  which

  is

  going

  to

  be

  a

• 2:38
  going
• 2:38
  on
• 2:38
  over
• 2:38
  there
• 2:39
  as
• 2:39
  well
• 2:39
  as
• 2:39
  all
• 2:40
  of

  our

  other
• 2:40
  social

  pieces
• 2:42
  and
• 2:42
  things
• 2:43
  going

  on.
• 2:43
  It's
• 2:44
  Twitter
• 2:44
  or
• 2:45
  X,
• 2:46
  it's
• 2:46
  Instagram,
• 2:47
  Facebook.
• 2:48
  We've
• 2:49
  got,
• 2:49
  I've
• 2:49
  got
• 2:49
  a
• 2:49
  LinkedIn,
• 2:50
  all
• 2:50
  those
• 2:51
  different
• 2:51
  things
• 2:51
  out
• 2:51
  there.
• 2:52
  Ready
• 2:52
  to
• 2:53
  get
• 2:53
  you
• 2:53
  more
• 2:53
  information
• 2:54
  about
• 2:54
  your
• 2:54
  home
• 2:55
  today.
• 2:55
  I
• 2:55
  wanted
• 2:56
  to
• 2:56
  talk
• 2:56
  about
• 2:56
  something
• 2:56
  that's
• 2:57
  interesting.
• 2:57
  We
• 2:57
  are
• 2:58
  starting
• 2:58
  to
• 2:58
  see
• 2:59
  these
• 3:00
  really
• 3:00
  big
• 3:01
  companies
• 3:03
  lining
• 3:04
  up
• 3:04
  and
• 3:05
  buying
• 3:05
  each
• 3:05
  other
• 3:05
  out.
• 3:05
  We're
• 3:06
  starting
• 3:06
  to
• 3:06
  see
• 3:06
  that
• 3:06
  in
• 3:06
  the
• 3:06
  home
• 3:07
  building
• 3:07
  supply
• 3:08
  sector.
• 3:09
  Great
• 3:09
  example
• 3:10
  last
• 3:10
  week,
• 3:11
  James
• 3:12
  Hardy,
• 3:13
  who
• 3:13
  was
• 3:13
  known
• 3:13
  as
• 3:14
  James
• 3:14
  Hardy
• 3:14
  siding
• 3:15
  basically
• 3:15
  right
• 3:16
  out
• 3:16
  of
• 3:16
  Australia.
• 3:17
  It's
• 3:17
  where
• 3:17
  they
• 3:18
  come
• 3:18
  from.
• 3:19
  They
• 3:19
  offered
• 3:20
  AZK,
• 3:21
  the
• 3:21
  composite
• 3:21
  decking
• 3:22
  company,
• 3:22
  $8.75
• 3:24
  billion
• 3:25
  to
• 3:26
  combine
• 3:27
  those
• 3:27
  companies
• 3:28
  in
• 3:28
  a
• 3:28
  cash
• 3:28
  and
• 3:29
  stock
• 3:29
  deal
• 3:30
  valued,
• 3:30
  you
• 3:30
  know
• 3:30
  that
• 3:30
  8.75
• 3:31
  billion,
• 3:32
  including
• 3:33
  $386
• 3:34
  million
• 3:34
  in
• 3:35
  debt.
• 3:35
  So
• 3:35
  it's
• 3:35
  the
• 3:36
  second
• 3:36
  major
• 3:36
  acquisition
• 3:37
  of
• 3:37
  the
• 3:37
  building
• 3:37
  supplies
• 3:38
  and
• 3:38
  Geez,
• 3:39
  a
• 3:39
  little
• 3:39
  over
• 3:39
  a
• 3:39
  week.
• 3:40
  So
• 3:40
  we're
• 3:41
  starting
• 3:41
  to
• 3:41
  see
• 3:41
  that.
• 3:42
  Where
• 3:42
  QXO
• 3:43
  Inc.
• 3:43
  Bought
• 3:44
  Beacon
• 3:44
  Roofing
• 3:45
  Supply
• 3:46
  for
• 3:46
  a
• 3:46
  deal
• 3:46
  worth
• 3:46
  about
• 3:47
  11
• 3:47
  billion,
• 3:48
  including
• 3:48
  debt.
• 3:49
  So
• 3:49
  there's
• 3:49
  a
• 3:49
  lot
• 3:49
  of
• 3:49
  this
• 3:49
  stuff
• 3:50
  going
• 3:50
  on
• 3:51
  with
• 3:51
  housing.
• 3:53
  Basically,
• 3:53
  we're
