- 0:01Speaker 1: Hello, and welcome to Jason new Land to become. My
- 0:17Speaker 1: name is Jason new Land. This is let me put
- 0:23Speaker 1: you to sleep. Whisper ironically both my most popular recordings
- 0:35Speaker 1: and my least popular recordings.
- 0:39Speaker 2: Yeay, hello, hello, hello, hello hello.
- 0:56Speaker 1: Yeah, so this is Whisper Monday. Ah, yes, Monday again,
- 1:15Speaker 1: Monday don't have come around quickly. So I'd just like
- 1:23Speaker 1: to say a big thank you to all the well
- 1:26Speaker 1: wishes on my Facebook page. Thank you, and also address
- 1:44Speaker 1: a few moons about me doing the Whisper recordings. Just
- 1:50Speaker 1: let you know this, these Whisper Mondays and Whisper Tuesdays
- 1:58Speaker 1: and Whisper Wednesday is they're not replacing anything. It's an
- 2:06Speaker 1: additional thing. So it's I think it's I've been doing this.
- 2:23Speaker 1: It's kind of the first thing in the morning I
- 2:29Speaker 1: wake up, do we we? And I make a recording
- 2:47Speaker 1: now because of the time whispering. Is there any time
- 2:53Speaker 1: really that I can do any kind of whisper stuff?
- 3:04Speaker 1: And when I do wake up in the morning, I'm
- 3:11Speaker 1: kind of like a different person to how I am
- 3:14Speaker 1: later in the day. I was thinking about this before
- 3:19Speaker 1: I made the recording. I'm sure how to explain it
- 3:25Speaker 1: really I can't believe my voice gets croaky when I'm whispering.
- 3:32Speaker 1: Really Okay, I can't do it again. But I suppose
- 3:41Speaker 1: this is just.
- 3:44Speaker 3: I don't know.
- 3:45Speaker 1: I don't know if I'm going to do these regularly.
- 3:49Speaker 1: I just happened to have done one for a few
- 3:54Speaker 1: days in a row. But my intention is to get
- 3:59Speaker 1: back to a degree of normality and do the let
- 4:12Speaker 1: me boy to sleep recordings like I was doing them,
- 4:16Speaker 1: you know, Monday's borrowing Objects, trivia, Tuesday, Curday, Friday, Saturday Summary,
- 4:26Speaker 1: maybe even Sunday's papers. Maybe we shall st see how
- 4:40Speaker 1: things go today. Over the last few weeks, I kind
- 4:54Speaker 1: of yeah, my my consistency lacked somewhat.
- 5:10Speaker 4: And didn't.
- 5:12Speaker 1: I mean, I still have made recordings during this period,
- 5:15Speaker 1: but there's been periods of time where I didn't do anything,
- 5:25Speaker 1: and I'm kind of surprised. I'm still making recordings right now,
- 5:34Speaker 1: but I seem to want to do it, so I
- 5:40Speaker 1: go go. I had a strange dream last night that
- 5:54Speaker 1: I was seeing this in this situation where everybody was
- 6:08Speaker 1: related to me, and I was trying to comfort a
- 6:16Speaker 1: female uh relative, I don't know his sister or whatever,
- 6:33Speaker 1: and none of it made sense, not really. There was
- 6:51Speaker 1: a speedboat. There was a bloke, the man, I don't
- 7:00Speaker 1: know who he was. Mhm, just trying to remember bits
- 7:11Speaker 1: of the drain.
- 7:14Speaker 5: Mm hmmm.
- 7:17Speaker 1: H I think my dance their neighbor just farted really loudly. Honestly,
- 7:32Speaker 1: I just said, like a big vibration, like a little
- 7:39Speaker 1: drop in set off. That's funny, brilliant.
- 7:53Speaker 6: Say it.
- 8:02Speaker 4: Hm.
- 8:04Speaker 1: The weekend was a bit boring, to be honest. There's
- 8:09Speaker 1: no boxing, no nothing really, just went a bit early
- 8:22Speaker 1: both nights. I think I was in bed by eight
- 8:25Speaker 1: o'clock both Friday and no Saturday. No Friday Saturday and
- 8:32Speaker 1: Sunday night. There's not a lot going on. Yesterday I
- 8:47Speaker 1: did a recording on grief, and I was re recording
- 9:00Speaker 1: this recording as you do. It was in the afternoon,
- 9:08Speaker 1: and all I could hear was screaming in the garden,
- 9:13Speaker 1: just shouting and screaming, kids and adults.
- 9:18Speaker 4: It's like.
- 9:21Speaker 1: I was getting mildly wound up. I don't ask for much,
- 9:27Speaker 1: just a little bit of peace, just especially when I'm
- 9:31Speaker 1: making a recording. So I stopped talking.
- 9:36Speaker 7: And I got up and I moved or pretty much
- 9:41Speaker 7: all of my books from my bookcase. I've got three
- 9:45Speaker 7: bookcases and I moved them onto the window sill.
- 9:51Speaker 1: And pretty much filled up most of the gap of
- 9:55Speaker 1: where the window is. And it seemed to be it's
- 10:03Speaker 1: done quite a good job of soundproofing the room from
- 10:08Speaker 1: the screaming kids. It's like, wow, it seems to be
- 10:23Speaker 1: overkilled though, to be fair, because I'm looking at it,
- 10:26Speaker 1: it's just like it looks a bit messy, looks like
- 10:30Speaker 1: a modern piece of art, something you might have seen
- 10:34Speaker 1: in an art gallery. We know what artist. It's weird,
- 10:49Speaker 1: but it's definitely I mean, it's quiet now anyway. I mean,
- 11:02Speaker 1: if you listen to the beginning of yesterday's recording, the
- 11:07Speaker 1: Grief one, you can actually hear squeaky screaming over there.
- 11:20Speaker 1: And it's just too loud. It's just too in for me,
- 11:30Speaker 1: it's just a little bit too loud, and it's constant
- 11:41Speaker 1: consciously and it's yeah, I know I'm moaning, but it
- 11:45Speaker 1: is a little bit too much sometimes and make make
- 11:57Speaker 1: that my voice again. You get, Taking aking, making recordings
- 12:11Speaker 1: is something that it's all I've got. It's the only
- 12:19Speaker 1: thing that I do, and it's so I need to
- 12:36Speaker 1: be able to have that sense of quiet. Now there
- 12:52Speaker 1: is a way around it, and I'm thinking about working
- 12:56Speaker 1: My way in that way is to keep my table
- 13:03Speaker 1: out of the storage room but in the other side,
- 13:13Speaker 1: the other side of the Yeah, but at the other
- 13:20Speaker 1: side of the room, and then start using the other
- 13:26Speaker 1: microphone a gang because that doesn't pick up so much
- 13:31Speaker 1: sound from outside, So I might do that instead. I
- 13:54Speaker 1: don't know. I'm not sure.
- 14:00Speaker 7: M M.
- 14:05Speaker 1: I'm just trying to.
- 14:08Speaker 8: Get in touch with how I feel. I feel okay,
- 14:16Speaker 8: m Yeah, I'm all right. I feel all right, Yeah,
- 14:45Speaker 8: not much going on.
- 14:56Speaker 1: Bies feel that it will be strained. I got them closed,
- 15:13Speaker 1: feeding properly.
- 15:19Speaker 9: That would be hungry.
- 15:40Speaker 4: Mm hmm.
- 15:44Speaker 1: I'm still trying to remember that dream. Nah, can't remember. No,
- 16:30Speaker 1: it's gone, ut, mad, I was a lot'll be restless
- 16:39Speaker 1: last night to start with.
- 16:59Speaker 4: Mm hmm.
- 17:30Speaker 1: I could quite easily just fall back to sleep, which
- 17:40Speaker 1: just shows there's not much going on inside my brain
- 17:43Speaker 1: right now.
- 17:49Speaker 10: No change them. Then he's been good, fast asleep on
- 18:28Speaker 10: the bed.
- 18:31Speaker 1: It take quite a lot to wake him up. Once
- 18:35Speaker 1: his gone. He's gone, like really it's a very deep sleep.
- 18:40Speaker 1: But once he's falls asleep, it just reminds me there's
- 18:54Speaker 1: been times when I've kind of tried to wake him up,
- 18:58Speaker 1: just like playing, you know, clicking my fingers and doing
- 19:04Speaker 1: a little dance or nothing. It reminds me it was
- 19:09Speaker 1: a TV It's a movie called with Oh what's his name?
- 19:36Speaker 1: It's the the actor that was in Groundhog Day, Bill Murray.
- 19:43Speaker 4: Bob.
- 19:45Speaker 1: So he's if funk correct. He's a psychiatric patient and
- 19:55Speaker 1: he goes and visits his psychiatrist, who's Richard Dreyfus. Has
- 20:01Speaker 1: a lot of information that's in my head, and he
- 20:05Speaker 1: stays over, I might get I might have this wrong.
- 20:11Speaker 1: This one scene where Richard Traces is trying to wake
- 20:18Speaker 1: him up and he's yelling, he's passion, symbols together, drums,
- 20:33Speaker 1: you know, all kinds of things. Nothing. Nothing's waking.
- 20:39Speaker 9: Bob up or Bill Murray.
- 20:43Speaker 1: He's doing this for like a few minutes, and there's
- 20:46Speaker 1: a whole schedu really where he's showing him different ways
- 20:52Speaker 1: trying to wake up Bob. And at the end of
- 20:59Speaker 1: it was lying there and this alarm clock goes off,
- 21:05Speaker 1: didd did did did and he just wakes up, yawns.
- 21:11Speaker 1: That's says good morning. It's very funny. I've buried it, really,
- 21:18Speaker 1: haven't I.
- 21:18Speaker 9: If you haven't seen it.
- 21:19Speaker 1: But it's an old movie from probably in the nineties,
- 21:28Speaker 1: so so he said a while back, might even be
- 21:33Speaker 1: the eighties. What about Bob that's called Richard Dratherus and
- 21:41Speaker 1: Bill Murray.
- 21:44Speaker 10: Ye, yeah, it was good.
- 22:07Speaker 1: I was another scene. It's a different movie, but there's
- 22:11Speaker 1: a couple of I just remember rewinding the videotape because
- 22:22Speaker 1: the comedy clip caught me off guard and made me
- 22:26Speaker 1: laugh so hard that I had to go back and
- 22:30Speaker 1: rewatch it. That was one of those one. That's one
- 22:35Speaker 1: clip I kept rewinding because it was so funny. And
- 22:42Speaker 1: the second one, another one was.
- 22:48Speaker 4: Did did did.
- 22:57Speaker 1: Gene Wilder? Geene Wilder was in his movie and he's
- 23:02Speaker 1: standing outside the door with this big mentioned house thing
- 23:10Speaker 1: and this lady kisses him on the lips and Gene
- 23:20Speaker 1: Wilder looks disgusted and he rubs his lips, screams and
- 23:27Speaker 1: runs away. It's very funny. I just I just found hilarious.
- 23:38Speaker 1: I remember rewinding that because he caught me off God,
- 23:42Speaker 1: that did not expect that. As Jean Wilder was, I
- 23:53Speaker 1: think he's one of the greatest comedy actors. A something
- 24:01Speaker 1: as they say, funny bones. He had it he's so funny.
- 24:09Speaker 1: It was that obliviousness almost, that look in his eyes,
- 24:17Speaker 1: like wasn't quite sure what was going on around him.
