- 0:42Speaker 1: And we're here to talk about mental health, so today's topic is mental health.
- 0:47Speaker 2: Mental health the brain and the lead of the body is a sense of feel for self care.
- 0:51Speaker 2: Listen to feel the designation of keywords as you breathe, to experience their feelings.
- 0:56Speaker 2: Brain talk changes the need to worry about what it means to feel your self talk.
- 1:00Speaker 2: Learning the brain's body with Dr Slayton Live is a sense and receive path research guide.
- 1:05Speaker 2: The mental health crisis of self is too real not to learn the strengths and weaknesses of your brain, body and sense message systems.
- 1:12Speaker 2: Brain talk learning the brain's body with Dr Slayton Live available now through Amazon or go to wwwdrslaytonlivecom for more information.
- 1:23Speaker 1: Breathe, breathe, because in brain talk the brain accidentally leads the body to sense, feel and focus feelings of emotion and thought, to influence self, learning in the process of reflection from forward feed, through the experience of brain talk, the breath of life, experience, reflect and remember the first breath, because all I'm saying is the brain was in the lead of the body, because that first breath gave life to the brain and from that point on, or until the contact was made with the external environment, then the environment took over control of the body and removed the brain from the lead, the receive path, from the lead in the transaction, and I'm talking about communication systems, the human system.
- 2:13Speaker 1: So understanding how the brain talks back through backward feed and forward flows of energy, action, feelings, underscore brain, body and sense messaging that sense and receive path, research Talk to the brain, not the body, to inform self, to discipline self and to focus self through a sense of field for the experience of self and the brain.
- 2:37Speaker 1: So the brain and lead of the body, your receive path, is what I'm talking about.
- 2:42Speaker 1: That's a neurological process cycle, that's how the brain takes over.
- 2:47Speaker 1: It's through the receive path, at the breath of life.
- 2:50Speaker 1: I'm saying that the receive path is open to the contact, interaction at the infancy stage and so when you took that first breath, you reached out to find out what's in the environment and your response is what led you to then do whatever you did next.
- 3:11Speaker 1: And I always talk about the feeling system, the crime, because of the hurt, anger, anxiety of being in that situation for the first time.
- 3:20Speaker 1: Things taking place, skin, bones, breathing, temperature, all those things happening simultaneously cause and effect relationships In human systems.
- 3:31Speaker 1: Science, brain exercises are mental, physical, emotional and sensory experiences organized using process cycles as acts to learn, live, think and respond with the brain and lead the body to exercise the experience of self to correlate feelings of self.
- 3:51Speaker 1: The process cycles help you realize the environmental and neural cause and effect relationships between sense and receive, past functions and brain, body and sense events as being intercommunication platforms.
- 4:05Speaker 1: Hence brain talk travels through a sense of feel for self to observe and learn how to listen to self.
- 4:13Speaker 1: Talk as the human potential to help cool self, calm self and collect feelings of self in the lead of environmental and neural co-action.
- 4:24Speaker 1: So there it is in human systems, science, sense and receive path research we're trying to look at and bring you back to the base of understanding how to be in the lead of the environmental contact, and it's just thinking about thinking, metacognition and then neural co-action, sense and receive path functioning.
- 4:43Speaker 1: So the brain is in the receive path and accepting the flow of the environmental influence through a sense of feel for self.
- 4:53Speaker 1: That's the filter, the brain acts and leads the body through sensory organization.
- 4:57Speaker 1: You feel the focus of self and the brain as a neurophysical self, a sense of feel for self, and the brain is a neurophysics of self.
- 5:09Speaker 1: In brain talk, the brain connection expresses the organics of how humans manage, control and process the feelings of self, other people and the environment.
- 5:19Speaker 1: That systems.
- 5:21Speaker 1: Because now you know that the breath of life, your search was not only for self but the interaction with other people in the environment.
- 5:29Speaker 1: So you were trying to read the environment for contact, interaction.
- 5:34Speaker 1: And what did you get?
- 5:35Speaker 1: Our nurturing system could remove your sense of feel.
- 5:40Speaker 1: That's what I'm describing.
- 5:41Speaker 1: On the other hand, a sense of self excludes your sense of feel for brain, body and sense interaction in the process of environmental influences.
