- 0:01Speaker 1: Hello, and.
- 0:04Speaker 2: Welcome to jasondew Land dot com. My name's Jason new Land.
- 0:14Speaker 2: Please only listen when you can safely close your eyes.
- 0:26Speaker 2: This is Whisper Satday. For some reason I've done was
- 0:38Speaker 2: it Wednesday, Thursday, Friday, Saturday for.
- 0:44Speaker 1: Whisper?
- 0:46Speaker 2: Let me boy the slaves in a row thirst thing
- 0:53Speaker 2: in the morning when I wake up and I don't
- 0:58Speaker 2: know why at door way. Hopefully the microphone is picking
- 1:13Speaker 2: up my not so loud voice.
- 1:20Speaker 1: Eh, I hope.
- 1:31Speaker 2: It's a bit of an early start. But I did
- 1:35Speaker 2: go to bed particularly early last night. So I went
- 1:42Speaker 2: to bed at about seven o'clock in the evening. It's
- 1:50Speaker 2: about two thirty hours in the morning, so technically i've
- 1:57Speaker 2: had seven hours.
- 2:00Speaker 1: Was it seven? Eight, nine eleven?
- 2:03Speaker 2: I want to seven and a half hours sleep. I
- 2:13Speaker 2: visited Uncle's sausages yesterday and I wasn't gonna It's not
- 2:28Speaker 2: that I didn't want to. Well, I didn't know. It's
- 2:31Speaker 2: a weird one. I don't want to visit him. Of
- 2:37Speaker 2: course I do want to visit him, but I don't
- 2:39Speaker 2: at the same time, just because it's it's it's very difficult.
- 2:48Speaker 2: But his other visitors is only tur Us. She contacted
- 2:58Speaker 2: me yesterday and said that she wasn't able to go
- 3:05Speaker 2: due to grandkids. There's some changes in her in a
- 3:10Speaker 2: day routine. So I said, don't worry, I'll go up
- 3:15Speaker 2: and see him.
- 3:20Speaker 1: So I did went up yesterday. I got there about.
- 3:26Speaker 2: Half three in the afternoon.
- 3:32Speaker 1: I got a taxi there.
- 3:35Speaker 3: It was raining and proper raining, like really raining, you
- 3:49Speaker 3: know what.
- 3:54Speaker 2: I don't think I put my body home.
- 3:59Speaker 4: No, oh no.
- 4:05Speaker 2: So I took my brodey with me. I tried to
- 4:09Speaker 2: open it from the front door of the building where
- 4:14Speaker 2: I live.
- 4:17Speaker 4: To the taxi.
- 4:19Speaker 2: Now I got wetter and trying to open the brolly
- 4:25Speaker 2: and then tried to close it as I tried. You know,
- 4:28Speaker 2: as I opened the taxi door, i'd have got less
- 4:35Speaker 2: where if I just walked straight over, because it was
- 4:39Speaker 2: four footsteps probably, and it's not something that I'm gonna
- 4:48Speaker 2: agree red forever.
- 4:50Speaker 1: It wasn't that it wasn't quite that deep, baby, but.
- 4:58Speaker 2: Thinking about everybody, would have been eas to just say
- 5:02Speaker 2: still take the probably in case I needed to stand
- 5:08Speaker 2: outside and wait for a taxi.
- 5:12Speaker 1: On the way back.
- 5:22Speaker 2: However, it's quite weird because I can and I hear
- 5:29Speaker 2: a voice in the.
- 5:32Speaker 1: Well it's it's the driver, and he says, hi, Hi Jason.
- 5:39Speaker 4: So now.
- 5:41Speaker 2: I'm not looked at him yet cause I'm I'm I'm
- 5:43Speaker 2: backing into the into the taxi. I'm I'm just thinking
- 5:50Speaker 2: it's nice and he's being pleasant considering what's heading towards
- 5:54Speaker 2: him quite.
- 5:56Speaker 1: Big of that bomb.
- 5:58Speaker 2: And I settled in and he said, just checking. Your
- 6:07Speaker 2: going to the to see uncle sausages in a nursing home.
- 6:12Speaker 2: I said yeah, and I turn around and it's this
- 6:16Speaker 2: was his name. He was my regular taxi driver when
- 6:22Speaker 2: I was first started going up to the hospital. When
- 6:28Speaker 2: I was up there every single day and getting taxis
- 6:32Speaker 2: there and back cost me about five hundred pounds and
- 6:41Speaker 2: not not a day because that would be expensive. But
- 6:46Speaker 2: he was one of the regular drivers, so I kind
- 6:48Speaker 2: of got to know him of it.
- 6:51Speaker 4: And then.
- 6:54Speaker 2: A few weeks ago I started mainly traveling by by us,
- 7:06Speaker 2: so I didn't see any more drivers, And yesterday it
- 7:10Speaker 2: was the first time that I traveled by taxi for
- 7:27Speaker 2: I don't remember how long it's been. It's not a
- 7:32Speaker 2: long time, but it might be a couple of weeks
- 7:37Speaker 2: because I wasn't able to go out for a week
- 7:40Speaker 2: due to COVID and then I visited Uncle Sausages on Thursday.
- 7:50Speaker 2: So I saw him in hospital on the previous Wednesday,
- 7:55Speaker 2: and then I was ill on the Wednesday and Thursday,
- 7:59Speaker 2: did the COVID still a Friday, and then I was clear.
- 8:05Speaker 2: Did another COVID test this Thursday, just got was clear
- 8:11Speaker 2: and I went out to visit of course hostages. Then
- 8:15Speaker 2: when I became yesterday, that's it. Yeah, so I'm sitting there.
- 8:28Speaker 2: I don't really know what to do when I'm there.
- 8:34Speaker 2: It didn't seem the right time to show off my
- 8:41Speaker 2: new chuggling skills. You know, it's really I don't know.
- 8:48Speaker 2: I was talking to him, updating him on the locals.
- 8:56Speaker 1: There's not a lot going on.
- 8:57Speaker 2: It's just the same same people making the same noise,
- 9:02Speaker 2: really and keep hearing the same sentence, you know, not
- 9:16Speaker 2: from him, but the hearing the hearings a last thing
- 9:24Speaker 2: to go. I'm like, Okay, I wonder if he could communicate,
- 9:32Speaker 2: what would he say to me? And I wonder if,
- 9:43Speaker 2: if you know, a very few little scenarios, one would
- 9:48Speaker 2: possibly bear him saying, will you.
- 9:51Speaker 1: Please shut up? Leave me alone? I don't know.
- 10:01Speaker 2: An please stop sitting on my leg, Please stop farting.
- 10:12Speaker 2: There could be lots of things that he might be
- 10:14Speaker 2: trying to say to me, where's my bloody drinks?
- 10:23Speaker 1: That's the last thing he said to me.
- 10:27Speaker 2: Wednesday evening, because I went and visited him. He was
- 10:31Speaker 2: asleep in hospital, so I didn't He looked like a
- 10:35Speaker 2: little baby just needed a teddy bear. He looks so
- 10:40Speaker 2: comfortable cook a cold up of sleep. And I didn't
- 10:45Speaker 2: disturb him because personally, a couple of days earlier he
- 10:52Speaker 2: told me that all he wanted was to go to sleep.
- 10:56Speaker 2: He said he hadn't slept properly for the last five weeks,
- 11:04Speaker 2: so I didn't want to disturb him. He looks so
- 11:06Speaker 2: peaceful just having a good sleep. Plus I didn't feel
- 11:16Speaker 2: very well.
- 11:17Speaker 1: I just kind of.
- 11:19Speaker 2: Came on on the way to Laspital and I was
- 11:22Speaker 2: like wow, So I just I took that.
- 11:25Speaker 1: Opportunity to leave.
- 11:30Speaker 2: I left a package that his friend had delivered, or
- 11:37Speaker 2: I had had said to me his friend lives in
- 11:40Speaker 2: another country, so I delivered that stuck on the table.
- 11:45Speaker 2: It was just a newspaper in the pack of uh sweets,
- 11:53Speaker 2: So of course Sausages phoned me up in the evening.
- 11:58Speaker 2: Where were you? He didn't shout, but he was like,
- 12:02Speaker 2: what do you mean, why didn't you come today? I said,
- 12:05Speaker 2: I did come today.
- 12:08Speaker 1: But he was asleep.
- 12:10Speaker 2: Why didn't you wake me up? But I just for
- 12:15Speaker 2: you wanted to sleep? He said, where's my drinks?
- 12:23Speaker 1: I think that's what I've been to him.
- 12:25Speaker 2: I come and visit and then I go and get stuff.
- 12:28Speaker 1: I'm like a like a little.
- 12:30Speaker 2: Uber eats I suppose for him, and that's kind of
- 12:36Speaker 2: been my role for the last month and a half.
- 12:43Speaker 2: So I get there, have a chat, have a catch up,
- 12:48Speaker 2: you know, that's how it's been in hospital. And then
- 12:53Speaker 2: he starts talking about, well, what should we get?
- 12:56Speaker 1: Then he went for a little where he liked.
- 13:01Speaker 2: To get their sausage, old pasting things in costa and
- 13:12Speaker 2: in the early days, which sounds weird consider it's been
- 13:15Speaker 2: six weeks, but in the early days we used to
- 13:20Speaker 2: walk down there together, go and sit outside, have a chat.
- 13:28Speaker 2: I still remember that first Saturday. So you went in
- 13:32Speaker 2: there on a Friday, ten thirty.
- 13:37Speaker 1: We left here.
- 13:40Speaker 2: And I think I came back about three thirty in
- 13:42Speaker 2: the morning. It's there the next day on a Saturday,
- 13:49Speaker 2: and in the afternoon, and at this point you'd already been.
- 14:00Speaker 2: They diagnosed him with with what was wrong with him,
- 14:04Speaker 2: didn't give him a prognosis at that point, but they
- 14:07Speaker 2: told him what it was because they'd done a scare
- 14:11Speaker 2: and everything. And we were downstairs. I'm not sure if
- 14:23Speaker 2: we had drinks. We were just sitting in the sun, yeah,
- 14:32Speaker 2: because there was that was a sad day and we're
- 14:38Speaker 2: on one of these desk table things and Uncle Sausages
- 14:48Speaker 2: started talking about making arrangements and things like that. It's like, oh,
- 14:56Speaker 2: shut up me, what are you talking about? Because he's.
- 15:02Speaker 1: He started being practical.
- 15:06Speaker 2: And then he was saying, oh, he can fight this,
- 15:08Speaker 2: and I said yeah. So it was a little bit emotional.
- 15:14Speaker 2: The next day where it was outside again. This time
- 15:19Speaker 2: we were near this bit of water which is in
- 15:23Speaker 2: hospital crowns, and a duck started pecking and winning. Now
- 15:32Speaker 2: I thought it was finny to start with, just because
- 15:36Speaker 2: you know, generally, if I was sitting somewhere and I
- 15:41Speaker 2: felt some you know, something starts pulling on my glothing
- 15:45Speaker 2: or anything, it's was always finny, even though I didn't
- 15:53Speaker 2: have finny with me. It's just a natural reaction on
- 15:57Speaker 2: what you're doing. What you're doing, mate, I looked down
- 15:59Speaker 2: and it's this duck staring at me, becking away at
- 16:02Speaker 2: me Becker. Oh, I don't know what that made me laugh,
- 16:12Speaker 2: beckon at me Becker.
- 16:16Speaker 1: Becker.
- 16:22Speaker 2: Anyway, it seems like a really long time because she
- 16:37Speaker 2: used to come out. He went from coming outside with
- 16:40Speaker 2: me to still walking down with me but still sitting
- 16:46Speaker 2: in a gusta, to just sending me down to get stuff.
- 17:07Speaker 2: I remember this one point one day, it was uh, a.
- 17:11Speaker 1: Couple of weeks in and he said.
- 17:19Speaker 2: He wanted to come home. I said, why in that case,
- 17:26Speaker 2: let's not take the lift anymore.
- 17:29Speaker 1: Let's go down the stairs.
- 17:31Speaker 2: Cause he was on the second floor now he was
- 17:33Speaker 2: on the first floor. I said, let's go down the stairs.
- 17:38Speaker 2: He said, if you're gonna be traveling home, if you're
- 17:40Speaker 2: gonna go home, you're gonna have to go up and
- 17:43Speaker 2: down them stairs. And he said, okay. It was fine.
- 17:54Speaker 2: He was a little bit unsteady on his feet anyway.
- 18:00Speaker 1: But I think a.
- 18:01Speaker 2: Lot to do that can be, you know, when you're
- 18:05Speaker 2: wearing your pajamas or wearing it like a hospital gown,
- 18:12Speaker 2: being in public, because even though you're in hospital, it
- 18:16Speaker 2: feels like.
- 18:19Speaker 1: It feels like being in a public street really.
- 18:23Speaker 2: In fact, if anything, it's a lot busier than a
- 18:27Speaker 2: normal public street unless you're in Oxford Street or somewhere
- 18:31Speaker 2: really busy. Thousands of people just continuously.
- 18:39Speaker 4: Trafficking.
- 18:40Speaker 2: That's not the right words, but just traveling through.
- 18:46Speaker 1: Thousands of people.
- 18:51Speaker 2: I mean to me, that makes me more invisible and anonymous.
- 19:00Speaker 2: I just would generally not think that anyone had noticed
- 19:05Speaker 2: me anyway. Really, these days, I think my noticeability levels.
- 19:13Speaker 1: Have dropped somewhat.
- 19:22Speaker 2: And I think it's just an age thing. It's natural,
- 19:28Speaker 2: kind of blend in with with the wall paint. I
- 19:48Speaker 2: think after seeing.
- 19:49Speaker 4: Him yesterday, it's.
- 19:54Speaker 1: Two days in a row.
- 19:56Speaker 2: It's been a shock to me, to be honest, day
- 19:58Speaker 2: as because it wasn't like that when I last saw
- 20:01Speaker 2: him a week ago.
- 20:07Speaker 1: And it's.
- 20:11Speaker 2: Yeah, it's night and day. It's like completely different. And
- 20:22Speaker 2: what's weird about it is he didn't believe he was
- 20:27Speaker 2: ill because he felt fine, apart from an upset stomach,
- 20:35Speaker 2: which he blamed on having caught a bug or something
- 20:43Speaker 2: for an hospital.
- 20:45Speaker 1: Which is highly likely.
- 20:46Speaker 4: You know, that is a.
- 20:48Speaker 2: Likely situation, but it wasn't true, you know, that was
- 20:54Speaker 2: a symptom of his condition. And I started to think
- 21:04Speaker 2: maybe they'd got it wrong, because okay, he is still yellow,
- 21:10Speaker 2: but he's you know, I don't know. It just seemed
- 21:26Speaker 2: I don't know what I'm trying to say. Maybe I
- 21:29Speaker 2: was hoping they'd got.
- 21:30Speaker 1: It wrong.
- 21:34Speaker 2: That you know, A really good scenario would be that
- 21:40Speaker 2: they realized it made a mistake and he all he
- 21:43Speaker 2: needed was a simple ob which cleared his system out
- 21:48Speaker 2: as it could be going no normal color again, because
- 21:54Speaker 2: he used to be it was always very pale. But
- 21:59Speaker 2: like me, although I'm not pale, I'm pink. The rest
- 22:04Speaker 2: of my body's pale, part from my arms. My forearms
- 22:08Speaker 2: are brown because I'm out in the sun a lot,
- 22:12Speaker 2: with inny and stuff. But my face is pink.
- 22:21Speaker 1: And my feet.
- 22:23Speaker 2: Basically, my whole body is the same color as my feet.
- 22:30Speaker 2: This white like pale but with a pink face. It's
- 22:35Speaker 2: very strange. Trust me, if you see me naked, you
- 22:38Speaker 2: don't want to see me naked. I think it's agreed upon.
- 22:46Speaker 2: That's probably not the first thing you notice. Okay, let's
- 22:53Speaker 2: move on from there, and please, please please, Yeah, I
- 23:08Speaker 2: prefer not to see him. I was, I was there yesterday.
- 23:19Speaker 1: I was just sitting down.
- 23:21Speaker 2: And suddenly income in the room bursts.
- 23:29Speaker 1: This man.
- 23:31Speaker 2: What made me jump, and it was the husband of
- 23:37Speaker 2: where I was, the Uncle Sausages friend, like you know,
- 23:41Speaker 2: got married, Like the ones that said they weren't coming.
- 23:49Speaker 2: There was a change and they decided to come up
- 23:54Speaker 2: and pop up and see Uncle Sausages and then I
- 24:00Speaker 2: don't pick up their grandkids. I was like, well, blimey
- 24:06Speaker 2: made me jump. I think I was kind of deep
- 24:10Speaker 2: in thought. Hard to believe, but I do sometimes think
- 24:18Speaker 2: it's a rare, rare occurrence. But I gave it go
- 24:23Speaker 2: once and I thought maybe I'll try this again one day,
- 24:29Speaker 2: and I did yesterday.
- 24:30Speaker 1: It was that day.
- 24:38Speaker 4: Yeah, man, Yeah.
- 24:44Speaker 1: It made me jump.
- 24:47Speaker 2: But the good thing about it is I got a
- 24:49Speaker 2: lift home, which was andy because it cost me sixteen
- 24:58Speaker 2: pounds to get there in a taxi and I was
- 25:03Speaker 2: going to get a taxi backs. Meanwhile, two reasons, mainly
- 25:09Speaker 2: because it was quite late in the day and it's
- 25:14Speaker 2: going to take me quite a while to walk here.
- 25:18Speaker 2: Plus it was raining, so it wasn't a good idea
- 25:21Speaker 2: to be walking out in the rain. I just get where,
- 25:26Speaker 2: what's the point so it would be unnecessary dampness. We
- 25:40Speaker 2: came back and what's her name's husband wanting to have
- 25:44Speaker 2: a look at the flat because he was going to
- 25:47Speaker 2: clear it out himself, because the council asked us to
- 25:51Speaker 2: clear it out as it No, I said, it's not.
- 25:56Speaker 2: It's no one's job to clean it out other than
- 25:59Speaker 2: the council. Uncle Sausages has no family, He hasn't got
- 26:06Speaker 2: anyone that has to do anything like that. Besides, I've
- 26:12Speaker 2: backed up so much of his stuff now at the
- 26:16Speaker 2: request of his friend, just to try and help out
- 26:22Speaker 2: the counsel and help out, you know, generally. And it's
- 26:35Speaker 2: still so much to do, so much to move is
- 26:42Speaker 2: going to take them a good couple of days probably
- 26:45Speaker 2: to empty that place. That's with all the work I've done.
- 26:54Speaker 2: I mean, the front garden's full of bags, and now
- 26:58Speaker 2: the kitchen's full of backs the stuff that.
- 27:01Speaker 1: I've felt and always full of bags.
- 27:09Speaker 2: Most of the living room is now pretty much clear
- 27:14Speaker 2: other than the furniture, and a fair fair of the
- 27:21Speaker 2: bedroom as well. It's one of those weird things because
- 27:32Speaker 2: I went in here the other day. A couple of
- 27:33Speaker 2: times I've been asked to go in try and find something.
- 27:39Speaker 2: Once it was was it passport, another time it was
- 27:48Speaker 2: his bible. Another time and his radio. Another time some
- 27:54Speaker 2: money that he had bull side. He said it was
- 27:58Speaker 2: seventy pounds forty pounds in some diary that I know
- 28:05Speaker 2: exactly what that money was for. He used to give
- 28:10Speaker 2: that to his other friend forgetting shopping for him. It
- 28:17Speaker 2: drawed out money out off the cashpoint at the petrol station.
- 28:24Speaker 1: I didn't He told me this and.
- 28:26Speaker 2: He was very organized, so I remember I had to
- 28:35Speaker 2: look for that.
- 28:38Speaker 1: Where else?
- 28:39Speaker 2: Oh yeah, I had to look for some letters, some
- 28:43Speaker 2: ID to send his friend because she needed that. I
- 28:48Speaker 2: think it was proof of his pension because she has
- 28:53Speaker 2: to deal with the finances and counseling stuff. And you know,
- 29:01Speaker 2: being sure he did. She's done with the council and
- 29:06Speaker 2: given a month's notice for the end of the tenancy.
- 29:13Speaker 2: But that's because I console I conducted the council. My
- 29:18Speaker 2: tummy's gurgling. I contacted the council just to let them
- 29:26Speaker 2: know the situation and just tell him that that we
- 29:34Speaker 2: needs him help with some aspects of the flag. I
- 29:40Speaker 2: need to get a few megayors in and.
- 29:44Speaker 1: Stuff like that.
- 29:48Speaker 2: It's weird because they they seem more focused on just
- 29:55Speaker 2: getting the flat back, which I was surprised.
- 30:01Speaker 4: I know.
- 30:01Speaker 1: I mean technically that is their job for me.
- 30:10Speaker 2: You know, we're dealing with a human being and they're
- 30:14Speaker 2: dealing with a property. Oh well, I imagine. I mean
- 30:34Speaker 2: they say a month. I remember my friend downstairs days
- 30:38Speaker 2: the council was stuck a sign on the door.
- 30:42Speaker 1: Saying, if you you need to whoever's got key to
- 30:55Speaker 1: this flat.
- 30:56Speaker 2: You need to finish what you're doing, take what you
- 31:00Speaker 2: need to take before a certain day, because that's then
- 31:04Speaker 2: the council we're going to take the flat back. But
- 31:11Speaker 2: it gave a month's notice. Two weeks later they were
- 31:17Speaker 2: breaking in and changing the locks, and that was it.
- 31:24Speaker 2: They didn't weigh a month. They did the same with downstairs.
- 31:29Speaker 2: There's another flat and they put a month's notice. A
- 31:34Speaker 2: couple of weeks they came in and changed the locks.
- 31:43Speaker 2: So I don't I'm not sure if they just struggled
- 31:46Speaker 2: to count up to four, I don't know. And so
- 31:53Speaker 2: I foresee, having having experienced that twice, that it might
- 32:02Speaker 2: happen again with funcal sausages. So I mentioned they can
- 32:11Speaker 2: come up next week, put a sign on the door,
- 32:17Speaker 2: notice of but I don't know, not if fiction, but
- 32:23Speaker 2: notice of being the flat being cleared with a month's notice,
- 32:33Speaker 2: and then after.
- 32:33Speaker 1: Two weeks I probably turned up.
- 32:41Speaker 2: Also downstairs where my friend used to live, the new
- 32:46Speaker 2: tenant who's been there every year, she's also moved.
- 32:50Speaker 1: Out, which is weird, my joy.
