- 0:00Speaker 1: This is the Ben and Ashley I Almost Famous podcast
- 0:03Speaker 1: with iHeartRadio.
- 0:06Speaker 2: Hey guys, welcome back to the Apple Stairs Podcast. It's
- 0:08Speaker 2: Ben and Ashley and today we are so excited to
- 0:14Speaker 2: have one of the very favorite people from the Golden
- 0:18Speaker 2: Bachelorette on. We didn't have him on during the season
- 0:21Speaker 2: and now we are wondering why he's not in Paradise.
- 0:24Speaker 2: Welcome to the show, Charles Lang. Hi, turn it out
- 0:28Speaker 2: to thank you.
- 0:29Speaker 3: Thank you.
- 0:30Speaker 2: Yeah, Charles, why are you here with us? You should
- 0:33Speaker 2: be in Paradise.
- 0:35Speaker 3: Well, you know, it's a kind of a decision between
- 0:38Speaker 3: me and the Sophia, my daughter self form what I
- 0:41Speaker 3: have reason. Yeah, maybe maybe another program in the future.
- 0:45Speaker 4: Yeah, let's kick it off there, let's talk about Paradise.
- 0:48Speaker 5: You, Ashley said, you're one of the favorites from the
- 0:50Speaker 5: Golden I would actually consider you, and I think Ashley
- 0:53Speaker 5: Wood as well, one of the favorites of all time
- 0:55Speaker 5: from any show ever.
- 0:57Speaker 4: I think people thank you could not enough of you.
- 1:02Speaker 5: Now, you just mentioned that the decision to not be
- 1:04Speaker 5: in Paradise was a decision between yourself and your daughter.
- 1:08Speaker 4: Yet your daughters were very supportive of you going on
- 1:11Speaker 4: the Golden Show.
- 1:12Speaker 5: Yeah, so what's changed because your experience there was so positive.
- 1:17Speaker 3: This is this is just personal choice. I hate to
- 1:21Speaker 3: say why. This is the beach and we both think,
- 1:26Speaker 3: you know, we look much better and more handsome. I'm
- 1:29Speaker 3: prettier in formal dresses, okay, rather than like the youngsters,
- 1:34Speaker 3: you know, they have fun and kind a little bit
- 1:37Speaker 3: while at the beach.
- 1:39Speaker 2: Okay, all right, that makes sense. Now. When we first
- 1:42Speaker 2: heard that you weren't amongst the rumor to be in Paradise,
- 1:45Speaker 2: I thought, oh, well, maybe he's going to be the bachelor.
- 1:48Speaker 2: I think he's going to be the Golden Bachelor, because,
- 1:51Speaker 2: like we said, no one has been so endearing. But
- 1:56Speaker 2: but you're not the bachelor either. Were you in talks
- 1:59Speaker 2: to be.
- 2:01Speaker 3: Not really to not to my knowledge.
- 2:04Speaker 2: Not your knowledge, so that your name may have been
- 2:06Speaker 2: thrown around the producer rooms.
- 2:08Speaker 3: Yeah, well, as you know during almost that when we
- 2:12Speaker 3: were wrapping up last year, there are a lot of
- 2:15Speaker 3: requests and the cheers, you know, quote unquote hope you
- 2:19Speaker 3: know Charles will be one of the few to be
- 2:22Speaker 3: the final candidates for the new program. But this is
- 2:25Speaker 3: what it is. I think there are reasons probably we
- 2:28Speaker 3: need to pick another young handsome man.
- 2:32Speaker 4: You know, well they could have picked you.
- 2:34Speaker 5: You fall into that category, young and handsome Charles. This
- 2:40Speaker 5: experience for you obviously was unexpected because this show didn't
- 2:44Speaker 5: exist a few years ago. Right now that it's done,
- 2:48Speaker 5: you are removed. It's been a bit since the show
- 2:51Speaker 5: has aired. Looking back, what are your emotions and thoughts
- 2:55Speaker 5: on the whole experience.
- 2:57Speaker 3: Well, I would say one word, if I can summarize,
- 3:02Speaker 3: is amazing and or a little bit beyond my expectation.
