun and he still kept the sexual relationship with Jodie areas, you know.
- 1:18:24[SPEAKER_05]: A hundred percent, you don't just convert religions, you don't just move and rewire your whole life to a different state if you're not going to pursue something serious.
- 1:18:40[SPEAKER_05]: He was into her, but not as much as it was more sexually.
- 1:18:46[SPEAKER_00]: I mean, I'm definitely seeing that this girl was Deity, but what was her personality like?
- 1:18:50[SPEAKER_05]: She's damaged.
- 1:18:51[SPEAKER_00]: And I guess that's how he got his claws around her.
- 1:18:54[SPEAKER_05]: He was damaged by her parents.
- 1:18:57[SPEAKER_05]: She was looking for the acceptance of another male.
- 1:18:59[SPEAKER_05]: I mean, what else is there?
- 1:19:01[SPEAKER_05]: There was, she was a people pleaser.
- 1:19:03[SPEAKER_05]: She thought she found someone she really liked.
- 1:19:04[SPEAKER_05]: Well, let me do everything I can to make this work.
- 1:19:07[SPEAKER_00]: Yeah.
- 1:19:09[SPEAKER_00]: I mean, for me, there was something off about this guy.
- 1:19:13[SPEAKER_05]: He's not good-looking.
- 1:19:15[SPEAKER_05]: He's not you, okay?
- 1:19:16[SPEAKER_05]: So yeah, he's not good.
- 1:19:17[SPEAKER_00]: That's the one thing I'm not gonna argue about and we're gonna agree on.
- 1:19:21[SPEAKER_00]: But if she is, you know, so he was basically using her and she was just a fucked doll.
- 1:19:28[SPEAKER_00]: Is that why she moved the way again?
- 1:19:30[SPEAKER_00]: That and her reading the emails where she tried to distance herself and just try to get some space.
- 1:19:35[SPEAKER_05]: I think it was a combination of things.
- 1:19:37[SPEAKER_05]: So he was the one saying things aren't gonna work out because she was...
- 1:19:41[SPEAKER_05]: Like when he baptized her, I think it was some kind of sexual turn on for him.
- 1:19:45[SPEAKER_00]: That's fucking weird, isn't it?
- 1:19:47[SPEAKER_00]: I fucking weird.
- 1:19:48[SPEAKER_05]: It is.
- 1:19:49[SPEAKER_05]: It's a creepy fetish, but that's what happened, and I'm pretty sure, and then, you know, she was gone.
- 1:19:55[SPEAKER_05]: They broke up.
- 1:19:56[SPEAKER_05]: He said it wasn't going to work out.
- 1:19:57[SPEAKER_05]: She was going to his phone.
- 1:19:59[SPEAKER_05]: I'll tell you why she was getting jealous because she thought she probably thought that, you know, hey, we're dating YC talking to these other women.
- 1:20:07[SPEAKER_00]: But I mean, you know, it's kind of weird because for me, I mean, I'm one of those guys I like to get hot and heavy, get involved, get locked in, and get everybody locked in, and we just like, we're a couple, it just seems weird that she's done so much for them, to me, it seems like their past dating.
- 1:20:23[SPEAKER_05]: The friends didn't approve of her, and a 30 something it shouldn't make a difference.
- 1:20:27[SPEAKER_05]: What the hell your friends think, you know?
- 1:20:30[SPEAKER_05]: So the friends did not approve of her, then you had his best friends wife saying, should
- 1:20:37[SPEAKER_05]: And I mean, they painted her as this big monster, you know, and you go back and you look at all these other people that have murdered people in the past, pre-meditated like the three girls, the Alka suck girls, those guys got minimal sentences or the one that got caught, you know, and then you go to this, this girl, okay, yeah, we'll get into the murder briefly, but
- 1:21:03[SPEAKER_05]: she doesn't deserve to be behind bars for the rest of her life.
- 1:21:09[SPEAKER_05]: There's so much emotional stuff going on.
- 1:21:12[SPEAKER_05]: Where was the news covering any of this?
- 1:21:14[SPEAKER_05]: Why didn't the media cover how, oh, she's evil?
- 1:21:18[SPEAKER_05]: You notice how very religious people use that word evil, evil, evil without really knowing, you know, the other person as a human being.
- 1:21:29[SPEAKER_00]: Yeah.
- 1:21:31[SPEAKER_00]: Yeah.
- 1:21:31[SPEAKER_05]: I don't think she should have done this, but still.
- 1:21:34[SPEAKER_00]: Well, I mean, let's move into the murder because I find this fascinating on many different levels, mostly because she's a girl, and he's a big strap and guy, and she totally wasted this guy.
- 1:21:52[SPEAKER_00]: She made him her bed, so let's get into what happened, leading up to the murder.
- 1:21:57[SPEAKER_05]: It was her coming down to see him.
- 1:21:59[SPEAKER_05]: Uh, she actually died her hair.
- 1:22:02[SPEAKER_05]: She rented a car from Yurika, okay?
- 1:22:06[SPEAKER_00]: Did he agree on this visit or was this a surprise?
- 1:22:09[SPEAKER_05]: According to different sources, it was prearranged.
- 1:22:13[SPEAKER_00]: Well, yeah, because he wants to get his cake and he wants to eat it too.
- 1:22:16[SPEAKER_00]: I mean, this girl, he's already described as his three-old wonder.
- 1:22:20[SPEAKER_05]: Exactly.
- 1:22:21[SPEAKER_05]: And you know what?
- 1:22:21[SPEAKER_05]: He's going to say no to that.
- 1:22:23[SPEAKER_05]: So she came down.
- 1:22:25[SPEAKER_05]: She rented a car, which is weird.
- 1:22:28[SPEAKER_05]: She put in a can of gas, another weird thing.
- 1:22:31[SPEAKER_05]: But maybe not because if you're a female traveling by yourself, you want to have a can of gas fine.
- 1:22:35[SPEAKER_00]: The dyeing the hair seems a bit extreme to me.
- 1:22:38[SPEAKER_05]: That's weird.
- 1:22:39[SPEAKER_00]: I mean, she dyed it from bright blonde to dark brown.
- 1:22:43[SPEAKER_05]: And she had a gun.
- 1:22:44[SPEAKER_00]: Yeah.
- 1:22:46[SPEAKER_00]: Yeah.
- 1:22:46[SPEAKER_00]: Okay, so she came down.
- 1:22:47[SPEAKER_00]: So what do we know?
- 1:22:49[SPEAKER_00]: Take us through the events that we know.
- 1:22:50[SPEAKER_05]: What we know.
- 1:22:52[SPEAKER_05]: Okay, so what we do know is she went down there on June 4th, 2008.
- 1:22:58[SPEAKER_00]: Armed with a knife and a gun.
- 1:23:00[SPEAKER_05]: They had a, you know, a lot of really wild sex priors.
- 1:23:04[SPEAKER_05]: She was taking photos of everything.
- 1:23:06[SPEAKER_05]: Photos of self are on the bed, naked photos, uh, photos with some kind of little slutty outfit on.
