- 0:08Speaker 1: Advice Lower, Happy New Year and welcome to the northy
- 0:17Speaker 1: but nice Show. I'm Rob sud joined by our friend
- 0:20Speaker 1: Corey Andrew Corey. Are you there? I am here, Rob Hey,
- 0:23Speaker 1: Happy New Year, Happy New Year. What did you do
- 0:26Speaker 1: last night? What were you up to? Oh gosh, we
- 0:28Speaker 1: know what. I tried to stay up to watch that
- 0:30Speaker 1: ball drop Pney, but the only thing that draft was me.
- 0:34Speaker 1: I woke up and it was like already here. So
- 0:37Speaker 1: early night I managed to stay up and watch j
- 0:39Speaker 1: Lo Jennifer in Times Square. She was fantastic. You can
- 0:44Speaker 1: watch it today on YouTube, just fantastic. What I love
- 0:47Speaker 1: about her is she really puts on a show. She's
- 0:49Speaker 1: not just a singer. She's a full entertainer. And so
- 0:54Speaker 1: I loved all the glamor and the glitz, and I
- 0:56Speaker 1: know it felt different for everybody. There was hardly any
- 0:59Speaker 1: people in Times Square, but you know what, Jennifer performed
- 1:02Speaker 1: as if the place was packed. And I admire her
- 1:06Speaker 1: for that. So happy everybody. What time is it? It
- 1:11Speaker 1: is the first t time twe Big exclusive at the
- 1:17Speaker 1: Topper the Shower. Mariah Kerry and Jennifer Lopez might be
- 1:22Speaker 1: at war again by the end of this year. That's right.
- 1:25Speaker 1: Both of them are already planning Christmas specials. That's right.
- 1:31Speaker 1: So Mariah had a huge special on Apple TV. It
- 1:34Speaker 1: was called Maria's Magical Christmas Special. It was magical. I
- 1:38Speaker 1: loved it? Did you love it? Corey? It was so good.
- 1:40Speaker 1: Glitter and Glass another one, she's another one that puts
- 1:44Speaker 1: on a show. So it was such a success. It
- 1:46Speaker 1: was number one on Apple Charts in over a hundred countries.
- 1:51Speaker 1: So it did so well. Apple is going to do
- 1:53Speaker 1: a sequel. She should do one pretty much every year,
- 1:56Speaker 1: sources time. Jennifer Lopez has noticed this, and now she's
- 1:59Speaker 1: planning her own Christmas special, sources said. And it's very interesting.
- 2:04Speaker 1: I never thought about this. Mariah Carey's career gets a
- 2:08Speaker 1: boost every Christmas every year, so she could be irrelevant.
- 2:12Speaker 1: All yeah, we're not talking about Maria. Then suddenly December
- 2:16Speaker 1: comes and she's on the top of the charts again,
- 2:19Speaker 1: and Jennifer is looking to do the same thing. She's
- 2:21Speaker 1: searching for a Christmas song that's special. Song gets harder
- 2:25Speaker 1: to find than you think, Jennifer, but she's searching for one,
- 2:28Speaker 1: and she's already in talks with the streaming service about
- 2:32Speaker 1: doing her own holiday special. Can there be too much
- 2:35Speaker 1: of a good thing here? Is there's a good thing
- 2:37Speaker 1: or a bad thing? Corey people think of Jennifer Lopez
- 2:41Speaker 1: sunanimously with Christmas. That's just not That's Mariah Carey's territory.
- 2:45Speaker 1: So jen may have to just maybe she should take Thanksgiving.
- 2:48Speaker 1: I don't know. Valentine's Day is actually good for Jennifer.
- 2:53Speaker 1: Let Mariah do the Christmas and let Jennifer celebrate New
- 2:57Speaker 1: Year's with all that and glam was She's going her
- 3:00Speaker 1: head with this. Sources add that every single year Mariah
- 3:05Speaker 1: makes a ton of money because she actually co wrote
- 3:08Speaker 1: that song. So every year that Christmas song pops up.
- 3:14Speaker 1: This year it was number one again. So what I think?
