- 0:02With. The red light on I'm just.
- 0:06Waiting. For the change.
- 0:10Hi, Jay Fallon, thanks for listening to the soap.
- 0:12So I want to get into this part, this article that came out just
- 0:15the other day on the career mail talking about.
- 0:18So this is the the Commission and the report that's come out
- 0:22about the Bondi terror attack. It happened in only December of
- 0:26last year, 2025. So they've got this royal
- 0:29Commission, this initial reports come out.
- 0:32It seems like no one's really being held accountable.
- 0:37No one's looking at this. There's no transparency, that's
- 0:40for sure. From reading this report,
- 0:42reading this article about it, there's no transparency, No
- 0:45one's being held accountable. It's not like, oh, you know,
- 0:48there's a few things that we could have done quite a bit
- 0:50better actually. And if we hadn't taken these
- 0:51steps preventative measures, which you know it doesn't take a
- 0:56real expert to figure out well then we could have prevented 15
- 1:01deaths, 15 murders. That's that's my take on the
- 1:04whole thing. But anyway, this is Australia.
- 1:07This is our bureaucrats in government at the moment.
- 1:10So our royal commissioners initial findings into bond eyes
- 1:13terror attacks says no agency has advised of changes that
- 1:17would have stopped it. Jewish leaders have responded.
- 1:21That's a bit anyway, it's I can't even get into it.
- 1:24The royal commissioner's interim findings in the bond eyes terror
- 1:27attack killed, killing 15 innocent, innocent people says
- 1:32no agency has advised of changes that could have prevented it.
- 1:35So they might not have advised you, they might not have said,
- 1:37Yep, these are changes we could have.
- 1:39But I bet you, anyone, anyone, when you see what happened, when
- 1:42you read about the events that occurred, you can pick a part
- 1:46where the deficiencies in New South Wales Police's response
- 1:50and what could have been, what could have been done beforehand,
- 1:53what preventative measures could have been put in place.
- 1:56And they would have prevented at least some, at least some of the
- 2:01murders, if not prevented it completely.
- 2:05And it wouldn't have been that expensive to do I, in my
- 2:07opinion. Royal Commission of Virginia
- 2:09Bells interim report with 14 recommended recommendations,
- 2:14many redacted. Because you know, Australia, we
- 2:17like transparency. Our government likes to tell us
- 2:19everything except for those things that it doesn't want to
- 2:21tell us. So it always redacts everything.
- 2:23So it was handed to Governor General Sam Sam Moston at
- 2:26Government House on Thursday morning.
- 2:28It's because they like all the pomp and the ceremony.
- 2:30They like to be seen to be doing the right thing as long as they
- 2:35seem to be doing the right thing.
- 2:36But we're not actually doing the right thing.
- 2:38It's just all about the ceremony.
- 2:40So among among its most startling findings, Miss Bell's
- 2:46report said no federal estate agency advised of urgent
- 2:50legislative or regulatory reforms required to prevent,
- 2:54detect or respond to an attack of a similar nature to the Bondi
- 2:58massacre. Yeah, that's fine.
- 3:00OK. There's no federal estate agency
- 3:03as advised of urgent legislative or regulatory reforms required.
- 3:07That's perfectly fine. So then you'll admit if there's
- 3:11no other reforms that were needed.
- 3:14So obviously everything is already in place.
- 3:18We already have the legislation and regulation in place where we
- 3:22could have prevented it. So is anyone being held
- 3:26accountable? Because that's what this
- 3:27suggests to me. Going on says no agency has
- 3:31suggested that the current legislative framework prevented
- 3:34intelligence or law enforcement agencies from taking action.
- 3:38So nothing prevented them from taking action.
- 3:41So they've just royally screwed up, royally screwed up.
- 3:46NSW Police should be answering for this.
- 3:49There is someone in command down at Bondi who should have been
- 3:52doing a risk assessment, should have been looking this, the
- 3:56events that have gone on previous years, over the last
- 3:58couple of years since Hamas attacked Israel, you know,
- 4:03butchered what, 1000 of their citizens, something like that
- 4:06took all those hostages. And then here in Australia, we
- 4:08allowed, we had all these protests going on, anti-Semitic
- 4:12protests, anti Israel protests going on in the streets.
- 4:15For some reason we've imported all these people that think
- 4:18well, hey, you know, anyone should be allowed to attack and
- 4:21kill Jewish people. That's all fine.
- 4:24And then we'll go and protest and blame the Jewish people for
- 4:26it. And then no one in the NSW
- 4:29Police, no one at Bondi Station, no one you know from Inspector
- 4:33upwards thought maybe we should do a risk assessment, maybe
- 4:36there's some precautions, some preventative measures we could
- 4:40and should put in place that might prevent something.
- 4:45If anyone's got any, anything planned, no one had any
- 4:49forethought, could think that far ahead.
- 4:52And they're saying, well, there's nothing.
- 4:54There's nothing legislative, nothing regulatory that could
- 4:57have that prevented their agencies.