- 24:27Speaker 1: But I think people like him. If you love his movies,
- 24:34Speaker 1: his comedy movies, possibly avoid watching any interviews that he
- 24:41Speaker 1: did because he wasn't that person. He was very serious,
- 24:47Speaker 1: and you know, he wasn't I know he obviously he
- 24:53Speaker 1: wasn't that person because he's an actor, but I quite
- 24:58Speaker 1: like the idea of him being that person. It's just,
- 25:03Speaker 1: you know, if you see Jim Carrey being interviewed, he's
- 25:08Speaker 1: all serious these days. But then you get some some
- 25:16Speaker 1: entertainers or comedy actors, and they liked, I don't know,
- 25:28Speaker 1: which is naturally funny, if that makes sense. I met
- 25:44Speaker 1: a few comedians like that, some that were just really
- 25:49Speaker 1: funny people off end on stage. I don't think I
- 26:02Speaker 1: ever saw any of the really funny ones make it successfully.
- 26:12Speaker 1: But the ones that were funny off stage, it's it's
- 26:18Speaker 1: almost it's which is quite strange. But the ones that
- 26:24Speaker 1: were really funny on stage were just, I don't know,
- 26:31Speaker 1: trying to explain it. They weren't like that when they
- 26:34Speaker 1: were off off the stage. I suppose I could double
- 26:43Speaker 1: identity perhaps. I suppose also those comedians that are successful,
- 27:08Speaker 1: when they're doing the clubs and they're you know, doing
- 27:12Speaker 1: the different comedy clubs, they're probably tired but being funny
- 27:23Speaker 1: and they need a break from it, especially if they're
- 27:28Speaker 1: doing maybe two, three, maybe four kicks in one night
- 27:33Speaker 1: at the weekend. The probably last thing they want to
- 27:42Speaker 1: do is tell jokes when they're not on stage. Yeah,
- 28:06Speaker 1: although I did get a lift with Ricky Crow for once.
- 28:11Speaker 1: This is before I knew who he was, and he
- 28:15Speaker 1: did his character Buller.
- 28:18Speaker 11: The whole way.
- 28:20Speaker 1: So he came. He lived in a sports car from
- 28:23Speaker 1: the comedy club, probably about ninety four and maybe ninety five,
- 28:38Speaker 1: and he came. He lived to Stratford. I don't know
- 28:42Speaker 1: where he lived. I think he lived in Bow or
- 28:46Speaker 1: Canning Town or something like that. And I didn't realize
- 28:51Speaker 1: it was I've not seen his act and it was
- 28:57Speaker 1: the Buller where he plays his character called and he
- 29:02Speaker 1: did that the whole journey. It was very funny, but
- 29:06Speaker 1: he was just player, you know, a character. I think
- 29:20Speaker 1: my favorite comedy character now is Alan Bartridge. I've decided,
- 29:32Speaker 1: I've made my decision, and Alan Bartridge is just so funny.
- 29:40Speaker 1: All annuances, and I guess, having followed him for decades
- 29:52Speaker 1: seeing the way the character's developed, it's so good. I
- 30:03Speaker 1: don't know how well known Alan Bartridge is outside of
- 30:08Speaker 1: the UK, and I don't know how. I don't know.
- 30:24Speaker 1: I don't know how understandable the character would be, because
- 30:28Speaker 1: it's the character's funny on different levels. It's funny in itself,
- 30:35Speaker 1: but also he's kind of made fun of a lot
- 30:42Speaker 1: of not just I suppose the radio DJs that then
- 30:47Speaker 1: went on to TV and did chat shows and stuff
- 30:51Speaker 1: like that. He he's got some of those mannerisms, and yeah,
- 31:04Speaker 1: it's such a great character. Pre certain that Steve Coogan,
- 31:16Speaker 1: who is the actor who plays Alan Partridge, probably gets
- 31:26Speaker 1: completely fed up with doing that character at times and
- 31:35Speaker 1: wishes that one of his other characters was as popular.
- 31:40Speaker 1: But he's his audience has grown up with him and
- 31:58Speaker 1: he can keep that character. I mean, is he probably
- 32:04Speaker 1: be about sixty now, maybe late fifties. He's older than me,
- 32:12Speaker 1: just probably not by much, maybe five years since he
- 32:19Speaker 1: had let's say sixty, so he might be able to
- 32:23Speaker 1: do that character for another twenty years. Dear, one of
- 32:28Speaker 1: my favorite roles that Steve Kogan was in was when
- 32:35Speaker 1: he did Laura Lenardi Laura. What was it called? I
- 32:45Speaker 1: can remember the name of the movie. I think it
- 32:48Speaker 1: might just been their first names, Stanham, Lawrence, Oliver, stan
- 33:01Speaker 1: and Oliver. I think it was, yeah, Stan and Oliver
- 33:07Speaker 1: and Steve Cooking played the skinny one, Laura Nardi Hardi
- 33:19Speaker 1: was the big one on Laurel. Stan Lows. He played Stan.
- 33:28Speaker 1: He even had his eyes. I mean, he's always had
- 33:31Speaker 1: these eyes, but that was strange because he had the
- 33:37Speaker 1: same eyes. He has the same eyes as Stan Laurel,
- 33:47Speaker 1: which makes me think that he possibly wanted to play
- 33:53Speaker 1: that character, that role plays Stan Laurel for a long
- 34:00Speaker 1: time because he knew he looked like him. That was
- 34:08Speaker 1: a really good movie as well. It's really just about
- 34:16Speaker 1: their relationship, their friendship and you know, kind of the
- 34:27Speaker 1: last part of their lives together. I suppose Stan Laurel
- 34:44Speaker 1: was a little bit a little bit like Benny hill Is.
- 34:51Speaker 1: His life was about working and in the same way
- 34:58Speaker 1: that Bennie l used to But he used to write
- 35:04Speaker 1: jokes when he was at home, even though he wasn't
- 35:07Speaker 1: on television anymore. The thing is now not being on
- 35:12Speaker 1: television wouldn't have made a difference to him, because he
- 35:16Speaker 1: could have just done his own YouTube channel into his
- 35:20Speaker 1: own stuff and he wouldn't have needed he wouldn't have
- 35:24Speaker 1: been restricted by television. Plus he was wealthy and it
- 35:33Speaker 1: was popular in America, which makes you wonder why didn't
- 35:38Speaker 1: America give him a TV show. But he used to
- 35:54Speaker 1: be writing jokes all the time, and I think and
- 36:00Speaker 1: Laurel was the same. I was writing, it's a bit
- 36:07Speaker 1: chilly in here today, a little bit chilly. Minchew. That
- 36:13Speaker 1: window is open. Had to open the window because it
- 36:17Speaker 1: was stuffy with all those books in a way, which
- 36:21Speaker 1: is weird. I wouldn't afford it made too much difference,
- 36:26Speaker 1: but I guess some of the years came through even
- 36:30Speaker 1: when the windows are closed. Yeah, I'm not sure what
- 36:39Speaker 1: to do about those books being there. I'm a little
- 36:44Speaker 1: bit concerned that if.
- 36:45Speaker 9: One falls the whole old fault.
- 36:49Speaker 1: And it's a lot of books, like a heavy load
- 36:54Speaker 1: of books, that's probably so probably doesn't weigh as much
- 37:04Speaker 1: as me, but maybe it does. I don't think so. Yeah,
- 37:11Speaker 1: I wouldn't be able to if you condense to all
- 37:14Speaker 1: those books into like a compact weight. I'm not sure,
- 37:21Speaker 1: but struggle to lift it. I don't know, maybe not,
- 37:33Speaker 1: but then I think in some of the books are
- 37:35Speaker 1: quite heavy, and this I don't know, two hundred books
- 37:42Speaker 1: maybe more so I try and count them one, two, three,
- 37:49Speaker 1: four or five, six, seven, eight, ninety eleven until thirteen fourteen,
- 37:55Speaker 1: fifteen sixteen, don't do anyone, twenty fee, twenty four, twenty five,
- 38:02Speaker 1: twenty six, twenty seven, twenty eight, twenty nine, thirty, thirty one,
- 38:05Speaker 1: thirty two, five, thirty six, thirty seventh, thirty eight, verty ninety, forty, forty.
- 38:13Speaker 7: One, forty two, forty forty four, forty five, forty six,
- 38:17Speaker 7: forty seven, forty eight, forty nine, fifty two.
- 38:20Speaker 9: Unif four five, six.
- 38:22Speaker 1: Seven, fifty nine, sixty one to probably two hundred and fifty.
- 38:45Speaker 1: So I think my plan for to day.
- 38:49Speaker 4: Is just.
- 39:02Speaker 1: Have some breakfast, have a cup of tea, and then
- 39:17Speaker 1: aimed Monday's boring objects and maybe do him miss recording
- 39:29Speaker 1: as well later on. And outside of that, nothing much else, really,
- 39:51Speaker 1: nothing really going on. I'm going thank you for listening.
- 40:13Speaker 1: Remember to be kind to yourself because you do deserve
- 40:19Speaker 1: to be happy, be gentle with yourself. You deserve to
- 40:29Speaker 1: feel safe. Lots of love.
- 40:41Speaker 3: Bye, relax.
- 40:52Speaker 12: In a more deep and meaningful way, maybe in a
- 41:03Speaker 12: way that can not just allow you to feel calmer
- 41:11Speaker 12: now and throughout the time we spend together here, not
- 41:21Speaker 12: just relaxed at the end of the recording when it's
- 41:27Speaker 12: finished and you can enjoy that sense of comfort and peace,
- 41:39Speaker 12: but also I think it would be nice to have
- 41:52Speaker 12: those feelings of relaxation continue for longer after the recording
- 42:09Speaker 12: has ended, so that you can still benefit from listening
- 42:23Speaker 12: to my voice, maybe in a few hours time, perhaps tomorrow,
- 42:38Speaker 12: and then by listening regularly, especially if you find like
- 42:46Speaker 12: some people do and myself as well. I sometimes I
- 42:50Speaker 12: find one particular recording that really resonates with me, and
- 43:00Speaker 12: I just listened to it over and over again every morning,
- 43:06Speaker 12: every evening. There was this recording from We're going back
- 43:18Speaker 12: to about nineteen ninety nine. It wasn't hypnosis, but it
- 43:24Speaker 12: was a guided visualizations. It kind of was hypnosis, really,
- 43:32Speaker 12: and I managed to find it again and it still
- 43:37Speaker 12: has the same effect on me, And part of it
- 43:43Speaker 12: was the person's voice relaxed me, just felt so peaceful,
- 44:00Speaker 12: and I'd look forward to listening to her in the
- 44:06Speaker 12: morning and in the evening. And I knew before even
- 44:17Speaker 12: pressing the play button. As soon as I've done that,
- 44:26Speaker 12: pressed the play button. This is in the days of
- 44:34Speaker 12: CD players, press the play button. If that it might
- 44:43Speaker 12: have even been a tape tape recorder. I'd lie down
- 44:48Speaker 12: on the bed and then even without necessarily listening to
- 45:00Speaker 12: her words because I had to memorized. Really, it was
- 45:14Speaker 12: as if my body knew exactly what to do, and
- 45:24Speaker 12: the muscles just almost went into automatic relaxation, and I
- 45:46Speaker 12: remember my mind would slow down. Now. Now, I was
- 46:00Speaker 12: listening to this recording in the early days of learning hypnosis,
- 46:10Speaker 12: and long before I ever made any videos or audio
- 46:18Speaker 12: recordings myself, because I didn't start doing that till two
- 46:23Speaker 12: thousand and six. But I knew, I knew how helpful
- 46:41Speaker 12: I found being able to just let go, to have
- 46:53Speaker 12: that trust in the person that I'm listening to, knowing
- 47:06Speaker 12: that it's going to be just as relaxing, if not
- 47:14Speaker 12: more so. Each time you hear my voice, you may
- 47:23Speaker 12: feel the same. Some people have been listening to me
- 47:35Speaker 12: for over a decade. Maybe not solidly, obviously, not twenty
- 47:49Speaker 12: four hours a day, but maybe people come back. Some
- 47:57Speaker 12: people may be listen every day. That's something that I do,
- 48:14Speaker 12: which you may not realize by listening. Is when I
- 48:28Speaker 12: record these recordings now, for example, I also am affected
- 48:45Speaker 12: by the words.
