2:13
SPEAKER_00: As always, I know that you got a regular nine to five.
2:15
SPEAKER_00: Um, so you do find some time to hang out with us.
2:17
SPEAKER_00: So I appreciate you.
2:19
SPEAKER_00: Um and yo, D, I like the socks this year, man.
2:21
SPEAKER_00: What was going on?
2:22
SPEAKER_00: Appreciate it.
2:22
SPEAKER_00: Yeah, you got the throwbacks, right?
2:24
SPEAKER_00: Some good.
2:25
SPEAKER_02: Little uh Dunkin' Donut action.
2:26
SPEAKER_02: Dunkin' donut action there.
2:28
SPEAKER_00: Um and if y'all haven't been to our show before, and this is the first time you've seen us, so first off, thank you so much for pulling up.
2:34
SPEAKER_00: Um, this podcast is really just meant for us to hang out, chill.
2:36
SPEAKER_00: We're gonna talk about technology, engineering, and the culture, and how it all intersects with each other.
2:41
SPEAKER_00: Um, we have different segments, one being a tech talk, uh, current events that D Hustle holds down, Raymond's Nuggets, uh D Hustle comes back with some sports.
2:49
SPEAKER_00: You also even got your sports.
2:50
SPEAKER_00: Ah, there you go.
2:53
SPEAKER_00: This year he was on the he was definitely on something for sure, my guy.
2:57
SPEAKER_00: Uh, and we have a sports section, and then we usually close it out with some um sponsorship and then the outro.
3:02
SPEAKER_00: So if you are first time here, that's usually the run of show.
3:05
SPEAKER_00: But today we're gonna be jumping into talking about uh some of the highlights we had for 2025.
3:10
SPEAKER_00: Um, and cue the music up real quick, D, so we can jump into the TED Talk.
3:13
SPEAKER_00: Uh normally I have a whole uh lecture put in place.
3:17
SPEAKER_00: Uh, and I say it like that because I've been getting feedback on uh my section of the top podcast is kind of lecturersy.
3:25
SPEAKER_00: Which what would y'all say?
3:26
SPEAKER_00: What'd you say, Raymond?
3:27
SPEAKER_01: Um typically what people tell me is they skip your part.
3:32
SPEAKER_01: Not that it's bad or nothing.
3:34
SPEAKER_01: They just we just skip his part.
3:36
SPEAKER_00: Uh-huh.
3:36
SPEAKER_00: That's all right.
3:37
SPEAKER_00: I I feel you.
3:38
SPEAKER_00: Um and the fact that you're watching it doesn't matter.
3:41
SPEAKER_00: You can skip mine and go all the way through.
3:42
SPEAKER_00: It doesn't matter.
3:43
SPEAKER_00: But I'm gonna leave these records.
3:45
SPEAKER_00: Not, and it's not for you, it's for everybody else that's interested in tech.
3:48
SPEAKER_00: Uh, but um I will say this year I've dedicated this whole episode or this segment this year to uh AI.
3:55
SPEAKER_00: From our first episode recorded in January 2025 until now December 2025.
4:00
SPEAKER_00: I've been talking about AI on every episode.
4:03
SPEAKER_00: Um and I do want to encourage you if you are looking for some archive andor someone, you know, dropping some gems throughout uh the year, uh tune in to the first part of our podcast.
4:13
SPEAKER_00: Don't fast forward through.
4:14
SPEAKER_00: You agree, Raymond?
4:15
SPEAKER_00: Yeah.
4:16
SPEAKER_00: Watch the whole thing.
4:19
SPEAKER_00: Or just catch the the read the descriptions and you'll find out the topics that uh we covered.
4:24
SPEAKER_00: But um some of the things that actually was top of list for 2025.
4:28
SPEAKER_00: I don't I don't know if y'all have any that that comes to mind, but uh the one that jumped out the most in terms of the one that when I did the you know the lecturing part of this podcast, um, that everybody really was intrigued about was when I was actually showing AI and how it can be used.
4:43
SPEAKER_00: Um more specifically utilizing tools like uh lovable.
4:47
SPEAKER_00: Yeah, I remember me talking about that, and that's like where you kind of do vibe coding, um, and then bolt.new was the other one.
4:54
SPEAKER_00: Um, and really just kind of giving people uh an idea of how to use AI and not just talk about the latest and greatest new thing.
5:02
SPEAKER_00: Um another topic that was really high on the list was um all the announcements around open AI.
5:07
SPEAKER_00: Um I don't know about y'all, but it feels like for the past year we've had like 10 to 15 new announcements coming from open AI on all new type of products that are coming out um from model releases, basically the latest versions or some new features.
5:24
SPEAKER_00: Um another topic uh in terms of what uh a lot of people were really excited about was um Google releasing some of their their final you know um AI products.
5:35
SPEAKER_00: At the beginning of the year, I don't know if you all remember, um, I was personally a little bit worried about Google because they were kind of behind.
5:41
SPEAKER_00: Um and now at the end of the year, they're like the number one AI lab out there.
5:45
SPEAKER_00: So yeah.
5:47
SPEAKER_02: I don't think Google ever was behind.
5:49
SPEAKER_02: Yeah, you you don't think so?
5:50
SPEAKER_02: I know Apple's way behind.
5:52
SPEAKER_02: Well Apple definitely was way behind.
5:56
SPEAKER_02: I think Google was probably top three.
5:58
SPEAKER_02: Yeah, yeah.
5:59
SPEAKER_02: Uh but I mean, maybe for you, it maybe was number three.
6:03
SPEAKER_02: Yeah, yeah.
6:04
SPEAKER_02: And then Apple was like number five.
6:06
SPEAKER_02: Yeah, for sure.
6:06
SPEAKER_02: Ten, fifteen.
6:07
SPEAKER_00: And they're still they're still on that list, which which uh I I don't know what's going on with Apple.
6:11
SPEAKER_00: Like D Hustle's here, and he said hire him, he's ready to go.
6:14
SPEAKER_00: Like he can give you some inspiration, right?
6:16
SPEAKER_00: Um, but overall um I think that Google has definitely come back at the end of the year and show us why Google's Google.
6:23
SPEAKER_00: Um they have a lot of data, they have a lot of engineering power, a lot of computing power.
6:27
SPEAKER_00: Um, and I wasn't surprised that they you know climb back up the list, and now they're like my number two, and the only reason why open AI has a lead on them is because I've started with open AI.
6:37
SPEAKER_00: Um but they're definitely, definitely competing.
6:40
SPEAKER_00: Um talking about Apple, uh, yeah, there was an episode where even there was something about you and current events about Apple.
6:46
SPEAKER_00: Um, but in terms of the AI space, I I don't I don't give them a whoop woop woom, bro.
6:51
SPEAKER_00: I like it for Apple.
6:53
SPEAKER_00: Oh, yeah.
6:56
SPEAKER_00: Yeah, uh-huh.
6:58
SPEAKER_00: Yeah.
7:00
SPEAKER_00: Yeah, they uh they've given up.
7:02
SPEAKER_00: They've they've literally given up in that part of the race.
7:05
SPEAKER_00: Um and I'm a little disappointed uh because I expected Siri to kind of be the new interface that everybody was using by.
7:17
SPEAKER_02: Yeah, so much fan base, like the guy next to me over here, yeah, so much uh influence uh to not having you know AI up to par.
7:36
SPEAKER_02: If you guys don't know what that is, it's another type of uh a brutal beautiful tone.
7:43
SPEAKER_00: I encourage you to go check it out.
7:44
SPEAKER_00: Notebook LM.
7:45
SPEAKER_00: Uh but uh a sidebar, uh ask ask your boy what what kind of iPhone he got now.
7:52
SPEAKER_00: What kind of iPhone you got there, Raymond?
7:56
SPEAKER_00: I threw him right under the bus.
7:57
SPEAKER_02: Like I really threw him under the bus.
8:02
SPEAKER_02: I'm closing laptop for this one.
8:05
SPEAKER_01: Well, um not because I wanted to.
8:07
SPEAKER_01: I had no choice.
8:08
SPEAKER_01: I had to get no choice.
8:10
SPEAKER_01: I had to get a new phone.
8:11
SPEAKER_01: My phone was constantly out of space.
8:14
SPEAKER_01: I was deleting apps, I couldn't do any more deleting apps, you know you could updates download Google photos.
8:20
SPEAKER_01: Yeah.
8:21
SPEAKER_01: Well, I have all my photos on the cloud.
8:23
SPEAKER_01: Yeah.
8:23
SPEAKER_01: It just it just got to the point where I couldn't do any more updates or nothing.
8:27
SPEAKER_01: I couldn't put any more apps on there.
8:28
SPEAKER_01: I had no choice.
8:30
SPEAKER_01: I went to the store, I was like, what can you guys give me for this phone?
8:33
SPEAKER_01: They were like, sir, just keep that.
8:34
SPEAKER_01: That's so old.
8:36
SPEAKER_01: So I ended up getting a 17 Pro.
8:39
SPEAKER_01: Ah so two weeks ago I got a 17 Pro.
8:41
SPEAKER_01: I was doing Christmas shopping, and I was like, I can't deal with this.
8:44
SPEAKER_01: Can you show the fans real quick?
8:45
SPEAKER_01: I mean it's at the desk.
8:47
SPEAKER_01: I left it at the desk.
8:48
SPEAKER_01: So I got a nice 17 Pro.
8:51
SPEAKER_01: Um it's nice.
8:51
SPEAKER_01: So yeah, I got a new phone.
8:54
SPEAKER_01: The orange.
8:54
SPEAKER_01: Thank you.
8:55
SPEAKER_01: I got the blue.
8:56
SPEAKER_01: Okay.
8:56
SPEAKER_01: Yeah.
8:57
SPEAKER_01: So yeah.
8:59
SPEAKER_00: We see out of the three of us who's balling.
9:01
SPEAKER_00: Like who's the ball?
9:02
SPEAKER_01: Oh, I got my money's worth out the 12.
9:03
SPEAKER_01: They wouldn't even they wouldn't even give me anything for it.
9:05
SPEAKER_01: They were like, sir, you got to get the money's worth.
9:07
SPEAKER_02: Well, just who's your so who's your provider?
9:09
SPEAKER_02: Uh Xfinity.
9:11
SPEAKER_00: Uh he has the Comcast uh uh voice for app for for cell phone?
9:16
SPEAKER_02: Yeah, they do phones now.
9:17
SPEAKER_02: Yeah, they do.
9:18
SPEAKER_02: Oh sure.
9:18
SPEAKER_00: They give you like a bundle type thing that you're trying to get everybody locked in because ATT has dish and all that stuff.
9:24
SPEAKER_00: So but yeah, I seen Raymond's phone and I was like, dang, bro, you got an upgrade?
9:28
SPEAKER_00: I was like, oh, I'm I'm definitely gonna say something on the podcast here.
9:31
SPEAKER_01: Not because I wanted to, but thank you.
9:33
SPEAKER_00: Yeah.
9:34
SPEAKER_01: But you guys knew I needed a new phone.
9:35
SPEAKER_00: Yeah, it was definitely uh as bad as me.
9:38
SPEAKER_00: But I mean I mean you're next up.
9:40
SPEAKER_00: You were actually up first, but what kind of phone do you have now?
9:43
SPEAKER_02: I have a 12 Pro.
9:44
SPEAKER_02: You got a 12 Pro?
9:45
SPEAKER_01: Okay, yeah, you're next up.
9:46
SPEAKER_02: Uh my thing doesn't even charge.
9:48
SPEAKER_02: Oh wow.
9:48
SPEAKER_02: I have to lay it down in order for it to charge.
9:50
SPEAKER_01: My speakers went out.
9:52
SPEAKER_01: I had to put it on speakerphone every time I had to talk to someone.
9:55
SPEAKER_01: Yeah, the speaker went out, the battery was shot.
9:57
SPEAKER_02: But you should be doing that speaking.
9:58
SPEAKER_02: That's the new wave everybody's doing talking like, yo, yo, yeah.
10:01
SPEAKER_01: On speakerphone.
10:02
SPEAKER_01: Uh I don't want to do that.
10:03
SPEAKER_01: Not in a shopping center or something like that.
10:05
SPEAKER_01: No.
10:06
SPEAKER_00: But but did you get any new AI features on the new phone?
10:08
SPEAKER_01: It's got AI stuff on there where it could, it kind of like it could just auto-send a message and stuff like that.
10:14
SPEAKER_01: It's okay.
10:14
SPEAKER_01: Yeah.
10:15
SPEAKER_01: Yeah, I'm not too impressed.
10:16
SPEAKER_01: It's cool.
10:16
SPEAKER_01: But that wasn't a reason why you got it.
10:18
SPEAKER_01: No, it's not.
10:18
SPEAKER_01: You mean auto-send a message?
10:20
SPEAKER_01: Like it kind of detects if Bobby sends me a message or have like a response that it can send and stuff like that.
10:25
SPEAKER_00: Oh, like it automatically generates a response.
10:27
SPEAKER_00: Yeah.
10:27
SPEAKER_00: Oh, okay.
10:28
SPEAKER_01: So, I mean, it's cool.
10:29
SPEAKER_01: I haven't really played with it that much.
10:30
SPEAKER_01: But yeah, I got a 17 Pro.
10:32
SPEAKER_01: Yeah.
10:32
SPEAKER_01: Um, it's cool.
