• 1:20
  You
• 1:20
  finally
• 1:21
  finish
• 1:21
  your
• 1:21
  taxes
• 1:22
  expecting
• 1:23
  to
• 1:23
  get
• 1:23
  some
• 1:23
  relief,
• 1:24
  and
• 1:25
  then
• 1:25
  you
• 1:25
  see
• 1:25
  it
• 1:26
  you
• 1:26
  owe.
• 1:27
  Not
• 1:27
  a
• 1:28
  little
• 1:28
  oops,
• 1:28
  I
• 1:29
  owe.
• 1:29
  I'm
• 1:29
  talking
• 1:29
  about
• 1:29
  a
• 1:30
  real
• 1:30
  number
• 1:31
  that
• 1:31
  wasn't
• 1:31
  even
• 1:32
  in
• 1:32
  your
• 1:32
  plan
• 1:32
  at
• 1:33
  all.
• 1:34
  And
• 1:34
  in
• 1:34
  that
• 1:35
  moment,
• 1:35
  your
• 1:36
  mind
• 1:36
  starts
• 1:36
  racing.
• 1:38
  You
• 1:38
  start
• 1:38
  thinking,
• 1:38
  did
• 1:39
  I
• 1:39
  mess
• 1:39
  something
• 1:39
  up?
• 1:40
  Maybe
• 1:41
  you
• 1:41
  think,
• 1:41
  where
• 1:41
  am
• 1:42
  I
• 1:42
  supposed
• 1:42
  to
• 1:42
  get
• 1:42
  this
• 1:42
  money?
• 1:44
  And
• 1:45
  they
• 1:45
  start
• 1:45
  thinking,
• 1:46
  how
• 1:46
  do
• 1:46
  I
• 1:47
  make
• 1:47
  sure
• 1:47
  this
• 1:47
  never
• 1:48
  happens
• 1:48
  again?
• 1:49
  Well,
• 1:50
  today
• 1:50
  on
• 1:50
  the
• 1:50
  show
• 1:50
  I
• 1:51
  want
• 1:51
  to
• 1:51
  talk
• 1:51
  to
• 1:51
  you
• 1:51
  about
• 1:52
  what
• 1:52
  you
• 1:52
  can
• 1:52
  do
• 1:52
  next
• 1:53
  to
• 1:53
  keep
• 1:53
  it
• 1:54
  calm,
• 1:54
  keep
• 1:55
  it
• 1:55
  clear.
• 1:56
  And
• 1:56
  today
• 1:56
  I'm
• 1:56
  going
• 1:56
  to
• 1:57
  give
• 1:57
  you
• 1:57
  a
• 1:57
  real
• 1:57
  simple
• 1:58
  plan
• 1:58
  that
• 1:58
  you
• 1:58
  can
• 1:59
  keep.
• 2:18
  Foreign.
• 2:21
  Hey,
• 2:21
  friend,
• 2:22
  Ralph
• 2:22
  Estep
• 2:23
  Jr.
• 2:23
  Here.
• 2:23
  This
• 2:24
  is
• 2:24
  financially
• 2:25
  confident
• 2:25
  Christian.
• 2:26
  Today's
• 2:26
  topic
• 2:27
  is
• 2:27
  what
• 2:27
  do
• 2:27
  you
• 2:27
  do
• 2:28
  when
• 2:28
  you
• 2:28
  expected
• 2:28
  a
• 2:29
  refund,
• 2:29
  but
• 2:29
  guess
• 2:30
  what?
• 2:30
  You
• 2:31
  owe
• 2:31
  instead?
• 2:32
  Well,
• 2:32
  let's
• 2:33
  get
• 2:33
  right
• 2:33
  to
• 2:33
  our
• 2:33
  question
• 2:34
  from
• 2:34
  today.
• 2:35
  Ralph,
• 2:36
  I
• 2:36
  am
• 2:36
  really
• 2:37
  upset.
• 2:38
  I
• 2:38
  just
• 2:38
  finished
• 2:39
  figuring
• 2:39
  out
• 2:39
  my
• 2:39
  taxes
• 2:40
  and
• 2:40
  I
• 2:40
  owe
• 2:40
  this
• 2:40
  year.
• 2:41
  Now,
• 2:41
  I
• 2:42
  normally
• 2:42
  get
• 2:42
  a
• 2:42
  refund,
• 2:43
  but
• 2:43
  for
• 2:43
  some
• 2:44
  reason
• 2:44
  I,
• 2:45
  oh,
• 2:46
  I
• 2:46
  wasn't
• 2:46
  expecting
• 2:47
  this
• 2:47
  and
• 2:48
  I'm
• 2:48
  not
• 2:48
  sure
• 2:48
  what
• 2:48
  to
• 2:49
  do
• 2:49
  now.
• 2:50
  I
• 2:50
  need
• 2:50
  some
• 2:51
  to
• 2:51
  make
• 2:51
  sure
• 2:51
  this
• 2:52
  doesn't
• 2:52
  happen
• 2:52
  again.
• 2:53
  What
• 2:54
  can
• 2:54
  I
• 2:54
  do
• 2:54
  to
• 2:54
  fix
• 2:55
  this?
• 2:56
  Well,
• 2:56
  thank
• 2:56
  you
• 2:56
  for
• 2:57
  sending
• 2:57
  in
• 2:57
  that
• 2:57
  question.
• 2:57
  I'll
• 2:58
  talk
• 2:58
  a
• 2:58
  little
• 2:58
  bit
• 2:58
  later
• 2:58
  in
• 2:59
  the
• 2:59
  show
• 2:59
  if
• 2:59
  you're
• 2:59
  interested
• 2:59
  in
• 3:00
  sending
• 3:00
  a
• 3:00
  question
• 3:00
  in.
• 3:01
  But
• 3:01
  the
• 3:01
  big
• 3:02
  idea
• 3:02
  today
• 3:02
  is
• 3:03
  how
• 3:03
  do
• 3:03
  we
• 3:03
  handle
• 3:03
  this
• 3:04
  bill
• 3:04
  with
• 3:04
  a
• 3:04
  calm
• 3:05
  plan
• 3:05
  and
• 3:06
  then
• 3:06
  we'll
• 3:06
  build
• 3:06
  a
• 3:06
  no
• 3:07
  surprise
• 3:07
  system
• 3:07
  for
• 3:08
  next
• 3:08
  year.
• 3:09
  So
• 3:09
  here's
• 3:09
  how
• 3:09
  we're
• 3:09
  going
• 3:09
  to
• 3:10
  do
• 3:10
  that.
• 3:10
  Number
• 3:10
  one
• 3:10
  thing,
• 3:11
  you
• 3:11
  got
• 3:11
  to
• 3:12
  slow
• 3:12
  the
• 3:12
  moment
• 3:13
  down.
• 3:13
  Right
• 3:13
  now
• 3:14
  the
• 3:14
  best
• 3:15
  way
• 3:15
  to
• 3:15
  do
• 3:15
  that
• 3:16
  is
• 3:16
  to
• 3:16
  name
• 3:17
  it.
