- 6:54[SPEAKER_10]: I'm Jeff Graham, this is the hotline here on AM-1240, W-E-G-N, sorry for that little misqueue.
- 7:01[SPEAKER_10]: But one forgets things.
- 7:03[SPEAKER_10]: Kind of a nut bland day outside.
- 7:06[SPEAKER_10]: It'll sleep a few minutes ago.
- 7:08[SPEAKER_10]: And temperatures are going to be around 40, not great weather, but typical March weather, I guess, should have to say for this time of year.

- 7:22[SPEAKER_10]: A woman who heals the sick, comforts the afflicted, the Florence nightingale of water town.

- 7:30[SPEAKER_10]: That's why Millie Smith, beloved by many, just liked by City Hall at the moment, but oh yeah.
- 7:38[SPEAKER_10]: I don't know.
- 7:38[SPEAKER_10]: So how are you doing, ma'am?
- 7:40[SPEAKER_22]: Good.
- 7:41[SPEAKER_10]: Good.
- 7:41[SPEAKER_22]: It's moving along.
- 7:43[SPEAKER_10]: Good.
- 7:44[SPEAKER_10]: Well, I know you want to talk about the school board.
- 7:46[SPEAKER_10]: We'll get to that too, but I'm going to see you in court last week.
- 7:51[SPEAKER_22]: Yeah, I was in court.
- 7:53[SPEAKER_22]: I really can't say a lot about it.
- 7:55[SPEAKER_22]: But what I will say is that whatever the DA offered, I did not accept with a lawyer, which is our my lawyer, Todd Doldo, which was a ridiculous offer from them.
- 8:09[SPEAKER_22]: So we move on, continue hearing.
- 8:13[SPEAKER_10]: Your positions, there shouldn't be an offer.
- 8:15[SPEAKER_10]: Yes, they should just drop it with drugs.
- 8:17[SPEAKER_22]: Yes, the charges are there.
- 8:18[SPEAKER_10]: But they can't now, they got their egos on the line.
- 8:21[SPEAKER_22]: Yeah, I mean it absolutely should be dropped.
- 8:24[SPEAKER_10]: So far up to this go, is it?
- 8:26[SPEAKER_10]: Do you know this officer?
- 8:28[SPEAKER_22]: I don't know this office.
- 8:29[SPEAKER_10]: But you know her family.
- 8:30[SPEAKER_22]: I actually don't.
- 8:31[SPEAKER_22]: I know who her mom and dad are, but just because you know who they are.
- 8:36[SPEAKER_22]: But I never had any, I mean, I'm not friends with them.
- 8:39[SPEAKER_22]: I don't know.
- 8:40[SPEAKER_22]: Actually, I never even, I didn't even, when she came to my door to serve me, I had no idea it was her that was at the restaurant.
- 8:50[SPEAKER_22]: Right.
- 8:51[SPEAKER_22]: Because I was so focused on the patient, I didn't remember any of the officers that were there.
- 8:55[SPEAKER_22]: That wasn't my, you know, I wasn't paying attention.
- 8:57[SPEAKER_22]: And then after she laughed, and then when I watched the video, the footage from Pete's, I was like, oh my gosh, that was her.
- 9:06[SPEAKER_10]: Is that the video you're going to show me today?
- 9:08[SPEAKER_22]: No, you're not going to see anything.
- 9:09[SPEAKER_22]: Why not?
- 9:10[SPEAKER_22]: Because it's not going to be released yet.
- 9:12[SPEAKER_22]: There's no, there's no, there's no.
- 9:14[SPEAKER_10]: What about the city's video?
- 9:15[SPEAKER_10]: They have.
- 9:15[SPEAKER_22]: All I can tell you is what was said in court.
- 9:18[SPEAKER_22]: It has been requested, the body cam has been requested, and it hasn't been released yet.
- 9:23[SPEAKER_10]: By your attorney.
- 9:23[SPEAKER_22]: By my attorney.
- 9:25[SPEAKER_22]: why not how can you how can you even try a case without the evidence i mean he made that point at in court no i i i don't know i haven't seen it he hasn't seen it i don't i i have no idea what's going on that but you've seen the security video from the restaurant absolutely i have what's it show it shows exactly what happened well i mean counts of insurance that he saw it
- 9:46[SPEAKER_22]: That counts to me.
- 9:48[SPEAKER_10]: Yeah.
- 9:48[SPEAKER_22]: Oh, I didn't know that.
- 9:49[SPEAKER_22]: Okay.
- 9:49[SPEAKER_10]: So if you've seen it, why can't I?
- 9:53[SPEAKER_22]: Yeah.
- 9:53[SPEAKER_22]: Why can't you?
- 9:54[SPEAKER_22]: Aren't you friends?
- 9:56[SPEAKER_10]: Well, I am, but I don't like to impose on the friendship.
- 9:58[SPEAKER_22]: Yeah.
- 9:58[SPEAKER_22]: And I think that's a very good rule to follow.
- 10:00[SPEAKER_22]: I didn't know that Ben's side, but the video shows is a 24 minute video footage of exactly what transpired from the moment that I was eating dinner.
- 10:12[SPEAKER_22]: to the moment, the patient was put in your head.
- 10:16[SPEAKER_10]: So you were sitting at a table at pizza?
- 10:18[SPEAKER_22]: Yep.
- 10:19[SPEAKER_10]: With your kids, right?
- 10:21[SPEAKER_22]: I went on, it was a Sunday night.
- 10:22[SPEAKER_22]: We went off for a quiet dinner.
- 10:24[SPEAKER_22]: My son, my grandchildren, my daughter-in-law.
- 10:26[SPEAKER_10]: OK. And how did you realize there was something a miss?
- 10:33[SPEAKER_22]: I was just sitting there and I looked over and I saw these two couple sitting there having dinner.
- 10:37[SPEAKER_22]: They were pretty close to me.
- 10:39[SPEAKER_22]: And then I saw the guy coughing and I said to my son, I think he's choking and he said, are you sure?
- 10:46[SPEAKER_22]: And I'm like, it was only like less than a minute.
- 10:49[SPEAKER_22]: And then I realized that he, because he started to stand up.
- 10:52[SPEAKER_22]: So I just walked up to the table and I offered, I said, I'm a P.A.
- 10:57[SPEAKER_22]: I said, I think you're choking.
- 10:58[SPEAKER_22]: And he got up.
- 11:02[SPEAKER_10]: Now, what about who called 911?
- 11:05[SPEAKER_22]: We did.
- 11:05[SPEAKER_22]: So when I started to do the Heinleck, I immediately knew this guy was going to fail.
- 11:11[SPEAKER_22]: I knew it.
- 11:12[SPEAKER_22]: And so I screamed to the, I screamed to my son.
- 11:17[SPEAKER_22]: I said, Carl's have someone called 911 right now and they all heard it.
- 11:21[SPEAKER_22]: And it was five minutes and 22 seconds before they arrived.
- 11:24[SPEAKER_22]: Okay, so who arrived, there were police, fire, ambulance, so it's all the usual people like when you call 911, they dispatch the fire department, the police department, to be quite honest with you, I wasn't really paying attention, I was really focused on the patient, but those are the normal people that arrive.
