- 0:08If we've learned anything from these past couple of years, my fellow Naragens is that personal medical freedom and liberty are in prices.
- 0:19American Rallm Pulse brings together the Trump experts and health care related fields to keep you up beaten ahead.
- 0:28Welcome, ladies and gentlemen, to the America Outloud Pulse program on the America Outloud Radio Network, Liberty and Justice for All.
- 0:37This is Dr.
- 0:38Clayton J.
- 0:39Baker MD.
- 0:41And today I'm very pleased to have a special guest, an exclusive interview with state representative in the great state of Idaho, District 24, Clint Hostettler.
- 0:54And Mr.
- 0:55Hostettler is, as I said, a state rep in Idaho, who is one of the premier anti-geoengineering activists and legislators in the state of Idaho.
- 1:09There is a very strong movement to stop geoengineering in the state of Idaho.
- 1:15And he has a memorial, which he's going to explain to us exactly what that is.
- 1:21It's a legislative effort to encourage an end to geoengineering.
- 1:27There is a very interesting side light on this in that Idaho being a uh agricultural state and being a state west of the Mississippi has a long history of old-fashioned cloud seeding activity, which is technically a form of geoengineering, but it represents, as we're going to find out, a very small percentage of the problem in terms of what we're looking for.
- 1:53It doesn't represent those lines in the sky from horizon to horizon that we all are seeing.
- 1:59It doesn't represent the stratospheric aerosol injection or the solar radiation management that's destroying our environment.
- 2:07And yet it is a it's a sort of a stumbling block in many ways for trying to stop those much larger scale, much more nefarious activities.
- 2:17We're going to talk about that a little bit and get some clarity on that issue from State Representative Clint Hostetler.
- 2:25So, Clint, with that introduction, I'd like you to tell me, if you could, a little bit about yourself, a little bit about your efforts and the efforts of the other folks in the great state of Idaho, beautiful place.
- 2:38Um, what you guys are doing to try to stop geoengineering and what this memorial is.
- 2:46Yeah, thank you so much uh again for having me on.
- 2:50It's uh it's a privilege and an honor, uh Dr.
- 2:52Baker.
- 2:53Um, and I think you and really everyone who's been involved in this movement is what I think we're seeing is eyes beginning to open, right?
- 3:02And possibly another conspiracy theory uh fall by the wayside as truth, and hopefully sooner than later.
- 3:09Um, but yeah, that is that has been something on my heart for the last probably good two to three years, and really I was a skeptic a long time ago as everyone else was.
- 3:20I remember about 15, almost 20 years ago being in uh Tahoe, getting ready to ski with a good buddy, and the guy comes walking up next to us, and hey, how you doing?
- 3:31You know, hey, not too bad.
- 3:32Oh, they're spraying us today like roaches, you know.
- 3:34And I look up and he's pointing those things out, and I look at my buddy, and I kind of roll my eyes.
- 3:39I'm what uh let's let's move on.
- 3:41Let's let's walk a little faster.
- 3:43And it was one of the first times I'd ever heard of that, you know.
- 3:46And um, so ever since then, you know, it's just once you hear about it, you look up and you can't help but look up.
- 3:54And when we arrived from Northern California about five years ago here in southern Idaho in Twin Falls, every single day was crisp and blue.
- 4:02It didn't matter which uh time of the season it was, even in winter it could be, you know, 19 degrees, but you look up and it's a clear blue sky.
- 4:12And about two and two and a half years ago, that started to change quite a bit more.
- 4:17And um, specifically the last year, it dramatically changed.
- 4:21Um, this whole last year, it's obvious.
- 4:24You look up, right, you see the pattern, it starts in the morning, it follows the sun.
- 4:29Um the you know, sky on one side starts to turn white, hazy silver, and of course, it always falls the sun.
- 4:36And then by midday uh afternoon, it's completely dull brown gray, hazy, right?
- 4:43And then by the evening, the other side of the sky is completely dull brown, gray, hazy.
- 4:49And then we're, you know, the sun rose, it's starting to become blue again.
- 4:53So this is rapidly increased here in the last year in Idaho.
- 4:58And when I took office about uh basically two years ago, it was on my mind, but not as much as this year.
- 5:07So one of the first things I thought is this needs to be uh brought out.
- 5:11And thankfully, with some soldiers like yourself and uh Rens and uh so many others across the United United States, I started working and trying to craft some legislation that would work.
- 5:26And really, there's been a soldier here in my neck of the woods.
- 5:30Uh her name is Sarah Alstott, who's had her finger on the pulse of research and government documents and you know, all these studies done by universities.
- 5:39And so she and I got together and really started crafting some things.
- 5:44And what you talked about initially was this conflation and confusion when it comes to weather modification and geoengineer engineering, if you will, i.e.
- 5:54the SRM, SAI, and how now people are starting to conflate cloud seeding and solar geoengineering.
- 6:02Now, that being said, thank you for letting me digress a little bit and give you the context.
- 6:07Getting this done here, as you mentioned, has been very challenging.
- 6:12One, because cloud seeding is considered a state treasure here.
