- 0:06Speaker 1: Ridge Edge. Hi guys, welcome to another episode of to
- 0:16Speaker 1: Teese and a Pod. Tam, It's just me and you today.
- 0:20Speaker 1: I know, it's so exciting.
- 0:22Speaker 2: I'm so happy to be back. I feel like this
- 0:25Speaker 2: is my groove, Like this is what I've been missing.
- 0:28Speaker 2: So happy to be here.
- 0:30Speaker 1: Yay. I know this morning, you guys were podcasting earlier
- 0:34Speaker 1: than we normally do, so it was like a complete race.
- 0:38Speaker 1: And then I'm like panic, like it's it's It's crazy
- 0:41Speaker 1: the amount of code red panics I have before a
- 0:44Speaker 1: pod if I like feel like I may have missed
- 0:46Speaker 1: a chrumb Like I'm like, oh no with someone from
- 0:49Speaker 1: Salt Lake on last night, on watching what What I'm
- 0:53Speaker 1: like scanning the internet like my kids are like, you're
- 0:56Speaker 1: a lunatic.
- 0:57Speaker 2: You are a lunatic. But that's besides the point.
- 0:59Speaker 1: But yeah, I mean, clearly, I am. What's new with you?
- 1:05Speaker 2: What's new with me? I went to the Big Bear House,
- 1:08Speaker 2: checked on the construction over the weekend, Just starting to
- 1:12Speaker 2: feel normal, Still eating my creama wheat in my sweet
- 1:16Speaker 2: potatoes and my little legs, very very delicious. Yeah, I
- 1:22Speaker 2: actually stepped on the scale yesterday and it's one hundred
- 1:25Speaker 2: and thirteen and I went, oh my god, this I
- 1:29Speaker 2: haven't been this guinea so long. And I went to
- 1:31Speaker 2: take a picture of it, just got off take a
- 1:32Speaker 2: picture to send to you, and I got back on
- 1:35Speaker 2: and said, well, I'm fifteen point seven. I said, ah shit, opportunity.
- 1:42Speaker 1: Miss. I know I'm wing in a miss, a swing
- 1:47Speaker 1: and a miss.
- 1:48Speaker 2: Well, I mean not that I wanted away one thirteen,
- 1:51Speaker 2: but I'm like you just were like, I'm.
- 1:53Speaker 1: I'm gonna stick it to Teddy. I haven't seen that
- 1:56Speaker 1: number since my fitness competition. Well. No, there was time
- 2:00Speaker 1: when me and Kyle were in I think it was
- 2:02Speaker 1: Berlin on a housewife trip. We didn't realize that the
- 2:07Speaker 1: scale was in Like.
- 2:11Speaker 2: Whatever celsius? Did you say, celsius killmeters? Yes, celsius. How
- 2:16Speaker 2: hot am I step on it?
- 2:18Speaker 1: We were like, we both looked at yours, Well, seventy
- 2:22Speaker 1: five pounds?
- 2:24Speaker 2: Should I see a doctor?
- 2:26Speaker 1: I can't even remember what the number was, but we
- 2:28Speaker 1: were both like what And then it took us. I
- 2:31Speaker 1: feel like it may have taken somebody else to tell us,
- 2:34Speaker 1: you guys realize that isn't pounds and we were like, oh, right.
- 2:37Speaker 2: Now, I totally knew that, totally that.
- 2:40Speaker 1: I was just like, whoa, the stress has really gotten
- 2:43Speaker 1: to me on this Berlin trip. But it's weird. All
- 2:45Speaker 1: I've eaten this croissants and other junk food.
- 2:48Speaker 2: Well, I was hoping for a split second that one
- 2:50Speaker 2: hundred and thirteen was crack, so then I can go
- 2:52Speaker 2: to Krispy Kreme and eat my way back up to
- 2:54Speaker 2: one hundred and fifteen.
- 2:55Speaker 1: But nope, no such luck. Do you have to tell
- 3:01Speaker 1: because we started chatting right before.
- 3:02Speaker 2: They go, oh, yeah, so yesterday about the podcast. Yeah,
- 3:06Speaker 2: so yesterday I went to La to do a podcast.
- 3:08Speaker 2: It's going to be coming out. I'm super excited about it.
- 3:11Speaker 2: Behind the scenes of housewife shows. And he is somebody
- 3:17Speaker 2: that has been in the housewife world forever and he
- 3:22Speaker 2: said to me, your podcat, I hate your podcast, And
- 3:26Speaker 2: I said, excuse me, we're number one, so buddy, you
- 3:30Speaker 2: better hope you get to number one. I didn't say
- 3:33Speaker 2: that part.
- 3:33Speaker 1: And then you're like, hold on, that's a lie.
- 3:36Speaker 2: That's a lie. That's a lie. Disclaimer, that's a lie.
- 3:39Speaker 2: Wanted to say it, didn't say it. Yeah, your broadcast
- 3:42Speaker 2: causes so many problems for me, like in behind the
- 3:45Speaker 2: scenes of Housewife World, and I'm.
- 3:47Speaker 1: Like why, He's like, because you guys are always pissing
- 3:50Speaker 1: people off.
- 3:50Speaker 2: Are you afraid to go to Bravocon And I said
- 3:53Speaker 2: not for that reason.
- 3:55Speaker 1: Well, I mean, here's the thing. If they can't handle
- 3:58Speaker 1: our recaps, are they handling being housewatched? Well? Exactly?
- 4:02Speaker 2: And I said, I said, listen, I don't personally attack
- 4:06Speaker 2: anybody on when we watch a show. I don't go
- 4:08Speaker 2: in there and say you're ugly, you're stupid, you're dumb.
- 4:10Speaker 2: Like no, I said, you're only as good as this
- 4:12Speaker 2: week's episode. We lightly go over Teddy might go a
- 4:16Speaker 2: tad bit deeper than me.
- 4:17Speaker 1: We lightly brush over some of your faults.
- 4:21Speaker 2: As I talked to Larsa at Traders that Teddy really
- 4:24Speaker 2: comes after me.
- 4:26Speaker 1: Oh yeah, I feel like actually, but I really love you. Well, listen,
- 4:31Speaker 1: we are. We can play all of each other because
- 4:33Speaker 1: we don't always have the same favorites.
- 4:36Speaker 2: Yeah, the same opinion.
- 4:37Speaker 1: But now I am just going I was going to
- 4:41Speaker 1: harass you because I am doing a little remember that
- 4:46Speaker 1: like hike marathon thing we were supposed to do last
- 4:48Speaker 1: year and then it got rained out. Yep, I am
- 4:52Speaker 1: doing it. It's a ten k, which I had to
- 4:54Speaker 1: really figure out the math, which means, wait, what is
- 4:56Speaker 1: the math? Six months six point four? I think guys
- 4:59Speaker 1: don't come if I did the math wrong.
- 5:01Speaker 2: I just thought celsius was a weight, so like, calm down, yeah,
- 5:04Speaker 2: you know, no, celsius is a drink. You can right
- 5:08Speaker 2: now tap the link and get.
- 5:12Speaker 1: Oh my gosh, I already got corrected. Our producer just said,
- 5:15Speaker 1: it's not six point four, it's six point two.
- 5:18Speaker 2: Oh my god, what's another couple celsius or ounces or
- 5:21Speaker 2: whatever or whatever.
- 5:23Speaker 1: Or mileage I don't know, but either way, it's six
- 5:27Speaker 1: point two. But it's all uphill.
- 5:28Speaker 2: So it was really it's all uphill.
- 5:31Speaker 1: Yes, it's like so essentially what it does is it
- 5:35Speaker 1: it comes in and like goes through your immune system
- 5:38Speaker 1: so that hopefully your body will regenerate like new cells.
- 5:43Speaker 1: Because this area is so large, and I'm so glad
- 5:46Speaker 1: I'm talking about this today because I'm not emotional about
- 5:48Speaker 1: it today. I've been like so many highs and lows
- 5:50Speaker 1: about it. But they wanted to do a one of
- 5:56Speaker 1: the options was like a full skin graft. But I mean,
- 5:58Speaker 1: this area is so big. I mean, look how that
- 6:02Speaker 1: would be a ginormous skin graphe.
- 6:04Speaker 2: Heather Heather Debroh actually asked me, She's like, has Teddy considered?
- 6:07Speaker 2: Because she's always asking me how you're doing? And I said, yeah,
- 6:10Speaker 2: she always says, and she says, has she ever considered
- 6:13Speaker 2: a skin graph? And then you posted, like a couple
- 6:15Speaker 2: of days later, a skin graph versus the cream that
- 6:19Speaker 2: you're putting on there? So is the cream like a
- 6:22Speaker 2: chemo cream?
- 6:23Speaker 1: I mean, people, when you look it up online, there's
- 6:27Speaker 1: that code name. I'm just always scared.
- 6:29Speaker 2: They want me to do that on my chest in arms.
- 6:32Speaker 1: Yeah, I think it's similar to that. I mean I've
- 6:35Speaker 1: been calling it immunotherapy cream because I'm like so scared
- 6:38Speaker 1: to ever say the wrong thing. But essentially what it's
- 6:41Speaker 1: supposed to do. Is it supposed to be blistering my back?
- 6:44Speaker 1: Oh that's nice, you know, yeah, but it has that
- 6:47Speaker 1: part hasn't started. The only part that's hit me so
- 6:50Speaker 1: far is the headaches. So finally last night, like I
- 6:53Speaker 1: had such a bad headache. I was like I and
- 6:56Speaker 1: I'm not like a migraines type person, Like I got it.
- 6:59Speaker 1: I'll take a couple of hours.
- 7:00Speaker 2: I'm a my grain girl.
- 7:02Speaker 1: I mean, it was to the point I couldn't watch TV.
- 7:04Speaker 1: I couldn't look at my phone. Like I woke up
- 7:06Speaker 1: to like one hundred text messages on our group chat
- 7:08Speaker 1: because I.
- 7:09Speaker 2: Went to you were never so silent in your whole life.
- 7:12Speaker 1: I know it's because I was ill, but like Edwin
- 7:16Speaker 1: came in, I had ice tax on my face. I
- 7:18Speaker 1: was like, don't talk to me, please put cruise to bed.
- 7:21Speaker 1: But either way, then I texted my doctor this morning
- 7:24Speaker 1: and I just said, hey, I'm having these really bad headaches,
- 7:27Speaker 1: but there's no blistering on my back and I'm a
- 7:29Speaker 1: week in and he was like, okay, let's increase your
- 7:33Speaker 1: dose a little out of the cream when you should.
- 7:35Speaker 2: Probably try to get some. I think it's called m tracks.
- 7:37Speaker 2: They were giving it to me in the hospital because
- 7:39Speaker 2: I had some severe headaches with that tube down my throat.
- 7:41Speaker 2: I don't know why it gave me headaches, but I was.
- 7:44Speaker 2: They were giving that to me in my IV and
- 7:46Speaker 2: it helped a lot.
- 7:48Speaker 1: Yeah. Well, he's like, hopefully you'll be blistering by next week.
- 7:51Speaker 1: And then of course Edwin, like in the way that
- 7:53Speaker 1: he always does, He's just an eloquent way. He goes, Oh, great,
- 7:56Speaker 1: that means you'll be fully blistered for the Melanoma Research Foundation.
- 8:00Speaker 2: Yes, can you be her a strapless dress?
- 8:04Speaker 1: Actually, I think I am, well, I think you should.
- 8:08Speaker 2: I think that you're you're going there to as somebody
- 8:10Speaker 2: that's you know, gone through multiple surgeries with melanoma, that
- 8:14Speaker 2: you should you should display your scars proudly.
- 8:17Speaker 1: Well, it's also really hot, like you know, those fancy
- 8:20Speaker 1: dresses are like if they have sequence or any of that,
- 8:23Speaker 1: it just freaking rubs on that area.
- 8:25Speaker 2: Like, no, thanks, Can we can we talk a little
- 8:38Speaker 2: bit about Bravocon and what that looks like. So we're
- 8:40Speaker 2: definitely gonna have a place there right to.
- 8:43Speaker 1: Oh yeah, so we last year I was in the
- 8:48Speaker 1: actual carumpet area, Yeah, interviewing everybody, but in a shocking
- 8:55Speaker 1: turn of events, some other housewives didn't necessarily love that.
- 9:01Speaker 1: So now we have an amazing partnership and we are
- 9:04Speaker 1: going to be in a suite at Bravo Con.
- 9:08Speaker 2: What you know what. Honestly, like so many people were
- 9:11Speaker 2: coming to our room. Last year, We had more people
- 9:15Speaker 2: come into our room than probably well, I don't know
- 9:17Speaker 2: you were at the podcast table, but it's just so
- 9:20Speaker 2: much easier. In fact, we did a podcast with Lisa.
- 9:24Speaker 1: Everyone in their mother wanted to come on into our
- 9:27Speaker 1: room and do the podcast, and so like we were
- 9:30Speaker 1: just like, so, I think it's gonna be fun. We
- 9:33Speaker 1: have a couple of big events that we're doing, and yeah,
- 9:37Speaker 1: I mean.
- 9:38Speaker 2: I've just wrapped my head around Bravo Con because so
- 9:41Speaker 2: much has gone on in the past whatever six the
- 9:44Speaker 2: last year really, and I feel like it's like vacation
- 9:48Speaker 2: mode for me now that I'm not so insanely busy,
- 9:50Speaker 2: and so now I'm thinking, like, oh shit, I got
- 9:53Speaker 2: to figure out outfits. That's always the big, big deal,
- 9:57Speaker 2: like and my I am jam packed three days, yeah,
- 10:01Speaker 2: all three days.
- 10:03Speaker 1: I know.
- 10:03Speaker 2: So last week on the podcast we talked about the
- 10:06Speaker 2: Trace Amigas tour. I had a conversation with Vicky and
- 10:12Speaker 2: Shannon and the agent, and the whole show has been redone.
- 10:17Speaker 2: Not the entire show, but a lot of the show
- 10:18Speaker 2: has been redone.
- 10:21Speaker 1: And so you're doing it.
- 10:22Speaker 2: I am doing it. I said that I would do it.
- 10:24Speaker 2: I had said to both of them and even the agent.
