- 1:30SPEAKER_00: So we'll leave a link for that down below.
- 1:31SPEAKER_00: But it was requested to do an updated like products I love and kind of like by myself.
- 1:37SPEAKER_00: Um sorry I said um a couple times there.
- 1:41SPEAKER_00: And so that's what we're gonna be diving into today.
- 1:43SPEAKER_00: So we're gonna talk about wellness, skincare, home, health, supplements, makeup, wellness, packages, hair care, home stuff, cookware.
- 1:51SPEAKER_00: I mean, all literally all the things I went around my house and I was like, what do I really use, really love, have probably repurchased a couple times and like cannot wait to purchase again.
- 2:06SPEAKER_00: Like I really I find worth spending money on, if that makes sense.
- 2:10SPEAKER_00: So with that being said, let's go ahead and dive in.
- 2:15SPEAKER_00: So number one, we're gonna do supplements.
- 2:19SPEAKER_00: This is gonna come as no surprise.
- 2:21SPEAKER_00: My favorite, and it's been my favorite since since I was in Florida, so for the last so November, December of last year, so like almost a year now, is Symbiotica.
- 2:34SPEAKER_00: I adore Symbiotica.
- 2:38SPEAKER_00: Uh not sponsored, they have never sent me anything, although very interested.
- 2:42SPEAKER_00: I've trying to, trying to, guys, manifesting it.
- 2:46SPEAKER_00: But I've bought everything I've ever received from them.
- 2:48SPEAKER_00: Like I've bought myself, my own money, no sponsorships or or like free product or anything at all.
- 2:56SPEAKER_00: I love the brand, the formulations, the quality, the sourcing, the bioavailability, as well as like the founder and like the education behind it, and everything that they stand for as a company, their values, and everything.
- 3:13SPEAKER_00: Just a big fan of all around.
- 3:14SPEAKER_00: As you guys know, I am very picky when it comes to supplements.
- 3:18SPEAKER_00: You know, we don't do Kirkland supplements, which are like Costco brand.
- 3:21SPEAKER_00: We don't do Jameson, we don't do you know, the the those types of ones, the ones that don't actually have good quality.
- 3:28SPEAKER_00: Quality makes a difference.
- 3:29SPEAKER_00: You are so much better off taking less supplements, but taking quality things than taking a lot of different ones.
- 3:37SPEAKER_00: So, like I said, I less symbiotica.
- 3:40SPEAKER_00: Now I take their liposomal vitamin C.
- 3:43SPEAKER_00: By the way, a bunch of their stuff is liposomal.
- 3:45SPEAKER_00: That's why I like it because it's more bioavailable.
- 3:48SPEAKER_00: So for me, if I'm my tape set, take something, I'd rather take it, I'd always rather take it in a liquid form as opposed to a pill if I can.
- 3:55SPEAKER_00: I'm a big fan over like liquids or powders over pills just because they are more bio bioavailable in general, but let alone liposomal, it's going to make a big difference.
- 4:06SPEAKER_00: And what I will say is that on their site, when you bundle them together, you do save.
- 4:12SPEAKER_00: Um so I think because I bundle like three or four things together, I say 30%.
- 4:16SPEAKER_00: They also have like student discounts and things like that, so plus people always have like promo codes floating around.
- 4:24SPEAKER_00: Um, I think like Skinny Confidential has one and stuff like that.
- 4:27SPEAKER_00: I I use the first time.
- 4:29SPEAKER_00: Um, so just not the you can probably find a coupon code.
- 4:32SPEAKER_00: I just don't have one, but I take their liposomal vitamin C.
- 4:36SPEAKER_00: So important.
- 4:36SPEAKER_00: Vitamin C is needed for collagen production.
- 4:38SPEAKER_00: Obviously, we all know it's needed for immune function.
- 4:41SPEAKER_00: It's so needed, and liposomal is better absorbed.
- 4:46SPEAKER_00: Then I also take their magnesium L-threanate, which I love because it goes right to the brain.
- 4:52SPEAKER_00: So you can like literally feel it crossing your blood pain barrier in like 30 seconds to a minute.
- 4:58SPEAKER_00: It's magic.
- 4:59SPEAKER_00: But there's different forms of magnesium.
- 5:01SPEAKER_00: Um, and I'll get it in kind of like some of the other ones I take from them, but we there's different magnesiums.
- 5:06SPEAKER_00: There's magnesium L-threonate, there's magnesium bisoglycinate, there's magnesium citrate, which is more of like the bowel one, bisiglycinate for stress, L3Nate is for your brain, and so it's really good for cognitive health and function.
- 5:20SPEAKER_00: So I take that and they they taste really good as well.
- 5:23SPEAKER_00: Then I take their vitamin B12, again, liposomal under the tongue.
- 5:28SPEAKER_00: It's so like it's it's just perfect.
- 5:30SPEAKER_00: B12 is really great for energy.
- 5:33SPEAKER_00: You burn through more B vitamins when you're busy or when you're stressed or when you have a lot going on, which we definitely do in our day-to-day lives.
- 5:40SPEAKER_00: So I know it's a big difference because I was on a different B, like a pill version of a B before this, um, like a chewable, and the B12 makes a big difference.
- 5:52SPEAKER_00: I do also like their vitamin D and K2 together, um, but I have another vitamin D that I'm finishing off first that's a dropper, but like when that's done, I want to get the symbiotic one again.
- 6:04SPEAKER_00: But I do like that one, and then the other one I take, so yeah, I take the B12, the C, the magnesium.
- 6:12SPEAKER_00: I use their magnesium spray as well, which I adore.
- 6:16SPEAKER_00: Okay, I you guys know I love if I don't take a pill, I prefer it.
- 6:20SPEAKER_00: I just feel like it's just better absorbed.
- 6:22SPEAKER_00: But it is it's transdermal, right?
- 6:23SPEAKER_00: Your skin's your biggest organ, so you just spray the magnesium on.
- 6:27SPEAKER_00: I mean, you can spray it anywhere.
- 6:28SPEAKER_00: I like to spray it over like larger body parts, or if I'm really sore from the gym, I will literally spray it right on the body part.
- 6:36SPEAKER_00: Um, so like usually it's my glutes, but otherwise, you know, either bottom of my feet or just somewhere where it's gonna get absorbed in like 20 sprays, and like it's just it's so ideal at night.
- 6:46SPEAKER_00: And my fiance also really likes it, like I'll sprays back or something like that, um, and it's perfect.
- 6:51SPEAKER_00: So I really like that from them.
- 6:53SPEAKER_00: And then when I wasn't pregnant, I was taking their advanced brain health one.
- 6:58SPEAKER_00: Um, it's just they have some adaptogens that you're not supposed to have while you're pregnant, otherwise, I'd be taking it still, and I'm gonna go back on it um postpartum.
- 7:06SPEAKER_00: But yeah, I take the took this black bottle, believe it's called advanced brain health.
- 7:11SPEAKER_00: I'm just gonna double check for you guys right now.
- 7:14SPEAKER_00: I just haven't taken it in a while.
- 7:16SPEAKER_00: Symbiotica let's go, let's see.
- 7:20SPEAKER_00: Where is it?
- 7:22SPEAKER_00: You're getting this in real time.
- 7:24SPEAKER_00: Golden mind.
- 7:25SPEAKER_00: There we go.
- 7:26SPEAKER_00: Golden mind brain health.
- 7:28SPEAKER_00: I don't know what did I say.
- 7:29SPEAKER_00: I said advanced brain health.
- 7:30SPEAKER_00: I'm sure it says that somewhere on the package, and that's why I'm I've been thinking about that, but now I'll take that.
- 7:38SPEAKER_00: Uh no, no, no, I'm not taking that, but I'll give it to my fiance.
- 7:41SPEAKER_00: And it's really for like peak mental performance, it protects against like all age-related cognitive decline.
- 7:48SPEAKER_00: Sometimes when I'm getting my fiancé to take things, I'm just gonna say, like, it prevents you from getting dementia, and I just like give it to him, and then yeah, it'll he'll take it.
- 7:56SPEAKER_00: But it also supports um intestinal health and strengthens the gut and brain access by enhancing communication between the GI tract and your nervous system, which we all know, you've heard me say in multiple podcasts before, how important that connection is, and this kind of strengthens that and again it's liposomal.
- 8:15SPEAKER_00: You can get it in packets, or uh mine's actually a pump, but I know they also have packets, but mine is a pump, and that's oh, and I also take their shilajit, I almost forgot.
- 8:24SPEAKER_00: So I do take a lot of things from them, but honestly, it's worth it.
- 8:29SPEAKER_00: The shela jeet is so good, it is a mineral.
- 8:33SPEAKER_00: So if you're not sure, think about a really high potency mineral.
- 8:37SPEAKER_00: There's over 84 different ones that really help just promote healthy DNA, bodily function, brain function, and it's just it's really good.
- 8:48SPEAKER_00: I noticed a huge difference, and I just put that in a little bit of hot water, it's really good, it's full of like follibic acid, humic acid, vitamins, and that's like like I said, over 84 things.
- 9:00SPEAKER_00: It's the most powerful adaptogen on the planet, so it's a really good adaptogen to take.
- 9:07SPEAKER_00: And they have all the information on their on their site, they're third-party tested, and all of that stuff.
- 9:12SPEAKER_00: So yeah, that's that's the the symbiotica training.
- 9:18SPEAKER_00: Like I said, I'm very, very enthused about symbiotica because they're just good quality, good supplements.
- 9:25SPEAKER_00: You can bundle them and you can save.
- 9:27SPEAKER_00: Um, they have lots of like special deals for students too.
- 9:31SPEAKER_00: So I would go and like check those out.
- 9:33SPEAKER_00: If I were to maybe give you my top two, I would say definitely the magnesium L3 and 8 would be like number one, and then number two.
