A tragic shooting at Hampton Beach on July 5th left two visitors from Massachusetts injured — one critically — while the 21-year-old Navy service member, Tyshawn Cooper, took his own life. The victims, enjoying a Fourth of July getaway, were targeted in a sudden, unprovoked attack after a heated exchange. Cooper, stationed in New Hampshire for submarine repairs, had no prior connection to the victims.
