- 6:01Renita Brennan, welcome to the QVC podcast.
- 6:05Thank you for having me. I'm so happy to be here. Beautiful. Like, I've been
- 6:09thinking about this and praying about this for a bit. So happy to share today.
- 6:13Me too. Well, I'm delighted because. So
- 6:16just to set this up for my audience, I was
- 6:20on a call with you several weeks ago and we hadn't ever been on a
- 6:23call before and you graciously agreed to answer some questions that
- 6:27I had. And my colleague Melissa, who as
- 6:31recently, recently voted onto the board of the Institute of Applied Quantum
- 6:35Biology, she's like, all in it. You graciously agreed to answer questions. It
- 6:39was a really fun call and I left and I was like,
- 6:43something feels different. And you
- 6:46know, I'm used to, I do all my work online, so I often and I
- 6:49talk to wonderful people. I usually, I often leave feeling like
- 6:53fulfilled and happy and that was, and inspired. But I actually
- 6:57left a zoom with you feeling energized. And I'm like, I don't usually
- 7:00get energized after, after
- 7:04sitting on a laptop. Who is who?
- 7:08This is a high vibe woman we're dealing with here.
- 7:12So Ranita, you have your
- 7:15energy and your vibration and your consciousness operating at
- 7:19such a high level. Like I got, I got the second order effects through
- 7:23the zoom. So I really would love to hear your story
- 7:27because I know, you know, I mean, I don't know, but I would maybe guess
- 7:30it wasn't always like that. You've probably had a journey.
- 7:34Yeah, a journey. It is, you know, still on it. Right?
- 7:38We've not arrived. There's no arrival. Yeah, so
- 7:42no finish line. Yeah, exactly. But yeah, it's been
- 7:46a total blessing. Yeah. Yeah. You know, I mean, I've been in health
- 7:49obviously for a long, long time. Passionate about wellness
- 7:53and that, you know, I think that really started when I was in high
- 7:57school. My dad was an alcoholic, my mom was very
- 8:00busy, she owned a restaurant. And so it was, there was a lot of
- 8:04emotional trauma and drama happening in the house. And honestly
- 8:08I found like weight training to be an avenue that
- 8:12I really felt strong. Right. I would, I mean, I was
- 8:15super strong at a young age. I mean, we, we lived in a small hobby
- 8:19farm. So I was pale, feeding cows and carrying five gallon buckets at like
- 8:23age 12 full of water. So it was pretty,
- 8:27pretty wild upbringing. Just a lot of kind of tension
- 8:30in the home and whatnot. And so I found at about age 14 that,
- 8:34wow, I'm strong. Like, I can go to the gym and
- 8:38I can lift weights. And I can inspire others. My friends
- 8:42would say, teach me how to lift weights. And I was like, 14, teaching how
- 8:45to lift weights. I was like, okay. And so I really realized it was
- 8:49an outlet for me to just kind of regain strength and kind of step back
- 8:53into myself and probably just focus, right. Instead of the
- 8:56chaos of which I was living in. And so that journey with health
- 9:00probably started pretty young for me. You know, not perfect by
- 9:04any means. Teenager, right? Wild, smoking cigarettes,
- 9:07doing dumb things, but certainly always had that avenue to go back
- 9:11to of just fitness and
- 9:15feeling so empowered when I would go lift. And so I've literally been
- 9:19in the fitness realm for. I'm going to be 49, so it's been a long
- 9:23time. Sometimes when I say how many years, I'm like, gosh, how can it be
- 9:27that many? Yeah, yeah, yeah. How can be like 26 years?
- 9:30I feel like I'm 26 years old. So it definitely has
- 9:34kept me feeling young, living young. You know, I have
- 9:38three sons now that are 25, 18 and 17. And so it's been a
- 9:42joy to be fit and healthy and kind of lead and guide
- 9:46them. So that's been awesome. But, yeah, so my journey started a long time ago
- 9:49with the health realm. And I always knew I was a little different.
- 9:53I wasn't thinking like everybody else. I wasn't, you know, on
- 9:57that same path. And that really started in college.
- 10:01You know, I remember even thinking I was supposed to go
- 10:05get vaccines again, right? That whole vaccine thing. And I was like,
- 10:08ah, I don't know if I'm supposed to do this. Like, I don't know, like,
- 10:12I don't like needles, right. And so just kind of always kind
- 10:16of pushing back against the system. Pushing back against the dark side, I
- 10:20call it now. You know, there's definitely a light and a darkness happening on the
- 10:23planet. We're living it. We're walking it out, of course, with quantum biology. You know,
- 10:26this. So it's. So it's kind of always been there,
- 10:30but not always easy married, you know, to my awesome husband Scott.
- 10:34We had our 25th wedding anniversary this year. I call him Scotty the
- 10:37Hottie. When you call your
- 10:41spouse Scotty the Hottie or, you know, a fun name like that, it just keeps
- 10:45things real fun and fresh. So I highly recommend that.
- 10:48But so we do a lot of fun things together. We are having a great
- 10:52adventure right now with our children and our light phototherapy business.
- 10:55But, you know, it wasn't always good, right? Very
- 10:59hard, trying times in marriage, in our life. I actually Went to
- 11:03school to get my. I graduated with a
- 11:07bachelor's degree in business and physical education.
- 11:11I was going to be a PT
- 11:14or an athletic trainer. And when I was in college,
- 11:18it was. I live in North Dakota. So they make you go do, like, this,
- 11:21you know, continuing ed type hours to, you know, get this degree.
- 11:25And I remember they told me, you have to go to this football game and
- 11:28wait for somebody to get injured to help them. Like, as you know, in this
- 11:32athletic training program I was in, and it was like, literally a
- 11:36blizzard out, and I was. And I hate the cold. Like,
- 11:40I'm such a sun person. And I'm like, I have to go sit
- 11:44and freeze my butt off and wait for someone to get injured. I thought, I
- 11:47gotta change my major. Like, I cannot.
- 11:50I am more preventative. I am not waiting for, you
- 11:54know, all heck to break loose and then go in there and, like, you know,
- 11:57have to repair some sprained ankle. I'm like, I need to teach people how to
- 12:00strengthen their bodies, like, you know, with light and in sunshine,
- 12:04because I'm not going to do this. I literally, after doing that one day,
- 12:08I changed my major. I thought, I'm not. I can't do this. Like, they're. I
- 12:11mean, yeah. So for me, I've always just been that person that is, like,
- 12:15you know, really probably following my intuition, the Holy Spirit
- 12:19living in me, not really realizing that was what I was doing. Just getting on
- 12:22that journey when things felt alive and made me feel alive and better.
- 12:26Just trusting and knowing, okay, that's the direction I need to go. I
- 12:30think sometimes we suppress that in our lives. And I
- 12:34don't. I'm like, you know what? Sure do not. Nope. I'm
- 12:37like, that's where we got to go. That's where I'm being led. So that
- 12:41all happened. And then went back to school to get my
- 12:45doctorate in holistic nutrition and naturopathy. And. And while
- 12:48I was on that journey, got pregnant with my second son,
- 12:52Truett. And it was just over the top at the
- 12:56time. I owned two gyms, so I was teaching 18 or
- 12:5919 exercise classes a week. Being pregnant, Meredith, can you imagine this?
- 13:03The belly. Good Lord. Yeah.
- 13:06Rebounding. I was doing mini trampoline classes before. They were cool.
- 13:10Yeah. Yeah. My God. Okay, that's on. Now
- 13:14is 18, so. And I was pregnant, so that was
- 13:1819 years ago. I was teaching rebounding. Can you imagine? I was the only rebound
- 13:21facility in the state. We had, like, 25 of these mini trampolines.
- 13:25But my mom would say to me, renita, you're nine months pregnant. You can't
- 13:29be jumping on that trampoline with that baby in your belly. I'm like, he's going
- 13:32to come out. And you're like, watch me. Yeah,
- 13:36I did. And the only thing that I could not teach was Pilates because,
- 13:40you know, when you're down there rolling over, like, roll like a ball. I was
- 13:43literally rolling over a ball in my belly. You were the ball. Yeah, so. So
- 13:46that was it. But, you know, and on that journey, I said, you know what?
- 13:49I learned enough. I never completed college just because it got.
- 13:53Obviously, when I'm teaching 19 classes and having 50 clients a week starting at
- 13:574am, then I'm nursing a baby, right? This is not going to work.