- 11:43[SPEAKER_22]: okay so the pay and there were other patrons who tried to help there was a lot of people there you know there was a military there was a military police group of military police and we're in the in the private room in the back there were patrons in the front at the bar and they everyone tried to help okay but the hymn like maneuver didn't work no it didn't okay so what was the condition of this patient at that point
- 12:11[SPEAKER_22]: so he collapsed and he stopped breathing and so thank God EMS was there at the time and we started you know everyone was so EMS so the way that the piece of food particle was removed is the paramedic who was there.
- 12:32[SPEAKER_18]: God's skillful.
- 12:33[SPEAKER_22]: I don't know, I guess, the city, they put in a larynx scope with a camera at the end of it.
- 12:43[SPEAKER_22]: And he, because when he came in, he said, what's going on with the patient, I'm like, he's got a piece of meat and it's throat, like we've done the hymn like it's not working.
- 12:50[SPEAKER_22]: So then the guy was on the floor, the patient was on the floor at the point.
- 12:53[SPEAKER_22]: And so they put the larynx scope in with the camera and he took like an 18 inch probe.
- 12:59[SPEAKER_22]: and he guided it into his throat and he pulled out a piece of meat that was the size of your palm.
- 13:05[SPEAKER_22]: It was huge.
- 13:06[SPEAKER_22]: And I think the reason why it was huge is because
- 13:09[SPEAKER_22]: he had been chewing on it for a while and you know when you master it and then you you know introduced the saliva the the particle the meat particle just gets larger and larger and so it was pretty large and as soon as he pulled it out you know we were he I say we I was watching I was standing there just making sure everything was going right and we were able to
- 13:39[SPEAKER_10]: You got him breathing.
- 13:40[SPEAKER_22]: Oh, yeah.
- 13:41[SPEAKER_22]: We got him breathing.
- 13:42[SPEAKER_10]: Santa, CPR.
- 13:43[SPEAKER_22]: CPR, chest compressions.
- 13:45[SPEAKER_22]: He had an AD placed.
- 13:48[SPEAKER_22]: It was a really, this is the part that really upsets me.
- 13:54[SPEAKER_22]: It was a concerted effort by everyone there to save this guy's life.
- 13:58[SPEAKER_22]: He's 75 years old.
- 14:01[SPEAKER_22]: he gets to live longer and enjoy his family.
- 14:04[SPEAKER_22]: It was a great outcome.
- 14:06[SPEAKER_25]: Right.
- 14:07[SPEAKER_22]: And it turned into this horrible, ridiculous thing.
- 14:12[SPEAKER_10]: Hmm.
- 14:13[SPEAKER_10]: Well, I just did.
- 14:14[SPEAKER_10]: You would think that it'd be, I figured it'd be like a ceremony or something and everybody would get a certificate or something, but save in a life.
- 14:22[SPEAKER_22]: You know, and I've had a few people say that to me.
- 14:26[SPEAKER_22]: you know it is sad it's sad that all of these groups of people came together city police myself i was just a regular patron i went out for a quiet Sunday night dinner i didn't expect to save someone's life and i didn't expect to be served three weeks later with harassment charges ridiculous so the fire
- 14:47[SPEAKER_22]: the police, EMS, myself, the freight patrons that were there that helped, this should have all been recognized by City Hall.
- 14:56[SPEAKER_22]: Everyone should have been commended for saving a man's life, but it turned into a fiasco and it turned into something that it should not have turned into.
- 15:05[SPEAKER_22]: And so really what happens now is no one's going to want to help anybody.
- 15:09[SPEAKER_22]: that's that's where we hurt as a community because now is something happens no one's going to want to help what about this officer who says you pushed her shoved her she can say whatever she wants and i'm not going to comment on that the video will speak for itself um i'm definitely not commenting on that you didn't take the adjournment and contemplation of dismissal
- 15:35[SPEAKER_22]: I'm not doing that exactly.
- 15:37[SPEAKER_10]: And in part it would limit your civil life, civil prospects in the future if you ever decided to seek relief in civil court.
- 15:45[SPEAKER_22]: Well, worse than that, I'm a licensed medical professional, that can affect my license.
- 15:52[SPEAKER_22]: I'm not going to take guilt for something that I didn't do.
- 15:55[SPEAKER_10]: They claim that you identified yourself as a physician.
- 15:58[SPEAKER_22]: Yeah, so what?
- 16:00[SPEAKER_10]: You're right.
- 16:01[SPEAKER_22]: And it wasn't physician.
- 16:02[SPEAKER_22]: I said, I'm a doctor.
- 16:03[SPEAKER_22]: That's exactly right because you wanted to know why that's the first and they came out of my mouth.
- 16:08[SPEAKER_22]: And most people don't know the difference.
- 16:09[SPEAKER_22]: And I functioned at that capacity and I was definitely the highest level practitioner at that situation.
- 16:15[SPEAKER_22]: So if they want to make a big stink about me saying that I'm a doctor physician, it's easier to say that.
- 16:20[SPEAKER_10]: And to say, I'm a medical professional, whatever.
- 16:22[SPEAKER_22]: It's stupid.
- 16:23[SPEAKER_22]: Like, as far as I'm concerned, I don't even care.
- 16:26[SPEAKER_10]: Yeah, exactly.
- 16:29[SPEAKER_10]: Well, that's interesting.
- 16:31[SPEAKER_10]: Now, did you have any words with this officer at the time?
- 16:34[SPEAKER_22]: Nothing.
- 16:35[SPEAKER_22]: I was focused solely on the patient.
- 16:38[SPEAKER_22]: I wanted to make sure that he was alive.
- 16:40[SPEAKER_10]: Well, how did she get involved?
- 16:42[SPEAKER_22]: She was just an officer that arrived.
- 16:45[SPEAKER_10]: But she had some kind of training herself.
- 16:48[SPEAKER_22]: I have no idea what her background or what her credentials are.
- 16:52[SPEAKER_22]: I really don't, and I'm not going to comment on that.
- 16:55[SPEAKER_22]: All I can speak for is what I helped, and all for me, the most important thing, and I think everyone agrees on this.
- 17:04[SPEAKER_22]: We saved together collectively.
- 17:07[SPEAKER_22]: We saved a 75-year-old man's life, and he's enjoying his family for more years to come.
- 17:16[SPEAKER_22]: And that is the best outcome that anybody, because I'm telling you right now, no one can survive more than seven minutes without oxygen.
- 17:24[SPEAKER_10]: Okay.
- 17:25[SPEAKER_10]: Now, so he was turning blue and all that.
- 17:27[SPEAKER_22]: He stopped breathing.
- 17:29[SPEAKER_10]: Okay.
- 17:30[SPEAKER_10]: And after they got this meat out of him, and he was breathing, he was taken to the hospital.
- 17:37[SPEAKER_22]: Yeah, that's the normal course.
- 17:38[SPEAKER_22]: Yeah, he was put on a board and he was transferred to the hospital.
- 17:41[SPEAKER_10]: And what they do?
- 17:42[SPEAKER_22]: Well, he was in the hospital for a couple of days.
- 17:46[SPEAKER_22]: and then he got to go home and I followed up on that.
- 17:49[SPEAKER_22]: Now he was intubated at the hospital or I believe he went to the ICU for two days.
- 17:53[SPEAKER_10]: Okay.
- 17:55[SPEAKER_10]: All right.
- 17:55[SPEAKER_10]: And you've talked to this gentleman since then.
- 17:59[SPEAKER_22]: I did.
- 17:59[SPEAKER_22]: Okay.
- 18:00[SPEAKER_22]: I have and he's doing fine.