- 6:17And while there are some dispersions when it comes to cloud seeding and questions of the data, we can look back to Operation Popeye in the 50s at the validity of some of these practices when it comes to cloud seeding and weather warfare, as they say.
- 6:32Now, that being said, we then had to start to parse these two things apart.
- 6:37You have the cloud seeding, which operates, you know, by ground-based uh means and by air, you know, smaller aircraft that uh propel these these flares into the air.
- 6:49Now they talk about silver iodide as the main ingredient, but there's acetone, there's propane, there's some other aspects in the flare.
- 6:56Um now, when we're talking about SAI or solar radiation modification, stratospheric aerosol injection, as you and I both know, it's what you refer to.
- 7:04It's those long lines in the sky.
- 7:07And you know, there is documentation that goes so far back and so deep into the UN and the United States and all these research projects that it's a lot more nefarious dealing with agencies, um, hidden agencies, unaccountable agencies.
- 7:22And so we are really trying to one bridge the gap between what is weather modification on a localized level, i.e., cloud seeding, and then the greater um threat that I believe, which is the solar radiation modification that you know, the academics, the scientists have been talking about for decades that is now in practice, right?
- 7:42And we have nations that have come out against it that have uh outlawed it.
- 7:46We've got the UK that pretty much just recently came out and admitted to it.
- 7:50And we've got 38 or about three-fourths of our states here in the United States that proposed and passed legislation in an attempt to shoot this down.
- 8:00Why?
- 8:01Uh, because it's happening in federal airspace with federal agencies that are unaccountable.
- 8:06And um, we really don't have the ability to affect it.
- 8:09And I'll land this plane, no pun intended here and let you jump back in and say you can look at the other states that have passed legislation, Tennessee, Florida, Louisiana, and you still see the same thing going on.
- 8:22So we are really up against it here in Idaho one to tell the people that have invested their fortunes in farms and livelihood into cloud seeding and the really emperor has no clothes mentality in regard to that, and then separating that from the greater threat, which is the SRM.
- 8:42Very good.
- 8:43I think that's really a good distinction, a really important distinction for us to make for a couple of reasons.
- 8:50Number one, because just from a pragmatic standpoint, in terms of legislation or in terms of acceptance amongst people who have, as you said, staked to a certain extent their livelihood or feel that their livelihood is dependent upon old-fashioned cloud seeding.
- 9:10And people who, and I think a lot of the bad actors, and this is something that I'd like to get out to people who say live west of the Mississippi and are very um very supportive of what I call old-fashioned cloud seeding, that you're going to you might want to be the first ones to separate the two in the public mind.
- 9:34Because this is going, this is blowing up, I think.
- 9:39I don't know what you think, Clint, but this is blowing up.
- 9:41I mean, I think this was something where before COVID, and more significantly, probably as you say, within the last two to three years, this is something where most of us would have rolled our eyes and said, well, maybe there's something going on up there, but I'm not, I don't think it's that significant.
- 10:00And it's now so ubiquitous and it's so severe, and it's clearly causing all kinds of damage to the environment and to human health, that it's undeniable that this black budgetary type of stuff that's going on on an absolutely massive worldwide scale is go there there's going to be a confrontation at some level.
- 10:22It just is gonna happen in terms of the public demanding answers and demanding change.
- 10:29And if people who want to do the relatively small scale cloud seeding refuse to kind of stick their heads in the sand about the whole matter, it's it's likely to be conflated with it in a way that's going to be very difficult for them.
- 10:46So I think it actually, if the traditional cloud seeding industry is interested in not being caught up in that issue in that controversy that's growing, it would behoove them to say, hey, wait a minute, we're doing what, say Peter Kirby in his book, uh Chemtrails Exposed says first generation weather modification.
- 11:06It's it's seeding clouds to make it rain or to suppress hail or to get some snow pack on a ski hill.
- 11:13And that's very different from worldwide UN and net, you know, NATO-based and black budget-based and CIA-based massive, basically climate manipulation on a on a global scale.
- 11:28And I don't think you really want to be included in that uh in that in that operation.
- 11:35So I don't know what your thoughts are on that, but maybe that's something to suggest to some of the folks out there that said, hey, don't step on our cloud seeding.
- 11:42Well, wait a minute, you you're gonna get you're gonna get you're gonna get um uh and I and I think the bad actors are happy to have them conflated with it because it confuses people and they get somebody um being sort of the first line of of uh obstruction to change.
- 12:01So I think it's a danger to that industry as well as just something that makes good legislation against this black budget type of stuff we're seeing all the time now, make making that harder.
- 12:14I wouldn't want to be associated with it.
- 12:16What are your thoughts on that?
- 12:17Well, you you're 100% correct.
- 12:19I mean, really, in many ways, it's a straw man for them, right?
- 12:22Um, when you have that conflation, you know, like for example, you know, on X or you know, anywhere these days online, you'll see the, you know, uh what they're calling now climate trails uh or geoengineering trails, and you'll see posts about, oh, they're cloud seeding over me again.
- 12:39Well, no, that's not the truth, right?
- 12:42Um, so if people are believing those trails to be cloud seeding and cloud seeding being beneficial, right, then right off the bat, it's it's obfuscating from the reality, right?