- 33:07Speaker 2: It's not the first time that there's been two flats
- 33:10Speaker 2: empty since I've lived.
- 33:13Speaker 5: There, because when Luke left once my friend downstairs, the
- 33:21Speaker 5: other flat was also empty.
- 33:28Speaker 2: So yeah.
- 33:31Speaker 6: In fact, that.
- 33:33Speaker 2: Week that Luke left, the flat downstairs was being refurbished
- 33:41Speaker 2: by the council. They were preparing it for the next tenant.
- 33:56Speaker 2: But outside of that, I don't notice. We've got new
- 34:00Speaker 2: two new tenants moving into this building. Fingers crossed that
- 34:06Speaker 2: they'll be fairly quiet. I hope, I just, I just
- 34:16Speaker 2: I'm not looking for more door slamming. I mean one
- 34:23Speaker 2: of the door slammers has moved out from downstairs, the
- 34:27Speaker 2: other one downstairs. Another one doesn't seem to be able
- 34:32Speaker 2: to control ourself, just has to let the door slam
- 34:36Speaker 2: multiple times.
- 34:39Speaker 1: I don't know why.
- 34:42Speaker 2: The other neighbor blow me doesn't let the door slam,
- 34:46Speaker 2: and I've got just never let his door slam, and
- 34:50Speaker 2: the other person on my floor doesn't let their door
- 34:54Speaker 2: slam and I don't either. So at the moment we've
- 34:58Speaker 2: just got one door slammer, but we might have three
- 35:04Speaker 2: in a couple of months.
- 35:05Speaker 1: I don't know.
- 35:10Speaker 2: Please please know, m I don't know. The reason the
- 35:17Speaker 2: doors slam is because they're so heavy. They just they're
- 35:21Speaker 2: supposed to do that, you know, in the sense of
- 35:23Speaker 2: being fire doors. But they shake the building when they slam.
- 35:39Speaker 2: It's not just it's not just that they slam, but
- 35:42Speaker 2: they are the two things that, apart from the inconsideration,
- 35:48Speaker 2: two things that affect me is Finny starts barking if
- 35:55Speaker 2: he is a door slam and also the times, sometimes
- 36:03Speaker 2: the late at night, earlier in the morning the doors
- 36:07Speaker 2: of slamming again causes they need to start barking, and
- 36:13Speaker 2: I'm in bed. Not a good time to hear barking
- 36:18Speaker 2: in my ear.
- 36:30Speaker 1: So it's Saturday, the second of.
- 36:33Speaker 2: August nineteen twenty twenty five. I'm gonna give myself some breakfast,
- 36:49Speaker 2: probably about three o'clock. It's an early start by ma
- 36:55Speaker 2: had an early an early night, really early seven in
- 37:01Speaker 2: the evening. That's a very early night. And I don't
- 37:15Speaker 2: know what I'm going to do today.
- 37:17Speaker 1: We'll see.
- 37:22Speaker 2: So I'm going to go. Thank you for listening. Remember
- 37:26Speaker 2: to be kind to yourself, because you too deserved to
- 37:30Speaker 2: be happy.
- 37:32Speaker 1: Be gentle with yourself.
- 37:35Speaker 2: You deserved to feel safe.
- 37:40Speaker 1: Lots of love. Bye. Relax you more deep and meaningful way,
- 38:08Speaker 1: maybe in a way that can not just allow you
- 38:14Speaker 1: to feel calmer now and throughout the time we spend
- 38:24Speaker 1: together here, not just relaxed at the end of the
- 38:32Speaker 1: recording when it's finished and you can enjoy that sense
- 38:37Speaker 1: of comfort and peace, but also I think it would
- 38:54Speaker 1: be nice to have those feelings of relaxation continue for
- 39:10Speaker 1: longer after the recording has ended, so that you can
- 39:24Speaker 1: still benefit from listening to my voice, maybe in a
- 39:34Speaker 1: few hours time, perhaps tomorrow, and then by listening regularly,
- 39:50Speaker 1: especially if you find, like some people do and myself
- 39:55Speaker 1: as well. I sometimes I find one particular recording resonates
- 40:02Speaker 1: with me, and I just listened to it over and
- 40:09Speaker 1: over again every morning, every evening. There was this recording
- 40:22Speaker 1: from We're going back to about nineteen ninety nine. It
- 40:29Speaker 1: was it wasn't hypnosis, but it was a guided visualizations,
- 40:34Speaker 1: so it kind of was hypnosis really, And I managed
- 40:41Speaker 1: to find it again and it still has the same
- 40:44Speaker 1: effect on me. And part of it was the person's
- 40:54Speaker 1: voice relaxed me. She just felt so peaceful, and I'd
- 41:06Speaker 1: look forward.
- 41:08Speaker 7: To listening to her.
- 41:12Speaker 1: In the morning and in the evening. And I knew
- 41:22Speaker 1: before even pressing the play button that since I've done that,
- 41:32Speaker 1: pressed the play button. This is in the days of
- 41:41Speaker 1: CD players, pressed the play button. In fact, it might
- 41:50Speaker 1: have even been a tape recorder. I'd lie down on
- 41:54Speaker 1: the bed and then even without necessarily listening to her
- 42:07Speaker 1: words because I had to memorized. Really, it was as
- 42:20Speaker 1: if my body knew exactly what to do, and the
- 42:31Speaker 1: muscles just almost went into automatic relaxation, and I remember
- 42:53Speaker 1: my mind would slow down. Now. Now, I was listening
- 43:08Speaker 1: to this recording in the early days of learning hypnosis,
- 43:17Speaker 1: and long before I ever made any videos or audio recordings.
- 43:26Speaker 8: Myself, because I didn't start doing that till two thousand
- 43:30Speaker 8: and six.
- 43:38Speaker 9: I knew, I knew how.
- 43:45Speaker 1: Helpful I found being able to just let go, to
- 43:59Speaker 1: have that trust in the person that I'm listening to,
- 44:12Speaker 1: knowing that it's going to be just as relaxing, if
- 44:20Speaker 1: not more so. Each time you hear my voice, you
- 44:29Speaker 1: may feel the same. Some people have been listening to
- 44:41Speaker 1: me for over a decade. Maybe not solidly, obviously, not
- 44:55Speaker 1: twenty four hours a day. Maybe people come back. Some
- 45:03Speaker 1: people maybe listen every day. That's something that I do.
- 45:20Speaker 7: Which you may not realize by listening, is.
- 45:34Speaker 1: When I record.
- 45:38Speaker 7: These recordings. Now, for example.
- 45:48Speaker 1: I also am affected by the words that I say.
- 46:01Speaker 1: So if I set you focus on your feet, notice
- 46:10Speaker 1: your feet relaxing, I will be focusing on my feet.
- 46:22Speaker 1: I will be noticing my feet relaxing.
- 46:39Speaker 8: If I said, focus on your hands, and maybe notice
- 46:45Speaker 8: the difference between each hand, perhaps notice.
- 46:54Speaker 7: The air in the room, the temperature of their own.
- 47:01Speaker 7: On the backs of your hands.
- 47:11Speaker 8: You may start to notice what almost feels like a
- 47:15Speaker 8: very light breeze, even though.
- 47:21Speaker 1: There may not be any type of breeze at all
- 47:27Speaker 1: where you are right now. And as you become aware
- 47:39Speaker 1: of your hands, I'm also aware of how relaxed my
- 47:54Speaker 1: hands our feeling.
- 48:01Speaker 4: Now.
- 48:16Speaker 1: And when it comes to potentially drifting off to sleep,
- 48:22Speaker 1: which may be the reason you're listening, I also feel
- 48:35Speaker 1: arousing when I make these recordings. I also notice my mind.
- 48:52Speaker 4: Drifting.
- 49:01Speaker 1: In fact, at times I've actually fallen asleep without even noticing,
- 49:18Speaker 1: and then I carry on talking and it's Suddenly, where
- 49:27Speaker 1: I listen back to do the editing, I hear snoring,
- 49:38Speaker 1: and I think I don't remember snoring. I remember talking.
- 49:49Speaker 1: Snoring was a.
- 49:50Speaker 8: Pick turned up. That's why I sound like whant to snare.
- 50:02Speaker 8: Now I can read into.
- 50:04Speaker 1: The whole experience. I don't know how you feel, how
- 50:24Speaker 1: relaxed you feel in your feet, how relaxed you feel
- 50:35Speaker 1: in your hands. I have noticed more and more. But
- 51:01Speaker 1: the more relaxed, deeper level of comfort you feel, the
- 51:18Speaker 1: easier your breathing becomes so almost like that additional muscle relaxation.
- 51:43Speaker 1: So this allows you to breathe easier without this sorohly
- 52:03Speaker 1: focusing on your breath, however, being able to notice the
- 52:31Speaker 1: ease in which you breathe so naturally m de breeze
- 53:01Speaker 1: so very easily and smoothly. Whenever I imagine my breathing improving.
- 53:50Speaker 8: When I've got my eyes closed, attend to visualize a
- 54:06Speaker 8: beautiful field.
- 54:10Speaker 1: With trees and flowers producing all that life giving oxygen.
- 54:44Speaker 1: It feels nice to, if nothing else, just taking s
- 55:00Speaker 1: time away from everything, enjoying that feeling of pace serenity
- 55:54Speaker 1: with a joyful heart. Time seems to just drip by
- 56:31Speaker 1: so very slowly, relaxed, so deeply peaceful, completely unattached to
- 57:22Speaker 1: any thoughts whatsoever in this moment, completely free. You might
- 58:18Speaker 1: to say that your mind slowed down. Slowed down because
- 59:09Speaker 1: nothing really requires your attention. You can enjoy the physical
- 59:38Speaker 1: sensations of allowing the stress.
- 59:46Speaker 10: To drip out of your body, to appear out.
- 59:58Speaker 1: Of every but of your body, being released from your brain,
- 1:00:33Speaker 1: your mind slowly but surely muscles in your legs, legs, ris.
- 1:01:36Speaker 7: Rice a very deep.
- 1:01:53Speaker 1: Les deeply, and the feelings, the pleasant feelings in your
- 1:02:25Speaker 1: arms and shoulders deepening in each part of your body
- 1:02:52Speaker 1: further and deeper, like to say, the feedings in the
- 1:03:31Speaker 1: back of your neck, the feelings in your wrists, muscles
- 1:04:33Speaker 1: in front of your body. Peace, deep sense of peace
- 1:05:33Speaker 1: spreads through a very cold man focus on your mind.
- 1:06:26Speaker 1: Your mind becomes a ha's slower, deeper, relax a fairy
- 1:07:37Speaker 1: slater stomach taste for my nest stuff. Notice nice sound laxed.
- 1:09:00Speaker 1: Now feel in the hole of your back, a spy
- 1:09:42Speaker 1: from your brain all right down the middle of your back,
- 1:09:51Speaker 1: sending and receiving millions of messages every day. Take comfort,
- 1:10:14Speaker 1: increase declaimed ms, legs spreading those signals down your spinal
- 1:11:32Speaker 1: cord into every parts of your body, your sins and
- 1:11:56Speaker 1: your carfnessles outbursts fields of peace and tranquility spreading through
- 1:12:53Speaker 1: your body, tips of your tools, to your eyes, your fingers. Wait,
- 1:13:16Speaker 1: you know, back, letting go, read, letting go, pace to
- 1:14:17Speaker 1: drift in mind, just wondering away, happy to let go,
- 1:14:47Speaker 1: let go.
- 1:14:52Speaker 7: Completely, let go.
- 1:15:22Speaker 1: So drink nobody, enjoy of sensory joy, space, this space,
- 1:18:22Speaker 1: pace and safety s very.
- 1:18:54Speaker 11: First us.
- 1:20:29Speaker 1: Letting go, maybe reconscious focus on different parts of your body.
- 1:21:00Speaker 1: Just notice boy, your eyes job solus not say a sense.
- 1:22:31Speaker 12: Of complete freedom, absolute freedom, face.
- 1:24:05Speaker 1: Energy, pace to breeze so much ease. Yes, you may.
- 1:25:54Speaker 1: You may not have noticed your mind drifting with the
- 1:26:55Speaker 1: annual deeply in the directtion ditle blissful pace, blissful pace
- 1:27:49Speaker 1: directed to pace shirt let's go fox films most visible,
- 1:31:20Speaker 1: very fast and paceful pace like. And you could start
- 1:32:41Speaker 1: to notice that you are feeling more relaxed, even though
- 1:32:51Speaker 1: I've not purposely focused your mind upon that sense of
- 1:33:03Speaker 1: physical comfort that is growing within you throughout your body,
- 1:33:11Speaker 1: and your mind starts to slow down, And that could
- 1:33:21Speaker 1: be almost in recognition of I guess my speech not
- 1:33:29Speaker 1: being particularly fast, things generally feel calmer. Just by listening
- 1:33:49Speaker 1: to my voice, you give yourself an opportunity to take
- 1:33:57Speaker 1: a break the day, take a break from your life,
- 1:34:06Speaker 1: as it is, to give yourself a rest, giving yourself
- 1:34:15Speaker 1: permission to take some time off and to allow your
- 1:34:22Speaker 1: body to relax and allow your mind to slow down,
- 1:34:32Speaker 1: which in turn releases the tension and the stresses that
- 1:34:40Speaker 1: you had in your body. It's almost as if the
- 1:34:50Speaker 1: parts of your body just open up, allowing the negativity
- 1:34:55Speaker 1: out and at the same time replacing that negativity with
- 1:35:08Speaker 1: positive healing energy, which then fills your body up and
- 1:35:17Speaker 1: your mind to also starts to appreciate those feelings of
- 1:35:31Speaker 1: increasing confidence and an almost uplifting feeling, positive healing energy
- 1:35:51Speaker 1: that spreads through your body like a wave.
- 1:36:00Speaker 7: Of comfort. And all this comes from.
- 1:36:08Speaker 1: Just allowing yourself a few minutes, maybe half an hour,
- 1:36:20Speaker 1: however long you want it to be, to just rest
- 1:36:30Speaker 1: and allow your mind and your body to almost preset
- 1:36:39Speaker 1: itself to the settings of comfort and relaxation, calmness, which
- 1:36:58Speaker 1: allows more for feelings of pleasure and happiness to move
- 1:37:12Speaker 1: around your body and into your mind, almost as if
- 1:37:21Speaker 1: your mind and your body are sinking together, almost mirroring
- 1:37:32Speaker 1: each other with that growing positivity and calmness, and it
- 1:37:45Speaker 1: feels nice, really does feel nice to know that you
- 1:37:54Speaker 1: are the one that has allowed yourself to feel more
- 1:38:04Speaker 1: comfort and to experience more of this deep relaxation spreading
- 1:38:20Speaker 1: throughout your body. And as I focus on each part
- 1:38:33Speaker 1: of your body, you can notice that that part becomes
- 1:38:45Speaker 1: even more relaxed just by focusing on it, becomes even
- 1:38:56Speaker 1: more calm comfortable, just by focusing. And as I'm moved
- 1:39:10Speaker 1: down your body starting and your head, the parts that
- 1:39:18Speaker 1: you have already focused on or can continue to relax deeply,
- 1:39:28Speaker 1: and those parts that have not yet focused on what
- 1:39:34Speaker 1: just automatically release any remain intention in anticipation of even
- 1:39:46Speaker 1: more comfort about to come. Now. The start by focus
- 1:40:00Speaker 1: on your forehead, just being aware of the feelings of
- 1:40:07Speaker 1: your forehead. Any background sounds like mister Herbert the pigeon
- 1:40:20Speaker 1: can just allow you to feel you're more relaxed. Just
- 1:40:27Speaker 1: means you're in the moment. This isn't this isn't a
- 1:40:33Speaker 1: sterile environment.
- 1:40:36Speaker 13: This is the world.
- 1:40:40Speaker 1: I live in the countryside, so there's lots of nature
- 1:40:47Speaker 1: sounds around.
- 1:40:53Speaker 7: As you focus on your forehead.
- 1:40:57Speaker 1: Just notice how it becomes even more relaxed as you
- 1:41:05Speaker 1: focus only on my voice and that part of your body.
- 1:41:17Speaker 1: Moving down to your eyes, focusing on your eyes, noticing
- 1:41:28Speaker 1: how your eyelids feel so heavy it has so light
- 1:41:38Speaker 1: at the same time, and all the muscles around your
- 1:41:44Speaker 1: eyes relaxing.
- 1:41:47Speaker 7: Completely. Moving your focus down to your mouth, your.
- 1:41:58Speaker 1: Lips, tongue, your teeth, you comes, the whole of your mouth, relaxing, calm.
- 1:42:15Speaker 1: Lease if you focus now on your jawl just a
- 1:42:28Speaker 1: part of your jaw ney, your mouth, your chin, but
- 1:42:33Speaker 1: all the way up the size of your face, to
- 1:42:37Speaker 1: your ears, no of your jaw feeding or relaxed, a
- 1:42:55Speaker 1: calm focusing on your neck, the front of your neck
- 1:43:13Speaker 1: and your throat.
- 1:43:16Speaker 4: Legs in.
- 1:43:19Speaker 1: Loose and calm, the sides of your neck, the right
- 1:43:29Speaker 1: and left side of your leg, legs stand lace and calm.
- 1:43:49Speaker 1: Now the back of your leck. Focusing on the back
- 1:43:56Speaker 1: of your leck, letting go with any intention that may
- 1:44:06Speaker 1: have been there before, and enjoying that.
- 1:44:14Speaker 7: Sense of increasing comfort and release.
- 1:44:24Speaker 14: I think you can experience in the back of your neck,
- 1:44:34Speaker 14: moving down your.
- 1:44:36Speaker 1: Back, moving either side of your spine right from the
- 1:44:43Speaker 1: top of your back, all the way down to the
- 1:44:49Speaker 1: bottom of your back. Down it's your lower back, and
- 1:45:06Speaker 1: as you move up and down your spine, you can
- 1:45:13Speaker 1: feel the muscles either side of your spine relaxing even more.
- 1:45:29Speaker 1: And as those muscles relax, that sense of comfort starts
- 1:45:36Speaker 1: to spread outwards from your spine into both sides of
- 1:45:46Speaker 1: your back, the top of your back, the middle when
- 1:45:53Speaker 1: your lower back, and as you scan gently and slowly
- 1:46:04Speaker 1: up and down your back, there's the muscles in the
- 1:46:09Speaker 1: top of your back relax and become a looser. The
- 1:46:19Speaker 1: muscles in the middle of your back also seemed to
- 1:46:25Speaker 1: just almost divide from each other, separating and almost melting,
- 1:46:40Speaker 1: and in your locker back seems to be an extra
- 1:46:46Speaker 1: special feeling of comfort. The spreads into your hips. Sit
- 1:47:03Speaker 1: down your lower back, into your hips, into the area
- 1:47:11Speaker 1: where your cosicks are, and into your buttocks. A wise
- 1:47:20Speaker 1: muscles then spread.
- 1:47:25Speaker 15: Give your lower back.
- 1:47:28Speaker 1: Into your hip area, start to melt, start to reading.
- 1:47:42Speaker 4: Let go.
- 1:47:49Speaker 1: And you know where about to focus on your shoulders,
- 1:47:56Speaker 1: back your spine, continue.
- 1:48:02Speaker 4: Till I go.
- 1:48:06Speaker 1: Tenue to relax.
- 1:48:12Speaker 16: So coldly.
- 1:48:20Speaker 1: As you focus on your shoulders, you may notice they're
- 1:48:26Speaker 1: already feeling really release. They're already come, I feel those muscles.
- 1:49:05Speaker 1: Then move from your neck into your shoulders. Feels so
- 1:49:17Speaker 1: soft and gentle, so smooth and calm.
- 1:49:45Speaker 7: The feeling your shoulders.
- 1:49:55Speaker 1: Seins to spread deep into your shoulders, a sense of.
- 1:50:02Speaker 7: Relaxation, not just.
- 1:50:07Speaker 1: Traveling deeply into your ussles, also relaxing the butterness and
- 1:50:26Speaker 1: moving all the way to underneath your arms, relaxing the
- 1:50:34Speaker 1: whole area between the tops of your shoulders and underneath
- 1:50:39Speaker 1: your arms. He then you just so relaxed and comfortable
- 1:50:58Speaker 1: in your shoulder, which sense that's.
- 1:51:07Speaker 4: Deep healing.
- 1:51:12Speaker 7: Message into arms.
- 1:51:25Speaker 1: You may feel almost as if your arms annoy even
- 1:51:31Speaker 1: that because the sun relaxed so deeply relaxed, so s s.
- 1:52:25Speaker 4: Feels spreading.
- 1:52:29Speaker 1: O way down your arms to our ways.

- 1:52:42Speaker 1: You wise scops spreads away into wrists, your form sadrists
- 1:53:17Speaker 1: so heavy. Yet the same time sunlight and gentle. Like said, now.
- 1:54:09Speaker 17: You a.

- 1:55:21Speaker 1: seems to feel so familiar, your hands relaxed deeply. Else

- 2:38:08Speaker 1: So counted down from ten to one, ten nine, eight, seven, six, five, four.
- 2:38:39Speaker 7: Three two.
- 2:38:45Speaker 1: One. And maybe that was a bit too quick in
- 2:38:55Speaker 1: order to relax. Maybe it's a bit too fast for it.
- 2:39:01Speaker 1: Notice the calming of your body, maybe even a little
- 2:39:09Speaker 1: bit of pressure there.
- 2:39:10Speaker 4: Life.
- 2:39:12Speaker 1: You'll count it down from ten to one. You expect
- 2:39:15Speaker 1: me to do man, expect me to just to go
- 2:39:18Speaker 1: with floppy just because you're counting down. You can try again,
- 2:39:29Speaker 1: but this time I'll go a bit slower. This time
- 2:39:35Speaker 1: that you focus on the whole of your body before.
- 2:39:40Speaker 7: We focus on the legs.
- 2:39:44Speaker 1: Just notice how your body does start to feel more
- 2:39:53Speaker 1: relaxed every number that I count down ten nine, eight, seven, six, five.
- 2:40:53Speaker 4: Four three.
- 2:41:35Speaker 1: One. I just notice how how you feel, generally, how
- 2:41:53Speaker 1: your body feels. It's not necessarily even about counting down
- 2:42:07Speaker 1: from ten to one. It's that space that you.
- 2:42:14Speaker 21: Have, that.
- 2:42:18Speaker 1: Space between being active physically or mentally, just sitting or
- 2:42:39Speaker 1: lying down, just being there, not doing anything, not saying anything,
- 2:42:45Speaker 1: or needing to think about anything. So it opens up
- 2:42:52Speaker 1: a space, you know, a bit of a space, a gap.