10:33
SPEAKER_00: But but not for AI purposes.
10:35
SPEAKER_01: Because I needed a new phone.
10:37
SPEAKER_01: Yeah.
10:37
SPEAKER_01: Yeah.
10:37
SPEAKER_00: And and that's the part of the why I'm bringing it up, because you know, first off, uh big shout outs to you for finally upgrading all this talking that y'all been doing about.
10:46
SPEAKER_00: Good luck with that.
10:48
SPEAKER_00: Because now they're gonna make some other reason why you have to upgrade it.
10:50
SPEAKER_00: Uh but if you think about uh the product that they're releasing in terms of a phone and they don't really have AI anything with it, which is really, really sad.
10:59
SPEAKER_00: Yeah.
11:00
SPEAKER_00: Um I'm hoping 2026 is a better year for them.
11:03
SPEAKER_01: You've seen they're teaming up with Gemini.
11:05
SPEAKER_00: Yeah, I heard that too.
11:06
SPEAKER_00: Yeah.
11:07
SPEAKER_00: Yeah.
11:07
SPEAKER_01: They gave it up.
11:08
SPEAKER_01: They're like, we're done.
11:09
SPEAKER_01: We're teaming up with Google.
11:10
SPEAKER_00: Yeah.
11:11
SPEAKER_00: Which I mean Which is cool.
11:12
SPEAKER_01: Hey, it's we are not good at it.
11:14
SPEAKER_01: We're gonna team up with someone that is.
11:16
SPEAKER_00: But that that's the same thing that they're doing with uh the browser.
11:19
SPEAKER_00: Like uh Google pays them like a billion dollars a year to make sure that Chrome is included in their offering, right?
11:26
SPEAKER_00: So now it's gonna be like and now they're reversing it, right?
11:29
SPEAKER_00: Apple's gonna pay them two billion dollars a year just to have access to Gemini through uh Siri.
11:34
SPEAKER_00: So I I don't know the exact number, but I'm just using as a an example.
11:37
SPEAKER_00: Yeah, but um yeah, Apple, give them another one point one.
11:41
SPEAKER_00: I can't believe it.
11:42
SPEAKER_00: I can't as much money as they have.
11:44
SPEAKER_02: Shout out to Raymond for a new phone.
11:46
SPEAKER_02: Thank you.
11:48
SPEAKER_00: For sure, for sure.
11:49
SPEAKER_00: And then the last thing I'll mention in terms of just um AI for for 2025 is it's definitely been a year where um I I I am doubling down on my encouragement for everyone to really get familiarized with these tools.
12:04
SPEAKER_00: Every episode that we had, um, after listening to it over, um foundationally, I'm really hopefully inspiring you to you know uh leverage these tools because uh a lot of them are free.
12:16
SPEAKER_00: Um they're eventually gonna start to be paid for, um, but it's gonna be not AI that takes people's jobs, it's gonna be the people that knows how to use AI that's gonna keep and pay and take other people's jobs.
12:26
SPEAKER_00: So um if any words of encouragement for 2025 is um I left an archive for y'all to go check it out.
12:32
SPEAKER_00: So if if if y'all say, hey, I never heard anybody talk about AI, then I know y'all not watching my show.
12:37
SPEAKER_00: So um tune in.
12:39
SPEAKER_00: Um next year we're gonna have another capstone project or capstone topic.
12:43
SPEAKER_00: Um, it might not be AI, I haven't decided what it is.
12:45
SPEAKER_00: Uh, but yo, I I really do appreciate everybody holding it down for me, you know, talking AI consistently throughout the whole year.
12:51
SPEAKER_00: So uh big shout-outs to you.
12:53
SPEAKER_00: Um, and definitely appreciate y'all um entertaining my conversation and uh being uh uh respectful when I'm giving a lecture.
13:04
SPEAKER_00: Because I know that it can really get to y'all sometime too.
13:07
SPEAKER_00: So it is what it is.
13:09
SPEAKER_00: Thank you.
13:09
SPEAKER_00: Thank you so much.
13:10
SPEAKER_00: Yeah, that's what it's meant to be informative.
13:12
SPEAKER_00: And I'm leaving an archive, it's not for y'all, it's for my kids' kids so they can rewind it.
13:16
SPEAKER_01: And some people do like it too.
13:17
SPEAKER_01: Yeah.
13:17
SPEAKER_01: Yeah, there are some you know, haters that skip the segment.
13:20
SPEAKER_00: I mean, I don't call it hate it's just in it, it's not their their stuff, right?
13:24
SPEAKER_00: Yeah, but go ahead and tell me about the people that that actually listen.
13:26
SPEAKER_01: No, there are people that actually listen to it.
13:28
SPEAKER_01: They're like, Yeah, I like your segment, I like Bobby's segment, I like the sports.
13:32
SPEAKER_01: So there are some people that listen to the whole pod, and there are some people who just like certain segments.
13:37
SPEAKER_01: Yeah, you got a fan club, I know.
13:39
SPEAKER_01: Yeah, he also has a fan club, you got a fan club?
13:41
SPEAKER_01: I got no fan club.
13:42
SPEAKER_01: Yeah, you do, D.
13:43
SPEAKER_00: You do have a fan club, bro.
13:44
SPEAKER_00: You just he's just being shy about it.
13:46
SPEAKER_00: He ain't trying to stand on it.
13:47
SPEAKER_00: Well, but anyways, uh, thank y'all again uh for for a year worth of uh supporting me on this AI journey.
13:53
SPEAKER_00: Um, we still got a lot of things going on, so it's not like we're done talking about it.
13:57
SPEAKER_00: Um and yeah, uh rewind the tapes if you need something.
14:00
SPEAKER_00: So uh cue that music up.
14:01
SPEAKER_00: Let me hear let me hear that joint right there.
14:03
SPEAKER_00: This one again?
14:04
SPEAKER_00: Yeah, yeah, that's that's the one I like, right?
14:05
SPEAKER_00: I already said I already did this one already.
14:07
SPEAKER_00: I just want to hear it again, bro.
14:08
SPEAKER_00: Yeah, oh another thing, bring it down a little bit.
14:11
SPEAKER_00: A lot of people don't know that uh we do a lot of this audio production live.
14:17
SPEAKER_00: So I heard somebody say, uh, especially here in 2025, is like, how do y'all mix the music in and the laughter and all of the sounds all at one time?
14:26
SPEAKER_00: Uh if you didn't know, my guy D Hustle is doing production live.
14:29
SPEAKER_00: So whenever you hear the ad libs in the background, give yourself a round of applause.
14:33
SPEAKER_00: Uh that's D Hustle doing all of that uh and holding holding the sound and holding the vibe together.
14:38
SPEAKER_00: Um, and people really do enjoy how we're able to really mix it up a little bit because yeah, it is tech heavy, especially when I get on the mic.
14:45
SPEAKER_00: Um, but definitely uh it's something inspiring that we're able to keep that vibe.
14:49
SPEAKER_00: So big shout-outs to you, my guy.
14:50
SPEAKER_00: Yeah, yeah, yeah.
14:52
SPEAKER_00: Good job.
14:52
SPEAKER_01: Shout out to D Hustle.
14:54
SPEAKER_02: Yeah.
14:56
SPEAKER_02: I did that for Raymond because he he he he wants to hit the button, but he can't control it.
15:04
SPEAKER_00: So oh man, but that tells us he's tuned in, bro.
15:07
SPEAKER_00: He's tuned in his skills and talent, um, and I appreciate you.
15:10
SPEAKER_00: All right, so next section that we're gonna talk about is uh tech current events and some of the best of 2025.
15:16
SPEAKER_00: Um and I'm gonna pass the mic over to D Hustle, but Grayman and I.
15:19
SPEAKER_00: Did you finish your second?
15:20
SPEAKER_00: Yeah, yeah, I'm already at the mark, man.
15:21
SPEAKER_00: 15 minutes mark, bro.
15:23
SPEAKER_00: Uh he's he's like, you're not done talking.
15:26
SPEAKER_00: Uh so D, what do you think of 2025, man?
15:28
SPEAKER_02: The best of 2025, man.
15:30
SPEAKER_02: Man, 2025.
15:32
SPEAKER_02: First thing I think 2025 had to be was wow.
15:36
SPEAKER_02: Start off with Apple.
15:38
SPEAKER_02: Yeah.
15:38
SPEAKER_02: I think the best thing for me is Apple, after all these years, a lot of upgrades.
15:45
SPEAKER_02: Yeah.
15:45
SPEAKER_02: A lot of software upgrades, a lot of more upgrades, more upgrades, yeah, more upgrades.
15:54
SPEAKER_02: Still the same phone, still nothing changes.
15:57
SPEAKER_02: But again, we still buy this shit.
15:59
SPEAKER_02: Yeah.
15:59
SPEAKER_02: That's the confusion part of how we're trying to figure out what's going on.
16:03
SPEAKER_02: He still buys it.
16:04
SPEAKER_02: Yeah, yeah.
16:05
SPEAKER_02: Hoping we're giving you the benefit of the doubt that we are going to upgrade for some odd reason.
16:11
SPEAKER_02: You guys are gonna get that flip phone, supposedly, yeah, yeah.
16:14
SPEAKER_02: Uh coming out, the works, supposed to be getting glasses.
16:19
SPEAKER_02: That's one of the big things that uh want to give the womp, womp, womp, womp too.
16:24
SPEAKER_00: A little disappointing, right?
16:26
SPEAKER_02: Uh, another disappointing thing, AOL went down.
16:29
SPEAKER_02: Yeah, yeah, yeah.
16:30
SPEAKER_02: Uh AOM went down again.
16:32
SPEAKER_02: Uh, after 30 years, AOL is no more internet uh service.
16:37
SPEAKER_02: Yeah, uh that um yeah, good old days, right?
16:40
SPEAKER_02: Good old days.
16:42
SPEAKER_02: Um big, big, big, big round of applause to uh Amazon for their Zoo X taxi aka giving competition to uh wait is it Waymo?
16:55
SPEAKER_02: Waymo Jaguar.
16:57
SPEAKER_00: Yeah, yeah.
16:58
SPEAKER_02: Um the Waymo, actually low-key.
17:02
SPEAKER_00: Waymo is actually in Atlanta now.
17:04
SPEAKER_00: Oh, really?
17:04
SPEAKER_00: Um so I've seen people you know posting more about it.
17:07
SPEAKER_00: Um I think it's actually supposed to be coming down to Miami.
17:09
SPEAKER_00: Uh oh that's gonna be wow, it's gonna be a lot of accidents.
17:14
SPEAKER_00: For sure.
17:15
SPEAKER_00: And I also heard that they're gonna be doing some trials in New York City too, but uh they have some uh regulations.
17:20
SPEAKER_00: It's gotta be in the city.
17:21
SPEAKER_02: Yeah, it's gotta be in the city because that's the only way there's gonna be a lot of angry people.
17:26
SPEAKER_02: Yeah, especially in a compact city like that.
17:30
SPEAKER_00: Yeah, yeah.
17:31
SPEAKER_00: Yeah.
17:32
SPEAKER_00: But in terms of 2025, it's one of our best uh reports uh definitely about Amazon coming in into the game and you know give him some competition.
17:38
SPEAKER_00: So I can't wait.
17:40
SPEAKER_01: Yeah, yeah.
17:40
SPEAKER_00: You you still you still not down with it, Raymond?
17:42
SPEAKER_01: Oh, I'm I'm down with it.
17:43
SPEAKER_01: I just haven't tried it out yet.
17:44
SPEAKER_01: Okay.
17:45
SPEAKER_01: The closest one is where?
17:46
SPEAKER_01: Now we have one in Atlanta now, you say?
17:47
SPEAKER_00: Yeah, yeah, Atlanta, definitely.
17:49
SPEAKER_00: Okay.
17:49
SPEAKER_00: Yeah.
17:49
SPEAKER_00: He's not going to Atlanta.
17:51
SPEAKER_00: No, he don't go nowhere.
17:53
SPEAKER_00: Yeah, definitely.
17:54
SPEAKER_00: Best of 2025 trip for Raymond.
17:55
SPEAKER_00: Where was that?
17:56
SPEAKER_00: Where was that, Raymond?
17:57
SPEAKER_00: Well, I did go to two places this year.
17:59
SPEAKER_00: Publix.
18:02
SPEAKER_00: Uh what else?
18:04
SPEAKER_00: I do love Publix.
18:06
SPEAKER_00: Where'd you go?
18:06
SPEAKER_00: Where'd you go?
18:06
SPEAKER_01: What was the House 7, the candy stuff?
18:09
SPEAKER_01: You know?
18:10
SPEAKER_01: That's true.
18:11
SPEAKER_01: Um, let me see.
18:12
SPEAKER_01: I went to Washington, D.C.
18:13
SPEAKER_01: earlier this year.
18:14
SPEAKER_00: Uh yeah, you did go to South Carolina.
18:16
SPEAKER_01: He was dragged, ladies and gentlemen.
18:17
SPEAKER_01: Yeah, he was.
18:18
SPEAKER_01: His lady friend.
18:19
SPEAKER_01: And I went to uh South Carolina.
18:22
SPEAKER_00: Ah, that was also being dragged too.
18:25
SPEAKER_01: Who you went to South Carolina with?
18:27
SPEAKER_01: Uh with my girl.
18:28
SPEAKER_00: Yeah.
