“How many times I yearned to gather your children together” - Readings for 10/29/26
In today’s Gospel, Jesus laments the times that the Lord reached out to Jerusalem, and they rejected him and were unwilling. How many times does God open His arms to us, and we reject Him? We tell ourselves we don’t need God. But God will never reject us. Do not abandon the Lord – turn to Him and He will receive you.
