Transcript
- 0:00So again, I just want to thank you for joining me on this
- 0:02edition of the Urancho Radio podcast.
- 0:05We're going to tackle a couple. Of subjects.
- 0:07We're going to talk about the value of personality from the.
- 0:101st paper written by a Divine Counselor, and I think you'll.
- 0:14Really appreciate when you think about the the wonderful gift of
- 0:18personality. And then we're going to spend
- 0:20some time talking about Paper 72, which recently I've
- 0:24discovered is the most exciting paper in the Urancho book, and
- 0:28I'll share. With you why?
- 0:29So stay right there, but we have a lot to talk about
- 0:44on this edition of the Rancho Radio Podcast.
- 0:47I want to welcome you to all my friends and listeners of the
- 0:50podcast The Rancho Radio Podcast from the Western States,
- 0:55specifically Santa Barbara, CA, where my wife and I are staying
- 1:00for a couple. Of weeks.
- 1:00This is where we met, and this is also where I attended my
- 1:03first Your Rancho Book Study meeting when I was in Santa
- 1:10Barbara. I got an opportunity to meet
- 1:12Clyde Bedell, son Barry, who recently passed, and he was one
- 1:16of my early mentors in the Rancho Book and I would attend
- 1:21the weekly meetings. And he taught me a lot.
- 1:25He taught me a lot. About the early days of the
- 1:28Rancho book and the conflicts and things like that.
- 1:31Because you know when you first started studying the book,
- 1:33unlike today where all this information is at your
- 1:35fingertips, you know in in the old days, in the 80s and the
- 1:3990s, there wasn't a lot of information available.
- 1:43And what you could find was, is mainly through publications, the
- 1:46foundation and all that. So it's good to be back.
- 1:49It's good to be here. I want to thank you.
- 1:51I also want to thank Donna D'Angelo for coming on and
- 1:54talking about her new book. And I I also want to make a
- 1:59footnote because I think it is important for my own sake,
- 2:02because I. Gave it a lot of thought and and
- 2:06I I don't want to say it in an improper.
- 2:08But I do not endorse channeling, you know, in.
- 2:16I think it's paper 137. You know it.
- 2:19It's at Tiberius and. It's right after that part of
- 2:25the Rancho book where they're talking about the Women's
- 2:28Evangelical Corps and then a couple.
- 2:32Of papers later there Jesus is giving a speech about all the
- 2:36different belief systems that are out there during his time
- 2:39and age and he goes through each one of them and.
- 2:42Says this is for example. He he tackles astrology and he
- 2:47says, you know the planets and the stars have have no effect,
- 2:52no direct effect on your daytoday life.
- 2:55And he goes through each of the different belief systems that
- 2:57are out there, and one of them is, you know, speaking to the
- 3:01dead or speaking to the departed.
- 3:04And he makes it very clear that that it just doesn't happen.
- 3:09Now, this doesn't discredit the importance of what Donna's.
- 3:13Work is all about and it certainly is my own opinion.
- 3:16So but. It is it possible that perhaps
- 3:20she was presented with the transcripts, maybe the?
- 3:26The the guardian angels. Who were with the Women's
- 3:28Evangelical Corps. They were pretty important
- 3:31people. Is it possible that she's
- 3:34getting information relate? To her to help her appreciate
- 3:37and spread the word that with Jesus and my whole point of the
- 3:40interview. Was because Jesus opened the
- 3:43doors. You know he is.
- 3:45He got rid of that glass ceiling that was holding women back and
- 3:49it was an important facet of mythraism versus Christianity in
- 3:56the late 1st and 2nd century. Mithraism was a competing belief
- 4:00system very similar on many levels to early Christianity.
- 4:03The difference being is that in Christianity women were allowed
- 4:07to come into the church and that was not the case with Mithraism
- 4:13and that eventually the ranch. Book says is why Christianity
- 4:17won out and won over the converts of Mithraic of the
- 4:20Mithraic cult of Iran. And so that's the important
- 4:23story. It's the significance that.
- 4:26Here is this religious teacher in the 1st century who is
- 4:31treating women and men the same. And it was astounding to the
- 4:35men, and it was certainly even more astounding to the women.