- 9:47SPEAKER_00: I want to say a really good B12.
- 9:49SPEAKER_00: I'm torn between the B12 and the C, a really good B12.
- 9:51SPEAKER_00: So I would say the magnesium L3 and 8, the B12, and then the third thing that I would probably do would probably be the vitamin C if I just choose a third.
- 10:04SPEAKER_00: Okay, that's symbiotica in my ride or die love for symbiotica.
- 10:12SPEAKER_00: Next up is Element.
- 10:13SPEAKER_00: Now they have been sponsored on my YouTube.
- 10:15SPEAKER_00: However, I have bought Element for many times, like for like a year before they started sponsoring, and I have bought a product like again on my own when I run out.
- 10:25SPEAKER_00: So I do buy it myself, and I have bought it myself a ton.
- 10:29SPEAKER_00: You guys know element is so good.
- 10:31SPEAKER_00: So many things are caused by electrolyte imbalances, headaches, cravings, muscle fatigue, muscle aches.
- 10:37SPEAKER_00: I don't start my day without element first.
- 10:39SPEAKER_00: Like, element is literally the first thing that goes into my body before coffee.
- 10:42SPEAKER_00: I hydrate with element.
- 10:44SPEAKER_00: My fiance does the same thing.
- 10:45SPEAKER_00: I've gotten him hooked, I've gotten so many of you guys hooked, you guys know.
- 10:48SPEAKER_00: It's just it's a science-backed formula, a ratio of sodium, magnesium, potassium.
- 10:54SPEAKER_00: Most people are deficient in minerals.
- 10:55SPEAKER_00: People are always like, it's so salty.
- 10:57SPEAKER_00: You need salt.
- 10:58SPEAKER_00: Okay, we have a sugar problem, we don't have a salt problem.
- 11:01SPEAKER_00: This is good, healthy salt, it's good for your adrenal, it's good for muscle recovery, it's good for all the things.
- 11:07SPEAKER_00: And even on like a whole foods clean diet, your electrolytes might still need support.
- 11:12SPEAKER_00: And I found like a night and day difference.
- 11:14SPEAKER_00: I always tell them, Oh, I need more element, and then I'll go drink more element, and it's it's super yum.
- 11:19SPEAKER_00: I love the chocolate, I would say like my top three flavors.
- 11:23SPEAKER_00: It's actually the citrus, the unflavored, which sounds weird.
- 11:27SPEAKER_00: The one of my favorites is the unflavored, but I really like the unflavored because it's just like a little bit of saltiness.
- 11:33SPEAKER_00: I like I'm a salty person, not salty as a like I'm a salty person, but as opposed to salty versus sweet, I'm a salt.
- 11:39SPEAKER_00: So I like the salt version or the unflavored version of it.
- 11:47SPEAKER_00: And then obviously I put the chocolate element into smoothies, coffee, cacao.
- 11:52SPEAKER_00: It is delicious.
- 11:53SPEAKER_00: Again, the salty sweet, it just works.
- 11:55SPEAKER_00: So if you have yet to try element, I'll leave my normal like YouTube link to try your a free eight pack um down in the description box.
- 12:05SPEAKER_00: But I consider element a supplement because I brought that with me to Florida, to Tulloon, to Europe this summer.
- 12:12SPEAKER_00: I I had it like every every every day.
- 12:18SPEAKER_00: Alright, the next supplement.
- 12:20SPEAKER_00: Aray.
- 12:22SPEAKER_00: I'm I've tried every digestive thing on the market.
- 12:25SPEAKER_00: I've tried so many different enzymes, so many different things.
- 12:29SPEAKER_00: Array is like my favorite digestive supplement when it comes to really supporting your digestive process, helping to soothe the gut, and helping any bloat.
- 12:42SPEAKER_00: Now, I don't get like chronic bloating every more, so I only take this when I'm eating out.
- 12:48SPEAKER_00: So when I'm having something that's more of like a heavier meal, um, which is normally like when I eat out, things are more heavier, you just like it's not as clean or they're just like obviously heavier than what you eat at home.
- 13:01SPEAKER_00: I'll take like two to three capsules of a ray.
- 13:04SPEAKER_00: I brought this with me to France, I bring this with me every time I go out, and it's really help to support digestion.
- 13:10SPEAKER_00: You shouldn't need to take this every day if it is something that you're taking every day to help, really look at the root cause.
- 13:16SPEAKER_00: But back when I was really chronically bloated and had digestive issues, this really helped.
- 13:21SPEAKER_00: So it does help, but it doesn't, it's symptomatic relief, it doesn't really treat the cause too much.
- 13:26SPEAKER_00: So just always look for the root cause.
- 13:29SPEAKER_00: But symptomatically, it does really help.
- 13:32SPEAKER_00: And also back when I had anxiety, we're just the right all the way back.
- 13:38SPEAKER_00: Um, when I had chronic anxiety like years ago, their calm blend really helped because it calmed you without making you sleepy, which is something that was a real struggle because I'd want things to calm me down, like passion flower valerian.
- 13:56SPEAKER_00: However, those things made me sleepy.
- 13:58SPEAKER_00: And like when you're trying to get work done, you're in med school, like you don't want to be sleepy, but you don't want to be anxious, right?
- 14:04SPEAKER_00: And so I find the array calm is just like magical at kind of setting you in balance where it's like not too much of like the passion flower valerian.
- 14:13SPEAKER_00: You also have a little bit of L thene in in there for calm focus, so they're a blend.
- 14:19SPEAKER_00: Again, it is formulated by Naturopaths, so which I love great formulations, they're bloat and they're calm.
- 14:25SPEAKER_00: Obviously, you're gonna look at the root cause, you guys know, but symptomatically, those are two ones I get behind, and I always have a ray.
- 14:33SPEAKER_00: Now the bloat ones like stocked for when I go out.
- 14:36SPEAKER_00: I always bring them.
- 14:37SPEAKER_00: It's something I've repurchased.
- 14:39SPEAKER_00: They've sent me a couple bottles in the past, but like the last three, probably four bottles or things I've I've purchased myself.
- 14:46SPEAKER_00: So big, big fan of them.
- 14:49SPEAKER_00: All right, the next one is NED.
- 14:51SPEAKER_00: Now I haven't been taking the CBD while pregnant, obviously.
- 14:54SPEAKER_00: But before that, and what I won't probably use afterwards, Ned CBD full spectrum hemp oil.
- 15:02SPEAKER_00: I know they have a couple different blends.
- 15:03SPEAKER_00: I believe they have like a de stress blend and another kind of blend.
- 15:07SPEAKER_00: I've only tried their full spectrum regular, like plain OG one.
- 15:12SPEAKER_00: I get the highest dose, which I believe is 1500 milligrams.
- 15:16SPEAKER_00: Oh my god, a game changer, life changer, obsessed.
- 15:21SPEAKER_00: Highest quality CBD in the market.
- 15:23SPEAKER_00: You can source their tracking, you can go on their site and see exactly, you know, their farming, how they source everything.
- 15:30SPEAKER_00: They actually use all the parts of the endocannabinoids, which most people don't.
- 15:35SPEAKER_00: It's not diluted, there's no funny ingredients, it's just really high quality.
- 15:39SPEAKER_00: I'm not gonna lie, like it's is expensive when you you don't necessarily have to start with the highest dose.
- 15:44SPEAKER_00: I just to me, I'd rather start with a high dose and use less drops than need a lot of drops of a lower dose.
- 15:51SPEAKER_00: But quality is important, and this goes also with back to symbiotica.
- 15:56SPEAKER_00: You don't want to be getting a cheap CBD.
- 15:58SPEAKER_00: You don't want to be getting cheap of any of this stuff because that that's your nervous system, that's your endocrine system, that affects your body.
- 16:03SPEAKER_00: You you're better off not taking it and like either saving up or just choosing a couple things that you feel like would really add to your routine that are gonna like make the difference.
- 16:13SPEAKER_00: Um, I don't have a coupon code for Ned.
- 16:15SPEAKER_00: I've bought all the stuff myself, but I do use my friend Christina's discount code.
- 16:20SPEAKER_00: Christina's a channel.
- 16:22SPEAKER_00: It's either CTC or Christina15, or go to her Instagram and like find it.
- 16:26SPEAKER_00: She posts it a lot.
- 16:28SPEAKER_00: Um, I just yeah, I use her discount code and I buy it myself and it's magical.
- 16:34SPEAKER_00: Sleep-wise, like the best sleep I've ever gotten.
- 16:36SPEAKER_00: Your mood is just like not that I had mood issues, but you just you just feel lighter and more clear and magical.
- 16:43SPEAKER_00: Like it's just like you just feel more magical with a better night's sleep.
- 16:47SPEAKER_00: It's just it's really, really good.
- 16:49SPEAKER_00: And I know a lot of other people have had great results with it too.
- 16:53SPEAKER_00: Um, but I just found it was worth it for me.
- 16:57SPEAKER_00: All right, the next thing when it comes to supplements, now this is not so much a brand, but just something I always like love and by myself and have on hand is ginger.
- 17:06SPEAKER_00: So ginger is a natural anti-inflammatory.
- 17:09SPEAKER_00: I would not, I do not take Tylenol, would not take Tylenol, do not take Advil, would not take Advil for your liver, for your gut.
- 17:18SPEAKER_00: I would not give it to a child.
- 17:19SPEAKER_00: I would no.
- 17:20SPEAKER_00: So in my house, we use ginger.
- 17:22SPEAKER_00: Ginger has been shown in many different studies to be just as good as inhibiting the COX2 pathway, which is the pathway that you know generates pain, as Advil and Tylenol, etc.
- 17:33SPEAKER_00: So with less side effects.
- 17:35SPEAKER_00: So that's why I use it, especially true for cramps, especially true if you still get cramps.
