Speaker 1: What's up everybody and greetings from Sin City. Hope everybody's
0:04
Speaker 1: having a fantastic day out there. We have another accuser
0:11
Speaker 1: who is opting out of the Survivors Fund and choosing
0:17
Speaker 1: instead to go directly after the estate. Now we know
0:22
Speaker 1: that Priscilla Doe is taking the same strategy and running
0:27
Speaker 1: with it considering she wasn't happy with what was offered
0:31
Speaker 1: from the compensation fund. So now, not only do we
0:37
Speaker 1: have Priscilla Doe out there making these moves and looking
0:41
Speaker 1: to literally go for the throat of the estate, we
0:45
Speaker 1: have also another accuser who is suing for $ 500 million.
0:55
Speaker 1: That's right, half a billion dollars, this young lady is asking.
1:00
Speaker 1: from the Epstein estate due to the abuse she received
1:05
Speaker 1: at Jeffrey Epstein's hands according to her lawsuit. So let's
1:11
Speaker 1: jump into this article from the New York Post and
1:14
Speaker 1: let's see what the heck is going on here. This
1:17
Speaker 1: article was authored by Yaron Steinbuch. Headline, Jeffrey Epstein accuser
1:24
Speaker 1: sues for $ 500 million after developing a bone disease.
1:31
Speaker 2: All right, so.
1:34
Speaker 1: Her name is Caroline Kaufman, and she has brought this
1:38
Speaker 1: suit forward and totally decided to do the end around
1:44
Speaker 1: on the compensation fund. Now, according to Ms. Kaufman, her
1:49
Speaker 1: treatment at the hands of Jeffrey Epstein, the abuse, accelerated
1:53
Speaker 1: her condition and really put her in a really bad place.
1:58
Speaker 1: So I say go for it, girl. Shoot for the stars.
2:01
Speaker 1: 500 million sounds like a decent starting point for me
2:06
Speaker 1: as well.
2:07
Speaker 2: Why not?
2:10
Speaker 1: A 27-year-old woman who claims she was raped by Jeffrey
2:14
Speaker 1: Epstein is suing the late pedophile's estate for half a
2:18
Speaker 1: billion dollars, alleging she has a serious bone disease stemming
2:23
Speaker 1: from his brutal attack, according to a report. All right, look,
2:26
Speaker 1: I'm not a doctor by any means of the imagination.
2:31
Speaker 1: I'm not a private investigator. I'm not Sherlock Holmes. Hell,
2:35
Speaker 1: I'm not even Larry Holmes. So I'm certainly not qualified
2:41
Speaker 1: to talk about the merits of, you know, getting a
2:45
Speaker 1: bone disease after a brutal attack. But this is what's
2:48
Speaker 1: in the lawsuit. And according to her, she has suffered
2:52
Speaker 1: severe consequences due to the behavior of And the abuse
2:58
Speaker 1: at the hands of Jeffrey Epstein. And while I'm not
3:03
Speaker 1: a doctor or scientist or anything like that, you have
3:06
Speaker 1: to think that the abuse received at the hands of
3:10
Speaker 1: somebody like Jeffrey Epstein most certainly can help accelerate whatever
3:15
Speaker 1: sort of condition you're suffering from. Like if you say
3:18
Speaker 1: you had anxiety, for instance, before you ran into Jeffrey Epstein.
3:23
Speaker 1: being abused by him would definitely increase that. And if
3:28
Speaker 1: you're run down, how much easier is it for your
3:32
Speaker 1: body to be attacked by whatever you have going on
3:34
Speaker 1: inside of you? Maybe cancer, maybe, you know, shingles or
3:41
Speaker 1: whatever it may be. But a lot of this stuff is,
3:44
Speaker 1: you know, can be stress induced. There's no doubt about that.
3:50
Speaker 1: Caroline Kaufman, who last year said she was left suicidal
3:54
Speaker 1: after being raped by the billionaire pedophile at his Manhattan
3:57
Speaker 1: mansion during a fake model casting when she was 17,
4:00
Speaker 1: told The Sun she developed osteomyelitis after he hit her
4:06
Speaker 1: in the face. The rare and serious bone disease causes
4:10
Speaker 1: deep pain and muscle spasms, according to the news outlet.
4:13
Speaker 1: All right, so she developed this condition after the assault. So,
4:19
Speaker 1: when you look at it, she didn't have this problem
4:22
Speaker 1: before Epstein raped her. And then she has the problem
4:27
Speaker 1: after Epstein rapes her and physically assaults her. Well, it
4:32
Speaker 1: certainly looks to me that you have some causation there, yeah? So, again,
4:39
Speaker 1: I'm really interested to see how this all plays out.
4:42
Speaker 1: And to see how Ms. Kaufman goes about things.
4:45
Speaker 2: But she has....
4:48
Speaker 1: A proper lawyer, that's for sure. Spencer Coven's her lawyer,
4:51
Speaker 1: so you know she means business. Kaufman alleges that a
4:56
Speaker 1: woman approached her at a horse show in upstate Lake
4:59
Speaker 1: Placid and later called to invite her to Epstein's Upper
5:03
Speaker 1: East Side home, where she also was forced to give
5:06
Speaker 1: oral sex at a party attended by Prince Andrew, the
5:09
Speaker 1: son reported. So, according to Ms. Kaufman, she was recruited
5:15
Speaker 1: from an upstate horse show up in Lake Placid, New York.
5:20
Speaker 1: And then she was brought down and, you know, groomed
5:24
Speaker 1: and basically put to task by Jeffrey Epstein and Ghislaine Maxwell.
5:31
Speaker 1: So much so that she performed fellatio on somebody while
5:36
Speaker 1: Prince Andrew was there. So that's pretty damning, right? She's
5:40
Speaker 1: not saying she performed it on Andrew, but the Joe
5:44
Speaker 1: Exotic of the Windsor family was there while a young
5:47
Speaker 1: girl was being trafficked. Probably should speak to the FBI,
5:52
Speaker 1: Joe Exotic of the Windsor family. You should probably stop
5:56
Speaker 1: riding around on your dumbass horse smiling at the crowd,
6:00
Speaker 1: Joe Exotic of the Windsor family, and speak to the authorities.
6:06
Speaker 2: We all get it.
6:07
Speaker 1: You're trying to Cuddle up to mom buying her a
6:11
Speaker 1: new Corgi.
6:11
Speaker 2: We get it.
6:12
Speaker 1: But guess what? Nobody's buying it, okay? Nobody is buying
6:18
Speaker 1: your nonsense. The fact that another person, you have Ms.
6:24
Speaker 1: Kaufman here alleging that Andrew was on property while she
6:27
Speaker 1: was being exploited. I mean, what more do you need?
6:31
Speaker 1: If you were Andrew, the Joe Exotic of the Windsor family,
6:35
Speaker 1: Would you really need to be compelled to speak on
6:37
Speaker 1: this if somebody told you that you were at a
6:39
Speaker 1: party where a little girl was being assaulted or a
6:42
Speaker 1: young girl was being assaulted or a grown woman was
6:44
Speaker 1: being assaulted? You would need to be compelled to speak
6:47
Speaker 1: to the authorities? What does that say about you? What
6:50
Speaker 1: does that say about the character you possess or don't possess?