- 2:43:03Speaker 1: And the more I came down from ten to one,
- 2:43:07Speaker 1: the bigger that gap. Becomes So there's that gap of calmness,
- 2:43:17Speaker 1: of comfort, relaxation. It's a nice feeling, and it moves
- 2:43:34Speaker 1: those stresses or discomforts physically or emotionally moves away. Allows you.
- 2:43:54Speaker 17: To just.
- 2:43:58Speaker 1: Slow down, someone to count the game from ten down
- 2:44:04Speaker 1: to one and notice that gap widening, the gap and
- 2:44:14Speaker 1: its it widens. It's almost like that the stress and
- 2:44:19Speaker 1: attention falls into the gap, gives you that distance, that space.
- 2:44:42Speaker 1: Now ten nine, eight, seven, six, five four three. Then
- 2:46:48Speaker 1: how did your body feel? Can you notice that?
- 2:47:10Speaker 7: Do you feeling calm?
- 2:47:19Speaker 1: Then you feel relaxed? As we now focus on your legs,
- 2:47:50Speaker 1: just two legs. We're just gonna start with focusing on
- 2:48:11Speaker 1: your thighs. Of course, it's not the most exciting thing
- 2:48:30Speaker 1: to be doing because I'm sure like most of your
- 2:48:36Speaker 1: body is not a lot going on right now. Just
- 2:48:48Speaker 1: focusing on the whole of your fires, the tops of
- 2:48:54Speaker 1: your thighs, the sides of your fires, the bottoms of
- 2:49:01Speaker 1: your thighs, your outer thighs, and your inner thighs. Basically
- 2:49:08Speaker 1: the whole of your thigh that leads into.
- 2:49:11Speaker 21: Your hip.
- 2:49:16Speaker 1: And it goes down to your kneech wit. Now, this
- 2:49:26Speaker 1: is a big area it's a very heavy area. It's
- 2:49:34Speaker 1: very strong, probably the strongest muscles in your body or
- 2:49:41Speaker 1: in your thighs. But I don't think we perhaps give
- 2:49:57Speaker 1: enough attention to thighs. Perhaps we don't and acknowledge how
- 2:50:10Speaker 1: important our thighs are to our lives, how much they
- 2:50:32Speaker 1: actually difference all through our lives. And it may may
- 2:50:47Speaker 1: seem to sound really weird, but I think that all
- 2:50:52Speaker 1: of our body.
- 2:50:53Speaker 8: Parts, especially our thighs, needs some tear to see, a
- 2:51:03Speaker 8: bit of love shown, a bit of.
- 2:51:12Speaker 1: Acknowledgement, thank you, gratitude for what our thighs do for us.
- 2:51:31Speaker 1: And I know this may sound a bit strange. Maybe
- 2:51:37Speaker 1: you think, why am I sure that I should be
- 2:51:40Speaker 1: out in the garden hugging a tree or something. It's
- 2:51:49Speaker 1: hard to set my carophone up on a tree. That's
- 2:51:52Speaker 1: why I'm doing this indoors. Somewise I wouldn't be outside
- 2:51:55Speaker 1: king a tree. I can't see the television for the
- 2:51:59Speaker 1: tree be moved down to your knees. He gain such
- 2:52:10Speaker 1: an important part, and I think we don't necessarily I'll
- 2:52:19Speaker 1: speak for myself. I don't necessarily appreciate all that one
- 2:52:27Speaker 1: needs to do for me until I have a problem
- 2:52:32Speaker 1: with my need. Occasionally, if I ever, maybe i'll bash it.
- 2:52:39Speaker 1: It's aching for some reason. It's then that I realize
- 2:52:46Speaker 1: how much it does. You know, the benefit of being
- 2:52:50Speaker 1: able to use my legs.
- 2:52:54Speaker 7: Without any kind of physical discomfort.
- 2:53:00Speaker 1: Is a beautiful thing that's possibly not appreciated. Tool it's
- 2:53:08Speaker 1: temporarily removed. You know that's comfort. As you focus on
- 2:53:17Speaker 1: your knees, regardless of how your knees feel, you can
- 2:53:25Speaker 1: have that sense of gratitude and love to your needs
- 2:53:32Speaker 1: for all that they do for you. You can still
- 2:53:44Speaker 1: have that attention on your thighs. Maybe notice how your
- 2:53:49Speaker 1: thighs feel, Maybe notice that.
- 2:53:54Speaker 22: They are.
- 2:53:57Speaker 8: Relaxing more deeply as you focus now on the bottoms
- 2:54:13Speaker 8: of your legs and your shins, your calf muscles, the
- 2:54:18Speaker 8: bones between your knees and your feet incorporate, and the
- 2:54:26Speaker 8: course your ankles.
- 2:54:29Speaker 1: So important. If anyone has had even like the slightest
- 2:54:40Speaker 1: spray of an ankle, knows how how much we take
- 2:54:47Speaker 1: our ankles for granted. And it's kind of strange in
- 2:54:56Speaker 1: a way when you think that. You know, logically our
- 2:55:01Speaker 1: wrists are a lot thinner than the rest of our arms,
- 2:55:06Speaker 1: which is okay. You can't see any problem with that,
- 2:55:11Speaker 1: because we're just picking stuff up by our ankles so
- 2:55:17Speaker 1: much thinner than the rest of our legs, and from
- 2:55:27Speaker 1: a physics perspective or logical even it doesn't really make
- 2:55:32Speaker 1: sense that all this weight will ultimately be resting on
- 2:55:41Speaker 1: your ankles then lead to your feet, that thin area,
- 2:55:51Speaker 1: thin bone. Yeah, it does so much great work. Supports us,
- 2:56:01Speaker 1: supports our body for a lifetime, helps us to balance,
- 2:56:13Speaker 1: It helps you to.
- 2:56:18Speaker 7: Get around and be mobile. And there's the calf muscles.
- 2:56:27Speaker 1: Of course, when I was younger, I couldn't see the
- 2:56:35Speaker 1: pointing calf muscles. Didn't seem to do anything. Okay, if
- 2:56:41Speaker 1: I walked around tiptoes, then my calf muscles get some work.
- 2:56:47Speaker 1: But of course that's not true. The calf muscles are
- 2:56:49Speaker 1: being used whenever we use our eggs. The new shins
- 2:57:02Speaker 1: there to protect you'll low legs shaped in a way
- 2:57:13Speaker 1: almost as a protector for the bone, leading of course
- 2:57:26Speaker 1: to your ankles and your feet. We're not going to
- 2:57:36Speaker 1: focus on your feet. We're just going to focus on
- 2:57:38Speaker 1: the legs. I realize, and now that I've mentioned your feet,
- 2:57:45Speaker 1: you'll probably focus on them anyway, So maybe I should
- 2:57:50Speaker 1: focus on your feet a little bit. You can have
- 2:57:56Speaker 1: them in your awareness this aim as you have your
- 2:58:01Speaker 1: thighs in your awareness. Even though we haven't been focusing
- 2:58:06Speaker 1: on your thighs a few minutes, we're focusing on your ankles,
- 2:58:18Speaker 1: there's still that sensation of comfort in your thighs, and
- 2:58:34Speaker 1: there's that movement of energy because the thighs hold lots
- 2:58:43Speaker 1: of different sensations. Of course, there's the muscles, the big
- 2:58:49Speaker 1: strong muscles that we have in our thighs, but the
- 2:59:01Speaker 1: skin on the outside of the thighs, as in the
- 2:59:07Speaker 1: outside of all of our body, can be very sensitive,
- 2:59:17Speaker 1: sensitive to a touch, sensitive to temperature, and inside your thighs.
- 2:59:33Speaker 7: The bones, there's the muscle.
- 2:59:37Speaker 1: Is the blood, vessels, the ar trees, to all this
- 2:59:41Speaker 1: stuff that inside of thighs. I guess sometimes it'd be
- 2:59:50Speaker 1: nice if you could actually put your fingers inside your
- 2:59:55Speaker 1: thighs and message you can such on the outside of
- 3:00:01Speaker 1: the course, but be able to get deep into the muscles,
- 3:00:06Speaker 1: to be able to just message inside your thighs. Message
- 3:00:11Speaker 1: in the bones of your leg, massaging veins, just gently
- 3:00:24Speaker 1: healing thighs. You can move down, message inside your knees,
- 3:00:36Speaker 1: just message in those bones with healing fingertips, spreading the
- 3:00:43Speaker 1: healing energy deep into the choints.
- 3:00:48Speaker 7: New knees.
- 3:00:54Speaker 1: Of course, there's the back of you inside crease real
- 3:01:01Speaker 1: need is a very sensitive area. Very it feels very
- 3:01:09Speaker 1: nice when you strike it. That might be because it's
- 3:01:13Speaker 1: an area that's not really touched very often. It's almost
- 3:01:19Speaker 1: like a hidden part a crease your legs. It's almost
- 3:01:28Speaker 1: like a part that.
- 3:01:30Speaker 7: Has a sensitivity, which is a little bit different.
- 3:01:41Speaker 1: Of course, it's protected by your legs, so you can
- 3:01:51Speaker 1: legend put in your fingers into.
- 3:01:54Speaker 7: The increase your legs.
- 3:02:02Speaker 1: And folding between your legs, you can just message with
- 3:02:06Speaker 1: your fingertips. Your fingertips going inside massage in the muscle tissue.
- 3:02:20Speaker 1: You can cause fielder the bones of your knees heating
- 3:02:26Speaker 1: through your fingertips. And then if you go down to
- 3:02:39Speaker 1: your calf muscles, and that's the part I'd like to
- 3:02:42Speaker 1: be able to really put my fingertips step inside the
- 3:02:47Speaker 1: calf muscles, massage in every single tissue of the muscle,
- 3:02:58Speaker 1: healing every part. And they do the same for my shines.
- 3:03:11Speaker 1: Massage and generally stroking the bones, generally stroking them, healing
- 3:03:19Speaker 1: in a loving way because they deserve to be treated.
- 3:03:26Speaker 1: There's the precious bones that they are. Their legs are
- 3:03:31Speaker 1: so precious as in all the other parts of our body,
- 3:03:37Speaker 1: the more precious than any chub on the planet.
- 3:03:51Speaker 7: When you start to think about.
- 3:03:57Speaker 1: The legs in this way, you can change your perspective.
- 3:04:09Speaker 7: It might sound be.
- 3:04:13Speaker 1: Bit silly to start with the idea of having love
- 3:04:19Speaker 1: feles shown appreciation of your thighs, wanting to be able
- 3:04:29Speaker 1: to put your hands in your thighs, massage the muscles
- 3:04:37Speaker 1: and the bones, to get your fingers deep in there,
- 3:04:44Speaker 1: releasing atension. Just to show how much you care about
- 3:04:57Speaker 1: your legs, what you care for, what your legs do
- 3:05:02Speaker 1: for you regularly, your needs, your cars, your ankles. The
- 3:05:15Speaker 1: strength of your ankles, considering how thin they are compared
- 3:05:24Speaker 1: to the rest of your legs, especially your thighs. Yeah,
- 3:05:30Speaker 1: they're so strong, so flexible, absolutely amazing things. Your ankles
- 3:05:43Speaker 1: are truly a gift.
- 3:05:51Speaker 7: Because of what they do for you.
- 3:05:57Speaker 1: Supporting all that eat, regardless of how what weight you are,
- 3:06:06Speaker 1: even if you're eat a stony still a lot of
- 3:06:11Speaker 1: weight for these little ankles. How a lot heavier the
- 3:06:18Speaker 1: mainstone double DoD in my course, support my body all
- 3:06:29Speaker 1: the time, whether they do give off a sigh of
- 3:06:35Speaker 1: relief or to sit down. That's my old licks though, Kah,
- 3:06:45Speaker 1: my thick feels go my toes clap. Your legs really
- 3:07:16Speaker 1: are amazing, And I know they're talking about Talking about
- 3:07:23Speaker 1: your legs is probably possibly one of the most most
- 3:07:29Speaker 1: boring things you've ever heard anyone saying. Possibly, but boring
- 3:07:37Speaker 1: or not, everything I said is true. Your legs are amazing.
- 3:07:54Speaker 1: Your legs deserve not just respect, they deserve to relax deeply.
- 3:08:14Speaker 1: They deserve to take some time out of the day
- 3:08:20Speaker 1: to just let go completely. Legs really can relax because
- 3:08:57Speaker 1: the legs are so such a most, very important part
- 3:09:03Speaker 1: of your body. When you relax, next the rest of
- 3:09:07Speaker 1: your body also naturally follows in that journey of comfort.
- 3:09:27Speaker 1: Like I feel in my hips, My hips feel really loose,
- 3:09:35Speaker 1: and also my lower back as well. My lower back
- 3:09:40Speaker 1: really feels it feels stretched, even though I'm just sitting
- 3:09:46Speaker 1: in a chair and there's no stretching as far as
- 3:09:52Speaker 1: I'm aware that I'm doing. It's almost as if the
- 3:09:55Speaker 1: muscles just relaxed so much that there is a natural
- 3:10:00Speaker 1: stretch as the tension has reduced aout I'm now going
- 3:10:25Speaker 1: to count down ten downs one. You can continue to film.
- 3:10:37Speaker 4: Waderfully relaxed.
- 3:10:42Speaker 1: Ten nine eight seven six, five four three two one.
- 3:11:25Speaker 1: Relax because I'm just going to count down from five
- 3:11:37Speaker 1: down to one. And as a countdown, you just focus
- 3:11:42Speaker 1: on the numbers, just the numbers counting down, and notice
- 3:11:50Speaker 1: how you feel in this moment as you hear the
- 3:11:58Speaker 1: numbers counting down, knowing that those numbers counting down represent
- 3:12:08Speaker 1: you feeling calmer, not just in your body, but also.
- 3:12:19Speaker 7: Relaxing your mind.
- 3:12:23Speaker 1: Just notice how you feel. There's nothing to do, there's
- 3:12:28Speaker 1: nothing to say, there's nothing to think about, starting with
- 3:12:38Speaker 1: number five four three.
- 3:13:08Speaker 4: Two one.
- 3:13:24Speaker 1: And as you notice the gradual.
- 3:13:32Speaker 4: Letting go.
- 3:13:35Speaker 7: Of the tension in your.
- 3:13:37Speaker 1: Body, you may also begin to notice and be aware
- 3:13:46Speaker 1: of how your mind is starting to slow down. This
- 3:13:55Speaker 1: is just a natural thing that happens. It's not really
- 3:14:02Speaker 1: a special procedure. It's just natural. Because it's your body relaxes,
- 3:14:10Speaker 1: your mind also starts to relax. And the more your
- 3:14:15Speaker 1: micro relaxes, the more your body relaxes. It's just a
- 3:14:19Speaker 1: continuous circle of relaxation. And there's that calmness that comes from.
- 3:14:33Speaker 4: Relative quietness.
- 3:14:36Speaker 1: You know, even if this background sounds, even your side online,
- 3:14:44Speaker 1: it's still going to be quite calm. You know, you
- 3:14:50Speaker 1: haven't got the television on, there's no music in the background,
- 3:14:55Speaker 1: unless you're listening to the recorded with music. Of course,
- 3:15:03Speaker 1: you are very likely not going to be sitting in
- 3:15:05Speaker 1: a room with other people. Of course you might be,
- 3:15:08Speaker 1: but generally it's more ideal if you can do this
- 3:15:13Speaker 1: on your own, so no distractions, and when you stop
- 3:15:24Speaker 1: thinking about stuff, relaxation automatically rises. The sense of comfort
- 3:15:41Speaker 1: starts to grow, and without trying to build it up
- 3:15:50Speaker 1: into something fantastical, something magical, this is just a natural process,
- 3:16:05Speaker 1: something that's easy to accomplish. In fact, it's almost you know,
- 3:16:16Speaker 1: the sense of relaxing completely happens really when you put
- 3:16:23Speaker 1: no effort into it. It's not something that you can
- 3:16:27Speaker 1: really force. It's something that happens naturally. And part of
- 3:16:39Speaker 1: the process of this recording and others is simply two
- 3:16:50Speaker 1: allow you to take advantage of this space, this time,
- 3:17:04Speaker 1: to just let go, to just be here, to be
- 3:17:15Speaker 1: in tune with how you feel, yet with the intention
- 3:17:31Speaker 1: of wanting to relax deeply that maybe even to fall asleep,
- 3:17:44Speaker 1: depending on what it is that you wish for yourself
- 3:17:51Speaker 1: in this moment. As we know, relaxing is the majority
- 3:18:07Speaker 1: of the process of falling asleep. The actual fall in
- 3:18:11Speaker 1: the sleep part is the tiny bit at the end.
- 3:18:18Speaker 1: The deeper relaxed you.
- 3:18:21Speaker 4: Become, the easier.
- 3:18:29Speaker 1: You find yourself drifting. You can also, if you choose,
- 3:18:44Speaker 1: stay focused on my voice and really enjoy the process
- 3:19:05Speaker 1: coradually relaxing.
- 3:19:16Speaker 7: Each muscle.
- 3:19:22Speaker 1: In your body effortlessly and just observing the sensation of
- 3:19:49Speaker 1: letting go.
- 3:19:56Speaker 4: Completely.
- 3:20:03Speaker 1: This time, I'm account from six down to one. You
- 3:20:13Speaker 1: can notice your mind calming down with each number that
- 3:20:25Speaker 1: you hear me saying, naturally feeling calm and slow, beeaceful
- 3:20:48Speaker 1: sex five one being aware how you mind to slow
- 3:23:44Speaker 1: right down, sinking deeply into relaxation. As you focus on
- 3:24:11Speaker 1: your mind, and may notice that there are some thoughts
- 3:24:21Speaker 1: still there, maybe some stubborn thoughts that for some reason.
- 3:24:33Speaker 7: Perhaps need your attention.
- 3:24:41Speaker 1: That's what you can do is send love to those thoughts.
- 3:24:53Speaker 1: Sprinkle those thoughts m with love my little petals from
- 3:25:04Speaker 1: my flower. Just sprinkle over petals, feel good love towards
- 3:25:12Speaker 1: those thoughts, to let those thoughts over them. You're not
- 3:25:19Speaker 1: band in the number, you just need them. You require
- 3:25:25Speaker 1: them to just calm down, slow down, quiet down for now,
- 3:25:48Speaker 1: so as you focus on those remaining thoughts. As we
- 3:25:53Speaker 1: count down this time from seven down to one. With
- 3:25:59Speaker 1: each number, just imagine sprinkling those flower petals of love, kindness,
- 3:26:14Speaker 1: gratitude over those thoughts, which will allow them to just
- 3:26:27Speaker 1: melt away relaxed deeply. With every number, those thoughts will
- 3:26:43Speaker 1: become more and more relaxed.
- 3:26:55Speaker 7: Starting with numbers second, six, five, one.
- 3:29:26Speaker 1: Let you now notice how relaxed your feeling in your body.
- 3:29:52Speaker 7: We got to focus on your hands.
- 3:30:04Speaker 1: Because the more relax your hands on, the more relax
- 3:30:11Speaker 1: your body and mind. This you focus on your hands
- 3:30:33Speaker 1: and your fingers. There's nothing needed to be done. There's
- 3:30:43Speaker 1: no clutching the fists or dents in the fingers or
- 3:30:48Speaker 1: anything like that.
- 3:30:57Speaker 6: It's just noticing.
- 3:31:00Speaker 1: Kissing on your hands. Let us singw they feel because
- 3:31:27Speaker 1: the ball relax your hands feel, the calm ma mind feels,
- 3:31:40Speaker 1: and the wall confidence feel around your body. Jee may
- 3:32:00Speaker 1: have wardy notst you mind is starting to drift faim
- 3:32:47Speaker 1: just in my hands and fingers, and I'm che experience.
- 3:33:05Speaker 1: I'm real deepening of that relaxation in your hands and
- 3:33:12Speaker 1: fingers or relaxed. With each number for eight down to one,
- 3:33:47Speaker 1: you can almost feel that heating, relaxing energy spreading into
- 3:33:58Speaker 1: your hands, the fingers becoming relaxing with each number going down,
- 3:34:29Speaker 1: eight down to one, drifting, drifting again, spotted with number
- 3:34:59Speaker 1: eight seven sh just being here now, nothing to think about,
- 3:38:55Speaker 1: nothing to do, nothing to say, and everything just feels calmer.
- 3:39:11Speaker 1: This is your natural state of being. This is how
- 3:39:19Speaker 1: you just normally feel. Way you take away that other stuff.
- 3:39:29Speaker 22: That we add.
- 3:39:32Speaker 1: I think that's stress and way over thinking, anxiety, tension,
- 3:39:48Speaker 1: generally thinking about stuff. Take that away. This is what
- 3:39:55Speaker 1: we do. Now. You left with a real sense of peacefulness,
- 3:40:14Speaker 1: which comes to you very good place, because ultimately it's just.
- 3:40:23Speaker 17: A feeling.
- 3:40:28Speaker 1: Of feeling of comfort, almost as if you got inside yourself.
- 3:40:38Speaker 1: You've found a special place where everything is basiful, the
- 3:40:52Speaker 1: place we in the film relaxed and your national sense
- 3:41:00Speaker 1: of confid the place where you will be here you
- 3:41:11Speaker 1: can accept yourself when you will place way you're trying
- 3:41:19Speaker 1: to please anybody else in place way you can actually
- 3:41:36Speaker 1: just love yourself. In some ways. More importantly, you can
- 3:41:42Speaker 1: like yourself, appreciate.
- 3:41:47Speaker 22: How you will.
- 3:41:57Speaker 1: A sense of gratitude.
- 3:42:02Speaker 16: The air round.
- 3:42:11Speaker 1: That's also a place where you can actually feel the
- 3:42:20Speaker 1: healing energy soaking into your body. Healing energy soaking into
- 3:42:35Speaker 1: your body, the healing energy spreads through your veins, traveling
- 3:42:49Speaker 1: out to each every single part of your body. You
- 3:43:02Speaker 1: start to realize the actually the healing energy it's not
- 3:43:09Speaker 1: just entered into your brain, it's become part of your brain,
- 3:43:22Speaker 1: and the spinal fluid is now mixed with healing energy,
- 3:43:33Speaker 1: not just allowing you to feel so much more relaxed
- 3:43:42Speaker 1: and healthy in this moment, but also you start to
- 3:43:54Speaker 1: realize that actually what's happening now without hearing relaxing energy
- 3:44:06Speaker 1: spreading through your body is actually changing your life suchally
- 3:44:20Speaker 1: changing the way you're going to feel not just now,
- 3:44:25Speaker 1: but tomorrow and the next day. As your health improves,
- 3:44:36Speaker 1: not just your physical health beyond mental health. Things that
- 3:44:44Speaker 1: used to bother you in the past, for some reason,
- 3:44:50Speaker 1: no longer have the effect that they used to because
- 3:44:57Speaker 1: something has changed.