• 3:54
  seeing
• 3:54
  housing
• 3:55
  prices
• 3:55
  go
• 3:55
  up,
• 3:56
  mortgage
• 3:56
  rates
• 3:56
  going
• 3:56
  up,
• 3:57
  all
• 3:58
  those
• 3:58
  things.
• 3:58
  Sales
• 3:59
  of
• 3:59
  previously
• 4:00
  occupied
• 4:01
  US
• 4:01
  Homes
• 4:01
  fell
• 4:01
  last
• 4:02
  year
• 4:02
  to
• 4:02
  the
• 4:02
  lowest
• 4:03
  level
• 4:04
  in
• 4:04
  nearly
• 4:05
  30
• 4:05
  years.
• 4:06
  So
• 4:06
  that's
• 4:07
  a
• 4:07
  big
• 4:07
  one
• 4:07
  right
• 4:07
  there.
• 4:08
  So
• 4:08
  anyway,
• 4:09
  we're
• 4:09
  seeing
• 4:09
  what's
• 4:09
  going
• 4:10
  on.
• 4:10
  It's
• 4:10
  funny,
• 4:10
  James
• 4:11
  Hardy
• 4:12
  will
• 4:12
  own
• 4:12
  about
• 4:12
  74%
• 4:13
  of
• 4:13
  the
• 4:13
  combined
• 4:14
  company,
• 4:14
  with
• 4:14
  AZ
• 4:15
  stockholders
• 4:15
  owning
• 4:15
  about
• 4:16
  26%.
• 4:17
  It's
• 4:17
  gonna
• 4:18
  be
• 4:18
  interesting.
• 4:18
  James
• 4:18
  Hardy
• 4:19
  really
• 4:19
  has
• 4:19
  survived
• 4:20
  through
• 4:20
  its
• 4:21
  early
• 4:21
  days
• 4:22
  of
• 4:22
  asbestos.
• 4:23
  They've
• 4:23
  spent
• 4:24
  a
• 4:24
  few
• 4:24
  billion
• 4:24
  dollars
• 4:25
  on
• 4:26
  settlements
• 4:26
  over
• 4:27
  the
• 4:27
  years
• 4:28
  with
• 4:28
  asbestos
• 4:29
  stuff
• 4:29
  that
• 4:30
  they
• 4:30
  were
• 4:30
  building
• 4:30
  back
• 4:30
  in
• 4:31
  the
• 4:31
  day,
• 4:31
  but
• 4:32
  they
• 4:32
  have
• 4:32
  survived
• 4:33
  through
• 4:33
  it
• 4:33
  and
• 4:34
  made
• 4:34
  it.
• 4:35
  And
• 4:35
  they
• 4:35
  have
• 4:35
  been
• 4:35
  a
• 4:35
  very
• 4:36
  successful
• 4:37
  sighting.
• 4:38
  Exterior
• 4:39
  company
• 4:39
  with
• 4:40
  James
• 4:40
  Hardy.
• 4:40
  So
• 4:41
  interesting
• 4:41
  stuff,
• 4:42
  but
• 4:42
  we're
• 4:42
  starting
• 4:42
  to
• 4:42
  see
• 4:42
  that
• 4:43
  kind
• 4:43
  of
• 4:43
  happen
• 4:43
  out
• 4:43
  there.
• 4:44
  We're
• 4:44
  seeing
• 4:45
  some
• 4:45
  of
• 4:45
  these
• 4:45
  people
• 4:45
  combine
• 4:46
  or
• 4:47
  take
• 4:47
  it
• 4:47
  a
• 4:47
  look
• 4:47
  at
• 4:48
  stuff,
• 4:48
  and
• 4:48
  it's
• 4:49
  an
• 4:49
  interesting
• 4:49
  space
• 4:49
  in
• 4:50
  our
• 4:50
  marketplace.
• 4:51
  Here's
• 4:51
  a
• 4:51
  little
• 4:51
  secret
• 4:52
  to
• 4:52
  me.
• 4:52
  My
• 4:52
  house
• 4:52
  that
• 4:53
  I've
• 4:53
  been
• 4:53
  working
• 4:53
  on
• 4:53
  here
• 4:54
  on
• 4:54
  around
• 4:55
  the
• 4:55
  house
• 4:55
  is
• 4:55
  going
• 4:55
  to
• 4:56
  go
• 4:56
  up
• 4:56
  on
• 4:56
  the
• 4:56
  market
• 4:56
  soon
• 4:57
  and
• 4:57
  I'm
• 4:58
  gonna
• 4:58
  be
• 4:58
  looking
• 4:58
  for
• 4:59
  a