- 17:40SPEAKER_00: Obviously, again, get to the root of why you're getting cramps, but symptomatically for now, while we're getting to the root, ginger is really good for that, or headaches or anything like that.
- 17:47SPEAKER_00: So I just keep it on hand in case for headaches now with pregnancy, headaches, nausea.
- 17:53SPEAKER_00: Um for my fiance is a good anti-inflammatory for him for his joints, um, and just for like a natural pain reliever.
- 18:01SPEAKER_00: It's it's perfect, so I always have some of that on hand.
- 18:04SPEAKER_00: And then the last kind of like a supplement, I'm putting this in the supplement category because to me, ceremonial cacao can be like a supplement because it is more higher grade and kind of like fancy, if you will.
- 18:15SPEAKER_00: Um, is ceremonial cacao.
- 18:17SPEAKER_00: I love the Keith's brand, the Keith's cacao.
- 18:21SPEAKER_00: It's actually now available in Canada, which is amazing.
- 18:24SPEAKER_00: I used to have to like there was this one woman who sold it and I'd have to email it to her or email her and she'd like send it to me, but like she wasn't, she didn't have an official store.
- 18:33SPEAKER_00: It was like through someone else, anyways.
- 18:35SPEAKER_00: Now they actually sell it.
- 18:37SPEAKER_00: I've tried other cacao's.
- 18:39SPEAKER_00: There aren't a ton of them available in Canada, so there are ones I've had in the US that I would like love to have here, but like they don't ship here.
- 18:47SPEAKER_00: Um, but I have tried another kind of more Canadian available one called Kacao, which is K-A-K-A-O.
- 18:54SPEAKER_00: I really prefer Keith's.
- 18:57SPEAKER_00: Um, taste-wise, blend-wise, just everything about it.
- 19:00SPEAKER_00: I prefer Keith's.
- 19:01SPEAKER_00: It's not horrible.
- 19:02SPEAKER_00: Um, the cacao one with the K, that brand, but Keith is honestly so much better.
- 19:08SPEAKER_00: And I find it makes a huge difference when it comes to like giving you a little bit of like a boost, and I haven't been drinking obviously as much caffeine lately.
- 19:20SPEAKER_00: It gives like a little boost.
- 19:22SPEAKER_00: It opens up your heart, opens up your third eye.
- 19:24SPEAKER_00: Again, it's kind of like an enhancement.
- 19:26SPEAKER_00: Do you need this?
- 19:27SPEAKER_00: No, but this is stuff that like I take and I always have on hand and I buy myself.
- 19:32SPEAKER_00: So yeah, cacao.
- 19:34SPEAKER_00: Real big fan of ceremonial cacao.
- 19:36SPEAKER_00: Load of magnesium, load with antioxidants, and of course it tastes like chocolate.
- 19:40SPEAKER_00: So actually, I think I'm gonna make one after this podcast episode and have one of my pumpkin protein methods, which are if you have not made, head over to my Instagram and make those because they are delicious.
- 19:52SPEAKER_00: They are my cereal and so I'm gonna have that after this.
- 19:56SPEAKER_00: So those are my supplements that I kind of like to wear by ride or die brands, which ones honestly I try to get most things from food.
- 20:03SPEAKER_00: I don't believe you need like 20 different supplements or 20 different things.
- 20:07SPEAKER_00: I'd rather do things that like a bigger bang for your buck, like liposomal stuff or like the NED or you know, element that really move the needle than necessarily throwing a ton of things on it.
- 20:19SPEAKER_00: And of course, I prefer to get things from food where I can.
- 20:24SPEAKER_00: So let's go on to skincare.
- 20:26SPEAKER_00: This was another highly requested one.
- 20:29SPEAKER_00: Skin care.
- 20:30SPEAKER_00: I love good, I love good quality skincare.
- 20:33SPEAKER_00: So my favorite brand of 2022 so far has been Ancient Nature.
- 20:38SPEAKER_00: It is so good, it is magical, it is scientifically bad, like pharmaceutical great, like in but natural.
- 20:46SPEAKER_00: Like her her formulations, her ingredients are insane, her quality is insane.
- 20:51SPEAKER_00: I follow the founder and I'm just so impressed with their product.
- 20:56SPEAKER_00: So I'm gonna run through the ones that I've used and the ones that I love.
- 21:00SPEAKER_00: So I use their eye cream every single day.
- 21:02SPEAKER_00: Like I'm button all of her stuff with my own money.
- 21:05SPEAKER_00: Yes, it is expensive, but I do find a little bit goes a long way.
- 21:10SPEAKER_00: For example, like her cleanser, the lactic acid brightening cleanser.
- 21:14SPEAKER_00: Uh, you only need like a pump of it.
- 21:16SPEAKER_00: So I think sometimes people put like they start pumping like a cleanser and they put like three, four, or five pumps, and you're gonna use it up a lot faster than you actually need to.
- 21:26SPEAKER_00: And she says in the bottle, like, use one to two pumps, and like I use like one, maybe two, depending on how big the first pump was.
- 21:32SPEAKER_00: Two pumps, and that's it.
- 21:33SPEAKER_00: And the bottle lasts so long.
- 21:36SPEAKER_00: Um, same with the eye cream, like you need a tiny amount, like smaller than the size of a pea amount.
- 21:42SPEAKER_00: Like, yeah, I don't I can't think of anything smaller than a pea.
- 21:47SPEAKER_00: It's smaller than a pea, like that's how much you need.
- 21:49SPEAKER_00: The tiniest bit, and it goes under your eyes.
- 21:51SPEAKER_00: And again, it helps so much under my eyes.
- 21:54SPEAKER_00: It's the best eye cream I've ever used.
- 21:56SPEAKER_00: I don't do like Botox or fillers or anything like that.
- 22:00SPEAKER_00: And it's made a huge, huge difference.
- 22:02SPEAKER_00: And I also like that the ingredients are clean.
- 22:05SPEAKER_00: Obviously, we don't want to be using anything that doesn't have clean ingredients, and this one like helps to decrease dark circles, puffiness, the overall texture under my skin, the way concealer sets on top of it is magical.
- 22:17SPEAKER_00: It's just, it's so, so good.
- 22:19SPEAKER_00: Highly recommend.
- 22:20SPEAKER_00: And I'm a very loyal person.
- 22:22SPEAKER_00: Once I find something that really works and I love chances of me going off of it or changing it up, like are kind of slim.
- 22:29SPEAKER_00: Like you'd have to really entreat me.
- 22:32SPEAKER_00: The next item I love from them is well, I mentioned the cleanser already, the lactic acid brightening cleanser.
- 22:38SPEAKER_00: I do really like it.
- 22:40SPEAKER_00: Would I repurchase it?
- 22:41SPEAKER_00: Yes.
- 22:42SPEAKER_00: Do I think it's a hundred percent necessarily like a requirement?
- 22:47SPEAKER_00: Like I'd put your money towards something else from their line before that one.
- 22:51SPEAKER_00: Is it a really good cleanser?
- 22:52SPEAKER_00: 100%.
- 22:53SPEAKER_00: You can also like leave it on for a couple minutes, which is what I do before rinsing it off.
- 22:57SPEAKER_00: Almost like a mini mask, which I highly recommend.
- 23:00SPEAKER_00: Um, so it doesn't feel like you're just like washing your face and then washing it off.
- 23:04SPEAKER_00: I let it to do, I let it do work for a little bit, even like especially in the shower, put it on, let the cleanser sit for a couple minutes and then wash it off.
- 23:13SPEAKER_00: But I would say that's like my out of all the products I'm gonna talk about for them today, my last recommended one, if that makes sense, or like the the my number five, I'll probably end up I think there's like five products I use from them.
- 23:25SPEAKER_00: The number five that I'd recommend, but still really good.
- 23:28SPEAKER_00: But if you're choosing one thing over another, um, I would choose that.
- 23:32SPEAKER_00: They also have some other stuff I haven't tried yet, like their holy sea, like some sort of trio with a powder that I really want to try.
- 23:39SPEAKER_00: That's kind of like the next thing I'm gonna dive into, but so far the eye cream, the cleanser is like good, but um, there's also one from Indie Lee that I like that I don't know that are to me are like almost the same.
- 23:52SPEAKER_00: Um, I use the Indie Lee brightening cleanser, smells like strawberries, it's yummy.
- 23:57SPEAKER_00: I've used that for years, so I'll use that normally take makeup off because you're supposed to cleanse twice.
- 24:03SPEAKER_00: Um, and because ancient nature is just very like expensive, I'm not gonna use that to cleanse and makeup off.
- 24:08SPEAKER_00: So I'll usually usually use Indy Lee and then use Ancient Nature, but I've also used Indie Lee twice and it's really good.
- 24:16SPEAKER_00: Um, so it kind of just depends, but either way, both of those are like my favorite cleansers.
- 24:21SPEAKER_00: Alright, the holy oil magical from Agent Nature.
- 24:28SPEAKER_00: Now it's expensive, but you use like four drops, like that's it.
- 24:33SPEAKER_00: It lasts so long.
- 24:36SPEAKER_00: I've had it all of this year, and like there's still tons of it left.
- 24:39SPEAKER_00: So, like, it'll probably last you, it'll last you definitely at least six months, probably closer to a year.
- 24:44SPEAKER_00: So, if you think about that, that makes that's a big difference.
- 24:48SPEAKER_00: The formula of it is amazing, especially considering it is because you can't take whole retinols, they're not really good for you, but you especially definitely cannot take retinols while pregnant.
- 25:00SPEAKER_00: It's important not to, and this one has like natural version of retinol, like a natural retinol version that actually makes a huge difference in your skin, even though it's an oil, it doesn't make break me out, and it actually makes my skin brighter.
- 25:18SPEAKER_00: So it is like a an age-defining face kind of serum, and makes you like glow, like how soft and supple my skin is.