- 4:38I E Mary Magdalene Rebecca, those who went about as Donna
- 4:44explained and and laid the foundation for Christianity.
- 4:49And it's a shame. That Paul the apostle was not
- 4:52more favorable to women. And even today, you know there
- 4:55are some sections of the. Catholic Church that will simply
- 4:58not allow women preachers and. It's loosely based on the Judaic
- 5:04principle, which is that. He was the the cause of original
- 5:07sin. Now you know the Rancho book.
- 5:09Dispels all that. It explains all of it.
- 5:11And I thought it was important what Donna was trying to say,
- 5:13and that's why I decided to have her on.
- 5:15And I appreciate the fact that I've gotten a lot of great
- 5:17feedback from people, but I also want to make it clear that it is
- 5:21not normally my I I don't like to bring things on the Arancha
- 5:26Radio Podcast unless they're consistent with the Arancha
- 5:28Book. And the Arancha book clearly
- 5:30says that there is no such thing as talking to people who have
- 5:33died. But it doesn't discount the
- 5:36overall profound and powerful message of what I think Donna
- 5:40the message that she received is that maybe more women would be
- 5:44likely to read the Arancha book, or maybe they would be more
- 5:46likely to believe in Christ if they knew that he was such a
- 5:50trendsetter that he was favorable.
- 5:52You know right now many people who do not like Christianity.
- 5:57Typically are of the more. Progressive crowd who think that
- 6:01God the Father is an oppressive term, but if they only knew.
- 6:05That Jesus was was inviting to women as well to come and join
- 6:09the Kingdom. The Kingdom was truly open to
- 6:12all. And that's the better message
- 6:14and that's the more important message that I wanted Donna to
- 6:18bring to the show. And she did so.
- 6:20And I appreciate. That I also want to talk about
- 6:23personality. There's a great segment that I
- 6:25read. A couple of weeks ago that I
- 6:27felt compared to share and if there is time I'll talk about
- 6:30something that I think is so amazing and so wonderful and
- 6:33it's right under our noses. We're going to talk about Paper
- 6:3672, the government on a neighboring planet, you know,
- 6:42all this searching going on around.
- 6:45The world of UA P's and UF O's and we've talked a lot about
- 6:49alien life forms. Ladies and gentlemen, we have in
- 6:53Paper 72, and it's really a departure from the rest of the
- 6:57Urancho book because it's the only section in the whole book,
- 7:00Paper 70. Two, that actually specifically
- 7:03talks about a specific life that is occurring not far from our
- 7:09own world. So we know it's in Satania
- 7:12somewhere and they didn't even give us the name of the planet,
- 7:15which I think is interesting, but we're going to dive into one
- 7:18particular section and then I'll have a an important question to
- 7:22ask you, but I want to get into the personality.
- 7:25Aspect that I read. It's in paper one and if you
- 7:29want to join me on that, it's paper one and it's the final
- 7:33section, the spiritual value of the personality concept.
- 7:38And let me just read because it's such an inspiring section
- 7:43and I want to share it with you when Jesus.
- 7:44Talked about the living God. He referred to a personal deity,
- 7:48the Father in Heaven, the concept of the personality of
- 7:52deity. Facilitates fellowship.
- 7:54It favors intelligent worship. It promotes refreshing
- 7:58trustfulness. Interactions can be had between
- 8:01nonpersonal things, but not fellowship.
- 8:04The fellowship relation of Father and Son, as between God
- 8:08and man, cannot be enjoyed unless both are persons.
- 8:12Only personalities can commune with each other, albeit this
- 8:16personal communion may be. Greatly facilitated by the
- 8:20presence of just such and then personal entity as the.
- 8:23Thought of gesture? So it's the spirit fragment.
- 8:27Think of it as Bluetooth. Think of.
- 8:29It as Bluetooth that connects you to another person and in
- 8:34this case. It's the highest personality in
- 8:36the universe. Think of that fragment.
- 8:39Remember when Bill Sadler talked?
- 8:40About a sheet of paper and that each one of those.
