- 0:00We are 120 times stronger and yet we're in month 6 of what was
- 0:04supposed to be a four day, 96 hour air campaign.
- 0:07If they control the straight, they can restrict the critical
- 0:10flow of oil coming out of the straight.
- 0:12It forces everyone to use the dollar as the world reserve
- 0:15currency. You have no idea what's coming.
- 0:21So, Pete, without further ado, let's let's get into this.
- 0:24This is a topic that everybody knows about.
- 0:27It's a topic that I wouldn't say consumes our life, but I think
- 0:31it's a topic that no matter what news channel you watch, they
- 0:34have a spin on it, some different than others.
- 0:37But here's the one thing. The news in my opinion, is just
- 0:41giving us reports on a daily basis as to what's transpiring.
- 0:45And that I, you know, the last couple days or where we're
- 0:48potentially headed, nobody has even attempted in the places
- 0:52that I gather my news to break it down the way you started
- 0:56breaking it down for me and the way we're going to do today.
- 0:58Sure. Well, well, with respect to the
- 1:00media, they don't look at scenarios systemically, and so
- 1:05they're looking at every episode in isolation.
- 1:10And it precludes people from being able to get a
- 1:14understanding of what actually is taking place because the
- 1:18circumstances are much more complex.
- 1:21And in a complex system, you're going to have what's referred to
- 1:25as emergent behaviors. So are they trying to just
- 1:28simplify it because the average American doesn't have the
- 1:31attention span to sit down and long form break it down like
- 1:35we're going to? Well, yeah, at some level, yes,
- 1:39there is an effort to try to perhaps dumb things down a
- 1:44little bit. I mean, as an aside, you have to
- 1:47understand 50% of the people in the United States read with a
- 1:50sixth level comprehension, 6th level, 6th grade level
- 1:52comprehension. Really. 50%, Yeah.
- 1:55Wow, I think I'm in that. Person and so do you have an
- 1:59effort to obviously be able to boil it down to be disseminated
- 2:04to a wider spectrum of individuals?
- 2:07Also, quite frankly, a lot of people don't understand the way
- 2:13the American economy is structured.
- 2:17And if you don't understand the US sovereign debt market, you're
- 2:21not going to be able to discern what exactly is taking place.
- 2:25And for your audience, like this isn't me speaking now from
- 2:28hindsight, because in January, there was another.
- 2:33The Iranian operation is 1 of A4 front strategy that's currently
- 2:36being being put in place by the American government.
- 2:39In January, there was an earlier operation.
- 2:41That's when they went and they knocked off the leader of
- 2:43Venezuela. That was Was that the first
- 2:45step? No.
- 2:45No, that was the second one. But with respect to the
- 2:48Venezuelan operation, that was a decapitation strike, the one in
- 2:51Iran that was a decapitation strike.
- 2:54These are removing the leader. Decapitation doesn't mean an
- 2:57alive. Doesn't mean cutting her head
- 2:58off. It means removing the leadership
- 3:01so that we can install a sock puppet.
- 3:05And so that operation worked in Venezuela.
- 3:07It's failed in Iran. Everybody knows we invaded
- 3:10Venezuela. Sure.
- 3:12And Trump chalked it up to the leader was this big drug person
- 3:18and they were bombing all these drug boats that were coming off
- 3:20the coast and what have you, when realistically he didn't
- 3:24have anything to do with that at all.
- 3:26And he's also using that same template.
- 3:30He's trying to, if I hear what you're saying, he's trying to
- 3:33implement that very same political decapitation like you
- 3:36said and and Iran. Just for the audience understand
- 3:40like I went on a numerous like law enforcement and military
- 3:43theme related podcast after the operation in Venezuela.
- 3:46And I said then in January is especially what we're saying
- 3:50now, like the actions by the US government, once you understand
- 3:54the macroeconomic structure of the American economy, it's
- 3:58predictable what they're doing. Which nobody does.
- 4:01The only thing Americans understand is how much gas is
- 4:03for. I mean, if I mean the average
- 4:05guy with his 6th grade reading level only understands that my
- 4:08gas is now almost 5 bucks a gallon.
- 4:10And he doesn't understand the, like you said, the
- 4:12macroeconomics of our country. I don't know that I understand
- 4:16it. I don't know that very many
- 4:17people do. And that's what the root of all
- 4:19of this is. Yes, at its very core, the
- 4:22United States government, our system is at a very fragile
- 4:26point. And so not the Aegis, but when I
- 4:32was growing up, one of my favorite movies was Star Wars.
- 4:34Yeah. And the Empire built the Death
- 4:36Star, and it was the most powerful weapon in the universe.
- 4:40But there was 1 vulnerability that if you understand the
- 4:45structure of that, in that particular case, the Death Star,
- 4:48you could destroy it. Well, we have that same
- 4:51vulnerability, and that's the sovereign debt market.
- 4:54That's our Achilles heel. Are are so you're saying as a
- 4:58country? As a country, we are.
- 5:00Subject. The Solver, The Sovereign debt.
- 5:02Yes. And most people probably
- 5:04watching this Pete have no idea what that is.
- 5:07That's why we are now in month 6 of what was supposed to be a
- 5:11four day, 96 hour air campaign in Iran, because they have
- 5:17threatened our economy by attacking the sovereign debt
- 5:19market. And but the tool they're using
- 5:21is the Strait of Hormuz. If they control the Strait, they
- 5:24can restrict the critical flow of oil coming out of the
- 5:27straight. Well, if you restrict the
- 5:30straights oil now, you're going to undermine the American GDP.
- 5:35You're going to cause mass inflation.
- 5:37You're going to set up a whole series of negative consequences.
- 5:39Cascades. Well, the same tool that Iran is
- 5:43using today, and they've got three of them.
- 5:45They haven't played the other two cards.
- 5:46We'll discuss that in a little bit.
- 5:47Really. Oh, yeah.
- 5:48They're softballing still. Hold on.
- 5:50So here we think and we're told, let me just see if I get this
- 5:53right. Correct me if I'm wrong, but the
- 5:55average American will just say me, the average dude that rolls
- 5:59around here, we're thinking we got him down.
- 6:02They're they're almost out. You know, they're, they're,
- 6:05they're, they're, I think today Trump said that their inflation
- 6:08was 3000% and they're just they're, they're, they're in
- 6:12dire straits. They're almost done.
- 6:15That's not the case. Well, that's true, but you're
- 6:19evaluating metrics that are irrelevant.
- 6:21See, the problem that we have, and at its core, this is a
- 6:25fundamental problem that's been going on now for decades, is
- 6:28that in the US, we perceive the best and the brightest being
- 6:33guys that are generally men who advise the president, and they
- 6:36have essentially the same pedigree.
- 6:39Harvard MBA, Yale Law School, advanced degrees in public
- 6:43policy from Stanford, from Georgetown.
- 6:46These are all very intelligent men, high Iqs, highly educated.
- 6:53They'll take all those men, take any of them, put them in a knife
- 6:57fight in the back alley in Guadalajara.
- 7:00That Yale Law degree doesn't mean a damn thing in a knife
- 7:02fight. But when you find yourself in a
- 7:06circumstance with the man, a functionally illiterate Mexican
- 7:08who's been knife fighting since he was 14, you don't talk to the
- 7:14guy with the Harvard NBA. He can't anticipate how that
- 7:17man's going to react. It's just an entirely different
- 7:21mindset. And so the problem that we find
- 7:25ourselves in is that the president, and I'm not trying to
- 7:27absolve Trump of any responsibility, he's the
- 7:29president, He makes the call. But the quality of a leader's
- 7:33decision making is influenced by the quality of the advice he
- 7:37received. And if he's receiving advice
- 7:40from individuals who are not competent to provide that
- 7:43advice, then the decision is going to be flawed.
- 7:47And we end up in a circumstance that we're in now.
- 7:50We spend a trillion dollars a year on our military.
- 7:54Iran spends 8 billion. They spend less than 1% on their
- 8:01military, then we do. We are 120 times stronger.
- 8:07And yet we're in month 6 of what was supposed to be a four day,
- 8:1096 hour air campaign. Why?
- 8:14Because our president. And again, while I'm not some
- 8:18Republican and I'm not a Trump apologist, the fact that the
- 8:20matter remains is he's our president.
- 8:22I We can't afford to lose this war.
- 8:25Regardless of who's. Who's in charge?
- 8:27Our economy is destroyed, and it will be a catastrophe for the
- 8:33United States on a magnitude we have never experienced before.
- 8:36It will destroy our standard of living.
- 8:37So hold on. If we lose.
- 8:40If we lose, yes, it's going to catastrophically affect us more
- 8:46than anything we've ever seen, more than the depression of the
- 8:5030. It will launch a depression.
- 8:522024 was the first time in U.S. history that the amount of money
- 8:56the government spent on national paying off the national on the
- 9:00interest on the national debt exceeded the amount of money we
- 9:03spent on the military. That was at the beginning of the
- 9:06shit show. That is one of the contributing
- 9:08factors because when the administration came into office
- 9:10in January 25, they had a plan and these are the circumstances
- 9:14they had to contend with. They had for the first time debt
- 9:18service exceeding national military expenditures.
- 9:21On top of that, you had eight to $10 trillion worth of debt that
- 9:24had to be rolled over. Well, those five year bonds that
- 9:30are getting rolled over when they were initially served, when
- 9:34they were initially issued, interest rates back in the
- 9:36middle of the pandemic were 0 or 0.5%.
- 9:40It's very small. Well, now interest rates are at
- 9:434%. Well, you can't, we cannot
- 9:46afford to issue long term bonds at a high interest rate when
- 9:52your national debt is $40 trillion.
- 9:57So we had to do several things at one time.
- 10:00The US government issues bonds to pay for the services and the
- 10:06operations of the US government. And so this year, for instance,
- 10:10we're going to run a $2 trillion deficit.
- 10:13The government is spending 7 trillion, but they're only
- 10:16taking in 5 trillion in tax receipts, so they have to cover
- 10:20that differential to those 2 trillion, so they have to issue
- 10:24bonds. Those are the bonds they sell to
- 10:26other. Countries, anybody?
- 10:28There's a lot of domestic purchases, but a lot of foreign
- 10:30purchases also. And so now the people that buy
- 10:34our, so it's on our, it is in our interest to incentivize
- 10:38other countries to buy our bonds because there's a lot of demand.
- 10:41We're going to be able to have smaller interest rate.
- 10:45So we're going to be able to export our inflation, get low
- 10:48financing. We have our standard of living
- 10:50because of dollar hegemony, because the dollar is the world
- 10:52reserve currency. It's called dollar What?
- 10:54Hegemony, dollar hegemony. Hegemony.
- 10:56Yes, because it's a, we're a hegemonic power, you know, so.
- 10:59That's what our whole economical.
- 11:02It was up until 25. OK, hold on.
- 11:05Well, we are still dollar hegemony.
- 11:07What the up up until 25, it was liberal hegemony where we were
- 11:13part of what we refer to as the rules based international order.
- 11:16We created the rules, therefore it benefited us.
- 11:18So we enforced the rules. We didn't enforce them against
- 11:21ourselves, but we enforced the rules on everybody else.
- 11:25And that pretense has gone away because for our system to work,
- 11:31people have to buy our debt. Bonds.
- 11:35Sure, our bonds. And so now you have.
- 11:38So we are incentivized to encourage people to come to our
- 11:41markets now, when we were the only game in town.
- 11:45We can afford to be magnanimous. Pretend like we cared.
- 11:50We cared about democracy. We cared about the the women in
- 11:53Iran. We cared about the schoolgirls
- 11:56going to school in Afghanistan. All bullshit.
- 12:01Now that there is an alternative parallel financial architecture
- 12:06being built by China and it's begun siphoning off the demand
- 12:13for our bonds. We got a problem because the US
- 12:18economy is essentially it has the characteristics of what is
- 12:23effectively A Ponzi scheme and in a Ponzi and I did time with
- 12:26guys that ran Ponzi's Ponzi will will collapse unless you
- 12:31constantly have new money coming into the system you constantly
- 12:33have that just the the economic activity is the core.
- 12:37Well, the United States government needs all this money
- 12:40to keep coming into which? Is the bond market.
- 12:42Sure, because up from 1945 to 1971 after World War Two, we had
- 12:47a system called Bretton Woods and that was the US dollar was
- 12:51backed by gold. Right.
- 12:52And then Nixon take us off the gold.
- 12:54Standard and so for the for that time period initially the
- 12:57dollars you've been to Las Vegas, haven't you Yeah OK well
- 13:01I haven't been to Vegas in some time but back when we were
- 13:04younger I used to go to Vegas quite a bit and if you wanted to
- 13:06get casino chips you took your money took it to the cashier
- 13:09dropped off 60 grand and they gave you 60 grand in chips Yep
- 13:13well those chips are legal tender within that resort so if
- 13:19you want to go leave the tables and go buy a suit at the Pachasa
- 13:22Marino Versace store no problem they'll take.
- 13:24It or you want to buy a cheeseburger if your.
- 13:26Girlfriend talks into buying her a tennis bracelet.
- 13:28The jewelry store will take their chips.
- 13:29A Ferrari, they'll take the chips.
- 13:33When you leave that casino, those chips are no longer
- 13:36valuable. They're no longer legal tender.
- 13:40And so you have to go back to the cashier, give them the
- 13:43chips, get back your money. Well, in in the American system,
- 13:47the dollars were the equivalent of the chips.
- 13:50The money was the gold because you can take your money, turn it
- 13:53in for gold. And so we persuaded the world to
- 13:57say, hey, look, we're going to hold the gold and we're going to
- 14:00print the money. We're going to issue the chips.
- 14:04But each of those chips, each of our dollars are going to be
- 14:06backed by gold, and you can turn them in and claim your gold.
- 14:09That's why the dollar was good as gold.
- 14:11I never knew of that. Expression, yes.
- 14:12And so now for the first two decades, nobody called the
- 14:19sonnets. Remember, in the aftermath of
- 14:21World War 2, Europe was destroyed.
- 14:23They needed American financing, American construction companies,
- 14:26and quite frankly, they had the threat of the Soviets coming in.
- 14:29They were operating under a defense architecture created by
- 14:32the United States. And so for the first decade, we
- 14:37were printing money back by gold.
