- 0:00Speaker 1: You're listening to the Mark Simone Show on WR.
- 0:08Speaker 2: Well, hey, a week away from Thanksgiving, we got a
- 0:11Speaker 2: lot to get to this hour. I'm looking at my
- 0:14Speaker 2: Instagram and here's my friend Brooke Singman, who's a great
- 0:20Speaker 2: Fox News reporter, and she's going down to Washington for something.
- 0:24Speaker 2: She's taken the Amtrak. Look at this picture. I thought
- 0:27Speaker 2: it was ai, but it's real. Apparently she gets on amtraks.
- 0:30Speaker 2: She got the picture up and look who she's sitting
- 0:33Speaker 2: next to, Joe Biden. Just by coincidence, she gets on
- 0:37Speaker 2: an Amtrak, takes her seat, and there's Joe Biden, the
- 0:41Speaker 2: former president. You know, every former president has got lemos
- 0:46Speaker 2: and SUVs, and he's private jets and they're traveling all
- 0:50Speaker 2: over the place with a huge entourage. In detail, this
- 0:53Speaker 2: is the only former president who's been spotted numerous times
- 0:57Speaker 2: just on a regular seat on an airplane, take an amtrak.
- 1:02Speaker 2: You know, normally the reason you get all these trappings
- 1:04Speaker 2: is the ex president. Every billionaire is still your great friend.
- 1:08Speaker 2: They'll lend you a plane anytime you want to go anywhere.
- 1:10Speaker 2: Apparently Joe Biden has none of that. All the big
- 1:13Speaker 2: democratic all these big billionaire donors. They're mostly Democrats. They've
- 1:17Speaker 2: all turned their back on Biden. If Obama wants to
- 1:21Speaker 2: go anywhere, they line up to hand them a private
- 1:24Speaker 2: jet to take them. They're honored to give them the
- 1:26Speaker 2: jet to take them. Joe Biden take the train. There
- 1:31Speaker 2: he is on the train on an am trek. Looks
- 1:33Speaker 2: like a very crowded car. It doesn't even have his
- 1:36Speaker 2: own little section or his own little row. Sitting next
- 1:39Speaker 2: to Brooks Singman, who's a great reporter. But check out
- 1:43Speaker 2: her Instagram. It's a pretty funny picture. Hey, today is
- 1:47Speaker 2: the Dick Cheney funeral. In fact, as we speak, it's
- 1:52Speaker 2: taking place. Not that exciting. I mean, you know, his
- 1:56Speaker 2: grandchildren are speaking. It's not that I mean, he's a
- 1:59Speaker 2: former vice president. But it's not like the greatest speakers
- 2:04Speaker 2: in the world will be there. It's you know, this
- 2:06Speaker 2: wacko daughter is going to speak, His grandchildren will speak.
- 2:09Speaker 2: But look at this, I'm looking at the TV screens.
- 2:12Speaker 2: Fox is not carrying it, but MSNBC or whatever they're
- 2:16Speaker 2: calling it now and CNN are taking this live, the
- 2:20Speaker 2: Dick Cheney funeral. They're acting like this great head of
- 2:23Speaker 2: state has passed away and this very important funeral needs
- 2:28Speaker 2: live coverage. This is the Dick Cheney they hated. Nobody
- 2:32Speaker 2: was hated more by these people, these same networks than
- 2:35Speaker 2: Dick Cheney. You remember, all they did was yell and
- 2:37Speaker 2: scream he's a war criminal, remember Abu Gharab and waterboarding.
- 2:43Speaker 2: And they wanted him on trial in the Hague. Remember
- 2:47Speaker 2: they made up a whole fake Haliburton scandal about him.
- 2:51Speaker 2: They called this guy every name, but they used to
- 2:53Speaker 2: call him Darth Vader. They used to call him a
- 2:56Speaker 2: war criminal, Nazi. Dick Cheney is the most hated man
- 3:00Speaker 2: in the world. But because he came out so strongly
- 3:03Speaker 2: against Donald Trump, because he attacked Donald Trump, called him
- 3:06Speaker 2: an existential threat all that. So now they love Dick Cheney.
- 3:11Speaker 2: They love Dick Cheney. And it's crazy. What's her name,
- 3:13Speaker 2: Liz Cheney, that crazy whack job daughter of his. So
- 3:20Speaker 2: they'll actually be speaking. George W. Bush is going to speak.
- 3:23Speaker 2: The former vice presidents are there, Mike Pence is there,
- 3:27Speaker 2: Biden is there as a former president and as a
- 3:30Speaker 2: Cheney of course was vice president. So all the vice
- 3:34Speaker 2: president show up. Now JD. Vance is not there and
- 3:36Speaker 2: President Trump is not there, but they both point out.
- 3:40Speaker 2: They were not invited, and you might think, well, they
- 3:44Speaker 2: should go, But if they're so hated by the Cheneys,
- 3:48Speaker 2: if every Cheney has called them Nazis and Hitler and
- 3:51Speaker 2: the worst people on earth, then Cheney actually said that
- 3:53Speaker 2: the greatest threat to him. Well, obviously wouldn't want him
- 3:56Speaker 2: at the funeral, so be inappropriate for them to go.
- 3:59Speaker 2: But the funeral will take place. Look at this msn
- 4:01Speaker 2: what it's called ms now, and it's just endless live
- 4:06Speaker 2: coverage of this boring, boring funeral. And they wonder why
- 4:11Speaker 2: Fox gets much bigger ratings that they're they're continuing with
- 4:14Speaker 2: normal programming. But it's the National Cathedral, Washington, d C,
- 4:19Speaker 2: CNN ms now. You know it's interesting. MSNBC was forced
- 4:25Speaker 2: to remove NBC from the name. NBC took the name out,
- 4:29Speaker 2: it's now ms now, but CNBC, which they spun off,
- 4:33Speaker 2: is allowed to keep the name. They're not embarrassed to
- 4:35Speaker 2: have their NBC name in the CNBC name. Interesting little point.
