Transcript
- 0:00Speaker 1: And we're going to discuss an article from the great
- 0:04Speaker 1: Kate Bricklett over at the Daily Beast. And the headline
- 0:08Speaker 1: of this article? Epstein kept dossiers on his survivors to
- 0:14Speaker 1: blackmail them. Now, if you've been following this case, like
- 0:20Speaker 1: I'm guessing most of you listening to this podcast right
- 0:23Speaker 1: now have been, then you know that Epstein kept dossiers
- 0:27Speaker 1: on everybody. So it would make sense that he'd have
- 0:31Speaker 1: dossiers on the girls as well. You know, it was
- 0:35Speaker 1: all part of the blackmail scheme, right? Compromise. The more
- 0:39Speaker 1: information you have, the better position you set yourself up in.
- 0:44Speaker 1: Especially in that kind of world. And even if you're
- 0:47Speaker 1: not an intelligence asset, even if you're not working for
- 0:51Speaker 1: an intelligence division, even if you're just in a boardroom,
- 0:57Speaker 1: or you're in a competitive, highly competitive field, the same
- 1:04Speaker 1: thing occurs. Information gathering, doing intel, oppo research, it's the
- 1:13Speaker 1: bread and butter for these sorts of people. And Jeffrey
- 1:18Speaker 1: Epstein certainly was no different. He had a dossier on
- 1:21Speaker 1: a dossier and a dossier on top of a dossier
- 1:24Speaker 1: for everybody. Now that Kate is reporting on this and
- 1:32Speaker 1: bringing it out and putting a pen to page, you know,
- 1:36Speaker 1: it makes it more tangible, right? You can look at
- 1:38Speaker 1: it and say, holy Toledo, what do you know? And
- 1:43Speaker 1: then you can refer to it and show it to
- 1:45Speaker 1: your friends, like I call them, the unsullied, who might
- 1:48Speaker 1: not know anything about the case. And all you have
- 1:52Speaker 1: to do is link them to, you know, three or
- 1:54Speaker 1: four articles, and before you know it, people will be
- 1:56Speaker 1: sending you messages like, what in the hell is going
- 1:59Speaker 1: on with this case? So that's why it's awesome to
- 2:04Speaker 1: see people like Kate and some others really, you know,
- 2:08Speaker 1: carry the torch as far as people in the quote-unquote
- 2:11Speaker 1: legacy media. So let's jump into this article and let's
- 2:16Speaker 1: see what's what. A survivor of Jeffrey Epstein's sex ring
- 2:21Speaker 1: claims that a financial advisory firm linked to the deceased
- 2:25Speaker 1: trafficker coaxed women into marriages, put their names on falsified documents,
- 2:31Speaker 1: and kept dossiers on survivors that the pedophile financier loaned
- 2:36Speaker 1: her out to his powerful friends for abuse, according to
- 2:40Speaker 1: new court papers. So, Indyk, Khan, the financial advisory firm, HBRK,
- 2:52Speaker 1: to be exact, was involved in all of this according
- 2:57Speaker 1: to several different survivors. And now you have one of
- 3:02Speaker 1: the survivors coming out, Priscilla Doe, and saying that that
- 3:08Speaker 1: firm was involved with all of it. Pretty much putting
- 3:13Speaker 1: a stamp on the speculation, right? Look, everybody has speculated and,
- 3:18Speaker 1: you know, more than speculated, I should say. At this point,
- 3:22Speaker 1: there's a lot of circumstantial evidence that proves her allegations.
- 3:28Speaker 1: But with her coming out, Priscilla Doe, and putting this
- 3:31Speaker 1: on the record and naming them, naming HBRK for taking
- 3:37Speaker 1: part in the sham marriages, taking part in falsified documentation
- 3:43Speaker 1: and all of that, well, it becomes a bit more real, right?
- 3:50Speaker 1: Priscilla Doe, a New York ballet dancer who says Epstein
- 3:54Speaker 1: abused her from 2006 to 2012, spells out more disturbing
- 3:59Speaker 1: accusations against the wealthy sex offender and a mysterious corporate
- 4:03Speaker 1: entity known as HBRK Associates Incorporated. The firm was once
- 4:09Speaker 1: registered to Richard Kahn, Epstein's longtime accountant and co-executor of
- 4:14Speaker 1: his roughly $ 210 million estate. So... Indyke and Khan were
- 4:22Speaker 1: basically connected to Epstein at the hip. We all know that.
- 4:25Speaker 1: We know that Indyke was there from the jump. He
- 4:28Speaker 1: was the house lawyer. Epstein's generic version of Tom Hagen.
- 4:34Speaker 1: You know, the guy that's around to offer advice, fix things,
- 4:39Speaker 1: bring some money out, pay off people who need to
- 4:41Speaker 1: be paid off. And, you know, go to the ATM
- 4:45Speaker 1: and the bank and get involved in structured withdrawals as well. Because,
- 4:50Speaker 1: you know, he's so bright and all. But that's who
- 4:54Speaker 1: HBRK was. Indyke and Khan, the money manager and the lawyer.
- 5:00Speaker 1: It's nice to see Khan get some shine finally, right?
- 5:03Speaker 1: This guy very rarely, no one ever talks about Khan.
- 5:08Speaker 1: Very rare. We hear a lot about Indyke. Well, not
- 5:11Speaker 1: a lot. But, you know, when we talk about the executors,
- 5:14Speaker 1: we hear a lot about Indyke. But Khan is a
- 5:17Speaker 1: crucial part of this as well. He was the money man.
- 5:21Speaker 1: You mean to tell me the accountant had no idea
- 5:23Speaker 1: what was going on with the shadowy transactions? The accountant
- 5:27Speaker 1: had no idea what was going on with the offshore
- 5:31Speaker 1: garbage accounts? Yeah, he had no idea, huh? He had
- 5:34Speaker 1: no idea about the bags of money being given behind
- 5:37Speaker 1: the scenes to people in academia. He had no idea.
