- 0:01Speaker 1: Jerry, Katie and Josh six one hundred.
- 0:04Speaker 2: Katie, give me.
- 0:05Speaker 3: All the details about Mile High Flea Market.
- 0:07Speaker 4: Oh, I love that all so much. First of all,
- 0:11Speaker 4: just to go in there and shop. It's only two
- 0:13Speaker 4: dollars a person. You can go spend the whole day
- 0:15Speaker 4: there if it isn't one hundred and one degrees and
- 0:17Speaker 4: you're melting the minute you hit the paved minute prices. Oh,
- 0:21Speaker 4: and the prices are great. I mean you get a
- 0:23Speaker 4: lot of really good deals. I go there specifically for
- 0:25Speaker 4: my mangoes. Jeremy, they have the best mango telling you
- 0:29Speaker 4: they've got the best mangoes in town. And I will
- 0:33Speaker 4: make the trip up there weekly just to get the
- 0:35Speaker 4: big box of mangos. I get wealth of them. Yeah,
- 0:39Speaker 4: twenty bucks. Twenty bucks for a bottle mangos.
- 0:42Speaker 1: It is perfect.
- 0:44Speaker 2: No, they're not.
- 0:45Speaker 4: And they're way better out at the flea market. They're
- 0:48Speaker 4: twenty dollars. Both spaces. I made mango salsa. But also
- 0:51Speaker 4: I just like to eat a mango every day. I
- 0:54Speaker 4: love mangoes. They are my favorite, especially in the summer
- 0:56Speaker 4: when they're all ripe and juicy like there. Yeah, and
- 1:00Speaker 4: now that I know, now that I know how to
- 1:02Speaker 4: peel a mango.
- 1:03Speaker 1: It's a game changer.
- 1:04Speaker 4: Like I've always loved mangos, but I had a little
- 1:07Speaker 4: bit of like insecurity when it came to that type
- 1:10Speaker 4: of fruit because I didn't know how to peel it.
- 1:11Speaker 1: I did not know how to open the mango.
- 1:13Speaker 3: I didn't I didn't know.
- 1:15Speaker 1: It is hard, guys.
- 1:16Speaker 3: I can't go out this week and I'm thinking about
- 1:18Speaker 3: peeling mangos and how I'm doing it wrong.
- 1:20Speaker 1: Nobody loves me, and my mother never talked to You
- 1:22Speaker 1: don't understand.
- 1:23Speaker 4: It has been such a struggle for me to open mangos,
- 1:27Speaker 4: and I get I trauma.
- 1:29Speaker 1: No, I do get sad because.
- 1:30Speaker 4: Like I've tried multiple times to open them and I
- 1:33Speaker 4: just completely demolish the entire mango. There's pieces everywhere. None
- 1:38Speaker 4: of them are going in my mouth because I don't.
- 1:40Speaker 1: Peel it right.
- 1:42Speaker 4: My friend Violet showed me how to peel a mango.
- 1:45Speaker 4: I was just like, you don't even understand, Like my
- 1:47Speaker 4: daily mango intake has changed so much.
- 1:52Speaker 3: What was that giant meat you had?
- 1:54Speaker 1: We're gonna talk about that too.
- 1:56Speaker 2: Was that I just saw a picture.
- 1:57Speaker 4: Of it again the high flea market. So it is
- 2:00Speaker 4: sausage on a stick, that's what it's called. And as
- 2:03Speaker 4: you walk in, when you walk into the Male High
- 2:06Speaker 4: flea market, they have one of those little like fair
- 2:08Speaker 4: food stands and they're like, I think it's Turkey's Last Stand.
- 2:12Speaker 1: Is what it's called, Turkey's Last trot?
- 2:14Speaker 4: I don't know, but they have turkey legs, right, they
- 2:17Speaker 4: have turkey legs, sausage on a stick, nachos, waffle fries,
- 2:21Speaker 4: and more.
- 2:23Speaker 1: Did you see my picture?
- 2:24Speaker 2: We saw it.
- 2:25Speaker 3: It was like I just saw the meat.
- 2:27Speaker 4: We literally got one of each, except the turkey leg
- 2:30Speaker 4: because in my mind, I'm like the turkey legs, a
- 2:33Speaker 4: little much will go.
- 2:34Speaker 3: I need to ease up. So you had were dipping
- 2:37Speaker 3: your meat in nacho cheese.
- 2:38Speaker 4: I was dipping that sausage on a stick in nacho
- 2:42Speaker 4: cheese and then putting a canned hall apino on top
- 2:45Speaker 4: of that.
- 2:46Speaker 1: Heaven, So get.
- 2:48Speaker 3: The counter the massive amount of meat you were consuming
- 2:52Speaker 3: dipped in nacho cheese.
- 2:53Speaker 4: I've got the protein and I've got the fiber. I've
- 2:56Speaker 4: got all the bases covered.
- 2:57Speaker 3: But men, you got a stomach a steal kid?
- 3:00Speaker 5: You not.
- 3:01Speaker 1: I've been traking my cra for this moment.
- 3:04Speaker 3: I can't imagine rolling in and, like on a hundred
- 3:07Speaker 3: degree day, pounding down a pound of meat dipped in
- 3:09Speaker 3: nacho cheese and then washing it down with nachos.
- 3:12Speaker 4: It's brought to you by gas station burritos. I've built
- 3:15Speaker 4: up this stomach it's at Can we make.
- 3:19Speaker 3: It a bit where we go in and scope your
- 3:20Speaker 3: stomach just to see what's going on in there? If
- 3:22Speaker 3: I really want to know? Do you I'm dying to know?
- 3:24Speaker 1: I think I like being naive about that in my life.
- 3:27Speaker 3: It's just a lot of in there. When you get
- 3:29Speaker 3: in there.
- 3:31Speaker 1: There's just sausage floating around in there.
- 3:33Speaker 3: I wanted them to shove a mic down there too,
- 3:35Speaker 3: because I literally think that we could hear your stomach
- 3:39Speaker 3: going help me.
- 3:40Speaker 1: No, you hear it every morning.
- 3:43Speaker 3: All right, it's time for some sports now. If you've
- 3:46Speaker 3: been living under a rock, this is going to be
- 3:49Speaker 3: new information to you. Lebron James shocked the entire sports
- 3:54Speaker 3: community on Friday by picking the seventy six Ers over
- 3:59Speaker 3: returning home to Cleveland or reuniting with Miami or going
- 4:03Speaker 3: to the Golden State Warriors. Now, he did sign a
- 4:06Speaker 3: two year contract for eight million dollars with the seventy
- 4:10Speaker 3: six ers. Now, he did go out and say, you
- 4:13Speaker 3: know what, this wasn't about the money. He says, this
- 4:15Speaker 3: is my last decision. I'm not going for money. I'm
- 4:18Speaker 3: not going for family. What I'm really playing for at
- 4:20Speaker 3: this point, well, I still want the sacrifice, I still
- 4:23Speaker 3: want the work, I still want to grind. And he
- 4:25Speaker 3: wants another championship. He wants a ring, absolutely, and he's
- 4:29Speaker 3: excited to energize the new fan base and start this
- 4:32Speaker 3: incredible journey one last time, is what he said. And
- 4:37Speaker 3: I will tell you right now, there's already a few
- 4:39Speaker 3: Philly cheesesteak spots that are promising Lebron James the VIP
- 4:44Speaker 3: treatments while he's out there now. In honor of him
- 4:48Speaker 3: moving teams, this guy made a little video over the
- 4:51Speaker 3: weekend with a goofy song and it is absolutely taken off.
- 4:55Speaker 3: So I pulled the audio and I just want to
- 4:56Speaker 3: play you a taste of it.
- 4:57Speaker 2: Here you go.
- 5:01Speaker 3: His name is Giants.
- 5:05Speaker 6: Talking about the name, says, if you want to make the.
- 5:20Speaker 5: Work of Bens a place, take a look in the sky.
- 5:25Speaker 3: So good. I'm sorry, that was very well done. That
- 5:34Speaker 3: is a creative mfor right there.
- 5:37Speaker 1: No, that was good.
- 5:38Speaker 3: That made me smile this morning when I heard that.
- 5:40Speaker 1: So all of us, thank you for that. Jeremy, Well,
- 5:43Speaker 1: you're welcome.
- 5:43Speaker 3: I aim to please. We're here to bring smiles.
- 5:46Speaker 2: Josh, what you got, Jared?
- 5:47Speaker 7: I like to think of you as a very financially
- 5:50Speaker 7: smart man. You're very fiscally savvy, right, I'd like to
- 5:53Speaker 7: think two thirds of us actually on the show.
- 5:54Speaker 2: Hey, hey, I'm not saying which two thirds.
- 5:57Speaker 7: I just think that we are relatively financially smart on
- 6:02Speaker 7: this show.
- 6:02Speaker 2: While a new study has just come out of one.
- 6:04Speaker 7: Hundred and eighty three thousand US households. Ever since America's
- 6:09Speaker 7: betting has become legal all over the United States, okay,
- 6:12Speaker 7: it has not been good. The finding show that after
- 6:16Speaker 7: states legalized online sports betting, frequent betters, people who could
- 6:20Speaker 7: be considered addicted to gambling, reduced their investment deposits by
- 6:24Speaker 7: almost sixty percent.
- 6:27Speaker 2: That is horrific.
- 6:28Speaker 7: For every dollar place into a betting app, investments fell
- 6:31Speaker 7: roughly twenty percent For every dollar that's it. Frequent betters,
- 6:36Speaker 7: those wagering more than half of all those in the
- 6:38Speaker 7: months of their first bet deposit an average of eleven
- 6:41Speaker 7: hundred dollars per quarter, which is exceeding five percent of
- 6:45Speaker 7: their income. In the worst part that this is the
- 6:48Speaker 7: lowest savings household we hit the hardest. I don't like this.
- 6:52Speaker 3: Bottom line is a people are betting their money away
- 6:55Speaker 3: instead of saving it.
- 6:56Speaker 7: Yes, and because they have that feeling of they were
- 6:58Speaker 7: to hit it big. And it's the same with I
- 7:00Speaker 7: got a buddy line types and I've been known to
- 7:02Speaker 7: have a friend or two that loves to bet, and
- 7:05Speaker 7: I've never actually done it.
- 7:06Speaker 2: I don't like doing the wagers.
- 7:07Speaker 3: We're not allowed to either because we work for KOC.
- 7:09Speaker 2: But that's also a big part. But I've never really
- 7:11Speaker 2: been into it.
- 7:12Speaker 7: I don't like the fact that I have to gamble
- 7:14Speaker 7: on something to enjoy a sporting event.
- 7:16Speaker 2: I can just watch them and enjoy them.
- 7:18Speaker 7: The weird thing about this is that of all those
- 7:21Speaker 7: a comparison had been used for the Taylor swift eras
- 7:24Speaker 7: tour ticket release and it found no drop in investing.
- 7:27Speaker 7: So the people that love to save up and buy
- 7:30Speaker 7: concert tickets, Okay, that's not something that is making them
- 7:34Speaker 7: divert their savings, you know.
- 7:36Speaker 2: For the era for touring.
- 7:38Speaker 7: It suggests that there's something specific to just sports betting,
- 7:41Speaker 7: not new spending.
- 7:42Speaker 2: I don't like this at all.
- 7:43Speaker 7: People need to enjoy sports just for the sport itself,
- 7:48Speaker 7: not for the thrill of possibly winning money.
- 7:51Speaker 2: They need to listen to Jeremy.
- 7:53Speaker 4: It's taking away so much joy too. Like I hang
- 7:55Speaker 4: out with a lot of sports minded individuals, and when
- 7:57Speaker 4: they're so tuned into the app actual them gaining money,
- 8:01Speaker 4: it'll not a sport. It is not fun. It's annoying.
- 8:04Speaker 4: I'll go as far as to say that it's annoying
- 8:07Speaker 4: to hang out with people who bet on everything.
