  Let's go. In fact, the Bible says the opposite. It said that Jesus went about
• 0:47
  doing good, healing all that were oppressed of the devil.

  So what we're going to talk about are some health hacks for you to receive your
• 0:55
  healing today and to make sure that you understand that God wants you well.

  So the title of today is, Hey, Let's Settle It, God Wants You Well.

  So this is part two of your godly hacks for health.
• 1:09
  If you didn't hear the first episode on that, you can go back.

  I think it was episode, I don't know, three or four. You can find it though about health.

  So listen, sickness was never part of God's original creation.
• 1:19
  When God created the world, he saw everything and it was good.
• 1:24
  In Genesis 1 31, it said, and God saw what he made and indeed it was good.
• 1:28
  So the evening and the morning were the sixth day.
• 1:31
  There wasn't any sickness there. There was no death, no disease in the garden of Eden.
• 1:36
  So, you know, you got preachers up there telling you, hey, God is trying to
• 1:40
  make you sick to teach you something.
• 1:41
  Well, if he's trying to teach me something, why didn't he put it in his original
• 1:44
  design? It wasn't there.
• 1:46
  So when Eve listened to the serpent, that's when sin entered the world.
• 1:51
  So instead of people telling you, well, God allows sin, what they should say
• 1:55
  is, no, Eve opened the door.
• 1:58
  That woman opened the door wide open for sickness to come into the world through sin.
• 2:03
  So it was never God's plan to make you sick. Sickness is a horrible thing.
• 2:08
  In Romans 5.12, it says, Therefore, just as one man's sin entered the world,
• 2:13
  and death through sin. So death spread to all men because they sinned.
• 2:18
  So this kind of thing opened the door to death, sickness, disease, and suffering.
• 2:23
  A good God doesn't want pain or harm on anybody.
• 2:27
  And God doesn't do that. Now, hack number two, God reveals himself as the healer.