- 4:41Speaker 2: If you like sushi, you know that place in the
- 4:46Speaker 2: Time Warner Center in Columbus Circle, it's called Masa Masa
- 4:52Speaker 2: that's like the number one highest rated Michelin Star three
- 4:56Speaker 2: Michelin Star Japanese in New York. There's a new place
- 5:00Speaker 2: that open right across from Bryant Park. It's on forty
- 5:03Speaker 2: first Street. It just got three Michelin Stars, making it
- 5:08Speaker 2: the number one sushi place in America. It's only got
- 5:13Speaker 2: a handful of seats and they only do two seatings. Now,
- 5:17Speaker 2: before you go rushing over there, we all love sushi,
- 5:22Speaker 2: But before you go rushing over there, it's seven hundred
- 5:25Speaker 2: and fifty dollars a person. They should have a team
- 5:31Speaker 2: of psychiatrists. Do just examine your head before you go
- 5:35Speaker 2: in there and pay seven hundred and fifty dollars. But
- 5:38Speaker 2: the Michelin reviewers say it's not just a dining, it's
- 5:43Speaker 2: a religious experience. It's unlike anything. Seven hundred and fifty
- 5:47Speaker 2: per head. Now that does not include drinks and tax.
- 5:50Speaker 2: So figure one thousand dollars a person, which tops the
- 5:55Speaker 2: other one, Maza, which was always the highest rated. That's
- 5:57Speaker 2: nine hundred of person. Well, actually that's before drinks, and
- 6:01Speaker 2: so that'll end up being twelve hundred a person. You
- 6:05Speaker 2: ever eat this place, Masa, it's the other one there
- 6:07Speaker 2: is per se. It's like forty seven courses. It takes
- 6:11Speaker 2: you like three and a half hours to eat there
- 6:13Speaker 2: you about a half hour forty minutes into it, you
- 6:18Speaker 2: will want to commit suicide. You will want to kill yourself.
- 6:21Speaker 2: It's the most boring, awful dinner. The food is mesmer.
- 6:27Speaker 2: You can't believe what it looks like. You don't know
- 6:30Speaker 2: what the hell you're eating. If somebody asked you what
- 6:32Speaker 2: would you have, you can't even tell them. It's the
- 6:34Speaker 2: most complicated, ridiculous food in the world. I went there
- 6:37Speaker 2: once with a I better not mention his name, a
- 6:42Speaker 2: governor who a big donor has taken us. And this
- 6:47Speaker 2: is a kind of a blue collar all American governor,
- 6:50Speaker 2: and we're eating this crap, and we're on course like
- 6:53Speaker 2: number eleven. And I got to go to the men's
- 6:55Speaker 2: room and he said, where are you going? I said,
- 6:57Speaker 2: the men's room. He said, my security guys are there.
- 7:00Speaker 2: Tell him to get me out of here. And I said, well,
- 7:03Speaker 2: how are they gonna getch you? He goes, just tell
- 7:04Speaker 2: him they'll get me out of here. So I go
- 7:07Speaker 2: to the men's room. I tell him he wants to
- 7:09Speaker 2: get out of here. So I go back and I
- 7:11Speaker 2: sit down. Five minutes later, the security guys come running in.
- 7:14Speaker 2: It's not a phone. It's like a big walkie talkie thing,
- 7:17Speaker 2: like a satellite phone. They go, Governor, it's an emergency.
- 7:19Speaker 2: It's an emergency. You must take this call. And he
- 7:22Speaker 2: takes some fake call and he goes, I gotta go,
- 7:24Speaker 2: I've got to go, and he runs out, and as
- 7:26Speaker 2: he's running, I go, you're not gonna take me with you.
- 7:29Speaker 2: But I was stuck there for this thing. It was painful,
- 7:33Speaker 2: absolutely painful. So save yourself. Nine hundred dollars a person,
- 7:36Speaker 2: seven hundred dollars a person. It has three Michelin stars,
- 7:40Speaker 2: but only these European Michelin star reviewers would know what
- 7:44Speaker 2: the hell they were eating, So just forget about it.
- 7:48Speaker 2: Kathy Hokeel making a big announcement that shoplifting is down
- 7:51Speaker 2: thirteen percent in New York City. Now I don't understand.
- 7:57Speaker 2: Nobody understands the story. She's taking credit if it is indeed, well, yeah,
- 8:01Speaker 2: actually NYPD data shows shoplifting down thirteen point five percent.
- 8:06Speaker 2: Of course, it's up ten thousand percent since the crime
- 8:10Speaker 2: wave that Cuomo created. You know, Cuomo started this no bail,
- 8:13Speaker 2: no jail. Then you got the crazy Alvin Bragg who
- 8:16Speaker 2: will not prosecute shoplifters. So went up like thousands of percent,
- 8:21Speaker 2: So to be down thirteen point five percent. It's not
- 8:24Speaker 2: a big help, but it's a little it's a start.
- 8:27Speaker 2: But that's NYPD data. Now, Well, how could Hokal claim
- 8:30Speaker 2: credit for this. She's claiming that she put together a
- 8:35Speaker 2: task force of one hundred officers state law enforcement to
- 8:40Speaker 2: crack down on shoplifting. I'm in drugstores all day long.