- 5:41Speaker 1: The accountant. Okay. All right. And again, furthermore, why would
- 5:46Speaker 1: Jeffrey Epstein... The guy that is so smart that Leon
- 5:50Speaker 1: Black goes to him for advice, why would he need
- 5:53Speaker 1: to pay an accountant? Can't he just do all of
- 5:55Speaker 1: that himself? He's so smart, right? He's just such a
- 5:58Speaker 1: talented guy. Isn't that what Vanity Fair called him back
- 6:01Speaker 1: in the day? The talented Mr. Epstein? So what did
- 6:08Speaker 1: he need an accountant for? According to an amended complaint
- 6:15Speaker 1: filed last week, Epstein coerced the ballerina into giving his
- 6:19Speaker 1: powerful friends massages, and at least one of these friends
- 6:23Speaker 1: informed her that he had Epstein's permission to do what
- 6:27Speaker 1: he wanted to her. So, I wonder who this friend is.
- 6:32Speaker 1: I mean, take your pick at this point, right? You
- 6:37Speaker 1: can put a whole bunch of these dudes up on
- 6:40Speaker 1: a dartboard, all their pictures, and and throw a dart
- 6:43Speaker 1: blindly and hit one of them, and probably not be
- 6:46Speaker 1: far off the mark. If not abusing this girl, then
- 6:50Speaker 1: somebody else. I mean, just take a look at how
- 6:54Speaker 1: the information's all trickling out, folks. Comes out that Leon
- 6:59Speaker 1: Black is not only an enabler, he has his own
- 7:02Speaker 1: accusations against him. Bill Gates, another guy, played Coyd. Make pretend, oh,
- 7:07Speaker 1: I don't know who Epstein is, I only met him once. Meanwhile,
- 7:10Speaker 1: behind the scenes, his own wife is admonishing him for
- 7:13Speaker 1: hanging out with Epstein. Bill Gates thinks he's Casanova around
- 7:17Speaker 1: the office, running around, trying to hook up with girls
- 7:20Speaker 1: at the office. So much so that it was not
- 7:24Speaker 1: hidden secret. He would go and change cars, leave the
- 7:27Speaker 1: car that he came to work in. His security detail
- 7:30Speaker 1: would pull up in another vehicle. I believe it was
- 7:32Speaker 1: like a brown Porsche or some nonsense. And he'd get
- 7:35Speaker 1: in that and go out for his little trysts. fellow travelers,
- 7:42Speaker 1: at the very least, all of these people. And the
- 7:45Speaker 1: fact that Epstein was able to even think for a
- 7:50Speaker 1: minute that he had the power to tell one of
- 7:53Speaker 1: his scumbag friends that they can abuse one of these
- 7:56Speaker 1: girls at will, it just boggles the mind. Where's the outrage?
- 8:05Speaker 1: Everybody who's been mentioned in this shit in court documents
- 8:08Speaker 1: should be hounded by the media. And I just mean
- 8:11Speaker 1: in the court documents, right? Because remember, gotta have evidence here.
- 8:17Speaker 1: You can't just, you know, willy-nilly throw claims off the
- 8:21Speaker 1: old wall when we're talking about stuff like this. You know,
- 8:25Speaker 1: we're not talking about trying to, you know, make somebody
- 8:30Speaker 1: look bad in an election or something here. We're talking
- 8:33Speaker 1: about calling somebody a child abuser. So you got to
- 8:37Speaker 1: be real careful how you sling that one. But these
- 8:40Speaker 1: people that have been mentioned in court documents and fingered
- 8:43Speaker 1: by these girls themselves, they can all get effed. And
- 8:48Speaker 1: I'll tell you what, after all we have learned in
- 8:51Speaker 1: this case, and here, what, 1,300 articles or whatever the
- 8:55Speaker 1: hell we're on at this point, we have a pretty
- 8:59Speaker 1: clear picture of who these people are and how they move.
- 9:04Speaker 1: And that's not saying all of them are out here
- 9:06Speaker 1: involved in human trafficking. But if you look at all
- 9:09Speaker 1: of these hedge fund managers and all of these billionaire
- 9:13Speaker 1: Wall Street clowns, and you look into their past, just
- 9:16Speaker 1: a quick look, all of them have had run-ins with commissions,
- 9:20Speaker 1: with regulatory boards, or with courts. None of these people
- 9:26Speaker 1: are playing fair, folks, okay? Every one of them is
- 9:32Speaker 1: using a weighted bat. While me and you, well, we're
- 9:36Speaker 1: using a wiffle ball bat. Doe's updated lawsuit follows her
- 9:42Speaker 1: rejection of a settlement offer from the Epstein Survivors Compensation Program.
- 9:47Speaker 1: Her attorney, Brad Edwards, confirmed that Doe declined the fund's
- 9:50Speaker 1: offer but would not comment on the complaint. And now
- 9:54Speaker 1: this is where it gets interesting, right? So now Doe,
- 9:57Speaker 1: Priscilla Doe, is not expunged. the money so we're looking
- 10:02Speaker 1: at a protracted court battle probably she's going to try
- 10:05Speaker 1: and get in front of a jury and argue her
- 10:07Speaker 1: case and HBRK and the rest of these clowns that
- 10:12Speaker 1: thought they were going to be protected by the compensation
- 10:15Speaker 1: fund well surprise not so much And we talked about
- 10:21Speaker 1: this a little bit in the past, how one or
- 10:24Speaker 1: more of these girls might not feel like the compensation
- 10:28Speaker 1: fund is right for them and they might choose a
- 10:30Speaker 1: different avenue. And that's what we see here with Priscilla Doe.
- 10:34Speaker 1: She's decided to move in a different lane and she
- 10:37Speaker 1: has decided to pursue this in her own manner. And
- 10:41Speaker 1: I think that's good for her, right? She knows best.
- 10:44Speaker 1: Her and her lawyers know best. Her family, they know best.
- 10:46Speaker 1: Not me, not anybody else, them. So if this is
- 10:50Speaker 1: what they decide to do, I say go for it.
- 10:53Speaker 1: And go for the throat, right? All of it. Get
- 10:56Speaker 1: everything into discovery. Subpoena everybody involved. Get them all under oath.
- 11:01Speaker 1: I mean, if the prosecutors don't want to do it
- 11:03Speaker 1: in the Maxwell case, then hey, maybe it'll all be
- 11:07Speaker 1: brought to light this way instead. An attorney for Epstein's estate, however,
- 11:14Speaker 1: pushed back on Doe's claims. The new allegations against Mr.