18:28
SPEAKER_01: When the fuck was this?
18:30
SPEAKER_01: A couple months ago, maybe.
18:32
SPEAKER_01: He'd be doing stuff low-key.
18:34
SPEAKER_01: It was here.
18:35
SPEAKER_01: I went.
18:35
SPEAKER_00: Was it over a weekend or it was like over three days, three or four days.
18:38
SPEAKER_01: Like a Thursday, came back on a Sunday.
18:40
SPEAKER_00: I think the only reason I saw it is because uh somebody else posted a story and then he reposted.
18:46
SPEAKER_00: But I didn't even know you was out of town, player.
18:48
SPEAKER_00: I didn't know either.
18:49
SPEAKER_00: He likes to keep stuff low-key.
18:51
SPEAKER_00: Yeah, you know.
18:53
SPEAKER_00: Incognito over here.
18:55
SPEAKER_01: Well, he is always incognito, but yeah, you know, I'm not, I don't really know how to post and all that stuff.
19:01
SPEAKER_01: Yeah, South Carolina.
19:02
SPEAKER_01: What the fuck is over there?
19:03
SPEAKER_01: There's an island where all the rich people go to the vacation.
19:06
SPEAKER_01: We went there.
19:07
SPEAKER_01: Yeah.
19:07
SPEAKER_01: I forgot the name of the island.
19:08
SPEAKER_01: So the rich people go.
19:10
SPEAKER_01: So it wasn't interesting for you.
19:12
SPEAKER_01: No, it was cool.
19:12
SPEAKER_02: It was name of the Edistow Island.
19:16
SPEAKER_02: Edistow Island.
19:18
SPEAKER_02: Well, you're rich people Edistow Island, just look it up.
19:20
SPEAKER_02: Yeah.
19:20
SPEAKER_02: Go ahead and let me know.
19:22
SPEAKER_02: Let us know.
19:22
SPEAKER_02: And we didn't get invited, so we didn't even get even a peek.
19:25
SPEAKER_02: We didn't even it's cool.
19:27
SPEAKER_02: But at least he did two trips this year.
19:29
SPEAKER_02: Good for you, man.
19:29
SPEAKER_02: Good for you.
19:30
SPEAKER_02: Wow.
19:30
SPEAKER_02: Maybe next year you get three.
19:33
SPEAKER_01: Maybe.
19:34
SPEAKER_01: That's the most I've ever done.
19:35
SPEAKER_01: Yeah.
19:35
SPEAKER_01: That's good.
19:36
SPEAKER_00: One other thing that jumped out in uh tech current events, uh and that that I definitely want to give you a shout out on is uh some electronics and tech stuff that we really covered.
19:45
SPEAKER_00: Um, especially when China was coming over with those new phones.
19:48
SPEAKER_02: Remember those fucking twenty hundred dollar phones, eighteen hundred phones.
19:53
SPEAKER_03: Yeah.
19:54
SPEAKER_02: Shout out to China, man.
19:56
SPEAKER_02: Shout out to China.
19:57
SPEAKER_02: Just just doing the thing, man.
19:59
SPEAKER_02: Yeah.
20:00
SPEAKER_02: Uh God bless you guys over there.
20:01
SPEAKER_02: If you guys need some help, please come to the United States.
20:05
SPEAKER_02: We need all the help we can get right about now.
20:07
SPEAKER_01: When are you getting yours?
20:08
SPEAKER_01: What?
20:09
SPEAKER_01: The phone, the$2,800 one.
20:10
SPEAKER_02: Uh when it goes on sale.
20:14
SPEAKER_02: So that's it.
20:15
SPEAKER_02: And then I'm the if that's once I do that, I'm switching to the dark side.
20:18
SPEAKER_02: Yeah.
20:18
SPEAKER_02: No more iPhone, no more blue.
20:20
SPEAKER_02: It's gonna be green.
20:22
SPEAKER_00: Going back to green?
20:22
SPEAKER_02: Going back to green.
20:24
SPEAKER_02: But I'll be in advance.
20:26
SPEAKER_02: Uh, you know, I'll be gonna break up the group chat.
20:29
SPEAKER_02: I'm gonna have to.
20:31
SPEAKER_02: Text me individually.
20:32
SPEAKER_02: I don't need no group text.
20:33
SPEAKER_00: Exactly.
20:34
SPEAKER_00: Actually, D's energy changes as soon as he goes back to green.
20:37
SPEAKER_00: He he's the one that'd be like, y'all better join me.
20:40
SPEAKER_00: Join me.
20:40
SPEAKER_02: That's what's up.
20:41
SPEAKER_02: Other than that, man, I think the the last thing or that I can think of is the AI's innovation.
20:47
SPEAKER_02: Yeah.
20:48
SPEAKER_02: As far as um like the humanoidslash people using it as like a butler, as um Kawasaki using it as a as a bike.
21:02
SPEAKER_02: Yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah.
21:03
SPEAKER_00: The four-wheeler one, yeah.
21:04
SPEAKER_02: Uh bike.
21:05
SPEAKER_02: Um that's the only thing I think of at the top of my head.
21:08
SPEAKER_00: Yeah.
21:08
SPEAKER_00: But it was a good 2025, man.
21:10
SPEAKER_00: I I feel like um tech current events, I've always felt like I was up to date what's going on.
21:14
SPEAKER_00: Um definitely uh D has uh some some good insights into technology, and especially for the culture itself.
21:20
SPEAKER_00: It's like uh some some some situations you'll hear people talking about stuff that you'll never use, and I think uh especially on our show, um uh there's definitely a a great uh alignment of what we potentially would use or buy uh versus what what's being released.
21:34
SPEAKER_00: But um it's been a very active year with electronics uh and new releases of different things.
21:41
SPEAKER_00: So uh big shout-outs to all the the new techies uh uh or the tech devices, um tech projects and things that are happening.
21:48
SPEAKER_00: But yeah, I can't I I think next year, uh 2025, uh we're gonna be reporting a lot more on robotics type stuff.
21:54
SPEAKER_01: Um I think so too.
21:55
SPEAKER_00: Yeah, I like the one that D just brought up is the one that had like the four legs and it was like a motorized uh RT or ATV, but it was actually had legs and it could run type stuff.
22:04
SPEAKER_00: Right.
22:05
SPEAKER_00: Um that that's that's the flying car, the flying car.
22:08
SPEAKER_02: Now that I just see the flying car over here, oh, and the Raspberry Pi that I'm never gonna get, ladies and gentlemen.
22:14
SPEAKER_02: Uh so now that I'm looking here, I'm going down memory lane here.
22:18
SPEAKER_00: Uh the holidays haven't even gotten here yet, bro.
22:21
SPEAKER_00: Oh, okay.
22:22
SPEAKER_00: We're waiting for holidays.
22:23
SPEAKER_00: Wait until the next uh beginning of the year episode, then we can talk more about it.
22:26
SPEAKER_00: But uh, okay.
22:28
SPEAKER_00: But yeah, big big shout outs to you, D Hustle, holding it down for tech current events.
22:31
SPEAKER_00: Um, as always, appreciate you and keep keeping our artists up on the new technology.
22:36
SPEAKER_00: Um and now we got uh my guy uh Raymond Don't Call Hray Ray.
22:40
SPEAKER_00: Give him a little bit of his sound.
22:41
SPEAKER_00: Let's see.
22:41
SPEAKER_03: Oh yeah, there we go.
22:43
SPEAKER_00: Raymond Don't Call Him Ray Ray.
22:45
SPEAKER_00: Um so Raymond, uh, if if you're not familiar with the segment of the podcast, this is Raymond's Nuggets, and he's gonna be dropping gems about anything that he's familiarized with, such as websites.
22:58
SPEAKER_00: Yeah, you know, China.
23:04
SPEAKER_00: Uh so Raymond, uh Raymond's Nuggets.
23:06
SPEAKER_00: How do you feel like uh 2025 been, bro?
23:08
SPEAKER_01: It was good.
23:09
SPEAKER_01: I think I dropped uh 99.
23:13
SPEAKER_01: All right, maybe I don't want to sound cocky.
23:15
SPEAKER_01: All right, maybe 90% gems.
23:17
SPEAKER_00: 90%?
23:18
SPEAKER_01: You were shooting 90 90% with my nuggets.
23:21
SPEAKER_01: If you combine the nuggets and the shows and the movies I recommend, uh-huh, I think that brings it up to 90%.
23:28
SPEAKER_01: Because it just you just can't, you know, limit it to the nuggets as in websites and stuff.
23:33
SPEAKER_01: Because I gave you guys a lot of gems on good shows such as Severance, which you know, won, you know, my guy on there, Tremet won, best supporting actor, the first black guy to ever win a you know, an Emmy for best supporting actor.
23:48
SPEAKER_01: So yeah, gems like that, yeah, you know, so but yeah, you know, uh, what else?
23:53
SPEAKER_01: Gosh.
23:53
SPEAKER_01: Yeah, that's one of my favorite.
23:55
SPEAKER_01: Yeah, one of the best shows on there.
23:56
SPEAKER_01: So um, but yeah.
24:01
SPEAKER_00: I'll let's say 90%.
24:03
SPEAKER_02: When he starts off with Severance, I mean that's like the worst.
24:07
SPEAKER_02: That's the worst.
24:08
SPEAKER_02: I mean, he started off the Elies.
24:10
SPEAKER_02: You haven't heard of first he started off with with uh what was it, Shogun?
24:16
SPEAKER_02: Shogun, that's 2024 for sure.
24:18
SPEAKER_02: Yes, um, and then look what happened with that Shogun.
24:21
SPEAKER_02: Nobody watched that.
24:22
SPEAKER_02: Uh it won a lot of awards.
24:25
SPEAKER_02: It did.
24:26
SPEAKER_02: Great show.
24:27
SPEAKER_02: But yeah, whatever.
24:29
SPEAKER_01: I'm surprised you didn't you gave up on Shogun because you're a big Game of Thrones guy, and it's just like the Japanese version of it, I think.
24:38
SPEAKER_00: I don't know.
24:39
SPEAKER_00: You get you you Game of Thrones, that that's that's a that's a pill, bro.
24:43
SPEAKER_00: You can't you can't just big pill swallow there.
24:46
SPEAKER_02: Yeah, you know, I'm closing this down because that'd be ridiculous, right?
24:49
SPEAKER_02: But no, okay.
24:50
SPEAKER_02: I I can't believe you just said that.
24:52
SPEAKER_00: But we have to, I mean, we maybe have to wait for season two.
24:55
SPEAKER_02: Severance was the was the worst for me.
24:57
SPEAKER_02: Yeah, I can't believe I bench watched that shit.
25:00
SPEAKER_02: Yeah, I I had no other choice.
25:02
SPEAKER_02: Yeah, I had to watch it.
25:03
SPEAKER_02: I was already invested.
25:05
SPEAKER_02: Yeah.
25:05
SPEAKER_02: Okay.
25:06
SPEAKER_02: Uh, with that garbage.
25:07
SPEAKER_02: Not a fan.
25:08
SPEAKER_02: No, I'm not a fan, bro.
25:10
SPEAKER_02: I I just can't believe you like that crap.
25:12
SPEAKER_02: I it's a great show.
25:14
SPEAKER_02: Like, it is it's only white people who watch that.
25:18
SPEAKER_02: Well, and they put the black guy in there for a mixture.
25:22
SPEAKER_02: Did you realize that he was like, But the black guy's the one that won the award, right?
25:24
SPEAKER_02: Yes, you want to be a good one.
25:25
SPEAKER_02: Because he's the only black guy in there.
25:28
SPEAKER_01: Oh my god.
25:29
SPEAKER_01: What about the um the other guy?
25:31
SPEAKER_02: What guy?
25:31
SPEAKER_02: Uh the guy with the with the band?
25:35
SPEAKER_01: No, not the guy with the band.
25:36
SPEAKER_01: The guy that's in the office, the worker with the glasses.
25:38
SPEAKER_01: Uh the heavyset guy?
25:40
SPEAKER_01: Yes.
25:40
SPEAKER_01: He's white.
25:41
SPEAKER_01: He's black.
25:42
SPEAKER_01: No, he's not black.
25:42
SPEAKER_01: I mean, he's not white.
25:43
SPEAKER_00: He's not white.
25:44
SPEAKER_00: He's not white.
25:44
SPEAKER_00: He might as well be white.
25:45
SPEAKER_01: Nah, he's not white.
25:46
SPEAKER_01: He's black.
25:47
SPEAKER_02: Is he black?
25:47
SPEAKER_02: He's black.
25:48
SPEAKER_02: Yeah, he's black, but he's he's just like a Raymond.
25:50
SPEAKER_02: He's just white.
25:52
SPEAKER_00: Leave my guy alone, Raymond.
25:54
SPEAKER_00: Raymond's not white, bro.
25:56
SPEAKER_00: Raymond's not white.
25:56
SPEAKER_02: But the but uh the manager, uh, what was his name again?
25:59
SPEAKER_02: Uh the guy who did Blade, the commentator.
26:02
SPEAKER_02: Damn, I forgot I forgot his name.
26:04
SPEAKER_00: The manager.
26:05
SPEAKER_02: Yeah, the guy in Severance, the black guy.
26:07
SPEAKER_02: Yeah.
26:08
SPEAKER_02: I can't think of his name.
