- 0:13Speaker 1: the holiday. So here's my quick little message for an
- 0:16Speaker 1: unlikely affair and untraditionally la la. I am thrilled about
- 0:21Speaker 1: my Fourth of July plands because I called Amber Hi
- 0:24Speaker 1: babe hi hi hirificly recorded a watchtory. What do you want?
- 0:31Speaker 1: We usually my family I just take them to Palm Springs,
- 0:34Speaker 1: not just I have the luxury of taking my family
- 0:37Speaker 1: to Palm Springs this year. I called Amber and I
- 0:41Speaker 1: was like, what are your thoughts about me bringing my
- 0:43Speaker 1: kids to Montana for the Fourth of July and staying
- 0:46Speaker 1: with you?
- 0:47Speaker 2: But not just for the weekend.
- 0:48Speaker 1: I want to fly out on this month first and
- 0:50Speaker 1: fly out on the seventh, so it's.
- 0:52Speaker 2: Like an afty stay.
- 0:54Speaker 3: I am so excited. I am so excited, Like I
- 0:58Speaker 3: get the whole family.
- 1:00Speaker 2: I know.
- 1:00Speaker 1: Can I tell you something so funny?
- 1:03Speaker 2: So this fourth of July, our ex is supposed to
- 1:09Speaker 2: have ocean.
- 1:10Speaker 1: So I hit him with the OFW and was like, Hey,
- 1:12Speaker 1: what are your thoughts about me having ocean for the
- 1:15Speaker 1: fourth of July this year? Since you had her last year.
- 1:17Speaker 1: I'm more than happy to like maneuver the schedule so
- 1:20Speaker 1: that you can have makeup time as well. And he
- 1:23Speaker 1: was like, yes, that's totally fine, have a heyday. And
- 1:27Speaker 1: so we have to tell each other the flight info
- 1:30Speaker 1: for domestic travel two weeks in advance, like that's a
- 1:33Speaker 1: part of our little agreement. So I send off the
- 1:35Speaker 1: flight info and I didn't know if I should. And
- 1:38Speaker 1: you have to state where you're staying, and I didn't
- 1:41Speaker 1: know if I should say, like, and I'm staying at Ambers.
- 1:45Speaker 1: I assume you have the address, but I can send it.
- 1:47Speaker 2: Again if you need. He doesn't have the other I
- 1:50Speaker 2: just like, I just.
- 1:51Speaker 1: Sent him the address. I didn't say we're staying at Ambers.
- 1:53Speaker 1: I was like, I'm not gonna make this a fucking thing.
- 1:55Speaker 2: Even though I kind of want to make it a thing.
- 1:57Speaker 1: So I just said, I just sent the attack flight
- 2:00Speaker 1: info and your address.
- 2:02Speaker 2: I am so thrilled.
- 2:04Speaker 3: We are gonna have so fun. I'm taking you to
- 2:05Speaker 3: like a small town parade in Livingston, which is like
- 2:08Speaker 3: this cute, tiny, tiny Americana, like tons of history, tons
- 2:13Speaker 3: of really cool colectic like houses and artists, and.
- 2:16Speaker 2: We're gonna have so much fun.
- 2:17Speaker 3: And then we're gonna go floating on the river. We're
- 2:19Speaker 3: gonna do some'mores by the fireplace, which is my favorite.
- 2:22Speaker 3: Do you people started doing I just I see this
- 2:25Speaker 3: now people are doing Rece's pieces, Riese's pieces or reces.
- 2:29Speaker 1: Well, what if I say, some people say Rece's.
- 2:34Speaker 3: Okay, Reese's pieces on this more so like I have.
- 2:37Speaker 3: We're gonna do a s'more bar i'm I'm my dad's
- 2:41Speaker 3: bringing steak.
- 2:42Speaker 2: It's gonna be so good. Can I tell you? Ocean
- 2:44Speaker 2: won't stop talking about this Morris by the way, Oh
- 2:47Speaker 2: that's my sit. I brought them up.
- 2:49Speaker 1: Every time we go to the grocery store, she says,
- 2:51Speaker 1: we need to buy stuff for this moores for Montana.
- 2:55Speaker 2: Oh, like maybe I think if we don't need to
- 2:58Speaker 2: pack that on the plane.
- 2:59Speaker 3: No, no, no, no no.
- 3:00Speaker 2: She just wants it for the plane, by the way,
- 3:02Speaker 2: she doesn't want it for the plane.
- 3:03Speaker 1: The last time I was in Montana, I was in
- 3:06Speaker 1: elementary school. Because my mom's brother lives there. We don't
- 3:09Speaker 1: have contact with him. But I think it was Wise River.
- 3:13Speaker 1: I don't know that river, okay, you why why I
- 3:16Speaker 1: think it's Wise River? Okay, something like that. That was
- 3:19Speaker 1: the last time that I have been to Montana.
- 3:22Speaker 3: Well, it's Montana. You're going to know this. It's it's
- 3:25Speaker 3: so freakin gorgeous. The weather's going to be perfect. We're
- 3:28Speaker 3: going to be on the Yellowstone River. We're going to
- 3:31Speaker 3: do whiffle ball. We're gonna I mean, it's my whole
- 3:33Speaker 3: family's going to be there. It's going to be the
- 3:35Speaker 3: best swimming.