- 12:53Clides cloud seeding happens um for some specific months, it happens in uh few small specific areas here in Idaho, and it happens with already true formed clouds.
- 13:04Um so it's not on a sunny bright day with a clear sky when you see those lines, those aren't cloud seeding.
- 13:11And when I uh started bringing this legislation and trying to work uh across the aisles and with everybody invested here, there are some major power players here that uh can dictate what gets through, what doesn't get through, what bills are get heard, and they have a big grip on the chairman and the leadership here, unfortunately, and that's a scary thing.
- 13:32But in speaking with a lot of them, they they just almost like kind of laughed and ridiculed, right?
- 13:37Like, what are you talking about?
- 13:38Get the tinful hat out.
- 13:40And, you know, when you start giving information, then they have to start looking up.
- 13:44And it's just like the people, when you start looking up, you start using a little critical thinking and saying, well, why does one plane on the same day, you know, um, that little condensation trail follow just very closely and dissipate, but the same day with the same atmospheric uh you know conditions, leave the long one that fans out.
- 14:02Why does it follow the sun?
- 14:04So I I spoke with a lot of the people invested in the cloud seeding industry and here, and I said, hey, look, I have questions about cloud seeding.
- 14:11I have uh questions about the validity to it, right?
- 14:14The chemicals you're using, the transparency, why do you need immunity?
- 14:18The GAO report done by the federal um, you know, government accountability office, which is nonpartisan federally commissioned, shoots holes in the data that our cloud seeders are providing.
- 14:29I have questions.
- 14:30We need transparency, we need informed consent.
- 14:32But at the same time, to me, that is one percent of the problem.
- 14:37The bigger problem is over here, and that's what I'm going for.
- 14:40And then they'd kind of scratch their head and roll their eyes.
- 14:42And I'd say, and honestly, if you believe that cloud seeding is helping and good for agriculture, I think it's time you start looking at the bigger issue because if you're worried about our soil, our water, our lungs, our air, you need to look at the bigger issue.
- 14:56And the sooner you will recognize and separate yourself from those that issue, then one, you're gonna have a little bit more legitimacy in working with people.
- 15:04Um, and two, people aren't gonna think that you're the guys up there shooting those long lines blocking the sun that are killing them with aluminum and titanium and barium, or at least you know barraging our soils and our bees and our trees and everything else with that.
- 15:20And so that has been an information campaign to use that slogan.
- 15:24I'm I'm calling it that all of us are in right now, you yourself as well, and uh all the people involved in this, the great soldiers, it's an information war right now, just like you know, the Epstein list was originally a uh conspiracy and the Russia gate and you know, the Hunter laptop, and I mean, we could go on and on and on, right?
- 15:45Gain of function, these things were all these conspiracies, and we find out if you just look, use some critical thinking and objectivity, you you'll you'll realize that this is a real issue.
- 15:55And so that has been a big, a big um obstacle.
- 15:59And that still continues to this day as I'm trying to work my memorial through.
- 16:04And just really quickly uh to back up here, this memorial is just as they say around here, a hanky in the wind.
- 16:11It does it's not a law, it doesn't have teeth.
- 16:13I'm simply asking and saying this is a statement from Idaho.
- 16:17We want to be on board with all the other states that believe and know something's going on, whether you believe it or not, we want to tell the federal government we do not consent, and that you need to stop what is happening or what could be happening, or what has the potential to happen.
- 16:33And then I list all the data, essentially, whereas this, whereas that we've got billions of dollars funneled in.
- 16:40We've got nations admitting to it.
- 16:41We have other states that have passed legislation.
- 16:44Um, you know, one document online even lays out from 2020 to 2100 80 years, the plan of strategic aerosol injection with the planes, the chemicals, the money.
- 16:56I mean, the documents are there, the evidence is there, and whether you believe it might be happening or is happening or probably not happening or not happening at all, it's better we get out in front and one, you know, divide the issue of cloud seeding and the other greater threat uh to our whole existence, which is solar radiation modification.
- 17:19Amen to that.
- 17:20I think that's really um an important approach.
- 17:24And I think that the more states that we have in any form or another that are taking action against this, whether it is your memorial or whether it's a law in Florida or whatever the case may be, we know that no single action is going to put an end to this, but we do know that when you get a preponderance of people and a preponderance of of entities that have authority um pointing this out, it forces action.
- 17:53And I think that that's what really needs to take place.
- 17:57Um, so in your memorial, what are some of the key points that you make?
- 18:04Can you walk us through that a little bit?
- 18:06We've already established that you're working to separate the 1% or the very small percent issue of the old-fashioned, again, for what I call first generation weather modification, the cloud seeding with this massive worldwide solar radiation management, um, this spraying that we're seeing every single day, all day.
- 18:29What does your memorial say?
- 18:32Um, that what are the key points or whatever that you'd like to make sure that that they get out there?
- 18:38Sure.
- 18:38So essentially, like I said, the memorial, it's is it's the beginning for me of the information war.
- 18:45You stated it perfectly.
- 18:46When people wake up and everybody starts talking about it, and then people realize, oh, I'm not a crazy conspiracy theorist, you know, um, it's not about chemtrails, it's about geoengineering, and they've been talking about this for decades, right?