- 1:23:14[SPEAKER_05]: And they were doing the dirty.
- 1:23:16[SPEAKER_00]: Are these the notorious bitches I naked?
- 1:23:19[SPEAKER_05]: Oh, yeah.
- 1:23:20[SPEAKER_00]: The ones, you know, from behind and asleep and why you, you know, you see everything.
- 1:23:25[SPEAKER_05]: I know you totally would, yes.
- 1:23:26[SPEAKER_00]: And that don't make you a psychic, Jasmine.
- 1:23:30[SPEAKER_05]: but she went there, but she did she go in there with the idea of murdering him.
- 1:23:36[SPEAKER_00]: It's weird that she fucked up.
- 1:23:37[SPEAKER_00]: I mean, that's weird to me, right there.
- 1:23:40[SPEAKER_00]: Like, I don't know, for me, that's weird.
- 1:23:44[SPEAKER_00]: Did something happen after they fucked?
- 1:23:46[SPEAKER_00]: Did he say something?
- 1:23:47[SPEAKER_05]: That they probably still aren't dating.
- 1:23:49[SPEAKER_05]: We're not together, blah, blah, blah.
- 1:23:51[SPEAKER_05]: And, you know, it's that sense of abandonment.
- 1:23:53[SPEAKER_05]: But she went down there with the intent to obviously murder him.
- 1:23:56[SPEAKER_05]: She had a gun.
- 1:24:00[SPEAKER_05]: a bunch of times.
- 1:24:02[SPEAKER_00]: Twenty-seven.
- 1:24:04[SPEAKER_05]: To be exact.
- 1:24:05[SPEAKER_05]: And according to the coroner, he was already dead before she shot him.
- 1:24:11[SPEAKER_00]: Yeah, that is the fucking weird thing.
- 1:24:14[SPEAKER_00]: And there's that unsettling fucking picture that she took with his camera.
- 1:24:22[SPEAKER_00]: of him in it's hard because he's got a fucked up face he's got he's got something I don't like all guys it tiny noses yeah and the small eyes the beady eyes yeah and the beady eyes you get the fucking tiny I don't like tiny noses girls much either to be honest you want something a little substantial there but he's got the beady eyes got no fucking lips and he looks terrified I don't know if I'm reading into this
- 1:24:45[SPEAKER_05]: No, you are not, no, you're not, you're not.
- 1:24:48[SPEAKER_05]: He doesn't terrified, and that's probably when she's coming at the knife at him.
- 1:24:52[SPEAKER_05]: And that little crazy switch in her flicks on, who knows what she said, maybe she said, hey, guess what?
- 1:24:58[SPEAKER_05]: Your dad, you shouldn't have fucked with whatever it was.
- 1:25:00[SPEAKER_00]: And yeah, you fought with the wrong person who had come time to die, right?
- 1:25:04[SPEAKER_05]: She just should have cut off, she should have just John Wayne Bobbin in him.
- 1:25:07[SPEAKER_05]: That would have been sufficient right there.
- 1:25:08[SPEAKER_00]: Yeah, I was thinking about that the other day, which is a lost crime, but yeah, I mean, but the fact that she took a picture,
- 1:25:14[SPEAKER_05]: And you could see in his eyes, like, wow, this is what my life is, or wow, I'm really scared, you know, this is how it ends.
- 1:25:23[SPEAKER_05]: And it's a real horrible degree of sadness you see in those eyes.
- 1:25:28[SPEAKER_00]: And yeah, Mr. Funnyman didn't have anything funny to say that moment, I'm sure.
- 1:25:33[SPEAKER_00]: And then there's that other scary picture and the feet off position laying in the shower.
- 1:25:37[SPEAKER_05]: I mean, she did a number on him, all right.
- 1:25:40[SPEAKER_05]: And, you know, that's what happened.
- 1:25:44[SPEAKER_05]: and he's left there, so then she just locks the door as there, whatever, in this bedroom, leaves him, but mind you, he had three roommates.
- 1:25:54[SPEAKER_00]: Did he have to, that's right, he did, didn't he?
- 1:25:56[SPEAKER_05]: Yeah, he had, which is so, like, next level messed up.
- 1:26:00[SPEAKER_05]: At that age, well, how old was he 30?
- 1:26:02[SPEAKER_05]: That's, I don't know, I just have a thing against him.
- 1:26:05[SPEAKER_00]: That's lame, I mean, that's fun, like, I mean, it's like, I can't even imagine, I mean, in England, people have, I mean, I've never had roommates.
- 1:26:14[SPEAKER_00]: But in England a lot of guys do live together because it is so expensive to rent and for accommodations.
- 1:26:21[SPEAKER_00]: So, you know, it's not unusual to see guys here all live together.
- 1:26:26[SPEAKER_00]: And like I said when I came to England, it was odd, but then I realized now it's a bit of a cultural thing.
- 1:26:33[SPEAKER_00]: And because things are so expensive here, but you know, I certainly couldn't do it.
- 1:26:38[SPEAKER_03]: Yeah.
- 1:26:39[SPEAKER_00]: But what is weird about it is that everybody was trying to paint him as Mr.
- 1:26:43[SPEAKER_00]: Success.
- 1:26:45[SPEAKER_00]: Mr.
- 1:26:45[SPEAKER_00]: Successful Motivation Speaker.
- 1:26:47[SPEAKER_05]: Yeah, in a big house, like this is the picture the media painted of him people.
- 1:26:51[SPEAKER_05]: I mean, oh, he was doing well.
- 1:26:54[SPEAKER_05]: He was working for PPL.
- 1:26:56[SPEAKER_05]: I still say it's a pyramid scheme, and then, you know, he had this big house.
- 1:27:01[SPEAKER_05]: And why do you have roommates, bro?
- 1:27:03[SPEAKER_05]: Seriously, why do you have roommates?
- 1:27:06[SPEAKER_00]: And you know, as a woman, if you come back to a guys' place, I mean, you want to be able to shake the walls down and, you know, throw all your screaming and whatnot and, you know, there's just some way to do this other guys in the house.
- 1:27:19[SPEAKER_05]: Yeah, I wouldn't.
- 1:27:20[SPEAKER_05]: I wouldn't date a guy that had roommates.
- 1:27:21[SPEAKER_05]: It's like the first red flag.
- 1:27:23[SPEAKER_00]: So he's got these roommates.
- 1:27:24[SPEAKER_00]: Do we know where the roommates were when he was murdered?
- 1:27:26[SPEAKER_05]: They weren't there, but then she put the camera in the washing machine.
- 1:27:30[SPEAKER_05]: She forgot to take the S, had she have taken that SD card out, maybe, you know, there would have been, um, she would have had a chance.
- 1:27:37[SPEAKER_05]: She would have had a chance, guys.
- 1:27:39[SPEAKER_05]: She could be yours.
- 1:27:40[SPEAKER_05]: Uh, so,
- 1:27:42[SPEAKER_05]: She leaves.
- 1:27:43[SPEAKER_05]: And apparently she was in contact with someone, I think his name was Ryan Burns, who was a friend of both of theirs.