- 8:44That if you rip off just a little bit of that paper and you
- 8:48envision that that paper. Is God, God, the Father, and
- 8:51each little? Paper that you rip off is a
- 8:54fragment. And each one of those fragments
- 8:57is it is in the an individual's mind and it's the spirit working
- 9:04with you through your life, spiritizing your experiences,
- 9:08preparing you on a sub a superconscious level, what's
- 9:12ahead. And it's also in, in a way, it's
- 9:15an insurance plan. Because if you as an individual
- 9:20failed to make that choice in your lifetime to to follow or
- 9:25believe in. The afterlife or the
- 9:28resurrection or going through that experience, where you're
- 9:31born of the Spirit, Born of the Spirit.
- 9:33See Born of the flesh, born of the Spirit.
- 9:38The if you choose not to to take on the eternal journey for
- 9:42whatever reason, your spirit fragment still.
- 9:45Takes all of those valuable experiences in your life, and
- 9:50those valuable experiences may very well end up in some other
- 9:53human who's evolving on some other planet in some other.
- 9:56Galaxy because the spirit fragment will be reassigned.
- 10:00That spirit is not going to stop until it finds an eternal
- 10:04partner, and that's where the fusion occurs in the afterlife.
- 10:11Where the spirit and the soul. Which is your contribution to
- 10:15that partnership unite. So that's when they talk.
- 10:21About the thought adjuster, The thought adjuster is the spirit
- 10:23fragment. It is the thing that.
- 10:26Adjusts your thoughts towards spiritization.
- 10:30Man does not achieve union with God.
- 10:32As a drop of water might find unity with the ocean.
- 10:36I've heard people say they've explained.
- 10:38That's what the Supreme Being is.
- 10:41There were just drops in the ocean, and the ocean is God.
- 10:44But they're saying here that man does not achieve union with God.
- 10:47As a drop of water might find unity with the ocean, man
- 10:51attains divine union by progressive, reciprocal
- 10:54spiritual communion by personality, intercourse with
- 10:58the personal God by increasingly attaining the divine nature.
- 11:02Through wholehearted and intelligent conformity to the
- 11:05divine will, such a sublime relationship can exist only
- 11:10between personalities. The concept of truth might
- 11:14possibly entertain apart from personality.
- 11:17The concept of beauty may exist without personality, but the
- 11:21concept of divine goodness is understandable only in relation
- 11:26to personality. Only a person can love and be
- 11:29loved, even beauty and truth. Would be divorced from survival
- 11:33hope if they were not attributes of a personal God, a loving
- 11:37father. We cannot fully understand how
- 11:41God can be primal, changeless, all powerful and perfect, and at
- 11:45the same time be surrounded by an ever changing and apparently
- 11:49law, limited universe, an evolving universe of relative
- 11:53imperfections. But we can know such a truth in
- 11:56our own personal experience, since we all maintain identity
- 12:00of personality and unity. Of will, in spite of the
- 12:04constant changing of both ourselves and our environment,
- 12:09Ultimate universe reality cannot be grasped by mathematics.
- 12:13Logic or philosophy only by personal experience and
- 12:18progressive conformity to the divine will of a personal God.
- 12:23Personal God. Do you know how many people in
- 12:26the world can't even grasp? It's the Their faith doesn't
- 12:30allow them to get to that point. It doesn't mean they won't, but
- 12:34it takes a long time. I had a conversation once with a
- 12:37woman who was Catholic and in. I don't know what caused the
- 12:42conversation to come up, but. She.
- 12:45She looked at the stars and I know she said something like God
- 12:48is out. He's so big I can't even
- 12:49conceive of them. And I said to.
- 12:52But doesn't that mean it's inside of you?
- 12:54I mean, if you can conceive of God being out there, what
- 12:58mechanism allows you to? See that?
- 13:01To conceive of that, And why wouldn't that mechanism be
- 13:04operative in your own mind? It goes on to say neither
- 13:08science, philosophy or. Theology can validate the
- 13:11personal or the personality of God only the personal experience
- 13:15of the faith, sons of the Heavenly Father.