- 8:44Speaker 2: I've never seen state troopers in there. I've never seen
- 8:47Speaker 2: any of this. I don't know of anybody being arrested
- 8:50Speaker 2: in New York by a state trooper. But she's claiming
- 8:54Speaker 2: credit for this. I would think it's more the NYPD
- 8:57Speaker 2: finally getting something done about it. You still have you know,
- 9:03Speaker 2: you go to a drug store, everything's locked up. Shampoo
- 9:06Speaker 2: used to be, the razor blades were locked up. Now
- 9:08Speaker 2: it's aspirin, anything and everything, And it says ring the
- 9:11Speaker 2: bell for the manager to open the and you ring
- 9:14Speaker 2: and ring, and it's going to have to wait ten minutes.
- 9:17Speaker 2: It's the best thing that ever happened for Amazon, so
- 9:21Speaker 2: much easier. You just go on Amazon order whatever you want,
- 9:23Speaker 2: it's there the next day. Hey, we're talking about Epstein.
- 9:27Speaker 2: The Democrats are going to have huge problems with Epstein.
- 9:31Speaker 2: Stuff is going to come out about the close ties
- 9:33Speaker 2: of all these Democrats to Epstein right up until the end,
- 9:37Speaker 2: right up until the moment he killed himself. He was
- 9:40Speaker 2: a big, big donor to Democrats. Now here's another thing
- 9:43Speaker 2: that's going to come out. You know when people say
- 9:46Speaker 2: the Clintons are going to have a big problem, well
- 9:48Speaker 2: they really are, not just for their close association with Epstein,
- 9:55Speaker 2: but it's going to come out that Epstein was one
- 9:59Speaker 2: of the founders and the financier of the Clinton Foundation.
- 10:03Speaker 2: You know, Hillary and Bill Clinton always brag about this
- 10:06Speaker 2: Clinton Foundation, the Clinton Global Initiative. Well, way till everybody
- 10:10Speaker 2: finds out it was Epstein that financed it and got
- 10:13Speaker 2: it going. In fact, in two thousand and seven, when
- 10:17Speaker 2: Epstein was on trial, his attorneys in court presented this
- 10:22Speaker 2: evidence that he founded the Clinton Global Initiative, that he
- 10:25Speaker 2: founded the Clinton Foundation. In fact, it was that letter,
- 10:29Speaker 2: that proof that he was the guy behind it that
- 10:31Speaker 2: helped him get a good plead deal. That's how you
- 10:34Speaker 2: get a good deal from a judge. You show that
- 10:37Speaker 2: despite your crime, you've done important work in community service.
- 10:41Speaker 2: So They actually presented in court full documentation that Epstein
- 10:46Speaker 2: was behind the Clinton Foundation and financed its beginnings. So
- 10:50Speaker 2: the Clinton's are going to have to explain that, not
- 10:54Speaker 2: to mention all the visits to Epstein Island. Hillary's going
- 10:59Speaker 2: to have to explain taking a hold the money from Epstein.
- 11:01Speaker 2: This is the other thing that'll come out. It turns
- 11:03Speaker 2: out ninety two percent of Epstein's donations were two Democrats.
- 11:08Speaker 2: Chuck Schumer took Epstein money, Hillary Clinton took lots of
- 11:11Speaker 2: Epstein money. Bill Clinton and it took more than money
- 11:14Speaker 2: from him. All these things have come out. Katie Kirk
- 11:17Speaker 2: is going to have to explain why she was Epstein's
- 11:20Speaker 2: house having dinner with him. She's fumbled out a few
- 11:23Speaker 2: excuses when asked about it. George Stephanopolis is going to
- 11:27Speaker 2: have to explain what he was doing at Epstein's house
- 11:30Speaker 2: having dinner with him. He was asked a couple times
- 11:33Speaker 2: in the past. He said, well, I didn't know who
- 11:35Speaker 2: he was. This is after he was convicted, this is
- 11:41Speaker 2: after he went to prison. He's a registered sex defender.
- 11:45Speaker 2: I knew who he was. I saw it in the papers.
- 11:47Speaker 2: Do you remember reading about this billionaire in Florida who
- 11:50Speaker 2: got arrested for underage you know, miners given him massages
- 11:56Speaker 2: and being recruited, and we all read about it. The
- 11:59Speaker 2: guy was victed, the guy was in prisoned for a year,
- 12:02Speaker 2: the guy was in house arrest. The guys that registered
- 12:05Speaker 2: sex offender, we all knew about it, was in the news.
- 12:07Speaker 2: George Stephanopolis and Katie Kurk are anchor people from major
- 12:11Speaker 2: news organizations, major networks. How do they claim they didn't
- 12:15Speaker 2: know who the guy was? And when was the last
- 12:17Speaker 2: time you went to somebody's house for dinner and didn't
- 12:20Speaker 2: know who he was. Even if somebody invited you and
- 12:23Speaker 2: you didn't know who he was, you'd ask, well, who
- 12:25Speaker 2: is this guy? You might even google the guy. Let's
- 12:27Speaker 2: say you're a major news anchor. You don't think you
- 12:30Speaker 2: could find out who the guy was. So to claim
- 12:32Speaker 2: he did no idea who this convicted felon was that
- 12:36Speaker 2: had been in all the news just makes these two
- 12:39Speaker 2: sound like idiots. Stefanopolis, Katie Kurk, big Epstein connection. Hey
- 12:45Speaker 2: this a new ken Burns documentary PBS on the American Revolution.
- 12:51Speaker 2: Well that sounds interesting. Accept it's PBS. Accept it's ken Burns.
- 12:55Speaker 2: Here's one reviewer who tried to watch it and had
- 12:58Speaker 2: to turn it off. He said, less than three minutes
- 13:01Speaker 2: into the Ken Burns documentary on the American Revolution, all
- 13:06Speaker 2: I got was white people are bad. Native Americans had
- 13:09Speaker 2: a century old democracy before we arrived and ruined it.