• 3:17
  Now
• 3:17
  you
• 3:17
  might
• 3:17
  be
• 3:18
  saying,
• 3:18
  Ralph,
• 3:18
  what
• 3:18
  do
• 3:19
  you
• 3:19
  mean
• 3:19
  by
• 3:19
  name
• 3:20
  it?
• 3:21
  Name
• 3:21
  something
• 3:21
  like
• 3:22
  this.
• 3:22
  This
• 3:22
  feels
• 3:22
  scary
• 3:23
  because
• 3:24
  it's
• 3:24
  unexpected.
• 3:25
  You
• 3:25
  weren't
• 3:26
  expecting
• 3:26
  this
• 3:26
  when
• 3:26
  you
• 3:26
  did
• 3:27
  your
• 3:27
  taxes.
• 3:28
  You
• 3:28
  expected
• 3:28
  to
• 3:29
  get
• 3:29
  a
• 3:29
  refund.
• 3:29
  Maybe
• 3:29
  every
• 3:30
  year
• 3:30
  you
• 3:30
  get
• 3:30
  a
• 3:30
  refund
• 3:31
  and
• 3:32
  all
• 3:32
  of
• 3:32
  a
• 3:32
  sudden
• 3:32
  you
• 3:32
  figured
• 3:32
  this
• 3:33
  up.
• 3:33
  Or
• 3:33
  maybe
• 3:33
  you
• 3:34
  went
• 3:34
  somewhere
• 3:34
  and
• 3:34
  had
• 3:34
  your
• 3:34
  taxes
• 3:35
  prepared
• 3:35
  and
• 3:36
  now
• 3:36
  you
• 3:36
  owe
• 3:37
  and
• 3:37
  you
• 3:37
  weren't
• 3:37
  expecting
• 3:38
  this.
• 3:39
  The
• 3:39
  first
• 3:39
  thing
• 3:39
  I
• 3:39
  want
• 3:39
  to
• 3:39
  remind
• 3:40
  you,
• 3:41
  owing
• 3:41
  is
• 3:41
  not
• 3:42
  a
• 3:42
  character
• 3:43
  issue.
• 3:43
  This
• 3:43
  isn't
• 3:43
  an
• 3:43
  attack
• 3:44
  on
• 3:44
  you
• 3:44
  personally.
• 3:45
  This
• 3:45
  is
• 3:46
  just
• 3:46
  the
• 3:46
  system
• 3:46
  is
• 3:47
  broken
• 3:47
  somewhere
• 3:48
  and
• 3:48
  we've
• 3:48
  got
• 3:49
  to
• 3:49
  figure
• 3:49
  out
• 3:49
  a
• 3:49
  way
• 3:50
  to
• 3:50
  fix
• 3:50
  it.
• 3:50
  We
• 3:51
  got
• 3:51
  to
• 3:51
  move
• 3:51
  from
• 3:51
  that
• 3:52
  panic
• 3:52
  to
• 3:52
  a
• 3:53
  plan.
• 3:53
  Which
• 3:53
  leads
• 3:54
  me
• 3:54
  to
• 3:54
  the
• 3:54
  second
• 3:54
  thing
• 3:55
  I
• 3:55
  really
• 3:55
  want
• 3:55
  to
• 3:55
  talk
• 3:55
  about
• 3:56
  today.
• 3:56
  And
• 3:57
  we've
• 3:57
  got
• 3:57
  to
• 3:57
  find
• 3:57
  the
• 3:58
  why.
• 3:59
  And
• 3:59
  the
• 3:59
  best
• 3:59
  way
• 4:00
  to
• 4:00
  do
• 4:00
  that,
• 4:00
  in
• 4:00
  my
• 4:00
  view,
• 4:01
  are
• 4:01
  three
• 4:01
  quick
• 4:02
  checks.
• 4:02
  These
• 4:02
  are
• 4:03
  the
• 4:03
  things
• 4:03
  that,
• 4:03
  listen,
• 4:03
  I've
• 4:04
  been
• 4:04
  doing
• 4:04
  this
• 4:04
  for
• 4:04
  30
• 4:05
  years.
• 4:05
  The
• 4:06
  things
• 4:06
  that
• 4:06
  I
• 4:06
  see
• 4:06
  a
• 4:07
  problem
• 4:07
  are
• 4:07
  these
• 4:08
  three
• 4:08
  things.
• 4:08
  Number
• 4:09
  one
• 4:09
  thing,
• 4:09
  this
• 4:09
  is
• 4:09
  usually
• 4:10
  what
• 4:10
  happens,
• 4:11
  your
• 4:11
  income
• 4:12
  changed.
• 4:12
  Maybe
• 4:13
  you
• 4:13
  got
• 4:13
  a
• 4:13
  new
• 4:13
  job,
• 4:14
  which
• 4:14
  is
• 4:14
  fantastic,
• 4:15
  but
• 4:16
  maybe
• 4:16
  you
• 4:16
  knew
• 4:16
  job,
• 4:17
  your
• 4:17
  withholding
• 4:18
  wasn't
• 4:18
  set
• 4:18
  correctly.
• 4:18
  Or
• 4:19
  maybe
• 4:19
  you
• 4:19
  got
• 4:19
  a
• 4:20
  raise.
• 4:20
  Hey,
• 4:20
  getting
• 4:21
  a
• 4:21
  raise
• 4:21
  is
• 4:21
  fantastic
• 4:22
  as
• 4:22
  well,
• 4:23
  but
• 4:23
  sometimes
• 4:24
  it
• 4:24
  ends
• 4:24
  up
• 4:24
  that
• 4:24
  you
• 4:25
  didn't
• 4:25
  have
• 4:25
  enough
• 4:25
  taxes
• 4:26
  come
• 4:26
  out.
• 4:26
  Or
• 4:26
  maybe
• 4:27
  you
• 4:27
  have
• 4:27
  what
• 4:27
  we
• 4:27
  call
• 4:27
  bracket
• 4:28
  creep
• 4:28
  where
• 4:29
  your
• 4:29
  tax
• 4:29
  rate
• 4:30
  actually
• 4:30
  went
• 4:30
  up
• 4:30
  a
• 4:30
  little
• 4:31
  bit.
• 4:31
  Maybe
• 4:32
  you
• 4:32
  got
• 4:32
  married,
• 4:33
  your
• 4:33
  spouse
• 4:33
  got
• 4:34
  a
• 4:34
  new
• 4:34
  job,
• 4:34
  or
• 4:35
  maybe
• 4:35
  there's
• 4:35
  more
• 4:35
  income
• 4:36
  brought
• 4:36
  into
• 4:36
  the
• 4:36
  household.
• 4:37
  Those
• 4:37
  things
• 4:38
  will
• 4:38
  affect
• 4:39
  your
• 4:39
  income
• 4:39
  tax
• 4:40
  return.
• 4:40
  Hey,
• 4:41
  maybe
• 4:41
  for
• 4:41
  you,
• 4:41
  you
• 4:42
  started
• 4:42
  a
• 4:42
  side
• 4:43
  hustle,
• 4:43
  you
• 4:43
  got
• 4:43
  some
• 4:43
  side
• 4:44
  income
• 4:44
  coming
• 4:44
  in,
• 4:45
  maybe
• 4:45
  a
• 4:45
  1099.