6:56
Speaker 1: I don't understand. I really don't understand how guys like
6:58
Speaker 1: that can not speak to the FBI and then be
7:03
Speaker 1: okay with it, right? You got daughters of your own
7:06
Speaker 1: for Lord's sake. You got grandkids now, bro. What if
7:10
Speaker 1: somebody did this to your grandkid and the person was
7:13
Speaker 1: there and they didn't want to come forward? What if
7:16
Speaker 1: somebody did this to your daughter? So Joe Exotic of
7:21
Speaker 1: the Windsor family, it's time to man up. Kaufman previously
7:31
Speaker 1: told the outlet that Andrew gave her a big hug
7:34
Speaker 1: and kind of brushed my breasts with his hand, though
7:37
Speaker 1: she can't be sure if he did this on purpose
7:39
Speaker 1: and is not accusing him of any wrongdoing. I mean,
7:44
Speaker 1: in most instances, I'd be willing to give the person
7:46
Speaker 1: the benefit of the doubt, right? Oh, you give somebody
7:48
Speaker 1: a hug, there's accidental contact, your hand might rub against
7:51
Speaker 1: their breath, whatever it may be. But when you got
7:54
Speaker 1: somebody like Prince Andrew, who has a track record for
7:57
Speaker 1: being a disgusting pig, well... I automatically think that he
8:03
Speaker 1: did it on purpose. Now, I know, no evidence of that,
8:06
Speaker 1: of course. That's just speculation on my part. But that
8:09
Speaker 1: speculation comes from the character profile that we have built
8:13
Speaker 1: of this scumbag. Last year, Kaufman announced that she filed
8:19
Speaker 1: a lawsuit against Epstein's estate, telling the news outlet that
8:23
Speaker 1: she was left severely suicidal after the alleged rape. And
8:27
Speaker 1: you hear that a lot, right, with these girls saying,
8:29
Speaker 1: And not just in this case, but in general. One
8:33
Speaker 1: of the things that I've learned a lot about that
8:35
Speaker 1: I knew nothing about, honestly, was human trafficking. When I
8:40
Speaker 1: first started researching this story and digging into this story,
8:43
Speaker 1: I was super ignorant, folks. Super ignorant. I had no
8:47
Speaker 1: idea the scope, the magnitude, and the misery that all
8:53
Speaker 1: of this caused. And it is... One thing that I
9:00
Speaker 1: have seen from a very, very large portion of the
9:04
Speaker 1: articles that I've read about survivors from Epstein and other
9:09
Speaker 1: sick bastards is the suicidal thoughts that a lot of
9:14
Speaker 1: them deal with. You know, the battle of self-worth almost.
9:21
Speaker 1: And it's so sad, right? You read about this stuff
9:25
Speaker 1: and you see it over and over and over again.
9:28
Speaker 1: And there's no concerted effort from anyone in power to
9:31
Speaker 1: really put a stop to it. She said she also
9:38
Speaker 1: believed the Duke of York's pal, Ghislaine Maxwell, took nude
9:41
Speaker 1: pictures of her at the mansion. Well, that should be
9:44
Speaker 1: another charge for Ghislaine Maxwell. Imagine if you were out
9:48
Speaker 1: there taking pictures of a 17-year-old kid, 16-year-old kid, in
9:54
Speaker 1: these sorts of situations. Why is it that Maxwell isn't
9:57
Speaker 1: charged for this as well? Again. if you were the
10:01
Speaker 1: prosecutors wouldn't you charge her with every damn thing you
10:04
Speaker 1: could possibly find I charge her with jaywalking if I
10:07
Speaker 1: could the same way they love to throw hundreds and
10:11
Speaker 1: hundreds of charges at people hundreds of rego charges hoping
10:14
Speaker 1: a predicate sticks why haven't they done that with Maxwell Oh,
10:20
Speaker 1: this is a very targeted case. And we're only going
10:25
Speaker 1: to go. No, sorry. This case spans decades. Kaufman, who
10:31
Speaker 1: put the legal proceedings on hold while she applied for
10:34
Speaker 1: the survivor's fund, claimed she was she has rejected an
10:37
Speaker 1: undisclosed offer, calling it offensive. The Sun reported. And, you know,
10:42
Speaker 1: look again, none of us are in the position of
10:45
Speaker 1: these girls.
10:46
Speaker 2: Right.
10:46
Speaker 1: We we didn't suffer their abuse. We don't know. We
10:49
Speaker 1: can all have opinions on what we think we would
10:51
Speaker 1: do or what we wouldn't do, but I've said it
10:55
Speaker 1: from the jump. If girls don't feel like this compensation
10:59
Speaker 1: fund is right for them, then they should explore whatever
11:03
Speaker 1: pathways they feel are the correct ones for them to
11:07
Speaker 1: traverse to get the money and the recognition from the
11:13
Speaker 1: estate or Epstein's people that they deserve. And if they
11:17
Speaker 1: feel like they're being short stacked, if they feel like
11:20
Speaker 1: people are trying to be a bit greedy and not
11:23
Speaker 1: pay out what they think they're owed, then hell, I
11:26
Speaker 1: say go for it. You know who doesn't want this
11:30
Speaker 1: to happen? Epstein's estate. Indyke, Kahn, and the rest of them.
11:36
Speaker 1: The last thing these guys want to do is get deposed.
11:39
Speaker 1: The last thing these guys want to do is have
11:42
Speaker 1: to answer for their role under oath In Jeffrey Epstein's
11:46
Speaker 1: criminal enterprise.
11:48
Speaker 2: And I.
11:48
Speaker 1: Can't state that enough... Epstein could have never done... What
11:52
Speaker 1: he did... Without people like... Kahn... And Indyk... The Survivors Fund...
12:00
Speaker 1: Was given a total of $ 87 million... But Epstein's net worth...
12:04
Speaker 1: Was estimated to be more than $ 600 million... So her lawyer,
12:07
Speaker 1: Spencer Coven... Is seeking about $ 500 million... According to the report...
12:10
Speaker 1: Look guys... Let's be very real. Epstein had money parked
12:18
Speaker 1: all over the place. We don't even know how much
12:20
Speaker 1: money Epstein really had. There's been no forensic accountant going
12:26
Speaker 1: hard in the paint here that we know of to
12:28
Speaker 1: track this money down. And why should they leave any
12:31
Speaker 1: money on the table? Every last dollar should be distributed
12:34
Speaker 1: to these girls.
12:35
Speaker 2: It's a joke.
12:36
Speaker 1: 87 million of 600 million to the girls who were abused.
12:43
Speaker 1: An absolute joke. Where's the rest of the money?
12:49
Speaker 2: Where did it all go?
12:50
Speaker 1: We know Uncle Sam took their cut, but what about
12:52
Speaker 1: the rest of the money? Who is still being enriched
12:55
Speaker 1: on this? It's been difficult the past few months. I
13:01
Speaker 1: was going to go with the fund, but the offer
13:03
Speaker 1: was too low. It's not enough to cover surgery. I'm
13:06
Speaker 1: quite offended by the offer, Kaufman told the son. The
13:09
Speaker 1: amount of money the fund had, I don't believe it
13:12
Speaker 1: was distributed fairly. We're going to go ahead and go
13:16
Speaker 1: to court, she said. And that's your recourse, right? If
13:19
Speaker 1: you don't want to accept the money from the fund,
13:21
Speaker 1: if you think you're getting lowballed, if you think they're
13:24
Speaker 1: taking food off of your plate, well, accelerate it. And
13:29
Speaker 1: that's what she's going to do here, folks. We have
13:32
Speaker 1: two girls now, two ladies, who are accelerating their cases
13:37
Speaker 1: and moving forward with suing the estate of Epstein. And
13:42
Speaker 1: it's a big deal. It's definitely a big deal, and
13:45
Speaker 1: it needs to be talked about, because what other skeletons
13:50
Speaker 1: are going to come out of those closets? The jaw
13:56
Speaker 1: issue was caused by an injury in the past, and
13:58
Speaker 1: when I had the encounter with Epstein, he pinned me
14:01
Speaker 1: down and went to grab my arm, Kaufman continued. He
14:04
Speaker 1: forced my arm, and as he did that, he nicked
14:07
Speaker 1: my jaw. It's the only thing I can think of
14:09
Speaker 1: which has caused this, she added. I didn't tell anyone
14:12
Speaker 1: at the time because I didn't want to explain what happened.
14:15
Speaker 1: And again, if this was before I started researching the
14:20
Speaker 1: Jeffrey Epstein case, I'd be like, well, she should have
14:22
Speaker 1: told somebody. But it's not as easy as that. It's
14:25
Speaker 1: much more nuanced. What these girls, these women go through,
14:30
Speaker 1: people who have never experienced it don't understand. You don't
14:32
Speaker 1: know the psyche. You don't know the thoughts going through
14:36
Speaker 1: somebody's head and their feelings of self-worthlessness. Just a whole
14:41
Speaker 1: litany of things that somebody who has never went through
14:44
Speaker 1: it just couldn't understand. And I freely admit how ignorant
14:49
Speaker 1: I was up until this whole entire Jeffrey Epstein ordeal.
14:54
Speaker 1: And thankfully, I've learned a whole lot about the severity
15:00
Speaker 1: of the human trafficking issue and what we're really up
15:04
Speaker 1: against as a society if we want to protect the
15:08
Speaker 1: most vulnerable amongst us. Kaufman said she has suffered with
15:16
Speaker 1: the jaw issue for years, but claimed that it has
15:19
Speaker 1: recently worsened and she received her diagnosis, adding that she
15:23
Speaker 1: is scheduled for surgery this month. It's extremely painful. I've
15:27
Speaker 1: been to the emergency room for it. My face is
15:29
Speaker 1: swollen and I'm on medication, Kaufman told The Sun. I've
15:32
Speaker 1: lost days of work. I ride horses. I feel physically
15:36
Speaker 1: exhausted because of it. And I've had difficulty eating, she said.