- 3:45:01Speaker 4: Deep within you.
- 3:45:07Speaker 1: Maybe things that used to cause you to feel anger
- 3:45:17Speaker 1: no longer having that power to control you the way
- 3:45:28Speaker 1: they seem to be able to before. As you realize
- 3:45:37Speaker 1: that you're the one who decides what affects you. You're
- 3:45:50Speaker 1: the one who decides to feel relaxed and can't.
- 3:45:59Speaker 7: When you choose.
- 3:46:05Speaker 1: To enjoy noticing these natural developments and the healing continue
- 3:46:19Speaker 1: to grow and improve your life day by day. Include
- 3:46:33Speaker 1: of course, your ability to relax so much easier and sleeping.
- 3:46:51Speaker 1: It's the most natural thing in the world to you
- 3:47:01Speaker 1: because falling asleep is something that you've done so many
- 3:47:09Speaker 1: times in your life, and you know that you were
- 3:47:16Speaker 1: born as we all work with the ability to fall asleep, naturally,
- 3:47:29Speaker 1: born with that ability to just drift off into a deep,
- 3:47:43Speaker 1: healing sleep. Even when we're kids, sometimes will fall asleep
- 3:47:54Speaker 1: and we don't even want to try to stay away.
- 3:48:01Speaker 1: Maybe it's a birthday in the morning, though it's Christmas
- 3:48:04Speaker 1: or holiday or something we look forward to, I don't
- 3:48:08Speaker 1: want to go to sleep. But the more we want
- 3:48:13Speaker 1: to stay awake, the more we just start to drift.
- 3:48:22Speaker 1: And the more he fights drifting, we try to stop
- 3:48:27Speaker 1: yourself and drifting asleep, the deeper and stronger without drifting becomes.
- 3:48:41Speaker 1: Because we're born.
- 3:48:43Speaker 7: Not just with the need to relax deeply.
- 3:48:48Speaker 1: And to naturally fall asleep, but it's our birthright, it's
- 3:48:58Speaker 1: part of our DNA, and sometimes as we get older
- 3:49:09Speaker 1: in life, perhaps at times we have forgotten relaxing completely.
- 3:49:24Speaker 1: It's not only a wonderfully pleasant experience, it's also really easy.
- 3:49:49Speaker 1: It's very very easy to let go because that's what
- 3:49:56Speaker 1: it is. It's just.
- 3:50:01Speaker 8: Decided to let go. And when you press the play
- 3:50:12Speaker 8: button on my recordings, you have given permission.
- 3:50:22Speaker 1: For my voice to relation. When you press that play button,
- 3:50:32Speaker 1: you have given me permission for my words to effect
- 3:50:43Speaker 1: in a positive, only a positive way.
- 3:50:54Speaker 7: Opening up your mind.
- 3:51:02Speaker 1: To useful and healing suggestions. They can have such an
- 3:51:23Speaker 1: amazing effect on how you feel right now, as well
- 3:51:38Speaker 1: as those changes that continue long after the recording ends,
- 3:51:48Speaker 1: those changes within you that continue to flourish and grow,
- 3:52:01Speaker 1: transforming your life in positive, beautiful way, allowing you to
- 3:52:16Speaker 1: move forward in your life in the direction that.
- 3:52:22Speaker 7: You choose for yourself.
- 3:52:34Speaker 1: And this feeling, this feeling that you can experience a safety, comfort, calmness.
- 3:52:54Speaker 7: This feels so nice.
- 3:53:05Speaker 1: It's such a healthy place to be, and that positivity
- 3:53:19Speaker 1: grows within you. Eat every day moving forward, you'll have
- 3:53:39Speaker 1: to find that you're all relaxed physically and in your mind.
- 3:53:51Speaker 1: It's all relaxed, and it's not that you're thinking slower.
- 3:54:02Speaker 1: It's just that your mind would be less knocked up
- 3:54:06Speaker 1: with unnecessary negativity because from now on, your mind rejects negativity.
- 3:54:24Speaker 7: From now on, you're going to start noticing.
- 3:54:30Speaker 1: When negativity arises, and you can just say stop, stop,
- 3:54:46Speaker 1: and then negativity will turn around and leave you alone.
- 3:55:00Speaker 1: Stop and then negativity would disappear. And did you notice
- 3:55:20Speaker 1: that you feel way more axed than you probably expected.
- 3:55:34Speaker 4: You can now.
- 3:55:39Speaker 1: Congratulate yourself because you are the person that has done this.
- 3:55:46Speaker 1: You are the one that's opened your mind up to
- 3:55:53Speaker 1: the simple facts, and you can feel more relaxed in
- 3:56:01Speaker 1: your body and in your mind. You've opened your mind
- 3:56:11Speaker 1: up to the birthrights. Have been able to just fall
- 3:56:19Speaker 1: asleep easily when he cheers. And that's a nice feeling.
- 3:56:35Speaker 1: Don't you think it feels nice?
- 3:56:39Speaker 4: Doesn't it?
- 3:56:43Speaker 1: To feel.
- 3:56:45Speaker 7: Calm from the healing energy is spreading through your body?
- 3:56:52Speaker 1: In your mind spend I'm a special place where negativity
- 3:57:09Speaker 1: can no longer enter. Negativity is banned. It's bad, it's
- 3:57:22Speaker 1: not allowed entry. It doesn't, it doesn't. This doesn't deserve
- 3:57:29Speaker 1: to be here. It doesn't be long here. Negativity has
- 3:57:36Speaker 1: no place in your life. Which makes room for all
- 3:57:51Speaker 1: comfort or healing or relaxation, peace, it feels nice, doesn't
- 3:58:24Speaker 1: just let go with everything. I'm gonna count down now
- 3:58:48Speaker 1: from twenty down to one. You can continue to relax.
- 3:59:00Speaker 1: You can Drea to sleep with every number he'd be saved,
- 3:59:19Speaker 1: he can fill twice relaxed, or if you choose, you
- 3:59:26Speaker 1: can fill twice sleeping now twenty ninety eighteen seventy six day,
- 4:00:25Speaker 1: fifty day, fourteen thirty two, eleven, ten, nine, eight, seven, six.
- 4:01:50Speaker 17: Five.
- 4:02:31Speaker 1: It is your time to just take a break, your
- 4:02:41Speaker 1: time relax, to allow your mind to slow down, to
- 4:03:01Speaker 1: give yourself permission to take a break from everything enjureing
- 4:03:20Speaker 1: anly person that can make that decision. You're the only
- 4:03:27Speaker 1: person that can actually tell your mind.
- 4:03:34Speaker 7: Just relax, to just take some time.
- 4:03:50Speaker 1: Off so that you can focus on your body, getting
- 4:04:03Speaker 1: to touch with how you feel physically and in the
- 4:04:17Speaker 1: process of this body scared where you focus on different
- 4:04:25Speaker 1: parts of your body, those parts that you focus on
- 4:04:36Speaker 1: and observe, even though you're not purpose requesting those parts
- 4:04:48Speaker 1: of your body to relax. It's kind of expected. You
- 4:04:55Speaker 1: expect when you listen to my woice to feel wordst
- 4:05:04Speaker 1: naturally because when you're listening to me, your attention is
- 4:05:18Speaker 1: focused on my words, and as my words guide you.
- 4:05:31Speaker 7: To focus.
- 4:05:36Speaker 1: On those parts of your body, your focus increases, which
- 4:05:51Speaker 1: actually calms your mind. When you mind calms down, body relaxes,
- 4:06:23Speaker 1: and when your body calms down, mind relaxes. Started to
- 4:06:52Speaker 1: focus on your body. Feel that healing energy spreading through
- 4:07:07Speaker 1: your body, pushing out.
- 4:07:17Speaker 4: Stress, attention.
- 4:07:23Speaker 1: He all the parts of your body, including skin, bones, blood,
- 4:07:36Speaker 1: all of your audience. In such a body, one of
- 4:07:40Speaker 1: the muscles, all of the fat of everything, every hair
- 4:07:49Speaker 1: on your body is filled with that heal energy. Knowing
- 4:08:03Speaker 1: your brain fills with bad and the energy the feed
- 4:08:19Speaker 1: and comfort relaxation increases, deep increases in a way that
- 4:08:47Speaker 1: your mind.
- 4:08:51Speaker 7: Starts to fill, perhaps spend to reusing.
- 4:09:03Speaker 1: Because it's not needed. They start to drift.
- 4:09:23Speaker 7: If that's what's needed.
- 4:09:28Speaker 22: If you're listening to.
- 4:09:29Speaker 1: This and we need a state relaxation, that's where you get.
- 4:09:38Speaker 1: If we need is.
- 4:09:41Speaker 16: To fall asleep.
- 4:09:44Speaker 1: Naturally easily, that you wind drifts. That's also what happened
- 4:09:59Speaker 1: because Spy pressing out play button on the podcast and
- 4:10:07Speaker 1: listening to me give permission. Your body and your wind
- 4:10:17Speaker 1: in fact give the command to your body and your
- 4:10:27Speaker 1: mind to relax deeply, want to drift off to sleep,
- 4:10:39Speaker 1: if that's what you want to need. I as my focus.
- 4:10:57Speaker 7: On different parts of your body.
- 4:11:04Speaker 1: You may.
- 4:11:06Speaker 23: Start to just drift and then you come back again.
- 4:11:15Speaker 23: When you hear me talking.
- 4:11:18Speaker 1: Focusing on different parts of your body, you may I'm
- 4:11:30Speaker 1: just so drifting being realized, drifting into your song, drifting
- 4:11:42Speaker 1: dart again to my voice like I said, what a
- 4:11:48Speaker 1: different parts of your body starts to relaxee because I'm drifted.
- 4:12:01Speaker 1: It's basically already in the sleep.
- 4:12:06Speaker 16: Soon the w you draft, the long you drift, long
- 4:12:19Speaker 16: you drift.
- 4:12:23Speaker 1: That sh I've drafted continues to sleep. And that's the
- 4:12:34Speaker 1: pasture to when you're time, when you've experienced they about
- 4:12:48Speaker 1: to sleep, Because if you don't sleep, Si strang pleasant
- 4:13:07Speaker 1: saccent deep sleep feels nice to a sainsbody minds. You
- 4:13:40Speaker 1: feel that image is spreading through acies deeply axes, restart
- 4:14:10Speaker 1: mass the showlderss.
- 4:15:16Speaker 24: Chists fast.
- 4:16:43Speaker 1: Your body, let'spreake us again, said, focus on this time
- 4:17:04Speaker 1: on your forehead. Now on your mouth, your lips the time,
- 4:17:20Speaker 1: a hold of your mouth.
- 4:17:33Speaker 7: Focus on your fingers, maybe get.
- 4:17:44Speaker 1: Your fingers a little bits you can focus on each
- 4:17:49Speaker 1: one indiviectually both hands. H should focus on bunch of
- 4:18:04Speaker 1: your hands now seems just not into one made your
- 4:18:16Speaker 1: hands started left hand and asked as if just fix
- 4:18:27Speaker 1: thegetherl have focusing these, just not have your knees well,
- 4:19:02Speaker 1: I said, you said, just see.
- 4:19:48Speaker 17: The same.
- 4:19:50Speaker 1: Sad excuse such.
- 4:21:18Speaker 25: Lady famous.
- 4:23:06Speaker 1: Not to say I skil body fails, not to say
- 4:23:40Speaker 1: mind fails. Let him go, let h go, Let's say
- 4:24:27Speaker 1: go everything, let'sh go, letsh go, let's say go, ah.
- 4:25:05Speaker 4: Everything everything.
- 4:25:22Speaker 1: We start now, and like you're just the first of all,
- 4:25:26Speaker 1: just to see yourself.
- 4:25:29Speaker 4: Lying down.
- 4:25:31Speaker 1: On that message table, lying on your front. Your head
- 4:25:37Speaker 1: is supported, your arms are supported, and you feel comfortable
- 4:25:46Speaker 1: and breathing is really easy, and you feel you feel
- 4:25:55Speaker 1: confident in how you look as well. So there's none
- 4:25:58Speaker 1: of that issue of body problems or shyness because I'm
- 4:26:05Speaker 1: a professional and this is a therapy session, so none
- 4:26:13Speaker 1: of that stuff matters whatsoever. This is about you. This
- 4:26:23Speaker 1: is about how you feel, how you can enjoy that
- 4:26:31Speaker 1: sense of comfort and relaxation that comes from letting go
- 4:26:38Speaker 1: and allowing my hands and my fingers to relax you
- 4:26:46Speaker 1: by a messaging your body. So I want to start
- 4:26:55Speaker 1: off just by placing my hands on the back of
- 4:26:59Speaker 1: your head, just gently, just so you can feel my
- 4:27:05Speaker 1: hands feel like really on you. So you can maybe
- 4:27:13Speaker 1: feel the warmth of my hands on the back of
- 4:27:15Speaker 1: your head. With my hands to the side of your head,
- 4:27:22Speaker 1: not pressing, but just holding there very gently, maybe over
- 4:27:29Speaker 1: your ears, and a little bit on your face, just
- 4:27:33Speaker 1: so you can feel my hands.
- 4:27:37Speaker 7: So you can become accustomed.
- 4:27:40Speaker 1: To them. And now I put my hands on the
- 4:27:51Speaker 1: back of your head again and gently let them slide
- 4:27:56Speaker 1: down on to the back of your neck. You can
- 4:28:08Speaker 1: feel my hands gently stroking the back of your neck,
- 4:28:18Speaker 1: and start with just so you can get used to
- 4:28:25Speaker 1: the feeling of my hands on your skin, get accustomed
- 4:28:30Speaker 1: to realize that you're safe, it's all good, it's all fine.
- 4:28:46Speaker 1: And I want to start chimply message in the muscles
- 4:28:50Speaker 1: in the back of your neck.
- 4:28:58Speaker 7: With both hands. And this is a very trusting.
- 4:29:09Speaker 1: Situation really, because our necks are so fragile to have
- 4:29:15Speaker 1: someone have their hands around your neck in that way
- 4:29:20Speaker 1: and sometimes be problematic for people, which is why massages
- 4:29:25Speaker 1: are quite good because it allows you to relax and
- 4:29:31Speaker 1: to get in touch with trust to feel peaceful and calm.
- 4:29:53Speaker 1: There's a massage the sides of your neck, gently moving
- 4:30:01Speaker 1: from the bottom of your neck. It would be sort
- 4:30:06Speaker 1: of near where your shoulders start. I guess all the
- 4:30:09Speaker 1: way up.
- 4:30:11Speaker 21: To your jaw.
- 4:30:14Speaker 1: Is kind of area on the side of your neck.
- 4:30:20Speaker 1: Of course, it's a lot longer than the front of
- 4:30:23Speaker 1: your neck. The message in the back of your neck,
- 4:30:43Speaker 1: especially that area where perhaps we hold tension, there's that
- 4:30:52Speaker 1: area's message. You can actually feel a sense of release
- 4:30:57Speaker 1: in the back of your neck. Maybe you can't breathe
- 4:31:05Speaker 1: it out as well, not just how it feels, notice
- 4:31:11Speaker 1: how you feel. They're moving down to that area between
- 4:31:24Speaker 1: your neck and your shoulders, that muscle area, starting to
- 4:31:32Speaker 1: message that area on both sides. This would be the
- 4:31:39Speaker 1: area that a lot of people would message if they
- 4:31:42Speaker 1: were going to give you, like a shoulder message. Even
- 4:31:47Speaker 1: that's not technically the shoulders, but it's all the muscles
- 4:31:51Speaker 1: that lead to the shoulders from the neck and a
- 4:31:57Speaker 1: game that can hold tension and stress, and when massaged
- 4:32:04Speaker 1: sometimes a nice deep message is useful, and you decide
- 4:32:11Speaker 1: how deep that message is. Just allow on knuckles just
- 4:32:30Speaker 1: to dig in to get to those.
- 4:32:33Speaker 7: Muscles to really.
- 4:32:38Speaker 1: Relaxed all the time being ferd yet gentle wigin just
- 4:33:00Speaker 1: breaking down the area to your actual shoulders, moving the
- 4:33:09Speaker 1: muscles of your shoulders, and maybe initially just.
- 4:33:19Speaker 7: Pulling up the shoulders a.
- 4:33:20Speaker 1: Little bit off the table, just to give you a
- 4:33:24Speaker 1: little bit of a stretch very gently. Then you've got
- 4:33:35Speaker 1: the muscles at the front of your shoulders the side
- 4:33:39Speaker 1: of the bank. Again, this is the part that can
- 4:33:49Speaker 1: really take quite a bit of pressure, quite a bit of.
- 4:33:58Speaker 4: Needing.
- 4:33:59Speaker 1: If if you wish to really release the tension to
- 4:34:08Speaker 1: really get into those muscles and flat your fingers in there,
- 4:34:16Speaker 1: you feel really nice. Sometimes it's just being stroked gently,
- 4:34:23Speaker 1: being massaged quite strongly, can all be beneficial.
- 4:34:34Speaker 16: To the real solution.
- 4:34:40Speaker 1: With the muscles in your shoulders. Now to move down
- 4:34:53Speaker 1: your arms, you do one arm at a time, starting
- 4:35:04Speaker 1: with your right arm. What there is, I just lift
- 4:35:14Speaker 1: your arm up, just hold it to the side of you.
- 4:35:20Speaker 1: I would still be attached, and I just message the
- 4:35:27Speaker 1: tops of your arms all the way down to your
- 4:35:40Speaker 1: forearms into your wrists, gently messaging.
- 4:36:03Speaker 4: That part.
- 4:36:06Speaker 1: The softer part, which is the underpart of the arm,
- 4:36:13Speaker 1: which leads to the crease in your rowbo the inside.
- 4:36:18Speaker 1: It's much more sensitive skin. Sometimes just having that stroked
- 4:36:36Speaker 1: feel really nice, pleasurable and relaxing. Now moving down to
- 4:36:53Speaker 1: your right hand, just holding your hand in both of
- 4:37:05Speaker 1: my hands, just pressing gently on the back of your hand,
- 4:37:18Speaker 1: stretching your fingers ever slightly at the same time pressing
- 4:37:29Speaker 1: down and massaging each finger, and then starting to massage
- 4:37:43Speaker 1: the palms and the hand. Just turning the hand gently,
- 4:37:55Speaker 1: stretching it gently, and actually have in your hand held.
- 4:38:05Speaker 1: It can really be an emotional experience sometimes even if
- 4:38:12Speaker 1: it is a stranger. So when you don't know very well,
- 4:38:18Speaker 1: like a massage person or a therapist, maybe because it's intimate,
- 4:38:32Speaker 1: you can feel nice, you can feel safe. As I
- 4:38:45Speaker 1: put that right arm back down where it was, do
- 4:38:54Speaker 1: the same with your left arm, akly the same, massaging
- 4:39:07Speaker 1: the muscles, and you are all the way down to
- 4:39:12Speaker 1: your wrist, striking inside of your own just being gentle
- 4:39:26Speaker 1: or as firm as you require, and then massaging your
- 4:39:40Speaker 1: left hand, stretching the fingers gently, massage in the palm
- 4:39:56Speaker 1: of your left hand. You feel so so relaxing, psyculating.
- 4:40:37Speaker 1: I'll just rest your left arm back down, start message
- 4:40:50Speaker 1: your back the biggest part of your body. Started the top,
- 4:41:03Speaker 1: starting again where we already have been, the area of
- 4:41:07Speaker 1: the top in between your shoulders, your neck, going back,
- 4:41:15Speaker 1: massage in the area again, but this time moving downwards,
- 4:41:27Speaker 1: making it downward. Stroke to the middle of get back,
- 4:41:35Speaker 1: working for me outside inwards, massage in that.
- 4:41:42Speaker 7: You're back, but the outside you're back.
- 4:41:52Speaker 1: Pads were arms will maybe rest against almost the path
- 4:42:08Speaker 1: that connects your front to your back. Just messaging down
- 4:42:23Speaker 1: firmly but gently, as firm as you want, moving down
- 4:42:33Speaker 1: and moving across a little bed and moving all the
- 4:42:37Speaker 1: way down again, be very gentle you have firm as
- 4:42:43Speaker 1: you cheers. Eventually even get.
- 4:42:52Speaker 7: To the spine.
- 4:42:54Speaker 1: You can massage the muscles and either side of your
- 4:42:58Speaker 1: spine from the top of your neck or the way
- 4:43:02Speaker 1: down to your lower back. You can do that a
- 4:43:13Speaker 1: few times. Sometimes people would use the knuckle or the
- 4:43:24Speaker 1: you know, the two fingers and just go your side
- 4:43:28Speaker 1: of the spine almost just push down all the way
- 4:43:33Speaker 1: down to the bottom of the spine, each time releasing
- 4:43:40Speaker 1: the tension and opening up the body, stretching your body
- 4:43:51Speaker 1: so that you feel more relaxed, but at the same
- 4:43:55Speaker 1: time be tuvenated. And now I'm gonna move to one side,
- 4:44:13Speaker 1: to your right side, from the bottom of your lips
- 4:44:22Speaker 1: to your pelvis. We're gonna message that area of your back.
- 4:44:30Speaker 1: I'll stretch over the other side and I will pull
- 4:44:34Speaker 1: the muscles gently and massage will push from one end
- 4:44:41Speaker 1: that side will way to my side to the middle
- 4:44:45Speaker 1: of the fact to where your spine is. Massaging that
- 4:44:51Speaker 1: side of your spine the opposite side to where I'm standing.
- 4:44:58Speaker 1: It's almost likely needn't break. There's a big area which
- 4:45:04Speaker 1: is firm, yet there lots there to message. Potentially one
- 4:45:15Speaker 1: of the most important places to actually have a message,
- 4:45:22Speaker 1: because you really feel it, really feel the release and
- 4:45:28Speaker 1: the pleasure of having your lower back massaged. It releases
- 4:45:37Speaker 1: so much from your body that's not useful, starting a
- 4:45:45Speaker 1: healthing process which will continue long after this recording is over.