  The first time God revealed one of his covenant names, it was Jehovah Rapha.
• 2:38
  Now that doesn't have to sound weird but it means the lord
• 2:41
  who heals in exodus 15 26 he said
• 2:45
  if you diligently heed the voice of
• 2:47
  god and do what's right in his sight give ear to his commandments and keep his
• 2:52
  will i will put none of the diseases that i've brought on the egyptians for
• 2:57
  i am the lord who heals you he didn't say i'm the lord that makes you sick which
• 3:03
  is what some preachers say He said, I am the Lord who heals you.
• 3:07
  So healing is literally a part of God's nature.
• 3:11
  Hack 3. Sickness comes from the enemy. The Bible tells us where it comes from.
• 3:16
  Why are you wondering if God did it? See, this is why I get frustrated with
• 3:20
  a lot of stupid preachers out there, because they are out there telling you
• 3:24
  that God made you sick, but the Bible is very clear that sickness comes from
• 3:27
  the devil. It doesn't come from God.
• 3:29
  In Acts 10.38, we can read how God anointed Jesus of Nazareth with the Holy
• 3:37
  Spirit and power who went about doing good, healing all that were oppressed by God? No.
• 3:44
  The Bible says that we're oppressed by the devil, for God was with him.
• 3:48
  Look, bust out a Bible. If you don't have one, go get one. Look in Acts 10 38,
• 3:53
  and you can see for yourself.
• 3:54
  So I want you to notice three things. Jesus healed people.
• 3:58
  Sickness is called an oppression of the devil, and healing was called doing good.
• 4:03
  So I've got good news. If you've got any sickness in your body today,
• 4:06
  I'm telling you, God loves you and he wants you well.
• 4:09
  1 John 3.8, if sickness came from God, Jesus would have been fighting God.
• 4:15
  Or like I always like to say, Jesus would have been the most disobedient son to ever walk the earth.
• 4:21
  So Jesus was destroying the works of the devil, not God, because Jesus went
• 4:25
  about doing good, healing all.
• 4:26
  Well, if he's healing people, yet God made him sick, then Jesus was undoing
• 4:31
  his father's work. That doesn't even make sense.
• 4:33
  So the Bible says in 1 John 3, 8, for this purpose, the son of God was manifest
• 4:38
  that he would destroy the works of the devil.
• 4:42
  Sickness is a work of the devil. Hack number four, Jesus already settled God's
• 4:48
  will about healing. You ready for this?
• 4:51
  Many people say sometimes God wants you healed and sometimes he doesn't.
• 4:54
  But Jesus already answered this in Matthew 8, 2-3,
• 4:59
  It says, and behold, a leper came and worshiped him and said,
• 5:02
  Lord, if you're willing, you can make me clean.
• 5:05
  Then Jesus put out his hand and touched him and said, I am willing, be cleansed.
• 5:10
  Immediately, his leprosy was cleansed. Jesus did not say maybe,
• 5:13
  he didn't say Friday, he didn't say six months, he said, I'm willing.
• 5:17
  Now, I know sometimes y'all wanna pray that prayer.
• 5:19
  Lord, if you're willing, Lord, are you willing? But you don't have to pray that
• 5:23
  because that guy didn't have a Bible.
• 5:26
  He couldn't read that Jesus went about doing good, healing all.
• 5:28
  He didn't know that Jesus wanted people healed.
• 5:31
  All right, you've got a Bible, you can read it. And we already know that Jesus
• 5:34
  said, I am willing. And immediately that sickness left him.
• 5:39
  Hack number five, Jesus carried our sickness. Healing is part of redemption
• 5:43
  that Jesus purchased on the cross.
• 5:46
  In Isaiah 53, and I cannot talk today.
• 5:50
  Isaiah 53, four through five. Surely he has borne our griefs and carried our
• 5:55
  sorrows, but he was wounded for our transgressions.
• 5:59
  He was bruised for our iniquities.
• 6:01
  The chastisement of our peace was upon him, and by his stripes we are healed.
• 6:09
  Some translations say we were healed. Peter repeats the same truth in 1 Peter
• 6:14
  2.24, who himself bore our sins in his own body on the tree.
• 6:18
  There we go. By whose stripes you were healed. What you've got to understand
• 6:22
  is healing was already paid for, and it was paid for 2000 years ago.
• 6:26
  So you're actually not sick trying to get healed.
• 6:29
  You are healed if you're a child of God, and the devil is trying to rob you
• 6:34
  because he's a thief of what Jesus already paid for on the cross.
• 6:38
  So you need to resist that sickness and realize that God wants you well.
• 6:43
  And like I said, you can't get healed if you think God is making you sick,
• 6:47
  and God doesn't make you sick.
• 6:51
  Healing was also, in hack number six, healing was a major part of Jesus' ministry.
• 6:56
  Jesus did not go around making people sick to teach him something.
• 7:01
  You know how people will tell you that? God's trying to teach you a lesson.
• 7:05
  God's trying to, can you show me, you know what, the next time,
• 7:08
  maybe you've thought this, it's okay, I'm helping you today.
• 7:12
  The next time you hear some goofy person tell you that God is putting sickness
• 7:18
  on you to teach you something,
• 7:20
  what I want you to ask them is, could you kindly show me one verse in the whole
• 7:26
  Bible where God made them sick in order to teach them something?
• 7:32
  And it's not in there. Or you could say, could you show me then in the New Testament
• 7:36
  where perhaps Jesus laid his hands on somebody and gave them cancer to teach
• 7:41
  them something? And again, it's not in there.
• 7:44
  So listen, I always say this goofy thing, and here it is.
• 7:48
  Don't let the Bible get in the way of your beliefs. And that's really what it's like.
• 7:53
  Some people have these wrong ideas, wrong beliefs, and it didn't come from Scripture.

  It came from your auntie, your nanny, your boo-boo, your grandpa.

  Healing was a major part of Jesus' ministry. Jesus did not go around making
• 8:32
  people sick to teach them something. He healed them.
• 8:35
  Matthew 4, 23. And Jesus went about all Galilee, healing all kinds of sickness and disease.
• 8:41
  Luke 6, 19. And the whole multitude sought to touch him. Power went out from him and healed them.
• 8:47
  Hack number seven. God's protection from disease. God promises people protection.
• 8:53
  Psalm 91, 9 through 10. Then, because you've made the Lord, who is my refuge,
• 8:57
  even the Most High your dwelling place, no evil will come on you,
• 9:01
  nor any plague your dwelling.
• 9:03
  Come on, the Bible says that! No sickness is going to come on you.
• 9:07
  No plague will come near your dwelling.
• 9:11
  That's a promise from the Lord. Sickness doesn't belong to you.
• 9:14
  The devil's trying to make you sick, and you need to resist it and say, no, you don't.
• 9:19
  Get off of me in Jesus' name. All right.

