- 0:10Speaker 1: Warning, The Root, The Root, The Roots on Fire.
- 0:14Speaker 2: You're about to experience the most high octane pedal to
- 0:16Speaker 2: the metal controversial show of your life. Please buckle up
- 0:20Speaker 2: and hold on tightly. This station is not responsible for injuries.
- 0:23Speaker 2: This is Wayne Alan Root, Raw and unfiltered with America's
- 0:27Speaker 2: favorite conservative rock star, direct from the entertainment capital of
- 0:31Speaker 2: the world, Las Vegas.
- 0:33Speaker 1: What time is it? It's time War War. Here's your host.
- 0:39Speaker 2: One hundred percent Raw Truth, one hundred percent American made
- 0:43Speaker 2: the Warrior, Wayne Alan Root.
- 0:58Speaker 1: All Right, Wayne all Ruth, The Roots on Fire.
- 1:02Speaker 3: We hope to be up in the seven o'clock East
- 1:05Speaker 3: Coast hour, four o'clock West Coast.
- 1:07Speaker 1: Hour starting tomorrow with our new TV show.
- 1:10Speaker 3: But I'm not gonna make any announcements yet just yet,
- 1:13Speaker 3: but we're gonna have a third TV show. I've already
- 1:16Speaker 3: got my Root Reaction every night at ten pm Easter
- 1:19Speaker 3: and seven pm Pacific on Real America's Voice TV network.
- 1:22Speaker 3: That I've got my weekend show that runs five times
- 1:24Speaker 3: a weekend, including the main run at Saturday noon eastern
- 1:29Speaker 3: nine am Pacific, following Steve Bannon's War Room on Real
- 1:32Speaker 3: America's Voice TV. And that one like I say, runs
- 1:36Speaker 3: five times a weekend Friday night and four times over
- 1:38Speaker 3: the weekend, so that's a busy, busy show along with
- 1:42Speaker 3: my weekly show. And now we're gonna add another Monday
- 1:44Speaker 3: through Friday show at seven pm Eastern four pm Pacific
- 1:50Speaker 3: together with this radio show, so it'll be a simulcast
- 1:54Speaker 3: radio TV. At the same time, we're even flirting with
- 1:57Speaker 3: the idea of doing a simulcast for both hours of
- 2:01Speaker 3: my radio show, both three o'clock and four o'clock West
- 2:03Speaker 3: Coast time, both six o'clock and seven o'clock East Coast time.
- 2:07Speaker 3: We may actually do a simulcast with both hours, so
- 2:10Speaker 3: we'll see. It's a lot of TV man. I kind
- 2:13Speaker 3: of enjoy radio. Radio has become a relief for me.
- 2:17Speaker 3: When I used to do only radio, I thought radio
- 2:19Speaker 3: was such a hard job, and then I did TV
- 2:21Speaker 3: and I said, Wow, Radio's easy.
- 2:24Speaker 1: You know, you don't have to ever look up. You're
- 2:25Speaker 1: looking down.
- 2:26Speaker 3: You're reading, you're reading notes, you're reading columns, you're reading articles.
- 2:30Speaker 1: But on TV you can't read. You gotta look up
- 2:34Speaker 1: at the screen. It's a hard thing to do. TV's tough.
- 2:39Speaker 3: So I'll be doing three hours a day of TV
- 2:42Speaker 3: basically the hour to Real America's voice each day, and
- 2:46Speaker 3: then if we choose to do two hours simalcast, I'll
- 2:49Speaker 3: be doing the two hours of radio simulcast with two
- 2:52Speaker 3: hours of TV, and then I'll also be doing the
- 2:53Speaker 3: weekend TV show.
- 2:55Speaker 1: It's a lot of TV and a lot of radio. Wow.
- 2:58Speaker 3: I hope my voice last because boy goes in and
- 3:00Speaker 3: out because it's just so many hours of talking and
- 3:03Speaker 3: then hours of prep all day when you don't hear
- 3:05Speaker 3: me when I'm just preparing for the show and talking
- 3:09Speaker 3: to advertisers, talking to sponsors, talking to guests.
- 3:12Speaker 1: Wow. A lot of stuff going on.
- 3:14Speaker 3: But the good news is my career is exploding and
- 3:17Speaker 3: things are going well, So that's good. Never complain about
- 3:19Speaker 3: too much work, only complain about too little, right, Bazaar, too.
- 3:22Speaker 1: Little, too much is good. It's a good problem to have.
- 3:26Speaker 3: Let's talk about Let me open the show with my
- 3:29Speaker 3: column because I think it's one of the best ideas
- 3:32Speaker 3: I've ever had, and Matt Gates obviously agrees. Matt Gates,
- 3:35Speaker 3: the former congressman and former nominee for Attorney General of
- 3:39Speaker 3: the United States, now a TV talk show, has tweeted
- 3:42Speaker 3: out how interesting Wayne Rood's idea is and this is
- 3:46Speaker 3: the idea tweeted out about the title is Douge proves
- 3:51Speaker 3: our tax money has been stolen, looted, and wasted. President
- 3:55Speaker 3: Trump should announced suspension of tax Day on April fifteenth,
- 3:59Speaker 3: a national tax holiday, reparations to taxpayers and lie detect
- 4:04Speaker 3: your tests.
- 4:04Speaker 1: That's my solution.
