- 0:03Speaker 1: the thoughts and opinions of the flow show are for entertainment and educational purposes.
- 0:08Speaker 1: I am not a professional, I'm just good.
- 0:12Speaker 1: Now, today I have a great show for y'all today.
- 0:17Speaker 1: Uh, diddy just got what can be considered a legal victory.
- 0:23Speaker 1: But does this legal victory mean danger for future and past alleged victims?
- 0:32Speaker 1: And also, what is really up with this rumor that Jamie Foxx is saying Diddy is the one that tried to kill him and that Jamie is actually the one who went to the feds, got that and more.
- 0:53Speaker 1: We got to get into it.
- 0:54Speaker 1: Happy Sunday, let's get into it.
- 1:04Speaker 1: But first look, something I just learned that I never knew.
- 1:08Speaker 1: Now let me tell you about this.
- 1:10Speaker 1: Now, I used to like roosters.
- 1:12Speaker 1: I used to love roosters.
- 1:14Speaker 1: I used to.
- 1:16Speaker 1: I always thought you know the idea or the concept of a bird who cock-a-doodle-doos in the morning in order to wake everybody up, I always thought that was the coolest thing.
- 1:30Speaker 1: I mean, that's what I always saw in the cartoons.
- 1:34Speaker 1: And me, being an early bird myself which I've pretty much been one my whole life I'm up at that time anyway.
- 1:42Speaker 1: So I always thought I was like, okay, that wouldn't bother me, you know the crack of dawn.
- 1:47Speaker 1: But y'all guess what the hell.
- 1:51Speaker 1: I just found out.
- 1:52Speaker 1: You know, now I'm actually living around them.
- 1:57Speaker 1: I've never, I never knew what they.
- 1:59Speaker 1: I never really was around them in person.
- 2:01Speaker 1: I just found out.
- 2:10Speaker 1: They don't just do that shit at the crack of dawn Roosters cock-a-doodle-doo all fucking day.
- 2:17Speaker 1: Crack of dawn, 3 pm, 5 pm, 10 pm, it don't freaking matter and it drives me up a wall because I'm trying to work around them, because if you know them, they are loud, I swear.
- 2:32Speaker 1: It's like sometimes I wish I was a.
- 2:35Speaker 1: I actually really wish I was a hawk, because if I was a hawk or a bald eagle or something badass like that, I would fly straight to this particular rooster's tree and say, look, could you not Like we're all up, it's 3 pm, everybody's up.
- 3:00Speaker 1: Knock it the fuck off, please.
- 3:04Speaker 1: I'm trying to record a podcast or all kind of stuff, so if you hear a rooster in the background, please bear with me.
- 3:14Speaker 1: Now, let's get.
- 3:15Speaker 1: Let's get into it now.
- 3:19Speaker 1: Recently, diddy and his legal team have been pushing judges in these lawsuits to demand that these accusers, who have been mostly Jane Doe's and John Doe's Well, they're asking that they have to reveal themselves, and it's been going on for a few weeks, going on for a few weeks and after a few weeks of pushing, the judge just ruled in one particular lawsuit that Diddy's anonymous accuser must reveal herself, literally must reveal herself.
- 4:01Speaker 1: And what are the consequences?
- 4:03Speaker 1: If she doesn't?
- 4:04Speaker 1: Well, the case will be thrown out, and the woman and her attorney even said this will cause, will certainly cause, public humiliation, which I agree.
- 4:23Speaker 1: Now, amongst other things, let's say Now, what case was this?
- 4:32Speaker 1: This was the case in which, in this particular lawsuit, jane Doe says Diddy invited her to a what, what was it?
- 4:46Speaker 1: A photo shoot, and in that photo shoot, crazy, crazy, crazy things took place.
- 4:57Speaker 1: It's hard to even talk about some of this stuff, y'all, but the complaint alleged that Jane Doe, who now resides in Tennessee, had been invited to one of the Combs photo shoots in Brooklyn.
- 5:14Speaker 1: This was in 2004.
- 5:17Speaker 1: She went to the photo shoot where she and another freshman from her dorm were invited to after an after party with the Diddy Monster.
- 5:30Speaker 1: Now, at that party, diddy told the Jane Doe and her friend they should come to his hotel first for a more exclusive party, first for a more exclusive party.