- 10:27Speaker 2: You know, there's a part of me that feels like
- 10:29Speaker 2: it's maybe just too soon. I'm not saying that life
- 10:32Speaker 2: doesn't go on after you make a mistake, but I
- 10:35Speaker 2: just felt like it was a little bit too soon.
- 10:38Speaker 2: So with five hundred tickets sold, cannot postpone it. So
- 10:43Speaker 2: we are actually doing two shows in Arizona at in Phoenix,
- 10:48Speaker 2: the same place we're going to list the second. The
- 10:51Speaker 2: first one sold out, so we're going to I believe
- 10:53Speaker 2: the first one sold out, but we're adding a second day.
- 10:55Speaker 2: So that is happening, and I'm sure people will have
- 11:00Speaker 2: a lot to say about it on social media. I'm
- 11:05Speaker 2: sure they will listen.
- 11:08Speaker 1: I'm I'm happy that you're supporting your friend, I just
- 11:12Speaker 1: as your friend. I'm also so scared for you. I
- 11:14Speaker 1: hate this. It's even hard for me. Like one of
- 11:16Speaker 1: the questions on Instagram right now is how's Hamer dealing
- 11:19Speaker 1: with some of the negative press post reunion? And you know,
- 11:26Speaker 1: like my response is like, whatever, she knows that she
- 11:29Speaker 1: crushed it, and yeah, there's always going to be negative shit.
- 11:32Speaker 2: There's always going to be a negative shit. If I
- 11:35Speaker 2: highly recommend you guys go listen to Carlos King's podcast
- 11:38Speaker 2: about me and him calling me the force multiplier that
- 11:42Speaker 2: every show has one every show like Kyle's the One
- 11:45Speaker 2: in Beverly Hills, Giselle's The One, and Potomac. You have
- 11:49Speaker 2: to have a girl that is pushing storyline, bringing things
- 11:53Speaker 2: up because a lot of people are so so worried
- 11:55Speaker 2: about their image and not wanting to push the envelope
- 11:58Speaker 2: and not wanting to get the hate. And you know what,
- 12:00Speaker 2: I'm all in. I'm all in, And if it's something
- 12:04Speaker 2: that has been presented to me during filming, I'm going
- 12:07Speaker 2: to talk about it. You know, you guys complained that,
- 12:10Speaker 2: you know, the season was so boring without me, so boring,
- 12:13Speaker 2: it was unwatchable. I was ready to be canceled. And
- 12:16Speaker 2: now that I'm on and I'm you know, doing my thing,
- 12:19Speaker 2: they're like, oh my god, get rid of her. But
- 12:21Speaker 2: then we have the best ratings ever right.
- 12:23Speaker 1: Now, I know. But and this brings me to something
- 12:25Speaker 1: that we will continue talking about once we get into
- 12:27Speaker 1: New York. But something that really bothered me when I
- 12:31Speaker 1: was watching New York This, you know, whatever last night
- 12:34Speaker 1: or whatever night it was two nights ago, was how
- 12:38Speaker 1: much we are seeing that those women are hiding about
- 12:41Speaker 1: their life. Oh nobody, Like, I'm not interested in watching
- 12:45Speaker 1: a show seeing a like a small little portion of
- 12:49Speaker 1: your life, Like if you signed up for this, if
- 12:52Speaker 1: you are here to show I'm sorry. You bring in
- 12:55Speaker 1: a new boyfriend, you start dating a new woman, you
- 12:58Speaker 1: start whatever.
- 12:59Speaker 2: Jenna and Uba both do not want to talk about
- 13:02Speaker 2: their relationships, and I think we have that down in
- 13:04Speaker 2: a rundown about Uba getting upset when somebody mentions she
- 13:09Speaker 2: has a boyfriend in Connecticut? Who cares? What is the
- 13:12Speaker 2: big deal?
- 13:13Speaker 1: I This is the part. I mean, we'll get into it.
- 13:15Speaker 1: But I would have been upset if I were uber
- 13:17Speaker 1: if I told somebody in confidence, one person in confidence,
- 13:21Speaker 1: and they told everybody else behind my back.
- 13:24Speaker 2: She wasn't mad at SI.
- 13:26Speaker 1: I know.
- 13:26Speaker 2: That's the weird part. It's like what are you truly
- 13:29Speaker 2: mad at? Like just I would have just said, like, hey, guys,
- 13:31Speaker 2: like okay, enough is enough. Yes, I have a boyfriend,
- 13:35Speaker 2: I'm dating somebody whatever. Who cares?
- 13:38Speaker 1: Though, and nobody knows who. I think.
- 13:40Speaker 2: I'm going to go through the phone book the Yellow
- 13:41Speaker 2: Pages and trying to find UBA's boyfriend in Connecticut.
- 13:44Speaker 1: But I'm here to do people. I don't think yellow.
- 13:48Speaker 1: I think it's the white Pages when it's people. Oh
- 13:51Speaker 1: that's right, yellow business business. Oh, thank you, I remember
- 13:54Speaker 1: it all.
- 13:54Speaker 2: It's all coming back to me. I'm going to get
- 13:56Speaker 2: my Thomas Guide out and just go over to Connecticut
- 13:59Speaker 2: and not yours. Jesus.
- 14:01Speaker 1: I do wonder how we got around with those tooms guys,
- 14:04Speaker 1: like flipping through pages trying to find places.
- 14:06Speaker 2: I was just having this conversation the other day with
- 14:08Speaker 2: my real estate friend. Back in the day, there was
- 14:10Speaker 2: no GPS. We had to we had to figure it out. Yeah,
- 14:14Speaker 2: we had to look at the map.
- 14:15Speaker 1: And remember things. Then anyways, we'll get oh my gosh,
- 14:19Speaker 1: people don't even know what that is that it's on
- 14:20Speaker 1: our chat right now?
- 14:21Speaker 2: What's the yellow pages? What's the white pages.
- 14:26Speaker 1: On? What's for? One?
- 14:27Speaker 2: One was that the time.
- 14:29Speaker 1: They better know what's Star sixty Is it Star Stars sixteven?
- 14:33Speaker 1: When's want to block a call? Sixty nine starts N nine? Okay, well,
- 14:37Speaker 1: we'll get more into the New York stuff. But I
- 14:39Speaker 1: think the point is, like you you come on these
- 14:42Speaker 1: shows and I have news for uba. If you're not
- 14:44Speaker 1: going to share more for next season, and you say
- 14:49Speaker 1: that now you've already you know. My assumption is that
- 14:52Speaker 1: there's going to be a blowout at the reunion on
- 14:54Speaker 1: this after I saw her and watch What Happens Live,
- 14:57Speaker 1: and we're going to find out who the boyfriend is
- 14:58Speaker 1: and we're going to go from there and we're all
- 14:59Speaker 1: gonna happily of after.
- 15:01Speaker 2: But you know what, I don't give a shit who
- 15:02Speaker 2: the boyfriend is because we're not seeing him on TV,
- 15:04Speaker 2: So why are we talking about him. I'm so sick
- 15:06Speaker 2: of talking about thaying or them talking about stuff that
- 15:09Speaker 2: is not being shown all across the board of all franchises.
- 15:13Speaker 1: I agree. Okay, so this housewife headline, I will take
- 15:18Speaker 1: a loan because it involves the real Housewives of Orange
- 15:21Speaker 1: County OHO. This is from TV deets, so a very
- 15:25Speaker 1: reputable source. Everyone is going to be invited back for
- 15:31Speaker 1: season eighteen. Host Brett Staffen said on the Friday, October
- 15:36Speaker 1: thirteenth episode of the TV Deets podcast, producers and the
- 15:40Speaker 1: network were really happy with the fan engagement this year,
- 15:42Speaker 1: and all the ladies stepped up to the plate to deliver.
- 15:45Speaker 1: He continued, Now, I'm told that Shannon Badoor's do You
- 15:49Speaker 1: I Arrest? Producers want to follow the aftermath of that
- 15:52Speaker 1: and how that has impacted the group. I'm also told
- 15:56Speaker 1: that Jennifer Praedonti is expected to return, and Taylor Armstrong
- 15:59Speaker 1: will be back as well. I'm hearing that is most
- 16:02Speaker 1: likely she will keep her Friend of Housewives World also
- 16:06Speaker 1: said Vicky Gunbolson, who appeared on season seventeen as a guest,
- 16:10Speaker 1: is also expected to return in some capacity. And that
- 16:13Speaker 1: same moment, I then saw something post on Instagram where
- 16:18Speaker 1: Vicky says and allegedly Vicky says something along the line
- 16:22Speaker 1: says I am complete, how like I'm going to be
- 16:25Speaker 1: a housewife or nothing.
- 16:26Speaker 2: Yeah, yeah, she did say that. I was going to
- 16:28Speaker 2: add that. I don't know if he saw that, but
- 16:29Speaker 2: she did, I think an article with US Weekly and
- 16:33Speaker 2: she said I will not go back unless it's full time,
- 16:37Speaker 2: which I feel is a little ballsy to put out there.
- 16:39Speaker 2: Like I think it's a.
- 16:40Speaker 1: Little ballsy to put out there when the last season
- 16:42Speaker 1: you ran away and said you don't want to be
- 16:44Speaker 1: involved in drama.
- 16:46Speaker 2: Well that's not going to help her that.
- 16:49Speaker 1: I mean, granted, you threw a little bit at Jen,
- 16:51Speaker 1: but who hadn't at that point right like exactly, that
- 16:54Speaker 1: was like a fricking I mean, there was so much
- 16:56Speaker 1: to throw, like come on, like.
- 17:00Speaker 2: A target with weights on it just laying there like exactly.
- 17:04Speaker 2: I mean, in what housewife world? If if you were
- 17:09Speaker 2: on Beverly Hill still and you were sent your friend
- 17:12Speaker 2: best friend and Kyle was sent a dick pic of
- 17:14Speaker 2: one of the cast member's boyfriend, would you talk about it?
- 17:17Speaker 1: Yes?
- 17:18Speaker 2: Yes, yes I would. It's so ridiculous.
- 17:22Speaker 1: I mean, I you know, I hope, I hope.
- 17:24Speaker 2: By the way, guys that are hating, you're welcome. Yeah,
- 17:27Speaker 2: you're welcome.
- 17:28Speaker 1: What do you say?
- 17:31Speaker 2: Interesting?
- 17:33Speaker 1: Uh? The next Housewife headline is Oh my god, the
- 17:38Speaker 1: Real Housewives of New York City Season fourteen reunion trailer
- 17:42Speaker 1: is here. The reunion is recreated set of Casa CHIPRIANII is.
- 17:49Speaker 2: That a restaurant?
- 17:50Speaker 1: There? Is that?
- 17:50Speaker 2: What it is? Oh my god? Past of all? When
- 17:56Speaker 2: is the reunion? Is it next week?
- 17:58Speaker 1: It's got to be because yeah, same sweet. Part one
- 18:02Speaker 1: of the reunion it airs October twenty second. We see
- 18:05Speaker 1: Uba accuse Jenna of being an authentic Jessel takes the
- 18:09Speaker 1: woman to task for speculating about her marriage, and Aaron
- 18:12Speaker 1: and Si get to the root of their ongoing feuds.
- 18:15Speaker 1: The second part of the reunion airs on October twenty ninth,
- 18:18Speaker 1: and will get even more emotional As tensions escalate, Say
- 18:21Speaker 1: talks about her relationship with her mom, as well as Brenn,
- 18:24Speaker 1: who expresses her fears about motherhood and breaks down when
- 18:27Speaker 1: sharing more about her early childhood. As Aaron and Si
- 18:31Speaker 1: try to find closure with Jessel, Uba sets the record
- 18:34Speaker 1: straight about the reason she was so upset with Aaron
- 18:37Speaker 1: and Anguila.
- 18:38Speaker 2: Can we talk about Si for a moment?
- 18:40Speaker 1: Sure?
- 18:41Speaker 2: So, Sy is somebody that's getting a lot of hate
- 18:43Speaker 2: on social media right now. I personally don't understand it.
- 18:48Speaker 2: It's the same people that complain that the shows aren't
- 18:51Speaker 2: exciting enough, and then when somebody speaks out and is
- 18:55Speaker 2: you know, activated and vocal, all of a sudden they
- 18:57Speaker 2: need to be fired. Like it's just these people out
- 19:00Speaker 2: there that super super fans. It's like, what are you doing?
- 19:03Speaker 2: What are you thinking? I think Si is an amazing housewife.
- 19:07Speaker 1: I know what would have made her an amazing housewife
- 19:10Speaker 1: is if she would have told bren on camera which
- 19:13Speaker 1: part about Uba, but she told her off camera that
- 19:20Speaker 1: is that I'm sorry that bugs me?
- 19:22Speaker 2: But aren't they just after filming they were out drinking
- 19:25Speaker 2: and it came out. Is that how it happened?
- 19:27Speaker 1: She was filmed. She filmed the scene with Aaron where
- 19:30Speaker 1: she kind of told erin a little bit. Then they
- 19:32Speaker 1: Brenn came and met up with them while they were
- 19:34Speaker 1: not filming. Yeah, and then side fully told, here's the.
- 19:38Speaker 2: Thing, but I don't blame her. How many times I
- 19:40Speaker 2: can't tell you how many times that the three of
- 19:42Speaker 2: us housewives have been out filming, and then filming stops,
- 19:45Speaker 2: and then we go on and we continue to drink,
- 19:47Speaker 2: and then all of a sudden, we start talking about
- 19:48Speaker 2: things that we probably shouldn't be talking about without the
- 19:51Speaker 2: cameras there, and then somebody brings it up. They also said, listen.
- 19:55Speaker 1: But if it's somebody talking about that, here's the thing,
- 19:57Speaker 1: I'm fine with that. I am fine with filling the
- 20:00Speaker 1: But if you tell somebody like she did, don't worry.
- 20:03Speaker 1: Your secret is safe with me one hundred percent. I
- 20:06Speaker 1: am not saying a word. I'm going to be silent
- 20:08Speaker 1: about it. I am not talking about it.
- 20:11Speaker 2: Yep to me. Then I'm like, you you're gonna say that, okay,
- 20:16Speaker 2: So she repeated what she heard.
- 20:19Speaker 1: She repeated what she was told by by her friend.
- 20:22Speaker 2: Are you talking about Brent or say? At this point
- 20:24Speaker 2: by cy So I have.
