- 0:25Speaker 1: It is time leave your worries outside and laugh with
- 0:29Speaker 1: us inside the Treehouse. I'm Daniel Malley along with Trey
- 0:34Speaker 1: trenholdt Raj Sharma and Jerry Caldwell. Today is Fred Day,
- 0:44Speaker 1: January twenty fourth, twenty twenty five. And if you missed
- 0:51Speaker 1: any portion of yesterday's episode, I highly suggest you go
- 0:57Speaker 1: back and pause this episode here if you're able to,
- 1:02Speaker 1: and you go listen to a yesterday's show and then
- 1:07Speaker 1: meet us back in here for the Treehouse.
- 1:10Speaker 2: Friday's show.
- 1:14Speaker 1: Yesterday's show was titled Waffle Stompers, and I would like
- 1:22Speaker 1: to pick up where we left off yesterday.
- 1:26Speaker 3: You don't want to pick up the waffle stomp.
- 1:29Speaker 1: Again, go back and listen to yesterday's show. In yesterday's show,
- 1:36Speaker 1: the whole impetus of going off on the waffful stomping
- 1:42Speaker 1: topic was a little nugget inside of a survey on
- 1:48Speaker 1: relationships and pooping said that one in twenty people have
- 1:55Speaker 1: pooped in the shower, which led to various reactions from
- 2:00Speaker 1: us inside the Treehouse. Raj said if he walked in
- 2:04Speaker 1: on his significant other doing the waffle stop, he would
- 2:08Speaker 1: promptly not leave.
- 2:10Speaker 2: But what abandon abandon.
- 2:14Speaker 1: Everything, He would abandon everything involving that relationship. Trey would
- 2:20Speaker 1: eventually get there, but first he would make sure that
- 2:23Speaker 1: she wore socks everywhere and no feet on the bed.
- 2:28Speaker 2: Double socks, then.
- 2:29Speaker 1: Double socks at all times, and no feet on the bed.
- 2:36Speaker 1: And that's when Trey remembered, Oh, yeah, there's this TikTok
- 2:40Speaker 1: video I saw I wanted to share with you guys.
- 2:45Speaker 1: So he finally found it and now we're going to
- 2:47Speaker 1: share it with you inside the treehouse. So, Trey, do
- 2:51Speaker 1: you want to set this up or does it really need.
- 2:53Speaker 2: Much of a set up?
- 2:54Speaker 4: I really don't think it needs much of a setup.
- 2:58Speaker 4: This is why you need to bring TikTok back.
- 3:02Speaker 1: It also might be a really good reason why it
- 3:05Speaker 1: should go away again.
- 3:07Speaker 2: But here we go.
- 3:08Speaker 1: This is Uh, some lady on TikTok not only admitting
- 3:18Speaker 1: that she poops in the shower, but she's got helpful
- 3:21Speaker 1: tips for those that do mhers.
- 3:29Speaker 5: I have a suggestion for you. You know, when you
- 3:33Speaker 5: just stomp poop and it won't go down your drain,
- 3:38Speaker 5: what are you to do?
- 3:42Speaker 1: So at this point, the lady is standing in her shower.
- 3:47Speaker 2: The drain.
- 3:48Speaker 1: UH does not have the little cover on it that
- 3:51Speaker 1: it normally does.
- 3:53Speaker 2: Yes, it gives us the name waffle stomp. It does it?
- 3:56Speaker 2: Does it?
- 3:57Speaker 1: It looks like the great is pulled off of it.
- 4:00Speaker 2: No, it's just covered up with poop.
- 4:03Speaker 1: Oh, that's because.
- 4:05Speaker 3: Oh oh is that what that little brown spot next
- 4:08Speaker 3: to it is.
- 4:09Speaker 4: Yeah, she's she's actually giving you a live demonstration of.
- 4:14Speaker 1: You know, I've heard that live shopping is the next
- 4:17Speaker 1: craze on social media, and now I'm getting a.
- 4:22Speaker 2: Face full of it.
- 4:24Speaker 4: And and and you know the guy who was doing
- 4:28Speaker 4: a duet with this video.
- 4:30Speaker 1: Oh that Yeah, it is a due. It's the side
- 4:32Speaker 1: by side. On one side, the lady's showing us how
- 4:34Speaker 1: she does waffle stomp and the guy reacting to it,
- 4:37Speaker 1: and either way, the guy reacting to it looks a
- 4:39Speaker 1: lot like Kenneth Branna the actor and does.
- 4:45Speaker 2: Yeah.
- 4:46Speaker 4: He also clearly, uh Raj is not alone in his abandonment.
- 4:55Speaker 2: That's a good man, smart man. Mm hmm. It is
- 4:59Speaker 2: pretty impressive.
- 5:00Speaker 1: And on social media, you commit do a duet and
- 5:02Speaker 1: then you abandon it right in the middle.
- 5:05Speaker 5: Are you your showers? I have a suggestion for you.
- 5:12Speaker 5: You know, when you just stomp poop and it won't
- 5:16Speaker 5: go down your drain.
- 5:17Speaker 1: So right there, when she's stomping on the drain, she's
- 5:20Speaker 1: not acting it out for a demonstration. She's actually trying
- 5:24Speaker 1: to smash trds down her shower drain right there.
- 5:27Speaker 3: Yes, yes, because you'll notice that brown spot is not
- 5:29Speaker 3: there when she walks in, but after she's tamped her
- 5:32Speaker 3: foot lightly and then moves it back, there's a little
- 5:35Speaker 3: smear there.
- 5:40Speaker 1: I really wish we would go back to the old
- 5:42Speaker 1: flip phones.
- 5:44Speaker 2: Yeah, I'd like to be fired from the show now.
- 5:50Speaker 2: Uh me, first.
- 5:54Speaker 5: Question for you. You know, when you just stomp poop
- 6:00Speaker 5: and it won't go down your drain, what are you
- 6:03Speaker 5: to do?
- 6:04Speaker 1: Right there, that's when the guy doing the duet puts
- 6:06Speaker 1: his hands up and says I'm out, and then he leaves.
- 6:11Speaker 5: You get your shower heads. This shower head specifically has
- 6:15Speaker 5: it on and off button and it's got three mods.