- 18:59Um, it's about getting the information, it's just about laying the groundwork to move forward.
- 19:04And I believe this is what happened in the UK, right?
- 19:07People woke up to it, they realized, hey, the weather hasn't been like this.
- 19:11Yeah, we're you know, cloudy and rainy, but we've had a weird dull haze for 30 days and no sun.
- 19:17People were waking up to that.
- 19:18And that at that point, the UK government came out and said, Yeah, we're doing it and we're gonna continue to, and there's nothing you could do, right?
- 19:24Now we pray, we hope and pray that won't be the case here in the United States.
- 19:27But the fact is, as you said, there is an awakening about that.
- 19:31And for here in Idaho, we seem to be a little bit behind on some of these things that I've noticed, and it's a little frustrating.
- 19:38So to me, this memorial is a step forward to say, yes, you people out there that have recognized it, it is you are legitimate in your concerns, right?
- 19:47You are justified, I should say.
- 19:49So this memorial starts out, it basically says, whereas, you know, it is documented that federal agencies and military contractors and non-governmental organizations and private entities are.
- 20:00Are essentially acting on behalf or at the request of the federal government and are engaging in solar geoengineering experiments, you know, including but not limited to solar radiation modification or a stratospheric aerosol injection, all without public knowledge or consent.
- 20:14That's the crux of it right there.
- 20:16So we're admitting that this is happening or could be happening.
- 20:20The real impetus is that it is documented.
- 20:24These things are documented.
- 20:25And so once again, that whole narrative of chemtrails, I believe, was a good, you know, quote unquote psyop to set up online because you can say, oh, it's a conspiracy theory, it's been debunked, and everybody goes after the chemtrail.
- 20:37What they don't look at is the thousands and thousands of pages in history of research and documentation on uh SRM and SAI.
- 20:47So then it goes into essentially says we are here to address solely and only solar geoengineering, not weather modification generally.
- 20:56Now I had to put that in there.
- 20:58Unfortunately, this is the fun part of politics, right?
- 21:01You've got to work back and forth with the quote unquote invested uh people and the invested stakeholders.
- 21:07And so I had to separate weather modification.
- 21:09Why?
- 21:09Because cloud seeding is weather modification.
- 21:12Now they overlap.
- 21:14But at the end of the day, if I'm going to go after the 99%, I had to carve out that 1% to even get this memorial herd on the house side.
- 21:25That's how much power and control these lobbyists and these organizations and these entities have.
- 21:31And that is just politics in general, right?
- 21:34And it's a little discouraging, but the more we get good people with integrity and principle and standards that we can elect in that won't cave to power or to money or influence, then we can get these things done, the ones that put their constituents first.
- 21:49So I put not weather modification, and then I move into a definitions aspect that's pulled straight from the EPA site.
- 21:56And it talks about the difference between weather modification being local short-term effects, where geoengineering is larger regional global effects that persist, i.e.
- 22:06Um, once again, they're they're they're controlling global weather patterns and it and it's solar radiation modification SAI.
- 22:15And then it moves into essentially um the health impacts, uh reported impacts on human health, life, livestock crops, ecosystem, and uh without public knowledge.
- 22:27So then it goes into the fact that says, hey, Idaho, we have not we have not okayed this, and we have not given you legitimacy to be in our Idaho airspace.
- 22:37And under the 10th Amendment, right, which is one of the most important aspects now left in the United States is federalism or the 10th Amendment for states to stand up and push out Congress or push out the federal government, I should say, when they're doing things without one, the constitutional authority to do it, but without approval of the states, let alone informed consent of the people.
- 22:58So it talks about that and our sovereignty that we have a duty, right?
- 23:03Idaho, DEQ, Idaho people, Idaho House of Representatives and Senators and Leadership have a duty to protect the sovereignty of our people and our moreover, our state.
- 23:13Amen.
- 23:14I need to uh cut to break for one second, and then we're gonna follow that right up and pick up right where we left off.
- 23:20So bear with me for one second, Clinton.
- 23:22Sorry to interrupt.
- 23:23No worries.

- 25:27Kelly Victory with the wellness company, and I know this personally.
- 25:31I exercised, ate a healthy diet, and had no symptoms when a routine mammogram resulted in a cancer diagnosis.
- 25:38It revealed a hard truth.
- 25:39Even healthy people can get cancer.
- 25:41And much of modern medicine is reactive, not preventative.
- 25:45So I began asking a different question.
- 25:47What can we do daily to support the body before something goes wrong?
- 25:52That question led me to formulate SHIELD.
- 25:54SHIELD is a two-part nutraceutical system designed to support immune balance, antioxidant defense, and cellular health, a chemical-free cocoa mix and soft gels containing medicinal mushrooms, turmeric, green tea extract, olive leaf, berberine, and black seed oil.
- 26:11Prevention is power.
- 26:12Visit TWC.
- 26:18During COVID, we got educated on the power of natural virus protection and immune boosting using vitamins A, C, D, zinc, and Quircetin.
- 26:28The problem getting them at the right dosage from truly natural sources that doesn't cost an arm and a leg.
