- 1:41Speaker 4: be about Trump or about anything going on in the

- 1:47Speaker 4: l E E E l CI Radio at gmail dot com.
- 1:52Speaker 4: In the breakout, was looking, I want one of those
- 1:53Speaker 4: dire wolves.
- 1:55Speaker 1: I want one.
- 1:56Speaker 4: Yep, I gotta get me one dire wolf. Can you
- 1:58Speaker 4: believe what we got going on? It's like literally Jurassic Park.
- 2:01Speaker 4: Have you guys followed that? Nobody cares about that? By me,
- 2:03Speaker 4: I think it's cool.
- 2:05Speaker 1: All right. I want to talk about Saturday.
- 2:10Speaker 4: And I know, you know, everyone's focused on, you know,
- 2:12Speaker 4: what's happening here in the last couple of days. But
- 2:14Speaker 4: I want to talk about Saturday and the Saturday rallies. Yeah,
- 2:18Speaker 4: tens of and I'm exasperated by it. And I'll tell
- 2:21Speaker 4: you why as we get into this. But tens of
- 2:23Speaker 4: thousands in DC circled the Washington Monument nearly twenty blocks
- 2:29Speaker 4: Fifth Avenue packed folks who are out there waving their flag,
- 2:34Speaker 4: some upside down signaling distress, chanting, some very strange things
- 2:39Speaker 4: like stop the steal and things of that nature. I'm
- 2:42Speaker 4: not really even sure what that means. But they were
- 2:45Speaker 4: rallying against tariffs, against Elon Musks and his Department of
- 2:50Speaker 4: Government efficiency. They don't like it, and they're basically calling
- 2:54Speaker 4: Trump a fascist dark money following Elon Musk.
- 2:58Speaker 2: They have.
- 3:00Speaker 4: Literally no idea what they're talking about. So let me
- 3:03Speaker 4: remind them. America has been on a slow bleed for
- 3:08Speaker 4: decades since the sixties. I mean, if you go back,
- 3:11Speaker 4: think lbj' is great society. We've seen the government bloat,
- 3:17Speaker 4: explode guys, programs like welfare, replacing personal responsibility with handouts.
- 3:25Speaker 4: Nonsensical bureaucratic schemes have been hatched ever since the Great Society. Now,
- 3:31Speaker 4: whether the Great Society was born with genuine care for
- 3:36Speaker 4: the American people, or if it was born for another reason,
- 3:39Speaker 4: which is what I think, it was born for control.
- 3:42Speaker 4: This is where we are and the federal government. Remember this,
- 3:46Speaker 4: The federal government doesn't make money, right, It's not a
- 3:50Speaker 4: business per se. It takes your money, big difference, and
- 3:54Speaker 4: for too long we have let that go unchecked, draining
- 3:58Speaker 4: our wallets to fund themselves. They're bureaucratic buddies. I just
- 4:04Speaker 4: talked about this the other day on my radio show.
- 4:06Speaker 4: I just wrote a big fat check to Uncle Sam.
- 4:10Speaker 4: You drain me every week. Every week, you drain money
- 4:13Speaker 4: out of my account, and then yet I had to
- 4:15Speaker 4: write another fat check to Uncle Sam at the end
- 4:18Speaker 4: of the year.
- 4:19Speaker 1: When does it stop?
- 4:21Speaker 4: So they're going to be growing pains with what's going on,
- 4:26Speaker 4: There's no question about that, you bet. But when you
- 4:28Speaker 4: start slashing waste, so far one hundred and eighty, I
- 4:32Speaker 4: think billions saved. According to Elon, Musk said that today,
- 4:35Speaker 4: I believe critics are screaming that the jobs that are
- 4:38Speaker 4: being cut are vital jobs that are I guess stopping
- 4:43Speaker 4: research or they've been whining about their colleagues losing jobs.
- 4:48Speaker 4: But the tough question to ask, and one I think
- 4:51Speaker 4: is a legitimate question to ask, how much and how
- 4:55Speaker 4: many of those research jobs are essential? And how much
- 5:01Speaker 4: is it just padding budgets. We've got to prioritize what
- 5:07Speaker 4: actually moves the needle in America. So they're worried about
- 5:12Speaker 4: social security, they're worried about healthcare, they're worried about education.
- 5:15Speaker 1: But here's the disconnect.
- 5:16Speaker 4: They're defending a system that has been fleecing us.
- 5:21Speaker 1: With mediocre results for decades. Man, how many times do
- 5:25Speaker 1: we have to keep going round and round in this.
- 5:28Speaker 1: The Department of Education doesn't work.
- 5:30Speaker 4: If there's waste, fraud, fat in these different organizations, cut it.
- 5:34Speaker 1: And if that means someone.
- 5:35Speaker 4: Loses their jobs, I'm sorry, but you were not an
- 5:39Speaker 4: essential employee public education that We've been throwing money at
- 5:44Speaker 4: that for what since nineteen eighty and the scores continue
- 5:49Speaker 4: to go in the wrong direction. Hasn't fixed the schools,
- 5:51Speaker 4: it's clogged it up. And the folks that were again
- 5:58Speaker 4: going out with the rallies on Saturday protesting, by the way,
- 6:01Speaker 4: they were all getting paid. A lot of them were
- 6:02Speaker 4: getting paid. Maybe not in the smaller towns, but in
- 6:04Speaker 4: the bigger cities they were making a check.