- 48:48Speaker 3: That I say.
- 48:54Speaker 12: So if I set to you focus on your feet,
- 49:03Speaker 12: notice your feet relaxing, I will be focusing on my feet.
- 49:16Speaker 12: I will be noticing my feet relaxing. If I said,
- 49:33Speaker 12: focus on your hands, and maybe notice the difference between
- 49:41Speaker 12: each hand. Perhaps notice the the air in the room,
- 49:52Speaker 12: the temperature of the room. On the backs of your hands.
- 50:04Speaker 12: You may start to notice what almost feels like a
- 50:08Speaker 12: very light breeze, even though there may not be any
- 50:17Speaker 12: type of breeze at all where you are right now.
- 50:30Speaker 12: And as you become aware of your hands, I'm also
- 50:41Speaker 12: aware of how relaxed my hands are feeling.
- 50:54Speaker 5: Now.
- 51:09Speaker 12: And when it comes to potentially drifting off to sleep,
- 51:16Speaker 12: which may be the reason you're listening, I also feel
- 51:29Speaker 12: drowsy when I make these recordings. I also notice my
- 51:43Speaker 12: mind drifting. In fact, at times I've actually fallen asleep
- 52:05Speaker 12: without even noticing, and then I carry on talking. And
- 52:19Speaker 12: it's only when I listen back to do the editing
- 52:28Speaker 12: I hear snoring and I think I don't remember snoring.
- 52:38Speaker 12: I remember talking. This snoring was a pig turned up.
- 52:49Speaker 12: That's why I sound like when I snare and I
- 52:56Speaker 12: get really into the old experience. I don't know how
- 53:10Speaker 12: you feel. How relaxed do you feel in your feet,
- 53:22Speaker 12: how relaxed you feel in your hands. I have noticed.
- 53:48Speaker 3: More and more.
- 53:55Speaker 12: That the more relaxed, deeper level of comfort you feel,
- 54:11Speaker 12: the easier your breathing becomes. It's almost like that additional
- 54:30Speaker 12: muscle relaxation. So this allows you to breathe easier without
- 54:53Speaker 12: necessarily focusing on breath however, being able to notice the ease.
- 55:28Speaker 3: In which.
- 55:36Speaker 12: You breathe so naturally. You breathe so very easily and smoothly.
- 56:27Speaker 12: Whenever I imagine my breathing improving, when I've got my
- 56:45Speaker 12: eyes closed, I tend to visualize a few fulfilled with
- 57:04Speaker 12: trees and flowers producing all that life giving oxygen. It
- 57:38Speaker 12: feels nice too, if nothing else, just taking some time
- 58:00Speaker 12: away from everything, enjoying that feeling of peace serenity with
- 58:48Speaker 12: a joyful heart. Time seems to just drip by so
- 59:26Speaker 12: very slowly, relaxed, so deeply peaceful, completely unattached to any
- 1:00:17Speaker 12: thoughts whatsoever in this moment, completely free, noticing that your
- 1:01:20Speaker 12: mind has slowed down slowed down because nothing really requires
- 1:02:07Speaker 12: your attention. You can enjoy the physical sensations of allowing
- 1:02:38Speaker 12: the stress to rip out of your body, to appear
- 1:02:51Speaker 12: out of every part. Have your body being released from
- 1:03:20Speaker 12: your brain, your mind slowly but surely, muscle thin, legs,
- 1:04:17Speaker 12: relas ris right, so very deeply, rix.
- 1:04:53Speaker 3: So deeply.
- 1:05:11Speaker 12: And the feelings, the pleasant feelings in your arms and shoulders,
- 1:05:39Speaker 12: deepening each part of your body further and deeper and deeper. Noticine,
- 1:06:22Speaker 12: the feelings in the back of your neck, feelings in
- 1:06:49Speaker 12: your wrists, muscles in front of your body. I all say,
- 1:07:49Speaker 12: feeling peaceful deeply. A sense of peace spreads through your
- 1:08:30Speaker 12: fairy core. Even when you focus on your mind. Your
- 1:09:19Speaker 12: mind becomes beve and slower, even deeper, relax, so very slow,
- 1:10:50Speaker 12: your stomach peace full in your stomach.
- 1:11:30Speaker 13: You're back.
- 1:11:36Speaker 12: Notice Notice how relaxed you'd never feel In the hole
- 1:12:05Speaker 12: of your back.
- 1:12:31Speaker 3: You spy.
- 1:12:36Speaker 12: From your brain all the way down the middle of
- 1:12:40Speaker 12: your back, sending and receiving millions of messages every day,
- 1:13:03Speaker 12: decomfort increasing deeply relaxed.
- 1:13:51Speaker 4: You means.
- 1:14:17Speaker 12: Legs spreading those signals down a spine or cord into air,
- 1:14:31Speaker 12: every part of your body, your shins and your calf muscles,
- 1:15:18Speaker 12: your elbows, feelings of peace and tranquility spreading through your body,
- 1:15:52Speaker 12: tips of your toes, to your eyes, your fingers, all
- 1:16:09Speaker 12: wait till you know it. Back I thinker, read the thinker.
- 1:16:54Speaker 12: Please drifting mind just wandering away, happy to let go,
- 1:17:40Speaker 12: let go completely, let go, so tranquil the whole body,
- 1:18:46Speaker 12: enjoy a sense. Listen, guy, he.
- 1:19:18Speaker 3: More by join the space, this space of peace.
- 1:21:20Speaker 12: And safety, so very relaxed, letting go. Maybe we can
- 1:23:42Speaker 12: just focus on the different parts of your body, just
- 1:23:54Speaker 12: to notice.
- 1:24:21Speaker 5: You foolhead and your eyes.
- 1:24:56Speaker 13: It two.
- 1:25:02Speaker 12: So Louise, noticing the sense of complete freedom, absolute freedom.
- 1:26:56Speaker 3: He's all.
- 1:26:58Speaker 5: Energy, pase to breeze, so much easy, yeah.
- 1:28:21Speaker 3: Loose. You may have.
- 1:28:47Speaker 12: You may not have noticed your mind drifted peaceful, merely,
- 1:29:48Speaker 12: even more deeply.
- 1:29:55Speaker 3: In the direction total bliss for pace, bliss for pace.
- 1:30:43Speaker 5: Toreft to to peace, so calm, let him go peace
- 1:32:43Speaker 5: with mind.
- 1:32:53Speaker 12: Rex forty relax so relaxed. Your body feels almost invisible,
- 1:34:13Speaker 12: so very relaxed. I'm peaceful, so peaceful, RelA.
- 1:34:57Speaker 3: Liker.
- 1:35:33Speaker 12: And you could start to notice that you are feeling
- 1:35:40Speaker 12: more relaxed, even though I've not purposely focused your mind
- 1:35:52Speaker 12: upon that sense of physical comfort that is growing within you.
- 1:36:00Speaker 12: You throughout your body.
- 1:36:05Speaker 3: And your mind.
- 1:36:07Speaker 12: Starts to slow down, and that could be almost in
- 1:36:17Speaker 12: recognition of I guess my speech not being particularly fast
- 1:36:32Speaker 12: and things just generally feel calmer. Just by listening to
- 1:36:42Speaker 12: my voice, you give yourself an opportunity.
- 1:36:50Speaker 3: To take a break from the day.
- 1:36:55Speaker 12: Take a break from your life as it is, and
- 1:37:03Speaker 12: to give yourself a rest, giving yourself permission to take
- 1:37:11Speaker 12: some time off, and to allow your body to relax
- 1:37:18Speaker 12: and allow your mind to slow down, which in turn
- 1:37:29Speaker 12: releases the tension and he stresses that you had in
- 1:37:34Speaker 12: your body. It's almost as if the parts of your
- 1:37:44Speaker 12: body just open up, allowing the negativity out and at
- 1:37:56Speaker 12: the same time replacing that nick activity with positive heathing energy,
- 1:38:07Speaker 12: which then fills your body up and your mind to
- 1:38:13Speaker 12: also starts to appreciate those feelings of increasing confidence, an
- 1:38:32Speaker 12: almost uplifting feeling, positive healing, an energy that spreads through
- 1:38:49Speaker 12: your body like a wave of comfort. All this comes
- 1:39:01Speaker 12: from just allowing yourself.
- 1:39:09Speaker 6: A few minutes, maybe half an hour, however long you
- 1:39:14Speaker 6: want it to be, to just rest.
- 1:39:23Speaker 3: And allow.
- 1:39:26Speaker 12: Your mind and your body to almost reset itself to
- 1:39:37Speaker 12: the settings of comfort and relaxation, calmness, which allows more
- 1:39:53Speaker 12: room for feelings of pleasure.
- 1:40:00Speaker 3: And happiness.
- 1:40:05Speaker 12: To move around your body and into your mind, almost
- 1:40:14Speaker 12: as if your mind and your body are sinking together,
- 1:40:23Speaker 12: almost mirroring each other with that growing positivity and calmness,
- 1:40:38Speaker 12: And it feels nice. It really does feel nice to
- 1:40:45Speaker 12: know that you are the one that has allowed yourself
- 1:40:54Speaker 12: to feel more comfort and to experience.
- 1:41:05Speaker 6: More at this.
- 1:41:08Speaker 12: Deep relaxation. Spreading throughout your body, and as I focus
- 1:41:25Speaker 12: on each part of your body, you can notice that
- 1:41:31Speaker 12: that part becomes even more relaxed just by focusing on it,
- 1:41:48Speaker 12: becomes even more calm and comfortable.
- 1:41:56Speaker 3: Just by focusing.
- 1:42:02Speaker 12: And as I move down your body, starting at your head,
- 1:42:10Speaker 12: the parts that you've already focused on will continue to
- 1:42:17Speaker 12: relax deeply, and those parts that we've not yet focused
- 1:42:25Speaker 12: on or just automatically release any remaining tension in anticipation
- 1:42:39Speaker 12: of even more comfort about to come. Now, I'm going
- 1:42:52Speaker 12: to start by focusing on your forehead. Just being aware
- 1:43:00Speaker 12: feelings of your forehead and any background sounds like mister
- 1:43:10Speaker 12: Herbert the Pigeon, can just allow you to feel even
- 1:43:15Speaker 12: more relaxed, just means you're in the moment. This isn't
- 1:43:26Speaker 12: this isn't a sterile environment.
- 1:43:29Speaker 3: This is the world.
- 1:43:34Speaker 12: I live in the countryside, so there's lots of nature
- 1:43:40Speaker 12: sounds around. So as you focus on your forehead, just
- 1:43:51Speaker 12: notice how it becomes even more relaxed as you focus
- 1:44:01Speaker 12: only on my voice and that part of your body.