- 14:00And something had to give. So I always say I learned enough
- 14:05to make me quite dangerous to the
- 14:08medical establishment in the drug cartel, the legal drug
- 14:12cartel. I'm the mom that's like trying to get everybody
- 14:15off their legal drugs and go natural first. And
- 14:19so that was a really interesting journey. I remember
- 14:23the book that I read in college that completely paradigm
- 14:26shifted everything for me. It was called the Politics of
- 14:30Cancer. I'm not sure if you've ever read it. The Politics of Cancer
- 14:34by Daniel Samuel Epstein was his name
- 14:38not to be confused with Jeffrey Epstein, Dr. Samuel Epstein. It's
- 14:42a very thick book. I mean, it's just a big old book. And
- 14:45it's like 60% clinical evidence that
- 14:49basically the government created cancer. And it was crazy. And so when I
- 14:53read that book, it just was like, bam. Like, everything changed for me.
- 14:56I just realized that we need to be our own
- 15:00advocates of our health journey. We cannot rely
- 15:04on somebody else to guide us and lead us. I mean,
- 15:08we can have suggestions, right? But then again, you're always checking in with that holy
- 15:11spirit with that intuition to say, is that right? You know,
- 15:15is that really the direction I'm supposed to be headed? So anyway, long story short,
- 15:19I got. I completed call. I didn't complete college. I
- 15:23completed my bachelor's, but not my master's and my doctorate. And
- 15:26suddenly I found I had this calling on my life that I was supposed to
- 15:30help a lot of people. At the time. I was running around giving a lot
- 15:33of presentations. I was. I have a lot of fitness certifications. So I was a
- 15:37global fitness pro. So I was certifying fitness
- 15:41professionals. I was a master trainer for ace. Ace. Many people
- 15:45know ACE Fitness. I was teaching kickboxing classes all over the
- 15:48country for them. And I became fitbeach
- 15:52certified. So I was teaching Pilates and all these remote locations around the world,
- 15:56training instructors. And so I did a lot with fitness. Right.
- 16:00And. And I actually was Ms. Fitness North
- 16:03Dakota. You were. Okay, that's really funny, because when
- 16:07I met you in person last week, I was like,
- 16:11I think this might be the most fit person I've ever met in real life.
- 16:14Oh, that's so funny. Yeah. So I was. You are very fit. It's a.
- 16:18It's really inspirational. I'm always working on it. But, like, you
- 16:22know, I. Back then, I didn't know what I know now. Right. So it was.
- 16:25Back then, it was just super over exercising, super
- 16:29calorie restriction. Honestly, Meredith, I was losing handfuls of
- 16:33hair in the shower, and I remember thinking, this is not who
- 16:36I want to be. I. They gave me the award. I was peeling my.
- 16:40Because you have to super glue your bikini to your body. And I was, like,
- 16:44peeling my bikini off of my body in the shower that
- 16:47morning after I had been named Miss Fitness North Dakota.
- 16:51Right. My hair is falling out. I mean, I'm just not
- 16:54feeling strong. Let me just say that. And I
- 16:58remember standing in the shower thinking, there's got to be a bit. There's got to
- 17:02be something else. There's got to be a better way. Like, I'm missing something here.
- 17:05And that was when I was just, you know, it was pretty much only
- 17:08exercise. And like I said, caloric restriction,
- 17:12which now we know. Caloric restriction can be very good. Intermittent fasting
- 17:16can be great for certain people. Absolutely. But then it
- 17:19just kind of helped me to open up that chapter of my life of natural
- 17:23health and healing, where I'm like, okay, it's not just the grind.
- 17:28It's all of it. It's the whole personal approach. It's like my
- 17:31emotional state. Right. It's. It's like all of it. And.
- 17:35And so I really started walking down that path then of all things
- 17:38alternative and holistic and. And that's just been the journey I've
- 17:42been on. Like I said, we've not arrived, and it's just been like, literally, God
- 17:46just opens one chapter after another. And I just keep walking through that door when
- 17:49I feel called. And, you know, I mean, it was. Suddenly I
- 17:53found myself, at one point in my journey, involved in the CBD space.
- 17:57Now I've never even smoked marijuana. My kids. I should. Because
- 18:01I'm pretty hyper, as you know. I'm like,
- 18:04no, I'm like, I'm not lowering my frequency. I, like, I
- 18:08like myself high energized and. But suddenly we found
- 18:12Ourselves in a family crisis where we were looking at
- 18:15CBD in the endocannabinoid system and led me down this
- 18:19path where all of a sudden, CBD was not allowed in the United States yet.
- 18:22The farm bill had not been passed. And we were all of a
- 18:26sudden in the CBD space with hemp cbd. So it was non
- 18:30psychoactive, of course, but all of a sudden, I'm in this arena
- 18:33where I'm talking the endocannabinoid system, and
- 18:37I get a phone call one day and somebody says, hey, Renita, you should go
- 18:40to the state capitol. The legislature is voting on
- 18:44CBD of whether or not it's going to be sold at only
- 18:48pharmacies, only doctors and pharmacies will be able to sell it. And
- 18:51I thought, wow, my business would tank because at the time, because of that family
- 18:55crisis that we had walked down, I had got so involved and so knowledgeable
- 18:58about it that I now. I now had a CBD business.
- 19:02Right, Right. Yeah, that's how that worked. And then suddenly, I'm at the
- 19:06state capitol, and I walk in, you know, I've got a sweater on, and,
- 19:09you know, just like a mom, they're kind of pleading my case about why we're
- 19:13in the CBD space to all these, basically, legislators
- 19:17and attorneys. And every single person that testified ahead
- 19:21of me was high. And I thought, oh, my gosh, these
- 19:24guys. Oh, no. Oh, no. I said to my husband,
- 19:28these guys are making the legislators think that they got down this bill,
- 19:32Right? And, like, they gotta just like, yeah, the only places can be sold is
- 19:35pharmacies. I mean, they were like all these drug addicts basically getting up and
- 19:39testifying. And so it was crazy. And I
- 19:43remember the world we're in. It was so wild. Like, I mean, it was like,
- 19:46you listen to these guys and you're like, really? Who let them on the
- 19:50stand? And then I was like, hey, I tapped this attorney ahead of me. I
- 19:54said, hey, I don't have. I've never prepared to come here today.
- 19:58I said, I just made the decision about a half hour ago. I said, but
- 20:01I'd love to testify and speak to the legislator. And
- 20:04so they said, okay, go to the front. And I walked up, I said, hi,
- 20:09you're swearing. And, hi, my name's Renita Brannan. And
- 20:13I said, I would love to educate you a little today about the difference
- 20:17between hemp and marijuana. And I
- 20:21just went into. I said, you know, the difference between a Doberman pinscher and a
- 20:24Maltese. Like, have you seen, like, these? They're both dogs, right.
- 20:29You know, that Doberman pinscher is very different temperament generally
- 20:33than that little Maltese. Right. And so I spoke enough to their
- 20:37hearts and to their minds that they were just astounded that they had no
- 20:41working knowledge of that. And they said, you know what? Let's. Let's table this. And
- 20:46then they came up to me and they said, renita, can you come in tomorrow
- 20:48and help us rewrite our state century code? Yeah. Oh, my
- 20:51gosh. Again? Yeah. Amazing what happens when you
- 20:55live an intuition based life. Like, you just get
- 20:59put in situations. Like, how did I get here? I remember
- 21:02thinking, how did I get here? Like, this is crazy. Yeah. And actually what
- 21:06happened is the fuel for my fire was so hot going in, I don't
- 21:10know if I would have had the confidence to testify after seeing all the
- 21:14stone people, because I was like, oh, my gosh. I mean, yeah, this is not
- 21:18what I stand for. This is not what I signed up for. Yeah, yeah. But
- 21:21on the way into the capitol, I had a phone call from a woman, and
- 21:24she was a mom, and she was crying, and she's like, renita, somebody told me
- 21:27you're on the way to the state capitol. I just have to tell you what
- 21:30happened to my. With my daughter, that she had some kind of seizure
- 21:33disorder. She's been, you know, taking the cbd, the hemp cbd,
- 21:37for this amount of time, and we've been seizure free for six months. Whatever you
- 21:40do, don't let them stop being able to, you know, for you to share
- 21:44your cbd, because I don't want to have to go to pharmacies or doctors to
- 21:47get this. And she was bawling how her daughter is doing. So amazing. So I
- 21:50had this, like, supernatural surge going in Meredith, where I'm like,
- 21:54I'm gonna hold the torch for this young, you know, girl
- 21:58and her mother, like. Like, I just, you know, sometimes those stories give you
- 22:01that supernatural energy just to go, I'm ready. You know
- 22:05what I mean? I'm. Yes, give it to me. Yes. And so it was like
- 22:08listening to that crying mom on the way in as I'm running into the state
- 22:12capitol was just like the super charge. I needed to get up and
- 22:16testify. And so I was like, it's so interesting how. How God works in our
- 22:19lives. But anyway, so fast forward from that journey, you know?