- 4:07Speaker 3: So we've been robbed, our tax money has been looted, stolen,
- 4:10Speaker 3: and wasted. It's beyond the imagination of most Americans how
- 4:13Speaker 3: bad it is, but not beyond my imagination. Muhammad Ali
- 4:18Speaker 3: once set an, ain't bragging. If you could back it up, well,
- 4:20Speaker 3: I can brack it up. And let me ask you something, bitar,
- 4:23Speaker 3: Is there a reason why we don't have the full
- 4:24Speaker 3: screen the way I like it? You could do that, right, Yeah,
- 4:27Speaker 3: I'm just we're doing a test of TV at the
- 4:29Speaker 3: same time as we're doing radio, and I like the
- 4:31Speaker 3: TV in a certain angle and a certain direction, a
- 4:34Speaker 3: certain size, certain girth.
- 4:36Speaker 1: And may asking there we go. That's the way I
- 4:38Speaker 1: like it.
- 4:39Speaker 3: So, Muhammad Ali once set an, ain't bragging. If you
- 4:42Speaker 3: could back it up, well, I can back it up.
- 4:43Speaker 3: So I'm gonna brag a little bit. I've spent the
- 4:46Speaker 3: last decade on my TV and radio shows reporting warning
- 4:49Speaker 3: and screaming from the highest mountaintops that politicians and government
- 4:53Speaker 3: employees are robbing and raping taxpayers. That politicians and government
- 4:57Speaker 3: employees are crooked and corrupt. Politicians and government employees live
- 5:02Speaker 3: by the credo we make one hundred and seventy thousand
- 5:04Speaker 3: a year plus all we can steal. That politicians and
- 5:09Speaker 3: government employees are lazy and incompetent and don't know how
- 5:12Speaker 3: to make an honest day's work, and they live by
- 5:15Speaker 3: stealing from you and me, the taxpayers. There are way
- 5:19Speaker 3: too many government employees.
- 5:20Speaker 1: We can operate.
- 5:21Speaker 3: Government just fined by firing half of the government employees.
- 5:25Speaker 3: And I feel the same way on the state and
- 5:26Speaker 3: local and county basis. There's too many damn people working
- 5:30Speaker 3: for government. Politicians and goverment employees have stolen and looted
- 5:35Speaker 3: trillions of dollars from taxpayers. These are the things I've
- 5:37Speaker 3: been saying for ten years on radio and TV, and
- 5:40Speaker 3: before that ten years is the super guest of American
- 5:43Speaker 3: conservative talk. Politicians and government employees have stolen, eluded trillions
- 5:49Speaker 3: from taxpayers. That's why people making one hundred and seventy
- 5:51Speaker 3: thousand a year are retiring as multi millionaires. That's not
- 5:55Speaker 3: possible after paying taxes and paying for kids, and paying
- 5:59Speaker 3: for educations, and paying mortgages, and paying property taxes and
- 6:03Speaker 3: sales taxes, and often alimony too, because most people to this,
- 6:07Speaker 3: you know, in this modern age, most people have been
- 6:09Speaker 3: divorced once. Most people are not happily ever after married forever.
- 6:14Speaker 3: They've got an x and they're paying out alimony, and
- 6:18Speaker 3: so no one can become a multimillionaire one hundred and
- 6:22Speaker 3: seventy thousand years.
- 6:22Speaker 1: Something is wrong.
- 6:24Speaker 3: Politicians and government employees are getting filthy rich by first
- 6:28Speaker 3: of all, directly stealing taxpayer money, and number two also
- 6:33Speaker 3: by awarding government spending and government contracts to their friends
- 6:36Speaker 3: and relatives, and by taking kickbacks from the people getting
- 6:40Speaker 3: those government contracts, and number three from taking bribes in
- 6:44Speaker 3: their offshore bank accounts from our foreign enemies like China
- 6:48Speaker 3: and the Mexican drug cartels in Iran, and number four
- 6:52Speaker 3: from high paying note.
- 6:54Speaker 1: Show jobs and stock options and.
- 6:57Speaker 3: Insider trading information given to their spouses and relatives and
- 7:03Speaker 3: children and parents from big corporations and big lobbyists like
- 7:08Speaker 3: as an example, Big pharma or defense contractors. You know,
- 7:12Speaker 3: they give their wife a job and suddenly you make
- 7:15Speaker 3: one hundred and seventy thousand a year, but your wife
- 7:17Speaker 3: makes a million, so together you make one million, one.
- 7:20Speaker 1: Hundred and seventy one thousand years.
- 7:21Speaker 3: Now you're talking real money, and of course you're gonna
- 7:24Speaker 3: vote for everything defense contractor wants.
- 7:27Speaker 1: I've said all of this twenty four to seven.
- 7:30Speaker 3: On my TV and radio shows for the past decade,
- 7:32Speaker 3: when Elon Musk and Doge are now proving that it's
- 7:36Speaker 3: all true. So how do we fight back? First, here's
- 7:40Speaker 3: what I'm hearing from average Americans. I'm getting bombarded with
- 7:44Speaker 3: emails from my TV viewers saying they've lost all faith
- 7:48Speaker 3: and trust in our government and the irs. Joe Biden
- 7:51Speaker 3: and the media lie. The economy for average American stinks.
- 7:54Speaker 3: Many of them are broken, hurting. Joe Biden left President
- 7:57Speaker 3: Trump a terrible, failing economy, So we got to do something.