15:41
Speaker 1: So there's a bunch of pictures in this article of
15:43
Speaker 1: her as well, you know, as a young girl just
15:46
Speaker 1: enjoying her life. So make sure you click on the
15:48
Speaker 1: link and check that out as well. Now, as far
15:51
Speaker 1: as jaw hurting, I get that. I, you know, might
15:55
Speaker 1: have been punched in the face once or twice in
15:57
Speaker 1: my life. Might have had a swollen jaw once or
16:01
Speaker 1: twice in my life. And it doesn't feel good, that's
16:04
Speaker 1: for sure. Not being able to eat sucks. Every time
16:07
Speaker 1: you open your mouth and try and close it to
16:09
Speaker 1: chomp down on food, pain. So I know when I
16:12
Speaker 1: had a bit of a jaw issue for a couple
16:14
Speaker 1: of weeks, I was eating a lot of soup. So
16:18
Speaker 1: definitely must not be comfortable for her with all these
16:21
Speaker 1: other issues as well. I want to get the money
16:25
Speaker 1: for my surgery, but also to start a charity and
16:28
Speaker 1: give money to other survivors out there, Kaufman added. The
16:31
Speaker 1: girls who have come forward have made a difference to
16:33
Speaker 1: my life. Without them, I thought I'd die without ever
16:37
Speaker 1: telling anybody. And again, this goes back to the courageous
16:41
Speaker 1: moves by the survivors to come out and put these
16:44
Speaker 1: sons of bitches on blast. You know, Virginia and Courtney
16:47
Speaker 1: and Maria and Annie and, you know, Margie, all of
16:52
Speaker 1: these ladies who have come forward and said, yes, this
16:55
Speaker 1: happened to me. Yes, this occurred. And no, you will
16:59
Speaker 1: not ignore it any longer. Have given a lot of
17:02
Speaker 1: courage to and a lot of motivation to other girls
17:08
Speaker 1: to come forward. Kaufman said she became a stripper and
17:13
Speaker 1: worked in the porn industry after the alleged rape. I
17:17
Speaker 1: went through a long period of depression and I stopped
17:19
Speaker 1: riding horses. I didn't think I was good for much
17:22
Speaker 1: and used for sex. And this is the tale, right? Unfortunately,
17:26
Speaker 1: the tale we always hear with a lot of these
17:30
Speaker 1: girls who have been raped or abused or come from
17:32
Speaker 1: abused homes is First, they start out as strippers, right? Then, well,
17:37
Speaker 1: they progress from that to either working the streets as
17:42
Speaker 1: call girls or prostitutes, or they move into pornography. And
17:48
Speaker 1: that's the cycle that these girls have to look forward
17:50
Speaker 1: to in a lot of cases. And it's a cycle
17:52
Speaker 1: that needs to be broken. Because you were abused or
17:56
Speaker 1: raped or whatever happened, that doesn't make you worth less.
18:02
Speaker 1: And as a society, we need to promote that more.
18:06
Speaker 2: You're the victim.
18:08
Speaker 1: It's not your fault that this happened. But there's too
18:11
Speaker 1: much victim blaming and shaming that occurs. And honestly, it's gross.
18:19
Speaker 1: And I see too much of it. I went down
18:24
Speaker 1: the wrong path. I started stripping at 18. And I
18:27
Speaker 1: also got into porn. That whole lifestyle has drugs involved
18:31
Speaker 1: and it's been a hard road of recovery, Kaufman added,
18:34
Speaker 1: saying that she is really grateful for my new life
18:38
Speaker 1: and that I have a second chance at everything. And look,
18:42
Speaker 1: who doesn't love a comeback story? At least here in America, folks,
18:47
Speaker 1: we love us a good comeback story. Somebody who goes
18:51
Speaker 1: through it, hits rock bottom, and then comes back and
18:53
Speaker 1: finds a piece of success? Oh yeah, that is... As
18:57
Speaker 1: American as apple pie, folks. And thankfully, we've had some
19:04
Speaker 1: real good comeback stories in the Epstein case. But when
19:09
Speaker 1: it comes to human trafficking, unfortunately, there's not enough of that. Coven,
19:16
Speaker 1: who also represents other alleged survivors, told The Sun, Caroline
19:21
Speaker 1: has a very serious medical condition she has had to
19:24
Speaker 1: take care of and she has had a very uncertain
19:26
Speaker 1: future as a result. As far as her medical condition
19:30
Speaker 1: is concerned, I would leave medical causation issues up to
19:33
Speaker 1: the physician, he said. That's the approach I take as well.
19:37
Speaker 1: I'm not a doctor, right? You guys should know by
19:39
Speaker 1: now I'm not going to sit here and blow smoke
19:41
Speaker 1: up your ass, make pretend I know everything about everything,
19:43
Speaker 1: because that's not the case. And there's too many people
19:47
Speaker 1: that go down that road who act like they're a
19:49
Speaker 1: an expert in every field well i don't know shit
19:53
Speaker 1: about the medical field i don't know anything about causation
19:56
Speaker 1: when it comes to her ailments so i'll leave that
19:59
Speaker 1: up to the doctors right But if there's clinical support,
20:04
Speaker 1: that's the type of abuse she suffered at Epstein's hands,
20:07
Speaker 1: could be related to some of the conditions that she has,
20:10
Speaker 1: then obviously we'll pursue that theory in litigation, Coven said.
20:14
Speaker 1: With her medical problems and complications from that, our goal
20:17
Speaker 1: is to take care of her as well and as
20:19
Speaker 1: long as we possibly can, he added. And that should
20:23
Speaker 1: be always the goal of the lawyer, right? Try and
20:25
Speaker 1: get as much compensation for your client to help now
20:29
Speaker 1: and in the future as you possibly can. And Spencer
20:32
Speaker 1: Coven is most certainly doing his best here. Andrew 61,
20:37
Speaker 1: aka the Joe Exotic of the Windsor family, became wrapped
20:41
Speaker 1: up in the Epstein scandal after Virginia Roberts claimed she
20:45
Speaker 1: was forced to sleep with the royal when she was 17.
20:50
Speaker 1: The scandal led him to step back from his royal
20:52
Speaker 1: duties in November 2019 and After a disastrous BBC interview...
20:58
Speaker 1: In which he offered a slew of bizarre claims... To
21:01
Speaker 1: defend himself against Robert's allegations. Well, we all know how
21:06
Speaker 1: that went down. Everyone says a car crash of an interview.
21:09
Speaker 2: Screw that.
21:10
Speaker 1: It was the Hindenburg. The Titanic of interviews. One of
21:13
Speaker 1: the worst ones I have ever seen. And the fact
21:17
Speaker 1: that this joker, this clown... Refuses to come out and
21:21
Speaker 1: speak on the record... And speak to the authorities... is
21:24
Speaker 1: all you really need to know about the person who
21:27
Speaker 1: calls himself a prince. Maxwell is being held in Brooklyn's
21:34
Speaker 1: Metropolitan Detention Center on sex trafficking charges for allegedly procuring
21:39
Speaker 1: underage girls for the multi-millionaire pedophile who committed suicide, allegedly,
21:44
Speaker 1: in his Manhattan jail cell in 2019 while awaiting trial
21:49
Speaker 1: on sex trafficking charges.
21:52
Speaker 2: Well, folks, there you have it.
21:54
Speaker 1: Another one of these women, that makes two that I
21:57
Speaker 1: can count on my ten fingers as of now, that
22:01
Speaker 1: have decided no compensation fund for them, and as they
22:05
Speaker 1: would say in the mafia, instead, they're taking it to
22:09
Speaker 1: the mattresses. If you'd like to contact me, you can
22:13
Speaker 1: do that at bobbycapucciatprotonmail.com. That's B-O-B-B-Y-C-A-P-U-C-C-I at protonmail.com. You can
22:23
Speaker 1: also find me on Twitter at B-O-B-B-Y underscore C-A-P-U-C-C-I. All
22:30
Speaker 1: of the links that go with this episode can be
22:32
Speaker 1: found in the description box.