- 8:09Speaker 1: It's just like, you gotta watch more of.
- 8:11Speaker 3: People that write songs are about Lebron's sports update jkj
- 8:20Speaker 3: makes one hundred.
- 8:21Speaker 1: You thought you'd heard it all.
- 8:23Speaker 3: You've seen everything, not even close.
- 8:26Speaker 1: Who's spiraling? Who's getting canceled?
- 8:28Speaker 3: What's the local buzz?
- 8:29Speaker 1: What can we expect? We're diving headfirst into the chaos.
- 8:33Speaker 1: It's the mile high height.
- 8:35Speaker 3: Yeah, what's up? What's what's up with JKJX? Yeah, what's up?
- 8:40Speaker 3: What's up? What's up? All right, here's all the big
- 8:42Speaker 3: stories of the day. Here's just a quick stat that
- 8:44Speaker 3: I thought was pretty shocking. This morning, AMC came out
- 8:48Speaker 3: and said, all those Goofy popcorn buckets that are like
- 8:52Speaker 3: themed to the movies that are coming out made them
- 8:55Speaker 3: one hundred million dollars over the past year. So people
- 8:58Speaker 3: be buying Goofy popcorn buckets like a hundred million dollars.
- 9:04Speaker 1: They really do make all their money on concessions.
- 9:06Speaker 2: Good for them.
- 9:07Speaker 3: Good Yeah. Speaking of movies, if you're a fan of
- 9:11Speaker 3: Meryl Streep, the Double Wears Prada two begins streaming on Wednesday.
- 9:17Speaker 3: It's gonna be on Hulu and the Disney Plus uh
- 9:21Speaker 3: made a roundup seven hundred million worldwide in theaters, So
- 9:26Speaker 3: I guess that suggests that people still like their Goofy franchise.
- 9:29Speaker 3: So there's that going on. How about this a maintenance worker.
- 9:33Speaker 3: The video of this is wild. He was up trapped
- 9:36Speaker 3: inside one hundred and thirty foot tall gas station sign
- 9:40Speaker 3: in Illinois after his lift malfunctioned. It is it's wild
- 9:46Speaker 3: because you don't really realize, like one hundred and thirty
- 9:49Speaker 3: feet how tall that is. That is truly like one
- 9:51Speaker 3: of those gigantic gas station signs on the side of
- 9:53Speaker 3: the highway, oh that you can see from miles away. Yeah,
- 9:57Speaker 3: he had to go on his lift and went. He
- 10:00Speaker 3: brought him all the way up there and he got
- 10:01Speaker 3: inside the sign you can get in there to replace
- 10:05Speaker 3: bulbs or do whatever in there. And then his lift
- 10:08Speaker 3: looks like it went oo and like draw to the
- 10:11Speaker 3: grunitate malfunction. He was stuck up there. So they had
- 10:14Speaker 3: a news helicopter out there hovering and like zooming in
- 10:18Speaker 3: and he's just sitting in there, waving like waiting for
- 10:21Speaker 3: authorities to arrive. Anyway, they had to, like Jerry rig
- 10:25Speaker 3: some sort of special attachment to a fire ladder because
- 10:28Speaker 3: those macs outed about one hundred feet to get up
- 10:30Speaker 3: there and get that guy out. But truly, like you
- 10:32Speaker 3: had a bad day, right, that was scary. And here's
- 10:37Speaker 3: another dude that had a bad day. So this doctor,
- 10:41Speaker 3: oh no, it was a woman. Ooh ladies. Doctor Danielle
- 10:46Speaker 3: saw a patient named Emily. Emily's forty three years old.
- 10:49Speaker 3: She went in to have a cyst removed off one
- 10:54Speaker 3: of her ovaries. Well, instead, doctor Danielle removed essentially all
- 11:01Speaker 3: of her bladder. Wait, she went in for sister removal
- 11:06Speaker 3: and the doctor took out her bladder.
- 11:09Speaker 2: Massive mistake.
- 11:10Speaker 3: So they had to go in and rebuild everything in there,
- 11:14Speaker 3: including re routing, intestines and all sorts of stuff. Anyway,
- 11:18Speaker 3: this woman, Emily was awarded seventeen million dollars. Well yeah,
- 11:22Speaker 3: after the mistake. But I mean there's no going back.
- 11:24Speaker 3: Your body's not going to be the same, that absolutely not.
- 11:27Speaker 1: You're going to have a lifetime of problems. So that money.
- 11:30Speaker 1: I wish she got more money there.
- 11:31Speaker 3: I know, I think she needs more. Yeah, it's a
- 11:33Speaker 3: lifetime of bladder problems. Now that frightens me. You know,
- 11:37Speaker 3: you go in for surgery. I thought about that. It's
- 11:39Speaker 3: one of my unnecessary like being strangled by a python.
- 11:42Speaker 1: That is an isle. I do not want to go
- 11:44Speaker 1: down in the grocery store. There's yeah, a lot of work.
- 11:47Speaker 1: That's you would say it like the incontinents ale. It's
- 11:50Speaker 1: so scary, it's so terrifying, Like I never want to
- 11:54Speaker 1: have to walk down it.
- 11:55Speaker 3: That's pretty good, all right. What's going on local?
- 11:57Speaker 4: Okay, So this is a good story for folks, especially
- 12:01Speaker 4: if you like potatoes.
- 12:02Speaker 1: It's called Potato Baaloosa.
- 12:04Speaker 4: There's forty two thousand pounds of taters come into the
- 12:07Speaker 4: Mile High City and they don't know what to do
- 12:09Speaker 4: with them. So here's what's going on. They're rolling in
- 12:12Speaker 4: from the Midwest.
- 12:13Speaker 1: Now.
- 12:13Speaker 4: These potatoes were previously headed for the landfill because no
- 12:16Speaker 4: one would buy them. So we have a nonprofit in
- 12:19Speaker 4: town called We Don't Waste and they have the potatoes
- 12:22Speaker 4: coming into town. Now they're going to be here and
- 12:25Speaker 4: the event is from nine until noon today at park
- 12:28Speaker 4: Hill Food Recovery Hub right there off thirty ninth Avenue.
- 12:31Speaker 4: But you can come in and they're saying, bring bags,
- 12:34Speaker 4: bring trucks, bring wagons, whatever you need. Take as many
- 12:38Speaker 4: potatoes as you want, have a potato fiesta, whatever you
- 12:41Speaker 4: want to do. Forty two thousand pounds of tatostotats come
- 12:46Speaker 4: into the Mile High City. So again, that's down in
- 12:49Speaker 4: park Hill. If you need that address again, just shoot
- 12:51Speaker 4: us a text. I'd be more than happy to send
- 12:53Speaker 4: it your way because they need to get rid of
- 12:55Speaker 4: these taters.
- 12:56Speaker 3: What's your favorite way to prepare a potato?
- 12:58Speaker 1: Ooh, probably twice bakes away.
- 13:02Speaker 4: I love mashed potatoes and gravy so much, but man,
- 13:05Speaker 4: a good.
- 13:06Speaker 3: Mash potatoes really good. Although I like the baked you know,
- 13:09Speaker 3: on a side. If I'm having a steak, I like
- 13:12Speaker 3: the side of the baked potatoes.
- 13:13Speaker 1: I do too.
- 13:14Speaker 4: Because especially if you load it up right, you're putting
- 13:16Speaker 4: in the sour cream, the butter.
- 13:17Speaker 3: You gotta cover how crappy the potato actually is and
- 13:20Speaker 3: how bland and dried it is.
- 13:22Speaker 1: Potatoes are so good for you too.
- 13:23Speaker 4: I think that's a lot of the things that people
- 13:25Speaker 4: forget with all these high protein, high fiber, low carb diets. Yeah,
- 13:29Speaker 4: potatoes are full of carbs, but they come from Mother
- 13:32Speaker 4: Earth and.
- 13:33Speaker 1: They are good. They come from the dirt, good carbs.
- 13:37Speaker 3: You make a baked potato, You eating a peel?
- 13:39Speaker 4: Oh yeah, I never used to when I was a kid,
- 13:44Speaker 4: But now when you're done eating that potato, you can
- 13:46Speaker 4: take that potato skin and throw it back in the
- 13:48Speaker 4: air fryer.
- 13:49Speaker 3: Christina money slatter some butter. You know, he's got the
- 13:53Speaker 3: best potatoes. It was always out back had the best
- 13:57Speaker 3: ones because they like roll them in salt. Yes, in
- 14:00Speaker 3: your you're dead. You're making that potato skin your beet,
- 14:03Speaker 3: I know. Yeah, because it's so salty and good.
- 14:05Speaker 4: You want to eat that one and then go one
- 14:07Speaker 4: step further and put that butter they serve with their bread.
- 14:10Speaker 3: One. You got your goodness. When you go home, you couch.
- 14:14Speaker 4: Yeah, I'm a potato.
- 14:17Speaker 3: Potato.
- 14:18Speaker 1: Literally, here's another great story for us.
- 14:21Speaker 4: After you eat those potatoes, you can go on a
- 14:23Speaker 4: hike someplace new, a new place for us to go
- 14:26Speaker 4: hiking here in the Metro area. It's actually down in
- 14:28Speaker 4: Castle Rock called Lost Canyon Ranch open Space maybe a
- 14:33Speaker 4: different name, maybe a different name than one that includes lost,
- 14:36Speaker 4: because I don't like that when I'm hiking. It's a
- 14:38Speaker 4: nearly seven exactly. It's Namesake Canyon. It's just west of
- 14:44Speaker 4: Castlewood Canyon State Park. So if you're familiar with that place, and.
- 14:48Speaker 3: I saw some videos of it, it's very pretty.
- 14:49Speaker 4: And the Castlewood Canyon has the bread the dam that
- 14:53Speaker 4: was broken back in the thirties and like flood Castle Rock.
- 14:56Speaker 4: But you can still hike up to that and when
- 14:58Speaker 4: you go to the top of it, you can see
- 15:00Speaker 4: all these canyons and the way.
- 15:01Speaker 1: The earth just is, Oh, it's fascinating. And that's what
- 15:05Speaker 1: this is.
- 15:05Speaker 4: It takes you throughout the canyon and it is just amazing.
- 15:09Speaker 2: I do not wait.
- 15:10Speaker 3: I'll throw a couple of potatoes in my backpack and
- 15:12Speaker 3: hit that trail.
- 15:13Speaker 1: See you know what's up.
- 15:14Speaker 3: I saw there's some really nice stairs made out of rocks. Yeah,
- 15:18Speaker 3: on the trail.
- 15:18Speaker 1: Absolutely sure.
- 15:19Speaker 4: There's lots of stairs, yeah, walls made of rock.
- 15:22Speaker 1: Really yeah, maybe a rock made a rock the rock.
- 15:25Speaker 3: Team out there because they got some good buildings.
- 15:28Speaker 1: We really like your rocks.
- 15:29Speaker 4: And right now you can explore ten miles of trails
- 15:32Speaker 4: out there. So the opening of the property, it's kind
- 15:35Speaker 4: of rolling out in phases. So this last weekend they
- 15:38Speaker 4: opened up the first little part that you can go
- 15:40Speaker 4: and explore. And there are still some trails and sites
- 15:42Speaker 4: that improvements are being constructed, so it'll be a while
- 15:46Speaker 4: before everything is open to the public.
- 15:48Speaker 1: But right now, go check.
- 15:49Speaker 4: It out those ten miles, as Martha, and then hopefully
- 15:53Speaker 4: we can find the thieves who.
- 15:55Speaker 1: Stole from a church. Can you believe low No, this
- 15:59Speaker 1: lot San.
- 16:00Speaker 4: Queetano Church, they're dealing with some unbelievable stuff. Thieves have
- 16:04Speaker 4: stolen from the church twice in the last two months.