• 4:59
  new
• 4:59
  location.
• 5:00
  Not
• 5:00
  gonna
• 5:00
  be
• 5:00
  moving
• 5:01
  too
• 5:01
  far
• 5:02
  away,
• 5:02
  but
• 5:02
  gonna
• 5:02
  be
• 5:03
  working
• 5:03
  on
• 5:04
  the
• 5:04
  house
• 5:04
  number
• 5:05
  two.
• 5:06
  So
• 5:06
  I've
• 5:06
  got
• 5:06
  a
• 5:06
  big
• 5:06
  plan
• 5:07
  for
• 5:07
  that
• 5:07
  coming
• 5:07
  up.
• 5:07
  Can't
• 5:07
  wait
• 5:08
  to
• 5:08
  show
• 5:08
  you
• 5:09
  and
• 5:09
  share
• 5:09
  some
• 5:10
  of
• 5:10
  that
• 5:10
  stuff
• 5:10
  for
• 5:10
  social
• 5:11
  media
• 5:11
  as
• 5:11
  it
• 5:11
  comes
• 5:12
  up.
• 5:12
  But
• 5:12
  yep,
• 5:12
  we're
• 5:13
  gonna
• 5:13
  be
• 5:13
  moving
• 5:13
  the
• 5:14
  shop
• 5:14
  and
• 5:14
  doing
• 5:14
  all
• 5:14
  other
• 5:15
  stuff.
• 5:15
  So
• 5:15
  I'm
• 5:15
  kind
• 5:15
  of
• 5:16
  in
• 5:16
  the
• 5:16
  market
• 5:16
  of
• 5:16
  getting
• 5:16
  this
• 5:16
  ready
• 5:17
  to
• 5:17
  go
• 5:17
  and
• 5:18
  then
• 5:18
  to
• 5:18
  go
• 5:18
  out
• 5:18
  and
• 5:19
  find
• 5:19
  the
• 5:20
  next
• 5:20
  location,
• 5:21
  which
• 5:21
  will
• 5:22
  be
• 5:22
  a
• 5:22
  lot
• 5:22
  of
• 5:22
  fun.
• 5:22
  So
• 5:23
  that
• 5:23
  means
• 5:23
  I
• 5:23
  got
• 5:23
  a
• 5:23
  lot
• 5:23
  of
• 5:23
  projects
• 5:24
  coming
• 5:24
  up
• 5:24
  because
• 5:25
  when
• 5:25
  you're
• 5:25
  doing
• 5:25
  a
• 5:25
  house
• 5:26
  like
• 5:26
  this,
• 5:26
  it's
• 5:26
  an
• 5:26
  interesting
• 5:27
  thing
• 5:27
  to
• 5:27
  look
• 5:27
  at
• 5:28
  because
• 5:28
  I
• 5:29
  have
• 5:29
  to
• 5:29
  look
• 5:29
  at
• 5:29
  it
• 5:30
  as
• 5:30
  I'm
• 5:30
  in
• 5:30
  a
• 5:30
  very
• 5:31
  expensive
• 5:32
  land
• 5:32
  place
• 5:33
  right
• 5:33
  here
• 5:34
  and
• 5:35
  do
• 5:35
  I
• 5:35
  want
• 5:35
  to
• 5:35
  go
• 5:36
  through
• 5:36
  and
• 5:36
  finish
• 5:36
  the
• 5:36
  house
• 5:37
  up?
• 5:37
  Don't
• 5:38
  want
• 5:38
  to
• 5:38
  sell
• 5:38
  it
• 5:38
  to
• 5:38
  a
• 5:39
  developer
• 5:39
  that
• 5:39
  could
• 5:40
  put
• 5:40
  two
• 5:40
  houses
• 5:40
  on
• 5:40
  this
• 5:41
  piece
• 5:41
  of
• 5:41
  property.
• 5:42
  There's
• 5:42
  so
• 5:43
  many
• 5:43
  different
• 5:43
  things
• 5:43
  to
• 5:44
  look
• 5:44
  at,
• 5:44
  and
• 5:45
  for
• 5:45
  me,
• 5:45
  I
• 5:45
  have
• 5:46
  to
• 5:46
  get
• 5:46
  in
• 5:46
  the
• 5:46
  unemotional
• 5:47
  side
• 5:47
  of
• 5:47
  things
• 5:48
  out
• 5:48
  there
• 5:48
  when
• 5:48
  it
• 5:48
  comes
• 5:48
  to
• 5:48
  this.
• 5:49
  All
• 5:50
  right,
• 5:50
  what's
• 5:50
  going
• 5:50
  to
• 5:50
  bring
• 5:51
  me
• 5:51
  the
• 5:51
  best
• 5:51
  money