- 13:17Can affect the actual spirit realization of the personality
- 13:21of God, and it's presented by a Divine Counselor considering one
- 13:30of the Supreme authorities. In fact, that Divine Counselor
- 13:34that. Wrote those words, he writes,
- 13:36because I represent the highest source of information.
- 13:39Available for such a purpose on any inhabited world I.
- 13:43Have served as a Divine Counselor in all seven of the
- 13:46Super universes, which have long resided at the Paradise Center
- 13:50of all things. Many times this Divine Counselor
- 13:53writes, I have enjoyed the supreme pleasure of a sojourn in
- 13:57the immediate personal presence of the Universal.
- 13:59Father, I portray the reality and truth of the Father's nature
- 14:04and attributes with unchallengeable authority.
- 14:08I know whereof I speak and remember this is the same person
- 14:11who wrote ever. Bear in mind that these profound
- 14:14truths pertaining to deity will increasingly clarify as your
- 14:18minds become. Progressively spiritualized.
- 14:21The successive epics of the long, mortal ascent to paradise.
- 14:27It sounds to me like they know what they're talking about, and
- 14:30I wanted to bring that up because personality is such a
- 14:32unique concept. Really, we all have different
- 14:35personalities. Our personalities sort of retain
- 14:38the same shape and contour. You know, our lives might.
- 14:43You can see somebody, you can meet somebody, even the sound of
- 14:46their voice. If you ever notice, if you talk
- 14:48to someone on the phone, their voice doesn't change the to me,
- 14:53their voice. Is is is the audio version of
- 14:56their personality? There's something distinct about
- 14:59it, right? Wouldn't you say?
- 15:01I I know that in for example. Last year I was talking to the
- 15:05sister of one of my best friends who had passed and I hadn't
- 15:09talked. To his sister since I was like
- 15:1217. So we're talking about, you
- 15:14know, almost 40 years. And you know what?
- 15:18She sounded the same. It was the same person.
- 15:21Nothing had changed and that's when it occurred to me.
- 15:24The value of personality and the uniqueness of personality I want
- 15:30to switch over now and while we still have a little bit of time
- 15:33together and talk about Paper 72 and in Section 4.
- 15:42Now it's interesting because paper 72 is government on a
- 15:45neighboring planet and it. Falls right after the previous
- 15:50paper 71 The Development of the State in Which the Urantia.
- 15:55Revelators share with us the ideal.
- 15:59State what we should be working for.
- 16:02It's rather. Prophetic, actually, because
- 16:03it's giving us a road map to the future development of the state.
- 16:08So it. Takes us all the way up.
- 16:09It has gone through the entire panorama of the evolution of the
- 16:13human species on our world. And then it it, it culminates in
- 16:19Paper 71 when it gets to the development of the state,
- 16:22because now we're in the modern age, we have all this new
- 16:25technology, we've literally come out of the jungle.
- 16:29And so they give us some guidelines on what we can do to
- 16:32achieve an ideal state and then it jumps over to.
- 16:36Well, let's take a look at another country on another
- 16:40planet who's very similar to yours, and we're going to do
- 16:44something. That we rarely ever do, but it's
- 16:48part of the Revelation and Paper 72 is followed by the beginnings
- 16:53of the Garden of Eden, which is that point when Adam and Eve
- 16:57were brought to the planet to continue the.
- 17:00Uplift So Paper 71. Development of the state.
- 17:05Takes us as far as we can go. Just before Adam and Eve start
- 17:09the new chapter, the new era, the new epic of human life on
- 17:13our world, then Paper 72 jumps over to government on another
- 17:17planet. It's the strangest thing, and it
- 17:20actually describes. A.
- 17:23A. A group of humans who were not
- 17:26unlike us. They had them and Adam and Eve
- 17:28the. The defaulted They had a
- 17:30planetary Prince who defaulted and and joined Lucifer in the
- 17:34rebellion. What's really?
- 17:37About this paper 72 number one, I think this.
- 17:41Paper is the most revelatory part, aside from perhaps the
- 17:47life and teachings of Jesus, but it is the most revelatory part
- 17:51of the entire book. No other book I know of will go
- 17:55into this much detail, unless it's fiction about life on
- 18:01another. This tells us about a planet
- 18:03that's not that far behind us. It may have been planet.