- 26:34Enter the daily V stack using breakthrough cellular absorption technology.
- 26:39We put those vitamins together and supercharge them with a complete multi-mineral complex.

- 27:02We wouldn't go a day without washing our hands, brushing our teeth, and washing our nose.
- 27:07Well, wait, we wash our nose.
- 27:09Yes, the number one place where bacteria, viruses, and pollen enter the body is through the nose.
- 27:15So the average person breathes over 23,000 times a day.
- 27:18That's 23,000 opportunities for bacteria, viruses, and irritants to get into your nose and make you sick.
- 27:25For an extra layer of protection, wash your nose with clear.
- 27:28That is clear, X L-E-A-R.
- 27:31Clear's drug-free nasal spray features xylitol, an ingredient proven to block adhesion of many nasty bacteria and viruses, and effectively clean, not just rinse like a saline, but wash your nose.
- 27:44Clear nasal spray quickly alleviates congestion, opens your airway, and ensures your body's natural defenses are strong.

- 28:07Welcome back, ladies and gentlemen.
- 28:09This is Dr.
- 28:09Clayton J.
- 28:10Baker MD on the America Out Loud Pulse program on the America Out Loud Radio Network, Liberty and Justice for All.
- 28:19We're back with Idaho State Representative Clint Hostetler.
- 28:24He was taking us through his memorial standing up against geoengineering in the great state of Idaho.
- 28:31And when we, when I cut him off, quite frankly, somewhat rudely, but uh for the uh for the uh commercial break, uh he was talking about the importance of the 10th amendment, and then he was continuing through uh the body of this memorial, which I hope if you can, you can uh share with me uh the text of that, and I'll put it in the article that accompanies this if you're willing.
- 28:54And um and uh you can just send that to me through the email and I will put that in as part of the um text that goes along with this podcast.
- 29:03Anyway, uh Mr.
- 29:05Hobbes Hosteler, I want you to just continue.
- 29:07You were uh digressing a little bit about the importance of the 10th Amendment, but you were continuing along with the content of your memorial.
- 29:15Yes, sir.
- 29:16And no worries on the interruption.
- 29:17Um I'm actually used to that now here.
- 29:19Um, but it usually comes with an objection or a point of order.
- 29:23So uh not a problem.
- 29:25So, yeah, absolutely.
- 29:26Getting back into the whereas the 10th Amendment's the most cruci aspect, and we're doing that yet.
- 29:32We are implementing our authority um here as a state.
- 29:36And of course, then we move into the fact that multiple states, including Tennessee, Florida, et cetera, et cetera, have uh passed legislation prohibiting solar geoengineering.
- 29:46And then, of course, it winds down with now, therefore, be it resolved that us members of the 68th Idaho legislature, House of Representatives and Senate basically urge United States Congress.
- 30:00Congress to pass legislation to prohibit the intentional injection, dispersion, or release of chemicals, biological or radiological subject uh substances into the atmosphere for the purpose of solar geoengineering without the express approval of the state of Idaho.
- 30:16Also to ban the use of unmarked aircrafts, drones, balloons, or space-based platforms to conduct solar geoengineering modifications over our state.
- 30:26And then, of course, to make such unauthorized acts a felony offense with substantial fines, criminal penalties for violation.
- 30:34And then, of course, encouraging partnerships between relevant federal law enforcement agencies, the Idaho uh Department of Environmental Quality and state law enforcement entities to enforce felonies and reject any federal international or foreign-sponsored solar geoengineering programs conducted over our state without full disclose disclosure and state consent and public transparency.
- 30:59So that's essentially it.
- 31:01We want to defend our Idaho natural, blue, clear, clean skies, at least what we have left, right?
- 31:08Down here, um, we are being bombarded daily, especially.
- 31:12And what really is concerning me is how much it's happening over the agriculture.
- 31:16So that's the memorial.
- 31:18And as I said, once again, it is a progression.
- 31:20It's laying the first step in the information war and declaring, at least the idea was that we could come together and declare that we do not want this in Idaho, United States, federal government, do your job, knock it off.
- 31:36And we can just hope for the best as I try and keep pushing it through.
- 31:40Very well.
- 31:41So what can we, as you know, I'm in, I'm not in Idaho.
- 31:46What can listeners do?
- 31:48Um, what can listeners who may be in Idaho do to help you with this effort uh specifically within the state of Idaho and perhaps more generally elsewhere?
- 32:04Well, once again, it's an information war.
- 32:06It's about not being scared to stand up and speak out.
- 32:09You know, we saw that during COVID, right?
- 32:12We saw people saying, nope, not gonna wear that mask, not gonna take the jab.
- 32:16Uh, I'm gonna talk about it.
- 32:17I'm going to, you know, stand up and speak out against the state-sponsored narrative.
- 32:23For us, it's the same thing with this.
- 32:25Um, it is people speaking up and speaking out.
- 32:28Don't be scared.
- 32:28There's enough information.
- 32:30If people call you a crackpot or a conspiracy theorist, so be it, right?
- 32:35The end of the day, there is so much information.
- 32:36You are you are basically speaking from a uh a position of authority and power with these things as you delve in.
- 32:44And it's overwhelming, but the information is there.