- 8:01Speaker 3: Small businesses are about to fail in record numbers, and
- 8:05Speaker 3: they keep telling me the taxes are way too high
- 8:07Speaker 3: and that we can't afford the income taxes, the payroll taxes,
- 8:10Speaker 3: the property taxes, and the sales taxes. And now that
- 8:14Speaker 3: they know, thanks to Elon and Doge, that their tax
- 8:17Speaker 3: money has been stolen. They don't want to pay anymore
- 8:20Speaker 3: till the system is fixed. Why should they pay taxes
- 8:23Speaker 3: on April fifteenth? Why should they throw good money after
- 8:26Speaker 3: bad Here's what I believe President Trump shoud announced to
- 8:29Speaker 3: fix this mess. If he announces this, he becomes a
- 8:32Speaker 3: hero and goes down in history as the greatest president
- 8:35Speaker 3: and man of the people ever. President Trumph announced in
- 8:39Speaker 3: light of all the theft, looting, and waste Elon and
- 8:43Speaker 3: Doge has discovered. And this is only after a couple
- 8:46Speaker 3: of weeks, The fifty five billion he's found missing is
- 8:49Speaker 3: clearly only the tip of the iceberg. The people of
- 8:52Speaker 3: America have lost faith in their government and the irs.
- 8:54Speaker 3: They know their tax money is being stolen and wasted.
- 9:00Speaker 3: So I'm suspending tax Day. This should be Trump talking.
- 9:03Speaker 3: So I'm suspending tax Day. April fifteenth. I will declare,
- 9:07Speaker 3: and I will also declare a three month national tax
- 9:10Speaker 3: holiday in conjunction with the suspension of tax Day from
- 9:14Speaker 3: April fifteenth suspended to July fifteenth. No one has to
- 9:18Speaker 3: file taxes or pay a dime in taxes on April fifteenth,
- 9:22Speaker 3: you get a three month suspension, and your new tax
- 9:25Speaker 3: deadline is July fifteenth. That gives people time to catch
- 9:29Speaker 3: up and catch their breath. And of course they're mad
- 9:31Speaker 3: because of all this theft that Elon's found, and they
- 9:34Speaker 3: don't want to pay.
- 9:35Speaker 1: So let's give them another.
- 9:35Speaker 3: Three months to think about it and to get their
- 9:38Speaker 3: mind straight about taxes.
- 9:40Speaker 1: But it's even better than that.
- 9:41Speaker 3: I'm dec this Trump talking, I'm declaring a national tax
- 9:45Speaker 3: holiday for those three months. No taxes are due on
- 9:48Speaker 3: what you make for those three months. What you make
- 9:50Speaker 3: belongs to one hundred percent to you for those three months.
- 9:53Speaker 3: Your twenty twenty four tax filings and your taxes from
- 9:56Speaker 3: twenty twenty four are now due on July fifteenth instead
- 10:00Speaker 3: of April fifteenth, and you can use the money you
- 10:02Speaker 3: make tax free during April, May and June. During those
- 10:08Speaker 3: three months you pay no taxes, save up your money
- 10:11Speaker 3: and use it to pay your tax bill for twenty
- 10:13Speaker 3: twenty four.
- 10:14Speaker 1: Okay. And so during those.
- 10:16Speaker 3: Three months, Elon and Doge will make major progress with
- 10:19Speaker 3: their investigation and audits, and we'll get a handle on
- 10:21Speaker 3: how much taxpayer money has been looted and stolen and
- 10:24Speaker 3: we'll start arresting corrupt government employees and we'll clean up
- 10:28Speaker 3: the corruption, so by July fifteenth, you can feel confident
- 10:31Speaker 3: again and have trust again that your tax money is
- 10:34Speaker 3: no longer being stolen or wasted. Secondly, President Struption announced,
- 10:37Speaker 3: we'll figure out exactly how much has been stolen and wasted.
- 10:41Speaker 1: And start the process of clawing it back.
- 10:44Speaker 3: And then all that money we recover we use to
- 10:46Speaker 3: set up a taxpayer reparations fund. I finally found a
- 10:49Speaker 3: group that deserves reparations. Half the money we club back
- 10:53Speaker 3: will go to paying off the national debt. The other
- 10:54Speaker 3: half will be distributed back to you, the taxpayers, in
- 10:57Speaker 3: the form of a tax refund every year for the
- 10:59Speaker 3: next four years. Third, I promised to work hard to
- 11:02Speaker 3: either dramatically reduce your income taxes and move to a
- 11:05Speaker 3: low flat tax, or if I get my way, to
- 11:08Speaker 3: fully eliminate income taxes and close down the IRS. And fourth,
- 11:12Speaker 3: I pledge to start mandating lie detector tests for the
- 11:16Speaker 3: people in government responsible for government spending. They will all
- 11:19Speaker 3: get annual life tector tests as well as random life
- 11:21Speaker 3: tecture tests to make certain they're not stealing your tax
- 11:24Speaker 3: money or taking broader kickbacks. If President Trump announces any
- 11:27Speaker 3: combination of my ideas or all of these ideas, he
- 11:31Speaker 3: will go down in history as the most popular president
- 11:33Speaker 3: and man of the people ever ever. And I sent
- 11:36Speaker 3: that to President Trump's desk just this morning.
- 11:40Speaker 1: I'm waynell. The root will be right back.

- 14:44Speaker 1: Call eighty eight four four four eighty eight ninety.
- 14:46Speaker 4: Five Energized health dot com.
- 15:10Speaker 3: I keep saying that Trump has people watching my show.
- 15:14Speaker 1: I don't you know. I don't dare say that Donald
- 15:16Speaker 1: Trump sits and watches my show all day.
- 15:17Speaker 3: He's got more important things to do, but he has
- 15:20Speaker 3: assigned people to watch my show for years now because
- 15:23Speaker 3: almost everything I say eventually comes out of his mouth.