- 1:44:11Speaker 12: Moving down to your eyes, Focusing on your eyes, noticing
- 1:44:21Speaker 12: how your eyelids feel so heavy yet so light at the.
- 1:44:31Speaker 6: Same time, and all the muscles around your eyes relaxing.
- 1:44:40Speaker 3: Completely. Moving your focus.
- 1:44:49Speaker 12: Down to your mouth, your lips, your tongue, your teeth,
- 1:44:55Speaker 12: and your guns, the whole of your mouth.
- 1:45:02Speaker 3: Relaxing, calm and lease. As you focus now on your jaw, not.
- 1:45:20Speaker 12: Just the parts of your jaw near your mouth, your
- 1:45:24Speaker 12: chin put all the way up the size of your
- 1:45:29Speaker 12: face to your ears, a.
- 1:45:33Speaker 3: Hole of your jaw, feeding more relaxed.
- 1:45:48Speaker 4: And calm.
- 1:45:57Speaker 12: Focusing on your neck, the front of your neck and
- 1:46:06Speaker 12: your throat relaxing and loose and calm. The side of
- 1:46:19Speaker 12: your neck, the right and left side of your neck.
- 1:46:28Speaker 3: Relax and loose and calm. And now the back of
- 1:46:44Speaker 3: your neck.
- 1:46:47Speaker 6: Focusing on the back of your neck, letting go of
- 1:46:58Speaker 6: any tension they have been there before, and enjoying that.
- 1:47:08Speaker 3: Sense of increasing comfort and release.
- 1:47:17Speaker 12: That you can experience in the back of your neck,
- 1:47:27Speaker 12: moving down your back.
- 1:47:32Speaker 3: And moving either side of.
- 1:47:34Speaker 6: Your spine right from the top of your back all
- 1:47:40Speaker 6: the way down to the bottom of your back down
- 1:47:53Speaker 6: to your lower back. As you move up and down.
- 1:48:03Speaker 12: Your spine, you can feel the muscles either side of
- 1:48:10Speaker 12: your spine relaxing even more. And as those muscles relax,
- 1:48:27Speaker 12: that sense of comfort starts to spread outwards from your
- 1:48:35Speaker 12: spine into both sides of your back, the top of
- 1:48:44Speaker 12: your back, the middle, and your lower back.
- 1:48:51Speaker 3: And as you scan.
- 1:48:54Speaker 6: Gently and slowly up and down your back, there's the
- 1:49:02Speaker 6: muscles in the top of your back relax.
- 1:49:06Speaker 3: And become looser. The muscles in the middle of your back.
- 1:49:16Speaker 12: Also seem to just almost divide from each other, separating
- 1:49:23Speaker 12: and almost melting, and in your lower back there seems
- 1:49:39Speaker 12: to be an extra special feeling of comfort. The spreads
- 1:49:52Speaker 12: into your hips, so down your lower back, into your hips,
- 1:50:03Speaker 12: into the area where your cosicks are, and into your buttocks,
- 1:50:13Speaker 12: and all those muscles that spread.
- 1:50:18Speaker 3: Bring your lower back.
- 1:50:22Speaker 6: Into your hip area start to melt, start to really
- 1:50:35Speaker 6: let go. I don't even nowhere about to focus on
- 1:50:46Speaker 6: your shoulders. Your back and your spine will continue.
- 1:50:55Speaker 3: To let go and you to relax.
- 1:51:05Speaker 14: So calmly.
- 1:51:13Speaker 12: And if you focus on your shoulders, you may notice
- 1:51:18Speaker 12: that they're already feeling really loose, already feeding calm and
- 1:51:50Speaker 12: feeling those muscles the move from your neck into your
- 1:52:02Speaker 12: shoulders feel so soft and gentle, so smooth and calm,
- 1:52:38Speaker 12: and the feeding in your shoulders seems to spread deep
- 1:52:51Speaker 12: into your shoulders, that sense of relaxation, not just traveling
- 1:53:02Speaker 12: deeply into your muscles, but also relaxing.
- 1:53:12Speaker 3: The bones.
- 1:53:19Speaker 6: And moving all the way to underneath your arms, relaxing
- 1:53:27Speaker 6: the whole area between the tops of your shoulders and
- 1:53:32Speaker 6: underneath your arms.
- 1:53:38Speaker 3: He then you feel so.
- 1:53:46Speaker 6: Relaxed and comfortable in your shoulders. Who sends that deep
- 1:54:01Speaker 6: healing message into your arms And you may feel.
- 1:54:22Speaker 12: Almost as if your arms are not even there, because
- 1:54:27Speaker 12: they're so relaxed, so.
- 1:54:34Speaker 3: Deeply relaxed, so so calm, so.
- 1:55:10Speaker 12: Pose not fine. Spreading all the way down your arms
- 1:55:28Speaker 12: two elbows, including.
- 1:55:36Speaker 3: Your elbows circumforts spreads your away.
- 1:55:57Speaker 12: Into wrists, the forearments and.
- 1:56:03Speaker 5: The wrists so heavy, yet at the same time.
- 1:56:26Speaker 3: So light.
- 1:56:30Speaker 6: And gentle. Focusing now on your hands, my hands, so
- 1:57:34Speaker 6: peaceful in your hands, there's a sense of.
- 1:58:01Speaker 3: Real peace. It just seems to I feel so familiar
- 1:58:27Speaker 3: when your hands relax deeply el.
- 1:58:58Speaker 13: Your thing is.
- 1:59:31Speaker 5: You think this, said this, your finger tips.
- 2:00:35Speaker 12: Moving your attention to affront to your body, so comfortable.
- 2:01:05Speaker 12: Move then your fortress, two legs, love musculs.
- 2:02:32Speaker 3: In your thighs.
- 2:02:50Speaker 12: And knees, so relaxed, a calf muscles just shains a
- 2:03:31Speaker 12: prazy may four fathing.
- 2:05:34Speaker 6: New feet, Sir, peaceful, so calm, sa peaceful sitcom su peaceful.
- 2:06:36Speaker 3: Sycom so peace fall.
- 2:06:53Speaker 13: Re sing.
- 2:07:00Speaker 6: Peace fall, so calm, louding that deep relaxation, the spread
- 2:07:20Speaker 6: your chest in your storm, letting go.
- 2:07:40Speaker 3: Everything.
- 2:07:52Speaker 12: So I'm gonna start counting down now, from twenty down
- 2:07:58Speaker 12: to one. You can imagine in a way it's like
- 2:08:07Speaker 12: just walking down some steps and each step or twenty steps,
- 2:08:14Speaker 12: and each.
- 2:08:14Speaker 6: Step represents a level of comfort, each step represents.
- 2:08:27Speaker 3: A deepening.
- 2:08:29Speaker 12: Of that comfort, and the furvies you walk down those
- 2:08:40Speaker 12: steps that are deeper and more relaxed, you feel so
- 2:08:52Speaker 12: Starting with number twenty twenty nineteen eighteen, seventeen sixteen three
- 2:13:25Speaker 12: four four se.
- 2:15:32Speaker 3: Too well.
- 2:15:42Speaker 15: Us USA.
- 2:18:48Speaker 6: No y.
- 2:20:04Speaker 14: Usa seven.
- 2:21:43Speaker 11: H h A U.
- 2:23:44Speaker 3: Five four.
- 2:25:03Speaker 16: Four hia.
- 2:28:41Speaker 4: One.
- 2:29:31Speaker 3: And now.
- 2:29:36Speaker 6: As you focus on your lives, we're gonna count down
- 2:29:49Speaker 6: from ten outs one, focusing just on your eyes, your eyelids,
- 2:30:06Speaker 6: the muscles around your eyes, your eye waves themselves, our
- 2:30:14Speaker 6: whole area.
- 2:30:18Speaker 3: That makes up your eye. And as we count down
- 2:30:33Speaker 3: from ten.
- 2:30:35Speaker 17: Down to one, whilst focusing on your eyes, you'll become.
- 2:30:51Speaker 6: Twice is relaxed with each number counting down that you
- 2:31:03Speaker 6: may find the all you want to do is just
- 2:31:12Speaker 6: drift off to sleep. And if that's what you want,
- 2:31:23Speaker 6: then just allow yourself to do that. Now, focus in
- 2:31:36Speaker 6: on your eyes.
- 2:31:38Speaker 3: I'm going to begin counting down from ten down to one.
- 2:31:48Speaker 4: Right now.
- 2:31:58Speaker 5: Ten nine.
- 2:32:59Speaker 3: Eight h.
- 2:33:19Speaker 11: H h.
- 2:33:38Speaker 13: U s.
- 2:34:14Speaker 14: U five.
- 2:36:03Speaker 18: Four three.
- 2:39:03Speaker 19: Two hu.
- 2:40:55Speaker 3: One. So counting down from ten to one ten nine.
- 2:41:18Speaker 12: Eight seven six five four three.
- 2:41:35Speaker 3: Two one.
- 2:41:45Speaker 12: And maybe that was a bit too quick in order
- 2:41:48Speaker 12: to relax. Maybe it's a too fast for you to
- 2:41:54Speaker 12: notice the calming of your body, maybe even a little
- 2:42:03Speaker 12: bit of pressure there.
- 2:42:04Speaker 3: Like you'll count it down from ten to one. Would
- 2:42:07Speaker 3: you expect me to do?
- 2:42:09Speaker 1: Man?
- 2:42:10Speaker 3: Expect me to stick gold floppy, just because you're counting down.
- 2:42:20Speaker 3: If you try it again, but this time, I go
- 2:42:24Speaker 3: this lower.
- 2:42:26Speaker 6: This time, as you focus on the whole of your
- 2:42:31Speaker 6: body before we focus on your legs, just notice how
- 2:42:40Speaker 6: your body does start to feel more relaxed with every
- 2:42:54Speaker 6: number that I count down.
- 2:43:00Speaker 12: Ten, nine, eight, seven, six, five, four, three, two.
- 2:44:29Speaker 6: One, And just notice how how you feel generally, how
- 2:44:46Speaker 6: your body feels. It's not necessarily even about.
- 2:44:57Speaker 3: Yeah, counting down from ten to one.
- 2:45:05Speaker 12: It's that space that you have, that space between being
- 2:45:22Speaker 12: active physically or mentally to just sitting or lying down,
- 2:45:34Speaker 12: just being there, not doing.
- 2:45:37Speaker 6: Anything, not saying anything, not the needing to think about anything.
- 2:45:44Speaker 6: So it opens up a space, you know, a bit
- 2:45:48Speaker 6: of a space, a gap. And the more I camped
- 2:45:58Speaker 6: down from ten to one, the bigger that gap becomes.
- 2:46:06Speaker 6: So there's that gap of calmness, of comfort, relaxation. It's
- 2:46:19Speaker 6: a nice feeling, and it moves those stresses or discomforts
- 2:46:32Speaker 6: physically or emotionally, moves them.
- 2:46:37Speaker 3: Away. Allows you.
- 2:46:48Speaker 13: To just.
- 2:46:51Speaker 3: Slow down.
- 2:46:56Speaker 6: Someone to count again from ten down to one, and
- 2:46:59Speaker 6: notice that gap widening, the gap, And as it widens,
- 2:47:09Speaker 6: it's almost like the thestress and attention falls into the gap.
- 2:47:29Speaker 6: It gives you that distance, that space.
- 2:47:35Speaker 3: Now ten.
- 2:47:45Speaker 12: Nine eight, seven, six, five.
- 2:48:36Speaker 4: Four.
- 2:48:54Speaker 3: Three two.
- 2:49:30Speaker 1: One.