22:34
Speaker 2: All right, folks, we'll see you next time.
22:37
Speaker 1: Darren Endyke and Richard Kahn are two of the smarmiest,
22:41
Speaker 1: scummiest individuals involved in this whole entire sordid case, in
22:46
Speaker 1: my opinion. Yet somehow, they're still playing a major role.
22:51
Speaker 1: Both of these guys are executors of the estate when
22:55
Speaker 1: they should really be guests of the state instead. From
23:01
Speaker 1: the very beginning, especially Darren Endyke, they have been obstinate
23:07
Speaker 1: with the survivors. Getting the compensation fund set up was
23:12
Speaker 1: a struggle. Having it administered was a struggle. And still,
23:17
Speaker 1: to this day, Endyke and Kahn struggle. are not doing
23:21
Speaker 1: the right thing. Is it any wonder that they're named
23:27
Speaker 1: in a suit? Is it any wonder that they're being
23:30
Speaker 1: looked at criminally? These two men have zero business being
23:37
Speaker 1: involved in any of this.
23:38
Speaker 2: It's offensive.
23:41
Speaker 1: And I can only imagine if me just being some
23:44
Speaker 1: regular run-of-the-mill average moron citizen is offended. I can only
23:49
Speaker 1: imagine how the survivors feel about it. These two people
23:55
Speaker 1: should have no input or no say-so as to anything
24:01
Speaker 1: moving forward. There has to be some sort of apparatus
24:05
Speaker 1: or some sort of way to have these people removed
24:09
Speaker 1: from their positions as executors. The court needs to step
24:13
Speaker 1: in and they need to be gone. Maybe if they're indicted,
24:18
Speaker 1: they'll have to be removed. I don't know. Honestly, I
24:20
Speaker 1: don't know how any of this stuff really works when
24:22
Speaker 1: it comes to, um, executors of an estate or anything
24:26
Speaker 1: like that. This is all new to me as well.
24:28
Speaker 1: And we're all trying to work our way through it.
24:30
Speaker 2: Right.
24:31
Speaker 1: But it seems to me that if these two dudes
24:35
Speaker 1: have the cloud of, uh, responsibility in some regard as
24:42
Speaker 1: to what happened in this case it would seem to
24:44
Speaker 1: me that these two guys should not be the executors
24:48
Speaker 1: of the estate and that there has to be some
24:50
Speaker 1: sort of way to make sure that they are no
24:53
Speaker 1: longer involved because they have proven themselves time and time
24:57
Speaker 1: again as obstinate as not wanting to make things move
25:04
Speaker 1: in a quick manner and certainly not helpful So when
25:11
Speaker 1: it comes to Kahn and Indyke, I'm very, very, very.
25:18
Speaker 2: Clear about how I feel.
25:19
Speaker 1: These dudes have no business being anywhere near this case,
25:25
Speaker 1: never mind as executors. And our article today is going
25:30
Speaker 1: to go into that just a little bit. This is
25:32
Speaker 1: an article from the Miami Herald. And the headline is,
25:37
Speaker 1: Executors of Jeffrey Epstein Estate Ask Virgin Islands Judge to
25:42
Speaker 1: Seal More Records. The author of the article is Kevin G. Hall.
25:47
Speaker 1: And again, here they are again looking to get more
25:50
Speaker 1: records sealed. They want more secrecy, more privacy. I mean,
25:55
Speaker 1: how much more secrecy do you want here? This stuff,
25:58
Speaker 1: this whole entire case has been stuffed down into a
26:01
Speaker 1: hole for decades. And now all of a sudden it's
26:04
Speaker 1: coming to light. And these two idiots are talking about
26:07
Speaker 1: how they want more records sealed. I really hope that
26:11
Speaker 1: the judge tells them to beat it. I really hope
26:15
Speaker 1: that they don't get their way. And honestly, it will
26:19
Speaker 1: be a great day when we wake up and we
26:22
Speaker 1: see that both of these idiots have unsealed indictments in
26:25
Speaker 1: the news. Executors of the estate of disgraced financier, pedophile
26:33
Speaker 1: Jeffrey Epstein, asked a judge in the U.S. Virgin Islands
26:36
Speaker 1: on Tuesday to place under seal the monthly reports coming
26:40
Speaker 1: from the administrator of a special fund created to compensate
26:44
Speaker 1: Epstein's sexual abuse survivors. So why in the world would
26:49
Speaker 1: they want to have the monthly reports under seal? If
26:54
Speaker 1: they're doing the right thing, and they're treating the survivors correctly,
26:57
Speaker 1: and they're not making any dumbass stupid moves, why in
27:00
Speaker 1: the hell would they want this stuff to stay under seal?
27:03
Speaker 1: It just does not make any sense. Now, if the
27:07
Speaker 1: survivors didn't want numbers getting out as far as how
27:11
Speaker 1: much money they received, I could see that from a
27:13
Speaker 1: privacy standpoint. But the estate has no privacy anymore. They
27:17
Speaker 1: should be laid bare for everybody to see. They have, obviously...
27:22
Speaker 1: admitted to wrongdoing by Jeffrey Epstein, or they wouldn't be
27:25
Speaker 1: involved in this compensation fund, okay? So, that means I
27:30
Speaker 1: don't want to hear anything about privacy anymore from the estate.
27:34
Speaker 2: It all should be laid bare.
27:38
Speaker 1: In a 24-page filing to Judge Carolyn P. Herman Purcell,
27:42
Speaker 1: the magistrate judge of the Superior Court, the estate did
27:45
Speaker 1: not present a pressing justification for why the report should
27:49
Speaker 1: be kept secret. And I don't really care for Judge
27:52
Speaker 1: Purcell so far, as far as her rulings go. She
27:55
Speaker 1: doesn't really seem to be the type of judge that
27:59
Speaker 1: should be handling a case like this, in my opinion.
28:02
Speaker 1: But who knows? Maybe going forward, she will prove to
28:04
Speaker 1: be a bit more staunch when it comes to dealing
28:09
Speaker 1: with people like Indyke and Khan. But I'm not going
28:13
Speaker 1: to hold my breath. In order to maintain the confidentiality
28:18
Speaker 1: of the program's administrator's monthly reports, as agreed to by
28:22
Speaker 1: the Attorney General and claimant's counsel, given the importance of
28:25
Speaker 1: maintaining an effective, confidential, at claimant's sole discretion, mechanism to
28:31
Speaker 1: provide compensation to those who suffered sexual abuse at Mr.
28:34
Speaker 1: Epstein's hands, the co-executors seek the court's approval to submit
28:39
Speaker 1: the program administrator's monthly reports under seal. said the request
28:44
Speaker 1: from Darren K. Indyke and Richard Kahn, respectively the chief
28:48
Speaker 1: lawyer and accountant for the Epstein estate. It is so
28:53
Speaker 1: ridiculous that these guys actually think that people are going
28:58
Speaker 1: to be okay with this. I highly doubt anybody is
29:01
Speaker 1: going to be okay with this information coming out under seal.
29:05
Speaker 1: There has been enough of that here. What are you
29:08
Speaker 1: so scared of? What are you trying to obfuscate? It
29:13
Speaker 1: is time for the curtain to be pulled completely back
29:16
Speaker 1: and for the public to have a whole eyeful of
29:22
Speaker 1: what is occurring because some people still don't believe what
29:26
Speaker 1: is going on here. Some people don't believe it until
29:29
Speaker 1: they see it in the New York Times or one
29:31
Speaker 1: of the other propaganda machine newspapers. And we're starting to
29:38
Speaker 1: see that even the people the symbiotes and the people
29:42
Speaker 1: who had their symbiotic relationship with the CIA such as
29:46
Speaker 1: the New York Times and the Washington Post they're being
29:49
Speaker 1: forced to cover this story now as well because they want.
29:53
Speaker 2: The clicks.
29:55
Speaker 1: But some people well they're never going to believe what
29:58
Speaker 1: happened here Because the secrecy of the media. The Epstein
30:06
Speaker 1: Survivors Compensation Fund officially opened its doors on June 25th,
30:11
Speaker 1: and its new program administrator, Jordana Jordy Feldman, filed required
30:16
Speaker 1: monthly reports to the court on August 3rd and again
30:20
Speaker 1: last week.
30:22
Speaker 2: So.