- 18:01[SPEAKER_10]: What do you think of you?
- 18:03[SPEAKER_22]: He actually has no recollection of what happened.
- 18:08[SPEAKER_10]: Ever had something like this happened before.
- 18:11[SPEAKER_22]: Um, yeah, I did when I went to Ukraine and I did that volunteer mission work.
- 18:18[SPEAKER_22]: Um, I had an 85-year-old, uh, Ukrainian woman who came into the clinic that I was running and she went into cardiac arrest right in front of us.
- 18:27[SPEAKER_10]: Okay, saved her, too.
- 18:28[SPEAKER_22]: Save her, too.
- 18:29[SPEAKER_10]: Okay.
- 18:30[SPEAKER_10]: Well, so the night that the officers came to your house over two officers, right?
- 18:37[SPEAKER_10]: What did they say to you?
- 18:40[SPEAKER_22]: Yeah, I'm not going to comment on that either because that all needs to come out, you know, whenever it's ready, the information, all I can tell you about is that because there was nothing sad or done at the time of the incident and you were sighted two or three weeks later.
- 18:55[SPEAKER_10]: It's something happened in between to amplify this case in some way.
- 19:01[SPEAKER_10]: In other words, whether interveners in the police department hire up or
- 19:11[SPEAKER_10]: I'm not saving you, but do you think someone higher up, I mean, I assume before you go and cite a known figure like you in that situation, you would consult with a senior officer or the police chief, and they would say, well, you know, the chooses and worth the squeeze, let me call Mrs. Smith, I'll talk to her and blah, blah, blah.
- 19:36[SPEAKER_10]: sensible solution but did anybody further up the chain to the captain the chief city manager did any of them you think any of them were involved to my knowledge i don't know any of that all i can say is that i
- 19:52[SPEAKER_22]: participated in saving a man's life.
- 19:54[SPEAKER_22]: And three weeks later, I was served with a second degree harassment charge for shoving a police officer.
- 20:00[SPEAKER_22]: Those were the charges filed against me.
- 20:03[SPEAKER_22]: I have no idea who was involved.
- 20:04[SPEAKER_22]: I don't know the IR key of power.
- 20:07[SPEAKER_22]: But clearly, I mean, you don't have to be a rocket scientist to figure out that something transpired in that time frame.
- 20:14[SPEAKER_10]: And I don't know what you're trying to approach.
- 20:16[SPEAKER_10]: I mean, obviously, you speak out to school board.
- 20:19[SPEAKER_10]: Yep.
- 20:22[SPEAKER_10]: you in the former mayor where I was in the news for something uh... people who there are people who don't like you yeah and that's fine and uh... you know who they are uh... just people who don't like me believe it absolutely are to believe them so you think one of them got involved and said or in other words
- 20:43[SPEAKER_10]: Somehow, if this officer didn't feel action was required that night, it's like if they pull you over speeding, you're speeding ticket, they don't wait two weeks.
- 20:52[SPEAKER_04]: Right.
- 20:53[SPEAKER_10]: So if that happened, do you think someone got to her and kind of, you know, fucked her up as far as her sentiments on this and got her to do it?
- 21:01[SPEAKER_22]: We can all speculate on what transpired, but I really honestly don't know.
- 21:08[SPEAKER_22]: I don't know what transpired.
- 21:10[SPEAKER_22]: I don't know anything of the sword and you know the bottom line is that the charges need to be dropped.
- 21:17[SPEAKER_22]: I didn't do anything wrong.
- 21:19[SPEAKER_10]: Okay.
- 21:19[SPEAKER_10]: What did that was the new judge Kimberly Wood?
- 21:23[SPEAKER_22]: Yes.
- 21:24[SPEAKER_10]: She's the one hearing your case.
- 21:26[SPEAKER_22]: Yes, she was that day.
- 21:27[SPEAKER_22]: All right, she's sweet.
- 21:28[SPEAKER_10]: Wonderful person.
- 21:29[SPEAKER_22]: She's sweet.
- 21:30[SPEAKER_10]: I don't know her at all, but yeah.
- 21:38[SPEAKER_22]: I don't, to my knowledge, nothing was denied.
- 21:43[SPEAKER_22]: My lawyer requested it, and it's a city manager denied it.
- 21:47[SPEAKER_22]: I don't know.
- 21:47[SPEAKER_22]: I don't know that.
- 21:50[SPEAKER_10]: All right.
- 21:51[SPEAKER_10]: The assistant to the city manager is the F.O.I.
- 21:53[SPEAKER_10]: Officer for the city.
- 21:54[SPEAKER_10]: So she denied it.
- 21:55[SPEAKER_22]: I don't know that, Jeff.
- 21:57[SPEAKER_22]: I'm being honest with you.
- 21:58[SPEAKER_22]: I don't know.
- 21:59[SPEAKER_22]: All I know is that at the court hearing last week, my attorney said that he had requested the body cam and had not been released yet.
- 22:09[SPEAKER_22]: That's all I know.
- 22:10[SPEAKER_22]: So what?
- 22:13[SPEAKER_10]: They said this was a violation, not a misdemeanor.
- 22:16[SPEAKER_10]: So does it go to a trial like with witnesses and testimony or
- 22:21[SPEAKER_10]: certainly not a jury trial.
- 22:22[SPEAKER_22]: I have no idea how that process works, but I'm not going to settle for anything other than dropping the charges.
- 22:29[SPEAKER_10]: Okay.
- 22:30[SPEAKER_10]: And any action you would plan for after that?
- 22:32[SPEAKER_10]: I mean, in this case, it's not just a mistake or, you know, fuzzy
- 22:40[SPEAKER_22]: Yeah, I mean, I think everyone knows that I just take things one step at a time.
- 22:45[SPEAKER_22]: I have a lot on my plate, and I just have to wait until see you all in an operate that clinic on Washington Street.
- 22:52[SPEAKER_22]: Yep.
- 22:53[SPEAKER_10]: When are you going to get the fan off the roof?
- 22:55[SPEAKER_22]: Oh, interesting, probably end of April.
- 22:58[SPEAKER_22]: We've got to get a new roof put on there, and that is coming down.
- 23:02[SPEAKER_10]: It's coming down.
- 23:02[SPEAKER_10]: Solar panels, too.
- 23:04[SPEAKER_22]: The solar panels, no.
- 23:05[SPEAKER_22]: They're not going to come down.
- 23:06[SPEAKER_22]: We need new inverters.
- 23:07[SPEAKER_22]: They inverters on them need to be replaced, but we're not going to get rid of the solar panels.
- 23:12[SPEAKER_22]: Yeah.
- 23:13[SPEAKER_10]: Maybe we can donate the Earth.
- 23:14[SPEAKER_22]: The turbine is definitely on.
- 23:16[SPEAKER_10]: That could go to the historical society.
- 23:17[SPEAKER_22]: It could.
- 23:19[SPEAKER_10]: Good idea that didn't work.
- 23:22[SPEAKER_10]: That never worked right, didn't it?
- 23:23[SPEAKER_22]: No, it was a Honeywell, like Honeywell created that turbine and there were some mechanical mistaken it and the Honeywell never figured out how to fix it.