- 18:07We're planet 606. We could be learning about
- 18:10Planet 607 here and. Part three really is quite
- 18:16revealing. Let me share this with you.
- 18:17This is amazing when you think about what kind of knowledge
- 18:21we're being given here. Part 3.
- 18:24The Home Life Paper 72 on this and I want you to think about
- 18:29the. Parallels of how we have our
- 18:32life here. Okay, we are America's united.
- 18:36States are considered one of the more progressive governments on
- 18:40the planet. We have freedom here, We have
- 18:43education. We've come a long way, baby.
- 18:45We're on our own continent. We're separated from all the
- 18:49other continents to be very. Hard to take over the United
- 18:51States, you know, if if you contrast the development of our
- 18:55economy and our technology and our health and our education and
- 18:59our wellbeing, and you compare. It to say you know pick some
- 19:05some country in Subsaharan Africa and you compare and
- 19:10they're saying that this this particular group of people on
- 19:14this other planet are very similar to the to the.
- 19:17Way life is perhaps on the United States, it doesn't.
- 19:19Say that specifically, but the the comparisons are obvious.
- 19:25So here we we learn in paper 72, Section 3, the home life on this
- 19:30continent. It is against the law for two
- 19:31families to live under the same roof, and since group dwellings
- 19:36have been outlawed, most of the tenement types of buildings have
- 19:39been demolished but the unmarried.
- 19:42Still live in clubs, hotels and other small dwellings.
- 19:45Or other group dwellings. The smallest home site permitted
- 19:48must provide 50,000 square feet of land, I believe.
- 19:52The average 3 bedroom home in America is, what, 1010 thousand
- 19:56feet? They get 50.
- 19:59The smallest home site permitted must provide 50,000 square feet
- 20:03of land. All land and other property used
- 20:05for home purposes are free from taxation up to 10 times the
- 20:10minimum home site allotment. Now why would you?
- 20:13Ask what a book? That's got 2000 pages and it
- 20:16goes off and all these philosophical why would they
- 20:19take? The time to tell us that on this
- 20:21government that occurs on another planet about taxation,
- 20:27when you think about, well, it's it's important.
- 20:29They're trying to help us. They're trying to, they're
- 20:32they're taking a a different society and they're showing us
- 20:37what they do and they're saying you may want to try this, this,
- 20:40this. Actually, might work out better.
- 20:42The home life of this people has greatly improved.
- 20:45During the last century, attendance of parents, both
- 20:49fathers and mothers, at the parental schools of child
- 20:52culture is compulsory. Even the agriculturists who who
- 20:57reside. In small country, settlements
- 20:59carry on this work by correspondence going to the
- 21:02nearby Centers for oral instruction once in 10 days
- 21:05every two weeks. For they maintain a fiveday
- 21:08week. That's an interesting clue,
- 21:12right? They actually provide a lot of.
- 21:14Clues through the narration that kind of tell us that this planet
- 21:18has a different rotation the the years A.
- 21:22Little longer than the your ante year 365 days, it goes on to
- 21:28say. The average number of children
- 21:30in each family is five and they are under the full control of
- 21:32their parents or in case of the demise of 1 or both under.
- 21:36That of the guardians designated by the parental courts.
- 21:41It is considered a great honor for any family to be awarded the
- 21:43guardianship of a full. Orphan competitive examinations
- 21:48are being are held among parents and the orphan is awarded to the
- 21:52home Of those displaying the best parental qualifications,
- 21:56how different is that from us? I mean, consider the how much
- 22:00our society would benefit if people?
- 22:04Had to go to parental school so that they raise.
- 22:08Children that don't become derelict or at risk.
- 22:15It's interesting that the way this country has evolved over
- 22:18the. Course of 200 years as as the
- 22:21revelators. Explained in previous chapters
- 22:24that they come to recognize that the home institution is the
- 22:27bedrock of the society. And they put a lot of emphasis
- 22:32on making sure that children are taught correctly, that religion
- 22:35is is taught in the home and encouraged that help.