• 5:52
  and
• 5:52
  the
• 5:53
  best
• 5:53
  return
• 5:54
  on
• 5:54
  the
• 5:54
  investment?
• 5:55
  So
• 5:56
  those
• 5:56
  can
• 5:56
  be
• 5:56
  tough
• 5:56
  questions
• 5:57
  to
• 5:57
  ask.
• 5:58
  And
• 5:58
  yeah,
• 5:58
  do
• 5:58
  I
• 5:58
  want
• 5:59
  to
• 5:59
  see
• 6:00
  an
• 6:00
  excavator
• 6:01
  come
• 6:01
  in
• 6:01
  and
• 6:01
  knock
• 6:02
  down
• 6:03
  this
• 6:03
  beautiful
• 6:03
  house.
• 6:04
  No,
• 6:05
  but
• 6:06
  is
• 6:06
  there
• 6:07
  something
• 6:07
  to
• 6:07
  be
• 6:07
  gained
• 6:08
  by
• 6:08
  selling
• 6:09
  it
• 6:09
  financially
• 6:10
  and
• 6:11
  doing
• 6:11
  something
• 6:11
  with
• 6:11
  it?
• 6:12
  Yeah,
• 6:12
  it's
• 6:12
  wasteful
• 6:13
  something.
• 6:14
  There's
• 6:14
  always
• 6:15
  a
• 6:15
  little
• 6:15
  twist.
• 6:16
  So
• 6:16
  we'll
• 6:16
  see
• 6:16
  what
• 6:16
  happens
• 6:17
  with
• 6:17
  life
• 6:17
  on
• 6:17
  this
• 6:17
  one.
• 6:17
  I'm
• 6:18
  throwing
• 6:18
  it
• 6:18
  out
• 6:18
  in
• 6:18
  the
• 6:18
  wind
• 6:18
  and
• 6:18
  we're
• 6:19
  just
• 6:19
  going
• 6:19
  to
• 6:19
  see
• 6:19
  what
• 6:19
  the
• 6:19
  numbers
• 6:20
  come
• 6:20
  in
• 6:20
  and
• 6:21
  to
• 6:21
  have
• 6:21
  some
• 6:21
  fun
• 6:22
  with
• 6:22
  it.
• 6:22
  But
• 6:22
  nonetheless,
• 6:23
  some
• 6:23
  exciting
• 6:24
  times
• 6:24
  ahead
• 6:25
  in
• 6:25
  2025.
• 6:27
  One
• 6:27
  other
• 6:27
  thing
• 6:27
  I
• 6:28
  wanted
• 6:28
  to
• 6:28
  bring
• 6:28
  up
• 6:28
  today,
• 6:29
  and
• 6:29
  this
• 6:29
  has
• 6:29
  been
• 6:29
  something
• 6:29
  very
• 6:30
  interesting,
• 6:31
  and
• 6:32
  I'm
• 6:32
  in
• 6:32
  a
• 6:32
  lot
• 6:32
  of
• 6:32
  social
• 6:33
  media
• 6:33
  groups,
• 6:33
  Facebook
• 6:34
  groups
• 6:34
  to
• 6:34
  be
• 6:35
  specific.
• 6:36
  I
• 6:36
  am
• 6:36
  in
• 6:37
  so
• 6:37
  many
• 6:37
  things.
• 6:38
  We
• 6:38
  have
• 6:38
  our
• 6:38
  around
• 6:38
  the
• 6:38
  house
• 6:39
  nation,
• 6:39
  which
• 6:40
  we're
• 6:40
  growing.
• 6:40
  I'm
• 6:41
  in
• 6:41
  one
• 6:41
  called
• 6:41
  Ask
• 6:42
  a
• 6:42
  cabinet
• 6:42
  Maker.
• 6:43
  DIY
• 6:44
  home
• 6:44
  improvement
• 6:44
  projects.
• 6:45
  There's
• 6:46
  so
• 6:46
  many
• 6:46
  different
• 6:47
  ones
• 6:47
  out
• 6:47
  there.
• 6:47
  Ask
• 6:48
  the
• 6:48
  appraiser.
• 6:49
  All
• 6:49
  these
• 6:49
  different
• 6:50
  groups.
• 6:50
  I'm
• 6:50
  either
• 6:51
  an
• 6:51
  admin
• 6:51
  or
• 6:52
  a
• 6:53
  expert
• 6:53
  contributor
• 6:54
  for.
• 6:54
  And
• 6:54
  it
• 6:55
  is
• 6:55
  one
• 6:55
  of
• 6:55
  those
• 6:55
  things
• 6:56
  that
• 6:56
  I'm
• 6:56
