  Blessed without the burden. Have you ever chased something
• 0:15
  you were sure would make you happy, only to realize it came
• 0:18
  with stress, pressure, or regret you didn't expect?

  Maybe it was a goal you reached that left you exhausted, or
• 0:26
  approval you gained that made you anxious to keep it.
• 0:29
  The world often promises blessing but quietly attaches a
• 0:32
  burden. God's Word offers something
• 0:35
  radically different. Proverbs chapter 10, verse 22
• 0:38
  tells us the blessing of the Lord makes rich, and he adds no
• 0:42
  sorrow with it. That's such a freeing truth.
• 0:46
  God's blessings don't come with hidden strings.
• 0:48
  They don't drain your soul or leave you feeling empty
• 0:51
  afterward. When God blesses, He brings
• 0:54
  fullness, peace, and joy that don't need to be defended or
• 0:57
  maintained by striving. Psalm 19 shows us where that
• 1:01
  kind of blessing is rooted. Psalm chapter 19 verse 7 says
• 1:06
  the law of the Lord is perfect, reviving the soul.
• 1:09
  The testimony of the Lord is sure making wise the simple.
• 1:13
  God knows how easily life wears us down.
• 1:16
  He knows when we're tired, confused, or discouraged.
• 1:20
  That's why His Word doesn't just inform us, it revives us.

  It breathes life back into places that feel dry and
• 1:26
  depleted. True blessing restores you from
• 1:30
  the inside out. Then in Acts chapter 14, we see
• 1:33
  this lived out in real time. Paul and Barnabas had preached
• 1:37
  the gospel, faced opposition, and endured hardship.
• 1:41
  Yet instead of walking away or giving up, they returned to the
• 1:44
  believers, strengthening their souls and encouraging them to
• 1:47
  continue in the faith. Acts chapter 14, verses 21 to 22
• 1:53
  show us that blessing doesn't mean the absence of difficulty.

  It means the presence of strength to keep going.

  This is such an important reminder, especially when it
• 2:03
  feels like everyone around you is chasing more.

  More success, more recognition, more comfort.

  God's blessing isn't about piling things onto your life,

  it's about anchoring your life in Him.

  It gives you wisdom when you feel unsure, strength when you

  feel weak, and joy that isn't shaken by circumstances.

  You don't have to carry the burden of keeping up or proving
• 2:26
  yourself. God's blessing brings peace not
• 2:29
  pressure, direction not confusion, endurance not
• 2:33
  burnout. When you choose His way, you
• 2:35
  discover that what He gives doesn't fade and doesn't weigh
• 2:38
  you down. It sustains you.

  So today, let your heart rest, let God's Word revive you.

  Let His blessing remind you that real richness isn't found in
• 2:48
  what you collect, but in who you walk with.

  His presence is the blessing that never brings sorrow.

  Let's pray. Heavenly Father, thank you that

  Your blessings are pure and life giving.

  Help me to stop chasing things that promise happiness but leave

  me empty. Revive my soul through Your Word

  and fill me with wisdom and strength from Your presence.

  was dead. But as the disciples stood

  around him, he rose up and entered into the city.

  On the next day he went out with Barnabas to Derb.

  When they had preached the good news to that city and had made

  many disciples, they returned to Lystra, Iconium, and Antioch,

  strengthening the souls of the disciples, exhorting them to

  continue in the faith, and that through many afflictions we must

  enter into God's Kingdom. When they had appointed elders

  for them in every assembly, and had prayed with fasting, they
• 8:58
  commended them to the Lord on whom they had believed.

  They passed through Pasidia and came to Pamphylia.

  When they had spoken the word in Purga, they went down to Italia.

  From there they sailed to Antioch from where they had been

  committed to the grace of God for the work which they had

  fulfilled. When they had arrived and had

  gathered the assembly together, they reported all the things

  that God had done with them and that He had opened a door of
• 9:22
  faith to the nations. They stayed there with the
• 9:24