- 13:15Speaker 2: Benjamin Franklin copied his whole American blueprint from Native Americans.
- 13:19Speaker 2: And now this guy just turned it off and couldn't
- 13:21Speaker 2: watch it anymore. And PBS wonders, how did they Why
- 13:25Speaker 2: did they get their financing cut? Because they're worse than
- 13:28Speaker 2: Jimmy Kimble. It's the most slanted, distorted news organization in
- 13:33Speaker 2: the world. No wonder they got their their funding cut.
- 13:39Speaker 2: Kevin Spacey, you know, he was canceled with all that
- 13:42Speaker 2: sex stuff. I think most of it's been cleared up.
- 13:46Speaker 2: I think most of the charges he's gotten out of
- 13:49Speaker 2: he's appealed. But he says he's tough to get work.
- 13:54Speaker 2: He has to go all over the place looking for work.
- 13:57Speaker 2: He said his financial situation is very bad. You know,
- 13:59Speaker 2: he probably he spent millions of legal fees and all
- 14:02Speaker 2: of that, not to mention not working for six seven
- 14:05Speaker 2: years or whatever it is. But he said he's now
- 14:08Speaker 2: living in hotels, airbnbs. He has to just go wherever
- 14:11Speaker 2: he can find work. But even if you get all
- 14:16Speaker 2: the charges dropped, even if you try to come back,
- 14:20Speaker 2: you can't look at him the same anymore. What was
- 14:23Speaker 2: the great show he was on where he played Frank
- 14:25Speaker 2: Underwood blanking out?
- 14:26Speaker 3: What do you know?
- 14:27Speaker 2: The show? I just can't watch it anymore. It's just
- 14:29Speaker 2: not the same. Hey, Trump Media, that's the company, the
- 14:32Speaker 2: public company Donald Trump and the family have ticker symbol
- 14:37Speaker 2: as DJT. A lot of the money's in bitcoin, crypto.
- 14:42Speaker 2: Trump Media and Technology Group, big, big, big part of
- 14:45Speaker 2: it is invested in crypto. Well, you know, bitcoin took
- 14:48Speaker 2: a huge drop. Crypto took a huge drop. The Trump
- 14:51Speaker 2: stock lost five billion this year, five billion, nearly seventy
- 14:58Speaker 2: percent in value, thirty four percent in just the last month.
- 15:02Speaker 2: But it's mostly the huge plunge in crypto, in bitcoin.
- 15:08Speaker 2: But you know, every time we see those huge plunges
- 15:11Speaker 2: in bitcoin, everybody goes aha. See I told you it's
- 15:13Speaker 2: no good. But then the next thing you know, it
- 15:16Speaker 2: goes way up in the next few years, and you
- 15:18Speaker 2: wish you had bought the dip. So I'm not telling
- 15:20Speaker 2: you what to do. I don't know. I have no idea. Hey,
- 15:23Speaker 2: Jimmy fail in a few minutes, We'll take some calls.
- 15:25Speaker 2: Next eight hundred three two one zero seven ten is
- 15:28Speaker 2: the number? Eight hundred three two one zero seven ten.
- 15:33Speaker 1: Give WR Obre said on the iHeartRadio app to hear
- 15:37Speaker 1: Mark Simone and all the WR hosts in an instance,
- 15:42Speaker 1: go back to the Mark Simon show on.
- 15:44Speaker 2: Wor Hey, let's take some calls. Let's go to uh,
- 15:50Speaker 2: Wendy in Long Island. Wendy, how you doing?
- 15:53Speaker 4: Yeah, I'm doing great, Mark, how are you?
- 15:55Speaker 2: Let me check? So I'm not bad?
- 15:57Speaker 5: That's it? All right?
- 15:58Speaker 4: Well, that's good. I'll go I'll go with that. So
- 16:01Speaker 4: it just went to comment on Kevin Spacey. I thought
- 16:03Speaker 4: he was the best bad guy, especially with that Southern accent,
- 16:07Speaker 4: and I hope that he makes a comeback in some way.
- 16:09Speaker 4: I remember seeing the movie with Jamie Lee Curtis Knives Out.
- 16:12Speaker 4: Remember they had a southern guy with a Southern accent.
- 16:15Speaker 4: It was such a bad accent, and I thought that
- 16:17Speaker 4: Kevin Spacey would have been perfect.
- 16:19Speaker 2: Yeah, he was pretty good. What was the name of
- 16:20Speaker 2: that show where he played Frank Underwood?
- 16:22Speaker 4: I think with Knives not Oh, House of Cards.
- 16:25Speaker 2: How's the Cards? I couldn't think of it. How's the Cards?
- 16:28Speaker 2: That's the name of it.
- 16:29Speaker 4: Yeah, And I was like when they ended that show abruptly.
- 16:32Speaker 4: I mean it was really good and very creepy at
- 16:34Speaker 4: the same time. But it was a good show, and
- 16:36Speaker 4: I was sorry that it it ended abruptly.
- 16:40Speaker 2: But it was how many It was a lot of seasons.
- 16:42Speaker 2: It was like season seven or so, you know, after
- 16:43Speaker 2: why he got enough of a show? You know, sometimes
- 16:48Speaker 2: I love Two and a half Men, but the final season,
- 16:50Speaker 2: the kid is like twenty seven years old, and.
- 16:56Speaker 4: It's like the show that they're trying to bring back.
- 16:58Speaker 4: I think strange things a strange. Do you think the
- 17:00Speaker 4: member during COVID they couldn't make the movie and then
- 17:03Speaker 4: the kids went from like suberty into like teens.
- 17:06Speaker 2: Yeah, that's that's true. That's a great call, Wendy, thanks
- 17:09Speaker 2: for Colin. Let's go to Michael in Manhattan. Michael, how
- 17:12Speaker 2: you doing, Mark?
