How can we create better places for our people to work in? I call these the 7 “P’s” of creating a great place for people to work. 1. Provide a clear explanation of goals, values and accountability for performance. 2. Provide a completely objective space for them to perform their best in. 3. Provide resources for them team to learn and excel. 4. Provide diversity, equity and inclusion. 5. Provide freedom to do there work. 6. Provide mentorship in work and in life 7. Provide an environment that makes them feel valued and appreciated. Lets talk about it some more here...