- 11:18Speaker 1: Kahn and HBRK are completely inaccurate, Daniel Wiener, a lawyer
- 11:22Speaker 1: for the Epstein estate, told us in an email. Neither Mr.
- 11:26Speaker 1: Kahn nor anyone else at HBRK forced, coerced, or threatened
- 11:32Speaker 1: anyone in any fashion at any time. All right, says you, Mr. Wiener.
- 11:39Speaker 1: These girls are telling a different story, though. And the
- 11:43Speaker 1: track record has proven thus far that these girls, these survivors,
- 11:48Speaker 1: these women speaking out, well, they're telling the truth. While
- 11:55Speaker 1: your clients have done nothing but obfuscate, muddy the waters,
- 12:01Speaker 1: and try and slow things down to try and make
- 12:05Speaker 1: it either A, too expensive, or B, an afterthought for
- 12:10Speaker 1: the public. Two crucial errors, by the way, because neither
- 12:14Speaker 1: of that's about to happen. It makes no sense to assert,
- 12:19Speaker 1: or for your publication to report, that people who worked
- 12:22Speaker 1: for Mr. Epstein knew of his private activities, including sexual
- 12:27Speaker 1: or other personal interactions between Mr. Epstein and women who
- 12:31Speaker 1: worked for or associated with him simply because they handled
- 12:35Speaker 1: some financial and administrative services, Wiener said. Yeah, you know,
- 12:39Speaker 1: because the money handler, the guy that's laundering the money
- 12:45Speaker 1: for the Mafia, He doesn't get in trouble when the
- 12:48Speaker 1: whole entire thing collapses. They show up with a couple
- 12:51Speaker 1: of mixed drinks for him, right? Ah, here's a nice
- 12:54Speaker 1: margarita for you. Would you like yourself some tacos, perhaps?
- 13:00Speaker 1: Everybody involved goes down. You're an accessory. You're an accessory
- 13:05Speaker 1: after the fact. You're directly involved, whatever it may be.
- 13:10Speaker 1: Jeffrey Epstein and his crimes didn't happen with just him
- 13:14Speaker 1: doing them. There's no way that that could have occurred.
- 13:17Speaker 1: This guy was the accountant. And the lawyer here says,
- 13:23Speaker 1: the publication shouldn't even write about this. Why not? Why
- 13:29Speaker 1: should they not write about this when the survivors are
- 13:32Speaker 1: the ones telling them this? When people who are involved
- 13:35Speaker 1: in this directly are the ones telling them this? And
- 13:38Speaker 1: in fact, the biggest of all of them, well, this
- 13:43Speaker 1: has been filed in court. Okay? So that makes it
- 13:47Speaker 1: pretty real. A source close to Khan previously told the
- 13:53Speaker 1: Daily Beast that the number cruncher wasn't aware of Epstein's
- 13:57Speaker 1: abuse of underage girls and young women. Richard worked out
- 14:00Speaker 1: of the office. Did Epstein appear at those offices? Yes.
- 14:05Speaker 1: Did Richard see any of the activities that were the
- 14:08Speaker 1: focus of press attention? No, the person said. Oh, okay,
- 14:13Speaker 1: I'm sure. I mean... I'm sure that all of these
- 14:16Speaker 1: years he was hanging around with Epstein and saw nothing,
- 14:21Speaker 1: heard nothing, there were no rumors, never wondered about the
- 14:25Speaker 1: young girls, never wondered about the massages, never wondered about
- 14:31Speaker 1: any of that. Mr. Smart Guy Khan. Okay, I guess
- 14:38Speaker 1: if that's what he wants us to believe, folks, I mean,
- 14:41Speaker 1: that's his story, I guess. I mean, if you show
- 14:44Speaker 1: up to court with that story, you're going to be
- 14:46Speaker 1: in for a long day, buddy. So that might work
- 14:49Speaker 1: with the media, you know, as you try to evade
- 14:52Speaker 1: duck and dodge. But you better hope that your day
- 14:57Speaker 1: does not come where you're sitting in front of a
- 15:01Speaker 1: judge being deposed under oath or under cross-examination by a
- 15:08Speaker 1: fiery prosecutor in front of a jury. Because these are
- 15:15Speaker 1: some serious allegations being made. And we're not talking about
- 15:19Speaker 1: allegations that are being just, you know, thrown out there.
- 15:22Speaker 1: These are filed in court. Meaning that Priscilla Doe is
- 15:27Speaker 1: ready to rock and roll. Mouthpiece in. Gloves on. Center
- 15:34Speaker 1: of the cage type stuff. Still. Still. Those complaint claims
- 15:43Speaker 1: fellow HBRK employees helped to facilitate Epstein's crimes. They allegedly
- 15:49Speaker 1: warned the women by email or other communication how powerful
- 15:53Speaker 1: and wealthy Jeffrey Epstein was and maintained damaging files on
- 15:58Speaker 1: many of the young female survivors to prevent them from
- 16:01Speaker 1: cooperating with police or in civil lawsuits against Epstein and
- 16:05Speaker 1: his trafficking organization. So, you know, you always wonder, well,
- 16:10Speaker 1: why didn't anyone talk about Epstein, blah, blah, Look, he
- 16:13Speaker 1: had a dossier on everybody. All of these girls. And
- 16:20Speaker 1: then he would call them with that flexing about how
- 16:23Speaker 1: his powerful friends were, about how powerful his friends were,
- 16:27Speaker 1: who they were, and how he could ruin their lives
- 16:30Speaker 1: just as quickly as he could make their lives great. And,
- 16:36Speaker 1: you know, these are young people, young girls, young men, whatever.
- 16:39Speaker 1: You're impressionable, right? A powerful man like this tells you
- 16:42Speaker 1: that kind of stuff. You believe it. And then you
- 16:46Speaker 1: have his employees are emailing you and threatening you and
- 16:49Speaker 1: all of that. Forget it. It's, it gotta be intimidating.
- 16:56Speaker 1: Employees of HBRK knew or should have known that Jeffrey
- 17:00Speaker 1: Epstein was a serial sexual abuser of young girls. The
- 17:03Speaker 1: complaint adds, Those individuals played necessary roles in facilitating Epstein's
- 17:09Speaker 1: sexual abuse to the point that much of it would
- 17:12Speaker 1: have been impossible but for the services provided by defendant HBRK.