- 17:14Speaker 5: Good Morning again. Nancy Pelosi was on Fox. This lady's
- 17:18Speaker 5: absolutely insane. I mean, it's just embarrassing to see a
- 17:23Speaker 5: human being so full of hatred and everything. In addition
- 17:27Speaker 5: to that, the governor of Florida was on Fox again
- 17:30Speaker 5: and him and another partner were promoting term limits, which
- 17:34Speaker 5: is nice to hear that doing something about it.
- 17:36Speaker 2: Yeah, that's a good point. Nancy Pelosi is going to
- 17:38Speaker 2: do something about term limits. The other thing, she goes
- 17:41Speaker 2: into Congress with no money, she comes out with four
- 17:44Speaker 2: hundred million. That's from the insider trading. There is legislation
- 17:49Speaker 2: being proposed now bipartisan, to ban members of Congress from
- 17:54Speaker 2: trading stocks. This would end the insider trading. Now who
- 17:58Speaker 2: votes on this Congress? So are they going to vote
- 18:00Speaker 2: to and their insider treading? Many of them to become
- 18:03Speaker 2: multi millionaires doing it. But the legislation is there. We'll
- 18:07Speaker 2: see if it if it progressives progressive.
- 18:10Speaker 3: Let's go to.
- 18:10Speaker 2: Wagner in Philadelphia. Wagner, how you doing.
- 18:14Speaker 6: Hey, mister Mark. It's a pleasure for me to be
- 18:17Speaker 6: on the on the radio. Listen, excuse me. Everybody know.
- 18:22Speaker 6: Everybody knows you don't need a massive degree or a
- 18:25Speaker 6: college degree or diploma. Everybody know the last four years
- 18:30Speaker 6: wasn't the worst government ever in the United States. And
- 18:36Speaker 6: this our President Trump, He's doing the best for this
- 18:39Speaker 6: country always. And these people lying to the American people.
- 18:44Speaker 6: They call him, uh, dictated, they call him fascists.
- 18:48Speaker 7: Uh.
- 18:49Speaker 6: You know, when somebody's dictated, they shut your mouth when
- 18:53Speaker 6: you're talking something, when you talk, when you say something.
- 18:57Speaker 2: It's a good point. They wouldn't be able to call
- 18:58Speaker 2: them a dictator. They'd been pre in the next day. Hey,
- 19:01Speaker 2: where are you from? Where's that beautiful accent from?
- 19:04Speaker 5: Right?
- 19:04Speaker 2: Where you're from?
- 19:05Speaker 6: So I understand what huh?
- 19:07Speaker 2: I said? Where are you from?
- 19:10Speaker 6: Oh, I'm the minigum Republic. I was living in Brooklyn
- 19:14Speaker 6: for eight years. I'm most of Philadelphia in nineteen ninety seven.
- 19:18Speaker 2: No, I like your accent. It sounds like a very
- 19:20Speaker 2: suave guy. But the women love that accent.
- 19:23Speaker 3: Right.
- 19:24Speaker 6: Oh yeah, you're full enough twenty three years.
- 19:28Speaker 2: Okay, yeah, you sell country. All right, great call, Thanks
- 19:35Speaker 2: for calling. Let's go to Vincent and Brooklyn. Vincent. How
- 19:37Speaker 2: you doing?
- 19:38Speaker 7: Good morning, Mark, Mark, I'm okay, Good morning matter Mark.
- 19:41Speaker 7: For anyone who likes sushi, meet me at the marina
- 19:45Speaker 7: before I go fishing, and I'll give you all debate.
- 19:48Speaker 7: I mean sushi that you want. In fact, I have
- 19:51Speaker 7: a freezer full of it right now. Mark. Here's another
- 19:55Speaker 7: good side effect of Tom Holm and going after all
- 20:00Speaker 7: of the illegal migrants that are living in this country.
- 20:04Speaker 7: Obviously these people don't own properties. They're probably living in apartments.
- 20:10Speaker 7: So as he's cleaning out these people, all of these
- 20:13Speaker 7: apartments are going to be freed up.
- 20:15Speaker 2: It's a good point. He's selling housing shortage.
- 20:18Speaker 7: Exactly because they're not fined. They don't have very good credit.
- 20:23Speaker 2: Give Tom Homan credit for get creating affordab Yeah, that's
- 20:27Speaker 2: good point, Vincent. We gotta go because we got to
- 20:28Speaker 2: do the news, but we'll talk again soon when we
- 20:31Speaker 2: come back. Jimmy Fala will be with us next on
- 20:34Speaker 2: seven to ten WR.
- 20:37Speaker 1: Mister New York, Hey, that's marks someone seven ten WR.
- 20:42Speaker 2: Well, the Great Fox News Toast Bake comedian Jimmy Fayla.
- 20:45Speaker 2: He's on WR every night now nine to midnight. You
- 20:49Speaker 2: love his show nine to midnight every weeknight. Also make
- 20:52Speaker 2: sure you watch his Saturday night show, Best late night Show,
- 20:56Speaker 2: Best monologue in television at Saturday nights ten o'clock the
- 21:00Speaker 2: Fox News Channel. Jimmy Fayla, how you doing, h.
- 21:04Speaker 3: Yeah, I'm doing man. Job numbers were good.
- 21:08Speaker 5: Apparently a lot of people are hiring a food taster
- 21:10Speaker 5: now that the Epstein docs are coming out.
- 21:13Speaker 2: Well, well, you know who got a job. Finally, Mom,
- 21:16Speaker 2: Donnie's actually gonna be his first shot.