- 25:28SPEAKER_00: The uneven like I have old acne scarring, like that's gone.
- 25:33SPEAKER_00: Like my skin tone, my texture is better, scarring better, and it's just like so plump and like voluntuous.
- 25:39SPEAKER_00: Like, I feel I don't know, they have some magical, magical ingredients into it.
- 25:45SPEAKER_00: Highly recommend.
- 25:47SPEAKER_00: Like I said, you don't need a ton of it, which I love, it doesn't break you out.
- 25:52SPEAKER_00: It's I'm pretty sure it's good for like all skin types.
- 25:54SPEAKER_00: I take it all the way down to like my neck and then top of my um, you know, chest.
- 26:00SPEAKER_00: There we go.
- 26:01SPEAKER_00: It's it's full of all the great oils and it protects against environmental stressors as well.
- 26:06SPEAKER_00: So this has been an everyday for me.
- 26:10SPEAKER_00: Wouldn't like brought it everywhere around the world, love it, doesn't break you out, um, doesn't clog your complexion, but is so so good.
- 26:18SPEAKER_00: So that I would say is probably my top recommended product from them that I love.
- 26:24SPEAKER_00: The next one I'm gonna talk about, as you guys can see.
- 26:27SPEAKER_00: We we I really I should really try to see if I can get a discount code.
- 26:30SPEAKER_00: I know some people, I just get mine on detox market, but I know some people have one, I believe Amber Lee, who you guys heard on the podcast, she has one which is like Amber 15, gets you 15% off.
- 26:44SPEAKER_00: Um, so you can definitely use her code.
- 26:46SPEAKER_00: Definitely helping out all my friends today.
- 26:49SPEAKER_00: But the next one is their Holy Bright Resurvicing Glass Face Mask.
- 26:54SPEAKER_00: Worth the money 10 times over.
- 26:58SPEAKER_00: Alright, my first like face mask that I loved before this, it was my ride or die, was the goop one.
- 27:06SPEAKER_00: Um, there's this goop brightening one that's again on the pricier side, but really worth it.
- 27:13SPEAKER_00: And this beat that.
- 27:15SPEAKER_00: Still love that one, but this one definitely beat that.
- 27:18SPEAKER_00: The other one was the Microderm Instant Glow Exfoliator.
- 27:21SPEAKER_00: This one I say beats that, and I mean they're both on the more expensive side, but I think they're fairly similar-ish cost-wise.
- 27:29SPEAKER_00: But this one I think works better.
- 27:31SPEAKER_00: Um, the other one's still really good.
- 27:32SPEAKER_00: I would say at the backup, but if I have this one, um, and a little bit again goes such a long way, you don't need tons of it.
- 27:40SPEAKER_00: I've had it for months and it looks like I haven't touched it, and I use it two or three times a week.
- 27:44SPEAKER_00: Like you need a tiny, tiny amount because it it's not like a thick clay that you put on and go off.
- 27:50SPEAKER_00: It's like literally the thinnest little coat.
- 27:52SPEAKER_00: I put it on and I sleep with it.
- 27:54SPEAKER_00: You can either put it on, I think basically for like 10-15 minutes, or you can sleep with it.
- 27:58SPEAKER_00: I highly recommend sleeping with it to get the most like impact.
- 28:02SPEAKER_00: Um, so on nights I sleep with this, I don't put on the holy oil, a wash tone, and then like tone with just some plain rose water, and then put this on the brightening, the calming, the hydrating, it's soothing, it makes your skin so glowy, but not like oily.
- 28:22SPEAKER_00: It's just I people have said like Botox in a jar, and I hundred percent agreed.
- 28:27SPEAKER_00: Like, it is the best radiant luminous, like it makes you look ageless like glass.
- 28:33SPEAKER_00: It is powerful, powerful stuff.
- 28:35SPEAKER_00: So that was I would say is like my number two.
- 28:39SPEAKER_00: Honestly, maybe either one or two between this and the oil.
- 28:42SPEAKER_00: Honestly, just get both these and the oil, or if you choose one, probably the oil because you're gonna use that every day.
- 28:48SPEAKER_00: And you can't use this every day.
- 28:50SPEAKER_00: But this mask has like lactic acid, it has like beetroot, it has this extract that like really hydrates.
- 28:57SPEAKER_00: I believe it's from cucumber, and vitamin C, all of those great things.
- 29:03SPEAKER_00: Hyaluronic acid, it's highly recommend.
- 29:08SPEAKER_00: The biggest thing I've like the best mask 100% I've used.
- 29:11SPEAKER_00: And you'll notice the difference between using those types of masks and using ones that are like the you know, five or eight dollar ones from Sephora.
- 29:20unknown: Okay.
- 29:20SPEAKER_00: The do I have any more?
- 29:23SPEAKER_00: No, I don't think I have any more skin care.
- 29:25SPEAKER_00: We did that, we did that.
- 29:27SPEAKER_00: Eye serum, we did face deodorant.
- 29:31SPEAKER_00: We could do deodorant.
- 29:33SPEAKER_00: I really like Babs deodorant, or the other one I like is Bloom.
- 29:38SPEAKER_00: I find that one.
- 29:39SPEAKER_00: There's only a handful that don't make me smell.
- 29:42SPEAKER_00: I like Bloom, Babs, or native.
- 29:45SPEAKER_00: All of those don't make me smell, honestly.
- 29:47SPEAKER_00: I'm not super picky when it comes to deodorants.
- 29:51SPEAKER_00: As long as it doesn't make me smell and it's clean and non-toxic, I'll pretty much use that.
- 29:56SPEAKER_00: Let me just take a set of water.
- 29:58SPEAKER_00: Alright.
- 30:00SPEAKER_00: Jumping back to Indie Lee for a second.
- 30:03SPEAKER_00: The I know I mentioned the Indie Lee cleanser.
- 30:06SPEAKER_00: I also really like the Indie Lee peel pads, they come in like this little jar.
- 30:13SPEAKER_00: I'll use that a couple times a week because I was having breakouts my first trimester, and there's I mentioned this in that podcast, there wasn't much that was obviously I can't balance my hormones.
- 30:23SPEAKER_00: There's a lot of hormonal changes, so I can't take any tinctures.
- 30:26SPEAKER_00: On the surface, that really helped between that.
- 30:29SPEAKER_00: Um like I'd either use that or I use the holy bright mask like every other day and alternate, big difference in my skin.
- 30:36SPEAKER_00: The Indie Lee, I kind of think is almost like a toner, but almost like a peel.
- 30:40SPEAKER_00: Careful not to use it too much.
- 30:41SPEAKER_00: I only again use it a couple times a week, and the other one, like a couple times a week, and the other couple times there's like a break.
- 30:47SPEAKER_00: So highly recommend both peel pads as well.
- 30:50SPEAKER_00: But again, Agent Interior is probably my number one recommendation, and then the Indie Lee would be like my number, my number two.
- 30:56SPEAKER_00: Indie Lee is a little bit more affordable.
- 30:59SPEAKER_00: Um, I think their cleansers are in the$30 range.
- 31:02SPEAKER_00: I have also used like their daily moisturizer and some of their other products, which are really good.
- 31:06SPEAKER_00: It's just I'm looking for something more higher grade, like just more benefits, especially as I'm getting older now that I'm 30 and I'm not 20 anymore.
- 31:15SPEAKER_00: Uh, I want to do a lot of stuff to prevent stuff and keep my skin looking youthful.
- 31:19SPEAKER_00: So Ancient Interior is probably my number one recommendation, and then Indie Lee would be number two.
- 31:24SPEAKER_00: So yeah, their peel, their comes in like a pink enzyme peel pad, their brightening cleanser, but I've also used their like plain daily moisturizer, and that's really good.
- 31:33SPEAKER_00: Oh, Indie Lee also has this like really natural.
- 31:37SPEAKER_00: I think about it as like natural Voltairan amyl, like natural like muscle cream you put on that's at cooling.
- 31:45SPEAKER_00: That's obviously not toxic, like the the ones you get, like the blue gels you get at the pharmacy.
- 31:51SPEAKER_00: That's really really good.
- 31:53SPEAKER_00: Again, a little of that goes a long way.
- 31:54SPEAKER_00: So I'm gonna throw that in there.
- 31:55SPEAKER_00: That that I think is a really good product from Indie Lee as well.
- 32:00SPEAKER_00: More for skincare.
- 32:01SPEAKER_00: I'm gonna go for like body skincare because I think this makes a difference in like lotions.
- 32:05SPEAKER_00: I really like Necessaire, their branding is really nice, just to be honest.
- 32:09SPEAKER_00: But the smells are all natural, these essential oils, their body serum, I really love, but I also really love their body butter, their body wash, and their scrub.
- 32:17SPEAKER_00: That's kind of like my what I use is like the scrub uh a couple times a week or once a week, depending on the summer, the tan shape schedule, and then their body serum or their lotion, or sometimes mixing the two, depending on like what I feel my skin needs.
- 32:35SPEAKER_00: But essentially they're face grade body like products for your body, which makes so much sense because your body's skin too, and so having higher quality ingredients in your body care is gonna make a difference in your body's skin.
- 32:47SPEAKER_00: So I really like Necessaire, I really like their eucalyptus scent.
- 32:51SPEAKER_00: To me, eucalyptus is just really nice.
- 32:53SPEAKER_00: Also, having that in your shower is really nice.
- 32:55SPEAKER_00: So I'm a big fan of the eucalyptus, but I know they have like sandalwood and other scents of theirs, but I really like Necessaire, and then one more kind of brand I'll mention is Sage, S-A-J-E.
- 33:07SPEAKER_00: If back before I discovered Necessaire and kind of like I always have some sort of sage products lying around, I really like their body lotions, their body washes again, those are really good too.
- 33:17SPEAKER_00: Um, a little bit cheaper than the Necessaire ones, but again, all really clean, really good fragrances.
