- 0:28SPEAKER_01: This book explores the intersection of loneliness, love,
- 0:32SPEAKER_01: and how chasing perfection through technology can lead to fantasy
- 0:36SPEAKER_01: and reality colliding.
- 0:38SPEAKER_01: My virtual obsession out now.
- 0:39SPEAKER_03: Hey everybody,
- 0:40SPEAKER_03: it's Catherine Crestani with another episode of Willow Healing Matters
- 0:44SPEAKER_03: and today I am joined by Michael Avatar.
- 0:46SPEAKER_03: So he is a former Paralympic world record holder for long jump in Atlanta 1996 and
- 0:52SPEAKER_03: who overcame cerebral palsy for 45 minutes without a breath at birth and 40 years
- 0:57SPEAKER_03: of chronic pain to live pain-free since 2009.
- 1:01SPEAKER_03: Today, he coaches high performers to drop the performance mask,
- 1:04SPEAKER_03: raise energy and live from authentic power through the Michael Avatar method,
- 1:09SPEAKER_03: a 12-week intensive shortcut to transformation.
- 1:12SPEAKER_03: So a big welcome to the show, Michael.
- 1:14SPEAKER_00: Thank you, Catherine.
- 1:16SPEAKER_00: I'm looking forward to this.
- 1:18SPEAKER_00: This is so interesting.
- 1:22SPEAKER_03: Wherever we go,
- 1:23SPEAKER_03: the first question I have for you that's popped into my head is how did you get to
- 1:29SPEAKER_03: a point that you were living pain-free?
- 1:31SPEAKER_03: To be living with pain for that long and now you're pain-free, what was the process?
- 1:36SPEAKER_03: What happened?
- 1:37SPEAKER_00: You know, when you have cerebral palsy, you shake.
- 1:41SPEAKER_00: If you have a picture, you can see my hands can't be still.
- 1:46SPEAKER_00: So my body shakes all the time, 24-7.
- 1:52SPEAKER_00: And when you have that and have done that for 40 years, you get pain in your body.
- 1:59SPEAKER_00: Probably you get even pain when you're 30.
- 2:03SPEAKER_00: So I had so much cramp that winter 2009.
- 2:10SPEAKER_00: My friend left me a house in Thailand.
- 2:14SPEAKER_00: So I came to Thailand and after five days, I had no pain.
- 2:20SPEAKER_00: It was like It was,
- 2:24SPEAKER_00: first of all,
- 2:25SPEAKER_00: when you have pain that long time,
- 2:27SPEAKER_00: you don't really have pain, because your brain is like blocking it out.
- 2:34SPEAKER_00: So I was here for three weeks, went back to Sweden, decided, let's go to Thailand.
- 2:42SPEAKER_00: So after three months,
- 2:43SPEAKER_00: I divorced,
- 2:45SPEAKER_00: sold my studio painting studio company, And I bought a one-way ticket to Thailand.
- 2:53SPEAKER_00: Because if I can live pain, what should I do in Sweden?
- 2:58SPEAKER_00: I have nothing there to do.
- 3:00SPEAKER_00: So I just moved here.
- 3:02SPEAKER_00: And from that on, I have a totally different experience how to live a life.
- 3:12SPEAKER_00: I thought I was free.
- 3:14SPEAKER_00: Even in Sweden, I would come here.
- 3:17SPEAKER_00: It's a Buddhist country.
- 3:19SPEAKER_00: They have no time schedule.
- 3:22SPEAKER_00: They live day by day.
- 3:26SPEAKER_00: You can't plan three days ahead.
- 3:29SPEAKER_00: It's no point.
- 3:31SPEAKER_00: And I come from Sweden, where you schedule all that time.
- 3:38SPEAKER_00: You plan two years ahead.
- 3:41SPEAKER_00: Engagement, coaching.
- 3:44SPEAKER_00: And here, you can't book anything.
- 3:47SPEAKER_00: It's only two days.
- 3:50SPEAKER_00: Schedules that are working,
- 3:53SPEAKER_00: one is the taxi to the airport to Annapur,
- 3:58SPEAKER_00: because if they are late,
- 4:00SPEAKER_00: they are late on the airplane,
- 4:02SPEAKER_00: and the taxi has to pay the ticket for re-book to the airplane.
- 4:11SPEAKER_00: The second that's a very strange thing is that one has a massage, it's not one half.