- 21:21Speaker 5: Isn't it so funny that a guy wins mayor in
- 21:23Speaker 5: New York and he can't even call his parents.
- 21:26Speaker 3: In Bragg because they hate America?
- 21:29Speaker 5: Wait, you didn't want What the heck did you take
- 21:33Speaker 5: that job?
- 21:34Speaker 4: Growth?
- 21:35Speaker 2: So, uh yeah, we're lucky he was available right for mayor.
- 21:41Speaker 2: What do you think he's meeting with President Trump tomorrow?
- 21:43Speaker 2: How do you think that'll go?
- 21:46Speaker 3: Yeah, that's gonna be funny.
- 21:47Speaker 5: Uh So, I love the idea that, you know, he's
- 21:53Speaker 5: showing up there under the auspices.
- 21:55Speaker 3: He made this little video where he's like.
- 21:56Speaker 5: You know, we both want the same thing.
- 21:59Speaker 3: I'm like, no, we don't.
- 22:01Speaker 5: That's you know, I get you're trying to strike that
- 22:04Speaker 5: conciliatory tone, but you know, the money's not there to
- 22:08Speaker 5: do any of this garbage. Trump is essentially just going
- 22:11Speaker 5: to repeat that there'll be a couple of high level
- 22:14Speaker 5: photo ops and they'll get out of there. I mean,
- 22:16Speaker 5: that's the best case scenario. The worst case scenario is
- 22:20Speaker 5: what happened is the Lensky when he got thrown out
- 22:22Speaker 5: halfway through the meeting, and you know, like he was
- 22:25Speaker 5: getting kicked out.
- 22:26Speaker 3: Of a bar.
- 22:27Speaker 5: So I could see it going either way, but neither
- 22:30Speaker 5: of which is good for Mom Donnie.
- 22:32Speaker 2: I still have the sneaking suspicion the mom Donnie the
- 22:36Speaker 2: con man. It's really cunning. The left. Maybe he's not
- 22:39Speaker 2: such a socialist, Maybe he wants to be a big
- 22:42Speaker 2: shot and make himself a lot of money.
- 22:45Speaker 5: What do you think, Well, I mean the socialist that
- 22:48Speaker 5: is their signature thing is that, you know, everybody else
- 22:51Speaker 5: has to kind of starve because my champagne ain't gonna
- 22:54Speaker 5: pay for itself, you know. So I do agree that
- 22:58Speaker 5: he has that in him, because they old every single
- 23:01Speaker 5: person taking on the oligarchy, as Bernie says, was doing
- 23:05Speaker 5: so on a private jet. That was my favorite Bernie excuse.
- 23:08Speaker 5: Do you remember when Brett Baer said to Bernie Sanders.
- 23:11Speaker 5: He goes, well, what do you say to those people
- 23:13Speaker 5: who question the fact that you're fighting the oligarchy by
- 23:16Speaker 5: flying in a private jet? And Bernie goes, well, Donald
- 23:19Speaker 5: Trump flies on a private jet and Doddaire goes, yeah.
- 23:21Speaker 3: But he's not fighting the oligarchy.
- 23:23Speaker 7: You are.
- 23:23Speaker 3: That's the whole gig.
- 23:24Speaker 2: Yeah, you just told that he was a king, yes,
- 23:26Speaker 2: and not supposed to behave like the king.
- 23:27Speaker 3: So yeah, come on, what's going on here?
- 23:29Speaker 5: So good, there's a really good degree of fraud. And yes,
- 23:33Speaker 5: I don't doubt for a second.
- 23:35Speaker 3: Would he like to give you the free busses? Yay?
- 23:37Speaker 5: All right, that's great? Okay ken he as we all know,
- 23:41Speaker 5: the answer is no. So, like everybody else, the New
- 23:45Speaker 5: York City mayor is a jump off to all kinds
- 23:48Speaker 5: of other things. And I think, like, you know, people
- 23:51Speaker 5: want a job for a higher office. Bloomberg thought he
- 23:53Speaker 5: might be president. You know, Eric Adams wanted free vodka.
- 23:57Speaker 3: It's the nightclubs.
- 23:58Speaker 5: You know, everybody wants something out of this job. He
- 24:01Speaker 5: wanted the free.
- 24:01Speaker 3: Air flare to Turkey.
- 24:02Speaker 7: I get it.
- 24:03Speaker 5: Everybody wants to perk. And you know, mom, Donnie wants
- 24:06Speaker 5: to become a national name and make a lot of
- 24:07Speaker 5: money for sure.
- 24:09Speaker 2: Oh okay, so uh yeah, blue Hey, Bloomberg would have
- 24:12Speaker 2: been president if he could talk. That was the worst
- 24:15Speaker 2: debate performance I've ever seen in my life. Where Elizabeth
- 24:18Speaker 2: Warren smember.
- 24:20Speaker 5: Yeah, that was imagine that's that's imagine getting beat in
- 24:25Speaker 5: the football game of life. You lost to a pretend chief.
- 24:30Speaker 5: You know that's not good.
- 24:33Speaker 2: Hey, Dick Cheney, you know, MSNBC, CNN for years told
- 24:37Speaker 2: us Dick Cheney was the lowest war criminal. He should
- 24:39Speaker 2: be prosecuted. He was evil, he was Darth Vader. Now
- 24:42Speaker 2: I'm watching they're covering his funeral life like he's Winston
- 24:45Speaker 2: Churchill all of a sudden. The hell is that.
- 24:50Speaker 5: It's so crazy to see how this turns. Because when
- 24:53Speaker 5: I first started listening to talk radio, I was a
- 24:55Speaker 5: cab driver.
- 24:56Speaker 3: And if you remember, they used to call him Darth Vader.