- 6:24Speaker 2: Gentle rents, disgusting human and yeah it down.
- 6:38Speaker 5: This is gonna push it down the duram and you
- 6:41Speaker 5: don't have to worry no more. So there's thrue settings
- 6:46Speaker 5: on that.
- 6:48Speaker 2: Oh that's where the video graciously ends. I hope it's
- 6:52Speaker 2: because somebody came in and viciously murdered that lady because disgusting.
- 7:00Speaker 2: I think that's why the videos should end. And then
- 7:03Speaker 2: and then.
- 7:03Speaker 1: Shoved her remains down the drain, and that's when the
- 7:09Speaker 1: third setting comes in human disposal.
- 7:17Speaker 6: You already treehouse business online at Treehouse on air dot com.
- 7:27Speaker 1: Time not to talk to Daniel Cook from cook DFW
- 7:29Speaker 1: Roofing and Restoration for your free roof inspection and to
- 7:32Speaker 1: get yourself on the very important cook list eight three
- 7:35Speaker 1: three cook DFW or the website cookdfw dot com. It's
- 7:40Speaker 1: that time of season, Daniel, and that season is, of course,
- 7:42Speaker 1: people on their roofs decorating for the holidays. Many people
- 7:45Speaker 1: already have decorated, which means they're going to take them
- 7:48Speaker 1: down soon. And is that when they're going to discover
- 7:51Speaker 1: that maybe they did little damage to their roof when
- 7:53Speaker 1: they put up Santa Claus and his reindeer man.
- 7:57Speaker 7: It is that time of the year. Merry Christmas to
- 7:59Speaker 7: you and everybody listening. And yes, sir, we see a
- 8:03Speaker 7: lot of roof damage, especially around the edges of the
- 8:08Speaker 7: people's homes. A lot of people will skirt around the
- 8:11Speaker 7: sides because they get scared about going too far up
- 8:13Speaker 7: and they kind of hold themselves up around the edge
- 8:16Speaker 7: as they're plugging the lights around, or they'll hold the
- 8:20Speaker 7: ladder against the side of the roof and they'll damage
- 8:22Speaker 7: the shingles all the way around the edges.
- 8:25Speaker 2: So there's a lot of things.
- 8:26Speaker 7: That happen to shingles, and it may not damage it
- 8:28Speaker 7: right away enough to leak, but it's going to potentially
- 8:31Speaker 7: put it there. So we always suggest having your roof
- 8:34Speaker 7: checked out once a year, at least obviously for all
- 8:37Speaker 7: the weather that we have, but especially if you know
- 8:39Speaker 7: you've had people on top of your roof hanging lights
- 8:41Speaker 7: or decorations, or you know you see some shingles that
- 8:44Speaker 7: are starting to fold on the corner, so let us
- 8:46Speaker 7: come out. Let's do an inspection. May need some minor repairs,
- 8:49Speaker 7: but it could save you potentially thousands of dollars later on.
- 8:52Speaker 1: Eight three three cook DFW. That's eight three three cook
- 8:55Speaker 1: DFW or that website cookdfw dot com.

- 9:47Speaker 2: We just can't seem to flush this topic.
- 9:51Speaker 1: The waffle stomping Raj, what was it you were saying
- 9:55Speaker 1: about the lady that we just watched trying to show
- 9:58Speaker 1: us on TikTok how to properly uh stop.
- 10:01Speaker 2: Your poop, be dowind your shower, drain. She's single, clearly
- 10:04Speaker 2: she's a single person. She's that lady that's like I
- 10:06Speaker 2: can't find a good man, and I don't know why.
- 10:08Speaker 2: I can tell you it's because you're filthy.
- 10:11Speaker 3: Stop.
- 10:13Speaker 2: It's because you're you're a filthy, filthy beast, and you
- 10:16Speaker 2: deserve to live a life of that of a hermit
- 10:21Speaker 2: shut in. I don't know what they call them these days.
- 10:24Speaker 2: Start hoarding, just that's the last thing. You Just start
- 10:26Speaker 2: hoarding now, because you're already doing one filthy thing, just
- 10:30Speaker 2: add another one.
- 10:31Speaker 1: I would like to point out one thing to you
- 10:34Speaker 1: guys in this video.
- 10:34Speaker 2: I'm not sure if you all noticed it.
- 10:37Speaker 1: Here where she steps into her shower.
- 10:39Speaker 7: I have a.
- 10:40Speaker 5: Suggestion for you. Are your showers.
- 10:44Speaker 1: I have a suggestion for you, and that's poop in
- 10:47Speaker 1: the shower.
- 10:48Speaker 5: You know, just stop poop.
- 10:51Speaker 1: God, I can hear it when your foot hits the
- 10:53Speaker 1: po in the shower. I don't know it for sure,
- 10:59Speaker 1: but from the looks of it, and having lived in
- 11:02Speaker 1: one for a good chunk of time, I don't think
- 11:05Speaker 1: any of you are going to I don't think any
- 11:07Speaker 1: of you are going to be surprised when I tell
- 11:09Speaker 1: you that that is a shower inside of a trailer home.
- 11:16Speaker 2: It makes sense. The thing is this.
- 11:22Speaker 1: Trailer plumbing is even more sensitive than house plumbing. So
- 11:26Speaker 1: not only is she doing something wrong by house plumbing standards,
- 11:30Speaker 1: it's extremely bad.
- 11:33Speaker 2: In an RV. Yeah, that was my concern, not that
- 11:37Speaker 2: she's just disgusting and an awful person inside and out.
- 11:44Speaker 2: It's the sensitive plumbing of the r V is what
- 11:46Speaker 2: I was worried about.
- 11:48Speaker 1: I'm just saying I like to examine all angles of
- 11:50Speaker 1: a subject.
- 11:52Speaker 2: You know, Lady that's like, I love a good foot massage,
- 11:58Speaker 2: just kicking your feet up in the RV at night.
- 12:00Speaker 3: I got only fans for my feet.
- 12:03Speaker 1: Uh, Trey, I'd like to just extend my gratitude to
- 12:07Speaker 1: you for sharing this lady's poop solution in the shower,
- 12:14Speaker 1: So thank you for.
