- 0:00Speaker 1: What's up, everyone, and welcome back to the Epstein Chronicles.
- 0:05Speaker 1: There is no doubt at this point that Jeffrey Epstein
- 0:09Speaker 1: received special treatment throughout his whole entire life, basically, but
- 0:13Speaker 1: especially during that first run for the prosecution. And it
- 0:19Speaker 1: wasn't just people on the outside saying it. It was judges,
- 0:23Speaker 1: it was police officers, FBI agents, and all of their
- 0:28Speaker 1: concerns fell on deaf years as Jeffrey Epstein was able
- 0:32Speaker 1: to just skate right in to the plea deal and
- 0:35Speaker 1: do whatever he wanted, basically when he should have been
- 0:38Speaker 1: locked away in a state prison, as you all know,
- 0:41Speaker 1: instead he did his time in a stockade where he
- 0:44Speaker 1: was basically alone. And not only that, he was able
- 0:47Speaker 1: to spend basically every day out at quote unquote work,
- 0:53Speaker 1: which we know as BS. Considering we've already talked about
- 0:56Speaker 1: how police officers tried to hit him with parole violations
- 1:00Speaker 1: and those parole violations were declined by his parole officer.
- 1:05Speaker 1: So it's just been a circular layer of shit when
- 1:09Speaker 1: it comes to Epstein and the way he's been protected throughout.
- 1:13Speaker 1: So today I thought we'd go all the way back
- 1:15Speaker 1: to two thousand and eight and talk about his original
- 1:19Speaker 1: conviction and what went down in that courtroom. And to
- 1:23Speaker 1: do that, we have an article from the New York
- 1:26Speaker 1: Post from two thousand and eight, right after his conviction.
- 1:31Speaker 1: This article was authored by Samuel Goldsmith. Headline, Jeffrey Epstein
- 1:36Speaker 1: pleads guilty to prostitution charges. I mean, right off the bat,
- 1:41Speaker 1: prostitution charges. Huh, that's all this guy got, prostitution charges. Meanwhile,
- 1:47Speaker 1: a child can't be a prostitute. How can a child
- 1:50Speaker 1: consent to have sex with a scumbag like this? They cannot,
- 1:54Speaker 1: So how can you tell me that there's a child
- 1:56Speaker 1: prostitution charge? The fuck does that even mean? Investment banker,
- 2:03Speaker 1: science patron, self made billionaire, philanthropist and former math teacher,
- 2:08Speaker 1: as well as pedophile, scumbag, piece of shit, human excrement,
- 2:12Speaker 1: you know, all the rest of it. Jeffrey Epstein can
- 2:17Speaker 1: add a new title to his impressive resume, convicted sex offender.
- 2:21Speaker 1: That's the perfect title for this guy, convicted sex offender.
- 2:25Speaker 1: The only thing that was a joke is the fact
- 2:27Speaker 1: that he didn't have to live up to what people
- 2:30Speaker 1: on that registry have to live up too. First of all,
- 2:34Speaker 1: he never even had to register as an offender. In
- 2:37Speaker 1: New Mexico. So right off the bat, you say to yourself, well,
- 2:41Speaker 1: what's the point. I thought it was this national registry
- 2:44Speaker 1: and it was going to be taken seriously. Well, he
- 2:47Speaker 1: didn't check in in New York. Really down in Florida,
- 2:50Speaker 1: well they lost paperwork. And in New Mexico, forget it.
- 2:53Speaker 1: He wasn't even considered a sex offender. The Manhattan money
- 2:59Speaker 1: Man pedophile appear in the Florida courthouse today where he
- 3:02Speaker 1: pleaded guilty to soliciting an underage prostitute. How the hell
- 3:06Speaker 1: is that even possible? Please, somebody tell me. I hate
- 3:09Speaker 1: to digress here, but man, oh man, there's no such
- 3:12Speaker 1: thing as an underage prostitute. Imagine it was your daughter
- 3:16Speaker 1: that this dude molested and the police came to you
- 3:18Speaker 1: and said, oh, we're gonna hit him with underage prostitution charges.
- 3:22Speaker 1: What what does that mean? You mean you're gonna hit
- 3:25Speaker 1: him with child molestation charges? Right? He immediately began serving
- 3:33Speaker 1: an eighteen month jail term, which will be followed by
- 3:36Speaker 1: one year of community confinement, which is essentially house arrest.
- 3:40Speaker 1: And he didn't adhere to any of these rules. We
- 3:44Speaker 1: just did an article. We just talked about how he
- 3:47Speaker 1: was walking down the street in Palm Beach and a
- 3:49Speaker 1: cop rolled up on him, tried to hit him with
- 3:51Speaker 1: a parle violation, and was stopped at every turn. As
- 3:58Speaker 1: a result of the plea Dealstein fifty five will be
- 4:01Speaker 1: placed on the National Sex Offender Registry. Sounds like a
- 4:04Speaker 1: good idea and sounds like a good move, but then
- 4:07Speaker 1: we come to find out, all these years later that
- 4:10Speaker 1: it didn't do anything. He was still molesting girls, still
- 4:14Speaker 1: raping girls, and still abusing people all the way up
- 4:17Speaker 1: to his second arrest. According to multiple reports, and according
- 4:21Speaker 1: to the Attorney General of at least the Virgin Islands,
- 4:26Speaker 1: they will be tracking you for the rest of your life.