- 4:20SPEAKER_00: So, do you feel from moving to Thailand,
- 4:26SPEAKER_00: do you feel it was partially the different climate that helped your body
- 4:45SPEAKER_03: Release a lot of the tension or also the culture that you were surrounded by or
- 4:49SPEAKER_03: a bit of everything.
- 4:50SPEAKER_00: This is a spiritual channel.
- 4:53SPEAKER_00: I was meant to be here.
- 4:55SPEAKER_00: It doesn't matter the reason.
- 4:58SPEAKER_00: I came here to solve some problem around here just by being me.
- 5:07SPEAKER_00: No more, no less.
- 5:10SPEAKER_00: Yes, this authentic me.
- 5:13SPEAKER_00: Sure, the temperature,
- 5:16SPEAKER_00: the humidity creates good for my body,
- 5:20SPEAKER_00: but to be relaxed,
- 5:22SPEAKER_00: to take a step back and really focus on where I'm going in my life.
- 5:31SPEAKER_00: To be able to do that in Thailand, for me, that was there.
- 5:38SPEAKER_00: One way ticket to totally new dimension how we can live a life.
- 5:46SPEAKER_03: Yeah.
- 5:46SPEAKER_03: I just had this image of you.
- 5:48SPEAKER_03: It's almost like your soul went,
- 5:50SPEAKER_03: we have to do this like full on because we're just,
- 5:53SPEAKER_03: we're ready for it and we need to go forward.
- 5:56SPEAKER_03: We need to literally buy one way ticket to our soul journey.
- 6:01SPEAKER_00: Yes.
- 6:02SPEAKER_00: And I remember a woman, she sent me an email.
- 6:07SPEAKER_00: She said, shit, I had to do something.
- 6:10SPEAKER_00: Because she understood it was not the weather.
- 6:14SPEAKER_00: It was not the whatever it was.
- 6:18SPEAKER_00: It was the ticket where I had to go.
- 6:22SPEAKER_00: That's it.
- 6:23SPEAKER_00: Just go.
- 6:25SPEAKER_00: Let everything be.
- 6:27SPEAKER_00: It was stupid.
- 6:28SPEAKER_00: I was at the P.
- 6:32SPEAKER_00: Of my career, I have TV calling me, newspaper.
- 6:38SPEAKER_00: I have assignments, they pay me like 5,000, 10,000 euro.
- 6:45SPEAKER_00: It was insane.
- 6:47SPEAKER_00: And I just left everything, just left it.
- 6:51SPEAKER_00: Best decision, best decision in my life.
- 6:56SPEAKER_03: Yeah, 100%.
- 6:57SPEAKER_03: And it's interesting,
- 6:58SPEAKER_03: I've talked to a lot of people and they'll get all these beautiful opportunities
- 7:02SPEAKER_03: that look amazing and perfectly wrapped.
- 7:05SPEAKER_03: But then when it comes down to, do I want that?
- 7:09SPEAKER_03: It's like, no, actually, I don't.
- 7:11SPEAKER_03: That doesn't resonate with me at that deeper level.
- 7:13SPEAKER_03: And I love that you were so, you're the exemplar of courage, right?
- 7:18SPEAKER_03: You actually, I say, I did this in my life too.
- 7:22SPEAKER_03: I just threw a bomb in my life and I walked away.
- 7:26SPEAKER_00: Yeah, yeah.
- 7:28SPEAKER_00: The thing is, you don't know if it's right.
- 7:32SPEAKER_00: That's for sure.
- 7:34SPEAKER_00: But when you come here and you close the door behind,
- 7:38SPEAKER_00: then you have no choice but coping with what's ahead.
- 7:43SPEAKER_00: What's ahead?
- 7:45SPEAKER_00: Always when you do a decision like this, you're out of your comfort zone.
- 7:53SPEAKER_00: And everything...
- 7:56SPEAKER_00: Everything you want is outside your comfort zone.
- 8:00SPEAKER_03: 100%.
- 8:01SPEAKER_03: And I feel that that then segues nicely into how you work with people because a lot
- 8:08SPEAKER_03: of people do think they can achieve all these amazing things but aren't ready
- 8:12SPEAKER_03: to get out of their own way.
- 8:13SPEAKER_00: Yeah.
- 8:14SPEAKER_00: Yeah, and the biggest thing, there is two main problems in the world, I think.
- 8:21SPEAKER_00: One, they have no goals.
- 8:23SPEAKER_00: They don't know where they are going.
- 8:25SPEAKER_00: They are like, they have no clear path where they are going.