- 32:46And and reach out to gentlemen like yourself and others across the state uh and nation who are working and have plenty of information.
- 32:55And uh, so you know, that's step one, get informed, speak up and speak out, and then of course, speak to your friends and neighbors, but then reach out to our legislators here, send emails, make calls.
- 33:07Right now, we are stalled on the Senate side with our resources um chairman, and he is a you know, old school Idaho farmer guy who believes cloud seeding is gonna save the day.
- 33:20Ironically, we are uh ramping it up, and ironically, once again, we are not seeing the water and snow that we usually do.
- 33:26Well, why?
- 33:27Because there's been solar geoengineering that has created a heat bubble here and all these other aspects that are affecting our weather in a greater fashion than the cloud seeding.
- 33:36So reach out to all the legislators, not only in my state, um, but your state, reach out to our chairman, uh Burton Shaw here in the Idaho State Senate and let them know, man, this needs to be addressed because if we wait too long, the the results and the effects are going to be irreversible.
- 33:56I think you're right.
- 33:57And I think that um, you know, you you uh very effectively I think move back and forth here between kind of the macro level and the micro level, if you will, uh, with this issue.
- 34:12And as you said, you know, being in politics, there are limitations in terms of what you are able to accomplish and there are compromises and whatnot you have to make here and there.
- 34:24But I think it's really if you're Van Burton Shaw or whoever you are, whatever rancher or whomever you might be in Idaho, I'm gonna say one more time, I think would really behoove anyone with that level of support for traditional cloud seeding in the states, agricultural states west of the Mississippi to really take a good hard look at this, because the short-sided view may be to say, well, Hostettler's memorial is attacking old-fashioned cloud seeding.
- 34:57But the reality is the what he's really attacking is exactly what's creating all of the problems that you're facing trying to grow food and raise cattle and so on in Idaho, due to this global effort, due to this massive scale manipulation of climate.
- 35:19Um that frankly, your silver iodide and your acetone aren't gonna be able to fix.
- 35:26You know, I mean, if you've got a if you've got this heat dome and you've got, I mean, look, if you're using, if you're seeding clouds, but those clouds are all aluminum, you know, artificial pseudo-circus clouds, that's not going to work as if you took an old-fashioned cumulus cloud that's full of full of water and just water and and sparked a rainstorm out of it.
- 35:50You've now got this this sort of wet wet diaper blanket at a low altitude all day, every day, loaded with aluminum and barium and strontium and titanium and every other heavy metal you can imagine.
- 36:05Uh, you know, your your old-fashioned cloud seeding isn't gonna, isn't gonna isn't gonna win the day.
- 36:12And then, furthermore, you're gonna be conflated with them, which is to the advantage of the black budget people.
- 36:19They want you out in front blocking this activity, which is thwarting ironically your own efforts.
- 36:26And then you're gonna get subsumed in it.
- 36:28And so when it finally becomes a large scale um debate, which is coming to, I believe, very soon, um, you're not gonna have a place to hide.
- 36:39So I think it would be in the interests of people who want to preserve that, to say, hey, this isn't us, and we aren't in favor of this black budget stuff.
- 36:49We're we're we're doing something that's that's known that's out in the open.
- 36:53And, you know, it's sort of like uh you don't really want to hide under uh put your head in the sand and think that somehow this isn't going to become an issue for you, too.
- 37:04I don't know how to get that that that um message out to people.
- 37:08I hope you can do it.
- 37:09Perhaps they'll listen to this um listen to this uh podcast and and and take some of this to heart.
- 37:17I think the other thing that I would just say, and I'm gonna turn over the rest of the time.
- 37:20We have about five minutes on this segment to you, uh, Mr.
- 37:24Hostel, but you know, you're working for Idahoans.
- 37:27You're working for Americans.
- 37:29Uh, you're not working for the whoever, whoever DARPA or the CIA or whomever else is behind this at a very, very high level.
- 37:39And I don't think the folks that currently may be standing in the way of you are working for them either.
- 37:45So you guys are really on the same team.
- 37:47You just really have to, I think, come to that realization.
- 37:50What are your thoughts?
- 37:51And I you got about five minutes.
- 37:53I want you to take this out in whatever way you think is best.
- 37:56Sure, and I appreciate that.
- 37:58Uh, I just want to, you know, emphasize you hit the nail on the head.
- 38:02Um, you know, barring everything we've did discussed up to this point in regard to those who are invested in cloud seeding the farmers.
- 38:10One, we always have to ask, are we giving our farmers our ag, our people a emperor's has no clothes?
- 38:16Let's look at the information, let's keep transparency out there.
- 38:19Uh, you know, immunity should never be on the table.
- 38:23Um, but it is a win-win for them to do exactly what you said.
- 38:28One, acknowledge they're not them, and you know separate themselves, right?
- 38:34That's a win, right?
- 38:35It helps to, you know, allow the people to see the issues for what they are.
- 38:39This is over here at a small level, and this is the bigger issue.
- 38:42And um, you know, at the end of the day, the sooner we stop this, we're not gonna have to be engineering, you know, aluminum, you know, uh resistant seeds, right?
- 38:54This is what we're dealing with now.