- 14:41About the 40s, fifties into the 60s, things went off the rail
- 14:45with the Vietnam War. And so the US government started
- 14:49printing money that we didn't have the gold to back it.
- 14:54Now, so long as nobody's asked for an audit, you can run this
- 14:58racket. And so it wasn't until I believe
- 15:03it was 1968, and it was the French.
- 15:05We were the ones who called bullshit.
- 15:07Really. Because they're like, you know,
- 15:08you guys are printing an awful lot of money.
- 15:11We don't think you've got enough gold.
- 15:13So in 68. Some late 60s France, France
- 15:16said. You know what?
- 15:17Let us let us audit the gold. And what gave them standing to
- 15:21even, I guess they? Remember their dollars?
- 15:25Oh, that's right, they're buying bonds.
- 15:26Their dollars plus the all their their investment in our bond
- 15:30market is supposed to be backed by the collateral.
- 15:33They're simply saying let's just make sure the collateral is
- 15:35there if. We're going to buy X amount of
- 15:36dollars of US bonds. We're going to know that you
- 15:39have, you're already holding X amount of dollars.
- 15:42You're making these claims. It's not that we don't trust
- 15:45you, it's just we want to verify.
- 15:48Like if you told me there's a couple 100 grand and you're safe
- 15:50and I give you an IOU and I agree to an IOU from you, well,
- 15:55it's based on your representations.
- 15:56The money's in the safe. Well, we can keep doing these
- 15:58transactions and I can keep taking IOU's, but at some point
- 16:00I'm going to say, hey, let's go count the money.
- 16:02And someday you're going to say, Bubba, I need to look at that.
- 16:04I need to seed size. Let's just go make sure
- 16:05everything's on the up and up, and if you don't let me look in
- 16:07the safe, what am I supposed to think?
- 16:09You don't got the money. Exactly.
- 16:12You're not going to think good. Exactly.
- 16:13So that's a. And if I had, if I I didn't have
- 16:15anything and if I didn't have anything to hide, I'd be like
- 16:17Pete here, let me show you well. We've had this conversation, you
- 16:20know, remember during the campaign, Mr. Trump said
- 16:23repeatedly. As soon as I get into offers,
- 16:25we're going to audit the gold held by the United States
- 16:27government. Well, yeah, the Fort Knox he was
- 16:30going. To audit.
- 16:30We haven't had the audit yet. You'll understand why it this is
- 16:33becomes an issue actually, OK, because you've got the Bretton
- 16:36Woods system. The French call bullshit said.
- 16:39Hey, let us go audit the gold. Uncle Sam, of course, says no,
- 16:43no, no, no, no you and order the gold.
- 16:47Take our word for it. And they're like, no, better
- 16:51yet, you know what? Why don't you just take back
- 16:53your dollars and give us the gold?
- 16:57And so now of course. They're.
- 16:59Like, you know, of course we Blake out the old Mona me.
- 17:02We're friends. We helped you.
- 17:03And they're like, yeah, we appreciate what you did in World
- 17:05War 2. And we, we did a great job and
- 17:07we love you guys. We bailed you out.
- 17:09We won our gold. When Hitler was up your ass, we
- 17:12came and helped you. We probably used all that,
- 17:13right? Yeah.
- 17:14So then they we had no now at that point we're the bank or
- 17:18we're the casino if we don't honor the chips.
- 17:21That'd be like you having 10,000 of chips.
- 17:24You go to the cage. And you don't have the money.
- 17:25So what happens at that point? You're.
- 17:27Going to have a Stampede. Everybody's going to run to get
- 17:29their money. And so the French said, you know
- 17:32what, we'll take our money. We had to give them the money.
- 17:35But that is what set in motion a chain of events that culminated
- 17:383 years later or four years later with Nixon.
- 17:41Because once they pulled their money, other countries were
- 17:44like, hey, what's going on? What do they know that we don't
- 17:46know? So when Nixon took us off the
- 17:49gold standard in 72. Yes, August of 71 and he
- 17:52temporarily closed, right? So in 55 years it's still
- 17:55temporarily closed? Why wasn't there a mad Stampede?
- 17:58They didn't have enough gold to cover all of the dollars they
- 18:02had printed. Yes, Uncle Sam was running a
- 18:04massive counterfeiting operation, essentially OR.
- 18:07A Ponzi scheme, as you would say.
- 18:08This wasn't a Ponzi, this was just straight counterfeiting
- 18:10because they have X number of gold and they're just printing
- 18:12extra dollars. Yeah.
- 18:13So at the end of the day, those golds are those dollars are not
- 18:16bought back by anything. Other than the promise that the
- 18:19US government is going to extract that money from the
- 18:23American taxpayers. But the basis of it, the system
- 18:26was that it was backed by gold. There wasn't enough gold.
- 18:28We got caught printing money. Essentially, what we did is
- 18:30defaulted. The government doesn't like to
- 18:33admit that we defaulted, but we defaulted on our debt.
- 18:35So since August of 71, when Nixon took us off the gold
- 18:40standard, basically, we've not been compliant since.
- 18:44That's why when other countries say, well, you know, the US is
- 18:47complaining, you're not following the rules.
- 18:48Like, hey, you defaulted, we'll follow the rules.
- 18:51When you go back to gold, then we can cut our gold from 71.
- 18:55You got off the gold standard. The Nixon administration came up
- 18:57with two very clever solutions to salvage the situation with
- 19:05respect to the dollar. We had to make the dollar the
- 19:11currency that all countries use. And it can't simply be because
- 19:15we're promising to pay you back 'cause we've just gotten caught
- 19:19running a massive counterfeiting operation.
- 19:21And we had defaulted on the debt because we owed everybody that
- 19:24had our dollars gold, and we didn't have the gold to cover.
- 19:28So at that point, our credibility was kind of shot.
- 19:30If you go bankrupt, you're not going to go to bank the next
- 19:32week and get a loan. They're like, hey, hey, pal.
- 19:35Yeah, you're going to. You got longer.
- 19:36Yeah. So we were in a in a, in
- 19:40essentially a jackpot because we'd gotten caught and we didn't
- 19:44have a reason for countries that weren't our vassals.
- 19:49You know, Western Europe were essentially vassal states.
- 19:52But other countries didn't have to play ball.
- 19:55And they had an alternative. They've got countries that were
- 19:57neutral. And you had the Cold War going
- 19:59on. You had the Soviet empire at the
- 20:00time. And so to persuade all countries
- 20:04to. Stay with our dollar.
- 20:05Since it was no longer good as gold.
- 20:07We went and we talked to our allies in the Middle East and
- 20:13said, look, if you guys agree to price all your oil and
- 20:17commodities in dollars, we will protect you.
- 20:22Remember, these are all dictatorships.
- 20:24We call them sheiks. We call them, you know, the, the
- 20:28tribal leader or whatever the Shah like our two big this is
- 20:33what became known as the Petro dollar.
- 20:36And so now if oil is priced in dollars, oil is a critical input
- 20:42that every country needs. So we went to our big ally in
- 20:46the Middle East, Iran, because Iran was our ally.
- 20:49Remember in 1953, the United States government, working with
- 20:52the British, toppled democratically elected leader in
- 20:54Iran. See, we like democracy as long
- 20:56as our our guy wins. So when you say, like you hear
- 20:59people with the administration say we've been at war with Iran
- 21:01since for 47 years, No, they're like, no, no, you started this
- 21:05in 53 when you knocked off our president and put in your
- 21:08dictator, right, your sock puppet, the Shah.
- 21:11In 1979. It was the Iranian people
- 21:14kicking out the American dictator.
- 21:16And then we had to bring the shawl over here on some
- 21:18emergency surgery. Gimmick, right?
- 21:20That was the he was. He was going.
- 21:23To get he was going to get he needed treated, he needed
- 21:25treatment. And that's when they were
- 21:26saying, hey, return him to us, we're going to prosecute him.
- 21:30We didn't want to do it. Then they took our hostage
- 21:32before that back in 73 as long when we had our sock puppet he
- 21:35along with the leadership in Saudi Arabia.
- 21:37You've been there since we put him in place in 53.
- 21:39So then at this point we had our two sock puppets.
- 21:42Essentially, they agreed they're going to price oil only in
- 21:46dollars. So suddenly you were able to
- 21:48have a structural anchor, a dollar had substance oil.
- 21:53Yeah, almost backed by oil. More so than gold it.
- 21:56Is backed by oil. Now, the reason why it's
- 21:58important is because every country has to buy oil.
- 22:02That meant every country had to have dollars.
- 22:08And so when you have dollars, you can do one of two things.
- 22:11You can put them under your mattress, right?
- 22:15Or you can buy into American capital markets.
- 22:19You can invest. Into that buy American
- 22:21Treasuries, or you can put your money into our capital markets,
- 22:24ESP. Dow, NASDAQ don't matter.
- 22:27But you're doing it in American dollar.
- 22:30You're doing it in American dollar and you're investing that
- 22:32money. It's called recycling.
- 22:33So you're taking these money, that money, and you're putting
- 22:35it into the American capital system.
- 22:37So that gives us a tremendous amount of power because we
- 22:39control the plumbing. See, the treasuries are
- 22:42essentially a Ledger. So when South Africa wants to
- 22:44buy oil from Saudi Arabia, it comes from New York because
- 22:50South Africa has the money in U.S.
- 22:51Treasuries and they'll say, hey, we need to transfer 200 million
- 22:54of ours to the Saudi Arabia. Well, there's that's just a big
- 22:56Ledger in New York. So we control the plumbing.
- 23:00You're able to tax everybody, take a little piece of vig get.
- 23:02A little vig. Get a little bit of vig on the
- 23:04action, but more importantly, you're going to force everybody
- 23:07to use dollars. This is where the feds like
- 23:09Which? Strengthens the US dollar, which
- 23:11now the dollar is backed. It forces everyone to use the
- 23:14dollar as the world reserve currency.
- 23:17And now to make sure that they take those dollars and not in
- 23:20put them under the mattress, the Fed and the US government
- 23:23deliberately introduce inflation because by inflating the
- 23:28currency, the money that's being held in Nigeria or South Africa
- 23:33or in Brazil, those dollars are going to lose purchasing power.
- 23:37So if you have and the target is 2%.
- 23:40Is that what the US target is? Target is, Yeah.
- 23:42Is that when everything's running smoothly?
- 23:43Is. Sure.
- 23:44Yeah. We haven't hit that number in
- 23:46years. Yeah, when?
- 23:47When was the last time? It's been, it's been years.
- 23:50You say years to me. I'm talking at least 5 or 6
- 23:53years, OK. And they've essentially just
- 23:56given up. What do we have currently?
- 23:59Right, well over 3. Well over 3.
- 24:02The Sweet Spots 2. Two, that because with the this
- 24:05is what they call price stability.
- 24:07So if you have 2% inflation every year that the countries
- 24:10that are holding the money are losing 2% of purchasing power
- 24:14every year. So now they're saying, you know
- 24:16what, well, I'm just my money sitting under the safe or under
- 24:18the mattress is going to lose value.
- 24:20Let's just go buy American bonds because we're going to get 4%
- 24:22from the Americans. That'll offset the 2% inflation
- 24:26and you're making a little bit of money.
- 24:27We're still up, too. Because of the oil, they're
- 24:29forced to hold dollars, and because of the inflation,
- 24:31they're incentivized to put the money into our markets.
- 24:35See, people have no idea how the shell game runs.
- 24:38Yeah, I mean, maybe some, maybe some people do, but I didn't.
- 24:41It's a beautiful racket. It is.
- 24:44It's a, it's a straight racket. Yeah, yeah, it's, it's the.
- 24:46And they're all in on it, aren't they, Pete?
- 24:48I mean, everyone, every president has to be.
- 24:50I mean, whether you're Republican or Democrat, you've.
- 24:52Got to play that game, the basis of American power.
- 24:54This is the basis of our existence.
- 24:55This is the basis of our power because now we can control the
- 25:01flow of the money. We can put sanctions on
- 25:03countries, we can confiscate their assets.
- 25:07We confiscated Iran's assets, we confiscated Venezuela's assets,
- 25:10we confiscated Russia's assets because we're holding all the
- 25:13money. So you now have power and
- 25:18insight into everyone's business because you know where all the
- 25:21money's going because you have the books.
- 25:23So it's just. You're like you said, you're the
- 25:25Ledger. You're the Ledger.
- 25:27That was the solution that Nixon came up with back in with oil
- 25:30after we got off the gold standard and create this
- 25:33mechanism where everybody's incentivized to put the money in
- 25:35bonds. Long as there's no competition,
- 25:39we're good. They have no alternative but to
- 25:43take their money and put in the American capital markets.
- 25:48Now, from 1973 to today, from 1973 up until where things
- 25:57started going off the rails, was Mr. Obama.
- 26:00But the other important part of it is not only did they come up
- 26:03with this Petro dollar scheme, but the Nixon administration
- 26:06also had their famous move where they opened up their
- 26:08relationships with China. That's right, Nixon was.
- 26:13The one who went to China. When the the one of the few at
- 26:15that time 1st to go to to go to China. 1st that's what
- 26:18established the relationship with China and we ultimately
- 26:21kicked the Chinese that are living in Taiwan to the curb and
- 26:25formalized the relationship with the Chinese living in Beijing.
- 26:28They viewed China as the manufacturing hub of the world.
- 26:33You had in a poor country with a lot of workers, a.
- 26:36Lot of Labor. Because when you're the United
- 26:39States and you're the world reserve currency, our biggest
- 26:41export is dollars. We have to have a reason to
- 26:44supply everybody with dollars because they have to use our
- 26:47dollars. We're just not going to send
- 26:49money to South Africa or Nigeria or Brazil or Norway.
- 26:53So we have an extraordinary privilege in that we print
- 26:57money, our paper, our casino chips and other people give us
- 27:02real stuff. For our paper, For our
- 27:06worthless. Paper and so we're doing
- 27:09business with OK, what do you have?
- 27:11Brazil, OK, we're going to buy this, this, this, this.
- 27:14Take our paper. South Africa, take our paper.
- 27:17Well, if you're going to have the world reserve currency, you
- 27:20can't be the world largest manufacturing company.
- 27:24You have country, you have to move that offshore.
- 27:26Because you have to have something to spend to.
- 27:28Spend our papers on. You have to have some.