- 6:06Speaker 1: For sure.
- 6:07Speaker 4: These folks are clinging to a status quo that has.
- 6:12Speaker 1: Been failing us.
- 6:14Speaker 4: And while accusing Trump of closing up to these oligarchs,
- 6:17Speaker 4: again that.
- 6:18Speaker 1: Is the stupidest thing.
- 6:19Speaker 4: So you've got two of the richest man arguably in
- 6:23Speaker 4: the world, and then you've got another billionaire.
- 6:26Speaker 1: What they're trying to squeeze more money out of you.
- 6:28Speaker 4: Trump's trying to build a legacy here, man. Trump is
- 6:32Speaker 4: trying to build his legacy. He wants to go down
- 6:36Speaker 4: in history that he stood for something. He's not trying
- 6:39Speaker 4: to pad the pockets for himself and his kids. I
- 6:41Speaker 4: don't believe that for a second. So the rallies, bankrolled
- 6:47Speaker 4: by folks like Soros, the left wants to forget about that,
- 6:52Speaker 4: But the protesters are shouting that tariffs will tank the economy,
- 6:57Speaker 4: raise prices, hurt the little guy. But hold on, for
- 7:00Speaker 4: decades and decades and decades, we've let countries like China
- 7:04Speaker 4: our economic rival, not our friend, eat our lunch, steal
- 7:07Speaker 4: our intellectual property. Where were our leftist friends rally Were
- 7:11Speaker 4: they rallying about that?
- 7:13Speaker 1: Why is that okay?
- 7:15Speaker 4: Why is that something that they conveniently forget about? I mean,
- 7:19Speaker 4: China's the most favored nation since two thousand. They flooded
- 7:22Speaker 4: our markets with cheap goods, They've again hollowed out the
- 7:26Speaker 4: American industry. They've basically again stole into lack actual property
- 7:31Speaker 4: and their tax on imports. Basically they've cost us jobs, industry,
- 7:35Speaker 4: and a lot of other things. Again, they've they produced
- 7:39Speaker 4: crappy products, and for some reason, our friends on the left,
- 7:43Speaker 4: they don't want to fight that fight. They want to
- 7:46Speaker 4: fight Trump instead. So, as I said in the opening,
- 7:51Speaker 4: maybe if you missed it. I believe all of this
- 7:54Speaker 4: circles back to the people that are making the most noise, right,
- 7:57Speaker 4: the people that are making the most noise of doge
- 8:00Speaker 4: or about the waste, fraud and abuse and the cuts
- 8:04Speaker 4: are the ones that we should have our quote unquote
- 8:06Speaker 4: eyes on, the keenest eyes on Chuck Schumer's Christopher.
- 8:12Speaker 1: Murphy here in the state of Connecticut.
- 8:15Speaker 4: Pelosi Shift, these folks, Bloomenthal or a certain extent, these
- 8:20Speaker 4: folks are the ones that have been manipulating this system.
- 8:25Speaker 4: In particular, the folks the old guard who have been
- 8:28Speaker 4: in Washington for a long long time have been reaping
- 8:32Speaker 4: the benefits.
- 8:33Speaker 1: Of all of this circular flush.
- 8:35Speaker 4: Money that comes out of your pocket goes into these
- 8:38Speaker 4: places like USAID, and then gets circulated around and eventually
- 8:43Speaker 4: comes back to roost in the pockets of unscrupulous politicians.
- 8:46Speaker 4: I firmly believe that one hundred thousand percent, and that's
- 8:50Speaker 4: why they're screaming and yelling. Nobody can make a legitimate
- 8:53Speaker 4: argument as to why you would not want to stop wasteful.
- 8:58Speaker 1: Spending except the fact that getting a piece of it.
- 9:01Speaker 1: That's it. That's the only thing that makes sense.
- 9:03Speaker 4: So these protests organized by groups like Indivisible and move On.
- 9:08Speaker 1: Indivisible, by the way, is some.
- 9:11Speaker 4: Of the same outfit they did, the same outfits that
- 9:14Speaker 4: pushed abortion and gun control rallies last time Trump was
- 9:16Speaker 4: in office.
- 9:17Speaker 1: But they're also heavily tied to the Communist Party. Go
- 9:21Speaker 1: look it up.
- 9:24Speaker 4: And in all of this, like in all of this
- 9:28Speaker 4: back and forth, who's been hit the hardest.
- 9:31Speaker 1: It's been the middle class.
- 9:32Speaker 4: Then crushed by decades of bad trade deals, open borders,
- 9:35Speaker 4: run away spending. And yet you know, you go and
- 9:38Speaker 4: look at some of these rallies and it's funny.
- 9:43Speaker 1: Most of the people at these rallies, I don't know,
- 9:44Speaker 1: I've been I've watched a lot of video on this.
- 9:46Speaker 4: Most of the people at these rallies were white, suburban
- 9:49Speaker 4: folks forty years old plus. Where were the the folks
- 9:53Speaker 4: of color. Where were the young kids? Why weren't they
- 9:56Speaker 4: invited to these rallies on Saturday? Where were they?
- 10:00Speaker 2: See?
- 10:01Speaker 4: The thing is Trump is moving at warp speed and
- 10:03Speaker 4: it's rattling cages.
- 10:04Speaker 1: It's scaring the hell out of these folks.