26:09
SPEAKER_02: Yeah, I don't remember his name.
26:10
SPEAKER_02: Great actor.
26:11
SPEAKER_02: Shout out to him.
26:12
SPEAKER_02: Great actor.
26:13
SPEAKER_00: There's a lot of good things.
26:15
SPEAKER_00: Yeah.
26:16
SPEAKER_01: And he's a young guy, too, isn't he?
26:17
SPEAKER_01: Oh, he's RH?
26:19
SPEAKER_01: RH, probably a little bit older.
26:20
SPEAKER_01: Yeah, he's been in the game for a minute.
26:22
SPEAKER_00: Okay, yeah.
26:22
SPEAKER_01: He's blowing up now because of Severance.
26:24
SPEAKER_00: Oh, here Raymond's standing on it again.
26:26
SPEAKER_01: Just saying.
26:27
SPEAKER_00: So what else was on your list for 2025?
26:31
SPEAKER_01: Yeah, D Hustle's favorite here.
26:33
SPEAKER_01: We talked about this a couple weeks ago.
26:35
SPEAKER_01: Um, stool analyzer.
26:36
SPEAKER_01: You guys remember that?
26:37
SPEAKER_01: That is one of my favorites because you know, you know, checking your stool is very important, guys.
26:42
SPEAKER_01: You know, you want to stay on top of your health.
26:44
SPEAKER_01: Now, now that we're getting older wealth, exactly.
26:46
SPEAKER_01: So, stoolanalyzer.com, uh it will analyze your stool and tell you if you are healthy.
26:53
SPEAKER_01: So, yeah, that's one of my favorite gems that I think I dropped there.
26:56
SPEAKER_01: I got some comments on that.
26:58
SPEAKER_01: I know D Hustle was appreciative of that one.
27:00
SPEAKER_01: No, he wasn't.
27:01
SPEAKER_01: So that was one of my gems.
27:03
SPEAKER_01: And one of my other favorites is one of the guys at uh my Toastmasters Club, they loved this.
27:08
SPEAKER_01: They saw the clip on Instagram was themissingmoney.com.
27:12
SPEAKER_01: Oh, if you guys out there got some missing money.
27:14
SPEAKER_01: I know D Hustle does not leave money on the table.
27:17
SPEAKER_01: No, not at all.
27:18
SPEAKER_01: He doesn't have any missing money.
27:19
SPEAKER_01: So that was one of the gems out there people commented on hey, I like that, the money website.
27:24
SPEAKER_01: So that was cool.
27:26
SPEAKER_01: And yeah, those are some of my gems.
27:28
SPEAKER_01: And then another one, too.
27:29
SPEAKER_01: I think D Hustle did approve on this one.
27:31
SPEAKER_01: I did, I believe so, was the runp.com.
27:36
SPEAKER_01: Remember that one?
27:36
SPEAKER_01: Which one that one?
27:37
SPEAKER_01: Runp.com.
27:38
SPEAKER_01: It tells you exactly on where to go in a movie that you can go use the bathroom.
27:43
SPEAKER_01: Oh, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah.
27:47
SPEAKER_01: You won't miss that much.
27:48
SPEAKER_01: So runp.com.
27:49
SPEAKER_01: Yeah, remember that.
27:51
SPEAKER_02: So yeah, if you go to the Yeah, I like that one, but I didn't like it that much.
27:54
SPEAKER_02: Come like you didn't like it that quick.
27:56
SPEAKER_02: If you're gonna go to a movie, make sure you use the bathroom before, right?
27:59
SPEAKER_02: Okay, yeah, it's very simple.
28:00
SPEAKER_02: You know, you get snacks and all that.
28:02
SPEAKER_02: I'm not gonna use my phone and shit, but I hold on, man.
28:04
SPEAKER_02: I can use the bathroom.
28:05
SPEAKER_02: Let me see when it was a great time to pause this real quick.
28:09
SPEAKER_02: Oh man.
28:10
SPEAKER_01: So those are all my gems.
28:12
SPEAKER_00: So yeah, yeah, those are all my gems.
28:14
SPEAKER_00: Uh I'll tell you about one that that that I like was um uh the password one um in terms of like the how lengthy or long your password is.
28:22
SPEAKER_00: Yeah, but I also like the money one too, so you can go find missing money.
28:27
SPEAKER_01: Yeah, I've got some money out there.
28:28
SPEAKER_00: Yeah, you better go collect.
28:30
SPEAKER_00: That's crazy to me.
28:30
SPEAKER_00: I don't know how you guys have missing money, bro.
28:33
SPEAKER_00: Well, it's not missing.
28:34
SPEAKER_00: It's just Oh, it's missing because he hold that in his pocket.
28:36
SPEAKER_00: It's unclaimed.
28:37
SPEAKER_00: It's unclaimed.
28:38
SPEAKER_00: Yeah, you gotta go claim it.
28:39
SPEAKER_00: Dama said this is lost.
28:40
SPEAKER_00: If it's lost, if it's in lost and found, then that's what I mean it's missing, bro.
28:43
SPEAKER_00: That's funny.
28:44
SPEAKER_00: Yeah, yeah.
28:45
SPEAKER_00: But uh definitely some really, really cool topics, um, really informative.
28:49
SPEAKER_00: Uh I would say that uh when I look at the data, because data don't lie, um, current events and um Raymond's Nuggets are the two that perform the best on our channel.
28:58
SPEAKER_00: Um and definitely uh Why?
29:00
SPEAKER_00: They like informed.
29:01
SPEAKER_00: They like, you know, I give them good stuff for me.
29:04
SPEAKER_00: I mean the uh the the the order is is You let us know below.
29:08
SPEAKER_02: Let us know below.
29:09
SPEAKER_00: Current events, Raymond's Nuggets, sports, and then me, the tech tech one, is at the bottom.
29:14
SPEAKER_00: But um definitely uh they enjoy uh the insights that we give because we're giving them access to certain websites um that we you know um have used on the internet before.
29:24
SPEAKER_00: Um they also like some of your anonymous type stuff out there because you definitely are on the uh more secretive side of the internet.
29:32
SPEAKER_01: It's important to you know not leave a history on the internet.
29:35
SPEAKER_01: So you don't want um, yeah, okay.
29:38
SPEAKER_01: Yeah, yeah.
29:38
SPEAKER_01: Those are some good ones that are left on there, you know, like making a fake person, yeah, email addresses, some good ones.
29:44
SPEAKER_00: So actually, I read one of the comments that somebody asked, like, why do you need all those emails?
29:49
SPEAKER_00: That that in in and I replied back, like, uh Raymond does what he does.
29:54
SPEAKER_01: Yeah, doing research.
29:56
SPEAKER_01: You know, you don't want to get spam, you know.
29:58
SPEAKER_01: You know, you don't want to get spammed.
30:00
SPEAKER_01: You know how you get those no, I don't come on.
30:04
SPEAKER_01: We don't know.
30:05
SPEAKER_01: Come on, man.
30:05
SPEAKER_00: We are hoping you let us know.
30:07
SPEAKER_00: They're trying to figure out why is Raymond so anonymous on the internet like that.
30:11
SPEAKER_00: But uh, I don't know.
30:12
SPEAKER_02: I I feel like he has a a secret past that we don't know about.
30:16
SPEAKER_00: Yeah, yeah, that he just wipes away with one email and it just goes away.
30:19
SPEAKER_02: We don't even know if his real name Raymond.
30:21
SPEAKER_00: Facts, right?
30:22
SPEAKER_00: I I don't think I've seen a birth certificate.
30:24
SPEAKER_00: Yeah, Raymond.
30:25
SPEAKER_00: Yeah.
30:25
SPEAKER_00: Oh, we have to double check that.
30:27
SPEAKER_00: Yeah.
30:27
SPEAKER_00: Um, and definitely on the movie side of the house, um um I don't know if it's 90%.
30:34
SPEAKER_00: On the movies?
30:35
SPEAKER_00: Yeah.
30:36
SPEAKER_01: Come on.
30:36
SPEAKER_01: Um what movie did I've given you guys that was bad?
30:39
SPEAKER_01: Uh severans.
30:41
SPEAKER_01: Those are shows.
30:42
SPEAKER_01: Yeah.
30:42
SPEAKER_01: Okay, those are shows.
30:43
SPEAKER_01: Jurassic Park.
30:45
SPEAKER_01: Yeah, Jurassic Park was on the list.
30:46
SPEAKER_00: Did you guys watch Jurassic Park?
30:48
SPEAKER_00: I did watch Jurassic Park.
30:49
SPEAKER_00: Was it bad?
30:50
SPEAKER_00: I thought it I I I didn't like it.
30:52
SPEAKER_00: I didn't like it.
30:53
SPEAKER_00: Well, was it bad?
30:54
SPEAKER_00: It was not terrible, but it was there you go.
30:57
SPEAKER_00: It's it's it wasn't something to move.
30:59
SPEAKER_00: You can't give them a little bit.
31:02
SPEAKER_01: All right.
31:02
SPEAKER_01: I'm not gonna be able to do that.
31:03
SPEAKER_01: I didn't say it was like the best movie.
31:05
SPEAKER_02: If this gives it one in ten and you give them a one in still good, it got one point on the board, one point on the board.
31:12
SPEAKER_01: Making another one, so I guess it was terrible.
31:13
SPEAKER_01: Oh my gosh, I can't.
31:14
SPEAKER_01: I guess it was so bad that they're making another one.
31:16
SPEAKER_01: Yeah.
31:16
SPEAKER_02: And then uh the best thing was that there's no more saw.
31:19
SPEAKER_02: Yeah, uh that disappointed the heck out of me.
31:22
SPEAKER_01: Shout out to that.
31:23
SPEAKER_01: No, no more saw.
31:24
SPEAKER_01: That really, like, you know, I hope somebody buys a franchise and restarts it.
31:29
SPEAKER_01: That pissed me off.
31:30
SPEAKER_02: So now um I do know the biggest thing out there that you should have said is uh how uh Netflix uh bought out Warner Brothers.
31:39
SPEAKER_01: Oh, yeah, they're gonna have to purchase that.
31:41
SPEAKER_01: I was discussing, I was gonna bring that up, but that is actually uh on pause right now.
31:46
SPEAKER_01: Oh, is it?
31:47
SPEAKER_01: Because you know, Paramount is fighting they want to buy it as well.
31:50
SPEAKER_01: Well, they give you trying to give more money.
31:52
SPEAKER_01: So now Trump is gonna decide who's gonna get this now.
31:55
SPEAKER_01: Why does he have to make a decision?
31:56
SPEAKER_02: How does he decide it?
31:57
SPEAKER_02: Is he part of the um Netflix revenue?
32:00
SPEAKER_01: Uh he's got stocks in there.
32:02
SPEAKER_01: I mean, he does not, but uh one of the companies is buddy buddy with Trump.
32:07
SPEAKER_00: So he's trying to get his the administration will get involved, not that he will make a decision on his own.
32:12
SPEAKER_01: He said he's gonna personally be involved.
32:14
SPEAKER_01: Because he said Netflix will be.
32:16
SPEAKER_01: He said Netflix will have too much power if they it ain't because of that.
32:20
SPEAKER_02: You you know why.
32:21
SPEAKER_02: It's all about the billions.
32:23
SPEAKER_02: Yeah, yeah, it's definitely who the fuck is gonna buy something for 11 or what was it, a something eleven point something billion?
32:30
SPEAKER_02: That's a lot of money for Warner Brothers.
32:34
SPEAKER_01: Yeah, and some of the fans too are upset because they're afraid that Netflix is gonna kill the movie theaters.
32:40
SPEAKER_01: Because you know, Warner Brothers has like all the DC stuff and you know, because so a lot of people are like because they won't release them in movie theaters, they'll just release it on their platform.
32:49
SPEAKER_01: Yes, and I was one of those folks, because you know I love going to the movies, so yeah, but Netflix came out and said, no, no, no, we're still gonna you know s release them in the movies, but can you can you imagine Netflix owning Warner Brothers?
33:00
SPEAKER_02: I just wanted to ask do you uh invest in stocks in in the movie theater?
33:04
SPEAKER_01: Uh I do not.
33:06
SPEAKER_01: I just You should, man.
33:09
SPEAKER_01: Are you like a VIP member?
33:11
SPEAKER_01: Um I'm not a VIP member.
33:13
SPEAKER_01: I just still like going to the movies.
33:15
SPEAKER_01: I think you can't beat that experience.
33:17
SPEAKER_02: Do you have the app that because they give you free vouchers and free movies?
33:20
SPEAKER_01: Oh, I do have like the Regal app and all that stuff like that where I get points and stuff like that.
33:24
SPEAKER_01: Yeah.
33:24
SPEAKER_01: So I used to have like the movie pass back in the days.
33:27
SPEAKER_00: Oh, you used to do that?
33:27
SPEAKER_01: Yeah, I used to do that, yeah.
33:29
SPEAKER_00: My my movie pass was I pay for one movie and I just hang out all day.
33:33
SPEAKER_00: You can't do that now.
33:34
SPEAKER_00: That was back in the.
33:35
SPEAKER_00: No?
33:35
SPEAKER_00: They have a signed seating now.
33:37
SPEAKER_00: Oh man, I I used to go to the movies watching like early, and then I'm there all day watching like three, four movies.
33:43
SPEAKER_00: Because of you, they did assign seating.