- 27:31Yeah, you have to have something to show for your paper, a
- 27:34tangible product. Because now we're going to
- 27:37profit, we're going to benefit. What do you have?
- 27:38You have natural resources, OK. We'll trade our paper for your
- 27:40natural resources or for our manufacturing goods?
- 27:44For your manufacturing goods. For our paper.
- 27:45We'll sell you services. We'll handle the banking.
- 27:48We'll handle the legal. We'll handle the accounting.
- 27:50You guys make the T-shirts. You guys make the shoes.
- 27:52You guys make the laptops in the.
- 27:53Cars. Well.
- 27:54What started out as a great idea in the 70s is kind of gone off
- 27:57the rails now. Well, the it's going off the
- 28:00rails now, the stronger China. Yeah, because they moved up the
- 28:04value chain. It now, Pete, would it be safe
- 28:07to say to get off a little bit of the of the beaten path?
- 28:09Would it be safe to say that China did it right and we fucked
- 28:14it up with regards to who is really in the driver's seat and
- 28:20our financial instability? And just like you said, we're on
- 28:25the verge of of it collapsing. It's just a profound
- 28:28miscalculation. It's not that somebody was right
- 28:32or someone was wrong. It's the system worked the way
- 28:34it was supposed to work. Unfortunately, they didn't
- 28:39anticipate the fragile nature of the system as it grew and grew
- 28:46and grew. Part of the problem that we have
- 28:47with respect to Iran is, again, going back to the presidential
- 28:49advisors. You heard men saying they're
- 28:52making a calculation that they wouldn't dare do something
- 28:56because we're so big or we're so strong.
- 28:58They wouldn't retaliate. They wouldn't attack our bases
- 29:00in the Gulf. They wouldn't attack our allies.
- 29:07They wouldn't dare take the Strait of Hormuz.
- 29:10Well, this is an X. They're in a fight for their
- 29:12life. That's an existential
- 29:14circumstance. You put them with their back up
- 29:18against the wall. So when you put your adversary,
- 29:21who's in an existential conflict with their back up against the
- 29:24wall, they have nothing left to lose.
- 29:27And what you said earlier amazes me.
- 29:29Maybe we'll get down that path right now or not.
- 29:31But you you said they have like 3.
- 29:34It's a 3 part series. Oh yeah, they're.
- 29:36Only they've only lost one. Part of the miscalculation is
- 29:39our advisors. And again, not trying to absolve
- 29:42Trump, but I don't believe for a moment, and there's been no
- 29:45reporting other than JD Vance said don't do it.
- 29:48He's the only one who said flat out do not do this.
- 29:51Well, I, I didn't know that, yes.
- 29:53So JD Vance went on record and said do not.
- 29:55Do not do. That we did.
- 29:57Yes, it's, you know, behind closed doors, but it's been
- 29:59reported heavily and most recently in a famous book.
- 30:01Real Sure, JD Vance is the only one with the lick of sense with
- 30:04respect to this situation, these type of situations.
- 30:08If it's a debate about monetary policy at the Fed, listen to the
- 30:10guy with an economics degree from Harvard.
- 30:13Or if you need to have the proper interpretation of the
- 30:15equal protection clause at a 14th Amendment, listen to the
- 30:17guy with a Yale law degree knife fighting in the back alley in
- 30:20Guadalajara. Don't listen to those men, not
- 30:23those guys. The problem we have is men of
- 30:25that nature, they believe that strength and size, reputation
- 30:32and power or reputation intimidate other men.
- 30:36But what they're doing is they're projecting their
- 30:38insecurities and their weakness because men, particularly men
- 30:43with balls, they don't give a shit how what your size is.
- 30:47And so our problem is we have people advising our president
- 30:51that they wouldn't dare do this, that or the other, not realizing
- 30:55it's an existential conflict with an adversary who has
- 31:00nothing left to lose. And here in the United States,
- 31:04we have what is perceived as the best and the brightest being IE
- 31:08Yale Law, Harvard MBA, the men surrounding our president today,
- 31:12and every other president going back decades.
- 31:15All the cabinet members. Iran, like China, are
- 31:20engineering societies. We think Iran is crazy mullahs
- 31:25and, you know, crazy Muslims doing whatever the hell they're
- 31:27doing. No, they produce engineers.
- 31:31China produces engineers. China produces in one year more
- 31:35engineers than the United States produces in over a decade.
- 31:39Hold on. So in one year, China produces
- 31:42more engineers than we do in 10. In over 10.
- 31:46Wow. Their president, Xi Jinping,
- 31:49he's an engineer. 80% of the Politburo are engineers.
- 31:54Engineers do not think in legalistic terms.
- 32:01Our leaders are being advised by men who are essentially
- 32:05reductionist, which are lawyers. They're going to simplify things
- 32:09to get a grab understanding of the facts and then they confuse
- 32:13things. When the company gets caught
- 32:16dumping toxic chemicals into the local river, the attorney
- 32:20representing them doesn't go into court and tell the truth.
- 32:22He's got a camouflage. He's got to create smoke
- 32:24screens. He's got to distract.
- 32:25He's a musician. Look over here.
- 32:26Don't look over here. And.
- 32:29That's what lawyers. Do What do lawyers do when the
- 32:31congressman gets caught in a hotel room with the, you know,
- 32:33duffel bag of cash, some hookers and a blow and some blow?
- 32:36He goes to rehab. He know he goes to the attorney
- 32:38and the attorney he's like, oh, no, pay attention over here.
- 32:40Don't know, you know that's. And that's who we're being ran
- 32:43by. That's the kind of mentality
- 32:45that we have. We look at it as a chess board.
- 32:50Can we take pieces? Can we form alliances?
- 32:54Engineers don't look at that. They look at it like a circuit
- 32:56board. So what transistor can they
- 33:00remove to collapse the entire structure?
- 33:03It's called a single point of failure.
- 33:06If you could identify a single point of failure, you can
- 33:10cripple your adversary. It don't matter how big he is.
- 33:15So in Iran, in anticipation of this war, remember, they've been
- 33:18preparing for this war for 24 years.
- 33:20Hold on, go ahead and say and and break that down a little
- 33:24bit. The average person doesn't know
- 33:25that. On 9/11, we were attacked by the
- 33:29radical aspect of the Sunni side of Muslims, of Islam.
- 33:35Not all, not not all Sunnis, of course, are part of this, but
- 33:38the more radical ones, that's where they came from.
- 33:41Those are Iran's enemies. So after 911, Iran helped us.
- 33:45For that first year, it was in their interest to crush the Al
- 33:52Qaeda guys because they pose a threat to them, you know, the
- 33:55enemy of my enemy concept. Well, a year after they were
- 33:59helping, Bush gave his speech where he lumped them into the
- 34:02axis of evil. Like, what are you talking
- 34:04about? We had nothing to do with that
- 34:05fucking shit in New York. We're actually helping you.
- 34:09Well, in O2, they get lumped into the axis of evil.
- 34:14Six months later, we invade Iraq.
- 34:16And so they were you know, we were able to topple the regime
- 34:19and six weeks well, at that point, the Iranian leadership
- 34:27knew that if the United States chose to go into Iran, they
- 34:32couldn't survive that attack. That's O 302-0303 because we
- 34:37invaded Iraq in March of O3 and the regime was over with by May
- 34:41because on you know, on May 4th or May 5th something like right
- 34:44so. Iran's saying OK, we see how
- 34:46this works. Out.
- 34:47We see how this works out. So they say bring in the best
- 34:49and the brightest. They don't bring in their
- 34:51lawyers. No, they bring in the engineers.
- 34:53They bring in the engineers. So since O3.
- 34:55They've been preparing for this fight.
- 34:57Really. Yes, nobody knows that.
- 34:59That's why the engineers said, OK, well, how do we negate their
- 35:02power? We have every technological
- 35:05advantage. Remember these They spend less
- 35:07than 1% of what we spend. Well, like they say, you know,
- 35:10they'll have a $30,000 drone and we have to blow off a $1 million
- 35:17missile. Those are 4 to 6,000,000 every
- 35:19interceptor. Yeah.
- 35:19So 4 to $6 million missiles to blow up their 30,000.
- 35:23Dollar Drone. The math ain't math in it.
- 35:24That's happening, isn't it? I mean, that's part of why
- 35:27we're. In trouble because they have
- 35:29engineers and they said how do we negate the American
- 35:31advantage? Well, United States spent two
- 35:35decades and two to $3 trillion fighting illiterate goat herders
- 35:40in Afghanistan. Two or three trillion in 10
- 35:43years. In 20 years.
- 35:44In 20 years. So when we invade our
- 35:46Afghanistan, the flag of a litter, goat herders flying over
- 35:48a flagpole in that should a whole country.
- 35:50We spent two decades there, 2 to $3 trillion, and we didn't lose
- 35:54a battle yet we lost the war. I was getting ready to say and
- 35:56we didn't win that mother. Because today the flag of a
- 35:58litter, gold herders still flying over a flagpole in that
- 36:00should a whole country how do they beat us?
- 36:04Train. Because they were able to fight
- 36:07in their mountains. So the engineers are saying,
- 36:12hmm, the illiterate goat herders in Afghanistan were able to
- 36:15defeat the Americans by fighting in their mountains.
- 36:18Because the mountains negate our technological advantage.
- 36:22Like I said, one of my best friends was served 2 combat
- 36:25tours in Afghanistan. Numerous special forces LED air
- 36:27assaults. He said they were dropping into
- 36:29ambushes all the time. I'm like, how's this possible?
- 36:35Like we have spy satellites in space that can read a license
- 36:40plate on the four O 5 freeway in LA.
- 36:43How are you not picking up where these guys are at?
- 36:45We have drones that are constant surveillance.
- 36:49I'm like when they're moving their equipment, are you not in
- 36:52our drones where he have thermal heat imaging capabilities?
- 36:57I'm like, how are you not picking up the heat signatures
- 36:58when they're moving their equipment?
- 37:00Like you got to pick up the fucking trucks or something.
- 37:02He's like, no, bro, when rubbing the mountains, they don't use
- 37:04vehicles, they use donkeys. The most powerful military in
- 37:10the history of the world spent two decades and two to $3
- 37:13trillion fighting illiterate gold herders armed with AK40
- 37:17sevens and donkeys, and we couldn't win and.
- 37:23We got our ass kicked. We didn't lose a battle.
- 37:26We lost the war. Why not?
- 37:28Because of the military. Because the people that create
- 37:30the policies to give the president their options went to
- 37:33Harvard Law School. We lost so badly, Pete.
- 37:36Didn't we have to leave? Didn't we leave almost all of
- 37:38our military? Shit over.
- 37:39Yeah, that was a debacle. Mean like.
- 37:41Yeah, that was just a debacle on every on every level.
- 37:42But the point being is you don't look at it from the result.
- 37:45You look at it what they were planning on the front end.
- 37:47So when your adversary is analyzing, well, they were able
- 37:51to win. Why?
- 37:52Because they fought in the mountains.
- 37:54Last year, the American government got into a military
- 37:58action against the Houthis in Yemen.
- 38:00Function. These are illiterate goat
- 38:02herders. Well, we were going to show them
- 38:04because the guys that go to Harvard and Yale seem to think
- 38:07that people are intimidated by size.
- 38:08So we flew a couple of aircraft carrier battle groups into the
- 38:10Red Sea. Were the Houthis frayed?
- 38:14Were they scared? No.
- 38:15You know what they started doing?
- 38:16Shooting missiles at our boats. The damn near sink.
- 38:20One of our $13 billion carriers. Now, why couldn't we defeat the
- 38:26Houthis riding in our mountains? Illiterate go herders in Yemen,
- 38:32illiterate gold herders in Afghanistan Neutralize the
- 38:37technological superiority by capitalizing on their terrain.
- 38:43The first full year to Sinaloa Cartel's existence as a
- 38:45standalone entity was 1990. For 35 years, the American
- 38:52government has targeted this collection of organizations led
- 38:55by functionally illiterate men with 3rd, 4th, and 5th grade
- 38:57educations. U.S. government has spent
- 39:00hundreds of billions of dollars over the course of the past
- 39:02three decades targeting these functionally illiterate
- 39:06Mexicans. CIANSAFBIDEA, Homeland Security,
- 39:11you name it. ATF, everybody in their mom. 35
- 39:15years later, the functionally illiterate Mexicans are still
- 39:19here. Why?
- 39:22They're fighting in their mountains.
- 39:26Illiterate goat herder in Afghanistan, illiterate goat
- 39:28herder in Yemen, functionally illiterate Mexican.
- 39:31It don't matter if they're fighting in their mountains,
- 39:35they have the advantage. Iran is a mountainous country.
- 39:39Very. And so when they called in the
- 39:42engineers, they said, how do we negate their advantage?
- 39:45This is what they referred to as the Mosaic strategy, and they
- 39:47built it over the course of the last two decades.
- 39:50But they started studying what we have to take advantage are
- 39:53geography. Since Saddam's regime fell, when
- 39:57they took out the leadership in Iran, they created what's called
- 40:00the Mosaic defense, where they broke up the country into 3331
- 40:03different provinces and each of the military commanders for
- 40:06those province have their set orders.
- 40:08They operate independent, so in the event of a leadership
- 40:14strike. And it's already all pre planned
- 40:17in the event of a decapitation strike like happened that
- 40:19actually happened where you take out the the leadership if you
- 40:22know and you're on took out the supreme leader took out a lot of
- 40:25the top brass at their military. They already have a pre plan.
- 40:28So like on every odd day, you know, province 1691532 fire your
- 40:34missiles at these targets every even day, alternate ones on
- 40:38every Prime day 13571113, you guys fire, you just change it
- 40:42up. Boom boom boom, boom boom boom.
- 40:44It's just all on operation so you can't decapitate the
- 40:47government now. Right if you do.
- 40:49It doesn't matter. They insulated their ability to
- 40:51survive a decapitation strike. Here's.
- 40:53The thing Pete, we miscalculated all of that.
- 40:55Because we have lawyers, See, the boys from Harvard Law and
- 40:59Yale Law aren't smart enough to outsmart the Iranian engineers
- 41:03any more than they were with the Chinese engineers.
- 41:05And we're going to get to that in a minute.
- 41:08And so when he said, hey, how are we going to defend?
- 41:10First of all, just take advantage of her geography.