- 23:36[SPEAKER_10]: and so we were waiting for a long time to get that fixed and then eventually obviously lucky it didn't fall down the other night at windstorms i know the windstorm was terrible uh... terrible well let's say i appreciate your feeling is in on that and you're not going to show me the video no i'm not allowed yeah cuz i am well maybe i can find people who will it's interesting everything's interesting yeah now
- 24:01[SPEAKER_10]: A person who somebody writes this in, a person who's guilty of harassment in the second degree when they intend to harass a noise or alarm another person.
- 24:10[SPEAKER_10]: He word is a intent.
- 24:11[SPEAKER_22]: Tent.
- 24:12[SPEAKER_22]: Yeah.
- 24:13[SPEAKER_22]: That's exactly according to the penal code.
- 24:15[SPEAKER_22]: That's exactly what said you were in the last minutes.
- 24:18[SPEAKER_10]: Somebody had to make a decision to charge you with that particular stare.
- 24:22[UNKNOWN]: Correct.
- 24:23[SPEAKER_10]: Because if you really shoved, if I went and shoved an officer right now, I could be charged with assault, which would be a misdemeanor or felony.
- 24:31[SPEAKER_22]: Okay.
- 24:32[SPEAKER_10]: This is a violation.
- 24:34[SPEAKER_10]: Pretty, this is the kind of thing you like your kid gets caught, taking a snickers bar, and they let him adjourn it in kind of a place of dismissal as an, and he usually do that, because there's no reputations in the right.
- 24:47[SPEAKER_10]: And you'll learn a lesson.
- 24:48[SPEAKER_10]: But in this case, somebody had to make the decision.
- 24:52[SPEAKER_10]: to do that charge.
- 24:53[SPEAKER_10]: Somebody beyond just an officer with a year on the force.
- 24:59[SPEAKER_10]: Nothing against her and I don't know her.
- 25:00[SPEAKER_10]: I'm sure she's wondering if that's what I don't know her either.
- 25:04[SPEAKER_10]: But I wonder who that person was who made that decision.
- 25:10[SPEAKER_22]: I mean, I know that when I was served the first thing I did was look up what the penal code was on that and it said intent and that's really what upset me and intent.
- 25:19[SPEAKER_22]: I didn't intend to.
- 25:20[SPEAKER_22]: My intent was to save a patient like a life that was my intent.
- 25:24[SPEAKER_22]: No intent to hurt anybody.
- 25:26[SPEAKER_10]: Now after the patient left was there any interaction between all the part?
- 25:31[SPEAKER_22]: No, not at all.
- 25:32[SPEAKER_22]: Everyone left at the same time.
- 25:34[SPEAKER_10]: Did you go back and have your dinner?
- 25:35[SPEAKER_22]: Well, I we got back to the table and the wait
- 25:40[SPEAKER_22]: We've kept your food warm, but my grandchildren were there and they were crying.
- 25:43[SPEAKER_22]: My grandchildren are traumatized.
- 25:45[SPEAKER_22]: They were totally traumatized.
- 25:47[SPEAKER_22]: I mean, they're little.
- 25:48[SPEAKER_22]: And so we just said, no, just pack up the food, let's take it.
- 25:51[SPEAKER_22]: So we didn't even eat.
- 25:52[SPEAKER_22]: We just left with the food.
- 25:54[SPEAKER_10]: Oh, okay.
- 25:55[SPEAKER_10]: What were you eating that night?
- 25:57[SPEAKER_22]: My favorite dish at pizza is the eggplant parmesan.
- 26:00[SPEAKER_22]: Parmesan.
- 26:01[SPEAKER_10]: Okay.
- 26:02[SPEAKER_22]: I love that dish.
- 26:03[SPEAKER_10]: And your recommendation on
- 26:06[SPEAKER_22]: eating food is got it in small pieces you know almost anything can cause choking like it's just a haphazard thing um so it you know it can just happen to anybody yeah i i was honestly i'm just glad that i was there because nobody else was there i was the only medical provider there so if you hadn't
- 26:34[SPEAKER_10]: And this guy's kept choking or something.
- 26:36[SPEAKER_10]: And finally somebody called, you think he'd be dead now.
- 26:40[SPEAKER_22]: I think there's high probability.
- 26:41[SPEAKER_10]: Negative outcome.
- 26:42[SPEAKER_22]: Yeah, I don't know.
- 26:44[SPEAKER_22]: Like if anybody else knew how to do the Heinleck, I know that the patient was a pretty bigger person than me, so I did it for as long as I could.
- 26:55[SPEAKER_22]: And then I had somebody else.
- 26:56[SPEAKER_22]: I mean, there was like a few people did it.
- 26:57[SPEAKER_10]: They were trying to use the advertised on TV.
- 26:59[SPEAKER_10]: There's suck food.
- 27:00[SPEAKER_22]: Yep, we use that too, and it didn't work.
- 27:02[SPEAKER_22]: didn't work.
- 27:03[SPEAKER_22]: We had my peach restaurant has one of those.
- 27:05[SPEAKER_22]: I actually never saw one of them, but we use that.
- 27:07[SPEAKER_10]: So they had to use for lack of a better term for steps.
- 27:11[SPEAKER_22]: Oh, yeah.
- 27:12[SPEAKER_22]: Yeah.
- 27:12[SPEAKER_22]: They yeah.
- 27:13[SPEAKER_22]: No, they had.
- 27:14[SPEAKER_10]: How long was that?
- 27:15[SPEAKER_22]: The four steps were like about 18 inches.
- 27:17[SPEAKER_22]: I would say.
- 27:17[SPEAKER_22]: So he used the ringescope and he went in there and he could see he could see the foreign body.
- 27:23[SPEAKER_22]: So then he just he was very good.
- 27:26[SPEAKER_22]: He didn't very quickly.
- 27:27[SPEAKER_22]: I mean, it was pretty good what he did.
- 27:29[SPEAKER_22]: And as soon as he took
- 27:32[SPEAKER_10]: So he should get an award.
- 27:34[SPEAKER_22]: One, you know.
- 27:35[SPEAKER_10]: Pan on the back.
- 27:36[SPEAKER_22]: Well, you know, here's the thing, like EMS does this every day.
- 27:40[SPEAKER_22]: You know, they save a lot of people's lives.
- 27:42[SPEAKER_22]: I mean, they're the first ones.
- 27:43[SPEAKER_10]: This was a not a uniform police or fireman.
- 27:46[SPEAKER_10]: It was like an ambulance guy.
- 27:48[SPEAKER_22]: Yeah, the, the paramedic who actually removed the foreign body.
- 27:52[SPEAKER_22]: Yeah, that was an EMS guy who did it.
- 27:54[SPEAKER_22]: You have to be skilled for that.
- 27:56[SPEAKER_22]: You can't, I, I, I couldn't even do that.
- 28:00[SPEAKER_22]: Not in that setting, I wouldn't have been able to do something like that.
- 28:02[SPEAKER_10]: Shaker.
- 28:03[SPEAKER_22]: Yeah, you know, it's, and that's the other thing, like, you know, you're involved in a situation like that.
- 28:09[SPEAKER_22]: There's a lot of adrenaline, you know, the family that was with him is upset.
- 28:14[SPEAKER_22]: Everyone's upset, and it's a high, high, you know, energy situation.
- 28:20[SPEAKER_10]: and to be accused of trying to hurt somebody intentionally is is just ludicrous it's ludicrous yeah no i'm seems that way to me but somewhere through some means i'll have to look at that video yeah you'll you'll you'll eventually it's all going to be just calling you know given that this has become a little bit of issue in the community i would call on the city manager to release it because um what happened happened
- 28:50[SPEAKER_22]: Well, I think, you know, I think one of the reasons why it hasn't been released yet, too, is everything still under investigation.