- 17:18Speaker 1: And this is something that we have seen, right, throughout
- 17:22Speaker 1: this case being built, this sort of claim. And you
- 17:25Speaker 1: look at it and you know for a fact that
- 17:28Speaker 1: Jeffrey Epstein couldn't have done this on his own, that
- 17:30Speaker 1: there were so many people involved and so many people knew.
- 17:34Speaker 1: And yet all of those same people are now crying
- 17:38Speaker 1: like they had no idea or like they themselves were victims.
- 17:43Speaker 1: And I love that Brad Edwards is still hot on
- 17:46Speaker 1: the trail here. And I love that Priscilla Doe has
- 17:49Speaker 1: decided not to let them off the hook. HBRK, Richard Kahn, Indyke,
- 17:55Speaker 1: these guys are all going to have to answer for
- 17:56Speaker 1: this at some point, folks. Now, above that, you know,
- 18:00Speaker 1: the Leon Blacks of the world, you know, I'm not very...
- 18:04Speaker 1: that they'll ever answer for anything. But the core four, Indycon,
- 18:11Speaker 1: and Jean-Luc Brunel? Oh yeah, I'm confident that all of
- 18:16Speaker 1: them are going to get some comeuppance. Meanwhile, the lawsuit
- 18:21Speaker 1: claims employees of HBRK, as well as Epstein-related entities, NES,
- 18:26Speaker 1: Financial Trust Company, and Florida Science Foundation, arranged for Doze
- 18:31Speaker 1: Transportation of Florida. where she was abused by Epstein during
- 18:35Speaker 1: his work release privileges. So all of those companies, folks, NES,
- 18:39Speaker 1: Financial Trust Company, and Florida Science Foundation, anybody who has
- 18:44Speaker 1: done business with them, anybody who has transferred money to
- 18:48Speaker 1: one of those accounts or taken money out, is involved
- 18:51Speaker 1: in ill-gotten gains and is involved, under RICO statutes at least,
- 18:56Speaker 1: in the crime. So where are the RICO statutes? When
- 19:01Speaker 1: are they going to drop RICO charges on all of
- 19:04Speaker 1: these people? Why the half-stepping? At the time of the
- 19:13Speaker 1: alleged abuse in 2008 and 2009, Epstein was serving a
- 19:17Speaker 1: country club jail sentence in Palm Beach for soliciting a minor.
- 19:21Speaker 1: And now you got the whole entire thing where the
- 19:24Speaker 1: FDLE comes out with their stupid report that meant nothing.
- 19:27Speaker 1: Talking about how the deputies were watching him, blah, blah, blah. Well,
- 19:31Speaker 1: if that's the case, how is he abusing Priscilla Doe
- 19:38Speaker 1: at the same time? See, it just doesn't add up.
- 19:41Speaker 1: And again, I can't side with the government, right? Because
- 19:45Speaker 1: all they've done is lie and BS us through this
- 19:47Speaker 1: whole entire thing. And And obviously a bunch of other stuff,
- 19:51Speaker 1: but we're talking about just this right now. So they've
- 19:56Speaker 1: proven time and time again, in this case especially, that
- 19:59Speaker 1: they can't be trusted. Their narrative is trash. So why
- 20:02Speaker 1: should I believe them? I don't believe anything about that
- 20:08Speaker 1: first arrest, that first prosecution of Epstein. It's unclear which
- 20:15Speaker 1: HBRK employees the lawsuit is referring to, but one Twitter
- 20:19Speaker 1: gumshoe noted the firm's title seems to be derived from
- 20:23Speaker 1: the initials of Epstein accountants Harry Beller and Richard Kahn.
- 20:28Speaker 1: Both men are signatories on HBRK retirement plan documents, public
- 20:33Speaker 1: records show. The most recent filing is signed by Bella Klein,
- 20:39Speaker 1: which appears to be a misspelling of longtime employee Bella Klein,
- 20:43Speaker 1: who on LinkedIn describes herself as a highly trustworthy, discreet,
- 20:48Speaker 1: and ethical professional. Yeah, that's pretty much the Hydra there, right?
- 20:54Speaker 1: Those are the people that have always been Epstein's accountants.
- 20:57Speaker 1: His confidants. The people that he trusts the most when
- 21:01Speaker 1: it comes to his money. So... It doesn't take a
- 21:07Speaker 1: rocket scientist here, right? Or a great investigator to put
- 21:11Speaker 1: it all together. HBRK employees made it impossible for these
- 21:18Speaker 1: survivors to escape from the sex trafficking operation, Doe's amended
- 21:21Speaker 1: lawsuit states. At times, HBRK even operated out of the
- 21:26Speaker 1: apartments located at 301 East 66th Street, where Epstein persuaded
- 21:32Speaker 1: a number of the survivors to reside... under his control.
- 21:36Speaker 1: And that was the mysterious building at 66th that we
- 21:40Speaker 1: talked about. You know, the Mark Epstein building, his brother
- 21:43Speaker 1: who owns all the units, who had no idea what
- 21:45Speaker 1: Jeffrey Epstein was up to. Again, more BS. Another person
- 21:50Speaker 1: let off the hook. You would think a legacy media
- 21:54Speaker 1: that makes its bones on destroying people would be all
- 21:57Speaker 1: over everybody in this case. But what are they scared of?