- 15:26Speaker 3: And the same must be true for Elon Musker. Maybe
- 15:29Speaker 3: President Trump whispered in his ear. But I've been saying
- 15:33Speaker 3: for a week that we need some sort of a
- 15:35Speaker 3: reparation for taxpayers, that all this money that's been stolen,
- 15:40Speaker 3: nobody's gonna want to pay taxes anymore, and therefore we
- 15:43Speaker 3: need to give it back to the taxpayers. And now
- 15:45Speaker 3: Elon Musk tweets out overnight and then says this morning
- 15:49Speaker 3: that he's open to a Doge dividend and payments that
- 15:53Speaker 3: could send five thousand level checks to every American taxpayer,
- 15:58Speaker 3: every American taxpayer and I actually heard some one stupid
- 16:01Speaker 3: on my On my social media page, someone made the
- 16:04Speaker 3: dumbest comment I've ever heard.
- 16:05Speaker 1: Someone immediately said.
- 16:07Speaker 3: You're only gonna pay the five thousand taxpayers, not to
- 16:11Speaker 3: every American. You mean, I don't deserve a check just
- 16:14Speaker 3: because I didn't pay taxes last year. No, you don't
- 16:17Speaker 3: deserve a check because you didn't pay taxes last year.
- 16:20Speaker 3: That's one hundred percent correct. Only the people that paid
- 16:23Speaker 3: taxes deserve a check.
- 16:27Speaker 1: Are you stupid?
- 16:28Speaker 3: Are people really that stupid because you think because you're
- 16:31Speaker 3: broke and you paid no taxes, you deserve a five
- 16:34Speaker 3: thousand dollars check. The point of it is that the
- 16:37Speaker 3: people who paid the taxes have been ripped off. You
- 16:40Speaker 3: haven't been ripped off. If you paid no taxes, no
- 16:43Speaker 3: one ripped you off. They ripped off the people who
- 16:46Speaker 3: pay the taxes. And unfortunately, whether you like it or not,
- 16:50Speaker 3: the top twenty percent pay like ninety percent.
- 16:54Speaker 1: Of all the taxes in America.
- 16:55Speaker 3: The top two percent pay like fifty percent of all
- 16:58Speaker 3: the taxes in America, The top twenty pay ninety percent,
- 17:02Speaker 3: and the top fifty percent pay one hundred percent of
- 17:05Speaker 3: all the taxes. The bottom fifty percent pay negative into
- 17:09Speaker 3: the system. They pay nothing, So why would you think
- 17:13Speaker 3: that you deserve to get a five thousand dollars check
- 17:16Speaker 3: when you never paid anything into the system.
- 17:20Speaker 1: Right, it's actually ludicrous, ridiculous, all right.
- 17:26Speaker 3: But anyway, Elon Musk is open to giving five thousand
- 17:28Speaker 3: dollars to each taxpayer because we're the ones who got
- 17:31Speaker 3: ripped off.
- 17:32Speaker 1: You know, you know, you know what that's like.
- 17:35Speaker 3: That argument is like a burglar breaks my window and
- 17:39Speaker 3: robs me, and between the window repair and what he
- 17:42Speaker 3: takes from my house, he steals five thousand dollars from me.
- 17:46Speaker 3: And a neighbor three doors down who didn't have his
- 17:49Speaker 3: house breaking into, is not replacing his window, and didn't
- 17:52Speaker 3: get anything stolen from his house.
- 17:53Speaker 1: Nobody entered his house.
- 17:54Speaker 3: They answered mine. That neighbor says, the insurance company Wane.
- 17:57Speaker 3: When they send you a check, you got to give
- 17:59Speaker 3: f to me? Why because I want it or because
- 18:03Speaker 3: I need it? No, you don't want I don't care
- 18:06Speaker 3: if you want it or need it. It's my check.
- 18:08Speaker 3: I'm the one who's window they broke. I'm the one
- 18:09Speaker 3: whos house they robbed. So all these government employees robbed
- 18:13Speaker 3: me wain root and you who paid taxes, They didn't
- 18:16Speaker 3: rob the people who don't pay taxes.
- 18:20Speaker 1: You guys are on your own.
- 18:21Speaker 3: You didn't pay anything, therefore you didn't lose anything. Therefore,
- 18:24Speaker 3: nobody has to give you a refund. Only the taxpayers
- 18:28Speaker 3: get the refund. Breaking news the IRS will lay off
- 18:32Speaker 3: six thousand employees starting Thursday.
- 18:35Speaker 1: Wow, I mean, this is so great.
- 18:38Speaker 3: I'm just sorry they're not laying off the entire workforce
- 18:41Speaker 3: on Thursday. And if you think that's great, how about
- 18:43Speaker 3: this one. RFK Junior lays out his HHS agenda. He
- 18:48Speaker 3: says nothing is going to be off limits. Some of
- 18:51Speaker 3: the things we will investigate were formerly taboo or insufficiently scrutinized.
- 18:56Speaker 3: I'm willing to subject them all to the scrutiny of
- 18:59Speaker 3: unbiased science.
- 19:01Speaker 1: And I'm willing to.
- 19:02Speaker 3: Bet you money that he's talking about vaccines and the
- 19:06Speaker 3: COVID vaccine. I'm willing to bet you bet you money.
- 19:09Speaker 3: The UK Daily Mail didn't just make it up. Someone
- 19:12Speaker 3: told them that Trump and RFK Junior are thinking about
- 19:16Speaker 3: suspending the COVID vaccine program for everyone. And if you
- 19:20Speaker 3: think that's good, I got a better one, The best one.
- 19:24Speaker 1: Of all the news of the day, breaking news.
- 19:27Speaker 3: Trump to sign executive order to ban all federal taxpayer
- 19:31Speaker 3: benefits to illegal aliens.
- 19:33Speaker 1: Now, I mean again speaking of watching my show.