- 8:31SPEAKER_00: I had a clear path when I bought a one-way ticket, but I had no plan when I came here.
- 8:38SPEAKER_00: But the one-way ticket was to plan and came here.
- 8:43SPEAKER_00: That's one thing.
- 8:45SPEAKER_00: I don't think that's the biggest whatever in people's lives.
- 8:49SPEAKER_00: It's just go.
- 8:51SPEAKER_00: Action.
- 8:52SPEAKER_00: Action.
- 8:54SPEAKER_03: I agree.
- 8:55SPEAKER_03: A hundred percent I agree.
- 8:56SPEAKER_03: Because,
- 8:56SPEAKER_03: you know,
- 8:57SPEAKER_03: even when I'm working with my clients and they'll go, wow, that's so inspiring.
- 9:01SPEAKER_03: I'm like, but are you going to do something about it?
- 9:03SPEAKER_03: And they go, probably not.
- 9:05SPEAKER_03: I said, well, then I'm not doing my job.
- 9:06SPEAKER_03: You're not inspired into action.
- 9:09SPEAKER_03: It's just a story.
- 9:10SPEAKER_03: So you need to go do something now.
- 9:12SPEAKER_00: Yeah.
- 9:13SPEAKER_00: But there is a trick here.
- 9:15SPEAKER_00: I call it the one percent magical trick.
- 9:21SPEAKER_00: Whatever you want to call it, you have to find the right key to the right door.
- 9:27SPEAKER_00: But you have a shame of different keys, and you have no clue where they are going.
- 9:33SPEAKER_00: Which one is my key?
- 9:35SPEAKER_00: And you have to test.
- 9:38SPEAKER_00: You have to go out there, test stuff, whatever it is.
- 9:44SPEAKER_00: Don't test five times or ten times.
- 9:49SPEAKER_00: You're the place to last long,
- 9:51SPEAKER_00: and if you still,
- 9:52SPEAKER_00: after 50,
- 9:54SPEAKER_00: 100 times, still have the drive, still have the curiosity, still have the passion.
- 10:05SPEAKER_00: Go for it.
- 10:06SPEAKER_00: But if you don't test anything, nothing will happen.
- 10:10SPEAKER_03: It reminds me of my favorite Wayne Gretzky quote.
- 10:13SPEAKER_03: I don't follow sport, but you know, you miss 100% of the shots you don't take.
- 10:18SPEAKER_03: And because if you don't try, how do you know?
- 10:21SPEAKER_03: And the best analogy I heard of this,
- 10:23SPEAKER_03: Michael,
- 10:23SPEAKER_03: was someone said to me,
- 10:25SPEAKER_03: just imagine putting on the coat,
- 10:27SPEAKER_03: try on the coat, have a good go with the coat, go out with the coat.
- 10:31SPEAKER_03: And if the coat doesn't feel right, you can take that coat off.
- 10:34SPEAKER_03: And just keep looking for the next one.
- 10:36SPEAKER_00: Yeah.
- 10:36SPEAKER_00: And it's the searching that's the adventure.
- 10:40SPEAKER_00: Exactly.
- 10:40SPEAKER_00: The search, the search, the search, the search.
- 10:45SPEAKER_00: And I get a lot of keys from a lot of people.
- 10:48SPEAKER_00: Nearly every person has a key for me.
- 10:52SPEAKER_00: But the problem with the key I get,
- 10:54SPEAKER_00: maybe it's for me,
- 10:56SPEAKER_00: maybe it's for you, maybe it's for somebody in the future that I should lead it to.
- 11:03SPEAKER_00: I have no clue,
- 11:04SPEAKER_00: but the adventure is,
- 11:06SPEAKER_00: where do these kids,
- 11:09SPEAKER_00: when I go out in the world,
- 11:11SPEAKER_00: some kids is 10 minutes,
- 11:14SPEAKER_00: some is 10 years, but I always find the person when I need it.
- 11:22SPEAKER_03: Yeah.
- 11:23SPEAKER_03: Well, I like to talk about,
- 11:24SPEAKER_03: I don't believe in accidents or coincidences,
- 11:27SPEAKER_03: everything's a synchronicity designed for us to move forward in our adventure
- 11:32SPEAKER_03: of life.
- 11:36SPEAKER_03: So my next question,
- 11:38SPEAKER_03: Michael,
- 11:39SPEAKER_03: is so when you've gotten to Thailand,
- 11:42SPEAKER_03: you know,
- 11:43SPEAKER_03: your body's suddenly working,
- 11:45SPEAKER_03: you were exactly where you were meant to be at the right time.