• 4:47
  All
• 4:47
  of
• 4:47
  those
• 4:47
  things
• 4:48
  are
• 4:48
  the
• 4:48
  first
• 4:48
  thing
• 4:48
  we
• 4:49
  want
• 4:49
  to
• 4:49
  check.
• 4:49
  Did
• 4:50
  my
• 4:50
  income
• 4:50
  change?
• 4:51
  And
• 4:51
  if
• 4:51
  so,
• 4:52
  leads
• 4:52
  us
• 4:53
  to
• 4:53
  number
• 4:53
  two,
• 4:54
  and
• 4:54
  that
• 4:54
  is,
• 4:54
  did
• 4:55
  withholding
• 4:55
  change?
• 4:57
  This
• 4:57
  is
• 4:57
  not
• 4:57
  some
• 4:57
  big
• 4:58
  complicated
• 4:59
  calculation.
• 4:59
  To
• 5:00
  be
• 5:00
  honest
• 5:00
  with
• 5:00
  you.
• 5:00
  I
• 5:01
  say
• 5:01
  to
• 5:01
  clients
• 5:01
  all
• 5:01
  the
• 5:02
  time,
• 5:02
  this
• 5:02
  is
• 5:02
  not
• 5:02
  rocket
• 5:03
  science.
• 5:04
  The
• 5:04
  real
• 5:04
  issue
• 5:05
  is,
• 5:05
  was
• 5:06
  less
• 5:06
  taken
• 5:06
  out
• 5:07
  of
• 5:07
  your
• 5:07
  paycheck.
• 5:07
  Here's
• 5:08
  a
• 5:08
  simple
• 5:08
  way
• 5:08
  to
• 5:09
  look
• 5:09
  at
• 5:09
  that.
• 5:09
  Go
• 5:10
  look
• 5:10
  at
• 5:10
  your
• 5:10
  W2
• 5:11
  form.
• 5:11
  Now,
• 5:11
  for
• 5:11
  those
• 5:11
  who
• 5:12
  don't
• 5:12
  know,
• 5:12
  a
• 5:12
  W2
• 5:13
  is
• 5:14
  the
• 5:14
  form
• 5:14
  you
• 5:14
  get
• 5:14
  at
• 5:14
  the
• 5:15
  end
• 5:15
  of
• 5:15
  the
• 5:15
  year
• 5:15
  from
• 5:15
  your
• 5:15
  employer
• 5:16
  that
• 5:16
  shows
• 5:17
  what
• 5:17
  your
• 5:17
  earnings
• 5:17
  were
• 5:18
  and
• 5:18
  your
• 5:18
  withholding.
• 5:19
  The
• 5:19
  first
• 5:19
  thing
• 5:20
  I
• 5:20
  check
• 5:20
  as
• 5:21
  a
• 5:21
  professional
• 5:22
  is
• 5:22
  I
• 5:22
  go
• 5:22
  look
• 5:23
  at
• 5:23
  the
• 5:23
  W2
• 5:23
  from
• 5:24
  the
• 5:24
  prior
• 5:24
  year
• 5:25
  and
• 5:25
  I
• 5:25
  compare
• 5:25
  numbers.
• 5:26
  Well,
• 5:26
  the
• 5:26
  first
• 5:26
  thing
• 5:26
  I'm
• 5:27
  going
• 5:27
  to
• 5:27
  look
• 5:27
  at
• 5:27
  is
• 5:28
  did
• 5:28
  income
• 5:28
  change?
• 5:29
  Well,
• 5:29
  if
• 5:29
  I
• 5:30
  see
• 5:30
  a
• 5:30
  client
• 5:30
  that
• 5:30
  had
• 5:30
  an
• 5:31
  income
• 5:31
  change
• 5:31
  and
• 5:31
  I
• 5:32
  say,
• 5:32
  okay,
• 5:32
  well,
• 5:32
  guess
• 5:32
  what,
• 5:33
  the
• 5:33
  income
• 5:34
  went
• 5:34
  up.
• 5:34
  We've
• 5:34
  got
• 5:35
  to
• 5:35
  have
• 5:35
  an
• 5:35
  adjustment
• 5:35
  here.
• 5:36
  So
• 5:36
  then
• 5:36
  I
• 5:36
  look
• 5:36
  at
• 5:37
  the
• 5:37
  withholding
• 5:37
  box
• 5:38
  and
• 5:38
  I
• 5:38
  say,
• 5:39
  okay,
• 5:39
  well,
• 5:39
  if
• 5:39
  the
• 5:39
  income
• 5:39
  went
• 5:40
  up
• 5:40
  by.
• 5:40
  Let's
• 5:40
  just
• 5:40
  use
• 5:40
  a
• 5:40
  simple
• 5:41
  example.
• 5:41
  Let's
• 5:42
  say
• 5:42
  you
• 5:42
  got
• 5:42
  a
• 5:42
  really
• 5:42
  great
• 5:43
  raise.
• 5:43
  You
• 5:43
  got
• 5:43
  a
• 5:43
  $10,000
• 5:44
  raise.
• 5:44
  That's
• 5:45
  fantastic.
• 5:46
  And
• 5:46
  then
• 5:46
  I
• 5:46
  look
• 5:46
  at
• 5:46
  the
• 5:47
  withholding
• 5:47
  and
• 5:47
  I
• 5:47
  say,
• 5:47
  wait
• 5:47
  a
• 5:48
  minute.
• 5:48
  But
• 5:48
  in
• 5:48
  this
• 5:48
  case,
• 5:49
  the
• 5:49
  withholding
• 5:49
  actually
• 5:50
  went
• 5:50
  down.
• 5:50
  Well,
• 5:51
  we've
• 5:51
  got
• 5:51
  a
• 5:51
  problem
• 5:52
  here.
• 5:53
  Maybe
• 5:53
  you
• 5:53
  had
• 5:53
  a
• 5:54
  job
• 5:54
  change.
• 5:54
  This
• 5:54
  happens
• 5:55
  to
• 5:55
  a
• 5:55
  lot
• 5:55
  of
• 5:55
  people.
• 5:56
  They
• 5:56
  change
• 5:56
  jobs.
• 5:57
  And
• 5:57
  here's
• 5:58
  the
• 5:58
  thing
• 5:58
  a
• 5:58
  lot
• 5:58
  of
• 5:58
  people
• 5:58
  don't
• 5:58
  understand.
• 5:59
  When
• 5:59
  you
• 6:00
  change
• 6:00
  jobs,
• 6:01
  you're
• 6:01
  going
• 6:01
  from
• 6:01
  one
• 6:01
  payroll
• 6:02
  platform
• 6:02
  to
• 6:02
  another
• 6:03
  payroll
• 6:03
  platform.
• 6:04
  Sometimes
• 6:05
  those
• 6:05
  things
• 6:05
  don't
• 6:06
  sync
• 6:06
  up.
• 6:07
  So
• 6:07
  here's
• 6:07
  a
• 6:07
  big
• 6:07
  quick
• 6:08
  tip
• 6:08
  right
• 6:08
  away,
• 6:09
  if
• 6:09
  you
• 6:09
  do
• 6:09
  change
• 6:10
  jobs,
• 6:11
  big
• 6:11
  thing,
• 6:11
  go
• 6:12
  look
• 6:12
  at
• 6:12
  your
• 6:12
  pay
• 6:12
  stubs.