- 1:27:51[SPEAKER_05]: And I guess there were, you know, he was calling Travis, because they were supposed to go to Cancun.
- 1:27:56[SPEAKER_05]: No reply.
- 1:27:57[SPEAKER_05]: He was speaking to Jody.
- 1:27:59[SPEAKER_05]: She showed up to wherever they were meeting.
- 1:28:01[SPEAKER_05]: That guess she was at a work thing and she showed up with dark hair, which was odd.
- 1:28:05[SPEAKER_00]: That's yeah, because a lot of people said that didn't they?
- 1:28:08[SPEAKER_05]: They said it
- 1:28:12[SPEAKER_05]: Um, and people are just saying something happened to him, go to her, it's her, it's her, it's her, well, you know, maybe if every, okay, so she did do something, let's not forget that.
- 1:28:25[SPEAKER_05]: She did and she drove back to California, um, she returned the car.
- 1:28:31[SPEAKER_05]: The car did have some red stains in it and the mats were missing.
- 1:28:34[SPEAKER_00]: They washed them out.
- 1:28:35[SPEAKER_00]: Yeah, that, well, they couldn't say for sure if the mats were ever there, but we did know that they were missing.
- 1:28:41[SPEAKER_05]: Yep, and there are 2,800 miles in the car.
- 1:28:45[SPEAKER_05]: So she didn't just take it around her house.
- 1:28:47[SPEAKER_00]: Which in itself is pretty incriminating.
- 1:28:49[SPEAKER_00]: But you know, it was bizarre because he'd missed a meeting, an important meeting, and people were already saying, if something happened to him, it was Jodie.
- 1:29:00[SPEAKER_05]: It was sad, but it was true, but they were judging her.
- 1:29:04[SPEAKER_05]: This is what these high-end-mighty religious groups do, is they judge other people because they have their own stuff in their path.
- 1:29:10[SPEAKER_00]: I mean, him and his buddies sound like a bunch of frog boys.
- 1:29:13[SPEAKER_00]: I mean, they were above the go-to-can-coom.
- 1:29:15[SPEAKER_01]: Yeah!
- 1:29:16[SPEAKER_00]: I mean, go to shit-hole.
- 1:29:18[SPEAKER_00]: I mean, that's not a place for the godly sorts.
- 1:29:22[SPEAKER_00]: That's a place where you go to party and get laid.
- 1:29:24[SPEAKER_05]: That's true, and then you don't have them.
- 1:29:25[SPEAKER_05]: Three of them live in the house, so it was definitely like a front house with some type.
- 1:29:31[SPEAKER_05]: You know, then she went to California.
- 1:29:35[SPEAKER_05]: Then everyone's looking for him.
- 1:29:37[SPEAKER_05]: What really puzzles me is one of the roommates said that he went into the house, and there was a weird smell.
- 1:29:44[SPEAKER_05]: So why did you follow your nose, like two can sound, and go up to where it was, a knock on the door?
- 1:29:51[SPEAKER_00]: Yeah, maybe smell the or smell the already I don't yeah, I remember that because he didn't go check did he which is fucking weird No, they these people are stupid I wonder if the AC was on or or anything or if they could just there just fucking stinkin out the place
- 1:30:06[SPEAKER_05]: probably just stuck up the place.
- 1:30:08[SPEAKER_05]: I mean, he was there like a stuck pig bleeding out.
- 1:30:13[SPEAKER_05]: She went about her business in a couple days later, you know, they went and they brought her in to discuss the death of Travis Alexander.
- 1:30:22[SPEAKER_00]: And this work, it's good.
- 1:30:24[SPEAKER_00]: Oh yeah, she first said that there were who people that came in to a house and they murdered him and they attacked her and this was on the second day of the interrogation.
- 1:30:34[SPEAKER_00]: On the first day, she said she hadn't even been there.
- 1:30:36[SPEAKER_05]: Exactly, I mean there were so many different things going on, so many different stories and they actually arrested her on her birthday.
- 1:30:45[SPEAKER_00]: Wow, happy birthday.
- 1:30:47[SPEAKER_05]: Happy birthday, baby.
- 1:30:50[SPEAKER_05]: You know, she, they finally broke her.
- 1:30:53[SPEAKER_05]: She starts crying.
- 1:30:54[SPEAKER_05]: They want to take her in.
- 1:30:56[SPEAKER_05]: Oh, not the scene vein, but is it okay if I just clean myself up?
- 1:31:00[SPEAKER_05]: No, no, we're taking you straight to jail.
- 1:31:03[UNKNOWN]: Damn.
- 1:31:04[SPEAKER_00]: Well, I mean, and this is where... Then they brought her to Arizona.
- 1:31:07[SPEAKER_00]: And this is where she gets into.
- 1:31:09[SPEAKER_00]: She said that she was a victim of domestic violence.
- 1:31:14[SPEAKER_05]: I believe part of that was true.
- 1:31:16[SPEAKER_05]: I believe I could see him hitting her.
- 1:31:19[SPEAKER_05]: You know, I was a victim.
- 1:31:20[SPEAKER_05]: I don't call myself a victim or survivor of anything, but I experienced domestic violence a couple times in my life when if it was over a cat, but I kept a cat.
- 1:31:29[SPEAKER_00]: That's terrible.
- 1:31:30[SPEAKER_05]: Yeah, yeah.
- 1:31:31[SPEAKER_05]: You know, she shows in court.
- 1:31:32[SPEAKER_05]: You know, a crook and finger.
- 1:31:34[SPEAKER_05]: I believe he hit her.
- 1:31:35[SPEAKER_05]: I do believe that I know she definitely was a victim of emotional abuse a hundred percent.
- 1:31:39[SPEAKER_05]: And there's even an email where Travis had emailed a friend of his.
- 1:31:43[SPEAKER_00]: This is a sky use.
- 1:31:46[SPEAKER_05]: said in that he admitted being a sociopath and he hoped Jody doesn't get in the way of his, you know, behavior.
- 1:31:52[SPEAKER_05]: This is what they were saying on a show.
- 1:31:53[SPEAKER_05]: I don't know.
- 1:31:54[SPEAKER_05]: It was Chris Hughes.
- 1:31:55[SPEAKER_05]: Sorry.
- 1:31:55[SPEAKER_05]: Chris Hughes testified that Alexander emailed her saying that Jody might be his next victim, and he was seeing multiple women.
- 1:32:03[SPEAKER_00]: Well, he exchanged emails and texts with both of the brothers like this.
- 1:32:07[SPEAKER_00]: It was Chris, and skydiving.
- 1:32:08[SPEAKER_05]: This was definitely remediated.
- 1:32:10[SPEAKER_05]: Is she manipulative?
- 1:32:12[SPEAKER_05]: No,
- 1:32:14[SPEAKER_00]: Well, this might be where, because the prosecution initially told that the fence attorneys that no text messages sent or received by Alexander were available.
- 1:32:27[SPEAKER_00]: They weren't able to think those up.