- 4:29Speaker 1: Circuit Court Deborah del Puccio said, for the period of
- 4:33Speaker 1: his home confinement, Epstein cannot view or possess any pornography
- 4:38Speaker 1: relevant to his deviant behavior patterns. Pucillo said, before deciding
- 4:43Speaker 1: to bar him from looking at any porn at all. Well,
- 4:46Speaker 1: that's kind of difficult, considering his whole entire house is
- 4:49Speaker 1: covered with it. All of his decor is naked girls
- 4:52Speaker 1: and young girls top lists. Did you guys go in
- 4:55Speaker 1: there and pull all those pictures down? Did anyone ever
- 4:58Speaker 1: show up and chin check them over it. Oh, of
- 5:00Speaker 1: course not. See, this is what I'm talking about. With
- 5:03Speaker 1: platitudes and flowery words. It's all fine and well, and
- 5:08Speaker 1: it sounds great and feels great when they're telling us
- 5:10Speaker 1: this shit, But the reality is they don't ever follow through,
- 5:14Speaker 1: and the federal government lets people like Epstein slide all
- 5:17Speaker 1: the time. Epstein, dressed in South Florida formal wear jeans,
- 5:24Speaker 1: white sneakers, a button down shirt, and blue blazer, refused
- 5:28Speaker 1: to talk to reporters on his way into the courthouse
- 5:30Speaker 1: and made notes statement in court. You know, it's not
- 5:34Speaker 1: very often that we can look back and see a
- 5:37Speaker 1: situation unfold the way the Epstein situation unfolded right before
- 5:41Speaker 1: our eyes. And while it's all happening, it's easy to
- 5:46Speaker 1: just get caught up and say, oh, this is a coincidence.
- 5:48Speaker 1: That's a coincidence. But really, when you look at the
- 5:51Speaker 1: big picture here, how can anyone look at this and
- 5:53Speaker 1: say that Epstein didn't catch a sweetheart deal, that there
- 5:57Speaker 1: wasn't all sorts of negligent behavior by the government from
- 6:02Speaker 1: the DOJ to the state level. How can you look
- 6:05Speaker 1: at this and say that his spokesman Howard Rubinstein said,
- 6:11Speaker 1: mister Epstein accepted responsibility for the charges relating to conduct
- 6:16Speaker 1: that occurred several years ago and fully resolved his case. Yeah,
- 6:20Speaker 1: he fully resolved this case. Huh, everything's all good, Howard Rubinstein,
- 6:24Speaker 1: Your guy is not an absolute monster, prolific sex predator
- 6:28Speaker 1: that never happened. Under the terms of the plea deal,
- 6:33Speaker 1: Epstein will have to undergo an HIV test by Wednesday,
- 6:36Speaker 1: with the results being handed over to his survivor, identified
- 6:41Speaker 1: in court papers as Jane Doe. So this sick, dirty
- 6:46Speaker 1: bastard had to take an HIV test as well and
- 6:49Speaker 1: hand it over. Now, we all know that Epstein was
- 6:53Speaker 1: a sick, disgusting, disturbed individual, and we know that the
- 6:57Speaker 1: things he was doing and making these children are literally
- 7:03Speaker 1: some of the most disgusting acts that you can imagine.
- 7:08Speaker 1: And yet he was able to get away with all
- 7:10Speaker 1: of this and barely gets slapped on the wrist when
- 7:13Speaker 1: he was caught. So you take a look at how
- 7:16Speaker 1: things went down, and you tell me what you think,
- 7:20Speaker 1: because personally, I have zero faith in any of these
- 7:23Speaker 1: institutions at this point. And the scariest part is, even
- 7:27Speaker 1: when this has been brought to their attention. They haven't
- 7:30Speaker 1: done anything to go back and resolve this or fix it.
- 7:34Speaker 1: Instead they tell us, ask screw it. The plea deal's
- 7:36Speaker 1: going to stand, and that's just the end of it.
- 7:40Speaker 1: Doe was a fourteen year old high school student when
- 7:43Speaker 1: Epstein paid her two hundred dollars for a massage at
- 7:46Speaker 1: his Palm Beach mansion in early two thousand and five.
- 7:49Speaker 1: In court papers, she said he used a vibrator on
- 7:52Speaker 1: her while he masturbated. So fourteen years old and this
- 7:57Speaker 1: guy gets the slap on the wrist that he got.
- 7:59Speaker 1: And again it wasn't one fourteen year old. It wasn't
- 8:02Speaker 1: you know. Someone provided him this girl. He had no
- 8:05Speaker 1: idea what her age was. He was looking for girls
- 8:07Speaker 1: this age. This is what he wanted. This is what
- 8:10Speaker 1: his thing was, is kink. The guilty plea came after
- 8:15Speaker 1: protracted negotiations and a lengthy investigation by Palm Beach police
- 8:20Speaker 1: who were investigating the virtual congo line of young women
- 8:23Speaker 1: that Epstein had going in and out of his thirteen
- 8:26Speaker 1: thousand square foot mansion. So they're saying in the article
- 8:29Speaker 1: here a congo line of women, Okay, young women. What
- 8:34Speaker 1: you really should be saying is a congo line of children,
- 8:37Speaker 1: because that's what it was. Epstein, who's rubbed elbows with
- 8:43Speaker 1: the likes of Bill Clinton, Prince Andrew and Donald Trump
- 8:46Speaker 1: over the years, could have faced up to five years
- 8:49Speaker 1: in prison if convicted at trial. Five years huh. Meanwhile,
- 8:53Speaker 1: my loved one went and did eighty four months over
- 8:57Speaker 1: some illegal gambling. Give me a fucking break, Okay, you
- 9:00Speaker 1: tell me the justice system isn't absolutely broken. A guy
- 9:04Speaker 1: like this is only staring at five. You're only gonna
- 9:07Speaker 1: hang a five piece on Jeffrey Epstein's bitch ass. How
- 9:11Speaker 1: about a few zeros after that five? Please? The judge
- 9:16Speaker 1: was critical of two of the deal's conditions, indicating she
- 9:19Speaker 1: thought he was getting special treatment by being allowed private
- 9:22Speaker 1: counseling for his sex offender treatment and to serve his
- 9:25Speaker 1: time in county jail instead of state prison. Huh So
- 9:29Speaker 1: another judge thinks he was getting special treatment here, huh?