• 6:13
  A
• 6:13
  lot
• 6:13
  of
• 6:13
  people
• 6:13
  don't
• 6:14
  ever
• 6:14
  take
• 6:14
  a
• 6:14
  look
• 6:14
  at
• 6:14
  their
• 6:14
  pay
• 6:14
  stubs.
• 6:15
  Look
• 6:15
  at
• 6:15
  your
• 6:16
  pay
• 6:16
  stubs
• 6:16
  right
• 6:16
  away
• 6:17
  and
• 6:17
  make
• 6:17
  sure
• 6:18
  the
• 6:18
  taxes
• 6:18
  are
• 6:18
  being
• 6:18
  taken
• 6:19
  out.
• 6:19
  I've
• 6:19
  worked
• 6:20
  with
• 6:20
  clients
• 6:20
  who
• 6:21
  change
• 6:21
  jobs
• 6:21
  and.
• 6:22
  And
• 6:22
  the
• 6:22
  payroll
• 6:23
  company
• 6:23
  actually
• 6:23
  was
• 6:24
  withholding
• 6:24
  the
• 6:24
  wrong
• 6:25
  state.
• 6:25
  Like
• 6:25
  they
• 6:26
  moved
• 6:26
  from
• 6:26
  one
• 6:26
  state
• 6:27
  to
• 6:27
  the
• 6:27
  other,
• 6:27
  and
• 6:27
  the
• 6:28
  payroll
• 6:28
  company
• 6:28
  had
• 6:28
  it
• 6:29
  completely
• 6:29
  wrong.
• 6:29
  And
• 6:30
  we
• 6:30
  didn't
• 6:30
  catch
• 6:30
  that
• 6:31
  till
• 6:31
  the
• 6:31
  end
• 6:31
  of
• 6:31
  the
• 6:31
  year,
• 6:32
  which
• 6:32
  created
• 6:32
  a
• 6:32
  huge
• 6:33
  amount
• 6:33
  of
• 6:33
  issues.
• 6:33
  So
• 6:34
  first
• 6:34
  thing,
• 6:34
  check
• 6:35
  your
• 6:35
  income.
• 6:35
  Second
• 6:36
  thing,
• 6:36
  check
• 6:37
  your
• 6:37
  withholding.
• 6:38
  And
• 6:38
  third
• 6:38
  thing
• 6:38
  you
• 6:38
  want
• 6:39
  to
• 6:39
  look
• 6:39
  at,
• 6:39
  did
• 6:39
  your
• 6:40
  credits
• 6:40
  or
• 6:40
  deductions
• 6:41
  change?
• 6:42
  A
• 6:42
  lot
• 6:42
  of
• 6:42
  times
• 6:42
  this
• 6:43
  is
• 6:43
  related
• 6:43
  to
• 6:43
  childcare
• 6:44
  or
• 6:44
  having
• 6:44
  children.
• 6:45
  A
• 6:45
  lot
• 6:45
  of
• 6:45
  people
• 6:46
  don't
• 6:46
  know
• 6:46
  this,
• 6:46
  but
• 6:47
  in
• 6:47
  the
• 6:47
  US
• 6:47
  tax
• 6:47
  code,
• 6:48
  once
• 6:48
  your
• 6:48
  child
• 6:49
  turns
• 6:49
  17,
• 6:50
  you
• 6:50
  lose
• 6:51
  that
• 6:51
  big
• 6:51
  child
• 6:51
  tax
• 6:52
  credit.
• 6:52
  It's
• 6:52
  kind
• 6:52
  of
• 6:52
  an
• 6:52
  aha
• 6:53
  moment
• 6:53
  for
• 6:53
  a
• 6:53
  lot
• 6:54
  of
• 6:54
  people.
• 6:54
  Now
• 6:54
  it
• 6:54
  can
• 6:55
  work
• 6:55
  the
• 6:55
  other
• 6:55
  way
• 6:55
  as
• 6:55
  well.
• 6:56
  Maybe
• 6:56
  you've
• 6:56
  had
• 6:56
  a
• 6:56
  new
• 6:57
  child.
• 6:57
  Now
• 6:58
  you
• 6:58
  might
• 6:58
  get
• 6:58
  a
• 6:58
  what
• 6:58
  I'll
• 6:59
  call
• 6:59
  a
• 6:59
  tax
• 6:59
  bonus.
• 7:00
  Maybe
• 7:00
  you've
• 7:01
  had
• 7:01
  education
• 7:01
  credits
• 7:02
  in
• 7:02
  the
• 7:02
  past.
• 7:02
  Maybe
• 7:02
  you
• 7:02
  had
• 7:03
  a
• 7:03
  child
• 7:03
  that
• 7:03
  was
• 7:04
  in
• 7:04
  college
• 7:04
  and
• 7:05
  every
• 7:05
  year
• 7:05
  you've
• 7:05
  been
• 7:05
  getting
• 7:06
  an
• 7:06
  education
• 7:06
  credit
• 7:07
  when
• 7:07
  all
• 7:07
  of
• 7:07
  a
• 7:08
  sudden
• 7:08
  your
• 7:08
  child
• 7:08
  has
• 7:08
  graduated.
• 7:09
  Or
• 7:09
  maybe
• 7:10
  this
• 7:10
  kind
• 7:10
  of
• 7:10
  stinks
• 7:11
  when
• 7:11
  this
• 7:11
  happens.
• 7:11
  But
• 7:12
  maybe
• 7:12
  your
• 7:12
  income
• 7:13
  went
• 7:13
  up
• 7:13
  and
• 7:13
  you
• 7:14
  no
• 7:14
  longer
• 7:14
  qualify
• 7:15
  for
• 7:15
  that
• 7:15
  education
• 7:16
  credit.
• 7:17
  Maybe
• 7:17
  your
• 7:17
  own
• 7:17
  marketplace
• 7:18
  insurance.
• 7:18
  I
• 7:18
  see
• 7:19
  this
• 7:19
  one
• 7:19
  bite
• 7:19
  people
• 7:19
  all
• 7:20
  the
• 7:20
  time.
• 7:20
  Again,
• 7:21
  this
• 7:21
  is
• 7:21
  all
• 7:22
  based
• 7:22
  on
• 7:22
  some
• 7:22
  kind
• 7:23
  of
• 7:23
  change
• 7:23
  in
• 7:24
  your
• 7:24
  situation.
• 7:24
  Or
• 7:24
  maybe
• 7:25
  there's
• 7:25
  just
• 7:25
  been
• 7:25
  a
• 7:25
  life
• 7:26
  change.
• 7:26
  Like
• 7:26
  I
• 7:27
  said,
• 7:27
  maybe
• 7:27
  you
• 7:27
  got
• 7:27
  married
• 7:28
  unfortunately,
• 7:29
  Maybe
• 7:29
  you
• 7:29
  got
• 7:29
  divorced,
• 7:30
  maybe
• 7:30
  you
• 7:30
  had
• 7:30
  a
• 7:31
  child
• 7:31
  leave
• 7:31
  the
• 7:32
  nest,
• 7:32
  or
• 7:32
  maybe
• 7:32
  you
• 7:32
  adopted
• 7:33
  a
• 7:33
  child.