- 28:57[SPEAKER_22]: No, it isn't.
- 28:57[SPEAKER_22]: I mean, they charge you already.
- 28:59[SPEAKER_22]: No, but it's not over.
- 29:00[SPEAKER_22]: I didn't take the plea.
- 29:01[SPEAKER_22]: So it's not over.
- 29:03[SPEAKER_22]: That's why I can't say some things because it is not over.
- 29:07[SPEAKER_10]: So they could charge you with something more serious.
- 29:08[SPEAKER_22]: I have no idea what they can do.
- 29:10[SPEAKER_22]: All I'm saying is that it's not over.
- 29:13[SPEAKER_22]: Okay.
- 29:13[SPEAKER_22]: So it is currently still under investigation because there's no definitive outcome.
- 29:21[SPEAKER_10]: And when the officer came to your porch, you addressed your eyes.
- 29:25[SPEAKER_22]: Millie.
- 29:27[SPEAKER_10]: Not Mrs. Smith.
- 29:28[SPEAKER_22]: Nope.
- 29:28[SPEAKER_22]: Hi, Millie.
- 29:30[SPEAKER_10]: And you never met her before.
- 29:32[SPEAKER_22]: Nope.
- 29:33[SPEAKER_22]: I have no idea.
- 29:36[SPEAKER_10]: OK. Well, well, I'll come back with more from the Florence night.
- 29:40[SPEAKER_10]: Do you know who Florence nightingale is?
- 29:42[SPEAKER_22]: Yes, I'd look her up.
- 29:43[SPEAKER_10]: Oh, OK.
- 29:45[SPEAKER_10]: They don't have that in Peru right now.
- 29:46[SPEAKER_10]: They must have a similar person.
- 29:47[SPEAKER_22]: They must have a similar person.

- 33:12[SPEAKER_10]: We're back with a military smearth there.
- 33:13[SPEAKER_10]: We got a call, and let's take it.
- 33:16[SPEAKER_10]: Good afternoon, Ron, the air.
- 33:19[SPEAKER_09]: He had a question for Millie.
- 33:20[SPEAKER_09]: I was wondering what she thought about the picture that Matthew Merritt took over the end of the fund the mayor's blog.
- 33:26[SPEAKER_10]: Okay, I'll add, well, somebody took a picture of you walking on a court.
- 33:30[SPEAKER_22]: Oh, yeah.
- 33:31[SPEAKER_22]: I was in shock.
- 33:33[SPEAKER_22]: Someone sent it to me as soon as I walked.
- 33:35[SPEAKER_22]: I have no idea.
- 33:36[SPEAKER_22]: I mean, I thought it was funny that somebody's taking a picture of me, but I don't know who the guy is.
- 33:43[SPEAKER_22]: I don't know anything about it.
- 33:44[SPEAKER_10]: Yeah.
- 33:45[SPEAKER_10]: That's a non-story.
- 33:46[SPEAKER_10]: I mean, you're out in public.
- 33:48[SPEAKER_22]: Yeah, I mean, I don't know.
- 33:49[SPEAKER_10]: Are you wearing sweatpants?
- 33:51[SPEAKER_22]: No.
- 33:52[SPEAKER_10]: Okay.
- 33:52[SPEAKER_22]: No, actually my pants were from Paris, and actually really chic.
- 33:57[SPEAKER_10]: I wouldn't expect anything else.
- 34:00[SPEAKER_10]: Okay.
- 34:02[SPEAKER_10]: No other calls.
- 34:03[SPEAKER_10]: Let's talk about you wanted to talk a little about the school board who you don't like.
- 34:06[SPEAKER_10]: You're running for school boarder.
- 34:07[SPEAKER_22]: I am.
- 34:08[SPEAKER_22]: So I took a year off.
- 34:10[SPEAKER_10]: Did you bring your petition down?
- 34:12[SPEAKER_22]: Yeah, I have my petition.
- 34:13[SPEAKER_22]: I'll give it to you.
- 34:14[SPEAKER_10]: Sure, I sign it.
- 34:14[SPEAKER_22]: Yep, I will.
- 34:16[SPEAKER_22]: You know, I took a year off and it has just been nothing but a disaster over the last year.
- 34:23[SPEAKER_10]: I got a bunch of things.
- 34:25[SPEAKER_22]: Oh, you're the best.
- 34:26[SPEAKER_22]: I'm going to get some more.
- 34:28[SPEAKER_22]: I've gone through all of the minutes from the last year that I was off the board and I did some math and really in the last year we've had a 146 resignations and the year started off with the principle over at Ohio that was hired for exactly four full days and then was fired.
- 34:49[SPEAKER_22]: because her background check failed.
- 34:52[SPEAKER_22]: And then we had a bunch of teachers, made June and July, you know, over almost 40 teachers that just resigned, including a print.
- 35:03[SPEAKER_10]: Well, how can they sustain those guy to losses?
- 35:06[SPEAKER_22]: Well, some of these, so some of these teachers like resigned from one position and go to another, but at the end of the day, we're at a negative loss anyway.
- 35:16[SPEAKER_22]: So there's no extra interviews being done because people have told me that they've left to school district that's supposed to be part of policy.
- 35:23[SPEAKER_22]: You have an exit interview.
- 35:25[SPEAKER_22]: And in the meantime, this board, irresponsibly, gives the superintendent an $8,000 raise.
- 35:33[SPEAKER_10]: That's ridiculous.
- 35:35[SPEAKER_22]: We have classroom teachers who don't have supplies.
- 35:39[SPEAKER_22]: We don't have, we have constantly.
- 35:42[SPEAKER_22]: Teachers are complaining that they don't have, they're being told that they have to make sure that they copy, when they're making a copy, it's got to be on both sides to save paper.
- 35:53[SPEAKER_22]: People, teachers complaining all the time about space, you know, Sherman, the infrastructure and Sherman is terrible.
- 36:01[SPEAKER_22]: Yes, it's part of the Capital Improvement Project, but there's water in classrooms and physical therapists are doing therapy and children.
- 36:08[SPEAKER_10]: Does he still have the car or the other?
- 36:09[SPEAKER_22]: Yeah, that's another thing.
- 36:11[SPEAKER_22]: Like, we don't have...
- 36:14[SPEAKER_22]: You know, we don't have room in our buildings, and we don't have supplies for our teachers.
- 36:19[SPEAKER_22]: They have to spend money out of the pack, but he has an $85,000 luxury SUV with these fancy decals, so he can drive it three miles down the road to both seas.
- 36:29[SPEAKER_22]: meeting.
- 36:30[SPEAKER_22]: That's ridiculous.
- 36:30[SPEAKER_22]: We have vans that are sitting there that were invested, and they're still calling for student to transport kids.
- 36:37[SPEAKER_22]: The whole premise of getting vans was to transport kids.
- 36:41[SPEAKER_22]: We're still paying for a student to transport kids in the middle of the day.
- 36:44[SPEAKER_10]: Wow.
- 36:46[SPEAKER_10]: So, what about, uh, are you, uh, there's been a, since we last talked, there's been a lot of, uh, superintendents and others around the state, speaking out against this electric bus thing.
- 36:59[SPEAKER_22]: Um, listen, when that.
