- 0:08SPEAKER_05: You guys, the world's most dangerous audience has brought it to the max today.
- 0:14SPEAKER_05: You guys are all the best.
- 0:15SPEAKER_05: I think everybody's in a good mood too, because you know, you're going into this last week of uh, you know, the last couple days of August.
- 0:21SPEAKER_05: We're getting ready for September.
- 0:23SPEAKER_05: Uh we we we need something in our life that actually has a little bit of fun.
- 0:28SPEAKER_04: This is We're just vibing.
- 0:29SPEAKER_05: This has been a tough week.
- 0:30SPEAKER_05: I mean, we lost Dolly, we lost Optimus Prime this week.
- 0:34SPEAKER_04: Oh my god.
- 0:34SPEAKER_04: Damn Curry.
- 0:36SPEAKER_05: Uh, and uh, you know, it's been a tough week.
- 0:38SPEAKER_05: So I think everybody's like, all right, race it up!
- 0:40SPEAKER_04: We gotta bring this out! So we said you have to audio text us, your country grammar, a song, not a song, a story, 30 seconds or less, that uses the four words fixin', how, mama, Dolly Parton.
- 0:52SPEAKER_04: This is a really funny text that I have to read.
- 0:54SPEAKER_04: Okay, just got here.
- 0:56SPEAKER_04: All these Southern accents, because we've been playing your stories.
- 0:58SPEAKER_04: Yes.
- 0:59SPEAKER_04: All these Southern accents, are they part of the rule of the contest?
- 1:01SPEAKER_04: No.
- 1:02SPEAKER_04: Or are all of these New Yorkers just self-assigning themselves, Southern Twang?
- 1:06SPEAKER_05: Love these, love these.
- 1:08SPEAKER_05: Everybody's embracing this.
- 1:09SPEAKER_05: I thought this was gonna be uh way less of a set of entries because we're kind of forcing you to have to really use a little bit of creativity to get this, uh, the to get these tickets.
- 1:18SPEAKER_04: Scott thought mediocre at best.
- 1:20SPEAKER_04: You know, I mean No, no, it's this is like a plus plus plus plus kind of day.
- 1:24SPEAKER_05: So we've decided we're doing way more than just a pair of tickets.
- 1:27SPEAKER_05: So how are we doing this?
- 1:28SPEAKER_04: We only have enough to do this for the allotted tickets that we have for the rest of the run.
- 1:34SPEAKER_05: Yeah.
- 1:34SPEAKER_05: Well, I'll bribe somebody to get more, but for right now, this is a few years.
- 1:37SPEAKER_05: For right now.
- 1:38SPEAKER_04: So we we have side stage, just a pair though.
- 1:42SPEAKER_04: Okay.
- 1:42SPEAKER_04: But that gets you private bar, you're seeing Nelly sweat.
- 1:45SPEAKER_05: Yeah.
- 1:45SPEAKER_05: Then Oh, you can also get come off that and go and dance with the masses, too.
- 1:49SPEAKER_05: I mean, but it gets you back and forth.
- 1:51SPEAKER_04: Yeah, it's it's a nice little luxury.
- 1:53SPEAKER_04: So we're gonna do like a first, second, third.
- 1:55SPEAKER_04: Second place, four tickets.
- 1:58SPEAKER_04: GA, but four tickets.
- 1:59SPEAKER_04: Third place, a pair of tickets.
- 2:01SPEAKER_04: Okay.
- 2:01SPEAKER_04: So we've narrowed it down to four people Taylor, Holla, Jenny, Davria.
- 2:07SPEAKER_04: So I'm gonna play all four.
- 2:08SPEAKER_04: We're gonna start to um draw, and then here we go.
- 2:12SPEAKER_04: So we're gonna start with Jenny, because she was actually she was the first one, or one of the first no, she wasn't the first one, but she was one of the first.
- 2:19SPEAKER_04: Oh, she was early in.
- 2:20SPEAKER_04: She was early in.
- 2:20SPEAKER_04: Okay, here's here's Jenny, just to refresh.
- 2:24SPEAKER_02: Back a couple years ago, I was out in the left 40, and no kidding, the Lord struck the damn.
- 2:33SPEAKER_02: I saw Donna Parton fixing the rock palms.
- 2:38SPEAKER_02: I went running in my mom.
- 2:39SPEAKER_02: I said, Mama, you're never gonna believe what I just saw in that 40.
- 2:42SPEAKER_02: She said, get your booty back out in that field and do your work.
- 2:48SPEAKER_02: I swear to God, I know I saw it.
- 2:53SPEAKER_04: So good.
- 2:54SPEAKER_04: Okay, so that was Jenny.
- 2:56SPEAKER_04: This was oh, her audio is still going.
- 2:58SPEAKER_04: All right, this is Dave Ria's.
- 3:01SPEAKER_03: Well, I was out here with my mama shopping at the local Walmart, you know, getting things for Sunday dinner, get a couple rice, beans, cornbread, you know, all the fixings.
- 3:13SPEAKER_03: And my mama said, Wow, girl, you out here like you're eating like a cow.
- 3:17SPEAKER_03: I said, like a cow, mama.
- 3:19SPEAKER_03: Really, like a cow.
- 3:21SPEAKER_03: Anyway, we're walking down the aisle, and I swear I had to do a double take because you can tell me I ain't seen Dolly Parton.
- 3:30SPEAKER_03: It wasn't, but it sure looked like it.
- 3:33SPEAKER_05: Wait, hold on a second.
- 3:34SPEAKER_05: I've I've made my note on that next.