- 11:49SPEAKER_03: What led you then into coaching and high-performance coaching?
- 11:53SPEAKER_03: I know your background is as Olympian, but at the same time, there's obviously a lot there.
- 11:59SPEAKER_00: But coaching was much, much earlier.
- 12:04SPEAKER_00: I really started coaching when I was like 10 years old.
- 12:11SPEAKER_00: The thing when I went to Thailand to have the beach,
- 12:16SPEAKER_00: so you go to the beach,
- 12:18SPEAKER_00: you see the sun blow up, and you come back in the evening, see the sun go down.
- 12:24SPEAKER_00: So I was walking there on the beach and I thought, well, I have plenty of time now.
- 12:31SPEAKER_00: I have a bit of money, so I don't really need to work.
- 12:35SPEAKER_00: So why not figure out what am I going to do with the rest of my life?
- 12:42SPEAKER_00: So I walked there.
- 12:44SPEAKER_00: Sun went up, went down.
- 12:46SPEAKER_00: One year passed.
- 12:48SPEAKER_00: I couldn't really put the finger on what it wants.
- 12:53SPEAKER_00: What do I really, really want?
- 12:55SPEAKER_00: One from really inside me.
- 12:58SPEAKER_00: Now the two years,
- 13:00SPEAKER_00: I figured out what is the core of the plan,
- 13:06SPEAKER_00: why I ended up on this planet,
- 13:10SPEAKER_00: or whatever system we are in,
- 13:14SPEAKER_00: metrics, call it whatever, and it took me five years before I could do it, fall out.
- 13:26SPEAKER_00: And that's like, now it's 11, 12 years ago.
- 13:31SPEAKER_00: It took me a long time, but now I'm doing it.
- 13:37SPEAKER_00: It's not easy,
- 13:38SPEAKER_00: there's lots of bumps,
- 13:41SPEAKER_00: lots of hurdles,
- 13:42SPEAKER_00: lots of mountains to climb, but I'm doing it because I have the passion.
- 13:50SPEAKER_00: And because I, when I stop, it always comes back.
- 13:57SPEAKER_00: The coaching is always coming back.
- 14:00SPEAKER_00: I have quit coaching, I don't know, in decades.
- 14:04SPEAKER_00: It always comes back.
- 14:07SPEAKER_00: The art is always coming back.
- 14:11SPEAKER_00: Is there public speaking always coming back?
- 14:15SPEAKER_00: Now I do love them.
- 14:17SPEAKER_00: Podcasts, kind of public thinking or indirect with different pod as a guest.
- 14:28SPEAKER_00: That's my life.
- 14:29SPEAKER_00: I have like a new story and I have a key goal with that.
- 14:35SPEAKER_00: The goal is, can I, can you, can I create something totally different outside?
- 14:47SPEAKER_00: The box that I was living in, you can do too.
- 14:53SPEAKER_00: Because I was born dead,
- 14:55SPEAKER_00: probably most of you, or at least you weren't born dead, don't have cerebral palsy.
- 15:03SPEAKER_00: I have never thought,
- 15:06SPEAKER_00: as a person with cerebral palsy,
- 15:09SPEAKER_00: I used to say to some people, first minutes, five minutes, They feel sorry for me.
- 15:19SPEAKER_00: After 15 minutes, they think, wow, he says something interesting.
- 15:26SPEAKER_00: 30 to 40 minutes, they have forgot I even have cerebral palsy.
- 15:33SPEAKER_00: That's my thing, to open and give ease to people to go in a new direction in the world.
- 15:44SPEAKER_00: That was my discovery.
- 15:46SPEAKER_00: Walking on the beach, see the sun go up, see the sun go down.
- 15:52SPEAKER_00: That's money.
- 15:53SPEAKER_03: Yeah, that's beautiful.
- 15:55SPEAKER_03: And I also think it's beautiful that it was just that allowing yourself to be in
- 15:59SPEAKER_03: the simplicity and being that mundane and giving yourself the space to find
- 16:04SPEAKER_03: the answer.
- 16:05SPEAKER_03: And I know people listening will go,
- 16:07SPEAKER_03: but he had the luxury because, you know, he had some money.
- 16:10SPEAKER_03: But at the same time, you can create space like that in your life at any point.