- 33:24SPEAKER_00: I like their tantal fragrance, I like their goddess.
- 33:27SPEAKER_00: Their goddess is probably my favorite when it comes to like body wash and body cream and everything like that.
- 33:33SPEAKER_00: Um, but I also like Nessara is like number one, and then Zage is number two.
- 33:38SPEAKER_00: Going on to makeup, I love Ilya.
- 33:42SPEAKER_00: Ilya, I feel like, but I do find that there are some products that I feel like are worth it and some that are not.
- 33:48SPEAKER_00: Um, so I really like their true true skin serum foundation.
- 33:53SPEAKER_00: Big fan.
- 33:54SPEAKER_00: Their mascara is really, really good compared to like other natural mascaras, and their lip, what is it called?
- 34:01SPEAKER_00: It's on my desk here.
- 34:02SPEAKER_00: Balmy Gloss Tinted Lip Oil.
- 34:04SPEAKER_00: Obsessed.
- 34:05SPEAKER_00: This has been on my desk.
- 34:07SPEAKER_00: I've been obsessed with this for like months and months now.
- 34:10SPEAKER_00: A little goes a long way.
- 34:11SPEAKER_00: I just put some on.
- 34:12SPEAKER_00: I like the color.
- 34:14SPEAKER_00: Where is it?
- 34:14SPEAKER_00: It's not gonna tell me the color, it doesn't tell you the color on it.
- 34:18SPEAKER_00: Alright, well, the consistency is really nice.
- 34:20SPEAKER_00: It adds it doesn't feel as like loose as an oil, it feels like a tie between like a balm and an oil, which is nice, it's not sticky, gives good color, and is natural.
- 34:31SPEAKER_00: So big fan.
- 34:32SPEAKER_00: I get like this pinky nude on it.
- 34:35SPEAKER_00: Uh I really like it.
- 34:36SPEAKER_00: So highly recommend the like one thing that's just gonna you're gonna use all the time, you really like it, and you're ingesting it.
- 34:43SPEAKER_00: Like, let's be honest, we do ingest somewhat of our lip products, having it be clean is really good.
- 34:48SPEAKER_00: So big fan of that.
- 34:49SPEAKER_00: So, yeah, they're mascara, they're true serum, and their uh in their balmy gloss tinted lip oil is what it's called.
- 34:59SPEAKER_00: Uh, and pretty sure they have a bunch of different colors that you could get, I would say are my favorites, and then other things I feel like don't make as much of a difference that I kind of just like get whatever.
- 35:11SPEAKER_00: I mean, I use the RMS press powder to set makeup, like it's great.
- 35:15SPEAKER_00: Is it something right home about, but like it's a good natural one that I've just kind of used for years.
- 35:21SPEAKER_00: Well People, um, it's a brand they make really good like bronzers.
- 35:25SPEAKER_00: They also I do believe make setting powders, but uh whether it's that or RMS, like I haven't noticed a big difference.
- 35:31SPEAKER_00: Um, and they also make good like bronzers, yeah, eyebrow products.
- 35:34SPEAKER_00: So well people is like a good option, and that's at detox market, but again, I mainly just focus on myself being clean, but then like the Ilia mascara, for example, compared to like the well people mascara, a hundred times better.
- 35:47SPEAKER_00: So that's something that that it's I think is like maybe five to ten dollars more, but it makes a big difference.
- 35:53SPEAKER_00: Um, other brands that I really like for makeup are honest, which is like Jessica Alba's.
- 35:58SPEAKER_00: Her mascara is good, Ilia one's better, but if you want a more affordable one or like a cheaper alternative, I do like the honest one.
- 36:06SPEAKER_00: I do use the honest liquid liner.
- 36:08SPEAKER_00: Again, it's good.
- 36:10SPEAKER_00: Well people also makes a good liquid liner, but on Honest to me and well people are kind of the same, and honest is cheaper, so honest is really good as well.
- 36:19SPEAKER_00: So that's kind of like a drugstore, more natural one that is like works well.
- 36:26SPEAKER_00: Alright, moving on to wellness, and if there's anything that you feel like I didn't touch on in these episodes, definitely like just message me in the portal and I'll give you a recommendation.
- 36:37SPEAKER_00: I really tried to like think about and see and go through what it is that I actually use for products and makes a big difference.
- 36:48SPEAKER_00: So going on to wellness, the number one, I love the therapy.
- 36:53SPEAKER_00: We have like the mini, so it's not like the full the full contraption, it's like a small triangle, it's a mini one.
- 37:00SPEAKER_00: It works well.
- 37:00SPEAKER_00: I don't I don't know if you need the full contraption.
- 37:03SPEAKER_00: The mini one seems to be fantastic, so we just use that.
- 37:06SPEAKER_00: It's so good at muscle tension, it's so good at relieving tension.
- 37:11SPEAKER_00: Like, oh, it is is magical.
- 37:13SPEAKER_00: You can lose it on your legs, your neck, your shoulder, your traps.
- 37:16SPEAKER_00: Like, it's just it makes a big difference, especially if you're someone who gets tension, you're sitting in the desk all day, like you're just moving around the lactic acid, and like between that with the magnesium, it's just oh the magnesium spray, it's it's magical.
- 37:32SPEAKER_00: I do like to use this sage, and I use my own fiance too.
- 37:36SPEAKER_00: The sage brand body cream called muscle melt.
- 37:41SPEAKER_00: To me, it's like a lotion mixed with like tiger balm in it, like that's kind of what it smells like, and the it kind of the feeling it gives.
- 37:48SPEAKER_00: You could also use that indie lee one I mentioned, but that the indie lee one's a little bit more stronger, and it's also um a little bit tougher to find.
- 37:55SPEAKER_00: But the sage one is also really good.
- 37:58SPEAKER_00: So, Theragun, and then muscle melt, and then even like a couple sprays of magnesium, like you feel it's like godly, it's just so relaxing, it's amazing.
- 38:09SPEAKER_00: So, highly recommend the Theragun.
- 38:11SPEAKER_00: I haven't tried any other like off-brands, like I did buy the Theragun brand mini one, but I'm sure there's always sales like Black Friday, whatever, and I think you could definitely get away with the mini one as opposed to the the big one, but I notice it makes a a big difference.
- 38:26SPEAKER_00: The next thing, ice rolling.
- 38:29SPEAKER_00: I bought the skinny confidential ice roller myself, 100% worth it.
- 38:35SPEAKER_00: I've used other ice rollers in the past.
- 38:37SPEAKER_00: This one is honestly far better, like it's literally worth the money.
- 38:40SPEAKER_00: The quality, the coldness, everything just it works so much better than the$20 ones off Amazon.
- 38:45SPEAKER_00: I'm not gonna lie, she did an amazing job.
- 38:48SPEAKER_00: I use it every single day.
- 38:50SPEAKER_00: I bought it, I love it for depuffing.
- 38:53SPEAKER_00: It's big enough that you can not only just use it on your face, but you can also like lymphatically drain your legs, your arms, and do all that because it's big enough.
- 39:01SPEAKER_00: I believe you can also use it warmer too, which I haven't, but that sounds kind of nice.
- 39:06SPEAKER_00: I'm a big fan of cold, like I like cold always, but in terms of like cold versus hot sensations um with temperatures of things, so I really like the cold ice roller.
- 39:17SPEAKER_00: Would 100% buy it again and like love it.
- 39:20SPEAKER_00: The next thing I would say is the are these things called harbinger, harbinger straps, harbinger, harbinger.
- 39:29SPEAKER_00: Their straps are like$15 on Amazon to help you lift more weights.
- 39:35SPEAKER_00: Now that I lift weights, this was like my whole thing in 2022, guys.
- 39:38SPEAKER_00: I was gonna get stronger.
- 39:39SPEAKER_00: It's working, we're getting strong.
- 39:41SPEAKER_00: And sometimes it can be hard on your wrists, or it's a lot of weight to hold like 50-pound dumbbells in one arm.
- 39:48SPEAKER_00: So I use like the harbinger straps to just they wrap around like your wrist and the weight to kind of take some of the pressure off.
- 39:56SPEAKER_00: Anyways, they work really well in my workouts.
- 39:58SPEAKER_00: It allows me to keep workouts like in my legs versus like my forearm, my wrist getting tired.
- 40:04SPEAKER_00: So I highly recommend those if you're someone who like lift weights and you find that your wrist or forearm gets tired, but like you're trying to activate other muscle groups.
- 40:13SPEAKER_00: Recommend the hardware shaft.
- 40:16SPEAKER_00: The next wellness, I'm gonna call this a wellness thing because I think it's important to include, is using headphones with cords.
- 40:22SPEAKER_00: So it's more of like I don't use AirPods and I deliberately use headphones with cords.
- 40:27SPEAKER_00: If we were to measure the EMFs off of AirPods, like AirPods are one of the biggest things that give off the largest amount of EMFs more than your phone, more than microwave, more than so many other things that we're surrounded with, AirPods are like one of the worst.
- 40:41SPEAKER_00: So if you have those like in your ears all the time, like I just I have not used my AirPods in over a year now, and I just I'm not going to.
- 40:50SPEAKER_00: Like, is the cord like maybe like not as cool?
- 40:53SPEAKER_00: Sure, whatever, but like it's a lot cooler to not have such high-risk EMF exposure.
- 40:59SPEAKER_00: So I hope you're not listening to this on ear pods.
- 41:01SPEAKER_00: If so, go back to the OG, you know, ones with cords.
- 41:04SPEAKER_00: The ones I use are both ones, so they are maybe a bit nicer than like the Apple headphone cord things, but they're the old ones I had for years before I had AirPods, and I just went back to using them, and I've had them for probably seven, eight years, and they're going strong, so like they're fine.