33:45
SPEAKER_00: Ah, okay.
33:45
SPEAKER_00: Now it makes sense.
33:46
SPEAKER_00: Now it makes sense.
33:47
SPEAKER_02: Well, when the when you sit down and you the person comes, you just gotta get up and go to another seat.
33:52
SPEAKER_02: This is like going to a baseball.
33:53
SPEAKER_02: I've seen it before.
33:54
SPEAKER_02: I've done it.
33:54
SPEAKER_01: That happened a few weeks ago.
33:55
SPEAKER_01: There was a hey, to put it out there, it's our people, there was a young black guy in there.
34:00
SPEAKER_01: He got up seven times.
34:02
SPEAKER_01: They just kept making him get up like this is my seat, and he just kept getting up and going to the next one.
34:07
SPEAKER_00: Until he found a spot where nobody pulled up.
34:09
SPEAKER_00: It's crazy, but yeah.
34:11
SPEAKER_00: Right.
34:12
SPEAKER_00: There's no shame.
34:13
SPEAKER_00: There's no shame, bro.
34:14
SPEAKER_00: There's no shame.
34:15
SPEAKER_00: But I miss I miss those good old days.
34:16
SPEAKER_00: Shoot, talking about good old days.
34:18
SPEAKER_00: Uh you remember MovieCo downtown uh West Palm and Comatis?
34:22
SPEAKER_00: Yeah.
34:22
SPEAKER_00: They broke that thing down now.
34:24
SPEAKER_00: They're about to build some um um high-rises on their apartments and stuff like that.
34:28
SPEAKER_03: Yep.
34:28
SPEAKER_00: Um, the movie business, like you said, is is has shifted because of platforms like Netflix and the mall.
34:33
SPEAKER_00: Yes.
34:34
SPEAKER_00: Um, but I I do enjoy going to a movie and that whole experience.
34:37
SPEAKER_01: Yeah, probably nobody goes to the movies more than me.
34:40
SPEAKER_01: Yeah.
34:40
SPEAKER_00: Yeah, I'm not spending that much money on Amy.
34:42
SPEAKER_01: I mean, yeah.
34:43
SPEAKER_01: So I I like going.
34:44
SPEAKER_01: So one more thing.
34:46
SPEAKER_00: Well, then your your top movie for 2025, what would you say it is?
34:49
SPEAKER_01: My top movie for 2025?
34:51
SPEAKER_01: Soul 21.
34:55
SPEAKER_01: That's funny.
34:56
SPEAKER_01: You know what?
34:57
SPEAKER_01: Surprisingly, I just saw this a few weeks ago.
34:59
SPEAKER_01: Um, I'd say Predator Badlands.
35:02
SPEAKER_01: Dang, you still shouting that, huh?
35:03
SPEAKER_01: Yeah, Predator Badlands.
35:05
SPEAKER_01: Like, I want you to find someone to tell me that's a bad movie.
35:07
SPEAKER_01: Yeah.
35:09
SPEAKER_01: I I don't have to look that far.
35:11
SPEAKER_01: I really don't.
35:11
SPEAKER_01: Have you seen it, D Hustle?
35:13
SPEAKER_02: I have not.
35:13
SPEAKER_02: Okay.
35:14
SPEAKER_01: So really, it's a really disappointing.
35:16
SPEAKER_01: Oh, okay.
35:17
SPEAKER_01: It was good.
35:17
SPEAKER_01: That's probably it was surprisingly good.
35:19
SPEAKER_01: Yeah.
35:20
SPEAKER_01: So that would be my top movie of top 25.
35:22
SPEAKER_01: It was surprisingly good because I was like gonna kick this to the curb.
35:25
SPEAKER_00: So now you audience, yeah, I have to go comment below or even call out his top 25 of the year.
35:30
SPEAKER_00: So show wise is Severance.
35:32
SPEAKER_00: Yes.
35:33
SPEAKER_00: Uh movie wise is Predator Badlands.
35:35
SPEAKER_00: Predator Badlands.
35:36
SPEAKER_02: Shit.
35:36
SPEAKER_02: I thought the number one show for him was gonna be uh um The Penguin because he was talking so highly about it.
35:43
SPEAKER_02: Was another one that was up there, too.
35:45
SPEAKER_02: You know, but he's forgetting good shows.
35:46
SPEAKER_02: He's worrying about a boring show that's an hour that's taken on.
35:50
SPEAKER_00: That was a good show.
35:51
SPEAKER_02: Penguin was very good.
35:52
SPEAKER_02: I'm not gonna fret.
35:53
SPEAKER_01: Come on.
35:54
SPEAKER_00: What's the actor that was uh Colin Farrell.
35:56
SPEAKER_00: Colin Farrell didn't know.
35:57
SPEAKER_00: Penguin's very good.
35:58
SPEAKER_01: Yeah, yeah.
35:58
SPEAKER_02: No, but he's still stuck on severance.
36:00
SPEAKER_01: I just feel like it's uh it's kind of niche because it's comic book uh where a lot of people are not into that stuff.
36:06
SPEAKER_01: But who's into office politics type stuff?
36:08
SPEAKER_01: Severance, like it goes into more of a variety of people who will like it.
36:12
SPEAKER_01: Nah.
36:13
SPEAKER_01: That's why I didn't mention Penguin, because you know, it's more niche, like if you're a nerd or if you're into the comic books.
36:19
SPEAKER_01: Great show.
36:20
SPEAKER_00: I mean it was fantastic.
36:21
SPEAKER_00: I actually brought up some good, good, like I'm I'm like mindset-wise recalibrating what 2025 looked like because of that show, because that was amazing.
36:29
SPEAKER_00: That was an amazing show.
36:30
SPEAKER_00: Colin Farrell did his job on that one.
36:32
SPEAKER_00: Like, I uh and that's the part that was really good was his his acting for sure.
36:36
SPEAKER_00: Yeah.
36:36
SPEAKER_00: Um and the show itself, uh, I thought it all came together.
36:39
SPEAKER_00: Yeah.
36:39
SPEAKER_00: Are they coming up with another season of that?
36:40
SPEAKER_00: I don't know.
36:41
SPEAKER_00: They're debating on it.
36:42
SPEAKER_00: So what what was it at?
36:44
SPEAKER_00: On HBO?
36:44
SPEAKER_00: Yeah, on HBO.
36:45
SPEAKER_00: Uh the Warner Brothers HBO's included in that Warner Brothers deal, isn't it?
36:50
SPEAKER_00: Yes.
36:50
SPEAKER_00: That's crazy.
36:51
SPEAKER_01: So Netflix could own HBO also.
36:53
SPEAKER_01: And that's what a lot of people are upset about.
36:54
SPEAKER_01: They're like, all that great content that HBO has made, you know, the Sopranos, you know, like the penguin.
37:00
SPEAKER_01: Yeah.
37:01
SPEAKER_01: They're just gonna take it, put it under Netflix.
37:03
SPEAKER_01: Is Netflix gonna make good stuff like that?
37:06
SPEAKER_01: Yeah.
37:06
SPEAKER_01: Are are they gonna make good stuff like that?
37:08
SPEAKER_01: Yes, they're gonna be like, I mean, you know.
37:11
SPEAKER_00: But think about what they're also gonna do is pull it off of all the other platforms too.
37:14
SPEAKER_00: They are just like Disney did, right?
37:16
SPEAKER_01: And then again, they're gonna charge more for Netflix.
37:20
SPEAKER_01: Yeah, yeah.
37:20
SPEAKER_01: That that I mean put it up again.
37:22
SPEAKER_01: That's the new cable bill now.
37:24
SPEAKER_01: And here's something, there's a quote that Netflix always said they said they we want to be HBO before HBO becomes us.
37:31
SPEAKER_01: HBO, they make good stuff.
37:33
SPEAKER_01: Yeah, you know what I mean?
37:34
SPEAKER_01: So yeah.
37:36
SPEAKER_00: That's crazy.
37:36
SPEAKER_00: That's crazy.
37:37
SPEAKER_00: I I can't believe a a uh a DVD mailing service um end up buying uh uh a whole studio uh Warner Brothers and then being able to scoop up everything.
37:49
SPEAKER_00: That is that is crazy.
37:50
SPEAKER_00: That's wow.
37:51
SPEAKER_00: That's wild.
37:51
SPEAKER_01: I got one last thing for you guys because you know I like to talk about trailers and stuff like that.
37:56
SPEAKER_00: Current events?
37:57
SPEAKER_01: Yeah, all right.
37:57
SPEAKER_01: So upcoming trailers, D Hustle's very exciting.
38:01
SPEAKER_01: So I can see it in his face right now.
38:03
SPEAKER_01: So, alright.
38:05
SPEAKER_01: This just came out last weekend.
38:07
SPEAKER_01: Hopefully, you guys have seen it.
38:08
SPEAKER_01: He didn't even say anything yet.
38:10
SPEAKER_01: I already feel it.
38:11
SPEAKER_01: I already feel it.
38:13
SPEAKER_01: It's dragon.
38:14
SPEAKER_01: All right, Street Fighter just came out this past weekend.
38:17
SPEAKER_01: Have you guys seen the trailer?
38:18
SPEAKER_00: I seen the trailer.
38:19
SPEAKER_00: Um I like 50, yeah, the one that's 50 in it.
38:22
SPEAKER_00: It's only like 55 seconds.
38:23
SPEAKER_00: Yeah, the the trailer you're teaser.
38:25
SPEAKER_00: Yeah, yeah.
38:26
SPEAKER_00: Um, I will say that um some of the movements that I seen, you can see that they're like tying people up doing some type of moves.
38:35
SPEAKER_00: So I'm hoping the movie will be better than the trailer itself.
38:37
SPEAKER_00: It's a teaser.
38:39
SPEAKER_00: But uh I'm looking forward to it because that's a childhood game for me.
38:42
SPEAKER_01: Yes, of course.
38:43
SPEAKER_01: Okay, all right.
38:43
SPEAKER_01: So Street Fighter, you need to go.
38:44
SPEAKER_00: Oh, actually, be before we even move forward.
38:46
SPEAKER_00: So, who was your favorite player on Street Fighters?
38:48
SPEAKER_01: Uh, I used to like uh God, you know, Blanca.
38:52
SPEAKER_01: Yeah.
38:52
SPEAKER_01: I love Blanca.
38:53
SPEAKER_01: Yeah, yeah, yeah.
38:54
SPEAKER_01: I almost felt like the whole electricity thing was almost impossible.
38:57
SPEAKER_01: Yeah.
38:57
SPEAKER_01: Like dad, and then there was a move that he did where he rolled.
39:00
SPEAKER_01: Uh-huh.
39:01
SPEAKER_01: He was one of my favorites.
39:02
SPEAKER_00: Yeah.
39:02
SPEAKER_00: How about you, D, on Street Fighters?
39:04
SPEAKER_02: Uh, Street Fighter, it was always uh Oh my god, Gu.
39:09
SPEAKER_00: Gaiu?
39:10
SPEAKER_00: Ken.
39:11
SPEAKER_00: Yeah.
39:11
SPEAKER_00: Yeah, everybody likes.
39:12
SPEAKER_00: Yeah.
39:12
SPEAKER_00: Yeah.
39:13
SPEAKER_00: Okay.
39:13
SPEAKER_00: Yeah.
39:14
SPEAKER_00: I used to get on uh Chung Li was mine, bro.
39:16
SPEAKER_00: So as soon as she could do that, and then she could do the spinning thing.
39:19
SPEAKER_00: I remember that either.
39:20
SPEAKER_00: Oh my gosh, bro.
39:21
SPEAKER_00: I remember the sequence and everything.
39:22
SPEAKER_00: I was just killing it, bro.
39:23
SPEAKER_00: But you're talking about the game or you're talking about the movie?
39:25
SPEAKER_00: The game, the game.
39:26
SPEAKER_00: Oh, the game.
39:27
SPEAKER_00: Oh yeah.
39:27
SPEAKER_02: The game is always Ken for me.
39:29
SPEAKER_02: I always do my thing real quick.
39:31
SPEAKER_02: He's got a lot of moves, simple and easy.
39:33
SPEAKER_02: Yeah.
39:34
SPEAKER_00: Um bison too.
39:35
SPEAKER_00: I I I like Bison too.
39:37
SPEAKER_00: Yeah, because he reminded me of Raiden.
39:38
SPEAKER_00: Yeah.
39:41
SPEAKER_00: Yeah, yeah.
39:41
SPEAKER_00: But uh it was always Bison and Chung Lee.
39:43
SPEAKER_00: Mortal Kombat, yeah.
39:44
SPEAKER_00: Yeah, yeah.
39:45
SPEAKER_00: Uh Bison and Chung Lee.
39:46
SPEAKER_00: Yeah.
39:46
SPEAKER_00: But um Street Fighters.
39:49
SPEAKER_01: Check out the Street Fighter trade.
39:50
SPEAKER_01: Another trailer for you is uh Supergirl.
39:52
SPEAKER_01: Have you seen that?
39:52
SPEAKER_00: Supergirl.
39:53
SPEAKER_00: What do you mean?
39:54
SPEAKER_00: Like a spider I mean Superman spin off, but Supergirl?
39:57
SPEAKER_01: Yes.
39:58
SPEAKER_00: No, I haven't seen it.
39:58
SPEAKER_01: Yeah, it's super girl trailer.
40:00
SPEAKER_01: Out.