- 2:49:41Speaker 3: And how did your.
- 2:49:45Speaker 12: Body feel? No, can you notice that you feeling calmer,
- 2:50:12Speaker 12: the feeling.
- 2:50:16Speaker 3: More relaxed as we now focus on your legs, just
- 2:50:43Speaker 3: your legs. We're just going to.
- 2:51:01Speaker 6: Start with focusing on your thighs. Of course, it's not
- 2:51:20Speaker 6: the most exciting thing to be doing, because.
- 2:51:28Speaker 3: I'm sure like most of your body is not a
- 2:51:31Speaker 3: lot going on right now.
- 2:51:41Speaker 6: Just focusing on the whole of your thighs, the tops
- 2:51:48Speaker 6: of your thighs, the sides of your thighs, the bottoms
- 2:51:54Speaker 6: of your thighs, your outer thighs, and you're inner thighs.
- 2:52:01Speaker 6: Basically the whole of your thigh that leads into your
- 2:52:05Speaker 6: hip and it goes down to your.
- 2:52:14Speaker 3: Knee joints.
- 2:52:19Speaker 12: Now, this is a big area. It's a very heavy area.
- 2:52:27Speaker 12: It's very strong, probably the strongest muscles in your body
- 2:52:34Speaker 12: or in your thighs.
- 2:52:45Speaker 3: But I don't think we.
- 2:52:48Speaker 6: Perhaps won't give enough attention to our thighs. Perhaps we don't.
- 2:53:02Speaker 12: Acknowledge how important our thighs are to our lives, how
- 2:53:23Speaker 12: much they actually do for us all through our lives.
- 2:53:39Speaker 12: And it may seem to sound.
- 2:53:41Speaker 6: Really weird, but I think that all of our body parts,
- 2:53:49Speaker 6: especially our thighs, need some TLC, a bit of love shown,
- 2:53:59Speaker 6: a bit of acknowledgement, thank you, gratitude for what our
- 2:54:17Speaker 6: thighs do for us. And I know this may sound
- 2:54:26Speaker 6: a bit strange. Maybe you think, why am I surely
- 2:54:33Speaker 6: how should be out in the garden hugging a tree
- 2:54:36Speaker 6: or something. Wow, it's hard to set a microphone up
- 2:54:44Speaker 6: on a tree. That's why I'm doing this indoors. Otherwise
- 2:54:47Speaker 6: I would be outside hugging a tree. Now I can't
- 2:54:51Speaker 6: see the television from the tree. If you moved down
- 2:55:00Speaker 6: to your knees gain such an important part. And I
- 2:55:09Speaker 6: think we don't necessarily I'll speak for myself here. I
- 2:55:16Speaker 6: don't necessarily appreciate all that my needs do for me
- 2:55:23Speaker 6: until I have a problem with my knee. It's occasionally,
- 2:55:28Speaker 6: if I ever maybe i'll pash it or it's aching
- 2:55:33Speaker 6: for some reason. It's then that I realize how much
- 2:55:40Speaker 6: it does. You know, the benefit of being able to
- 2:55:44Speaker 6: use my legs without any kind of physical discomfort.
- 2:55:53Speaker 3: Is a beautiful thing.
- 2:55:57Speaker 6: That's possibly not appreciated until it's temporarily removed.
- 2:56:04Speaker 3: You know that's comfort. But as you focus on.
- 2:56:11Speaker 12: Your knees, regardless of how your knees feel, you can
- 2:56:19Speaker 12: have that sense of gratitude.
- 2:56:23Speaker 3: And love to your needs for all that they do
- 2:56:26Speaker 3: for you.
- 2:56:37Speaker 6: When you can still have that attention on your thighs
- 2:56:41Speaker 6: and maybe notice how your thighs feel, maybe noticed that
- 2:56:47Speaker 6: they are relaxing more deeply as you focus now on
- 2:57:06Speaker 6: the bottoms of your legs, your shins, and your calf muscles,
- 2:57:11Speaker 6: the bones between your knees and your feet incorporate, and
- 2:57:19Speaker 6: of course your ankles so important.
- 2:57:29Speaker 12: You know, anyone that's had even the slightest sprain of
- 2:57:34Speaker 12: an ankle.
- 2:57:36Speaker 3: Knows how how much we take our ankles for granted.
- 2:57:48Speaker 12: And it's kind of strange in a way when you
- 2:57:50Speaker 12: think that.
- 2:57:53Speaker 6: You know, logically, our wrists are a lot thinner than
- 2:57:57Speaker 6: the rest of our arms. Choose, okay, it doesn't, can't
- 2:58:02Speaker 6: see any problem with that because we're just picking stuff up.
- 2:58:08Speaker 3: But our ankles.
- 2:58:10Speaker 6: So much thinner than the rest of our legs, and
- 2:58:20Speaker 6: from a physics perspective or logical even it doesn't really
- 2:58:25Speaker 6: make sense that all this weight would ultimately be resting
- 2:58:33Speaker 6: on your ankles then leading to your feet.
- 2:58:42Speaker 3: That thin area, thin bone. Yeah, it does so much
- 2:58:51Speaker 3: great work.
- 2:58:53Speaker 12: Supports us, supports our body for a lifetime, helps us
- 2:59:04Speaker 12: to balance, It helps you to.
- 2:59:11Speaker 6: Get around and be mobile. And there's the calf muscles.
- 2:59:21Speaker 6: Of course, when I was younger, I couldn't see the
- 2:59:28Speaker 6: point in calf muscles. Didn't seem to do anything. Okay,
- 2:59:35Speaker 6: if I walked around on tiptoes, then my calf muscles
- 2:59:38Speaker 6: get some work. But of course that's not true. The
- 2:59:42Speaker 6: calf muscles are being used whenever we use our legs.
- 2:59:52Speaker 3: And your shins there to protect.
- 2:59:59Speaker 6: Your lower legs, shaped in a way, almost as a
- 3:00:08Speaker 6: protector for the bone, leading of course to your ankles.
- 3:00:23Speaker 3: And your feet.
- 3:00:29Speaker 6: But we're not going to focus on your feet. We're
- 3:00:31Speaker 6: just going to focus on the legs. I realize, and
- 3:00:37Speaker 6: now that I've mentioned your feet, it.
- 3:00:39Speaker 12: Probably focuses on them anyway, So maybe I should focus on.
- 3:00:44Speaker 6: Your feet a little bit. You can have them in
- 3:00:50Speaker 6: your awareness the same as you have your thighs in
- 3:00:56Speaker 6: your awareness. Even though we haven't been focusing on your
- 3:01:00Speaker 6: thighs for a few minutes, let me focus in on
- 3:01:05Speaker 6: your ankles.
- 3:01:12Speaker 12: There's still that sensation of comfort in your thighs, and
- 3:01:27Speaker 12: this that movement.
- 3:01:30Speaker 3: Of energy.
- 3:01:33Speaker 6: Because the thighs hold lots of different sensations. Of course,
- 3:01:40Speaker 6: there's the muscles, the big straw muscles that we have
- 3:01:45Speaker 6: in our thighs.
- 3:01:54Speaker 3: But the skin.
- 3:01:57Speaker 6: On the outside of the thighs, as in the outside
- 3:02:02Speaker 6: of all of our body, can be very.
- 3:02:06Speaker 12: Sensitive, sensitive to the touch, sensitive to temperature. And inside
- 3:02:23Speaker 12: your thighs the bones, there's the muscle, there's the blood, vessels,
- 3:02:31Speaker 12: the arch trees, to all this stuff that's inside your thighs.
- 3:02:42Speaker 12: I guess sometimes.
- 3:02:43Speaker 6: It'd be nice if you could actually put your fingers
- 3:02:47Speaker 6: inside your thighs and a message, so you can message
- 3:02:53Speaker 6: on the outside, of course, but to be able to
- 3:02:56Speaker 6: get deep into the muscles, to be able to just
- 3:03:00Speaker 6: massage inside your thighs, message in the bones of your leg,
- 3:03:09Speaker 6: massage in or the veins and just gently heathing your thighs,
- 3:03:23Speaker 6: and you could move down message and inside your knees,
- 3:03:29Speaker 6: just message in those bones, but with healing fingertips, spreading
- 3:03:36Speaker 6: that healing energy deep into the choints of your knees.
- 3:03:47Speaker 6: Of course, there's the back of your your knee or
- 3:03:51Speaker 6: the inside crease where your knee is it's a really
- 3:03:57Speaker 6: sensitive area. It feels very nice when you stroke it.
- 3:04:05Speaker 6: That might be because it's an area that's not really
- 3:04:08Speaker 6: touched very often. It's almost like a hidden part, that crease.
- 3:04:18Speaker 3: In your legs. It's almost.
- 3:04:21Speaker 4: Like a part that.
- 3:04:24Speaker 6: Has a sensitivity, which is a little bit different. Of course,
- 3:04:35Speaker 6: it's protected by your legs. So you can imagine putting
- 3:04:46Speaker 6: your fingers into that crease in your legs, folding between
- 3:04:57Speaker 6: your legs, you can just message with your fingertips. Imagine
- 3:05:02Speaker 6: your fingertips going inside, massage in the muscle tissue.
- 3:05:13Speaker 3: You can of course field the.
- 3:05:15Speaker 6: The bones of your knees, healing through your fingertips.
- 3:05:28Speaker 3: And then as you go down.
- 3:05:32Speaker 6: To your calf muscles, and that's the part I'd like
- 3:05:35Speaker 6: to be able to really put my fingertips deep inside
- 3:05:40Speaker 6: my calf muscles, massage in every single tissue of that muscle.
- 3:05:51Speaker 3: Healing every part.
- 3:05:59Speaker 6: And then doing this saying from my shins, massage and
- 3:06:06Speaker 6: gently stroking the bones, gently stroking them, healing in a
- 3:06:13Speaker 6: loving way, because they deserve to be treated as the
- 3:06:20Speaker 6: precious bones that they are. Because our legs are so
- 3:06:24Speaker 6: precious as in all the other parts of our body.
- 3:06:30Speaker 3: And more precious of anyture on the planet.
- 3:06:44Speaker 12: When when you start to think about.
- 3:06:51Speaker 3: Your legs in this way, it can change your perspective.
- 3:07:02Speaker 3: It might sound a bit.
- 3:07:06Speaker 6: A bit silly to start with the idea of having
- 3:07:11Speaker 6: love for your legs, showing appreciation for your thighs, wanting
- 3:07:22Speaker 6: to be able to put your hands in your thighs
- 3:07:27Speaker 6: the massage the muscles and the bones, and to get
- 3:07:34Speaker 6: your fingers deep in there, releasing all tension, just to show.
- 3:07:45Speaker 3: How much you care about your legs, how much you
- 3:07:52Speaker 3: care for what your legs do for you.
- 3:07:57Speaker 6: Regularly, your knees, your calves, your ankles, the strength of
- 3:08:09Speaker 6: your ankles, considering how thin they are compared to the
- 3:08:17Speaker 6: rest of your legs, especially your thighs. Yeah, they're so strong,
- 3:08:27Speaker 6: so flexible, absolutely amazing things.
- 3:08:35Speaker 3: Your ankles are truly a gift.
- 3:08:44Speaker 6: Because of what they do for you, supporting all that weight,
- 3:08:55Speaker 6: regardless of how what weight you are, even if you're
- 3:09:00Speaker 6: only eight stone, still a lot of weight for these
- 3:09:05Speaker 6: little ankles. Now, I'm a lot.