- 4:46:01Speaker 1: The messaging this part of your body neily feels really
- 4:46:05Speaker 1: good for you. It's actually fun to do because it is,
- 4:46:11Speaker 1: as I said, like kneading bread. It's a part that
- 4:46:16Speaker 1: you can really get hold of and really massage deeply.
- 4:46:24Speaker 1: If that's your choice. They're not going to move over
- 4:46:34Speaker 1: to the other side of your body and do the
- 4:46:36Speaker 1: same with the opposite part of your lower back, kneading
- 4:46:48Speaker 1: and messaging from your side way to the middle of
- 4:46:57Speaker 1: your back where your spine is pressing and needing, firm
- 4:47:11Speaker 1: and gentle at the same time. It feels so releasing
- 4:47:21Speaker 1: a mixture of pleasure, comfort, release, calmness, relaxation or mixed together.
- 4:47:37Speaker 1: Plus there is that feeling from your stomach because it's
- 4:47:41Speaker 1: being stretched. Even though you're in your stomach now, you
- 4:47:46Speaker 1: can feel it being stretched because the whole area is connected.
- 4:47:50Speaker 7: To your stomach.
- 4:48:00Speaker 1: Never gonna move or move further up to your top
- 4:48:05Speaker 1: of your body. And we do the same.
- 4:48:09Speaker 7: This time, starting with upper back.
- 4:48:16Speaker 1: Put my hands forward over and massive massage in that
- 4:48:21Speaker 1: area up to your spine, from the side of your
- 4:48:28Speaker 1: body up to your spine to some of the message area,
- 4:48:34Speaker 1: the muscle tissue, whatever fatty tissue even will be possibly
- 4:48:41Speaker 1: from your chest because it's all connected. The chest in
- 4:48:45Speaker 1: the back connect together. I'm going to be massaging and
- 4:48:52Speaker 1: just pulling some of that skin from your side up
- 4:48:59Speaker 1: the mess wagin the area of your upper back all
- 4:49:08Speaker 1: the way into your spine, and then I'll move down
- 4:49:14Speaker 1: a bit and I'll continue with the middle of your back,
- 4:49:17Speaker 1: doing exactly the same thing. There's gentle as deep as
- 4:49:27Speaker 1: you ches. Now I'll move or the other side again
- 4:49:38Speaker 1: and do the exact same thing with the top of
- 4:49:43Speaker 1: your back on the other side, from pretty much underneath
- 4:49:53Speaker 1: your arm area really to your spine, and then continue
- 4:50:07Speaker 1: in that all the way down, including your lower your
- 4:50:13Speaker 1: the middle of your back. Now I can go to
- 4:50:30Speaker 1: your thighs, the backs of your thighs, and the sides
- 4:50:37Speaker 1: of your thighs, starting with your right leg. Massage the
- 4:50:48Speaker 1: back and the sides of your thighs gently and firmly.
- 4:50:59Speaker 1: There's a lot muscles there. It's an area that can
- 4:51:03Speaker 1: be very tense at times and maybe needs a little
- 4:51:07Speaker 1: bit more pressure than the rest of the body that's
- 4:51:11Speaker 1: up to you. You can gently stroke the back of
- 4:51:21Speaker 1: your legs where you know obviously your knee joints or
- 4:51:27Speaker 1: underneath your knee joint, very sensitive, gentle area, and working
- 4:51:40Speaker 1: down to your calf muscles. Massage in your calf muscles
- 4:51:49Speaker 1: thoroughly and deeply, if you choose, using both hands.
- 4:52:01Speaker 7: Fingers, digging deep.
- 4:52:12Speaker 1: To your ankles, to the back of your back of
- 4:52:17Speaker 1: your ankles, just generally message in that area, maybe left
- 4:52:31Speaker 1: in the leg and stretching a little bit. Moving to
- 4:52:46Speaker 1: the right foot massagey the bottom of your feet and
- 4:53:05Speaker 1: the size of your feet getly but firm enough so
- 4:53:16Speaker 1: they don'ticle. Just allow.
- 4:53:26Speaker 7: The pleasure that you get from heaving your feet message.
- 4:53:32Speaker 1: To just overtake you. As I continue to message your feet,
- 4:53:41Speaker 1: the bottoms of your feet, the side, your arches, your heel.
- 4:53:52Speaker 1: You can put a lot of pressure into your heel
- 4:53:55Speaker 1: and it feels amazing, Yet the arches need to be
- 4:54:00Speaker 1: a bit more gentle. Stretching your toes gently the message
- 4:54:11Speaker 1: in the bottoms of your toes with my fingers, each
- 4:54:18Speaker 1: one individually. Moving over to the left leg to do
- 4:54:31Speaker 1: exactly the same thing. Starting at the top of the thighs,
- 4:54:42Speaker 1: work in the back of the thighs and the sides,
- 4:54:47Speaker 1: massaging deeply and gently the whole area, working all the
- 4:54:57Speaker 1: way down. This is an area that maybe you could
- 4:55:10Speaker 1: like to spend more time relaxing and messaging. Perhaps, if
- 4:55:19Speaker 1: you wanted, I could make a future recording. Want spend
- 4:55:24Speaker 1: more time in one particular area. As she moved down
- 4:55:36Speaker 1: two calf muscles, massagy of calf muscles and gently moved
- 4:55:57Speaker 1: down you call into your feet massage backs of your feet,
- 4:56:08Speaker 1: bubbles of your feet, stretching your toes and massage in
- 4:56:17Speaker 1: each tone individually. That feeling of pleasure and release. The
- 4:56:26Speaker 1: experience when you're having your feet and massaged feels reating good.
- 4:56:46Speaker 1: Now if she turned over and your mind laying on
- 4:56:53Speaker 1: your back, he's gonna start again your nick area in
- 4:57:14Speaker 1: your shoulders, just to get back in touch with that area.
- 4:57:29Speaker 1: Lets you move up.
- 4:57:38Speaker 7: I can clean my hands, but a little afresh.
- 4:57:42Speaker 1: He's now gonna message your face dimply, starting off from
- 4:57:52Speaker 1: your forehead. Your eyes are closed. Just stretch your eyes
- 4:58:06Speaker 1: a little bit, pushing up with your eyebrows, just messaging
- 4:58:17Speaker 1: around your scalp. Me sarting down your cheeks, around your ears,
- 4:58:33Speaker 1: into your chores, gently the sides of your neck chin
- 4:58:57Speaker 1: and just move it down your neck down to your chest,
- 4:59:09Speaker 1: starting to put message in the very top of your chest.
- 4:59:17Speaker 1: The collar bone is either side of the collarbone. They
- 4:59:31Speaker 1: just messide in the hall of the chest. Move the
- 4:59:43Speaker 1: chest around, because it's quite a large area. You can
- 4:59:57Speaker 1: move from one side to the next. Moving my hands
- 5:00:08Speaker 1: underneath you pretty much your arms on stretching up, stretching
- 5:00:18Speaker 1: some of the muscles of your back in the process.
- 5:00:26Speaker 1: Moving up. Have your chest.
- 5:00:33Speaker 7: And then moving down again.
- 5:00:47Speaker 1: Then allow my hands they're just massage gently and slide
- 5:00:53Speaker 1: down towards your stomach, starting in the middle of my
- 5:00:59Speaker 1: rust and then gradually in my head's moving apart and
- 5:01:09Speaker 1: massaging and sliding at the same time, moving down to
- 5:01:19Speaker 1: just below your red cage, moving down, then massaging up again,
- 5:01:38Speaker 1: giving your chest all the attention when it needs to
- 5:01:46Speaker 1: feel completely relaxed, remembering that also you're going to be
- 5:01:58Speaker 1: focusing on your sides as well, an area that really
- 5:02:05Speaker 1: doesn't get much attention, that feels really good when it's massaged.
- 5:02:17Speaker 1: Just stroking my hands down the sides of your body,
- 5:02:25Speaker 1: just below your arms, all the way down to your hips.
- 5:02:38Speaker 1: Now move into your stomach area. You can stand on
- 5:02:44Speaker 1: one side of you like I did when I did
- 5:02:47Speaker 1: your lower back. When you do a similar process, just
- 5:02:53Speaker 1: stretching the muscles from your side gently massaging from one
- 5:03:08Speaker 1: side to the next. Move in the whole area from
- 5:03:17Speaker 1: blow your ribs all the way down to blow your
- 5:03:21Speaker 1: belly button, and then move around to the outside of
- 5:03:31Speaker 1: you and repeat that process of relaxing deeply, calmly. You
- 5:03:50Speaker 1: feel loose, you feel free. There's something about having your
- 5:03:57Speaker 1: stomach massage that's different from any other parts, because we
- 5:04:06Speaker 1: do have a tendency fold in a different kind of
- 5:04:10Speaker 1: stress in your stomach that we may not be aware of.
- 5:04:20Speaker 1: There's an old message your stomach in front of your stomach,
- 5:04:28Speaker 1: making circles around your belly bottom thing going the other
- 5:04:39Speaker 1: way around the gentleness and of freedom that comes from
- 5:04:52Speaker 1: feeling how you're feeling. So now move down the tops
- 5:05:03Speaker 1: of your thighs, muscles, massage in them. I can do
- 5:05:10Speaker 1: this to your legs at the same time, pressing down,
- 5:05:19Speaker 1: massaging deeply those muscles in your thighs, the front of
- 5:05:25Speaker 1: your thighs, and moving down to your knees gently massage
- 5:05:36Speaker 1: in your knees, Sliding down your shins, pressure on either
- 5:05:48Speaker 1: side of your shin gently, softly but firmly, moving out
- 5:06:00Speaker 1: your ankles, stroking the tops of your feet, and then
- 5:06:15Speaker 1: with each foot in each hand, just gently messaging the
- 5:06:22Speaker 1: whole of the foot, the top, the bottom, your heel,
- 5:06:31Speaker 1: your ankle, your toes, massage in every part of your feet.
- 5:06:43Speaker 1: It feels so good to still let go the joy
- 5:06:49Speaker 1: the process, enjoy so deeply relaxed, so much comfort and
- 5:07:14Speaker 1: so many feelings that can't just from touching your skin,
- 5:07:31Speaker 1: and you can just lie there as long as you choose,
- 5:07:41Speaker 1: enjoying the feeling of deep comfort being massaged.
- 5:07:53Speaker 24: But me.
- 5:08:00Speaker 1: Enjoy the depay. And all we're gonna do is blow
- 5:08:26Speaker 1: out some candles. In your mind, there're gonna be a
- 5:08:43Speaker 1: hundred candles, and you're going to blow each one out individually,
- 5:08:58Speaker 1: one by one, starting at one hundred. As I count
- 5:09:05Speaker 1: down my way down to one, at least time I
- 5:09:18Speaker 1: say the number, you can imagine that candle in front
- 5:09:27Speaker 1: of you, and I'd like you to actually physically gently
- 5:09:38Speaker 1: blow a candle out, just it's not big blows, just
- 5:09:54Speaker 1: a gentle, and that candle will extinguish. And then I'll
- 5:10:09Speaker 1: say the next number we moved down, then you just
- 5:10:20Speaker 1: put that one out as well. And as we move
- 5:10:29Speaker 1: down the numbers, you'll find yourself feeding more and more relaxed.
- 5:10:43Speaker 1: If you need to sleep, you'll also find yourself becoming
- 5:10:51Speaker 1: incredibly tired and sleepy.
- 5:10:59Speaker 7: In fact, you me.
- 5:11:01Speaker 1: Struggle to blow out all one hundred of these candles.
- 5:11:17Speaker 1: And as you feel more and more deeply relaxed, more
- 5:11:36Speaker 1: more deeply tied, then the fur you go down, the
- 5:11:56Speaker 1: more your mind starts to drift. You may find that
- 5:12:10Speaker 1: you stop listening to me after a while, And even
- 5:12:24Speaker 1: though that may be background sounds where you are, you'll
- 5:12:33Speaker 1: be aware of those sounds at the moment you may
- 5:12:48Speaker 1: start to just u even notice them at all, because
- 5:13:03Speaker 1: they're unimportant where I am. Look at the sounds of
- 5:13:17Speaker 1: the birds. There's a horrist, the pigeon likes to say
- 5:13:24Speaker 1: hello sometimes, and there's the old play that goes by,
- 5:13:33Speaker 1: maybe traffic trains in the distance. That sea is important,
- 5:13:51Speaker 1: whatsoever A candles you blow out? Less important? Anything is candles, nouns,
- 5:14:18Speaker 1: The firth seemed to move away, sounds, general date, days,
- 5:14:39Speaker 1: stuff seems to just away on its own.
- 5:14:54Speaker 4: She feel.
- 5:14:59Speaker 17: Calm.
- 5:15:03Speaker 1: I have a candle you blow out? Did the next number?
- 5:15:24Speaker 21: Did?
- 5:15:24Speaker 1: He may say, Then you put that candle out to
- 5:15:44Speaker 1: so easy, so simple. You get a start by introducing
- 5:16:07Speaker 1: the first.
- 5:16:10Speaker 26: Candle, some hundred, first candles, one hundred.
- 5:16:31Speaker 1: When you blow that candle out, you'll find immediately a light.
- 5:16:48Speaker 4: Change.
- 5:16:53Speaker 1: Now that's one as real sense, positivity, crying within, relaxationdow, sleepiness, expanding, starting.
- 5:17:39Speaker 7: One hundred, All my cap now.
- 5:18:00Speaker 1: Nineteen nine, canned ninety eight, can ninety seven, I yes
- 5:20:01Speaker 1: nine five Night four.
- 5:20:55Speaker 7: Ninety three.
- 5:22:16Speaker 1: And nine eight nine, eight eight eight eight, nighty five
- 5:27:00Speaker 1: eight its, can do seventy eight, seventy seven, can seventy six, candle,
- 5:31:11Speaker 1: seventy five, candle, seventy four, candle seventy three, seventy.
- 5:32:31Speaker 27: Seventy one, seventy one, seventeen, sixty nine, cap.
- 5:33:52Speaker 1: Sixty eight, count sixty seven, candy sixty five, county.
- 5:34:41Speaker 28: Sixty four, candle, sixty four, candles sixty.
- 5:35:28Speaker 1: Thirty, candle sixty sixty sixty fifty nine, fifty eight, fifty seven,
- 5:38:16Speaker 1: fifty six, canto.
- 5:38:50Speaker 29: Fifty five, candle fifty four, fifty.
- 5:39:43Speaker 1: Three, fifty fifty cant.
- 5:41:07Speaker 7: Fifteen fifty.
- 5:42:39Speaker 4: Four nine.
- 5:43:16Speaker 1: Fourty eight fours, can five four, such eight, cantle, thirty seven,
- 5:49:45Speaker 1: cattle thirty five, h thirty three s T nine eight,
- 5:55:47Speaker 1: wait seven twenty six, wait five trips it w wait
- 6:01:20Speaker 1: six served six stay.
- 6:05:04Speaker 30: Shhhhhhhhhhhh.
- 6:10:10Speaker 17: Shhh Or.
- 6:15:13Speaker 1: Let go of all of those thoughts, worries, concerns about
- 6:15:20Speaker 1: the past, thoughts about the future, and even things you've
- 6:15:26Speaker 1: been thinking about today. Just let it all go because
- 6:15:34Speaker 1: none of it.
- 6:15:35Speaker 31: Is useful in this moment. This is your opportunity to
- 6:15:49Speaker 31: just focus.
- 6:15:56Speaker 1: On feeling relaxed, allowing yourself to get in touch with
- 6:16:05Speaker 1: that natural since of peace that we all have within us.
- 6:16:17Speaker 1: It's available for everyone. It just sometimes takes a little
- 6:16:23Speaker 1: bit of effort to set up the right time and
- 6:16:29Speaker 1: place in order for you to just let go. Because
- 6:16:36Speaker 1: when you do decide to let go and relax, that's
- 6:16:44Speaker 1: what your body starts to do because you've chosen, You've
- 6:16:53Speaker 1: chosen to just allow your body to unwind and mind
- 6:17:01Speaker 1: starts to slow down. And it's a nice feeling. It's
- 6:17:09Speaker 1: a nice feeling at the beginning, just to know that
- 6:17:13Speaker 1: you have chosen to decide to relax deeply. Because you've
- 6:17:24Speaker 1: made that decision, your body will just follow suit. Because
- 6:17:32Speaker 1: sometimes all the muscles in your body need is just
- 6:17:37Speaker 1: permission from you to relax because so often we're busy,
- 6:17:47Speaker 1: we're going from here to there, we're walking around and
- 6:17:51Speaker 1: we're doing stuff, and the body doesn't have any time
- 6:17:59Speaker 1: space to really relax deeply. So it kind of waits
- 6:18:08Speaker 1: for you to lead the way, waits for your permission.
- 6:18:17Speaker 1: And when you do give your permission, when you give
- 6:18:24Speaker 1: the say so, when you say okay, it's time for
- 6:18:30Speaker 1: your body to let go completely relax totally, your body
- 6:18:40Speaker 1: just follows. So like a breath of relief are relax
- 6:18:54Speaker 1: that feeling at the end of the day of very
- 6:18:58Speaker 1: physical day experience in the past, when you get home
- 6:19:03Speaker 1: and you just sit down in a chair, maybe you
- 6:19:07Speaker 1: kick your shoes off, and our arm feels so nice.
- 6:19:13Speaker 1: Know that you don't have to get up again for
- 6:19:17Speaker 1: a little while at least, and if you choose, you
- 6:19:21Speaker 1: can just sit there for maybe an hour to feels blissen.
- 6:19:34Speaker 1: And just by sitting down like that, your body knows
- 6:19:39Speaker 1: that it's time to relax. Your body has been given
- 6:19:44Speaker 1: permission from you. Because it's a mindset in your mind.
- 6:19:55Speaker 22: You're prepared.
- 6:19:58Speaker 1: To let go of everything and just completely allow all
- 6:20:08Speaker 1: the stress of your body to evaporate. Any tensions can
- 6:20:17Speaker 1: just gradually vanish. It's almost like magic, really, because that
- 6:20:36Speaker 1: sense of relaxation in your body, it's a very natural state.
- 6:20:45Speaker 1: It's not something unusual. It may feel unusual when you
- 6:20:50Speaker 1: first start to relax. You if you have really spent
- 6:20:55Speaker 1: a lot of time focusing and giving yourself this space
- 6:20:59Speaker 1: to let go completely and relax, they seem most stalien,
- 6:21:07Speaker 1: but it isn't. It's actually the most natural thing in
- 6:21:13Speaker 1: the world to let go completely, to relax totally most
- 6:21:24Speaker 1: natural thing in the world to allow yourself to feel
- 6:21:36Speaker 1: really calm in your mind. And it is almost like
- 6:21:43Speaker 1: a literal unwinding. It slightly press a button and all
- 6:21:53Speaker 1: attention just releases. It's like a wheel, like a cog,
- 6:22:01Speaker 1: like the inside of the clock. Just don't winding. And
- 6:22:04Speaker 1: he watched, I could see that the little wind up
- 6:22:09Speaker 1: not that's used, just going the opposite way. The energy
- 6:22:14Speaker 1: used to wind it up, and the energy that frometic
- 6:22:22Speaker 1: stress for energy gradually winding down, losing its power, losing
- 6:22:32Speaker 1: its strength.
- 6:22:35Speaker 7: There's a sense of.
- 6:22:36Speaker 1: Relaxation becomes stronger and deeper, and you may find the
- 6:22:49Speaker 1: relaxed you feel, you mind starts to wander, maybe seem
- 6:23:03Speaker 1: to stop listening to me for a while, your mind
- 6:23:07Speaker 1: goes somewhere else and you realize you're listening to me again,
- 6:23:15Speaker 1: and that was just your mind to drifted to sleep,
- 6:23:22Speaker 1: which is quite natural because sometimes when we're stressed tense,
- 6:23:33Speaker 1: when when I actually be aware of what we need,
- 6:23:38Speaker 1: when we physically emotionally need in this moment. But when
- 6:23:47Speaker 1: you allow your body and mind to relax completely, you
- 6:23:55Speaker 1: let go all thoughts and worries, ideas all and go
- 6:24:06Speaker 1: allow them to drop into floor. You start to get
- 6:24:17Speaker 1: in touch with the feelings of such relaxation. Feelings so
- 6:24:29Speaker 1: nice to be in touch with the calmness. How the
- 6:24:37Speaker 1: different body parts a day become looser and looser. Believe
- 6:24:50Speaker 1: in your breath and scenes.
- 6:24:54Speaker 7: Easier and more natural, effortless.
- 6:25:01Speaker 16: As they cool.
- 6:25:03Speaker 1: It s through your mouth or nose, into your nuns,
- 6:25:10Speaker 1: breathing in comforts and relaxation, and then just breathing out
- 6:25:19Speaker 1: any excess remain intentional stress from every part of your
- 6:25:28Speaker 1: body and mind. As you start to focus on your mind,
- 6:25:38Speaker 1: maybe you notice that things come to a standstill, maybe
- 6:25:47Speaker 1: just much much lower than before, because your mind is
- 6:25:56Speaker 1: not really needed when listening to my voice, chet your
- 6:26:07Speaker 1: mind to relax just as deep as your body. That's
- 6:26:16Speaker 1: sichronicity between the relaxation of your body relaxation of your mind.
- 6:26:32Speaker 1: Let you know, feeling completely calm, leaves relaxed is a
- 6:26:47Speaker 1: great experience. He as so many positive benefits for your body, mind,
- 6:27:08Speaker 1: and your life. To be able to delect over everything
- 6:27:17Speaker 1: and to relax completely in all parts of ever body
- 6:27:27Speaker 1: and mind. Even your bodys ariused, your muscle surrised, even
- 6:27:46Speaker 1: the skin.
- 6:27:47Speaker 22: That covers your body.
- 6:27:52Speaker 1: Is relaxed. Every you have also deepay rased and your
- 6:28:16Speaker 1: brain restarts the feel the benefits this hea relaxation. Let's
- 6:28:36Speaker 1: your focus the side of your scalp where your brain is.
- 6:28:44Speaker 1: You can start to realize and mactice the benefits of
- 6:28:52Speaker 1: your brain relaxing. Depay initial brain continuous to res since
- 6:29:09Speaker 1: those messages to the rest of body dind to re
- 6:29:21Speaker 1: works depay, relaxiy more complainely, letting go any remaining thoughts
- 6:29:50Speaker 1: of your sens just to drop onto the floor.
- 6:29:59Speaker 7: Because they not necessary.
- 6:30:02Speaker 1: In this moment, this moment of deep reaxation and calmness,
- 6:30:17Speaker 1: feeling brain with deep concentrated calming, relaxing every point to
- 6:30:45Speaker 1: your brain.