- 16:09Speaker 4: It is a total of seventy five thousand dollars worth
- 16:12Speaker 4: of stuff. And it's really just air conditioning, which makes
- 16:16Speaker 4: it even worse because it is so dang hot out there,
- 16:19Speaker 4: and if you can imagine, I mean, there's so many
- 16:21Speaker 4: phrases about sweating in church, right and.
- 16:24Speaker 1: So that's funny.
- 16:26Speaker 4: It's really funny. And we have a local volunteer from
- 16:29Speaker 4: the church.
- 16:30Speaker 1: Yeah, we have a love Is this riveting?
- 16:36Speaker 3: Are you ready? You're ready for everybody?
- 16:38Speaker 1: You're ready?
- 16:39Speaker 8: With this heat, it's been unbearable. We've had people plaiting
- 16:42Speaker 8: from how hot it gets in there, because I believe
- 16:44Speaker 8: as of right now, we're still waiting for twelve more
- 16:47Speaker 8: weeks for them to even get here, so by the
- 16:48Speaker 8: time they get here, it might be winter time already.
- 16:51Speaker 3: Yes, that made the story.
- 16:53Speaker 4: My goodness, Well, they're waiting for these AC units to
- 16:56Speaker 4: come already.
- 16:58Speaker 1: Can you imagine sitting and with just fans.
- 17:01Speaker 4: I just feel so bad for this congregation. And again,
- 17:04Speaker 4: these two AC units that have been stolen a total
- 17:07Speaker 4: of seventy five thousand dollars. I mean for a church
- 17:10Speaker 4: that is hard to come up with that kind of money.
- 17:13Speaker 3: I'm gonna go to their services Sunday and I'm gonna
- 17:15Speaker 3: put up potato in the offering pay for.
- 17:17Speaker 4: Them at the very least, right, Like, my goodness, we
- 17:20Speaker 4: hope that they find out who stole these because that is.
- 17:23Speaker 1: Just not that's a badcard. Incredibly rude behavior, incredibly rude.
- 17:27Speaker 3: You're going to hell good double hockey stakes. That's where
- 17:30Speaker 3: you're going.
- 17:32Speaker 4: Well, there you go, Jerry, there's your mom high hype Jerry,
- 17:35Speaker 4: Katy and Josh six one hundred.
- 17:38Speaker 3: I got something here that I saved over the weekend
- 17:40Speaker 3: that I saw and I was like, you know what,
- 17:43Speaker 3: we have a female heavy audience that listens to this
- 17:46Speaker 3: morning show, and I feel like this is something that
- 17:50Speaker 3: the ladies would like. I feel like you're gonna write
- 17:53Speaker 3: this down, put it in your phone, maybe write it
- 17:56Speaker 3: on your vision board today. Okay, your vision.
- 17:59Speaker 1: Board, get to me. I'm so excited.
- 18:01Speaker 3: It's a saying that I saw and I thought of
- 18:03Speaker 3: you too. I was like, this is some crap, Katie
- 18:05Speaker 3: for I've never seen this saying before. Okay, but it
- 18:10Speaker 3: even made me smile. Are you ready? I'm ready stop
- 18:13Speaker 3: letting people with zero abracadabra ruin your magic.
- 18:22Speaker 1: I felt that.
- 18:23Speaker 3: Did you feel that, I, dude?
- 18:24Speaker 1: I did? I feel like that was meant for me.
- 18:27Speaker 4: I feel like like in my situation right now, I
- 18:29Speaker 4: could apply that.
- 18:30Speaker 3: To a lot of this is this is spot on
- 18:33Speaker 3: with every lady listening to this morning show right now.
- 18:35Speaker 3: You got something going on in your life with somebody.
- 18:38Speaker 3: I bet so here it is again. Put on your bag.
- 18:41Speaker 3: I'm bored. Stop letting people with zero abracadabra ruin your magic.
- 18:49Speaker 1: You know what I want to hear right now?
- 18:54Speaker 4: It's like my theme song with that, Like that little
- 18:58Speaker 4: bit of information is going to get me through.
- 19:00Speaker 1: I'm Monday, Jeremy. I don't think you just know how
- 19:02Speaker 1: many souls you touched with that.
- 19:03Speaker 3: I told you I saw it.
- 19:05Speaker 2: I was like failed it.
- 19:07Speaker 3: I know you all have some issues with some Call
- 19:10Speaker 3: now and tell us who is ruining your ebic cadabra.
- 19:14Speaker 1: Yeah, you shoved them back in that hat. Shove them down,
- 19:19Speaker 1: No rabbit, got time for that pigeon.
- 19:22Speaker 3: Out of your sleeve and shove it right in there?
- 19:24Speaker 3: Are all right?
- 19:24Speaker 1: Quickly?
- 19:26Speaker 3: Call now? Who's bugging you? Three or three things? Anyone? Anyway?
- 19:30Speaker 3: I might post this. I don't want anyone to steal this,
- 19:32Speaker 3: although if you're listening, you're probably gonna steal it anyway.
- 19:34Speaker 1: Yeah you should make a fun graphic though.
- 19:37Speaker 3: Yeah, plaster our name on it so nob he steals it.
- 19:39Speaker 3: I guess you still steal it somehow, you should. But
- 19:42Speaker 3: that's for all the ladies listening this morning.
- 19:44Speaker 1: I appreciate that. So much.
- 19:45Speaker 3: I'm thinking about you. Thank you, Jeremy, You're welcome. Hey
- 19:48Speaker 3: really quick. Speaking of Katie, I saw what is that
- 19:51Speaker 3: over there on that? Why'd you bring that in today?
- 19:54Speaker 3: I feel like that's dangerous because I running.
- 19:58Speaker 4: Early in the morning and you guys have been super
- 20:00Speaker 4: worried about me, and I've been trying to tell you no,
- 20:02Speaker 4: I stay safe. Like I have pepper spray and a taser,
- 20:05Speaker 4: and I just brought him in so I could show you.
- 20:07Speaker 3: How did you bring him in to see him?
- 20:10Speaker 4: Do you want to say, like the taser? Actually do
- 20:12Speaker 4: you want to see Okay, I'm just gonna little box.
- 20:15Speaker 4: It is shout out to Rose and Violet, my two
- 20:18Speaker 4: Rose friend or Flower friends who got me my safety
- 20:21Speaker 4: gear here. I know well because I think it's used,
- 20:24Speaker 4: but it's gently.
- 20:26Speaker 8: Don't point that.
- 20:32Speaker 3: Stunt gun. Protect yourself. It's the Defender Extreme.
- 20:36Speaker 1: Yes, oh it's up there.
- 20:40Speaker 2: It goes only one shot available.
- 20:43Speaker 3: It was like half a second shot.
- 20:45Speaker 1: No, I need to charge it. Thanks for that.
- 20:48Speaker 3: I know why she gave you.
- 20:51Speaker 2: Hair too.
- 20:53Speaker 3: Did she have to tase a wild animal.
- 20:57Speaker 2: On this?
- 20:57Speaker 1: I'm putting this back in the better you better?
- 21:01Speaker 3: That's five hundred or five million vaults five thousand'll put
- 21:05Speaker 3: somebody down five million.
- 21:07Speaker 1: Volts, stop someone in their tracks.
- 21:09Speaker 3: Right, bright red light, rechargeable cord, safety switch, a nylon sheath. Yeah,
- 21:15Speaker 3: and I love the last line comes in a gift box.
- 21:19Speaker 1: So you can present it.
- 21:22Speaker 4: Yes, So between that and the pepper spray here, these
- 21:26Speaker 4: are the things.
- 21:27Speaker 3: That Yeah, I rolled with spray maximum strength, so I
- 21:32Speaker 3: had to get a bigger runners pack just so I
- 21:34Speaker 3: could stay saferly. That's a decent size. This is good.
- 21:37Speaker 3: This is good for you. Yes, it expired last year.
- 21:39Speaker 1: But expire last year. No, and again, shout out to
- 21:43Speaker 1: my friend Violet, keep me safe.
- 21:45Speaker 3: I feel like I need to keep this over here
- 21:47Speaker 3: because you're going to accidentally fire that off.
- 21:49Speaker 1: No, I am extremely safe, And this is harder.
- 21:52Speaker 4: See the pepper spray you have to like put your
- 21:54Speaker 4: finger in it and press on it while you point
- 21:58Speaker 4: it away.
- 21:58Speaker 3: That's too much, like if you're in an intense situation,
- 22:03Speaker 3: how are you gonna remember to do all that?
- 22:05Speaker 5: Oh?
- 22:05Speaker 4: I know, I can barely open the door when I
- 22:07Speaker 4: get all worked up, like I'm believe me, it's year.
- 22:09Speaker 1: And I have but I have it.
- 22:11Speaker 3: I have it, and so you're not gonna be able
- 22:13Speaker 3: to squeezeze because you're so nervous. And then the stun
- 22:15Speaker 3: gun's already broken. It's not working.
- 22:17Speaker 4: I just need to charge it. I just need to
- 22:19Speaker 4: charge it. But I want you to know I'm staying safe.
- 22:22Speaker 4: We're taking care of business out there. And I still
- 22:24Speaker 4: got my run in today before it got super hot,
- 22:27Speaker 4: you know, because that's a big thing right now. When
- 22:29Speaker 4: it's one hundred degrees, it's really hard to run in that.
- 22:32Speaker 3: So thanks for bringing those in three o'clock. I feel
- 22:35Speaker 3: safer just half those in here. Actually, I feel though
- 22:38Speaker 3: a stun gun is not charged, we could throw it
- 22:40Speaker 3: at somebody. Well, there is definitely a lot of bad
- 22:45Speaker 3: people out there, and uh, I guess apparently they all
- 22:48Speaker 3: go to Walmart and steal things. Because Katie was still
- 22:50Speaker 3: telling me off there a funny story about how you
- 22:53Speaker 3: went to Walmart and you just couldn't get anything out
- 22:54Speaker 3: of those shelves.
- 22:56Speaker 4: They have everything locked up, like anything that I need,
- 23:00Speaker 4: especially in the health and beauty realm of Walmart.
- 23:03Speaker 1: It is behind lock and key. And not only that,
- 23:05Speaker 1: but they.
- 23:05Speaker 4: Have the little pagers so you can go press the
- 23:08Speaker 4: button and someone will come help you. Except when you
- 23:11Speaker 4: press that button, nobody comes and helps you, and not.
- 23:14Speaker 1: Only that, people who work.
- 23:16Speaker 4: There are still in the area and they look at
- 23:18Speaker 4: you like, yeah, the button.
- 23:20Speaker 1: Going, it's still not gonna help you. And you've it's ridiculous.
- 23:23Speaker 3: You feel horrible going up and asking them for help
- 23:26Speaker 3: because I've been there. You go over to you're probably
- 23:28Speaker 3: looking to make it makeup and lotion instead. Exactly, I
- 23:32Speaker 3: was in the automotive section and I needed a light
- 23:34Speaker 3: bulb for like a in a one of my dash
- 23:37Speaker 3: that I needed. Okay, they have the light bulbs blocked
- 23:40Speaker 3: up in the automotive department.
- 23:42Speaker 2: Again.
- 23:43Speaker 3: I stood there for ten minutes and four or five
- 23:44Speaker 3: guys walked by, and I was like, yeah.
- 23:47Speaker 1: You don't want to bother them, even though they work there.
- 23:49Speaker 3: You don't make icon contact or anything. It's horrible.
- 23:53Speaker 1: It's crazy.
- 23:54Speaker 4: And the minute you just like reach a point I
- 23:56Speaker 4: feel at least I do where I'm like, I'm just
- 23:58Speaker 4: gonna go buy this somewhere else where. It is locked up,
- 24:00Speaker 4: and I can imagine a lot of people are doing that,
- 24:04Speaker 4: but I understand why they have to do it, because
- 24:06Speaker 4: they're experiencing a lot of theft right now, and people
- 24:09Speaker 4: are just stealing without any kind of regard for anyone else.