- 37:02[SPEAKER_22]: mandate came out it was heavily discussed and the reality is is that I don't think any school district can absorb the cost and the timeline that's being imposed by the state and for years even when I was on the board we've been hearing that they're going to do away with this they're going to do away with this mark walls that has been instrumental in working with school boards and this you know mandate to have electric vehicles I don't know but I can tell you this much
- 37:31[SPEAKER_22]: The superintendent, our superintendent thinks that this is going to be resolved through first student because we contract out to first students.
- 37:39[SPEAKER_22]: So first students are the ones who are going to be obliged to supply us with electric vehicles.
- 37:44[SPEAKER_22]: They can't afford that.
- 37:45[SPEAKER_22]: Because you know what they're going to do?
- 37:46[SPEAKER_22]: They're going to pass the cost on to the taxpayer.
- 37:48[SPEAKER_10]: Right.
- 37:49[SPEAKER_10]: Because these vehicles are like twice as much or more, plus the other maintenance and operational issues they have.
- 37:55[SPEAKER_22]: And do we have the electrical power to supply?
- 37:58[SPEAKER_22]: I don't know what they say uh... we don't exactly creates charging us like crazy now and right now the grid is outrageous people can't support school district after pay for electricity oh yeah at the last board meeting the uh... financial person announced that they had a advance pay a hundred and thirty thousand dollars for their national grid that that's a hefty sum of money
- 38:23[SPEAKER_22]: So I just think that, you know, what's going on with our district, there's so much neglect.
- 38:30[SPEAKER_22]: Here's another thing is the UPK program has yet to be resolved.
- 38:35[SPEAKER_22]: universal pre-K program you know and he is invested he took classrooms away from the CBOs they have asked for an increment in pay that hasn't happened yet but yet he's got a program at the Ohio Street School that he pays little looks which is an
- 39:03[SPEAKER_22]: You want to know why he got a raise because Larry strategically lopsided the majority on that board.
- 39:12[SPEAKER_22]: He de-seated Jason Harrington and Randy Richardson at the beginning of the year.
- 39:18[SPEAKER_22]: He put in their John Cain and Cully Gosher and they have a lopsided minority.
- 39:23[SPEAKER_22]: They drove out Lori Comvers.
- 39:26[SPEAKER_22]: So now he's got your against two.
- 39:30[SPEAKER_22]: And so what's happening here?
- 39:32[SPEAKER_10]: Let me say it's pretty screwed then.
- 39:34[SPEAKER_22]: Well, you can say the word true, but what I say is stop being mad at the offender.
- 39:40[SPEAKER_22]: You now have to be mad at the people who are continue to allow him to offend.
- 39:46[SPEAKER_22]: This board does not do any checking balances.
- 39:50[SPEAKER_22]: It is ridiculous that they put a three minute timer out there and the buzzer is louder than a bullhorn.
- 39:55[SPEAKER_10]: They wouldn't let you speak the other way.
- 39:57[SPEAKER_22]: they I sent an email to the board president I said I've taken the time to get all this data and it's going to take me six minutes and he said no I said fine then I'm not going to have to give my thoughts I'll I'll go on other platforms and I'll have people listen to what I have to say.
- 40:12[SPEAKER_10]: Some more people will hear it here or the other.
- 40:14[SPEAKER_22]: 100% but like it's not like they have a line of people waiting to talk.
- 40:18[SPEAKER_22]: Nobody goes to the school board meetings.
- 40:20[SPEAKER_22]: No, I wouldn't.
- 40:21[SPEAKER_22]: You've got a school board member that's new on the board for a year.
- 40:24[SPEAKER_22]: Her entire platform is open up communication between the school board and the community.
- 40:30[SPEAKER_22]: It's failed miserably.
- 40:32[SPEAKER_22]: You're now putting time restrictions.
- 40:34[SPEAKER_10]: How many seats are up this spring?
- 40:36[SPEAKER_22]: Three.
- 40:37[SPEAKER_10]: Okay.
- 40:38[SPEAKER_10]: And you're running.
- 40:39[SPEAKER_22]: Absolutely because we need to overturn the majority on that board.
- 40:43[SPEAKER_10]: Okay.
- 40:44[SPEAKER_10]: They're going to work against you.
- 40:46[SPEAKER_22]: 100% are going to work against me.
- 40:48[SPEAKER_22]: I'm sure they're rallying up people to run against me.
- 40:51[SPEAKER_22]: But if this community wants to continue to see the failures that is happening with no change on the board, then they can vote those people in.
- 41:00[SPEAKER_22]: Because no, there's no strong voice on that community on that board right now.
- 41:04[SPEAKER_22]: They allow this guy to do whatever he wants.
- 41:07[SPEAKER_22]: And he speaks a lot of mumbo jumbo word salads all the time.
- 41:11[SPEAKER_10]: I had talked to a teacher the other day and I will never
- 41:15[SPEAKER_10]: You remember all the stories circulated about that?
- 41:19[SPEAKER_10]: Did he litter?
- 41:20[SPEAKER_22]: Yes.
- 41:21[SPEAKER_10]: He says it's not now, but it was true that there were litter boxes.
- 41:27[SPEAKER_22]: That was, I think, it started when Patty LeBar was a superintendent there.
- 41:32[SPEAKER_10]: Okay.
- 41:32[SPEAKER_22]: So that was a while ago, way.
- 41:34[SPEAKER_10]: So because every time I brought it up, I get these people saying, Oh, you're just making that up.
- 41:38[SPEAKER_10]: But I'm not.
- 41:39[SPEAKER_10]: No.
- 41:39[SPEAKER_22]: No, you're not making it up.
- 41:40[SPEAKER_22]: In fact, Laoville had a huge problem with that.
- 41:43[SPEAKER_22]: They had real issues.
- 41:45[SPEAKER_22]: They were literally putting in litter boxes in the bathrooms.
- 41:50[SPEAKER_10]: That's not for a sanitary either.
- 41:51[SPEAKER_22]: No, I mean it's ridiculous, like, come on.
- 41:54[SPEAKER_10]: Okay.
- 41:54[SPEAKER_10]: All right.
- 41:55[SPEAKER_10]: Well, we got to do a quick break and we'll be right back.

- 42:36[SPEAKER_01]: That means 60 pantries and programs are still waiting, so we're asking the community to step in, 60 pantries in 60 days.

- 45:16[SPEAKER_10]: I'm going to take this quick call and go ahead you're on your hair.
- 45:23[SPEAKER_10]: Nope, nobody there.
- 45:25[SPEAKER_10]: Okay, we're not going out.
- 45:27[SPEAKER_10]: We got something very important to go over here that you just brought to my attention.
- 45:32[SPEAKER_10]: I've been involved in elections.
- 45:35[SPEAKER_10]: longer than you've been alive and not really but so I know a lot about him and what you just put in front of me is nothing short of outrageous and if the news media in this town is so oblivious to things they would catch on to and you should really get have a lawyer look at this.
- 45:56[SPEAKER_10]: In order to get on the ballot, not only did you have to do the petitions, but they forced you to sign a candidate affidavit of qualification, which I've never heard of this.
- 46:06[SPEAKER_10]: No, it's brand new.
- 46:07[SPEAKER_10]: In which you say, I'm at least my father-in-law, I say I'm at least 18 years of age fine.
- 46:12[SPEAKER_10]: I'm a citizen of the United States fine, I guess.
- 46:15[SPEAKER_10]: I live in a city school district for a year, okay, well, it's a given, I'm a qualified voter.