- 6:30:50Speaker 4: Feeling so.
- 6:30:57Speaker 1: Uncomfortable, so relaxed, and be so your brain feels sunlight.
- 6:31:17Speaker 1: That's so healthy. That sense of deep deep comfort really
- 6:31:29Speaker 1: does allow you to enjoy those ever increase in sensations
- 6:31:42Speaker 1: of comfort that is spreading throughout your body, relaxing, beach
- 6:31:58Speaker 1: at every side your body deeper, deeper, much deeper than before.
- 6:32:23Speaker 1: Much condiment spreading through your body. Mind be.
- 6:32:40Speaker 7: So peace so calm, so.
- 6:32:53Speaker 1: Peaceful, repot your body, let you go everything and everything

- 6:33:54Speaker 1: And gles come such be fa so very piece you
- 6:34:21Speaker 1: head bilt your ties such piece and comfort groin all
- 6:34:36Speaker 1: the time. Such peace and comfort spread through your body.
- 6:34:49Speaker 16: You mind.
- 6:34:53Speaker 1: Deeper deepert such count spreading and sinking deeper into a remus.
- 6:35:11Speaker 1: Your body side amazing, so relaxed, sur pace, surls.
- 6:35:40Speaker 17: Pace.
- 6:35:44Speaker 1: Let's it everything the body scan. Focusing on firstly how
- 6:36:01Speaker 1: you feel in your body, not trying to change how
- 6:36:06Speaker 1: you feel, not trying to relax, not trying to move
- 6:36:12Speaker 1: away from any discomfort or stress or tension. Just accepting,
- 6:36:20Speaker 1: observing and accepting how you feel in the different parts
- 6:36:26Speaker 1: of your body. Just allowing yourself to be exactly as
- 6:36:32Speaker 1: you are. To notice, to get in touch with how
- 6:36:44Speaker 1: you actually feel in this moment of Start off by
- 6:36:54Speaker 1: focusing on your hands. Just be aware of your hands.
- 6:37:09Speaker 1: Like you to move your hands around, just maybe move
- 6:37:13Speaker 1: your fingers a little bit. I've been in closer your
- 6:37:19Speaker 1: hands very gently, just so thing you can get in
- 6:37:27Speaker 1: touch with how your hands and your fingers fell, very
- 6:37:40Speaker 1: very slow movements. Focusing now on your feet, if you
- 6:37:58Speaker 1: can just do kind of an equivalent with your feet
- 6:38:04Speaker 1: you've just done with your heads. Maybe turn in your ankles,
- 6:38:12Speaker 1: moving your feet around, moving your toes gently, only very gently,
- 6:38:25Speaker 1: very slowly, noticing the hell your feet fell in this moment.
- 6:38:44Speaker 1: Focusing now on your eyes, I'd like you to just
- 6:38:51Speaker 1: focus on your eyelids. Maybe you can open and close
- 6:38:57Speaker 1: your eyes a couple of times. Do you really get
- 6:39:01Speaker 1: in touch with how you feel when you do close
- 6:39:05Speaker 1: your eyes? The muscle changes in your eyes when you
- 6:39:13Speaker 1: do close them. Maybe you're raising your eyebrows. It stretches
- 6:39:22Speaker 1: the tops of your eyes, perhaps squinting your eyes, scrunching
- 6:39:33Speaker 1: up your eyes just so you can hear it. Get
- 6:39:38Speaker 1: in touch with all aspects of how your eyes feel
- 6:39:51Speaker 1: right now. Now focusing on your thighs then, even as
- 6:40:07Speaker 1: you to gently tense your thighs, just very very gently.
- 6:40:18Speaker 7: Just enough, see you can become.
- 6:40:23Speaker 1: More attuned to the physical sensation of your upper legs,
- 6:40:37Speaker 1: the front of your thighs, and the banks of your thighs,
- 6:40:44Speaker 1: noticing and absurding how your thighs feel right now. Moving
- 6:41:04Speaker 1: your focus to the back of your neck, just noticing
- 6:41:13Speaker 1: the back of your neck the muscles, of course, they
- 6:41:19Speaker 1: lead to the side of your neck. They also lead
- 6:41:24Speaker 1: to the top of your back, which leads to your shoulders.
- 6:41:31Speaker 1: So as your focus on the back of your neck,
- 6:41:36Speaker 1: maybe you can move your head gently upwards as if
- 6:41:43Speaker 1: you're looking up. Maybe moving your head down as if
- 6:41:50Speaker 1: you're looking down, perhaps moving your head side to side,
- 6:41:58Speaker 1: right to left, by very slowly, very gently. I'm not
- 6:42:12Speaker 1: trying to force anything. It has to be very very gentle,
- 6:42:24Speaker 1: just so you can be in touch with the feelings,
- 6:42:37Speaker 1: with the sensations of physical sensations of how back of
- 6:42:46Speaker 1: your neck fields right now, as we.
- 6:43:01Speaker 7: Now focus.
- 6:43:04Speaker 1: On the tops of your arms, the parts where your
- 6:43:10Speaker 1: biceps and dry steps between your elbow and your shoulders.
- 6:43:19Speaker 1: To focus on those parts, the tops of your arms,
- 6:43:26Speaker 1: you may like to just tense them, but very very
- 6:43:34Speaker 1: chickly and slowly see you know, straining or putting any
- 6:43:44Speaker 1: pressure whatsoever on your arms.
- 6:43:52Speaker 7: It's just slowly can gain more of a set of.
- 6:44:02Speaker 1: How you're about aunts I feeling in this moment, just
- 6:44:14Speaker 1: noticing as you gently, very gently and slowly tighten the
- 6:44:27Speaker 1: muscles and they're gonna go. Notice how tops of your
- 6:44:38Speaker 1: ants feel right now, as now focus on your stomach,
- 6:45:00Speaker 1: the area the lower abdomen area below your belly, but
- 6:45:07Speaker 1: moving all the way down to your hips, just above
- 6:45:14Speaker 1: your grid. Maybe you're able to tense these muscles in
- 6:45:28Speaker 1: that area very very gently and slowly. If that's a
- 6:45:43Speaker 1: difficult thing to do, maybe you can just move your body,
- 6:45:53Speaker 1: pushing your stomach up, maybe move a little bit to
- 6:45:59Speaker 1: the side these new hips, just so get in chain
- 6:46:11Speaker 1: hell your lower auto an area.
- 6:46:18Speaker 22: Is feeling.
- 6:46:23Speaker 1: In this moment. I just want to say the physical
- 6:46:36Speaker 1: sasations with your lower abdomen, as your attention to your
- 6:46:59Speaker 1: mouth to see in your lips, then inside your mouth,
- 6:47:12Speaker 1: your teeth, your guns, your tongue, just not to sin.
- 6:47:29Speaker 1: Have your tongue and your mouth feels.
- 6:47:35Speaker 17: It.
- 6:47:35Speaker 1: May help by moving your tongue around your mouth, moving
- 6:47:44Speaker 1: it to your left, maybe pressing it gently against the
- 6:47:52Speaker 1: side of your mouth, and then to the right, gently
- 6:47:59Speaker 1: to the side in your mouth, perhaps pressing up against the.
- 6:48:07Speaker 7: Top of your mouth and let down gently.
- 6:48:13Speaker 1: Against the bottom of your mouth, always very slowly.
- 6:48:24Speaker 4: And a very.
- 6:48:28Speaker 7: Very gentle.
- 6:48:33Speaker 1: So that you can be aware how you feel in
- 6:48:49Speaker 1: your mouth area. Now you have to focus on your wrists,
- 6:49:21Speaker 1: and I'll ask you to maybe just writing your wrists
- 6:49:30Speaker 1: with your hands in a circular passion, very shackly and slowly,
- 6:49:46Speaker 1: so feel sensations that are currently its experience, your rists
- 6:50:16Speaker 1: perhapsolute in your ans up and down the game, very
- 6:50:29Speaker 1: very check lay slightly checks sly, start to observe a
- 6:51:15Speaker 1: lower back there bare paths just above your hips where
- 6:51:32Speaker 1: your cosix are, the whole area which also really does
- 6:51:44Speaker 1: include the signs of your body because those muscles aren't
- 6:51:52Speaker 1: very much connected. There's those muscles also move into your hyperia,
- 6:52:05Speaker 1: connecting into your buttocks side of your apps. And if
- 6:52:20Speaker 1: you're physically able to do so, maybe it can very
- 6:52:30Speaker 1: gently just move your body eviss slightly, very slowly some
- 6:52:46Speaker 1: side to side, just enough, yeah, to gauge how you
- 6:53:04Speaker 1: feel your law back perhapstely my heads gently up and down.
- 6:53:29Speaker 7: Gently and slightly in order side.
- 6:53:40Speaker 1: The touch with the physical sensations of your law back.
- 6:54:07Speaker 1: As we know, your attention to your jaw, the area
- 6:54:24Speaker 1: for your chin all the way up to the area
- 6:54:29Speaker 1: your ears are, all of your jaw. You just.
- 6:54:48Speaker 7: It's okay to do same.
- 6:54:51Speaker 1: Gently open your mouth, no wide that stretch just.
- 6:55:01Speaker 4: Fairy chackly.
- 6:55:07Speaker 1: Slurly, my really new moning glice you mout jackly. It's sorry, sorry,
- 6:55:32Speaker 1: you can head touch how your Joe feels now to
- 6:56:16Speaker 1: sit down, chest area, I need to do anything. Want
- 6:56:35Speaker 1: to move your chest because it moves every time you pray.
- 6:56:47Speaker 1: It moves very gently and sperly, automatically.
- 6:57:00Speaker 4: Each scrap.
- 6:57:01Speaker 1: Tame focus on chests, your focus to your forums. John elbows.
- 6:58:11Speaker 1: Maybe you're able to very chickly and slowly dance the
- 6:58:24Speaker 1: muscles in your forearms, and when you do that, you
- 6:58:32Speaker 1: can film your out words as well, very gently and slowly.
- 6:59:04Speaker 1: Jack came softly, save fours and talpones. Focus the rest
- 6:59:52Speaker 1: of the bank upper back and the middle the middle
- 7:00:07Speaker 1: band again this spart of your body. Wives also every
- 7:00:29Speaker 1: time brain when no notice, usually by should serve your
- 7:00:49Speaker 1: other bank in the middle of your bank can really fail.
- 7:01:02Speaker 1: Chant focus into but acts cry that muscles Thus buyers.
- 7:02:13Speaker 7: In the mid section despite sun how no hates feel
- 7:03:01Speaker 7: cheek and chet lay.
- 7:03:10Speaker 1: My hands.
- 7:03:16Speaker 7: My b side the sign and gently hind.
- 7:03:24Speaker 1: S chanly so's everything starts to slow down, including the
- 7:04:25Speaker 1: thoughts in your mind and your mind itself just starts
- 7:04:35Speaker 1: to gradually. It doesn't have to be instant, but just
- 7:04:41Speaker 1: gradually starting too. It's almost like time is storing chin
- 7:04:54Speaker 1: it's a slower pace to maybe what you'll used to
- 7:05:02Speaker 1: in your day to day life. It's a slower movement
- 7:05:13Speaker 1: of energy, very small movements which make up the larger movements,
- 7:05:38Speaker 1: which is always the case. Now, when you move your hand,
- 7:05:46Speaker 1: it might seem like it's one movement, but it's lots
- 7:05:48Speaker 1: of minute different muscles moving in accordance with each other.
- 7:05:57Speaker 1: And what happens in this space that we're sharing is.
- 7:06:14Speaker 21: We move from.
- 7:06:18Speaker 4: That big.
- 7:06:25Speaker 1: Movement into those smaller movements. Starting to focus on how
- 7:06:42Speaker 1: your body feels, not just as a whole, not just oh,
- 7:06:49Speaker 1: i'm feeling this way. I'm feeling stressed or tense, or
- 7:06:54Speaker 1: I'm feeling relaxed and calm. I'm feeling this way, feeling
- 7:07:00Speaker 1: that way. Starting to notice that your body begins to
- 7:07:11Speaker 1: present to you small feelings around your body, small physical
- 7:07:29Speaker 1: sensations in your legs, whether pleasurable or not. Maybe resisting
- 7:07:48Speaker 1: the temptation to label them or to judge them, those feelings,
- 7:07:58Speaker 1: just thinking them, thinking about them. It's just being neutral,
- 7:08:05Speaker 1: just feelings, not being particularly concerned, just noticing what your
- 7:08:21Speaker 1: body is telling you. Feelings in your arms instead of
- 7:08:38Speaker 1: feeling the whole of the arm, maybe notice those individual feelings,
- 7:08:48Speaker 1: all those different muscles and the skin of your arms,
- 7:09:01Speaker 1: that all the internal parts of your arms, the veins,
- 7:09:16Speaker 1: the bones, just being aware of maybe your elbow on
- 7:09:25Speaker 1: your right arm has a certain feeling. Maybe your left
- 7:09:34Speaker 1: wrist also has its own individual physical sensation. What about your.
- 7:09:59Speaker 32: Four arm when you're right arm, you're right for arm, there.
- 7:10:13Speaker 1: May not be any particular feeling that you could even
- 7:10:21Speaker 1: give a name to, may not feel like anything other
- 7:10:28Speaker 1: than just a feeling. You know, it's there. The feelings
- 7:10:38Speaker 1: in your shoulders, perhaps your shoulders when you think about them,
- 7:10:46Speaker 1: kind of almost like they're the same, you know, the
- 7:10:50Speaker 1: same feeling, almost like both of your shoulders are just
- 7:10:55Speaker 1: one thing. Of course they're not. Let When you focus
- 7:11:09Speaker 1: on your left shoulder and then on your right shoulder,
- 7:11:16Speaker 1: maybe fine that you move the muscles a little bit,
- 7:11:22Speaker 1: maybe tense the muscles gently, noticing the difference in each shoulder.
- 7:11:48Speaker 1: Your lower back, the left side of your lower back
- 7:12:04Speaker 1: and the right side of your lower back, of course
- 7:12:16Speaker 1: that connection to your buttocks and to your hips, and
- 7:12:28Speaker 1: also moving up into the middle of your back. And
- 7:12:42Speaker 1: sometimes like right now, actually I want to focus on
- 7:12:46Speaker 1: their part. When I focused on my buttocks, and then
- 7:12:52Speaker 1: I focused on the middle of my back. It almost
- 7:12:56Speaker 1: felt like the muscles in my lower back would be
- 7:12:59Speaker 1: in straight. Just very gently, just stretched a little bit.
- 7:13:10Speaker 1: Even though I wasn't doing anything to try to stretch
- 7:13:19Speaker 1: your lower back, it just seemed to happen. The feeling
- 7:13:24Speaker 1: of very gently stretching your lower back comes along. I
- 7:13:44Speaker 1: have feeling in your chest, just noticing what sensations you
- 7:14:09Speaker 1: are experiencing in your chest right now. And there's so
- 7:14:27Speaker 1: much of the chest. Of course, there's the collar bone
- 7:14:31Speaker 1: leading to the chest. You've got the chest bone, You've
- 7:14:37Speaker 1: got the muscles in your chest. Of course, if you're female,
- 7:14:46Speaker 1: there's possibly the breasts. If you're male, you've got the
- 7:14:57Speaker 1: different well why not make different these days, But there
- 7:15:02Speaker 1: may be more muscles at the top of the chest,
- 7:15:11Speaker 1: but at the side underneath it's pretty much the same.
- 7:15:16Speaker 1: Whether you're a man or a woman. There's muscles there,
- 7:15:20Speaker 1: muscles that stretch out to your back as well as
- 7:15:25Speaker 1: breast tissue stretches and moves into your back. To just
- 7:15:34Speaker 1: being aware of your chest, being with whatever feeling there
- 7:15:54Speaker 1: is in your chest. When I noticed that I focus
- 7:16:14Speaker 1: on my chest, I feel it in my back and
- 7:16:22Speaker 1: my upper back. I mean, I guess the obvious reason
- 7:16:26Speaker 1: would be because you know, I'm breathing in and it
- 7:16:36Speaker 1: stretches my chest and my back at the same time.
- 7:16:47Speaker 1: It feels it feels okay, it doesn't hill. Got a
- 7:17:03Speaker 1: little bit of pain in my right chest, A little
- 7:17:09Speaker 1: bit not pain, but little discomfort, maybe stiffness possibly, I
- 7:17:16Speaker 1: don't know. I notice my shoulders also wanting to flex
- 7:17:28Speaker 1: for some reason. I think that's probably part of my
- 7:17:32Speaker 1: other back, that connection between my shoulders and my other back,
- 7:17:43Speaker 1: because I can move my shoulders and stretch the muscles
- 7:17:48Speaker 1: in my back, moving the shoulders backwards up, which then
- 7:17:56Speaker 1: moves I think it's.
- 7:17:58Speaker 7: The scapulous.
- 7:18:01Speaker 1: In your back. It feels quite nice. Actually, a good
- 7:18:19Speaker 1: thing about this is you can, if you want to,
- 7:18:23Speaker 1: you can just flex or stimulate the various muscles in
- 7:18:38Speaker 1: your body gently in order to get more of a
- 7:18:44Speaker 1: sense of how they feel. And when you're relaxing. When
- 7:18:59Speaker 1: you do tense and muscle, then you let it go
- 7:19:04Speaker 1: and let it relax. It relaxes way more than it
- 7:19:12Speaker 1: would normally. That you have to feel that you're able
- 7:19:23Speaker 1: to do that. There's no point in doing it if
- 7:19:27Speaker 1: there's an issue with the per part of your body.
- 7:19:36Speaker 1: You need to be gentle with yourself at all times
- 7:19:45Speaker 1: when relaxing deeply. It's important to be kind to yourself.
- 7:20:04Speaker 1: As you notice your mind. How much has your mind
- 7:20:13Speaker 1: slowed down since we started this recording.
- 7:20:35Speaker 7: How come.
- 7:20:40Speaker 1: And peaceful is your mind right now? We have nothing
- 7:20:52Speaker 1: to think about and just my voice to listen to.
- 7:21:01Speaker 1: Because you know the intention behind this recording, this relaxation,
- 7:21:12Speaker 1: at the very least, for you to feel more relaxed
- 7:21:19Speaker 1: at the end of the recording than you did at
- 7:21:22Speaker 1: the beginning, at the very least, for your mind to
- 7:21:35Speaker 1: slow down because your body continues to relax, because that's
- 7:21:51Speaker 1: what you want to happen. That's what you expect to happen.
- 7:22:13Speaker 1: For relaxation to fill your body, maybe calm your mind
- 7:22:33Speaker 1: to the point of boredom when you start, maybe to
- 7:22:46Speaker 1: drift away breathed in. It's almost as if you're moving
- 7:23:28Speaker 1: further away from your body in your mind, just leaving
- 7:23:36Speaker 1: that there, kind of liking it an escape pod in
- 7:23:48Speaker 1: a spaceship, a movie, a space movie. You know when
- 7:23:52Speaker 1: it gets a little part in it. Since the month
- 7:23:59Speaker 1: far Away Space seven three.
- 7:24:48Speaker 33: Drifting at Peace, at peace.
- 7:26:15Speaker 1: And focusing on that feeling of those individual parts of
- 7:26:30Speaker 1: your body, that relaxing. One by one. You may find
- 7:26:49Speaker 1: that every now and then he realized that you weren't
- 7:27:03Speaker 1: listening to my voice. It gives your.
- 7:27:09Speaker 7: Mind started to imagine.
- 7:27:14Speaker 1: Something different, maybe started to almost move into some kind
- 7:27:27Speaker 1: of a dream state, and then you become aware of
- 7:27:35Speaker 1: my voice again. And even though you may want to
- 7:27:45Speaker 1: focus on my voice, you may also wish to allow
- 7:27:52Speaker 1: your mind to just drift naturally into that space and
- 7:28:04Speaker 1: comfort and safety. As you feel warm comfort spreading through
- 7:28:28Speaker 1: your body like a warm blanket covering you, gentling, keeping
- 7:28:45Speaker 1: your body it just perfect temperature, and even you can
- 7:29:05Speaker 1: hear the background sounds, they just don't seem to matter anymore.
- 7:29:24Speaker 1: There's that sense of peace spreads through your mind like
- 7:29:40Speaker 1: a gentle breeze, yet strong enough to blow away all negativity,
- 7:29:56Speaker 1: strong enoughter remove from your mind any anxiety or stress
- 7:30:10Speaker 1: that was there before, and blow away any other thoughts
- 7:30:25Speaker 1: or feelings that just don't fit with the sense relaxation
- 7:30:47Speaker 1: that this feeling your body and your mind. Unless you
- 7:31:17Speaker 1: focus on your mind and count down from tend down
- 7:31:24Speaker 1: to one. With each number, your mind become slightly relaxed,
- 7:31:55Speaker 1: just just slightly. From ten down to nine, just a
- 7:32:04Speaker 1: sniping movement. Nine down to eight, just another small change
- 7:32:19Speaker 1: in how you feel. Eight down to seven. That feeling
- 7:32:31Speaker 1: is a gap, almost like a gap that starts to
- 7:32:37Speaker 1: get wider, the gap between those feelings that you used
- 7:32:46Speaker 1: to have in your mind compared to the feelings you
- 7:32:54Speaker 1: have the growing now feelings have come foot and security
- 7:33:02Speaker 1: and confidence, and the gap become the wider. Made down
- 7:33:12Speaker 1: to seven, seven down to six. When you get to five,
- 7:33:22Speaker 1: the mind will start to have a certain physical sensation,
- 7:33:36Speaker 1: almost like there's a magnet outside of your head sucking
- 7:33:42Speaker 1: the tension and the stress and any remaining feedings that
- 7:33:48Speaker 1: you don't want, sucking them out through your skull. Down
- 7:34:00Speaker 1: to four, you could start to really experience that sense
- 7:34:08Speaker 1: of not just emptiness, but space, place full of fresh air,
- 7:34:25Speaker 1: place where you can stretch. It's almost as if you
- 7:34:32Speaker 1: go down to four and three, your mind is expanding
- 7:34:38Speaker 1: with this sense of peace and tranquility growing as it
- 7:34:51Speaker 1: moved down to When you get to one, mind just
- 7:35:02Speaker 1: feels exactly how you want to feel, almost perfect feeling,
- 7:35:21Speaker 1: maybe a sensation that you'd like to keep a place
- 7:35:33Speaker 1: that's safe, where nothing can affect you at all, and
- 7:35:55Speaker 1: you can stay in that that space of comfort, confidence,
- 7:36:03Speaker 1: confident in your own ability to create this space and
- 7:36:11Speaker 1: this fear and comfort within your own mind just by
- 7:36:18Speaker 1: counting ten down to one.