- 22:02Speaker 1: Nice to see that, Kate. walks in, swaggering around, not
- 22:06Speaker 1: giving a damn about any of these people, letting them
- 22:09Speaker 1: all have it with her pen. Brave reporting, folks. There's
- 22:14Speaker 1: not enough of it. HBRK additionally stored large amounts of
- 22:20Speaker 1: cash in its offices to ensure that there were funds
- 22:23Speaker 1: available to pay and silence survivors of Epstein at any
- 22:28Speaker 1: given time, the document adds. Well, that goes to the
- 22:32Speaker 1: truth of it. We know that Epstein kept a bunch
- 22:34Speaker 1: of money in that safe, and we know that Indyk
- 22:37Speaker 1: was going over to that bank to take money out
- 22:39Speaker 1: all the time in the sum of $ 7, 500 so he'd
- 22:41Speaker 1: stay under Title 31. And then that money was used
- 22:48Speaker 1: as petty cash to pay people off. So definitely falls
- 22:52Speaker 1: in line with all the stuff we know already. As
- 22:57Speaker 1: the Daily Beast reported, Doe was among multiple accusers to
- 23:00Speaker 1: file lawsuits against Epstein's estate after his death inside a
- 23:04Speaker 1: federal lockup in August 2019. Just one month after his
- 23:09Speaker 1: indictment for trafficking minors. Doe also was interviewed as part
- 23:13Speaker 1: of the 2019 criminal case brought by the Manhattan federal prosecutors,
- 23:18Speaker 1: the amended complaint states. So that shows you right there,
- 23:22Speaker 1: this is a serious business, right? We're not talking about
- 23:26Speaker 1: some crackpot who just showed up out of nowhere. We're
- 23:29Speaker 1: talking about a woman who was a girl when she
- 23:32Speaker 1: was started abused by this man who has real grievances,
- 23:36Speaker 1: who is not going to be shut up, who is
- 23:38Speaker 1: not going to be swept under the rug. And she
- 23:41Speaker 1: has found the perfect ally in Brad Edwards to pursue this.
- 23:46Speaker 1: I'm not a big fan of lawyers in general, but
- 23:49Speaker 1: Brad Edwards has shown his mettle time and time again.
- 23:52Speaker 1: And anyone stepping up to the plate, manning up against
- 23:56Speaker 1: Epstein and his posse of lawyers, they got my respect
- 23:59Speaker 1: for sure. Doe was a 22-year-old ballet dancer when a
- 24:07Speaker 1: recruiter brought her to Epstein in 2006. She says that
- 24:11Speaker 1: for years she was forced into sex with Epstein and
- 24:14Speaker 1: his associates at his mansions in Florida, New York, New Mexico,
- 24:19Speaker 1: and the U.S. Virgin Islands. I mean, I hate to
- 24:24Speaker 1: go off on a tangent again, but what's going on
- 24:26Speaker 1: at Zorro Ranch? Another girl, Priscilla Doe, saying she was
- 24:31Speaker 1: abused there. How many girls have to say they were
- 24:33Speaker 1: abused there? Virginia, Annie, Priscilla Doe. How many others? How
- 24:39Speaker 1: many local girls? What about the massage therapists from the
- 24:44Speaker 1: area that were in the black book? All of these
- 24:49Speaker 1: other places get raided, but not Zorro Ranch. No access there.
- 24:55Speaker 1: Nothing to see here, folks. Don't worry about Zorro Ranch.
- 25:01Speaker 1: The question really is, I know it's rhetorical, why? Why?
- 25:07Speaker 1: The amended complaint also includes new detail on Doe's background,
- 25:11Speaker 1: saying she worked menial jobs to pay for training at
- 25:14Speaker 1: Step on Broadway and the Joffrey Ballet and was about
- 25:18Speaker 1: to begin rehearsal for the Nutcracker with the Igleski Ballet
- 25:22Speaker 1: School when she was recruited to meet Jeffrey Epstein by
- 25:25Speaker 1: another young female who had also fallen prey to Jeffrey
- 25:29Speaker 1: Epstein's sex trafficking scheme. This recruiter offered Doe, who came
- 25:35Speaker 1: from a poor family and had been living with her mother,
- 25:38Speaker 1: the chance at a job giving massages to a wealthy businessman.
- 25:43Speaker 1: So again, you see the same story unfold, right? Another girl,
- 25:47Speaker 1: broken home, living with her mother, poor background. The recruiter
- 25:52Speaker 1: knows that, preys upon that, brings her into Jeffrey Epstein's clutches,
- 25:57Speaker 1: and he uses that, molds her because of that. and
- 26:01Speaker 1: manipulates the whole situation because he has power and money.
- 26:09Speaker 1: And all of the people that helped her get from
- 26:12Speaker 1: point A to point B, all of those people should
- 26:16Speaker 1: be held accountable for it. As previously reported, Doe traveled
- 26:24Speaker 1: to Epstein's Virgin Islands compound with an entourage that included
- 26:28Speaker 1: alleged accomplices... alleged co-conspirator, alleged child abuser, not alleged, actually,
- 26:35Speaker 1: this one, general all-around scuzzbag, and bipedal serpent, Ghislaine Maxwell,
- 26:41Speaker 1: and French modeling agent, Jean-Luc Brunel. She claims that once
- 26:46Speaker 1: they arrived, Maxwell taught her the proper way to give...
- 26:49Speaker 1: I'm not going to... the proper way to perform fellatio
- 26:54Speaker 1: and kept Doe and other survivors on call to service Epstein. So...
- 27:00Speaker 1: You got Ghislaine Maxwell, according to this report, showing girls
- 27:04Speaker 1: how to perform oral sex, underage girls how to perform
- 27:09Speaker 1: oral sex, to please this disgusting, gross-ass, weirdo Jeffrey Epstein.
- 27:17Speaker 1: Where are the Rico charges again? Epstein controlled every aspect
- 27:25Speaker 1: of her life, Doe says. and took her virginity against
- 27:29Speaker 1: her will and wishes. The financier, pedophile, allegedly forced Doe
- 27:34Speaker 1: to wear underwear in certain colors, remove body piercings, undergo
- 27:39Speaker 1: surgery to remove moles, and have her hair cut and
- 27:42Speaker 1: colored the way he wanted through one of his stylists.
- 27:46Speaker 1: I wonder if that stylist had to do with Frederick Fakai,
- 27:51Speaker 1: one of the people that works there, him himself. An
- 27:55Speaker 1: interesting angle. Wonder if we'll be able to figure that out.
- 27:59Speaker 1: Doe also believed Epstein was monitoring her every move while
- 28:03Speaker 1: she lived at the Upper East Side apartment he provided
- 28:05Speaker 1: for her. When she took a trip to Montreal, Epstein
- 28:10Speaker 1: immediately summoned her back to his Manhattan mansion and warned
- 28:13Speaker 1: her she wasn't allowed to leave New York without his permission. So,
- 28:18Speaker 1: sounds like a hell of a guy, right? Sounds like
- 28:20Speaker 1: the kind of guy that you want to hang out with.