- 46:24[SPEAKER_10]: I am able to read and write, has that very liberal.
- 46:28[SPEAKER_10]: There are people that have issues with that.
- 46:32[SPEAKER_10]: Doesn't mean they shouldn't be able to serve.
- 46:34[SPEAKER_10]: Right.
- 46:34[SPEAKER_10]: The voters decide whether you're qualified, not this guy.
- 46:38[SPEAKER_10]: I have not been removed from any district office within the preceding year.
- 46:41[SPEAKER_10]: Were you removed?
- 46:42[SPEAKER_22]: No.
- 46:43[SPEAKER_10]: I do not reside with another member of the school board as a member of the same family.
- 46:49[SPEAKER_10]: In other words,
- 46:52[SPEAKER_10]: because there's a lot of incest, a lot of these people.
- 46:54[SPEAKER_22]: So let's just pause on that for one second.
- 46:57[SPEAKER_22]: So they make this ridiculous stipulation.
- 47:00[SPEAKER_22]: However, the stipulation that should be there is that you have two board members who have wives that work at the Water Town City School District and one of them is the board president and you're supposed people are supposed to believe that they can make.
- 47:14[SPEAKER_10]: So wrong with this is if there's two people that are in the same family running,
- 47:20[SPEAKER_10]: And that information can go to voters and they can decide on whether it's appropriate or not.
- 47:25[SPEAKER_10]: I'm not a current employee of the District Board of Education.
- 47:30[SPEAKER_10]: I do not hold another incompatible public office, none of their business, that's all covered by law.
- 47:37[SPEAKER_10]: I understand this affidavit has been completed to establish me as a qualified candidate as a result of representations made by me in this affidavit, the district will evaluate the sufficiency of my nominating protection for purposes of placement of a name on the ballot.
- 47:52[SPEAKER_10]: Oh, yes, I mean, if any such representations are on true, I'm subject to removal of my name.
- 47:58[SPEAKER_10]: Yep.
- 47:59[SPEAKER_10]: It goes on to say, I understand that if I provide false information on this affidavit to the city's school district, I may be committing the crime of perjury in the third degree a class A misdemeanor.
- 48:10[SPEAKER_10]: If I provide false information on this affidavit,
- 48:13[SPEAKER_10]: with the intention to fraud the city school district that may be committing the crime of poetry in the second degree.
- 48:18[SPEAKER_22]: First of all, who's the lawyer for this school district exactly who knows in a and you want I'm going to go out on a list of law firm or an individual they will now they have four law firms working.
- 48:29[SPEAKER_22]: right just question at the last point they just hired a fourth lawyer and their bogus explanation was that the one lawyer was working with a firm and he went out independent so now they're bringing him on so we're pink are there have any names of these lawyers uh forara and frenzo is one of them um uh banchonic
- 48:49[SPEAKER_22]: uh... uh... uh... uh... uh... uh... uh... uh... uh... uh... uh... uh... uh... uh... uh... uh... uh... uh... uh... uh... uh... uh... uh... uh... uh... uh... uh... uh... uh... uh... uh... uh... uh... uh... uh... uh... uh... uh... uh... uh... uh... uh... uh... uh... uh... uh... uh... uh... uh... uh... uh... uh... uh... uh... uh... uh... uh... uh... uh... uh... uh... uh... uh... uh... uh... uh... uh... uh... uh... uh... uh... uh... uh... uh... uh... uh... uh... uh... uh... uh... uh... uh... uh... uh... uh... uh... uh... uh... uh... uh... uh... uh... uh... uh... uh... uh... uh... uh... uh... uh... uh... uh... uh... uh... uh... uh... uh... uh... uh... uh... uh... uh
- 49:19[SPEAKER_10]: and for a school board to even entertain this lunacy.
- 49:22[SPEAKER_22]: Well, I'm telling you, I guarantee you, no one read it and no one approved it.
- 49:27[SPEAKER_22]: This was all administration.
- 49:29[SPEAKER_22]: This was all Larry independently.
- 49:31[SPEAKER_22]: And this is once again to deter people from running.
- 49:35[SPEAKER_22]: Who wants to sign something like that?
- 49:37[SPEAKER_10]: I wouldn't sign it.
- 49:38[SPEAKER_22]: Exactly.
- 49:39[SPEAKER_22]: This is what he's doing.
- 49:41[SPEAKER_22]: He does this.
- 49:42[SPEAKER_22]: He's limiting people.
- 49:43[SPEAKER_22]: He's censoring people.
- 49:45[SPEAKER_22]: He should be fired.
- 49:46[SPEAKER_22]: 100%.
- 49:47[SPEAKER_10]: you know one hundred percent which is exactly why i'm running i mean it i don't know i i don't know what the attorney general's office would you should take that down to the attorney general oh i'm going to this is absolutely ludicrous when i saw this in my pack and i'm like what is this about and i asked a board member they had no idea yeah and the media the media doesn't they first of all they don't know they don't even if you put that in front of the media and they read at most reporters would not just stand
- 50:16[SPEAKER_10]: I don't know, maybe Cole would, maybe John Moore would.
- 50:19[SPEAKER_22]: Well, I'm going to.
- 50:20[SPEAKER_22]: This is part of my packet, and this is what this, this is what this water town city school district board of education is doing to our community.
- 50:28[SPEAKER_22]: They are censoring us in every angle.
- 50:31[SPEAKER_22]: And that's why people don't want to get involved.
- 50:34[SPEAKER_10]: OK, all right, let's do a break.
- 50:36[SPEAKER_10]: I mean, we'll take this call really quick here.
- 50:39[SPEAKER_10]: But after you're there, I'm going ahead.
- 50:40[SPEAKER_10]: Speak.
- 50:42[SPEAKER_10]: Okay, two tries didn't make it.

- 52:57[SPEAKER_28]: Mark Patrick Hipnosis is coming to water town Monday, March 23rd for one day only.
- 53:01[SPEAKER_28]: Here's how Hipnosis works to help people lose weight or stop smoking.
- 53:04[SPEAKER_11]: We all have an image of ourselves, and that image, if we have an image of a non-smoker, we attract non-smoker behaviors and beliefs.
- 53:12[SPEAKER_11]: So we have an image of a smoker, we attract the habits of a smoker.
- 53:15[SPEAKER_11]: If we have an image of a person who is overweight, we live up to those expectations.
- 53:20[SPEAKER_11]: So one of the things we focus on with all programs is this.
- 53:23[SPEAKER_11]: Is we work on, at the subconscious level, the image or snapshot of yourself.
- 53:28[SPEAKER_11]: If you have a healthy image, you attract healthy habits.
- 53:31[SPEAKER_11]: We work on under hypnosis taking the pleasure association out for smokers that they have towards smoking, putting back in what they already know consciously that it's a filthy, disgusting habit that they never wish they start in the first place that's killing them dead.
- 53:43[SPEAKER_11]: And we get them out of these sessions, feeling good about themselves, and it's what they want to do these things instead of feel like they have to do that.
- 53:49[SPEAKER_28]: Don't miss Mark Patrick hypnosis Monday, March 23rd at the Ramada by Windham.
- 53:53[SPEAKER_28]: For more information, go to markpatrickseminars.com.
- 53:57[SPEAKER_19]: The North Country spells news, M-1240, W-A-T-N, Watertown, depend on it.