40:00
SPEAKER_01: Yeah.
40:00
SPEAKER_01: Big is that person in there that is blowing up the internet.
40:04
SPEAKER_01: They're talking about him.
40:06
SPEAKER_01: A big actor that was in Game of Thrones.
40:07
SPEAKER_01: I'll just leave it at that.
40:08
SPEAKER_01: Uh-huh.
40:09
SPEAKER_01: He is in Supergirl, so he's one of the characters in there that's spinning off the internet.
40:14
SPEAKER_01: And then for you guys here, I know D.
40:17
SPEAKER_01: Hustle's very excited about this.
40:19
SPEAKER_01: This Friday, which I plan on going to see this with my kids.
40:23
SPEAKER_01: Uh-huh.
40:23
SPEAKER_01: New Avatar comes out this Friday.
40:25
SPEAKER_01: Oh, the new Avatar comes out?
40:27
SPEAKER_01: Avatar Fire It Ash comes out this Friday.
40:30
SPEAKER_01: Yeah.
40:30
SPEAKER_01: And one of the reasons why I'm bringing it up is you have to go see Avatar because they're only going to be showing these trailers if you go watch it.
40:38
SPEAKER_01: The new Avengers Doom Day.
40:40
SPEAKER_00: Oh.
40:41
SPEAKER_00: As a trailer?
40:42
SPEAKER_01: As a trailer.
40:42
SPEAKER_01: If you go see that, you're going to see the new Avengers Doom Day.
40:45
SPEAKER_01: You'll see the live action cars remake.
40:48
SPEAKER_01: That's my shit.
40:49
SPEAKER_01: Doom cake.
40:50
SPEAKER_01: Stop playing the Romans Day.
40:52
SPEAKER_01: And then the Odyssey.
40:53
SPEAKER_01: The Odyssey.
40:54
SPEAKER_01: Which one's Odyssey?
40:54
SPEAKER_01: The Odyssey is, you know, like with the whole Romans and stuff like that.
40:58
SPEAKER_01: Yeah, yeah.
40:59
SPEAKER_01: Yes.
40:59
SPEAKER_01: Yeah.
41:00
SPEAKER_01: That's going to be huge.
41:01
SPEAKER_01: Ah.
41:01
SPEAKER_01: So another thing too is Avengers, what they're doing is very slick.
41:05
SPEAKER_01: They're coming out with four different trailers.
41:07
SPEAKER_01: So you literally would have to go watch the Avatar every week to go see the four different trails.
41:12
SPEAKER_01: Four different trailers?
41:13
SPEAKER_01: Yes.
41:14
SPEAKER_01: They're coming out with four different trailers of Avid Avengers.
41:17
SPEAKER_01: That's crazy.
41:17
SPEAKER_02: Yes, isn't that crazy?
41:19
SPEAKER_02: You go into the movies four different times to go see Avatar.
41:23
SPEAKER_01: The same avatar.
41:24
SPEAKER_01: It's like the same avatar, but four different Avengers trailers.
41:27
SPEAKER_01: Yeah.
41:28
SPEAKER_01: So and then eventually they'll show you the whole one trailer.
41:31
SPEAKER_01: Yeah.
41:31
SPEAKER_00: Yeah.
41:32
SPEAKER_02: My guys, uh, start going to the movie theater streaming and client.
41:37
SPEAKER_02: We know how to do it.
41:38
SPEAKER_02: I stream it.
41:39
SPEAKER_02: We'll watch streaming, I'll see you on YouTube.
41:41
SPEAKER_01: He'll go for a fucking time.
41:44
SPEAKER_01: We'll be going this week with my kids to see the new Avatar down.
41:47
SPEAKER_00: But Avatar is one of those movies that when you tell people when the first one came out, they went to watch it at least two or three times, which is crazy.
41:53
SPEAKER_00: I mean, it was a good movie, but I don't know if I would go watch it that many times.
41:56
SPEAKER_00: Ahead of its time.
41:57
SPEAKER_00: Not forcing you to go do it.
41:59
SPEAKER_02: James Cameron be having these long ass movies.
42:01
SPEAKER_02: I can't be dealing with that.
42:02
SPEAKER_02: The new one is three hours long.
42:04
SPEAKER_01: Three hours long?
42:05
SPEAKER_02: I don't got time.
42:05
SPEAKER_02: It's like watching Titanic and shit.
42:08
SPEAKER_01: They don't feel like it though.
42:10
SPEAKER_02: That's crazy.
42:11
SPEAKER_02: Realize all the Avengers are almost three hours old.
42:15
SPEAKER_02: Facts.
42:15
SPEAKER_02: It's like, let's be realistic here.
42:17
SPEAKER_02: Yeah.
42:18
SPEAKER_02: Like this is too much.
42:19
SPEAKER_02: It's too much for me.
42:20
SPEAKER_02: But is this the last avatar?
42:22
SPEAKER_02: No.
42:23
SPEAKER_01: This is three.
42:24
SPEAKER_01: He's making four and he's making five.
42:27
SPEAKER_00: Wait, hold on, hold on.
42:28
SPEAKER_00: This is part three.
42:29
SPEAKER_00: So this is part three, and there's gonna be two more afterwards.
42:31
SPEAKER_00: Yes.
42:32
SPEAKER_02: Dang, when does the story doesn't end?
42:34
SPEAKER_02: No, he's hanging out with Saul and Predator and That's crazy.
42:38
SPEAKER_00: Fast and Furious and make money.
42:40
SPEAKER_01: I mean agree.
42:41
SPEAKER_00: Well that's not the that's not the part.
42:43
SPEAKER_00: It's being innovative, bro.
42:44
SPEAKER_00: It's being like Is Avatar not innovative?
42:47
SPEAKER_00: The storyline is the same.
42:48
SPEAKER_00: They're being chased down like I don't know.
42:51
SPEAKER_00: It's the same thing.
42:52
SPEAKER_00: Okay.
42:53
SPEAKER_00: Same thing.
42:54
SPEAKER_01: Okay.
42:54
SPEAKER_01: Last one was water.
42:55
SPEAKER_01: Now this is fire and ash.
42:57
SPEAKER_01: But it's the same thing.
42:58
SPEAKER_01: What is it?
42:58
SPEAKER_01: The Earth Win and Fire show fucking?
43:00
SPEAKER_00: Oh my gosh.
43:01
SPEAKER_00: I mean, I I I'm not gonna front.
43:03
SPEAKER_00: I like Avatar.
43:03
SPEAKER_00: I think it's a really, really eye-opener um movie in terms of um blue um um indigenous people standing up against colonization.
43:15
SPEAKER_00: Yes.
43:16
SPEAKER_00: Yes.
43:16
SPEAKER_00: So I'll I'll leave it at that.
43:17
SPEAKER_00: Yes.
43:22
SPEAKER_00: But that that's the thing that I like about that is the indigenous people are actually standing up against colonization.
43:28
SPEAKER_00: Uh but uh I don't know how many times I can watch a four-hour movie of uh the same thing again.
43:33
SPEAKER_01: But I'll I'll I'll talk about it on the pod next week how it was.
43:37
SPEAKER_00: For sure, for sure.
43:38
SPEAKER_02: I mean he the same thing he told me about Fantastic Four, look how horrible that came out to be.
43:42
SPEAKER_02: Uh yeah, that was.
43:43
SPEAKER_00: I mean, he was gonna be great.
43:44
SPEAKER_00: It's a great movie.
43:45
SPEAKER_01: Whoa, whoa, whoa, let's hear Raymond's sake.
43:47
SPEAKER_01: Go ahead, go ahead and take it, Raymond.
43:48
SPEAKER_01: I was wrong about Fantastic Four.
43:50
SPEAKER_01: I'm not ashamed to say what I'm saying.
43:52
SPEAKER_02: You're not giving a round of applause for standing on it.
43:54
SPEAKER_02: Here's the thing.
43:55
SPEAKER_02: He was never gonna say anything until I mentioned it.
43:58
SPEAKER_02: So he was gonna be completely quiet.
44:01
SPEAKER_00: That was that was a terrible one.
44:03
SPEAKER_00: Yeah, that was not good.
44:04
SPEAKER_00: But if we if we could roll the tapes back, we should definitely see how excited you were about that.
44:08
SPEAKER_00: Yeah.
44:08
SPEAKER_02: He was.
44:09
SPEAKER_02: He was just so excited.
44:10
SPEAKER_02: Yeah, I was so excited.
44:11
SPEAKER_02: I'm not ashamed to say it.
44:12
SPEAKER_00: Yeah, yeah.
44:13
SPEAKER_00: Don't get caught up on the trailers.
44:15
SPEAKER_02: Shout out to Stranger Things outfit.
44:17
SPEAKER_02: Stranger Things.
44:18
SPEAKER_02: Shout out to Wednesday.
44:19
SPEAKER_02: Put your shirt up, man.
44:20
SPEAKER_02: Let him see the shirt.
44:22
SPEAKER_01: Wow.
44:23
SPEAKER_01: Best club in the world.
44:24
SPEAKER_02: Last time somebody wore that shirt, they got beat up, so he needs to know how to wear that shirt again.
44:30
SPEAKER_00: Actually, the second part is coming out soon, right?
44:32
SPEAKER_00: Yes.
44:33
SPEAKER_00: Over this holidays.
44:34
SPEAKER_00: Second part?
44:34
SPEAKER_00: Yeah, so they had a first part with a few episodes, and now they're the first four episodes came out.
44:38
SPEAKER_01: And now they're gonna have the final four will come out on Christmas.
44:41
SPEAKER_01: Ah, okay.
44:42
SPEAKER_00: Yeah, I haven't seen it yet.
44:43
SPEAKER_00: I gotta watch it with the wifey, so I haven't watched it yet.
44:45
SPEAKER_00: And then it's done, or it's done, yes.
44:47
SPEAKER_00: Okay, because you said chapter, like there's another chapter coming out.
44:49
SPEAKER_01: It's the end of the whole series.
44:51
SPEAKER_01: Okay.
44:51
SPEAKER_00: Okay.
44:52
SPEAKER_00: Please, I hope so.
44:52
SPEAKER_00: Because it's been going on for a number of years.
44:54
SPEAKER_01: Yeah, it's like 10 years.
44:55
SPEAKER_00: Exactly, bro.
44:55
SPEAKER_00: Yeah.
44:56
SPEAKER_00: Yeah, but it's only four seasons.
44:57
SPEAKER_00: Five seasons.
44:58
SPEAKER_00: Five?
44:58
SPEAKER_00: Five seasons.
44:59
SPEAKER_00: Yeah.
45:00
SPEAKER_00: But in general, it's but this is the part of like the movie business.
45:03
SPEAKER_00: That's more than LeBron's chip.
45:08
SPEAKER_00: He doesn't miss an opportunity.
45:09
SPEAKER_00: He doesn't miss an opportunity.
45:11
SPEAKER_00: Well, we'll we'll definitely have some more words about that.
45:14
SPEAKER_00: Uh, but I guess what I was saying about movies is I don't know how innovative they are if they're just taking uh a series and constantly going over and over and over and over and over the series.
45:22
SPEAKER_00: Even though the storyline changes, the characters grew up.
45:26
SPEAKER_00: But come on, man.
45:30
SPEAKER_00: Our area of time, they only was like part one and part two, and that's it.
45:33
SPEAKER_00: These people were like part six, seven, ten, twenty, and you said Saul 21.
45:37
SPEAKER_00: Like, how much more do you can you go, right?
45:39
SPEAKER_02: I don't know.
45:40
SPEAKER_02: As many as people like Raymond that will go out to watch it.
45:42
SPEAKER_00: You pay for it, right?
45:43
SPEAKER_00: That's what it is.
45:44
SPEAKER_00: Deconomics are driving it.
45:45
SPEAKER_00: But I want them to be innovative.
45:47
SPEAKER_00: I want new new new characters.
45:49
SPEAKER_02: Fast and Furious coming out again.
45:51
SPEAKER_02: That's crazy.
45:52
SPEAKER_02: Um, what else is coming out?
45:53
SPEAKER_02: Another Predator is coming out.
45:55
SPEAKER_02: That's crazy.
45:55
SPEAKER_02: Uh, Panas of the Apes, another one's coming out.
45:59
SPEAKER_02: Oh, they're doing another one?
45:59
SPEAKER_02: They're doing another one.
46:02
SPEAKER_02: You see?
46:03
SPEAKER_02: You see what I mean?
46:04
SPEAKER_02: Okay.
46:06
SPEAKER_02: He's about to get the early bird tickets.
46:08
SPEAKER_02: Sevens three is coming out, Raymond.
46:10
SPEAKER_02: Okay.
46:11
SPEAKER_01: Yeah, Severance is not gonna be out for another year or two.
46:14
SPEAKER_01: Look at that.
46:14
SPEAKER_01: No, I don't know about that about that.
46:15
SPEAKER_01: He's following up.
46:18
SPEAKER_02: House of Dragons is coming out, ladies and gentlemen.
46:20
SPEAKER_02: If you guys are not ready for that this year, not coming up 2026, be alert.
46:26
SPEAKER_02: That's gonna be my movie trailer.
46:27
SPEAKER_02: Yeah, yeah.
46:28
SPEAKER_02: That's gonna be my topic.
46:29
SPEAKER_02: Yeah, yeah.