- 24:14Speaker 4: But I just want them to know I did not
- 24:16Speaker 4: buy my thirty dollars product from your store because nobody
- 24:19Speaker 4: would come help me. So I ended up going to
- 24:21Speaker 4: a different store and brought bought that same products. I
- 24:29Speaker 4: spent a little bit more money, but I didn't have
- 24:31Speaker 4: to wait for it, And I think that they need
- 24:33Speaker 4: to take that into consideration.
- 24:34Speaker 3: I've left places because things are locked up, and if
- 24:36Speaker 3: they want to.
- 24:38Speaker 4: If you want to keep it under lock and key,
- 24:40Speaker 4: that's fine, but maybe have some designated people to help.
- 24:43Speaker 4: So second, imagine they were busy, but then you have
- 24:46Speaker 4: that like someone actually asked me to move so they
- 24:49Speaker 4: could get a product where I was standing, like this
- 24:53Speaker 4: worked there asked me to move as I was waiting
- 24:56Speaker 4: to see because I don't have the key.
- 24:58Speaker 1: To unlock it either.
- 24:59Speaker 4: That's the thing is where they and go do go
- 25:01Speaker 4: tell their friend who's already not coming.
- 25:05Speaker 1: It makes no sense.
- 25:06Speaker 3: You think they're like behind the scenes, they're like, let's
- 25:08Speaker 3: see how long we can make this lady wait.
- 25:10Speaker 1: Watching the cameras right, They're like, look at it. And
- 25:12Speaker 1: this is the point where she busts out the papers.
- 25:17Speaker 3: Everybody. One of the funniest things that I've noticed there
- 25:20Speaker 3: is like, if you go to get mascara or something,
- 25:22Speaker 3: you can't slide it off the hook because there's that
- 25:25Speaker 3: stopper there. It's ding ding ding. But you could literally
- 25:28Speaker 3: just push the mass scara back on the slider, go
- 25:30Speaker 3: up there and tear where it's hanging and just drop
- 25:34Speaker 3: it down and walk off.
- 25:35Speaker 1: Yeah.
- 25:35Speaker 3: I'm like, what is that stopping?
- 25:37Speaker 1: I know absolutely not that.
- 25:39Speaker 4: So the theft stuff they put in place is like
- 25:41Speaker 4: that's not working.
- 25:42Speaker 1: Like, yeah, it's it's a mess.
- 25:44Speaker 4: They have to figure it out because they have to
- 25:46Speaker 4: be losing a.
- 25:46Speaker 1: Lot of money at this point.
- 25:48Speaker 3: Not that I'm going in and buying myself a lot
- 25:49Speaker 3: of mass scara, but it was just purely observational.
- 25:52Speaker 1: No, your lashes are beautiful and luxurious. Let your light shine.
- 25:56Speaker 9: Chair.
- 25:59Speaker 3: We were driving back from for Collins yesterday and my
- 26:02Speaker 3: wife said, Hey, you know what we should do is
- 26:05Speaker 3: we should stop off at BUCkies on the way back.
- 26:07Speaker 3: I was like, we were just there, but we were
- 26:10Speaker 3: there really early in the morning when we were heading
- 26:12Speaker 3: out for our road trip a few weeks ago. So
- 26:14Speaker 3: they're like, okay. So it was like one in the afternoon.
- 26:18Speaker 1: Oh, that place was probably popular.
- 26:20Speaker 3: There was no parking Yeah, not a single parking spot,
- 26:25Speaker 3: and there was probably nine hundred cars and RV's there,
- 26:29Speaker 3: oh at least. And we got out of our car
- 26:31Speaker 3: and on that parking lot in the middle of nowhere
- 26:34Speaker 3: with all those vehicles, it felt like we were hiking
- 26:36Speaker 3: Moab again.
- 26:37Speaker 1: Oh, it felt like we.
- 26:39Speaker 3: Were somewhere in like Death Valley or something. It was
- 26:44Speaker 3: so damn hot.
- 26:45Speaker 1: No, I think it's funny.
- 26:46Speaker 3: Why are we here right now?
- 26:48Speaker 4: They need to start rebranding weekends at BUCkies as a
- 26:52Speaker 4: daylight party, like come party with the Beaver, because that
- 26:55Speaker 4: is elbow to elbow, like you are like seriously, like
- 26:58Speaker 4: no idea in there.
- 27:00Speaker 3: I thought at this point it would have died down
- 27:02Speaker 3: because it's been open for a minute now. I was
- 27:05Speaker 3: shocked by how many people were there in the afternoon
- 27:09Speaker 3: and at a million degrees.
- 27:11Speaker 4: If it was closer, you couldn't keep me out of
- 27:13Speaker 4: that place for real.
- 27:14Speaker 1: Like they're a fudge.
- 27:15Speaker 3: Counter everyone, that's funny. Nicole was looking at the fudge counter.
- 27:18Speaker 3: They had a box of fudge and she's like, I
- 27:20Speaker 3: just need half of this. Yeah, you don't need.
- 27:22Speaker 2: All of this.
- 27:23Speaker 1: Yeah, you can go to the counter and just tell
- 27:25Speaker 1: them to get half of this. This is yeah, Like
- 27:26Speaker 1: you can get as many or as little as you want.
- 27:29Speaker 4: Well fudge and they have all those flavors and it's cheap.
- 27:32Speaker 1: Yeah, is to get a box of fudge.
- 27:35Speaker 3: She looked at me and was like, I don't need this.
- 27:37Speaker 3: I'm not gonna eat it. I'm gonna health journey right now.
- 27:39Speaker 3: But I did get a bag of beef jerky. Yeah.
- 27:42Speaker 3: I'm gonna say something incredibly controversial right now, are you
- 27:46Speaker 3: gonna dan back everybody?
- 27:48Speaker 1: You're gonna come for the beef?
- 27:50Speaker 3: Incredibly controversial because when we were heading out of town,
- 27:53Speaker 3: I didn't have a chance to grab a brisket sandwich
- 27:55Speaker 3: because it was breakfast burrito. Yeah. So while we were there,
- 27:58Speaker 3: I was like, why the hell not, I hope I'm
- 28:00Speaker 3: never here again. I'm gonna get one of their brisket sandwiches.
- 28:03Speaker 3: Huh for the road. So we all did. We hit
- 28:06Speaker 3: the road and I was eating it on the road.
- 28:10Speaker 3: It's not good.
- 28:11Speaker 1: Okay, take it back right.
- 28:14Speaker 3: The brisket sandwich it BUCkies. In my personal opinion, I
- 28:19Speaker 3: did not enjoy. I did not think it was very good.
- 28:22Speaker 1: Did they not stack it high enough for you.
- 28:24Speaker 3: It was a big sandwich. I mean, I still ate
- 28:27Speaker 3: the whole thing. I still ate it, but even the
- 28:31Speaker 3: coal bit into it. And she's like, oh, it's a
- 28:33Speaker 3: tough I was, no. The problem is it was very fatty.
- 28:36Speaker 3: It was incredibly like a squash for both of us,
- 28:40Speaker 3: and I just I don't know. Don't be mad at me. Buddies.
- 28:44Speaker 3: I love your jerky, I love your coffee stations. We
- 28:48Speaker 3: bought a stuffed animal. We bought stuffed beaver. I took
- 28:51Speaker 3: a picture with the beef, the poor sob dressed as
- 28:56Speaker 3: the beaver. I got a picture with you.
- 28:58Speaker 1: Put it up on our social not even the gold statue.
- 29:01Speaker 1: The actual mascot.
- 29:02Speaker 3: The actual mascot was standing in there in that truck.
- 29:05Speaker 3: And I was like, okay, I'll get might as well,
- 29:09Speaker 3: but I'm sorry. The brisket sandwich that everybody raves about mediocre.
- 29:14Speaker 3: And I guess.
- 29:14Speaker 4: I didn't go up there and have the brisket sandwich.
- 29:18Speaker 4: So as much as I'm coming for you right now,
- 29:20Speaker 4: I can't.
- 29:20Speaker 2: You haven't had it.
- 29:21Speaker 1: But I had the burrito. I had the brisket right now.
- 29:25Speaker 3: I didn't get the one. I just got their basic one,
- 29:28Speaker 3: but it was that was tasty all day long. Their
- 29:30Speaker 3: breakfast burritos were awesome, but you know, kind of what
- 29:33Speaker 3: they're known for and everything I was like underwhelmed. Okay,
- 29:36Speaker 3: very controversial. I'm sorry.
- 29:38Speaker 1: You should write the Beaver.
- 29:39Speaker 4: Don't don't come at me, write a strongly worded letter
- 29:43Speaker 4: to the Beaver.
- 29:44Speaker 1: Your mister bee. First of all, I do love your nuts,
- 29:48Speaker 1: but your brisket not so much.
- 29:51Speaker 3: Not so hot anyway, I still love you BUCkies. It's fine.
- 29:57Speaker 3: It's times of like Fast five, Fast five. I'll fasking
- 30:00Speaker 3: you be we go faster out with Jeremy, Katy and Josh.
- 30:04Speaker 3: We'll let's get it all first one of the week,
- 30:08Speaker 3: the Monday edition of Fast five our fun think quick game.
- 30:13Speaker 3: If you're up bright and early and your brain is working,
- 30:16Speaker 3: now's the time to call in three oh three six
- 30:19Speaker 3: nine one one Mix three oh three six nine one
- 30:23Speaker 3: sixteen forty nine, especially if you've never played Fast five before.
- 30:27Speaker 3: Always looking for those newbies. Be brave if you've never
- 30:30Speaker 3: done it. It's a lot of fun and you get
- 30:32Speaker 3: to get on the air with us three oh three
- 30:34Speaker 3: six nine one sixteen forty nine. We'll get to know
- 30:38Speaker 3: you a little bit, find out what you did over
- 30:39Speaker 3: the weekend, and then I'll toss a category at you
- 30:42Speaker 3: and start a ten second timer. And within those ten seconds,
- 30:46Speaker 3: you got to give me five things i'd have to
- 30:48Speaker 3: do with that category. You think you could pull it off.
- 30:51Speaker 3: Come on now, let's play three oh three six nine one,
- 30:54Speaker 3: sixteen forty nine. Katie, give me some examples.
- 30:57Speaker 4: Yeah, you've asked for things like quick five nursery rhymes
- 31:01Speaker 4: in ten seconds or less, or gas stations with an
- 31:04Speaker 4: animal in the name or the logo and the one
- 31:07Speaker 4: that won it on Friday, Jessica coming in hot with
- 31:10Speaker 4: five games or activities that you'd see at Resa so yep,
- 31:14Speaker 4: all over the place.
- 31:17Speaker 3: I was always a fan of tether ball.
- 31:19Speaker 1: Yeah, that's the one with the right.

- 35:41Speaker 3: FORDT and taft, but the double bush is how you
- 35:45Speaker 3: get the W.

- 36:19Speaker 3: And then I had to work on my son's car. Oh,
- 36:21Speaker 3: what's wrong with the car? A little overheating issue. Wrong
- 36:26Speaker 3: time in the year for that, right, Yeah, Katie gets
- 36:28Speaker 3: that actually, and she's outside just a little overheating.
- 36:31Speaker 10: He gets overheated.
- 36:32Speaker 1: Yeah, triple digits, Robert. It can happen, Gregg.
- 36:36Speaker 3: We try not to leave her in the car too long. Yeah,
- 36:39Speaker 3: you've got to crack the landows if she's in there. Yeah,
- 36:43Speaker 3: you know, it's sure. You know what's funny, Robert? The
- 36:45Speaker 3: next one on my list, I kid you not coming
- 36:47Speaker 3: up with five different types of golf clubs and I
- 36:49Speaker 3: am not using that on you. Oh sorry, brother, Oh okay,
- 36:55Speaker 3: this one's kind of funny though. This one came in
- 36:57Speaker 3: from a listener. I think you're gonna get it in
- 37:01Speaker 3: ten seconds. Give me five places that you'd find a
- 37:06Speaker 3: really long bathroom line go concerts.