- 3:08Speaker 3: In other words, the show was much better on my part.
- 3:15Speaker 3: As you probably heard during the program or after the program.
- 3:20Speaker 3: I was very ignorant about that program before I started.
- 3:25Speaker 3: So sometimes when you don't know anything, you really bring
- 3:29Speaker 3: yourself to the full level to the program. And recently
- 3:36Speaker 3: at a birthday party in our gym, they remind me
- 3:40Speaker 3: to give a talk on this, you know, and I
- 3:43Speaker 3: told them, you know one thing. They thought, we have scripts,
- 3:47Speaker 3: you know, Charles doesn't have to think, just read or memorize.
- 3:52Speaker 3: I said, now that's not the case. The beauty pot
- 3:55Speaker 3: is spontaneous, you know, and also surprises because so we
- 3:59Speaker 3: didn't know what question will be what program either you know,
- 4:04Speaker 3: one on one or group date and any other activities
- 4:08Speaker 3: around mentioning or of the mention we will not do
- 4:13Speaker 3: at all in advance, so it's just ready come out
- 4:18Speaker 3: as you are not prepared it yet. You know. I
- 4:21Speaker 3: think maybe there's the beauty. The audience loved it, you know,
- 4:25Speaker 3: and sometimes when I look at it back, I'm a
- 4:28Speaker 3: little bit of shocked what I said at this at
- 4:32Speaker 3: that particular moment. If you ask me to repeat, I
- 4:36Speaker 3: doubt I would be able to do that. Honestly, that's
- 4:39Speaker 3: really really beauty.
- 4:40Speaker 2: Yeah, yeah, the feelings that you get inside the bachelor
- 4:43Speaker 2: bubble when love is the only thing you can concentrate
- 4:46Speaker 2: on exactly.
- 4:48Speaker 3: You know, the one of the episodes just give you example,
- 4:50Speaker 3: the men tell all. I think that episode and I
- 4:54Speaker 3: just came back in the return from the trip. I
- 4:57Speaker 3: was worried. But one is the you know, the I'm
- 5:00Speaker 3: different zones. Two is I might be tied thirties. I
- 5:04Speaker 3: didn't speak that much English in a sense, you know,
- 5:07Speaker 3: in the previous two or three months, so I was worried.
- 5:11Speaker 3: Yet you know, at the end of the show, my
- 5:13Speaker 3: daughter Sofya came to me Dad, you know, wonderful, wonderful.
- 5:17Speaker 3: You didn't see anything any word more or less just perfect.
- 5:24Speaker 3: I was flattered and I was very happy.
- 5:27Speaker 5: Yeah, it's the best compliment from the best person that
- 5:30Speaker 5: could give you that compliment. Right, So talk about Sophia
- 5:33Speaker 5: for a second. Was she a fan of the show
- 5:37Speaker 5: going into your season or she know much about it?
- 5:40Speaker 3: Well, she knew. She knew a little bit more than
- 5:44Speaker 3: I did, and she wasn't nervous, to be honest, at
- 5:47Speaker 3: the very beginning, and she was nervous while I was
- 5:52Speaker 3: over there. Later on, she joked with me and said, Dad,
- 5:55Speaker 3: guess what. My sister and I we thought you might
- 5:58Speaker 3: send home during or after the first row ceremony. We
- 6:03Speaker 3: didn't tell you because you might change your mind. I said,
- 6:06Speaker 3: oh boy, had you told me this, I'm not sure
- 6:10Speaker 3: if I were to go or not. So that's a
- 6:13Speaker 3: good part, you know, when you don't know anything, you
- 6:15Speaker 3: really perform as it is and not nervous at all,
- 6:19Speaker 3: and just just you know, be myself. Yeah, it was great,
- 6:24Speaker 3: and talking about that. You know, even as of today,
- 6:30Speaker 3: I still bump into so many fans and a surprise.
- 6:35Speaker 3: One day, I joke with a lady in the store,
- 6:38Speaker 3: I said, after many months, how come you stirban me?