- 22:23You know, here I am, right? With the legislators rewriting state century code. I was
- 22:27on the news in North Dakota. I got one day, somebody called me up and
- 22:30they said, hey, the news anchor wants to Lose weight. We hear that. Because I
- 22:34was really known in our community. I helped the state of North Dakota to lose
- 22:37100,000 pounds of fat. So I was, like, obsessed with getting people off
- 22:41their. You were like the OG Maha.
- 22:45Yeah, seriously. Literally before it happened,
- 22:48I was that person. So honestly, I would travel. I did over. I'm not
- 22:52kidding, I mean, well over 5,000 presentations. I
- 22:56mean, schools, nursing homes, workplace wellness. They were putting me in jets
- 23:00and flying me to different power plants across the country. And I was
- 23:03talking to blue collar guys about pooping. You know, it was wild stuff.
- 23:07I'm having a pee on, you know, ph trips to see what their
- 23:11ph. Everyone take one of these into the bathroom. Anyway, so it was like,
- 23:15yeah, that was just. It was just a wild journey. So I was just traveling
- 23:18all the time. And I remember the reason I got out of that, the workplace
- 23:22wellness is I was flying till they were put me in a jet in the
- 23:25morning and fly me to all these different places to. To talk to their plant
- 23:28workers. And there was a windstorm one time on the way
- 23:32back, and it was the two pilots and me in the. Back in the. In
- 23:34this little jet for this company. And I was literally, the. The
- 23:38airplane was just literally doing like 200ft drops.
- 23:42And I mean, I'm down with my head between my legs, just saying, lord, just
- 23:45please get me on the ground. At that point, I had had just my first
- 23:49son, Beau, and I was like, let me get. Get back home and
- 23:52I'm gonna get off this plane. I never got back on the plane again. I
- 23:54was like, that was way too over the top for me. Yeah. And I like
- 23:57fun and adventure, but that was just too much. So, you know, the journey's just
- 24:01been, like, unfolding. But what happened was I ended up on the news
- 24:04for this segment, and I was on there
- 24:09with this woman, and she was. Didn't know much about
- 24:12health, Right. And we ended up writing a book together called Nice and
- 24:16fat because she realized that she was fat because she was nice and she had
- 24:20not drawn clear boundaries. So when people would give her food or say, eat this
- 24:23or do this, she would just do it. Like, she was just nice. Like, she
- 24:26wouldn't say, you know what? That's not part of my protocol. You know, I'm. You
- 24:29know, she was just too nice. And so ended up
- 24:33doing 5. She went from like a size 16 down to a size 4. She
- 24:37was running 5Ks by the end of it. But on that journey, they said, hey,
- 24:40do you want to have your own show on tv? So I said, sure. So
- 24:43for eight and a half years, I had my own segment called Wellness Wednesday.
- 24:47And then of course, they're like, renita, you know, Monica's out of town
- 24:51for the next two weeks. Can you be the morning co host now? I'm suddenly
- 24:54the North Dakota Today co host, the morning show here,
- 24:57you know, And I always say that was hard for me because I'm very
- 25:01much as you see me right here. I just am very authentic. So
- 25:04when I had to read a script and I had an IFB in which was
- 25:08a little earpiece where they were telling me what to say, and I said, what
- 25:10is if be? And they said. I said, you know what? I feel better. That's
- 25:13what it means for me. That's what I'm gonna call it. Like, okay, morning show
- 25:16starting in five seconds or whatever. And I realized I was not so good
- 25:20with reading. I was like. Sounded like a robot. Yeah. And those scripts are always
- 25:24so. So ridiculous. So dumb. Yeah. And then I would get to my
- 25:28segment and I was like. I was bringing in, like,
- 25:31everything. Glide Fitness. I'm on the ground showing people how to surf.
- 25:35I mean, I'm. We're doing it all right? And. And just the
- 25:39joy. I just brought joy to North Dakotans for eight and a
- 25:43half years. Fitness, nutrition. I mean, just lifestyle, meditation, prayer. I mean,
- 25:46they really let me talk about whatever I wanted to until they did.
- 25:52Okay. And I remember one time I was talking about, like, Coca Cola should
- 25:56not be funding studies. You know, here I am running to all these reservations.
- 26:00We have a lot of Native American reservations in North Dakota. And
- 26:04I'm going in there and I'm educating them about diabetes,
- 26:07Right? These people, it's generational curses and generational
- 26:12health ailments, like, right. They just don't climb out of it. And I
- 26:15remember. And that I'll tell you a story about a reservation, because
- 26:19that's where the. I realized the spiritual realm was so
- 26:23real on a reservation. But back to the segment I
- 26:27real. I was talking about sugar. And Coca Cola should not be funding
- 26:31studies on diabetes. You know, this doesn't make any sense to me. Like
- 26:35what? Like. And it's coming back that it's not really that bad for you. Right.
- 26:38I mean, are you kidding me? Yeah. And so I'll never forget, I was getting
- 26:41ready to leave the station that day. Our NBC station up here.
- 26:45Renita Brannan to the station manager's office, please. Renita Brannan to the
- 26:49station manager. And I thought. And I walked in there and
- 26:53he said, renita, you Cannot be talking about
- 26:56Coca Cola like that. He said, those are our ad dollars.
- 27:01And, and I. It was kind of a big hand slap, you know,
- 27:05like, watch yourself toe the line. And so then I realized,
- 27:09wow, okay, this is getting a little interesting. And so I continue
- 27:13to do it. And every time I would do a segment where I. That was
- 27:16the first of many, Meredith, let me just say it. That
- 27:20was the first of many getting called into the principal's office. And so like I
- 27:24always get called in and he would be like.
- 27:29And then what happened was I saw the producer when the pandemic was
- 27:32starting to unravel and we got sent
- 27:36home. I was still doing the segment from home,
- 27:39literally making gluten free carrot cake on, you know,
- 27:43Thanksgiving or, you know, pumpkin. I mean, it was just all this great
- 27:47stuff. I had my family involved, my kids were involved. We're in cooking segments. I
- 27:50mean, it was the funnest. Everybody loved the Wellness Wednesday because
- 27:54it was just pure joy and education and fun and people just
- 27:58loved it. And I'll never forget it. I. This producer
- 28:02that was produced the morning show here, he said all of those anti
- 28:05vaxxers are going to get what's coming to them. He put that on his Facebook
- 28:08page. And I thought, wow, that's crazy. He's like seeing
- 28:12that out there like that. And, and I've always said I'm
- 28:16not like anti vaccine, I'm just pro education, right? Like, so if you really
- 28:19educate yourself thoroughly and, and understand
- 28:23really what you're injecting into yourself or your children, I mean, then
- 28:27that's your decision, right? But if you're not really fully educating yourself, then what are
- 28:30you doing? Right? Like just educate yourself first. And so
- 28:34I got a phone call after eight and a half years, they called and they
- 28:37said, renita, because they said, we want you to start talking about
- 28:41this vaccine and the importance of health. And I said no. I said, I think
- 28:44people need to go outside. I said, everybody got sent home from work. I said,
- 28:47this is going to be the time of our lives. The whole state is going
- 28:50to get fit as a fiddle because now they're all at home and, and everybody's
- 28:53got time to work out. Finally, we are going to get the North Dakota so
- 28:56in shape. I was so excited about it, you know, just to launch this
- 29:00like, home initiative where everyone's getting fit. And they called me up and they
- 29:04said, you know what, you're moving in a different direction than us. We're going to
- 29:07take a break for a while. And I thought what I said My direction
- 29:11has been and always will be the health and healing of the north and South
- 29:14Dakotans. It has. That's like my mo. Yeah. This is who
- 29:18I am. Like, we are. I am wellness like an
- 29:21educator and inspire of people to help them
- 29:25to get moving and step into their greatness.
- 29:28Nope. Game over. Done. And so just like that, it was over. But then I
- 29:32always, you know, my interest in. I have chills. I have chills, Renita.
- 29:36I know, but standing your ground in. That moment, I always think
- 29:40it's always glory to glory. I'm a believer in Jesus, and I. And I believe
- 29:44that we are believing and living in this realm where God is
- 29:47taking us from glory to glory. That doesn't mean there might not be a real
- 29:51valley in between. Oh, yeah, there's some valleys. You know what I mean?
- 29:55But if we just stay the course and stay on that. That alignment, I just
- 29:59feel like it all works itself out exactly how it's supposed to. So then
- 30:02I started saying to myself, well, God has something much larger in store for me
- 30:06than 800,000 North Dakotans. That's how many the viewing audience was. It must
- 30:10be something where I'm supposed to help a million people, right?
- 30:13And we don't have that here. And so I really kind of stood on that.