- 3:17Speaker 1: It's like twenty thirty years into her career and this
- 3:20Speaker 1: song keeps getting bigger and bigger and bigger. She's now
- 3:23Speaker 1: earning more money from that song than any other song
- 3:26Speaker 1: in her catalog. Jennifer is a businesswoman as well as
- 3:30Speaker 1: being a wonderful entertainer. She knows the business of show
- 3:34Speaker 1: business and she definitely wants part of this. So it
- 3:36Speaker 1: brings us to our Bowl question of the Day. Maria
- 3:39Speaker 1: and Jayla are both planning Christmas specials in one who
- 3:44Speaker 1: is the Queen of Christmas? Is it Jennifer? Is it Mariah?
- 3:48Speaker 1: I think I know your answer will We'll get it tomorrow.
- 3:51Speaker 1: So go vote on our Twitter of page at Naughty Nice.
- 3:55Speaker 1: Rob Our facebook page is Naughty Gossip. You can leave
- 3:57Speaker 1: a comment there and be sure to check back tomorrow
- 4:00Speaker 1: to hear your results. Corey Love, what are you working
- 4:03Speaker 1: on that? Yes, well, James Cordon hands he may exit
- 4:06Speaker 1: the Late Late Show. So James Gordon says he is
- 4:09Speaker 1: homesick for his native England, so much so that he
- 4:12Speaker 1: may head back there when his contract expires in August
- 4:16Speaker 1: twenty twenty two. So and then the show has always
- 4:18Speaker 1: been like a big family decision more than a professional one,
- 4:21Speaker 1: says James. And it will be about the people at
- 4:23Speaker 1: home who we miss very much, who were homesick for.
- 4:26Speaker 1: And I also feel like my wife and I have
- 4:28Speaker 1: three young children and they are three young grandchildren that
- 4:32Speaker 1: we've taken away from people. So I guess they're getting
- 4:36Speaker 1: kind of homesick for mom and dad back in the UK.
- 4:38Speaker 1: But Rob, I don't know. I think it's kind of
- 4:40Speaker 1: peculiar because it's coming on the heels of him getting
- 4:43Speaker 1: some negative pushback from his performance in the prom. I
- 4:46Speaker 1: don't know if there's a connection there. What do you
- 4:47Speaker 1: think he's just trying to step away. Maybe I don't
- 4:50Speaker 1: know about this. I do know what it's like to
- 4:52Speaker 1: move away from your family, like James. I live in America.
- 4:55Speaker 1: I'm in New York. He's in it is. It is
- 4:57Speaker 1: particularly at this time of year. I think it's more
- 4:59Speaker 1: about timing of the year. I spoke to my mommy
- 5:01Speaker 1: yesterday to wish a happy New Year, and I got
- 5:04Speaker 1: off the phone with a little bit of a tear
- 5:05Speaker 1: in my eye. And the older they get, including myself,
- 5:09Speaker 1: I'm not getting any younger. You do, think about it.
- 5:12Speaker 1: I can't even imagine what it must be like to
- 5:14Speaker 1: have children as well, because they are the grandchildren. He's
- 5:17Speaker 1: really really close with his parents also too. He has
- 5:20Speaker 1: an overall deal with CBS, so I think he produces
- 5:23Speaker 1: the Tony Awards every year. His company also too. I
- 5:27Speaker 1: think it's his company that produced the grammar is He's
- 5:29Speaker 1: hosted them because I know so he's got a massive
- 5:32Speaker 1: deal with with CBS. I was told by my sources
- 5:36Speaker 1: who know him very well, that is as big a
- 5:38Speaker 1: show pony as he is as much as he loves
- 5:41Speaker 1: being in front of the cameras. As he gets a
- 5:43Speaker 1: little older, he's quite happy to step back and he'll
- 5:46Speaker 1: learn a lot of money now from producing also to
- 5:49Speaker 1: this is so interesting and it's going on with little Archie,
- 5:52Speaker 1: Harry and Meganson. James wants his children to have British accents,
- 5:58Speaker 1: and now they are starting to get American accents. Archie
- 6:02Speaker 1: made his debut on Negan and Harry's podcast and a
- 6:05Speaker 1: lot of people in Britain are saying, is that an American?