- 37:13Speaker 11: Uh oh, really.
- 37:21Speaker 3: You could have said course, field, ballerinaile, high, red rocks. Oh,
- 37:29Speaker 3: actual place. Man, you really craped the bed, didn't you.
- 37:32Speaker 3: And the Renaissance.
- 37:33Speaker 2: I think more.
- 37:36Speaker 9: Pacific location.
- 37:38Speaker 3: Well, al right, it was nice talking to you. You
- 37:41Speaker 3: have a super dup day.
- 37:43Speaker 2: Have a great day, my Robert, so much.
- 37:49Speaker 3: Leah, Leah, Hello, Hello, Why do you sound so irritated?
- 37:55Speaker 9: I didn't No, I didn't hear what you said when
- 37:57Speaker 9: you said my name all fast Leah. Yeah, and then
- 38:01Speaker 9: see your words.
- 38:01Speaker 3: Jeremy, Jeremie, how are you doing on today? Did you
- 38:06Speaker 3: have a good weekend?
- 38:07Speaker 9: I'm great? How are you doing?
- 38:12Speaker 3: It's so weird, not that I care, but what'd you
- 38:17Speaker 3: do this weekend.
- 38:19Speaker 9: When picked off our big school supply drive for our
- 38:23Speaker 9: nonprofit for teachers that we support.
- 38:25Speaker 3: To Okay, all right, I take that back. You're a
- 38:27Speaker 3: good human, Yes she is? Yeah, high five, high five
- 38:30Speaker 3: to you with your school supplies. Did you get a
- 38:32Speaker 3: lot of stuff?
- 38:34Speaker 9: Yeah, so far, so good, and we're doing it till
- 38:37Speaker 9: the end of the month. Well, I mean there's only
- 38:39Speaker 9: this week at the end of the month, but hoping
- 38:41Speaker 9: we have even more. We do a big like fill
- 38:43Speaker 9: the Jeep event on the weekend, and we like to
- 38:46Speaker 9: pack it full.
- 38:47Speaker 3: So where are you going to be this? Are you
- 38:49Speaker 3: going to do it this weekend?
- 38:51Speaker 5: Yeah?
- 38:51Speaker 9: On Saturday, the Saturday in downtown Parker, in front of Killin's,
- 38:55Speaker 9: we pull up our our jeep, our nonprofit jeep, which
- 38:59Speaker 9: is really just my vice president's cheap and we open
- 39:02Speaker 9: up the trunk and we'll be part right in front
- 39:05Speaker 9: of Killing's right there, and people just come and drop
- 39:07Speaker 9: stuff off.
- 39:08Speaker 3: Well, there you go. Go fill up the jeep this weekend.
- 39:10Speaker 5: People.
- 39:11Speaker 3: Hey Leah job, Leah's going to heaven. Well done.
- 39:15Speaker 9: Yay, Hey you're.
- 39:17Speaker 3: Going to heaven?
- 39:19Speaker 4: Yeah?
- 39:19Speaker 3: What do I have for you? And I'm not going
- 39:22Speaker 3: to do the golf club wounds?
- 39:27Speaker 5: All right?
- 39:27Speaker 3: This one's subjective. It's kind of silly. Uh. In ten seconds,
- 39:32Speaker 3: give me five sounds that might scare you at night.
- 39:38Speaker 9: Go tapping on the window, somebody trying to get into
- 39:42Speaker 9: my house, somebody walking around, a ghost walking around, my
- 39:45Speaker 9: husband snoring, literally anything creeping in the floorboards.
- 39:52Speaker 3: I love, is your husband a loud sleeper?
- 39:55Speaker 1: Scary sleeper disease?
- 39:58Speaker 3: Snore and fart all night long or what.
- 40:01Speaker 9: I don't know. I'm a good heavy sleeper, but there
- 40:03Speaker 9: are sometimes where I'm.
- 40:04Speaker 1: Like, dude, I just can't.
- 40:08Speaker 3: Yeah, well that was a bunch of rambling, but I
- 40:11Speaker 3: think you got it. What are you supposed to say
- 40:14Speaker 3: when you win? Fast forward?
- 40:16Speaker 9: Jeremy, play me the wind? You win?
- 40:18Speaker 1: Sound?
- 40:23Speaker 3: Yeah you got it?
- 40:25Speaker 1: Yeah, I know?
- 40:27Speaker 11: Right?
- 40:28Speaker 2: Oh my god.
- 40:30Speaker 3: Right, you're so sweet. Good job going to heaven, and
- 40:35Speaker 3: thank you for calling in today. It was very nice
- 40:37Speaker 3: of you.
- 40:38Speaker 9: Of course, thanks bro letting me talk about the school
- 40:40Speaker 9: supply drive too.
- 40:41Speaker 2: Hey.
- 40:42Speaker 3: Absolutely, those kiddos need school supplies, so seriously, thank you
- 40:45Speaker 3: for doing that. I'm gonna put you on hold. We'll
- 40:47Speaker 3: come back and tell you how to get those tickets
- 40:49Speaker 3: out to Red Rocks and you have the time of
- 40:50Speaker 3: your life. Girlfriend, Thank you, welcome hold on. She was nice. Jerey,
- 40:58Speaker 3: Katie and Josh makes one of a whole stack of
- 41:01Speaker 3: odds and ends are pretty solid. I might even try
- 41:03Speaker 3: to sneak in a personal story at the end of
- 41:06Speaker 3: these the stack I have here. My story is something
- 41:12Speaker 3: only a guy would do, I feel like, so we'll
- 41:14Speaker 3: tell you about that. So it's been so hot I
- 41:17Speaker 3: wish we had these here. A Japanese company has created
- 41:21Speaker 3: refrigerators for humans.
- 41:23Speaker 1: I saw these.
- 41:24Speaker 3: Do you see this? They're called personal cooling cabinets. Yeah,
- 41:27Speaker 3: metallic container with transparent glass doors designed as a personal
- 41:33Speaker 3: cooling space for humans. You climb in, you sit on
- 41:36Speaker 3: the little seat, and you enjoy cooled air that's approximately
- 41:40Speaker 3: forty one degrees and it's directed towards your head and
- 41:44Speaker 3: your neck, your shoulders, my neck, my back, all that,
- 41:48Speaker 3: and it's kind of like jets on a hot tub,
- 41:49Speaker 3: but it's cool air. Ten minutes helps you quickly reduce
- 41:53Speaker 3: body timbriver in Japan.
- 41:55Speaker 1: They did that right correct, Yes, like they think of everything.
- 41:59Speaker 4: And I saw that they had like an influx in
- 42:02Speaker 4: days of one hundred degrees or hotter, and so the
- 42:05Speaker 4: people who made that were like, this isn't necessary, Like
- 42:07Speaker 4: this is gonna be a necessity in the near future.
- 42:10Speaker 3: So the only problem is is they're ninety two hundred dollars.
- 42:12Speaker 1: Each, ridiculously expensive.
- 42:14Speaker 3: I guess maybe they'd set them up like those creepy
- 42:17Speaker 3: massage chairs in the mall you know that Rando's sit in.
- 42:20Speaker 3: Maybe they'd have those like set up in the mall
- 42:22Speaker 3: you can go in and put a quarter in.
- 42:23Speaker 4: Yeah, and also like the more we need them, Like
- 42:26Speaker 4: remember the first microwave was a.
- 42:28Speaker 3: Couple of times.
- 42:29Speaker 1: You're right, everything costs a lot of first came out.
- 42:35Speaker 3: So they say it can help with muscle issues as well.
- 42:39Speaker 3: Not only can it cleutely downe in the summer, but
- 42:41Speaker 3: it'll help like release muscle tension and stuff if you're like, oh,
- 42:45Speaker 3: like that all the time. So that's kind of neat.
- 42:48Speaker 3: Health experts are talking about an actual issue now that
- 42:52Speaker 3: they are calling texting thumbs. It's because so much, so
- 42:56Speaker 3: many people are texting, scrolling, swiping. People are literally getting
- 43:02Speaker 3: texting thumb. It's a medical diagnosis now, stiffness, throbbing near
- 43:07Speaker 3: the thumb joint pain when you push down or bend
- 43:11Speaker 3: your thumb. Do you got it right now?
- 43:14Speaker 1: You got the texting?
- 43:15Speaker 3: I could see that you on your phone a lot. No,
- 43:17Speaker 3: I'm not, but are you?
- 43:19Speaker 4: I already have issues with my thumbs because I have
- 43:22Speaker 4: mutant thumbs, and so this one's like my mom's and
- 43:25Speaker 4: this one's like my dad, so.
- 43:26Speaker 2: We get they are different.
- 43:28Speaker 4: It's a little spatch, that's what I call it, a
- 43:30Speaker 4: little which primarily the right one it gets a little sore.
- 43:35Speaker 4: Sometimes it is the bigger one. It's the dad thumb.
- 43:38Speaker 4: But yeah, like gets a little sore sometimes. I had
- 43:40Speaker 4: no idea it was a medical cond It's actually.
- 43:42Speaker 3: A medical thing. Now doctors are calling it texting thumb.
- 43:45Speaker 3: So they say take breaks, change up how you're holding
- 43:48Speaker 3: your phone, switch hands, use voice to text whenever possible.
- 43:53Speaker 3: And they recommend now doing daily thumb and wrist stretches one, two, three, four,
- 44:00Speaker 3: up and up and back up and pull it back,
- 44:03Speaker 3: pull it back, and you see.
- 44:06Speaker 2: Gym.
- 44:06Speaker 3: They got like a spin class and a zoomba class,
- 44:09Speaker 3: and a weight class and a thumb class.
- 44:13Speaker 4: Are I'm gonna be little Spatch? Like that's gonna be
- 44:17Speaker 4: my name when I have people work out.
- 44:19Speaker 1: Let's little Spatch.
- 44:20Speaker 3: Let's create an Instagram account dedicated to your thumb and
- 44:23Speaker 3: we'll call it at little Spatch.
- 44:25Speaker 1: Yes, can we do it? I would love this.
- 44:27Speaker 3: We'll have your thumb in various locations and it'll be fun,
- 44:31Speaker 3: like a little smiley on it. How about this. There's
- 44:33Speaker 3: a denim trend popular with the gen zs right now,
- 44:37Speaker 3: drawing sharp reactions from parents. Says this story. It's called
- 44:41Speaker 3: fold over jeans pants deliberately designed with an undone open
- 44:46Speaker 3: fly appearance, and I guess they are flying off the
- 44:50Speaker 3: shelves right now. All the big names Fashion, Nova, Nordis, Hasm,
- 44:56Speaker 3: Hollister whatever.
- 44:57Speaker 2: It's like the early two thousands, we did the already.
- 45:00Speaker 3: Yeah, but they're in the front, so it looks like
- 45:02Speaker 3: the front zipped open. I don't remember that wore the
- 45:07Speaker 3: unbuttoned Yeah, and you don't.
- 45:09Speaker 1: Have to butt way. You can just unbutton the jeans
- 45:12Speaker 1: they drive, yes, do it? Do it and then walk
- 45:15Speaker 1: around here.
- 45:19Speaker 3: We have button our pants anyway, we were sitting in
- 45:21Speaker 3: the movies. Do you do that when you're in the movies?
- 45:23Speaker 4: You button your pants, not to show off so you
- 45:26Speaker 4: can relax.
- 45:29Speaker 1: Yeah.
- 45:30Speaker 2: All right.
- 45:30Speaker 3: So the final odds and end story I have for
- 45:32Speaker 3: you guys is something I heard this weekend which is
- 45:35Speaker 3: absolutely fantastic and it truly is something only a guy
- 45:37Speaker 3: would do. We made our way up to Fort Collins
- 45:40Speaker 3: this weekend to see Nicole's sight of the family that
- 45:42Speaker 3: came in from Iowa. They were staying in Fort Collins
- 45:45Speaker 3: because then they were driving up into Cheyenne for Cheyenne
- 45:47Speaker 3: Front Tier Days all weekend. Super to stay in Fort
- 45:50Speaker 3: Collins so anyway, they had an airbnb, so we zipped
- 45:53Speaker 3: up there on Sunday and hung out for quite a
- 45:55Speaker 3: while with them before they had to get into Wyoming.