- 12:15Speaker 2: That, and and also thank you for doing that to
- 12:19Speaker 2: uh for the for the benefit of the show, and
- 12:21Speaker 2: to destroy your algorithm, because now that's all you're going
- 12:24Speaker 2: to get is poop stop videos. Oh no, I didn't
- 12:27Speaker 2: think about that, and I'm going to share them.
- 12:32Speaker 1: So his curse is also our burden.
- 12:37Speaker 2: Oh don't be surprised if Trey's missing next week because
- 12:39Speaker 2: I will kill them. Oh god, Yeah, it's just a
- 12:50Speaker 2: I mean, it's just a it's a world full of
- 12:52Speaker 2: misfits and I don't I don't know what we're doing.
- 12:55Speaker 1: I have a solution. In addition to raj your solution
- 12:59Speaker 1: of abandoning awful stompers, there's another route to go. That
- 13:03Speaker 1: is stop having kids, because kids will grow up to
- 13:06Speaker 1: eventually disappoint or gross you out, like in the case
- 13:10Speaker 1: of this lady who shows us all how to properly
- 13:13Speaker 1: stomp your poop down the shower dream. And if you're
- 13:17Speaker 1: a surgeon who performs vas sectomies, you're doing the Lord's
- 13:22Speaker 1: work by preventing.
- 13:25Speaker 2: Unnecessary pregnancies. Right mm hmm.
- 13:28Speaker 1: Now imagine, by the way, this is this is the
- 13:30Speaker 1: stretch of all stretches when it comes to segues on
- 13:34Speaker 1: any show of any format ever. I am trying to
- 13:38Speaker 1: transition between the lady waffle stomping poop down her shower
- 13:41Speaker 1: drain into the surgeon who performed his own vas sectomy.
- 13:46Speaker 3: Good.
- 13:47Speaker 1: That's how desperate I am to get us out.
- 13:49Speaker 2: Of that shower drain. You should just do like a
- 13:52Speaker 2: no segue and just be like, and that's that, so vasectomies,
- 13:57Speaker 2: just starting on that.
- 13:59Speaker 1: Sometimes I do that and other times I try to
- 14:01Speaker 1: see if I can find a way to do it.
- 14:03Speaker 1: But you're right, there's sometimes you just isn't. That's when
- 14:05Speaker 1: you just hit like a like a funny noise and
- 14:10Speaker 1: now investectomy news surgeon, and what is it, Trey, You're.
- 14:16Speaker 4: So desperate to get off the waff of stomping you'd
- 14:18Speaker 4: talk about pegging.
- 14:24Speaker 1: You're really proud of yourself the way you're able to
- 14:26Speaker 1: insert that topic every chance you get. Jerry, I can
- 14:32Speaker 1: tolerate it from him.
- 14:34Speaker 4: Sorry, speaking of one, Jerry, did you say pegging or begging?
- 14:44Speaker 2: Begging for a pegging? That makes that makes for a
- 14:50Speaker 2: great bumper sticker that we should sell begging for a pegan.
- 14:57Speaker 1: And there's Friday's episode title, honk.
- 15:05Speaker 2: If anyway vasectomies.
- 15:13Speaker 1: You know what I don't want to now?
- 15:20Speaker 6: You're in the treuse. Listen is online at Treehouse on
- 15:24Speaker 6: Air dot com.
- 15:39Speaker 2: You're in.

- 16:10Speaker 1: There Treehouse on Air dot com. That's Treehouse on Air
- 16:13Speaker 1: dot com. Check out the Treehouse Show podcast. I'm Daniel
- 16:16Speaker 1: Malley along with Trey Trendholm, Raj Sharma and Jerry Caldwell
- 16:20Speaker 1: on a fad Day inside the Treehouse. Now let's talk
- 16:26Speaker 1: self vast sectomies. Would that be auto of aasectomy or
- 16:29Speaker 1: whatever the Latin would be. There's a surgeon, he's also
- 16:34Speaker 1: a father of three. He performed his own vast sectomy,
- 16:40Speaker 1: and he says he did it as a gift for
- 16:42Speaker 1: his wife. But he also said, I really am brave.
- 16:44Speaker 1: I'm not sure if that's the word I would use
- 16:46Speaker 1: for it, but it's one way to go about it.
- 16:50Speaker 1: But it does make me wonder if you could, like,
- 16:54Speaker 1: if you were this guy, if you were a surgeon
- 16:56Speaker 1: and you, you know, let's say you perform however many
- 17:02Speaker 1: vest ectomies in your career, would you do it on yourself?
- 17:07Speaker 2: By the way, I'm not even sure.
- 17:08Speaker 1: If that's legal in the United States, but I'm just saying,
- 17:10Speaker 1: what if if you could, would you.
- 17:13Speaker 2: I think it is legal as long as you're a
- 17:16Speaker 2: license surgeon and a urologist, I believe. But it's a
- 17:21Speaker 2: very quick procedure. I mean, it's not like it used
- 17:24Speaker 2: to be back in the day. It's very it's outpatient.
- 17:26Speaker 2: I think it's a like ten to fifteen minute procedure.
- 17:30Speaker 2: It's minimally invasive. So we've witnessed uh huh, oh, yeah,
- 17:35Speaker 2: that's right.
- 17:35Speaker 1: We've seen live in front of us on the old
- 17:38Speaker 1: radio show, on the old radio station, two men get
- 17:41Speaker 1: vest ectomies live on the radio. And I don't think
- 17:44Speaker 1: it's a coincidence that. I think the Earth is a
- 17:47Speaker 1: better place that those two men did not have children.
- 17:50Speaker 2: Yes, but it also doesn't always work as planned. And
- 17:57Speaker 2: if you don't believe me, ask Antonio Chromo Party, who
- 18:01Speaker 2: has eight children, the last three of which were after
- 18:04Speaker 2: his vasectomy.
- 18:06Speaker 1: Yeah, but once you have one after the vasectomy, the
- 18:09Speaker 1: two that came after that, that's his fault, not the doctors.
- 18:13Speaker 2: I think he had it done twice, that's the thing.
- 18:15Speaker 2: And he's like, this is I think he sued the.