- 9:32Speaker 1: Not just me and you. Hmm, that's interesting. You feel
- 9:38Speaker 1: this fancy pansy private psychiatrist is an adequate in lieu
- 9:42Speaker 1: of a sex offender treatment program, She asked prosecutor Lana Bella,
- 9:46Speaker 1: ho jesus, Lana Bela Hallavic, Yes, your honor, Yes, your honor,
- 9:52Speaker 1: Bella Hallavic said. As for sending him to jail, Puccio said,
- 9:56Speaker 1: there's significant budget cuts in the county already, and sending
- 10:00Speaker 1: him to the county jail and not the Department of
- 10:02Speaker 1: Corrections is a significant cost to the taxpayer and the county.
- 10:07Speaker 1: Are you sure that's what you want to do? I
- 10:10Speaker 1: mean really, and remember this name, okay. Lana Belaholavic, when
- 10:16Speaker 1: asked if she thought that it was appropriate for him
- 10:20Speaker 1: to be part of this program, she says, yes, your honor.
- 10:22Speaker 1: Of course, the prosecution failed. The prosecution could have sent
- 10:27Speaker 1: old boy up the river. They did not. Both Bellohovic
- 10:34Speaker 1: and Epstein lawyer Jeffrey Goldberg said yes, And the judge
- 10:37Speaker 1: rolled her eyes as she granted the request. Why would
- 10:40Speaker 1: she grant their request? Why would Judge Puccio grant the request? Here?
- 10:44Speaker 1: Just say no, he's going to the lock up. That's
- 10:46Speaker 1: the end of it. Pucchio, Bard, Epstein or anyone on
- 10:52Speaker 1: his behalf from trying to reach out to the survivor
- 10:54Speaker 1: and order that he stay away from schools and playgrounds
- 10:57Speaker 1: after his release. He'll also have to submit to warrantless
- 11:00Speaker 1: searches of his home, car, body, and computer. On his
- 11:04Speaker 1: way to court, Epstein was served with a copy of
- 11:07Speaker 1: a big buck lawsuit by Doe, who since moved to
- 11:10Speaker 1: another state, and obviously now in retrospect, we know that
- 11:14Speaker 1: that Doe was Virginia. The sex assault suit was filed
- 11:20Speaker 1: months ago, but Epstein had been evading service, said Doe's lawyer,
- 11:24Speaker 1: Theodore Leopold. He said his client respects what the prosecutor's
- 11:29Speaker 1: office has done and is doing the best she can
- 11:32Speaker 1: under the circumstances. Well, I wonder if she'd feel the
- 11:35Speaker 1: same now, because I'm guessing, not considering all we know
- 11:39Speaker 1: about the prosecution, their negligence, and their willingness to help
- 11:43Speaker 1: a guy like Epstein, I don't know how anyone could
- 11:46Speaker 1: be confident here, and all kidding aside. If I was
- 11:49Speaker 1: one of these survivors, I'd sue the federal government the
- 11:52Speaker 1: same way that Larry Nasser's survivors are suing the FBI.
- 11:57Speaker 1: I would do the same thing here. Epstein's legal team
- 12:01Speaker 1: had tried to paint the girl as an untrustworthy and
- 12:03Speaker 1: troubled scam artist from a troubled family, but doesn't today
- 12:07Speaker 1: sort of say it all, Leopold said, he's going to
- 12:10Speaker 1: be deemed sex offender and pedophile for the rest of
- 12:13Speaker 1: his life, and that speaks volumes about what really happened here.
- 12:17Speaker 1: And it was just the scratch of the surface, right
- 12:20Speaker 1: the tip of the iceberg. This man was up to
- 12:22Speaker 1: such devious shit that later on, when we all found out,
- 12:27Speaker 1: it was so disgusting that we're still talking about it
- 12:29Speaker 1: now every day, three years later. That's how significant his
- 12:33Speaker 1: disgusting behavior was, and that's what the federal courts continued
- 12:38Speaker 1: to let him do. Basically, while the civil deal brought
- 12:43Speaker 1: an end to the federal investigation into excuse me, while
- 12:46Speaker 1: the plea deal brought an end to the federal investigation
- 12:48Speaker 1: into Epstein, he's still facing a string of civil suits
- 12:51Speaker 1: from Doe and other young women who claim he took
- 12:54Speaker 1: advantage of what they thought would be innocent massages. Jeffrey Herman,
- 12:59Speaker 1: who's representing two other survivors, said the guilty plea is
- 13:02Speaker 1: a very positive development for the civil cases and in
- 13:06Speaker 1: some measure of justice for these girls. And we know
- 13:09Speaker 1: it's not though, really, when it comes down to it,
- 13:11Speaker 1: Epstein was paying out a few bucks, but he wasn't
- 13:14Speaker 1: facing real justice. Epstein maintains he thought all the girls
- 13:21Speaker 1: who were brought over to his house were eighteen or
- 13:24Speaker 1: over and that they knew the massages would be erotic.