- 1:32:28[SPEAKER_00]: So this might come into the fact that later, they later had to turn over several hundred such messages to the mess up police.
- 1:32:44[SPEAKER_05]: Oh, he did.
- 1:32:45[SPEAKER_05]: His friend Chris Sky, that's the last name.
- 1:32:49[SPEAKER_05]: had mentioned that.
- 1:32:50[SPEAKER_05]: And he was messaging other women.
- 1:32:52[SPEAKER_05]: And is it the same prosecutor who was later brought up on sexual harassment charges and leaked a bunch of material about the trial to a blogger.
- 1:33:00[SPEAKER_05]: He was banging.
- 1:33:01[SPEAKER_05]: Is that the same guy want Martinez?
- 1:33:03[SPEAKER_00]: Then go.
- 1:33:04[SPEAKER_00]: It was warm, aren't nice.
- 1:33:05[SPEAKER_05]: It is.
- 1:33:06[SPEAKER_00]: Sure.
- 1:33:06[SPEAKER_00]: I mean, that's fascinating.
- 1:33:07[SPEAKER_00]: I hadn't heard of that.
- 1:33:08[SPEAKER_05]: Oh, yeah.
- 1:33:08[SPEAKER_05]: No.
- 1:33:09[SPEAKER_05]: He was, um, he was disparate.
- 1:33:11[SPEAKER_05]: He was disparate for sexual harassment.
- 1:33:13[SPEAKER_05]: And yeah,
- 1:33:15[SPEAKER_05]: He was having sex with a vlogger and was giving her information about the case.
- 1:33:20[SPEAKER_05]: I mean, this should have been a mistrial, and it wasn't.
- 1:33:24[SPEAKER_05]: There was a lot of social pressure and pressure from this guy's family to lock up the witch, lock up the devil.
- 1:33:33[SPEAKER_05]: You can't give a mentally ill woman the death penalty.
- 1:33:37[SPEAKER_00]: Yeah.
- 1:33:38[SPEAKER_00]: I mean, I certainly had it in for.
- 1:33:40[SPEAKER_00]: I mean, I know there are people who argue that women have it easy.
- 1:33:44[SPEAKER_00]: and I'm not one who agrees with that totally because I think sometimes you get a good looking girl who's sexually aware of herself and she's knows where she's got and it's it seemed like they definitely had the knives out for her right from the beginning.
- 1:34:00[SPEAKER_00]: I always thought and I was always unsure of this of her that we were getting the full story on it.
- 1:34:08[SPEAKER_05]: Well, there's another thing, her lawyer has filed for a mistrial on another basis that the lead detective purgered himself.
- 1:34:17[SPEAKER_05]: And that, you know, there are a bunch of threats made to jurors and to the woman's advocate in the case, at least, Vielette.
- 1:34:25[SPEAKER_05]: You know, they tried to get appeals on the case, but when you went through the whole case, you have Jody's parents sitting there.
- 1:34:31[SPEAKER_05]: At the time the dad was alive, and you could tell that they were just very embarrassed,
- 1:34:36[SPEAKER_05]: You know, you're getting into the whole sexual history of their relationship.
- 1:34:40[SPEAKER_05]: And this is very much a sexually-based relationship they had with them.
- 1:34:42[SPEAKER_05]: I mean, if you see the pictures for sure, you know, I made it.
- 1:34:43[SPEAKER_05]: What was her dress as Pocohontas or as a schoolgirl?
- 1:34:45[SPEAKER_00]: I said, um, um, uh, uh, uh, uh, uh, uh, uh, uh, uh, uh, uh, uh, uh, uh, uh, uh, uh, uh, uh, uh, uh, uh, uh, uh, uh, uh, uh, uh, uh, uh, uh uh, uh uh, uh uh, uh uh uh uh uh uh uh uh uh uh uh uh uh uh uh uh uh uh uh uh uh uh uh uh uh uh uh uh uh uh uh uh uh uh uh uh uh uh uh uh uh uh uh uh uh uh uh uh uh uh uh uh uh uh uh uh uh uh uh uh uh uh uh uh uh uh uh uh uh uh uh uh uh uh uh
- 1:34:53[SPEAKER_00]: I can't really remember those as much as the back shot.
- 1:34:56[SPEAKER_00]: They, you know, the pussy shot, the pussy in the eyes shot, and then her laying like she's sleeping and stuff like that.
- 1:35:02[SPEAKER_00]: I mean, it's been a while since, like I said, I did something seven fuckable killers or something, where she was one of them.
- 1:35:09[SPEAKER_00]: So I, you know, of course I had to do my research.
- 1:35:13[SPEAKER_00]: And I saw, I think I did see the pocket, but there were, so I'm not sure where they all at the same time or where they all for a period of time, those images.
- 1:35:21[SPEAKER_05]: Over a period of time, but I tell you this, I'm sure that there's someone with that SD card if they made print, stayed make a killing off them.
- 1:35:29[SPEAKER_00]: I mean, it's, I mean, it's, you know, I always see it as, I mean, we've all been really in relationships.
- 1:35:36[SPEAKER_00]: We've all done things that we wouldn't do when we look back whether that's sending dudes or doing dudes or doing whatever or, you know, and,
- 1:35:48[SPEAKER_00]: And some ways that we do everything for love and then we regret it afterwards and we can't take it back.
- 1:35:52[SPEAKER_00]: So I don't, it's so easy to let say, oh, she's a slut, she's doing this, she's doing that.
- 1:35:57[SPEAKER_00]: But I mean, it's like we do crazy things when we're in love when we're in fact infactuated with someone, especially when we're young women.
- 1:36:06[SPEAKER_00]: They do those things to please guys and that's part of their, what they do.
- 1:36:10[SPEAKER_00]: And I just think it's wrong to demonize them for it.
- 1:36:16[SPEAKER_05]: Well, the jury came back deadlocked on this.
- 1:36:20[SPEAKER_05]: They also fund viruses on Travis's laptop.
- 1:36:25[SPEAKER_05]: You know, this trial cost like about $3 million.
- 1:36:28[SPEAKER_00]: Five viruses isn't what he's like fucking downloading shit.
- 1:36:31[SPEAKER_00]: Well, because she accused him of being a pedophile, then she.
- 1:36:34[SPEAKER_05]: He's downloading porn.
- 1:36:35[SPEAKER_05]: Yeah, there was all kinds of porn on there.
- 1:36:37[SPEAKER_05]: And yeah, because he had a dress up in the school there a lot.
- 1:36:40[SPEAKER_05]: Yeah.
- 1:36:40[SPEAKER_05]: So there was that.
- 1:36:42[SPEAKER_05]: And there were all kinds of viruses probably from downloading porn.
- 1:36:45[SPEAKER_05]: A lot of these things were not brought into the, um, into the trial.
- 1:36:51[SPEAKER_00]: Yeah, into the mainstream trial.
- 1:36:52[SPEAKER_00]: Yeah.
- 1:36:53[SPEAKER_05]: They couldn't do it.
- 1:36:54[SPEAKER_05]: The mainstream trial.