- 30:17And then, of course, LifeWave came into the mix
- 30:21with phototherapy. So now I'm not educating about the endocannabinoid system. I'm
- 30:25educating about photobiomodulation, which the world knows very
- 30:28little about because they've been so biochemically trained. We'll get
- 30:32to that. But I want to tell you this real quick story about being on
- 30:35the reservations. So this was. This is a
- 30:39wild story. So I was on a reservation, and I'll never
- 30:43forget it. There was about 400 people. So when they knew I was coming to
- 30:45the reservations, because I was the NBC health and fitness expert,
- 30:49they. Everyone saw me on tv, right? So now I'm coming to the reservation
- 30:53to teach them how to eat, to teach them how to take back their health.
- 30:55And that helps you help them because they're like, oh, it's Renita from Wellness Wednesday.
- 30:59We know her. You have credibility. You're part of the community. You're
- 31:03local celebrity. It's great. Yep, that's what it was called. And
- 31:07so. So. And then I would go to all these different places, everything from, like,
- 31:10I'm talking nursing homes to the Air force base. One time I
- 31:14was, you know, teaching military Pilates. I mean, I was just doing it all. Like,
- 31:18I would go into, like, halfway houses
- 31:21after people would get out of prison. And, I mean, these women wouldn't have shoes.
- 31:25And so I would literally bring 20 pairs of tennis shoes that would have. I
- 31:28would have donated. So all these gals could have tennis shoes when they're working out.
- 31:32I mean, so it was like I would just. I was. I was in every
- 31:35trench. Name the trench. I was in it. I was with morbidly obese. I was
- 31:38with people that are blind. I was like. I kind of worked in all the
- 31:42demographics, but my sweet spot was definitely weight loss and teaching
- 31:45people about their metabolism. And so I was doing this, and
- 31:49I was on this reservation, and I'll never forget it. There was a gymnasium. This
- 31:53is wild. There was about 400 people in the gymnasium. They were sitting on
- 31:57the floor. And with the Native American culture, it's like,
- 32:01they're very. There's a lineage where they all are
- 32:05connected, very connected. So we had not only the kids, we had the
- 32:08parents and the grandparents and sometimes the great grandparents, right? They're all at
- 32:12this event where Renita's coming to talk about how to lose weight is
- 32:16basically how we were touting it, right? But basically, I was teaching him blood sugar
- 32:19stabilization. This is, like, 20 years ago. And so I
- 32:22literally would go into these things, and I would be educating, and I
- 32:26would create. I actually created a tool. It was called the PFC plate, to
- 32:30teach them how to lose weight. Everybody would have a white paper plate. I'd educate
- 32:33them. I was a great educator with energy, and they learned so quickly.
- 32:37And I remember teaching about
- 32:41that you can take back your power. You don't have to be diabetic. You
- 32:45don't have to have metabolic syndrome. Like, I started just like. Like, literally
- 32:49just speaking blessings over these people. Like, it
- 32:53was just, like, almost prophetic how I was prophesying their destiny and their
- 32:56future. And I remember, like, kind of blinking and
- 33:00looking down, and when I looked up, I was watching these
- 33:04elders cry. These elderly gentlemen were just bawling.
- 33:08And I remember just, like, kind of putting my head down just to say a
- 33:11quick prayer. And when I looked up in the spiritual realm, God
- 33:15showed me literal chains falling off of people.
- 33:19Like, the chains were just falling off of them, like, in my. And I was
- 33:22like this. It was like I was sitting there in the present moment, but God
- 33:26was, like, showing me this. And this has happened a few times to me in
- 33:28my life where God has showed me, like, this vision that drops in front of
- 33:32me almost like a movie where all the chains are falling off of people. And
- 33:35I'm like, oh, my God. And I was like, what is going on here?
- 33:39And it was just like. I was like, I was getting a glimpse of the
- 33:42spiritual realm, right? I was getting a glimpse of the spiritual realm. What was happening?
- 33:46Like, captives were literally being set free. And, I mean.
- 33:50And so it was just crazy. And then I would move to the next reservation
- 33:53and give the next talk. And I'll never forget it. We were. And the Native
- 33:57American culture is so very spiritual, if you don't know that. They're very spiritual.
- 34:01Very, very spiritual beings. And I remember
- 34:04I was at another event at another school, and all of a sudden,
- 34:08we heard this baby crying like a baby.
- 34:12It was a crazy, like. And I remember thinking, where is this baby?
- 34:15Like, who's got a baby in here? Like, we're. You know, we're at a school.
- 34:19And then somebody said, oh, they're the. The babies in the weight room.
- 34:22And I was like, the baby's in the weight room. What
- 34:26was going on here at the school? You know? And I
- 34:30was like, okay, that's very bizarre. And then we heard it again. This crying baby.
- 34:34Everybody heard it. It wasn't just me hearing it. Everybody was hearing this crying baby.
- 34:37And it would just stop me in my tracks because it was so loud.
- 34:41And then some guy got up, and he said, oh, let me go check what's
- 34:44going on? And so he went into the weight room, and of course, there's no
- 34:47one there. There's no baby in the weight room. And he comes. He
- 34:50came back out, and he said, you know,
- 34:55he said, we'll discuss it afterwards. We need it. I said, okay. And
- 35:00so, like, I was like that. It was just bizarre. It happened, like, three times,
- 35:03and then it stopped. And then after we were all done, the
- 35:07gentleman came up to me, and he said, the. This
- 35:11school and this weight room is on an old cemetery.
- 35:14And he said. And so a lot of times we hear various things coming from
- 35:17the weight room. And today we heard a crying baby. And I'm
- 35:21like, what? Like, I'm like, this is wild. Like, you know,
- 35:25So, I mean, just. So they were all like, oh, it's the weight room. Meaning
- 35:28it's the spirits in the weight room. Not that there's a
- 35:32baby in there lifting weights. They just. They
- 35:36knew. Oh, my goodness. So
- 35:39my journey has been, like, things like that, where I'm like, okay, so I'm Christian,
- 35:43but I'm being exposed to this very spiritual realm. So I feel like now in
- 35:46my life, like, I love the Lord Jesus with all my heart. But Christians, most,
- 35:50a lot of Christians don't know about frequency or energy or quantum physics or quantum
- 35:53biology. Like, they just don't talk that language. Meredith. Because we've been so
- 35:58biochemically trained from those darn commercials. Right. And so
- 36:01which at the point when I was on the. On the TV and I said
- 36:04to my husband, I'm coming home. I'm talking health. I'm telling people how to take
- 36:08back their power, and then there is a pharmaceutical commercial on right after me. I
- 36:11said, this is such a misalignment in my spirit. I don't know how much longer
- 36:14I could do that. So I wasn't trying to take myself off the news, but
- 36:18in my spirit, I knew that there was like this. It was like I
- 36:21felt like I was in static. I was in like. It was like the black
- 36:25and white ants fighting on tv. Like where you don't have the station or like
- 36:28on a radio station where you're like, it's kind of going in and out. Yeah.
- 36:31And I was that person. My last quite in alignment anymore. And it's
- 36:35your. It's phasing. That reality is phasing out. Yeah. And
- 36:38how many of you want to just be. Stay there? Like, I wanted to stay
- 36:41there because it was easy. It was a comfort zone for me. I enjoyed it.
- 36:44I loved it. People loved it. Right. It was very much something that
- 36:48I like. I still enjoyed it. I wasn't like, hating every time I had to
- 36:51go to the news station. I was like, yeah. And that's when we stay suck.
- 36:54Well, it's not terrible. And this part of it's good. And even though that voice,
- 36:58our soul voice is like, this isn't in alignment
- 37:02anymore. It's like, how horrible do we need to make it before
- 37:06you make a choice? And I always say to Scott, if they want to. If
- 37:10that guy want to just call me up that day and shut me off. I
- 37:12don't. I would just maybe would have never quit and then I would never be
- 37:15on this conversation with you today. Right. So I always say there, when there's a
- 37:18closure of something, something else is opening. It's a new beginning and it's beautiful. So.
- 37:22But again, like you said, if you're okay, I was okay.
- 37:25I mean, I was more than okay. I mean, I'm optimistic. And that describes
- 37:29most people. Like, I. We are, you know,
- 37:33very privileged to live in the United States and. And most
- 37:36people around us are doing okay on most levels.
- 37:40And it's like. It's like the fight is just to stay in the
- 37:43okayness. Instead of opening those doors to, like,
- 37:47what else is possible, Right? And. And it's so big.
- 37:51It's so big, Meredith, when we kind of step into that unknown where you
- 37:55kind of get the butterflies and you're kind of scared a little bit, what's next?