- 18:16Speaker 4: Doctor's you're supposed to go have it checked like twice
- 18:21Speaker 4: within the first year, to make sure that you don't
- 18:24Speaker 4: have any swimmers.
- 18:25Speaker 2: Right, Yeah, well he did, so he ended up with
- 18:30Speaker 2: eight kids instead of five.
- 18:32Speaker 1: Plastic surgeon Chin Way Long from Taiwan made Men of
- 18:37Speaker 1: the World Wins after giving himself a ves sectomy on camera,
- 18:41Speaker 1: as seen in Instagram footage with four million views. Since
- 18:46Speaker 1: it's Instagram, of course, and even though it's medical procedure,
- 18:49Speaker 1: it's you know, it's it's censored, it's pixelated, but you
- 18:51Speaker 1: can tell he's doing something down there medical by the
- 18:53Speaker 1: way he says, it was a strange feeling to touch
- 18:56Speaker 1: and suture my own urethra.
- 19:02Speaker 2: That gives you the hebgb's, but waffle stumping doesn't.
- 19:06Speaker 1: Oh, no, that does. But this is just a different level.
- 19:08Speaker 1: I mean that's I mean, one's gross. This one just
- 19:13Speaker 1: gives me the shivers, he said, I am really brave.
- 19:18Speaker 1: The father of three had decided to get snipped as
- 19:21Speaker 1: a gift to his wife to ensure that the couple
- 19:23Speaker 1: did not have any more offspring. He opted for the
- 19:26Speaker 1: vest sect to me, a form of male birth control
- 19:28Speaker 1: in which the surgeon cuts and seals the tubes that
- 19:30Speaker 1: carried the the irm, thereby thereby preventing fertilization during sex.
- 19:39Speaker 1: Unlike most patients, doctor Chin decided to do the DIY
- 19:42Speaker 1: route for his own vest sectomy.
- 19:47Speaker 4: How bad were those kids that he just went, screw
- 19:51Speaker 4: it right now.
- 19:53Speaker 1: I am with you, absolutely, Trey. That was my first thought.
- 19:56Speaker 1: How bad has having kids affected your life? That you
- 20:00Speaker 1: said that's it no more, And I can't wait. I'm
- 20:03Speaker 1: doing it myself.
- 20:05Speaker 2: But that's also a guy thing like he's like, I'm
- 20:06Speaker 2: doing this for my wife, and like he comes home,
- 20:08Speaker 2: he's like, I did this for you. And that's that's
- 20:10Speaker 2: the worst point where you find out she's like, I
- 20:12Speaker 2: just wanted flowers. I just wanted to date.
- 20:18Speaker 4: Already walked in on his kids. They were waffle stomping.
- 20:20Speaker 4: He goes, all right, that's got in this now, yeah,
- 20:27Speaker 4: and that's what you do that and that's the gift
- 20:29Speaker 4: to the wife. And then you and the wife leave
- 20:32Speaker 4: those kids in that house because it's their house. Now,
- 20:35Speaker 4: that's their house where they have waffle stumped in every shower,
- 20:38Speaker 4: and you move on.
- 20:39Speaker 2: You leave them a couple of bucks, uh and some
- 20:41Speaker 2: food in the fridge and go, hey, fend for yourself.
- 20:44Speaker 2: Uber eats. See you later. We're gone, We're no longer
- 20:49Speaker 2: your parents. Farewell. That's it. I I don't think I
- 20:54Speaker 2: could do it. I don't think i'd be able to.
- 20:58Speaker 2: I don't think i'd be able to perform my own
- 21:00Speaker 2: a sectomy, even if he's a plastic surgeon. So I
- 21:03Speaker 2: mean he's got the nice skills, Like those guys have
- 21:05Speaker 2: to be like insanely steady handed, So I mean he's
- 21:09Speaker 2: got the skills to do it. But even then, like
- 21:13Speaker 2: if if you're by yourself, what happens if you knit
- 21:16Speaker 2: something wrong and you start to bleed out.
- 21:18Speaker 1: He's not by himself, he's in he's in the proper
- 21:21Speaker 1: medical environment. He has an assistant that is there.
- 21:23Speaker 2: Oh got doing stuff.
- 21:24Speaker 8: He's not, He's not doing it in his tool shed.
- 21:26Speaker 8: Raj Well, I mean it's Thailand. You don't know, uh Taiwan.
- 21:32Speaker 8: Oh sorry, Taiwan. Okay, sorry, huge difference, but uh yeah,
- 21:38Speaker 8: you don't know. He might not even be a licensed
- 21:40Speaker 8: plastic surgeon in Taiwan. I don't think anybody looks at
- 21:43Speaker 8: certificates and degrees.
- 21:45Speaker 1: I think in Taiwan it's pretty well regulated. I would
- 21:47Speaker 1: agree with you that Thailand might be a different story,
- 21:50Speaker 1: Like you might have like a an off the books
- 21:54Speaker 1: vast sectomy shop above a McDonald's in Thailand. In Taiwan,
- 21:58Speaker 1: I think you have a little more or medical scrutiny involved.
- 22:02Speaker 2: Maybe so, but uh, you know, I'm also looking at
- 22:04Speaker 2: it from the US standpoint, where on the back of
- 22:06Speaker 2: a fix a Flat can of fix a Flat it
- 22:08Speaker 2: says please do not use as a breast augmentation device.
- 22:13Speaker 2: That's actually on the back of fix a Flat.
- 22:15Speaker 1: On the back of a flat In addition to not
- 22:17Speaker 1: using it as a breast augmentation, do they also tell
- 22:20Speaker 1: you not to use it as a penile augmentation?
- 22:23Speaker 3: Oh no, that one hasn't happened yet.
- 22:26Speaker 2: It's oh it will. I'm for a new label on
- 22:34Speaker 2: the can.
- 22:45Speaker 6: Listen is online a Treehouse on Air dot com.
- 22:50Speaker 1: Honey, uh no more, kids, I had to blow out.

- 23:34Speaker 1: the waffle stomping, enough with the self mutilization of doing
- 23:40Speaker 1: your own besectomy. I would like to just cover something
- 23:44Speaker 1: kind of normal, even for just a couple of minutes.