- 6:41Speaker 3: Of course, Charles, you know you were a favorite, and
- 6:45Speaker 3: so on and so forth. Yeah, and this this morning,
- 6:48Speaker 3: I was at the at the Cafeteriri and the young
- 6:52Speaker 3: man who served me a company, he said, Charles, you know,
- 6:56Speaker 3: my my parents loved you on the show. Guess what said?
- 7:00Speaker 3: And I told them that Charles came to our shop.
- 7:05Speaker 3: They were so happy, so I sent my best regards
- 7:08Speaker 3: to them too.
- 7:09Speaker 6: Yeah, Charles, we know that you were born and raised
- 7:23Speaker 6: in rural China and you came to the US with
- 7:27Speaker 6: twenty dollars in your pocket.
- 7:29Speaker 2: Can you tell us a little bit about this story.
- 7:32Speaker 3: Yeah, that's you know, probably historically when we talk about
- 7:37Speaker 3: a rich country versus pole country, you know, and in
- 7:40Speaker 3: those days, you know, China was not really open to
- 7:44Speaker 3: the outside and the people just collected very very basic
- 7:49Speaker 3: accelary in local currency. And when we, for myself was
- 7:56Speaker 3: accepted by one of the universities with scholarship, yet you know,
- 8:01Speaker 3: there was no stipend. So quite a few of us
- 8:05Speaker 3: who were able to come to study in the States
- 8:09Speaker 3: either twenty dollars or forty dollars, probably not more than that.
- 8:15Speaker 3: And was I nervous, of course, yes, you know, your
- 8:19Speaker 3: twenty dollars. But on the other hand, in those days,
- 8:22Speaker 3: twenty dollars you can do a very lot of things,
- 8:25Speaker 3: you know, with twenty dollars here it's unfortunately there's only
- 8:29Speaker 3: a couple of coffin now today, you know. But yeah,
- 8:33Speaker 3: with twenty dollars in pocket and studied my education and
- 8:39Speaker 3: then you know, you find some work here and there,
- 8:42Speaker 3: and as you know, the environment, well, you know, you
- 8:46Speaker 3: are managed. You know, human beings say, you know, very
- 8:50Speaker 3: very powerful in a sense, like a sponge, you know
- 8:54Speaker 3: in the river. You really can explode at a certain
- 8:57Speaker 3: level when you are pushed to a certain degree. That's
- 9:01Speaker 3: you know what happened. And I'm not very rich yet,
- 9:06Speaker 3: but hoping, oh well, you know one day I'm working
- 9:12Speaker 3: on it. Yeah, but yeah, it was only twenty dollars.
- 9:15Speaker 3: Was a little bit nervous, But that was not that nervous,
- 9:19Speaker 3: you know, because I trust myself and I believe myself.
- 9:23Speaker 3: You know, things will get much better and better.
- 9:26Speaker 1: Yeah.
- 9:26Speaker 5: Well, you might not be I don't I mean, I
- 9:29Speaker 5: don't know your personal finances, Charles, but you might not
- 9:31Speaker 5: be rich financially, but it sounds like you're rich in
- 9:33Speaker 5: all the best ways. You have a lot of love
- 9:36Speaker 5: and support around you. You shared this story during the
- 9:40Speaker 5: show about your wife who has passed away. When you
- 9:45Speaker 5: went on the show, right, you sat down with Guy
- 9:48Speaker 5: in a very you know, I would use the word
- 9:51Speaker 5: famous or known moment. I think a lot of people
- 9:54Speaker 5: watched it and related to it and felt it emotionally
- 9:57Speaker 5: and then felt maybe somebody has been something similar. They
- 10:01Speaker 5: felt your emotions with them. What made you? I think
- 10:06Speaker 5: we saw the conversation, but what made you actually say no,
- 10:09Speaker 5: now's the time I want to talk to somebody about this.
- 10:12Speaker 5: I want to I want to voice whatever it is
- 10:14Speaker 5: I've been feeling for all this time. What made you
- 10:18Speaker 5: make that step, especially in this environment?
- 10:21Speaker 3: You know, it was very, very hard. And when I
- 10:25Speaker 3: was in the mansion and interacting with other men, you know,
- 10:29Speaker 3: we talked. We all of us at first probably hesitated.