- 37:59But, you know, and just, again, trusting the plan and trusting the process. And so,
- 38:02you know, when God brought phototherapy to my life, I've always loved the
- 38:06sun, as you can see. Like, I'm a super tan all the time. I'm always
- 38:10in the sun. I remember as a kid just finding a pocket of sun, my,
- 38:13you know, being an abusive alcoholic home. Sometimes it would be in the car. I
- 38:17know this just sounds crazy. I'd go in my car, and the sun would be
- 38:20shining in the window, and it would be like I would just lay in the
- 38:23sun in the car, in the quiet, the peace. Because you were intuitively
- 38:26creating a safe space for yourself. And that sunlight is giving your
- 38:30body safety signals. Absolutely. So, I mean, just doing
- 38:34all that from the get go, like, I've always been, like, light.
- 38:37I've always been the person that was like, okay, light is so healthy for you.
- 38:41You know what I mean? And so I never bought into the message. I remember.
- 38:44Never bought into the SPF 900. I
- 38:47remember being on the news, and my friend who I'd helped lose the
- 38:51weight and do the. You know, she was now a runner. She. She would
- 38:55say, renita, you've got to tell me about sunscreen. I said, sunscreen is a
- 38:59farce. I said, I am not telling. She goes. I said. She said, I've had
- 39:02skin cancer five times, and how often do you wear sunscreen? She goes, every time
- 39:05I go outside. I said, exactly. I said, oh, my
- 39:08God. Ask me how many times I've had it. I said, never. And
- 39:12I said, and I won't get it because I don't burn. And I said, you
- 39:15know what? I don't believe in burning and just being, you know. You know. Yeah.
- 39:18Like, responsible. You can be responsible when you go outside, but it's
- 39:22not. I said, there's other things we can use, like coconut oil that has natural
- 39:25spf. Like, you know, there's other things that we can use to, like, really
- 39:29protect our skin if we want to do it. Not these chemicals. Right? And I
- 39:32would say to her, listen, it says dermatologist recommended on those Neutrogena commercials,
- 39:35but they've got 14 lawsuits right now for cancer. So, you know, I would always
- 39:39just come in there with the cart, you know, hard Cold backs. And then they're
- 39:42like, they'd have to back down because I'm like, this is what's really going on
- 39:46for you. You had conviction. I love it. And I just want
- 39:50to say, because it's interesting, like the, the journey of the, you know,
- 39:53like, first it was talking about Coca Cola and now, you know, I
- 39:57mean, Coca Cola still exists, but it is
- 40:01consensual agreed knowledge that it causes diabetes
- 40:05and is bad for you. And then it was like the sunscreen industry, which
- 40:08is now also going through its reckoning, having
- 40:12to change, take things off the shelf and change. Not to mention all of
- 40:16the research showing sunlight, as you were claiming,
- 40:20is good for you. And now we're coming to. We're coming to
- 40:23the pharmaceutical. Yeah, right. Where it's like everything that was the
- 40:27big commercial, the big commercials funding these
- 40:30programs that were filled with great information that you were delivering. But
- 40:34there's that conflict. Right. And like
- 40:37I'm, you know, married to someone who works in advertising,
- 40:41so like, I really understand that world. Yeah. And
- 40:45that conflict is always going to be there if it's
- 40:49like a commercial based product, like if you're doing
- 40:52media or any content that
- 40:56relies on being subsidized
- 41:00by corporations, like, that conflict is always going to be there. And
- 41:04I had, I just wanted to ask quickly about when you were at the station
- 41:09Covid, they're rolling out the MRNAs. Did they like
- 41:12explicitly ask you to endorse?
- 41:15Yeah, the COVID jabs. Like, like, were they like, can
- 41:19you just weave in how this is part of being healthy? Like, what was that
- 41:23conversation? Well, I was just moving totally in the direction of
- 41:26sunlight exercise, deep breathing. We're not going to shut
- 41:30your TVs off except for this morning show. I'd say. I would say that shut
- 41:33the TV off except for the morning show. But what happens is you really realize
- 41:37in a hurry that this entire marketing juggernaut of
- 41:41the mainstream media, which. This is how crazy it gets.
- 41:45Meredith. The station that I was at, and I think originally the
- 41:48news was a good thing. I actually think it was a good thing thing. I
- 41:50think they brought some goodness to the, the world. And you know, it was a,
- 41:54instead of just like a radio or a newspaper, it was something where it was
- 41:57like, oh, visual. And it was entertaining. But when I realized that
- 42:01our news station had been. Was One of the 150 news
- 42:05stations that were bought up by one organization called gray media,
- 42:09which I always thought that's so interesting, that gray media.
- 42:13Gray. That was the gray area. Gray. I was like, this
- 42:17trading in the. Gray zone, morally, ethically,
- 42:22what are the chances? It's called gray anyway. It's just got crazier and
- 42:26crazier. But yeah, so when they had that rollout, when they were like, oh, yeah,
- 42:30we've been bought up by gray media. And so now, like, we've
- 42:33really got to adhere and do all these things. And I thought, okay, oh,
- 42:37this is. This is getting really interesting now. I see. Because I was like, wow,
- 42:40even a little independent radio station, not independent
- 42:45corporate masters. Okay, yeah. So. And so when you remember when you'd see
- 42:49those clips where they would show every news media person saying the same thing,
- 42:52that's exactly what was going on. And. And the big revelation
- 42:56came for me. We had a crisis in North Dakota. It was called
- 43:00Dapple. And it was this whole thing where. And I was very pro
- 43:04Native American. I'm, you know, my dad was raised on a reservation.
- 43:08I was like, always feeling a need to serve
- 43:11that demographic and that walk of life, because these people need
- 43:16guidance and help and. And love. And so they don't just need another Coke,
- 43:19right? Like, they need education so they can. They are bigger and stronger, more
- 43:23powerful than this. Like, they just have taken away their power. You know, the government
- 43:26essentially took away the power. Anyway, so I would. There was this thing going on
- 43:29called Dapple where they were running like a oil pipeline through.
- 43:34And I'm not anti oil. Like, you know, I feel like,
- 43:38again, it's like. But I know, it's like, you have one question. You're like, should
- 43:41it be like this? Everyone's like, you're against the whole thing. I'm like, no, I.
- 43:45You drive a car. Yeah, we've got. We've got an eg, but we've also got
- 43:48gasoline vehicles. I mean, it's. It's cold here in North Dakota. If you try to
- 43:51drive just the eg, you'll be freezing to death. Because as soon as you turn
- 43:55on the heat when it's 45 below, you need gas. Okay.
- 43:59It's like, you're like, I'm like. I'm like, I got an Egypt. I can't. I
- 44:02has to run on. On gasoline in the water. But anyway, this pipeline was
- 44:06running through the reservation, and the Native Americans were. They
- 44:10were saying, nope, you can't do it. It's going to affect our water or whatever.
- 44:12And. But it all came down to money, because what happened is
- 44:16they were trying to get a dollar amount or whatever. And
- 44:20long story short, the oil company said, we're gonna go around the
- 44:24reservation Then we're not gonna go through it. Well, now that they
- 44:28didn't have any money, now it was zero money. And so it was this big
- 44:31fiasco and it caught major media. It went on for like a full
- 44:34year. It was just every day was crisis on the news.
- 44:38And what I've realized about crisis is when there's crisis, people are glued to their
- 44:42television sets. What's going to happen next? Tell me what to do next, Tell me
- 44:46what I should do today type deal. And I'll never forget, after
- 44:49DAPL ended, I walked into the news station and this is
- 44:53where it was just like a big bonk alongside the head for me because I
- 44:56knew that there was this misalignment. I knew there was this static and this friction,
- 44:59but I was just kind of pretending like I'm going to be okay,
- 45:03right? There's not. And. And I walked into the news station and
- 45:07everybody was just long faced. I mean everybody, it was. Everybody was
- 45:10like mad and irritated and sad and some people were cr.
- 45:15I was like, what's going on in this place? Like what? It was like, I
- 45:18walk into like the war zone here and my friend looked at
- 45:21me and she goes, dapple ended. I said, praise the Lord.
- 45:26Praise the Lord. It's been nothing but a fight and people stealing people's
- 45:30cows and crazy stuff for a year. Thank God that
- 45:33thing ended. And she goes, renita, we need another
- 45:37crisis. She said, crisis moves
- 45:40ad dollars. And that's all she said to me. And she walked away. And I
- 45:44remember thinking, holy Moses.
- 45:49Like I am sick to my stomach right now. Like it just. And she just
- 45:52said it that plainly to me. Like, it just hit me like a ton of
- 45:54bricks, right? And that same person right before,
- 45:58right when Covid was starting, about a week before I got taken off the
- 46:02news, she came to my house. She was a big masker. She had got all
- 46:06the vaccines. She was really into all that because of course she was on the
- 46:09news. She came to my house and she didn't want to come in my house.