- 41:19SPEAKER_00: So I would say like bonus-wise, don't buy wireless headphones, like use the ones with wires, and like even if you know you want to get the Apple ones, you have Apple ones for like 15 bucks, it's better than using headphones with cords.
- 41:34SPEAKER_00: Alright.
- 41:35SPEAKER_00: The next, these were like a couple random things.
- 41:38SPEAKER_00: I was asked about like scents and also candles, so I'm gonna mention like brand.
- 41:44SPEAKER_00: This is like the scents candles oils kind of category that's not really quite skincare, not really quite, didn't know where else to put it.
- 41:51SPEAKER_00: For candles, I really like sage, but I also like sand and fog, which I believe is like it's at our version of Home Goods, which is Home Scents in Canada.
- 42:00SPEAKER_00: They're made with essential oils, so big fan of that one.
- 42:02SPEAKER_00: You just don't want to be getting the Bath Body Works, the toxic ones.
- 42:05SPEAKER_00: If it doesn't say it's made with essential oils, it's not.
- 42:07SPEAKER_00: You just have to double check that they are.
- 42:09SPEAKER_00: And and these ones literally, like say, made with essential oils, so those are really good and they're not super expensive.
- 42:15SPEAKER_00: But I also like the candles from Sage, and those are probably my top twice, like sand and fog, and then sage.
- 42:21SPEAKER_00: Scent-wise, I really like it's called.
- 42:24SPEAKER_00: Oh, I knew I was gonna forget this.
- 42:27SPEAKER_00: Three, three, it's at Sephora, they have a bunch of different sets.
- 42:31SPEAKER_00: I oh every time someone asks me about clean fragrance, I always blank on this name.
- 42:39SPEAKER_00: I remembered it, and I was like, I'll be fine for the podcast.
- 42:42SPEAKER_00: Um, there we go.
- 42:44SPEAKER_00: Fragrance.
- 42:45SPEAKER_00: I'm just looking at Sephora.
- 42:46SPEAKER_00: They're made again with essential oils.
- 42:49SPEAKER_00: You guys can see a trend here, and it smells so good that, like, why would you ever use anything else?
- 42:54SPEAKER_00: Like, it doesn't make sense.
- 42:55SPEAKER_00: Oh, seven virtues.
- 42:56SPEAKER_00: There we go.
- 42:57SPEAKER_00: Seven virtues is the brand, Sephora.
- 42:59SPEAKER_00: I use the rollerball, like I just get a rollerball because honestly, like I like to change up scents.
- 43:05SPEAKER_00: They have many different scents.
- 43:07SPEAKER_00: Um, I like the vanilla woods one or the Santal vanilla, but they also have like a lotus pear, they have blackberry, they have yeah, they have a bunch of different ones.
- 43:18SPEAKER_00: You can also get like a little sampler set on the Savar side, I believe, but they have a rose one, I think, and a jasmine, they have patchouli, they have so many different ones that you might as well get it.
- 43:29SPEAKER_00: I love that it's all ethically sourced, I love that it is made with essential oils and it smells really good.
- 43:34SPEAKER_00: So Seven Virtues is the perfume I recommend.
- 43:37SPEAKER_00: And then I've been really in love with this brand called Kate's Magic.
- 43:40SPEAKER_00: It's intention based aromatherapy.
- 43:43SPEAKER_00: I use this sacred perfume called Raw.
- 43:45SPEAKER_00: Um, and Ra is the ancient Egyptian sun god.
- 43:49SPEAKER_00: Basically, it's all about like deep, restorative, and it like empowering blend.
- 43:54SPEAKER_00: So to me, it's kind of like a perfume because I'll roll this on my pulse points and Use that kind of like as a secondary perfume almost, so I like that one.
- 44:03SPEAKER_00: They she has some other scents as well.
- 44:06SPEAKER_00: And then I also really like her anointing oil, the Isis and Rebirth one.
- 44:10SPEAKER_00: It smells like a vanilla and rose, and it's literally an anointing oil.
- 44:14SPEAKER_00: So think about just applying like a little bit of oil, touching your pulse points or your neck or your wrist, and then you can smell it.
- 44:21SPEAKER_00: I mean, they're all Reiki charged, they're more like spiritual products, I would say.
- 44:25SPEAKER_00: But I buy them, love them, recommend as like an enhancement.
- 44:30SPEAKER_00: I start my day with them every single day before like meditating.
- 44:34SPEAKER_00: It's just it's really nice.
- 44:36SPEAKER_00: Going along with that is back to sage.
- 44:40SPEAKER_00: I don't think I mentioned sage.
- 44:41SPEAKER_00: Oh, yeah, I did with the candles.
- 44:42SPEAKER_00: Their peppermint halo, it is sitting on my desk right now.
- 44:45SPEAKER_00: I also like their lip balm, like they're just plain lip balm when you don't want a gloss.
- 44:49SPEAKER_00: Um, their rose one is sitting on my desk right now, and I also like their mint one, obviously, which is like a plain mint.
- 44:56SPEAKER_00: But the peppermint halo, I really like as like a headache remedy or digestive or pain, like the headache one, like the peppermint one, I just always have on hand.
- 45:07SPEAKER_00: Highly recommend probably my top like essential oil roller from them.
- 45:11SPEAKER_00: They also have an amine one in an eater's digest, which is good, but like the peppermint halo is like the rider dye, so I highly recommend that one.
- 45:20SPEAKER_00: Alright, so I guess it's the water, guys.
- 45:22SPEAKER_00: This is probably the longest podcast episode I've recorded in a while.
- 45:27SPEAKER_00: Alright, the next thing is packaged foods.
- 45:31SPEAKER_00: Now, this was another request.
- 45:34SPEAKER_00: I don't eat a ton of packaged foods, so when I was doing this, I was like, wow, I mean this is really good.
- 45:40SPEAKER_00: I generally don't eat a ton of packaged foods, like not even something like quote unquote packaged every day, unless like I've included you'll see in a second, I've included some things like to me, or they come in a package, so I'm including them, but I mainly eat whole foods all the time, even as snacks, like whether it's cashews, almonds, hard-boiled eggs, cucumbers.
- 46:00SPEAKER_00: Like I'm I'm eating like actual foods as opposed to packaged things.
- 46:03SPEAKER_00: So I rounded up some of like my favorite ones I'm having right now, but I feel like I have less packaged foods than like ever before.
- 46:11SPEAKER_00: And like I feel like packaged foods are like normally with fall and like pumpkin-spiced things or like Christmas, there's more of like the healthier versions of things, if that makes sense.
- 46:23SPEAKER_00: But otherwise, yeah, I don't have time.
- 46:25SPEAKER_00: So let's get into it.
- 46:26SPEAKER_00: The number one packaged food, I would say is like the new zest digestive support protein that I buy, which actually reminds myself I need to buy another one already.
- 46:35SPEAKER_00: I've bought this myself countless times.
- 46:37SPEAKER_00: They sent me some like in the past a few years ago, and I fell in love with it, and now it's the protein powder I buy.
- 46:43SPEAKER_00: I buy it on Amazon.
- 46:44SPEAKER_00: You can probably buy from their site, but I'm normally buying it on Amazon.
- 46:48SPEAKER_00: I like the digestive support vanilla one, but you I've also had the chocolate one that's really good.
- 46:53SPEAKER_00: The vanilla one to me is just more versatile when it comes to baking or using it in like smoothies that aren't chocolate.
- 46:59SPEAKER_00: That way you can like add cacao to it versus already having chocolate, but they're both really delicious.
- 47:04SPEAKER_00: Um, and they're clean sourcing, there's no heavy metals.
- 47:07SPEAKER_00: You really have to be important or pay attention to heavy metals when it comes to protein powders or ones that are filled with like filler ingredients that bloat you.
- 47:16SPEAKER_00: Nuzus is just amazing.
- 47:18SPEAKER_00: I also do like their clean, lean protein.
- 47:20SPEAKER_00: If you can't get the digestive support, the clean, lean protein vanilla is really good.
- 47:24SPEAKER_00: But that's like a protein powder like I buy all the time.
- 47:28SPEAKER_00: I use it, my fiance uses it.
- 47:29SPEAKER_00: We we love it, it's good for your digestive system.
- 47:32SPEAKER_00: No heavy metals, tastes good.
- 47:34SPEAKER_00: I bake with it, it's it's amazing.
- 47:36SPEAKER_00: So I've used that tons.
- 47:38SPEAKER_00: Maca is the next thing that I've kind of really loved in the last few months, which to me is packaged, it's a superfood, but it comes in a package, so I was like, you know what, I'll love it, I love it.
- 47:47SPEAKER_00: Like, I'll mention it.
- 47:48SPEAKER_00: I've been adding it to smoothies andor like a cacao elixir.
- 47:53SPEAKER_00: So whether I'm having it like in a cold cacao drink or a hot cacao drink, I add in like a teaspoon of maca.
- 47:58SPEAKER_00: Maca is like a really good adapten.
- 48:01SPEAKER_00: I loved it back in the day and then kind of like rediscovered it um in my cacao elixir, and I started to make more cacao elixirs when I couldn't have coffee and like I cut caffeine completely.
- 48:12SPEAKER_00: So I love maca.
- 48:14SPEAKER_00: And do I love a specific brand?
- 48:16SPEAKER_00: No, but I think like maca is a really good, like I noticed a difference um when I have moca, so I'd really I recommend maca.
- 48:23SPEAKER_00: The next packaged food is siete, which honestly it probably comes as no surprise to you, but guys, siete is just that that good, and now they have the chips at Costco in Canada.
- 48:35SPEAKER_00: We bought four bags.
- 48:37SPEAKER_00: I'm only I've only done one, and I think we bought them like a month and a half, maybe two months ago.
- 48:42SPEAKER_00: So, like again, like I don't eat these every day, I don't eat them necessarily often, but like when I do the siete brand overall, but let alone the the chips are really good.