- 5:51Speaker 1: In other words, you search for a sense of awareness for the environment of self, but not in relation to interaction between the experiences of self, other people and the environment.
- 6:04Speaker 1: So it isolates the desire for interaction because you're hurt by how you receive beyond the breath of life experience.
- 6:13Speaker 1: It may have excluded nurturing you through interaction yourself, other people and the environment to understand the process, variables of learning the brain and lead the body.
- 6:29Speaker 1: And so I move on and I say to you you are a person in the environment in search of ways to live, to discover who you are, what you are, why you are, how you are, where you are and where, when you are, the person you can be.
- 6:47Speaker 1: That is a mind body conflict, because the body is the mind the reflective states of self or the mind is the body the reflective states of self behavior.
- 7:02Speaker 1: A sense of feel for self encompasses the acknowledgement of environmental stimuli through a sense of feel for self as a neurophysical conversion of nervous system functions known through sense and see after search.
- 7:15Speaker 1: So all I'm saying to you is that the body mind conflict is because you taught my story and reflection.
- 7:25Speaker 1: Come up programming, just go review Maslow 1932.
- 7:29Speaker 1: He's telling you that because you receive the program, it makes you more predictable and less thoughtful, because you don't move through a sense of feel for self and other people in the environment.
- 7:42Speaker 1: It moves through a sense of, in search of ways to live.
- 7:47Speaker 1: There's nothing wrong with that.
- 7:49Speaker 1: But you live through a sense of feel for self, other people in the environment, or awareness, so that when you make contact you are ready to receive multiple levels of engagement simultaneously.
- 8:04Speaker 1: So you interact with people in the environment.
- 8:08Speaker 1: But when you're not programmed to sense and feel because you can't be program, sense and feel if you feel something is neurological, and that means your nervous system, and that means whatever the brain produces in terms of chemicals right, transforms your response patterns, which means you change based upon the way the experience evolves, because the brain is calculating the best of our computer, the best way to reduce negative flow of energy for you.
- 8:45Speaker 1: And so I'm talking to you about brain talk.
- 8:48Speaker 1: You can sit back and imagine yourself in your last argument with someone and imagine how the energy, action and feelings moving through you and all the things that you had to do to bring yourself to a level of reserve that allows you to sense, feel and focus your energy so that you felt totally in control of your behavior, continue to interact to higher levels of resolve.
- 9:15Speaker 1: That's brain talk.
- 9:16Speaker 1: Because what did you have to do?
- 9:17Speaker 1: You had to spin it forward and backward, to balance your sense of feel for self between the emotion moving through you and the reflective thought that was in the experience itself that you're trying to shift away from long enough to experience new thought to balance that out.
- 9:36Speaker 1: That's brain talk, okay.
- 9:37Speaker 1: So in closing I want to make myself clear A sense of feel for self encompasses the acknowledgement of environmental stimuli through a sense of feel for self as a neuro physical conversion of nervous system functions known through sense and receive path research set again.
- 9:58Speaker 1: In other words, for clarity, the environment encompasses the acknowledgement of self, other people in the environment, neuro, physical, sensory stimuli of brain body messages.
- 10:12Speaker 1: Those are the brain exercises.
- 10:14Speaker 1: The brain exercises through self contact, interacting with other people and cooperation in the environment, so that you're constantly learning how to evolve from the experience of hurt, pain and sadness because of the variables that surround how you came into life and what happened as you moved through the human ecological systems.
- 10:41Speaker 1: And then you had to respond at each level, at each turn.
- 10:44Speaker 1: Remember, children have to learn to beat children before they can become adults.
- 10:50Speaker 1: So you have to learn how to experience self because you had to experience other people first and that removed the sense of feel for self, but it did not teach you how to move through the other people, because they were trying to teach you how to live in the environment, and the environment influenced your sense and receive path function.
- 11:12Speaker 1: So now what I'm saying to you is restore your sense of feel for self so that you can begin to understand brain talk and how your inner voice talks back, and then ground yourself with the experience of how you live in the home, learn the school, take a neighborhood and respond in the workplace, and that's all measurable.
- 11:33Speaker 1: Thank you.
- 11:34Speaker 1: This is Dr Clayton.
- 11:35Speaker 1: Live tuning out.
- 11:35Speaker 1: Tune in out.
- 11:36Speaker 1: Be back shortly.