- 24:59Speaker 5: That was the same. They're like, Dick Cheney is Darth Vader. Well,
- 25:03Speaker 5: apparently the whole resistance has landed the millennium falcon at
- 25:07Speaker 5: Darth vader seral.
- 25:08Speaker 3: And they're trying to make nice.
- 25:09Speaker 5: Yeah, it doesn't make any sense to me either, but
- 25:12Speaker 5: it really shows you how transactional politics are.
- 25:14Speaker 3: Huh.
- 25:15Speaker 2: Oh my god, Speaking of which, Epstein. Every Democrat is
- 25:19Speaker 2: friends with Epstein. They're taking donations from Epstein, they're hanging
- 25:21Speaker 2: out with Epstein. When these files come out, They're not
- 25:25Speaker 2: going to be very happy, are they, These Democrats?
- 25:28Speaker 5: No, this doesn't end good for them, Okay, they they
- 25:32Speaker 5: were excited about this. It's like when a dog gets
- 25:34Speaker 5: in your car and then realizes he's going to the vet.
- 25:38Speaker 5: You know, the idea getting in the car was so
- 25:41Speaker 5: excited and now you're in the car and you're like, wow,
- 25:44Speaker 5: something smells. Is that what's going on here? And the
- 25:47Speaker 5: dog starts to get a little nervous. And that was
- 25:49Speaker 5: every Democrat because they didn't want these.
- 25:50Speaker 3: To come out. We all know it. We've all been
- 25:52Speaker 3: saying it forever.
- 25:53Speaker 5: The idea that Kamala yesterday said, release the files after
- 25:57Speaker 5: spending four years as a sitting vice president, Twitter released
- 26:00Speaker 5: the files. So it was all play acting and there's
- 26:04Speaker 5: you know, there's no and they know this. There's no
- 26:05Speaker 5: version of this that Trump is releasing something that's going
- 26:08Speaker 5: to destroy his presidency. They wouldn't be coming out if
- 26:11Speaker 5: that was a case. So unless he suddenly walks it
- 26:14Speaker 5: back after signing this bill, which I don't think he can,
- 26:17Speaker 5: I would imagine this is a bad ending for Democrats.
- 26:20Speaker 5: Back to my earlier comment, if you're looking for a
- 26:22Speaker 5: job starting people's cars or chasing their food, half of
- 26:26Speaker 5: Washington is hiring right now.
- 26:29Speaker 2: Hey, all this Christmas stuff is this drive you crazy?
- 26:32Speaker 2: These Christmas songs everywhere. Christmas trees is a little too much.
- 26:37Speaker 5: You know what happened. It's just going on too early.
- 26:41Speaker 5: It's like I can listen to Christmas music, but we're
- 26:43Speaker 5: putting it out like it's a CVS.
- 26:45Speaker 3: Now.
- 26:46Speaker 5: You know, the Valentine's Day candy comes out January third.
- 26:49Speaker 5: It's like it's just we used to say, let the
- 26:52Speaker 5: turkey cool. That was the old adage, like don't start
- 26:54Speaker 5: your Christmas stuff till Thanksgivings over. Now we're saying, let
- 26:57Speaker 5: the turkey cook. What I gonna Thanksgiving? Dude? We're getting
- 27:01Speaker 5: with It'll light our Christmas tree in two days or
- 27:03Speaker 5: tomorrow anyway. Right outside of Fox Radio, City's right around
- 27:07Speaker 5: the corner, like, exee me, is it? Crazy Eddies Christmas
- 27:10Speaker 5: in November?
- 27:11Speaker 2: It's crazy, that's right. Crazy Eddy used to do Christmas
- 27:15Speaker 2: in July. What a memory you have?
- 27:18Speaker 5: But yeah, well Crazy Eddie was a good guy, but
- 27:20Speaker 5: his prices were insane.
- 27:21Speaker 3: I mean that was the thing.
- 27:23Speaker 7: Hey, there you go.
- 27:25Speaker 2: Hey, Jimmy Fail is on wr every night nine to midnight.
- 27:29Speaker 2: It's a great show. You should listen every night nine
- 27:32Speaker 2: to midnight. What do you got on tonight?
- 27:35Speaker 5: Ooh, we got Kennedy coming by, which is exciting, and
- 27:38Speaker 5: Arizona Representative Andy Biggs, who is a big guy behind
- 27:42Speaker 5: the push or released the Epstein files. So yeah, this
- 27:45Speaker 5: is going to be a sketchy show, but that's the
- 27:47Speaker 5: kind of show I like. You know, you're a former
- 27:49Speaker 5: cab driver, that's what you want. Riff raff on the radio.
- 27:52Speaker 5: So everybody will feel better about themselves if they listen
- 27:55Speaker 5: to night.
- 27:56Speaker 2: Yeah, the Cheney funeral is on. George W. Bush is speaking,
- 28:00Speaker 2: MSNBC covering it live, CNN covering it live. I thought
- 28:03Speaker 2: they kept telling us this guy was the most horrible
- 28:05Speaker 2: guy on earth, George W.
- 28:06Speaker 3: Bush, And it's so funny.
- 28:09Speaker 5: But if he doesn't like Trump, that automatically makes them
- 28:12Speaker 5: the best guys. It's so bananas. Joe Biden was there
- 28:18Speaker 5: and it's it's weird. You know, I don't even know
- 28:20Speaker 5: what to say to this spectacle. You know, but Bush
- 28:24Speaker 5: is I always found him to be an affable, likable guy,
- 28:27Speaker 5: but the media really did portray him as like actual Satan.
- 28:31Speaker 5: So the idea that we're going wall to wall again
- 28:33Speaker 5: on a Satan speech, it's you know, this is the
- 28:36Speaker 5: dumbest time that's ever been to be a lot. It's like,
- 28:38Speaker 5: sometimes you don't have to tell a joke, Mark, because
- 28:41Speaker 5: the world has just.