30:23
Speaker 1: These are the reports that they want sealed, right? Kahn
30:26
Speaker 1: and Indyk don't want these reports out for the public
30:29
Speaker 1: to consume for whatever reason. My guess would be it's
30:33
Speaker 1: because Kahn and Indyk are still up to scumbaggery. There
30:38
Speaker 1: is no indication that Feldman sought to have her reports
30:41
Speaker 1: filed under seal since all parties had already agreed on
30:44
Speaker 1: their confidentiality. In fact... Her fund's website notes that her
30:48
Speaker 1: monthly communication to the court will report on an aggregate
30:52
Speaker 1: level only. No individual claimant information will be published or
30:57
Speaker 1: disclosed in a way that compromises claimant confidentiality.
31:01
Speaker 2: Well, that's good, right?
31:03
Speaker 1: Again, if the claimants, the survivors, don't want their information
31:06
Speaker 1: out there, then that's up to them. They have been
31:10
Speaker 1: through enough, and I think that they have earned the
31:13
Speaker 1: right to some privacy at this point. Now, in DykenCon...
31:18
Speaker 1: Not so much.
31:19
Speaker 2: All right.
31:20
Speaker 1: It's the state needs to be looking at them. And remember,
31:23
Speaker 1: the state, I know this is going to be mind
31:25
Speaker 1: boggling for some people to understand and hard for some
31:28
Speaker 1: people to let seep in. But remember, the state works
31:32
Speaker 1: for us. OK, so Indyke and Khan should not have
31:36
Speaker 1: any privacy and the estate should not have any privacy.
31:42
Speaker 1: Tuesday's filing by the co-executors does provide some insight into
31:46
Speaker 1: the compensation fund, which was designed to give Epstein survivors
31:50
Speaker 1: a more private forum away from the court battles to
31:53
Speaker 1: seek a measure of financial redress for what happened to them.
31:58
Speaker 1: The filing from Indyk and Kahn said 47 individuals have
32:01
Speaker 1: submitted claims to the confidential compensation fund, that eight determinations
32:06
Speaker 1: have been made and individual claimants informed, and that no
32:10
Speaker 1: funds have yet been distributed. The filing also said the
32:14
Speaker 1: deadline for accepting claims is March 25th, 2021. So eight
32:20
Speaker 1: determinations have been made out of the 47 claims that
32:25
Speaker 1: have been submitted so far.
32:27
Speaker 2: As to what.
32:28
Speaker 1: Those numbers are, we have no idea. That has not
32:30
Speaker 1: been released so far.
32:31
Speaker 2: We don't know.
32:32
Speaker 1: Nobody's talked about it. It remains confidential. So what I
32:37
Speaker 1: will say is at least there is some movement here, right?
32:40
Speaker 1: That's a good thing. But again, I will reserve judgment
32:44
Speaker 1: until we see how this claim process all shakes out.
32:47
Speaker 1: I'm not going to sit here and act like, oh,
32:50
Speaker 1: everything's going great. I have no idea, right? The only
32:53
Speaker 1: information I have is the same information that we're all
32:55
Speaker 1: reading right here. But at least it's not sitting idle.
32:59
Speaker 1: There has been eight determinations. Are those determinations.
33:04
Speaker 2: Correct?
33:05
Speaker 1: Are they going to be accepted? Who knows?
33:07
Speaker 2: We'll have to see.
33:09
Speaker 1: The issue of sealed documents has vastly complicated a number
33:13
Speaker 1: of civil suits involving Ghislaine Maxwell, Epstein's alleged madam, co-conspirator,
33:19
Speaker 1: fellow child abuser, general all-around scumbag, and bipedal serpent. The
33:24
Speaker 1: Miami Herald sued for the release of the documents in
33:26
Speaker 1: a civil suit settled in 2017 between Maxwell and Virginia Roberts,
33:32
Speaker 1: Epstein's longtime accuser who alleges the two trafficked underage girls
33:37
Speaker 1: for sex and abused them. The release of those documents
33:41
Speaker 1: has led to a lengthy legal fight as Maxwell's lawyers
33:44
Speaker 1: attempt to keep secret a deposition from her that they
33:48
Speaker 1: say will prejudice her in her criminal case. She was
33:52
Speaker 1: arrested on July 2nd on charges she aided Epstein's alleged
33:56
Speaker 1: sexual crimes. Now, we know that the lawyers for Ghislaine
34:01
Speaker 1: Maxwell have been going hard in the paint to keep
34:05
Speaker 1: this stuff sealed. They've tried every trick in the book.
34:08
Speaker 1: They've tried to slow things down. They've tried to muddy
34:11
Speaker 1: the waters. And they have also tried to say that, oh,
34:15
Speaker 1: we have confidential information. It has just appeared and it's
34:19
Speaker 1: going to change everything. And none of it has worked.
34:24
Speaker 1: All the money she has spent on these high profile lawyers,
34:28
Speaker 1: all the time they have spent wrangling and negotiating behind
34:33
Speaker 1: the scenes, all of the loopholes they've attempted to jump
34:37
Speaker 1: through have all turned up nada for them. And I
34:43
Speaker 1: really like the way that it's going. It really looks
34:46
Speaker 1: like for the first time that these people are finally
34:50
Speaker 1: on the ropes, that these people are finally on the run. Or,
34:56
Speaker 1: as I like to say, in 2020, the predators most
35:03
Speaker 1: assuredly have become the prey. And we see that as
35:08
Speaker 1: the court keeps handing L's to Ghislaine Maxwell. We see
35:11
Speaker 1: people like Glenn Dubin getting subpoenaed. And we see people
35:16
Speaker 1: like Darren Kahn, Richard Kahn and Darren Indyke under the microscope. Now, again, remember,
35:25
Speaker 1: the grand jury is still impaneled. They are still investigating
35:29
Speaker 1: the And I would not be shocked if there are
35:31
Speaker 1: many sealed indictments that have to do with this case.
35:38
Speaker 1: And if Indyk and Khan or one of the other
35:41
Speaker 1: is named in one of those sealed indictments, again, I
35:45
Speaker 1: will not be shocked. They played a critical and crucial
35:49
Speaker 1: role in helping Jeffrey Epstein maintain his criminal sex trafficking
35:56
Speaker 1: international enterprise. Is that clear enough? Indyk and Kahn, both
36:03
Speaker 1: longtime Epstein associates, are co-executors of Epstein's will, which was
36:08
Speaker 1: changed shortly before he was ruled dead by hanging in
36:11
Speaker 1: a Manhattan jail cell in August of 2019. They face
36:16
Speaker 1: a civil enforcement action by the Attorney General of the U.S.
36:19
Speaker 1: Virgin Islands, Denise George, who alleges they are part of
36:23
Speaker 1: an ongoing criminal enterprise. Lawyers for the Epstein estate had
36:28
Speaker 1: no immediate comment, nor did Feldman's office. Yeah, it's not
36:33
Speaker 1: even alleging at this point. It's obvious that Khan and
36:36
Speaker 1: Indyk were part of the Epstein operation. They were part
36:40
Speaker 1: of the inner circle. And Indyk especially has his dirty-ass
36:46
Speaker 1: fingerprints all over this case. His signature is everywhere. He
36:51
Speaker 1: helped out the Associates. He helped out the Corps 4.
36:55
Speaker 1: And for some reason and somehow... This man is involved
37:00
Speaker 1: as an executor of the estate. I cannot wait for
37:06
Speaker 1: the day that Darren Indyke faces the music. If you'd
37:14
Speaker 1: like to contact me, you can do that at bobbycapucci
37:17
Speaker 1: at protonmail.com. That's B-O-B-B-Y-C-A-P-U-C-C-I at protonmail.com. You can also find

37:38
Speaker 1: this episode can be found in the description box. What's
37:41
Speaker 1: up everyone and welcome back to the Epstein Chronicles. Today,
37:45
Speaker 1: we're going to switch gears a bit and we're going
37:47
Speaker 1: to check in on the estate. Now, ever since the
37:51
Speaker 1: compensation fund has been paid out, and the survivors have
37:56
Speaker 1: received their restitution, we haven't heard too much about what's
37:59
Speaker 1: going on with the remaining assets that are still in
38:03
Speaker 1: the possession of Jeffrey Epstein's estate and the executors. Well,
38:09
Speaker 1: there's an article out from Law and Crime that is
38:12
Speaker 1: discussing this very thing. And according to this article, Jeffrey
38:17
Speaker 1: Epstein's estate hasn't paid bills in months. Now, they're claiming
38:23
Speaker 1: that the reason behind that is the liens that have
38:26
Speaker 1: been put on the estate by Denise George, the Attorney
38:30
Speaker 1: General down in the Virgin Islands. So let's dive into
38:34
Speaker 1: this article this morning, and let's see if we can
38:37
Speaker 1: make heads or tails of what in the hell is
38:39
Speaker 1: going on with Jeffrey Epstein's estate down in the Virgin Islands.