- 10:07Speaker 4: And the truth is, downsizing government isn't about taking away
- 10:12Speaker 4: your rights. It's actually about liberating you. It's about giving
- 10:14Speaker 4: you back control over your money, over your future, over
- 10:18Speaker 4: your country.
- 10:20Speaker 1: That's what this is about.
- 10:22Speaker 4: Taking away the waste, fraud, bloat, abuse, all of it.
- 10:26Speaker 4: Gives power back to the people.
- 10:28Speaker 1: Period. Stop shaking me upside down to grab every penny.
- 10:33Speaker 4: If Elon Musk can find a trillion dollars to save
- 10:36Speaker 4: in the budget, oh my goodness, this is what his
- 10:39Speaker 4: goal is. The difference would be herculean and a leaner
- 10:45Speaker 4: government will unleash American ingenuity. It will crush everything that
- 10:52Speaker 4: stands in its way. You'll have more factory, stronger borders,
- 10:57Speaker 4: lower deficits. America has been coasting on these ugly fumes
- 11:03Speaker 4: for too long. We've we've gotta, We've got to take
- 11:06Speaker 4: this country back. And the protest out there, they might
- 11:09Speaker 4: some of them might mean well, but they're fighting a
- 11:11Speaker 4: broken So how can you fight a system that's broken,
- 11:13Speaker 4: that doesn't work. Don't you want a stronger economy, a
- 11:16Speaker 4: balanced budget, country that works for the taxpayer, not for.
- 11:19Speaker 1: The the bureaucracy.
- 11:21Speaker 4: I do, and I think that's what's uh, that's what
- 11:24Speaker 4: these this administration is trying to accomplish. My name is
- 11:26Speaker 4: LEELSI I would love to hear from you. Leelsiradio at

- 15:33Speaker 4: master of ceremonies at a big event in ed Mar
- 15:36Speaker 4: a Lago. Would be a lot of fun for Wayne.
- 15:38Speaker 4: I'm sure he's gonna have some great stories when he
- 15:39Speaker 4: comes back. This segment is sponsored by Lost Soldier Oil
- 15:43Speaker 4: and Gas. This second term of President Trump is all
- 15:47Speaker 4: about drill baby drill, and knocking down inflation by making
- 15:50Speaker 4: America the energy capital of the world, and this one
- 15:54Speaker 4: project could be the centerpiece of that goal.
- 15:57Speaker 1: Lost Soldier and Oil a Lost.
- 15:59Speaker 4: Soldier and Oil and Gas has been founded by second
- 16:02Speaker 4: generation oil and gas legend Mark Brunner. His companies have
- 16:06Speaker 4: created more than fifteen billion in shareholder value, including Ultra Petroleum,
- 16:11Speaker 4: which went from fifteen cents to two hundred bucks per share.
- 16:14Speaker 1: At its peak. That would be sweet.
- 16:16Speaker 4: At ten thousand dollars, investment grew to thirteen million for investors.
- 16:21Speaker 4: Lost Soldier is Mark's new project. It took forty years
- 16:24Speaker 4: to piece together this forty thousand acre giant gas discovery field.
- 16:29Speaker 4: Mark believes that it's the last major basin centered gas
- 16:32Speaker 4: accumulation play that hasn't.
- 16:34Speaker 1: Been drilled in the United States of America.
- 16:36Speaker 4: Lost Soldier Giant Gas Discovery could become as renowned as
- 16:40Speaker 4: the Perman Basin, which again has tons and tons and
- 16:43Speaker 4: tons of gas. Their plan is to install a pipeline
- 16:46Speaker 4: connection for immediate cash flow this year and continue to
- 16:49Speaker 4: explore the remaining oil and gas over decades to come. Also,
- 16:53Speaker 4: the plan is for Lost Soldier to go public in
- 16:56Speaker 4: the next couple of years. This is the right time,
- 16:58Speaker 4: right place management team. Each of Lost Soldier's top execs
- 17:03Speaker 4: has forty plus years of oil and gas experience and
- 17:05Speaker 4: the right president, Donald Trump. So if you're an accredited
- 17:09Speaker 4: investor and would like to get involved in this once
- 17:12Speaker 4: in a lifetime opportunity.
- 17:13Speaker 1: To go to lost soldier dot com and.
- 17:16Speaker 4: Fill out the contact form lost soldier dot com. We
- 17:20Speaker 4: don't have a lot of time, but let me tell
- 17:22Speaker 4: you about this this study about an influenza vaccine that
- 17:25Speaker 4: I found fascinating. The purpose of the study was to
- 17:28Speaker 4: evaluate the effectiveness of the influenza vaccine.
- 17:31Speaker 1: In twenty twenty four and twenty twenty five.
- 17:34Speaker 4: And they had fifty three thousand plus employees that had
- 17:38Speaker 4: taken part in this study and eight hundred and fifty
- 17:41Speaker 4: seven of them, eighty two percent had received the influenza vaccine.
- 17:45Speaker 4: And apparently two percent of the people who took part
- 17:49Speaker 4: in the study got the flu. But over the course
- 17:52Speaker 4: of the study, the accumulative incidents of the flu increased
- 17:57Speaker 4: more rapidly among the vaccinated than it did the unvaccinated.