- 48:52SPEAKER_00: They're cooked in avocado oil, they're grain-free, they're just super super yummy.
- 48:57SPEAKER_00: The next one I'll just mention oh as well.
- 49:00SPEAKER_00: I think this is just a Canadian brand, but there's a brand called Hardbite, and they also cook their chips in avocado oil.
- 49:05SPEAKER_00: So I'm a big fan of like being aware of brands that are like chips, but that are like have clean ingredients, like are cooked in avocado oil versus sunflower oil or canola oil, so hard bite.
- 49:18SPEAKER_00: And if you're in the US, like you have so many good packaged food things that we don't have in in Canada, so I think I might drive over the border since the border is only like half an hour away from me now, um, and kind of like grab more stuff in the fall, but yeah, I'm not I'm not big on having packaged food.
- 49:36SPEAKER_00: I try to have as many whole foods in my day as possible, so but I also really like the hard bite, and they have all the different flavors.
- 49:43SPEAKER_00: They also have this really spicy ghost pepper one that's good, so like I don't normally eat them, it's like my fiance's eating them, and I tell them to give me the folded ones, which so I'll have like two or three here and there.
- 49:53SPEAKER_00: Um, but I like them because they're cooked in avocado oil, so just like there's so many options.
- 49:58SPEAKER_00: We're lucky in 2022 that there are options like this, so like you can have chips but not have them cooked in like harmful oils, which is so important, or like have like Santa, like it's not cooked in harmful oils, it's not full of like fake stuff, which is just like you you might like there is the option there, and like you're even becoming more accessible at places like Costco and stuff like that, so there's like no reason not to because you can even go to Costco and find like great options in bulk at at lower cost, right?
- 50:27SPEAKER_00: Alright, speaking of Costco, I really love this Costco granola.
- 50:32SPEAKER_00: Now it is it's literally Costco granola, like it's Kirkland, they make it fresh in their bakery.
- 50:37SPEAKER_00: But I was walking down the aisle and I suddenly got pulled.
- 50:40SPEAKER_00: Normally I don't because the bakery stuff doesn't have anything I can normally eat, but they have this whole shelf and they have like freshly made granola, and guys, it's grain-free and it's clean.
- 50:50SPEAKER_00: It's like nut seeds, honey, and like almond flour.
- 50:53SPEAKER_00: It's like almonds, different nut seeds, like it's all paleo, it's all clean.
- 50:56SPEAKER_00: There's like a few ingredients, and that's it.
- 50:58SPEAKER_00: And I'm like, wow, and it tastes good, it's grain-free, and it's yummy.
- 51:03SPEAKER_00: So I don't know if that's just a thing for Ontario or where I am, but you definitely have so many more options at Costco if you live in the US.
- 51:11SPEAKER_00: So highly recommend.
- 51:13SPEAKER_00: I I always had a Costco membership, even when I was single, I had a Costco membership.
- 51:17SPEAKER_00: Like, I just believe everyone should belong to Costco because you get so many healthy products, and like you can buy them in bulk and they last a long time.
- 51:23SPEAKER_00: So the next thing, this is my new obsession.
- 51:27SPEAKER_00: I keep meaning to talk about it on Instagram, but then when I'm eating them, I don't want to be my phone.
- 51:31SPEAKER_00: But that is the Daily Crunch Cacao Almonds.
- 51:34SPEAKER_00: Now I bought these when I was in the States visiting my friend Christina.
- 51:41SPEAKER_00: You guys know her, Christina, the channel, Christina Rice.
- 51:44SPEAKER_00: I bought these for the plane.
- 51:45SPEAKER_00: I am someone who I love chocolate almonds, but it's hard to find a good clean chocolate almond brand.
- 51:50SPEAKER_00: Hugh Kitchen does make a good one, which I really like.
- 51:53SPEAKER_00: That was normally my go-to.
- 51:55SPEAKER_00: But I saw these, we were we weren't even at Whole Foods, we were at something different.
- 52:00SPEAKER_00: It was like a San Diego version, I don't know, of Whole Foods.
- 52:03SPEAKER_00: It basically looked the same inside.
- 52:05SPEAKER_00: Anyways, I felt these pull towards these like Daily Crunch cacao almonds.
- 52:11SPEAKER_00: They're sprouted, they have a hint of maca.
- 52:13SPEAKER_00: They are by far the best almonds I have ever had in my life.
- 52:17SPEAKER_00: Now I know they also have plain almonds, which I'm really intrigued to get.
- 52:21SPEAKER_00: I need to find them, but like it comes in a purple bag.
- 52:25SPEAKER_00: These daily crunch cacao almonds are so crunchy, so delicious.
- 52:28SPEAKER_00: They're chocolatey, they're clean ingredients, they're so yummy.
- 52:33SPEAKER_00: Highly recommend, highly recommend.
- 52:35SPEAKER_00: Like just do yourself a favor, go out and get them, and then let me know how much you love them because they're amazing.
- 52:41SPEAKER_00: The next thing when it comes to, I really like cereal.
- 52:45SPEAKER_00: Um, and so like when I'm in a cereal mood, I really like Seven Sundays, like cacao cereal, cocoa cereal.
- 52:52SPEAKER_00: Seven Sundays is just like a really good brand for when you're like in a kid mood, and like it's like every once in a while, like every few months, I'm like, I love cereal.
- 53:00SPEAKER_00: Seven Sundays is is that one.
- 53:03SPEAKER_00: And then in terms of like a bar on the go, like again, like I tend to bring like almonds, or I'll bring like like I said, cacao almonds, but if I was gonna bring like some sort of bar type thing, I bring Nom's bites and om Z.
- 53:18SPEAKER_00: I really like the pistachio.
- 53:20SPEAKER_00: I mean they're really clean.
- 53:21SPEAKER_00: I really like those.
- 53:22SPEAKER_00: Otherwise, like I don't I don't have bars often, I don't buy bars.
- 53:26SPEAKER_00: It's more of like maybe even in case of like going hiking or on a plane, but other than that, I don't.
- 53:34SPEAKER_00: Um, and like I love crackers too and stuff like that, but like I don't really have them day to day.
- 53:39SPEAKER_00: So I did mention kind of like one that I thought about.
- 53:42SPEAKER_00: Oh, like I brought these to was it to Europe?
- 53:45SPEAKER_00: I think it was to Europe to Europe, not San Diego.
- 53:47SPEAKER_00: The flights were close together, guys.
- 53:49SPEAKER_00: Um, to Europe, and that's the hippie snacks almond crisps.
- 53:52SPEAKER_00: They're really good cracker, clean ingredients.
- 53:54SPEAKER_00: I get a good crunch, like them, but again, I always try to go for like cucumber or like just more, even though these packaged things are like made with good ingredients.
- 54:04SPEAKER_00: I always try to have whole foods when I can, but obviously on a plain, like I understand, or maybe if you like your desk at work or something like that, a locker, hippie snacks, and almond crisps.
- 54:15SPEAKER_00: I've had them many times before.
- 54:16SPEAKER_00: They also have a cauliflower crisp one, but I will say that I do prefer the almond one.
- 54:21SPEAKER_00: I like the plain or the rosemary.
- 54:24SPEAKER_00: I think it's rosemary and sea salt, rosemary and something, rosemary and salt.
- 54:28SPEAKER_00: So I recommend that one.
- 54:30SPEAKER_00: That one I think is really yummy as well.
- 54:33SPEAKER_00: And then the last thing packaged food, guys.
- 54:35SPEAKER_00: Again, I don't have a lot of packaged food.
- 54:39SPEAKER_00: No, I don't.
- 54:40SPEAKER_00: Um, and like I don't consider like raspberries a packaged food.
- 54:44SPEAKER_00: So I'm gonna say like seaweed, I really like seaweed.
- 54:47SPEAKER_00: I'll cut it up and use it to eat spicy tuna.
- 54:50SPEAKER_00: And there's only one ingredient: seaweed, or sometimes seaweed and salt, but lately I haven't even seen ones with seaweed salt.
- 54:56SPEAKER_00: Seaweed and salt, don't really just seaweed, because the ones with salt sometimes have harmful oils that I avoid.
- 55:02SPEAKER_00: So I just use seaweed and I really, I really like it.
- 55:05SPEAKER_00: Um, it's a really kind of like yummy, a little snack to use for like dips and things like that, or to put on top of bowls.
- 55:13SPEAKER_00: Uh, big fan.
- 55:15SPEAKER_00: Oh, actually, one more thing.
- 55:17SPEAKER_00: I really do like when I don't want to make my own waffles or pancakes.
- 55:20SPEAKER_00: I do like the Bob's Red Mill Paleo waffle and pancake mix.
- 55:24SPEAKER_00: So if I'm feeling a little bit lazy and I don't want to make it from scratch, which there are those mornings, um, I do use those mix.
- 55:30SPEAKER_00: But honestly, yeah, not a ton of packaged foods because I really do practice like what I preach.
- 55:35SPEAKER_00: Like, I don't snack often and I try to, if I can, like snack on Whole Foods, or I'm baking my own things like the pumpkin muffins, right?
- 55:43SPEAKER_00: But those are like the top things that I would use, slash buy, slash if I'm eating something packaged, that's probably what it is.
- 55:55SPEAKER_00: Next up is hair care.
- 55:56SPEAKER_00: This was another really popular question I got asked.
- 56:01SPEAKER_00: Um, there's two brands I love when it comes to hair care.
- 56:04SPEAKER_00: The first one is Briggio, I think I'm saying it right, Brigio.
- 56:07SPEAKER_00: It's fairly popular.
- 56:08SPEAKER_00: You can get it at Sephora.
- 56:09SPEAKER_00: I like their shampoo conditioner, their dry shampoo.
- 56:12SPEAKER_00: I've been using also that for years.