- 7:36:27Speaker 7: And this is something that you can do yourself.
- 7:36:31Speaker 1: When you're on your own, the time when you can
- 7:36:38Speaker 1: maybe sit down, maybe just for a few minutes, close eyes.
- 7:36:51Speaker 1: It just counts slowly from ten down to one and
- 7:37:03Speaker 1: real experience these feelings in your mind. And when you
- 7:37:16Speaker 1: feel that way in your mind, your body copies your mind,
- 7:37:31Speaker 1: and that feeling is spread through your spine and your
- 7:37:38Speaker 1: nervous system into every part of your body, travels through
- 7:37:45Speaker 1: your blood stream, heathing and relaxing every article of your existence.
- 7:38:12Speaker 1: Then we can we can practice this a few times
- 7:38:21Speaker 1: before the end of the recording, and then you can
- 7:38:26Speaker 1: practice on your own. And each time you count from
- 7:38:32Speaker 1: ten down to one, the feelings of comforts, calmness, deep
- 7:38:46Speaker 1: deep relaxation becomes stronger, deeper feeling your mind and your
- 7:39:04Speaker 1: green with these positive chemicals and spread throughout your body,
- 7:39:15Speaker 1: relaxing you so quickly, relaxing your whole body and mind
- 7:39:26Speaker 1: so very very easily, just by counting ten down to one.
- 7:39:45Speaker 15: We're gonna do now.
- 7:39:47Speaker 1: I'm gonna count from ten down to one. I'd like
- 7:39:52Speaker 1: you to repeat the number after me. So when I
- 7:39:56Speaker 1: say ten, you can just repeat to yourself ten. Just notice,
- 7:40:11Speaker 1: be aware of how you feel in your mind and
- 7:40:20Speaker 1: your body, and when I say nine, you can repeat
- 7:40:31Speaker 1: to yourself.
- 7:40:35Speaker 17: Nine.
- 7:40:39Speaker 1: Became noticing increase in comfort and calmness in your mind
- 7:40:52Speaker 1: and in your body the same game. Want to say
- 7:41:01Speaker 1: eight when I say seven, six, when I say five, four,
- 7:41:19Speaker 1: when I say three, two.
- 7:41:30Speaker 7: Lastly, when I say one, can you be that number?
- 7:41:43Speaker 11: Now?
- 7:41:44Speaker 1: Of course, when you do this on your own without
- 7:41:49Speaker 1: listening to me, you can say the numbers or whatever
- 7:41:56Speaker 1: speed that you feel it's necessary for you. So if
- 7:42:04Speaker 1: you can adapt so you feel you want to say
- 7:42:10Speaker 1: the numbers ten down to one faster than I do,
- 7:42:18Speaker 1: then you go ahead and do that. Or if you
- 7:42:21Speaker 1: feel when you do it yourself that you'd like to
- 7:42:25Speaker 1: have more or space between the numbers, maybe take a
- 7:42:33Speaker 1: lot longer to get from ten or way down to one,
- 7:42:46Speaker 1: that's your choice also to do. So, I'm going to
- 7:42:58Speaker 1: count from ten down to one. If I get to one,
- 7:43:09Speaker 1: that will be the end of this recording. Let's of
- 7:43:14Speaker 1: course you're listening to music, and the music will continue.
- 7:43:26Speaker 7: Ten nine.
- 7:44:04Speaker 34: Fight us.
- 7:47:58Speaker 1: Twenty nineteen eighteen, sixteen, sixteen, fifteen, fourteen, thirty twelve eleven,
- 7:48:49Speaker 1: ten nine eight, seven, six, five, four, three two one.
- 7:49:44Speaker 1: Now open your eyes noticing a physical film have been
- 7:49:55Speaker 1: counted down from twenty to one, allowing stress tension to
- 7:50:03Speaker 1: leave through your fingertips and your toes. And as you
- 7:50:08Speaker 1: focus on your fingertips, maybe they feel a little bit tingling,
- 7:50:15Speaker 1: which is I suppose quite understanding considering the tension has
- 7:50:21Speaker 1: been exiting your body through your fingertips. So now I'm
- 7:50:31Speaker 1: going to count from twenty pout to one again. This
- 7:50:34Speaker 1: time you feel relief of tension and stress and the
- 7:50:44Speaker 1: anxiety that you may have.
- 7:50:50Speaker 7: Leaving through your stomach.
- 7:50:56Speaker 1: Just leaving through your stomach, almost as if it's just
- 7:51:01Speaker 1: releasing the whole of your stomach or naval to just
- 7:51:08Speaker 1: above your chest or below your chest, rather so surrounding
- 7:51:13Speaker 1: your belly by an area, the whole area. You can
- 7:51:17Speaker 1: feel the tension of your body where there's left, just
- 7:51:23Speaker 1: releasing from the area, and you may notice that your
- 7:51:27Speaker 1: stomach will become very complexed. As my countdown twenty down
- 7:51:35Speaker 1: to one now twenty nineteen, eighteen, seventeen, sixty fifty forty thirty, twelve, eleven, nine, eight, seven, six, four,
- 7:53:02Speaker 1: three two one. You can open your eyes again, you
- 7:53:19Speaker 1: can choose, but you can just keep them closed because
- 7:53:22Speaker 1: it feels relaxing. Just notice saying the stomach feels notice
- 7:53:30Speaker 1: as your focus just a little scared of your body's
- 7:53:36Speaker 1: not to say, your body feels focusing up a body, back, chest, stomach, play, songs, hands, feet,
- 7:53:52Speaker 1: just noticing, and you know you may start to film
- 7:54:02Speaker 1: of a sense of tiredness, which may be the reason
- 7:54:07Speaker 1: listening to this record it because you'd like to let
- 7:54:14Speaker 1: go completely of everything, driven off into a nice, natural, calm,
- 7:54:26Speaker 1: relaxing sleep. So now focus on your forehead, and if
- 7:54:45Speaker 1: you choose, you can incorporate your eyes in this focus
- 7:54:49Speaker 1: as well. Your forehead and your eyes, it's that whole
- 7:54:56Speaker 1: area basically almost as if you were a mask, you know,
- 7:55:01Speaker 1: like a I don't know mask or something I'm trying
- 7:55:09Speaker 1: to sorrow or something. You know, the kind of mask
- 7:55:12Speaker 1: that covers your eyes also covers quite a lot of
- 7:55:15Speaker 1: the forehead. Focusing on that area because that's the area
- 7:55:22Speaker 1: that we're now going to release tension, stress, of your mind,
- 7:55:29Speaker 1: your brain from your mind, and any tension that you
- 7:55:33Speaker 1: may have remain in your face, in your neck, your jaw,
- 7:55:39Speaker 1: your eyes, your forehead, or your scalp, So basically any
- 7:55:45Speaker 1: intension within your head area, including your mind and your brain,
- 7:55:55Speaker 1: that's going to be released through your forehead and your eyes.
- 7:56:04Speaker 1: As I count down the game from twenty down to
- 7:56:07Speaker 1: one now twenty nineteen, eighteen, seventeen, sixteen, fifteen, fourteen, thirteen.
- 7:56:54Speaker 21: To twelve.
- 7:56:59Speaker 1: Eleven, nine, eight, seven, six, five on you scared your face, jaw,
- 7:58:07Speaker 1: your eyes, the cheap bads, your ears, forehead, your scalp, neck,
- 7:58:19Speaker 1: back of your neck, front of your neck, the side
- 7:58:23Speaker 1: of your.
- 7:58:23Speaker 21: Neck, and your throat.
- 7:58:31Speaker 1: Noticing being aware of the comfort increased in relaxation, not
- 7:58:45Speaker 1: just in your head and neck and mind, also the
- 7:58:50Speaker 1: rest of your eyes, just to sels you can't you
- 7:59:00Speaker 1: felt how easy it is to just let go completely,
- 7:59:13Speaker 1: the go completely, how easy.
- 7:59:33Speaker 7: To do palace to focus on the top of your head.
- 7:59:43Speaker 35: I'm going to allow.
- 7:59:46Speaker 1: Every last pace of tension or stressed mind be lingry
- 7:59:55Speaker 1: and hiding in your body mind head just be sucked
- 8:00:04Speaker 1: down on the top of your head.
- 8:00:09Speaker 15: For the least.
- 8:00:14Speaker 1: To the air's sucked down into the clouds, a big
- 8:00:21Speaker 1: cloud of heads like a whoop. It's just gonna suck atension.
- 8:00:31Speaker 15: Out of the top of your head.
- 8:00:35Speaker 1: Just take it away, good you focus legend of opening
- 8:00:44Speaker 1: on the top of your head with intension, stress and
- 8:00:50Speaker 1: in wading issues, maybe worries of sands that we're not
- 8:00:55Speaker 1: least to you. Now you can all be sucked down
- 8:01:00Speaker 1: to aad taken away. As I count down again, I'm
- 8:01:08Speaker 1: twenty down to work now twenty nineteen eighteen seventy sixty
- 8:01:48Speaker 1: fifty fourteen two wow aids six six four three.
- 8:03:12Speaker 17: What pray.
- 8:03:27Speaker 1: You not to see how he feels have relaxed and
- 8:03:38Speaker 1: calm physically and mentally fail right now?
- 8:03:50Speaker 4: Hew be so.
- 8:03:54Speaker 1: Your mind feels it feels nice to just let go,
- 8:04:03Speaker 1: to give yourself some space to breathe easily, to think calmly,
- 8:04:18Speaker 1: just to take a break from all that pointless worry
- 8:04:23Speaker 1: and concerns about things that you don't need to think
- 8:04:28Speaker 1: about right now, because this is your time to let go.
- 8:04:41Speaker 1: This is your space to enjoy feeling deeply relaxed, peaceful
- 8:04:51Speaker 1: in your mind, relaxed in your body. I can feel
- 8:04:58Speaker 1: so good, so nice to just not have to do
- 8:05:08Speaker 1: anything to be able to really enjoy that serenity that
- 8:05:19Speaker 1: comes let him go completely that peacefulness that comes with.
- 8:05:35Speaker 15: In this.
- 8:05:37Speaker 1: Peaceful space, and you can keep this sense of calmness
- 8:05:48Speaker 1: through the long you choose. You choose to tread into
- 8:06:01Speaker 1: a deep, healing, natural sleep, then you can do that.
- 8:06:11Speaker 1: It's completely up to you, and you can keep this
- 8:06:19Speaker 1: feeling of calmness physically in your mind for some long
- 8:06:26Speaker 1: you choose to feel completely relaxed, completely relaxed, and I'd
- 8:06:43Speaker 1: like you to make up your mind then you get
- 8:06:49Speaker 1: to relax. I want to explore that with you.
- 8:07:00Speaker 7: What it feels like when you actually.
- 8:07:04Speaker 8: Decide that you're going to relax, not forcing yourself, but
- 8:07:11Speaker 8: giving yourself that.
- 8:07:16Speaker 1: Yes, it is a command, really, isn't it. When you're
- 8:07:18Speaker 1: telling yourself relax in a gentle but firm way that
- 8:07:28Speaker 1: only you can really tell yourself in that way. You
- 8:07:34Speaker 1: can't really have someone else say to you and now relax, relax.
- 8:07:39Speaker 1: You know it needs to be gentle, but you can't.
- 8:07:43Speaker 1: Someone else can't really have the same the same kind
- 8:07:50Speaker 1: of influence or power that you have over your own
- 8:07:59Speaker 1: VisiC cant over how you feel, because when you say
- 8:08:09Speaker 1: it to yourself. It means more, it's personal, and your
- 8:08:17Speaker 1: brain and your unconscious mind and your body listens to
- 8:08:23Speaker 1: what you say. So for example, we'll test it out.
- 8:08:29Speaker 1: Do your test. If you your tests along the way,
- 8:08:33Speaker 1: and you can get more of an idea of the force,
- 8:08:39Speaker 1: a positive force you can have in creating a sense
- 8:08:47Speaker 1: of comfort and relaxation in your body and your mind
- 8:08:52Speaker 1: quite quickly just by you.
- 8:08:56Speaker 8: Telling yourself to So I'm going to start by it's
- 8:09:07Speaker 8: focus on your hands. So focus on your hands. Just
- 8:09:13Speaker 8: tell your hands to relax. Just say relax.
- 8:09:19Speaker 1: As you focus on your hands, you could say my
- 8:09:25Speaker 1: hands are relaxed, or I want my hands to relax.
- 8:09:31Speaker 8: I think if you actually do it directly by focusing
- 8:09:37Speaker 8: and imagining that your hands.
- 8:09:40Speaker 1: Can you hear what you're saying. They've got little ears,
- 8:09:44Speaker 1: is a little head. So talking to your hands, just
- 8:09:50Speaker 1: say relax. Noticin how your hands start to relax. Now
- 8:10:18Speaker 1: focus on your eyes and tell your eyes to relax.
- 8:10:23Speaker 1: You're just saying the same word relax. And find the
- 8:10:28Speaker 1: right tone for you. Now I might say relax, but
- 8:10:36Speaker 1: you you might say relax or relax. You know, you
- 8:10:44Speaker 1: might say it differently to yourself and that's important for
- 8:10:51Speaker 1: you to gauge what feels right for you to just
- 8:10:57Speaker 1: tell your eyes to relax whilst focusing on your eyes,
- 8:11:03Speaker 1: your eyelids, the muscles around your eyes, your eyebrows, and
- 8:11:08Speaker 1: just tell your eyes directly relax.
- 8:11:16Speaker 17: Now.
- 8:11:43Speaker 1: I just did that myself, and sometimes you may feel
- 8:11:53Speaker 1: that you need a bit more time for the different
- 8:11:58Speaker 1: parts to relax, you know, because I started talking again
- 8:12:03Speaker 1: and maybe that part hasn't relaxed fully. But what happened
- 8:12:08Speaker 1: is that would just continue to relax even though I'm talking.
- 8:12:12Speaker 8: That's happened with my eyes. Something else I noticed is
- 8:12:20Speaker 8: when I started focusing on my eyes, that actually almost
- 8:12:24Speaker 8: became They got worse before they got better in a way.
- 8:12:27Speaker 8: So I felt a degree of tension growing in my eyes.
- 8:12:32Speaker 7: And then disappearing.
- 8:12:35Speaker 1: So I think what that was really was just ME
- 8:12:38Speaker 1: becoming more aware of the tension that was already there
- 8:12:45Speaker 1: that I wasn't. I wasn't focused on it before, so
- 8:12:49Speaker 1: I wasn't really acknowledging it or really conscious to those feelings. Yeah,
- 8:13:08Speaker 1: my eyes still continue to relax, as well as my hands. Actually,
- 8:13:16Speaker 1: my hands have got a certain kind of energy, like
- 8:13:22Speaker 1: not buzzing, but like a kind of feel a degree
- 8:13:27Speaker 1: of energy in my hands. Maybe that's where the tension
- 8:13:33Speaker 1: has been released. That's cause in there the next part,
- 8:13:45Speaker 1: I think we should focus on the back of the neck.
- 8:13:48Speaker 1: That's the part is quite often, or for me, holds tension.
- 8:13:53Speaker 1: I don't know about for yourself, but I think it's
- 8:13:56Speaker 1: quite a standard place where tension that's sometimes held. So
- 8:14:04Speaker 1: and I'm doing exactly what you're doing as you do
- 8:14:08Speaker 1: it as well, so I'm telling my body parts to
- 8:14:11Speaker 1: relax as well. So if you tell your neck the
- 8:14:15Speaker 1: back of your neck, focus on the back of your neck,
- 8:14:17Speaker 1: and just say relax in your own words, in your
- 8:14:24Speaker 1: own tone, in your own voice. You can say out loud,
- 8:14:28Speaker 1: or you can just say to yourself internally. But you're
- 8:14:33Speaker 1: focusing it, and you're saying it literally to the back
- 8:14:37Speaker 1: of your neck, as if the back of your lick
- 8:14:40Speaker 1: can actually hear what you're saying. To do that now,
- 8:14:47Speaker 1: just say relax to the back of your neck, then
- 8:14:51Speaker 1: I'll do the same. Then what I noticed and in
- 8:15:33Speaker 1: may have had similarly is even though I was focusing
- 8:15:38Speaker 1: on the back of my leg, other parts started to
- 8:15:50Speaker 1: and showed themselves to me, or maybe because they want
- 8:15:54Speaker 1: to be relaxed as well. But I started noticing the
- 8:15:57Speaker 1: feelings and my shoulders tipped, my shoulders and in my
- 8:16:01Speaker 1: upper back. Whether that was because my back of my
- 8:16:09Speaker 1: neck was saying, I'm pretty much okay. It's the other
- 8:16:14Speaker 1: parts that need attention. But my lobe, my back of
- 8:16:24Speaker 1: my neck is still relaxing. But I just became aware
- 8:16:28Speaker 1: of other parts that needed attention. Now this might happen,
- 8:16:36Speaker 1: it's not. It doesn't mean that it's going wrong. It
- 8:16:40Speaker 1: just means you're being notified if all places that also
- 8:16:47Speaker 1: want to feel relaxed. So I'm going to focus on
- 8:16:54Speaker 1: my upper back, so you can do the same, even
- 8:16:59Speaker 1: if you don't have any feelings of a tension, they're
- 8:17:04Speaker 1: obvious in your other baby. You just focus on your back,
- 8:17:11Speaker 1: the whole area from the shoulder blades down.
- 8:17:16Speaker 15: To the middle of it back and the.
- 8:17:18Speaker 1: Spine needs all the shoulder blades. That yeah, that's the
- 8:17:28Speaker 1: parts that are really given me.
- 8:17:35Speaker 17: That not.
- 8:17:37Speaker 1: That it needs relaxing. The souls gonna ask that one
- 8:17:40Speaker 1: to relax and you can do the same. Now, relax
- 8:17:55Speaker 1: your upper back. Something strange happened there, and this often happens.
- 8:18:13Speaker 36: I've been doing this work.
- 8:18:16Speaker 1: For sixteen years or something, and often I'm surprised but
- 8:18:24Speaker 1: amazed really that there can be a feeling. So when
- 8:18:30Speaker 1: I was focusing on the back of my neck, on
- 8:18:34Speaker 1: the back was starting to feel quite stressed and in
- 8:18:39Speaker 1: need of attention. As soon as I started talking to
- 8:18:44Speaker 1: you about my upper back and talking about, you know,
- 8:18:50Speaker 1: getting ready to ask the upper back to relax, when
- 8:18:55Speaker 1: the back already started to relax, almost as if it
- 8:19:01Speaker 1: doesn't need to hear the words, just needs the intention,
- 8:19:11Speaker 1: just needs to be noticed. That is something that often
- 8:19:23Speaker 1: happens in this type of situation.
- 8:19:29Speaker 7: Is when you start to relect.
- 8:19:33Speaker 1: A couple of parts of your body, as we've done.
- 8:19:37Speaker 7: With our hands and eyes and.
- 8:19:40Speaker 15: My lids, and now back of the neck, top of
- 8:19:49Speaker 15: the back, up the back.
- 8:19:53Speaker 1: The rest of the body seems to just take notice
- 8:20:00Speaker 1: and decide in its own way to start relaxing. Other
- 8:20:08Speaker 1: parts of your body start to just become looser. I
- 8:20:18Speaker 1: suppose it's kind of like a bit of an avalanche,
- 8:20:21Speaker 1: you know, the little ball starts rolling. Before you know,
- 8:20:26Speaker 1: the whole of your body is completely relaxed and cold.
- 8:20:39Speaker 1: And if you focus on your face, you focus on
- 8:20:46Speaker 1: your eyes, your eyelids, your eyebrows, the muscles.
- 8:20:55Speaker 35: Around your eyes.
- 8:21:01Speaker 1: Maybe you start to notice that your forehead is more
- 8:21:05Speaker 1: relaxed than it was, Maybe your face is more relaxed.
- 8:21:13Speaker 1: I would say, my entire face is not more relaxed
- 8:21:18Speaker 1: than us. So I'm going to focus now on your
- 8:21:32Speaker 1: shoulders again, just like before. Just tell your shoulders and
- 8:21:40Speaker 1: you can do them in the digity. You can do
- 8:21:42Speaker 1: quite a shoulder and that shoulder. I just didn't do
- 8:21:46Speaker 1: both at the same time. Just tell your shoulders, actually
- 8:21:52Speaker 1: focus on them in your mind, focus on that they feel.
- 8:21:57Speaker 1: Maybe you can in your hind side. Just tell your
- 8:22:06Speaker 1: shoulders true lash as nice as they were lacks. But
- 8:23:00Speaker 1: I don't notice, especially with my bank, is the connection
- 8:23:09Speaker 1: between the different parts the bank, shoulders, the neck being
- 8:23:21Speaker 1: more connected. Being such a large part of your body,
- 8:23:28Speaker 1: it's always hard to separate them from each other. My
- 8:23:37Speaker 1: lower bank is starting to relax on the same.
- 8:23:46Speaker 36: Maybe I'm going too.
- 8:23:47Speaker 1: Slowly, and that could be an issue because we all
- 8:23:53Speaker 1: go at different speeds. And the idea of the beginning
- 8:23:59Speaker 1: of this recording was for you to be able to
- 8:24:02Speaker 1: just say to yourself, relax without focusing on any particular
- 8:24:19Speaker 1: part of your body. Because when you know that telling
- 8:24:24Speaker 1: your hands to relax and your head relax. You tell
- 8:24:37Speaker 1: your eyelids your eyes and muscles are around your eyes
- 8:24:45Speaker 1: and your eyebrows to relax, and they relax. You tell
- 8:24:59Speaker 1: them back at your neck to relax and difer relaxes.
- 8:25:19Speaker 1: You sell your upper back.
- 8:25:27Speaker 7: To relas.
- 8:25:37Speaker 21: And different axes.
- 8:25:46Speaker 1: You tell your shoulders.
- 8:25:49Speaker 35: To her legs, they relax.
- 8:26:25Speaker 1: You told your hands to relax, they relaxed, they continued
- 8:26:32Speaker 1: to relax. You told your eyelids, the muscles around your eyes,
- 8:26:45Speaker 1: your eyebrows to relax, they relaxed and to relax.
- 8:27:03Speaker 15: When you told the back of your neck, but you
- 8:27:07Speaker 15: saw on the back.
- 8:27:07Speaker 1: Of your neck told it to relax, he relaxed.