- 19:36Speaker 3: Not that he couldn't come up with this on his own,
- 19:38Speaker 3: but how many years have I been lobbying? Stop giving
- 19:42Speaker 3: money to illegal aliens of any kind? No money, no
- 19:46Speaker 3: government money, and don't let their kids go to public school,
- 19:50Speaker 3: and don't give them any free health care, no more welfare,
- 19:53Speaker 3: no more food stamps, no more ade to depended children.
- 19:55Speaker 1: And if you do all of that, they'll all self
- 19:57Speaker 1: deport and go home.
- 19:59Speaker 3: And Trump listen, Thank you, President Donald Trump. Trump listened, Amul,

- 23:32Speaker 3: editor of the Daily Signal, author of I Love This Name.
- 23:35Speaker 3: Wuktopus as an octopus, like a woke octopus.
- 23:39Speaker 1: Woke Topus the.
- 23:41Speaker 3: Dark money cabal manipulating the federal government. Our own personal
- 23:46Speaker 3: woke topus fighter, Tyler O'Neill.
- 23:49Speaker 1: Welcome, Tyler, How are you hey?
- 23:51Speaker 5: Glad to be here? Thanks for having me.
- 23:53Speaker 1: Wayne. You make up that name? Woke Topus? Who made
- 23:55Speaker 1: up that one? I did?
- 23:58Speaker 3: Yes?
- 23:58Speaker 5: I mean it is funny because I was struggling with
- 24:02Speaker 5: the name, and you know, my wife was not always
- 24:05Speaker 5: the biggest fan of the day because it's very you know,
- 24:08Speaker 5: it's kind of flashy, but I think it gets people's attention.
- 24:11Speaker 5: And I later realized, after I had signed the contract
- 24:16Speaker 5: and had written the book, that I might have been
- 24:19Speaker 5: inspired by a campaign from a parental rights group that
- 24:25Speaker 5: I talked about woke to Pus, and then of course
- 24:27Speaker 5: there's a woke to pus on the symptoms. So but
- 24:33Speaker 5: neither of those were the immediate inspiration while I was
- 24:37Speaker 5: writing the book.
- 24:38Speaker 3: All right, well, we were going to beat back to
- 24:40Speaker 3: the Woke to pus with a baseball bat.
- 24:42Speaker 1: I like it.
- 24:45Speaker 3: Multiple federal judges have issued injunctions to block Trump's executive orders,
- 24:51Speaker 3: and he's appealing one of the injunctions to the Supreme Court.
- 24:54Speaker 3: And the question is, does the Constitution clearly give them
- 24:58Speaker 3: the authority to fire people in the executive branch?
- 25:02Speaker 1: I believe.
- 25:03Speaker 3: Again, I'm not a lawyer, I only play one on
- 25:05Speaker 3: TV and radio, but I believe that the Constitution does
- 25:09Speaker 3: give him domain over the executive branch. You can fire
- 25:12Speaker 3: who the ell he wants. Why can't any CEO fire
- 25:15Speaker 3: who they want in their own company? This is Trump's company,
- 25:18Speaker 3: the United States of America and the US government.
- 25:21Speaker 5: Well, the second Article of the Constitution is pretty it's
- 25:26Speaker 5: pretty hard to read. Actually, you know, there's no clear
- 25:30Speaker 5: delegation of the executive authority to a president of the
- 25:34Speaker 5: United States. Right, Oh wait, actually there is it's very
- 25:37Speaker 5: blatantly obvious. And if you take that the first half
- 25:42Speaker 5: gland at the Constitution, you can see, oh, yeah, this
- 25:45Speaker 5: is kind of essential to the president's power. In fact,
- 25:49Speaker 5: there's been multiple Supreme Court cases where they've ruled exactly that,
- 25:53Speaker 5: which is why I think, you know, the administration should
- 25:56Speaker 5: be very bullish as their appealing this to Supreme Court.
- 26:01Speaker 5: But you know, this is this is just the first
- 26:05Speaker 5: case he has to appeal to the Supreme Court and
- 26:07Speaker 5: that it has gotten that high because what happened is
- 26:10Speaker 5: they you know, there was a preliminary injunction saying, oh,
- 26:14Speaker 5: you can't fire this guy, you have to reinstate him.
- 26:17Speaker 5: And I think it was one of these, you know,
- 26:19Speaker 5: temporary restraining orders where it only lasts for fourteen days,
- 26:23Speaker 5: so the judge can is kind of thinking, oh, maybe
- 26:25Speaker 5: I can get away with this. But the Trump administration said, no,
- 26:30Speaker 5: we're appealing this. They appealed it to the appeal to
- 26:33Speaker 5: the Court of Appeals. The Court of Appeals is like, oh,
- 26:36Speaker 5: how dare you appeal this? This isn't dangerous to you,
- 26:39Speaker 5: it's only for fourteen days. He's like, well, yeah, but
- 26:43Speaker 5: that's a precedent. It makes it makes it clear that
- 26:46Speaker 5: the president can't fire people in the executive branch. So
- 26:50Speaker 5: they appeal it again. And now it's before the Supreme Court.
- 26:54Speaker 5: And I pray that the Supreme Court has the intestinal
- 26:58Speaker 5: fortitude to take this case and then to show those
- 27:02Speaker 5: judges where they should stuff it, because quite Franklin, you know,
- 27:06Speaker 5: we've seen a massive laws their attack against the Trump administration,
- 27:12Speaker 5: against all the rightful moves of his authorities the Trump
- 27:15Speaker 5: has been making. And who's filing all these lawsuits none
- 27:21Speaker 5: other than the groups I expose in the book, very
- 27:23Speaker 5: organizations that were calling, that were pulling the strings during
- 27:28Speaker 5: the Biden administration.