- 1:36:55[SPEAKER_05]: Exactly.
- 1:36:55[SPEAKER_05]: Not the real trial.
- 1:36:57[SPEAKER_00]: Well, they said there was 8,000 messages that prosecution refused to introduce from correspondence that Alexander had with her and other individuals.
- 1:37:09[SPEAKER_00]: So why?
- 1:37:10[SPEAKER_05]: Because it would show emotional abuse.
- 1:37:14[SPEAKER_05]: It would show motive for what you, I don't think, again, I don't agree with what she did.
- 1:37:18[SPEAKER_05]: But it would show motive for why she possibly did this.
- 1:37:21[SPEAKER_05]: This was definitely pre-meditated.
- 1:37:23[SPEAKER_05]: So yeah, she should be in jail for that part of it.
- 1:37:27[SPEAKER_05]: you know, and there were all these messages, you know, where Alexander said that he wanted to tie her up and signumize.
- 1:37:34[SPEAKER_00]: Yeah.
- 1:37:35[SPEAKER_00]: I mean, I read that.
- 1:37:37[SPEAKER_00]: He wanted to tie her to a tree and fuck, fuck her up, the ass and stuff.
- 1:37:41[SPEAKER_00]: And, you know, I mean, I take all those things with a pinch of salt because you know, I mean, you're a woman of the world, you know, you have, you have your sex talk with people, and there's the sex talk, and there's what you'd
- 1:37:51[SPEAKER_00]: Do you know what you say in a sexual arousing?
- 1:37:55[SPEAKER_00]: What you say to each other and whatever is how much do you mean?
- 1:37:59[SPEAKER_00]: So, you get what I'm saying here.
- 1:38:02[SPEAKER_00]: I'm unsure that him saying, him saying he's gonna tear up against the train fucker up the ass.
- 1:38:07[SPEAKER_00]: I think him saying that she was his three-hole one to two his friends is disrespectful.
- 1:38:12[SPEAKER_00]: When you put it down that he's a 30-old man.
- 1:38:17[SPEAKER_00]: I mean, if someone said that about my daughter,
- 1:38:20[SPEAKER_00]: I mean, that's how I, it's disrespectful.
- 1:38:23[SPEAKER_00]: I mean, it's not saying it's like not after you've just been intimate with someone you're laying in bed and you say, baby, you're my, you know, three whole fucking wonder that, you know, you know, that's going to make a girl get going.
- 1:38:33[SPEAKER_00]: Thank you.
- 1:38:33[SPEAKER_00]: But you to say it to guys outside of the relationship is beyond this respectful for me, unless you're like a 50-year-old boy or something.
- 1:38:41[SPEAKER_05]: Yeah, I mean, anything's possible.
- 1:38:43[SPEAKER_05]: I mean, hey, I tell guys I like to cut men and have sex with them and their own blood.
- 1:38:47[SPEAKER_05]: Does it mean that I, does it mean I've done it, you know?
- 1:38:49[SPEAKER_05]: Who knows?
- 1:38:50[SPEAKER_00]: But, well, if you can get a plane ticket, I've got a first date get over here.
- 1:38:55[SPEAKER_00]: But in all seriousness, Jasmine, I'm not defending this guy because I never liked this guy.
- 1:39:00[SPEAKER_00]: I was glad to be creepy.
- 1:39:01[SPEAKER_00]: I wasn't sure if it was the PDIs or the fucking thin nose or the stupid liplis smiley with doing.
- 1:39:07[SPEAKER_00]: He always struck me as a smart ass.
- 1:39:09[SPEAKER_05]: Which I don't like smart asses and you know if anything I've always been Team Jody I don't know if that makes me just your average guy No, you'd be one of a million guys sending her like you know dick pics in jail and like well You wouldn't do that but like sending nice letters propose of stuff like that But there were just so many times at this case Was eligible for Ms. Trial and you know This is a very another good example of someone that was tried by the media
- 1:39:38[SPEAKER_05]: and not by the jury.
- 1:39:40[SPEAKER_05]: It should have been moved out to a different district completely and you know, the tell jurors don't watch TV, don't do this, they're going to watch it anyway that what's going on.
- 1:39:49[SPEAKER_05]: You know, but this whole just the murder itself, the act of having sex with someone
- 1:39:56[SPEAKER_05]: right before you kill him.
- 1:39:58[SPEAKER_05]: That is a true crime of passion.
- 1:40:00[SPEAKER_05]: And when you stab someone, that many times, it's twenty-seven times.
- 1:40:03[SPEAKER_00]: I'm fucking times it.
- 1:40:04[SPEAKER_05]: It wasn't like once or twice, right?
- 1:40:06[SPEAKER_05]: I would have done once or twice, maybe.
- 1:40:07[SPEAKER_05]: But twenty-seven.
- 1:40:09[SPEAKER_00]: I mean, the thing that fucked me up, I mean, I've always thought that maybe fucked her, and then he's like, you know, hey, this is just a casual thing.
- 1:40:15[SPEAKER_00]: We're just, you know, friends with benefits, and then she just said, fuck you, you know, I fucking, you know, I've given to this relationship and fuck you, you know?
- 1:40:24[SPEAKER_05]: Well, he told her he was leaving for Cancun.
- 1:40:26[SPEAKER_05]: That could have set her off, but don't forget she went there with these things already.
- 1:40:31[SPEAKER_00]: Yeah, that's true.
- 1:40:32[SPEAKER_00]: It's tough to say, and unless she's speaking, now she's said that he attacked her and started beating her up because she broke his camera.
- 1:40:39[SPEAKER_04]: Yes.
- 1:40:40[SPEAKER_00]: And that was his camera.
- 1:40:41[SPEAKER_00]: And it was no, and he went off the deep end and attacked her.
- 1:40:45[SPEAKER_00]: And in the end, it was just self defense.
- 1:40:47[SPEAKER_00]: But saying that she did show up with a knife.
- 1:40:49[SPEAKER_00]: But you know, I for one, I'm not convinced that she went to kill them.
- 1:40:52[SPEAKER_00]: And I mean, I do think she was villainized from the start.
- 1:40:55[SPEAKER_05]: Well, she was villainized because she was pretty, and she was wild and bad.
- 1:41:00[SPEAKER_05]: So, yeah, she was extremely villainized, eh?
- 1:41:02[SPEAKER_00]: Yeah.
- 1:41:03[SPEAKER_05]: Yeah.
- 1:41:04[SPEAKER_05]: And eight, the thing of gas, she never used the gas to burn the body.
- 1:41:07[SPEAKER_05]: She never put the body in the car.
- 1:41:10[SPEAKER_05]: So, I think that's completely harmless.
- 1:41:12[SPEAKER_05]: She just had a can of gas, because she wanted to have a traveling that far by herself.
- 1:41:16[SPEAKER_00]: Why do you think she took those final pitches of a, especially the one where he was dead in a fetal position lying at the bottom of the shower?
- 1:41:24[SPEAKER_05]: Uh, trophy.
- 1:41:27[SPEAKER_00]: Weird.