- 45:57Speaker 3: But as we were sitting there talking, we found out
- 46:00Speaker 3: Nicole's uncle had had a UTI a couple of weeks ago. Yeah,
- 46:04Speaker 3: dudes can actually get urine aer tract infections. He's like,
- 46:07Speaker 3: it's rare, but he had one. Anyway, went into a
- 46:10Speaker 3: bunch of jokes about his prostate for clinching and all
- 46:13Speaker 3: this stuff. So anyway to get him to go because
- 46:15Speaker 3: he was in so much pain and discomfort, they put
- 46:17Speaker 3: a catheter in him. Oh you know, so you got
- 46:19Speaker 3: to train him out. So he had the catheter in
- 46:21Speaker 3: for about three days. He was feeling better. He tried
- 46:24Speaker 3: to get a hold of his doctor, and there was
- 46:26Speaker 3: an issue with the doctor's not getting back to him,
- 46:29Speaker 3: directing him to different places to get the catheter removed.
- 46:34Speaker 3: They said, we can get to you in seven to
- 46:36Speaker 3: ten days. He's like, hold up, Like, I'm feeling better,
- 46:40Speaker 3: I am empty now, everything's fine, And he started researching online.
- 46:45Speaker 3: He's like, if you leave the catheter in too long,
- 46:48Speaker 3: you can start running into other issues. Because it's been
- 46:50Speaker 3: in too long.
- 46:51Speaker 1: U huh.
- 46:52Speaker 3: So he went onto the YouTube.
- 46:55Speaker 1: No, he did it, and.
- 46:56Speaker 3: You can truly learn anything on YouTube, and he learned
- 47:00Speaker 3: how to take a catheter out on the YouTube's And
- 47:05Speaker 3: before they made their way to the beautiful state of Colorado,
- 47:08Speaker 3: Nicole's uncle removed his own cafeter. That just gave me
- 47:14Speaker 3: the shivers. Yeah, cringey, But you know what, he got
- 47:18Speaker 3: it out just fine. And really that should be something
- 47:21Speaker 3: that you could probably do at home. It doesn't seem
- 47:24Speaker 3: that difficult.
- 47:25Speaker 4: Why every time a guy talks about this, I think
- 47:27Speaker 4: of hot tub time machine every single time.
- 47:31Speaker 1: And he does that too, oh himself.
- 47:33Speaker 4: And it's like but it's very exaggerated in the hospital
- 47:37Speaker 4: and he just.
- 47:37Speaker 3: Like yanksy my main it's funny. Like my grandpa when
- 47:41Speaker 3: he was in the hospital near the end, they kept
- 47:43Speaker 3: having problems because he kept pulling his catheter out because
- 47:46Speaker 3: he was just a spunky old guy, you know, and
- 47:49Speaker 3: he didn't want that, and so there was issues with that.
- 47:52Speaker 3: But the problem is is I don't think he was
- 47:54Speaker 3: deflating the little balloon like you. They put it up
- 47:57Speaker 3: and in and to keep it in, they like inflate
- 47:59Speaker 3: the end of it. So it's like a balloon at
- 48:01Speaker 3: the end, so it doesn't it stopped, it doesn't come out.
- 48:05Speaker 3: I don't think my grandpa was deflating the balloon. But anyway,
- 48:08Speaker 3: Nicole's uncle figured out how to deflate the little balloon
- 48:11Speaker 3: up in there, and you just it's like starting an
- 48:14Speaker 3: old lawnmore right. You just put your foot on the
- 48:16Speaker 3: counter and it's started a lot more and you rip
- 48:18Speaker 3: it out. Why are you looking at me like that?
- 48:21Speaker 1: You guys are the one to have them.
- 48:23Speaker 3: You just careful deflate that balloon.
- 48:26Speaker 4: I think this sounds so painful, Like if I were you,
- 48:28Speaker 4: it'd be hard to even talk about.
- 48:29Speaker 3: But I believe me.
- 48:31Speaker 2: No.
- 48:32Speaker 3: We were all gathered around the table outside at this
- 48:34Speaker 3: house before Collins going was he I didn't have to
- 48:40Speaker 3: go the doctor. Suck it. I did ask him if
- 48:44Speaker 3: he brought it with him, though, like, can I see it?
- 48:46Speaker 3: Can I try it on? That's weird? So during that
- 48:51Speaker 3: last song, Katie ran out to go tinkle, and one
- 48:55Speaker 3: of our sales guys is here and she came back.
- 48:59Speaker 3: What he said was weird, Like he commented on your shirt, and.
- 49:04Speaker 1: Yeah, he was like I really like your shirt, I
- 49:07Speaker 1: like your arms, I like your arms.
- 49:11Speaker 4: What what was Is he nervous or did you get
- 49:18Speaker 4: not get to see my behind because that's where the actions.
- 49:20Speaker 1: Really going.
- 49:24Speaker 3: To day look at that crash.
- 49:27Speaker 1: Was no one's ever said they like my.
- 49:29Speaker 3: Arms because maybe he was caught off guard. Maybe have
- 49:33Speaker 3: you seen those videos where they like come up on
- 49:35Speaker 3: somebody and they're not ready for you, and you're like, hey,
- 49:37Speaker 3: how's it going in there? Like shine? Maybe that was
- 49:42Speaker 3: you know, maybe it was that it came around the
- 49:45Speaker 3: car corner. He's like, arms are.
- 49:47Speaker 4: Nice, funny, like instantly now I'm all insecure about my arms.
- 49:53Speaker 3: I was just like, I like your arm placement in
- 49:56Speaker 3: that shirt, Like what have a great this comes out
- 50:01Speaker 3: in the morning.
- 50:02Speaker 2: Yeah, I know.
- 50:05Speaker 1: Harry Christmas. Oh yeah No.
- 50:07Speaker 4: It was a little awkward, but also nice, like, you know,
- 50:10Speaker 4: a compliment.
- 50:11Speaker 1: It is a nice compliment, right, you.
- 50:13Speaker 3: Know, to start your day with a compliment, that's very nice.
- 50:15Speaker 3: Even though I don't know if you're your arms aren't
- 50:17Speaker 3: that jacked or anything.
- 50:18Speaker 1: No, they're pretty normal.
- 50:19Speaker 3: He's an arm guy, Like, your elbows are very more.
- 50:23Speaker 1: I was just gonna say it's the bows where.
- 50:25Speaker 3: It's hotties, hatties, hotties everywhere.
- 50:31Speaker 1: Yeah.
- 50:32Speaker 3: Oh so many hotties. But is it naughties to have
- 50:36Speaker 3: too many hotties?
- 50:37Speaker 1: Yeah, it might be what you got for kids.
- 50:39Speaker 4: Okay, So this is from Sierra in Green Valley Ranch.
- 50:42Speaker 4: She hit us up on the socials and she said
- 50:44Speaker 4: she recently started dating a guy who was a friend
- 50:48Speaker 4: first right, They've known each other for ten years. He's
- 50:51Speaker 4: moved in recently and asked.
- 50:53Speaker 1: Her to marry him.
- 50:54Speaker 4: Like things are going really well, right, but the relationship
- 50:58Speaker 4: completely perfect except for anything.
- 51:01Speaker 1: To have to do with social media.
- 51:03Speaker 4: So she says he has an account on TikTok that
- 51:05Speaker 4: makes her the most nervous. He's following five hundred women
- 51:10Speaker 4: and has just as many women following him. Sierra says,
- 51:13Speaker 4: I'm worried this is going to lead to other things,
- 51:16Speaker 4: even though he has never met most of these women,
- 51:18Speaker 4: if any. I'm sure other listeners deal with this issue,
- 51:22Speaker 4: and I'm not sure how to handle the situation. Is
- 51:25Speaker 4: it a form of cheating or because it's social media?
- 51:28Speaker 1: Should I just not worry about it?
- 51:31Speaker 4: To my knowledge, again, he doesn't chat with any of them,
- 51:34Speaker 4: or maybe he has that hidden so I don't see
- 51:36Speaker 4: it and we'll probably never know for sure. But it's
- 51:38Speaker 4: always a source of contention. We fight over this almost daily.
- 51:43Speaker 4: Do other couples fight over sexy socials? Should I end
- 51:46Speaker 4: this relationship because of doubt, which I'm worried will turn
- 51:50Speaker 4: into trust issues or do I just shrug it off?
- 51:53Speaker 4: Is this the new just it's okay flirting? Or do
- 51:57Speaker 4: I need to really look at this as a red flag?
- 51:59Speaker 4: And again, this is from Sierra or Valley Branch. I
- 52:02Speaker 4: completely sympathize with her.
- 52:05Speaker 3: Here, hold on, what was the time that? Hold up?
- 52:07Speaker 1: So they've known each other for ten years?
- 52:09Speaker 4: They've been friend ten years fan Okay, they've been dating
- 52:12Speaker 4: for a while to the point where he's moved in
- 52:14Speaker 4: and now they're about to get married. So they've been
- 52:17Speaker 4: dating for at least. She doesn't put a time frame
- 52:19Speaker 4: on that. She just said she's known him for ten years.
- 52:21Speaker 3: So he's got a decade worth of of beautiful women
- 52:25Speaker 3: build up essentially where he was not dating, he was single,
- 52:29Speaker 3: he was collecting him like trading cards.
- 52:30Speaker 10: Right.
- 52:31Speaker 3: Yeah, I mean he's got ten years of Instagram before her. Yeah,
- 52:34Speaker 3: and she's pissed about it.
- 52:36Speaker 1: Absolutely.
- 52:37Speaker 3: She wanted to just shut it, shut the whole thing.
- 52:39Speaker 2: That's kind of.
- 52:40Speaker 4: Yeah, she's kind of asking is it okay for me
- 52:42Speaker 4: to ask him to especially the TikTok, the ticbo, this.
- 52:45Speaker 7: TikTok thing, Katie, is it like an account made? Like
- 52:48Speaker 7: is he making sexy videos? Or you're just saying he's
- 52:50Speaker 7: following sexy girls and they're following him back.
- 52:52Speaker 4: She just said that this is the one that she
- 52:54Speaker 4: notices the mostekais TikTok?
- 52:58Speaker 1: Is that okay?
- 52:59Speaker 3: Though, yes, it's okay. He's had ten years, he said,
- 53:03Speaker 3: ten years of scoping out chicks.
- 53:06Speaker 1: Why do you need to look at that anymore?
- 53:08Speaker 3: But I will say at this point now that's probably
- 53:13Speaker 3: something that you should maybe let go now, right, So
- 53:16Speaker 3: there's nothing wrong with it. Ten years of just being
- 53:20Speaker 3: a dude, you know, lady, But.
- 53:22Speaker 4: Is it okay for her to ask him? I want
- 53:25Speaker 4: you to shut this down. I don't feel comfortable they
- 53:27Speaker 4: engage it. They are going to get married, yeah.
- 53:30Speaker 3: I think so.
- 53:30Speaker 4: But don't you follow a bunch of sexy ladies on
- 53:33Speaker 4: your socials?
- 53:34Speaker 1: I know Josh does.
- 53:35Speaker 10: Well.
- 53:35Speaker 3: There's a bit of an issue with Andrea Henderson. I
- 53:40Speaker 3: think it's very cute. I think she's really cute, and
- 53:43Speaker 3: she's on the Fox Morning Show and Nicole the other
- 53:46Speaker 3: day mentioned She's like, I saw the video you made
- 53:48Speaker 3: about Andrea.
- 53:48Speaker 1: See the one where I was like more Andrea.