- 5:49Speaker 1: Now, if you've been following this case, an exclusive party with Diddy is diabolical.
- 5:58Speaker 1: But Jane Doe, eager for the opportunity.
- 6:12Speaker 1: Her and her friend agreed that they would go and they end up meeting in Manhattan area at a Marriott hotel and there was a member of Combs entourage who connected this of Combs entourage who connected this.
- 6:27Speaker 1: Now, while they were there, doe and her friend were allegedly grabbed and taken to a separate bedroom off from the main party.
- 6:39Speaker 1: I think you kind of know where this is going.
- 6:40Speaker 1: Now, when they got to that other bedroom, they were locked inside the bedroom with Combs, aka Mohawk Diddy.
- 6:53Speaker 1: Now, once inside this locked room With Mr Combs, allegedly he gave them drinks With Mr Combs allegedly he gave them drinks, demanded them to use cocaine and forcibly touch them in all kind of places I don't have to describe, I'm sure you can imagine.
- 7:17Speaker 1: Now he allegedly ordered Jane Doe's friend to perform oral sex or else he would have them both killed and raped.
- 7:30Speaker 1: This is what Jane Doe is alleging.
- 7:37Speaker 1: Now, a security guard so happened to open the door at one point and Her friend rushed out.
- 7:44Speaker 1: Now Jane Doe was ordered to stay and she waited for about a half an hour until another security guard came and told her she could leave.
- 7:56Speaker 1: What a, what a what a time.
- 8:04Speaker 1: I can't imagine being in that situation, but I mean, at this point, how many lawsuits have we?
- 8:13Speaker 1: I mean, it's hundreds and hundreds of these.
- 8:16Speaker 1: So it is what it is and it's terrible, but now she has to reveal her name and you know what that means.
- 8:29Speaker 1: So let's talk about what that means for her and future and past victims.
- 8:36Speaker 1: One thing that could mean is fewer victims coming forward, mean is fewer victims coming forward, especially not especially think about it, guys Especially the ones with the most traumatic experiences.
- 9:01Speaker 1: And you know, I'm sure it can be an embarrassing thing.
- 9:05Speaker 1: I mean, you know we, no one wants the world to know, um, how we were taken advantage of sexually, but this is what the judge is ordering.
- 9:16Speaker 1: Also, and I think this could even be even bigger, a bigger uh cause for pause than the embarrassment, given Diddy's track record, this also could lead to more witness intimidation, more witness harassment, more witness threats to future and past accusers.
- 9:57Speaker 1: If you, if you've been following my episodes of my podcast, you know that Diddy has, it's been proven.
- 10:08Speaker 1: He's called potential witnesses thousands I don't want to say thousands hundreds of times back to back in order to get his point across of what he wants them, what they can say and can't say, putting all kinds of pressure on him.
- 10:20Speaker 1: We've known he's actually blown up a vehicle allegedly, but that was owned by a well-known rapper, kid cuddy.
- 10:30Speaker 1: Shout out to kid cuddy's from cleveland also, where I'm from.
- 10:33Speaker 1: Oh, and my browns lost today, by the way, but y'all don't care about that, I'm sure.
- 10:42Speaker 1: Now, we always have to look from both sides, and so I do understand and this is some of the things that the judge said that Diddy has a right to defend himself the best way he can and kind of does need to know who he's defending himself against, and the public needs to know for various reasons.
- 11:12Speaker 1: To be honest, they didn't list too many reasons.
- 11:17Speaker 1: I can't find any reasons, but I do know.
- 11:19Speaker 1: Legally, I mean, everyone does have a right to know who the hell is accusing them.
- 11:29Speaker 1: I don't know, what do you guys think on that?
- 11:34Speaker 1: It's like it's a double edged sword.
- 11:37Speaker 1: You know, on one end, you want to protect the victims, you want to protect the names, you want to protect the names, you want to protect their privacy, but then, on the other hand, you do want to give Diddy and his team a fair shake.
- 12:03Speaker 1: A fair shake, like I said, this is not the issue is.
- 12:11Speaker 1: This is not just for this accuser.
- 12:12Speaker 1: They're actually working on doing the same thing for a couple other ones, and it could become, let's say, a thing, and things could really start going left if everyone has to reveal their names and I'm talking about average, everyday victims, not celebrities, think about it.