• 7:33
  All
• 7:33
  these
• 7:33
  things
• 7:34
  can
• 7:34
  change.
• 7:35
  Really.
• 7:35
  What
• 7:35
  the
• 7:35
  thing
• 7:36
  is,
• 7:36
  it's
• 7:36
  happened,
• 7:37
  and
• 7:37
  I
• 7:37
  really
• 7:37
  want
• 7:37
  you
• 7:38
  to
• 7:38
  lean
• 7:38
  into
• 7:38
  this.
• 7:39
  Something
• 7:40
  changed
• 7:40
  in
• 7:40
  the
• 7:41
  math.
• 7:42
  It's
• 7:42
  just
• 7:42
  the
• 7:43
  math
• 7:43
  that
• 7:43
  changed.
• 7:44
  But
• 7:44
  here's
• 7:44
  the
• 7:44
  best
• 7:44
  part
• 7:44
  of
• 7:45
  this.
• 7:45
  This
• 7:46
  is
• 7:46
  solvable.
• 7:47
  Which
• 7:47
  leads
• 7:47
  me
• 7:47
  to
• 7:48
  step
• 7:48
  number
• 7:48
  three.
• 7:49
  We've
• 7:49
  got
• 7:49
  to
• 7:49
  decide
• 7:50
  two
• 7:50
  things
• 7:50
  in
• 7:50
  my
• 7:50
  view.
• 7:51
  We
• 7:51
  got
• 7:51
  to
• 7:51
  decide
• 7:52
  how
• 7:52
  to
• 7:52
  handle
• 7:52
  the
• 7:52
  current
• 7:53
  bill,
• 7:53
  and
• 7:54
  then
• 7:54
  we've
• 7:54
  got
• 7:54
  to
• 7:54
  decide
• 7:55
  what
• 7:55
  we
• 7:55
  do
• 7:55
  from
• 7:55
  this
• 7:56
  point
• 7:56
  forward.
• 7:56
  So
• 7:57
  let's
• 7:57
  talk
• 7:57
  about
• 7:57
  the
• 7:57
  current
• 7:58
  bill.
• 7:58
  You've
• 7:58
  got
• 7:58
  a
• 7:58
  surprise.
• 7:59
  You
• 7:59
  weren't
• 7:59
  expecting
• 8:00
  this.
• 8:00
  You
• 8:00
  got
• 8:00
  a
• 8:01
  couple
• 8:01
  options
• 8:01
  here.
• 8:02
  Option
• 8:02
  number
• 8:02
  one
• 8:03
  is
• 8:03
  you
• 8:03
  pay
• 8:03
  the
• 8:04
  IRS
• 8:04
  and
• 8:04
  be
• 8:04
  done
• 8:05
  with
• 8:05
  it.
• 8:05
  Now,
• 8:05
  I'm
• 8:05
  hoping
• 8:05
  this
• 8:06
  is
• 8:06
  what
• 8:06
  you're
• 8:06
  able
• 8:06
  to
• 8:06
  do.
• 8:07
  Maybe
• 8:07
  you've
• 8:07
  got
• 8:08
  some
• 8:08
  money
• 8:08
  set
• 8:08
  aside,
• 8:09
  You've
• 8:09
  got
• 8:09
  a
• 8:09
  little
• 8:10
  bit
• 8:10
  of
• 8:10
  a
• 8:10
  savings.
• 8:10
  You
• 8:10
  can
• 8:11
  say,
• 8:11
  okay,
• 8:11
  Ralph,
• 8:11
  here's
• 8:12
  what
• 8:12
  I
• 8:12
  can
• 8:12
  do.
• 8:12
  I
• 8:13
  can
• 8:13
  go
• 8:13
  ahead
• 8:13
  and
• 8:13
  pay
• 8:13
  that.
• 8:14
  That
• 8:14
  is
• 8:14
  the
• 8:14
  best
• 8:14
  choice.
• 8:15
  But
• 8:15
  let's
• 8:16
  say
• 8:16
  you
• 8:16
  can't
• 8:16
  afford
• 8:16
  to
• 8:17
  do
• 8:17
  that.
• 8:17
  And
• 8:17
  listen,
• 8:17
  there's
• 8:18
  no
• 8:18
  judgment
• 8:18
  from
• 8:18
  me.
• 8:19
  If
• 8:19
  you
• 8:19
  can't
• 8:19
  afford
• 8:20
  to
• 8:20
  do
• 8:20
  that,
• 8:20
  then
• 8:21
  you
• 8:21
  could
• 8:21
  go
• 8:21
  to
• 8:21
  the
• 8:21
  next
• 8:22
  best
• 8:22
  thing,
• 8:22
  and
• 8:22
  that's
• 8:23
  create
• 8:23
  what's
• 8:23
  called
• 8:23
  an
• 8:24
  IRS
• 8:24
  payment
• 8:25
  plan.
• 8:25
  It
• 8:25
  works
• 8:26
  like
• 8:26
  this.
• 8:26
  You
• 8:27
  choose
• 8:27
  a
• 8:27
  monthly
• 8:28
  amount
• 8:28
  to
• 8:29
  pay
• 8:29
  them.
• 8:29
  Now,
• 8:29
  here's
• 8:30
  the
• 8:30
  thing.
• 8:30
  You
• 8:30
  got
• 8:30
  to
• 8:30
  understand,
• 8:31
  they
• 8:31
  are
• 8:31
  going
• 8:32
  to
• 8:32
  charge
• 8:32
  you
• 8:32
  penalty
• 8:33
  and
• 8:33
  interest
• 8:34
  as
• 8:34
  you're
• 8:34
  paying
• 8:34
  them.
• 8:35
  They're
• 8:35
  sort
• 8:35
  of
• 8:36
  like
• 8:36
  the
• 8:36
  debt
• 8:36
  collector
• 8:37
  that
• 8:37
  doesn't
• 8:37
  go
• 8:37
  away.
• 8:38
  So
• 8:38
  first
• 8:38
  thing
• 8:39
  I'm
• 8:39
  going
• 8:39
  to
• 8:39
  tell
• 8:39
  you
• 8:40
  is
• 8:40
  make
• 8:40
  sure
• 8:40
  you
• 8:41
  pick
• 8:41
  a
• 8:41
  number
• 8:41
  that
• 8:42
  doesn't
• 8:42
  break
• 8:42
  your
• 8:42
  budget.
• 8:43
  You
• 8:43
  might
• 8:43
  say,
• 8:44
  ralph,
• 8:44
  I
• 8:44
  got
• 8:44
  to
• 8:44
  get
• 8:44
  this
• 8:44
  paid
• 8:45
  off
• 8:45
  right
• 8:45
  away.
• 8:45
  But
• 8:46
  look
• 8:46
  at
• 8:46
  your
• 8:46
  budget.
• 8:46
  Look
• 8:46
  at
• 8:47
  your
• 8:47
  essentials.
• 8:48
  Make
• 8:48
  sure
• 8:49
  your
• 8:49
  essentials
• 8:49
  are
• 8:49
  covered.