- 16:14SPEAKER_03: You just have to choose to make the space to spend time with yourself
- 16:18SPEAKER_03: to figure out what is it I'm passionate about and what am I here to do and share
- 16:22SPEAKER_03: with the world?
- 16:23SPEAKER_00: Yeah, I used to quote a writer.
- 16:26SPEAKER_00: She had two or three children.
- 16:30SPEAKER_00: I don't remember her name, but she wrote books.
- 16:35SPEAKER_00: When the children were sleeping in the afternoon for two hours, and she wrote 17 books.
- 16:46SPEAKER_03: Amazing story.
- 16:50SPEAKER_03: That's insane.
- 16:52SPEAKER_03: She was committed.
- 16:54SPEAKER_03: 100%.
- 16:55SPEAKER_03: And, you know,
- 16:56SPEAKER_03: I know for me as a mom,
- 16:58SPEAKER_03: I'll get up really early to do podcasts during the week because the rest of
- 17:02SPEAKER_03: the time I'm spending in my mom role.
- 17:05SPEAKER_03: You know,
- 17:05SPEAKER_03: so it's,
- 17:06SPEAKER_03: you look at your life and if you're passionate and excited about it
- 17:10SPEAKER_03: and you're committed to yourself,
- 17:12SPEAKER_03: I find you'll make it work and you'll find the time and you'll have the energy
- 17:16SPEAKER_03: and you stop, you know, lying to yourself that you can't do it.
- 17:19SPEAKER_00: But money is not an excuse.
- 17:23SPEAKER_00: I had very, very little money, and I survived.
- 17:27SPEAKER_00: But most people, they would never do what I did with this.
- 17:34SPEAKER_00: I mean, I had less than 1,000 euro a month, but I could survive.
- 17:40SPEAKER_00: I could be here.
- 17:41SPEAKER_00: You don't need to be a millionaire.
- 17:44SPEAKER_00: You need to be passionate, and you need to close things.
- 17:51SPEAKER_00: The door backwards and yes, go.
- 17:54SPEAKER_00: All the big stars listened to what they did.
- 17:59SPEAKER_00: They always had no money and they always closed the door behind and yes, went for it.
- 18:11SPEAKER_03: Yeah, 100%.
- 18:12SPEAKER_03: And what has been a key component of the Michael Avatar 12-step method?
- 18:19SPEAKER_03: That makes it different from other coaching protocols.
- 18:22SPEAKER_00: Because it's hands-on.
- 18:28SPEAKER_00: I call it for a planless plan, because when I meet the people, I don't know who they are.
- 18:38SPEAKER_00: But the thing is,
- 18:39SPEAKER_00: they don't either know who they are, and they have no clue where they want to go.
- 18:48SPEAKER_00: You know where they want to go,
- 18:51SPEAKER_00: but when they've been with me for a while, like, why do I do this?
- 18:58SPEAKER_00: Why do I do that?
- 19:00SPEAKER_00: Maybe it's good,
- 19:01SPEAKER_00: I think,
- 19:02SPEAKER_00: but you want to read what makes your stomach tingle,
- 19:12SPEAKER_00: what makes you Whatever it is, and most people can't answer.
- 19:18SPEAKER_00: They have no clue how you animate.
- 19:21SPEAKER_00: Or wake up tomorrow morning,
- 19:23SPEAKER_00: sit on your bed before you go from there,
- 19:26SPEAKER_00: ask yourself, how can I make my stomach tingle today?
- 19:32SPEAKER_00: And most people have no clue.
- 19:35SPEAKER_00: And that's what I want to give people.
- 19:38SPEAKER_00: The tingling, the adventure, the hands-on.
- 19:43SPEAKER_00: The planless plan.
- 19:45SPEAKER_00: That's, yeah.
- 19:47SPEAKER_00: I'm not a real method.
- 19:50SPEAKER_00: If I was speaking to business people, I wouldn't tell them that.
- 19:54SPEAKER_03: You're like, nope,
- 19:55SPEAKER_03: this is the steps that we do,
- 19:57SPEAKER_03: but I will not tell you all the other things that we throw out the window.
- 20:01SPEAKER_00: You know, I can do some tarot cards and I have this big man.
- 20:08SPEAKER_00: He had like 5,000 employers or whatever.
- 20:13SPEAKER_00: So the last day I had had him for like six months,
- 20:18SPEAKER_00: I took my tarot card out and gave that tarot leg.
- 20:23SPEAKER_00: There were no cards for him.
- 20:26SPEAKER_00: And then he looked at me and he said to me, you don't need these cards, do you?