- 23:47Speaker 2: Please sure, Okay, thank you.
- 23:53Speaker 1: In case you didn't notice it a couple of days ago,
- 23:56Speaker 1: Netflix has decided to raise prices yet again because corporate
- 24:03Speaker 1: greed knows no bounds. They had a massive surge in
- 24:07Speaker 1: new subscriptions, and they decided what better way to think
- 24:11Speaker 1: all these new subscribers than by raising everybody's rates, And
- 24:16Speaker 1: that's pretty much what Netflix has done. Now they've said
- 24:18Speaker 1: the reason why they're doing it is because they want
- 24:21Speaker 1: to be able to continue to offer the same high
- 24:24Speaker 1: level of quality programming that their subscribers are used to.
- 24:28Speaker 2: But in order to do that, we're gonna have to.
- 24:31Speaker 1: Charge you more so we can make more. Is it
- 24:38Speaker 1: just me ors is starting to get out of hand?
- 24:39Speaker 1: Like I actually, when I first saw the story that
- 24:41Speaker 1: Netflix was raising their prices again, I had to check
- 24:45Speaker 1: the date because I feel like they've done this so
- 24:48Speaker 1: much recently.
- 24:49Speaker 2: I wasn't sure if it was a new or an
- 24:50Speaker 2: old story. What is the what is the price? Now?
- 24:56Speaker 2: I think the new one is going to be seventeen
- 24:58Speaker 2: ninety five.
- 25:00Speaker 1: Yeah, there's two premium levels and it goes up to
- 25:03Speaker 1: seventeen ninety five and I believe twenty four ninety five respectively. Respectfully,
- 25:11Speaker 1: I believe it's a two to three dollars increase per
- 25:13Speaker 1: month for both those levels.
- 25:17Speaker 2: Mean, then what's that? I said?
- 25:21Speaker 4: It doesn't surprise me, especially because Netflix is trying to
- 25:23Speaker 4: get into to live sports right stuff, and especially NFL.
- 25:31Speaker 2: Well got NFL. They just got WWE. Like Monday Night
- 25:33Speaker 2: Raw now is on Netflix instead of USA, so they've
- 25:38Speaker 2: got that, so they're pulling in that audience. I know.
- 25:43Speaker 2: I like my nephew, he did not have Netflix prior
- 25:47Speaker 2: to this, and then he's a huge wrestling fan. When
- 25:51Speaker 2: WWE moved over, he subscribed just to just to watch
- 25:55Speaker 2: Monday Night Raw. So he's one to pay the seventeen
- 25:58Speaker 2: ninety five just for I mean and the other content.
- 26:01Speaker 2: Now he's going to start, you know, obviously start watching
- 26:03Speaker 2: that as well. But they're going to get into more
- 26:06Speaker 2: and more things, and there's more and more content that
- 26:08Speaker 2: they're producing, so I can kind of see it. I mean,
- 26:10Speaker 2: they got to offset some costs somewhere, but I don't
- 26:14Speaker 2: know if there's going to be a cap at some point.
- 26:18Speaker 2: You Yeah.
- 26:20Speaker 1: According to this, for the first time since October of
- 26:23Speaker 1: twenty twenty three, so I mean a little over a year,
- 26:28Speaker 1: basically a year in a few months, the price of
- 26:30Speaker 1: Netflix is going up. The ad supported plan is going
- 26:34Speaker 1: up from six ninety nine to seven ninety nine. Okay,
- 26:38Speaker 1: so eight bucks a month. That's Netflix with ads, then
- 26:44Speaker 1: you get into the ad free tiers. The standard ad
- 26:47Speaker 1: free tier is jumping by two dollars and fifty cents
- 26:50Speaker 1: from fifteen forty nine per month to seventeen ninety nine
- 26:54Speaker 1: per month. The Premium plan is going from twenty two
- 26:56Speaker 1: to ninety nine to twenty four ninety nine, and the
- 27:01Speaker 1: cost of adding an extra member to a primary account
- 27:03Speaker 1: is going up as well, from seven to ninety nine
- 27:06Speaker 1: to eight ninety nine. And Netflix says, as we continue
- 27:08Speaker 1: to invest in programming and deliver more value for our members,
- 27:12Speaker 1: we will occasionally ask our members to pay a little
- 27:15Speaker 1: more so that we can reinvest to further improve Netflix.
- 27:20Speaker 4: Of all the services, that's the one I use the most,
- 27:23Speaker 4: so I'm far more likely to pay that than like
- 27:28Speaker 4: the Disney Hulu ESPN bundle. I mean, that's gotten up
- 27:31Speaker 4: to thirty something dollars a month.
- 27:34Speaker 2: I'm like, I don't even use it that much. It's not.
- 27:38Speaker 1: These companies are starting to get to the size and
- 27:40Speaker 1: price points to where it's just having multiple cable channels, right.
- 27:46Speaker 3: That's the whole reason why I switched in the first place,
- 27:48Speaker 3: is because it was so much less expensive than even basic.
- 27:50Speaker 1: Cable, right, and now the reason why we all switched
- 27:54Speaker 1: away from cable is now becoming cable. And it was
- 27:59Speaker 1: interesting story a few weeks ago about Netflix versus Disney,
- 28:03Speaker 1: and they're two different strategies, right. So you had Netflix
- 28:07Speaker 1: doing one thing, and then Disney decided they were going
- 28:10Speaker 1: to go all in on their digital stuff, right, So
- 28:15Speaker 1: they had acquired Marvel and Star Wars, all these things
- 28:18Speaker 1: underneath the Disney umbrella. And so then they went out
- 28:21Speaker 1: and like Trey you mentioned, they bundled some other services
- 28:24Speaker 1: together to compete with Netflix, like the Hulu and.
- 28:29Speaker 2: ESPN.
- 28:31Speaker 1: And so what Netflix did initially in response to what
- 28:34Speaker 1: Disney was doing was they went international. Since Disney was
- 28:38Speaker 1: hard in on a lot of their family and kid programming,
- 28:41Speaker 1: Netflix went more with international stuff like Squid Game, and
- 28:46Speaker 1: it paid off. So it's like Disney apparently was doing
- 28:51Speaker 1: all these things in the US market and doing well.