- 27:30Speaker 3: And by the way, first of all, we're talking to
- 27:32Speaker 3: Tyler o'neally is the managing editor of The Daily Signal
- 27:35Speaker 3: and the author of Woke to Pus the Dark Money
- 27:38Speaker 3: Cabala manipulating the Federal Government.
- 27:40Speaker 1: Uh, Tyler, I got to tell you this. This.
- 27:42Speaker 3: I keep saying every morning I wake up as like
- 27:43Speaker 3: Christmas meets Thanksgiving meets Easter, you know, meets New Year's
- 27:48Speaker 3: meets Independence Day.
- 27:50Speaker 1: It's all rolled into one.
- 27:51Speaker 3: It's so exciting because I know Trump's gonna do something
- 27:53Speaker 3: great every day, and and and my dreams just came
- 27:56Speaker 3: true moments ago. I've been I've been screaming about this
- 27:58Speaker 3: for I don't know, many men, many years, maybe twenty years.
- 28:01Speaker 3: Why don't we ban welfare for all illegal aliens, all
- 28:05Speaker 3: forms of welfare, including free healthcare and I hope free
- 28:09Speaker 3: public school And they say, right now, breaking news, Trump
- 28:13Speaker 3: to sign executive order to ban all federal taxpayer benefits
- 28:17Speaker 3: to illegal aliens.
- 28:18Speaker 1: So if they're providing federal funds.
- 28:20Speaker 3: To any organization and that organization gives out a something
- 28:24Speaker 3: free to illegals, they will lose their funding. I got
- 28:27Speaker 3: to assume this applies to public schools, because even though
- 28:30Speaker 3: there's state run or city run or county run, they
- 28:33Speaker 3: all take federal funding. I don't think there's a I
- 28:35Speaker 3: doubt there's a public school system America isn't touched by
- 28:38Speaker 3: federal funding. So maybe we get to kick the illegals
- 28:41Speaker 3: out of school their children.
- 28:42Speaker 1: Maybe we get to kick.
- 28:44Speaker 3: All health benefits. They can't go to hospitals anymore. They
- 28:46Speaker 3: can't get it free. They can go to a hospital,
- 28:48Speaker 3: they can't get it free. None of us get it free.
- 28:50Speaker 3: Why should they get it free? So you know this
- 28:52Speaker 3: is going to wind up in the Supreme Court too.
- 28:56Speaker 5: Yeah. Well it's almost like they're being treated like second
- 28:59Speaker 5: class CUIs. Oh wait, they're not even citizens, Yes, exactly,
- 29:09Speaker 5: So no, I mean, I think these changes could not
- 29:12Speaker 5: come fast enough. And you know it, It is so
- 29:16Speaker 5: funny because those of us on the right, you know,
- 29:18Speaker 5: we've been experiencing defeat after defeat after defeat after defeat
- 29:25Speaker 5: on so many things that we expect that there is
- 29:30Speaker 5: no hope, Like I think we've we've grown so conditions
- 29:35Speaker 5: to being downtrodden that it's almost impossible to believe when
- 29:42Speaker 5: somebody comes into office and is actually standing for the
- 29:46Speaker 5: values that built this country in opposing the left woke insanity.
- 29:51Speaker 5: And yet you know that's where we are, and praise God. Yeah,
- 29:55Speaker 5: I keep thinking, you know, it's morning in America, but
- 29:59Speaker 5: my war. And I think one of the reasons the
- 30:02Speaker 5: book is important is that you know, it's morning in America,
- 30:06Speaker 5: but there are a lot of forces that are trying
- 30:08Speaker 5: to pull that blackout curtain back down and plunge us
- 30:12Speaker 5: into Joe Biden's nightmare yet again. And if we are
- 30:16Speaker 5: not careful, this return to sanity is not going to last.
- 30:22Speaker 5: So I think it's it's important to say, you know,
- 30:25Speaker 5: Trump has turned the corner on so many things, but
- 30:29Speaker 5: you know, we we have to think long term. This
- 30:32Speaker 5: this is not the end. This is just beginning. And
- 30:37Speaker 5: I think, you know, the conservative movement is gearing up
- 30:41Speaker 5: in a good position to keep this going. But you know,
- 30:45Speaker 5: right now, you know, we have to be we have
- 30:48Speaker 5: to be vigilant, and we can't you know, we have
- 30:51Speaker 5: to at the one moment realize how amazing things are
- 30:55Speaker 5: again finally returning to sanity. But this the forces that
- 31:01Speaker 5: created all the Malayane.
- 31:03Speaker 1: They're all still out there.
- 31:04Speaker 3: They're all still out there, and they want to fight it,
- 31:05Speaker 3: and they want to stop it. And I've always argued,
- 31:08Speaker 3: by the way Tyler, they would stop it at any
- 31:11Speaker 3: There's nothing they would stop short.
- 31:13Speaker 1: Doing to stop it.
- 31:14Speaker 3: In other words, in my mind, if they could start
- 31:17Speaker 3: World War three and it would result in like fifty
- 31:19Speaker 3: million people around the world being killed, including like a
- 31:21Speaker 3: million American boys and girls on the battlefield, they would
- 31:24Speaker 3: do it. If it meant they could keep the woke agenda,
- 31:26Speaker 3: and they would keep transgenders in the military, and if
- 31:29Speaker 3: the meant they could keep the borders open, and if
- 31:32Speaker 3: it meant they could tax me at a ninety percent rate,
- 31:34Speaker 3: I honestly, and they could have green energy, so our
- 31:37Speaker 3: electric bills are eight thousand dollars a month. I sincerely
- 31:40Speaker 3: think they would be glad to start World War three
- 31:42Speaker 3: and kill fifty million people.