- 28:23Speaker 1: Said nobody ever. And you mean to tell me he
- 28:27Speaker 1: kept this all under wraps when he was hanging out
- 28:29Speaker 1: with all of his buddies that knew nothing? He wasn't
- 28:31Speaker 1: flexing and flaunting his power over these girls to impress them? Oh,
- 28:35Speaker 1: of course he was. Stop it. That's in his DNA.
- 28:39Speaker 1: He was a flaunter, a flexer, a loudmouth. And all
- 28:50Speaker 1: of his nonsense, all of his BS, It's very, very clear.
- 29:02Speaker 1: This man was involved in not only sex trafficking, he
- 29:08Speaker 1: was involved in money laundering, he was involved in tax evasion, and,
- 29:13Speaker 1: according to this girl here, kidnapping as well. We know
- 29:20Speaker 1: that Jeffrey Epstein and his criminal organization should be charged
- 29:24Speaker 1: with plenty more crimes than they're looking at right now.
- 29:27Speaker 1: That's one certainty that I'm very confident in talking about.
- 29:32Speaker 1: Because just take a look at all of the allegations
- 29:35Speaker 1: throughout all of the years. You mean to tell me
- 29:37Speaker 1: that all we have so far are the indictments against Matt? Really?
- 29:45Speaker 1: Epstein intermittently surprised Doe by showing up unexpectedly, causing her
- 29:49Speaker 1: to believe he was stalking her, the amended complaint alleges.
- 29:53Speaker 1: At one point, Epstein allegedly forced Doe to serve hors
- 29:57Speaker 1: d'oeuvres at a private party with Epstein's actor buddy, Woody Allen. Oh, hmm.
- 30:03Speaker 1: I wonder, would this be the same party that Chelsea
- 30:06Speaker 1: Handler was at? Stephanopoulos was at? Katie Couric? Lewis goes
- 30:14Speaker 1: on and on. Same party? That you have a sex
- 30:16Speaker 1: trafficking victim walking around giving you a piece of ham
- 30:19Speaker 1: on a stick or whatever sort of hors d'oeuvres they're serving?
- 30:25Speaker 1: but nobody knew anything. This server's role was forced upon
- 30:32Speaker 1: Doe in order to demean her, frighten her, and impress
- 30:36Speaker 1: upon her the need for her to conceal the commercial
- 30:38Speaker 1: sex trafficking enterprise he was running, the original lawsuit alleges.
- 30:44Speaker 1: The amended lawsuit adds another disturbing detail. Epstein further demeaned
- 30:49Speaker 1: her by directing her to sit on a movie theater
- 30:52Speaker 1: floor and massage his feet during a movie. So all
- 30:57Speaker 1: of these weird massages, all of these weird hangouts at
- 31:01Speaker 1: Jeffrey Epstein's house that are just mundane. We were just
- 31:05Speaker 1: hanging out. We were just having a massage with our
- 31:08Speaker 1: underpants on. Well, it's obvious it was a lot more
- 31:12Speaker 1: than that. It's obvious that the guys that were hanging
- 31:17Speaker 1: out with Jeffrey Epstein and hanging out over at his house, well,
- 31:20Speaker 1: they weren't over there to watch the game, okay? and
- 31:26Speaker 1: Jeffrey Epstein, and his association, all of the people that
- 31:34Speaker 1: helped him keep this thing moving, every last one of
- 31:39Speaker 1: them that has been named in these documents, Endyke, Khan,
- 31:43Speaker 1: the Core Four, they all must be put under oath
- 31:50Speaker 1: and they need to be questioned by a seasoned interrogator
- 31:54Speaker 1: because how much more evidence does there need to be?
- 32:01Speaker 1: All of these people, according to the people that it
- 32:03Speaker 1: happened to, were working hand in hand to make their
- 32:08Speaker 1: abuse possible. Isn't it time that we see some RICO charges?
- 32:17Speaker 1: Isn't it time that we see the SDNY kick in
- 32:19Speaker 1: a few more doors? What are they waiting for? If
- 32:28Speaker 1: you'd like to contact me... You can do that at... That's...
- 32:30Speaker 1: You can also find me on Twitter... All of the
- 32:32Speaker 1: links that go with this episode... Can be found in
- 32:36Speaker 1: the description box. Alright folks... So today... What's up everyone
- 32:54Speaker 1: and welcome to another episode of the Epstein Chronicles. Well folks,
- 32:59Speaker 1: Alan Dershowitz has come out and told us that Jeffrey
- 33:02Speaker 1: Epstein was not CIA or Mossad and that he wasn't
- 33:05Speaker 1: a pedophile. And now that Alan Dershowitz has spoken, maybe
- 33:10Speaker 1: we should all just, you know, get in line. Maybe
- 33:13Speaker 1: we should all just move on. Then again, maybe all
- 33:17Speaker 1: of us should tell Alan Dershowitz to shut his yap.
- 33:21Speaker 1: Because that's probably what he should do Because everything he
- 33:24Speaker 1: says about Epstein, in my opinion, is a bunch of BS.
- 33:27Speaker 1: And the fact that these outlets let Dershowitz distance himself
- 33:30Speaker 1: from Epstein and make himself out as just his lawyer
- 33:34Speaker 1: is ridiculous. They were a lot closer than that. And
- 33:39Speaker 1: they were a lot closer than just a attorney and
- 33:42Speaker 1: client type of relationship. But now, Alan Dershowitz is out
- 33:47Speaker 1: here rewriting history. Saying whatever he wants. Epstein was an
- 33:52Speaker 1: evil man. He was this, he was that. But what
- 33:54Speaker 1: he wasn't, oh no, he wasn't part of intelligence. He
- 33:59Speaker 1: had no friends in high places. He was just a
- 34:03Speaker 1: guy with some proclivities, a lone wolf. And all the
- 34:06Speaker 1: stuff you heard about him, that was all exaggerated. And
- 34:09Speaker 1: you should believe me when I say that. Don't believe
- 34:11Speaker 1: the court documents that you've read. Don't believe the accounts
- 34:14Speaker 1: of the girls who have been abused. Believe me, Alan Dershowitz. Well, sorry, Mr. Dershowitz.