- 8:27:20Speaker 16: And continued.
- 8:27:23Speaker 1: To relax.
- 8:27:32Speaker 15: And you told your up back.
- 8:27:37Speaker 7: To relax, he relaxed and continued.
- 8:27:45Speaker 1: To relax. That's where your shoulders. He told your shoulders
- 8:27:59Speaker 1: to relax. Your shoulders relaxed, continues to relax.
- 8:28:18Speaker 15: And it's not just that, It's.
- 8:28:25Speaker 1: That the rest of your body has also been listening,
- 8:28:31Speaker 1: and their relaxation has been spread in so through your eyes,
- 8:28:38Speaker 1: the relaxation spread to your forehead, around your face, into
- 8:28:45Speaker 1: your skin, into your jaw, to the right side of
- 8:28:59Speaker 1: your day with down chest and stole, relaxed hands and shoulders.
- 8:29:15Speaker 1: Me up through your arms, relaxing.
- 8:29:21Speaker 15: Four arms up arms.
- 8:29:25Speaker 16: And words your wrists.
- 8:29:30Speaker 15: Let's go.
- 8:29:39Speaker 1: Our pag your hips, but exploy. Just start to relax
- 8:29:49Speaker 1: and tu comfort spreading through your eggs way down to
- 8:30:04Speaker 1: your ankles, the tops of your feet, the sight of
- 8:30:14Speaker 1: your face, the bottoms of your face, relexing into your tires,
- 8:30:31Speaker 1: each turn relexing and as your body relaxes, moore you
- 8:30:56Speaker 1: white comes slow pass on the point where if cheese
- 8:31:26Speaker 1: to fall asleep, said he say, drift the way because
- 8:31:49Speaker 1: it's nothing you in your mind.
- 8:31:55Speaker 37: To pray space on your body, continuousinds.
- 8:32:35Speaker 8: With that connection between your body relaxing word, he said,
- 8:32:44Speaker 8: to yourself relights see that neat the focus.
- 8:32:58Speaker 1: On just one.
- 8:33:01Speaker 15: You just pray your song, you entire.
- 8:33:06Speaker 1: Body saying a word with things.
- 8:33:29Speaker 36: And that's sir.
- 8:33:32Speaker 15: Tho.
- 8:33:36Speaker 1: Sensations of comfort spreading for health the body, they say, and.
- 8:34:01Speaker 15: To your body.
- 8:34:11Speaker 1: Last, just tell yourself.
- 8:34:36Speaker 38: As he think.
- 8:35:10Speaker 39: Starting down the number twenty nineteen, eighteen, seventeen, sixteen, six.
- 8:36:35Speaker 21: Four eight.
- 8:37:41Speaker 1: Too well.
- 8:38:17Speaker 40: Usu us must us eight us us us must us.
- 8:47:54Speaker 41: Usa one.
- 8:49:07Speaker 1: So counting down from ten to one, ten nine, eight, seven, six,
- 8:49:31Speaker 1: five four three.
- 8:49:40Speaker 13: Two one.
- 8:49:50Speaker 1: And maybe that was a bit too quick in order
- 8:49:53Speaker 1: to relax. Maybe it's a bit too fast for you
- 8:49:57Speaker 1: to notice the calming of your body, maybe even a
- 8:50:07Speaker 1: little bit of pressure there, like you're counting down from
- 8:50:11Speaker 1: ten to one. Would you expect me to do? Man,
- 8:50:15Speaker 1: expect me to stick go with floppy just because you're
- 8:50:18Speaker 1: counting down.
- 8:50:24Speaker 36: Too.
- 8:50:25Speaker 1: If you try it again, but this time, I go
- 8:50:28Speaker 1: a bit slower this time, and you focus on the
- 8:50:35Speaker 1: whole of your body before we focus on your legs.
- 8:50:42Speaker 1: Just notice how your body does start to feel more
- 8:50:52Speaker 1: relaxed with every number that I countdown ten nine, eight, seven, six, five.
- 8:51:51Speaker 21: Four three, yeah, one, wow.
- 8:52:45Speaker 1: I just notice how how you feel generally, how your
- 8:52:51Speaker 1: body feels. It's not necessarily even about counting down from
- 8:53:06Speaker 1: ten to one. It's that space that you have, that
- 8:53:16Speaker 1: space between being active physically or mentally, just sitting or
- 8:53:37Speaker 1: lying down, just being there, not doing anything, not saying anything,
- 8:53:44Speaker 1: or in deeding to think about anything. So it opens
- 8:53:50Speaker 1: up a space, you know, a bit of a space,
- 8:53:54Speaker 1: the gap. And the more I camped down for the
- 8:54:04Speaker 1: tent of one, the bigger that gap becomes so there's
- 8:54:11Speaker 1: that gap of calmness, of comfort and relaxation. It's a
- 8:54:24Speaker 1: nice feeling, yeah, And it moves those stresses or discomforts
- 8:54:37Speaker 1: physically or emotionally moves away. Allows you.
- 8:54:53Speaker 36: To just.
- 8:54:56Speaker 1: Slow down. Someone to count a game from ten down
- 8:55:02Speaker 1: to one and notice that gap widening, the gap. And
- 8:55:13Speaker 1: as it widens, it's almost like the the stress and
- 8:55:17Speaker 1: attention falls into the gap. It gives you that distance,
- 8:55:37Speaker 1: that space. Now ten nine, eight, seven, six, five.
- 8:56:41Speaker 13: Four one. How did you work?
- 8:57:49Speaker 1: Body?
- 8:57:50Speaker 21: Feel now?
- 8:58:05Speaker 1: Can you notice that? Do you feeling calmer? Do you
- 8:58:18Speaker 1: feeling more relaxed? As we now focus on your legs,
- 8:58:48Speaker 1: just your legs.
- 8:59:05Speaker 15: You're just going to.
- 8:59:06Speaker 8: Start with focusing on your thighs. Of course, it's not
- 8:59:25Speaker 8: the most exciting thing to be.
- 8:59:28Speaker 1: Doing because I'm sure like most of your body is
- 8:59:36Speaker 1: not not going on right now. Just focusing on the
- 8:59:48Speaker 1: whole of your thighs, the tops of your thighs, the
- 8:59:54Speaker 1: sides of your fighs, the bottoms of your thighs, outer thighs,
- 9:00:02Speaker 1: and your inner thighs. Basically the whole of your thigh
- 9:00:07Speaker 1: that leads into.
- 9:00:09Speaker 36: Your hip.
- 9:00:14Speaker 1: And it goes down to your knee.
- 9:00:19Speaker 15: Joints.
- 9:00:24Speaker 1: Now, this is a big area, it's a very heavy area.
- 9:00:32Speaker 8: It's very strong, probably the strongest muscles in your body
- 9:00:39Speaker 8: or in your thighs.
- 9:00:50Speaker 15: But I don't think we.
- 9:00:52Speaker 1: Perhaps will give enough attention to our thighs. Perhaps we
- 9:01:05Speaker 1: don't acknowledge how important our thighs are to our lives,
- 9:01:27Speaker 1: how much they actually do for us all through our lives.
- 9:01:44Speaker 1: And it may seems sound really weird, but I think
- 9:01:50Speaker 1: that all of our body parts, especially our thighs, need
- 9:01:57Speaker 1: some TLC, a bit of love shown, a bit of
- 9:02:10Speaker 1: the acknowledgment, thank you, gratitude for what advice do for us.
- 9:02:30Speaker 1: And I know this may sound a bit strange.
- 9:02:35Speaker 36: Maybe you think, why am I?
- 9:02:37Speaker 1: Surely I should be out in the garden hugging a
- 9:02:40Speaker 1: tree or something.
- 9:02:43Speaker 15: Oh, it's hard to set.
- 9:02:48Speaker 1: A microphone up on a tree. That's why I'm doing
- 9:02:51Speaker 1: this indoors. Otherwise I would be outside hugging a tree.
- 9:02:55Speaker 1: Now I can't see the television from the tree. You
- 9:03:04Speaker 1: move down to your knees, you gain such an important part.
- 9:03:13Speaker 15: And I think we don't.
- 9:03:15Speaker 1: Necessarily I'll speak for myself here, I don't necessarily appreciate.
- 9:03:25Speaker 13: All that my needs do for me until I have
- 9:03:30Speaker 13: a problem with my.
- 9:03:31Speaker 1: Knee occasionally if I maybe i'll bash it or it's
- 9:03:37Speaker 1: aching for some reason. It's then that I realize.
- 9:03:44Speaker 36: How much it does.
- 9:03:47Speaker 1: You know, the benefit of being able to use my
- 9:03:50Speaker 1: legs without any kind of physical discomfort.
- 9:03:58Speaker 15: Is a thing.
- 9:04:02Speaker 1: That's possibly not appreciated until it's temporarily removed. You know
- 9:04:09Speaker 1: that's comfort.
- 9:04:15Speaker 8: As you focus on your knees, regardless of how your
- 9:04:19Speaker 8: knees feel, you can have that sense of gratitude.
- 9:04:28Speaker 1: And love to your needs for all that they do
- 9:04:31Speaker 1: for you.
- 9:04:42Speaker 15: You can still have that.
- 9:04:43Speaker 1: Attention on your thighs. Maybe notice how your thighs feel,
- 9:04:50Speaker 1: Maybe notice that they are relaxing more deeply as you
- 9:05:08Speaker 1: focus now on the bottoms of your legs, your shins,
- 9:05:14Speaker 1: and your calf muscles, the bones between your knees and
- 9:05:21Speaker 1: your feet incorporates, and the course your ankles so important.
- 9:05:34Speaker 1: Can anyone that's had even like the slightest sprain of
- 9:05:39Speaker 1: an ankle knows how.
- 9:05:43Speaker 8: How much we take our ankles for granted. And it's
- 9:05:53Speaker 8: kind of strange in a way.
- 9:05:55Speaker 15: When you think that.
- 9:05:58Speaker 1: You know, logically, our wrists are a lot thinner than
- 9:06:02Speaker 1: the rest of their arms, which is okay, it doesn't.
- 9:06:07Speaker 15: I can't see any problem with that.
- 9:06:09Speaker 36: You know, we're just.
- 9:06:10Speaker 1: Picking stuff up. Baur ankles so much thinner than the
- 9:06:18Speaker 1: rest of our legs, and from a physics perspective or
- 9:06:28Speaker 1: logical even it doesn't really make sense that all this
- 9:06:33Speaker 1: weight would ultimately be resting on your ankles then leading
- 9:06:41Speaker 1: to your feet at a thin area, thin bone. Yeah,
- 9:06:54Speaker 1: it does so much great work. Supports us for what's
- 9:07:00Speaker 1: out body for a lifetime, helps us to balance, It
- 9:07:12Speaker 1: helps you to get around and be mobile. And there's
- 9:07:24Speaker 1: the calf muscles. Of course, when I was younger, I
- 9:07:32Speaker 1: couldn't see the point in calf muscles. Didn't seem to
- 9:07:36Speaker 1: do anything. Okay, if I walked around on tiptoes, then
- 9:07:42Speaker 1: my calf muscles get some work.
- 9:07:45Speaker 36: But of course that's not true.
- 9:07:46Speaker 1: The calf muscles are being used whenever.
- 9:07:50Speaker 15: We use our legs.
- 9:07:57Speaker 1: And your shins there to protect.
- 9:08:04Speaker 36: You.
- 9:08:04Speaker 1: Legs shaped in a way almost as a protector, with
- 9:08:13Speaker 1: the bone leading of course to your ankles and your feet.
- 9:08:33Speaker 1: I'm not going to focus on your feet. We're just
- 9:08:35Speaker 1: going to focus on the legs. And I realize, and
- 9:08:42Speaker 1: now that I've mentioned your feet, you probably focusing on
- 9:08:46Speaker 1: them anyway, So maybe I should focus on your feet
- 9:08:49Speaker 1: a little bit.
- 9:08:54Speaker 15: You can have them in your.
- 9:08:55Speaker 1: Awareness the same as you have your fighs in your awareness.
- 9:09:02Speaker 36: Even though we haven't.
- 9:09:03Speaker 1: Been focusing on your thighs a few minutes and we're
- 9:09:09Speaker 1: focusing on your ankles, there's still that sensation of comfort
- 9:09:26Speaker 1: in your thighs, and there's that moment of energy.
- 9:09:38Speaker 8: Because the thighs hold lots of different sensations. Of course,
- 9:09:45Speaker 8: there's the muscles, the big strong muscles that we have
- 9:09:50Speaker 8: in our thighs, but the skin on the outside of
- 9:10:03Speaker 8: the thighs, as in the outside of all of our body,
- 9:10:09Speaker 8: it can be very sensitive, sensitive to the touch, sensitive
- 9:10:20Speaker 8: to temperature, and inside your thighs the bones, there's the muscle,
- 9:10:35Speaker 8: there's the blood, vessels, the arch trees, all this stuff
- 9:10:40Speaker 8: in the side your thighs. I guess sometimes it'd be
- 9:10:49Speaker 8: nice if you could actually put your fingers inside your
- 9:10:53Speaker 8: thighs and a message, So if you can message on
- 9:10:58Speaker 8: the outside house, but to be able to get deep
- 9:11:02Speaker 8: into the muscles, to be able to just massage inside
- 9:11:07Speaker 8: your thighs, message in the bones of your leg, massage.
- 9:11:17Speaker 1: Or the veins, and just gently healing the thighs.
- 9:11:27Speaker 36: When you can move down.
- 9:11:31Speaker 1: Message and inside your knees, some message in those bones,
- 9:11:37Speaker 1: but with healing fingertips, spreading that healing.
- 9:11:42Speaker 36: Energy deep into the choice your knees.
- 9:11:52Speaker 15: Of course there's the back.
- 9:11:54Speaker 8: Of your need, the inside crease where you need is
- 9:12:02Speaker 8: so this sensitive area.
- 9:12:05Speaker 1: Really it's very nice and was stroking. That might be
- 9:12:10Speaker 1: because it's an area that's not really touched very often.
- 9:12:16Speaker 1: It's almost like a hidden part a crease.
- 9:12:22Speaker 15: Your legs.
- 9:12:23Speaker 1: It's almost.
- 9:12:26Speaker 15: It's like a part that has a sensitivity, which is
- 9:12:31Speaker 15: a little bit different.
- 9:12:39Speaker 36: Of course, it's.
- 9:12:40Speaker 8: Protected by your legs, so you can imagine putting your fingers.
- 9:12:52Speaker 36: Into that crease in your legs.
- 9:13:01Speaker 1: Fold between your legs, you can just message with your fingertips.
- 9:13:06Speaker 1: Let your fingertips going inside, massage in the muscle tissue.
- 9:13:18Speaker 1: You can of course field the bones of your knees,
- 9:13:24Speaker 1: healing through your fingertips. And then if you go down
- 9:13:37Speaker 1: to your half muscles, and that's the part I'd like
- 9:13:40Speaker 1: to be able to really put my fingertips deep inside
- 9:13:45Speaker 1: my half muscles, massage in every single tissue of the muscle,
- 9:13:56Speaker 1: healing every part.
- 9:14:04Speaker 36: Then doing the same for.
- 9:14:05Speaker 1: My shins, massage, generally stroking the bones, generally stroking them,
- 9:14:17Speaker 1: healing in a loving way, because they deserve to be
- 9:14:21Speaker 1: treated as the precious bones that they are. So legs
- 9:14:29Speaker 1: are so precious as in all the other parts of
- 9:14:32Speaker 1: our body, the more precious of amyture on the planet.
- 9:14:49Speaker 1: When you start to.
- 9:14:51Speaker 15: Think about the legs in this way, you can.
- 9:15:02Speaker 1: Change your perspective.
- 9:15:07Speaker 36: Might sound a bit it's silly to start with the
- 9:15:14Speaker 36: idea of heaven love for your legs.
- 9:15:19Speaker 15: Show an appreciation.
- 9:15:22Speaker 1: Your thighs, want them to be answer. Put your hands
- 9:15:29Speaker 1: in your thighs, the massage the muscles and the bones,
- 9:15:38Speaker 1: and to get your fingers deep in there, releasing all attension,
- 9:15:47Speaker 1: just to show.
- 9:15:49Speaker 36: How much you care.
- 9:15:54Speaker 1: About your legs, how much you care for what your
- 9:15:59Speaker 1: lix do for you regularly, your knees, your calves, your ankles,
- 9:16:13Speaker 1: the strength of your ankles consideringly, how thin they are
- 9:16:21Speaker 1: compared to the rest of your legs, especially your thighs. Yeah,
- 9:16:29Speaker 1: they're so strong, so flexible, absolutely amazing things. Your ankles
- 9:16:41Speaker 1: are truly a gift because of what they do for you,
- 9:16:56Speaker 1: supporting all that weight, regardless sir, how what weight you are,
- 9:17:04Speaker 1: even if you only ate stone, still a lot of
- 9:17:09Speaker 1: weight with these little ankles.
- 9:17:15Speaker 36: Now I'm a look heavier than eat stand.
- 9:17:18Speaker 1: Double dock. Yet my ankles.
- 9:17:25Speaker 15: Support my body all the time, whether they do give off.
- 9:17:33Speaker 1: A sigh of relief when to sit down. You've had
- 9:17:39Speaker 1: my whole legs though my feet feeble, circle my toast clap.
- 9:17:50Speaker 15: I'm so happy.
- 9:18:10Speaker 1: Your legs really are amazing. I don't know I have
- 9:18:19Speaker 1: been talking about. Talking about your legs is probably possibly
- 9:18:25Speaker 1: one one of the most things, the most bolling things
- 9:18:28Speaker 1: you've ever heard anyone say. Possibly you're boor you're not.
- 9:18:37Speaker 8: Everything I said is true. Your legs are amazing. Your
- 9:18:52Speaker 8: legs deserve not just respect, but they deserve.
- 9:19:02Speaker 1: To relax.
- 9:19:05Speaker 36: Deeply.
- 9:19:12Speaker 1: They deserve to take some time out of the day
- 9:19:18Speaker 1: to just lecko completely relax, really can relax. And because
- 9:19:55Speaker 1: the legs are so such a most you know, very important,
- 9:20:00Speaker 1: I can't of your body and you relectles. The rest
- 9:20:05Speaker 1: of your body also naturally follows in that journey of comfort.
- 9:20:25Speaker 15: I feel it in my hips. My hips feel really loose.
- 9:20:34Speaker 36: And all say my light back as well.
- 9:20:37Speaker 1: My light back really feels it feels stretched.
- 9:20:43Speaker 36: Even though I'm just sitting in a chair, and there's.
- 9:20:46Speaker 1: No stretching.
- 9:20:50Speaker 15: As far as I'm aware that I'm doing.
- 9:20:52Speaker 36: But it's almost as if the.
- 9:20:53Speaker 15: Muscles are just relaxed so much that there is.
- 9:20:57Speaker 1: A natural stretch. His attention has reduced a lot an
- 9:21:22Speaker 1: anland camp down from ten pouns of one, you.
- 9:21:30Speaker 15: Can continue.
- 9:21:33Speaker 1: To fill wonderfully relaxed ten nine, eight, seven, six, five
- 9:22:04Speaker 1: four three joh one. Really, So, I'm just gonna countdown
- 9:22:34Speaker 1: and fire down to one, and as a countdown, you
- 9:22:39Speaker 1: just focus on the numbers, just the numbers counting down,
- 9:22:47Speaker 1: and notice how you feel.
- 9:22:53Speaker 36: In this moment.
- 9:22:56Speaker 15: As you hear the numbers counting down.
- 9:22:59Speaker 1: Knowing that those numbers counting down represent you feeling.
- 9:23:11Speaker 8: Calmer, not just in your body, but also relaxing your mind.
- 9:23:21Speaker 8: I just notice how you feel. There's nothing to do,
- 9:23:26Speaker 8: it's nothing to say, it's nothing to think about.
- 9:23:33Speaker 1: Starting with.
- 9:23:36Speaker 21: Number five.
- 9:23:45Speaker 1: Four three.
- 9:24:06Speaker 8: Two one, did you notice the gradual letting go, let
- 9:24:34Speaker 8: the tension in your body? It may also begin to
- 9:24:41Speaker 8: notice and be aware of how your mind is starting
- 9:24:49Speaker 8: to slow down.
- 9:24:53Speaker 15: This is just a natural thing that happens.
- 9:25:00Speaker 13: It's not really a special procedure.
- 9:25:03Speaker 1: It's just natural because it's your body.
- 9:25:07Speaker 8: Relaxes, your mind also starts to relax, and a more
- 9:25:13Speaker 8: mind relaxes, the more your body relaxes.
- 9:25:16Speaker 15: It's just a continuous.
- 9:25:19Speaker 8: Circle of relaxation. And is that calmness that comes from
- 9:25:32Speaker 8: relative quietness.
- 9:25:34Speaker 1: You can even if this background sounds either your side online,
- 9:25:42Speaker 1: it's still going to be quite calm. You know, you
- 9:25:48Speaker 1: haven't got the television on, there's no music in the
- 9:25:53Speaker 1: background unless.
- 9:25:54Speaker 36: You're listening to that we call the white music. Of course,
- 9:26:01Speaker 36: you're very likely not going to be sitting in the
- 9:26:03Speaker 36: room of other people. Of course you might be, but
- 9:26:08Speaker 36: generally it's more idea if you can do this on
- 9:26:11Speaker 36: your own, so.
- 9:26:14Speaker 8: No distractions, and when you stop thinking about stuff, relaxation.
- 9:26:32Speaker 15: Automatically rises. A sense of comfort starts to grow.
- 9:26:44Speaker 8: And without trying to build it up into something fantastical,
- 9:26:55Speaker 8: something magical, this is just a your process, something that's easy.
- 9:27:08Speaker 1: To accomplish.
- 9:27:11Speaker 8: In fact, it's almost the sense of relaxing completely happens.
- 9:27:19Speaker 36: Really when you put no effort into it.
- 9:27:23Speaker 8: It's not something that you can really force. It's something
- 9:27:29Speaker 8: that happens naturally.
- 9:27:35Speaker 1: A part of the process of this recording and others.
- 9:27:44Speaker 13: Is simply two allow you.
- 9:27:52Speaker 1: To take advantage of this space, this time, to just.
- 9:28:07Speaker 36: Let go, to just be here, to be in tune.
- 9:28:18Speaker 1: With how you feel, yet with the intention of wanting
- 9:28:30Speaker 1: to relax.
- 9:28:32Speaker 8: Deeply and maybe even to fall asleep, depending on what
- 9:28:43Speaker 8: it is that you wish for yourself.