- 46:12We were sitting outside in front of my house and she was sitting outside, we
- 46:15were outside and she said,
- 46:19she said, I feel guilty for the amount of money I've taken
- 46:23where some people have lost all their jobs. She said, the amount of money I've
- 46:25taken during this, I feel guilty. And she never expounded on that and
- 46:29I should have asked. But I. So I thought to myself, and she's been an
- 46:33anchor there for like, like 30 years. So I thought,
- 46:36OMG, this whole thing is.
- 46:40This whole like, again. And then going back gray media. Oh, my gosh. So
- 46:44the point is, I didn't want to talk about this because this stuff is also
- 46:47lame and depressing and old news. I like to talk. I'm more future
- 46:50focused. That is the journey that really got me to say,
- 46:53wake up. Take control of your health. Open your eyes, be your own
- 46:57advocate. Let the Holy Spirit, let the intuition and rule you.
- 47:01Step into your greatness. Don't just comply. Don't just, you know, because
- 47:04it's convenient and easy. Keep doing that same thing. Like, if God is calling you
- 47:08up, get up. Get up. Yeah. Yeah. I actually bought the domain
- 47:12get up world. Because I'm like, we gotta get up. You know, get
- 47:16up. There's that great story in the Bible where that guy was laying there praying
- 47:19for 37 years. I always say he was laying on a yoga mat.
- 47:24He was laying on his map by the healing waters, like, laying there praying. You
- 47:28know, praying for a miracle. 37 years he was
- 47:31praying. I mean, this sounds like some people that are caught in their sickness or
- 47:35their stagnation, right? And then Jesus shows up on the scene one day,
- 47:38the light of the world shows up and like, taps him and says,
- 47:42get up. And the guy looks at them and Jesus says,
- 47:46do you want to be well, he asked him that question. He
- 47:50didn't say, let's pray some more. The guy's been praying for 37 years. He says,
- 47:53and this is where I come in as the Christian
- 47:57mom, saying, listen, you can pray about it, but it is time for
- 48:01massive action. Like, you've got to move. And when you start
- 48:04moving, the path will reveal itself. Trust me. This is
- 48:08how this thing works. It doesn't reveal itself many times beforehand. It's one foot in
- 48:11front of the other. Oh, now it's kind of like a flash. The next staircase,
- 48:14the next step, and then the next, and then the next. You're like, I want
- 48:17to see the whole path before I get on it.
- 48:21Sorry. No, it's not going to happen. It's not going to happen. She's says to
- 48:24him, get up. Because he says, it's basically like I say to people all the
- 48:27time in health, Meredith, do you want to change your story? Jesus said, do you
- 48:31want to be? Well, I ask people when they're telling that story. That is
- 48:34a neural pattern. Because I'm crazy about the power of the subconscious mind, I believe.
- 48:38Let's talk about that. Yeah. Oh, my gosh. It's my favorite stuff to talk about
- 48:42because I've been a student of it. My mom was diagnosed with
- 48:45Parkinson's 11 years ago. So I've been a student of
- 48:49the mind, the brain, how the brain works. I was always fascinated how
- 48:53you can take a group of people and how 50% of them have great success
- 48:56and the other 50% don't. And you're teaching the same concepts. What's going on, right?
- 49:00So, like, I'm like, what is that magic? What is that? What
- 49:04is that, that magical or that power that some people take
- 49:08hold of to achieve their results, their goals, their dreams, and others don't? Like,
- 49:12that's always just a fascination for me. Like, why did
- 49:15you come out of. Of a childhood with an alcoholic
- 49:19parent and an absent parent? I had.
- 49:23I had a similar situation. And like, the darkness
- 49:26calls. Like, it. It's there. You know,
- 49:30I look back, especially at a phase in my life in my 20s, where
- 49:34like, it was like, I could have gone in a lot of directions
- 49:38and I. For whatever reason, and maybe we could talk about
- 49:42that. Like, I felt. I felt drawn to the light and I
- 49:45went in that. I went down that path instead. And so did you.
- 49:49Yeah. And I think it's. You know what I think it is. I think sometimes.
- 49:53Well, first of all, I think it might be just a calling. Some people just
- 49:55have that calling on their lives. And so they can. They. When they feel that
- 49:59light, they're like, you know what? That's the direction I need to go. I think
- 50:02for in my world, I. God,
- 50:05God, I'll call God. Because God surrounded me. I had wonderful
- 50:10clients. Like, I mean, the people that I was dealing with, I was so. I
- 50:13was really good at my craft. I like, with like, fitness and
- 50:17nutrition and weight loss. I mean, I was excellent at it. Like, I was. I
- 50:20was fun. People were. They loved it, right? And so I was attracting some pretty
- 50:24amazing people. You know what I mean? I mean, I taught group fitness for
- 50:28free at a church for 10 years, three times a week at 5:30 in the
- 50:31morning. Like, that was for free. But then I had this other side of me
- 50:34where I had the elite, like the cream of the crop coming to
- 50:38me, right? Like, they had the money and they could afford what I was doing.
- 50:41And they were having fabulous results, right? They were loving every second of it. And
- 50:45so. And then a lot of them, you know, they. On my journey, I remember
- 50:49just meeting people even that taught me about money because I was not raised
- 50:52in wealth. I was not raised in financial literacy.
- 50:56Like, you know, like, now we're like, now. My husband Scott, he's a financial planner.
- 51:00So he's always like, we gotta teach people to make smart money moves. Like, we're
- 51:03pretty crazy about generational health and wealth over here. Like, we're kind of obsessed with
- 51:07it, Meredith. So, like, we love generational health and wealth because we just believe
- 51:10that we can break off those chains. Just like I saw that day in the
- 51:14gymnasium on the, on the reservation, those chains falling off of people. We
- 51:18have the choice to do that. And so what I think on my journey really
- 51:21helped was the amazing people around me because they would bring something
- 51:25to the mix. And I think, because I. I'm just listening
- 51:29to this whole series and they're saying the things that make people
- 51:32energetically, really amazing. Like, outside of
- 51:36just, like, high energy, like you said at the beginning, I'm very high
- 51:40energy. I've always been this way. So, like, what is it I've
- 51:43realized recently, Like, I'm listening to this incredible kind of, like,
- 51:47kind of suppressed information, and they're like, it's light, it's
- 51:51sunlight, it's. It's. It's grounding, it's
- 51:55exercise, it's movement, it's breathing, it's
- 51:58rebounding, right? I'm like, oh, of course. Of course. I've been high
- 52:02energy because I've been doing all of that stuff all of my life. I haven't
- 52:06always made a lot of money. I haven't always helped a lot of people,
- 52:10but I've always been on that. I've always been. We had a. We
- 52:13all had a garden as a kid. So even though I was smoking cigarettes, but
- 52:17who knows, maybe the nicotine I need now we're finding out nicotine is good for
- 52:20us. You know, it's just all the other chemicals good. But the bottom line is,
- 52:23is I thought to myself, like, you know, I've
- 52:27done a lot of things right. Like, you know, I remember being as a kid
- 52:30selling at Farmer's Market, you know, selling vegetables at Farmer's Market. We'd pick them at
- 52:33the, the crack of down with flashlights and get them down to the market. So
- 52:36always had a tremendous work ethic that just, like, in me, like, I've just been
- 52:40a worker bee. I feel good when I work. Like, I,
- 52:43I'm like, there's joy in me when I work. I don't feel good when I
- 52:46sit, like, and do nothing, you know, I mean, maybe to meditate for a bit
- 52:50or whatever, to sit on a beach, watch the sun for a bit, but
- 52:54I like to get out and bless and serve and do. I'm a doer. And
- 52:57I think that that motion and that movement forward, I think it,
- 53:01it increases your energy. So I think that because I've always been in that forward
- 53:05motion, I've never been like, I don't, I don't want to
- 53:09talk about the past very much. I talk about the past more today than I
- 53:11probably have in the last five years, to be honest. I don't talk about it
- 53:14that much because it formed me to who I am, and I kind of like
- 53:17who I am right now. I actually love myself. Not in a weird way, just
- 53:20like, in a really super powerful way. And so, like, I just think I.
- 53:24I want to talk about from here forward. What are we going to do? Like,
- 53:27what's the changes we're going to make? Who are we going to serve? Who are
- 53:29we going to bless? What's going to happen? And I like to have that vision
- 53:32and what I realized back to the power of the subconscious mind. So here's how
- 53:36God works. It's the people that were around you that came
- 53:40into my life, that were pouring into me, giving me book titles
- 53:44that were giving me ideas. A friend of mine at 25 led me to Jesus
- 53:47Christ. I was raised Catholic, never really had a strong relationship. You know, we
- 53:51kind of had that ivory Bible with gold letters sitting on the table. And my
- 53:55mom and dad are fighting like cats and dogs, so never really believed that.