- 6:08Speaker 1: But he said one? So you compare with what would
- 6:11Speaker 1: you like your children to have at the same accent
- 6:13Speaker 1: as you? I don't know if I would care. What
- 6:15Speaker 1: do you think? You know? I have friends who have
- 6:17Speaker 1: like their mixed couple, once from the UK and once
- 6:20Speaker 1: from America, and their kids have this weird like blending them.
- 6:24Speaker 1: It's a weird like sometimes they're Britis, sometimes they're not.
- 6:27Speaker 1: But I wouldn't care. I would I alould sound like
- 6:29Speaker 1: Hillaria Baldwin, don't accents all over the place. I tell
- 6:33Speaker 1: I tell Bruce that Derby a doggie box in British. Yes,
- 6:37Speaker 1: I thought Derby a British accent. Meanwhile, as ridiculous as
- 6:40Speaker 1: I sound, I get it. It's like an annoying Mary Poppins.
- 6:44Speaker 1: My mother told me yesterday that now I sound like
- 6:46Speaker 1: an American. I know. I don't mind about it at all.
- 6:50Speaker 1: I James, do what's best for you and your family.
- 6:52Speaker 1: So Hilaria Baldroom in the news again because the woman
- 6:57Speaker 1: behind the scandal who broke it is now saying that
- 7:00Speaker 1: she's scared Alec Baldwin might punch her. That's right. So
- 7:05Speaker 1: Alec has a notorious temper. He's always always seems to
- 7:09Speaker 1: be very, very angry. He looked at an apartment here,
- 7:11Speaker 1: the pent house in the building where I lived, and
- 7:13Speaker 1: everybody in the building didn't want him because we didn't
- 7:15Speaker 1: want to fight with him in the elevator or if
- 7:18Speaker 1: I know, I can imagine if his fresh direct wasn't roccoy,
- 7:22Speaker 1: he'd go mental in the lobby. Ultimately, he didn't move in.
- 7:25Speaker 1: But back to Laria, So she's she's in a lot
- 7:28Speaker 1: of controversy after a Twitter user fired off her tweet
- 7:33Speaker 1: that's being deleted. I should point that out. It's gone,
- 7:36Speaker 1: but the tweet said the following quote. You have to
- 7:38Speaker 1: admire Ilaria Baldwin's commitment to her decade long grift where
- 7:45Speaker 1: she impersonates a Spanish person. So now it's come out
- 7:48Speaker 1: that she's actually born in Boston, Massachusetts, not in Spain.
- 7:53Speaker 1: The Twitter the Twitter person who said this has spoke
- 7:57Speaker 1: to The New York Times, but they did it with
- 7:59Speaker 1: a revealing who they are because they're a bit scared
- 8:03Speaker 1: of Alec Baldwin. Yeah, I think, I mean, I thought
- 8:06Speaker 1: about this one. I think this is quite tricky when
- 8:09Speaker 1: you speak out. When you speak out, you can get
- 8:12Speaker 1: a backlash, can't you. But at the same time, if
- 8:15Speaker 1: it's all anonymous, how do we all know it's true.
- 8:19Speaker 1: It's it's complicated. What do you think? Yeah, well, in
- 8:22Speaker 1: this case it is true because we can there's too
- 8:24Speaker 1: much proof. There's a high school yearbook someone just produced
- 8:27Speaker 1: of her from I mean, she was in high school
- 8:30Speaker 1: in Boston, so she's just she just got caught in
- 8:32Speaker 1: a lie. Yes, I got to explain a little bit
- 8:35Speaker 1: of about gossip here. If you're you're humor me for
- 8:37Speaker 1: a second or two. So I'm a gossip columnist as
- 8:39Speaker 1: well as doing the podcast. You can't just tweets me
- 8:42Speaker 1: or call me and tell me something. We check. It's
- 8:45Speaker 1: a little bit like being a private investigator. So you
- 8:48Speaker 1: can tell me that you've kissed Jennifer Lopez while Alex watched.