- 53:50Speaker 3: Then we went yeah, she was on the screen, but
- 53:53Speaker 3: again that was kind of cheeky for fun for the
- 53:55Speaker 3: morning show. And what I do is I'd like to
- 53:57Speaker 3: keep all the local media people on my Instagram feed.
- 54:01Speaker 3: I mean, if you go on there, I've also got
- 54:03Speaker 3: like Kathy Sabin and Kirk Yunkie. Did Sydney Sweety.
- 54:07Speaker 1: Just start working for Channel seven?
- 54:09Speaker 3: Maybe Sydney Sweety. There's a couple shut up.
- 54:15Speaker 4: I'm just saying, like this seems to be like the
- 54:18Speaker 4: new normal, but I don't think anybody's really talked about
- 54:21Speaker 4: it or set rolls for it yet. Like so I
- 54:23Speaker 4: just would like to hear from actual established couples, like
- 54:26Speaker 4: are you following sexy people on Instagram?
- 54:29Speaker 3: And here's the difference. I have a handful okay emphasis
- 54:32Speaker 3: on a handvil. But yet like we watched he Man
- 54:35Speaker 3: again this weekend, okay, and she was like, oh he
- 54:38Speaker 3: Man please, I mean every you're gonna have that on
- 54:42Speaker 3: sexy everywhere, sexy and sexy, and you get a knowledge
- 54:45Speaker 3: sexy is sexy, and but I know that, you know,
- 54:49Speaker 3: I know where my bread is buttered.
- 54:50Speaker 4: It's one thing to see someone on TV, a celebrity
- 54:55Speaker 4: that everybody you know sexualizes and sees and puts on
- 54:59Speaker 4: a pedestal and wanting them in a way that is
- 55:02Speaker 4: not attainable. But nowadays there's like people who are just
- 55:07Speaker 4: in the metro community that you could follow that are
- 55:10Speaker 4: sexy individuals, and I don't do that. I think that's
- 55:12Speaker 4: the point here because they seem like they're young, and
- 55:15Speaker 4: so the younger generation no offense to anybody, but everybody
- 55:19Speaker 4: thinks they're an.
- 55:19Speaker 1: Influencer, right, and so the pictures we see are.
- 55:22Speaker 2: All that, they're all sexy.
- 55:24Speaker 3: He's got maybe got ten, okay, And a lot of
- 55:27Speaker 3: them are local media, which I like to tag and
- 55:31Speaker 3: stuff occasionally because truly sometimes I feel like, oh maybe
- 55:34Speaker 3: they'll repost that it will gain some numbers. You know,
- 55:37Speaker 3: there is that aspect. So it's different for like me,
- 55:40Speaker 3: who's got like five that I'm like, ah, yeah, she's
- 55:43Speaker 3: pretty durn cute versus a dude who's got five hundred.
- 55:46Speaker 3: That would make anyone insecure. If you were a guy
- 55:49Speaker 3: starting to go out with a woman and she had
- 55:51Speaker 3: five hundred, dudes, yeah, that would be like, ooh, I
- 55:55Speaker 3: don't like this at all.
- 55:56Speaker 1: Well, and I think we have.
- 55:57Speaker 4: To think of in the terms of a young per
- 56:00Speaker 4: where you know, they seem like they've known each other
- 56:02Speaker 4: for ten years and they're just moving into that next
- 56:05Speaker 4: stage of life. So I imagine they're like Josh's age,
- 56:07Speaker 4: in their early thirties, right, So their whole young life,
- 56:11Speaker 4: they've been, as you said, racking up these sexy follows.
- 56:14Speaker 1: On on social media.
- 56:16Speaker 4: And this is just what you did as a kid, right, Like,
- 56:18Speaker 4: we didn't necessarily have that.
- 56:20Speaker 1: Why would I mean, you know what.
- 56:21Speaker 3: I mean, like you'd have like phone numbers.
- 56:24Speaker 1: Yeah, exactly.
- 56:25Speaker 4: So this is kind of how y'all were trained just
- 56:27Speaker 4: to keep connected, is to follow each other.
- 56:30Speaker 3: Collect them all. Yeah, it's kind of here's the thing. Yeah,
- 56:34Speaker 3: the phone lines are open if any of our listeners
- 56:36Speaker 3: want to sound off about this, We would love to
- 56:38Speaker 3: talk to you guys, if you want to text in
- 56:40Speaker 3: and sound off. Three oh three six nine one one
- 56:43Speaker 3: MiGs three O three six nine one sixteen forty nine.
- 56:47Speaker 3: Now that Sierra and lover Boy are getting married, is
- 56:50Speaker 3: it okay for her to say, hey, you probably should
- 56:52Speaker 3: shut down your accounts now, yeah, or really weed out
- 56:55Speaker 3: a lot of people because I noticed you have five
- 56:58Speaker 3: hundred ladies following you. I'm Mallory.
- 57:01Speaker 10: Hi, good morning.
- 57:02Speaker 3: Hey, So what's the deal with Sierra and this dude.
- 57:05Speaker 3: What's your advice.
- 57:07Speaker 10: I think my advice is to kind of wait it out.
- 57:11Speaker 10: I mean, me and my fiance, we're getting married in September.
- 57:14Speaker 10: We've been together for going on nine years, and we've
- 57:18Speaker 10: had this issue in the past too, where he follows
- 57:21Speaker 10: some interesting girls, not of.
- 57:23Speaker 3: My choosing, but but sexy, sexy looking.
- 57:29Speaker 10: Because it works both ways. I follow some gentlemen that
- 57:33Speaker 10: you know have some great arms like heat, he says.
- 57:37Speaker 3: And you know, well, thank you for following me on Instagram.
- 57:41Speaker 10: Oh yes, yes, but no ill will or no bad intentions.
- 57:46Speaker 10: But on the other hand, as long as you love
- 57:48Speaker 10: each other and you're ready for marriage, I think it
- 57:51Speaker 10: works both ways. But if he's reaching out to them,
- 57:55Speaker 10: I mean, that's where we have a different story.
- 57:58Speaker 3: So you almost need to sit in this. You almost
- 58:00Speaker 3: need to sit him down and be like, hey, let
- 58:01Speaker 3: me see the messages on there, Like I see your
- 58:03Speaker 3: following him, Like if everything is uh, you know, kosher,
- 58:06Speaker 3: and everything's fine, let me see your messages. And he
- 58:09Speaker 3: should have no problem showing her secure.
- 58:12Speaker 10: You don't want to come up in exactly.
- 58:13Speaker 3: Yeah, yeah, yeah.
- 58:14Speaker 1: The minute you ask him to do that, it changes everything.
- 58:17Speaker 3: And again, wouldn't you say that It is like at
- 58:20Speaker 3: the extreme level, we're maybe like you're following two or
- 58:23Speaker 3: three dudes and it's just kind of like ooh, baby, baby,
- 58:25Speaker 3: and you move on with your life. It's an extreme
- 58:28Speaker 3: with this guy. When it's five hundred windred, that's five ladies.
- 58:32Speaker 10: A little excessive. It's a little excessive. But you know,
- 58:36Speaker 10: like I said, if there's no ill will, if he's
- 58:38Speaker 10: not gradually reaching out to the use women, I mean,
- 58:43Speaker 10: it would be different if they're only posting inappropriate things.
- 58:47Speaker 10: I think that would I would have a problem if
- 58:49Speaker 10: he's just following them to look at their inappropriate place.
- 58:52Speaker 3: They could all be women from church. We don't know,
- 58:54Speaker 3: but you never know. Malory. It was so incredibly kind
- 58:59Speaker 3: of you to call us this morning, and thank you
- 59:00Speaker 3: so very very much for your advice. Here's Joe. It's
- 59:04Speaker 3: a dude's perspective. Hi Joe, Hey, how we doing. We're
- 59:08Speaker 3: super dupes. What's your advice for Sierra?
- 59:11Speaker 11: My advice is drop the account or actually I've been
- 59:15Speaker 11: married seventeen years. I think he should. She should have
- 59:18Speaker 11: access to all his social media for accountability purposes. If
- 59:22Speaker 11: he's going to keep that otherwise, drop it, just commit
- 59:25Speaker 11: go all in. He's already passed the barrier, he's moved
- 59:27Speaker 11: in with her, they're about to get married. What's the
- 59:29Speaker 11: point of having all those extra accounts.
- 59:32Speaker 3: If he's a good dude, he would just be like it. Honestly,
- 59:35Speaker 3: shouldn't even be a conversation. If he's a good dude,
- 59:37Speaker 3: he should just be dropping all of it anyway and
- 59:39Speaker 3: canceling these account.
- 59:40Speaker 11: I would agree with that.
- 59:42Speaker 3: Yeah, Joe, do you do you follow any sexy sexy
- 59:45Speaker 3: ladies on your socials?
- 59:47Speaker 11: I do not have social media. I'm done. I'm too
- 59:50Speaker 11: busy running kids around your living life, Yeah, doing all
- 59:54Speaker 11: the things.
- 59:54Speaker 1: So and how long you've been married, Joe?
- 59:57Speaker 11: I have a teen years and a boy, Joe.
- 1:00:01Speaker 3: Yeah, you're a funny guy. Joe. Thank you so very
- 1:00:05Speaker 3: much for the call today, Grinding it Baby. Thank you
- 1:00:10Speaker 3: for writing into the morning show. If you guys ever
- 1:00:12Speaker 3: have a dilemma that you want us to talk about,
- 1:00:14Speaker 3: we would love to chit chat about it on the
- 1:00:16Speaker 3: air so you can find us on Facebook and Instagram.
- 1:00:19Speaker 2: Believe it or not.
- 1:00:21Speaker 1: Give us a follow. We sexy but.
- 1:00:24Speaker 3: A lot of our pictures are bikini shots of us
- 1:00:27Speaker 3: in bikinis.
- 1:00:28Speaker 1: But find us see Josh.
- 1:00:29Speaker 3: Yeah, there you go. It's that time for a little
- 1:00:33Speaker 3: links hundred sports update. Big news over the week, and
- 1:00:38Speaker 3: of course Lebron James shocking the sports world on Friday
- 1:00:43Speaker 3: by picking the seventy six ers for his next team
- 1:00:46Speaker 3: to play on. Oh that's fun. Good for him. Signed
- 1:00:50Speaker 3: a two year, eight million dollars contract with the seventy
- 1:00:54Speaker 3: six Ers. He says he's not doing it for money
- 1:00:58Speaker 3: or family. He just wants to meet new people and
- 1:01:01Speaker 3: have a good time. Any you got to turn your
- 1:01:05Speaker 3: mic on over there? There you go. I just said, yeah,
- 1:01:07Speaker 3: I know, I couldn't hear you.
- 1:01:10Speaker 7: Eight million bucks in the NBA is nothing, So he
- 1:01:13Speaker 7: isn't doing it.
- 1:01:14Speaker 3: He doesn't need the money.
- 1:01:15Speaker 4: I'm excited it's three for him to play alongside Joel Embiid.
- 1:01:19Speaker 1: That's the one thing.
- 1:01:21Speaker 2: They got Jaylen Brown too.
- 1:01:23Speaker 3: So many great.
- 1:01:24Speaker 1: Those are the good things. But I really thought he
- 1:01:26Speaker 1: was going back to Cleveland. Like he shocked me.
- 1:01:28Speaker 3: You know what I mean I'm aware of is that
- 1:01:30Speaker 3: there are a few Philly cheesteak spots that are promising
- 1:01:33Speaker 3: Lebron the VIP treatment while he's out there. The other
- 1:01:37Speaker 3: thing I noticed from this story is this song that
- 1:01:39Speaker 3: went viral this weekend, and I got to play a
- 1:01:41Speaker 3: little bit of it because man, it just made me smile.
- 1:01:44Speaker 4: Here you go, just sat.
- 1:02:02Speaker 6: Message could have been, if you want to.
- 1:02:06Speaker 5: Make the work, I'm about to the place and take
- 1:02:08Speaker 5: a look in the sky.