- 41:14Secondly, break up the leadership structure into 31
- 41:18independent operators themselves.
- 41:19It's essentially the Sinaloa Cartel model.
- 41:21He's just a standalone entity. There's no leader of the Sinaloa
- 41:25Cartel. Tropical Man was never in charge
- 41:26of anything other than his own organization, which was one of
- 41:294050 or 60 organizations. Which is just a cell at that
- 41:33point. Well, does Iranian government,
- 41:36their military has essentially adopted that same framework.
- 41:40That way if you take off this self that, if province #3 gets
- 41:43knocked off, it doesn't affect anybody else.
- 41:45Providence. Seven and nine are great.
- 41:47They're all everybody's still operating.
- 41:49And still have their people in command.
- 41:50So that way and. They're marching.
- 41:52Geography and the fusion of command.
- 41:56Well, and the fact that we had no idea this shit was happening,
- 42:00meeting, meeting our lawyers and the cabinet members and people
- 42:02that they didn't have any idea, probably.
- 42:05No, they just not that they didn't have any idea is that
- 42:07they underestimated their adversary.
- 42:10Once they create their mountain strategy, the engineers,
- 42:13literally they they built their facilities underground.
- 42:16So there are entire missile building cities underground.
- 42:21We can bomb all we want. Can't get them.
- 42:23Don't know where they're at. No, no, no, no, no.
- 42:25They're hidden, but they're they're structures that can
- 42:28withstand artillery or in the bombings.
- 42:32And we can't see them. And so then you have drone
- 42:35building facilities, missile building facilities, The missile
- 42:38launchers are built into the mountain.
- 42:40Like literally all of a sudden the mountain will open up, put
- 42:43the missile out, close it. And you've got tons of these
- 42:46because a lot of them are firing decoys.
- 42:50And so now it's you have this enormous mountainous terrain,
- 42:54concealed missile launchers, concealed drone launch sites,
- 42:58everything's subterranean. Now, the reason why this is
- 43:02important is because the US government has such an expensive
- 43:05military. Like if you mentioned earlier,
- 43:07our interceptors are what's called the PAC Threes, the
- 43:09Patriots. They cost 4 to $6 million an
- 43:11interceptor. And when there's an incoming
- 43:14missile, you got to shoot two or three of them per missile.
- 43:19So when this thing started, for those first few weeks, you hear
- 43:23people like at the beginning, Iran was sending 1000 missiles a
- 43:26day. Look how many they dropped off.
- 43:27What they were doing was clearing the Armory from the
- 43:301980s and 1990s stock. They sent all their garbage.
- 43:35We're squandering our four to $6 million interceptors, knocking
- 43:38down rockets from 1992. They tricked us into using up
- 43:43our weaponry. For real, of course.
- 43:46For real. That's why they were firing 1000
- 43:48rockets a day. Send out the 1990s.
- 43:50I forgot the stuff from 91. Yeah, because the new 20.
- 43:52They haven't used the hypersonics yet.
- 43:54They got what? They've got the Rushniks from
- 43:56Russia. We haven't seen the serious
- 43:59stuff yet. We haven't.
- 44:00No. No, no, no, no, no, no, no, no,
- 44:03no, for real. The Iranian engineers put
- 44:06together this plan. We have not seen their
- 44:09hypersonic missiles. They have 2nd and 3rd and 4th
- 44:12generations. Their junk.
- 44:13They use their junk. To get all of our good shit.
- 44:17To get our good shit to get popped off.
- 44:19Then they came in and just started destroying all our
- 44:20bases. Boom, boom, boom, boom.
- 44:23And so as you can see from the image, all those little red
- 44:25spots indicated all the bases that we had that we believed
- 44:30were containing Iran. Well, this is the mindset of the
- 44:36individual who believes that size is intimidation.
- 44:40In reality we gave them targets because their missiles can't hit
- 44:45us, but by putting the bases near them now they can destroy
- 44:49us. Now they have a target.
- 44:51Now they have targets, and so they send up all their 1990s era
- 44:55rockets to get us to fire off our expensive interceptors.
- 44:59And then now that's just free clear, just unobstructed shots.
- 45:02Boom boom. In your estimation, Pete, what
- 45:05do they got left? They have their most powerful
- 45:09missiles that they haven't used. They haven't used their
- 45:13hypersonics yet, and keep in mind they're building around the
- 45:15clock. OK, they they they're all hands.
- 45:17On deck, they're all hands. On deck, it's a full remember
- 45:20because each one of the provinces has their own missile
- 45:22cities. So probably since now, do you
- 45:26think they started kind of gearing up?
- 45:28When, when, when we fucked with Venezuela?
- 45:31Do you think that they knew? They were next.
- 45:33They they they've had. Remember, they've had since at
- 45:37least from the time that Trump tore up the agreement that Obama
- 45:40entered into with Iran back in 18 with respect to the nuclear
- 45:43program, they've been ready for, I mean, even preparing.
- 45:46But at from that point forward, they knew something was coming.
- 45:49Like as we speak today and as this as this podcast drops,
- 45:54they're making bombs. They have.
- 45:55Continuously been making missiles because another
- 45:59miscalculation we made was that our boys, you know, our Harvard
- 46:05men thought we were going to war with Iran.
- 46:08We're not at war with Iran. We're at war with Iran, Russia
- 46:12and China. Maybe start with Venezuela?
- 46:15Well, remember we had the dollar denominated financial order that
- 46:20is now based on the Petro dollar.
- 46:23Our whole, Our whole. Dollar, our whole system is
- 46:25based on the Petro dollar and which creates the mechanism to
- 46:28have the world reserve currency, the world reserve asset.
- 46:31Everything was fine up until realistically the great
- 46:37financial crisis in 2008, because with respect to the GFC,
- 46:41prior to that, there have been numerous other financial crisis
- 46:44throughout the world. We bailed out Mexico in the
- 46:4590's, the Asian Tigers, the Russia situation.
- 46:49There's all these circumstances where whenever these type of
- 46:51events occurred, the US working with the International Monetary
- 46:55Fund or the World Bank, they come in, they're going to give
- 46:58them a cash infusion and we're going to insist upon certain
- 47:01reforms. You're going to change your
- 47:02political leadership. You're going to change the, you
- 47:05know, this structure with respect to your financial
- 47:08industry. You're going to begin to
- 47:11privatize. So, for instance, if you have a
- 47:15national mining company that's responsible for your copper
- 47:17mines, we got to sell that to American interests or to British
- 47:21interests or to our friends in Europe.
- 47:24So we dabbled all throughout the world.
- 47:26Creating these salvage these, these, you know, they
- 47:29essentially they were bailout packages.
- 47:32Well, when we had our blow up, we didn't follow any of those
- 47:36own restrictions. We refused to impose austerity.
- 47:40And so from that point forward, and of course we bailed out the
- 47:44banking system. And bailed out the car
- 47:47manufacturer. And so, well, the that was
- 47:49pennies, it was multiple trillion dollars for the banking
- 47:53system. Was was OAP way worse than
- 47:57people even imagined? I mean with regards to how
- 48:00sketchy and how much of A tipping point it was.
- 48:04Could have been even worse. The free market conservatives
- 48:08that were then claiming to be in power engaged in socialistic
- 48:15practices that make Mum Donnie look like Milton Friedman.
- 48:19Just a complete bailout of the financial system.
- 48:22Trillions of dollars got pumped in.
- 48:23They bailed. They bailed out foreign banks
- 48:27and so they stopped what was going to be a massive
- 48:30catastrophe. It was bad.
- 48:32It'd been a lot worse. And so that put other countries
- 48:38on notice that the people that are responsible for the rules
- 48:42based international order, they don't follow the rules
- 48:46themselves. And if they're going to engage
- 48:51in such fiscally irresponsible practices, why am I going to
- 48:54have them holding my money? So by 2010, 2011, people are
- 48:58like, you know, they're suspect. This is where you started
- 49:02seeing, like, for instance, in the narco world, the money
- 49:05laundering pivoted away from American markets.
- 49:08You had a concerted effort to start moving into real world
- 49:11assets. And so now you had guys buying,
- 49:13you know, beachfront property in Uruguay or eco, luxury eco
- 49:17tourist hotels in Ecuador or with the cartel money.
- 49:21Yeah, upscale boutiques in. Rio prior to that.
- 49:26A lot of the money was just coming into the American market.
- 49:28With all that money printing, you're essentially debasing the
- 49:30dollar, and so you're losing your purchasing power.
- 49:33The rest of the world began watching this massive money
- 49:38printing with debasement of the value of the dollar.
- 49:42That's why you see things are so much more expensive.
- 49:44It's because the more money you keep printing, the less
- 49:46purchasing power your dollar has.
- 49:49It's not that prices are going up, it's just that your dollar
- 49:51is getting that much devalued. Devalued.
- 49:53It's that much weaker. And so in 2012, you had an issue
- 49:58where I believe it was 2012 where Mr. Obama kicked Iran out
- 50:05of the financial system. There's a network called SWIFT,
- 50:10SWIFT, and this, I've heard of it.
- 50:12And this is the net. Like when you when you send
- 50:14money to, sometimes you'll have a swift number.
- 50:16That's right. That's what it is, yeah.
- 50:17And so that's the plumbing. We're all just moving the money.
- 50:21So that's like where you can move money internationally would
- 50:24be a Swift. Or whether it's, again, the
- 50:26South Africans buying oil from Saudi Arabia, where that money
- 50:29is going to that those transactions are going through
- 50:32Swift using our Ledger in New York.
- 50:34And we determine, I guess we probably at that point determine
- 50:37who's in Swift and who's. That's right.
- 50:38So we expelled Iran from the SWIFT system, Which?
- 50:44Why would we? Why did we do that?
- 50:46Because we were trying to create leverage to force them to
- 50:49negotiate on their nuclear program.
- 50:52And they they didn't give. A Well, they ultimately ended up
- 50:54making the agreement with Obama, which several years.
- 50:57Later. What was that now?
- 50:58Now you said Trump ripped up the Obama deal.
- 51:01What was the Obama deal, essentially?
- 51:03The Obama deal was Iran was limited to producing enriching
- 51:08uranium up to the internationally accepted
- 51:12standard. Like every country has the right
- 51:14to enrich up to about 3.7, five, 3.75% purity level.
- 51:20The weapons grade is 90%, so you can keep it at 3.75%.
- 51:25That's for nuclear energy or your power plants.
- 51:28You have a a second section subsection which allows it to go
- 51:31up to 20% for like medical isotopes and so you have to.
- 51:36Declare to hurt people via a bomb.
- 51:37You got to be at. 90%, yeah. So Iran, they signed that deal
- 51:40all day. They're like, OK.
- 51:42And it was a 3.75, but it was under international inspection.
- 51:48So you had actual auditors there to make sure that they stayed at
- 51:51the 3.75. And so.
- 51:55And that worked out for the first three years.
- 51:59And Trump came into office and he said, no, we're going to get
- 52:01a better deal. Why couldn't it be good with
- 52:03that deal? Because there was a sunset
- 52:05provision at the end of 10 years, Iran was going to lose a
- 52:10lot of the restrictions. Like 2020. 2 And so they're
- 52:14saying, hey, look, there's a sunset clause, we're going to
- 52:16get a better deal. So he tears up the Obama deal
- 52:20and apply. He puts in what he calls maximum
- 52:23pressure. And so Obama had already
- 52:26originally kicked them out of Swift.
- 52:29Well, for a country that's normally the equivalent of a
- 52:31death penalty because you're not going to be able to engage in
- 52:35international business. Right.
- 52:37Even I know. Yeah, I mean, like I've wired
- 52:39money abroad and it's SWIFT. It's a SWIFT.
- 52:41That's how I knew about it. So if you don't, as if you get
- 52:45kicked out of the club, so to speak, the money trading club in
- 52:48U.S. Dollars then you aren't part of
- 52:51the cool kids and you can't trade commodities and do various
- 52:54business things that you need to do as a country if you're if
- 52:57you're not a Swifty. Yeah, yeah.
- 52:59So that's, you know, that's what the international sanctions are.
- 53:01And so we like freeze them from using their money.
- 53:04What year are we talking about? Here, I think the swift issue
- 53:06was in 2012, well shortly after that 2013, 2014, China decides
- 53:14we are no longer going to continue buying new money going
- 53:19into essentially American bonds. Like since 2014, there's been
- 53:22like no net investment. And this is really a, a, a very,
- 53:27very, very red letter event in the fact that this is kind of
- 53:32where the shit. 'S yeah, because they started
- 53:34because when Brazil, because you had the issue with Iran and
- 53:39earlier there was an issue where Venezuela received the same
- 53:43sanction. Now when Venezuela got shafted,
- 53:47nobody really cared. There's Venezuela even when Iran
- 53:50got shafted, nobody really cared.
- 53:53You're on. They've been causing problems
- 53:54for decades. But there are other countries
- 53:57that took note because when you're the world reserve
- 53:59currency, part of the deal is you won't weaponize the dollar.
- 54:05Aries weaponize means that you're not going to ban people
- 54:07from the plumbing and. That's exactly what we did.
- 54:10And so when we started confiscating other countries
- 54:12money and banning them from the plumbing, well naturally other
- 54:17countries are going to look to say how do we mitigate our risk?
- 54:20Or better our position. And so China said, you know
- 54:22what? Instead of.
- 54:23And we're talking about 2014, 2014, 20/13/2014.
- 54:27So they're saying, you know, we're not going to keep putting
- 54:29money into the American system because we don't trust the
- 54:31Ledger. And this is where they start the
- 54:32Belt and Rd. initiative where they started taking all their
- 54:36money because at the end of the year they have enormous
- 54:37surpluses. Last year, China had $1.2
- 54:40trillion in surplus from their trade.
- 54:42As much as worth 40 trillion in debt.
- 54:45They're in. They're in the green every year.
- 54:47Yeah, and a lot. And so all those milk, you know,
- 54:50over the years it's hundreds of billions and now it's over a
- 54:52trillion at the surplus. Well, that money's no longer
- 54:54coming to our system. They're taking that money under
- 54:56the belt and Rd. initiative and they're going around buying.
- 54:59Assets that's called the belt and.
- 55:00Belt and Rd. initiative. So what they're buying is ports
- 55:02in Greece, ports in Peru, copper mines in Africa, and it doesn't
- 55:07matter and, you know, anywhere. Exactly anything right American.