- 18:02Speaker 4: In an analysis adjusted for age, sex, and all other
- 18:06Speaker 4: employment locations, the risk of the flu was significantly higher
- 18:10Speaker 4: in the vaccinated people compared to the unvaccinated. State twenty
- 18:15Speaker 4: six point nine five percent more people who got the
- 18:19Speaker 4: vaccine the flu vaccine ended.
- 18:21Speaker 1: Up getting the flu.
- 18:24Speaker 4: Now I know people want to come out and sort
- 18:27Speaker 4: of make their own conclusions on this, but the study
- 18:30Speaker 4: seemingly found that the flu vaccine of working aged adults
- 18:35Speaker 4: was associated with a higher risk of the of influenza
- 18:39Speaker 4: during the twenty twenty four to twenty twenty five respiratory
- 18:42Speaker 4: viral season, suggesting that the vaccine has not been effective
- 18:47Speaker 4: in preventing influenza that season. Now we can go round
- 18:54Speaker 4: and round, back and forth about getting these shots. I
- 18:56Speaker 4: didn't get the COVID vaccine, thank god, knock on my head,
- 19:00Speaker 4: would I don't get the flu shot, although I haven't
- 19:04Speaker 4: sick for about a couple months with little stuffiness, but
- 19:08Speaker 4: I don't think it's the flu. But my point is this,
- 19:11Speaker 4: when it comes to the flu, I really think, and
- 19:14Speaker 4: again this is just one man's humble opinion, if you're
- 19:18Speaker 4: trying to fire at a moving target and you don't
- 19:21Speaker 4: know exactly what type of flu is coming, and every
- 19:25Speaker 4: professional that I've ever talked to says that's the case.
- 19:28Speaker 4: They can try to narrow it down, they can try
- 19:30Speaker 4: to get it as close as possible, But if you
- 19:33Speaker 4: don't know what flu is coming, man, I think that's
- 19:36Speaker 4: a big risk going out and getting the flu shot.
- 19:39Speaker 4: And I've said this on the air before I know.
- 19:41Speaker 4: Wayne is you know? He goes rounding around on this often.
- 19:45Speaker 4: I've never told somebody to get a shot, never told
- 19:48Speaker 4: somebody not to get a shot that includes COVID.
- 19:50Speaker 1: I'm not qualified to do that.
- 19:52Speaker 4: I don't pretend to be qualified to do that, but
- 19:54Speaker 4: I will say that when you get studies like this,
- 19:57Speaker 4: it makes you really think you're putting an a foreign
- 20:01Speaker 4: agent into your bloodstream, into your body.
- 20:05Speaker 1: I mean, I don't know, man, I don't know. But

- 23:50Speaker 4: morning show here in Connecticut.
- 23:52Speaker 1: Lucky to get him to come on.
- 23:54Speaker 4: He is very, very busy, but he can give us
- 23:56Speaker 4: an inside look as to what's going on in some
- 23:59Speaker 4: of these judgments that are going on in Washington. He's
- 24:02Speaker 4: our good friend, Judge John Tzarro, Judge, good morning, good morning,
- 24:05Speaker 4: good evening.
- 24:05Speaker 1: How are you doing, my friend?
- 24:07Speaker 7: I'm well, how you doing good to be here?
- 24:09Speaker 1: I'm doing good. Thank you very much for coming on.
- 24:11Speaker 1: So you want to start with Trey Diagua.
- 24:14Speaker 4: What's going on with that and the back and forth
- 24:16Speaker 4: sort of chaos that has ensued because of this?
- 24:19Speaker 7: You know, absolutely US Supreme Court basically slapped down the
- 24:23Speaker 7: US District Court in.
- 24:25Speaker 8: Washington, DC. And this is just lending to a utter
- 24:28Speaker 8: lack of confidence in the judicial brands. We get calls
- 24:31Speaker 8: all the time, as you know on your regular show.
- 24:34Speaker 8: How can the judge do that? Isn't the judge overstepping bounds?
- 24:37Speaker 8: And that's exactly what the Supreme Court ruled. Curiously, both
- 24:40Speaker 8: sides thought it a victory, but the reality is President
- 24:44Speaker 8: Trump's executive power was definitely solidified in that decision.
- 24:49Speaker 4: So end result of all this, I know, I do
- 24:51Speaker 4: know though that they consider it a win.
- 24:54Speaker 1: Judge, But don't they have to.
- 24:56Speaker 4: Bring every single one of these folks now in front
- 25:00Speaker 4: of a judge.
- 25:00Speaker 1: Doesn't that clog up the system? To a certain extent?
- 25:04Speaker 1: It does?
- 25:05Speaker 8: And I know a little bit about this because what
- 25:07Speaker 8: the court ruled was that they have the right of
- 25:09Speaker 8: habeas corpus for two years in two thousand and nine
- 25:12Speaker 8: and ten, I was the State of Connecticut's chief habeas
- 25:15Speaker 8: corpus judge, and that is the old concept of unlawful detainer.