- 20:25Speaker 1: No issue with not friend's doing whatever. Sigh is messy.
- 20:30Speaker 2: Si is messy. That's what makes her a good housewife.
- 20:33Speaker 1: She does.
- 20:33Speaker 2: She's not afraid to speak up, she's not afraid to
- 20:36Speaker 2: make herself look bad, She's not afraid to do all
- 20:38Speaker 2: the things for the show. I mean, do I think
- 20:41Speaker 2: she does too much?
- 20:42Speaker 1: No?
- 20:43Speaker 2: I don't. I think she does just the amount of messy.
- 20:45Speaker 2: We see the just amount of what we need to see.
- 20:47Speaker 2: It was her home life. She's cute, she's spunky, she's funny.
- 20:51Speaker 2: I like her. I like her.
- 20:52Speaker 1: I mean I think I didn't have her, what will
- 20:54Speaker 1: we have this season? Nothing. We'd have Jenna who doesn't
- 20:58Speaker 1: want to be on the show. We have Uba who's
- 20:59Speaker 1: not showing her life.
- 21:01Speaker 2: And so, guys, stop bitching about the people that are
- 21:04Speaker 2: doing the most on these shows.
- 21:06Speaker 1: Do you? I mean other people?
- 21:07Speaker 2: Laundry.
- 21:08Speaker 1: There's things ab outside that bug me. But it means
- 21:11Speaker 1: doesn't mean I want her fired. It means I'm gonna
- 21:13Speaker 1: talk about it. But thank god, because if it wasn't
- 21:15Speaker 1: for her, what are we talking about?
- 21:17Speaker 2: We wouldn't talk about anything. Nothing. Well, Jessel's been kind
- 21:22Speaker 2: of a little bit of a breakout star recently.
- 21:25Speaker 1: Hold On, I thought that Rolling Stones cover and this
- 21:29Speaker 1: isn't any like shade or anything. I thought it was
- 21:32Speaker 1: like a fake thing. Is she really on the cover
- 21:35Speaker 1: of Rolling Stone?
- 21:36Speaker 2: I don't know if she's on the cover. I know
- 21:38Speaker 2: that she did like a big spread for them. I
- 21:41Speaker 2: mean that's huge, that's big. That's big. Another thing her
- 21:46Speaker 2: complaining about people speculating about her marriage. What's what we
- 21:50Speaker 2: do on this show? If I said to you, me
- 21:53Speaker 2: and Eddie haven't had sex for a year and a half,
- 21:55Speaker 2: who my cast would not speculate about the demise of
- 21:59Speaker 2: my marriage?
- 22:01Speaker 1: Yeah, it's just I know, I don't None of that
- 22:05Speaker 1: bothers me. I did think when she's taught, you know
- 22:09Speaker 1: she's talking about in the Rolling Stone article, all stuff
- 22:13Speaker 1: we kind of already heard. Where in the first episode
- 22:16Speaker 1: she's branded her husband cheap for not wanting two year
- 22:18Speaker 1: old twins to go to sixty thousand dollars a year preschool.
- 22:21Speaker 1: She's been a topic of conversation. She has been forced
- 22:25Speaker 1: to clarify that she didn't simply move to New York
- 22:27Speaker 1: City for the show after fan investigat I mean, all
- 22:30Speaker 1: this stuff we heard about on the when she was
- 22:32Speaker 1: on the pod. She told all of us this on
- 22:34Speaker 1: the pod.
- 22:35Speaker 2: I think you either my bill what is what is
- 22:37Speaker 2: her deal with living in Texas? And then when the
- 22:40Speaker 2: show starts she moved to New York.
- 22:42Speaker 1: She claims that it was actually La Texas, then La
- 22:47Speaker 1: something like that, and that they were already living in
- 22:51Speaker 1: New York. But also, I do would imagine casting wasn't
- 22:56Speaker 1: a super fast process.
- 22:58Speaker 2: No, I think it went on for a long time
- 23:00Speaker 2: time one time.
- 23:02Speaker 1: So who knows, we'll get We'll get more in New
- 23:04Speaker 1: York as we continue.
- 23:05Speaker 2: What I don't care about anymore is Kim Zolziak and Kroy.
- 23:09Speaker 2: I just don't. They're selling their Georgia mansion listed for
- 23:12Speaker 2: sale for six million dollars due to their nasty divorce.
- 23:16Speaker 2: Their home just hit the market for six million. It's
- 23:19Speaker 2: got seven bedrooms, eleven bathrooms, and a beautiful pool in
- 23:22Speaker 2: the backyard. They bought it back in twenty twelve for
- 23:24Speaker 2: eight hundred and eighty thousand. I'm sure it's it's mortgage
- 23:28Speaker 2: to the hills.
- 23:29Speaker 1: And do you think they've been adding a lot of
- 23:32Speaker 1: upgrades to it.
- 23:33Speaker 2: No, but six million, I don't know if that's quite
- 23:36Speaker 2: what the market is. I heard somewhere that it was
- 23:40Speaker 2: on the market for a lot cheaper before. So I
- 23:43Speaker 2: don't I think six millions a little steep for Georgia.
- 23:47Speaker 1: Right, I mean it's only is uh what? Well their
- 23:50Speaker 1: my house is only worth what people are going to
- 23:52Speaker 1: pay for, right.
- 23:53Speaker 2: I mean they're trying the hardest to sell it, but
- 23:54Speaker 2: the homeless schedules to go into foreclosure next month, says Kim.
- 23:57Speaker 2: Kim and Kroy are getting ahead of the auction, empting
- 24:00Speaker 2: to sell it themselves.
- 24:03Speaker 1: Well, not that this matters, because I guess this is
- 24:05Speaker 1: a different show. But I thought it was the show
- 24:07Speaker 1: that Kem Zulziac was on. But I heard House of
- 24:10Speaker 1: Villains is so good. Well, you know, I did to
- 24:14Speaker 1: watch it. I want to watch that. Johnny Bananas was
- 24:17Speaker 1: on Traders with me. Loved him. He's great, He's so
- 24:22Speaker 1: much fun. He's such a character, and I'm dying to
- 24:24Speaker 1: see the show.
- 24:26Speaker 2: That's good.
- 24:27Speaker 1: The next headline, I'm deceased because when you guys sent
- 24:32Speaker 1: it on the group chat, I actually truly believed that
- 24:37Speaker 1: Noela was engaged to Kyle from Summer House.
- 24:41Speaker 2: Oh my gosh, Now this is a guy that she
- 24:44Speaker 2: has like dating off and on and He's actually a
- 24:50Speaker 2: really nice guy from what I've heard. I have some
- 24:52Speaker 2: friends that are friends with him, really really nice guy. So, well,
- 24:56Speaker 2: congratulations to Noela. He's very successful. He's he's he started
- 25:01Speaker 2: one of the biggest clothing brands. And I can't remember
- 25:03Speaker 2: what it was. It was something like it was something
- 25:05Speaker 2: like Affliction or something like that back in the Yeah.
- 25:08Speaker 1: Like one of those things. Well, it's a missed opportunity
- 25:10Speaker 1: because if she was engaged to Kyle the way that
- 25:14Speaker 1: I thought she was, he creates a lot of drama.
- 25:18Speaker 1: She'd right be right back on a show somewhere.
- 25:20Speaker 2: But well, I would love to see her on the show.
- 25:25Speaker 2: But why did I think that?
- 25:26Speaker 1: Did somebody put a meme and call him Kyle from
- 25:29Speaker 1: Summerhouse or did I just maybe quit?
- 25:31Speaker 2: Probably the bullet, the mullet and the bleach bond hair,
- 25:36Speaker 2: the bleachlond hair, and the Angie sunglasses he's wearing.
- 25:41Speaker 1: Okay, well, congratulations to her.
- 25:45Speaker 2: Congratulations Noella.
- 25:47Speaker 1: Our last headline is watch what Happens Live with Jenna Alliance.
- 25:54Speaker 1: So do you think she's the one and done?
- 25:58Speaker 2: I think that she's going to exit herself. I don't
- 26:00Speaker 2: think that they're gonna tell her goodbye. But I think
- 26:02Speaker 2: that you know, she didn't give a lot, She wasn't
- 26:05Speaker 2: interested in given a lot. She doesn't even want to
- 26:06Speaker 2: talk about her relationships, and that's a problem. Like, if
- 26:11Speaker 2: she's that private, I think that she's successful, she's well known.
- 26:16Speaker 2: Does she really need the show?
- 26:18Speaker 1: Well? I think also when she said, oh, they just
- 26:20Speaker 1: gave me such a hard time about the flying coach thing,
- 26:23Speaker 1: I was thinking they didn't really that really didn't. They
- 26:27Speaker 1: kind of beat around the bush compared to like, I
- 26:30Speaker 1: feel like I've seen them go. I mean, they've gone
- 26:32Speaker 1: after Aaron five million times harder than they've gone after her.
- 26:36Speaker 1: I don't think they've ever gone after Jenna that hard.
- 26:38Speaker 2: I really don't.
- 26:39Speaker 1: But she did give a little props to Orange County
- 26:43Speaker 1: because somebody said, you were the first to wear jeans
- 26:47Speaker 1: to reunion and she said, actually no, on the first
- 26:49Speaker 1: season reunion of Real Housewives of Orange County, they wore
- 26:52Speaker 1: jeans in skyshirt.
- 26:54Speaker 2: Does she understand that was eighteen years ago? Like her,
- 26:57Speaker 2: of all people, she's in fashion.
- 26:59Speaker 1: But yeah, I.
- 27:02Speaker 2: Mean I would love to wear I would love to
- 27:03Speaker 2: wear sweats to the reunion.
- 27:04Speaker 1: I'd love to wear this Equinox ninety one sweatshirt that
- 27:07Speaker 1: I've had for one jillion years that I saw from
- 27:09Speaker 1: my friend latal.
- 27:10Speaker 2: I have my Amazon tracksuit on right now. I look
- 27:14Speaker 2: like I'm going to the Olympics.
- 27:17Speaker 1: You know what, maybe you could. What sport are you
- 27:19Speaker 1: gonna do? Shit talking?
- 27:21Speaker 2: Shit talking? If that shit talking was a sport, I'd
- 27:24Speaker 2: probably win.
- 27:25Speaker 1: You would. She also says, but this is where it
- 27:28Speaker 1: made me think she she dodges the questions about if
- 27:31Speaker 1: she's engaged, but then they said, what is your thorn
- 27:36Speaker 1: of the season, and she says the whole show.
- 27:40Speaker 2: Well, then that's not good. That makes me believe that
- 27:43Speaker 2: she's not coming back.
- 27:44Speaker 1: Okay, so let's take a little break and we'll come
- 27:46Speaker 1: back and we will talk about Real Housewives of New York.
- 28:00Speaker 1: So it starts off with a gripping portion of Aaron
- 28:04Speaker 1: and Uba meet up and ride bumper cars. Okay, first, well,
- 28:08Speaker 1: I've never seen those bumper cars bumper cars on It
- 28:11Speaker 1: actually seemed somewhat dangerous that you could bump your car
- 28:14Speaker 1: into where other people are ice skating.
- 28:17Speaker 2: Yeah, but I've never seen that. Like, I've been to
- 28:19Speaker 2: New York so many times, and I'm assuming that's right
- 28:21Speaker 2: there in Rockefeller Center, never seen the bumper cars.
- 28:28Speaker 1: They talk about Povet saying, she lets me do what
- 28:30Speaker 1: I want About Jessel, Aaron says that was an opportunity
- 28:33Speaker 1: for him to say something nice about his wife. Uba
- 28:37Speaker 1: thinks that was the most loving thing they could say,
- 28:40Speaker 1: and then Uba tells Aarin that she did not like
- 28:43Speaker 1: that David kept asking her why she isn't married. Uba
- 28:46Speaker 1: says that at some point she will be ready to
- 28:48Speaker 1: tell everyone about her boyfriend, but right now, the only
- 28:51Speaker 1: person who knows is sign. Do you agree with Uba
- 28:55Speaker 1: that a man asking you why you're not married yet
- 28:57Speaker 1: is offensive?
- 28:58Speaker 2: No? So, I mean depends on what his tone was,
- 29:02Speaker 2: But I mean it could be like, why are you
- 29:04Speaker 2: not married? Like you're hot? I don't, I can't. How
- 29:08Speaker 2: was his tone? I think that was on it was
- 29:10Speaker 2: it on the episode? Yeah, you're such a catch.
- 29:13Speaker 1: I mean, here's the thing. Is it a kind of
- 29:15Speaker 1: an outdated question to ask a woman? Yes? Do I
- 29:19Speaker 1: think that she was really offended?
- 29:22Speaker 2: No?
- 29:22Speaker 1: Because in the episode, you see when he like comes
- 29:25Speaker 1: up and apologizes, she whispers something in his ear. Yeah,
- 29:29Speaker 1: and I think she's telling him like, oh my gosh,
- 29:31Speaker 1: it's not a big like and my because he then
- 29:34Speaker 1: he was like, oh love you, like something like that happened.
- 29:37Speaker 1: So I think she was just looking for a ship
- 29:38Speaker 1: to talk. Was that side?
- 29:40Speaker 2: Was that SI's husband that said it?
- 29:42Speaker 1: Yes?
- 29:45Speaker 2: I was just blown away. The uber actually got a
- 29:47Speaker 2: new confessional look in the season finale.
- 29:50Speaker 1: But also what a great one it was too. I
- 29:53Speaker 1: mean it was a good one. But I was thinking,
- 29:55Speaker 1: did Aaron bumper head too many times on the bumper cars?
- 29:58Speaker 1: Because that's actually not even really what Povat said. Oh really, Yeah,
- 30:03Speaker 1: he didn't say she lets me do what I want,
- 30:06Speaker 1: she said. I mean he said, you know she It
- 30:10Speaker 1: was something more along the lines of like she lets
- 30:12Speaker 1: me be who I am. Like, it wasn't like, yeah,
- 30:16Speaker 1: it wasn't like, oh I get to do what out
- 30:17Speaker 1: of the hell I want.
- 30:18Speaker 2: But I mean, let's face it, he doesn't do his
- 30:21Speaker 2: wife any favor or himself any favors when he talks
- 30:23Speaker 2: about his wife, like he.
- 30:24Speaker 1: Doesn't do himself any favors when he talks about anyone.