- 3:37Speaker 2: Are we all staying at your house?
- 3:39Speaker 1: Yes?
- 3:39Speaker 3: No, no, no, not not my mom and my dad.
- 3:41Speaker 2: They're gonna stay with my sister. I want to kill all.
- 3:43Speaker 3: No, no, everyone has a room. You're going to sleep
- 3:46Speaker 3: in my bed, Pero regular programming, and then Ocean. I
- 3:49Speaker 3: have this. I got her this little twin bed. London's
- 3:52Speaker 3: gonna stay with us.
- 3:54Speaker 2: Love it. It's gonna be Ocean's going to be so.
- 3:56Speaker 1: Because I was back and forth, I'm like, do I
- 3:58Speaker 1: tell because Riley's that camp. So I made sure Ocean
- 4:01Speaker 1: knew Riley's not going to be there. Yeah, she said, Mom,
- 4:03Speaker 1: I already know because we're going to be dropping her
- 4:05Speaker 1: off at camp. And I didn't know if I should
- 4:07Speaker 1: say if London was coming or not, because she asked me.
- 4:10Speaker 2: No, I can get her the okay.
- 4:12Speaker 3: And they I'm excited because they need to spend time
- 4:14Speaker 3: together because London has been in Nebraska hanging out with
- 4:16Speaker 3: my parents, and these two girls are going to have
- 4:20Speaker 3: so much fun together.
- 4:21Speaker 1: I just want to celebrate, like there was nothing like
- 4:24Speaker 1: the Fourth of July in Utah, and Utah Salt Lake
- 4:27Speaker 1: was by no means like a small town.
- 4:30Speaker 2: It was a small.
- 4:31Speaker 1: City, but there was nothing like celebrating the fourth there.
- 4:36Speaker 1: And even summers in places like Utah or Montana are
- 4:39Speaker 1: so different than.
- 4:40Speaker 3: Because in La it doesn't get dark till like ten
- 4:42Speaker 3: fifteen pm. In Montana, I mean, we just had our
- 4:45Speaker 3: summer sol list, so it will slowly creep, but even
- 4:48Speaker 3: even fourth of July, it's going to be dark until
- 4:50Speaker 3: like ten.
- 4:51Speaker 2: That's amazing.
- 4:52Speaker 3: It is so fun.
- 4:54Speaker 1: And we switched our flight, so you guys, we were
- 4:56Speaker 1: supposed to fly out like the day before the fourth,
- 4:59Speaker 1: so the third or one. Yeah, And your man said, oh,
- 5:03Speaker 1: you guys are going to miss the parade. And I
- 5:04Speaker 1: looked at Amber and I was like, I have told
- 5:07Speaker 1: my daughter, there's a fucking parade we're going.
- 5:09Speaker 2: So I got online and I changed my flight all
- 5:13Speaker 2: by myself. It's a big deal. I changed it growing up.
- 5:17Speaker 2: You're adulting, You're adulting. How many times did I bring
- 5:21Speaker 2: it up? After I did it? I was like, you guys,
- 5:23Speaker 2: make a big deal. I did this by myself. I
- 5:27Speaker 2: read how to do it because I don't like to read.
- 5:30Speaker 1: That's why I didn't do well in school. Yeah, because
- 5:32Speaker 1: I'm like too many words.
- 5:33Speaker 3: Yeah, but I'll just guess cee abb cc that's what
- 5:38Speaker 3: I used to do. Just joking, Mom, I didn't do that.
- 5:41Speaker 1: And what is your like mocktail of choice for the
- 5:45Speaker 1: fourth do you know?
- 5:46Speaker 3: Oh gosh, I love like I'm really just into sparkling
- 5:51Speaker 3: water with a lot of lime, maybe a dash of
- 5:53Speaker 3: cranberry juice and maybe a little tahen on the rim,
- 5:56Speaker 3: Like I'm obsessed within.
- 5:57Speaker 2: Oh you know what.
- 5:58Speaker 3: Easton said something to me last night that that that
- 6:02Speaker 3: hydration water mix that we were making, which I said,
- 6:05Speaker 3: tasted with like kool aid, which was so great because
- 6:07Speaker 3: a lot of them don't. And then he said, if
- 6:10Speaker 3: you get a pineapple and you carve out the center
- 6:12Speaker 3: and then you you pour the stuff inside the pineapple,
- 6:15Speaker 3: so it's the pineapple and the drink marinating together. And
- 6:18Speaker 3: I was like, oh my god, stop there that sounds
- 6:20Speaker 3: so good.
- 6:20Speaker 2: So now the ultimate hydration.
- 6:22Speaker 3: Yes, I've bought all the pineapple and bosmon Montana, the
- 6:25Speaker 3: whole foods.
- 6:26Speaker 2: Did you amazing? Like my mocktail of choice right now
- 6:31Speaker 2: is in a short glass.