- 8:53Speaker 1: I've got to check to see it. I mean, I
- 8:55Speaker 1: can't just believe this stuff. So the real columnists out there,
- 8:58Speaker 1: and most of us are most of us do our homework,
- 9:01Speaker 1: really do check. I used to be a publicist, So
- 9:04Speaker 1: what happens is once a gossip columists wants a reporter
- 9:06Speaker 1: to find something out, they call the publicists. Then then then
- 9:09Speaker 1: they have a conversation. This is why it's quite difficult
- 9:12Speaker 1: to break news very very quickly and accurately, because if
- 9:17Speaker 1: I hear something now, I'm just going to take me
- 9:19Speaker 1: a good hour to fact check it, to call the publicists,
- 9:23Speaker 1: to call my sources. If you tell me something about Corey,
- 9:26Speaker 1: then I'm gonna call Mr d to see if she's
- 9:28Speaker 1: heard it. It is sort of like it I feel.
- 9:30Speaker 1: I feel like Jessica Fletcher in Murder. She wrote, So
- 9:35Speaker 1: you do have to do a little bit of research
- 9:36Speaker 1: on it. So even though she is anonymous to us,
- 9:40Speaker 1: the New York Times do know who she is. Does
- 9:44Speaker 1: that make sense? I know at the moment is there's
- 9:46Speaker 1: this trend out there to say fake news, it's not real,
- 9:50Speaker 1: and that's not true. Just because you don't like it,
- 9:52Speaker 1: it doesn't mean it's fake. Real reporters, particularly the New
- 9:56Speaker 1: York Times, they definitely definitely check these sources. What's having
- 10:00Speaker 1: on with Prince Hared? Oh yes, yes, what's the sweet story? Actually? So,
- 10:04Speaker 1: Prince Harry shares a photo of his mother on their
- 10:07Speaker 1: new reboosted website. I guess has been revamped at their
- 10:10Speaker 1: new website. So Megan and Prince Harry are ending on
- 10:14Speaker 1: a personal note, and the couple penned a poignant letter
- 10:16Speaker 1: for the new year on their newly relaunched website for
- 10:19Speaker 1: their nonprofit arch Well, which of course is named after
- 10:21Speaker 1: a little Archie and the Duke and Duchess of Sussex.
- 10:24Speaker 1: Have shared two childhood photos on the site's homepage, and
- 10:27Speaker 1: one is of a young Prince Harry sitting on the
- 10:30Speaker 1: shoulders of his mom, Princess Diana, and the other is
- 10:35Speaker 1: a young Megan wrapped in new arms of her mother,
- 10:37Speaker 1: Doria Ragland. So sweet, and there's a caption and a quote,
- 10:41Speaker 1: I am my mother's son and I am our son's mother.
- 10:45Speaker 1: Together we bring you arch Well. The couple rights and
- 10:48Speaker 1: we will find you to join us as we work
- 10:50Speaker 1: to build a better world, one act of compassion at
- 10:53Speaker 1: a time. And it's so sweet. They conclude their letter
- 10:56Speaker 1: with just their simple signatures, Harry and Megan. Isn't that
- 11:00Speaker 1: the sweetest thing? I love this wonderful. We need that positivity,
- 11:04Speaker 1: and yes we do. They're getting a little bit of backlash.
- 11:06Speaker 1: People are saying they're using Princess Diana to get attention.
- 11:09Speaker 1: But that's not true because that's his mom you know
- 11:11Speaker 1: what I mean, that's my mom. If I got up
- 11:14Speaker 1: a picture of Princess Diana, it's got no relation to me.