- 55:10Anything but American paper. They want real world assets.
- 55:15But now I did see a graft where they're one of the largest
- 55:20landholder land owners of agricultural land in America.
- 55:26Sure, but that's good. They bought they they were
- 55:29taking them. That doesn't mean they don't
- 55:30want to put the money in capital money.
- 55:32They. Don't want our bonds, they won,
- 55:33but they'll go out by 5000 acres in Montana all day, all day,
- 55:37because that's something tangible.
- 55:39That's right. That's exactly correct.
- 55:40And so now they, they, they, by doing that, they took the money
- 55:45out of our Piggy Bank. Well, when China started the
- 55:49Belt and Rd. initiative a couple years later, they started their
- 55:51own 2016 version of SWIFT. It's CIPS is the acronym now.
- 55:58Initially it was very small because everybody's transacting
- 56:01in dollars. And again, this is important
- 56:03because this is leading up. To where we are today.
- 56:05Where? We are.
- 56:05Today, we're setting the foundation of why we're in a
- 56:08shitstorm with. Iran because China is generally
- 56:11recognized the leader of a collection of company countries
- 56:14called BRICS. BRICS, which is Brazil, Russia,
- 56:18India, China, South Africa. These are countries that are
- 56:23part of what's referred to as the global South and they are on
- 56:29the they're being a member of the US dollar LED financial
- 56:35order doesn't work to their advantage Now if they're.
- 56:40Are all those countries? Of course.
- 56:44They they certainly do. Those are all countries that are
- 56:48concerned that if the US has the authority to confiscate money
- 56:51and kick people out of the plumbing, well, what's to stop
- 56:54them from doing to them? And some pretty powerful
- 56:56countries you mentioned. Very powerful.
- 56:58And so the 55 to 60% of the world population are in BRICS
- 57:05nations, including the fastest growing economies, India,
- 57:14Brazil, China. And so the trajectory isn't good
- 57:22for the American system. Now at this point, the Chinese
- 57:26parallel system, a new architecture they were creating
- 57:29ran parallel with ours, small, but they were able to kit a
- 57:34couple of key pillars to build it on.
- 57:38Venezuela couldn't transact in dollars.
- 57:42Iran couldn't transact in dollars.
- 57:44So China said, you know what, we'll buy your oil in our
- 57:48currency. Venezuela and Iran.
- 57:52Reason why Venezuela and Iran were attacked this year.
- 57:56And we did it to ourself. We did it to ourself.
- 57:58By kicking them out, we at the time there wasn't the
- 58:02alternative. China found the workarounds that
- 58:04we're going to build an alternative architecture based
- 58:07on Venezuela because they're both sanctioned.
- 58:09Venezuela and Iran. You guys can't sell your oil.
- 58:12You can't trust the Americans not to confiscate your money.
- 58:14You can't use their plumbing. No problem, we got ours over
- 58:16here. And so they start building their
- 58:18architecture on top of Venezuela and Iran.
- 58:23In 2018, Trump tears up the agreement with Iran.
- 58:28More importantly, Trump initiates a trade war with
- 58:31China. Now, from the time of Nixon
- 58:36until that trade war in 18, the Chinese and American economies
- 58:41were integrated. They were the factory.
- 58:47We send you our dollars. You send us the cheap goods we
- 58:50need. They were the manufacturers.
- 58:53Well, when Trump hit him with the tariffs in 18, they weren't
- 58:58ready. They got sucker punched.
- 59:02They had to take the punch. At that point, they knew we
- 59:07can't trust the Americans. And so now they agreed they're
- 59:11going to buy all these extra soybeans because remember, they
- 59:14hit them with the tariffs in 18, and they put export controls,
- 59:18restricting their access to the more sophisticated computer
- 59:22chips and trying to cripple their economy by prohibiting
- 59:28their big tech companies from gaining any more traction.
- 59:31Like Huawei, they tried to ban these companies.
- 59:34Why do we do? Why do we do that, Pete?
- 59:36Why do we fuck with them? Because first of all, with
- 59:38respect to the export controls, we don't want them remember
- 59:43being a part of bricks and the leader of the global S We don't
- 59:47want their tech to become the default standard in the world.
- 59:53We want our tech to be that standard.
- 59:57We can't compete with them on price, so we ban them.
- 1:00:02Same situation we're going to discuss is with AI.
- 1:00:05You're going to see in a little bit, but at that point we're
- 1:00:07like, OK, we're going to strangle their tech industry.
- 1:00:09We want we want you guys making tennis shoes and T-shirts, like
- 1:00:12stay in your place. You're getting a little too
- 1:00:13uppity. And so China enters into an
- 1:00:18agreement where they agree to buy all the soybeans.
- 1:00:21Of course they reneged. But to get out from underneath
- 1:00:24the train wreck because they weren't ready for the fight,
- 1:00:27they said, OK, we'll, we'll appease Trump.
- 1:00:30We'll buy the soybeans and we'll just deal with the export
- 1:00:33controls. And let's just we remain friends
- 1:00:39at that point. That's when the engineers in
- 1:00:42China said we cannot trust the Americans if they hit us with
- 1:00:46export controls on computer chips.
- 1:00:48What's to stop them from hitting us with export controls on
- 1:00:50pharmaceuticals or cars or chemicals or minerals or oil?
- 1:00:56We have to completely insulate the Chinese economy from the
- 1:01:02threat of American sanctions. And they did something that's
- 1:01:06extraordinary because at the time, you know, in Chinese
- 1:01:09culture, although there's a lot of gambling going on in Chinese
- 1:01:12culture, what they invest in primarily is real estate.
- 1:01:18And so there was a lot of speculation going on.
- 1:01:21You heard about the big real estate boom in China that
- 1:01:23ultimately collapsed. Well, here in the United States,
- 1:01:26we viewed it as, ha, ha, they're having their 08 great financial
- 1:01:29crisis, their housing bubble. This is after 18 when we hit him
- 1:01:34with the sucker punch. That's not what happened.
- 1:01:37The Chinese government ordered the banks stop financing the
- 1:01:42real estate industry. The president of China came out
- 1:01:45and said housing is for living. No speculation.
- 1:01:49You're not going to buy 234 houses and flip them.
- 1:01:51Flipping's over with. That's the socialistic.
- 1:01:54All countries that are, all the companies that are.
- 1:01:56That's what Madami is trying to do in New York.
- 1:01:58To he doesn't have the authority.
- 1:02:00Right, right. But he's tried.
- 1:02:01Well, I think he's tried to raise additional taxes on out of
- 1:02:06state residents maintaining properties.
- 1:02:07But but with respect, this guy ordered the bank.
- 1:02:09Right. That that's the government, the
- 1:02:11socialistic, communistic government saying we are going
- 1:02:14to control what you own. You are directed to take all
- 1:02:17that money from the real estate industry and invest it in a
- 1:02:22manner consistent with our new industrial policy.
- 1:02:25We have to build cars, jets, chemicals, medicine, biotech,
- 1:02:32computer chips across the board. So they deliberately tank their
- 1:02:36economy. It'd be like the president today
- 1:02:40saying, you know what, crash the S&P by 60%.
- 1:02:44Take all that money and put it into this policy.
- 1:02:47It's essentially a war footing. We mistook it as they're having
- 1:02:52a housing bubble and it popped in reality the engineer self.
- 1:02:56Inflicted. We're reallocating that money.
- 1:03:01To gear up. To gear up, they've been waiting
- 1:03:04for this fight since 18. So I mean, we Pete, just, I know
- 1:03:08we got a long way to go yet, but just if I could interject, it
- 1:03:12sounds like we're stupid. No, we miss you have indicators.
- 1:03:16No, but I'm just saying, like our leaders, whoever they may or
- 1:03:19may not be, we've been we, we got caught sleeping.
- 1:03:23We didn't keep our eye on the ball.
- 1:03:24Mr. Obama was a lawyer, but he's like all these like nobody
- 1:03:29expects. Whether you take Trump, take
- 1:03:33Biden, take Obama, take Clint, these are all very intelligent
- 1:03:35men, very successful. They achieved a level of success
- 1:03:38most Americans can't achieve in five fucking lifetimes.
- 1:03:40Absolutely put them behind the control of a 747 in mid flight.
- 1:03:50What happens? Plane crashes.
- 1:03:53They are not competent to operate that aircraft.
- 1:03:58Nobody voted for any of our presidents thinking that they
- 1:04:04were airline pilots. Mr. Trump is not an expert in
- 1:04:10macroeconomics, nor geopolitics, nor military strategy.
- 1:04:15He's an extraordinarily successful politician, an
- 1:04:18extraordinarily successful real estate developer, a somewhat
- 1:04:22dubious casino operator, and a very successful reality TV show
- 1:04:28producer. So if he tells you, hey, this
- 1:04:32would be a great spot for a golf course, listen to that man.
- 1:04:36If he tells you we can refurbish this building and turn it into
- 1:04:39listen to that man. But for him to be able to make
- 1:04:43fully informed decisions, any of our presidents to be able to
- 1:04:46make fully informed decisions, they need to have advisors that
- 1:04:50advise them in areas that they're not well familiar with.
- 1:04:53And in this particular circumstance, he's listening to
- 1:04:56individuals who constantly underestimate the adversary.
- 1:05:03Their level of intelligence, although high, isn't relevant to
- 1:05:07the nature of the adversary you're facing, whether it's the
- 1:05:10illiterate goat herder in Afghanistan or the engineering
- 1:05:12nerd in China or Iran. And because they're
- 1:05:16underestimating their adversary, and because the guys that go to
- 1:05:19Harvard and Yale are so intelligent, they have hubris.
- 1:05:22I've known several of these guys.
- 1:05:24I've had a number of people I've known fairly well.
- 1:05:26One of them I got to know very well.
- 1:05:28One of my main tutors in macroeconomics was very
- 1:05:32successful Wall Street. Guy ran billion dollar funds,
- 1:05:35Goldman Sachs executive, the whole pedigree.
- 1:05:37Well, he was from Harvard. He made sure to let you know he
- 1:05:40went to Harvard. Everyone of the other guys I
- 1:05:42knew from Harvard, they're look super smart, not a lick of
- 1:05:48sense. And when you have men like this
- 1:05:52advising the president, it's not that the president is making bad
- 1:05:55decisions. It's he can't evaluate his
- 1:05:58options correctly because he doesn't realize what the
- 1:06:01engineer's going to do. Because the lawyer doesn't even
- 1:06:05contemplate the possibility that maybe the illiterate goat herder
- 1:06:08is smarter. At least smarter when it comes
- 1:06:11to fighting in the mountains. And the lawyer is the furthest
- 1:06:13thing from an engineer. And the lawyer is the furthest
- 1:06:15thing from the engineer because when the Iranian leadership
- 1:06:18calls into Iranian nerds, they said, how do we defend under the
- 1:06:23mountains? In the mountains also, we're
- 1:06:26going to. Break up the.
- 1:06:28Government ship more importantly.
- 1:06:30Now you say there's 31. 31 of them identified a single points
- 1:06:33of failure. Because a single point of
- 1:06:35failure is the point that you apply your pressure on that can
- 1:06:41cause the entire structure to collapse.
- 1:06:44Well, our president wasn't told. You've got three single points
- 1:06:48of failure, two of which are irreversible.
- 1:06:51What are they? Let's finish our discussion
- 1:06:53about the importance of the Petro dollar and the recycling
- 1:06:58only, but. And then and then how we got in
- 1:07:00to Venezuela. China gets hit with the sucker
- 1:07:02punch in 18. They start preparing for the
- 1:07:08next conflict. You had massive cash infusion
- 1:07:11into all of these industries to be able to insulate the country
- 1:07:15because they knew if they sucker punch just one we first time, we
- 1:07:19got to be ready to second time in 2022 you have a circumstance
- 1:07:25where Russia and Ukraine go to war.
- 1:07:30Well, in response to that, United States working in
- 1:07:33conjunction with our vassals in Europe decide you know what,
- 1:07:38we're going to seize Russian assets and we're going to kick
- 1:07:41them out of SWIFT. Now at that point, even the
- 1:07:48countries that previously. This would have been under
- 1:07:50Biden. It was under Biden, Yeah.
- 1:07:52Another heck, heck of a job, Brownie.
- 1:07:54That was a disaster, a disaster. Terrible decision.
- 1:07:59Because every country now who was over, they're willing to
- 1:08:02overlook Venezuela, troublemakers, Hugo Chavez,
- 1:08:05you're over willing to overlook Iran, crazy mullahs, They're not
- 1:08:09going to do that to us. But when you confiscate Russia's
- 1:08:13money, seize their money, freeze their assets, sanction.
- 1:08:16Them you start fucking with them.
- 1:08:18They are the most they have the largest nuclear stockpile on the
- 1:08:22planet. If you're going to fuck Russia
- 1:08:24out of their money and we took 300 billion.
- 1:08:26We did, yeah, in 2022. Yeah, we froze 300 billion of
- 1:08:30their money and kicked them out of SWIFT and then put sanctions
- 1:08:33on the oil industry. Who did this?
- 1:08:37Biden. My heck of a job, Biden.
- 1:08:38Oh my God, why would you fuck with them?
- 1:08:42Because we were trying to force them.
- 1:08:45To succumb to Ukraine. To get out of Ukraine, they were
- 1:08:49going to crush the rubble, the ruble, they said Once we stole,
- 1:08:55we call it freezing, anxious, and we got these nice words for
- 1:08:58it. The rest of the world says you
- 1:08:59stole the fucking money. Right, you stole 300.
- 1:09:01Billion. If you're going to steal 300
- 1:09:02billion from the country with the largest nuclear stockpile,
- 1:09:05you'll take anybody's money. No other responsible government
- 1:09:12is going to put all their eggs in the American treasury.
- 1:09:16From that point forward. Of course not.
- 1:09:18Well, it's been a build up. It's been, it's been a
- 1:09:19cumulative build up 12/12/14, yeah, but I mean now 18, now you
- 1:09:24had an acceleration. Yeah, and it's under different
- 1:09:28leadership, too. You can't believe it all in one
- 1:09:29person. You, you go to both sides,
- 1:09:31Obama. You go to Trump.
- 1:09:33George W Bush, you go to George W right across the board.
- 1:09:36Yeah. I mean, it's, it's both parties.