- 10:35Speaker 3: We were not sure it is the word vulnerable, you know,
- 10:38Speaker 3: whether to what degree we should share ourselves. But as
- 10:43Speaker 3: we opened the mall and a more, and one day
- 10:46Speaker 3: I was sitting in you know this guy we were talking,
- 10:49Speaker 3: I said, the doctor guy. You know, one scene really
- 10:53Speaker 3: really bothered me. I still couldn't figure out what really
- 10:56Speaker 3: happened to my wife when she fell and there was
- 10:59Speaker 3: little bit of blood here and there. So he thought
- 11:03Speaker 3: for a while, and from his perspectives and his experience,
- 11:08Speaker 3: he said, maybe this is what happened, as I explained
- 11:11Speaker 3: in the program. And after that I was really really relieved. Yeah,
- 11:17Speaker 3: and it was such such a moment that, you know,
- 11:20Speaker 3: I would say, it's kind of turning point. And I
- 11:23Speaker 3: was sad on one hand, but on the other hand,
- 11:27Speaker 3: and I found answer, and that also I began to
- 11:32Speaker 3: have more courage to move on and open it. As
- 11:35Speaker 3: Sophia said, Dad has changed. He really has changed after
- 11:40Speaker 3: the program, and people can tell.
- 11:43Speaker 2: Yeah, that it was worth the experience just to let out.
- 11:48Speaker 3: And also when I talk to other people now, you know,
- 11:50Speaker 3: I think one part is in the program itself, but
- 11:55Speaker 3: also after the program, a lot of people come to me,
- 11:58Speaker 3: you know, Charles, you know, we're sorry what happened to you.
- 12:01Speaker 3: But at the same time they said this program really
- 12:05Speaker 3: helped them too, you know, linked to a lot of
- 12:08Speaker 3: themselves or their relatives. They said they really should have
- 12:12Speaker 3: the courage and openess like you did. You know, so
- 12:15Speaker 3: you really influenced other people, you know, not only look
- 12:20Speaker 3: at back, but have to you know, open up yourself
- 12:24Speaker 3: and move forward. As we use the analogy as if
- 12:29Speaker 3: you know, we are riding a train. You know, it
- 12:31Speaker 3: was a sad part at one stop. But on the
- 12:35Speaker 3: other hand, you know we've got to you know, prepared
- 12:39Speaker 3: and move on. So that I think probably encouraged and
- 12:44Speaker 3: help a lot of people, you know, in front of
- 12:47Speaker 3: the TV. For those who didn't have a chance to
- 12:50Speaker 3: meet with me yet, there are quite a few people
- 12:53Speaker 3: after the show they had a chance to meet me
- 12:55Speaker 3: here and there at the output at the train stage.
- 12:59Speaker 3: You can't leave it, you know. I was stopped at
- 13:02Speaker 3: the painstation in New York. You know, as soon as
- 13:05Speaker 3: I got off, I think about eight or ten people
- 13:08Speaker 3: from Texas they were waiting for me, and they had Charles,
- 13:13Speaker 3: and now I know we talked yeah, and then other
- 13:15Speaker 3: people in high Charles. Even the surprise thing is that
- 13:20Speaker 3: barely anyone's like I asked me saying, are you Charles. No,
- 13:24Speaker 3: it's a Charles. So it's it's it's affirmed. It's just
- 13:28Speaker 3: I mean, no doubt this is Charles, you know, the
- 13:31Speaker 3: one from the show that I mean, I feel really
- 13:36Speaker 3: really proud of myself in a sense, but also you know,
- 13:39Speaker 3: I feel happy for the audience. You know where we
- 13:41Speaker 3: can communicate in that perspective.
- 13:45Speaker 5: Charles, I got I got a fan here who would
- 13:47Speaker 5: love to also meet you.
- 13:49Speaker 4: My wife Jessica. Jessica, can you come in here for
- 13:53Speaker 4: a second.
- 13:54Speaker 3: Wow?
- 13:55Speaker 4: When he can come.
