I Will Defend Speed Limit Cuts Because I Believe It Saves Lives
PJ talks to Cllr Peter Horgan about the upcoming Feb 7th speed limit cuts and says as Chair of the Council Transport and Mobility committee he believes it will cut the toll on our roads while John says it will add cost to business and more enforcement to get bad drivers off the road would be a better way.