  seeing
• 6:57
  so
• 6:58
  very
• 6:58
  much
• 6:59
  where
• 6:59
  the
• 7:00
  same
• 7:00
  problems
• 7:01
  are
• 7:01
  happening
• 7:02
  over
• 7:03
  and
• 7:03
  over
• 7:04
  again.
• 7:05
  Great
• 7:05
  example.
• 7:07
  Ask
• 7:07
  a
• 7:07
  cabin
• 7:08
  maker.
• 7:09
  And
• 7:09
  this
• 7:10
  is
• 7:10
  an
• 7:10
  interesting
• 7:10
  group.
• 7:11
  There's
• 7:11
  33,
• 7:12
  34,000
• 7:13
  people
• 7:13
  in
• 7:13
  this
• 7:14
  group.
• 7:14
  But
• 7:15
  if
• 7:15
  I
• 7:15
  was
• 7:15
  going
• 7:15
  to
• 7:15
  sit
• 7:16
  there
• 7:16
  and
• 7:16
  say,
• 7:16
  what
• 7:17
  is
• 7:17
  the
• 7:17
  trend
• 7:18
  in
• 7:18
  these
• 7:18
  groups?
• 7:19
  And
• 7:20
  it's
• 7:20
  interesting
• 7:21
  in
• 7:21
  the
• 7:22
  Ask
• 7:22
  a
• 7:22
  cabinet
• 7:22
  maker
• 7:23
  group,
• 7:24
  99%
• 7:26
  of
• 7:27
  all
• 7:27
  cabinetry,
• 7:29
  construction,
• 7:30
  finish
• 7:32
  and
• 7:32
  even
• 7:32
  design
• 7:33
  issues
• 7:34
  are
• 7:34
  because
• 7:35
  of
• 7:36
  small
• 7:37
  custom
• 7:37
  cabinet
• 7:38
  shops
• 7:39
  that
• 7:40
  probably
• 7:40
  shouldn't
• 7:41
  be
• 7:41
  in
• 7:41
  business
• 7:42
  that
• 7:42
  are
• 7:43
  just
• 7:44
  absolutely
• 7:45
  building
• 7:46
  a
• 7:47
  ugly,
• 7:47
  horrible
• 7:48
  product.
• 7:49
  Bad
• 7:50
  finish.
• 7:51
  All
• 7:52
  these
• 7:52
  other
• 7:52
  weird
• 7:53
  little
• 7:53
  things
• 7:53
  going
• 7:53
  on,
• 7:54
  caulking
• 7:55
  cabinet
• 7:55
  doors
• 7:56
  before
• 7:56
  they
• 7:57
  finish
• 7:57
  them.
• 7:57
  Just
• 7:58
  ugliness.
• 7:59
  And
• 8:00
  I'm
• 8:01
  seeing
• 8:01
  that
• 8:01
  over
• 8:02
  and
• 8:02
  over
• 8:02
  again.
• 8:03
  So
• 8:04
  it's
• 8:04
  one
• 8:04
  of
• 8:04
  those
• 8:04
  things
• 8:04
  that
• 8:05
  I
• 8:05
  wanted
• 8:05
  to
• 8:05
  bring
• 8:05
  up
• 8:06
  in
• 8:06
  this
• 8:06
  episode
• 8:07
  here
• 8:07
  to
• 8:08
  be
• 8:08
  very
• 8:08
  careful
• 8:09
  up
• 8:09
  there.
• 8:10
  Be
• 8:10
  very
• 8:11
  careful
• 8:11
  when
• 8:11
  you're
• 8:11
  out
• 8:12
  looking
• 8:12
  at
• 8:12
  cabinetry,
• 8:13
  quite
• 8:14
  frankly,
• 8:14
  the
• 8:14
  stuff
• 8:14
  you're
• 8:15
  going
• 8:15
  to
• 8:15
  get
• 8:15
  in,
• 8:16
  you
• 8:16
  know,
• 8:16
  Home
• 8:16
  Depot,
• 8:17
  Lowe's,
• 8:17
  or
• 8:18
  a
• 8:18
  branded
• 8:19
  cabinetry
• 8:19
  that's
• 8:19
  coming
• 8:19
  out
• 8:20
  of
• 8:20
  your
• 8:20
  local
• 8:21
  kitchen
• 8:21
  and
• 8:22
  bath
• 8:22
  design
• 8:22
  center.
• 8:23
  That's
• 8:23
  the
• 8:23
  place
• 8:23
  I
• 8:23
  would
• 8:24
  go
• 8:24
  by
• 8:24
  as
• 8:24
  my
• 8:24
  local
• 8:25
  kitchen