- 38:56We've got seed companies, uh, I think Bill Gates is even in that right now.
- 39:00Um manufacturing aluminum resistant seeds.
- 39:03Why?
- 39:04You know, this is in our face.
- 39:06So, you know, the soil, keep our soil uh healthy, our water, right?
- 39:10Everything.
- 39:10These are the most essential things here in Idaho, uh, our air, our soil, our water, and of course, us, right?
- 39:18My son, I want him to be able to go out and play flag football or sports and be able to breathe in and not have to deal and myself, you know, middle-age to get some early onset, you know, dementia, Alzheimer's, all the lung issues that come with this, everything else that we haven't even seen yet.
- 39:34So it's a win-win.
- 39:36But you know, our group here, I'm a part of uh, you know, eight of us were called the the G8, or they called us the gang of eight at first, and not a big fan of that name, but we've we've glommed onto that.
- 39:46We've embraced it as we move forward, where the uh the uh state freedom caucus network officially recognized um caucus here in Idaho.
- 39:56We are fighting for our state.
- 39:57We have pushed this geoengineering.
- 40:00We uh have a Facebook and an X that we did an early geoengineering presentation, two hours.
- 40:06We had a fireman, we had a researcher, we had a doctor.
- 40:09I believe you uh saw that.
- 40:11And uh we did another event, a lot of information in that.
- 40:14So get informed with that.
- 40:16So we're fighting hard.
- 40:17And the more that we can speak up and speak out once again, then it's where we need to go and what we need to continue to do.
- 40:25And another quick piece of encouragement too is that for all you citizens, people forget.
- 40:30I'm seeing a little portion now, you know, in politics in the state house.
- 40:36These politicians are moved by money and influence, and of course, moving up the ladder, but they are influenced even more by one thing.
- 40:47Their constituents who will vote them out, who are informed and who harass them and keep them accountable.
- 40:55So reach out to your state representatives.
- 40:58If you get the word out, the information war continues to expand, and enough people say, hey, we're gonna vote you out if you do not get this thing done.
- 41:05That makes the politicians and the statesmen as well.
- 41:09I mean, there's a big difference between those.
- 41:11That gets the action moving.
- 41:13And so I want to encourage everybody, as we get more informed and this comes out, you can pick and choose who represents you and who does nothing or something in the right direction.
- 41:25And so, really, that's where we're at right now.
- 41:27I'm gonna keep fighting, Lord willing, I get re-elected, and this is daunting, it's discouraging.
- 41:31Politics is gnarly.
- 41:33It's a spiritual battle that manifests, you know, the spiritual battle manifests socially and politically like never before here.
- 41:40And these issues we're dealing with are intense.
- 41:42But we need people that are going to stand firm and fight hard, and that's what our groups do, and we're going to continue to do it.
- 41:48And I want to thank you and everyone else.
- 41:50There's so many names that I've just that are swirling around in my head that I just want to thank for bringing this to the forefront.
- 41:56I want to thank my citizen soldiers here, like uh Sarah Halstadt once again and Rosa Martinez and many others that have stepped up and helped with the legislation and keep pushing.
- 42:06And I know there are citizen soldiers in your state, uh, Dr.
- 42:10Baker and all you listening.
- 42:12So I just want to thank you again, Dr.
- 42:14Baker, for bringing this to the forefront and for keeping this going, and for all the other fighters out there, because Lord willing, we will win this battle and hopefully sooner than later.
- 42:26Amen.
- 42:26Well, thanks very much.
- 42:27I'm going to go to break again.
- 42:29But ladies and gentlemen, what an inspiring uh talk with Idaho State Representative uh Clint Hostetler.
- 42:36Clint, I hope to have you back soon.
- 42:38And um just keep up, keep fighting the good fight.
- 42:42Uh God bless all of you and God bless Idaho and if if if Van Bardenshaw ever wants to come on my show and explain uh the beauties of cloud seeding, he can uh he's welcome.
- 42:54I'd love to talk to him.
- 42:55Yeah, thank you, brother.
- 42:56I appreciate it again.
- 42:57God bless you and all the listeners out there, and uh we'll talk to you soon and a privilege again, and I'll be back anytime you have me.
- 43:03Very well.

- 46:32Welcome back, ladies and gentlemen.
- 46:33This is Dr.
- 46:34Clayton Jay Baker MD on the America Out Loud Pulse program on the America Out Loud Radio Network, Liberty and Justice for All.
- 46:44So I'd like to thank our special guest today, state representative from District 24 in Idaho, Clint Hosteller, who is the sponsor of the anti-geoengineering memorial for the state of Idaho.
- 47:04And just to recap a little bit from the first two sections of this podcast, it's an uphill battle, even in a state like Idaho.
- 47:14One of the problems there is the I think it's very important that we realize that it is an uphill battle to end geoengineering, that it is going to be a multifaceted approach that is going to be needed.
- 47:32And I think that at the state level, particularly west of the Mississippi, uh Mr.
- 47:39Hostetler makes a great point that separating the very entrenched notions about traditional cloud seeding and separating that concept from the, as he describes it, 99% of the problem, which is massive global scale, stratospheric aerosol injection type geoengineering, separating those two concepts is going to be very important.