46:30
SPEAKER_02: That's the one that's gonna blow his out of the way.
46:32
SPEAKER_02: Yeah, yeah, yeah.
46:33
SPEAKER_02: All right.
46:33
SPEAKER_00: He's already getting ready for that segment of Well, anything else, Raymond?
46:38
SPEAKER_00: No, that's it.
46:39
SPEAKER_00: All right, man.
46:40
SPEAKER_00: Well, uh, first off, thank you so much for holding it down for 2025.
46:42
SPEAKER_00: Shout out to Raymond and his 4% of the stuff.
46:47
SPEAKER_00: Dang, you give him 4%?
46:49
SPEAKER_00: Oh Lord, he went from 90 to 4%.
46:51
SPEAKER_00: Go watch those trailers, guys.
46:53
SPEAKER_00: Those trailers.
46:54
SPEAKER_00: I think Raymond, in terms of consistency, you're very consistent.
46:57
SPEAKER_00: Um, in terms of actual um reviews of those movies, I don't know if you're in a 90, um, but I appreciate the confidence.
47:05
SPEAKER_00: Um, and definitely I really do appreciate you can contributing to the show.
47:09
SPEAKER_00: Uh, so thank you so much, man.
47:10
SPEAKER_02: We'll be like Bronny.
47:11
SPEAKER_02: We give him 68%.
47:14
SPEAKER_02: And then people go complain about that.
47:16
SPEAKER_02: Better than Bronny.
47:17
SPEAKER_00: Oh, we called out the first.
47:19
SPEAKER_02: That's the first.
47:20
SPEAKER_00: He called you out.
47:20
SPEAKER_00: He calls you out.
47:22
SPEAKER_00: All right now.
47:22
SPEAKER_00: So uh the next segment that we're gonna jump into uh to get some best of 2025 is uh cue that up for you, player.
47:34
SPEAKER_00: See how active he gets.
47:41
SPEAKER_00: Look at my guy.
47:43
SPEAKER_00: So for 2025, uh the best episode that we had around sports, because D Hustle's been holding down, uh keeping it up to date with sports, is the LeBron MJ Battle of the Goats Stat for Stats.
47:56
SPEAKER_00: So um I don't know if y'all have seen some of the results, but everybody has had some kind of comment about it, and technically it's probably been the best segment of our show for 2025.
48:07
SPEAKER_00: So a big round of applause to both of y'all, you know, uh holding it down um and supporting uh uh the insights around both of those two magnificent players themselves.
48:18
SPEAKER_00: Um big round of applause to the winner.
48:24
SPEAKER_00: Uh thank you guys, thank you.
48:26
SPEAKER_00: It based on comments that we had, more people had comments about MJ versus LeBron.
48:31
SPEAKER_00: So I I definitely feel like uh uh D Hustle did come out uh inching uh uh further ahead.
48:37
SPEAKER_00: Uh but it's definitely notable that uh a lot of people did have a few things to say about LeBron.
48:42
SPEAKER_00: Not not the greatest things, but um What they say about LeBron.
48:46
SPEAKER_00: A few things laughing at some of the stats, um definitely uh uh emphasizing some of the comments that D Hustle had about LeBron.
48:54
SPEAKER_00: Um but overall I thought it was uh a great show, a great episode.
48:58
SPEAKER_00: If you haven't heard it, look in our um um feed um in our uh playlist, you'll see Battle of the Goats, LeBron versus uh MJ, and it's an episode dedicated to these two fellas, you know, going at it and um bringing up.
49:10
SPEAKER_00: Well, D Hustle had a lot more data to bring up, but in general, uh people really, really did enjoy that.
49:17
SPEAKER_00: So any feedback for that or any uh thoughts on that?
49:20
SPEAKER_01: Good, no.
49:20
SPEAKER_01: Sounds like there's a lot of LeBron haters out there.
49:25
SPEAKER_01: And this guy ran out of it.
49:27
SPEAKER_01: That was good, it was fun.
49:28
SPEAKER_01: But um, yeah, I'm glad to hear that that was the uh most watched segment.
49:33
SPEAKER_01: So, you know, sports is great, it always brings people together, and then you know, when you have your favorite you know, players and stuff like that, that always brings out the the heat of the passion and stuff like that.
49:44
SPEAKER_01: But yeah, no, that's good.
49:45
SPEAKER_00: Yeah, for sure, for sure.
49:51
SPEAKER_00: He said I did my job.
49:54
SPEAKER_00: Oh man.
49:54
SPEAKER_00: But but yeah, I mean this this year in sports, I think uh first off, D, thank you so much for keeping everybody up to date.
50:00
SPEAKER_00: Um, we had some really good uh baseball that happened this year.
50:02
SPEAKER_00: I thought that was a great, great, great series.
50:04
SPEAKER_00: Great series.
50:05
SPEAKER_00: Shout out to the F series.
50:06
SPEAKER_00: Yeah.
50:07
SPEAKER_00: I think I think you had me following along um to see how it was gonna play out.
50:11
SPEAKER_00: Um and big shout-outs to the Dodgers and and the whole organization and um boys out in Toronto, they they they missed one off of that one.
50:19
SPEAKER_00: Um also end of last year we had, or the beginning of this year, we had basketball.
50:23
SPEAKER_00: Um I thought that was a really good setting series.
50:25
SPEAKER_00: Uh football is still going on.
50:27
SPEAKER_00: And actually, uh D, I heard you kind of rewind the tapes.
50:30
SPEAKER_00: Is uh I want y'all to hear some of D's uh uh predictions for the year, especially for the Giants.
50:35
SPEAKER_00: Yeah.
50:36
SPEAKER_00: Um I I don't know how how do you feel in terms of what where your predictions are?
50:39
SPEAKER_02: I I think I was nice and gave my team, I think, one or two more victories than what than what it is.
50:48
SPEAKER_02: But right now the record is two and twelve.
50:50
SPEAKER_02: Yeah.
50:50
SPEAKER_02: Shout out to the Giants organization because they know what the fuck they're doing.
50:56
SPEAKER_02: Um shout out to uh no coach.
50:59
SPEAKER_02: Umganization know what they're doing.
51:04
SPEAKER_02: Shalom to Alvin Bs.
51:08
SPEAKER_02: To go to the Badges.
51:10
SPEAKER_02: Um leave in the Mets to go in to the fucking um Baltimore Orioles.
51:20
SPEAKER_02: Shalom to the Mets, uh Steven the fucking Owens, um, which is hurting my feelings.
51:26
SPEAKER_02: Uh call me.
51:27
SPEAKER_02: Yeah.
51:27
SPEAKER_02: Uh before we can discuss um true talent.
51:32
SPEAKER_02: Uh I can't believe we let the polo bear go.
51:35
SPEAKER_02: Uh I am very hurt right about now, but continue.
51:39
SPEAKER_02: Uh I digress.
51:40
SPEAKER_02: Go ahead.
51:40
SPEAKER_00: No, I mean it it's it it is definitely um noteworthy that uh uh your your predictions are very much aligned and your support for your teams um it seems very consistent.
51:51
SPEAKER_02: When you know your team, you know your team.
51:53
SPEAKER_02: Um you know I'm not gonna leave my team uh but I do have a lot to say about the team.
52:01
SPEAKER_00: Yeah, and and and then on Raymond's side of the house, uh the Dolphins, how do you feel like yeah, you kind of turned off after the second week.
52:09
SPEAKER_01: Yeah, I turned it off after the second week, and then they decided to do something stupid and start winning games late in the year.
52:16
SPEAKER_01: How's that stupid, bro?
52:19
SPEAKER_01: Six wins?
52:19
SPEAKER_01: Uh it's pointless.
52:21
SPEAKER_01: Yeah.
52:21
SPEAKER_01: So they had like a 0.5% chance of making the playoffs, but then Tua did what he did.
52:26
SPEAKER_01: He stunk it up last night on Monday night football.
52:29
SPEAKER_01: Yeah.
52:29
SPEAKER_01: And um yeah.
52:31
SPEAKER_02: But I I want to ask you a question.
52:34
SPEAKER_02: Um you guys are not in the playoffs.
52:36
SPEAKER_02: Well, actually in the hunt.
52:38
SPEAKER_01: We're not.
52:39
SPEAKER_01: But why are you guys still playing Tua?
52:41
SPEAKER_01: I completely agree with you.
52:42
SPEAKER_01: Now they just said this morning that it's now on the table the being benched.
52:47
SPEAKER_00: Uh the big thing.
52:48
SPEAKER_01: They should have been this from the beginning.
52:49
SPEAKER_01: Yeah.
52:50
SPEAKER_01: So, but it's because they went on a run, they were winning these games, and but yeah, now they lost last night, and now they were considering benching him.
52:58
SPEAKER_01: Yeah.
52:58
SPEAKER_01: Pointless wins, but hey, whatever.
53:01
SPEAKER_01: So yeah.
53:02
SPEAKER_00: That's wild.
53:02
SPEAKER_00: That's wild.
53:03
SPEAKER_00: Also on the big list uh for 2025 is uh Shador uh in his draft pick, but also how's he performing?
53:10
SPEAKER_00: So how do y'all think he he's been so far in terms of his performance?
53:16
SPEAKER_01: Um I was very opinionated, but I do want to take some stuff back.
53:21
SPEAKER_01: I do feel like we clarify that that organization and the coach is a joke.
53:31
SPEAKER_01: It looks like they're trying to set him up.
53:33
SPEAKER_01: Right?
53:33
SPEAKER_01: So yeah, that's all I have to do.
53:34
SPEAKER_01: It's crazy though.
53:35
SPEAKER_02: So can you elaborate a little bit more for our listeners that are not understanding what was going on?
53:41
SPEAKER_01: Let me see.
53:41
SPEAKER_01: Uh the most recent game, they gave him the wrong wristband that had the plays the week before they were gonna do a two-point conversion.
53:49
SPEAKER_01: They did not have him in to do that.
53:51
SPEAKER_01: Yeah, yeah, yeah.
53:51
SPEAKER_01: And they lost the game.
53:52
SPEAKER_01: It just the coach is just seems like he's trying to set him up.
53:56
SPEAKER_01: Yeah.
53:56
SPEAKER_01: So yeah, I want to take some stuff back that maybe I was a little harsh.
54:00
SPEAKER_01: It just that coach and that organization is a joke.
54:03
SPEAKER_00: But but his performance though.
54:04
SPEAKER_01: His performance has been decent.
54:06
SPEAKER_01: Yeah, yeah.
54:06
SPEAKER_01: So yeah, it looks like if they're not trying to set the kid up, he could probably do so.
54:11
SPEAKER_01: Yeah.
54:11
SPEAKER_02: So you're saying you think he's gonna start?
54:14
SPEAKER_01: Yes, they should just let him.
54:16
SPEAKER_01: I doubt it.
54:17
SPEAKER_02: I doubt it.
54:18
SPEAKER_02: I doubt it.
54:18
SPEAKER_02: Oh well, we'll take it all back.
54:20
SPEAKER_02: Well, if they keep that coach, but I don't know.
54:22
SPEAKER_02: So yeah.
54:23
SPEAKER_02: That's it.
54:23
SPEAKER_02: I don't think Deshaun Jackson's gonna go ahead and uh take over that.
54:27
SPEAKER_01: Yeah, they're paying him a lot of money, so that would make sense.
54:30
unknown: Yeah.
54:30
SPEAKER_00: Um, and then uh this one's for uh D Hustle.
54:33
SPEAKER_00: So another um really big 2025 is uh LeBron versus Stephen A.
54:38
SPEAKER_00: Smith.
54:38
SPEAKER_02: Oh, yeah, that was the best.
54:41
SPEAKER_02: That was the best.
54:43
SPEAKER_02: I think.
54:44
SPEAKER_02: I mean, where do you want me to start?
54:47
SPEAKER_00: I knew this is gonna get you round up.
54:50
SPEAKER_02: Um shit, I totally forgot about that.
54:52
SPEAKER_02: Yeah, I know, right?
54:53
SPEAKER_02: Uh yeah, I I I'm all about Stephen A.
54:56
SPEAKER_02: Smith.
54:56
SPEAKER_02: Wow.
54:57
SPEAKER_02: I'm all about Stephen A.
54:58
SPEAKER_02: Smith.
54:59
SPEAKER_02: A LeBron fan will say a little bit different.
55:01
SPEAKER_02: Uh, but again, that is his job, that is his um career, that is why he's getting paid the most money.
55:10
SPEAKER_02: Uh again, LeBron is barking up the wrong tree.
55:14
SPEAKER_02: A lot of people started talking shit the same way to LeBron, and it seems like he only steps to certain people.
55:21
SPEAKER_02: Like my man, uh, was it Gucci what's his name again?
55:24
SPEAKER_02: Gucci man?
55:25
SPEAKER_02: Is it Gucci Mane?
55:28
SPEAKER_00: Ah, I can't remember his name, but I know who you talk about.
55:29
SPEAKER_00: The rapper, yeah, yeah.
55:30
SPEAKER_02: He said a front court, yeah.
55:32
SPEAKER_02: I didn't see him approach him and he talked about his wife.
55:34
SPEAKER_00: Yeah, yeah, yeah.
55:35
SPEAKER_00: He didn't say nothing.
55:36
SPEAKER_02: So what do you have to say about that, LeBron?
55:38
SPEAKER_01: Uh LeBron just didn't want to be suspended, that's all.