- 12:45Speaker 1: Diddy is a powerful man.
- 12:46Speaker 1: We all know that.
- 12:47Speaker 1: Literally the only reason all of these people are coming out now and feeling comfortable with it is because he's locked up behind bars with no bond.
- 13:00Speaker 1: This stuff has been going on for years.
- 13:06Speaker 1: But with the many people who have mysteriously been killed, who have been harassed, who have been tormented by Diddy and his team and his associates, what do they do?
- 13:31Speaker 1: He's been able to hold this under wraps forever because of his presence.
- 13:36Speaker 1: So I really think we need to keep an eye on this, pray for the victims, pray for everybody involved.
- 13:45Speaker 1: I definitely, even though I call him a ditty monster, we have a legal system and I do want a fair trial for anybody, whether you even even the monsters in our society, because that's what we're supposed to do, society, because that's what we're supposed to do.
- 14:09Speaker 1: So I want y'all to really pay attention to that going forward, really pay attention to if these names are are having to be revealed and cause that can have lasting effects on this whole trial of the century, the lawsuits and everything going on.
- 14:33Speaker 1: But let's get to this jamie fox, p diddy mess that's going on, that we don't really know what the hell to think.
- 14:49Speaker 1: But we do know is what has been said and what has happened, and that's what we're going to talk about today.
- 14:56Speaker 1: I give you my opinion on this.
- 14:58Speaker 1: You take the facts and you and you come up with your own.
- 15:04Speaker 1: So I don't know if you've seen a lot.
- 15:08Speaker 1: It's been all over the place.
- 15:09Speaker 1: Um, jamie foxx netflix comedy special teaser dropped after the rumors that he brought up diddy during the taping and it caused quite a stir.
- 15:23Speaker 1: Now, just to let you guys know the actual comedy special Jamie Foxx it's called what had Happened Was and it actually drops December 10th.
- 15:34Speaker 1: Quote that Jamie said and it was.
- 15:48Speaker 1: He said to himself when he was going through that hospitalization and we thought he wasn't going to make it.
- 15:51Speaker 1: He said if I can stay funny, I can stay alive.
- 15:53Speaker 1: I'm back Now.
- 15:58Speaker 1: This has really captivated everybody and everybody is saying so many different things, but I'm going to tell you what three eyewitnesses who attended tapings of this comedy show.
- 16:13Speaker 1: I'll tell you what they said.
- 16:15Speaker 1: One in particular.
- 16:16Speaker 1: I don't know if you're familiar with Choke no Joke, but he is a videographer that was around the bad boy diddy jay-z, that whole, I would say, like early 2000 era.
- 16:35Speaker 1: He was around.
- 16:38Speaker 1: So he knows a lot and a lot of what he has said in the past has come true.
- 16:43Speaker 1: So he is someone you can pretty much listen to what he got to say.
- 16:49Speaker 1: So he attended it and he had some interesting things to say.
- 17:01Speaker 1: Choke claimed that during the show, jamie Foxx stated that Diddy was responsible for what happened to him and that Jamie Foxx was the one who went to the FBI and caused all of this mess that's going on, with Diddy and him being locked up and everything locked up and everything.
- 17:23Speaker 1: Now, although it was supposed to be, or it was said as a joke supposedly, choke no Joke, who witnessed this, says he don't think he was joking at all.
- 17:44Speaker 1: He said I know when someone's setting up a punch line and I know when they're serious, and this was serious.
- 17:50Speaker 1: Now, after Fox said Diddy did something to me, he said and I'm the one who called the feds on him.
- 18:00Speaker 1: And Choke no Joke made a couple of valid points.
- 18:09Speaker 1: He said y'all noticed that jamie foxx disappeared right when all.
- 18:16Speaker 1: When diddy was out, jamie foxx disappeared, stayed low-key and then, and then, now that Diddy is locked up, we seeing Jamie all over the place.
- 18:30Speaker 1: He got a special coming and he's talking.
- 18:32Speaker 1: Think about it.
- 18:36Speaker 1: He makes a good point and a lot of people don't know that Jamie Foxx and Diddy were actually cool.
- 18:50Speaker 1: Now people will say, well, why would?
- 18:55Speaker 1: Where did things go left?
- 18:58Speaker 1: I'm gonna get into that.