- 25:19Speaker 8: So there has to be a hearing. They need to
- 25:21Speaker 8: challenge the conditions of their confinement. But I don't think
- 25:24Speaker 8: it's going to take a whole lot for the government
- 25:26Speaker 8: to establish that these individuals are part of a gang
- 25:30Speaker 8: and as such, they've been the war has been declared
- 25:32Speaker 8: on them, and the reality is, this is what the
- 25:35Speaker 8: public voted for. President Trump is doing exactly what he
- 25:38Speaker 8: said he would do, and so immigration. I frankly was
- 25:41Speaker 8: on the phone with a senior level attorney just yesterday,
- 25:45Speaker 8: and there's a lot of pressure being brought to bear
- 25:48Speaker 8: from the top down, and there are trials and cases,
- 25:52Speaker 8: and they're now using civil forfeiture penalties against individuals who
- 25:57Speaker 8: have overstayed. So they're giving the lawyers the resources, they're
- 26:00Speaker 8: equipping the courts with judges, and they're just going full blast. Interestingly,
- 26:05Speaker 8: last week I talked to a private attorney who's busy
- 26:08Speaker 8: down in Washington and her firm is very.
- 26:10Speaker 7: Busy with deportation cases.
- 26:12Speaker 8: So it's going to be a logjam, but they're going
- 26:14Speaker 8: to get through it, and these folks are going south.
- 26:17Speaker 7: That's the bottom line.
- 26:18Speaker 4: So what do you give me an average amount of
- 26:22Speaker 4: time you think it would take one of these gang bangers,
- 26:26Speaker 4: if you will, to appear. You know, you've got to
- 26:28Speaker 4: catch them, then you've got to process them, and then
- 26:31Speaker 4: he's got his day in court. From the time all
- 26:34Speaker 4: that happens to the time they're on a plane heading
- 26:37Speaker 4: back to El Salvador or Nicaragua or wherever they're from. Judge,
- 26:40Speaker 4: give me an idea how how long that is? Because
- 26:42Speaker 4: we know how backed up the normal process is for immigration,
- 26:46Speaker 4: can we assume that this is going to be the
- 26:47Speaker 4: same thing.
- 26:49Speaker 7: I think it's going to be shorter.
- 26:51Speaker 8: I think we can assume it's going to be shorter
- 26:52Speaker 8: because of the determination of Tom Holman, Director of Homeland Security,
- 26:57Speaker 8: and he's on this, like White on Rice. DOJ is
- 27:00Speaker 8: voting the resources, and this has been put on the
- 27:02Speaker 8: front board burner. This is being fast tracked. And you know,
- 27:05Speaker 8: the American Civil Liberties Union lawyers are all over this.
- 27:08Speaker 8: They're saying, you know, they're stamping on the rights of
- 27:11Speaker 8: the accused. There are rights, but here's the problem. They've
- 27:13Speaker 8: been labeled enemy combatants. They don't have the rights supported
- 27:17Speaker 8: US citizens under the United States Constitution. As such, they're
- 27:21Speaker 8: going to be fast tracked out of here, and I
- 27:23Speaker 8: personally don't have a problem with it. People will find criticism,
- 27:26Speaker 8: perhaps in my view, but I'll tell you this is
- 27:29Speaker 8: what the United States needs. These are dangerous individuals. These
- 27:33Speaker 8: are not babes and arms, and I don't think anyone's
- 27:36Speaker 8: going to shed a tear. So they'll get their court
- 27:37Speaker 8: appointed a council, but they'll be on trial and they'll
- 27:40Speaker 8: be swift decisions, and you can arrest assured.
- 27:42Speaker 7: If the judges aren't issuing the decisions quickly, they're going
- 27:45Speaker 7: to hear about it from up above.
- 27:47Speaker 8: Just the other day, one of the government lawyers was
- 27:50Speaker 8: disciplined because the lawyer admitted that they had made a
- 27:53Speaker 8: mistake and apparently Attorney General Bondie suspended the attorney. And
- 28:00Speaker 8: that's always a dangerous thing. The attorney made a statement
- 28:02Speaker 8: in front of an administrative law judge, and so the
- 28:05Speaker 8: attorneys are very nervous about what they can say or
- 28:08Speaker 8: not say, and any consequences to them personally.
- 28:12Speaker 4: We're talking to Judge John Azarro, So we have talked
- 28:14Speaker 4: before about rogue judges and some of these federal judges
- 28:17Speaker 4: issuing rulings to block Trump the administration the policies even
- 28:22Speaker 4: as far as tariff rollbacks. And how do you view
- 28:25Speaker 4: the role of judicial independence when critics label these judges
- 28:30Speaker 4: and as rogue, Well, how do you see that?
- 28:34Speaker 8: Yeah, I think it's problematic because the law that was invoked,
- 28:38Speaker 8: the seventeen ninety four law specifically said in the statute
- 28:41Speaker 8: that there would be no judicial review. Well, that, in
- 28:44Speaker 8: my view, deprives the court of jurisdiction or competency to
- 28:48Speaker 8: even hear the matter. And jurists are quarreling with this,
- 28:51Speaker 8: and then you find out the jurists may have a
- 28:53Speaker 8: wife who's involved with the Democratic Party and this kind
- 28:56Speaker 8: of thing ought that have been disclosed. You can't necessarily
- 28:59Speaker 8: impute the political activity of the spouse to the justice.
- 29:02Speaker 8: Gosh knows, we've seen that with Justice Thomas, whose wife
- 29:05Speaker 8: is very involved in the Democratic Party and he's not
- 29:08Speaker 8: recused himself for many issues.
- 29:10Speaker 7: So it's a factor.
- 29:12Speaker 8: But the reality is there's a lot of loss of respect.
- 29:15Speaker 8: Let's be candid. I said this before. It's not a science.