• 8:25
  and
• 8:25
  bath
• 8:25
  design
• 8:26
  center.
• 8:27
  Talk
• 8:27
  to
• 8:27
  them.
• 8:28
  That
• 8:28
  is
• 8:29
  your
• 8:29
  safest
• 8:29
  bet.
• 8:30
  Home
• 8:30
  centers.
• 8:31
  There's
• 8:31
  some
• 8:31
  decent
• 8:31
  stuff
• 8:32
  in
• 8:32
  there.
• 8:32
  Are
• 8:33
  you
• 8:33
  paying
• 8:33
  a
• 8:33
  little
• 8:33
  more
• 8:33
  for
• 8:33
  it
• 8:34
  because
• 8:34
  it's
• 8:34
  the
• 8:34
  home
• 8:34
  center?
• 8:35
  Absolutely,
• 8:35
  you
• 8:35
  are.
• 8:36
  But
• 8:37
  I'm
• 8:37
  seeing
• 8:38
  homeowners,
• 8:39
  contractors
• 8:41
  walking
• 8:42
  into
• 8:42
  these
• 8:43
  little
• 8:44
  custom
• 8:45
  cabinet
• 8:45
  shops
• 8:46
  and
• 8:46
  the
• 8:47
  disasters
• 8:48
  that
• 8:48
  are
• 8:48
  coming
• 8:48
  out
• 8:49
  are
• 8:49
  horrible.
• 8:50
  Just
• 8:51
  ugliness.
• 8:52
  Bad
• 8:53
  design,
• 8:53
  bad
• 8:54
  construction,
• 8:55
  name
• 8:55
  it.
• 8:56
  But
• 8:56
  it's
• 8:57
  always
• 8:57
  the
• 8:57
  same
• 8:58
  Character
• 8:58
  actors.
• 8:59
  Now,
• 8:59
  there
• 8:59
  are
• 9:00
  a
• 9:00
  lot
• 9:00
  of
• 9:00
  great
• 9:02
  custom
• 9:02
  shops
• 9:02
  out
• 9:03
  there
• 9:03
  that
• 9:03
  are
• 9:03
  small,
• 9:04
  but
• 9:04
  you
• 9:04
  as
• 9:05
  a
• 9:05
  consumer
• 9:05
  have
• 9:06
  to
• 9:06
  go
• 9:06
  do
• 9:06
  your
• 9:06
  due
• 9:07
  diligence
• 9:07
  to
• 9:07
  understand
• 9:08
  it
• 9:08
  because
• 9:10
  that
• 9:10
  is
• 9:10
  so.
• 9:11
  The
• 9:11
  marketplace
• 9:11
  is
• 9:12
  so
• 9:12
  riddled
• 9:13
  with
• 9:14
  low
• 9:14
  quality
• 9:15
  cabinet
• 9:16
  shops
• 9:16
  using
• 9:17
  lacquer
• 9:18
  finishes.
• 9:19
  That's
• 9:19
  one
• 9:19
  of
• 9:19
  the
• 9:20
  first
• 9:20
  things
• 9:20
  I
• 9:21
  would
• 9:21
  ask.
• 9:21
  What
• 9:21
  kind
• 9:21
  of
• 9:22
  finish
• 9:22
  are
• 9:22
  you
• 9:22
  putting
• 9:22
  on
• 9:22
  the
• 9:23
  cabinetry?
• 9:24
  If
• 9:24
  they
• 9:24
  say
• 9:24
  lacquer
• 9:25
  or
• 9:25
  cat
• 9:25
  lacquer,
• 9:26
  I'm
• 9:26
  done.
• 9:27
  Next,
• 9:27
  I
• 9:28
  want
• 9:28
  to
• 9:28
  see
• 9:28
  them
• 9:28
  running
• 9:29
  that
• 9:29
  higher
• 9:30
  end
• 9:30
  finish
• 9:30
  to
• 9:31
  protect
• 9:31
  your
• 9:31
  investment.
• 9:32
  I've
• 9:33
  even
• 9:33
  seen
• 9:34
  some
• 9:34
  custom
• 9:34
  cabinet
• 9:35
  shops
• 9:36
  sending
• 9:36
  out
• 9:37
  raw
• 9:37
  cabinets
• 9:38
  and
• 9:38
  the
• 9:38
  contractor
• 9:39
  is
• 9:39
  supposed
• 9:39
  to
• 9:40
  finish
• 9:40
  them
• 9:40
  on
• 9:41
  site
• 9:41
  for
• 9:41
  stain,
• 9:42
  let
• 9:42
  alone
• 9:43
  paint.
• 9:44
  That's