- 30:27Speaker 1: He called cy bipolar, then retracted and then called her
- 30:30Speaker 1: a bitch. Yeah, I mean I don't like when men
- 30:34Speaker 1: use the word bitch about a woman.
- 30:35Speaker 2: I don't like when men go after women like that,
- 30:38Speaker 2: like it's it's just such a little bit to move.
- 30:43Speaker 1: We hate when people use bitch, you bitch a little
- 30:46Speaker 1: bit to move. Well. Jess Jessel tells Uba and Jenna
- 30:50Speaker 1: that Aaron and Ci are trying to poke holes in
- 30:53Speaker 1: her marriage and they've gone too far. Uba asked if
- 30:56Speaker 1: she will speak to Aaron and Ci at Brn's birthday.
- 30:58Speaker 1: Jessel says, if she does address it, it will be
- 31:01Speaker 1: short and sweet. At this point, if you were Jessel,
- 31:04Speaker 1: how would you even approach Aaron inside?
- 31:08Speaker 2: I'd make the most of it. It's a season finale.
- 31:10Speaker 2: Let's get in there and just tear it up. But
- 31:13Speaker 2: I here's what I don't know. I feel like.
- 31:16Speaker 1: Jessel talks a big game when she's talking to Povet
- 31:20Speaker 1: or to the other women, like what she's gonna.
- 31:22Speaker 2: Do, but she doesn't really do much.
- 31:24Speaker 1: And then she comes in and she doesn't. I think
- 31:27Speaker 1: the problem is she doesn't make good points, like for
- 31:31Speaker 1: someone who's been taking notes all damn season.
- 31:34Speaker 2: She's taking notes, what are the notes for? So she
- 31:37Speaker 2: remembers at the reunion, Yeah, I do that, well, I
- 31:40Speaker 2: do that after each filming. I will if it's a
- 31:42Speaker 2: group filming, I'll put just notes because I forget things,
- 31:45Speaker 2: and then of course when you next time you meet,
- 31:47Speaker 2: you have to talk about things.
- 31:48Speaker 1: Well, so I get it, but she's taken those notes
- 31:51Speaker 1: on camera, then you should come in and have what
- 31:54Speaker 1: you want to say, like at least like I mean,
- 31:57Speaker 1: even not on television. If I'm in an argument with
- 31:59Speaker 1: someone one, I'm going to have some generalized points I'm
- 32:03Speaker 1: going to make make she comes in, and then it's
- 32:05Speaker 1: just the same like up and arms, like you know,
- 32:08Speaker 1: and then trying to act too cool when clearly you
- 32:10Speaker 1: do care what these women things.
- 32:12Speaker 2: Yeah, we want to hear your points, Jessel. We want
- 32:15Speaker 2: to hear it, Jessel.
- 32:17Speaker 1: Did you also notice that once again they're showing brand
- 32:21Speaker 1: doing a random activity by herself.
- 32:24Speaker 2: You know what, Brenn can do no wrong. In my eyes,
- 32:27Speaker 2: she's just the cute. There's so many aspects about her
- 32:30Speaker 2: that I just love. She's cute, she's she's funny, she's quirky.
- 32:34Speaker 2: She can get away with hanging out with the boys
- 32:36Speaker 2: the husbands and being like I just want to hang
- 32:39Speaker 2: out with you, like I'm so sweet and cute. I
- 32:41Speaker 2: don't know, I just find her so intriguing, so much art.
- 32:45Speaker 1: Word chess, tarot, card reading, wreaths, making book, she loves bowling.
- 32:51Speaker 2: She's at the bookstore.
- 32:53Speaker 1: English literature, Like, what doesn't this woman do?
- 32:56Speaker 2: And I didn't realize until today she's tall.
- 33:00Speaker 1: Oh I thought she seemed she always seems like the
- 33:01Speaker 1: same height as Uba to.
- 33:03Speaker 2: Me, she seems really tall. Yeah, I'm like, oh, she
- 33:06Speaker 2: was standing next to I think side, I'm like, what
- 33:08Speaker 2: whoa girl?
- 33:10Speaker 1: I know? I agree. Then Aaron and Sigo shopping for
- 33:13Speaker 1: a costume. The fact that Si thought Aaron was going
- 33:17Speaker 1: to be frightened walking into the costume store at the
- 33:20Speaker 1: guy going. Aaron's like, oh, that's really scary. Like Ci
- 33:25Speaker 1: had her phone like she was like ready for it
- 33:27Speaker 1: to be an instant moment. She's like, yes, I'm gonna
- 33:29Speaker 1: put this on social media, and Aaron's like, yeah, I've
- 33:32Speaker 1: been here a thousand times on social media.
- 33:35Speaker 2: Then the tap here for the link to buy this
- 33:38Speaker 2: scary guy.
- 33:42Speaker 1: Well, Aaron tells Si that she's just that she is
- 33:45Speaker 1: surprised and disgusted to learn that Jessel called her a
- 33:47Speaker 1: pet parent.
- 33:48Speaker 2: Would that be surprised and disgusted? Would you be surprised
- 33:53Speaker 2: and disgusted if I called you a pet parrot.
- 33:55Speaker 1: No, actually, like what I repeat things and so I
- 33:59Speaker 1: don't know, Like, so who doesn't who doesn't That's the
- 34:02Speaker 1: nature of the show. Then Erin also tells SI that
- 34:06Speaker 1: Uba is upset that David kept asking her why she's single.
- 34:09Speaker 1: Says that David was saying it in. SI says that
- 34:12Speaker 1: David was saying in a complimentary way, UBA's the full package.
- 34:16Speaker 1: SI says Uba is happy because she's dating someone. At
- 34:20Speaker 1: this point, this is where I think what's getting lost
- 34:24Speaker 1: in translation because the on camera, off camera stuff. SI
- 34:28Speaker 1: says that Uba is happy because she is dating someone.
- 34:30Speaker 1: Erin is shocked and asked to it is. SI says
- 34:33Speaker 1: this is UBA's personal business and she shouldn't have said anything.
- 34:37Speaker 1: Erin has bothered that Uba told Ci before her. This
- 34:40Speaker 1: is where I wonder, okay, So granted, yes, Uba did
- 34:44Speaker 1: tell Sy on camera, so it's already been out there
- 34:47Speaker 1: in some capacity. However, Si responds, she won't tell anyone.
- 34:52Speaker 1: I think the issue is and I think that Sia
- 34:55Speaker 1: is very smart and realizes this. Of course, Aarin is
- 34:59Speaker 1: going to be offended that Uba hasn't told her because
- 35:02Speaker 1: they were I'm sorry I were if we were filming
- 35:08Speaker 1: something together, and all of a sudden, Heather du Brow
- 35:13Speaker 1: came and told you something about me, and that I
- 35:16Speaker 1: told her in confidence and I hadn't told you. Would
- 35:19Speaker 1: you not be like, that's a little weird.
- 35:21Speaker 2: Yeah, that's weird. That's weird. I have a question that
- 35:23Speaker 2: for sure. But that side moving storyline line along, you know.
- 35:28Speaker 2: That's why it's like, people leave her alone. Do you
- 35:30Speaker 2: want to watch a boring show?
- 35:32Speaker 1: No? But I think you can also still talk about it.
- 35:34Speaker 1: You can also, for sure. I wish at this point
- 35:38Speaker 1: Si maybe would have been like, Uba, I can't keep this,
- 35:41Speaker 1: like before Brends, I can't keep the secret. I let
- 35:43Speaker 1: it go. Blah blah blah. They could have their own issue.
- 35:46Speaker 1: Then Brenn could have come up. It could have been
- 35:48Speaker 1: another thing, like there was a way to handle it.
- 35:50Speaker 1: But instead of side twice saying oops, it slipped out,
- 35:54Speaker 1: it didn't slip out twice.
- 35:55Speaker 2: It slipped out once. The other one was kind of forced. Yeah,
- 36:00Speaker 2: but I'm glad she did. I would have to say
- 36:04Speaker 2: that this season finale did not to me feel like
- 36:07Speaker 2: a season finale. When I played the first twenty minutes,
- 36:10Speaker 2: I'm like, you know, because I knew that I had
- 36:12Speaker 2: missed a couple in Scotland, and I'm like, is this like,
- 36:15Speaker 2: this can't be the season finale. It just seemed like
- 36:17Speaker 2: a regular episode and then oops, we have a little
- 36:19Speaker 2: party at the end.
- 36:20Speaker 1: Well the end is when it started to feel like
- 36:23Speaker 1: the season finale, Like I got a bury for the reunion.
- 36:26Speaker 1: But why do you think Si actually told Aaron about Uber?
- 36:31Speaker 1: Like do you think if we're going deep into size psyche,
- 36:35Speaker 1: do you think she's a little vindictive or you think
- 36:39Speaker 1: she didn't like that Uba was coming for her husband.
- 36:42Speaker 1: And that's why I.
- 36:43Speaker 2: Think I has a little she can be vindictive. I
- 36:46Speaker 2: think that she is a smart ass. She goes for
- 36:49Speaker 2: the joke, she's you know, she she's doing all the
- 36:54Speaker 2: things that she can do on the show, And like
- 36:56Speaker 2: I said, I appreciate that. I think she knew exactly
- 36:59Speaker 2: what she was doing and I don't hate her for it. Well,
- 37:02Speaker 2: if you're on a reality show, you're you know, you
- 37:05Speaker 2: can't be like Jenna, and you can't be like like
- 37:09Speaker 2: Uba and just be like, you know, I'm not going
- 37:12Speaker 2: to talk about my relationships right like we have.
- 37:16Speaker 1: Don't find it curious that she said this right after
- 37:19Speaker 1: Aaron opened up about Uba being upset at size husband. Yeah,
- 37:23Speaker 1: but that's why I feel like it was a little
- 37:26Speaker 1: you look.
- 37:27Speaker 2: I want to see the relationship. I want to be
- 37:30Speaker 2: able to normalize this. I want to be able to
- 37:33Speaker 2: have discussions about it. So I want to know these things.
- 37:37Speaker 2: I want to see them. And like I said, we
- 37:38Speaker 2: want to normalize this, but protecting it and not showing it.
- 37:42Speaker 2: It's like, Okay, I.
- 37:44Speaker 1: Think I think that is what we've always said. If
- 37:47Speaker 1: you come into this show and you already have a
- 37:50Speaker 1: certain amount of influence and money, you are able to
- 37:54Speaker 1: only show percentage of your life. And Jenna Alliance has
- 37:58Speaker 1: made that stance, Like she said, she's not come I
- 38:00Speaker 1: to Bravo con she said the entire season was her thorn,
- 38:03Speaker 1: and then when Andy even asked about the giant diamond
- 38:06Speaker 1: ring on her finger, she gave no information.
- 38:09Speaker 2: Then she needs to go. I mean, I hate to
- 38:11Speaker 2: say that about anybody. I like her as a person,
- 38:14Speaker 2: but you sometimes reality TV is not for everybody. And
- 38:18Speaker 2: just because maybe you're not good reality TV doesn't make
- 38:21Speaker 2: you a bad person, actually probably makes you very normal.
- 38:24Speaker 1: I actually maybe a little bit good reality TV. And
- 38:27Speaker 1: moments like there are parts where I really love watching her.
- 38:30Speaker 1: I'm intrigued. I just want more.
- 38:33Speaker 2: Well, if she's not willing to give more, should she
- 38:36Speaker 2: stay on the show.
- 38:37Speaker 1: Well, I think what will happen is the other woman
- 38:39Speaker 1: will start to resent her, and then they'll stop doing
- 38:42Speaker 1: their jobs because well I hope, Like, why do we
- 38:44Speaker 1: have to if this one doesn't?
- 38:47Speaker 2: What do you think is going to happen to the
- 38:49Speaker 2: Real Housewives of New York next season? Do you have
- 38:51Speaker 2: any predictions on what you think and it's going to
- 38:54Speaker 2: go on casting? Do you think that they're possibly going
- 38:57Speaker 2: to bring back an original?
- 39:00Speaker 1: I hope they did not bring it up. I do
- 39:01Speaker 1: not think it makes sense to have the original with
- 39:04Speaker 1: this cast. I don't hope either. I don't either.
- 39:06Speaker 2: I don't think there's in any world that any of
- 39:09Speaker 2: these ogs from New York would fit in with this
- 39:12Speaker 2: group at all. But I did see on a social media.
- 39:15Speaker 1: That the Legacy's coming out.
- 39:17Speaker 2: It is coming out. But I also saw that some
- 39:19Speaker 2: of the girls from New York were hanging out with
- 39:21Speaker 2: some of the OG's.
- 39:22Speaker 1: Oh yeah, I saw lun Luan and.
- 39:24Speaker 2: Derinda, So it'd be interesting to see how how that
- 39:28Speaker 2: I mean?
- 39:29Speaker 1: I think there are two separate shows readily available that
- 39:31Speaker 1: I would be interested in watching. But do I think
- 39:33Speaker 1: we should try to morph the two casts together?
- 39:36Speaker 2: No, well, I'm hoping that Ultimate Girls Trip goes well
- 39:40Speaker 2: and that that this can be a reoccurring every season.
- 39:43Speaker 2: You know that the cast of Ultimate Girls Trip.
- 39:46Speaker 1: Yeah, I agree too. And then after Brent tells Povt
- 39:51Speaker 1: that she didn't like when he called Sie bipolar, Pavitt
- 39:56Speaker 1: says he didn't mean it like that. Si says that
- 39:58Speaker 1: is very offensive because her mother was bipolar. Bren says
- 40:02Speaker 1: that after Pavit took it back, he called Sy a bitch.
- 40:06Speaker 2: That's that's not okay. I'm sorry, I mean, it's not okay.
- 40:11Speaker 1: I I feel like the issue, which also makes some
- 40:16Speaker 1: good television. But Pavit like really doesn't think through anything.
- 40:20Speaker 1: He says, I don't think Jessel was lying about the
- 40:23Speaker 1: date when it comes to Pavit going to Vietnam. I
- 40:28Speaker 1: think she was just saying it's coming up, blah blah blah,
- 40:31Speaker 1: like all of this, and I'm really kind of sick
- 40:33Speaker 1: of hearing about it. But Povat calling another woman a
- 40:37Speaker 1: fing b yeah, I don't.