- 28:54Speaker 1: Netflix said that's cool, We're also going to tap into
- 28:57Speaker 1: this international market. And that's apparently where they they're making
- 29:00Speaker 1: huge inroads compared to some of the other services.
- 29:02Speaker 2: I think because some.
- 29:04Speaker 4: Of their best programming is stuff they produce, oh, you
- 29:08Speaker 4: know in Europe, like is there's there's Netflix in pretty
- 29:11Speaker 4: much every European country, and it's almost its own production.
- 29:15Speaker 4: I mean, what what saved Disney during the pandemic was
- 29:18Speaker 4: the fact that they rolled out the Disney Plus bundle
- 29:21Speaker 4: of Disney, Hulu and n ESPN. That that literally kept
- 29:26Speaker 4: them afloat while the all the parks and stuff were closed.
- 29:30Speaker 2: But still you can't.
- 29:33Speaker 4: In my opinion, Netflix's content is superior to everyone else's.
- 29:37Speaker 1: And in response to Disney doing that with the sports stuff,
- 29:40Speaker 1: that's where Netflix said, we can do that too, and
- 29:42Speaker 1: that's where they're getting into all the sports stuff as well,
- 29:45Speaker 1: and they're I mean, uh, and you said, it's like
- 29:48Speaker 1: they're already kind of the keing of it. And we
- 29:52Speaker 1: turned off our Netflix for a while and we kicked
- 29:55Speaker 1: it back on.
- 29:56Speaker 2: I forgot what.
- 29:57Speaker 1: The show was the reason for it, but we picked
- 30:00Speaker 1: it back up and we've kept it since then. I
- 30:03Speaker 1: just wonder how often people will come and go from,
- 30:06Speaker 1: you know, some of those services. I mean, because a
- 30:08Speaker 1: lot of times I'll just flip it on and off
- 30:10Speaker 1: depending on whether or not I got a good show
- 30:12Speaker 1: that's keeping me attached to it, and if there's another
- 30:15Speaker 1: one that can then keep me on that platform for
- 30:18Speaker 1: another period of time.
- 30:20Speaker 2: Yeah, it's people like you that I hate because I
- 30:22Speaker 2: just use your passwords. So when you when you do that,
- 30:26Speaker 2: I'm like, I'm screwed out of my shows, you know
- 30:29Speaker 2: what I mean? So uh, just just and then.
- 30:32Speaker 1: Also, I gave my password to Tray and when I
- 30:34Speaker 1: go to my home screen, it's nothing.
- 30:35Speaker 2: But you know, waffle stomping documentaries. Took me to get
- 30:41Speaker 2: through your pegging shows.
- 30:47Speaker 1: I hope it took a long long time. Tray.

- 31:42Speaker 1: Well we're not, but Trey is, along with everything else
- 31:46Speaker 1: he finds on there. It's at Treehouse on Air on
- 31:49Speaker 1: social media. At Treehouse on Air. Today is Fred Day,
- 31:58Speaker 1: January twenty fourth, twenty five. So let's celebrate with some birthday,
- 32:01Speaker 1: shall we. Misha Barton from the OC is thirty nine today,
- 32:10Speaker 1: turning forty one today.
- 32:12Speaker 2: Ooh, I recognize this name.
- 32:16Speaker 1: He plays Jane's baby daddy Raphael on Jane the Virgin.
- 32:20Speaker 1: According to the Prep Service, that's his biggest credit. The
- 32:25Speaker 1: actor is Justin Baldoni at forty one today, and according
- 32:29Speaker 1: to the prep Service, he's known best as Jane's baby
- 32:31Speaker 1: daddy on Jane the Virgin, although based on recent headlines,
- 32:35Speaker 1: I would say he's best known as the versus Blake
- 32:38Speaker 1: Lively from the Last of Us movie that he directed
- 32:42Speaker 1: and starred in along with Blake Lively.
- 32:45Speaker 2: He is now knee not even knee.
- 32:49Speaker 1: He is in neck deep lawsuits against Blake Lively and
- 32:54Speaker 1: Ryan Reynolds. Blake Lively is in neck deep lawsuits against
- 32:59Speaker 1: him because everything happening within the movie it ends with
- 33:02Speaker 1: us claiming, you know, inappropriateness on set, whole sexual harassment type.
- 33:10Speaker 2: Situations, all while.
- 33:15Speaker 1: Producing a film about a man abusing a woman.
- 33:19Speaker 2: So this is all just really rich. Yeah, and he
- 33:21Speaker 2: just released big names.
- 33:23Speaker 1: It's Hollywood power couple versus this guy who's kind of
- 33:27Speaker 1: an up and comer, And this whole story I am
- 33:30Speaker 1: captivated by and I I'm not even sorry about it.
- 33:34Speaker 2: He he. I don't know what the motivation for this was,
- 33:37Speaker 2: but he released some uncut like raw footage of them
- 33:41Speaker 2: trying to say that you could tell like she was
- 33:44Speaker 2: there was no you know, sexual harassment, there was no
- 33:47Speaker 2: you know, awkwardness or whatever. And he released the footage
- 33:50Speaker 2: and you can see just how bad it is, and
- 33:52Speaker 2: there was no they have these intimacy coordinators, Yeah, intimacy coordinators,
- 33:59Speaker 2: And there was no intimacy coordinator on the set while
- 34:02Speaker 2: this actual scene was taking place. And Blake blinly just
- 34:06Speaker 2: went out and was like, thank you for releasing that.
- 34:08Speaker 2: That really helps my case. So I don't know what
- 34:11Speaker 2: the motivation for that was.
- 34:13Speaker 1: Look, this is this, This is a fascinating thing. Is
- 34:16Speaker 1: this is great if you love Hollywood drama. This is
- 34:19Speaker 1: great if you love legal drama stuff. And now you
- 34:22Speaker 1: get the both at the same time type of thing.
- 34:26Speaker 1: I'm like I said, I'm fascinated by this whole thing.
