A former preacher, Devin Cyrus Carroll, is facing 16 counts of embezzlement after allegedly stealing nearly $58,000 from Happy Home Baptist Church. Over $42,000 went to a loan with Advance America, while the rest funded personal expenses across three states — including dining, shopping, horseback riding, and even a vet bill for a church dog.