- 40:39Speaker 2: I don't like that at all. I do not like
- 40:41Speaker 2: I think that that's just shows character any guy that's
- 40:43Speaker 2: getting on social media or going on the show and
- 40:47Speaker 2: calling women bipolar and a bitch, and it's just it's
- 40:51Speaker 2: just it's just a little bitch move, a little bitch move.
- 40:55Speaker 1: I did appreciate that it's Brin's birthday and she's like, listen, guys,
- 41:00Speaker 1: we're here to work. I'm gonna I'm gonna bring out
- 41:03Speaker 1: my spoon and I'm a ladle.
- 41:07Speaker 2: And let's get this banale done. Bitches, Yeah, let's go.
- 41:10Speaker 2: I want to celebrate my birthday. I went the music pumping.
- 41:13Speaker 1: She's like, we came here to work. We did not
- 41:15Speaker 1: come here to celebrate me, clearly because I only only
- 41:18Speaker 1: invited the cast and a couple of other people.
- 41:22Speaker 2: I think Brent did a great job stirring up this episode.
- 41:26Speaker 2: She was being messy, just the amount of right of messy.
- 41:30Speaker 2: And then when everybody's like I'm leaving and she's like,
- 41:33Speaker 2: oh okay.
- 41:35Speaker 1: Not even a said after she like, you know, has
- 41:39Speaker 1: the whole sit that's all air our grievances and everyone's
- 41:41Speaker 1: fighting and she's throwing everybody under the bus. And then
- 41:45Speaker 1: she's fighting with say saying you told me on camera
- 41:49Speaker 1: I love that they broke the fourth water.
- 41:51Speaker 2: I know, good job, Bravo, good job. But are you
- 41:56Speaker 2: telling me on camera? No it wasn't.
- 41:58Speaker 1: Yes, it was on camera. But I still can't wrap
- 42:03Speaker 1: my head around why UBA's not upset at side but
- 42:07Speaker 1: she's upset at Brin.
- 42:09Speaker 2: I don't.
- 42:09Speaker 1: I don't understand.
- 42:10Speaker 2: I want to know why she's upset because somebody said
- 42:13Speaker 2: she's dating somebody who cares.
- 42:16Speaker 1: I know. This makes us want to go to all
- 42:18Speaker 1: other kind of rumors, like like googling married men in Connecticut,
- 42:24Speaker 1: like that's the problem. Makes it seem like there's something wrong.
- 42:27Speaker 2: Oh do you think there's something No.
- 42:29Speaker 1: I don't. I don't think there's anything wrong. But making
- 42:32Speaker 1: it such a big deal. It's not like she said
- 42:33Speaker 1: his name or showed.
- 42:34Speaker 2: He showed a picture anything like that. Like, I just
- 42:38Speaker 2: I don't get it.
- 42:39Speaker 1: What fain like super famous guys live in Connecticut. Oh
- 42:42Speaker 1: my gosh, Michael Bolton lives in Connecticut and fifty fifty
- 42:47Speaker 1: cent lives in Connecticut.
- 42:49Speaker 2: Let me call Let me call them and see what's going.
- 42:51Speaker 1: Hold on, let me get hi, mister Bolton. Are you
- 42:56Speaker 1: dating Teddy Royave? Yeah, Teddy, Yeah, Teddy Joe Meline Camp
- 42:59Speaker 1: John mell and camp daughter, as Tamer likes to say.
- 43:01Speaker 2: Yeah, yeah, oh yeah, use that, use that.
- 43:04Speaker 1: I was just curious. Do you watch the Real Housewives
- 43:06Speaker 1: of New York? Do you still have long hair? And
- 43:10Speaker 1: do you date someone named Uba? Oh? Justin Timberlake also
- 43:14Speaker 1: has a home in Connecticut.
- 43:15Speaker 2: Okay, Justin Timberlake's married scandal scandal. Oh, look at us
- 43:21Speaker 2: starting rumors right now, right now? Okay, if you're not
- 43:26Speaker 2: gonna tell us, the twats are going to figure it out.
- 43:28Speaker 1: So far, we've narrowed down UBA's boyfriends from Connecticut to.
- 43:32Speaker 2: Michael Bolton and who was the other fifty cent? And
- 43:36Speaker 2: Justin Timberlake. Well, I think that we should do a
- 43:38Speaker 2: podcast from Connecticut and we're gonna figure it out.
- 43:41Speaker 1: We're going to get our at one of these gentlemen's homes.
- 43:44Speaker 1: I wonder who we haven't end with. Okay, anyway, Then
- 43:50Speaker 1: we continue on. Aaron dressed up as a pet parrot.
- 43:53Speaker 1: Jenna thinks it's hilarious move. I didn't think it was
- 43:56Speaker 1: that funny. I didn't really care. Did you think it
- 43:59Speaker 1: was hilarious? No?
- 44:00Speaker 2: But nothing really was going on. I mean, thank God
- 44:03Speaker 2: for brn. She she tried to get things going. I mean, cute,
- 44:09Speaker 2: you dress up like a parrot.
- 44:11Speaker 1: But what about how UBA's on the phone and bren
- 44:15Speaker 1: Yelle's Hell, Uba, I heard you've got a man in Connecticut.
- 44:22Speaker 2: I love her like just her voice, I love everything
- 44:25Speaker 2: about her.
- 44:27Speaker 1: I mean it was supposed to be confidential. But then
- 44:30Speaker 1: why did Uba go where's Connecticut? That? Like? Uba, you
- 44:34Speaker 1: know you already said you drive there.
- 44:37Speaker 2: But don't you think the fact that they're fighting over this,
- 44:38Speaker 2: there's just grasping for straws, Like, really, you're fighting over
- 44:42Speaker 2: a man that lives in Connecticut that UBA's dating.
- 44:45Speaker 1: Well, semantic sigh is trying everything she can to push
- 44:49Speaker 1: the fault on bren.
- 44:51Speaker 2: Yeah, but don't you think bren is Do you think
- 44:53Speaker 2: Brenn is in the wrong here completely? I mean it's
- 44:56Speaker 2: very gay. I think, Yeah, why be on a reality
- 44:59Speaker 2: show if you're not If you're gonna hide your life
- 45:01Speaker 2: and not show your real.
- 45:03Speaker 1: Well, UBA's in the wrong. First, Uba, you signed up
- 45:07Speaker 1: to do the show. You're gonna start dating somebody new?
- 45:09Speaker 1: Put him on the show or don't be on the show.
- 45:11Speaker 1: That's why I feel about it, or at least talk
- 45:13Speaker 1: about him. Give us give him some context, but just
- 45:17Speaker 1: playing coy you're messing with you know Max? Then Sy
- 45:21Speaker 1: I just the last person I would blame is Brett agreed.
- 45:26Speaker 2: Thank God for Bret, Thank God good.
- 45:30Speaker 1: I think it'll be a good reunion. But ladies read
- 45:32Speaker 1: their can we read out their final? Uh? Yeah?
- 45:37Speaker 2: What are they called? So their eulogesus? Eo Uba says.
- 45:43Speaker 2: The only man she wants investing in her life is
- 45:46Speaker 2: mister c T. He recently crossed state line to meet
- 45:49Speaker 2: the other ladies.
- 45:52Speaker 1: Oh my gosh, oh really could be Michael Bolton. SI
- 45:57Speaker 1: still has her mom's ashes in the closet, but plan
- 46:00Speaker 1: to bury them on the grounds of her new summer
- 46:02Speaker 1: home in upstate New York. She's excited to host the
- 46:05Speaker 1: girls for the weekend. Everyone's invited except Brent.
- 46:09Speaker 2: Oh come off phase stop, Jess and Poppit compromise on
- 46:13Speaker 2: the thirty five thousand dollars school, but baby number three
- 46:18Speaker 2: is still in negotiation.
- 46:20Speaker 1: But also I want to know, is this thirty five
- 46:22Speaker 1: thousand dollars a try child? In total? I'm still up
- 46:25Speaker 1: to six or sixty thousand.
- 46:27Speaker 2: Yeah.
- 46:29Speaker 1: Aaron left up and Coming Tribeca to move closer to
- 46:33Speaker 1: her kids' school. She's busy planning her next big party
- 46:36Speaker 1: to celebrate the launch of her new Mescal line.
- 46:39Speaker 2: Okay, is mescal? Is that tequila?
- 46:41Speaker 1: Tequila?
- 46:42Speaker 2: I think everybody has a damn tequila line at this point.
- 46:44Speaker 1: Well, Marisol has one, but I don't know if it's Mescal.
- 46:47Speaker 1: But she did it with Pitbull, Like that's a big flex.
- 46:49Speaker 2: That's a big flex, Marisol. I want some of your tequila.
- 46:53Speaker 2: I want to try it. Jenna has a new venture,
- 46:56Speaker 2: a romantic one, and this time she's not keeping it
- 46:58Speaker 2: a secret. They became in Europe and definitely did not
- 47:01Speaker 2: fly coach. What did we are we able to flash
- 47:04Speaker 2: that picture of them?
- 47:06Speaker 1: I mean we see, we've seen a picture of the girlfriend.
- 47:10Speaker 1: The girl. Well, we don't know if it's a girlfriend
- 47:12Speaker 1: or fiance.
- 47:13Speaker 2: Oh that's right, because there is a ring. But we're
- 47:15Speaker 2: not talking about it.
- 47:16Speaker 1: Yeah, so we're not talking about it. I don't care.
- 47:19Speaker 1: But then bren had a hot even Brent's final eulogy
- 47:23Speaker 1: or whatever we're calling it, it's just it cracked me up.
- 47:27Speaker 1: Brenn had a hot girl summer. To prepare for a
- 47:29Speaker 1: very cold fall. She's freezing her eggs in Switzerland to
- 47:32Speaker 1: store her eggs where the rich store their money, like
- 47:35Speaker 1: you know, clearly Brenn actually wrote hers.
- 47:38Speaker 2: Okay, first of all, why would you freeze your eggs
- 47:41Speaker 2: in Switzerland? What's the benefit of that.
- 47:43Speaker 1: I don't think she's actually freezing her eggs in Switzerland.
- 47:46Speaker 1: It's it's a joke. Oh my god, I didn't. I
- 47:49Speaker 1: didn't wrong.
- 47:50Speaker 2: Well, I don't. People do weird things.
- 47:52Speaker 1: The band thoughts are all pretty much the same. Bren
- 47:54Speaker 1: showed herself to be Real Housewives of New York's bone collector.
- 47:57Speaker 1: I actually think being a bone collector is a good job.
- 48:00Speaker 2: Yeah, shut up, like seriously, like, let her be Uba
- 48:03Speaker 2: shouldn't be allowed to hide her personal life. We agree,
- 48:06Speaker 2: and Size entered her villain era. Oh please, villain villain Dylan,
- 48:11Speaker 2: shut up, people. If you want to have good TV,
- 48:14Speaker 2: you need to have somebody moving story. Stop calling them villains.
- 48:17Speaker 1: From what I don't mind the world, I would prefer
- 48:19Speaker 1: villain over mean girls. I don't like that.
- 48:21Speaker 2: She's not even being mean, she's doing her job these
- 48:27Speaker 2: Oh yeah, super fancy.
- 48:29Speaker 1: We must get a little bit more on her and
- 48:31Speaker 1: then we'll be able to kind of go from there.
- 48:34Speaker 1: All right, let's take a quick little break and we
- 48:36Speaker 1: will come back to talk about all things Salt Lake City.
- 48:49Speaker 1: We are back to talk about the Real Housewives of
- 48:52Speaker 1: Salt Lake City. I may sound muffled to you, but
- 48:55Speaker 1: it's because I'm wearing a pair of Angie sunglasses that
- 48:58Speaker 1: she sent us.
- 48:59Speaker 2: Yes, I'm thinking they might be for sale pretty soon, right,
- 49:02Speaker 2: because feeling everybody, I have a hard time breathing.
- 49:08Speaker 1: It's fogging up andreath.
- 49:14Speaker 2: Angie, I think you need to I can't even change
- 49:17Speaker 2: how do you drink? So let's talk about Angie's sunglasses
- 49:21Speaker 2: this season? Okay, okay, So Eddie was wearing they look
- 49:28Speaker 2: like goggles, but they're by Oakley, and I looked at him.
- 49:30Speaker 2: All I can think about is Angie. Now I'm like, oh,
- 49:32Speaker 2: it's ruined it for me.
- 49:33Speaker 1: Anyone that comes in my vision that has a big
- 49:37Speaker 1: pair of sunglasses on, I immediately think of Angie. So
- 49:40Speaker 1: that means she's doing something there. I mean, they've reached
- 49:43Speaker 1: a season high and ratings. Things are going great, yes,
- 49:48Speaker 1: and that regard between the big sunglasses and getting out.
- 49:52Speaker 1: I don't know a thousand dollars, if not more than ones.
- 49:55Speaker 1: Andrew's killing it this season.
- 49:57Speaker 2: But when you talk about ratings, I let off. People go, oh,
- 50:00Speaker 2: the ratings are horrible across the board. Well, you guys,
- 50:03Speaker 2: they actually release the ratings for Selic City. The streaming ratings,
- 50:08Speaker 2: they're like at one point three. And I can't even
- 50:10Speaker 2: imagine like they're they're ratings on cable TV or whatever
- 50:13Speaker 2: they're called. I don't know how you explain it.
- 50:15Speaker 1: I don't know.
- 50:15Speaker 2: I think maybe one point eight. Maybe you're right. I mean,
- 50:20Speaker 2: the people out there like the ratio stuff. You're not
- 50:23Speaker 2: educated on how they're done anymore. They're different. You don't go.
- 50:27Speaker 1: But if people are being paid and the show's doing well,
- 50:31Speaker 1: what do you care about the rain?
- 50:32Speaker 2: I know, I know, so I would say Orange Counties
- 50:36Speaker 2: streaming are probably three million, probably not three million.
- 50:40Speaker 1: I hate to be the bearer of bad news, but
- 50:42Speaker 1: I really can't breathe in this thing. Okay, Angie, So
- 50:45Speaker 1: cheers to you, Thank you so much for this and
- 50:47Speaker 1: the shampoo and conditioner. We're cheers in with a sparkling
- 50:51Speaker 1: water in a Celsius.
- 50:51Speaker 2: But oh what, WHOA?