- 13:58Speaker 3: Oscar, don't be shy.
- 14:00Speaker 4: She's not going to be show.
- 14:01Speaker 5: We just had a new little baby girl, Charles, and
- 14:03Speaker 5: so oh congratulations they're out there playing.
- 14:07Speaker 4: This is my wife, remember Charles from the show, Charles,
- 14:10Speaker 4: I'm your biggest bed.
- 14:14Speaker 3: Nice to meet you.
- 14:15Speaker 4: Gosh, this is the coolest thing.
- 14:18Speaker 3: I told you, Charles. Yeah, this is real, Charles.
- 14:21Speaker 4: Yeah. Hi, Whitney says.
- 14:27Speaker 2: Hi, Hello, how are you?
- 14:30Speaker 4: Is that good?
- 14:31Speaker 3: This is the coolest thing. Thank you, me too. Yeah,
- 14:35Speaker 3: nice to meet you. Nice to meet you. Yeah, me too. Yeah,
- 14:39Speaker 3: I'm so happy to see you. Yeah, thank you.
- 14:54Speaker 2: Charles. You have a lot of gears under your belt
- 14:58Speaker 2: as being a girl dad. As Ben is just one
- 15:01Speaker 2: for the past three months through four months, what is
- 15:05Speaker 2: your advice to him?
- 15:06Speaker 3: Well, you know, be let them be themselves, but at
- 15:11Speaker 3: the same time, you use your sense. You need to
- 15:14Speaker 3: guide them sometimes you need a guidance. You know, when
- 15:18Speaker 3: they've grown up, if this is their question, and I
- 15:23Speaker 3: have a kind of a limit, you know. I directed
- 15:26Speaker 3: them only to certain degrees and the level. Rather, I'm
- 15:30Speaker 3: not a boss, you know, to them. And as a
- 15:34Speaker 3: father also I treat as a close friend in a sense,
- 15:39Speaker 3: you know, sometimes ask a lot of questions, what they want,
- 15:43Speaker 3: how they are treated, and what are their dreams. If
- 15:47Speaker 3: they have any requests, I always try to fulfill them.
- 15:52Speaker 3: I just give you one example of I don't know
- 15:55Speaker 3: if it's related or not. When Sophia was in middle
- 15:59Speaker 3: school and we had a new house, and one day
- 16:03Speaker 3: she said, Dad, I want to paint my room the
- 16:06Speaker 3: sitting like a Disney World. She's a great painter, you know.
- 16:10Speaker 3: I gave her credit. She's very, very artistic and talented.
- 16:14Speaker 3: Guess what. The mother said, No, you're going to ruin
- 16:16Speaker 3: the house. Then she came to me. I said, Sophie,
- 16:20Speaker 3: what is your ideas? After hearing what she said, I
- 16:23Speaker 3: just priyed and then quietly I said, go ahead, let's
- 16:28Speaker 3: go by some paint, do what you want. Just one
- 16:33Speaker 3: promise if things do not work out well, you will
- 16:37Speaker 3: help me to change the dry wall. She said, that's
- 16:41Speaker 3: the dumb deal. I'm not sure many Dad would be
- 16:46Speaker 3: willing to do that. There's a risk to ruin the room,
- 16:50Speaker 3: and a lot of them are chaos. But I think
- 16:52Speaker 3: this is the kind of dream and the kids have it,
- 16:55Speaker 3: we should fulfill support them. So I'm the kind of
- 16:58Speaker 3: dad like this. Anything it's reachable, possible, I always say yes.
- 17:05Speaker 5: It's going to be hard for me to ever say
- 17:06Speaker 5: no to my daughter. I can tell that right now.
- 17:09Speaker 2: I don't think my dad ever told me.
- 17:11Speaker 4: Now, was it your two daughters who signed you up
- 17:14Speaker 4: for the show?
- 17:14Speaker 6: Then?
- 17:16Speaker 3: Literally not that they signed up, but the younger one, Sophia,
- 17:21Speaker 3: she kind of talked it over to me and talked
- 17:23Speaker 3: to me to sign it, and we decided very quickly.