- 54:07[SPEAKER_10]: Well, Milly Smith, you've provided us a very full hour of discussion here, but when you showed me that affidavit that the forces candidates to sign, I, well, I, I, I, I, I, I.
- 54:18[SPEAKER_10]: There's any lawyers with a degree of competence out there.
- 54:23[SPEAKER_10]: They should be outraged at it.
- 54:25[SPEAKER_10]: These lawyers, the school district has, are obviously terrible.
- 54:29[SPEAKER_10]: But you should take that to Diana Nelson.
- 54:32[SPEAKER_10]: She's the assistant attorney general for this region.
- 54:35[SPEAKER_10]: She's down to state office building.
- 54:37[SPEAKER_10]: I think she's going to move over to Keybank.
- 54:39[SPEAKER_22]: Yes, uh-huh.
- 54:40[SPEAKER_10]: And she's not only a very nice person.
- 54:43[SPEAKER_22]: Yes, she is.
- 54:44[SPEAKER_10]: But she gets it.
- 54:46[SPEAKER_10]: And she would look at that.
- 54:48[SPEAKER_10]: And so no, nobody has to sign it.
- 54:52[SPEAKER_22]: I'm going to do that.
- 54:53[SPEAKER_10]: I would go down to a person and do that.
- 54:55[SPEAKER_22]: Yeah.
- 54:56[SPEAKER_22]: I will.
- 54:56[SPEAKER_22]: I know her.
- 54:57[SPEAKER_10]: Yeah, I know her too.
- 54:58[SPEAKER_10]: I mean, I don't know her.
- 54:59[SPEAKER_10]: We'll well, but she helped me out on something years ago, but still, that's just out of control.
- 55:06[SPEAKER_22]: Absolutely.
- 55:07[SPEAKER_10]: Let's take this call.
- 55:09[SPEAKER_10]: But after you do it, you're on the air.
- 55:17[SPEAKER_03]: Well, I didn't talk.
- 55:18[SPEAKER_10]: to step in and say I ordered all try to just go out like basically a part of the can the mayor do that no no okay the mayor is not really a part of the judicial process on this but but after dinner on the air the idea that can you post a picture of that after david on the block so i can take a look at it yeah we're gonna copy of it somewhere uh... thank you okay thanks
- 55:46[SPEAKER_10]: Um, anyway, uh, so you're going to go down and see Diana Nelson this afternoon, and I'm sure her phone is ringing off the hook right now.
- 55:54[SPEAKER_22]: Oh, I'm sure it is, too.
- 55:56[SPEAKER_10]: Yeah.
- 55:57[SPEAKER_22]: Um, I'm outraged when I got my packet and I saw this in there, I was like, what is this?
- 56:02[SPEAKER_10]: Okay.
- 56:03[SPEAKER_10]: Now I need these petitions.
- 56:04[SPEAKER_10]: I notice they don't have a witness statement.
- 56:06[SPEAKER_10]: Is that something new?
- 56:07[SPEAKER_10]: who knows what they do because I remember yeah there's nothing you're right there isn't there was always an any petition I ever did yeah you have to have a witness for the real board of elections not these school board things there's a witness statement at the bottom you're up to a test that that's actually in other words they could just go down and say no I don't like that person you know if they wanted yeah according to the staff at David and the fact that they're going to review yeah like who are they yeah I mean they don't even know they're just
- 56:34[SPEAKER_10]: They're not.
- 56:35[SPEAKER_22]: I mean if somebody else wants to file objections to the petition they can that is out nothing short of outrageous Which you've just presented to him more outrageous from the school board That would more to come because this is a constant thing which is exactly why I'm running because there's no check-in balance No one asks any questions and they just allow this character to do whatever he wants Okay, well certainly he's welcome to come on the show incidently
- 57:03[SPEAKER_22]: and uh... are you kidding me he doesn't respond to any media request well after well he's definitely not coming on your show a much is he paid again all over two hundred thousand dollars he just got in eight thousand dollars wow why don't know if he type this he had to have had a lawyer type that uh... who who know i'm i don't i'm sure because his middle name is legal
- 57:30[SPEAKER_22]: He says everything's legal legal legal.
- 57:33[SPEAKER_22]: That's why we have four attorneys in our community taxes are going towards those legal causes cause Nothing's resolved at the lowest level possible.
- 57:42[SPEAKER_10]: Yeah, he came from what Miami or somewhere down.
- 57:44[SPEAKER_22]: Key West.
- 57:45[SPEAKER_10]: He why would you move from key west to water to red flag?
- 57:49[SPEAKER_10]: Yeah, there you go.
- 57:51[SPEAKER_10]: There you go I'd rather that's margarita filled on there
- 57:56[SPEAKER_10]: So there you go Jimmy Buffett, the late Jimmy Buffett of course.
- 58:00[SPEAKER_22]: Well, we're kind of running out of time here But we'll see what rebuttal they'll have because the last time I was on your show the following meeting the president the board president read a report Board president John King King right now him I don't think so he works in Copenhagen school district school district But his wife is a principal at North Elementary
- 58:20[SPEAKER_22]: They're nice people.
- 58:22[SPEAKER_10]: I'm sure they are.
- 58:23[SPEAKER_22]: But the last time he had a rebuttal for everything I said on your show.
- 58:26[SPEAKER_10]: Yeah.
- 58:27[SPEAKER_22]: We'll see what happens.
- 58:28[SPEAKER_10]: We can say one quick call.
- 58:30[SPEAKER_10]: But after noon you're on the air.
- 58:32[SPEAKER_02]: Yeah.
- 58:32[SPEAKER_02]: I just want to give a cool rose to Millie.
- 58:35[SPEAKER_02]: She's took up the perfect example of the school board.
- 58:38[SPEAKER_02]: The mother went up there.
- 58:40[SPEAKER_02]: The girl got knocked out.
- 58:41[SPEAKER_02]: I don't know who started who was social media boy and who or whatever.
- 58:47[SPEAKER_02]: Her mother went up to the school board.
- 58:49[SPEAKER_02]: and milly stood up for my ex-girlfriend oh yes her mother's up here she wants to know what's going on and they went out behind closed doors and then wouldn't even talk about it that's right and she got so hurt they had to helicopter right in front of us that's when i started doing yes
- 59:07[SPEAKER_22]: Yeah, but she was locked knocked on conscious.
- 59:11[SPEAKER_22]: They didn't put the school on lockdown and they helicoptered her to upstate.
- 59:16[SPEAKER_10]: No, we're getting out later.
- 59:18[SPEAKER_22]: She ended up being all right, but no one would speak to the mother.
- 59:21[SPEAKER_22]: That's when I started going to the school board meetings and I said, That's the one to get beat up or was on TV and all that.
- 59:26[SPEAKER_10]: By the way,
- 59:26[SPEAKER_22]: No, no, no.
- 59:27[SPEAKER_22]: That was a different video.
- 59:28[SPEAKER_22]: That was under the one you're talking about was under Larry Schmiegel.
- 59:31[SPEAKER_22]: The one he's talking about was under Patty LeBar.
- 59:34[SPEAKER_10]: Oh, okay.
- 59:34[SPEAKER_22]: Yeah, and that's what the squad walked out on me.
- 59:37[SPEAKER_10]: Okay.
- 59:38[SPEAKER_10]: I got to run.
- 59:39[SPEAKER_22]: Okay.
- 59:39[SPEAKER_10]: Thank you.