- 31:46Speaker 5: You know, I can't get into the into the hearts
- 31:49Speaker 5: or the minds of these people, but you know, given
- 31:53Speaker 5: what they've done to this country, opening the borders intentionally,
- 31:58Speaker 5: you know, like enabling just the fact that George Soros
- 32:03Speaker 5: was able to fund this massive weekend crime movement that
- 32:08Speaker 5: led to a crime wave spiking across the United States,
- 32:13Speaker 5: and then he gets awarded the Presidential Medal of Freedom.
- 32:16Speaker 5: I mean that one thing alone should be so revealing
- 32:21Speaker 5: of what the left stands for. And you know, Soros
- 32:23Speaker 5: is the guy who's funded every woke cause you've ever
- 32:27Speaker 5: heard of, and of course these were the major funders
- 32:30Speaker 5: who are funneling this dark money into the woke to
- 32:32Speaker 5: puss keeping having the oxygen so that it can you know,
- 32:36Speaker 5: impact Biden's policies and now oppose Trump's policies. But this
- 32:40Speaker 5: is you know, this is a long lasting threat and
- 32:44Speaker 5: we have to be ready.
- 32:45Speaker 1: For it, all right. Tyler O'Neil, managing editor of The
- 32:49Speaker 1: Daily Signal, author of.

- 33:21Speaker 3: I don't know if it includes public schools or not,

- 36:46Speaker 1: All right, swayn Ala Roots.
- 36:47Speaker 3: I have a crazy life, you know. I always share
- 36:49Speaker 3: with you guys my life. That's why I think you
- 36:51Speaker 3: guys like me. So you know, my radio audience is
- 36:55Speaker 3: my family, and I share everything with you. Not only
- 36:56Speaker 3: do I have to worry about two TV shows, and
- 37:00Speaker 3: for a while there for three years I had a
- 37:01Speaker 3: third one on Lindell TV. And now it's going to
- 37:03Speaker 3: be back again tomorrow so three TV shows and a
- 37:07Speaker 3: radio show and a podcast and a nationally syndicated newspaper
- 37:12Speaker 3: column and books and businesses. And then I have to
- 37:16Speaker 3: worry about every sponsor slash advertiser on all those shows,
- 37:21Speaker 3: every one of them. I'm in charge of it. I'm
- 37:23Speaker 3: like a Madison Avenue ad executive, and I take care
- 37:26Speaker 3: of all of them. And I've got between the three
- 37:29Speaker 3: shows on TV and the one show on radio and
- 37:33Speaker 3: the podcast, so that's basically five shows and each one
- 37:38Speaker 3: has like six advertised. That's thirty sponsors that I have
- 37:43Speaker 3: to worry about twenty four hours a day, seven days
- 37:45Speaker 3: a week.
- 37:46Speaker 1: Are they making enough money? If they leave? Can I
- 37:48Speaker 1: replace them with another one? You know?
- 37:51Speaker 3: What's the deal? How do I negotiate it? Are they
- 37:54Speaker 3: happy with the response? If not, can I change the ad?
- 37:57Speaker 3: And then I've got four kids, and I'm so careful
- 38:01Speaker 3: to make sure I call all four multiple times a
- 38:04Speaker 3: week and ask them how they're doing, and ask them
- 38:07Speaker 3: when I'm gonna see them next. And two of them,
- 38:09Speaker 3: my youngest, I take to dinner twice a week, So
- 38:12Speaker 3: two of them I'm making dinner arrangements twice a week
- 38:16Speaker 3: and then seeing them for dinner twice a week, and
- 38:18Speaker 3: of course paying for dinner twice a week is when
- 38:20Speaker 3: dad goes out to dinner with your kids.
- 38:22Speaker 1: No kid ever reaches for a wallet in the history
- 38:24Speaker 1: of the world. So that's my life. It's complicated.
- 38:28Speaker 3: I didn't even mention that I have two dogs and
- 38:30Speaker 3: a wife, so there's an ex wife with alimony payments.
- 38:35Speaker 3: I have a lot going on in my life. I
- 38:38Speaker 3: don't even know how I.
- 38:38Speaker 1: Keep up with it.
- 38:39Speaker 3: You know how they say, as you get older, you
- 38:40Speaker 3: should do crossword puzzles, As you get older, you should
- 38:43Speaker 3: have wayne roots life. You don't need crossword puzzles. My
- 38:46Speaker 3: life is a freaking crossword puzzle, and I'm trying to
- 38:49Speaker 3: fit everything in to a twenty four hour day.
- 38:52Speaker 1: I need forty eight hours, and a twenty four hour
- 38:54Speaker 1: day would not get my life done.
- 38:56Speaker 3: I need at least seventy two hours in a twenty
- 38:59Speaker 3: four hour day. If I had seventy two hours every day,
- 39:02Speaker 3: I might be able to get it all done. So
- 39:04Speaker 3: what I do is, and I've written this in one
- 39:06Speaker 3: of my books called The Power of Relentless, I make
- 39:09Speaker 3: a list each day of what needs to get done,
- 39:11Speaker 3: usually either before I go to bed or a first thing.
- 39:13Speaker 3: When I wake up, I make a list. Here's the
- 39:15Speaker 3: twenty things I've got to get done. And usually I
- 39:18Speaker 3: only get done one or two each.
- 39:19Speaker 1: Day because my days are so full, so I'm lucky.