• 8:50
  Your
• 8:50
  housing,
• 8:51
  utilities,
• 8:52
  your
• 8:52
  food
• 8:52
  and
• 8:53
  transportation.
• 8:54
  And
• 8:54
  then
• 8:54
  come
• 8:54
  up
• 8:55
  with
• 8:55
  a
• 8:55
  number
• 8:55
  that
• 8:55
  you
• 8:55
  can
• 8:56
  afford
• 8:56
  to
• 8:56
  pay.
• 8:57
  Because
• 8:57
  the
• 8:57
  truth
• 8:57
  is,
• 8:58
  peace
• 8:58
  makes
• 8:59
  more
• 8:59
  than
• 9:00
  pride.
• 9:00
  In
• 9:00
  this
• 9:00
  case,
• 9:01
  make
• 9:01
  sure
• 9:01
  you
• 9:02
  can
• 9:02
  pay
• 9:02
  it.
• 9:02
  And
• 9:02
  because
• 9:02
  here's
• 9:03
  the
• 9:03
  thing
• 9:03
  a
• 9:03
  lot
• 9:03
  of
• 9:03
  people
• 9:03
  don't
• 9:04
  understand.
• 9:04
  If
• 9:05
  you
• 9:05
  owe
• 9:05
  again
• 9:05
  next
• 9:06
  year,
• 9:06
  it's
• 9:07
  going
• 9:07
  to
• 9:07
  default
• 9:07
  your
• 9:07
  plan.
• 9:08
  So
• 9:08
  make
• 9:08
  sure
• 9:08
  you're
• 9:09
  able
• 9:09
  to
• 9:09
  not
• 9:09
  only
• 9:10
  pay
• 9:10
  what
• 9:10
  you
• 9:10
  owe
• 9:10
  this
• 9:11
  year,
• 9:11
  but
• 9:12
  make
• 9:12
  the
• 9:12
  system
• 9:12
  changes
• 9:13
  so
• 9:13
  that
• 9:13
  you
• 9:14
  don't
• 9:14
  have
• 9:14
  this
• 9:14
  in
• 9:15
  the
• 9:15
  future.
• 9:15
  Here's
• 9:16
  my
• 9:16
  fourth
• 9:16
  step
• 9:16
  you
• 9:17
  really
• 9:17
  need
• 9:17
  to
• 9:17
  do,
• 9:17
  and
• 9:17
  this
• 9:17
  is
• 9:18
  kind
• 9:18
  of
• 9:18
  the
• 9:18
  thing
• 9:18
  we
• 9:19
  kind
• 9:19
  of
• 9:19
  alluded
• 9:19
  to
• 9:19
  a
• 9:19
  second
• 9:20
  ago.
• 9:20
  You've
• 9:21
  got
• 9:21
  to
• 9:21
  build
• 9:21
  that
• 9:21
  tax
• 9:22
  buffer
• 9:22
  so
• 9:23
  you
• 9:23
  can
• 9:23
  stop
• 9:23
  this
• 9:24
  surprise
• 9:24
  come
• 9:24
  April
• 9:25
  15th.
• 9:25
  Here's
• 9:25
  the
• 9:26
  thing
• 9:26
  I've
• 9:26
  seen
• 9:27
  in
• 9:27
  my
• 9:27
  world,
• 9:28
  most
• 9:28
  of
• 9:28
  the
• 9:28
  time,
• 9:29
  clients
• 9:29
  who
• 9:29
  owe,
• 9:30
  owe
• 9:30
  every
• 9:30
  single
• 9:31
  year.
• 9:31
  I
• 9:31
  wish
• 9:31
  I
• 9:31
  could
• 9:31
  say
• 9:32
  it
• 9:32
  was
• 9:32
  different
• 9:32
  than
• 9:32
  that,
• 9:32
  but
• 9:33
  they
• 9:33
  usually
• 9:33
  owe
• 9:33
  every
• 9:33
  year.
• 9:34
  So
• 9:34
  one
• 9:35
  of
• 9:35
  the
• 9:35
  big
• 9:35
  takeaways
• 9:36
  from
• 9:36
  today,
• 9:36
  I'm
• 9:36
  going
• 9:36
  to
• 9:37
  really
• 9:37
  encourage
• 9:37
  you
• 9:38
  to
• 9:38
  what
• 9:38
  I
• 9:38
  call
• 9:38
  your
• 9:39
  2026
• 9:40
  tax
• 9:40
  buffer.
• 9:41
  And
• 9:41
  you
• 9:41
  might
• 9:41
  be
• 9:42
  saying,
• 9:42
  ralph,
• 9:42
  what
• 9:42
  are
• 9:42
  you
• 9:43
  going
• 9:43
  with
• 9:43
  this
• 9:43
  real
• 9:44
  simple
• 9:44
  thing.
• 9:45
  Create
• 9:45
  a
• 9:45
  secondary
• 9:46
  savings
• 9:46
  account
• 9:46
  or
• 9:47
  a
• 9:47
  separate
• 9:47
  checking
• 9:47
  account,
• 9:48
  whatever
• 9:48
  works
• 9:48
  for
• 9:48
  you,
• 9:49
  and
• 9:49
  start
• 9:49
  putting
• 9:50
  a
• 9:50
  little
• 9:50
  money
• 9:50
  from
• 9:51
  each
• 9:51
  paycheck
• 9:51
  into
• 9:52
  that.
• 9:52
  Hey,
• 9:52
  it
• 9:52
  could
• 9:52
  be
• 9:53
  $10,
• 9:54
  $25,
• 9:55
  $50
• 9:56
  if
• 9:56
  you
• 9:56
  get
• 9:56
  an
• 9:56
  extra
• 9:57
  job.
• 9:57
  Maybe
• 9:57
  you
• 9:57
  put
• 9:57
  a
• 9:58
  little
• 9:58
  bit
• 9:58
  more
• 9:58
  in
• 9:58
  there,
• 9:58
  maybe
• 9:59
  you
• 9:59
  put
• 9:59
  a
• 9:59
  portion
• 10:00
  of
• 10:00
  that
• 10:00
  in
• 10:00
  that
• 10:01
  buffer,
• 10:01
  but
• 10:02
  this
• 10:02
  is
• 10:02
  a
• 10:02
  way
• 10:02
  to
• 10:02
  build
• 10:03
  that
• 10:03
  consistency.
• 10:04
  And
• 10:05
  finally,
• 10:05
  here's
• 10:05
  step
• 10:05
  number
• 10:06
  five.
• 10:06
  You
• 10:07
  got
• 10:07
  to
• 10:07
  fix
• 10:08
  the
• 10:08
  system
• 10:08
  for
• 10:09
  next
• 10:09
  year.
• 10:09
  Either
• 10:10
  you've
• 10:10
  got
• 10:10
  to
• 10:10
  change
• 10:10
  your
• 10:10
  withholding,
• 10:11
  or
• 10:11
  you've
• 10:12
  got
• 10:12
  to
• 10:12
  start
• 10:12
  setting
• 10:12
  aside
• 10:13
  more
• 10:13
  money.