- 22:41And well-being are prized. Loyalty to service is exalted.
- 22:48This thing tells us what life should be like.
- 22:52Here in the United States. And that's why I think they're
- 22:54telling us this. In fact, at the end of this
- 22:57chapter, which I'll read, I'll tell you.
- 22:59Why they were giving us all this information?
- 23:02It goes on to say. These people regard the home as
- 23:04the basic institution of their civilization.
- 23:07It is expected. That the most valuable part of a
- 23:10child's. Education and character training
- 23:12will be secured from his parents and at home, and fathers devote
- 23:17almost as much attention to child culture as do mothers.
- 23:22All sex instruction is administered in the home by the
- 23:24parents or by legal guardians. Not counselors at high schools
- 23:30or teachers who try to keep their.
- 23:33New gender a secret where they try to teach social.
- 23:37Activism behind the parents back, which is what we're seeing
- 23:42in our own country, which is appalling.
- 23:45Your Rancho Book writers write. Moral instruction is offered by
- 23:49teachers. During the rest periods in the
- 23:51school shops, but not so with religious training, which is
- 23:54deemed to be the exclusive privilege of parents.
- 23:57Religious religion being looked upon as an integral part of home
- 24:02life purely. Religious instruction is given
- 24:05publicly only in the temples of philosophy.
- 24:08Not so much, and not so exclusively is religious, are
- 24:13there? Religious institutions, as on
- 24:15your ranch and where that we have churches having developed
- 24:18among the people and their philosophy.
- 24:22Religion is the striving to know God and to manifest love for
- 24:26one's fellows through service. For them.
- 24:28But this is not typical of the religions or the religious.
- 24:32Status of the other nations on this planet.
- 24:35Religion is so entirely a family matter among these people that
- 24:39there are no public places devoted.
- 24:42Exclusively to religious assembly.
- 24:44So it's a nation without churches, really.
- 24:47Churches. Thought of a.
- 24:48Religion, at least, is thought of thought.
- 24:50Of something in the home. Politically, Church and state,
- 24:54as your ranchons are want to say, are entirely separate.
- 24:58But there is a strange overlapping.
- 25:01Of religion and philosophy and that that draws to my mind some
- 25:05of the cultures around the world more Asian.
- 25:09You know in pre communist China I would say there was more of
- 25:12Buddhism was more of a philosophy than a religion.
- 25:17It goes. On to say, until 20 years ago,
- 25:19the spiritual teachers comparable.
- 25:20To your ranch of pastors who visit each family periodically
- 25:24to. Examine the children to
- 25:26ascertain if they have been properly instructed by their
- 25:28parents. We're under governmental
- 25:31supervision, the spiritual advisors.
- 25:33And examiners are now under the direction of the newly created
- 25:37foundation of spiritual progress.
- 25:40Maybe we should start that A. Foundation of spiritual
- 25:43progress. Wouldn't that be something?
- 25:45Make it completely What's the word?
- 25:48Nonpartisan. What's that word?
- 25:53You know, and you're not exclusive.
- 25:56Oh, the word is nondenominational.
- 26:01Possibly this institution may not further evolve until after
- 26:04the arrival of a paradise. Magisterial son children remain
- 26:08legally subject to their. Parents until they are 15, when
- 26:11the first initiation into civic responsibility is held.
- 26:15Thereafter, every five years for five successive periods, similar
- 26:19public exercises are held for such age groups at which their.
- 26:22Obligation to parents are lessened while new civic and
- 26:26social responsibilities. To the state are assumed,
- 26:30suffrage is conferred at 20, the right to marry without parental
- 26:34consent is not bestowed until 25, and children must leave home
- 26:39on reaching the age of 30. Marriage and divorce laws are
- 26:43uniform throughout the nation. Marriage before 20, the age of
- 26:47civil enfranchisement is not permitted.
- 26:50Permission to marry is only granted after one year's notice
- 26:53of intention and after both bride and groom present
- 26:56certificates. Showing that they have been
- 26:59fully instructed in the parental schools regarding the.
- 27:02Responsibilities of married life.
- 27:05Imagine how much life would improve on our world if we put.