- 3:09:11Speaker 3: Heavier than eat stone.
- 3:09:13Speaker 6: Double down, yet my ankles support my body all the time,
- 3:09:26Speaker 6: or they do give off a sigh of relief when
- 3:09:29Speaker 6: I sit down.
- 3:09:32Speaker 3: That's you have my whole legs do my feet? My
- 3:09:40Speaker 3: feet also go my toes clap.
- 3:09:45Speaker 6: I'm so happy. Your legs really are amazing. And I
- 3:10:13Speaker 6: know talking about talking about your legs is probably possibly
- 3:10:21Speaker 6: among the most most boring things you've ever heard anyone say.
- 3:10:26Speaker 6: Possibly you're boring or not. Everything I said is true.
- 3:10:36Speaker 6: Your legs are amazing. Your legs deserve not just respect,
- 3:10:57Speaker 6: they deserve to relax.
- 3:11:00Speaker 3: Deeply.
- 3:11:08Speaker 6: They deserve to take some time out of the day
- 3:11:13Speaker 6: to just let go completely. Your legs.
- 3:11:39Speaker 3: Really can relax.
- 3:11:49Speaker 6: And because the legs are so such a most you know,
- 3:11:54Speaker 6: very important part of your body, and your relax makes
- 3:12:00Speaker 6: the rest of your body also naturally follows in that
- 3:12:11Speaker 6: journey of comfort. I can feel it in my hips.
- 3:12:23Speaker 6: My hips feel really loose, and also my lawyer.
- 3:12:30Speaker 3: Back as well. My lower back really feels it.
- 3:12:36Speaker 6: Feels stretched, even though I'm just sitting in a chair
- 3:12:41Speaker 6: and there's no stretching as far as I'm aware that
- 3:12:46Speaker 6: I'm doing. It's almost as if the muscles are just
- 3:12:49Speaker 6: relaxed so much that there is a natural stretch as
- 3:12:56Speaker 6: the tension has reduced a lot. And I'm now going
- 3:13:18Speaker 6: to count down from ten downs to one, and you
- 3:13:25Speaker 6: can continue.
- 3:13:28Speaker 3: To fill wonderfully relaxed ten nine eight seven, six, five
- 3:13:59Speaker 3: four three tube what relax?
- 3:14:26Speaker 6: So I'm just going to count down from five down
- 3:14:30Speaker 6: to one. And as a countdown, if you just focus
- 3:14:35Speaker 6: on the numbers, just the numbers counting down, and notice
- 3:14:44Speaker 6: how you feel.
- 3:14:48Speaker 3: In this moment as you hear the numbers counting down,
- 3:14:54Speaker 3: knowing that those numbers.
- 3:14:59Speaker 12: Counting down present you feeling calmer, not just in your body,
- 3:15:09Speaker 12: but also relaxing your mind. I just notice how you feel.
- 3:15:19Speaker 12: There's nothing to do, there's nothing to say, there's nothing
- 3:15:25Speaker 12: to think about, starting with number five.
- 3:15:41Speaker 3: Four three two one. And as you notice the gradual
- 3:16:26Speaker 3: letting go.
- 3:16:29Speaker 12: The tension in your body, you may also begin to
- 3:16:36Speaker 12: notice and be aware of how your mind is starting
- 3:16:44Speaker 12: to slow down. This is just a natural thing that happens.
- 3:16:55Speaker 3: It's not really a special procedure.
- 3:16:58Speaker 6: It's just naturally because is your body relaxes, your mind
- 3:17:04Speaker 6: also starts to relax. And the more your mind relaxes,
- 3:17:10Speaker 6: the more your body relaxes.
- 3:17:11Speaker 12: It's just a continuous circle of relaxation. And there is
- 3:17:22Speaker 12: that calmness that comes from relative quietness.
- 3:17:30Speaker 6: You know, even even if this background sounds. Either your
- 3:17:35Speaker 6: side online is still going to be quite calm.
- 3:17:43Speaker 12: You know, you haven't got the television on, there's no
- 3:17:46Speaker 12: music in the background, unless you're listening to the recorded
- 3:17:50Speaker 12: with music.
- 3:17:51Speaker 6: Of course, you're very likely not going to be sitting
- 3:17:58Speaker 6: in a room with other people. Of course it might be,
- 3:18:01Speaker 6: but generally it's more ideal if you can do this
- 3:18:06Speaker 6: on your own, so no distractions, and when you stop
- 3:18:17Speaker 6: thinking about stuff, relaxation.
- 3:18:28Speaker 12: Automatically rises, a sense of comfort starts to grow, and
- 3:18:42Speaker 12: without trying to build it up into something fantastical or
- 3:18:50Speaker 12: something magical, this is just a natural process, something that's easy.
- 3:19:03Speaker 3: To accomplish.
- 3:19:06Speaker 12: In fact, it's almost you know, the sense of relaxing
- 3:19:12Speaker 12: completely happens really when you put no effort into it.
- 3:19:18Speaker 12: It's not something that you can really force. It's something
- 3:19:24Speaker 12: that happens naturally. And part of the process of this
- 3:19:35Speaker 12: recording and others.
- 3:19:39Speaker 3: Is simply.
- 3:19:42Speaker 12: Two allow you to take advantage of this space.
- 3:19:53Speaker 6: This time.
- 3:19:57Speaker 3: It's just let go.
- 3:20:05Speaker 12: To just be here, to be in tune with how
- 3:20:14Speaker 12: you feel, yet with the intention of wanting to relax
- 3:20:27Speaker 12: deeply and maybe even.
- 3:20:35Speaker 3: To fall asleep, depending on what it is that you
- 3:20:40Speaker 3: wish for yourself in this moment.
- 3:20:52Speaker 12: As we know, relaxing is the majority of the process
- 3:21:01Speaker 12: of falling asleep. The actual falling asleep part is a
- 3:21:06Speaker 12: tiny bit at the end. The deeper relaxed you become,
- 3:21:18Speaker 12: the easier.
- 3:21:22Speaker 3: You find yourself drifting.
- 3:21:35Speaker 15: If you can.
- 3:21:36Speaker 12: Also, if you choose stay focused on my voice and
- 3:21:46Speaker 12: really enjoy the process, gradually relaxing each muscle.
- 3:22:16Speaker 6: In your body effortlessly and just observing the sensation.
- 3:22:42Speaker 3: Of letting go completely. This time, I'm an account from
- 3:22:59Speaker 3: six down to one, and you can notice.
- 3:23:08Speaker 13: Your mind.
- 3:23:11Speaker 6: Calming down more with each number that you hear me say, naturally,
- 3:23:26Speaker 6: feeling calm and slow and be peaceful.
- 3:23:41Speaker 3: Sex five four three what being aware? How your mind
- 3:26:34Speaker 3: to slow right down, sinking deeply into relaxation. And as
- 3:27:03Speaker 3: you focus on your mind, you may notice that.
- 3:27:12Speaker 6: There are some.
- 3:27:13Speaker 3: Thoughts still there, maybe some stubborn thoughts that for some
- 3:27:23Speaker 3: reason perhaps need your attention.
- 3:27:35Speaker 6: That's what you can do is.
- 3:27:42Speaker 12: Send love to those thoughts. Sprinkle those thoughts.
- 3:27:54Speaker 13: With love.
- 3:27:56Speaker 6: M all petals from a flower. Just sprinkle over them,
- 3:28:02Speaker 6: petals filled with love towards those thoughts, to let those thoughts.
- 3:28:10Speaker 13: Know that.
- 3:28:12Speaker 6: You're not abandon a number. You just need them, You
- 3:28:18Speaker 6: require them to just calm down, slow down, quiet down.
- 3:28:33Speaker 1: For now.
- 3:28:41Speaker 6: So as you focus on those remaining thoughts as we
- 3:28:47Speaker 6: count down this time from seven down to one. With
- 3:28:52Speaker 6: each number, just imagine sprinkling those flower petals of love, kindness,
- 3:29:08Speaker 6: gratitude over those thoughts, which will allow them to just
- 3:29:21Speaker 6: melt away and relax deeply. With every number, those thoughts
- 3:29:36Speaker 6: will become more and more relaxed, starting with number seven, six, five, four, three.
- 3:32:02Speaker 4: One.
- 3:32:19Speaker 3: And as you now.
- 3:32:25Speaker 6: Notice how relaxed you're feeling in your body, we're going
- 3:32:46Speaker 6: to focus on your hands. Is the more relaxed my
- 3:33:00Speaker 6: hands are, the more relax your body and mind are.
- 3:33:22Speaker 15: And there's.
- 3:33:24Speaker 6: You focus on your hands and your fingers. There's nothing
- 3:33:34Speaker 6: needed to be done. There's no clenching of fists or
- 3:33:40Speaker 6: dancing the fingers or anything like that. Yeah, it's just
- 3:33:51Speaker 6: noticing and focusing on your hands, noticing how they feel.
- 3:34:20Speaker 3: Because the more.
- 3:34:23Speaker 6: Relax your hands feel, the calmer your mind feels, and
- 3:34:34Speaker 6: the more comforts you feel throughout your body. And you.
- 3:34:51Speaker 4: May have.
- 3:34:58Speaker 12: Already noticed you mind.
- 3:35:14Speaker 3: Is starting to dress. Like said, just on your hands
- 3:35:43Speaker 3: and fingers, allowing them cheap.
- 3:35:54Speaker 6: Experience, a real deep in of that relaxation.
- 3:36:04Speaker 3: In your hands and fingers, more and more relaxed.
- 3:36:22Speaker 6: With each number.
- 3:36:31Speaker 3: From eight.
- 3:36:34Speaker 6: Down to one.
- 3:36:40Speaker 3: You can almost.
- 3:36:43Speaker 6: Feel that healing and relaxing energy spreading into your hands
- 3:36:54Speaker 6: and fingers, becoming.
- 3:37:03Speaker 4: Ye more.
- 3:37:06Speaker 20: Relaxing with each number year going down.
- 3:37:22Speaker 6: Eight down to one, drifting, drifting again starting with.
- 3:37:45Speaker 3: Number eights.
- 3:38:20Speaker 11: Us us.
- 3:38:59Speaker 3: See why.
- 3:40:00Speaker 6: Four three, Just being here now, nothing to think about,
- 3:41:48Speaker 6: nothing to do, nothing to say, and everything just feels
- 3:41:59Speaker 6: can't arm. This is your natural state of being. This
- 3:42:12Speaker 6: is how you just normally feel when you take away
- 3:42:19Speaker 6: all that other stuff that we add, you know, things
- 3:42:26Speaker 6: like stress and.
- 3:42:27Speaker 3: Worrying and.
- 3:42:31Speaker 6: Overthinking, the anxiety and tension, just generally thinking about stuff.
- 3:42:45Speaker 6: And you take that away, which is what we do.
- 3:42:49Speaker 6: What we do now.
- 3:42:57Speaker 3: You're left with.
- 3:43:00Speaker 6: A real sense of peacefulness which comes to you very
- 3:43:09Speaker 6: quickly because ultimately it's just a feeling, a feeling of comfort,
- 3:43:28Speaker 6: almost as if you've gone inside yourself and you've found
- 3:43:32Speaker 6: a special place where everything is peaceful, a place where
- 3:43:46Speaker 6: you can feel.
- 3:43:49Speaker 3: Relaxed and your natural.
