Welcome to Wisdom Today with Bill Kelley. Today we will be going over Proverb 16. I will then key in on verse 7 - When a man's ways please the Lord, He makes even his enemies to be at peace with him. Friends, when I think of this verse I think of the Beatitudes in Matthew, Chapter 5. In verses 43-48 this portion of scripture is titled " Love Your Enemies". Well, verse 7 tells us that if our ways please the Lord, we can now be at peace with our enemies. This reminds me of stories I have heard that during the Civil War, on certain occasions, the Yankees and the Confederates would call a truce…