- 34:20Speaker 1: I don't believe you. Today's article is from the New
- 34:23Speaker 1: York Post and the headline. Epstein had dirt on only
- 34:28Speaker 1: one person but didn't have ties to the CIA or
- 34:31Speaker 1: Mossad and wasn't a pedophile, Dershowitz says. This article was
- 34:36Speaker 1: authored by Ryan King. Contrary to popular conjecture, late sex
- 34:42Speaker 1: predator Jeffrey Epstein had solid dirt on only one person
- 34:46Speaker 1: and strenuously denied any connection to Mossad or the CIA.
- 34:50Speaker 1: His former lawyer, Alan Dershowitz, told PodForce1. Well, in that case,
- 34:56Speaker 1: let's pack it all in. And you notice how Ryan King,
- 34:59Speaker 1: the author of this article, plays ball like a little coward?
- 35:03Speaker 1: The late sex predator? Nah, he's a pedophile. Just call
- 35:05Speaker 1: him what he is. What, are you scared of Alan Dershowitz?
- 35:08Speaker 1: This Crypt Keeper looking motherfucker, you're scared of him? Shit's
- 35:12Speaker 1: wild to me. Dershowitz87 said, who was part of the
- 35:15Speaker 1: legal team that helped the late financier, the pedophile, win
- 35:18Speaker 1: a controversial non-prosecution deal with the Justice Department in the
- 35:22Speaker 1: 2006 case, argued that there's a plethora of unproven claims
- 35:27Speaker 1: out there on his former client that are widely accepted
- 35:30Speaker 1: as fact. Well, if he was just your client and
- 35:32Speaker 1: you weren't that close, how do you know? Because he
- 35:35Speaker 1: told you, I don't know if Alan I kept my
- 35:37Speaker 1: underpants on Dershowitz thought this one through. And honestly, does
- 35:41Speaker 1: anyone believe anything Dershowitz has to say about Jeffrey Epstein
- 35:44Speaker 1: at this point? I mean, especially considering what we've seen
- 35:47Speaker 1: in the email since then. Oh, everything was on the
- 35:50Speaker 1: up and up. The non-prosecution deal. That was all legit. No,
- 35:54Speaker 1: it wasn't. And your client was in dereliction of it.
- 35:58Speaker 1: He violated that agreement. So how about we go and
- 36:00Speaker 1: unwind the NPA and see what kind of fingerprints Alan
- 36:03Speaker 1: Dershowitz has all over it? Special counsel, it is time.
- 36:10Speaker 1: And Alan Dershowitz, well, he should be subpoenaed. He should
- 36:13Speaker 1: be brought before the special counsel, put under oath, and
- 36:18Speaker 1: asked some very, very hard questions. Jeffrey Epstein, obviously, I
- 36:25Speaker 1: regret defending, Dershowitz told the Post's Miranda Devine, when asked
- 36:28Speaker 1: about clients he regrets having. Lies. He only regrets that
- 36:32Speaker 1: we're talking about it, just like the rest of them.
- 36:35Speaker 1: Do you really think that Alan Dershowitz gives a damn
- 36:37Speaker 1: that he represented Jeffrey Epstein? Of course he doesn't. They
- 36:42Speaker 1: were real friends, real buddies, real pals, real chums. And
- 36:48Speaker 1: the only reason that Alan Dershowitz is talking sideways about
- 36:51Speaker 1: Epstein is because Epstein's gone. If Epstein was alive, you know,
- 36:56Speaker 1: Dershowitz would be bending himself in a pretzel to defend
- 36:58Speaker 1: his buddy. But Dershowitz, like the rest of these people,
- 37:04Speaker 1: at his heart, is a coward. I wish I had
- 37:10Speaker 1: never met him. He was a terrible, terrible evil man,
- 37:13Speaker 1: but even in that case, many of his crimes are exaggerated. Wrong. Lies.
- 37:18Speaker 1: Don't believe you. You're bullshitting. What Mr. Dershey Dersh leaves
- 37:21Speaker 1: out is that there was no real investigation because of
- 37:24Speaker 1: Dershowitz himself. I know. Hard pill to swallow, but the truth. Dershowitz,
- 37:30Speaker 1: Ken Starr, that whole entire legal team, and the pressure
- 37:33Speaker 1: they exerted is the reason that that NPA ended up
- 37:38Speaker 1: being what it was. And the fact that Alan Dershowitz
- 37:42Speaker 1: still defends it like it's a great deal, like Epstein
- 37:46Speaker 1: was upset about it, is fucking ridiculous. And I'm telling
- 37:49Speaker 1: you right now, if that MPA was ever unwound, my
- 37:54Speaker 1: guess is that Alan Dershowitz's fingerprints are going to be
- 37:57Speaker 1: all over it. And I wonder what kind of pressure
- 38:00Speaker 1: was exerted. Were any favors traded? Was there any quid
- 38:03Speaker 1: pro quo? Were any promises made by the law firms
- 38:06Speaker 1: to these prosecutors? You know, the ones that jump ship?
- 38:11Speaker 1: These are all questions that should be asked, and they
- 38:13Speaker 1: should be asked by a special counsel. The vast majority
- 38:17Speaker 1: of women who claim to be victims either came back
- 38:20Speaker 1: over and over again to get the $ 2. 50 to give
- 38:22Speaker 1: them a massage, or themselves became recruiters of other people,
- 38:26Speaker 1: or never met Epstein and just made it up, the
- 38:28Speaker 1: famed lawyer added. There are real victims too. What a
- 38:32Speaker 1: piece of fucking shit. Hey, Alan Dershowitz, you're a scumbag.
- 38:36Speaker 1: You're a coward, and you're a garbage human being. And
- 38:39Speaker 1: that goes for anybody who thinks the same way as Dershowitz.
- 38:42Speaker 1: And I don't give a flying fuck. I don't know
- 38:45Speaker 1: how many times I gotta tell you, I'm not here
- 38:46Speaker 1: to make friends. That's why I don't collaborate with people.
- 38:51Speaker 1: That's why I don't work with people. And that's why
- 38:53Speaker 1: I don't go on their stupid ass shows. Bunch of duplicitous,
- 38:56Speaker 1: lying snakes. One of the more popular conspiracy theories about
- 39:00Speaker 1: Epstein is that he was running a sex-related blackmail operation
- 39:03Speaker 1: backed by some sort of intelligence apparatus, such as the
- 39:06Speaker 1: CIA or the Mossad. Dershowitz poured cold water on that theory. Well, Mr.