- 13:27Speaker 1: Oh yeah, erotic. Yeah, they knew. Thirteen fourteen year old
- 13:30Speaker 1: girls knew that. Han Jeffrey, a newly released inmate from
- 13:35Speaker 1: the stockade the jail where Epstein will live for the
- 13:37Speaker 1: next eighteen months, said he's very lucky not to be
- 13:40Speaker 1: going to state prison. No shit, he would have got
- 13:43Speaker 1: tooled up if he went to state prison. He's probably
- 13:47Speaker 1: better off here, the man said. If there's someone who
- 13:49Speaker 1: did something with kids or any sex crimes, they get
- 13:52Speaker 1: fucked up there. He probably would get killed over there
- 13:55Speaker 1: for messing with the little girl. And look, we all
- 13:57Speaker 1: know that's how the jails go. Epstein lucked out once again,
- 14:02Speaker 1: was able to go to the stockade and have all
- 14:04Speaker 1: of this special treatment. So once again, folks, just another
- 14:07Speaker 1: spotlight on how it all went down, and a quick
- 14:10Speaker 1: trip back in the time machine to the actual sentencing
- 14:13Speaker 1: to where we hear another judge yet again say Epstein
- 14:16Speaker 1: caught a sweetheart deal, yet the government refuses to do
- 14:20Speaker 1: anything about it, and in fact just like the article
- 14:23Speaker 1: we talked about yesterday. Well, they say that there is
- 14:26Speaker 1: no redress and that the plea deal will stand. I say,
- 14:31Speaker 1: that's a bunch of bullshit. All right, folks, it's gonna
- 14:36Speaker 1: do it for this one. If you'd like to contact me,
- 14:38Speaker 1: you can do that at Bobby Kapuchi at ProtonMail dot com.
- 14:42Speaker 1: That's Bo Bby c apu Cci at ProtonMail dot com.
- 14:48Speaker 1: You can also find me on Twitter at Bobby Underscore
- 14:53Speaker 1: c ap u Cci. The link that I discussed can
- 14:57Speaker 1: be found in the description box. What's up, everyone, and
- 15:01Speaker 1: welcome to another episode of the Epstein Chronicles. When Jeffrey
- 15:05Speaker 1: Epstein was first arrested in two thousand and eight down
- 15:08Speaker 1: in Florida, the state called several witnesses to give depositions
- 15:14Speaker 1: about what Jeffrey Epstein allegedly did. Well. In this episode,
- 15:19Speaker 1: we're going to take a look at one of those
- 15:21Speaker 1: depositions from one of the accusers from that original case
- 15:25Speaker 1: in two thousand and eight, and I want you to
- 15:27Speaker 1: pay close attention to the way that they're deposing this
- 15:30Speaker 1: young lady who is like fourteen or fifteen years old,
- 15:33Speaker 1: And of course this all plays into the NPA argument
- 15:37Speaker 1: and how Jeffrey Epstein ended up with that sweetheart deal.
- 15:41Speaker 1: So let's get to it. State of Florida versus Jeffrey
- 15:45Speaker 1: Epstein deposition of redacted, Wednesday, February twentieth, two thousand and eight.
- 15:53Speaker 1: And the person asking questions is mister Michael Tyne. So
- 15:58Speaker 1: when I say question, that's what I'm talking about. And
- 16:01Speaker 1: when I say answer, I mean the witness who's being deposed,
- 16:05Speaker 1: And if somebody else pipes in, I'll make sure to
- 16:08Speaker 1: notate that so we can keep track of who's talking.
- 16:12Speaker 1: All right, So let's get to it. Question, good afternoon.
- 16:16Speaker 1: Please tell me your full name? Answer redacted? Question can

- 17:42Speaker 1: that correct? Answer yes. Question how long have you been

- 19:37Speaker 1: do not answer that question. Mister Tyan once again asked
- 19:41Speaker 1: you know that mister Leopold recently filed a lawsuit in
- 19:44Speaker 1: federal court on your behalf against Jeffrey Epstein seeking fifty
- 19:48Speaker 1: million dollars. Mister Leopold, same objection. If you know the

- 20:15Speaker 1: me where mister Tynan interrupts him. No, let me finish,
- 20:20Speaker 1: mister Leopold, Lewis, We're not going to do that, mister Tyne.
- 20:24Speaker 1: My name is not Lewis. I'm going to finish my question. Okay,
- 20:29Speaker 1: mister Leopold, Do not answer until you hear from me.
- 20:32Speaker 1: Mister Tyne. Question, other than conversations that you've had with
- 20:36Speaker 1: mister Leopold, I'm not asking about that. Are you aware
- 20:40Speaker 1: that mister Leopold has filed the lawsuit in federal court
- 20:43Speaker 1: seeking fifty million dollars from Jeffrey Epstein on your behalf,
- 20:47Speaker 1: Mister Leopold, same objection. Anything that you learn through conversations
- 20:51Speaker 1: between you and me, do not answer. Those are protected.
- 20:55Speaker 1: If you know through any other realm of knowledge, you
- 20:57Speaker 1: may answer the witness no, mister Tyne question. You have
- 21:03Speaker 1: no idea that mister Leopold filed a fifty million dollar
- 21:06Speaker 1: lawsuit on your behalf against Jeffrey Epstein. Mister Leopold, same objection.
- 21:11Speaker 1: Do not answer that question. If it's through discussions that
- 21:14Speaker 1: you and I had outside of that, you may answer. So,
- 21:17Speaker 1: do not answer the question if that is the only
- 21:20Speaker 1: basis by which you understand that answer the witness, no
- 21:25Speaker 1: question by mister Tyne. You didn't know that, mister Leopold.