- 3:43:53Speaker 6: Sense of comfort, a place where you can be you,
- 3:44:04Speaker 6: where you can accept yourself for who you are, the
- 3:44:11Speaker 6: place where you're not trying to please anybody else everyone,
- 3:44:22Speaker 6: the place where you can actually not just love yourself,
- 3:44:30Speaker 6: but in some ways more importantly, you can.
- 3:44:35Speaker 3: Like yourself, appreciate.
- 3:44:41Speaker 15: Who you are.
- 3:44:51Speaker 3: A sense of gratitude.
- 3:44:55Speaker 15: Is in the air all around you.
- 3:45:05Speaker 6: That's also a place where you can actually feel the
- 3:45:13Speaker 6: healing energy soaking into your body. Healing energy soaking into
- 3:45:28Speaker 6: your body, and that healing energy spreads through your veins,
- 3:45:42Speaker 6: travel into each and every single part of your body,
- 3:45:55Speaker 6: and you start to realize that actually that healing energy,
- 3:46:02Speaker 6: it's not just entered into your brain, it's become part
- 3:46:09Speaker 6: of your brain, and the spinal fluid is now mixed
- 3:46:20Speaker 6: with healing energy, not just.
- 3:46:30Speaker 3: Allowing you to feel so much more relaxed.
- 3:46:35Speaker 6: And healthy in this moment, but also you start to
- 3:46:47Speaker 6: realize that actually.
- 3:46:51Speaker 3: What's happening now.
- 3:46:54Speaker 6: Without healing, relaxing energy spread in through your body, is
- 3:47:03Speaker 6: actually changing your life. It's actually changing the way you're
- 3:47:14Speaker 6: going to feel not just now, but tomorrow and the
- 3:47:21Speaker 6: next day. As your health improves, not just your physical
- 3:47:30Speaker 6: health but your mental health, things that used to bother
- 3:47:38Speaker 6: you in the past for some reason, no longer have
- 3:47:45Speaker 6: the effect that they used to because something has changed
- 3:47:54Speaker 6: deep within you. Maybe things that used to cause you
- 3:48:06Speaker 6: to feel anger no longer have that power to control
- 3:48:18Speaker 6: you the way they seem to be able to before.
- 3:48:27Speaker 6: As you realize that you're the one who decides what
- 3:48:38Speaker 6: affects you, you're the one who decides to feel relaxed
- 3:48:50Speaker 6: and calm.
- 3:48:53Speaker 3: When you choose to enjoy.
- 3:49:00Speaker 12: Noticing these natural developments of healing.
- 3:49:11Speaker 3: Continuing to grow.
- 3:49:16Speaker 6: And improve your life day by day, including of course,
- 3:49:27Speaker 6: your ability.
- 3:49:30Speaker 3: To relax so much easier and sleeping.
- 3:49:44Speaker 6: It's the most natural thing in the world to you,
- 3:49:55Speaker 6: because for in a sleep is something that you've done.
- 3:50:01Speaker 3: So many times.
- 3:50:04Speaker 6: In your life, and you know that you were born,
- 3:50:11Speaker 6: as we all were.
- 3:50:13Speaker 3: With the ability to fall asleep naturally, and we're born
- 3:50:24Speaker 3: with that ability to just drift off into a deep,
- 3:50:36Speaker 3: healing sleep.
- 3:50:43Speaker 15: Even when we're.
- 3:50:44Speaker 6: Kids, sometimes we will fall asleep and we don't even
- 3:50:49Speaker 6: want to try tell us stay awake.
- 3:50:54Speaker 12: Maybe it's a birthday in the morning, or it's Christmas
- 3:50:58Speaker 12: or holiday or something we look forward to.
- 3:51:01Speaker 6: I don't want to go to sleep. But the more
- 3:51:06Speaker 6: you want to stay awake, the more we just start
- 3:51:11Speaker 6: to drift and the more you fight it drifting. The
- 3:51:19Speaker 6: more you try to stop yourself and drift in a
- 3:51:21Speaker 6: safe the deeper and stronger that drifting becomes. Because we're
- 3:51:35Speaker 6: born not just with the need to relax deeply and
- 3:51:42Speaker 6: to naturally fall asleep, but it's.
- 3:51:47Speaker 12: Our birthright, it's part of our DNA, and sometimes as
- 3:52:01Speaker 12: we get older in life, perhaps at times we have forgotten.
- 3:52:12Speaker 3: That relaxing completely.
- 3:52:17Speaker 6: It's not only a wonderfully pleasant experience, it's also really easy.
- 3:52:42Speaker 15: It's very, very easy to let go, because that's all.
- 3:52:50Speaker 21: It is, is just.
- 3:52:54Speaker 6: Deciding to let go. And when you press the play
- 3:53:06Speaker 6: button on my recordings, you have given permission.
- 3:53:16Speaker 3: For my voice to relax you.
- 3:53:22Speaker 6: When you press that play button, you've given me permission
- 3:53:28Speaker 6: for my words.
- 3:53:33Speaker 3: To effect you in a positive, only a positive way,
- 3:53:47Speaker 3: opening up.
- 3:53:53Speaker 6: Your mind.
- 3:53:56Speaker 3: Two useful and healing.
- 3:54:05Speaker 6: Suggestions that can have such an amazing effect on how
- 3:54:21Speaker 6: you feel right now, as well as those changes that continue.
- 3:54:37Speaker 12: Long after the recording ends, those changes within you that
- 3:54:47Speaker 12: continue to flourish and grow, transforming your life in a positive,
- 3:55:03Speaker 12: beautiful way, allowing you to move forward in your life
- 3:55:14Speaker 12: in the direction that.
- 3:55:16Speaker 6: You choose.
- 3:55:18Speaker 3: For yourself.
- 3:55:28Speaker 6: And this feeling, this feeling that you can experience a safety, comfort, calmness.
- 3:55:47Speaker 3: This feels so nice.
- 3:55:58Speaker 6: It's such a hell of the place to be, and
- 3:56:10Speaker 6: that positivity grows within you each and every day. Moving forward,
- 3:56:31Speaker 6: you're had to find that you're more relaxed physically and
- 3:56:42Speaker 6: in your mind is more relaxed. And it's not that
- 3:56:51Speaker 6: you're thinking slower, it's just that your mind would be
- 3:56:57Speaker 6: less un locked up with unnecessary negativity because from now on,
- 3:57:09Speaker 6: your mind rejects negativity. From now on, you're going to
- 3:57:19Speaker 6: start noticing when negativity arises. You can just say stop, stop,
- 3:57:39Speaker 6: and that negativity will turn around and leave your alone.
- 3:57:54Speaker 3: Stop and that negativity, see.
- 3:58:03Speaker 6: Would disappear, and that you notice that you feel way
- 3:58:17Speaker 6: more relaxed than you probably expected. You can now congratulate
- 3:58:33Speaker 6: yourself because you're the person that has done this. You
- 3:58:41Speaker 6: are the one that has opened your mind up to
- 3:58:46Speaker 6: the simple facts. You can feel more relaxed in your
- 3:58:55Speaker 6: body and in your mind.
- 3:59:03Speaker 3: You've opened your mind up to the birthright of.
- 3:59:09Speaker 15: Being able to just.
- 3:59:12Speaker 3: Fall asleep easily when you choose.
- 3:59:26Speaker 12: And that's a nice feeling, don't you think feels nice?
- 3:59:33Speaker 12: Doesn't it.
- 3:59:36Speaker 3: To feel calm.
- 3:59:40Speaker 6: For the healing energy spreading through your body in your mind,
- 3:59:52Speaker 6: to spend time a special place where negativity can no
- 4:00:03Speaker 6: longer enter. Negativity is bad, It's bad, It's not allowed
- 4:00:17Speaker 6: entrygue doesn't doesn't this doesn't deserve to be here, doesn't
- 4:00:24Speaker 6: belong here.
- 4:00:28Speaker 3: Negativity has no place in your life, which makes.
- 4:00:43Speaker 6: Room for more comfort, more healing, more relaxation, more peace.
- 4:01:14Speaker 3: Feels nice, doesn't it?
- 4:01:18Speaker 15: Just to let go.
- 4:01:25Speaker 3: Everything. I'm gonna count down now from twenty down to one.
- 4:01:48Speaker 3: He can continue to relax. If you choose, you can
- 4:01:57Speaker 3: career to sleep every number.
- 4:02:07Speaker 6: Hey say, you can fill twice as relaxed, or if
- 4:02:19Speaker 6: you choose, you can feel twice as sleeping.
- 4:02:30Speaker 3: Now twenty.
- 4:02:45Speaker 6: Nineteen, eighteen, seventeen, sixteen, fifteen, fourteen, thirteen to eleven, ten, nine, eight, seven,
- 4:04:35Speaker 6: six five war.
- 4:05:05Speaker 13: Yeah, it's your time.
- 4:05:28Speaker 6: To just take a break, your time to relax, to
- 4:05:43Speaker 6: allow your mind to slow down, to give yourself a
- 4:05:55Speaker 6: permission to take a break.
- 4:06:07Speaker 3: From everything. And you're the only person.
- 4:06:15Speaker 15: That can make that decision. You're the only person that
- 4:06:21Speaker 15: can actually tell your mind.
- 4:06:28Speaker 3: Just relax, to just.
- 4:06:41Speaker 6: Take some time off so that you can focus on
- 4:06:54Speaker 6: your body, getting in touch with how you feel physically
- 4:07:10Speaker 6: and in the process of this buddy scan where you
- 4:07:17Speaker 6: focus on different parts of your body, those parts that
- 4:07:28Speaker 6: you focus on and observe, even though you're not purposely requesting.
- 4:07:40Speaker 3: For those parts of your body to.
- 4:07:42Speaker 6: Relax, it's kind of expected. You expect when you listen
- 4:07:51Speaker 6: to my voice to feel more relaxed naturally, because when
- 4:08:04Speaker 6: you're listening to me, your attention.
- 4:08:11Speaker 3: It's focused on my words, and as my words by
- 4:08:22Speaker 3: you to focus on those parts of your body, your
- 4:08:36Speaker 3: focus increases. It's actually.
- 4:08:48Speaker 6: Calm your mind, and when you wind can't down, your body.
- 4:09:08Speaker 3: Relaxes.
- 4:09:16Speaker 6: And when your body calms down, your mind.
- 4:09:30Speaker 3: Relaxes and d.
- 4:09:39Speaker 6: And though not really started to focus on your body,
- 4:09:50Speaker 6: it can already feel that healing energy spreading through your body.
- 4:10:06Speaker 3: Pushing out stress at tension, heathing.
- 4:10:19Speaker 6: All the parts of your body bleeding, the skin, the bones,
- 4:10:27Speaker 6: the blood, all of your organs inside your body, all
- 4:10:33Speaker 6: of the muscles, all of the fat, all everything, every
- 4:10:42Speaker 6: hair on your body.
- 4:10:46Speaker 3: Is filled with energy. And when your brain.
- 4:11:02Speaker 6: Fills about healing energy, the feeling of comforts of relaxation increases,
- 4:11:28Speaker 6: deeply increases in a way. Your mind.
- 4:11:45Speaker 3: Starts to full, perhaps it to rousing.
- 4:11:57Speaker 6: Because it's not needed. May starts.
- 4:12:07Speaker 15: To drift if that's what's needed. So you're listening to
- 4:12:23Speaker 15: this and what you need is deeply vexation, that's what
- 4:12:29Speaker 15: you get.
- 4:12:31Speaker 11: If what you need is.
- 4:12:34Speaker 15: To fall asleep naturally easily, your mind drifts.
- 4:12:44Speaker 6: That's also for whatever.