- 3:36SPEAKER_04: Uh-huh- uh-huh.
- 3:37SPEAKER_04: Hold on a second.
- 3:38SPEAKER_04: And I've got their names all.
- 3:39SPEAKER_05: And you said we're picking four winners.
- 3:42SPEAKER_05: These are all these people.
- 3:43SPEAKER_05: No, we're only picking three.
- 3:44SPEAKER_05: So unless we take the four-pack and split it to a pair, a pear.
- 3:50SPEAKER_04: You have to take that up with the person who would win the four-pack.
- 3:52SPEAKER_05: Well, not necessarily.
- 3:53SPEAKER_05: We haven't assigned it yet.
- 3:54SPEAKER_05: We could just say pear, pear, pear, side stage.
- 3:57SPEAKER_05: Okay.
- 3:58SPEAKER_05: That way, all four, because they're all so good.
- 4:00SPEAKER_05: Okay.
- 4:02SPEAKER_04: That's fine.
- 4:03SPEAKER_05: Here's pear, pear, pear, pear.
- 4:05SPEAKER_05: Pear, pear, pear, side stage.
- 4:06SPEAKER_05: Okay.
- 4:07SPEAKER_05: Pear, pear, pear, pear.
- 4:07SPEAKER_04: Pear, pear, pear, pair.
- 4:08SPEAKER_04: Taylor.
- 4:11SPEAKER_00: Mama was fixing to fry some chicken when a cow busted through the screen door like she paid the mortgage.
- 4:16SPEAKER_00: Mama grabbed her flip flop and hollered, Not today, Satan.
- 4:20SPEAKER_00: That cow took off through the kitchen, knocked over the sweet tea, and somehow turned on Dolly Park.
- 4:25SPEAKER_00: Nine to five started blasting.
- 4:28SPEAKER_00: Mama stopped dead in her tracks, looked at that cow and said, Well, bless your heart.
- 4:32SPEAKER_00: You got good taste.
- 4:34SPEAKER_00: Then the cow crapped on the rug.
- 4:36SPEAKER_00: Mama said, Never mind, you'll fix it to become hamburger.
- 4:40SPEAKER_04: Alright, and last one.
- 4:41SPEAKER_04: Oh my god, that's so good.
- 4:42SPEAKER_04: Holla.
- 4:43SPEAKER_01: When I was a little girl back on the farm, my daddy used to let me name the cow.
- 4:49SPEAKER_01: And I named one after Dolly Parton.
- 4:52SPEAKER_01: I remember one night we were sitting in the kitchen.
- 4:55SPEAKER_01: Mom's getting ready for dinner.
- 4:57SPEAKER_01: Daddy says, Girl, go on out there and give me that cow.
- 5:00SPEAKER_01: I'm fixing for a hamburger.
- 5:02SPEAKER_01: I said, Mama, I ain't eating Dolly Parton for dinner.
- 5:06SPEAKER_01: Well, we damn sure did eat Dolly Parton for dinner.
- 5:11SPEAKER_04: Alright, I've got all four names written here.
- 5:13SPEAKER_04: Do you want to pick up?
- 5:14SPEAKER_05: I already made notes.
- 5:15SPEAKER_05: You want to read my notes?
- 5:16SPEAKER_05: See how you like that.
- 5:17SPEAKER_05: That's my notes.
- 5:18SPEAKER_04: Alright, here we go.
- 5:20SPEAKER_05: You tell me if you if you think we're there.
- 5:23SPEAKER_04: I'll go with this.
- 5:24SPEAKER_04: I was gonna go random, but we'll go with this.
- 5:26SPEAKER_05: I just I was listening back to him because frankly, all four of you are winning.
- 5:30SPEAKER_05: Yes.
- 5:30SPEAKER_05: And I wish I had enough to give to everybody that played because you guys were all so creative.
- 5:35SPEAKER_05: But I think this is this is the way this has to go.
- 5:40SPEAKER_04: In fourth place.
- 5:42SPEAKER_04: It really isn't in fourth place.
- 5:43SPEAKER_04: You're just getting a pair of tickets.
- 5:44SPEAKER_05: Getting a pair of tickets.
- 5:45SPEAKER_05: You're you're winning, you're winning.
- 5:47SPEAKER_04: Is Jenny.
- 5:49SPEAKER_04: Jenny!
- 5:50SPEAKER_05: Back 40, okay.
- 5:51SPEAKER_04: Back 40.
- 5:52SPEAKER_04: Yeah.
- 5:52SPEAKER_04: Also getting a pair of tickets is Dave Ria.
- 5:56SPEAKER_04: There we go.
- 5:57SPEAKER_04: And then also getting a pair of tickets.
- 5:59SPEAKER_05: This was the hardest part between these two.
- 6:02SPEAKER_05: This was so hard.
- 6:03SPEAKER_04: Uh, getting a pair of tickets.
- 6:05SPEAKER_04: Taylor!
- 6:07SPEAKER_05: Taylor was the one uh that uh oh that's right there.
- 6:10SPEAKER_04: The sweet tea knocked on the sweet tea.
- 6:13SPEAKER_04: Start playing Dolly Parton's nine to five.
- 6:14SPEAKER_04: And then side stage, holla.
- 6:20unknown: There.
- 6:21SPEAKER_04: I was like, where is it?
- 6:23SPEAKER_04: Going down, down, baby.
- 6:24SPEAKER_04: All right, I will contact you guys after the show and we will make sure we get all of your tickets and all of your details so that way we all can party September 11th.