• 10:13
  If
• 10:14
  you're
• 10:14
  a
• 10:14
  W2
• 10:15
  employee,
• 10:15
  go
• 10:15
  to
• 10:16
  your
• 10:16
  HR
• 10:16
  people
• 10:17
  and
• 10:17
  say,
• 10:17
  listen,
• 10:17
  I
• 10:18
  owed
• 10:18
  money
• 10:18
  this
• 10:18
  year.
• 10:19
  How
• 10:19
  Do
• 10:19
  I
• 10:19
  add
• 10:20
  more
• 10:20
  withholding?
• 10:20
  It's
• 10:21
  what's
• 10:21
  called
• 10:21
  extra
• 10:21
  withholding.
• 10:22
  If
• 10:22
  you're
• 10:23
  self
• 10:23
  employed,
• 10:23
  you
• 10:24
  got
• 10:24
  to
• 10:24
  start
• 10:24
  thinking
• 10:25
  about
• 10:25
  paying
• 10:25
  yourself
• 10:26
  a
• 10:26
  little
• 10:26
  bit.
• 10:26
  Set
• 10:26
  aside
• 10:27
  a
• 10:27
  percentage
• 10:28
  based
• 10:28
  on
• 10:28
  your
• 10:28
  return
• 10:29
  or
• 10:29
  the
• 10:29
  amount
• 10:30
  that
• 10:30
  you're
• 10:30
  going
• 10:30
  to
• 10:30
  owe.
• 10:30
  That
• 10:31
  way
• 10:31
  you
• 10:31
  don't
• 10:31
  get
• 10:31
  yourself
• 10:31
  in
• 10:32
  trouble
• 10:32
  and
• 10:32
  keep
• 10:33
  it
• 10:33
  separate
• 10:34
  so
• 10:34
  that
• 10:34
  money
• 10:34
  doesn't
• 10:35
  disappear
• 10:35
  and
• 10:35
  you're
• 10:35
  not
• 10:35
  looking
• 10:36
  at
• 10:36
  it
• 10:36
  from
• 10:36
  year
• 10:36
  end
• 10:36
  going,
• 10:37
  hey,
• 10:37
  where
• 10:37
  did
• 10:37
  it
• 10:37
  go?
• 10:38
  Because
• 10:38
  the
• 10:39
  truth
• 10:39
  is,
• 10:39
  if
• 10:39
  you
• 10:39
  follow
• 10:40
  these
• 10:40
  things,
• 10:41
  you
• 10:41
  can
• 10:41
  turn
• 10:42
  this
• 10:42
  surprise
• 10:42
  into
• 10:43
  a
• 10:43
  structure
• 10:44
  and
• 10:44
  into
• 10:44
  a
• 10:44
  system
• 10:45
  that
• 10:45
  will
• 10:45
  really
• 10:46
  give
• 10:46
  you
• 10:46
  peace.
• 10:47
  So
• 10:47
  here
• 10:47
  is
• 10:48
  my
• 10:48
  one
• 10:48
  big
• 10:49
  takeaway
• 10:49
  for
• 10:49
  today.
• 10:50
  Here's
• 10:50
  what
• 10:50
  I
• 10:50
  want
• 10:50
  you
• 10:51
  to
• 10:51
  do.
• 10:51
  If
• 10:51
  you
• 10:52
  find
• 10:52
  yourself
• 10:52
  in
• 10:52
  this
• 10:53
  situation,
• 10:53
  you
• 10:53
  might
• 10:53
  be
• 10:54
  saying,
• 10:54
  listen,
• 10:54
  I'm
• 10:54
  not
• 10:54
  in
• 10:55
  this
• 10:55
  situation,
• 10:55
  Ralph,
• 10:56
  I've
• 10:56
  got
• 10:56
  everything
• 10:56
  set.
• 10:57
  That's
• 10:57
  fantastic.
• 10:58
  But
• 10:58
  if
• 10:58
  you're
• 10:58
  not,
• 10:59
  create
• 10:59
  the
• 10:59
  savings
• 11:00
  bucket
• 11:00
  right
• 11:00
  now.
• 11:00
  Go
• 11:01
  onto
• 11:01
  your
• 11:01
  bank
• 11:01
  account
• 11:02
  and
• 11:02
  create
• 11:02
  a
• 11:02
  new
• 11:02
  account,
• 11:03
  20,
• 11:04
  26
• 11:04
  tax
• 11:04
  buffer
• 11:05
  and
• 11:05
  then
• 11:05
  start
• 11:06
  putting
• 11:06
  a
• 11:06
  little
• 11:06
  bit,
• 11:06
  I
• 11:07
  call
• 11:07
  it
• 11:07
  squirrel
• 11:07
  away
• 11:07
  a
• 11:08
  little
• 11:08
  bit
• 11:08
  of
• 11:08
  money.
• 11:08
  It's
• 11:09
  a
• 11:09
  name
• 11:09
  place
• 11:10
  for
• 11:10
  that
• 11:10
  money
• 11:10
  because
• 11:11
  it
• 11:11
  takes
• 11:11
  you
• 11:11
  away
• 11:11
  from
• 11:12
  fear
• 11:12
  into
• 11:13
  a
• 11:13
  plan.
• 11:13
  So
• 11:13
  that's
• 11:14
  my
• 11:14
  big
• 11:14
  takeaway
• 11:14
  for
• 11:15
  today.
• 11:15
  But
• 11:15
  let's
• 11:15
  get
• 11:15
  to
• 11:16
  the
• 11:16
  scripture
• 11:16
  because
• 11:16
  I
• 11:16
  always
• 11:16
  want
• 11:17
  to
• 11:17
  land
• 11:17
  some
• 11:17
  scripture
• 11:18
  on
• 11:18
  this
• 11:18
  to,
• 11:19
  to
• 11:19
  really
• 11:19
  reinforce
• 11:20
  what
• 11:20
  we're
• 11:20
  talking
• 11:20
  about
• 11:20
  today.
• 11:21
  And
• 11:21
  this
• 11:21
  comes
• 11:22
  to
• 11:22
  us
• 11:22
  from
• 11:22
  Philippians,
• 11:23
  chapter
• 11:23
  4,
• 11:24
  verse
• 11:24
  6.
• 11:25
  It
• 11:25
  says,
• 11:26
  do
• 11:26
  not
• 11:26
  be
• 11:26
  anxious
• 11:27
  about
• 11:27
  anything.
• 11:28
  But
• 11:29
  in
• 11:29
  every
• 11:29
  situation
• 11:30
  by
• 11:31
  prayer
• 11:31
  and
• 11:31
  petition,
• 11:31
  with
• 11:32
  thanksgiving,
• 11:33
  present
• 11:33
  your
• 11:33
  request
• 11:34
  to
• 11:34
  God
• 11:35
  and
• 11:35
  think
• 11:35
  about
• 11:36
  that
• 11:36
  today.
• 11:36
  This
• 11:36
  fits
• 11:38
  because
• 11:38
  it
• 11:38
  pulls
• 11:38
  you
• 11:39
  out
• 11:39
  of
• 11:39
  that
• 11:39
  financial
• 11:40
  panic.
• 11:40
  Listen,
• 11:40
  I
• 11:40
  get
• 11:41
  what
• 11:41
  it
• 11:41
  feels
• 11:41
  like.