- 18:59Speaker 1: Everybody was shocked when Jamie Foxx said this.
- 19:04Speaker 1: Nobody was anticipating this.
- 19:07Speaker 1: But y'all, it really makes a lot of sense if you know all of the facts, because Jamie had a lot of damaging footage and information about the freak off parties.
- 19:28Speaker 1: I'm going to describe that to you.
- 19:30Speaker 1: This is it, this is, this is this is get really getting really heating up and I'm anxious to see how, how, how it turns out.
- 19:43Speaker 1: I just hate that we have to wait to December 10 to actually know because everybody is being so hush hush about it.
- 19:54Speaker 1: But let's get into what Jamie Foxx, what he knows or what he possibly knows.
- 20:05Speaker 1: Jamie Foxx, what he knows or what he possibly knows.
- 20:18Speaker 1: In this article by Amanda Lynn coming from the Nerdstache publication, jamie Foxx allegedly filmed ridiculous diddy parties and he could send that man to jail for life.
- 20:28Speaker 1: Now what the article goes on to say?
- 20:30Speaker 1: It says jamie foxx could play an integral part in sending sean diddy combs to prison for several years.
- 20:37Speaker 1: The actor allegedly has recordings of some of diddy's and he's reportedly being lined up as a witness for the prosecution when it comes to the disgraced rapper's upcoming trial.
- 20:51Speaker 1: Now it's unclear what Fox may know or have captured on film.
- 20:57Speaker 1: However, if the reports are true, it seems that he may be a key part of this case.
- 21:04Speaker 1: It seems that he may be a key part of this case.
- 21:14Speaker 1: Raider Online, another good source for the Diddy news and a lot of news and entertainment.
- 21:16Speaker 1: Now Raider Online reports Jamie Foxx has a stash of video footage he recorded at Diddy's famous parties these famous parties, and it's at these parties that the music mogul was said to engage in criminal activity, including sexual misconduct.
- 21:31Speaker 1: Now fox was reportedly allowed to film with a camcorder at the parties and cops are said to be in contact with him to obtain the tapes of.
- 21:41Speaker 1: If the footage does exist, it could also incriminate others.
- 21:45Speaker 1: Wow, a quote from Jamie Foxx.
- 21:52Speaker 1: I remember watching Puff at the Beverly Hills Hotel.
- 21:55Speaker 1: I'm filming this and it's a pool party and it's ridiculous.
- 22:00Speaker 1: Now, what he meant by ridiculous that's up to your interpretation and mine, but from the stories we're hearing out of the freak off parties, what I'm thinking ridiculous Ain't looking too good.
- 22:21Speaker 1: Now.
- 22:33Speaker 1: It also goes on to say the rumors about Jamie Foxx being involved in Diddy's trial comes just days after it was reported that he made the statements that I previously spoke of.
- 22:42Speaker 1: This is really one of the craziest trials ever.
- 22:45Speaker 1: I was well aware that Jamie Foxx and Diddy were really cool and at first I thought the idea of Diddy being behind Jamie Foxx, being in the hospital and almost losing his life, I thought it was crazy.
- 23:06Speaker 1: I thought it made no sense until I started digging.
- 23:14Speaker 1: And once I started digging I said oh, where there's smoke, there's fire.
- 23:22Speaker 1: Right, think about it.
- 23:30Speaker 1: If Jamie Foxx and Diddy let's say they were okay they were cool at a point.
- 23:35Speaker 1: We all know that.
- 23:36Speaker 1: You can look it up.
- 23:36Speaker 1: Jamie Foxx has said it.
- 23:38Speaker 1: Even Diddy has said it.
- 23:39Speaker 1: But if they're cool, why would Jamie Foxx even joke about something like that, with Diddy being actually behind bars Standing trial?
- 23:55Speaker 1: Why would he do that?
- 23:59Speaker 1: So my common sense Tells me it has to be something to it.
- 24:08Speaker 1: It has to be.
- 24:11Speaker 1: Would you do that to your quote unquote, friend, because obviously you can say this they're not cool.
- 24:23Speaker 1: Now Can't be.
- 24:26Speaker 1: Not with Jamie Foxx making those type of statements being if they're true or not, that's a whole nother story.
- 24:32Speaker 1: Not with Jamie Foxx making those type of statements being what if they're true or not, that's a whole nother story.