- 50:55Speaker 1: How do you fight these things?
- 50:58Speaker 2: Oh?
- 50:58Speaker 1: God? I mean, granted, I think hers are Gucci and
- 51:01Speaker 1: ours are like six dollars from Amazon. I feel like
- 51:03Speaker 1: I some when I entered the Big Brother House, they
- 51:06Speaker 1: gave me something like this. I think that was eyelashes, but.
- 51:11Speaker 2: Oh, COVID related, I'm sure it is.
- 51:14Speaker 1: And I honestly i'm lightheaded now because when I got
- 51:17Speaker 1: them in.
- 51:17Speaker 2: The mail, there was no nothing like. I didn't know
- 51:20Speaker 2: who they were from. They were in a supper box.
- 51:21Speaker 2: In the shampoo I always know. Angie sends a shampoo,
- 51:23Speaker 2: which I thank you so much because I was just
- 51:25Speaker 2: out of the super giant I know.
- 51:27Speaker 1: I appreciate that. She also this pump. The pump. Oh,
- 51:30Speaker 1: I got so thank you so much.
- 51:33Speaker 2: The pump last time too. But it didn't work.
- 51:36Speaker 1: Oh see, I didn't well if I got the pump,
- 51:39Speaker 1: I didn't see the pump, so I was having to squeeze.
- 51:41Speaker 2: It and you throw it away.
- 51:42Speaker 1: Yeah, which sounds about right for me.
- 51:45Speaker 2: Okay. The Easter Bunny, it was hilarious. I mean, Angie
- 51:50Speaker 2: is the perfect house. Why Beauty Brain's opinionated, she's classy,
- 51:57Speaker 2: she's a rich bitch. I thought that the Easter bunny
- 52:03Speaker 2: giving the invitations out was hilarious. When Heather, I thought
- 52:07Speaker 2: the Easter.
- 52:07Speaker 1: Bunny looked like he was gonna kill them. I know,
- 52:09Speaker 1: but I thought it was funny.
- 52:11Speaker 2: And then when Heather Gay got into her range Rover
- 52:14Speaker 2: and the Easter Bunny's in the back seat, that was amazing,
- 52:19Speaker 2: Like woo. I mean, I loved it that the producers
- 52:23Speaker 2: on Salt Lake City are working overtime to just change
- 52:27Speaker 2: things up just a little bit different with the music
- 52:30Speaker 2: and things like this, and I'm here for it.
- 52:33Speaker 1: No, I liked it. And I also felt like while
- 52:35Speaker 1: I was watching it, I was like, not that this
- 52:39Speaker 1: is like a healthy way to think, but I kept thinking,
- 52:42Speaker 1: I think I think Andrew's the richest on this show
- 52:45Speaker 1: by far.
- 52:45Speaker 2: Yeah does that matter to you who has the most
- 52:47Speaker 2: money on the show.
- 52:49Speaker 1: No, it doesn't matter to me when it comes to friendship,
- 52:51Speaker 1: But it matters to me when I'm watching the aesthetics
- 52:54Speaker 1: of a housewife show. Yeah, Like I want to see
- 52:57Speaker 1: something whether it's like like I enjoyed because I'm such
- 53:02Speaker 1: not a good host, like the world's worst host, as
- 53:04Speaker 1: anybody that's watched any television show that I like. My
- 53:07Speaker 1: daughter's bowling thing this weekend, like I had three balloons
- 53:10Speaker 1: and then I tried to bring cookies in and they
- 53:12Speaker 1: wouldn't let me because you can't bring outside food into
- 53:14Speaker 1: the bowling alley, so like, it's just that's the way
- 53:17Speaker 1: I do things. So I appreciate her attention to detail
- 53:21Speaker 1: how beautiful her house is, how everything's white, like I
- 53:24Speaker 1: like that. Do I care that she's the richest as
- 53:26Speaker 1: a like, No, but I do think there needs to
- 53:28Speaker 1: be a juxtaposition for between the housewives. Not everybody should
- 53:33Speaker 1: be the same.
- 53:33Speaker 2: This might be old news, but I just found out yesterday.
- 53:37Speaker 2: Want to give like congratulations and props to Gina Kirschenheider
- 53:41Speaker 2: who got the listing for Elizabeth Vargas multimillion dollar house
- 53:46Speaker 2: in Palm Desert. So congratulations to Gina. I hope it
- 53:51Speaker 2: sells fast, and yeah, that's gonna be a good commission
- 53:55Speaker 2: for her.
- 53:56Speaker 1: That is great, That is amazing.
- 53:58Speaker 2: I was like, somebody sent it to my mi like
- 54:00Speaker 2: and I instantly wrote, that's awesome. That's awesome.
- 54:02Speaker 1: But that must be meant that Gina was nice to
- 54:05Speaker 1: her and didn't call her a loser like some other
- 54:07Speaker 1: people we know.
- 54:10Speaker 2: So I mean that that that's like for a new
- 54:13Speaker 2: newly licensed agent. That is first of all, so nice
- 54:17Speaker 2: for Elizabeth to do that and such great but also
- 54:21Speaker 2: so smart Elizabeth to be smarter to and and so
- 54:25Speaker 2: good for Gina, Like this is like the best thing ever.
- 54:28Speaker 2: So I'm I'm kill it, Gina, and then all the
- 54:32Speaker 2: rest will come.
- 54:33Speaker 1: This next topic is a little bit hard for me
- 54:36Speaker 1: to talk about because I really cringe watching the entire thing.
- 54:40Speaker 1: Whitney and her husband Justin, go out for their first
- 54:43Speaker 1: date night of the year. Whitney says she feels like
- 54:45Speaker 1: she is sinking and Justin is not helping. Justin says
- 54:49Speaker 1: he does not want to be the one who initiates sex.
- 54:51Speaker 1: Whitney says that women need to open up and connect
- 54:54Speaker 1: in order to have sex. That I do agree with.
- 54:56Speaker 1: I don't I do too if I'm not connecting. However,
- 55:00Speaker 1: and Whitney says she's not a good space sing Justin's
- 55:03Speaker 1: wedding ring in the drawer every day. It hurts her.
- 55:05Speaker 1: I think if you if you, if you're a guy
- 55:07Speaker 1: and you start out wearing your wedding ring, you have
- 55:10Speaker 1: to it carries on if you never wear your wedding
- 55:13Speaker 1: ring the way that Pavits supposedly never worn her his,
- 55:16Speaker 1: I wouldn't care, but I think it's if you always
- 55:18Speaker 1: wear your wedding ring. And then but she started it
- 55:21Speaker 1: she took her wedding ring off first. Okay, I agree
- 55:25Speaker 1: with the woman needs emotional connection with her partner.
- 55:28Speaker 2: Yeah, but after a certain age and being married so long,
- 55:30Speaker 2: are you able to just do a quickie and bang
- 55:31Speaker 2: it out and be like okay, but okay, talk about
- 55:34Speaker 2: wedding rings. I don't know if I told you, but
- 55:37Speaker 2: see that no wedding ring. Right before I went to Traders,
- 55:42Speaker 2: I lost the big diamond out of my wedding ring.
- 55:46Speaker 1: No, was it insured?
- 55:47Speaker 2: No, So I don't have a wedding ring. I was
- 55:52Speaker 2: wearing my grandma's wedding ring for a few days, but
- 55:55Speaker 2: it's so tight on me. I'm like, I can't do this,
- 55:57Speaker 2: so I have to. I haven't even called my jewel
- 56:01Speaker 2: jewelry yet. I haven't had time. So I'm trying to
- 56:03Speaker 2: get that done before I go to Bravo Con. So
- 56:05Speaker 2: you know, the.
- 56:06Speaker 1: Rumor, the rumors thousand like Lisa Barlow's.
- 56:09Speaker 2: I don't even know. I don't even I don't think,
- 56:11Speaker 2: so I don't know. To be honest with you, but
- 56:13Speaker 2: I don't know what's going to cost to replace it.
- 56:17Speaker 2: Here's the thing. I'm not a big diamond girl. I'm
- 56:21Speaker 2: just not and I'm like, I don't really care about
- 56:25Speaker 2: big giant rocks. So I'm like, do I get a
- 56:29Speaker 2: new ring? Do I replace the diamond? I don't know
- 56:30Speaker 2: what I'm gonna do yet.
- 56:32Speaker 1: Well keep us, keep us posted. But yeah, back to
- 56:36Speaker 1: Whitney and Justin. Did you think that this scene felt forced?
- 56:40Speaker 1: It felt a little forced to me.
- 56:44Speaker 2: I mean, I think this is a conversation that everybody
- 56:47Speaker 2: that's been married more than you know, five to ten
- 56:50Speaker 2: years whatever or having Like I even touched down on
- 56:54Speaker 2: this just a little bit this season. Not I didn't
- 56:56Speaker 2: go as deep, but you know, so, I don't know,
- 57:02Speaker 2: are you initiating sex all the time? Or is it?
- 57:04Speaker 1: Is it?
- 57:05Speaker 2: Edwin?
- 57:06Speaker 1: It was it?
- 57:07Speaker 2: Is it mutual?
- 57:08Speaker 1: It's mutual? I mean it can be is it? It
- 57:10Speaker 1: can be either like we're in the mood, or it
- 57:13Speaker 1: can be one of us will send another one a text.
- 57:15Speaker 2: Yeah, it'd be.
- 57:15Speaker 1: Like what time you done at the pod? And then
- 57:18Speaker 1: I know what that means, like whatever, it could be anything,
- 57:21Speaker 1: But that part wasn't necessarily what I had, like was
- 57:26Speaker 1: kind of messing with me. All of the things that
- 57:28Speaker 1: were actually said, Like if you were just going to
- 57:30Speaker 1: read them out, all of them makes sense, but the
- 57:33Speaker 1: actual conversation.
- 57:34Speaker 2: Felt a little forced. Is that what you're saying?
- 57:37Speaker 1: It didn't feel like an authentic what was said felt
- 57:40Speaker 1: like authentic conversations to have, but it felt almost.
- 57:44Speaker 2: Like scripted, like it was for a storyline.
- 57:46Speaker 1: Yeah, and like he also, I mean, she tried to deliver,
- 57:50Speaker 1: but then he really had no response, Like he was
- 57:54Speaker 1: just like, and he has a big personality normally.
- 57:57Speaker 2: Weren't we talking about peas and peeing on the couch
- 58:00Speaker 2: and pancakes or something? When she's saying she had to
- 58:02Speaker 2: cook and he couldn't even help, and then the dog
- 58:05Speaker 2: pete on the couch And I.
- 58:07Speaker 1: Hate to break it to you, And maybe maybe I'm wrong,
- 58:10Speaker 1: but I'm not sure Edwin would have jumped up to
- 58:13Speaker 1: help me in any of those instances either. Right, She's like,
- 58:16Speaker 1: I mean, I just feel so overwhelmed. I made breakfast
- 58:19Speaker 1: and I had to get snacks and then the dog peede.
- 58:21Speaker 1: I'm like, welcome to Monday.
- 58:22Speaker 2: Yeah, yeah, welcome to the next hour of my life.
- 58:26Speaker 2: I agree, like and I mean, I think it was
- 58:29Speaker 2: a story. I think it was a conversation that people
- 58:33Speaker 2: had been married for a long time, probably have do
- 58:36Speaker 2: I think it's like their wedding, their marriage is falling apart. No,
- 58:41Speaker 2: I don't, but I don't know.
- 58:44Speaker 1: Do you have probably was wanting to say but didn't
- 58:47Speaker 1: actually say. And that's why it didn't feel like in
- 58:50Speaker 1: her mind like he had that year off of work
- 58:53Speaker 1: or however long. She's now on a successful television show.
- 58:58Speaker 1: She has multiple things that she films in a day,
- 59:01Speaker 1: different events, blah blah. She's like busy out of her
- 59:03Speaker 1: mind in the middle of filming, and he's not stepping
- 59:06Speaker 1: up to the plate the way he was before. But
- 59:08Speaker 1: because she's unable to say that, I feel like she
- 59:11Speaker 1: beat around the bush and it just made it literally beat.
- 59:14Speaker 2: Around the bush. Yeah, she did well. Anyways, move on,
- 59:18Speaker 2: it is mine.
- 59:19Speaker 1: You're like, I don't want to talk about Winny. I
- 59:21Speaker 1: love her too much.
- 59:21Speaker 2: I know I do.
- 59:23Speaker 1: I do. I love her too just I need I
- 59:25Speaker 1: needed him to give a little bit more acting skills
- 59:28Speaker 1: and put your wedding ring on.
- 59:29Speaker 2: I don't like that. I don't like when you guys
- 59:30Speaker 2: don't wear their wedding ring.
- 59:32Speaker 1: Unless you never wore it. That shit needs to be on.
- 59:34Speaker 2: Yeah, And I mean they can easily take it off
- 59:37Speaker 2: and put it in their pocket. But then you're dealing
- 59:39Speaker 2: with a whole nother situation.
- 59:41Speaker 1: Well, I think he's trying to stick it to her.
- 59:43Speaker 1: I think my guess is her head's gotten a little more,
- 59:48Speaker 1: she's gotten more confident in who she is, and she
- 59:50Speaker 1: may be you know, and he is he's checking her
- 59:54Speaker 1: a little, That's my guess. Maybe. Then Lisa and Angie
- 59:59Speaker 1: go to a candle making class. The girl working the
- 1:00:04Speaker 1: girl working there approaches Lisa saying she's friends with her
- 1:00:06Speaker 1: son Jack, and she did know that he was going
- 1:00:10Speaker 1: on a mission. This is where I love Lisa Barlow.
- 1:00:13Speaker 1: Lisa Barlow's look like the girl at the candle shop
- 1:00:16Speaker 1: knew before I did that my son was going on
- 1:00:18Speaker 1: a mission. Mother winning mother the Air.
- 1:00:21Speaker 2: Mother of the Air.
- 1:00:21Speaker 1: Yeah, that's great.
- 1:00:24Speaker 2: I am so sick of hearing about Jack going on
- 1:00:26Speaker 2: his mission, like the boys going on a mission, that's
- 1:00:29Speaker 2: what he wants to do. The Heather, you know, getting
- 1:00:32Speaker 2: involved in this and having to put her two cents
- 1:00:34Speaker 2: and thinking that because she wrote a book about being
- 1:00:39Speaker 2: a bad Mormon, that she has any authority to tell
- 1:00:42Speaker 2: Lisa what her son should and shouldn't do is not
- 1:00:45Speaker 2: sitting with me.