- 4:59It was just ineptitude, ineptitude, No forethought
- 5:03because we don't have leaders in our police.
- 5:06We just have managers. Something goes wrong and then
- 5:09they manage what goes wrong. But there's no actual leaders.
- 5:13That's the issue. Her interim report also reveals
- 5:16a senior police operations inspector telling officers days
- 5:20before. This is really important.
- 5:22I think so. Remember a senior police
- 5:25operations inspector telling officers days before going on
- 5:29duty for the Bondi Jewish festival, Chanukah, sorry, I
- 5:35don't know, pronounce it by the sea, targeted in the attack that
- 5:39there was no need to stay the entire duration.
- 5:45That's an inspector. An inspector of police
- 5:49operations saying that so inept you, you didn't think maybe you
- 5:55should take some precautions. All the events of the last
- 5:58couple of years, all the protests, all some of them
- 6:02turning violent, the aggression, the rhetoric coming out of these
- 6:06protests without calling for violence against Jewish people.
- 6:11And this inspector who should not have his job anymore in my
- 6:16opinion, says, oh, it's all good, it's all you know, blah,
- 6:20blah, blah, we're Australians, nothing goes wrong here.
- 6:23Just bury a head in the sand as always.
- 6:25There's no need to stay for the entire entire duration.
- 6:29Everything's good mate, don't have to worry about it.
- 6:32That's the stupidity of this inspector.
- 6:37In the same section entitled Security arrangements involving
- 6:41NSW Police, it says Jewish security group CSG NSW stated it
- 6:48was advised in a telephone call on 10 or 11 December by an
- 6:53officer of NSW Police. So it doesn't say rank or
- 6:57anything, could have been any anyone, you know, just the first
- 7:00year Connie there saying NSW Police could not provide static
- 7:04resources for the celebration, but that Eastern Suburbs PAC.
- 7:10So Police Area Command would provide mobile patrols with
- 7:14tasking to check in and monitor the events.
- 7:18Well, that that is pathetic. I would dare I say that if this
- 7:24was a different group and it wasn't a Jewish group who had
- 7:27had a celebration, you know, a group that maybe likes to likes
- 7:33to talk a bit more, likes to make a bit more of a commotion
- 7:36in the media and likes to make accusations of, you know,
- 7:40phobias and racisms and all this kinds of thing going on.
- 7:43If it was a different group that wasn't the Jewish community, I
- 7:46bet you the response would have been, you know, maybe we should
- 7:49have a few more, a few more marked vehicles getting around,
- 7:52a few more, a bit more of a, a presence in the area to deter
- 7:57any possible nefarious actions which may be planned.
- 8:01I bet you if it was a different group and not the Jewish
- 8:04community, it would be different.
- 8:06Your Prime Minister, not mine. Anthony Albanese, defending
- 8:10federal security agencies following release of the interim
- 8:13report, said it showed legal regulatory frameworks did not
- 8:18hinder the agencies that were that we are responsible for in
- 8:23either preventing or responding to the Bondi attacks.
- 8:26So he's just repeating, regurgitating the rhetoric come
- 8:29out of this and that there are no urgent changes that are
- 8:31required to keep Australians safe.
- 8:34So like I said, they've just screwed up and no one's taking
- 8:36responsibility. He added.
- 8:38Countries across the world that were facing an increase in
- 8:41anti-Semitism. So if you know, countries all
- 8:44around the world, the whole world is facing increase in
- 8:47anti-Semitism, what no one thought or maybe when they have
- 8:52a celebration celebrating, you know, within the Jewish
- 8:55community, maybe we should take more precautions.
- 8:58But no, our inspector of the police in New South Wales says,
- 9:02hey, you don't even have to stay for the whole duration.
- 9:04It's all good, mate. So there has been a rise in
- 9:07anti-Semitism. That is a global phenomenon that
- 9:10has occurred. This is this is Anthony Albanese
- 9:13brain wave of Prime Minister is so it's a global phenomenon
- 9:18since the October actions of Hamas.
- 9:20That is something that has happened right around the world.
- 9:23He's the way he talks. It's it's almost like he's taken
- 9:26a playbook out of Kamala Harris. Let's just talk in riddles and
- 9:30not say anything actually fruitful, not give any
- 9:33information that's worthwhile. Governments need to respond to
- 9:37it. We are responding to it.
- 9:38He said that that that is, is he like the love child of Kamala
- 9:43Harris or something? Nafty.
- 9:45He also reiterated governments could always do better on social
- 9:49cohesion. Well, that's insightful.
- 9:52That's something that everyone in the community has a role in,
- 9:55he said among the 14 recommendations.
- 9:58Listen to this among the 14 recommendations is for the
- 10:03Australian New New Zealand Counterterrorism Committee to
- 10:06hold a sweeping review of Australia's joint
- 10:08counterterrorism teams and call for senior ministers and
- 10:12premiers to undergo counterterrorism exercises
- 10:14within nine months of the federal election.