- 17:27Speaker 3: You know, I make a decisions very quickly for certain things.
- 17:32Speaker 3: So it happened this program. I didn't hesitate, and we
- 17:37Speaker 3: just jump on the wagon and then move down.
- 17:40Speaker 2: Well, Charles, some of your guys are down in Costa
- 17:43Speaker 2: Rica filming paradise. I'm sure they're going to start heading
- 17:46Speaker 2: back soon, and I would love to know if you
- 17:50Speaker 2: have some in mind that you think might be finding
- 17:52Speaker 2: a love match down there.
- 17:55Speaker 3: One thing, unfortunately, I don't know how many young ladies
- 17:59Speaker 3: when over there. When you when I use the word
- 18:01Speaker 3: of young ladies, you know, is it a lot or
- 18:04Speaker 3: only a few?
- 18:05Speaker 2: I think there'll be equal amounts.
- 18:08Speaker 3: Wow, that's nice. I'm sure definitely that if that that's
- 18:13Speaker 3: the case, definitely will be happy stories after they come back.
- 18:17Speaker 3: We have a chat group, you know, and I'm sure
- 18:20Speaker 3: there'll be photos and even cases, roses, so on and
- 18:24Speaker 3: so forth. And I'll be happy if something you know
- 18:28Speaker 3: closer to you know, engagement, you know, we'll be together. Yeah,
- 18:33Speaker 3: I'll be happy for them.
- 18:35Speaker 4: We'll be happy for them too.
- 18:36Speaker 5: And obviously you're not down there, as we've mentioned before,
- 18:40Speaker 5: but you are in the real world where you know,
- 18:43Speaker 5: potential partners do exist. Still, are you dating? Are you
- 18:48Speaker 5: interested in dating? If so, how is it going for you.
- 18:52Speaker 3: I have not formally started dating yet yet, you know,
- 18:57Speaker 3: it's on my agenda if I can say that. Yeah,
- 19:02Speaker 3: I'm kind of in the way to be rush, but
- 19:06Speaker 3: not I'm not in a hurry either. I think, you know,
- 19:11Speaker 3: I'm waiting for that moment that the nice lady you
- 19:16Speaker 3: know will pop up, and also for me, you know,
- 19:20Speaker 3: I hope you know, I'll show up, you know as well.
- 19:24Speaker 3: I'm kind of you know, dream of or waiting for
- 19:27Speaker 3: that particular moment, and I'm sure, you know, something would
- 19:31Speaker 3: definitely happen, but it's a matter of time. If that happens,
- 19:34Speaker 3: I'll let you guys know.
- 19:36Speaker 2: No, yeah, keep manifesting that thank you, thank you.
- 19:39Speaker 3: Sure.
- 19:40Speaker 2: Yeah, that's the way it should be, you know.
- 19:43Speaker 3: Yeah, I mean I was kind of nervous before the show,
- 19:47Speaker 3: as I explained during the program. Now that that part
- 19:51Speaker 3: is gone, and we are very transparent, you know, among
- 19:55Speaker 3: the kids myself, so I wouldn't worry too much yet,
- 20:00Speaker 3: you know, if that really happens, I still would like
- 20:04Speaker 3: to seek some opinion from the daughters, you know, and
- 20:07Speaker 3: even though they may not have the final approval say
- 20:10Speaker 3: yeah or no, but I would respect their instinct. I'm
- 20:14Speaker 3: sure they are pretty smart. We just want to make sure,
- 20:17Speaker 3: you know, she's happy and I'm happy. You know that.
- 20:20Speaker 3: That's the ultimatic goal, you know, nothing else. You know,
- 20:24Speaker 3: she can be rich or not necessary rich. You know,
- 20:27Speaker 3: she can be very happy, pretty or not necessary. That
- 20:31Speaker 3: pretty easy. Yeah, But the warm heart, the sweetheart, probably
- 20:37Speaker 3: is most important.