- 29:19Speaker 8: And the truth is, and I'm here to say it,
- 29:21Speaker 8: is that you can find precedent to back you up
- 29:23Speaker 8: on either position, and it's not like.
- 29:25Speaker 7: Two and two equals four.
- 29:27Speaker 8: You can reach back find a case that supports your position.
- 29:30Speaker 8: And that's what's problematic. And there's no respect now for
- 29:33Speaker 8: congress people on both sides, and I'm afraid that respect
- 29:36Speaker 8: and the judiciary has tanked.
- 29:39Speaker 4: Again, Judge, We've talked about this before. I just want
- 29:42Speaker 4: to kind of get this out there for a whole
- 29:44Speaker 4: new audience to hear what you have to say about this,
- 29:46Speaker 4: because you know, reflecting on your time on the bench
- 29:50Speaker 4: in Connecticut, how do you balance your personal beliefs with
- 29:55Speaker 4: the way that you uphold the law and interpret the law,
- 29:58Speaker 4: especially in cases that are politically divisive?
- 30:03Speaker 7: You know, a good question, such a tough question.
- 30:05Speaker 8: Like my father, who was not a lawyer but a soldier,
- 30:08Speaker 8: a veteran of World War Two and the Korean War,
- 30:11Speaker 8: said to me that very point, John, You can't separate
- 30:14Speaker 8: your personal beliefs, but.
- 30:15Speaker 7: You really try hard.
- 30:16Speaker 8: Once you put on the road, you're there to execute
- 30:19Speaker 8: the functions of the job. You go where the precedent
- 30:22Speaker 8: leads you. But therein is the problem. You may choose
- 30:26Speaker 8: different cases to be authoritative, and sometimes cases are reversed,
- 30:30Speaker 8: so there is going to be some influence in terms
- 30:32Speaker 8: of your political leanings. Anyone who denies that is not
- 30:36Speaker 8: telling you the truth. So it's a factor, but you
- 30:38Speaker 8: try to keep it in check. And you know, sometimes
- 30:41Speaker 8: I had to make decisions which were very difficult.
- 30:43Speaker 7: I knew I would get heat.
- 30:45Speaker 8: From my former trial lawyer friends, and for those that
- 30:47Speaker 8: know I'm a retired judge and I'm active representing people
- 30:50Speaker 8: in the trial bar against institutions against government.
- 30:54Speaker 1: So as a.
- 30:55Speaker 8: Judge, you try to put your personal beliefs on the shelf.
- 30:58Speaker 8: Call it like you see it, use a baseball metaphor,
- 31:01Speaker 8: and it's difficult.
- 31:03Speaker 1: So since around this, let me just follow up, finish
- 31:06Speaker 1: up with this.
- 31:07Speaker 4: Some commentators argue that lifetime judicial appointments enable unelected judges
- 31:13Speaker 4: to undermine a democracy elected or democratically elected president. Do
- 31:17Speaker 4: you think the system of tenure judicial tenure needs reform
- 31:22Speaker 4: or does it still serve its purpose? And should it
- 31:25Speaker 4: be different as the levels of.
- 31:29Speaker 1: I guess authority go higher and hire.
- 31:34Speaker 8: Well, one can make the argument, and in all respect
- 31:37Speaker 8: what I think may be immaterial.
- 31:38Speaker 7: But let's look at the facts. We saw Justice.
- 31:41Speaker 8: Ruth Bader Ginsburg very aged, and a lot of people
- 31:43Speaker 8: criticized her for not stepping down because then the president
- 31:47Speaker 8: could have appointed another.
- 31:48Speaker 7: Liberal judge, so to speak. We saw Justice William O.
- 31:50Speaker 8: Douglas who came in in a wheelchair. Some folks could
- 31:53Speaker 8: barely function.
- 31:54Speaker 7: That's not good.
- 31:56Speaker 8: Lifetime appointments don't work out well when people are obviously infirm,
- 32:00Speaker 8: and as we saw from Joe Biden. Unfortunately, the right
- 32:04Speaker 8: people don't step up and say it's time. It's time
- 32:07Speaker 8: to go. These justices cling on too long. It's the
- 32:10Speaker 8: same with congressmen, it's the same with senators, and unfortunately,
- 32:13Speaker 8: as we saw with Joe Biden. So I think it
- 32:16Speaker 8: needs to be revisited, and it's a congressional issue. In
- 32:19Speaker 8: state court in Connecticut, we don't elect judges, but they're
- 32:22Speaker 8: appointed to an eight year term and they have to
- 32:24Speaker 8: go before the legislature.
- 32:26Speaker 7: Every eight years and they're reviewed. They have to keep up.
- 32:29Speaker 8: Their scores on decorum and humility and certainly competency and
- 32:34Speaker 8: issuing judicial decisions.
- 32:36Speaker 7: Lifetime appointments are problematic.
- 32:39Speaker 1: Right.
- 32:39Speaker 4: Judge John Azarro is with us, and again he is
- 32:43Speaker 4: one of my parish guests on my morning show in Connecticut.
- 32:47Speaker 4: We've got to take a short break, Judge. You will
- 32:48Speaker 4: come back in just a couple of minutes. There's never
- 32:51Speaker 4: enough time when the judge is on. There's always so
- 32:53Speaker 4: many different questions, so I'll try to squeeze in a
- 32:55Speaker 4: couple more before we run out of time. My name
- 32:58Speaker 4: is Lee Elsie, filling in again for Wayne Alan Root.