- 34:28Speaker 1: And then the other wrinkle of it is the other
- 34:32Speaker 1: reason why that Justin Baldoni is suing Ryan Riynolds in
- 34:36Speaker 1: addition to Blake Lively is because he asserts that some
- 34:41Speaker 1: of the jokes in Deadpool and Wolverine were aimed at
- 34:45Speaker 1: him at his expense, which, by the way, even if
- 34:48Speaker 1: they are, you can't sue for that.
- 34:51Speaker 4: That's and why would you want to I mean, why
- 34:55Speaker 4: would you want to take on Ryan Reynolds right now?
- 34:57Speaker 4: I mean, yeah, the best case scenario is because he's Canadian,
- 35:01Speaker 4: he apologizes before he squashes you.
- 35:07Speaker 1: I know, this thing is getting richer and richer by
- 35:10Speaker 1: the day. So, like the initial thing was during the
- 35:13Speaker 1: It Ends with Us movie and the press stuff, some
- 35:17Speaker 1: people thought that Blake Lively was having issues with some
- 35:21Speaker 1: of the tone of her interviews because it's supposed to
- 35:24Speaker 1: be a movie about abuse and stuff and she's.
- 35:25Speaker 2: Promoting a hairline.
- 35:26Speaker 1: Well that was partly because the film got delayed because
- 35:29Speaker 1: of the writers strike and it happened to sync up
- 35:32Speaker 1: when she was releasing a product line, and so they
- 35:35Speaker 1: just didn't move. They just kept stuff at the same time.
- 35:37Speaker 1: And then there was supposedly the release on blake Lively
- 35:40Speaker 1: side that Justin Baldoni's PR team was trying to ruin
- 35:44Speaker 1: her because of all the rumors about inappropriateness or whatever
- 35:50Speaker 1: things that may or may not have happened on set,
- 35:52Speaker 1: to which Baldoni's like, well, I'm gonna sue The New
- 35:54Speaker 1: York Post and all this for four hundred million. I'm
- 35:56Speaker 1: also gonna sue Blake, and Blake's.
- 35:58Speaker 2: Like, good, let's do that. And here's what happens in lawsuits.
- 36:02Speaker 2: And I think a lot of people forget.
- 36:03Speaker 1: It's a little thing called discovery, and that is you
- 36:06Speaker 1: gotta lay all your evidence out before you even get
- 36:09Speaker 1: to trial.
- 36:09Speaker 2: Everyone's supposed to have equal access to it.
- 36:12Speaker 1: So every little thing you said and did is gonna
- 36:15Speaker 1: come out.
- 36:16Speaker 2: M h.
- 36:18Speaker 4: Talking about playing with house money though you're suing Blake
- 36:21Speaker 4: and and Lively and Ryan Reynolds, even if you won
- 36:25Speaker 4: four hundred million dollars, all they have to do is
- 36:29Speaker 4: just Blake goes all right, Ryan Deadpool four.
- 36:37Speaker 2: Sells more gin.
- 36:41Speaker 1: Yeah, clearly they've got it and they can money whip this.
- 36:44Speaker 1: But here's the thing. Both sides, okay, I can't say
- 36:48Speaker 1: both sides clearly feel like they have the ethical and
- 36:51Speaker 1: moral high ground here. Certainly Blake, Lively and Ryan Reynolds
- 36:56Speaker 1: feel that they do, because they were fully fine with countersuing, like,
- 37:00Speaker 1: you know what, let's not spill some tea. Let's just
- 37:03Speaker 1: throw it all out into the open, and let's let's
- 37:05Speaker 1: hash it out. Let's do this if you want to
- 37:07Speaker 1: do it. Whereas and the thinking was that Baldoni was
- 37:11Speaker 1: suing because he's trying to save face. He was losing
- 37:14Speaker 1: in the court of public opinion. So it's like a
- 37:16Speaker 1: hail Mary from a legal standpoint, but trying to win
- 37:19Speaker 1: in the court of public opinion. And then they countersue him,
- 37:22Speaker 1: and so he's trying to release stuff that makes him
- 37:25Speaker 1: look better, but it's still subjective. Like Raj, you saw
- 37:29Speaker 1: some of the stuff that he put out and you
- 37:31Speaker 1: said it still makes.
- 37:31Speaker 2: Him look bad. Yeah, it's very it's very creepy. There's
- 37:36Speaker 2: a lot of like he's trying to lean into kiss
- 37:37Speaker 2: her a few times and she's not having that and
- 37:40Speaker 2: like correct like she like at one point I think
- 37:42Speaker 2: he put like like puts his thumb like tries to
- 37:45Speaker 2: put his thumb in her mouth and it just caresses
- 37:47Speaker 2: her lip like it's and there was like, again, no
- 37:50Speaker 2: intimacy coordinator on the set to to want to govern this.
- 37:54Speaker 1: But he also claims that she declined the intimacy coordinator.
- 37:58Speaker 2: Oh interesting, Okay, at least at some point.
- 38:00Speaker 1: I don't know if they're you know, if they're on
- 38:02Speaker 1: a day.
- 38:03Speaker 2: To day basis with the intimacy coordinator. Yeah, I don't
- 38:06Speaker 2: know how you get that gig, Like, how good are you?
- 38:09Speaker 2: How good? How good are you at making love? What's
- 38:12Speaker 2: the train supposed to be?
- 38:13Speaker 1: Like, it's a completely new job. It's not like you
- 38:16Speaker 1: can pull up a resume and say, you know, I've
- 38:18Speaker 1: been intimacy coordinating for two decades now.
- 38:21Speaker 2: Yeah, I just want to who's your reference?
- 38:25Speaker 3: I used to produce porn.
- 38:29Speaker 1: You know, honestly, that's a good starting point because if
- 38:33Speaker 1: you if you, if you were a porn director, then
- 38:36Speaker 1: you clearly know where the line is. So if on
- 38:41Speaker 1: a mainstream movie set, if you start inching anywhere near porn,
- 38:45Speaker 1: that's bad.
- 38:47Speaker 2: Yeah, that's when you know when the porn director, when
- 38:50Speaker 2: the former porn director is like, all right, now we're
- 38:52Speaker 2: getting creepy.
- 38:56Speaker 3: Scale it back.
- 38:59Speaker 2: He pulled out? Is it a busy coordinator with yellow card?
- 39:05Speaker 2: Personal foul?