- 6:32Speaker 1: Because I don't like when they bring me, like when
- 6:34Speaker 1: my friends are drinking and then they bring me this
- 6:36Speaker 1: like big glass of fucking pineapple juice.
- 6:38Speaker 2: I'm like, no, I just feel like a child.
- 6:40Speaker 1: Ye yeah, please return this and bring me a short
- 6:44Speaker 1: glass with ice, a splash of sparkling water with pineapple
- 6:49Speaker 1: juice to heene around the rim, and a line yum.
- 6:52Speaker 2: So well, I will make sure that we have all
- 6:54Speaker 2: of that.
- 6:54Speaker 3: We will have a little mocktail bar.
- 6:56Speaker 2: We should have a mocktail bar. Your guys.
- 6:59Speaker 3: Your guy doesn't drink either, No, he does not drink,
- 7:01Speaker 3: but my family does. So they'll do like beer, Well
- 7:04Speaker 3: that's so fat, and like my mom.
- 7:05Speaker 2: Maybe we'll do like a margarita, yeah but perfect.
- 7:08Speaker 3: Yeah, and your mom doesn't drink.
- 7:10Speaker 2: No, my mom doesn't drink at all, but we maybe
- 7:12Speaker 2: we should get we should get her drunk. It's not
- 7:14Speaker 2: body baby. I think that we should get non alcoholic beers.
- 7:18Speaker 3: We will. I will have what is it Budweiser, the
- 7:21Speaker 3: zero No, no, actually all I will.
- 7:25Speaker 1: By the way, Corona just came out with a no
- 7:27Speaker 1: alcohol Oh and they fucking slap with a lime in there.
- 7:31Speaker 1: I had one at the beach in Newport. I immediately
- 7:33Speaker 1: felt like I was in Mexico.
- 7:35Speaker 3: I I typically never loved beer because it hurts my stomach.
- 7:39Speaker 3: But there's something on a really hot day and like
- 7:42Speaker 3: Sealbratory Fourth of July that a good like m my
- 7:46Speaker 3: crave it.
- 7:46Speaker 2: You want to just be on a raft with a
- 7:48Speaker 2: with an ice cold beer.
- 7:50Speaker 1: Oh heck yeah, non alcoholic lime inside.
- 7:53Speaker 3: That's what we're doing, Baby, we're doing it.
- 7:55Speaker 2: I'm gonna get down and dirty throw the carcass in there.
- 7:57Speaker 2: I don't care.
- 8:00Speaker 3: Oh and we're going fly fishing too. By the way,
- 8:02Speaker 3: I'm obsessed with fly fishing.
- 8:05Speaker 2: Is there a hook on a fly fish?
- 8:07Speaker 3: Yes?
- 8:08Speaker 1: Okay, you have to give it a real No, I
- 8:12Speaker 1: don't do.
- 8:12Speaker 3: I don't do though, like the whipping thing, like the
- 8:15Speaker 3: whipping like motion. I do the like I go from
- 8:19Speaker 3: like a rainbow. I make a rainbow with it. So
- 8:21Speaker 3: I start on my right side and then I flip
- 8:22Speaker 3: it over.
- 8:23Speaker 1: My biggest fish patching someone's eyelid with a fucking hook.
- 8:27Speaker 1: All right, well, there's enough land accidentally putting nail glue
- 8:30Speaker 1: in my eye instead of eye drops.
- 8:32Speaker 2: Oh my god.
- 8:33Speaker 3: All right, I'm gonna stay away from Maybe we'll stay
- 8:35Speaker 3: away from the fishing poles when we're in Montana.
- 8:37Speaker 2: Everyone should be away. No children, no, no, but I do.
- 8:40Speaker 3: I do want to maybe get like a nanny for
- 8:42Speaker 3: one night and we can go to the Western and
- 8:44Speaker 3: go and go dancing Western two step dancing, swing dancing.
- 8:48Speaker 3: It's let me tell you.
- 8:50Speaker 2: I'll find me a cowboy it is.
- 8:52Speaker 1: You know.
- 8:53Speaker 3: What's so nice about this particular place that I'm talking
- 8:55Speaker 3: about is like the guys are so nice and respectful.
- 8:58Speaker 3: They don't even they don't have intentions of taking you home.
- 9:01Speaker 3: They just want a partner to dance with. It's really great.
- 9:05Speaker 2: And I'm the opposite, so they can dance with you
- 9:07Speaker 2: and come home with me.
- 9:08Speaker 3: Yeah.
- 9:08Speaker 2: Perfect, Let's get this done, buddy, let's do it.
- 9:14Speaker 1: I'm just kidding.
- 9:14Speaker 2: I have my kids. You guys, don't slide into the
- 9:16Speaker 2: comments section and shame me. Jeez, Louise. Anyway, Happy Fourth
- 9:21Speaker 2: of July.
- 9:22Speaker 1: Everybody go out there, enjoy yourselves, be safe, Please get
- 9:25Speaker 1: a designated driver for the love of God if you
- 9:28Speaker 1: decide to drink, and we will catch you when we're
- 9:31Speaker 1: back from the break.
- 9:32Speaker 3: Bye bye, guys, Happy fourth