- 39:21Speaker 3: If I get one or two done, that means I
- 39:23Speaker 3: have eighteen to pass forward for tomorrow. And then tomorrow
- 39:27Speaker 3: I might have another twenty that I need to do,
- 39:29Speaker 3: but add it to the eighteen. I'm now at thirty
- 39:31Speaker 3: eight to do, you know, I mean, it's crazy, and
- 39:34Speaker 3: every day I update the list, and every once in
- 39:39Speaker 3: a while after a good weekend, I mean I work
- 39:41Speaker 3: my ass off on weekends. I work my ass off
- 39:43Speaker 3: on holidays. Every once in a while, after a weekend,
- 39:47Speaker 3: or especially after a four day or a five day
- 39:49Speaker 3: weekend during a big holiday like Christmas or New Year's
- 39:52Speaker 3: or Labor Day or Memorial Day, after a holiday weekend,
- 39:56Speaker 3: I might actually get the list down to zero.
- 39:59Speaker 1: And then I start all over again.
- 40:00Speaker 3: And I got twenty more to do tomorrow, and the
- 40:02Speaker 3: day after twenty more, and I only got two done,
- 40:05Speaker 3: so eighteen and twenty thirty eight on Tuesday, and maybe
- 40:08Speaker 3: I whittle it down to twenty two on Friday, and
- 40:10Speaker 3: maybe over the weekend, I get fifteen of them done.
- 40:12Speaker 1: That's my life.
- 40:13Speaker 3: It's complicated, man, and I'm sixty three going on sixty
- 40:17Speaker 3: four years old.
- 40:18Speaker 1: Can you matchine.
- 40:18Speaker 3: I don't think anybody at this age does this much stuff,
- 40:22Speaker 3: So I don't need to do crossword puzzles. My life
- 40:25Speaker 3: is a puzzle. President Trump praises four point five million
- 40:30Speaker 3: dollar tax cut in the House budget and wants the
- 40:33Speaker 3: Senate Republicans to get with the program and do the
- 40:36Speaker 3: same thing. He says, Senate Republicans should abandoned a short
- 40:39Speaker 3: term funding effort and coordinate with the House to implement
- 40:42Speaker 3: my full America First Agenda, everything.
- 40:45Speaker 1: Not just parts of it.
- 40:47Speaker 3: So I believe what he's saying is when he says everything,
- 40:51Speaker 3: the House budget must include not only the renewal of
- 40:56Speaker 3: the Trump tax cuts, which which would be fantastic. And
- 40:58Speaker 3: by the way, if you guys do not renew the
- 41:00Speaker 3: Trump tax cuts, you're the dumbest mother truckers in the
- 41:04Speaker 3: history of the world. You're the dumbest, densest, deafest people
- 41:08Speaker 3: in the history of politics, and you will lose in
- 41:10Speaker 3: a landslide in the midterms. But if you pass and
- 41:14Speaker 3: renew Trump's tax cuts, and you throw in no tax
- 41:18Speaker 3: on tips, and then my two ideas, no tax on
- 41:21Speaker 3: sod security benefits for seniors, and no tax on overtime.
- 41:25Speaker 3: If you pass all of that, you will win in
- 41:28Speaker 3: a landslide at the midterms. The difference between winning or
- 41:30Speaker 3: losing in a landslide in the midterms is whether you
- 41:33Speaker 3: pass this agenda or not, you idiots.
- 41:35Speaker 1: And I'm just assuming it.
- 41:37Speaker 3: Sure sounds like Trump has got not only from the House,
- 41:40Speaker 3: he's not only got the renewal of the wonderful tax
- 41:43Speaker 3: cuts from his first term, but he's got no tax
- 41:46Speaker 3: on tips, no tax on so security.
- 41:48Speaker 1: Benefits, no tax on overtime.
- 41:49Speaker 3: It sounds like to me he's got all of that,
- 41:52Speaker 3: and that would be absolutely fantastic.
- 41:54Speaker 1: I mean, that would be great.
- 41:55Speaker 3: And remember, for now on if you're over the age
- 41:58Speaker 3: of sixty five or approaching it, if you don't pay
- 42:01Speaker 3: taxes anymore in any of the benefits, you have to
- 42:02Speaker 3: get down on your knees and thank Wayne A laar Root.
- 42:05Speaker 3: You got to bow to Wayne A lan Route. That
- 42:06Speaker 3: was my idea that I've fought for for like ten years,
- 42:11Speaker 3: and that I fought hard for in columns right during
- 42:15Speaker 3: twenty twenty four so that Trump would included as part
- 42:17Speaker 3: of his campaign pledges. And then here it is, and
- 42:21Speaker 3: it looks like it's close. It's not a done deal,
- 42:23Speaker 3: but it's close to happening. Can you imagine if none
- 42:26Speaker 3: of us have to pay tax on SOD security.
- 42:28Speaker 1: I'm not even there yet.
- 42:29Speaker 3: I won't collect SOD security aslum seventy so I got
- 42:31Speaker 3: another six and a half years. But I can't even
- 42:34Speaker 3: imagine if every time I collect my check no taxes
- 42:37Speaker 3: come out of it. It's all because of an idea
- 42:39Speaker 3: from my brain. Millions of senior citizens should thank Wayne A.
- 42:43Speaker 1: Lar Root if this happens. Energized Health is the sponsor
- 42:46Speaker 1: of this show, and it's not traditional weight loss program.

- 42:50Speaker 3: I didn't know what an ounce of fact to lose,
- 42:51Speaker 3: but I lost twenty five pounds of fat. It melted
- 42:54Speaker 3: fat off my face and my body, and the result
- 42:56Speaker 3: was fountain.
- 42:56Speaker 1: Of youth, baby reversed aged me.
- 42:58Speaker 3: I look better now than fourteen years ago when I
- 43:00Speaker 3: was fifty, and I got three new TV shows past