- 4:12:53Speaker 3: Accuse.
- 4:12:53Speaker 6: By listen that play button the cast and listening to me,
- 4:13:03Speaker 6: I gear permission your body and your mind. In fact,
- 4:13:16Speaker 6: you give the command to your body and your mind
- 4:13:21Speaker 6: to relax.
- 4:13:25Speaker 15: Depain, and to drive off to sleep if that's what.
- 4:13:34Speaker 6: You want.
- 4:13:39Speaker 3: Wanted.
- 4:13:47Speaker 15: And as I focus on the different parts of your body,
- 4:13:58Speaker 15: you may.
- 4:14:00Speaker 3: Start to just.
- 4:14:01Speaker 15: Drift and then you come back again.
- 4:14:09Speaker 11: Do you hear me talk a.
- 4:14:11Speaker 6: Focusing on a different parts of your body, you may
- 4:14:23Speaker 6: find yourself drifting.
- 4:14:27Speaker 3: Do you don't realize you're.
- 4:14:29Speaker 6: Drifting until you stop drifting? You're loved again to my voice,
- 4:14:40Speaker 6: focusing what a different part of your body starts to
- 4:14:46Speaker 6: relax the devil because that drifting, it's basically you already.
- 4:14:59Speaker 15: In the sleep. Yes, the more you do it, the
- 4:15:09Speaker 15: long do.
- 4:15:12Speaker 22: The long you do it.
- 4:15:16Speaker 15: Eventually that drifting continues into sleep and that's the last
- 4:15:28Speaker 15: you remember.
- 4:15:31Speaker 6: Until you wake up.
- 4:15:36Speaker 15: In your right time when you experience the my amount
- 4:15:42Speaker 15: of sleep, because when you do, and if you do
- 4:15:51Speaker 15: all asleep, it's truely pleasant, so relaxing.
- 4:16:04Speaker 6: So deep.
- 4:16:09Speaker 15: Sleep feels so nice.
- 4:16:24Speaker 6: To relax into the one putty in mind, feel that
- 4:16:36Speaker 6: he is spreading through it. Relaxing is so deep, relaxing, so.
- 4:16:52Speaker 15: So deeply.
- 4:17:02Speaker 6: You start of ukus on your eyes.
- 4:17:15Speaker 15: You lat down.
- 4:17:19Speaker 6: To you too.
- 4:17:27Speaker 15: Now do you make.
- 4:17:36Speaker 3: Assuredest mes?
- 4:18:09Speaker 11: Yes? Yes, why.
- 4:18:40Speaker 15: You make.
- 4:19:07Speaker 11: You look.
- 4:19:31Speaker 6: Breading inside your body?
- 4:19:43Speaker 3: Now let's focus again.
- 4:19:50Speaker 6: The parts of your body. But you sent this time
- 4:19:57Speaker 6: on your forehead. Now on your mouth, lips, the tongue,
- 4:20:13Speaker 6: all of your mouth. Focus then on your fingers.
- 4:20:35Speaker 15: Maybe it and then you think it's a little kids,
- 4:20:39Speaker 15: and you can focus on each one individually, both hands.
- 4:20:55Speaker 6: And even though you focus on both.
- 4:20:57Speaker 15: Of your hands, now the alness seems to just melt
- 4:21:03Speaker 15: into one. May be sure I had start together to
- 4:21:12Speaker 15: live hands?
- 4:21:17Speaker 11: Is it.
- 4:21:20Speaker 15: Just mix together? Now? Focusing, you'll just make a sink.
- 4:21:37Speaker 15: Have your knee well now focusing and what helpers? But
- 4:22:00Speaker 15: you said both a few almos.
- 4:22:09Speaker 6: Just absurving.
- 4:22:12Speaker 15: Easing wing an olmos now observing.
- 4:22:46Speaker 22: King you that.
- 4:22:57Speaker 15: Evil any cause it's a cool sensations es the choice.
- 4:25:07Speaker 11: Let me use your things.
- 4:25:18Speaker 3: Now it sees.
- 4:25:24Speaker 11: Yeah right now.
- 4:25:41Speaker 15: H mm hm is say.
- 4:26:11Speaker 3: Nsil body fields, not to say.
- 4:26:33Speaker 13: You might.
- 4:26:37Speaker 6: Feels now, let'sh go, let's go, let's see go everything,
- 4:27:34Speaker 6: letting go, let's go, let's go. Oh yeah, everything. I'm
- 4:28:15Speaker 6: going to start now, and I'd like it just first
- 4:28:19Speaker 6: of all, just to see the sun lying down.
- 4:28:24Speaker 3: On that message table, lying on the front.
- 4:28:30Speaker 6: Your head is supported, your arms are supported, and you feel.
- 4:28:38Speaker 3: Comfortable and you're breathing.
- 4:28:40Speaker 6: It's really easy, and you feel you feel confident in
- 4:28:50Speaker 6: how you look as well. So there's none of that
- 4:28:52Speaker 6: issue of body problems or shyness because I'm a professional
- 4:29:00Speaker 6: and this is a therapy session, so none of that
- 4:29:06Speaker 6: stuff matters whatsoever. This is about you. This is about
- 4:29:17Speaker 6: how you feel, how you can enjoy that sense of
- 4:29:26Speaker 6: comfort and relaxation that comes from letting go and allow
- 4:29:32Speaker 6: him my hands, my fingers to relax you by a
- 4:29:40Speaker 6: messagy your body. Some one starts off just by placing
- 4:29:49Speaker 6: my hands on the back of your head, just generally,
- 4:29:56Speaker 6: just you can feel my hands feel like really on you,
- 4:30:06Speaker 6: so you can maybe feel the warmth of my hands
- 4:30:08Speaker 6: on the back of your head, and with my hands
- 4:30:14Speaker 6: to the side of your head, not pressing, but just
- 4:30:17Speaker 6: holding there very gently, maybe over your.
- 4:30:22Speaker 3: Ears, and a little bit on your face, just so
- 4:30:26Speaker 3: you can feel my hands so you can become accustomed.
- 4:30:34Speaker 15: To them.
- 4:30:43Speaker 6: And now put my hands in the back of your
- 4:30:45Speaker 6: head again and gently let them slide down.
- 4:30:52Speaker 15: Onto the back of your neck.
- 4:31:01Speaker 3: You can feel my hands gently stroking the.
- 4:31:11Speaker 6: Back of your neck, and start with just so you
- 4:31:17Speaker 6: can get used to the feeling my hands on your skin,
- 4:31:23Speaker 6: get accustomed to realize that you're safe. It's all good,
- 4:31:32Speaker 6: it's all fine. I can really start gently messaging the muscles.
- 4:31:43Speaker 15: In the back of your neck.
- 4:31:52Speaker 6: With both hands.
- 4:31:59Speaker 3: And this is a very trusting.
- 4:32:02Speaker 6: Situation really, because our next is so fragile and to
- 4:32:08Speaker 6: have someone have their hands around your neck in that
- 4:32:12Speaker 6: way and sometimes be problematic for people, which is why
- 4:32:18Speaker 6: massages are quite good, because it allows you to relax
- 4:32:24Speaker 6: and to in touch with trust, to feel peaceful and calm.
- 4:32:46Speaker 6: It's a massage the sides of your neck, gently moving
- 4:32:54Speaker 6: from the bottom of your neck to be sort of
- 4:32:59Speaker 6: me and you shoulders start I guess all the way
- 4:33:03Speaker 6: up to your jaw. It is kind of area that
- 4:33:10Speaker 6: side of your neck. Of course, it's a lot longer
- 4:33:15Speaker 6: than the front of your neck, and the message in
- 4:33:31Speaker 6: the back of your neck, especially that area where perhaps
- 4:33:39Speaker 6: we hold tension, and there's that area's message.
- 4:33:47Speaker 3: You can actually feel a.
- 4:33:49Speaker 6: Sense of release in the back of your neck and
- 4:33:57Speaker 6: maybe you can breathe it out as well.
- 4:34:02Speaker 3: Now feels they're just having you feel.
- 4:34:15Speaker 6: Then moving down to that area between your neck and
- 4:34:18Speaker 6: your shoulders, that must the area.
- 4:34:25Speaker 3: Starting to message, the area on.
- 4:34:29Speaker 6: Both sides, and this would be the area that a
- 4:34:34Speaker 6: lot of people would message if they were going to
- 4:34:36Speaker 6: give you like a shoulder message. Even that's not technically
- 4:34:42Speaker 6: the shoulders, but it's all the muscles that woul lead
- 4:34:45Speaker 6: to the shoulders.
- 4:34:47Speaker 21: From the neck.
- 4:34:50Speaker 6: And again making whole attention and stress and when messaged
- 4:34:57Speaker 6: sometimes a nice deep message which is useful, and you
- 4:35:04Speaker 6: decide how deep that message is, and just allow.
- 4:35:21Speaker 3: My knuckles just to dig.
- 4:35:24Speaker 15: In to get to those muscles, and too, really.
- 4:35:31Speaker 6: Relaxed all the time being firm yet gentle, did you
- 4:35:52Speaker 6: I'm just stretching down the area two actual shoulders, moving
- 4:36:02Speaker 6: the muscles of your shoulders and maybe initially just pulling
- 4:36:13Speaker 6: up the shoulders a.
- 4:36:14Speaker 15: Little bit off the table, just to give you a
- 4:36:17Speaker 15: little bit.
- 4:36:18Speaker 3: Of a stretch. Reachingly at the.
- 4:36:28Speaker 6: Muscles at the front of your shoulders besides the back.
- 4:36:41Speaker 3: Again, this is the part that you can really.
- 4:36:44Speaker 11: Take quite a bit of.
- 4:36:46Speaker 3: Pressure, quite a bit of.
- 4:36:52Speaker 6: Needing if if you wish to release the tension when
- 4:37:01Speaker 6: you get into those muscles and your fingers in there
- 4:37:09Speaker 6: and you feel really, really nice. Sometimes it's just been
- 4:37:14Speaker 6: stroked gently. I've been massaged quite strongly. It can all
- 4:37:25Speaker 6: be beneficial to the realization. Put the muscles in your shoulders.
- 4:37:45Speaker 6: Now you've moved down your arms.
- 4:37:54Speaker 3: We do one arm at a time, starting with your
- 4:37:57Speaker 3: right arm.
- 4:38:04Speaker 15: What I do is I just lift your arm up,
- 4:38:09Speaker 15: just hold it.
- 4:38:10Speaker 6: To society and where it stood, you attached, and I
- 4:38:18Speaker 6: just message the tops of your arms.
- 4:38:32Speaker 3: All the way down to your forearms.
- 4:38:37Speaker 6: Into your wrists can be messaging their hearts, the softer.
- 4:39:00Speaker 15: Part, which is the under part of the army.
- 4:39:07Speaker 3: That leads to the crease in the rollba the inside.
- 4:39:12Speaker 15: Much more sensitive skin.
- 4:39:24Speaker 6: Sometimes just having that strike I'm really nice, playabull and relaxing.
- 4:39:44Speaker 6: Now moving down to your right hand, just hold.
- 4:39:54Speaker 15: In your hand.

- 4:46:21Speaker 15: the side of the spine. Almost just pushed down all
- 4:46:26Speaker 15: the way down to the bottom of the spine, each

- 4:49:27Speaker 15: over to the other side of your body do the same.

- 4:50:17Speaker 15: but release, calmness and vexation or mixed together plus this
- 4:50:31Speaker 15: bout even from the stomach that has been stretched.