- 20:32SPEAKER_00: No, I don't.
- 20:34SPEAKER_00: Because he understood that I could get questions on his way.
- 20:43SPEAKER_00: To hold his head, hands, eyes, his tone, whatever.
- 20:50SPEAKER_00: Because I've met so many people, so many persons to find their tea, whatever you want to do.
- 21:00SPEAKER_00: So I guess no.
- 21:02SPEAKER_00: I guess no.
- 21:03SPEAKER_00: But here we have it.
- 21:06SPEAKER_00: What's that?
- 21:06SPEAKER_00: New Year's.
- 21:07SPEAKER_00: New Year's.
- 21:09SPEAKER_00: No, New Year's.
- 21:10SPEAKER_03: Yes.
- 21:11SPEAKER_03: If you go on my website right now, Michael, the first thing it says is you already know.
- 21:17SPEAKER_03: That's what it says straight away.
- 21:20SPEAKER_03: Yeah.
- 21:21SPEAKER_03: Because you do already know.
- 21:23SPEAKER_03: Sometimes you just need someone to reflect it back to you in a way
- 21:26SPEAKER_03: that helps you get clarity and move forward.
- 21:30SPEAKER_00: Yeah, because if you don't just reflect them, It's impossible to choose.
- 21:38SPEAKER_00: Yeah.
- 21:39SPEAKER_03: And it can get,
- 21:40SPEAKER_03: that's where we sometimes we get overwhelmed because we think we have
- 21:43SPEAKER_03: to do it all ourselves when actually it's okay to ask for support and guidance
- 21:47SPEAKER_03: from not just our spirit teams,
- 21:49SPEAKER_03: I guess, but also from the souls that we're surrounded with too.
- 21:52SPEAKER_03: And like you said,
- 21:53SPEAKER_03: maybe one of those keys you have is the key to a person to help you unlock
- 21:57SPEAKER_03: the biggest door in your life.
- 22:00SPEAKER_00: Yeah.
- 22:00SPEAKER_00: And the thing is, we do this every day.
- 22:05SPEAKER_00: Every day we ask, today we ask something stupid.
- 22:11SPEAKER_00: We ask moms, their sons, cars, this doctor.
- 22:18SPEAKER_00: We ask a lot of people a lot of stuff that we don't know.
- 22:23SPEAKER_00: But our path in life, we try to figure it out by ourselves.
- 22:31SPEAKER_00: That's a question.
- 22:33SPEAKER_00: We do a lot of top biology experts, but not with our lives.
- 22:41SPEAKER_00: That's the main thing to figure out.
- 22:46SPEAKER_03: Yeah, 100%.
- 22:48SPEAKER_03: 100%.
- 22:49SPEAKER_03: And as we start to finish our time together,
- 22:51SPEAKER_03: Michael,
- 22:52SPEAKER_03: I ask the guests that come on the show,
- 22:54SPEAKER_03: if you could heal or change something in the world, what would it be?
- 22:58SPEAKER_00: With positivity.
- 22:59SPEAKER_00: If we have more positivity, we should see things from a different angle.
- 23:06SPEAKER_00: And with that positivity, we take a different role.
- 23:12SPEAKER_00: And I think that will create an effect all around us.
- 23:18SPEAKER_00: We should have more possibility in our shoes of life road.
- 23:25SPEAKER_03: I so agree.
- 23:26SPEAKER_03: And if people want to come and find you,
- 23:28SPEAKER_03: Michael,
- 23:29SPEAKER_03: or come and work with you,
- 23:31SPEAKER_03: apart from getting on a plane to Thailand,
- 23:33SPEAKER_03: what's the best place they can come and find you?
- 23:37SPEAKER_00: Yeah, I'm Michael Avatar, Michael McKay, and you should find me if you search me on Google.
- 23:47SPEAKER_00: If you search,
- 23:48SPEAKER_00: you know, AI,
- 23:50SPEAKER_00: probably you won't find my website,
- 23:54SPEAKER_00: michaelavatar.com, but from there you can find me, probably.
- 24:01SPEAKER_00: But in one and a half, six weeks, they promise me at AI that it will appear.
- 24:10SPEAKER_00: I have no clue.

- 24:20SPEAKER_00: Yeah, it's like crazy world that we are in right now, and it's going too fast.
- 24:27SPEAKER_00: Too fast.
- 24:29SPEAKER_03: It's okay.
- 24:31SPEAKER_03: It's exactly where it's meant to be,