  Now, sometimes people will talk about Job, and I don't really get that because
• 9:31
  that was like even before there was any kind of covenant.
• 9:38
  So what you have to understand is that Job said, the thing I feared the most came upon me.
• 9:47
  And people will use that as an example. But what I say to them is,
• 9:53
  first of all, you're not Job.
• 9:54
  And secondly, look in the New Testament.
• 9:56
  I want you to look really hard, and I want you to look at Matthew, Mark,
• 10:00
  Luke, and John, and I want you to find me even one verse where Jesus Christ
• 10:04
  made somebody sick, or one verse where someone begged Jesus to make them better,
• 10:09
  and he said, no, you won't find it in the Bible.
• 10:12
  So if you can't find it in the Bible, then you shouldn't believe it.
• 10:16
  In Job 2.7, it says, Satan went out from the presence of the Lord and struck Job.
• 10:22
  The devil is the reason for any sickness.
• 10:25
  The devil is the one who did it.
• 10:28
  You know, some people quote that Job said, Though he slay me,
• 10:32
  I will trust him. And they say, See, that was God doing it.
• 10:35
  But you've got to understand that Job was speaking from confusion and suffering,
• 10:39
  not from doctrinal teaching.
• 10:41
  And at the end of the book, God said Job spoke without knowledge. That's funny.
• 10:46
  In Job 38, 2, it says, Who is this who darkens counsel by words without knowledge?
• 10:54
  Ah, you don't hear anyone quoting that when they talk about Job,
• 10:57
  that he was dumb. D-U-M-B. That's what they should say.

  Job thought God did it, but God did not do it. Jesus reveals the true nature of God.
• 11:07
  Hebrews 1.3, who being his brightness of glory in the express image of his person.
• 11:12
  Jesus perfectly revealed God. And what did Jesus do? He healed people.
• 11:17
  Matthew 12.15, great multitudes followed him. He healed them.
• 11:20
  Come on, Job lived before the
• 11:22
  cross, before redemption, but Jesus came to reveal the true heart of God.
• 11:27
  And at the end of Job anyway, he got double everything.
• 11:30
  But that's not even the point. The point is that Jesus Christ went about doing
• 11:36
  good, healing all that were oppressed of the devil.
• 11:38
  So I don't know what might be going on in your body, but you've got to settle in your heart,
• 11:44
  that God wants you well, and that God did not allow sickness. Eve did.
• 11:51
  You see, in the beginning, in the Garden of Eden, it was beautiful and it was
• 11:55
  perfect, and there wasn't any sickness until Eve came.
• 11:59
  But then God worked hard to fix it. He sent Jesus. You've got the Holy Spirit.
• 12:04
  And the Bible said Jesus went about doing good, healing all that were oppressed of the devil.
• 12:08
  And I know some weirdo preachers will tell you that healing's not for today.
• 12:13
  But let me tell you something.
• 12:14
  There are miracles all over this world, and they're not just happening in Africa.
• 12:18
  There are miracles in Texas, in Alabama, in Arkansas, in Georgia.
• 12:22
  There are miracles in my church. There are miracles all over the world, my friend.
• 12:27
  Real, live, bona fide miracles of the living God, supernatural Jesus,
• 12:32
  and He wants to heal you today.
• 12:34

  I want to encourage you to get in the Bible. Mostly stay in the book of John and read or Matthew.

  Read Matthew's chapter eight and nine. It's one of my favorite two chapters in the Bible.

  Filled. There is a miracle every other paragraph. Jesus healed the blind man. Jesus healed the leper.
• 12:59
  Jesus healed the paralyzed. Jesus went about doing good, healing all that were oppressed of the devil.

  Only the devil, my friend, doesn't want you healed. Only the devil wants you
• 13:09
  to think that Jesus is putting sickness on your child or your mother or your auntie.
• 13:13
  But I've come to tell you that there is a God.
• 13:16
  His name is Jehovah Rapha. He's the Lord, your healer. These are hacks to get yourself healed.
• 13:21
  But the number one hack is you have to believe God wants you well or none of
• 13:26
  the rest is going to work.
• 13:27
  So let me pray for you first and foremost, if you don't know Jesus,
• 13:31
  because the only way that you can really get healed is to ask Jesus to come
• 13:35
  into your heart. then at least your spirit will be supernaturally changed and healed.
• 13:40
  Let's pray that. Say this, say.
• 13:43
  Forgive me. I'm a sinner. Jesus, I believe you died on the cross for me to take
• 13:50
  away my sins, my sickness, my problems.
• 13:55
  Jesus, will you come into my heart and be the Lord of my life and change me?
• 14:00

  right now in the name of Jesus.

  and for changing them in the mighty name of Jesus of Nazareth.