- 24:37Speaker 1: But I don't need to know if it's true or not to know that.
- 24:40Speaker 1: Well, at least tells me that Jamie Foxx and Diddy aren't on good terms.
- 24:44Speaker 1: Why aren't they on good terms?
- 24:45Speaker 1: We haven't heard an explanation for that.
- 24:48Speaker 1: They were once cool, now they're not.
- 24:51Speaker 1: What happened?
- 24:54Speaker 1: Haven't heard an explanation for that.
- 24:55Speaker 1: They were once cool, now they're not.
- 24:56Speaker 1: What happened?
- 24:57Speaker 1: Now?
- 24:57Speaker 1: The rumor is that jamie foxx was supposed was recording and at one point or something, and diddy at a diddy I don't know if it was a diddy party, but it had something and Diddy at a Diddy I don't know if it was a Diddy party, but it had something to do with Diddy.
- 25:15Speaker 1: He was recording and Diddy demanded that he stop or something, and he continued to record.
- 25:24Speaker 1: Now this rumor has two possible endings that people have been alleging.
- 25:30Speaker 1: One, saysdy's security beat Jamie Foxx up so bad they put him in the hospital?
- 25:38Speaker 1: I don't know.
- 25:42Speaker 1: But the other ending to this rumor is that Jamie Foxx was slipped a quote unquote pill which could cause pneumonia and death.
- 26:03Speaker 1: And if you've been following my podcast or just following the Internet in general or news, you'll know that Kim Porter, which is Diddy's ex-girlfriend, mother to his children.
- 26:20Speaker 1: She passed away from a mysterious pneumonia and she was getting ready, as she was beginning, to come out with a book that will reveal a lot of Diddy's dark secrets also, I'll be sure, which is.
- 26:42Speaker 1: This is complicated, but this is, I'll be sure, is Kim Porter's first or well, I want to say first, but kim porter's boyfriend before diddy.
- 26:52Speaker 1: They had, I'll be sure, and kim porter have a child together and I always get their names mixed up, but I believe it's quincy.
- 27:01Speaker 1: Quincy is, I'll be sure, son, but quincy calls diddy daddy and considers him more, considers him a dad.
- 27:12Speaker 1: So that whole thing, I'll probably dive into that in another episode because it's kind of complicated, but the bottom line I say all that to say that the mysterious pneumonia has really got my spidey senses tingling, what y'all think.
- 27:42Speaker 1: I'm not 100% sure about the Jamie Foxx situation, but I'm pretty good at reading tea leaves and most of the people who follow me are pretty good as well.
- 27:59Speaker 1: We probably we kind of all kind of are cut from the same cloth, which is why I love you guys, um, and which is why I just put the facts out.
- 28:08Speaker 1: I give you my opinion, but I try to be as fair as I can about the facts, because I like you guys' opinions and I like to read and see some of your thoughts.
- 28:18Speaker 1: So we're going to dive into the next episode.
- 28:28Speaker 1: We're going to dive into where this started, not in the next episode, but, sorry, let me rephrase that as soon as I can get a break where there's no real current news that I need to be covering on the Diddy situation.
- 28:42Speaker 1: I'm going to dive into where this started, and it wasn't just, it was before Cassie.
- 28:49Speaker 1: Everybody knows that Cassie really got the ball rolling and shout out to her for being a strong woman and being strong enough to stand up to the.
- 28:59Speaker 1: Dittler, aka Mohawk Diddy, aka surviving Diddy, kelly and if you're not familiar with those nicknames, check out my social media flow daddy, flow on all platforms and get caught up.
- 29:11Speaker 1: But definitely, definitely, definitely need to pay attention to what's going on.
- 29:27Speaker 1: So I will dive into the start of this and let you guys know where this started from.
- 29:32Speaker 1: And it wasn't just.
- 29:33Speaker 1: It was before Cassie, and I'm going to just give you a hint.
- 29:37Speaker 1: A lot of people know, but they don't know how to break it down.
- 29:42Speaker 1: It's that liquor company that Diddy went at odds with.
- 29:44Speaker 1: That's it.
- 29:47Speaker 1: I will see y'all tomorrow On the flow show no filter.
- 29:51Speaker 1: I will see y'all tomorrow on the Flow Show no Filter.
- 29:56Speaker 1: I'm out.