- 1:00:46Speaker 1: Wow. Well, I think Lisa. Finally, you know, as they
- 1:00:50Speaker 1: continued on through the episode, and we're at Easter and
- 1:00:55Speaker 1: you know, I know we're skipping around, but we may
- 1:00:57Speaker 1: as well just talk about it while we're here. But
- 1:01:01Speaker 1: what's her name? Heather? Making it all about you didn't
- 1:01:04Speaker 1: read my book, which.
- 1:01:05Speaker 2: She lost me when she said that, because obviously she's
- 1:01:07Speaker 2: trying to bring her book back into the show and
- 1:01:09Speaker 2: trying to, you know, circle around, talk about her book,
- 1:01:12Speaker 2: talk about her book, like I don't want to talk
- 1:01:13Speaker 2: about your book anymore. We got it, you know.
- 1:01:15Speaker 1: But but sometimes as parents, there are sometimes as parents
- 1:01:18Speaker 1: where we want other people's opinions or advice, and there
- 1:01:22Speaker 1: are sometimes where you don't. Yeah.
- 1:01:24Speaker 2: Well, also if they're not asking for your advice about
- 1:01:26Speaker 2: your how you raise your children, don't give it. Don't
- 1:01:29Speaker 2: give I'm not going to give you advice on how
- 1:01:32Speaker 2: to deal with your kids unless you ask me. Yeah,
- 1:01:36Speaker 2: unless you and.
- 1:01:36Speaker 1: Sometimes you're just venting. Sometimes you truly want advice sometimes,
- 1:01:39Speaker 1: but like in this instance, like Heather, take a step back.
- 1:01:43Speaker 1: She doesn't want to hear and one she doesn't want
- 1:01:46Speaker 1: to hear about it from you. Two she doesn't want
- 1:01:47Speaker 1: you to judge her, and three like, I'm.
- 1:01:52Speaker 2: All for my kids being and doing what they want
- 1:01:55Speaker 2: to do in life. Do I always agree with everything
- 1:01:58Speaker 2: they do? No, you know I don't, but you have
- 1:02:02Speaker 2: to support them and for her to, you know, try
- 1:02:07Speaker 2: to talk him out or Heather trying to be like
- 1:02:11Speaker 2: he shouldn't do that is just wrong, like that's what
- 1:02:14Speaker 2: he put his mind to, and that's what he wants
- 1:02:16Speaker 2: to do, like leave the boy alone.
- 1:02:18Speaker 1: But then also kind of down playing, like almost mocking
- 1:02:23Speaker 1: the type of Mormon that Lisa Barlow is also is
- 1:02:27Speaker 1: like why are you Like, here's the thing, this is
- 1:02:29Speaker 1: the problem with the conversation surrounding religion. If what Lisa
- 1:02:33Speaker 1: Barlow is doing is working for her and she has
- 1:02:36Speaker 1: faith and hey, she's in like you don't need to
- 1:02:39Speaker 1: then say, oh, well she would wear strapless dresses and
- 1:02:42Speaker 1: serve vita tequila. That's not fair.
- 1:02:44Speaker 2: That's like, you know what, I'm a Christian and a
- 1:02:46Speaker 2: cuss deal with it.
- 1:02:48Speaker 1: Yeah, like you. I think all of us are sinners
- 1:02:52Speaker 1: in different capacities and different aspects of the church. And
- 1:02:55Speaker 1: if Heather is completely against Mormonism at this point, I
- 1:03:01Speaker 1: don't know that would be somebody I would share that
- 1:03:04Speaker 1: my Mormon son was going on a mission.
- 1:03:05Speaker 2: Absolutely, there's no way, Like Heather went on a mission herself, Like,
- 1:03:10Speaker 2: can't she relate to you went on a mission. I
- 1:03:13Speaker 2: get it. You're on the other side of it. You
- 1:03:15Speaker 2: don't like the Mormon religion. Now you're going to go
- 1:03:17Speaker 2: up against him, but other people do. I have friends
- 1:03:22Speaker 2: that are that are Mormon.
- 1:03:24Speaker 1: And guess what. He is a young kid, so you
- 1:03:26Speaker 1: may go on his mission and then come out and
- 1:03:29Speaker 1: realize I wish I wouldn't have done that, and I'm
- 1:03:31Speaker 1: going to do something else. We don't know. We all.
- 1:03:34Speaker 1: I mean, I chose not to go to college at
- 1:03:36Speaker 1: seventeen and come to LA Sometimes I regret that decision.
- 1:03:39Speaker 1: Sometimes I'm like, thank God, that's what I did. Like,
- 1:03:41Speaker 1: I don't know, it just is what it is.
- 1:03:43Speaker 2: And I mean, I was doing something for religion something
- 1:03:48Speaker 2: pause day when she brought up her.
- 1:03:50Speaker 1: Books, she lost me.
- 1:03:52Speaker 2: She lost me completely.
- 1:03:53Speaker 1: Come but we got to continue talking about kids. Because
- 1:03:56Speaker 1: when Mary asks her son Robert, why she is hearing
- 1:03:59Speaker 1: that he is married. Mary asked if it's true, Robert
- 1:04:04Speaker 1: like is like, and then she says, you know, he
- 1:04:09Speaker 1: went to the courthouse and they've been married for almost
- 1:04:12Speaker 1: a year. Now, Mary, I can't tell if she's getting emotional,
- 1:04:16Speaker 1: if that's what's happening.
- 1:04:18Speaker 2: She did, she actually shed a little bit of a tear,
- 1:04:20Speaker 2: and I thought, oh my god, Mary, we got some
- 1:04:23Speaker 2: emotion out of you. Not only did we get a
- 1:04:24Speaker 2: emotion out of Mary, but we also got a home
- 1:04:26Speaker 2: scene with her family. And she's just a friend that
- 1:04:30Speaker 2: normally doesn't happen very often. So I'm going to say,
- 1:04:34Speaker 2: like they're showing that Mary is important to the show. Now, Mary,
- 1:04:38Speaker 2: I got a little mad at you last week. I
- 1:04:40Speaker 2: actually had to delete one of my comments on watcher
- 1:04:43Speaker 2: Hubins Live because you were on and you were being
- 1:04:45Speaker 2: funny and I went, oh, I love you, and then
- 1:04:48Speaker 2: you went and fat shamed Heather Gay and I had
- 1:04:52Speaker 2: to go back and I deleted my comment because I
- 1:04:55Speaker 2: knew people are be like, oh, you support fat shape.
- 1:04:57Speaker 2: I hadn't even seen it yet, So don't like that
- 1:05:00Speaker 2: at all.
- 1:05:02Speaker 1: I think that Mary. I do get what people are saying.
- 1:05:06Speaker 1: There's good parts of her when it comes to TV
- 1:05:09Speaker 1: and blah blah blah, But like I feel like at
- 1:05:11Speaker 1: some point she needs to like get married to actually reality.
- 1:05:15Speaker 1: Like I feel like she's so in her own bubble
- 1:05:18Speaker 1: and it is what it is. But how would you
- 1:05:20Speaker 1: react if your son or daughter got married without telling
- 1:05:25Speaker 1: you and live in your house.
- 1:05:29Speaker 2: That's the other thing, Like I think she knew. I
- 1:05:33Speaker 2: think she knew. There's no way that your kid is
- 1:05:37Speaker 2: living in your house and they got married and the
- 1:05:39Speaker 2: girlfriend or wife is living in the same house that
- 1:05:42Speaker 2: you wouldn't know that, Like how would you not know that?
- 1:05:46Speaker 2: And why would he not tell her? Like what's going
- 1:05:49Speaker 2: on there?
- 1:05:50Speaker 1: And if this house is so ginormous that there's different
- 1:05:53Speaker 1: wings and all of this that you don't even see
- 1:05:56Speaker 1: your child while it's the while he's there. I'm surprised
- 1:06:02Speaker 1: we haven't seen a house tour of how ginormo, Like.
- 1:06:05Speaker 2: How they show the outside of it. It didn't look
- 1:06:07Speaker 2: that big. But also like he's twenty years old, Like
- 1:06:11Speaker 2: shouldn't he be going to college? What is he doing
- 1:06:13Speaker 2: with his life right now? Is he working? Is he
- 1:06:17Speaker 2: just got married and living off his mom? Like it's
- 1:06:19Speaker 2: just a weird and the apple doesn't fall far from
- 1:06:23Speaker 2: the tree. His facial expressions and the way he giggled
- 1:06:26Speaker 2: and talked were exactly merry.
- 1:06:28Speaker 1: Yeah, I mean, I think we don't really know much
- 1:06:31Speaker 1: about her home life. But I'm hoping that the reason
- 1:06:37Speaker 1: he felt so like reserved about it was probably like, Mom,
- 1:06:39Speaker 1: you already know this, Why are you making me go
- 1:06:42Speaker 1: through this reregamarole?
- 1:06:43Speaker 2: When but he was just giggling. He didn't really say anything.
- 1:06:46Speaker 2: Yeah maybe huh.
- 1:06:48Speaker 1: He's like, well, wouldn't your kids be like that if
- 1:06:50Speaker 1: you were making them do something that you already knew
- 1:06:53Speaker 1: the answer to.
- 1:06:54Speaker 2: Well, yeah, I mean, Spencer won't film. It's just not
- 1:06:56Speaker 2: for him. He did one year and he's just like,
- 1:06:58Speaker 2: this just isn't for me, mom, And it's not good
- 1:06:59Speaker 2: for the kind of business I'm going into. So he
- 1:07:03Speaker 2: would probably be like, really, Mom, are we talking about this?
- 1:07:07Speaker 2: You already know this?
- 1:07:08Speaker 1: You know? Yeah, Like he would just call you out
- 1:07:11Speaker 1: on it.
- 1:07:11Speaker 2: Yeah, yeah, yeah.
- 1:07:12Speaker 1: But then Meredith tells Mary that she's being accused of
- 1:07:15Speaker 1: spreading spreading rumors about Sean. She says her son is
- 1:07:19Speaker 1: gay and that she's a huge supporter of the community.
- 1:07:21Speaker 1: She would never comment on someone's sexuality.
- 1:07:24Speaker 2: But didn't she No, Oh, she never did.
- 1:07:27Speaker 1: No. Do you think that Meredith's threat about Angie's husband
- 1:07:30Speaker 1: in Palm Springs was this actual rumor or something else? Yeah?
- 1:07:34Speaker 2: Yeah, I think it's the actual rumor. I think it
- 1:07:36Speaker 2: was the actual rumor.
- 1:07:37Speaker 1: Well, I think they continue Even as this episode goes on,
- 1:07:41Speaker 1: Angie and her husband continue to handle it eloquently, continuing
- 1:07:46Speaker 1: to say, this is about infidelity for us, This isn't
- 1:07:50Speaker 1: about the allegations about being gay, because that's that's the truth.
- 1:07:54Speaker 1: What you're what he's being accused of, as being a cheater,
- 1:07:57Speaker 1: that should be the issue, not if he's cheating with
- 1:07:59Speaker 1: a man or with a woman.
- 1:08:01Speaker 2: Right right? And I think you know, and for Meredith
- 1:08:03Speaker 2: making that comment, do we talk about husband? The worst
- 1:08:06Speaker 2: type of housewife to me is the one that said
- 1:08:09Speaker 2: I heard a rumor and then won't say what it is,
- 1:08:13Speaker 2: and then just do we need to talk about it?
- 1:08:15Speaker 2: Either say it or don't say it. Don't bring it
- 1:08:17Speaker 2: up as a threat.
- 1:08:18Speaker 1: But we don't even know if this is the actual
- 1:08:21Speaker 1: rumor that Meredith heard. We have no idea. I don't
- 1:08:24Speaker 1: even know that Meredith, in her capacity in Palm Springs
- 1:08:27Speaker 1: with the rum even knew what she was talking about.
- 1:08:30Speaker 1: She tried to get a waiter to escort somebody out
- 1:08:33Speaker 1: like he was a security guy. I mean, but I do.
- 1:08:37Speaker 1: As this even continues on, and you see that Meredith
- 1:08:40Speaker 1: and Mary are hanging out, and then Mary says she's
- 1:08:43Speaker 1: not going to go to Angie's. What about the fact
- 1:08:46Speaker 1: that Mary, when so close with God, called Angie and
- 1:08:51Speaker 1: then blatantly lies about I know, Well, first of all,
- 1:08:55Speaker 1: was it just me or was it weird to see.
- 1:08:59Speaker 2: Meredith walking into Mary's house? It just didn't feel natural
- 1:09:03Speaker 2: to me, Like the two of them being friends for
- 1:09:05Speaker 2: some reason does not look natural to me.
- 1:09:08Speaker 1: I don't believe it. I also, Duretz obviously rubbed off
- 1:09:14Speaker 1: on me because the fact that I noticed this, but
- 1:09:16Speaker 1: the fact that that white wine was just sitting out
- 1:09:18Speaker 1: on the countertop, not being chilled, and then it was
- 1:09:22Speaker 1: poured into this ginormous, long, thin glass after the cork
- 1:09:27Speaker 1: was stuck. But did you notice they panned to the date,
- 1:09:31Speaker 1: which means it was a really damn expensive one because.
- 1:09:34Speaker 2: It's twenty twelve. Twenty twelve, Yeah, and the cork was
- 1:09:39Speaker 2: breaking off inside, which is yeah, But.
- 1:09:41Speaker 1: Also it's like time to get one of those other
- 1:09:43Speaker 1: ones that you just kind of go, yeah.
- 1:09:45Speaker 2: I don't even know with that cork, I don't even
- 1:09:47Speaker 2: know if that would have worked. It looked like it
- 1:09:48Speaker 2: was just crumbling. Well, crumbling either way. I find all
- 1:09:52Speaker 2: of it a lot, now, do you think. I mean,
- 1:09:54Speaker 2: it was quite clear that Mary did not attend because
- 1:09:56Speaker 2: Meredith wasn't going. But like you said, her lie call
- 1:10:00Speaker 2: and lying, Oh, I have a house in Las Vegas
- 1:10:04Speaker 2: and it flooded a year ago. Could you not come
- 1:10:06Speaker 2: up with a better lie?