38:45
Speaker 1: This article was authored by Chris Spargo. And like I said,
38:52
Speaker 1: it was published by Law and Crime. Headline, Executors of
38:58
Speaker 1: Jeffrey Epstein's estate file emergency motion seeking funds. Reveal bills
39:03
Speaker 1: have not been paid in months. Pretty interesting that Chris
39:07
Speaker 1: Spargo is writing for Law and Crime now. He was
39:09
Speaker 1: over at Radar Online and a couple of other publications
39:13
Speaker 1: such as that. and he did exceptional work as far
39:17
Speaker 1: as the Epstein estate goes and digging into some of
39:21
Speaker 1: these allegations made by Denise George. So it's nice to
39:25
Speaker 1: see him over here at Law and Crime at a
39:27
Speaker 1: pretty reputable publication. Good for Chris Spargo. The executors of
39:34
Speaker 1: Jeffrey Epstein's estate claim they can no longer perform their
39:37
Speaker 1: administrative duties and have not paid a bill in months
39:41
Speaker 1: because of liens put in place by U.S. Virgin Islands
39:43
Speaker 1: Attorney General Denise George. Now, we all know that Denise
39:48
Speaker 1: George has it set up so that the Virgin Islands
39:52
Speaker 1: get some money out of this estate, if at all possible.
39:56
Speaker 1: That is her goal, to try and get some restitution
39:58
Speaker 1: for the Virgin Islands, which, in her opinion, have been
40:04
Speaker 1: terribly wronged by Jeffrey Epstein. While I kind of agree
40:08
Speaker 1: with her as far as Epstein being a scumbag while
40:11
Speaker 1: down in the Virgin Islands, there were a lot of officials,
40:15
Speaker 1: in official capacities, That helped enable Jeffrey Epstein's behavior. People
40:19
Speaker 1: who worked for the U.S. Virgin Islands government. People who
40:23
Speaker 1: worked in the tax sector down there. So they set
40:26
Speaker 1: Epstein up with all of these favorable accounts and favorable
40:30
Speaker 1: tax structures. And now, when all is said and done
40:34
Speaker 1: and everything comes to light, the U.S. Virgin Islands thinks
40:38
Speaker 1: they should have some of this money? Again, it doesn't
40:41
Speaker 1: sit right with me. In an emergency motion obtained by
40:47
Speaker 1: Law and Crime, lawyers for Darren Indyke and Richard Kahn
40:51
Speaker 1: are now asking the court to issue an order instructing
40:54
Speaker 1: George to release $ 1. 78 million from Epstein's first bank account.
41:01
Speaker 1: So the estate's saying here that if Denise George doesn't
41:04
Speaker 1: release these funds, there's no way that the estate can
41:07
Speaker 1: pay their bills. My question is, why does the estate
41:10
Speaker 1: even have bills anymore? How come all of these properties
41:13
Speaker 1: weren't liquidated Before the compensation fund started paying out like
41:18
Speaker 1: for instance now all of these girls who settled already
41:22
Speaker 1: Aren't going to get a taste of whatever money comes
41:25
Speaker 1: from the sale of the Virgin Islands They're not going
41:27
Speaker 1: to get a taste of what comes from the Zorro
41:30
Speaker 1: Ranch cell. Here's an idea That property at Zorro Ranch
41:35
Speaker 1: just be seized by the government and then given over
41:39
Speaker 1: to a human trafficking organization and they should use that
41:44
Speaker 1: land to help women who have been trafficked, to help
41:46
Speaker 1: women who have been abused. That would be a real
41:51
Speaker 1: punch to the gut of Jeffrey Epstein's criminal enterprise, wouldn't it?
41:55
Speaker 1: His prize jewel down there at Zorro Ranch, right next
41:59
Speaker 1: to the Santa Fe Institute, being used as a human
42:03
Speaker 1: trafficking refuge. But of course, you know, stuff like that
42:07
Speaker 1: never happens. These liens have been a source of much
42:12
Speaker 1: contentious debate between the executors and George, both in court
42:16
Speaker 1: filings and during court appearances. The motion accuses the Attorney
42:21
Speaker 1: General of impeding the lawful administration of the estate and
42:25
Speaker 1: jeopardizing the value of the estate's assets by sitting on
42:29
Speaker 1: an estate request for a release of funds. So they
42:32
Speaker 1: have had a very, very tough relationship. shall we say,
42:41
Speaker 1: Denise George and the estate. It has been very contentious.
42:44
Speaker 1: They have had a lot of acid going back and
42:49
Speaker 1: forth between the lawyers for the estate and Denise George.
42:54
Speaker 1: And she has done everything in her power to make
42:56
Speaker 1: things difficult on these people, which I happen to agree with, honestly.
43:00
Speaker 1: Indyk and Khan, the executors of this estate, are basically co-conspirators.
43:05
Speaker 1: How they're even involved in this is beyond me. So
43:09
Speaker 1: now that the compensation fund has been paid out, I
43:12
Speaker 1: hope that Denise George continues to shove her thumb in
43:15
Speaker 1: their eye. The only thing that I disagree with pretty
43:18
Speaker 1: much from George here is her trying to get this
43:21
Speaker 1: money for the Virgin Islands, right? I think her SECO
43:25
Speaker 1: lawsuit's great. I think all of that's good stuff. But
43:28
Speaker 1: I hope it's for the right reasons. According to the motion,
43:34
Speaker 1: the money is needed to cover the estate's expenses for
43:37
Speaker 1: the first three months of this year and legal bills
43:40
Speaker 1: from October and November of last year. I mean, how
43:43
Speaker 1: many more legal bills can you guys possibly have? You
43:47
Speaker 1: paid out the survivors. Enough with trimming the hedges and shit, right?
43:50
Speaker 1: Sell these properties and be done with it. You're just
43:53
Speaker 1: sitting here blowing through money that should be going to
43:57
Speaker 1: Jeffrey Epstein's survivors. Lawyers for the executors claim that the
44:05
Speaker 1: 12-week delay in getting these funds has resulted in service
44:09
Speaker 1: providers refusing to work for the estate, vendors charging late
44:13
Speaker 1: fees as payments drag on, and some companies are now
44:16
Speaker 1: declining to work with the estate. I think that some
44:19
Speaker 1: companies should have declined to work with the estate previously.
44:23
Speaker 1: But it's all about money, right? You don't pay your bills,
44:25
Speaker 1: we're not coming to work. But if you're Jeffrey Epstein,
44:29
Speaker 1: we'll be there anyway if the bills are paid. Again,
44:33
Speaker 1: why are there people working around these properties? Let's get
44:38
Speaker 1: a very bare-bones, skeleton crew type of group in there
44:42
Speaker 1: to keep things maintained, the hedges trimmed and shit like that.
44:46
Speaker 1: Do we really need to have the power on in
44:47
Speaker 1: all of these places? Do we really need to have
44:49
Speaker 1: cable in all of these places? None of that needs
44:52
Speaker 1: to happen. Save that money. Again, this money should have
44:57
Speaker 1: all went to those survivors. The harm to the estate
45:02
Speaker 1: from the government's refusal to abide by its promises is
45:05
Speaker 1: growing daily. The estate has been unable to pay its
45:08
Speaker 1: bills for months, is incurring late fees on the past
45:13
Speaker 1: due invoices, and faces threats of the actual termination of
45:17
Speaker 1: services at its properties, reads the emergency motion filed on Friday. Oh, well,
45:22
Speaker 1: welcome to the real world where people have problems paying
45:25
Speaker 1: their bills. Welcome to the real world where people can't
45:29
Speaker 1: keep the lights on sometimes. I mean, are we supposed
45:32
Speaker 1: to feel sorry for these guys? Here's an idea. Stop
45:38
Speaker 1: wasting money. Stop spending money needlessly on dumb shit around
45:42
Speaker 1: the estate. When I saw that they still had, you know,
45:45
Speaker 1: cable and paying for satellite and all this other stuff,
45:49
Speaker 1: I asked myself, how is that even possible? Why would
45:52
Speaker 1: you need all of that stuff still coming out of
45:56
Speaker 1: the bank account? Shut it all down. Turn the lights off.