- 1:09:39There is no difference between the parties at this level.
- 1:09:41Right at at at this level of fuckery.
- 1:09:44This is this is managing the American empire.
- 1:09:46Or or destroying it. No, it didn't, but that's not
- 1:09:50the intention. Well, I understand that.
- 1:09:52But it's the, but that's where we're at.
- 1:09:54That's where that's why we're as fragile as we are.
- 1:09:56So you started seeing a massive movement from foreign central
- 1:10:02banks begin to stockpile gold. That's why you had this massive
- 1:10:06appreciation in the price of gold.
- 1:10:07It went from $1500 an ounce to last year 50 earlier this year
- 1:10:105500 an ounce. Yeah, it's still trading high.
- 1:10:13So high why because people are like, why ask you all that money
- 1:10:16that's going into trade that will shouldn't that went into
- 1:10:18gold should have been going into treasuries.
- 1:10:20And so with respect to Russia, it becomes key because the
- 1:10:27confiscation of their assets is was essentially the final, the
- 1:10:31straw that broke the camel's back.
- 1:10:32At that point you had the big migration into gold.
- 1:10:35Now to understand the Russia scenario, because Russia's one
- 1:10:38of the fronts, because right this year you've had military
- 1:10:42action, decapitation strike in Venezuela, capture their
- 1:10:46president, American missiles flying into Iran.
- 1:10:50Those are American missiles flying into Russia.
- 1:10:54We provide the weapons to Ukraine.
- 1:10:57Whether they come directly from us or we sell them to the
- 1:10:59Europeans, it doesn't matter. Those are American weapons.
- 1:11:02Those aren't Ukrainians operating.
- 1:11:03Those are American civilian contractors.
- 1:11:06Oh really? I didn't.
- 1:11:07Know you have to have them. People that are trained in those
- 1:11:09systems, they're not uniform military American personnel.
- 1:11:13They're ex military. These are private civilian
- 1:11:16contractors. Private civilian contractors CIA
- 1:11:19black op type guys over. Ukraine, yeah.
- 1:11:22So you've got Americans firing missiles into Russia, Americans
- 1:11:26firing missiles into Iran and decapitating Venezuela.
- 1:11:30Now, why did Russia become part of this trifecta?
- 1:11:33Because after we seized their money, took their $300 billion.
- 1:11:39Well, Russia is an enormous commodity producer, and oil and
- 1:11:44all other commodities, they were now on the same sanctioned list
- 1:11:48with Iran and Venezuela. So then they became the third
- 1:11:53pillar of the Chinese alternate financial architecture.
- 1:11:57The CIPS and so now you had bricks, right?
- 1:12:00So you had Venezuela, Iran and Russia forming the base for
- 1:12:06China? Of this new financial instrument
- 1:12:09that China has. Yes, because it's essentially a
- 1:12:12yuan Petro dollar, but take out the dollar, it's yuan gold.
- 1:12:19So you had now a competitor because so long as you know,
- 1:12:23everybody needs oil. So China's going to be able to
- 1:12:26buy oil from Russia, Venezuela and Iran, pay for it in Chinese
- 1:12:31currency. And or because they're
- 1:12:35sanctioned countries, they're buying them at a deep discount.
- 1:12:37And so at that point, we have to take out as many of these places
- 1:12:42as we can. That puts.
- 1:12:43Initially we had to take out China.
- 1:12:47That's the lynchpin. That, but that's what we did in
- 1:12:4918, correct? We sucker punched them in 18
- 1:12:52after 2022 they had Russia, Venezuela and Iran on Team
- 1:12:56China. And if you've got.
- 1:12:58And Venezuela? Yes, and those are three of the
- 1:13:01worlds. You got you got Venezuela.
- 1:13:04Iran, Iran and Russia. Russia all buying their oil in
- 1:13:09the Chinese. Selling the oil to China all.
- 1:13:11Selling oil to. China.
- 1:13:13Trading oil and whatever in the new.
- 1:13:15Chinese back Chinese yuan backed currency for their for their for
- 1:13:21their financial architecture, which was they created the gold
- 1:13:24standard again because people don't want to hold yuan.
- 1:13:28So what? China said.
- 1:13:28We're going to. Go we're going to go back to the
- 1:13:30gold. Standard, so they said we're
- 1:13:31going to establish gold essentially vaults and all the
- 1:13:34big hubs. So they got one in London,
- 1:13:36Singapore, Hong Kong. Owned by China.
- 1:13:38Saudi Arabia owned by China and your gold like so if Russia
- 1:13:43takes payment in yuan and they don't want to hold the Chinese
- 1:13:46currency, they'll just say give it to us in gold.
- 1:13:48But they'll settle. No net.
- 1:13:49Settle in gold. And, and by the way, they're the
- 1:13:52only country that can do that, that has their own currency,
- 1:13:56meaning there's only two currencies really realistically
- 1:13:58in the world. We're talking about the US
- 1:14:00dollar and the new Chinese instrument.
- 1:14:03And China can can back theirs with gold.
- 1:14:06And we can. We cannot at this point unless
- 1:14:09we were to massively inflate the value of the gold, but then
- 1:14:13you're massively inflate. The value in China counting
- 1:14:15isn't what it what is. We can't even see if we have the
- 1:14:17808 thousand, 8000 tons that we're supposed to have.
- 1:14:21Back to 2022, we just. Screwed Russia out of 300
- 1:14:24million. 300 billion because remember China, Russia invades
- 1:14:27Ukraine. Now what people don't they gloss
- 1:14:31over the fact is that when the Soviet Union collapsed, the
- 1:14:39former Soviet states all returned back to their own their
- 1:14:43own countries essentially. Well, Russia for the next decade
- 1:14:50was just being exploited to be charitable by Western powers.
- 1:14:59It just essentially raped the country.
- 1:15:02Like the late 80s, early 90s. Throughout the 1990s, you know
- 1:15:05that the cowboy era of capitalism where American and
- 1:15:10Western backed financial interests were snapping up
- 1:15:16Russian assets for pennies on the dollar, Enormous windfall.
- 1:15:23And that all came to an end when Vladimir Putin became president.
- 1:15:27Which was what, 99, something like that?
- 1:15:3089, yeah. And so that's where.
- 1:15:33Putin was a game changer. It was a game changer because
- 1:15:36after he got his feet, after he got on his feet, he started
- 1:15:41restricting those kind of maneuvers.
- 1:15:43He brought in the oligarchs who formerly were just gangsters.
- 1:15:48Now they give him a nice term, oligarchs, and said, look, you
- 1:15:51made your money. Now on you're going to conduct
- 1:15:54yourself in a manner consistent with Russian national security
- 1:15:57interests. About the time the richest
- 1:15:59world's richest man was a guy named Mikhail Khodorkovsky, he
- 1:16:03wanted the buck. Putin snapped him up to him
- 1:16:06right in prison. Really.
- 1:16:08So we'll be equivalent to our Elon Musk.
- 1:16:10That's the guy. Ought to put him right in jail.
- 1:16:12For for. For what?
- 1:16:14You're just not you're. Just not working with me.
- 1:16:16Yeah, well, you know, you have money laundering or, you know,
- 1:16:19there's financial improprieties. And so they broke up his
- 1:16:22company. He.
- 1:16:22Probably didn't want that powerful of a guy rolling around
- 1:16:25his country. Well, he powerful of that.
- 1:16:28He had an international platform, enormous wealth, and
- 1:16:36essentially collaborating with Western financial
- 1:16:39internationalist interest. It's like, hey, we're not going
- 1:16:42that route. You were told not to do it.
- 1:16:45You did it. You get snapped up.
- 1:16:48Other guys that started bucking a little bit.
- 1:16:50Well, you had a whole series of individuals.
- 1:16:51This guy fell out of his hotel suite.
- 1:16:54This guy's airplane just happened to crash this guy's
- 1:16:57car. The brakes went out well after a
- 1:16:59few of these incidents. After a handful of those, the
- 1:17:02other boys were like, OK, yeah. Yeah, yeah, yeah, Vladimir, no
- 1:17:05problem, Sir. Whatever you need, buddy.
- 1:17:06Whatever you need. And so from that point forward,
- 1:17:12you had the Western powers breaking the agreement we had
- 1:17:17with Russia, with Gorbachev in particular, that we weren't
- 1:17:20going to expand NATO past Germany if they allowed for
- 1:17:25reunification. Well, in O four we double
- 1:17:28crossed them. And we brought again back to
- 1:17:31what I said. We're just a bunch of Dicks.
- 1:17:32So we. Crossing gut punching Dicks.
- 1:17:35So they, they, they brought in, you know, the the Baltic states,
- 1:17:39Lafia, Estonia, these little red ass countries, just a
- 1:17:44provocation did it because we could.
- 1:17:46Just to fuck with them. And they were being told like
- 1:17:49there's there's people that were like at the State Department got
- 1:17:51the guy name, but he's giving line.
- 1:17:53He's sending like memos saying, look, this is a disaster at some
- 1:17:55point going to come back to bite us in the ass.
- 1:17:57It's under Clinton. And so then, well, that was when
- 1:18:00the plan was put into place in 1997, they created this plan
- 1:18:03where they were essentially going to, this is where as the
- 1:18:06the liberal hegemonic order was being sold, we won the Cold War.
- 1:18:12We're going to turn everybody into little baby America with
- 1:18:15our former democracy. And so and.
- 1:18:18Russia's broke up. And Russia, the Soviet Union has
- 1:18:21broke up and Russia was this huge prize and then we lost
- 1:18:26access to it. And so from the early 2000,
- 1:18:30there's been a plan in place to break up Russia.
- 1:18:33Russia is a huge country geographically, and it's
- 1:18:36actually different ethnic groups.
- 1:18:39So you've got maybe had the situation in Chechnya, but they
- 1:18:42were trying to incentivize the fracturing of Russia because.
- 1:18:48And in fact, the European Union leaders have said if we can
- 1:18:50break it up into, you know, 10 different countries, we'll be
- 1:18:53rich. And so Russia knows that it's
- 1:18:57been the plan of the West to destabilize the regime to
- 1:19:02ultimately lead to its collapse. So either we put in another
- 1:19:06leader, another leader who was the other guy, Yeltsin sock
- 1:19:08puppet. Essentially we let him just sold
- 1:19:11everything to the US at pennies on the dollars.
- 1:19:13Oh, so Yeltsin was our But yeah, he was.
- 1:19:15Before. Putin.
- 1:19:16He's, of course, in between Gorbachev.
- 1:19:18And Putin was the guy, Yeltsin and Yeltsin he was.
- 1:19:20Just he was AUS yes man. Just let us do whatever we
- 1:19:23wanted to. The American financial interests
- 1:19:26were enormous financial windfalls.
- 1:19:29Well, that Piggy Bank got taken from us with Putin.
- 1:19:33So now the West has been conspiring.
- 1:19:35Well, how are we going to either get rid of Putin and put in
- 1:19:38another sock puppet which is essentially regime change?
- 1:19:42Or which is why we're probably backing Ukraine the way.
- 1:19:46We're about to get to that or we're going to break up Russia.
- 1:19:50And so we did the O4 expansion. Then George W Bush says we're
- 1:19:56going to include Georgia, the state of Georgia, not our state,
- 1:20:01their state country, the country of Georgia and Ukraine.
- 1:20:05You're on an irreversible path to NATO membership.
- 1:20:07Russia says we're not playing that game.
- 1:20:10This is O4. This is now O 8.
- 1:20:12They invade Georgia, they break the country in half.
- 1:20:16They take this land, they take that, this is ours.
- 1:20:20And so now so. They they divide Georgia take.
- 1:20:23Half they take the Russian because, you know, Georgia has
- 1:20:26enclaves that are predominantly Russian.
- 1:20:29Ukraine in the east, most all Russian, almost all Russian,
- 1:20:32right. Odessa is a Russian city.
- 1:20:36And so as the powers in being these countries started
- 1:20:41distancing themselves from Russia, they started taking a
- 1:20:44really antagonistic position. You're not going to be able to
- 1:20:46teach kids in Russian language. They have to use our language.
- 1:20:48They have to do that. They were trying to distinguish,
- 1:20:51extinguish the, the cultural ties.
- 1:20:54Well, there was an election in Ukraine, and the person that won
- 1:21:00had promised neutrality. Well, in 2014.
- 1:21:05Well, throughout the 2000s, the US engaged in a practice of
- 1:21:09regime change without military action.
- 1:21:12They called them color revolutions.
- 1:21:15So you would have. And how many countries did we
- 1:21:17do? This on a on a handful of them.
- 1:21:20And so they have essentially the NGOs, like the non government
- 1:21:23organizations come in. And this is all part of what
- 1:21:26Trump euphemistically refers to as the deep state apparatus
- 1:21:28where they go in, they're the charities, we're going to do
- 1:21:30this and we're going to mobilize democracy and they get all this,
- 1:21:32but they're just essentially troublemakers from the other
- 1:21:35countries perspective who are agitating.
- 1:21:38For regime change. For regime change.
- 1:21:41And. And so and had a.
- 1:21:42High success race at it. They were able to knock off a
- 1:21:44few of them and. Of the Eastern Bloc.
- 1:21:48Of the Eastern Bloc countries and they did it in Ukraine.
- 1:21:51Was was that how Zelinsky got became in power?
- 1:21:53No so in 2014, the democratically elected Ukrainian
- 1:21:59president. The ones the Ukraine.
- 1:22:01The only promised neutrality gets ran out of the country in
- 1:22:05an American LED color revolution.
- 1:22:07Of course we're on the we're we're supposed to be hands off.
- 1:22:10But now the internal documents, this is where like WikiLeaks
- 1:22:14really pisses people off because they started releasing like, Oh
- 1:22:17yeah, this whole thing was all American backed.
- 1:22:20And so you had a concerted effort by the American
- 1:22:24government to topple the Ukrainian regime so that we can
- 1:22:26install a sock puppet who allowed us to begin building the
- 1:22:30Ukrainian military into the largest military in Europe.
- 1:22:35The Ukrainian military was sponsored and provisioned by the
- 1:22:37American government. Well, Russia has their seaport
- 1:22:42in Crimea. And so when the Russians saw
- 1:22:47what was going on, what they didn't fall for the color
- 1:22:49revolution. This is a spontaneous revolt by
- 1:22:51the people of Ukraine yearning for freedom.