- 40:00Speaker 11: lover Boy.
- 40:17Speaker 1: At Loverboy concerts back in the eighties, do you think
- 40:20Speaker 1: people crowdsurfed?
- 40:22Speaker 2: Do you think uh, Mike Reno, lead singer Ever got.
- 40:24Speaker 1: So just wrapped up and singing, He's like, I gotta
- 40:27Speaker 1: jump out into the crowd and then crowdsurfed.
- 40:30Speaker 2: I think that was like the nineties. Yeah.
- 40:34Speaker 1: I kind of wonder if eighties banned people look back
- 40:37Speaker 1: on their heyday and go, man, we never we never
- 40:39Speaker 1: got the chance to CrowdSurf with the fans.
- 40:41Speaker 2: Yeah. But they had groupies like that, like like no other,
- 40:44Speaker 2: like next level group. Yeah, yeah, yeah.
- 40:47Speaker 4: Mike Reno tells the story they were passing a group
- 40:49Speaker 4: a groupie between tour buses while driving down the highway.
- 40:54Speaker 2: So that was their version of crowdsurfing. Yeah, that's one
- 40:57Speaker 2: fast groupie. Now imagine this.
- 41:03Speaker 1: Imagine you're at a concert and you're at a rap
- 41:06Speaker 1: concert and the rapper is Dave Blunts.
- 41:08Speaker 2: Anybody know who Dave Blunts? The rapper is, Yes, he is,
- 41:12Speaker 2: you say that again. He's a big fellow on oxygen.
- 41:17Speaker 1: Dave Blunts is a six hundred pound wrapping machine and
- 41:22Speaker 1: in a recent yeah, and in a recent interview, he
- 41:29Speaker 1: warned everybody. I don't know if he meant it as
- 41:31Speaker 1: a warning, but he told everyone that he plans on
- 41:35Speaker 1: crowdsurfing during his upcoming tour, which is saying a lot
- 41:40Speaker 1: considering how he's six hundred pounds. This might be one
- 41:45Speaker 1: of the few times in history where people don't want
- 41:48Speaker 1: to sit front row.
- 41:51Speaker 2: Yeah, that's the first time in history where everybody in
- 41:53Speaker 2: the front row is from gold Gym.
- 41:58Speaker 1: They're not there for the music, it's just for a
- 42:00Speaker 1: a yeah.
- 42:03Speaker 2: Uh yeah, that's that's when he like dives backwards, you know,
- 42:07Speaker 2: to to do the crowdsurfing, and everybody just moves out
- 42:09Speaker 2: of the way. He just lands on his back. And
- 42:13Speaker 2: he's six hundred punds, so it's gonna be like a turtle.
- 42:15Speaker 2: He can't he can't roll over. So he also better
- 42:19Speaker 2: make sure it's a short stage. I don't know if
- 42:21Speaker 2: you've seen the last video where he I mean, people
- 42:24Speaker 2: were kind of like booing and like ridiculing him, like
- 42:26Speaker 2: he's on a he's on a couch because he can't stand,
- 42:31Speaker 2: and he has oxygen. He has an oxygen tank next
- 42:34Speaker 2: to him and he's got the oxygen stuff going through
- 42:38Speaker 2: his nose so that he can breathe while he wraps,
- 42:41Speaker 2: And I was like, brother, if that is not if
- 42:44Speaker 2: that's not a hint, like you know, if you're going
- 42:48Speaker 2: to the next city, He's like, where's my couch? Holy? Yeah,
- 42:55Speaker 2: he's a big fellaw. Oh do you look him up, Trey? Yeah, yeah,
- 42:59Speaker 2: that's a boy. He might he might even be paid. Yeah.
- 43:07Speaker 2: I mean he's good. But people are like booing because
- 43:09Speaker 2: he doesn't move. What did you expect movement? I think
- 43:16Speaker 2: that's what they expected, is some sort of movement, but
- 43:19Speaker 2: he can't. Uh, And then he's got the oxygen on,
- 43:22Speaker 2: and yeah it's and can you can you CrowdSurf with
- 43:28Speaker 2: an oxygen tink in your hand? Like, I don't know.
- 43:31Speaker 1: I don't think CrowdSurf. I don't think you call it crowdsurfing.
- 43:34Speaker 1: When you're six hundred pounds, that's just falling off stage
- 43:37Speaker 1: and people catch you.
- 43:39Speaker 2: That's just murdering the first three rows. You call it crowdsurfing.
- 43:46Speaker 2: I call it a lawsuit, a human tsunami.
- 43:55Speaker 3: The term crowd crush.
- 43:56Speaker 2: Yeah, I would move out of the way. I mean,
- 43:59Speaker 2: if I saw that coming at me, I'm like, sorry, Bud,
- 44:02Speaker 2: Like I don't. I don't have the upper body strength
- 44:05Speaker 2: for this. I just don't. Y. Yeah, he needs like
- 44:11Speaker 2: he needs a gastric bypass or whatever it is. So
- 44:15Speaker 2: he needs to be on my six hundred pound life
- 44:16Speaker 2: with doctor now from Houston. You know, just walks on
- 44:20Speaker 2: stage before he crowds servers like, hy, y'all doing work?
- 44:24Speaker 2: Go watch a Big Pun documentary. Yeah that's true.
- 44:27Speaker 4: At least Big Pun actually was a really good football
- 44:30Speaker 4: player and he had the streak to carry his fat
- 44:32Speaker 4: ass around.
- 44:33Speaker 2: Clearly, No, this guy does not. He has to sit
- 44:38Speaker 2: on a couch with the oxygen and and and but still,
- 44:42Speaker 2: I mean still a good rapper. I mean he's still
- 44:44Speaker 2: he's still got the skills, he's mad flow, he's.
- 44:59Speaker 1: Just hopfully he doesn't sit on that tube.
- 45:06Speaker 2: It's like the girl in airplane that gets the tube
- 45:08Speaker 2: knocked out while the guitars being played.
- 45:10Speaker 4: Yeah, the DJ doesn't have to mix the records. He
- 45:13Speaker 4: just has to pinch the tube.
- 45:18Speaker 1: Pinch the tube tour, Oh god, all right? For all