45:59
Speaker 1: put a for sale sign on, and be done with it.
46:07
Speaker 1: The estate will soon be unable to maintain its properties,
46:10
Speaker 1: defend civil litigation, or settle pending claims, fulfill regular administrative duties,
46:16
Speaker 1: and pay the remaining fees and costs of the Epstein
46:19
Speaker 1: Victims Compensation Fund. Well, that's unacceptable. The compensation fund should
46:24
Speaker 1: be the first and the only thing that's being paid
46:26
Speaker 1: out before any single cent Is distributed to anybody else.
46:31
Speaker 1: Or to any entity.
46:32
Speaker 2: To any creditor.
46:35
Speaker 1: The compensation fund needs to be. Paid out to these women.
46:38
Speaker 1: And they need to be made whole. Really not that difficult.
46:45
Speaker 1: Email submitted with the emergency motion. Reveal the estate on
46:48
Speaker 1: December 16th. First asked for a partial.
46:51
Speaker 2: Lean release.
46:52
Speaker 1: Of $ 1, 730, 990. 10. $ 1, 730, 990. 10. in an email to Deputy Attorney General
47:00
Speaker 1: Carol Jacobs. Specifically, the estate requests funds to cover $ 1, 289, 974. 43
47:05
Speaker 1: in legal fees during October and November and funds to
47:06
Speaker 1: cover $ 76, 332. 25 in third-party identification fees of legal fees, writes
47:09
Speaker 1: estate attorney Mark Weinstein, of the law firm Hughes Hubbard
47:26
Speaker 1: and Reed. So basically, they have legal bills coming out
47:29
Speaker 1: of the old wazoo still. And if the funds aren't
47:33
Speaker 1: released by the Attorney General down in the Virgin Islands,
47:37
Speaker 1: then they're not going to be able to fulfill these
47:40
Speaker 1: obligations financially. And they're going to go into default and
47:44
Speaker 1: all kinds of other things. Again, I really don't care
47:47
Speaker 1: about the estate. I don't care if it becomes insolvent.
47:50
Speaker 1: I don't care if they lose every single dime they have.
47:53
Speaker 1: and people come and repossess their toothbrushes. I don't care.
47:57
Speaker 1: As long as that compensation money gets paid out to
48:00
Speaker 1: the survivors, then everybody else, I could care less about.
48:08
Speaker 1: In the first email, Weinstein also explains that the sale
48:11
Speaker 1: of certain Pratani artwork in Paris for a total of £ 144, 819. 53
48:15
Speaker 1: pounds has left the estate with enough money to cover
48:22
Speaker 1: the costs and expenses related to the upkeep of that
48:25
Speaker 1: apartment during the first quarter.
48:27
Speaker 2: So the artwork.
48:29
Speaker 1: That they were able to piece off over in Paris
48:32
Speaker 1: is enough to cover the upkeep there, but they still
48:35
Speaker 1: need more, obviously, for their other obligations.
48:40
Speaker 2: That leaves $ 364, 683.
48:41
Speaker 1: 42 for the estate's two private islands, Ranch, and the
48:49
Speaker 1: storage of Epstein's art. Again, why does this guy, why
48:53
Speaker 1: does he still have art? Why hasn't this art all
48:55
Speaker 1: been sold off already? You mean to tell me there's
48:58
Speaker 1: no market for art after what we just discussed yesterday?
49:02
Speaker 1: And how there's a gigantic push for money launderers in
49:08
Speaker 1: the art market? You mean to tell me none of
49:10
Speaker 1: these rich people want to buy this guy's art, huh?
49:12
Speaker 1: So we're just going to keep it stored someplace and
49:14
Speaker 1: have to pay for it? A few days later, George's
49:19
Speaker 1: office wrote back. with a few questions. A lawyer working
49:22
Speaker 1: with the attorney general asked why it would cost $ 212, 000
49:25
Speaker 1: to keep the New Mexico ranch running for three months.
49:30
Speaker 1: She also wondered why the cost to store art would
49:32
Speaker 1: be $ 52, 000 and wanted to know when those properties in
49:37
Speaker 1: Paris and New Mexico were going to sell. Those are
49:40
Speaker 1: all valid and legitimate questions. Why does it cost $ 212, 000
49:43
Speaker 1: to keep a New Mexico ranch running when there's nobody
49:47
Speaker 1: on the ranch, there's no working animals on the ranch,
49:50
Speaker 1: there's none of that. It's just a property that's sitting there.
49:53
Speaker 1: Have somebody come in a couple times a week, trim
49:56
Speaker 1: the hedges, and be done with it. $ 212 for upkeep?
50:01
Speaker 1: Are you kidding me right now? She also commented on
50:07
Speaker 1: the estate's big sale in Paris. The email accompanying the
50:10
Speaker 1: request indicates that artwork totaling more than 144,000 euros was sold,
50:15
Speaker 1: covering the Paris expenses. The Paris expenses have traditionally run
50:20
Speaker 1: only around 100,000 or 94,000 dollars, 100,000 pounds or 94,000 dollars,
50:27
Speaker 1: wrote Carmen Sessions Scott. Assuming excess proceeds exist from the sale,
50:33
Speaker 1: please provide when those will be deposited. If the Paris
50:36
Speaker 1: expenses were for some reason much higher during this period,
50:39
Speaker 1: please explain. So basically, they're not letting the estate get
50:43
Speaker 1: away with anything. They want every single red cent accounted for.
50:48
Speaker 2: And I don't blame them. Look who you're dealing with.
50:51
Speaker 1: Indyk and Khan, two of the most notorious people within
50:54
Speaker 1: Jeffrey Epstein's criminal enterprise? Yeah, I'd be looking at them
50:58
Speaker 1: under a microscope as well. Weinstein followed up four times
51:04
Speaker 1: with Georgia's office before getting a response on January 28th.
51:08
Speaker 1: The delay and lack of response to our inquiries appear
51:11
Speaker 1: to be without justification and impair the co-executor's ability to
51:16
Speaker 1: administer the estate, wrote Weinstein in that email. So again, look,
51:20
Speaker 1: there is a lot of animosity here. This is a
51:22
Speaker 1: broken relationship between the Attorney General's office down in the
51:26
Speaker 1: United States Virgin Islands and the executors. There's been some
51:30
Speaker 1: huge claims made by Denise George and leveled at the
51:34
Speaker 1: executors themselves. So you know that there's a lot of
51:37
Speaker 1: animosity here anyway. And that if the prosecution, the attorney
51:43
Speaker 1: general's office, can make life difficult for them, that is
51:46
Speaker 1: exactly what they plan on doing. We request that the
51:50
Speaker 1: government issue the release on Monday so that the co-executors
51:54
Speaker 1: can administer the estate. If there is a reason that
51:57
Speaker 1: the lien cannot be released on Monday, please provide us
52:00
Speaker 1: with that explanation. Chief Deputy Attorney General Carol Thomas responded
52:05
Speaker 1: six minutes later, writing, We received your request and we
52:08
Speaker 1: are reviewing it internally. Basically, what they're saying there is,
52:12
Speaker 1: you know, when you call like a government office and
52:16
Speaker 1: you get somebody on the line finally, and then they're like, oh,
52:18
Speaker 1: will you please hold so I can transfer you? That's
52:20
Speaker 1: basically what it's like. Oh, yeah, we're going to review
52:22
Speaker 1: this and then we'll get back to you. That is
52:25
Speaker 1: the last response Weinstein got, despite sending three additional emails.
52:30
Speaker 1: So look, what's going on down there in the Virgin Islands?
52:33
Speaker 1: Why isn't the prosecutor's office responding here? As much as
52:37
Speaker 1: I despise the estate, probably a good idea for the
52:42
Speaker 1: people holding a lien to respond in some manner. That
52:47
Speaker 1: was the only response the executors got, save a January
52:51
Speaker 1: 28th email that read, we received your request and we're
52:54
Speaker 1: reviewing it internally. Those emails submitted by the executors make
52:59
Speaker 1: their frustration clear, but there are a number of reasons
53:02
Speaker 1: why George has been hesitant to free up money for
53:05
Speaker 1: the estate. because they're clowns and they can't be trusted, really.