- 39:12Speaker 1: Ryan King, hell of an article you're writing here. Propaganda
- 39:15Speaker 1: is what it really is, but that's cool. As long
- 39:19Speaker 1: as Daddy Murdoch pays those bills, right? No problem running
- 39:22Speaker 1: that propaganda. And honestly, the New York Post in general
- 39:25Speaker 1: has completely flipped the script. Oh, they love to talk
- 39:29Speaker 1: about Epstein previously, but now they have all these articles. Oh,
- 39:32Speaker 1: it's a hoax. Oh, Alan Dershowitz says, well, Alex Acosta
- 39:36Speaker 1: told us. Cool. You believe that? Great. Awesome. Enjoy yourselves.
- 39:42Speaker 1: You bunch of morons. I know for a categorical fact
- 39:46Speaker 1: that that isn't the case. He said about allegations that
- 39:48Speaker 1: Epstein has ties to intelligence. I asked him specifically. I said,
- 39:53Speaker 1: if you had any connection to any intelligence agency, I
- 39:56Speaker 1: can get you a better deal. Stop lying, Dershowitz, okay?
- 39:59Speaker 1: Quit lying. There's no better deal that you could have
- 40:01Speaker 1: gotten than the one he received. I'm so tired of it.
- 40:05Speaker 1: I'm so tired of being lied to. And I'm so
- 40:08Speaker 1: tired of these people trying to dog walk us. And
- 40:10Speaker 1: you know what else I'm really tired of? People falling
- 40:12Speaker 1: for it. It's wild how many people keep falling for
- 40:14Speaker 1: the same bullshit over and over again, pumped out by
- 40:17Speaker 1: the same people. And he said, Alan, I had no connection.
- 40:24Speaker 1: What intelligence agency would ever hire me or rely on me?
- 40:28Speaker 1: All of them. Is he for real with that statement?
- 40:32Speaker 1: He thinks you're stupid. He thinks that everybody out there
- 40:34Speaker 1: is just dumb and that the CIA doesn't run people
- 40:37Speaker 1: like Jeffrey Epstein. What an absolute joke. And the absolute
- 40:41Speaker 1: disrespect this man has for you is crazy. Alan Dershowitz,
- 40:47Speaker 1: the guy that got a massage at Jeffrey Epstein's house,
- 40:50Speaker 1: but he kept his underwear on, wants to tell you
- 40:52Speaker 1: that Jeffrey Epstein wasn't a spy and that you got
- 40:55Speaker 1: it all wrong. With zero evidence. The evidence he has
- 40:59Speaker 1: is that Epstein told him. Meanwhile, why don't you take
- 41:02Speaker 1: a look at the evidence that I've provided for you.
- 41:06Speaker 1: Fueling the theory, in part, was a 2018 Daily Beast
- 41:09Speaker 1: article that cited an anonymous source asserting that former U.S.
- 41:13Speaker 1: attorney Alexander Acosta, who cut the controversial 2008 plea deal,
- 41:18Speaker 1: claimed that he was told to back off being Epstein
- 41:20Speaker 1: belonged to intelligence. And of course, Acosta denied he ever
- 41:24Speaker 1: said that. No, I never said that. Wasn't me. Come on.
- 41:27Speaker 1: I would never say that. And then they'll say, well,
- 41:30Speaker 1: he came back and said that that wasn't the case. Yeah,
- 41:32Speaker 1: like he wasn't pressured. What planet do you people live on?
- 41:37Speaker 1: Do you think that people just roll around and they
- 41:39Speaker 1: don't get pressured when they're in a position like Acosta?
- 41:42Speaker 1: Bro is a middle manager. He wasn't making any real decisions.
- 41:47Speaker 1: Acosta later demurred on the question at a press conference,
- 41:50Speaker 1: but Acosta later privately told the DOJ's Office of Professional
- 41:55Speaker 1: Responsibility that he had no knowledge of the media reports
- 41:58Speaker 1: that Epstein had been an intelligence asset. You mean the
- 42:01Speaker 1: OIG report that was bullshit? How much do you want
- 42:05Speaker 1: to bet that Mr. King here the author of this article,
- 42:07Speaker 1: has never read it. Not once, ever. Dershowitz also concluded
- 42:14Speaker 1: that Epstein likely committed suicide in his prison cell because
- 42:17Speaker 1: he was a hedonist and downplayed the notion that he
- 42:20Speaker 1: was running a massive blackmail scheme. Just a lone predator. Boy,
- 42:24Speaker 1: it sure fits nicely with Donald Trump and his narrative,
- 42:26Speaker 1: doesn't it? And I'm sure that Alan Dershowitz would be
- 42:30Speaker 1: above that though, right? Running propaganda for his buddy Donald Trump.
- 42:33Speaker 1: He would never do that. I mean, when he has time.
- 42:36Speaker 1: because we all know that he would prefer to yell
- 42:38Speaker 1: at pierogi salesmen in Martha's Vineyard. I don't think he
- 42:42Speaker 1: was blackmailing people, though I think he was interested in
- 42:45Speaker 1: collecting information about people, and maybe he would have used
- 42:48Speaker 1: it to defend himself. But I don't think he ever
- 42:51Speaker 1: affirmatively blackmailed people, Dershowitz said. But what does he know
- 42:54Speaker 1: about that? How would you know, Dershowitz? I thought you
- 42:57Speaker 1: were just his lawyer, and you weren't his friend. Do
- 42:59Speaker 1: you think he tells you everything? Dumb-dumb? Is there anyone
- 43:03Speaker 1: more reprehensible than Alan Dershowitz and that dumbass face of his?
- 43:07Speaker 1: And the amount of disrespect he has for people out
- 43:09Speaker 1: there is just wild. So what do you folks think?
- 43:13Speaker 1: Do you think that Alan Dershowitz is shooting you straight?
- 43:15Speaker 1: Or do you think that Alan Dershowitz is nothing more
- 43:18Speaker 1: than part of the cover-up? And in my opinion, it's
- 43:20Speaker 1: rather obvious that this interview is nothing more than reputation
- 43:25Speaker 1: management to try and move the ball, to try and