- 11:16Speaker 1: It makes no sense, but it is his mommy. It
- 11:19Speaker 1: will be interesting, though, Corey, to see how far they
- 11:21Speaker 1: go up to. Yet, Harry and William have been quite
- 11:24Speaker 1: shy about talking about their mommy. They did one interview
- 11:28Speaker 1: that's it no more. Now that Harry has his own podcast,
- 11:31Speaker 1: he has a deal with Netflix also to they have
- 11:34Speaker 1: this new website. It'll be interesting to see how far
- 11:37Speaker 1: they push this. Obviously, the more they reveal, the more
- 11:41Speaker 1: people are going to get to the website. I mean,
- 11:43Speaker 1: it's terrible. We've talked about this on the show. I
- 11:45Speaker 1: think I would love him to tell everything. I mean,
- 11:47Speaker 1: turn it into a royal fall out, because yes, and
- 11:52Speaker 1: his mother is so popular still, so I mean, I
- 11:54Speaker 1: think the public would love to to hear them talk
- 11:57Speaker 1: about it. You don't have to tell us nasty things,
- 12:00Speaker 1: you know, although one or tour or a little bit,
- 12:03Speaker 1: but you can tell us what it was like having
- 12:04Speaker 1: Princess Diana as a mom. You can tell us the
- 12:06Speaker 1: great stuff. I think this is a wonderful idea. Let
- 12:09Speaker 1: me know what you think before we go to break.
- 12:11Speaker 1: Elton Johnny's calling a a meetings on Zoom a lifesaver.
- 12:16Speaker 1: I did not know that Elton was doing this. I
- 12:18Speaker 1: knew he went to Alcoholics Anonymous. He's talked about that
- 12:22Speaker 1: and it's also documented in that movie Rocket Manner about
- 12:26Speaker 1: his life. Now he's saying that he's been doing the
- 12:29Speaker 1: Zoom meetings during the pandemic and they have been a lifesaver.
- 12:33Speaker 1: He said the following quote. I'm a recovering alcoholic, so
- 12:38Speaker 1: I have a meetings from my house every Sunday. Imagine
- 12:42Speaker 1: getting on a zoom and there's Elton john Have you
- 12:47Speaker 1: ever been to a meeting? A friend of mine invited
- 12:50Speaker 1: me and it was allowed everybody in the group knew
- 12:53Speaker 1: that I was there, almost as an observer. It was
- 12:56Speaker 1: sort of like bring a friend to work day. It
- 12:58Speaker 1: was very, very strange, but they invited me. A friend
- 13:01Speaker 1: of mine, who has been in a for over a
- 13:03Speaker 1: year was was talking about them, and I'm such a
- 13:06Speaker 1: nosy person. I always wondered what they were like, and
- 13:09Speaker 1: I asked questions and I told him they're anonymous, so
- 13:11Speaker 1: I get it. Don't tell me what you don't and
- 13:13Speaker 1: I'm not writing about it. It's not for my column
- 13:15Speaker 1: or my show. And he invited me to one of
- 13:18Speaker 1: the meetings and I sat at the back and we
- 13:20Speaker 1: went around the room and we all said our names.
- 13:22Speaker 1: I said, I'm robbed and you know, and I'm here
- 13:25Speaker 1: as an observer. I was honest about it all. It
- 13:27Speaker 1: was wonderful. It was like an hour and a half
- 13:31Speaker 1: of real friends discussing stuff that I would never be
- 13:36Speaker 1: smart enough to even think about. I do understand because
- 13:39Speaker 1: I got to see it. I get it. It's anonymous.
- 13:42Speaker 1: Very few people can, but I do understand why they work.
- 13:46Speaker 1: Have you had any experiences around this, Cory No. My mother, though,
- 13:50Speaker 1: had a really good friend and she went to a
- 13:52Speaker 1: couple of meetings. So I remember her talking about how
- 13:54Speaker 1: you know, it's a place of therapy for so many
- 13:57Speaker 1: people who connect on the same level and they know
- 14:00Speaker 1: what they're talking about so they can work through it,
- 14:02Speaker 1: work through the issues together. It's wonderful. It's wonderful. Hey,
- 14:05Speaker 1: we're going to take a quick break here. We will
- 14:08Speaker 1: be right back. Welcome back to them, not even my
- 14:14Speaker 1: show and rush Shooter with our friend Corey Andrew. Hey, Corey,
- 14:18Speaker 1: let's get to the polls. I missed your singing. Last
- 14:23Speaker 1: Friday was Christmas Day, so we did a pre tape
- 14:26Speaker 1: with Mr. I'm so happy you're back, our friend. We
- 14:28Speaker 1: missed you. So yesterday we talked about Laria Bald but
- 14:31Speaker 1: of course we did. Who's now in talks to join
- 14:34Speaker 1: and Dancing with the Stars. By surprised. Why we surprised?