- 1:02:18Speaker 3: I don't care who you are.
- 1:02:19Speaker 1: I really can wow.
- 1:02:23Speaker 3: Alright, what else you got, Josh?
- 1:02:24Speaker 2: I love it?
- 1:02:25Speaker 7: Well, Hey, I know football season is right around the corner. However,
- 1:02:29Speaker 7: basketball season is as well. Preseason's gonna start. Yes, preseason
- 1:02:33Speaker 7: is gonna be starting up in very early October. And Katie,
- 1:02:36Speaker 7: this is exciting. Ks Kronkey Sports Entertainment.
- 1:02:39Speaker 2: Hey, we know them.
- 1:02:40Speaker 7: Mister Kronki himself are very big boss and owner decided
- 1:02:44Speaker 7: that he is actually upgrading twenty four luxury suites ahead
- 1:02:47Speaker 7: of the twenty six twenty seven season, including their practice facility, Katie,
- 1:02:53Speaker 7: where they're gonna install an eleven hundred square foot observation
- 1:02:57Speaker 7: deck so that people can watch practices.
- 1:03:00Speaker 2: I think that's racticating.
- 1:03:01Speaker 7: The Nuggets practice court inside Ballerina is getting a new
- 1:03:03Speaker 7: mezzanine area, and they had to support or submit these
- 1:03:07Speaker 7: plans to the city and it's gonna be costing four
- 1:03:09Speaker 7: hundred and forty thousand dollars.
- 1:03:11Speaker 4: I love a good mezzanine, Yeah, because you know, anytime
- 1:03:15Speaker 4: you'd watch the Nuggets practice, it would be right there
- 1:03:17Speaker 4: on the court. So I mean, balls would come flying
- 1:03:19Speaker 4: towards you like you were. There was no separation between
- 1:03:22Speaker 4: you and Jamal much.
- 1:03:23Speaker 3: I just thought you could go in and get in
- 1:03:25Speaker 3: and play with him. Now you get a ball and
- 1:03:27Speaker 3: you just grab it and run in. And doesn't that
- 1:03:30Speaker 3: you don't get frown upon that?
- 1:03:31Speaker 4: Don't like, don't you practicing your sick moves you've known
- 1:03:34Speaker 4: since high school?
- 1:03:35Speaker 1: Apparently they don't appreciate that on the practice.
- 1:03:38Speaker 3: Court, Katie, get back on the mezzanine.
- 1:03:40Speaker 1: Big lesson. Learn Now they put in a mezzanine.
- 1:03:43Speaker 2: Watch the sky.
- 1:03:46Speaker 1: Like that down?
- 1:03:47Speaker 3: Yeah, Nuggets. All right, let's talk about the biggest trending
- 1:03:50Speaker 3: stories of the day. I hate to harshen your mellow, bro,
- 1:03:54Speaker 3: but rumor has it that Jimothy, the viral raccoon that
- 1:03:58Speaker 3: has become an Internet sensation over the past couple of
- 1:04:01Speaker 3: weeks was actually made with AI. Some guy hopped on
- 1:04:05Speaker 3: to Reddit and he dropped the confession. He says he
- 1:04:08Speaker 3: generated Jimothy on something called higgs Field AI. No, and
- 1:04:15Speaker 3: he said he created it. It's fake, it's not real,
- 1:04:19Speaker 3: and it has a lot of people pissed off right now.
- 1:04:22Speaker 3: Whether or not that's true, I don't know. I'm just
- 1:04:24Speaker 3: reporting what I saw this morning, that there is a
- 1:04:27Speaker 3: dude out there, maybe looking for publicity, I don't know.
- 1:04:30Speaker 3: But he says Jimothy's fake. It's not a real raccoon.
- 1:04:34Speaker 3: It's not real. So sad, I told you, I didn't
- 1:04:38Speaker 3: mean to harshen your mellow bro.
- 1:04:41Speaker 1: I like love that little wreck.
- 1:04:43Speaker 3: Everybody loves Jimothy.
- 1:04:45Speaker 4: I like want a baby raccoon because of Jimothy, Like
- 1:04:48Speaker 4: we were gonna name him Mitchell, Mitchell and everything, like sorry,
- 1:04:54Speaker 4: might okay.
- 1:04:55Speaker 1: It doesn't improved that he's AI. They're just staying out
- 1:04:58Speaker 1: on the streets.
- 1:04:58Speaker 3: You guysughing about it. He's like, oh my god, I
- 1:05:01Speaker 3: didn't mean for this thing to take.
- 1:05:02Speaker 4: Off, but can handle that on maybe wait wait till
- 1:05:07Speaker 4: tomorrow to really figure that out.
- 1:05:08Speaker 1: Break your heart on a Tuesday computer, I'm a little
- 1:05:10Speaker 1: more prepared.
- 1:05:11Speaker 3: This is a wild stat. AMC says that they have
- 1:05:14Speaker 3: sold about one hundred million dollars in those goofy custom
- 1:05:18Speaker 3: popcorn buckets that every movie releases. Now, yeah, Josh's all
- 1:05:22Speaker 3: of them. I almost bought the he man, I'm not
- 1:05:26Speaker 3: going to spend fifty dollars for a popcorn buck How.
- 1:05:28Speaker 1: Many people go to the movie just for the buckets?
- 1:05:32Speaker 3: One hundred million dollars in popcorn buckets. So that was
- 1:05:36Speaker 3: a good move on their part, very good move. And
- 1:05:39Speaker 3: let me give you one more story. This doctor had
- 1:05:41Speaker 3: a bad day when so did the patient. A woman
- 1:05:44Speaker 3: named Emily. She's forty three. She went into the doctor
- 1:05:47Speaker 3: to have a couple ovarian cysts removed.
- 1:05:50Speaker 2: Okay, they were.
- 1:05:51Speaker 3: Benign, so they're just like, hey, we got to get
- 1:05:53Speaker 3: these out of there. She went in for surgery and
- 1:05:55Speaker 3: instead the surgeon, doctor Danielle something or other, removed her bladder.
- 1:06:02Speaker 3: What how do you mess that up? Isn't there a chart?
- 1:06:06Speaker 1: I mean those are two pretty different things real.
- 1:06:09Speaker 3: But somebody say, hey, wait a minute, doctor Danielle, let's
- 1:06:13Speaker 3: not take her bladder.
- 1:06:14Speaker 1: Poor woman, that's gonna.
- 1:06:16Speaker 3: Jact with everything. Go in there and rebuild everything and
- 1:06:19Speaker 3: she's a mess now. So anyway, she was awarded seventeen
- 1:06:22Speaker 3: million dollars after the botched surgery.
- 1:06:25Speaker 1: Oh, she should have got way more than that.
- 1:06:27Speaker 3: I don't know if that's enough. Now go the rest
- 1:06:29Speaker 3: of your life with triple that bathroom issues. No, how
- 1:06:33Speaker 3: does that happen? Those stories fascinate me.
- 1:06:36Speaker 4: That really just makes you like, if you have to
- 1:06:39Speaker 4: go in for any kind of surgical procedure, mark where
- 1:06:42Speaker 4: it is.
- 1:06:44Speaker 1: Let them know.
- 1:06:44Speaker 3: This is it right on your chest?
- 1:06:46Speaker 1: Yes, we're don't make my bladder.
- 1:06:49Speaker 3: Go for my ovaries.
- 1:06:50Speaker 1: That's are where they are.
- 1:06:52Speaker 3: If I said, if I wrote on my chest, go
- 1:06:56Speaker 3: for the ovaries.
- 1:06:57Speaker 1: Where's the chart? I'm so sorry?
- 1:06:59Speaker 3: Why is it?
- 1:07:00Speaker 2: This is al.
- 1:07:05Speaker 3: Katie? What you got?
- 1:07:06Speaker 1: Okay?
- 1:07:06Speaker 4: Well, hey it's tater time. Let's turn those frowns upside down.
- 1:07:10Speaker 4: Huh Potato palooza. There's forty two thousand pounds of taters
- 1:07:14Speaker 4: come into the Mile High City.
- 1:07:15Speaker 1: How many dogs that we know, how many dunk It's
- 1:07:19Speaker 1: gotta be a heck of.
- 1:07:20Speaker 4: A picture to see all those taters in one place,
- 1:07:22Speaker 4: but it is thanks to the nonprofit We Don't Waste.
- 1:07:26Speaker 4: Now here's what's happening. All these potatoes are coming in
- 1:07:29Speaker 4: from the Midwest. They were just gonna be thrown into
- 1:07:32Speaker 4: the landfill because no one would buy them. But then
- 1:07:34Speaker 4: the nonprofit We Don't Waste got ahold of them. So
- 1:07:37Speaker 4: now there's forty two thousand pounds of taters coming into
- 1:07:40Speaker 4: the Mile High City. So they are gonna be at
- 1:07:42Speaker 4: park Hill Food Recovery Hub that's at sixty ninety East
- 1:07:46Speaker 4: thirty ninth Avenue, And yeah, they're just gonna have it
- 1:07:49Speaker 4: all set up there for people to roll in with
- 1:07:52Speaker 4: sacks and you can fill them full of potatoes, wagons, trucks,
- 1:07:56Speaker 4: whatever you got exactly fill it.
- 1:08:00Speaker 3: Typical dump trucks, so says the Google box can hold
- 1:08:04Speaker 3: about ten tons of material. So that's forty two hundred.
- 1:08:08Speaker 4: It's twenty one tons, right, because a ton is two
- 1:08:12Speaker 4: thousand pounds, So twenty.
- 1:08:13Speaker 3: Forty two thousand divided by ten, Yeah, that's forty two
- 1:08:17Speaker 3: hundred dump trucks four potatoes. Is that right?
- 1:08:22Speaker 1: I'm so, I don't know. It's a little early. Forty
- 1:08:24Speaker 1: two thousand pounds a little early to be math in.
- 1:08:27Speaker 4: So you said, we have forty two thousand pounds of
- 1:08:29Speaker 4: taters come into the Mile.
- 1:08:31Speaker 3: High se do you say forty two thousand tons poundnds
- 1:08:35Speaker 3: Forty two.
- 1:08:35Speaker 4: Thousand pounds of taters come into the Mile High City
- 1:08:38Speaker 4: seventy twenty one tons, so ten.
- 1:08:41Speaker 3: Tons twenty one hundred can.
- 1:08:43Speaker 1: Be in a dump truck.
- 1:08:44Speaker 4: We're gonna need two dump trucks and some change to
- 1:08:47Speaker 4: get these forty two thousand pounds of tats really showcased,
- 1:08:52Speaker 4: you know what I mean?
- 1:08:52Speaker 1: But I love it because again.
- 1:08:54Speaker 2: Like you'll get many radio for a reason.
- 1:08:59Speaker 4: Again, PARKI Food Recovery Hub, that's where you need to
- 1:09:02Speaker 4: go for those taters.
- 1:09:03Speaker 1: And we have a new place to hike. Can we
- 1:09:05Speaker 1: do a quick.
- 1:09:06Speaker 4: One called the Lost Canyon Ranch open Space. It's a
- 1:09:09Speaker 4: seven hundred acres a property that is just west of
- 1:09:13Speaker 4: Castlewood Canyon State Park. But they've had years of planning
- 1:09:16Speaker 4: to get this hiking space open and now you can
- 1:09:19Speaker 4: go explore these ten miles of trail.
- 1:09:21Speaker 5: Uh.
- 1:09:21Speaker 4: They're going to be rolling out this in phases though,
- 1:09:23Speaker 4: so the entire trail is going to be opened at
- 1:09:26Speaker 4: some point. Right now, it's just this little space that
- 1:09:29Speaker 4: they've opened. But man, the pictures and all of the
- 1:09:31Speaker 4: social media that have been covering it.
- 1:09:33Speaker 1: It looks awesome. So happy hiking.
- 1:09:37Speaker 3: There you go, Hi, there you go?