- 1:22:53But no, no, no, no, these fucking Americans are behind
- 1:22:55this bullshit. You want to play that game?
- 1:22:56They invade Ukraine and they take Crimea.
- 1:23:00They have to secure that territory because that's their
- 1:23:02access to like. That and that's before the
- 1:23:04Ukrainian invasion, that we all. Know yeah, yeah, this is this
- 1:23:06was prior yes, of course so now 2.
- 1:23:08People don't even know about that for the most.
- 1:23:10Part in 2014. They go get Crimea.
- 1:23:12They go Crimea. So we're building up, building
- 1:23:15up, building up, building up, building up.
- 1:23:17And of course, you know, you know, there is a reality that
- 1:23:22exists independent of people's delusions.
- 1:23:24If China says we're going to build bases in Tijuana, the US
- 1:23:28invades. We will not allow China to build
- 1:23:32bases in Mexico. And so as we're building up the
- 1:23:36military apparatus in Ukraine and European leaders are talking
- 1:23:41a little bit loose, like, hey, we're going to bring them into
- 1:23:43NATO. We don't care what Russia has.
- 1:23:45It's a sovereign country. They have the right to make
- 1:23:47their own decision. He's like, no, you don't have
- 1:23:48the right to make their own decision.
- 1:23:51US wouldn't accept China putting a base in Mexico.
- 1:23:54We're not going to accept this. So then Russia invades.
- 1:23:59Now, of course, we turned it into Russia's invading the
- 1:24:01country because they're going to.
- 1:24:02The invasion that we know. Of that we that, that that's how
- 1:24:04it's sold to our public. They invaded because they're
- 1:24:07going to, they're imperialistic and they're taking over Europe.
- 1:24:10They're taking over. They're just taking the Russian
- 1:24:13parts of Ukraine. But the Russian parts of
- 1:24:16Ukraine, first of all, we're on the eastern sea, eastern side.
- 1:24:19It's going to be a big buffer geographically, but more
- 1:24:21importantly it's the industrial capital, it's the rich farmland,
- 1:24:25the rich industrial sector, it's a lot of the mining interests
- 1:24:29and it's got Odessa and the port.
- 1:24:31And it's been going on for how long now?
- 1:24:33Now it's been going on for four years.
- 1:24:34So they invade, we take the money 3. 100 billion.
- 1:24:38The three. 100 billion and sanction them.
- 1:24:40They have no one to sell their money, their oil to because they
- 1:24:42can't access dollars. They can't go through Swifts.
- 1:24:44What do they do? They join Team China.
- 1:24:47The new China Instrument, a new financial.
- 1:24:49Industry. Russia jumps into the pot.
- 1:24:51Now you got a three legged stool.
- 1:24:52Venezuela, Iran and Russia that formed a basis for China's
- 1:24:57alternate architecture. So now this war is going on.
- 1:25:03Russia's now part of your financial.
- 1:25:05For China, but the American government is being very
- 1:25:11generous in their support. Of.
- 1:25:13Ukraine and this is part of the problem that Trump actually
- 1:25:17finds himself in now because we literally provided them hundreds
- 1:25:22of billions of dollars worth of equipment.
- 1:25:25Now, a lot of it was older stuff we got, we cleaned out the the
- 1:25:27pantry essentially, but they were also getting some very
- 1:25:31sophisticated equipment also. And so for the first two years
- 1:25:35you've got the war going on between Ukraine and Russia.
- 1:25:39And keep in mind, when Russia invaded a month later, there was
- 1:25:42an agreement that was put on the table.
- 1:25:43Like they said, look, we'll leave you.
- 1:25:46Just guarantee us you neutrality.
- 1:25:48So Russia, well, people don't know, like we, we never, never
- 1:25:51heard. This, it's called the Minsk
- 1:25:52agreement. They had an agreement in, in, in
- 1:25:55theory, they both sides agreed. So now our sock puppet is this
- 1:25:58Zelensky. He goes and talks to Biden and
- 1:26:01he talks to Boris, Boris Johnson, the British PM, and
- 1:26:06they say turn down the deal. Hold on.
- 1:26:09So Biden and Boris, the Prime Minister of Britain, they.
- 1:26:14Encouraged, Zelensky turned down the deal, which would have left
- 1:26:18Ukraine. Ukraine.
- 1:26:20Perfect, Perfect. Just stay neutral.
- 1:26:21Neutral. No, NATO.
- 1:26:23Right. No, NATO, you can get your land
- 1:26:25back. Yeah, we won't take it.
- 1:26:27Tiny deal. They called the Minsk.
- 1:26:28Agreed it in in principle they had already agreed to it, he
- 1:26:32just needed to run it by his his boys, his handlers essentially.
- 1:26:35Or the sock puppet gets told, Nope, don't do it, we'll support
- 1:26:38you. Fight the Russians to the last
- 1:26:39Ukrainian. Yeah, I mean, if you think.
- 1:26:43Yeah. So we.
- 1:26:43Start pumping in all. This money, all this equipment,
- 1:26:46Britain. Helping.
- 1:26:48They do a lot of the. Financial.
- 1:26:50Machinations Ukraine could have been out clean clean at one
- 1:26:54month into it there. Was a deal to settle the war.
- 1:26:58Ukraine walked away from it. Now, does Putin know that we're
- 1:27:00the bad guys in the woodpile? Absolutely, yeah.
- 1:27:03And so we. Start.
- 1:27:05Pumping in all this equipment. And now for the first two years
- 1:27:09we're. Supplying the Ukrainians.
- 1:27:10With the arms and the weapons necessary to unalive Russians in
- 1:27:14Ukraine. Of course the Russians aren't
- 1:27:16happy about it. But you know, we're on team
- 1:27:19Ukraine's. Ukraine's are proxy like Ukraine
- 1:27:25is essentially a. Vassal of Western.
- 1:27:27Economic internationalist interest Who knows this and he's
- 1:27:33not making an issue out of the. Fact that we're.
- 1:27:36Supplying the Ukrainians with weapons to fight Russians in
- 1:27:40Ukraine where things take a turn.
- 1:27:44Another calamitous decision by Biden and and and.
- 1:27:50There's plenty of calamitous decisions.
- 1:27:51By Trump also, but Biden's was particularly bad.
- 1:27:54So 22 is bad. We're taking assets 300.
- 1:27:57Billion. Now it's 24.
- 1:27:58What do you got for me in 24, Pete?
- 1:28:00They finally start supplying the Ukrainians with Long.
- 1:28:03Range missiles to shoot missiles into Russia.
- 1:28:08That's what we come up with in 24, yeah.
- 1:28:10Because at this point, things aren't going.
- 1:28:11Good, now they're selling it the Ukrainians.
- 1:28:13Are fighting and they're doing a great job and we got the
- 1:28:15Russians on the ropes. Now it's getting bad.
- 1:28:18Ukraine's about to get crushed right now.
- 1:28:20Don't pay any attention to the spin you're hearing on
- 1:28:22television. It's all bullshit.
- 1:28:24As of this podcast right now, Ukraine's in trouble.
- 1:28:27They're. At the point now, they're about
- 1:28:28to lose Odessa, so with respect to. 24 We start arming the
- 1:28:32Ukrainians with missiles to launch into Russia.
- 1:28:36That's an entirely different kettle of fish.
- 1:28:38It's one thing to arm them. With weapons to attack Russians
- 1:28:40in Ukraine in their own land, you are giving them the capacity
- 1:28:44and keep in. Mind the Russians.
- 1:28:45Know those aren't Ukrainians operating the systems.
- 1:28:48Those are our American civilian contractors.
- 1:28:50Those are Raytheon. Those are, you know, those are,
- 1:28:52those are former. Military guys working for, you
- 1:28:55know, the equivalent of a. Blackwater type with US produced
- 1:29:00missiles, yes. And being sent there to operate
- 1:29:03the. Equipment for the Ukrainians.
- 1:29:04So you've got American civilians, former military
- 1:29:08civilian contractors, CIA type contractors, but it can maintain
- 1:29:12the fiction that they're not American government firing
- 1:29:14American weapons into Russia, not fighting them on your own
- 1:29:18soil anymore. So that's when the Russian
- 1:29:20foreign. Minister, a guy named Lavrov
- 1:29:22told the. Americans, we reserve the right
- 1:29:27to respond. At a time and place of our
- 1:29:30choosing. Effectively what he was saying
- 1:29:34is it's not going to be today, not going to be tomorrow.
- 1:29:38Rest assured, at some point you got 1 coming.
- 1:29:40You got 1 coming just. Like the old school on the
- 1:29:42streets when you. Got 1 coming you got.
- 1:29:43One coming like when? Or like you probably know
- 1:29:45there's way more than any but like.
- 1:29:47You know you do. A guy a solid and you got one
- 1:29:49favor. Yeah, you're on the hook.
- 1:29:50You got. So you got a guy, a solid, you
- 1:29:52got a. Guy a solid and then you go cash
- 1:29:55that. Chip in when you need that chip,
- 1:29:58right? But it's a big chip, but guy
- 1:30:01knows you got 1 coming. That's right.
- 1:30:02Yeah. Then so that was.
- 1:30:05The the second horrific decision by Biden.
- 1:30:08And so when Trump takes office in January 25, remember, he wins
- 1:30:11the election in 24, He inherits the circumstance where Americans
- 1:30:16are firing missiles into Russia. He inherits all this.
- 1:30:19He inherits this like the you know.
- 1:30:21Now. Like I said, there's going to be
- 1:30:23decisions that are obviously questionable on his end.
- 1:30:25Sure. Just like I'm sure Biden's was
- 1:30:27like, don't get me wrong, it's not.
- 1:30:28It's Biden having his guys with Harvard, NBA and Biden inherit a
- 1:30:32little bit of a shit show he and Trump's inherit.
- 1:30:34Initiative. They all inherit because it's
- 1:30:36all part of the same. Intellect.
- 1:30:40American Empire Operation. Constant.
- 1:30:43Expansion because you know when you have an enormous and this is
- 1:30:49where we're at in January 25 Trump comes into office, you
- 1:30:51know at that .30, five, $36 trillion in debt.
- 1:30:54He's got a plan because for the first time the year before, the
- 1:30:58amount of money spent on defense exceeds is is trumped by the
- 1:31:04amount of money paid on national debt.
- 1:31:05Also, he's got 8. To 8 to 10 trillion.
- 1:31:07Dollars to refinance worth of debt at a much higher interest
- 1:31:11rate then what it was originally issued in and so it's becomes an
- 1:31:14issue because you've got this enormous debt load you can't
- 1:31:16afford to refinance $10 trillion at 4% so he was scrambling to
- 1:31:21get the interest rates lower that's why he.
- 1:31:22Wanted to fire the Powell. From the Fed.
- 1:31:24He wanted to fire Miss Cook from the Fed and so that was all part
- 1:31:29of his machination. They wanted to reduce spending.
- 1:31:32They were going to come in and Doge cut 2 trillion.
- 1:31:35Now keep in mind none of it worked.
- 1:31:39No, none of it. But the fact that it didn't
- 1:31:40work. Isn't what's important.
- 1:31:42By identifying what they were doing on the front end, it
- 1:31:45eliminates hindsight. And now you can draw inferences
- 1:31:48from what their plan had to have been.
- 1:31:50They were going to reduce spending.
- 1:31:53They were also going to cut taxes with the big beautiful
- 1:31:54bill. But.
- 1:31:55They were going to reduce spending with.
- 1:31:56Doge and they were going to restructure the Fed so that they
- 1:32:01can lower interest rates so that we can finance all this debt.
- 1:32:05Most importantly. Sounds good in principle.
- 1:32:08Oh yeah, of course it. Yeah.
- 1:32:10No, no. Look, I'm not.
- 1:32:12The I'm not faulting the plan, the plan, it just couldn't work.
- 1:32:20First of all, with respect to Doge, it failed.
- 1:32:22Miserably. The big beautiful bill results
- 1:32:26in. Massive tax revenue.
- 1:32:29Shrinkage. But they didn't cut the
- 1:32:31spending. So if you cut taxes without.
- 1:32:35Cutting the spending, now you got a 2.
- 1:32:36Trillion dollar deficit, so you're accelerating.
- 1:32:42The amount of bonds. You need to issue, but you can't
- 1:32:45issue more bonds on top of the bonds.
- 1:32:46You already have to issue to pay for the previous bonds.
- 1:32:48Now you're paying for this month's rent with this credit
- 1:32:50card, and then next month you got to pay with this credit
- 1:32:53card, with this pretty cheater to pay.
- 1:32:54Yeah. It just becomes this huge.
- 1:32:57Is that what we're doing? Yeah.
- 1:32:57It's a huge, highly financialized, essentially a
- 1:32:59Ponzi, and it works except for the fact that you have a lot of
- 1:33:05people. Now, particularly.
- 1:33:06Foreign central banks taking tremendous amount of money,
- 1:33:09moving the money into gold. You have other countries
- 1:33:14trading. With China and their.
- 1:33:15Currency, including Russia, Venezuela and Iran.
- 1:33:18And so when Trump comes into office, they say, look, I
- 1:33:22remember they came in hard. Oh yeah, lot of.
- 1:33:24Lot of piss and vinegar are coming out.
- 1:33:26Of these guys lot of piss and vinegar OK and So what they said
- 1:33:28is OK, we're going to put the world.
- 1:33:29On notice, we're going to input. We're going to redo a new tariff
- 1:33:32regime and he makes a threat to Bricks.
- 1:33:38Bricks is not, in my opinion, not a serious debt, but what
- 1:33:41they're. Trying to do is destroy the
- 1:33:42dollar so that another country can take over and be the
- 1:33:46standard. And we're not going to lose the
- 1:33:48standard now, as you just heard Mr. Trump say.
- 1:33:52Allowing bricks to form an alternative currency or using
- 1:33:58China's currency as a bricks currency would be the equivalent
- 1:34:02of us losing a war, not a little war, catastrophic World War Two
- 1:34:07level type war. It would destroy the American
- 1:34:10economy. Our way of life would be
- 1:34:15crippled. And so as an American, like,
- 1:34:18look, if you're going to maintain an operation of this
- 1:34:21nature, there are men who are going to have.
- 1:34:25To do The Dirty work. You know, if you want.
- 1:34:30To maintain the American standard of living.