• 9:44
  a
• 9:44
  hard
• 9:44
  no.
• 9:45
  So
• 9:46
  be
• 9:46
  very
• 9:46
  careful
• 9:47
  as
• 9:47
  a
• 9:47
  consumer
• 9:47
  out
• 9:47
  there,
• 9:48
  guys,
• 9:49
  when
• 9:49
  you're
• 9:49
  out
• 9:49
  looking
• 9:49
  at
• 9:50
  cabinetry,
• 9:50
  if
• 9:50
  you're
• 9:50
  out
• 9:51
  there
• 9:51
  looking
• 9:51
  at
• 9:51
  it,
• 9:51
  you're
• 9:52
  gonna.
• 9:52
  I'm
• 9:52
  gonna
• 9:52
  do
• 9:52
  a
• 9:52
  remodel.
• 9:53
  Send
• 9:54
  me
• 9:54
  a
• 9:54
  message
• 9:54
  over
• 9:55
  to
• 9:55
  roundthehouse
• 9:55
  online
• 9:56
  dot
• 9:56
  com.
• 9:57
  I'll
• 9:57
  give
• 9:57
  you
• 9:57
  my
• 9:58
  two
• 9:58
  cents.
• 9:59
  I
• 9:59
  tell
• 9:59
  you
• 9:59
  what
• 10:00
  I'd
• 10:00
  be
• 10:00
  looking
• 10:01
  for.
• 10:02
  Feel
• 10:02
  free
• 10:02
  to
• 10:02
  ask
• 10:02
  out.
• 10:03
  I
• 10:03
  can
• 10:03
  be
• 10:03
  your
• 10:03
  resource
• 10:04
  there.
• 10:05
  I
• 10:05
  do
• 10:05
  get
• 10:05
  back
• 10:05
  to
• 10:05
  people
• 10:06
  on
• 10:06
  that.
• 10:06
  That
• 10:07
  drops
• 10:07
  right
• 10:07
  into
• 10:07
  my
• 10:07
  email
• 10:08
  box.
• 10:09
  I
• 10:09
  would
• 10:09
  much
• 10:09
  rather
• 10:10
  help
• 10:10
  you
• 10:10
  spend
• 10:10
  a
• 10:10
  couple
• 10:11
  minutes
• 10:11
  there
• 10:12
  than
• 10:12
  have
• 10:13
  to
• 10:13
  make
• 10:13
  a
• 10:13
  show
• 10:13
  out
• 10:13
  of
• 10:13
  it
• 10:14
  and
• 10:15
  just
• 10:15
  talk
• 10:15
  about
• 10:15
  how
• 10:16
  bad.
• 10:17
  How
• 10:17
  bad
• 10:18
  things
• 10:18
  went.
• 10:19
  So
• 10:20
  take
• 10:20
  some
• 10:20
  time,
• 10:20
  do
• 10:21
  your
• 10:21
  research.
• 10:21
  It's
• 10:22
  going
• 10:22
  to
• 10:22
  save
• 10:22
  you
• 10:23
  so
• 10:23
  much
• 10:23
  money
• 10:23
  and
• 10:23
  headache
• 10:24
  in
• 10:24
  the
• 10:24
  end
• 10:25
  and
• 10:25
  I
• 10:25
  want
• 10:25
  to
• 10:26
  make
• 10:26
  sure
• 10:26
  that
• 10:26
  you've
• 10:26
  got
• 10:26
  that
• 10:26
  dialed
• 10:27
  in.
• 10:27
  All
• 10:28
  right,
• 10:28
  everybody,
• 10:28
  I
• 10:28
  gotta
• 10:29
  run
• 10:29
  here.
• 10:29
  I've
• 10:30
  got
• 10:30
  so
• 10:31
  much
• 10:31
  to
• 10:31
  do
• 10:31
  today.
• 10:31
  We've
• 10:32
  got
• 10:32
  a
• 10:32
  great
• 10:32
  show
• 10:32
  coming
• 10:32
  up
• 10:33
  this
• 10:33
  weekend
• 10:34
  and
• 10:35
  we'll
• 10:35
  talk
• 10:35
  about
• 10:35
  that
• 10:35
  on
• 10:36
  Friday.
• 10:36
  But
• 10:36
  tons
• 10:36
  of
• 10:37
  brand
• 10:37
  new
• 10:37
  content,
• 10:38
  lots
• 10:39
  of
• 10:39
  good
• 10:39
  stuff.
• 10:40
  Happy
• 10:40
  Spring,
• 10:41
  Happy