- 1:41:27[SPEAKER_00]: Yeah.
- 1:41:29[SPEAKER_05]: It's kind of a weird thing on her part of me.
- 1:41:31[SPEAKER_05]: I'm not saying she's the most sane person.
- 1:41:33[SPEAKER_05]: I'm not saying she's evil either, but it's just one of those, uh, I don't know.
- 1:41:37[SPEAKER_05]: If I murdered someone, I think I take a photo of them too, just to have it.
- 1:41:41[SPEAKER_00]: Yeah.
- 1:41:42[SPEAKER_00]: Yeah.
- 1:41:42[SPEAKER_00]: I wonder how good and bad she really was.
- 1:41:44[SPEAKER_00]: And if he was good, like, like, just wanted, because, you know, sometimes the measurement of what's good.
- 1:41:49[SPEAKER_00]: I mean, if you, if you're already shit and bad,
- 1:41:52[SPEAKER_00]: You fuck someone who, you know, goes beyond the missionary position.
- 1:41:56[SPEAKER_00]: You think, oh, she was amazing.
- 1:41:57[SPEAKER_00]: But then if you're fantastic and bad, you need someone to really, you know, like I would need someone to really fucking spend my head.
- 1:42:03[SPEAKER_00]: I mean, I would not be satisfied with just the normal stuff.
- 1:42:06[SPEAKER_00]: But this guy looks like I wonder, I don't know.
- 1:42:09[SPEAKER_00]: He seems like a frat boy to me.
- 1:42:10[SPEAKER_00]: He just seems like a real fucking immature frat boy.
- 1:42:13[SPEAKER_00]: In the fact he's like 30, he's talking like that.
- 1:42:16[SPEAKER_00]: He's going to can't cune.
- 1:42:17[SPEAKER_00]: You just want, you just wonder.
- 1:42:18[SPEAKER_00]: And then I just don't get the whole Mormon angle.
- 1:42:22[SPEAKER_05]: though I understand it completely.
- 1:42:23[SPEAKER_05]: He's got total small big energy.
- 1:42:25[SPEAKER_05]: I understand the whole Mormon angle.
- 1:42:28[SPEAKER_05]: It's to feel that you're not doing anything wrong.
- 1:42:30[SPEAKER_05]: It's to feel that, you know, you're whole year than thou and because you're with the Lord and one of the Lord, whatever, whatever they say, you're, it's okay to do whatever you want.
- 1:42:40[SPEAKER_05]: I mean, I've encountered people like this in my life.
- 1:42:43[SPEAKER_05]: And if you really want to find out how great she is, why don't you just, you know, arrange a conjugal visit?
- 1:42:47[SPEAKER_05]: That's like a documentary in a book.
- 1:42:50[SPEAKER_00]: Well, I mean,
- 1:42:52[SPEAKER_00]: It sounds like you're getting in there, well, you got some leeway there, and you know, I certainly think she's got enough male suitors, keyboard, romantics, sending her promises, and...
- 1:43:10[SPEAKER_00]: Kisses over the internet one, but I would be fascinated to know her views on things or how she feels about everything now, because we haven't really heard that.
- 1:43:21[SPEAKER_00]: I mean, it'd just be interesting for her to open up.
- 1:43:26[SPEAKER_00]: but the three-holeed one, you know, I'd wonder what she thinks of that.
- 1:43:29[SPEAKER_05]: Yeah, I mean, I'm sure that's just one of many things he said to her, but to just go there, you know, and stab him so many times.
- 1:43:36[SPEAKER_05]: That's proving a point.
- 1:43:37[SPEAKER_05]: He said something to anger her.
- 1:43:39[SPEAKER_05]: He stabbed, she stabbed and was much as she could.
- 1:43:42[SPEAKER_05]: And the gunshot, I feel as though she just reacted so much out of emotion.
- 1:43:48[SPEAKER_05]: And it people, at one point, it was brought up that she had,
- 1:43:54[SPEAKER_05]: And that could make you do things sometimes.
- 1:43:55[SPEAKER_05]: You regret later, sometimes it's too late.
- 1:43:58[SPEAKER_05]: And in it, that's, she just left.
- 1:44:02[SPEAKER_05]: She left.
- 1:44:04[SPEAKER_05]: She was scared.
- 1:44:04[SPEAKER_05]: She went back to Herica.
- 1:44:06[SPEAKER_05]: I feel as though she knew how bad it is what she did, but she didn't know what the consequences would be and how she put her family through all of this.
- 1:44:15[SPEAKER_05]: You know, I don't have much sympathy for his family.
- 1:44:17[SPEAKER_05]: I have zero sympathy for his family because they really took advantage.
- 1:44:22[SPEAKER_05]: The eight ages sets such horrible things about her.
- 1:44:24[SPEAKER_00]: Well, we're his family present at the trial.
- 1:44:28[SPEAKER_00]: Did he have a relationship with his parents?
- 1:44:30[SPEAKER_05]: Do you know that?
- 1:44:32[SPEAKER_05]: His sisters were there or his sister.
- 1:44:34[SPEAKER_05]: I don't know about the parents, but I just didn't like the sister.
- 1:44:37[SPEAKER_05]: She looked like him.
- 1:44:38[SPEAKER_05]: It's probably why.
- 1:44:39[SPEAKER_00]: So real lucker because I know that a physiotherapist and an expert who specialized in domestic abuse testified for Jody and said that, you know, victims of a domestic abuse and they don't tell anyone.
- 1:44:56[SPEAKER_00]: I mean, so when they were trying to use that angle, she didn't tell anybody, they said they don't because they were ashamed, they're humiliated.
- 1:45:01[SPEAKER_00]: So it wasn't unusual.
- 1:45:04[SPEAKER_05]: It's that and the other side of that is you don't want to say anything because if you decide to work things out with this person and you're still with them, you know, you don't want to say anything bad about them to people.
- 1:45:17[SPEAKER_05]: And that's why a lot of the times they don't say anything.
- 1:45:20[SPEAKER_05]: This is why I can't get down with this homey to a movement because 90% of those girls are not victims, they did whatever they did to crawl the corporate or the
- 1:45:30[SPEAKER_05]: Hollywood Latter, and buyers were worse, but this is a real victim.
- 1:45:35[SPEAKER_00]: You know, I was just about to say, buyers were worse.
- 1:45:38[SPEAKER_00]: But you know, the thing about this that the trial that really stands out for me is the testimony of Sky Use.
- 1:45:44[SPEAKER_00]: Chris and Sky Use, his friends, how they, the prosecution would not.
- 1:45:50[SPEAKER_00]: And the judge refused to let the, the emails between Travis and his friend be omitted into the courts.
- 1:45:58[SPEAKER_00]: Which is strange for me.
- 1:45:59[SPEAKER_05]: they're hiding a lot and like because of the way that judge it was a female judge by the way that sentence her the way that she handled it was poor and I I think it was it's not a big town or a big city mesa I'm sure someone knew someone who knew somebody else and you know they had all the social pressure to burn the witch at the stake from the family from these good Mormons and that's what happened to this four-girl.