- 1:10:07Speaker 1: Could you just not say I'm coming down with a cold. Yeah,
- 1:10:11Speaker 1: come up with a little, tiny baby lie that you're
- 1:10:14Speaker 1: not gonna get busted. I couldn't or even say I
- 1:10:18Speaker 1: just found.
- 1:10:18Speaker 2: Out my son got maryor married, Like, if you're gonna go,
- 1:10:23Speaker 2: at least go with it kind of well, I mean,
- 1:10:25Speaker 2: at least it's the truth. Like, I don't know, it's
- 1:10:27Speaker 2: just it's not good too.
- 1:10:29Speaker 1: Yeah, I thought that was a little weird. Or just say,
- 1:10:31Speaker 1: you know what, I don't feel comfortable coming if Meredith's
- 1:10:33Speaker 1: not there.
- 1:10:34Speaker 2: She's so I'm closest to what I Yeah, what I
- 1:10:36Speaker 2: would have wished I could have seen is Meredith and
- 1:10:40Speaker 2: Mary hanging out somewhere else at a bar.
- 1:10:43Speaker 1: Oh yeah, that would have been good TV.
- 1:10:45Speaker 2: At catch yeah, I catch Yeah.
- 1:10:49Speaker 1: Then Heather said, I don't want to get into this anymore.
- 1:10:52Speaker 2: I don't care.
- 1:10:53Speaker 1: I'm hearing about Jack's mission.
- 1:10:55Speaker 2: He's eighteen. If you want to do it, leave alone.
- 1:10:58Speaker 2: It's not the worst thing.
- 1:10:59Speaker 1: Let's get into Angie and Monica.
- 1:11:01Speaker 2: Okay, oh god, this scene was.
- 1:11:03Speaker 1: This was brutal because rut. You have to remember, the
- 1:11:06Speaker 1: kids are all right there. It's supposed to be like
- 1:11:09Speaker 1: an Easter event like this.
- 1:11:12Speaker 2: In her sweet little dad was there and so cute,
- 1:11:15Speaker 2: and we actually found out a lot about Angie. I
- 1:11:17Speaker 2: didn't know that her mom died when she had to
- 1:11:20Speaker 2: be relatively young and they had what like seven kids
- 1:11:24Speaker 2: or five kids, I can't remember what it was, and
- 1:11:25Speaker 2: he raised them. That's right. That's really sad, really, But
- 1:11:30Speaker 2: they sit down.
- 1:11:32Speaker 1: Angie tells Monica that she would never repeat anything that
- 1:11:36Speaker 1: she's heard about Monica like she did to her. Then
- 1:11:38Speaker 1: Monica immediately goes off and she goes forecloser check, divorce check,
- 1:11:44Speaker 1: affair check, blah blah blah. But it's like the tonality,
- 1:11:47Speaker 1: she's just going from zero to ten so quickly.
- 1:11:50Speaker 2: You're like, I'm not convinced that this is really who
- 1:11:53Speaker 2: Monica is. I feel like Monica's playing up for the cameras.
- 1:11:59Speaker 1: The way that Monica talks to her mother makes me
- 1:12:01Speaker 1: believe this is who Monica is.
- 1:12:03Speaker 2: Do you think so? I think she's just trying to
- 1:12:05Speaker 2: do all the things for the camera to make herself
- 1:12:08Speaker 2: look like she's a good housewife so she'll get asked back.
- 1:12:12Speaker 2: That's a problem. I feel like a lot of people
- 1:12:15Speaker 2: watch all the shows and think they should act a
- 1:12:17Speaker 2: certain way, and then they get on and then they
- 1:12:20Speaker 2: overdo it, and I think, well, how would do they
- 1:12:22Speaker 2: play case with me?
- 1:12:23Speaker 1: How would your mom react if you treated her like Monica?
- 1:12:26Speaker 2: My mom would never film again. She would never film
- 1:12:29Speaker 2: again with me if I did that, and my mom
- 1:12:31Speaker 2: would probably go off on me or she would cry.
- 1:12:33Speaker 2: I'm not sure because I've never spoke to my mom
- 1:12:35Speaker 2: like that. Ever.
- 1:12:37Speaker 1: Well, I think also, I mean, clearly Monica and her
- 1:12:40Speaker 1: mom have a difficult relationship. You know. You see Linda
- 1:12:45Speaker 1: try to intervene and play referee in the conversation, says
- 1:12:49Speaker 1: the kids are there. She even at this point, I
- 1:12:52Speaker 1: don't think she's playing up for TV because she starts,
- 1:12:55Speaker 1: you know, she starts speaking Portuguese and she's saying like
- 1:12:59Speaker 1: kids are here, Like this has got to stop. Linda
- 1:13:03Speaker 1: tells Monica to calm down because they're in someone's home.
- 1:13:06Speaker 1: Lynn tells Monica to take a breath and come with
- 1:13:08Speaker 1: her to the bathroom. Monica wishes, and then they show
- 1:13:11Speaker 1: a confessional where Monica wishes that she could have a
- 1:13:15Speaker 1: different relationship.
- 1:13:15Speaker 2: That was brutal. That is, I don't even know how
- 1:13:18Speaker 2: you move on from that when you say I wish
- 1:13:21Speaker 2: I had a different mom like that up.
- 1:13:24Speaker 1: Well, I think here's the thing. I truly believe that
- 1:13:28Speaker 1: if Monica and her mother have this difficult of a
- 1:13:34Speaker 1: relationship where clearly there are no boundaries, stop bringing her
- 1:13:39Speaker 1: to film.
- 1:13:40Speaker 2: Yeah, I mean I like Monica so far, but she
- 1:13:42Speaker 2: just isn't listening to what Angie's saying in this scene,
- 1:13:46Speaker 2: Like she's talking without listening.
- 1:13:49Speaker 1: Yeah, she's getting mad. I think she's just so bothered
- 1:13:53Speaker 1: that her mom is getting involved because she can't even
- 1:13:56Speaker 1: process what Angie saying, which I don't think Angie was
- 1:13:59Speaker 1: necessarily like coming for Monica even I don't.
- 1:14:02Speaker 2: Think that Angie is being unkind whatsoever. She was so patient.
- 1:14:07Speaker 2: I mean, if I'm not mistaken, isn't Monica the one
- 1:14:10Speaker 2: that actually came out with the rumor about Yeah, so
- 1:14:13Speaker 2: why was she even there? Why was she even invited?
- 1:14:16Speaker 1: Well, that's the same thing. Lisa Barlow said, like she's
- 1:14:19Speaker 1: actually the one that that started all of this. We
- 1:14:22Speaker 1: have no idea what it is that Meredith knows. And
- 1:14:24Speaker 1: then and then and then Monica used the phrase the
- 1:14:27Speaker 1: streets were talking we saw that.
- 1:14:31Speaker 2: Well, you know what we already know. We already saw
- 1:14:33Speaker 2: what is nine lemons in a bowl? I mean, Shannon's
- 1:14:37Speaker 2: been talking about nine lemons in a bowl sent for
- 1:14:39Speaker 2: ten years now, nine years.
- 1:14:41Speaker 1: So you mean, what is it?
- 1:14:43Speaker 2: She just she it's like good function, way to have
- 1:14:45Speaker 2: nine lemons in a bowl. So that's always been her thing.
- 1:14:48Speaker 1: I mean even brought the nine lemons.
- 1:14:50Speaker 2: Heather Gay came in with a bowl. She goes, here's
- 1:14:52Speaker 2: nine lemons in you know, and I mean, don't tell
- 1:14:55Speaker 2: Shannon because this this is her thing.
- 1:14:58Speaker 1: Oh well, Shannon, you never sent me nine lemons. Feel free.
- 1:15:02Speaker 2: Well, she's got her business about lemons, like she's.
- 1:15:04Speaker 1: I know, but there I've gotten that package, but I
- 1:15:07Speaker 1: didn't get nine lemons. But I do. I do think
- 1:15:13Speaker 1: that Monica. If Monica hates her.
- 1:15:15Speaker 2: Mom so much, don't bring her on the show.
- 1:15:17Speaker 1: You shouldn't invite her to filmed event.
- 1:15:18Speaker 2: No, nope, nope, And have some respect, like have you
- 1:15:23Speaker 2: can say that you have, you can show they could
- 1:15:27Speaker 2: have shown what happened with the mom the last time,
- 1:15:29Speaker 2: and then we don't need to see anymore and just
- 1:15:33Speaker 2: hear more about Monica talking about her strained relationship with
- 1:15:37Speaker 2: her mom, but bringing her.
- 1:15:38Speaker 1: Mom and then and.
- 1:15:40Speaker 2: Then leaving her, leaving her there, I'm not even taking home.
- 1:15:43Speaker 2: I mean, we all get in fights with her mom.
- 1:15:45Speaker 2: I've been in a fight with my mom. Have I
- 1:15:46Speaker 2: gotten into like some big serious fight like this on camera?
- 1:15:49Speaker 1: No? I haven't.
- 1:15:50Speaker 2: I mean we've talked about our differences and how I
- 1:15:53Speaker 2: felt growing up, but this took it to a whole
- 1:15:56Speaker 2: nother level. No, I want my mom to get involved
- 1:15:59Speaker 2: in argument like that on TV. Probably the biggest fight
- 1:16:02Speaker 2: I got on TV and my mom was by my
- 1:16:04Speaker 2: side is the wine toss Regina, and my mom tried
- 1:16:07Speaker 2: to defend me like she was there trying to defend me.
- 1:16:10Speaker 1: But that's also what I think what really upset Monica
- 1:16:15Speaker 1: was once again here my mom is not protecting me,
- 1:16:19Speaker 1: but she could have just handled in a different way. Yeah,
- 1:16:22Speaker 1: but also just and then pulling the kids out before
- 1:16:25Speaker 1: the Easter egg hunt all of it, and the kids
- 1:16:28Speaker 1: are like but the Easter Bunny didn't come yet.
- 1:16:29Speaker 2: I was like, oh my god. And then leaving Grandma there,
- 1:16:33Speaker 2: that couldn't feel too great for them either.
- 1:16:35Speaker 1: Because does her mom live with them?
- 1:16:37Speaker 2: I was just thinking the same thing. I'm not sure
- 1:16:39Speaker 2: she's at her house a lot, so no, because she says,
- 1:16:42Speaker 2: you have to knock on the door. I might be
- 1:16:44Speaker 2: sixteen y right the couch, right, And I'm like, first
- 1:16:48Speaker 2: of all, I wouldn't even say that to my mom. Mom,
- 1:16:50Speaker 2: knock on the door. She lives with us, But in
- 1:16:53Speaker 2: the casita, that's not that's you know, a different door. Mom,
- 1:16:57Speaker 2: Can you please knock when you walk in? Because I
- 1:16:58Speaker 2: could be sixty ninety on the couch.
- 1:17:00Speaker 1: I mean, it's one thing to say, have boundaries, let
- 1:17:02Speaker 1: me know when you're coming over, not but like you
- 1:17:05Speaker 1: don't need to then say sixty nine. That's where it takes.
- 1:17:08Speaker 1: I think healthy boundaries, especially if you have a slight
- 1:17:11Speaker 1: dysfunction in your family, is okay. But I feel like
- 1:17:14Speaker 1: she's trying to stick it to her in such a
- 1:17:16Speaker 1: dramatic way for television entertainment, we love you.
- 1:17:19Speaker 2: Be nice to your mom, or don't have her around.
- 1:17:23Speaker 1: Don't have her at least you know, it's not even
- 1:17:25Speaker 1: necessarily about being nice to her, just have a generalized
- 1:17:29Speaker 1: respect for her.
- 1:17:30Speaker 2: Or we don't have to like our parents, but we
- 1:17:33Speaker 2: do have to respect them.
- 1:17:35Speaker 1: Yeah, And like, I just felt like that whole thing
- 1:17:38Speaker 1: made me feel sad and gave me the inck. But
- 1:17:43Speaker 1: then we get the scenes for right afterwards, they gave
- 1:17:47Speaker 1: us a nice little surprise where we had Real Housewives
- 1:17:52Speaker 1: of Salt Lake City mid season trailer. It teases a
- 1:17:55Speaker 1: complete betrayal, a threat, and a tornado of karma. The
- 1:18:00Speaker 1: magazine article says. Later the season, the housewives are set
- 1:18:03Speaker 1: to head to another tropical location to celebrate Monica's birthday. However,
- 1:18:07Speaker 1: according to the mid season trailer, the celebrator the celebratory
- 1:18:11Speaker 1: occasion seemingly turns sour, as Heather Gay says of the island,
- 1:18:15Speaker 1: apparently it's not hard to get here, it's hard to leave.
- 1:18:19Speaker 1: Monica is then seen rushing into a restroom in tears,
- 1:18:22Speaker 1: with Lisa Barlow following closely behind her. Why would she
- 1:18:25Speaker 1: do this to you? Heather tells Meredith she recently received
- 1:18:28Speaker 1: devastating information and later accuses Meredith of a complete betrayal.
- 1:18:33Speaker 1: Heather says, tonight happened because of what you said to Monica.
- 1:18:37Speaker 1: Meredith says, it gets to the point where you're accused
- 1:18:39Speaker 1: of something over and over again, you may as well
- 1:18:41Speaker 1: do it. Monica receives a warning from Mary Cosby don't
- 1:18:45Speaker 1: trust No One.
- 1:18:46Speaker 2: Mid season trailer already. I feel like they just started. No, yeah,
- 1:18:52Speaker 2: I mean it must be a short season, we knows.
- 1:18:56Speaker 1: But it's been good. I mean I think we're seeing
- 1:18:58Speaker 1: a lot. I'm like Heather again more this season. I
- 1:19:01Speaker 1: am liking Heather again except for this book stuff, which.
- 1:19:04Speaker 2: Yeah, yeah, but whatever. You can't blame her for trying
- 1:19:06Speaker 2: to promote her book like you know most of us
- 1:19:08Speaker 2: would do that. I think in the past the issue
- 1:19:12Speaker 2: why I was kind of turned off by Heather was
- 1:19:14Speaker 2: because of.
- 1:19:16Speaker 1: Ride or died Ginshaw. Yes, yeah, yeah, I agree.
