- 0:28Hey everybody, good morning from the chicken coop.
- 0:31So what is weighing you down going into the end of the year?
- 0:37What are the things that you know are still weighing you
- 0:40down, making you feel like you cannot fly and be joyous into
- 0:44the end of the year because now is the time to clean them up.
- 0:50And I'm not just talking about, you know, the stuff the To Do
- 0:54List. I'm talking about is it time to
- 0:56get rid of stuff in the house? Is it time to say, hey, I'm
- 0:59going to be cooking for all these people And you know what?
- 1:02I can't stand this pan that I always have.
- 1:04And I'm just going to even go buy a simple $2.00 pan to cook
- 1:09this Turkey or whatever in. And I'm not going to use this
- 1:12other pan because it's so heavy and it annoys the hell out of
- 1:15me. Whatever it is, if it's weighing
- 1:18you down, you have to ask yourself, so you know, you have
- 1:23to clean it up. So, you know, I was doing a big
- 1:26clean out of the coop. I think I talked about it the
- 1:29other day on here and one of the things that I recognized was I
- 1:33did not have a tool in here that I needed that I really should
- 1:37have had. And I kept jury rigging another
- 1:40tool to make something work. And I'm like, this is just, I
- 1:43just need a scoop. I, I just had a scoop instead of
- 1:45just using a cup, I was using like a, an old container of
- 1:49yogurt and, you know, wash it out.
- 1:51You have another container there, but I was using that to
- 1:53scoop out grain. And the problem is they crack
- 1:56all the time. And then once they crack, they,
- 1:58they wobble and they're not sturdy and then you spill the
- 2:01grain. Like, why am I just not getting
- 2:03a scoop? Like what is the problem?
- 2:04I, I can go get a scoop. Why am I not getting a scoop?
- 2:08These are the little tiny things that cause the irritations that
- 2:12make us frustrated. And then they find more
- 2:16frustration because energetically you're aligned
- 2:18with the frustrations. When we acknowledge them and
- 2:20don't fix them. But when we fix them, we are now
- 2:23aligning to the things we want as opposed to the things we
- 2:26don't want. So when you know what's weighing
- 2:28you down, you got to make a shift with it.
- 2:31I recognize I have a bunch of clothes that I do not.
- 2:36I don't get rid of them. This is really important.
- 2:38Like I don't get rid of them and I don't wear them and I don't
- 2:41know why I keep them. What is the purpose of having a
- 2:44closet filled with clothes that you don't wear just in case you
- 2:47need them? But guess what?
- 2:49I'm not going to wear them. I don't like the way they look
- 2:51on me. I don't like the way they feel.
- 2:53But yet I have them because I have these jeans.
- 2:56I have a bunch of jeans that I have that I don't wear and I
- 3:01keep them anyway and it's befuddling to me as to why I
- 3:06have them and keep them. Now I could sit there and say,
- 3:09well, maybe they'll come back into style because some of them
- 3:11are like really wide leg and maybe they'll come back into
- 3:14style so I can justify a couple pairs of them.
- 3:17But I'm talking like I've probably got like 15 pairs of
- 3:20jeans and of the 15 pairs of jeans I probably only really,
- 3:25really like or love maybe 6 pairs.
- 3:28So what am I doing with the rest of them?
- 3:30Why do I have these other jeans? Why do I have nine other pairs
- 3:33of pants roughly that I don't want to wear?
- 3:36I don't know. And that's the point of this.
- 3:38This is what shows up. Why do we have all these things
- 3:42in our pantry that we bought that we don't like?
- 3:45Because we all know we go buy something.
- 3:47We say, oh, I don't like that at all.
- 3:49And rather than just getting rid of it in the moment, we put it
- 3:52on a shelf and we don't use it. Or the refrigerator has sauces,
- 3:57samples, items in it that we get, but we don't get rid of
- 4:03them when we don't use them or don't like them.
- 4:06And then our refrigerator is packed with only the stuff that
- 4:09we use in the front and the back is just like the wild, Wild
- 4:13West. And Oh my gosh, what are we
- 4:16doing? And it's weighing us down
- 4:19because every time we open the refrigerator and we see it, we
- 4:22know we don't like what's in there.
- 4:24So you've got to stop and pause and say the benefit to me right
- 4:29now is to look and say what's weighing me down so I can purge
- 4:32and make room for the good stuff.
- 4:34And that's what today is all about.
- 4:36So make your list, figure it out.
- 4:37Figure out when, not just what you want to do, what are the
- 4:40things that are weighing you down, but figure out when you're
- 4:43going to make the time to do it and get rid of it and clean it
- 4:47up. Because God knows it feels so
- 4:50much better when you do it. And you can make sure that
- 4:53you're giving yourself that space to have something
- 4:55wonderful take place. All right, my friends, I hope
- 4:59you have a blessed day and I will see you tomorrow.
- 5:01Bye.