- 20:38Speaker 5: Yeah, Charles, You've got a sweetheart, you do. It was
- 20:43Speaker 5: shown on national television. You might not be the next
- 20:46Speaker 5: Golden Bachelor, but there are millions of people around the
- 20:51Speaker 5: world that would love to just get to run into
- 20:55Speaker 5: you because you know what you did. You were relatable,
- 20:58Speaker 5: you were engaging, your kind. Thank you, and you brought
- 21:02Speaker 5: a really healthy perspective to the show. And for that
- 21:06Speaker 5: all of us thank you.
- 21:08Speaker 4: Thank Charles, and.
- 21:10Speaker 5: This next season of life before we talk to you
- 21:12Speaker 5: again once you do get out there and start dating.
- 21:15Speaker 5: What's keeping you busy today? As we kind of close.
- 21:17Speaker 3: Here, Okay, one is you know, I visit my grandkids,
- 21:21Speaker 3: you know, as many times as I can. And also
- 21:26Speaker 3: I spend quite a few hours in the gym. We
- 21:30Speaker 3: have formed a very nice group of senior people, if
- 21:34Speaker 3: I can say, well, we dance, we exercise, we play pickaballs,
- 21:38Speaker 3: and we go out, have lunch, celebrate birthdays, so on
- 21:43Speaker 3: and so forth. And also another hobby, as I explained
- 21:46Speaker 3: in the program, it's just my hobby. I try to
- 21:50Speaker 3: trade half an hour day, you know, when the market
- 21:53Speaker 3: is ripe, and I do in salt, so I can
- 21:56Speaker 3: read a lot of stuff in reference to that market.
- 21:59Speaker 3: I really enjot it. You know. I may make, you know,
- 22:02Speaker 3: quite a few hundred dollars here and there, or lose
- 22:05Speaker 3: a few hundred dollars here and there. But that's okay yet.
- 22:08Speaker 3: You know, I know what I'm doing and I've been
- 22:10Speaker 3: doing very well, so I'm pretty pretty happy with that.
- 22:13Speaker 3: I'm very busy. And then nowadays, you know, I also
- 22:16Speaker 3: start by libraries. You know, I don't have particular topic
- 22:20Speaker 3: to study, but anything that catch my eyes, you know,
- 22:24Speaker 3: I would dig into that, either books or magazines on
- 22:29Speaker 3: and so forth. The first thing in the morning, when
- 22:32Speaker 3: I wake up, I always call Hey, Google, you know,
- 22:35Speaker 3: and then they say, oh, good morning, Charles. The news starts.
- 22:39Speaker 3: After the news, I said, hey, Google, can you play
- 22:41Speaker 3: such such music? While you know, I began to, you know,
- 22:44Speaker 3: make my room. So it's it's a it's a kind
- 22:48Speaker 3: of very routine. I'm pretty busy, but I'm very happy.
- 22:52Speaker 2: Yeah, do you have Google play you Britney Spears, because
- 22:56Speaker 2: we know that it was on your bucket list to
- 22:58Speaker 2: see her live, and she says she's never put forming again,
- 23:00Speaker 2: so we may all not cross that one off.
- 23:04Speaker 3: Sure, you know, no anything. Sometimes school say, oh, Chiles,
- 23:08Speaker 3: we don't have that program, and I tease the Google,
- 23:11Speaker 3: and then another time, yes, you know, or I get
- 23:14Speaker 3: something on the YouTube and any other channels Also at
- 23:19Speaker 3: this moment, I watch NBA finals and also I watch
- 23:24Speaker 3: football finals. So now it's the time, you know, I
- 23:28Speaker 3: try to watch each single game moving forward.
- 23:32Speaker 5: It's a good time. Knicks versus the Pacers. The Pacers
- 23:34Speaker 5: will come out on top.
- 23:35Speaker 4: Charles. I'm just letting you know right now, as an
- 23:37Speaker 4: Indiana fan.
- 23:38Speaker 3: I'm fine. No, I respect each team. I love them all.
- 23:42Speaker 3: You know, I don't have if one team loses the other,
- 23:46Speaker 3: I'm not mad, you know, I'm all happy for their
- 23:48Speaker 3: great efforts and entertainment. I love it.
- 23:52Speaker 5: Yeah, goodness, Charles, You're made in a factory somewhere. You're