- 56:14SPEAKER_00: That one's really good.
- 56:15SPEAKER_00: It's clean, it's not an aerosol one, so it's powder.
- 56:18SPEAKER_00: I really like it.
- 56:18SPEAKER_00: Even when I had dark hair, I found that it blended, but I also put it in sometimes overnight to help, and I really like it.
- 56:25SPEAKER_00: It's clean and it works well, so I highly recommend that.
- 56:29SPEAKER_00: And then the other thing I recommend for hair care is back to agent noteur, and that is their I believe it's called their hair strengthening.
- 56:39SPEAKER_00: They have two oils when it comes to to hair.
- 56:43SPEAKER_00: And I use the hair silk.
- 56:47SPEAKER_00: There we go.
- 56:48SPEAKER_00: The hair silk peptides soft hydrating hair serum.
- 56:53SPEAKER_00: Going blonder, I definitely wanted to make sure my hair was healthy.
- 56:56SPEAKER_00: Again, this is so so clean, and like I know that having a product that like is more expensive is gonna be really good.
- 57:04SPEAKER_00: Yes, like argument oil can be really good, but I I do want to like have the like strong, smooth, especially with going blonder.
- 57:11SPEAKER_00: I felt like it needed a bit more support.
- 57:14SPEAKER_00: And when I went back to the because we had to do it in like two stages for me to get this blonde, she couldn't believe like how healthy like my hair was considering we were doing like this, this kind of going that blonde into treatments.
- 57:26SPEAKER_00: So it has, I know a bunch of like silk peptides, hyaluronic acid, has minoi, which I really like the smell of, and it's meant to like strengthen, soften your hair without like bad silicones, it fights frizziness, dryness, breakage, split ends, it's also heat protectant.
- 57:43SPEAKER_00: I use it whether I'm honestly using heat on my hair or not.
- 57:46SPEAKER_00: I try to also not use that much heat, but I'll put in a couple drops after I shower, and then if I'm styling my hair, like doing the whole curler thing or blow drying, I'll finish it off with just a couple drops afterwards as well, just to heal it.
- 58:00SPEAKER_00: But I notice a big difference in my hair.
- 58:02SPEAKER_00: I'm getting a lot of compliments on my hair lately, and responses from you guys about how healthy it looks, and even from like the hairdresser.
- 58:08SPEAKER_00: So I really think it's this oil because I've been using this for a few months now, and it's really worth it.
- 58:14SPEAKER_00: Again, you're not using a ton of drops.
- 58:16SPEAKER_00: Like I used two or three drops on wet hair, and then maybe two or three drops on dry hair just to like style it, and so it lasts a long time, but a little can go a long way.
- 58:28SPEAKER_00: So then the next category is cookware, which is really highly requested, but like I was like, oh, I didn't know this is such like a and I was thinking about like is it what I use revolutionary?
- 58:41SPEAKER_00: Maybe it is.
- 58:41SPEAKER_00: I don't know.
- 58:42SPEAKER_00: I'm gonna share it anyways, and then we'll see.
- 58:44SPEAKER_00: So I mean, cookware, I use glass containers from Costco.
- 58:47SPEAKER_00: I mean, that's not like a big, but like I love it because we're not storing our food in plastic, but like I think whether you get glass containers at Costco or Amazon or whatever you can, there's Costco's is a good deal, and like storing your food in glass containers is like a win.
- 59:01SPEAKER_00: So, like, highly recommend that.
- 59:02SPEAKER_00: Pans, I like Caraway Home.
- 59:04SPEAKER_00: I have wanted to try our place, but I haven't needed new plans and I have Caraway Home, so I wasn't gonna buy our place, so I have heard good things, but personally, I just use Caraway Home because I have it, or I use a cast iron, or I use La Crusette.
- 59:19SPEAKER_00: I love La Crusette and Staub, both of those.
- 59:22SPEAKER_00: Um, I use a Staub with those big quartz to me, it looks like a chili pot, that's the best way I can describe it.
- 59:28SPEAKER_00: But I also like use La Crusette plates, they're just really elegant, they last well, they don't scratch.
- 59:34SPEAKER_00: I really like them.
- 59:36SPEAKER_00: Um, and I really like black utensils right now.
- 59:38SPEAKER_00: I got some black utensils at IKEA, and I think they're so chic.
- 59:42SPEAKER_00: Um, but that's like a combo of vibes, but also looks really well.
- 59:47SPEAKER_00: I feel like all like the bowls I used to have from like IKEA just scratch and they look like garbage afterwards, but like stom and la Crusette just have really good quality dishes that kind of last a long time.
- 59:59SPEAKER_00: So big fan of that.
- 1:00:00SPEAKER_00: And then honestly, like for spatulas and stuff like that, I use like wooden spoons or silicone spatulas, like it's nothing.
- 1:00:06SPEAKER_00: I go to home goods and I just buy the silicone ones, it's not anything revolutionary.
- 1:00:11SPEAKER_00: But again, if you have specific questions, just ask me in the portal.
- 1:00:17SPEAKER_00: The next thing I use um is the ninja master prep, which I love.
- 1:00:21SPEAKER_00: Bought it myself, love it, works really well, can blend up frozen bananas into thicken ice cream without like needing a Vitamix, so I really like it.
- 1:00:31SPEAKER_00: Um, so I highly recommend that.
- 1:00:33SPEAKER_00: Also, my new favorite thing is this waffle maker from Amazon.
- 1:00:37SPEAKER_00: It's the Auster brand, O S-T-E-R.
- 1:00:41SPEAKER_00: It's like$22,$24.
- 1:00:44SPEAKER_00: We've been making waffles every Sunday, and it's it's perfect, and it's like less than$25, and it brings me a lot of pleasure.
- 1:00:51SPEAKER_00: I they also do have, I know Dash, you guys probably saw my gingerbread ones that I made back in Florida last year.
- 1:00:57SPEAKER_00: Dash makes these like small little waffle makers.
- 1:00:59SPEAKER_00: I want to get that one again.
- 1:01:00SPEAKER_00: I didn't bring it back with me because it took up a lot of room and it was$20.
- 1:01:04SPEAKER_00: I left it for the next people, but waffle maker.
- 1:01:07SPEAKER_00: I really like cookware that like I love and bought myself.
- 1:01:11SPEAKER_00: The Bravel Bambino Plus.
- 1:01:15SPEAKER_00: I've been getting questions about my coffee machine lately, and I really do love the Bravel Bambino Plus.
- 1:01:21SPEAKER_00: It's a smaller machine if you don't have a ton of space, 100% worth of money.
- 1:01:25SPEAKER_00: I mean, I waited till it was either Black Friday or Boxing Day.
- 1:01:30SPEAKER_00: One of those two big sale days to get it.
- 1:01:32SPEAKER_00: Um, so wait for one of those days, and it's really well.
- 1:01:35SPEAKER_00: It makes a nice crema on the top, it's good quality.
- 1:01:39SPEAKER_00: Highly recommend.
- 1:01:40SPEAKER_00: I mean, I love Brevel in general, I love their toasters, I love their kettle, like I'm a big Brevel appliance person.
- 1:01:49SPEAKER_00: They're yeah, I have like a bunch of Brevel appliances.
- 1:01:52SPEAKER_00: They're toaster, their Brevel Bambino Plus, their kettle, all of their like immersion blender type things.
- 1:01:59SPEAKER_00: Big fan of Brevel in general, but the Bambino Plast is like a really good espresso maker.
- 1:02:04SPEAKER_00: And then Coffee Maker, I really like the Bowdoin French press.
- 1:02:08SPEAKER_00: Just make sure you get the glass one, not the plastic, because you don't want me pouring hot water in plastic.
- 1:02:12SPEAKER_00: Just get a glass one.
- 1:02:13SPEAKER_00: I like the copper finish, it just looks really chic.
- 1:02:16SPEAKER_00: But they also have it in silver.
- 1:02:18SPEAKER_00: Just don't get the plastic one because we don't like plastic.
- 1:02:21SPEAKER_00: And honestly, guys, cookware, like I use basic things like stasher bags and mason jars, and I feel like that's not super revolutionary, but like it's just I do stay away from plastics, so like silicone and glass is kind of like my my go-to.
- 1:02:35SPEAKER_00: I do use an almond cow, um, but I will say that they sent me the actual almond cow machine.
- 1:02:41SPEAKER_00: I would like now that I have it, would buy it.
- 1:02:43SPEAKER_00: Um, but just full disclosure, like I use that every week.
- 1:02:46SPEAKER_00: I don't buy milk anymore.
- 1:02:48SPEAKER_00: I have made my own pretty much since we moved it now.
- 1:02:51SPEAKER_00: Now I definitely don't buy it, so it's like since March, it's September.
- 1:02:56SPEAKER_00: Uh, I just make my own either cashew, almond milk, whatever kind of nut milk, and I do love it, but I will say I did not buy that myself, but I do use that every week, and now that I use it, I was like, oh, I would definitely do it because you can and I know you can do so much more with it.
- 1:03:10SPEAKER_00: I should research more you can do with it because I know you can do some crazy stuff with it that I'm definitely not using, and I'm just using it to make milk.
- 1:03:16SPEAKER_00: But like to me, what you like I can make milk so easily in like 30 seconds, and it's clean, and it's like two ingredients nuts and water, and that's it, and it's creamy.
- 1:03:26SPEAKER_00: So that is it.
- 1:03:28SPEAKER_00: That is kind of like my products I love by myself.
- 1:03:31SPEAKER_00: If there's a cataverse that, like I said, or something that I forgot, let me know.
- 1:03:34SPEAKER_00: I'll probably do another one at the end of the year, like the beginning of next year.
- 1:03:38SPEAKER_00: Um, yeah, but with that being said, I hope you guys enjoyed, and I'll see you in my next episode.