- 53:59And then was introduced to Jesus at 25,
- 54:03became a born again believer. Found out after 25, my name,
- 54:06Renita, means born again. Oh,
- 54:10God. But I found that out. I was just like cheering for days. Right,
- 54:14of course, of course my name means born again. Of course my name does
- 54:17means that. Right. And so, and just really stepping fully into that. But,
- 54:21you know, walking down that Christian path, realizing a lot of Christians
- 54:25are sitting in the, the church, highly medicated, praying
- 54:29about their health and taking handfuls of meds and not getting better. Right.
- 54:33And so how can I feel my call there? Okay, I'm gonna go to the
- 54:36church community. Realized I was a little too mouthy for the church.
- 54:44I'm slightly mouthy. I sometimes swear a little. You know,
- 54:48it's marketplace worship. So where God has placed me now where I'm out in
- 54:52the marketplace talking to people, this is how we got to know each other. You,
- 54:54I got to know you, Meredith. Right. Like just out in the marketplace serving, loving
- 54:58the joy of the Lord, promoting products and ideas of things that
- 55:02are going to help up level people's lives, upgrade their thinking in their lives. And
- 55:05that marketplace worship has been my place to share Christ. Right. But
- 55:09on that journey. I've realized, okay, Christians are really missing out on
- 55:13something. Why are they so sick? If they're so powerful and they were, you know,
- 55:17given this authority on the planet by Jesus, why are they half dead? Why are
- 55:20they taking so many medications? Why are they broken? Why are they complaining all the
- 55:24time, right? So like for me, there's always been this massive disconnect which
- 55:28led me then on my journey to the power of the subconscious mind. And
- 55:31so literally I was involved in a network marketing company
- 55:36about 18 years ago. And I was on, I won this
- 55:40trip, I earned this incentive trip to Maui, Hawaii. And I was on this
- 55:44airplane with this gentleman. By the grace of God, again, I'm sitting next to
- 55:47somebody. Somebody comes in my life relationship. That is how
- 55:51you open portals. The mouth is a portal, eyes are portal,
- 55:55our ears are portal. The biggest portal I think is Jesus. But at the end
- 55:58of the day, like we all, there's these portals. The portal of heaven is happening
- 56:01right now. I call it the Glory Realm. It's coming to Earth. I am a
- 56:04representative of the Glory Realm. I live in the Glory Realm. I live in the
- 56:08abundance, Meredith, that I just live in that space of all
- 56:12possibilities are happening. Like, it's not like, oh, it's a far fetched
- 56:15no, this is really happening. And so I was on this airplane
- 56:1918 years ago and this gentleman who was a dentist and I just had a
- 56:22joy sitting next to him for six hours. I sat next to him on this
- 56:25flight. He couldn't believe I had won this trip to Maui. He's like, how did
- 56:28you win this trip to Maui? I'm paying to go to the same place you're
- 56:31going. He ended up signing up for my network marketing business. This is
- 56:3518 years ago. He filled up a sign up sheet. He was a dentist from
- 56:38over in Wisconsin. And the thing he said to me, he said,
- 56:42renita, he said, you are so amazing with your
- 56:46energy. He said, you need to read the book the Power of the subconscious
- 56:50mind by Dr. Joseph Murphy. He said this to me 18
- 56:53years ago. Okay, you cannot make up this stuff that's happened on
- 56:57my journey. Like, you end up sitting next to the dentist who's read that
- 57:01book. Like, that's not a real high book. High on the list of
- 57:05most dentists. And this is 15 years ago. But I
- 57:08never read it, I never heeded it. So I always say, when someone gives you
- 57:11something, when someone gives you a book, when someone gives you an idea, when someone
- 57:15gives you something that's going to upgrade your life, say yes,
- 57:19say yes. It opens a portal. It just opens
- 57:22a portal. And you don't know what that portal is going to bring. Is it
- 57:25going to bring financial health? Is it going to bring physical health? Is it going
- 57:28to bring a miracle for your aging mother? Is it going to bring a miracle
- 57:31for your dog? I don't know. It's going to do something. But the point is,
- 57:34just say yes. And so I didn't read the book, but here's
- 57:38what happened. Fast forward to about two years ago. So now,
- 57:43like. Like, literally 16 years later, imagine this.
- 57:47From the moment that he told me that on that airplane. I'm listening to
- 57:50this guy talk on social media one day, and I'm like, why does this
- 57:54sound so familiar? What? Like, I. And you just know
- 57:58when someone speaks and they're just speaking to you. Like,
- 58:01you just. Like I am feeling that frequency of what this guy was saying.
- 58:05He was, like, talking about all of these things that I believe in. Like, he
- 58:09was talking about the invisible realm, how it's greater than the visible
- 58:12realm. Right. And he's. You know, and it's like the stuff that you talk about,
- 58:15Meredith. Right. So, like, he's talking about this, but he's saying it in such a
- 58:19way, like, it's a personal development way. Right. Because I've read the. I've read the
- 58:22others. I've read the greats. Right. You know, I. I've read all the. The Think
- 58:26and grow Rich. I read all of them. Everything. I love. I love Anything Brain.
- 58:29I love Switch on your brain by Dr. Carolyn Leaf. I love the neuroscientist. I
- 58:33love the brain stuff. And. But when this guy was saying it was. Something else
- 58:36was. Was coming. It was like the static was
- 58:40gone. Like how we talk. Like, most people live in the static. They just live
- 58:44in the static. Yeah. And it's kind of a little bit of suffering almost.
- 58:48It's kind of like being a little bit of a martyr. Yeah. It's just not
- 58:52living there, but they're just kind of living in the static. And it was. When
- 58:54this guy spoke, it was like. It was like I was tuned completely into, like,
- 58:58the right radio station, and it was crystal clear. And my soul
- 59:01was like, yeah, like, let's go. Like, it was
- 59:05leaping. Like, when I would listen to this guy talk, and I'm like, what is
- 59:08it about this dude? And one day he said it. He held up
- 59:12the book and he said, if you haven't read this
- 59:16book. The Power of the subconscious Mind by Joseph Murphy. And I thought,
- 59:20oh, gee, that
- 59:23dentist showed me that book on that airplane 18
- 59:27years ago or 16 years ago. It was about then. And
- 59:31I never read it, so I couldn't hit the buy button fast enough. I went
- 59:34on Amazon, I bought 50, I bought a. I'm like, I'm getting a case of
- 59:37these books because this. Why didn't I read it then?
- 59:42That's okay. I'm reading it now. You know what is so funny is
- 59:46that that book has crossed my path. And I've heard it, people talk about
- 59:50it so many times, and I'm like, I should read that. And I never
- 59:53have. Oh, I'm obsessed with it. Like, next to the
- 59:57Bible. I'll go to Amazon when we hang up. I've read it 14 times.
- 1:00:01I'm not embellishing the number. And I just keep reading. It's on repeat. But long
- 1:00:04story short, I start reading this book and I'm like, oh,
- 1:00:08like, the keys to the kingdom in my realm are in this book.
- 1:00:12Because it's talking exactly about, like, why some have success and
- 1:00:16why others don't. And it's telling you the exact blueprint so you can have the
- 1:00:20success. I'm like, you've got to be kidding me. I could
- 1:00:23have had this knowledge 16 years ago, but I was, like, unresponsive and
- 1:00:27didn't like. So when someone says go
- 1:00:31do, like, and again, it has to align you. Your spirit has to
- 1:00:34leap. But when your spirit leaves, go do, hit the buy button or
- 1:00:38whatever it is. Like, right, like, just like, say yes. Say yes.
- 1:00:42Let the portal open. Walk through it. Opens. And then you don't know exactly
- 1:00:46the goodness of God that's going to pour out through that. But you know, it's
- 1:00:48going to be good because it's you. The biggest way to open
- 1:00:52the portal of heaven to earth, to stand in the glory realm is to live
- 1:00:55in a state of joy and being happy. Feel good now, right?
- 1:00:59You want to feel good now? And this is why I've realized I've been a
- 1:01:01master of this stuff my whole life. And I didn't even know how I was
- 1:01:04master until recent because I was like, oh, yeah, I was laying in the sun.