- 14:38Speaker 1: Is this a good idea or a bad idea? Eighty
- 14:40Speaker 1: percent of you said no, thanks. I have a agree here.
- 14:43Speaker 1: I don't think it's necessarily a good idea for her
- 14:46Speaker 1: to do it, but I think for us to watch it,
- 14:50Speaker 1: she should wear a Spanish matter door act. She should
- 14:53Speaker 1: dance with the ball like I would go full out
- 14:56Speaker 1: on this mber. She should dance with a cucumber, because
- 15:00Speaker 1: that's the whole thing, just spin around with she could
- 15:03Speaker 1: remember the name of the Q cub becauld she what
- 15:06Speaker 1: do you think she should do this or not? Is
- 15:07Speaker 1: it a disaster that we're know what love? Or just
- 15:10Speaker 1: no thanks? Oh gosh, I just think it's the show
- 15:13Speaker 1: has to be very careful. I need to stop. They
- 15:15Speaker 1: need to stop up rewarding people for bad behavior. First,
- 15:18Speaker 1: Carol Baskins, I mean, she's a murder suspect and now this,
- 15:21Speaker 1: it's just it's beginning to be too much for me
- 15:23Speaker 1: on this show. That's a fine line, isn't it. Because
- 15:26Speaker 1: I do love a train wreck. I love a real housewife.
- 15:28Speaker 1: I do. I mean they've been to jail, some of
- 15:30Speaker 1: those ladies, and I still watch. I still watch, and Carol,
- 15:34Speaker 1: you're right. I was sitting there laughing until Bruce pointed out,
- 15:37Speaker 1: you know, she's been accused of murdering something. I mean,
- 15:39Speaker 1: quite so funny, is it? Thank you, Bruce? I know.
- 15:42Speaker 1: So go on today's pole. You can go to our
- 15:46Speaker 1: Twitter page at Naughty Ice. Rather, you can get our
- 15:49Speaker 1: Facebook page, which is not what and be sure to
- 15:52Speaker 1: check her back tomorrow to hear your results. And now
- 15:56Speaker 1: it's time for nicest Ye have you got my friend? Oh, well,
- 16:04Speaker 1: you know everyone's favorite gossip columnist, Wolf kind disorder. Sarah
- 16:08Speaker 1: Jessica Parker shares she could be one of what she
- 16:11Speaker 1: played one for so long. Sarah Jessica Parker shares a
- 16:14Speaker 1: message of hope. So the Sex in the City start
- 16:16Speaker 1: is remaining hopeful for the future after a difficult year
- 16:19Speaker 1: that we've all been through amid the pandemic. And she
- 16:21Speaker 1: shared a photo of Advantage newspaper clipping from the nineteen
- 16:25Speaker 1: eighteen full The Pandemic, and the clip reads, during the
- 16:28Speaker 1: flu epidemic, the only safe kisses are the excess at
- 16:32Speaker 1: the end of an affectionate letter. Oh cheer up. Perhaps
- 16:35Speaker 1: one will start more happily. Yes, perhaps here's hoping, She
- 16:39Speaker 1: captioned the post. Now many people are excited too, by
- 16:43Speaker 1: the way, because if you don't know, Sex in the
- 16:45Speaker 1: City is returning in a limited series on HBO, and
- 16:49Speaker 1: so it's kind of in development now, but it will
- 16:51Speaker 1: not start. Kim ConTroll she will not be back, but
- 16:54Speaker 1: but the girls are going to come back. So it's exciting.