- 48:07It's interesting because we're in a situation now where many people think that still think that this is a total conspiracy theory, that no one's manipulating the weather in any shape, matter, or form.
- 48:20But then you go into a state house like Idaho, and one form of weather manipulation is sacrosanct.
- 48:29It's so well established that people won't even consider stopping it.
- 48:35And then on top of that, we're seeing increased exposure of the notion that these absolutely diabolical global scale geoengineering activities are real and have been real for many years.
- 48:50As much as individuals like Dane Wiggins from Geoengineering Watch and Peter Kirby and his book, Chemtrails Exposed, and other people have been fighting this battle for decades, long before I came into it.
- 49:06It's now just reaching the point where we're seeing articles in the Daily Mail, one of uh the British press uh largest newspapers.
- 49:17Um we're seeing uh Dane Wiggington and Peter Kirby getting time on Tucker Carlson.
- 49:24Carlson has 17 plus million subscribers on his channel.
- 49:30So this is out in the open now.
- 49:32And uh it's still an uphill battle, though.
- 49:35This is so deeply entrenched in the deep state of the United States and into the deep state of other nations.
- 49:44Uh Mr.
- 49:44Hostetler prominently mentioned the UK, but it's hardly only in those two countries.
- 49:53One of the other points that he made was I think very, very
- 50:01Important.
- 50:02And that is that if you are someone who supports traditional cloud seeding, it may be short-sighted to not want to separate your own activities from those that are going on at a global scale.
- 50:20Because it's much easier to support small scale cloud seeding than it is to support global climate manipulation.
- 50:32And if you choose to be lumped in with that second group, when and if the accounting comes for them, you're certainly going to be included.
- 50:42So it would behoove the intelligent cloud seeder to say, hey, we're doing something local, we're doing something beneficial, we're doing something limited, we're doing something that's out in the open.
- 50:53We don't condone the secretive stuff that's going on any more than anyone else.
- 50:58And that's not what we're doing.
- 51:00Furthermore, as we touched on in the first two segments, traditional cloud seeding is going to be thwarted by this massive scale modification of the worldwide climate.
- 51:13When you have a heat dome over Idaho, you can spray all the traditional cloud seeding material you want up into the sky.
- 51:20It's not going to solve the problem.
- 51:24So again, I just encourage people to open their eyes to recognize what is really going on.
- 51:31And it's unpleasant to make that recognition.
- 51:36It's unpleasant to realize that you are being sprayed without your consent like an insect.
- 51:43But that's what's happening, unfortunately.
- 51:46And if we stand up to it, we can stop it.
- 51:52And furthermore, if we don't stand up to it, then it's never going to stop.
- 52:02Another topic that came up in our discussion that I want to follow up on is the Tenth Amendment of the Constitution.
- 52:10And the Tenth Amendment, which is the last of the traditional Bill of Rights, states as follows, and I quote, the powers not delegated to the United States by the Constitution, nor prohibited by it to the states, are reserved to the states respectively, or to the people.
- 52:37There's nothing in the Constitution, nothing whatsoever, that designates that the federal government can poison you.
- 52:51There's nothing in the Constitution that gives the federal government blanket authority to manipulate natural phenomena on a massive scale at will.
- 53:12The states have a right, and is Mr.
- 53:15Hostell stated, they have a responsibility to push back when the federal government overreaches.
- 53:25And that's why I believe it's so important for the states to be taking action against geoengineering.
- 53:34You'll hear some people saying, hey, you know, look what's happening in the states that have passed legislation.
- 53:40They can't enforce the airspace adequately to make it stop.
- 53:47And that's arguably true.
- 53:49In some instances, it's not true.
- 53:51In many instances, it is, but in one sense, that isn't the point.
- 54:01The point is that the states have a right and have a responsibility to demand the constitutional limits on the federal government.
- 54:16And when a majority, when a sufficient number of states do that, then things change.
- 54:27As Mr.
- 54:28Haustettler stated, yes, politicians at all levels respond to influential lobbyists.
- 54:38They respond to money.
- 54:39But what they respond to ultimately is the risk of them being voted out of office.
- 54:46Because once they're out of office, it's over for them.
- 54:51They have no influence whatsoever.
- 54:55And so at some point, if we are to get our federal government under some kind of control in the United States, and I think most of the listeners here, or many of the listeners at least, would agree that our federal government is completely out of control.
- 55:12We're going to have to invoke the Tenth Amendment on a regular and insistent basis.
- 55:22The Tenth Amendment states once again the powers not delegated to the United States by the Constitution, nor prohibited by it to the states, are reserved to the states respectively, or to the people.
- 56:01And this isn't just to do with geoengineering.
- 56:04This is to do with many other aspects of American life.
- 56:10The states need to push back.
- 56:12That's one part of the solution, not only for geoengineering, but for other similar problems.
- 56:19The overreach of the central federal government needs to be stopped.
- 56:26So with that in mind, I'm going to sign off.
- 56:28This is Dr.
- 56:29Clayton J.
- 56:30Baker MD on the America Outloud Pulse Program on the America Out Loud Radio Network, Liberty and Justice for All.
