  Favor is when God puts his hand on your life and causes people,

  doors, and resources, even in unlikely situations to work for you.

  Favor's not luck. Favor's not hype. It's not favoritism in the ugly sense. And here's the truth.

  One moment of God's favor can make up for years of struggle.

  Come on, I know that's true. So let's get into these godly hacks. You ready?

  Hack one, favor starts in God's presence.
• 1:32
  The favor of God is not just about getting stuff.
• 1:36
  It starts with being close. You know, my husband knows a guy.
• 1:39
  He had a ton of money and he was really young and he just dropped dead.
• 1:44
  So what good does that do you?
• 1:46
  Like, that's the thing. People think they want money. But let me ask you a question.
• 1:49
  If you could be as rich as Steve Jobs, but meet his ending, would you want it?

  No, of course not, because he died of cancer.
• 1:56
  So the favor of God is the blessing and the health.

  And people call it the prosperity health gospel. Yeah, that's the gospel.

  The Bible says that the Lord will bless you with no sorrow.

  What's that mean? You have money without people attacking you.
• 2:13
  Well, they might attack you for being a Christian, but you have the blessing and the favor.
• 2:18
  So if you want that, say, that's me. I want that. So in Exodus 33,
• 2:22
  13, it says, if it's true that you look favorably on me, let me know your ways
• 2:28
  so I can understand you more fully and enjoy your favor.
• 2:32
  And remember, this nation is your own people. And the Lord said,
• 2:36
  I will personally go with you, Moses, I'll give you rest and everything will be good for you.
• 2:41
  And he said, if you don't go with us, then make me leave this place.
• 2:45
  How will anyone know that you look favorably on me if you don't go with us?
• 2:50
  For your presence among us sets your people and me apart from all other people on earth.

  And the Lord said, I indeed will do what you've asked.

  I will look favorably on you and you will know my name. Come on, this is so powerful.

  Moses said, Lord, this thing proves that your favor is with me, your presence.

  Come on, we need his presence. If you are listening to me and you're thinking,

  I just want to make money, that's not going to do it for you.

  If you're listening to me and you're thinking, you know, I just need to know
• 3:19
  this about it. No, you need to be in his presence.

  When he shows up, all the good stuff comes with him.

  It's kind of like if you had a bouquet of your favorite flowers or something,

  when the flowers show up, the aroma shows up with them. And that's how it is with God.

  When his presence comes, healing comes, favor comes, money comes,
• 3:38
  blessing comes, All the good stuff comes with it.

  Favor is not just God giving you something. It's God going with you.

  Come on, that is a good definition.

  Favor is not just God giving you something.

  It's God going with you. Like, who wants the money if you're going to die of a disease?

  I don't. Who wants the money if you're going to grow up a bitter,

  ratchety person? For those of you in foreign countries, it just means a bitter, bad person.

  Nobody wants that. You want the favor of God to go with you.
• 4:10
  So favor is God saying, I know your name and I'm going with you.
• 4:14
  Some people want the favor of God without fellowship, but that's not going to bring any peace.

  Okay. So say this out loud. I walk in the favor of God because I walk with God.

  His presence goes before me. His hand is on my life. He knows me by name. I'm not alone.

  God is with me. His favor surrounds me. All right. Hack two.

  Favor opens doors. No one can shut. This is my favorite one.
• 4:40
  When God gives you favor, favor, favor, he causes people to help you who wouldn't
• 4:46
  even plan on helping you.
• 4:48
  That's, yeah. Look at Esther. She needed favor to save her people,
• 4:52
  and she couldn't force the king. She couldn't manipulate.
• 4:54
  She needed supernatural favor. And Esther 2.17, the king loved Esther more than
• 5:00
  any other young woman, and he was delighted with her so that he set the royal
• 5:04
  crown on her head and declared her Queen Vashti.
• 5:08
  Esther 5.2, when he saw Queen Esther standing there in the inner court,
• 5:12
  he welcomed her and held out the gold scepter, and Esther approached and touched it.
• 5:17
  Then the gold scepter represented access.
• 5:20
  Favor gave Esther access to the place where she could not have gone naturally.
• 5:25
  And that's you. Favor is going to give you access to places that you weren't able to go.
• 5:29
  Favor can get you in the room. Favor can cause someone to remember you.
• 5:33
  Favor can put your resume up top. It could put your ministry,
• 5:37
  your business, your gift at top. So let's just say that.

  God, I thank you that your favor goes before me and behind me everywhere I go.

  Come on, I don't know about you, but I need his favor.

  In Revelation 3.8, it says, I know the things you do, and I've opened a door
• 5:53
  for you that no one can close.
• 5:56
  You have little strength, yet you obeyed my word and did not deny me.

  I love that. Come on. You have little strength, but you obeyed my word.

  It means that favor isn't because you feel strong or you feel great.
• 6:08
  It's God doing something for you because you obey him.
• 6:12
  So even if you have little money, little support, little visibility,
• 6:17
  come on, that's me sometimes.

  Woo! There's a door open that no man can shut.
• 6:23
  Come on. God wants to open a door for you that nobody can shut. That is good news.

  He wants to bless you. He wants to help you.

  Favor is not about begging people to like you. Favor is not chasing everybody
• 6:38
  down. It's trying to prove yourself.
• 6:40
  When God favors you, he can make the right people notice you.
• 6:43
  Say this, God is opening doors for me that nobody can shut.