  birthday
• 10:42
  to
• 10:42

• 10:43
  got
• 10:43
  a
• 10:43
  great
• 10:43
  week
• 10:43
  ahead
• 10:44
  and
• 10:44
  some
• 10:45
  epic
• 10:45
  episodes
• 10:46
  coming
• 10:46
  up
• 10:46
  that
• 10:46
  you
• 10:46
  are
• 10:46
  not
• 10:47
  going
• 10:47
  to
• 10:47
  want
• 10:47
  to
• 10:47
  miss.
• 10:48
  We've
• 10:48
  got
• 10:48
  some
• 10:48
  new
• 10:49
  interviews.
• 10:49
  We
• 10:49
  got
• 10:49
  some
• 10:50
  great
• 10:50
  stuff
• 10:50
  coming
• 10:50
  up.
• 10:51
  Going
• 10:51
  to
• 10:51
  be
• 10:51
  talking
• 10:52
  about
• 10:52
  smart
• 10:53
  home
• 10:53
  stuff.
• 10:53
  We're
• 10:53
  going
• 10:54
  to
• 10:54
  be
• 10:54
  talking
• 10:54
  about
• 10:54

• 10:55
  There's
• 10:55
  so
• 10:55
  many
• 10:55
  great
• 10:56
  things
• 10:56
  happening
• 10:56
  that
• 10:56
  I'm
• 10:57
  excited
• 10:58
  because
• 10:58
  we're
• 10:58
  going
• 10:58
  to
• 10:58
  be
• 10:58
  talking
• 10:58
  about
• 10:58
  some
• 10:59

• 10:59

• 10:59