55:41
SPEAKER_02: Oh, okay.
55:42
SPEAKER_02: So it's a right to uh it's a right to for him to go to another person that's making millions of dollars, but not to another person that's not making millions of dollars.
55:53
SPEAKER_01: I think the difference is the guy Stephen A was going on a whole campaign doing it for like a whole year.
56:01
SPEAKER_01: Come on.
56:01
SPEAKER_01: This guy made one comment.
56:02
SPEAKER_01: So I think that's why LeBron didn't step up to him.
56:05
SPEAKER_01: That's all I can say.
56:06
SPEAKER_01: I mean he replied back the um He did make a little thing on Instagram or Twitter or whatever.
56:12
SPEAKER_01: So yeah, that was come on.
56:15
SPEAKER_01: I think Stephen A was just kind of taking it personal.
56:18
SPEAKER_00: Yeah, I mean it's it's it's noteworthy for the year of 2025.
56:22
SPEAKER_00: Yeah, it was, yeah, yeah.
56:23
SPEAKER_00: Um but definitely uh Stephen A.
56:25
SPEAKER_00: Smith Stephen A.
56:26
SPEAKER_00: Smith is doing what Stephen A.
56:27
SPEAKER_00: Smith does.
56:28
SPEAKER_00: Yes.
56:28
SPEAKER_00: Um so um I'm happy that uh it was called in public um and everyone got to see uh the results of it, which um makes me question a few things, but I I just see a bitch.
56:40
SPEAKER_02: I mean uh that's all I see.
56:44
SPEAKER_01: You're not gonna step up if someone talks about your kid?
56:46
SPEAKER_01: No.
56:47
SPEAKER_01: Okay, all right.
56:49
SPEAKER_02: Not at all.
56:50
SPEAKER_01: Okay.
56:54
SPEAKER_02: I mean, if you if you if you really want to so you're telling me you're you're gonna tell me Bronny's not be able to stand up for himself?
57:03
SPEAKER_02: Um I'm just saying any parent.
57:05
SPEAKER_02: No, no, I'm a kid.
57:07
SPEAKER_02: I'm asking.
57:08
SPEAKER_02: So let's say I don't see anybody else complaining besides LeBron.
57:12
SPEAKER_02: I mean, I don't see no mamas going on TV.
57:14
SPEAKER_02: You talked about my son, that's right, yada yada.
57:17
SPEAKER_02: Well, I don't see the difference.
57:19
SPEAKER_02: I mean I mean, should mothers go?
57:22
SPEAKER_02: I mean, mothers should be had the the right to come on TV and saying, why the fuck are you talking about my son like that?
57:28
SPEAKER_01: Well, yeah, his mom's not a personal figure, a public figure, so yeah.
57:32
SPEAKER_00: I'm just all I know is it was definitely a memorable moment for 2025.
57:37
SPEAKER_01: I think he was just standing up for his kid, that's all.
57:40
SPEAKER_02: As a father, yes, you should be standing up for your kid.
57:43
SPEAKER_02: But are you making a man of him?
57:47
SPEAKER_02: Yeah, I mean, or you're gonna be crippling, are we gonna be, you know?
57:52
SPEAKER_00: The situation, you know, warrants uh certain different type of uh reactions.
57:56
SPEAKER_00: Um I don't know if that was just the right one, in my opinion.
57:59
SPEAKER_02: Hey, I'm gonna tell you right now, this is gonna be the year that you see father and son retire at the same fucking time.
58:08
SPEAKER_02: Same year, same time, same everything.
58:10
SPEAKER_02: Wow.
58:11
SPEAKER_02: The worst fucking draft NBA ever did was the second round 55 uh pick was LeBrony James.
58:18
SPEAKER_02: Wow.
58:18
SPEAKER_02: Uh and the dad is just useless.
58:20
SPEAKER_02: Can't even fucking play basketball now, and he should retire.
58:23
SPEAKER_02: He's getting old, he's getting old.
58:24
SPEAKER_02: I mean, that's that's that's what all LeBron fans are gonna say.
58:27
SPEAKER_02: Give him a break.
58:27
SPEAKER_02: He's old, he's still out there, but still want to defend the guy, but not putting up points.
58:33
SPEAKER_02: Like, let me know.
58:34
SPEAKER_00: Yeah, I mean, I I'm not I'm not defending him.
58:36
SPEAKER_02: But nobody says anything to him when he's doing 10 points a fucking game.
58:40
SPEAKER_02: Like, what?
58:40
SPEAKER_02: Is is it his stamina not the same?
58:43
SPEAKER_00: Yeah, I don't know.
58:43
SPEAKER_00: I don't know.
58:44
SPEAKER_00: What's the difference?
58:45
SPEAKER_02: Well, we'll see how long he lasts.
58:46
SPEAKER_02: I think he maybe got maybe one more season left.
58:48
SPEAKER_02: If that's he needs to retire like today.
58:51
SPEAKER_00: We'll see.
58:51
SPEAKER_02: Like, oh I mean, and also another thing that I don't like about LeBron, let me tell you how much of a uh a bad influence he has.
58:59
SPEAKER_02: Oh boy.
59:00
SPEAKER_00: Oh boy.
59:00
SPEAKER_00: Did I light a fire?
59:02
SPEAKER_00: Did you know?
59:03
SPEAKER_02: You remember how he did that special announcement that he said he had something to say?
59:08
SPEAKER_00: Yeah.
59:08
SPEAKER_02: Remember the last time he did that, it was saying that he was taking Miami.
59:12
SPEAKER_02: Yeah, yeah.
59:13
SPEAKER_02: Now he's encouraging everybody to drink some Hennessy.
59:15
SPEAKER_02: True.
59:16
SPEAKER_00: I mean, that was that was a big announcement in 2025 for him.
59:20
SPEAKER_02: Like, usually something like that is supposed to be retired.
59:23
SPEAKER_02: A lot of people bought tickets to see him play because they thought he was going to retire.
59:29
SPEAKER_02: And now he's won out to retirement.
59:31
SPEAKER_02: So should he be a laughing stock next time he does something like that, Raymond?
59:35
SPEAKER_01: Yeah, that was a bit much.
59:36
SPEAKER_01: He did troll everybody with that uh with that announcement.
59:41
SPEAKER_01: So which was intentional.
59:43
SPEAKER_00: So I do recall that too.
59:46
SPEAKER_01: Yeah, it was uh it was a troll job, that's all I gotta say.
59:48
SPEAKER_01: Yeah.
59:49
SPEAKER_02: Anyway, at the end of the year, um basketball um is the year of all the Achilles hurting.
59:56
SPEAKER_02: Uh there's a lot of players out this year due to the Achilles.
1:00:01
SPEAKER_02: Calf injuries.
1:00:03
SPEAKER_02: Basketball is not the same.
1:00:04
SPEAKER_02: There's a lot of new faces out there right now.
1:00:06
SPEAKER_02: Shout out to Anthony Edwards doing his thing.
1:00:09
SPEAKER_02: Gonna be the new face.
1:00:11
SPEAKER_02: Shout out to my man Shy winning his championship this year.
1:00:16
SPEAKER_02: Shout out to the Dodgers doing the uh chip.
1:00:19
SPEAKER_02: Um pitching and batting.
1:00:21
SPEAKER_02: I know, that's crazy.
1:00:22
SPEAKER_02: Doing his thing.
1:00:23
SPEAKER_02: I've never seen uh a guy, especially from his uh region?
1:00:30
SPEAKER_02: Yeah, region, uh being six feet tall.
1:00:32
SPEAKER_02: Yeah, yeah.
1:00:32
SPEAKER_02: Uh shout out to man.
1:00:34
SPEAKER_02: Shout out to John Cena uh finally retiring.
1:00:36
SPEAKER_02: Yeah, yeah.
1:00:37
SPEAKER_02: Uh went out uh a bad way.
1:00:39
SPEAKER_02: I didn't even think he was gonna be out like that, tapping out.
1:00:42
SPEAKER_02: Um shout out to uh to uh my man Max uh if I'm pronouncing his last name, uh getting the biggest paid uh for F1.
1:00:53
SPEAKER_02: I see you shout out to Lewis to go into uh Ferrari, um still got a bumpy ground over there.
1:01:00
SPEAKER_02: Um shout out to the women's basketball team to uh you know winning a uh the chip.
1:01:06
SPEAKER_02: Um who else am I missing?
1:01:09
SPEAKER_00: Oh, I got one.
1:01:10
SPEAKER_00: Uh NHL, uh the Panthers.
1:01:12
SPEAKER_02: Shout out to that uh Panthers, whatever that team is, uh winning back to back.
1:01:18
SPEAKER_02: Shout out to them.
1:01:19
SPEAKER_02: Yeah.
1:01:19
SPEAKER_02: Uh what else?
1:01:21
SPEAKER_00: Um, how about Miami uh won the chip uh MLS?
1:01:26
SPEAKER_02: Oh, shout out to Messi MS winning the chip LMS.
1:01:29
SPEAKER_02: I totally forgot about that uh big, big, big uh thing.
1:01:34
SPEAKER_02: Uh shout out to Dubai who's trying to buy uh Barcelona for like almost uh 12 billion dollars.
1:01:41
SPEAKER_02: Yeah, right.
1:01:42
SPEAKER_02: Um shit.
1:01:44
SPEAKER_02: Am I missing anything?
1:01:45
SPEAKER_02: I don't think so, play.
1:01:46
SPEAKER_02: That's that's usually what covered.
1:01:48
SPEAKER_02: Yeah, college football's coming up, so we can't celebrate much.
1:01:52
SPEAKER_02: Shout out to the Gators are doing a phenomenal job out there.
1:01:55
SPEAKER_02: Shout out to FSU not doing figuring out what the fuck is that.
1:01:58
SPEAKER_00: I mean, the Canes made it in the playoffs, so we'll see.
1:02:00
SPEAKER_02: Shout out to Canes, they're still trying to be caned out.
1:02:04
SPEAKER_02: Um other than that, uh, what else that I can think of?
1:02:09
SPEAKER_02: That's it.
1:02:10
SPEAKER_01: That's it, that's it.
1:02:11
SPEAKER_01: College football playoffs starts this weekend.
1:02:13
SPEAKER_01: Yeah, this is about to kick off.
1:02:14
SPEAKER_02: And uh shout out to Jake Paul, who still hasn't fucking been uh knocked out yet.
1:02:19
SPEAKER_02: Yeah.
1:02:20
SPEAKER_02: Uh so he's got a fight coming up uh soon uh against Joshua.
1:02:24
SPEAKER_02: So just uh be on the lookout for that.
1:02:26
SPEAKER_00: Roger that.
1:02:27
SPEAKER_00: Um well again, D Hustle, uh holding it down for sports.
1:02:31
SPEAKER_00: Uh y'all know how he feels about it.
1:02:37
SPEAKER_00: Uh as always, thank you so much for holding down the sports, uh, keeping us up to date, uh, keeping Raymond on his toes about LeBron and Raymond keeping um D Hustle on his toes about uh MJ and as much as trying to.
1:02:49
SPEAKER_02: He wants to know.
1:02:50
SPEAKER_02: He really wants to be an MJ fan, and he just don't want to say it right now.
1:02:53
SPEAKER_00: He is low-key an MJ fan.
1:02:55
SPEAKER_02: It's just fun fact.
1:02:57
SPEAKER_02: Uh did you know that LeBron said that he wants to retire the 23 because they want him to remember him as the greatest player ever?
1:03:05
SPEAKER_00: He wants to retire with the number 23?
1:03:07
SPEAKER_02: No, he wants everybody in the NBA organization to retire, the number 23.
1:03:12
SPEAKER_02: Everybody in the whole every organization.
1:03:15
SPEAKER_02: Because they want him to recognize his greatness.
1:03:19
SPEAKER_02: I don't know about it.
1:03:20
SPEAKER_00: Do you believe the fucking nonsense?
1:03:22
SPEAKER_00: So every team has to retire 23 because of him.
1:03:25
SPEAKER_02: Because of him.
1:03:26
SPEAKER_02: He wants them to know that he was the greatest player of all time.
1:03:31
SPEAKER_02: What do you don't look at him?
1:03:33
SPEAKER_02: You need to look at me.
1:03:34
SPEAKER_01: I have no comment.
1:03:35
SPEAKER_01: I didn't know that.
1:03:36
SPEAKER_01: I have to like.
1:03:37
SPEAKER_01: Look it up, bro.
1:03:38
SPEAKER_01: Look it up.
1:03:38
SPEAKER_01: I don't have to look up.
1:03:39
SPEAKER_01: I have no comment because I don't know anything about that.
1:03:41
SPEAKER_01: So I have to look at it.
1:03:42
SPEAKER_01: Yeah, I'm gonna leave that.
1:03:43
SPEAKER_00: Uh that's gonna be covered in the first episode next year.
1:03:47
SPEAKER_00: Uh, but anyways, uh, as always, my guy, thank you so much for uh uh holding it down the sports section and both of y'all for entertaining, man.
1:03:54
SPEAKER_00: This is this is always uh a fun part of the show.
1:03:57
SPEAKER_00: Um and we'll be doing even more of it next year.
1:03:59
SPEAKER_00: So definitely, audience, if y'all like us this this segment, sports, or any other segments, um, please let us know which y'all really like to be tuned into, and we'll make sure we add even more.