- 1:46:28[SPEAKER_00]: well in the correspondence between use and Travis that that was released or he was sky-use and Chris Hughes said that he believed that Travis or the jodie was just another goal that Travis was playing with.
- 1:46:42[SPEAKER_05]: Of course he was.
- 1:46:43[SPEAKER_00]: That that he was just fucking with her.
- 1:46:46[SPEAKER_05]: yeah and she'll become one of my victims and if you look at the guy he wasn't exactly a player type he looked more like one of those losers at a nightclub getting the bottle service with the thing dancing up and down on the tables with his bro's that's what you reminded me of and you know rest his soul you know you shouldn't have died like that and uh it's sad but let's not forget that she's also a victim here
- 1:47:11[SPEAKER_00]: He's a type of ghost that can't cone and he plies in 18-year-old full of booze and hands up taking it back to his room and fucking her and then she wakes up crying regretting it.
- 1:47:20[SPEAKER_05]: He looks like that type.
- 1:47:21[SPEAKER_05]: He just looked like that and I believe that there was pedophilia on there.
- 1:47:25[SPEAKER_05]: She did accuse him of that amongst other things, you know, and this is,
- 1:47:32[SPEAKER_05]: At the end of the day, we're all human beings.
- 1:47:34[SPEAKER_05]: And she is a human being, he's a human being.
- 1:47:36[SPEAKER_05]: He shouldn't have lost his life like that.
- 1:47:39[SPEAKER_05]: You know, maybe there would have been another way.
- 1:47:41[SPEAKER_05]: He had he have lived, had she have not done this.
- 1:47:43[SPEAKER_05]: Maybe there would have been some other version of karma.
- 1:47:46[SPEAKER_00]: Well, every dog has his day.
- 1:47:47[SPEAKER_05]: But this wasn't it, and just murder itself.
- 1:47:50[SPEAKER_05]: She did premeditated.
- 1:47:51[SPEAKER_05]: She did premeditated.
- 1:47:52[SPEAKER_05]: So yes, she should absolutely be in jail for that, which she is, but she's in there for life without the possibility of parole.
- 1:47:59[SPEAKER_05]: They were seeking the death penalty at one point.
- 1:48:01[SPEAKER_00]: Well, after 25 years, she's going to be able to start asking for parole, isn't she?
- 1:48:05[SPEAKER_05]: They already have it.
- 1:48:06[SPEAKER_05]: No parole.
- 1:48:07[SPEAKER_05]: That's it.
- 1:48:07[SPEAKER_05]: No chance of parole.
- 1:48:09[SPEAKER_05]: They took the death penalty off because she's mentally ill. Yeah.
- 1:48:13[SPEAKER_00]: I mean, that's that.
- 1:48:14[SPEAKER_00]: I mean, that's fucking harsh.
- 1:48:16[SPEAKER_00]: I mean, it's a trial across 3 million bucks.
- 1:48:19[SPEAKER_00]: So they really went the town on her and, you know, she had to pay $30,000.
- 1:48:24[SPEAKER_00]: Yeah, $30,000.
- 1:48:24[SPEAKER_00]: $30,000.
- 1:48:24[SPEAKER_00]: $30,000.
- 1:48:25[SPEAKER_00]: And she had to pay $32,000 for her out to his siblings.
- 1:48:30[SPEAKER_05]: But I mean, she's where she gets 32,000 in jail.
- 1:48:33[SPEAKER_05]: I mean, she's selling her artwork, but she offered to sell clothing and shirts with the word survivor on it and donate the proceeds of people who were domestic abuse victims.
- 1:48:43[SPEAKER_05]: She also donated her hair like three or four times to lots of love, which she does have beautiful hair, by the way.
- 1:48:49[SPEAKER_05]: And, you know, this is a, this was the price of being, you know, he called her dirty secret.
- 1:48:58[SPEAKER_05]: You know, this is the pricey.
- 1:49:00[SPEAKER_00]: That's terrible.
- 1:49:02[SPEAKER_00]: Where she's serving it.
- 1:49:03[SPEAKER_00]: She and her son.
- 1:49:04[SPEAKER_05]: Yes, she's been, let's see.
- 1:49:06[SPEAKER_05]: It's now a medium security prison instead of maximum security level prison.
- 1:49:11[SPEAKER_05]: It's medium.
- 1:49:12[SPEAKER_05]: I hope she gets the mental health.
- 1:49:14[SPEAKER_00]: Yeah, the mental health, she deserves it.
- 1:49:16[SPEAKER_00]: I mean, she's obviously of a very troubled woman.
- 1:49:21[SPEAKER_00]: Still?
- 1:49:22[SPEAKER_05]: Well, I hope she does.
- 1:49:24[SPEAKER_05]: And I hope they think twice about letting her out.
- 1:49:28[SPEAKER_05]: You know, maybe she should not date, if she ever gets out, but just the whole choir was just so nasty and just so gruesome stabbing someone like that and just leaving them in their pool of blood, stinking up the house.
- 1:49:41[SPEAKER_05]: It's like a day later is when the roommates, a day or two later is when they went in there to find him.
- 1:49:46[SPEAKER_00]: Who?
- 1:49:47[SPEAKER_00]: What's that smell?
- 1:49:49[SPEAKER_05]: I mean, they're probably so in their own world, oh, it's fine.
- 1:49:54[SPEAKER_05]: It's fine.
- 1:49:55[SPEAKER_05]: I mean, I wonder how many of the girls, you know, he had coming over there, apparently Jody would go around the house, stalking like looking in the window, this and that, but I think that there was some, I think he wasn't just some kinky little games as well.
- 1:50:07[SPEAKER_00]: I said, I'm fun and weird.
- 1:50:09[SPEAKER_00]: Like I said, in every picture I've seen every selfie picture, he always has that no lip to weird look on his face.
- 1:50:14[SPEAKER_00]: You know, there's the one of them under the waterfall and he's got that same look, like no lips, just kind of doing that weird.
- 1:50:20[SPEAKER_00]: They just, I don't know what, I mean, you've said you've seen the stand-up comedian was he funny?
- 1:50:24[SPEAKER_00]: I can't imagine being funny.
- 1:50:26[SPEAKER_05]: He looked stupid.
- 1:50:27[SPEAKER_05]: It was an old VHS tape or whatever it was someone had on.
- 1:50:30[SPEAKER_05]: It was, I forgot what the show it was, but it showed him wearing like a black curly wig and it had been around it.
- 1:50:36[SPEAKER_05]: He wasn't funny.
- 1:50:37[SPEAKER_00]: Yeah, I can, I mean, doesn't it?
- 1:50:39[SPEAKER_05]: And it was specifically going towards women in the crowd, whatever little crowd there was.
- 1:50:43[SPEAKER_05]: But I tell you, the second I hear the guys is standing a comedian.
- 1:50:47[SPEAKER_05]: It's like, okay, yeah, don't just talk to me.
- 1:50:50[SPEAKER_00]: And there we go, that's someone who needs attention.
