The Starry Night and The Ocean Kelp Forrest of Neural Manifestation
This is a guided visualisation session opening with a standard relaxation induction, then inviting the listener to imagine stepping into Van Gogh’s Starry Night. The journey moves through the painted landscape to a boat, out onto a tranquil ocean, and down into an underwater kelp forest where glowing strands represent thoughts, memories and neural networks.