- 27:09A lot more thought into the very idea of.
- 27:12Of marriage and what? What that entails and the
- 27:14responsibilities and the obligations.
- 27:18It sounds to me like these people really view marriage as a
- 27:21true institution that is integral to the.
- 27:26Development of a society. I'm not so sure that that's the
- 27:31current trend on our world. People are not getting married.
- 27:35People don't want the responsibility, they don't want
- 27:37to have children. They're depriving themselves of
- 27:40the most important facets of. Development in any society and
- 27:46it concludes with this divorce. Regulations are somewhat lax,
- 27:49but decrees of separation issued by the parental courts.
- 27:52May not be had until one year after application.
- 27:56Therefore has been recorded, and the year on this planet is
- 28:00considerably longer than on Urantia.
- 28:03Another clue, possibly a slightly.
- 28:06Larger planet, slightly farther away from its mother orb,
- 28:12notwithstanding their easy divorce laws.
- 28:14The present rate of divorce. Is only 110th that of the
- 28:17Civilized Races. Of Urantia.
- 28:20Let me just show you the different.
- 28:22Because I want you to read paper 72 and it's a pretty amazing it
- 28:27starts on paper 108 or 808, so they talk.
- 28:30About the continental nation, which is about the size of
- 28:33Africa or, I'm sorry, Australia, they talk.
- 28:36About political organization, and they too have a
- 28:39representative government. They talk about the home life.
- 28:43It's almost like a country of gardeners.
- 28:45One thing that we have failed in the United States is the
- 28:48emphasis on agriculture has really diminished.
- 28:52And and by the way, I recently learned that during the early
- 28:56periods. Of of the Industrial Age in
- 28:58America and around the world. Thomas.
- 29:01Jefferson envisioned a more agricultural or agrigarian
- 29:06society. And he had hoped that that would
- 29:09be the. Tone that was set.
- 29:11But the industrialists wanted to make the cities the primary
- 29:15avenues of commerce, and they were really big.
- 29:18You know, Rockefeller, all these people.
- 29:20That were very influential. So one wonders what would have
- 29:23happened if the United States had developed a long more
- 29:26agrarian or aggregarian ways. But I like the idea they talk
- 29:31about. How?
- 29:32Children are taught from an early age to grow.
- 29:35Imagine if our school I was just.
- 29:37Talking about this with my wife the other day, Little does she
- 29:39know that I got the idea from here and she thought it was a
- 29:41good idea. What if we taught?
- 29:43Children in school how to grow vegetables.
- 29:45What if we had farms and competition and these children
- 29:48could grow food and they could compete?
- 29:50And then they could take the phone, the food home with them
- 29:52and eat. Imagine how healthier they would
- 29:54be. And you know, nutrition is key
- 29:58to human evolution. This paper also talks about.
- 30:04Special colleges. How they vote.
- 30:07Dealing with crime, which is more like the way the Chinese do
- 30:11it then. But I would.
- 30:13I would. Guess and and they say that that
- 30:16information that they put in paper 72.
- 30:20Is only like a decade old. So this this society that.
- 30:24Lives on this other planet that we're learning about it.
- 30:27Sounds to me like they're right around the time we were in the
- 30:301930s where cars were just being.
- 30:34There were better travel. Increase travel.
- 30:37Communication. It's an it's incredible read.
- 30:41And it's written by A Melchizedek of Nebatan.
- 30:45And where is that paper? I'll see if I can find it.
- 30:49Yeah, it's the final section 72, Section 12.
- 30:53It says the recital of the affairs.
- 30:56Of a neighboring planet is made by special permission with the
- 30:59intent of advancing civilization and augmenting government
- 31:03evolution. On your Rancha much more could
- 31:06be narrated. That would no doubt interest and
- 31:08intrigue your Anchions, but this disclosure covers.
- 31:11The limits of our permissive mandate.
- 31:14And then they write this. Your ranches should, however,
- 31:18take note that their sister's fear has benefited.
- 31:21By neither Magisterial nor Bestowal missions of the
- 31:25Paradise Sons, we. At least have had the advantage
- 31:29of having a paradise son bestow himself upon our world, and we
- 31:33have benefited greatly from that.