  I don't have to strive, beg, or manipulate.
• 6:53
  The favor of God gives me access. The right people notice me.
• 6:58
  Divine opportunities are coming for me. I am remembered, selected,

  promoted, and helped by the favor of God. Isn't that good, y'all?

  Yep, I know it is. All right, point three, or hack three.

  Favor surrounds the righteous like a shield. Favor is not just something that happens once in a while.

  The Bible says favor surrounds you. Psalm 512. For you blessed,

  God, O Lord, you surround them with your shield of love.

  The New King James says, For you, O Lord, will bless the righteous with favor.

  You will surround him with a shield.
• 7:32
  That means favor is not just in front of you. It is behind you.

  It's all around you. It's covering you.
• 7:39
  Favor protects. Favor provides. Favor promotes. It preserves.
• 7:44
  In Proverbs 3, 3-4, Never let loyalty and kindness leave you.

  Tie them around your neck.

  As a reminder, or write them deep in your heart, then you'll find favor both
• 7:54
  with God and people, and you will earn a good reputation.

  This shows us that favor is spiritual, but it also is practical.

  Loyalty, kindness, integrity, humility. Some people want favor,

  but they don't want character.

  But Proverbs says, with kindness and truth written on your heart,

  you will find favor with God and with man. Isn't that cool?

  Favor doesn't mean that everybody's gonna like you. I wish it did,

  but it doesn't. Jesus said favor with God, but people still hated him.

  Isn't that funny? Jesus had the favor of God, but people still hated him.

  There are people that are not going to like you, but it's okay.

  As long as God favors you, that's all that matters. You can have the favor of
• 8:33
  the Most High God, even if people in this world don't like you.

  Luke 2.52 says, Jesus grew in wisdom and in stature and in favor with God and all the people.

  Jesus had favor, but he did still have critics.

  So favor doesn't mean you're not going to have opposition. I wish it did. I wish it did.

  I wish it did, but it doesn't.

  So you know. You're going to have opposition. You're going to have trouble.

  Favor means that even when enemies show up, God will prepare a table.

  Let's look at that one, shall we? Psalm 23, 5.

  You prepare a table before me in the presence of my enemies.

  You honor me. You anoint my head with oil. My cup overflows with blessing.

  Surely goodness and mercy will follow me all the days of my life,

  and I will dwell in the house of the Lord forever.

  Favor doesn't mean there's no enemies. Favor means that God will bless you right in front of them.

  So they're going to be mad. They're going to be like, they're going to be hateful.

  But you just sit there. It means that you could pull up a big old table and

  you're like, and your enemies are around you going, I don't like you.

  I can't stand you. But it doesn't matter. They have to sit down and shut up
• 9:42
  at the table that God prepared.

  I mean, I'm telling you, that is such good news. You don't have to be afraid

  of people. You don't have to be worried about what they think.

  The favor of God God can surround you like a shield. It can pile up on top of
• 9:55
  you and you can have tremendous power and favor available when God walks with
• 9:59
  you, all right? So let me rehash these real quick.

  to help you. They're like, I don't know why, but I just want it, that's favor.

  Someone says that, I don't know why I'm doing this. That's favor,

  okay? God will give you favor.

  God's goodness chases me down. Doors are opening.

  Blessings overflow. I have favor with God and people.

  Opposition can't stop me. I'm blessed. I'm protected. I'm promoted.

  Favor can do things you can't do. Favor will give you access,

  like Esther who got access to the king.

  Favor brings promotion like joseph who

  was promoted in the prison favor brings provision

  the israelites left egypt with silver and

  gold favor will cause people to help

  you like ruth found favor in the field of

  boaz favor protects your assignment no weapon formed against you will prosper

  when god is with you in genesis 39 21 it says the lord was with joseph in the
• 11:39
  prison and showed him faithful love And the Lord made Joseph a favorite person with the prison warden.

  Joseph had favor because of God. The Lord caused the Egyptians to look favorably
• 11:52
  on the Israelis and Israelites and whatever they asked for, they got.

  Come on, I'm telling you, God is faithful. Favor is not luck,

  it is God leaning in your direction.

  One day of favor can do what 10 years of striving could never do.

  And you don't need everybody to like you. You only need God to favor you.

  Favor can put your name in big rooms that your feet have not even entered.

  Favor puts me in rooms that I haven't even gotten into. God,

  you are setting up divine appointments for me of favor.

  Favor for land, favor for building, favor for increase, favor for resources.

  God's on me. Come on, begin to confess the favor of God over your life.

  When God opens the door, your critics don't get a vote. That's so good.

  So today I want you to quit saying, don't say this. Listen to me.

  Don't say nothing works. No, you're a child of God. Start saying the favor of

  God is working in my life.

  Quit saying nobody sees me. This thing's preaching to me today.

  Start saying God sees me and the right people will recognize me.

  Don't say I never get opportunities. Instead, say God opens doors no man can shut.

  Favor is real, it's biblical, it's available, and it belongs to you.

  Now say this with me. Father, I thank you, your favor's on my life.

  Thank you that you surround me with favor like a shield. I have favor with God, with people.

  I'm not forgotten. I'm not overlooked. I'm not disqualified.

  I'm chosen, helped, blessed, protected, promoted, provided for.

  This is my reason to walk in the supernatural favor.