• 11:42
  I
• 11:42
  remember
• 11:42
  when
• 11:42
  I
• 11:42
  was
• 11:42
  a
• 11:43
  young
• 11:43
  guy,
• 11:43
  the
• 11:43
  first
• 11:43
  time
• 11:43
  I
• 11:44
  filed
• 11:44
  taxes
• 11:44
  on
• 11:44
  my
• 11:45
  own
• 11:45
  I
• 11:45
  owed.
• 11:46
  And
• 11:46
  I'm
• 11:46
  thinking,
• 11:46
  what
• 11:46
  am
• 11:47
  I
• 11:47
  going
• 11:47
  to
• 11:47
  do?
• 11:47
  I
• 11:47
  had
• 11:48
  just
• 11:48
  enough
• 11:48
  to
• 11:48
  get
• 11:48
  by.
• 11:49
  But
• 11:50
  the
• 11:50
  Lord
• 11:50
  is
• 11:50
  saying
• 11:50
  something
• 11:51
  to
• 11:51
  us.
• 11:51
  He's
• 11:52
  saying,
• 11:52
  don't
• 11:52
  be
• 11:52
  anxious.
• 11:53
  Pray
• 11:53
  about
• 11:54
  this
• 11:54
  and
• 11:54
  go
• 11:55
  do
• 11:55
  something
• 11:55
  about
• 11:55
  it.
• 11:56
  Because
• 11:56
  you
• 11:56
  can
• 11:56
  turn
• 11:56
  this
• 11:57
  into
• 11:58
  a
• 11:58
  steady
• 11:59
  situation.
• 12:00
  But
• 12:00
  go
• 12:00
  to
• 12:01
  the
• 12:01
  Father
• 12:01
  first.
• 12:02
  How
• 12:02
  about
• 12:02
  we
• 12:02
  pray
• 12:02
  together?
• 12:03
  Lord,
• 12:04
  you
• 12:05
  see
• 12:05
  how
• 12:05
  overwhelmed
• 12:06
  we
• 12:06
  feel
• 12:06
  right
• 12:06
  now
• 12:07
  and
• 12:07
  you
• 12:07
  see
• 12:08
  that
• 12:08
  shock
• 12:08
  of
• 12:08
  owing
• 12:09
  and
• 12:09
  that
• 12:09
  fear
• 12:09
  of
• 12:10
  not
• 12:10
  knowing
• 12:10
  what
• 12:10
  to
• 12:11
  do
• 12:11
  next.
• 12:12
  And
• 12:12
  I
• 12:12
  just
• 12:12
  ask
• 12:12
  that
• 12:12
  you
• 12:12
  would
• 12:13
  give
• 12:13
  all
• 12:13
  of
• 12:13
  us
• 12:13
  wisdom
• 12:14
  today
• 12:14
  and
• 12:14
  peace
• 12:14
  for
• 12:15
  this
• 12:15
  moment.
• 12:16
  Help
• 12:16
  us
• 12:16
  take
• 12:17
  one
• 12:17
  clear
• 12:17
  step
• 12:17
  without
• 12:18
  shame
• 12:18
  and
• 12:19
  provide
• 12:19
  what
• 12:19
  we
• 12:20
  need
• 12:20
  today
• 12:20
  to
• 12:20
  handle
• 12:21
  this
• 12:21
  faithfully.
• 12:22
  Teach
• 12:22
  us
• 12:22
  to
• 12:22
  trust
• 12:23
  and
• 12:23
  to
• 12:23
  really
• 12:24
  trust
• 12:24
  you
• 12:24
  with
• 12:24
  our
• 12:24
  finances,
• 12:25
  Lord,
• 12:25
  and
• 12:25
  to
• 12:25
  build
• 12:26
  those
• 12:26
  simple
• 12:27
  structures
• 12:27
  that
• 12:28
  protect
• 12:28
  all
• 12:28
  of
• 12:28
  us
• 12:29
  from
• 12:29
  this
• 12:29
  kind
• 12:29
  of
• 12:30
  surprise
• 12:30
  and
• 12:30
  help
• 12:31
  us
• 12:31
  to
• 12:31
  walk
• 12:31
  forward
• 12:31
  calmly
• 12:32
  with
• 12:33
  courage
• 12:33
  and
• 12:34
  with
• 12:34
  clarity.
• 12:35
  And
• 12:35
  we
• 12:35
  ask
• 12:35
  this
• 12:36
  in
• 12:36
  Jesus
• 12:36
  name,
• 12:37
  Amen.
• 12:39
  Well,
• 12:39
  I
• 12:39
  just
• 12:39
  want
• 12:39
  to
• 12:40
  thank
• 12:40
  you
• 12:40
  for
• 12:40
  being
• 12:40
  here
• 12:41
  today.
• 12:41
  I
• 12:41
  just
• 12:41
  want
• 12:42
  to
• 12:42
  tell
• 12:42
  you
• 12:42
  that
• 12:42
  numbers
• 12:43
  don't
• 12:43
  define
• 12:43
  you.
• 12:44
  This
• 12:44
  can
• 12:44
  be
• 12:44
  a
• 12:44
  turning
• 12:45
  point
• 12:45
  in
• 12:45
  your
• 12:46
  life.
• 12:47
  So
• 12:47
  as
• 12:47
  I
• 12:47
  said
• 12:47
  earlier,
• 12:48
  if
• 12:48
  you
• 12:48
  want
• 12:48
  to
• 12:49
  be
• 12:49
  on
• 12:49
  the
• 12:49
  show,
• 12:49
  if
• 12:49
  you've
• 12:49
  got
• 12:49
  a
• 12:50
  question
• 12:50
  for
• 12:50
  this
• 12:50
  show,
• 12:50
  and
• 12:50
  listen,
• 12:51
  you
• 12:51
  don't
• 12:51
  have
• 12:51
  to
• 12:51
  appear
• 12:51
  live,
• 12:52
  just
• 12:52
  send
• 12:52
  me
• 12:53
  that
• 12:53
  question.
• 12:53
  You
• 12:53
  go
• 12:53
  to
• 12:53
  financiallyconfidentchristian.com/question
• 12:55
  again.
• 12:57
  That's
• 12:58
  financiallyconfidentchristian.com/question.
• 13:01
  So,
• 13:01
  again,
• 13:01
  thank
• 13:02
  you
• 13:02
  for
• 13:02
  joining
• 13:02
  me.
• 13:03
  I
• 13:03
  want
• 13:03
  you
• 13:03
  to
• 13:03
  stay
• 13:03
  financially
• 13:04
  savvy,
• 13:05
  go
• 13:05
  out
• 13:05
  there
• 13:05
  and
• 13:05
  resolve
• 13:06
  these
• 13:06
  problems
• 13:06
  so
• 13:07
  you
• 13:07
  can
• 13:07
  do
• 13:07
  this.
• 13:07
  God
• 13:08
  bless
• 13:08
  you.
• 13:08
  And
• 13:08
  you
• 13:09
  have
• 13:09
  a
• 13:09
  great
• 13:09
  day,
• 13:09
  and
• 13:10
  I'll
• 13:10
  see
• 13:10
  you
• 13:10
  on
• 13:10
  tomorrow's
• 13:11
  show.