- 16:57Speaker 1: There's something about Sarah Jessica Parker that he's so New
- 17:00Speaker 1: York classics. She reminds me almost of the Carlyle or
- 17:04Speaker 1: just like some grand hotel in New York. She really
- 17:08Speaker 1: understands history. And to find this newspaper clipping from and
- 17:11Speaker 1: it's just so so thoughtful, so smart. We have been
- 17:15Speaker 1: through this before. Thankfully, now we're a lot smarter with
- 17:18Speaker 1: technology and science. So Sarah, thank you. Hopefully we all
- 17:22Speaker 1: have a lovely one now. And Naughty has done of
- 17:27Speaker 1: the dye. Ken Jennings from Jeopardy is apologizing for insensitive tweets.
- 17:34Speaker 1: He tweeted out some things that were quote an artful
- 17:38Speaker 1: and insensitive over the years. He explains that the words
- 17:42Speaker 1: he thought were jokes in his head didn't come across
- 17:45Speaker 1: like that when he read them back, but he did
- 17:47Speaker 1: not delete them because he didn't want to whitewash the mistake.
- 17:51Speaker 1: In a final post, he said, if twenty has taught
- 17:54Speaker 1: us anything, it's that we should be kinder to one another.
- 17:58Speaker 1: I totally understand. And this Sometimes we say stuff, we
- 18:02Speaker 1: write stuff, we tweet stuff that we think it's hilariously funny,
- 18:07Speaker 1: and it doesn't quite come across. So let's all not
- 18:10Speaker 1: try to be too witty. Let's all try to be
- 18:12Speaker 1: too kind. I think that's a good idea. Let's do that.
- 18:15Speaker 1: And now it's time for a moment of Rob. So hopefully,
- 18:21Speaker 1: for twenty minutes we make a giggle, a smile with
- 18:24Speaker 1: a little bit of celebrity gossip. We promised we're gonna
- 18:26Speaker 1: do it all yeah for you, But at the end
- 18:27Speaker 1: of each show we have a little moment of Rob
- 18:29Speaker 1: where we're just a little bit more serious. I found
- 18:32Speaker 1: this quote from Demi Levardo that really put me in
- 18:35Speaker 1: the right mood to start a new year. She said
- 18:37Speaker 1: the following quote, Your imperfections make you beautiful. They make
- 18:42Speaker 1: you who you are, So just be yourself, love yourself
- 18:46Speaker 1: for who you are, and keep going. I damaged my
- 18:49Speaker 1: arm at birth when I was when I was a baby.
- 18:52Speaker 1: When I was born, my right arm was damaged to
- 18:54Speaker 1: the point where it was almost amputated, and I always
- 18:57Speaker 1: thought of it as an imperfection. I used to hide it.
- 19:00Speaker 1: I put it in my pocket, I hit it behind
- 19:01Speaker 1: my back. Baby pictures of me, little pictures of me
- 19:04Speaker 1: as as a young boy. I'm always hiding behind somebody
- 19:07Speaker 1: so you can't see my arm. I don't do it anymore.
- 19:10Speaker 1: I've accepted it. I can look at it in the mirror.
- 19:12Speaker 1: I can see it in the shower, and I realized
- 19:14Speaker 1: that imperfection is who I am. What about you? You
- 19:19Speaker 1: know I feel the same way. But just I'm going
- 19:20Speaker 1: to tell you that when we met, I told you
- 19:23Speaker 1: it's before I think I didn't even know your confidence
- 19:25Speaker 1: because of who you are and who you've become. I
- 19:27Speaker 1: had no idea about your arm and you told me,
- 19:30Speaker 1: and I'm like, I've even noticed that. It's quite noticeable.
- 19:34Speaker 1: It's like half the sizes of my other arm. It's
- 19:36Speaker 1: it's really like quite nice but back. But I do,
- 19:39Speaker 1: I do. I'm a mascud well, but just know that
- 19:43Speaker 1: it's part of of you. Yes, a first show with
- 19:48Speaker 1: the new year. Thank you, Corey. Thank you so much
- 19:51Speaker 1: for listening to the Naughty but Nice with Rob and
- 19:54Speaker 1: Corey Show. We're going to have a great new year.