- 1:34:31Like we're not naive. Children like if for us to be
- 1:34:35able to do this, you're going to have to have the sock puppets
- 1:34:39and you're going to have to have.
- 1:34:41Maybe the brakes on some guy's car.
- 1:34:42Go out every once in a while and that would be talking about
- 1:34:46other world leaders. That aren't or whomever,
- 1:34:48whoever's, whoever's who's not, who's not playing ball.
- 1:34:51With what? With what we're trying to what
- 1:34:53we're trying to what we. Need to maintain install the US
- 1:34:56dollar compared. To the brick system.
- 1:34:58Well, because. We had to strangle that.
- 1:35:02Because up until 25, you know, we were playing to the nice guy.
- 1:35:07We'll help you out. And we're, you know, the liberal
- 1:35:10hegemony and the rules based order and we're spreading
- 1:35:13democracy. Trump came in and said, look,
- 1:35:15we're done without bullshit. This is essentially mafia style
- 1:35:20coercion. You are not going to be involved
- 1:35:23with bricks. In fact, that's what he said.
- 1:35:24It's just sending a video. I will put 100% tariffs on any
- 1:35:27country that joins that to attack our dollar.
- 1:35:31Now this is before this is. Before, what happens with the?
- 1:35:35Liberation Day. But at this point, that threat
- 1:35:37carried a lot of weight, and so that's how he viewed it.
- 1:35:41And that, quite frankly, they're 100% correct.
- 1:35:43That is an existential threat to the American.
- 1:35:48Economy and our way of life as we.
- 1:35:50Understand it so you can't fault them for.
- 1:35:55Wanting to do. What they did, now I've got a
- 1:35:57lot of friends, particularly in Los Angeles, who are on the, you
- 1:36:00know, they're liberals or tend to be more on the left side and
- 1:36:04they're like, it's not. Right.
- 1:36:05Look, we're not talking. About right or wrong, we're
- 1:36:08talking about survival at this point.
- 1:36:09That's right. And when it comes to survival?
- 1:36:11There is going to be. Men, the guys in the black
- 1:36:14suits, we're going to make sure that no one decides to, you
- 1:36:19know, get off the reservation. And so the plan that the
- 1:36:23administration. Did coming in.
- 1:36:25Their their goals were laudable. The people that put together the
- 1:36:30plans weren't competent to do so.
- 1:36:34And now it worked with almost everybody because when they came
- 1:36:37in, well, First things first, when Trump comes in, he makes
- 1:36:40all these threats independent of the tariff.
- 1:36:44Threats, they start. Targeting Mexico, Venezuela and
- 1:36:48Panama. Targeting and like threatening
- 1:36:51overtly. But they're threatening them.
- 1:36:54Because of drug trafficking. This is when Trump famously said
- 1:37:00that. There's an intolerable alliance.
- 1:37:02Between the Mexican government and the drug cartels. 100%
- 1:37:05correct. It's an incomplete statement.
- 1:37:07It's more between the political parties in.
- 1:37:08Mexico and the drug. Cartels, but nevertheless the
- 1:37:12primary beneficiary of the drug trade in Mexico for the past 50
- 1:37:15years have been the Mexican political class.
- 1:37:19But that's not something that they just found out.
- 1:37:21That's been going on for 50. Plus years they've been the La
- 1:37:23Plaza system of criminal. Governments have been operating
- 1:37:25now for damn near 50. Years and in our in our cartel,
- 1:37:28in our cartel segment, you know like you.
- 1:37:30Said 50% off the top goes to the government.
- 1:37:32That's that was the original arrangement with the network out
- 1:37:34of Guadalajara, Yes, and. So what Trump did is he's told
- 1:37:39the Mexican government, we are considering when we're going to
- 1:37:43start targeting the Mexican political class because we know
- 1:37:46you guys are fucking dirty. And two, we are considering
- 1:37:50unilateral military action on your soil targeting cartels.
- 1:37:56They designated, they actually designated these guys.
- 1:37:59The you know the foreign T. Word organizations.
- 1:38:03And so they're no longer criminals.
- 1:38:04They're now the equivalent of an Al Qaeda.
- 1:38:08But I mean, they can take unilateral military action.
- 1:38:10Without. Consent of the country without
- 1:38:12the consent of the country, they can roll up in there and grab a
- 1:38:14bit. They can.
- 1:38:15So now the Mexican government. 'S on its back heels.
- 1:38:17So. The Scheinbaum said, well, what
- 1:38:19do we need to do? You know, what can we do to help
- 1:38:21you guys? Let's come up with a plan.
- 1:38:23And what was the response? Put 50% tariffs on China.
- 1:38:28Prohibit BYD from making electric.
- 1:38:30Cars in your country? Renegotiate NAFTA in a manner
- 1:38:35consistent with how we want it to be negotiated.
- 1:38:37Like you guys a problem? What's this got to do with with
- 1:38:41us Mexicans dealing cocaine, right?
- 1:38:45I mean, at the end of the day, right?
- 1:38:46Like, you know why? Why you fucking with the cartel
- 1:38:48when you don't want the BYD you're worried about.
- 1:38:50You're worried about fucking because you're worried about
- 1:38:52fucking electric cars. About the story from.
- 1:38:54Vietnam, you said, yeah, well they were going to impose
- 1:38:57massive tariffs on China, but they didn't want China to come
- 1:39:01in through the back door coming in through Mexico like they
- 1:39:03would like they would. So they had to say you are going
- 1:39:05to put 50% tariff on all goods coming in from China and these
- 1:39:08other restrictions. I Mexico didn't go for that, did
- 1:39:11they? Of course they did.
- 1:39:12One of Trump's first. Things was to come in as demand.
- 1:39:15Mexico. You're going to change your
- 1:39:16policies? Yeah.
- 1:39:17Venezuela. You're narcos too.
- 1:39:20See, we're pissed off with Venezuela because they're one of
- 1:39:22the key. Pillars of of the financial.
- 1:39:24Of the financial architecture for China, right?
- 1:39:25So we start building a case about Maduro being involved in
- 1:39:28drug trafficking he was the leader of.
- 1:39:30We start showing us blowing up these little cereal cartel de
- 1:39:33Los solos. That was the sun.
- 1:39:34Like this is the fucking. Yes, there's a lot of drug
- 1:39:36trafficking in Venezuela, but it's a but it's a fraction of
- 1:39:39what it is. But you can sell anything down
- 1:39:40the river to American if you if you throw.
- 1:39:43The cartel gimmick, if you go to cartel gimmick, it's like, Oh
- 1:39:45yeah, they did it for the fucking cartel.
- 1:39:47You remember? They really It's because of the
- 1:39:50financial instrument that China has established that Venezuela
- 1:39:53was playing ball with. If you're playing with China,
- 1:39:55you're going to have a problem because don't forget Mexico was
- 1:39:57also. Having massive trade relations
- 1:39:59with China. And so we're about to screw the
- 1:40:01Chinese. So we got Mexico and we got a
- 1:40:03blackout back out the back door from From.
- 1:40:05Mexico, then. We start focusing our attention
- 1:40:08on Venezuela and 3rd, we start focusing our attention on Panama
- 1:40:13because the Panama, I didn't even know about the Panama.
- 1:40:15Panama, I remember part of the Belt and Rd. initiative well.
- 1:40:17China's. Port companies had received the
- 1:40:20long term contracts to build and develop and run the ports in
- 1:40:24Panama. So Trump's going crazy.
- 1:40:25They're selling the Panama Canal to the Chinese.
- 1:40:27We built it. They didn't sell it to the
- 1:40:30Chinese. They let the Chinese operate the
- 1:40:32ports, lease them or whatever, you know, So now the American
- 1:40:36government pressures. The Panamanian government.
- 1:40:39And the Panamanian government breaks the contracts with China
- 1:40:43because there's they're afraid of us because of our the
- 1:40:45Panamanians were being. Pressured.
- 1:40:47Sure. There's no way to remember
- 1:40:50Trump. Was talking about going back
- 1:40:51there and. Taking it so we're unilaterally
- 1:40:53threatening to go into Panama to confiscate the canal that's
- 1:40:56ours. We take it back, take it back
- 1:40:58with sand. Even though we had a 99 year
- 1:40:59lease and then they made a Jimmy Carter break the.
- 1:41:02Lease or something? No, they the.
- 1:41:03The lease ended. Oh, did it?
- 1:41:06But OK, so we got Mexico online. We got Panama online.
- 1:41:10Panama fucks the Chinese and takes.
- 1:41:13Away the operation of the canal and.
- 1:41:15Now we. Have control, right?
- 1:41:17Meanwhile, Mexico falls in the line, Falls in the line,
- 1:41:21Panama's in line Panama. 'S in line.
- 1:41:24We make Mexico's in line now and.
- 1:41:26And we're pressuring Venezuela, right?
- 1:41:28We're pressuring them. And if we don't get what we
- 1:41:30want, we take it. Venezuela's got the.
- 1:41:32Allegedly the largest proven oil reserves on the.
- 1:41:34Planet, sure. Or that's worth trillions of
- 1:41:36dollars. You got to have.
- 1:41:37You got to have that. Yeah, you can, yeah.
- 1:41:38And you're certainly got to have them be trained in U.S. dollars.
- 1:41:40That's the only thing that matters as long as you're within
- 1:41:42the US dollar denominated financial.
- 1:41:44Order and you're not playing Footsie with China.
- 1:41:46They don't care if you're a narco, but if you get off the
- 1:41:51reservation now we are. Now you're going to have a D4
- 1:41:55squad come see you, and now we're going to use Narco as a
- 1:41:58pretech. As to get in there to get in
- 1:42:00there because everybody in America goes crazy over the
- 1:42:03cartel that's. Right, dumb cartel.
- 1:42:04They let you do anything. That's right.
- 1:42:05The average person doesn't know, Pete, about the Panama or
- 1:42:08Mexican play. We are familiar with Venezuela.
- 1:42:11We're familiar with Iran. That's what we're talking about.
- 1:42:14Because had Mexico not done that, then you would have had.
- 1:42:17Military personnel going in there under the pretext.
- 1:42:19Of targeting the. Cartel and Mexico at the end of
- 1:42:23the day, probably. Somewhat values their cartel.
- 1:42:26Well, no, you have to understand they have to maintain a balance.
- 1:42:29That's what I'm saying like. I mean, you know, the 2 can't go
- 1:42:31out there and. And wipe out the cartel.
- 1:42:33You know the. Mexico is the largest trading
- 1:42:35partner of the United States. And so the Mexican and American.
- 1:42:40Economies have been integrated since.
- 1:42:41NAFTA and so it's a relationship that we don't want to destroy.
- 1:42:46But on the other hand, Trump has been very successful in
- 1:42:50conveying the impression that he'll just do whatever, fuck
- 1:42:54international law. And so Mexico was intimidated.
- 1:43:00So the political look, the advisors for Trump, the Harvard,
- 1:43:04NBA, the Yale lot of guys, their assessment of the Mexicans and
- 1:43:09the Europeans and quite frankly, most countries was correct.
- 1:43:12So then once you've got that early stuff in January, the next
- 1:43:15big event is April with Liberation Day.
- 1:43:19And on Liberation Day, you've got Trump standing in the middle
- 1:43:23of the Rose Garden with his big chart, with his tariff chart,
- 1:43:28with his tariff chart. That was in April.
- 1:43:30April. April 2nd and then on top and
- 1:43:32very first country, China. If you look at that China first
- 1:43:37row. China 67%, that's tariff.
- 1:43:40So we're going to be charging a discounted reciprocal tariff of
- 1:43:4434%. So as you can see from the
- 1:43:46video, Trump was very proud. Of the liberation day tariff
- 1:43:51with respect to China he was like like a kid in the candy now
- 1:43:55understand the. Purpose of the tariffs were.
- 1:43:58There were multiple purposes. Obviously, they wanted to
- 1:44:01reorient the financial order, like get people out of this
- 1:44:05China camp. They also wanted to balance
- 1:44:10these trade deficits. They wanted to establish some
- 1:44:13sense of balance. Now, of course, this is where
- 1:44:16their plan doesn't make sense. You have to run trade imbalances
- 1:44:21because what we send the world are are worthless pieces of
- 1:44:24paper. Yeah, we're always going to have
- 1:44:27an imbalance. You can't have the world reserve
- 1:44:31currency and the manufacturing because then what?
- 1:44:35How are they going to get your paper to use for their Monopoly
- 1:44:39money? But Pete, doesn't he have dudes
- 1:44:41like you and even smarter? No, because.
- 1:44:43A lot smarter than me, of course, to walk him through him.
- 1:44:45I think it was. That's why I can't.
- 1:44:46Again, I think it's just a. Pretext to say, look, we're
- 1:44:48going. To threaten you with tariffs, to
- 1:44:51force you to give us concessions as opposed to going through with
- 1:44:56this so it. Was a negotiation.
- 1:44:58It's. Essentially a block that failed.
- 1:45:00Well, no, it worked with the. Overwhelming majority to punch
- 1:45:02countries. Because they initiate.
- 1:45:03That tariff in Liberation day, they announced it.
- 1:45:08No, the the the weak bitches in Europe are falling.
- 1:45:10Over each other, Please please please.
- 1:45:11Let us get a meeting, Sir. Let us going to meet.
- 1:45:13We'll negotiate. Canada.
- 1:45:15Canada Buck. The Europeans caved.
- 1:45:17The British caved. Countries in Asia caved.
- 1:45:21China. Remember, they've been waiting
- 1:45:25for. This fight since 18, you're not
- 1:45:27getting a sucker punch again. We're ready.
- 1:45:29This time he fucked us at 18. Goes back to the 18 fucking.
- 1:45:33That's right. And so now the boys.
- 1:45:36Who thought they had the leverage walked into a trap
- 1:45:43because the Chinese had their. Engineers.
- 1:45:46Being advised or advising? Their political.
- 1:45:50Class how do we strangle the American economy and cripple
- 1:45:55them if they tried us again So when you had our guys going on
- 1:45:59TV and all the president's advisors were holding all the
- 1:46:02cards, you Jackass as soon as I heard that you guys got.
- 1:46:06No fucking streets parts. They're not holding the cards,
- 1:46:09they've got you by the balls and are about to break it off in
- 1:46:11your ass and you have no idea what's coming.