- 31:36Neither are the various people peoples of your ranches.
- 31:39Set off from each other by such a disparity of culture.
- 31:43As separates the continental nations from its planetary
- 31:45fellows, the pouring out of the spirit of truth provides the
- 31:51spiritual foundation. For the realization of great
- 31:54achievements in the interest of the human race of the bestowal
- 31:58world, US Urantia is therefore far better prepared for the.
- 32:02Immediate realization of a planetary government with its
- 32:06laws. Mechanism, symbols, conventions,
- 32:09and language. All of which could contribute.
- 32:13So mightily to the establishment of worldwide peace under law,
- 32:17and could lead to the sometime dawning of a real age of
- 32:21spiritual. Striving, and such an age is the
- 32:24planetary threshold to the utopian ages of light and life.
- 32:30And that's from paper 72. Listen.
- 32:32I don't want the World Economic Forum or the Davos crowd.
- 32:36I was talking about this with their brother, brother Josh.
- 32:41In an e-mail exchange. Those guys, they don't have God
- 32:45in their life. They only want to control things
- 32:46and they only want to try to manipulate people like we're
- 32:50robots or. Atomized human beings.
- 32:51That's my feeling. That's my opinion.
- 32:54You know, they want to control and manipulate and they think
- 32:56they can come up with all these contraptions, Bill Gates and all
- 33:00these folks. Here's what I think.
- 33:02I think that we people who read. The Arancia book.
- 33:06I think Elon Musk needs to read this book.
- 33:09I think that Bill Gates needs to read this book.
- 33:12I think that Claus Schwab. I think that every president, I
- 33:16think the Hillary Clinton, there's a rumor that she had the
- 33:19Arancia book in the White House, although nobody seems to be able
- 33:22to confirm that. You see what I'm saying though?
- 33:26The Arancia book provides so many keys to solving so many
- 33:29problems. But we get somehow we have to
- 33:33get it out there and I'm not sure how we do that.
- 33:35I'm I'm pondering that every day.
- 33:38How do we how do we do this? How do we get to forget about?
- 33:42Trying to make this book mainstream?
- 33:44Let's just get it into the hands of people who are decision
- 33:47makers, influencers, thought influencers in our society that
- 33:51not, that are not afraid of. Perhaps a new perspective.
- 33:54Heck, just giving them Paper 72 and publishing it on its own.
- 34:01Would open up the eyes of many brilliant leaders in our world
- 34:05today. If they.
- 34:06Only knew that we're not alone is that we're not the special
- 34:10case either. We are part of a larger.
- 34:15Community of evolutionary worlds and we have to get our act
- 34:19together and they're trying to help us do that.
- 34:22They're. Giving us information long
- 34:24before we would probably be able to get it ourselves, but just
- 34:28it's. Enough to blow your mind when
- 34:30you think about that. Here you have them in your
- 34:32possession, a 2000, Book 2. 1000 page book in And you know what?
- 34:38Paper 7213 pages. 13 pages out of 2007.
- 34:45That just happens to be. About this continental life on
- 34:50another planet far, far away. So I'll leave.
- 34:54I'll leave. You with that, I thank you.
- 34:57For being a part of this podcast.
- 34:59And I am always open to your suggestions and by the way for
- 35:02the people who have done so. Thank you so much for your
- 35:05comments about the new book that I've written and published on
- 35:08Amazon called The Gift. Just look for the gift.
- 35:13Simple, right? The gift, James Watkins and
- 35:16you'll find my book. It's not I I I don't know why I
- 35:19I was hoping there would be a Kindle version.
- 35:23I guess when you get to a certain amount of sales and they
- 35:25make it available on Kindle, but you should read it, it's it's
- 35:29it's I. Just got an e-mail today from a
- 35:33listener who said that they gave the book to their wife because
- 35:36it. Really kind of explains the
- 35:37premise of the Rancho book, so it doesn't seem so overwhelming.
- 35:41So thank you for those people who who.
- 35:43Have bought my book. Thank you to those who are going
- 35:45to buy my book. And any questions or comments