53:09
Speaker 1: Let's be honest here. Lawyers for the executors discussed why
53:13
Speaker 1: they need as much money as they do to manage
53:16
Speaker 1: the New Mexico ranch. Among other such examples, counsel for
53:20
Speaker 1: the co-executors explained that the company responsible for providing propane
53:25
Speaker 1: to heat the estate's New Mexico property was threatening to
53:28
Speaker 1: stop upcoming deliveries in the middle of the winter without
53:32
Speaker 1: a payment, a threat that has now become reality. And
53:35
Speaker 1: necessary HVAC, critical repairs and maintenance necessary for the property,
53:40
Speaker 1: could not be done unless and until the government releases
53:44
Speaker 1: state funds. Why do they need to heat the place?
53:47
Speaker 1: Nobody should even be living there. Nobody should be active
53:49
Speaker 1: on the property. Nobody should be, you know, bunking up there.
53:54
Speaker 2: None of that stuff.
53:55
Speaker 1: So why do we need to have a bunch of
53:57
Speaker 1: propane delivered? A review of the six-quarterly accounting statement obtained
54:02
Speaker 1: by Law and Crime reveals that in the first three
54:04
Speaker 1: months of 2021, the estate spent $ 54, 427. 92 on propane and oil,
54:06
Speaker 1: with over $ 45, 000 of that money going to purchase propane. Again,
54:21
Speaker 1: I don't understand. It's not like there's a party there.
54:25
Speaker 1: Is there some kind of sleepover camp going on at
54:27
Speaker 1: Epstein's that we don't know about? Why is this place
54:31
Speaker 1: pumping so much money into resources? That means the estate
54:36
Speaker 1: purchased over 19,000 gallons of propane in just three months,
54:40
Speaker 1: given the cost of propane at the time. Even if
54:44
Speaker 1: you add the $ 29, 249. 86 the estate paid to Central New
54:45
Speaker 1: Mexico Electric in the first three months of last year,
54:47
Speaker 1: along with the $ 42, 732. 34 for property management services and reimbursements,
54:49
Speaker 1: as detailed in the quarterly accountant statement, The total comes
55:05
Speaker 1: to $ 126, 409, 865. That is almost $ 100, 000 less than the executors
55:07
Speaker 1: requested from the district attorney. You see, the math doesn't
55:09
Speaker 1: add up. And when we're dealing with all of this
55:10
Speaker 1: stuff here and these executors, it's understandable. Why the holder
55:34
Speaker 1: of the lien, the Attorney General down in the Virgin Islands,
55:37
Speaker 1: would be so hesitant. Nothing ever adds up with these people.
55:41
Speaker 1: So that's why I said from the beginning, there has
55:44
Speaker 1: to be some kind of mechanism to remove them from
55:46
Speaker 1: their position as executors. But yet here we are all
55:49
Speaker 1: these years later, and the same old bullshit's still happening.
55:54
Speaker 1: There are also questions about the art owned by the estate.
55:58
Speaker 1: The six-quarterly accounting document valued Epstein's art collection at $ 338, 804.
56:02
Speaker 1: The estate wants $ 52, 000 to store that art, according to
56:03
Speaker 1: the emergency motion. But, according to the quarterly statement, a
56:06
Speaker 1: year ago, the estate paid $ 37, 199. 80 for art storage to
56:08
Speaker 1: Paul Mall Art Advisors and Atlier IV. So, they want
56:11
Speaker 1: more money to store the art? I guess maybe there's
56:28
Speaker 1: a cost bump with inflation and everything. I guess that
56:31
Speaker 1: might explain it. But still, all of it looks shady
56:35
Speaker 1: as hell. In the sixth quarterly statement, the estate had
56:38
Speaker 1: over $ 4. 5 million in legal fees, including $ 1, 679, 000 to Hughes
56:41
Speaker 1: Hubbard Reed, $ 735, 987 to McLaughlin Stern, $ 707, 565 to Troutman Sanders,
57:00
Speaker 1: and $ 252, 171 to Keller Hall's Ferguson-Crobin. Talk about having some
57:05
Speaker 1: legal bills. Imagine being such a piece-of-shit scumbag that even
57:09
Speaker 1: in death you were incurring all of these legal bills?
57:14
Speaker 1: And while it's unclear what the Victim's Compensation Fund is
57:17
Speaker 1: billing the estate, given the operation last summer....
57:21
Speaker 2: The request for $ 50, 549.
57:22
Speaker 1: 71 that Weinstein requested at one point from George's office
57:29
Speaker 1: is far less than the $ 1, 452, 544 in operating expenses paid
57:37
Speaker 1: to the administrator and her team between January and March
57:41
Speaker 1: of last year, according to the quarterly accounting statement.
57:45
Speaker 2: Look, what do we always say, right?
57:47
Speaker 1: Follow the money. And if you follow the money, inevitably
57:50
Speaker 1: you're going to end up in the office of a
57:52
Speaker 1: scumbag like Indyk or Khan. The government's inaction is preventing
57:57
Speaker 1: the co-executors from fulfilling their obligations to administer the estate.
58:01
Speaker 1: The estate has properties that must be managed, employees who
58:05
Speaker 1: must be paid, and a multitude of tasks to carry
58:08
Speaker 1: out to keep the administration of the estate moving forward
58:12
Speaker 1: and to preserve the estate's assets. State the lawyers for
58:16
Speaker 1: Indyk and Khan in their filings? The government is literally
58:20
Speaker 1: turning out the lights on the estate, which will have
58:22
Speaker 1: a substantial detrimental impact. In short, without access to these funds,
58:27
Speaker 1: the estate cannot function, the estate's assets will deteriorate and
58:32
Speaker 1: become less valuable for sale, and the co-executors are unable
58:36
Speaker 1: to carry out their fiduciary responsibilities. Well, the question is, honestly,
58:41
Speaker 1: why haven't those properties been sold already? What are you
58:44
Speaker 1: waiting for? So now if they distribute some more funds,
58:47
Speaker 1: that's going to get things kicked into motion? Now you're
58:50
Speaker 1: going to get things moving in the right direction?
58:52
Speaker 2: It's a joke. They're a joke. The whole process is
58:54
Speaker 2: a joke.
58:55
Speaker 1: And the fact that there's still money on the table
58:58
Speaker 1: here and it's not going to the survivors is the
59:00
Speaker 1: biggest joke. George has questioned a number of the estate's
59:05
Speaker 1: expenses from the start, as has the judge. In December...
59:10
Speaker 1: over $ 500, 000 in interim pay applications from Troutman Sanders and
59:15
Speaker 1: over $ 500, 000 to Keller Hall's Ferguson Croblan were denied with prejudice.
59:21
Speaker 1: The subject of George's liens and the estate's expenses are
59:24
Speaker 1: sure to be among the topics at the status conference
59:27
Speaker 1: scheduled for Wednesday. So that conference is today. We'll get
59:30
Speaker 1: a little bit more about this, I hope, and we'll
59:33
Speaker 1: update it, obviously. But for the judge to throw out
59:37
Speaker 1: the payments, the interim pay of 500 grand to both
59:40
Speaker 1: of those law firms, it's a pretty significant shot to them.
59:45
Speaker 1: Lawyers for Epstein, Indyk, Kahn, and Ghislaine Maxwell will all
59:49
Speaker 1: gather in a Virgin Islands courtroom. A judge there designated
59:53
Speaker 1: their cases as complex. Court officials closely monitor a complex
59:57
Speaker 1: case to ensure there is no undue burden on one
1:00:00
Speaker 1: person or group. Given the years of history and never-ending
1:00:04
Speaker 1: lawsuits being filed, in this still mystery, it is little
1:00:09
Speaker 1: surprise that these cases would fit that mold. 100%. Is
1:00:13
Speaker 1: there a crazier or weirder case out there? One with
1:00:16
Speaker 1: more twists and turns? Maxwell, who is simply seeking money
1:00:20
Speaker 1: from the estate to cover legal bills... almost avoided that
1:00:24
Speaker 1: complex classification. The judge wrote in his decision, although the
1:00:28
Speaker 1: court agrees in general with Ghislaine and the co-executors, that
1:00:32
Speaker 1: at first glance Maxwell does not appear to be complex,
1:00:35
Speaker 1: both sides neglected to mention, or intentionally omitted, that the
1:00:40
Speaker 1: government has moved to intervene. In its motion, the government
1:00:43
Speaker 1: maintains that Ghislaine is the subject of a local investigation
1:00:47
Speaker 1: concerning her role in Epstein's alleged criminal activity. she has