- 33:01Speaker 4: Wayne is literally at marri Lago right now and tomorrow night,

- 34:32Speaker 3: Hi everyone, Wayne Larot.
- 34:33Speaker 5: Here is a personal story that really changed my life.
- 34:36Speaker 5: I'm so allergic to wheat and grains and gluten that.
- 34:39Speaker 1: I had to give up bread.
- 34:40Speaker 5: And then recently I found Gim's Amazing Bread and it's amazing.
- 34:44Speaker 5: It changed my life. Now I can eat bread again
- 34:46Speaker 5: and I love it. I eat toast for breakfast and
- 34:48Speaker 5: sandwiches for lunch with no allergy or stomach issues. What
- 34:51Speaker 5: makes Jim's Amazing bread so amazing It was inspired by
- 34:54Speaker 5: Jim's daughter, who was diagnosed with an autoimmune disorder. This
- 34:57Speaker 5: loving father was determined to create a delicious, all natural,
- 35:00Speaker 5: digestion friendly bread. Jim found a gently crushed wholesale wheat
- 35:05Speaker 5: that keeps gluten cells from activating. The results a soft,
- 35:08Speaker 5: wholesome wheat bread that's easier to digest. Customers with gluten sensitivity,
- 35:12Speaker 5: blood sugar concerns, cut health issues, inflammation issues, and some
- 35:16Speaker 5: autoimmune diseases have found tremendous relief. But this bread is

- 35:33Speaker 2: Hi.
- 35:33Speaker 5: This is conservative TV and radio host and best selling
- 35:36Speaker 5: author Wayne Allen Root for Advantage Gold. Did you know
- 35:39Speaker 5: that central banks around the world are buying gold at
- 35:42Speaker 5: record levels, over one thousand tons of gold per year
- 35:45Speaker 5: and growing.
- 35:46Speaker 3: What do they know that you don't?
- 35:47Speaker 5: They see what's coming, rising inflation and dead a weakening
- 35:51Speaker 5: dollar and an unstable economy. And while they're loading up

- 37:42Speaker 4: Our special guest right now, it's Judge John Nazarro who
- 37:45Speaker 4: is joining us, and we appreciate his excellence and his expertise.
- 37:50Speaker 1: On the in the world of law, and we are
- 37:52Speaker 1: leaning on him with some questions. So let me ask
- 37:53Speaker 1: you this judge, the Rogue Judge Bill.
- 37:58Speaker 4: What is the effect of this bill coming out of
- 38:00Speaker 4: the House, and then will it actually pass in the
- 38:02Speaker 4: Senate in your estimation?
- 38:05Speaker 7: Yeah, that's the hard part.
- 38:07Speaker 3: You know.
- 38:07Speaker 8: It came out of the House two nineteen to two thirteen,
- 38:10Speaker 8: barely squeaked by. And the purpose of the bill was
- 38:13Speaker 8: basically to codify this recent ruling against the Washington DC
- 38:18Speaker 8: District Court Judge Boseburg. We don't want people forum shopping,
- 38:23Speaker 8: we don't want litigans filing lawsuits in places where they
- 38:26Speaker 8: think they're going to get a favorable ruling, and the
- 38:28Speaker 8: Supreme Court and its ruling basically slap down that practice.
- 38:31Speaker 8: So the purpose of the bill is to basically codify
- 38:35Speaker 8: what the Supreme Court did. It's doubtful it may pass
- 38:38Speaker 8: the Senate, they need sixty votes. According to the head counters,
- 38:42Speaker 8: they don't have it. But I think it sends a
- 38:44Speaker 8: strong message. And now the ACLU type lawyers are regrouping
- 38:49Speaker 8: and they're not able to forum shop. Judge shop and
- 38:53Speaker 8: forum shop. Those are terms that mean you could try
- 38:55Speaker 8: to go to the path of least resistance, the most
- 38:57Speaker 8: favorable court and the most favorable judge. And frankly, as
- 39:01Speaker 8: a litigant and as a lawyer, you're not doing your
- 39:03Speaker 8: job unless you're forum shopping and judge shopping. It's a reality.
- 39:06Speaker 8: It's a dirty part of the business. But this bill
- 39:09Speaker 8: has sent a message that it's not going to be
- 39:11Speaker 8: tolerated and there really shouldn't be judges in Washington, d c.
- 39:16Speaker 8: Ruling upon what's going on out of Texas. And that
- 39:19Speaker 8: was another message from the Supreme Court. And again that's
- 39:21Speaker 8: the hope of the bill.
- 39:23Speaker 4: So we have an attorney listening right now as a
- 39:25Speaker 4: question for you, if you don't mind. And that apparently
- 39:28Speaker 4: either this happened today or within the last forty eight hours.
- 39:31Speaker 4: A Supreme Court Thursday, this was today uphold a federal
- 39:34Speaker 4: judges ordered requiring the Trump administration to quickly bring back
- 39:37Speaker 4: a Maryland man who is mistakenly deported to El Salvador
- 39:41Speaker 4: and imprisoned there and again order from the lower court. Hey,
- 39:45Speaker 4: how does this mechanism? How does it happen if they
- 39:48Speaker 4: don't want to give him back? What happens? And then legally,
- 39:50Speaker 4: how does that work?