- 1:50:53[SPEAKER_00]: Okay, so you think there's more to this and you don't think she's the bad bitch of the people of persona.
- 1:51:00[SPEAKER_05]: No, I think she had the potential to be just like a Lorraine of Bobbitt and mind you and friends with John Wayne Bobbitt.
- 1:51:07[SPEAKER_00]: Oh, geez.
- 1:51:08[SPEAKER_05]: I feel as though that was the, that's like where she should have aimed.
- 1:51:12[SPEAKER_00]: Yeah, yeah, if you do anything.
- 1:51:14[SPEAKER_00]: Yeah, something like that.
- 1:51:15[SPEAKER_05]: But not this.
- 1:51:17[SPEAKER_00]: Yeah, because you got into porn to me,
- 1:51:21[SPEAKER_05]: no pun intended.
- 1:51:22[SPEAKER_05]: I don't know about his privates.
- 1:51:25[SPEAKER_05]: I just know about the text messages he sends me.
- 1:51:31[SPEAKER_05]: He's a nice person, but this whole murder, I think Jodie deserves another trial with all of the evidence in there.
- 1:51:40[SPEAKER_05]: And I believe what she served like, she served 10 years already,
- 1:51:51[SPEAKER_05]: a half way house.
- 1:51:53[SPEAKER_05]: I don't she has a capability to kill again like that.
- 1:51:56[SPEAKER_00]: I don't think she's in the Pamela smart sort of category.
- 1:52:00[SPEAKER_00]: You know, I personally don't think she's going to kill again, but you know, who could say, do you think she'll get a retrial?
- 1:52:10[SPEAKER_05]: I hope they give her retrial because I would actually, I would it would be worth playing out to Arizona.
- 1:52:16[SPEAKER_05]: to go to the trial.
- 1:52:17[SPEAKER_05]: I would do that.
- 1:52:19[SPEAKER_05]: I would probably even write a letter even though she's a total stranger, but I can identify with the emotional abuse of this.
- 1:52:25[SPEAKER_05]: I would probably write a letter to the judge for sentencing recommendations.
- 1:52:31[SPEAKER_00]: Well, I mean, I was going to mention this earlier, but with when we mentioned Carla Humolka, I remember when she, when she was arrested with Paul Bernardo, and they did a survey, the newspaper, the son of Toronto, Toronto, and the survey, and they said seven out of ten men said they would still go into a relationship with Carla Humolka.
- 1:52:52[SPEAKER_00]: This is a girl who went down on her own fucking sister who died.
- 1:52:56[SPEAKER_00]: that they killed.
- 1:52:57[SPEAKER_05]: That was so creepy.
- 1:52:59[SPEAKER_00]: And her felt that him filming it and her going yuck.
- 1:53:03[SPEAKER_00]: And she's going down on her own sister.
- 1:53:04[SPEAKER_00]: And seven out of ten men said they still get into a relationship with that.
- 1:53:08[SPEAKER_00]: That sort of says, Oh, men are.
- 1:53:11[SPEAKER_05]: I trust me, I know, and you know, she gets a lot of fan mail from these Nimrods, and you know, it's the same with these women.
- 1:53:18[SPEAKER_05]: Richard Romeras, a night stalker, I mean, the groupies came out for him.
- 1:53:22[SPEAKER_05]: Yeah.
- 1:53:22[SPEAKER_05]: Left and right.
- 1:53:23[SPEAKER_05]: And it's the same thing.
- 1:53:25[SPEAKER_05]: She's very sexy, we all know she's a wild cat and bad, and, you know,
- 1:53:33[SPEAKER_00]: Well, there we go.
- 1:53:34[SPEAKER_00]: Well, I mean, Jasmine, you brought it, and that's a fascinating case, and I think you covered it well, and keep us updated.
- 1:53:42[SPEAKER_00]: I'm interested to find out if you guys become pimples.
- 1:53:45[SPEAKER_00]: I know you said, would you say you sent a record, didn't you?
- 1:53:48[SPEAKER_05]: Yeah, I didn't send a just a letter.
- 1:53:50[SPEAKER_05]: I sent her an Easter card.
- 1:53:52[SPEAKER_00]: Okay.
- 1:53:52[SPEAKER_00]: Well, maybe it'll be good.
- 1:53:53[SPEAKER_05]: Can written?
- 1:53:54[SPEAKER_00]: Nice, did you?
- 1:53:56[SPEAKER_00]: But she doesn't know what you look like.
- 1:53:57[SPEAKER_00]: You should have sent a picture.
- 1:53:58[SPEAKER_05]: But for Bench, you'll think I want her, and I'm strictly dickly, I'm into men.
- 1:54:03[SPEAKER_05]: I would never.
- 1:54:03[SPEAKER_00]: Yeah, you don't want to play that, okay, okay, okay.
- 1:54:06[SPEAKER_05]: We don't want to do that, but she might take it the wrong way.
- 1:54:09[SPEAKER_05]: I've sent men my photos, like guys that are in prison.
- 1:54:12[SPEAKER_05]: I've sent them my photos.
- 1:54:14[SPEAKER_00]: Yeah, get back to you, no doubt.
- 1:54:18[SPEAKER_05]: I don't have any kind of marrying them.
- 1:54:21[SPEAKER_00]: Well, yeah.
- 1:54:23[SPEAKER_00]: We're going to go back to you.
- 1:54:24[SPEAKER_00]: I mean, you know, you get, you said any correspondence to a guy where we're at the core of it, we're men.
- 1:54:30[SPEAKER_00]: So we're going to fuck, you know, they don't get back to you.
- 1:54:33[SPEAKER_00]: You know, they're enjoying prison.
- 1:54:36[SPEAKER_00]: If they don't get back to you, they're enjoying prison.
- 1:54:38[SPEAKER_00]: Let's put it that way.
- 1:54:39[SPEAKER_00]: But keep us, keep us updated because I'd like to know if you guys become
- 1:54:46[SPEAKER_00]: And I think I think you brought it and I'll look forward to seeing what you bring on the next episode of our new series, Lust Crime.
- 1:54:57[SPEAKER_00]: And I want to thank you, Jasmine.
- 1:54:58[SPEAKER_03]: Thank you.
- 1:54:59[SPEAKER_00]: But taking the time to be here.
- 1:55:02[SPEAKER_00]: And before I go, I'd like to the part that's bit a wisdom upon all listeners.
- 1:55:08[SPEAKER_00]: And that is wherever you go, whatever you do.
- 1:55:12[SPEAKER_00]: Remember, there's always someone watching
- 1:55:16[SPEAKER_00]: And this is that book, until next time, say an adios.
- 1:55:21[SPEAKER_01]: And I'm going to dedicate this next song to all the lovers.
- 1:56:05[SPEAKER_01]: You'll never saw you again.
- 1:56:54[SPEAKER_01]: Gray circles dance, how it came to this, I don't understand.
- 1:57:29[SPEAKER_01]: Please don't be upset I promise I won't forget Goddamn, I know that I'm going home But it's time
- 1:59:25[SPEAKER_01]: This is all the strength