- 21:30Speaker 1: Don't answer that question. Again, it's attorney client privilege. Any
- 21:34Speaker 1: information that you've learned through conversations between you and I
- 21:37Speaker 1: are protected. If you know it through an other realm,
- 21:40Speaker 1: you may answer, mister Tyne. Are you going to say
- 21:43Speaker 1: that for every question in the deposition, mister Leopold. Mister Leopold,
- 21:48Speaker 1: when you ask him proper questions like that, without the
- 21:51Speaker 1: proper to that he's interrupted by mister Tyne, you're going
- 21:54Speaker 1: to stop speaking objections right now. Okay, mister Leopold without
- 21:59Speaker 1: the proper again interrupted, mister Tyne, you need to stop
- 22:03Speaker 1: your speaking objections. Let's continue, mister Leopold. Counsel, you just
- 22:08Speaker 1: asked me a question and I'm going to state it
- 22:10Speaker 1: on the record. Mister Tyne, you need to stop your
- 22:14Speaker 1: speaking objections. Check your rules. Mister Leopold, excuse me for
- 22:19Speaker 1: the record. Council ask me a question, I'll state the
- 22:22Speaker 1: answer on the record. He asked me the question, and
- 22:25Speaker 1: I'm going to be answering this way throughout the deposition.
- 22:28Speaker 1: So long as there is a proper foundation and predicate
- 22:31Speaker 1: asked by the attorney, I will protect my client and
- 22:34Speaker 1: make the record where appropriate. If counsel wishes to ask
- 22:37Speaker 1: an appropriate worded question with a proper foundation and predicate,
- 22:41Speaker 1: I will certainly allow the client to answer the question.
- 22:44Speaker 1: Mister Goldberger, why don't you just state attorney client privilege
- 22:47Speaker 1: and just be done with it, mister Leopold. I want
- 22:50Speaker 1: the record to be clear. Mister Tyne. You want to
- 22:53Speaker 1: waste time is what you want to do. You are
- 22:56Speaker 1: supposed to be here this morning, and you totally broke
- 22:58Speaker 1: the deal, the agreement you had with us if your
- 23:01Speaker 1: hearing got canceled. But let's move on and maybe you'll
- 23:05Speaker 1: stop obstructing this deposition. Mister Leopold, I think the record
- 23:09Speaker 1: is very clear where I stand thus far. Is there
- 23:12Speaker 1: a recording taken of this deposition? The court reporter, Yes,
- 23:16Speaker 1: mister Leopold, just make sure that's preserved. Mister Tyne. Question,
- 23:21Speaker 1: go to exhibit twenty dash zero one. Well, before you
- 23:25Speaker 1: do that, redacted, are you aware that a lawyer named
- 23:28Speaker 1: Jeffrey Herman filed a lawsuit on your behalf. Yes or no,
- 23:31Speaker 1: mister Leopold, objection any conversation that you and I have
- 23:35Speaker 1: had regarding that. If that is the only way by
- 23:37Speaker 1: which you understand how to answer that question, do not answer.
- 23:41Speaker 1: It's attorney client privilege, as well as any conversations you
- 23:45Speaker 1: may have had with the attorney from Miami. This is
- 23:48Speaker 1: also attorney client privilege. And I'm assuming he's cut off
- 23:52Speaker 1: again by mister Tyne. You're actually wrong about that attorney
- 23:55Speaker 1: client privilege, mister Leopold. I'm assuming Council is not asking
- 23:59Speaker 1: you to divulge attorney client mister Tyne. Of course not,
- 24:03Speaker 1: mister Tyne. Question redacted. Are you aware that Jeffrey Herman,
- 24:09Speaker 1: an attorney, filed a fifty million dollar lawsuit on your
- 24:12Speaker 1: behalf against Jeffrey Epstein? Yes or no, mister Leopold, same objection,
- 24:17Speaker 1: mister Tyne. We've heard the objection ten times already, mister Leopold. Counsel,
- 24:22Speaker 1: excuse me, mister Tyne, just say attorney client privilege. Stop
- 24:26Speaker 1: interrupting my questions, mister Leopold. I'm entitled to make an
- 24:30Speaker 1: objection for the record, which I'm doing, and they'll make
- 24:33Speaker 1: the same objection and if it calls for attorney client privilege,
- 24:37Speaker 1: any conversation you and I have had, do not answer
- 24:39Speaker 1: the question, And I think that it might be appropriate
- 24:43Speaker 1: for the record to ask questions via adacted as opposed
- 24:46Speaker 1: to or adacted. I think that it would be more
- 24:48Speaker 1: appropriate for this deposition. Mister Tyne. Question, go ahead, Please
- 24:53Speaker 1: answer yes or no answer? Yes, question, thank you. In fact,
- 24:57Speaker 1: you know that mister Herman held a press conference after
- 25:00Speaker 1: he filed the fifty million dollar lawsuit on your behalf.
- 25:03Speaker 1: Don't you answer after it happened? Question? You know that
- 25:07Speaker 1: he had a press conference, don't you Yes or no answer? Yes? Question?
- 25:12Speaker 1: In fact. Let's go to exhibit twenty dash zero one.
- 25:15Speaker 1: Mister Goldberger, look behind you, you'll see it. Mister Tyne. Question,
- 25:20Speaker 1: have you seen that picture before? Answer? Yes? Question Is
- 25:24Speaker 1: that a picture of your father, your stepmother, and mister
- 25:27Speaker 1: Herman at the press conference regarding your lawsuit? Answer yes. Question.
- 25:32Speaker 1: Now you know that this is a very serious matter,
- 25:35Speaker 1: don't you. Mister Leopold asked an answered objection, mister Goldberger,
- 25:40Speaker 1: all right, you can object. You're representing a witness here,
- 25:43Speaker 1: mister Leopold. You can object on privileged grounds. You cannot
- 25:47Speaker 1: make legal objections. You have no standing to do so,
- 25:50Speaker 1: mister Leopold, I'm going to make them, and then mister
- 25:53Speaker 1: Goldberger cuts him off. Where and to that Leopold cuts
- 25:56Speaker 1: him off, We're going to leave, or we're going to
- 25:59Speaker 1: take a break because his demeanor is not appropriate. There's
- 26:03Speaker 1: no reason to have this kind of demeanor. If you
- 26:05Speaker 1: want to have this kind of demeanor with me, mister Tyne,
- 26:08Speaker 1: you're obstructing this deposition, mister Goldberger, Why don't you guys
- 26:11Speaker 1: go outside and just talk about cut off by Leopold again.