- 39:51Speaker 1: Judge?
- 39:53Speaker 7: Yeah, well, I think the orders clear.
- 39:54Speaker 8: This happened about forty minutes ago, and I looked at
- 39:57Speaker 8: it on my phone right before it came on, thinking
- 39:59Speaker 8: it might come up. And you have to follow the rule.
- 40:02Speaker 8: You have to follow the order of the court. And
- 40:04Speaker 8: mistakes do happen. As I said, a lawyer was admonished
- 40:08Speaker 8: by the government because he acknowledged a mistake. He was
- 40:11Speaker 8: admonished by Attorney General Bondi and that's not a good look.
- 40:15Speaker 7: You know. If there's a mistake, you got to correct it.
- 40:17Speaker 8: If somebody's sent out of the country improperly, you got
- 40:20Speaker 8: to bring them back. And so DOJ is going to
- 40:23Speaker 8: move hastily to accommodate that and bring.
- 40:25Speaker 7: The person back. I think it was Maryland if I'm.
- 40:27Speaker 8: Not mistaken, and you just got to get it done.
- 40:30Speaker 8: And there are some questions on the logistics, but they'll
- 40:33Speaker 8: get it done.
- 40:34Speaker 7: They'll figure out a way.
- 40:35Speaker 4: That was from Dana in Connecticut. There's also a question
- 40:37Speaker 4: coming out of Vegas. A judge and basically wants that
- 40:40Speaker 4: wants me to ask you, looking back at landmark rulings
- 40:43Speaker 4: during your career, can you share an instance where you
- 40:46Speaker 4: faced public or political pressure and then how you handled that?
- 40:51Speaker 8: Oh boy, well, yeah, I regret that I'm going to
- 40:54Speaker 8: bring this up. There was a case involving a man
- 40:57Speaker 8: who was convicted of rape, arson and verder, and that
- 41:00Speaker 8: was Richard Lapointe versus Commissioner of Corrections. He had been
- 41:04Speaker 8: incarcerated for twenty eight years. I got to tell you,
- 41:07Speaker 8: and this is the first time I'm saying this publicly.
- 41:09Speaker 8: He had a fantastic lawyer, I think his name was
- 41:12Speaker 8: Richard Castellero, out of Catholic Ministries in New Jersey.
- 41:16Speaker 7: I denied his petition for habeas corpus.
- 41:18Speaker 8: He had spent twenty eight years in prison, and he
- 41:22Speaker 8: was convicted.
- 41:23Speaker 7: Of all these horrible charges.
- 41:25Speaker 8: And the Supreme Court, in a two hundred and sixty
- 41:28Speaker 8: three page ruling, affirmed the Appellate Court's reversal of my case,
- 41:33Speaker 8: thus ordering a new trial after thirty years, and the
- 41:36Speaker 8: Hartford current took me to task, called me the village idiot, essentially,
- 41:40Speaker 8: and I was pretty sanguine in my ruling. They didn't
- 41:43Speaker 8: look at the seventeen but banker's boxes of evidence as
- 41:47Speaker 8: I did, and I had to live with that decision.
- 41:49Speaker 8: But he was eventually freed, and he actually received a
- 41:52Speaker 8: sum of money his family. I believe he did not
- 41:55Speaker 8: prove actual innocence. There was an irregularity in the withholding
- 41:59Speaker 8: of what was determined to be exculpatory evidence. It's a
- 42:02Speaker 8: little deep in the weeds, but it caused me pause.
- 42:05Speaker 8: I took heat from a number of people, but frankly,
- 42:07Speaker 8: I can sleep like a baby. I believe I did
- 42:09Speaker 8: the right thing. The Appellate Court ruled otherwise. The Supreme
- 42:12Speaker 8: Court affirmed the Appellate Court. There were two descents by
- 42:16Speaker 8: two conservative justices, so I feel solace in their reasoning.
- 42:21Speaker 1: Judge, we're going to run out of time.
- 42:22Speaker 4: It only got about forty four We only got about
- 42:24Speaker 4: forty five seconds.
- 42:25Speaker 1: But you no longer a judge.
- 42:26Speaker 4: You're retired, but you're still at acting and a practicing attorney.
- 42:29Speaker 1: Where can folks find out more about you? Where do
- 42:31Speaker 1: they go?
- 42:32Speaker 7: I am at the Office of Levin Rojas.
- 42:35Speaker 8: Chemists are and wreck where in north Stone Ethan at Hartford, Connecticut,
- 42:38Speaker 8: and my partners are gearing up for another battle against
- 42:41Speaker 8: big Pharma. My partner Jose Rojas will be going to
- 42:44Speaker 8: trial along with a number of staff in Illinois, and
- 42:48Speaker 8: we're trying to protect premature babies from terrible necrotizing interior colitis.
- 42:52Speaker 8: My partner, Steve Reck filed the first lawsuit in the
- 42:55Speaker 8: country and he's waging war also in a month in
- 43:00Speaker 8: a nearby court in New Haven, Connecticut, in a medical
- 43:03Speaker 8: negligence case.
- 43:03Speaker 3: So we are standing to judge.
- 43:05Speaker 4: I got a run all right, buddy, Thank you. I'm
- 43:07Speaker 4: sorry about that. We got to go around of time.