- 10:16That that'll be helpful. 159 page interim report recommends
- 10:21all jurisdictions also prioritize.
- 10:24This is the most important part of the article because this gets
- 10:29at the heart of it. The only thing they really care
- 10:31about, our government, the bureaucrats, Anthony Albanese,
- 10:37this is all they really care about.
- 10:38The 159 page interim report recommends all jurisdictions
- 10:42also prioritize the national gun buyback scheme.
- 10:48That's all they really care about.
- 10:50The gun buyback scheme, that's all they want.
- 10:53We're not going to hold anyone accountable.
- 10:55An inspector, an inspector in New South Wales in that area,
- 11:00talking about talking about the celebrations beforehand says
- 11:04it'll all be good. You don't even have to wait for
- 11:06the for the whole, you know, the end of the celebration.
- 11:09Just go ahead, It's all good. Everything's going to be fine
- 11:11because we like to bury our head in the sand and pretend that
- 11:15we're not part of the the rest of the world.
- 11:18We just live in our own little, I don't know, you know all those
- 11:21protests that's been going on nearly every week for the last
- 11:24couple of years. Don't worry about them.
- 11:28Forget about it. It's all good.
- 11:32We, we don't it's, it's always if the government wants to hold
- 11:37someone accountable, if they decide that you're guilty and
- 11:41they want to hold you accountable, they will make sure
- 11:44you pay. And even if they can't maybe
- 11:47prove that it's your fault, they'll make sure you pay.
- 11:51They'll make sure it costs you. That will wrap you up, tie you
- 11:54down in legal, in legalities, in legal costs.
- 11:59That's what they'll do. That will absolutely ruin you
- 12:02financially, ruin your reputation.
- 12:04If they decide that it's your fault, it's your.
- 12:07You're the one who's responsible for certain actions.
- 12:11But if they don't want anyone, if they don't want to be held
- 12:14accountable, if they don't want a bureaucrat or you know,
- 12:16someone in the police, high-ranking police officer to
- 12:19be held accountable, Nothing to hear, nothing to see.
- 12:23We'll put out a report. Nothing we could have done, But
- 12:26make sure, make sure you buy back everyone else's guns
- 12:29because we don't want anyone's guns.
- 12:31We don't want anyone being able to defend themselves.
- 12:34Heaven forbid. Heaven forbid.
- 12:37That's what it's all about. This whole thing is we don't
- 12:39really care about the Jewish community.
- 12:42We don't want to be held accountable.
- 12:44We will make sure no one will be held accountable, even though it
- 12:47is very easy to see what could have been done to prevent that
- 12:52massacre. Very easy.
- 12:54No one obviously did a risk assessment and thought about the
- 12:58actions, the behaviours of people all around the country
- 13:01over the last couple of years, the behaviours of Hamas from
- 13:05when they attacked Israel a couple of years ago.
- 13:06No one considered any of that. No one considered the
- 13:09possibilities of an attack. No one thought about it at all.
- 13:15There was no risk assessments done.
- 13:17It was just, she'll be right mate.
- 13:19You don't even have to stay till the end.
- 13:21Maybe you can send across a couple of patrols.
- 13:23Let's see how it goes. You know, it's the Jewish
- 13:26community, so who really cares? Oh, but make sure now that
- 13:30something's gone wrong, make sure we can buy back guns from
- 13:34those people that probably shouldn't have been in the
- 13:36country anyway. How the heck did they get guns?
- 13:38But we got to make sure we buy back the guns off all the
- 13:41farmers who needed to shoot Kangaroos and wild pigs and that
- 13:45make sure, make sure you buy back your guns.
- 13:49What a crock of rubbish. Let me know what you think.
- 13:52I'm Jay Fallon. This is just, it's despicable.
- 13:55It's disgusting. Anthony Albanese should be
- 13:59ashamed of himself. The NSW police should be holding
- 14:04several people accountable for failing the Jewish community.
- 14:08There is definitely things preventative measures that could
- 14:12have been put into place but someone if not a group of people
- 14:18dropped the ball. But the government doesn't want
- 14:21them to be held accountable. All the government cares about
- 14:24is take the guns of people, of responsible people.
- 14:28Let me know what you reckon. What do you think?
- 14:33I'm Jay Fallon. Thanks for listening to the
- 14:35slippery slope. They just.
- 14:37Feel the desire they will take me higher.
- 14:40I'm on fire because nothing's gonna bring me down.
- 14:55Nothing's going to stop me now and no one needs to be done.
- 15:02And nothing's going to stop me now and nothing's going to hold
- 15:09me down. Got my eye on the eyes, got my
- 15:11style it seems no sight. Nothing's going to brings me
- 15:16down. Nothing 's going to stop me now,
- 15:26my soul just to focus on the girl, and nothing's going to
- 15:33stop me now and nothing's going to hold me down.
- 15:37I got my eye and the pride's going to sit it on without some
- 15:42views.