- 26:16Speaker 1: She her job is very difficult and she's not going
- 26:19Speaker 1: to be able to take us both talking at the
- 26:21Speaker 1: same time, mister Goldberger, off the record, mister Leopold, we're
- 26:25Speaker 1: not going off the record. Jack, We're not Jack. Her
- 26:28Speaker 1: job is very difficult. I'm going to make the record.
- 26:31Speaker 1: I don't think it's appropriate, especially in the small confines
- 26:34Speaker 1: of this room, to be very aggressive with this young lady.
- 26:38Speaker 1: Mister Tyne. That's not happening. Stop stop actually cut off
- 26:42Speaker 1: by mister Leopold once again. If you're going to interrupt me,
- 26:46Speaker 1: we're going to cancel this deposition, mister Tyne. Stop misrepresenting
- 26:52Speaker 1: the court. Reporter. Yo, Look, I need one out of time,
- 26:55Speaker 1: no matter who it is, mister Leopold. I think we're
- 26:58Speaker 1: going to take a break. Perhaps you might want to
- 27:00Speaker 1: talk to your co council. Cut off again by mister Tyne.
- 27:03Speaker 1: I don't need to talk to him, mister Leopold. But
- 27:06Speaker 1: we're going to take a break. Mister Tyne. We're not
- 27:09Speaker 1: taking a break unless the witness needs a break. You're
- 27:11Speaker 1: obstructing this deposition, ted, mister Leopold, come on, redacted, you
- 27:16Speaker 1: all want to continue in this demeanor. Mister Tyne, you're
- 27:19Speaker 1: obstructing this deposition. Stop making speeches. We're not discussing this
- 27:24Speaker 1: with you. The questions are to your client, go take
- 27:27Speaker 1: a five minute break, mister Leopold. Fine, we need to
- 27:30Speaker 1: make sure the record's clear and clean, and I want
- 27:33Speaker 1: to make sure, as I've already asked you, I know
- 27:35Speaker 1: that you're one of the best in town that this audio,
- 27:38Speaker 1: this needs to be preserved. Okay, mister Tyne, go take
- 27:41Speaker 1: your five minute break, mister Leopold. Now you're supposed to
- 27:45Speaker 1: be here at nine am. It's now after two. Take
- 27:47Speaker 1: your break and come back, mister Leopold. Okay. If the
- 27:51Speaker 1: demeanor keeps up, we will not be here beyond those
- 27:54Speaker 1: five minutes. Mister Tyne. Take your break and come back,
- 27:57Speaker 1: mister Leopold. Okay. So I suggest that you relax, mister Tyne.
- 28:02Speaker 1: I suggest that you take your break. Mister Kohlberger. Let
- 28:06Speaker 1: them take that prime minute break, mister Leopold. But I
- 28:09Speaker 1: would suggest that you take a deep breath, mister Tyne.
- 28:12Speaker 1: Suggest whatever you want, just go take a break. Thereupon,
- 28:17Speaker 1: a recess was taken. And as you can see, this
- 28:20Speaker 1: is a contentious ass deposition, and we're talking about a
- 28:23Speaker 1: little girl here. But this is the tactic that Jeffrey
- 28:26Speaker 1: Epstein's lawyers use time and time again, and the state
- 28:30Speaker 1: of Florida allowed it. So we're gonna wrap up episode
- 28:33Speaker 1: one right here, and in the next episode dealing with
- 28:36Speaker 1: the topic, we're gonna pick up after their little recess
- 28:40Speaker 1: and keep it rolling. All of the information that goes
- 28:43Speaker 1: with this episode can be found in the description box.
- 28:46Speaker 1: What's up, everyone, and welcome to another episode of the
- 28:49Speaker 1: Epstein Chronicles. In this episode, we're getting right back to
- 28:52Speaker 1: that deposition from two thousand and eight given by one
- 28:57Speaker 1: of Epstein's accusers during the Florida k and last episode
- 29:01Speaker 1: we left with them going on a recess, and now
- 29:05Speaker 1: we're picking up after that recess ends. And with that,
- 29:10Speaker 1: mister Tyne begins questioning Jane Doe once again. Question, do
- 29:15Speaker 1: you agree that giving testimony today at your deposition is
- 29:18Speaker 1: something very serious? Don't you answer yes? Question? And you
- 29:23Speaker 1: respect the court? Don't you answer yes? Question? Let me
- 29:27Speaker 1: show you Exhibit thirty one dash zero zero one? Can
- 29:31Speaker 1: you read that out loud? Please answer? Okay, what do
- 29:34Speaker 1: you want question? Will you read that out loud? Please answer? Oh? Question?
- 29:39Speaker 1: Thank you answer? Lol? Ha my bad? Lol, Yeah, I
- 29:45Speaker 1: got some stupid court shit. On the twentieth bullshit and
- 29:48Speaker 1: damn you still have court shit with him like after
- 29:51Speaker 1: so long? Wow, I'm sorry. Well yeah, well we will
- 29:55Speaker 1: definitely have to make plans for sure because I miss
- 29:57Speaker 1: you tons times a million. No, no, no, I love
- 30:01Speaker 1: you O andps I love your default pick n word
- 30:05Speaker 1: moah X and O. Question did you send that message
- 30:09Speaker 1: last week to a friend of yours on MySpace? Answer?
- 30:12Speaker 1: I wouldn't know. There's no dates and I've deleted that MySpace.
- 30:15Speaker 1: So question We're going to talk about that in a second.