- 28:41Speaker 3: Become one, you know.
- 28:43Speaker 2: Yeah, but you do do Saturday nights at ten o'clock,
- 28:46Speaker 2: Jimmy Pail's TV show Saturday Nights at ten. That is
- 28:49Speaker 2: the best. A lot of people have agreed with me. Now,
- 28:51Speaker 2: it's the best monologue in late night television anywhere in television.
- 28:56Speaker 2: And how long did it take you to put that?
- 28:58Speaker 2: That's a good long monologue. I must take you forever
- 29:00Speaker 2: to put that to you.
- 29:01Speaker 3: You do, like twenty minutes. But I write it myself,
- 29:03Speaker 3: you know what it is. I spend all.
- 29:04Speaker 5: Week grabbing the stories that I think are worth discussing,
- 29:08Speaker 5: and then I just kind of write it like a narrative,
- 29:10Speaker 5: you know, from good to be here to what I
- 29:12Speaker 5: watch this week to what it means?
- 29:14Speaker 3: And you know, the whole.
- 29:15Speaker 5: Point of comedy is like you need to do a
- 29:18Speaker 5: show that can happen on any channel. That's the trick, like, oh,
- 29:20Speaker 5: obviously only Fox News would greenlight this type of show,
- 29:25Speaker 5: to be clear, But the point is you want people
- 29:28Speaker 5: who don't necessarily love Fox to still change the channel,
- 29:31Speaker 5: come across this and go wow, it's pretty funny because
- 29:34Speaker 5: that's your job as a comedian. You never want to
- 29:36Speaker 5: be getting laughed from half the room. That doesn't end good.
- 29:41Speaker 2: Yeah, So I watch you Kimmel and Colbert, and then
- 29:43Speaker 2: at the end the credits coming, there's like twenty seven
- 29:46Speaker 2: writers for that week monologue they do, and you write
- 29:49Speaker 2: this whole thing yourself. It's amazing.
- 29:51Speaker 5: Yeah, little by myself, but to be clear, I have
- 29:53Speaker 5: at least twenty.
- 29:53Speaker 3: Seven voices in my head.
- 29:55Speaker 2: Oh so, listen to Jimmy Fayla tonight every weeknight on
- 30:00Speaker 2: WR nine to midnight. People love this show. If you
- 30:03Speaker 2: haven't been listening, start tonight nine to midnight Jimmy Taylor,
- 30:07Speaker 2: and make sure you'll watch Fox News. He does the
- 30:10Speaker 2: best show late night TV Saturday nights at ten o'clock
- 30:12Speaker 2: Fox News Channel. Great stuff, Jimmy Fayla, Thanks for being
- 30:16Speaker 2: with us.
- 30:17Speaker 5: You get a best mark see us anybody.
- 30:19Speaker 2: All right, take care and you'll forget Coming up at noon,
- 30:23Speaker 2: Buck Sexton, Klay Travis, we'll have a great show for you.
- 30:26Speaker 2: And then you got Sean Hannity. That's the most listened
- 30:30Speaker 2: to radio show in America. It's at three o'clock today
- 30:32Speaker 2: on seven to ten wor.
- 30:35Speaker 3: Welcome back to the Mark Simone Show.
- 30:39Speaker 2: Wore Hey, you know it's gonna be a very interesting
- 30:43Speaker 2: congressional race over on the west side. That waddling slob
- 30:47Speaker 2: Jerry Nadler is retiring. Democrats have pushed him out, and
- 30:52Speaker 2: you got that lunatic nutjob kid Jack Schlosberg, son of
- 30:57Speaker 2: Caroline Kennedy, a real wacko nutjob Instagram TikTok lunatic who
- 31:03Speaker 2: wants to run for the seat. He's another like twelve
- 31:05Speaker 2: year old who never had a job, perfect for a
- 31:07Speaker 2: Democratic candidate. So he's the big, big candidate so far.
- 31:11Speaker 2: Now George Conway is talking about jumping into the race.
- 31:16Speaker 2: He's the guy that was, you know, the attorney in
- 31:19Speaker 2: Washington just attacking Trump left and right. He's another crazy
- 31:23Speaker 2: left wing nut job, this George Conway. He wants to run.
- 31:29Speaker 2: You might be saying, he said, wait, wait, wait a minute,
- 31:30Speaker 2: doesn't he live in DC. Well, no, actually lives in Bethesda, Maryland.
- 31:35Speaker 2: You might be saying, well, if he lives in Bethesda, Maryland,
- 31:39Speaker 2: why is he running for Congress on the Upper West
- 31:41Speaker 2: side of Manhattan. Well, ah, I don't know. It's real
- 31:45Speaker 2: carpetbager stuff. Although he did live in Manhattan for years.
- 31:48Speaker 2: He was an attorney here in Manhattan. He's been gone
- 31:50Speaker 2: for many years, but he did live here years ago.
- 31:53Speaker 2: I guess that could qualify you. But keep an eye
- 31:55Speaker 2: on that race. One crazy Democrat after another. Hey, where
- 32:00Speaker 2: out of time? I'll be back tomorrow. Buck and Clay
- 32:03Speaker 2: are coming up next, right after the news. Now, I'm
- 32:05Speaker 2: here every day ten to noon. Or if you can't
- 32:08Speaker 2: listen ten to noon, or you miss an hour or
- 32:10Speaker 2: miss a show, you can always hear the show anytime
- 32:12Speaker 2: you want, day or night. Just get the podcast wherever
- 32:15Speaker 2: you get podcasts. So see you tomorrow ten to noon,
- 32:18Speaker 2: seven to ten wo