- 30:19Speaker 1: And what you're gonna notice is the whole entire point
- 30:22Speaker 1: of attack here is about her MySpace and the fact
- 30:25Speaker 1: that she was being a teenager, and that's what they
- 30:28Speaker 1: used to get this whole entire sweetheart deal that Jeffrey
- 30:31Speaker 1: Epstein ended up getting. And if you're not absolutely enraged
- 30:36Speaker 1: after listening to this deposition, I don't know what will
- 30:39Speaker 1: enrage you. Question did you send that message last week?
- 30:44Speaker 1: Answer right? Question. Let me finish my question. Did you
- 30:48Speaker 1: send that message last week to a friend of yours
- 30:50Speaker 1: on MySpace? Answer? I wouldn't know the date, but obviously
- 30:54Speaker 1: it's to a friend. Question did you send that message
- 30:57Speaker 1: to a friend of yours on MySpace answer sure, yes.
- 31:01Speaker 1: Question were you referring to this deposition? Answer? Yes. Question
- 31:06Speaker 1: do you find the term N word offensive? Answer? That's
- 31:10Speaker 1: not anywhere in there? Question what word did you use
- 31:13Speaker 1: in there? Mister Leopold, Where are you referring to? Counsel?
- 31:17Speaker 1: There's twenty plus words in there, mister Tyne. Don't make
- 31:21Speaker 1: a speaking objection the witness. Are you referring to anything,
- 31:24Speaker 1: mister Leopold, No, redacted, don't don't let him ask you
- 31:28Speaker 1: that question, mister Tyne. Question what question were you asking? Redacted?
- 31:33Speaker 1: Mister Leopold. She doesn't ask questions, You ask the questions.
- 31:37Speaker 1: What's the question pending? Mister Tyne. What's the last word
- 31:41Speaker 1: on there in the text of your message before the
- 31:44Speaker 1: closing answer? N word but with an A at the end.
- 31:51Speaker 1: Question don't you find that term offensive? Answer? No, mister Leopold.
- 31:56Speaker 1: Can you spell it for the record, please? The witness
- 32:00Speaker 1: spells it, mister Tyne. No, no, no, You're not going
- 32:03Speaker 1: to be asking questions, mister Leopold. I'm not asking questions.
- 32:07Speaker 1: I'm asking for the record for the word to be spelled,
- 32:10Speaker 1: because we don't have a video here today. Mister Tyne.
- 32:13Speaker 1: These exhibits are part of the record you, mister Leopold, Well,
- 32:16Speaker 1: it's not marked as an exhibit. Mister Tyne. Quit interrupting me,
- 32:21Speaker 1: mister Leopold, I have marked and identified as an exhibit
- 32:25Speaker 1: and you will get it. Mister Leopold. There has been
- 32:28Speaker 1: no identification of this document in the record, mister Tyne.
- 32:31Speaker 1: Mister Leopold, stop interrupting this deposition. Mister Leopold. What is
- 32:37Speaker 1: the exhibit number marked for identification, mister Tyne, thirty one
- 32:42Speaker 1: dash zero zero one. Mister Leopold, do we have copies?
- 32:46Speaker 1: Is it on record anywhere? Question? Let me ask you redacted?
- 32:50Speaker 1: Did you in fact write your friend this message about
- 32:53Speaker 1: this deposition? Answer? Yes, question, So you wrote your friend
- 32:57Speaker 1: that this deposition is stupid? Courtshit correct answer. Yes. Remember
- 33:02Speaker 1: we're talking about a little girl here. Remember when you
- 33:06Speaker 1: were a kid. How would you feel about going to
- 33:08Speaker 1: sit for a damned deposition? You'd be flexing and talking
- 33:11Speaker 1: to your friends about it. Right, this is stupid. I
- 33:13Speaker 1: don't want to do it, YadA YadA YadA. But Epstein's
- 33:16Speaker 1: attorneys were allowed to get away with it without the
- 33:18Speaker 1: state even stepping in. Question. So you wrote to your
- 33:23Speaker 1: friend that this deposition is stupid court shit. Correct answer
- 33:26Speaker 1: yes question. Because you think this deposition is stupid court shit.
- 33:30Speaker 1: Don't you answer no question? You wrote that to your friend?
- 33:34Speaker 1: Didn't you answer yes? Question? You think that court is stupid.
- 33:39Speaker 1: Don't you answer in some cases question? And you think
- 33:44Speaker 1: this deposition is bullshit? Don't you answer no question? You
- 33:48Speaker 1: wrote that to your friend, didn't you, mister Leopold. Objection
- 33:52Speaker 1: asked and answered, mister Tyne, that's not an objection, bye,
- 33:56Speaker 1: mister Tyne. Question you wrote that to your friend, didn't you,
- 34:00Speaker 1: Mister Leopold, objection asked and answered for the fourth time,
- 34:03Speaker 1: mister Tyne, you are improperly objecting. Mister Leopold. You have
- 34:08Speaker 1: no grounds to object and that's not an objection, mister Leopold,
- 34:12Speaker 1: it is an objection, mister Tyne. Then terminate the deposition
- 34:16Speaker 1: if you think it's been asked and answered, mister Leopold. Counsel,
- 34:21Speaker 1: I am not precluded from just making an objection to
- 34:24Speaker 1: the form of the question, as the courts well know.
- 34:27Speaker 1: And if you practice here in West Palm Beach, many
- 34:29Speaker 1: of the judges require you set the objection with specificity,
- 34:33Speaker 1: and I will do that. And if you don't want
- 34:35Speaker 1: me to do that. You can make the record, but
- 34:37Speaker 1: I will do that, mister Tyne. Here's what we'll do,
- 34:41Speaker 1: ted you can. I will always allow you to reserve
- 34:44Speaker 1: an objection to form for every single one of my questions. Otherwise,
- 34:49Speaker 1: all you're doing is obstructing mister Leopold. I won't do that,
- 34:53Speaker 1: mister Tyne, of course, because you want to obstruct mister Leopold.
- 34:57Speaker 1: All right, you think that giving testimony today under oath
- 35:02Speaker 1: is bullshit? Don't you answer no question? And you wrote
- 35:06Speaker 1: that your friend on MySpace last week? Didn't you mister
- 35:09Speaker 1: Leopold objection asked and answered the witness. No, I did not,
- 35:14Speaker 1: mister Tyne. Question you didn't write this exhibit. Answer. I
- 35:17Speaker 1: wrote that, but I didn't write what you said. Question
- 35:21Speaker 1: you wrote in this exhibit? I got some stupid court
- 35:24Speaker 1: shit on the twentieth bullshit? Didn't you write that? Answer?
- 35:28Speaker 1: I wrote that, but I didn't write what you said. Answer? Yes,
- 35:32Speaker 1: question referring to this deposition. Didn't you answer referring to
- 35:36Speaker 1: the court. I was later informed that it was a
- 35:39Speaker 1: deposition question. I'm going to ask you some questions now
- 35:42Speaker 1: about what happened when you went to Jeff Epstein's house
- 35:45Speaker 1: three years ago? Okay? Answer uhh. Question when the police
- 35:49Speaker 1: interviewed one month after you went to Epstein's house, you
- 35:53Speaker 1: swore on your mother's grave that you and Epstein did
- 35:55Speaker 1: not engage in sex of any kind. Answer yes, didn't
- 36:00Speaker 1: you tell that to the police? Answer yes, and I
- 36:04Speaker 1: will continue. I have never had sex with him. Question
- 36:08Speaker 1: did what happened upstairs at Jeff Epstein's house take you
- 36:11Speaker 1: completely by surprise? Redacted? Answer yes. Question Now, the civil
- 36:16Speaker 1: complaint that you filed against mister Epstein for fifty million
- 36:19Speaker 1: dollars alleged that you were totally shocked by what happened
- 36:22Speaker 1: when you got there. Answer yes, Were you totally shocked
- 36:26Speaker 1: by what happened when you got to Epstein's house? Answer yes,
- 36:29Speaker 1: Question you didn't expect that at all, did you? Answer no?
- 36:33Speaker 1: Question You had absolutely no idea why your friend redacted
- 36:36Speaker 1: was taking you to Epstein's house. Right answer, I was
- 36:40Speaker 1: informed it was a massage. Question All you thought that
- 36:43Speaker 1: it was going to be was a massage? Correct answer yes.
- 36:47Speaker 1: Question before you got to Epstein's house, Redacted never said
- 36:51Speaker 1: anything to you on the telephone about sexual activity with Epstein.
- 36:55Speaker 1: Did she answer? No question. And before you got to
- 37:00Speaker 1: Epstein's house, redacted never sent you a message over the
- 37:03Speaker 1: internet about sexual activity with Epstein? Did she? Answer no question?
- 37:08Speaker 1: Did redacted ever try to convince you to engage in
- 37:11Speaker 1: any sexual activity with Epstein? Answer no question? Did redacted
- 37:17Speaker 1: ever try to convince you to engage in any sexual
- 37:20Speaker 1: activity with Epstein? Answer? I don't know who redacted is? Question?
- 37:24Speaker 1: Do you have a friend redacted? Answer no question. Okay,
- 37:29Speaker 1: before you went to Epstein's house, did you call or
- 37:31Speaker 1: email you to induce you to engage in sexual activity
- 37:35Speaker 1: with Epstein? Answer no question. So you're sure that before
- 37:40Speaker 1: you got to Ebstein's house, no one tried to persuade
- 37:42Speaker 1: you to engage in sexual activity with Jeffrey Epstein. Answer
- 37:46Speaker 1: no question. You're sure that, let me ask the question again.
- 37:51Speaker 1: You're sure that before you got to Ebstein's house, no
- 37:54Speaker 1: one tried to persuade you to engage in sexual activity
- 37:57Speaker 1: with Epstein for money? Mister Leopold objection asked an answered
- 38:02Speaker 1: the witness, No, I've already answered that at bazillion times.
- 38:06Speaker 1: Mister Tyne. Question he's coaching you now, so I'm going
- 38:10Speaker 1: to ask the question. Mister Leopold counsel. I've made the
- 38:14Speaker 1: objection for the record, mister Tyne. Stop speaking, mister Leopold.
- 38:19Speaker 1: I'm not gonna stop speaking. You can't interrupt me when
- 38:22Speaker 1: I'm making the record. Mister Tyne. You're coaching the witness,
- 38:26Speaker 1: mister Leopold, counsel, mister Tyne, stop coaching the witness. Mister Tyne,
- 38:33Speaker 1: let me ask you and to that. He's interrupted by
- 38:35Speaker 1: mister Leopold. If you continue to again interrupted this time
- 38:40Speaker 1: by mister Tyne. Stop interrupting my questions, mister Leopold. If
- 38:44Speaker 1: you do it one more time, we're leaving, mister Tyne,
- 38:47Speaker 1: Mister Leopold, I'm going to make the record. You cannot
- 38:51Speaker 1: interrupt me when I'm making the record out of professional conduct.
- 38:54Speaker 1: You cannot do that. I'm entitled to make the record.
- 38:57Speaker 1: I made an objection, asked an answered. You're is inappropriate.
- 39:01Speaker 1: You're willing, and you are able, and you are responsible
- 39:05Speaker 1: to ask a question in a professional manner and ask
- 39:08Speaker 1: the question, and once you get the answer, to either
- 39:10Speaker 1: follow up on it or move on, but not continuously