- 1:01:07I was earthing. I was always sunlight in the eyes. I was always
- 1:01:11exercising. I was always rebounding. I was always doing
- 1:01:14these things, listening to music. I've been a fitness instructor. I said,
- 1:01:18music has probably saved my life here. I was a kid, I learned to teach
- 1:01:21group fitness. You know, at about 18, I started. Your whole day
- 1:01:25was. Was high frequency. My whole day has been high. Of course I'm high
- 1:01:28frequency. Every day. Every day, my whole life. Then you plug in good
- 1:01:32nutrition with that. Oh, my gosh, I become unstoppable, right? Like, and
- 1:01:35then now learning about, like, salt all day, light about that and putting salt in
- 1:01:39my mouth, I'm like, oh, my gosh, My vision just got brighter, right? Anyway,
- 1:01:43the point is, is back to the power of the subconscious mind.
- 1:01:47I read that book and it was literally like, this is it.
- 1:01:51Like, this is what everybody needs. So then, so for me, I'm an educator. I
- 1:01:54have, I've. I have spiritual giftings of wisdom. So once you
- 1:01:58become a Christian, like, there's these different spiritual giftings. One is called, like, hospitality.
- 1:02:02These are the people, when you go to their house, you know, they make you
- 1:02:04feel so welcome and you could stay, you could live there, right? I'm not that.
- 1:02:07You might come to my house, we might visit for three hours. I forget to
- 1:02:10offer you water. Like, I mean, I'm just, I don't have the spiritual gifting of
- 1:02:12hospitality, right? But I have the spiritual gifting of
- 1:02:16discernment where I'm like, ooh. Like, I, you know, that's right. And I also have
- 1:02:19the spiritual gifting of wisdom. I'm. I, like, I know things
- 1:02:23that I shouldn't know. Like, I'm like, how did I know that? Or like, like,
- 1:02:27where did that come from? Like, that, like, it's almost like wise beyond my years.
- 1:02:30You're given the spiritual gifting of wisdom in the Christian realm. You're given
- 1:02:34that gifting not to just say, look at me, I'm a smarty pants. It's always
- 1:02:38a gift to serve and bless the masses. So you're giving that gift so that
- 1:02:41you can go, like, impact and change and save lives, essentially, right? So it's never
- 1:02:45like a smarty pants things. It's like, I know this, and I can go
- 1:02:48serve a lot of people with this knowledge, so I better go. Better go share,
- 1:02:52right? Anyway, so as soon as I grab held of the Power of the
- 1:02:55subconscious mind by Dr. Joseph Murphy, I was like, because
- 1:02:59I read this thing one time that said if you learn something and you teach
- 1:03:02it within 24 hours, you're going to retain like 80% of it.
- 1:03:06Whereas if people learn something and you don't go teach it, you're not going to
- 1:03:09retain much 24 hours later, like, maybe 20%. So for me, I'm a. I've been
- 1:03:13a big learner teacher. Learner teacher. That's like a gifting that I have.
- 1:03:18Yep. And I, I don't dwell too long. They're like, am I going to get
- 1:03:21a perfect? We're homeschooling our boys, and a technique I teach them
- 1:03:25all the time is, stop with the perfection. Don't do
- 1:03:28that. Completion is better than perfection. Completion is
- 1:03:32better than perfection because it's going to move you down that road. Don't feel like
- 1:03:35you have to be just perfect to begin anything, because how are you going to
- 1:03:39become an expert in anything? By beginning, like, you got to start. And so, like,
- 1:03:42I teach this stuff all the time. So back to the power of the subconscious
- 1:03:45mind. He teaches you exactly what. What I was
- 1:03:48seeking. By the way, if you're seeking it, you will find it. What you
- 1:03:52seek, you will find, right? People don't. They have not because they want. Not. I
- 1:03:56want. I seek, I desire, right? Those are strong
- 1:03:59emotional forces. Some people say, I don't want to make money. I want to make
- 1:04:02a lot of money. I need a lot of money to have a lot of
- 1:04:05fun and adventure with my family. And I have a lot of organizations I like
- 1:04:08to give a lot of money to. So, like, I. I need more money, right?
- 1:04:12And so, like, what. But people say they kind of live from this. Like, oh,
- 1:04:16I'm gonna be more righteous. If I say I don't want to make any money.
- 1:04:19I'm like, that doesn't make you righteous. Like, the people that are robbing the banks
- 1:04:22are the people that don't have any money. You know what I mean? Like, it's
- 1:04:25like, come on, guys. Like, get with it. So for me, it's. And it's been
- 1:04:28that, too, Meredith, because I was never raised in wealth. I was never raised in
- 1:04:31health. And so a thing that I decided to do was just break that
- 1:04:35generational curse so much. Like, that day in the.
- 1:04:38That was just huge for me, that day in that gymnasium on that reservation when
- 1:04:42I saw those chains fall off of those people. I mean, grown men
- 1:04:46crying. I mean, I didn't tell you the rest of the story. I mean, I
- 1:04:48came back to that reservation two months later, and there were diabetics that were there
- 1:04:52that were, let's say, 350 pounds. And I'd come back two months later,
- 1:04:55and they were down to 200 pounds and 50 pounds. They had lost 100
- 1:04:59pounds. And they were literally off of their metformin and their insulin. They got completely
- 1:05:03off their diabetes medications. That was my goal. We got to get you off the
- 1:05:05drugs, because, again, the drugs make you
- 1:05:08staticky. I don't. I'm not on any drugs. Can you tell? I'm not on Any
- 1:05:12drugs. I can tell. The reason
- 1:05:16they have you on drugs is they want you in the static. You're not
- 1:05:19decisive. You're not. Your energy is not as. You can't feel
- 1:05:23your soul leap. It's everything. Yeah, that's it. I mean, you read
- 1:05:27these stories about people that were on depression medication for 16 years and they don't
- 1:05:30really recall having an emotional elevated state at
- 1:05:34their children's birthday parties, for God's sake. Because they were on depression medication for 16
- 1:05:38years, right? So I hear these stories all the time because it flatlines you.
- 1:05:41Flatliners. Remember the movie Flatliners? Yes. Those
- 1:05:45buggers. They told us. They told us. They're always
- 1:05:48telling. But they flatlined us. And then, you know, with, with
- 1:05:52meds especially, it does keep you in static. So that's another way to increase your
- 1:05:55energy. You know, I'm not saying stop your meds, consult with your doctor, right? You
- 1:05:59got to do the right thing. But the bottom line is that should be a
- 1:06:01working relationship where you're working together to get off the drugs, because
- 1:06:05they're really messing up your, your frequency, you know, that you have
- 1:06:08with the divine. And so anyway, so that's all stuff I'm
- 1:06:12learning of recent. I'm like, oh, of course. This is why I'm high energy. I
- 1:06:15mean, I think about something, it happens. I think about something, it happens, happens. I
- 1:06:18think I'm like, I've literally. And put. Oh, and I quit brushing my teeth with
- 1:06:21fluoride 20 years ago, right? I was the mom, like,
- 1:06:2520 years ago that quit vaccinating my kid, actually 23 years ago, quit
- 1:06:28vaccinating my kids, right? Like, some of the last two is not, not had one.
- 1:06:32Like, I just figured it out and I just aligned. I aligned with it. You
- 1:06:35know what I mean? And so back to the power of the subconscious mind. Because
- 1:06:38we should say how you do this, because people don't realize they can change
- 1:06:42it. So 90% of everything we do every day is the
- 1:06:46same thing that we did yesterday. It's all the same. So I'm
- 1:06:50always thinking, you better have good habits. You better be developing the right
- 1:06:53patterns. Because if not, you're just repeating the insanity, right? Because nothing's
- 1:06:57changing, right? You're just getting sicker. You're on the wrong track.
- 1:07:01You're not winning. I want people to win in their lives. Like, why
- 1:07:05not me? Why not you? Why not now? And so
- 1:07:09literally, I, I, as I was reading this book, I was like,
- 1:07:13I've always thought in the morning, like, right when you Wake up, you're not quite
- 1:07:17fully awake, or when you're going to bed at night, you're not quite fully
- 1:07:20asleep. There's something that's happening. I could never quantify it. I just knew
- 1:07:24it was happening. Where when I would put my thoughts and my minds, my
- 1:07:28mind on, like, good stuff, I would sleep
- 1:07:31better. And it was almost like I was like in this dream state
- 1:07:36where I was thinking about it, right? I mean, it was just like this, really.
- 1:07:39And another time that happened to me all the time is when I was in
- 1:07:41the shower. I'd be in the shower and just having the water.
- 1:07:45And when I was swimming, I would go swimming sometimes. And I'd have the
- 1:07:49best ideas when I was swimming. And I always said to my husband, and he
- 1:07:52said to me, well, maybe it's because your mouth is shut.
- 1:07:57Thanks, honey. Quit talking. He said
- 1:08:00so much. Like, so I'd be swimming and I'm like, oh, my God. I came
- 1:08:04out of the pool with this brilliant idea. You know, I take a shower or
- 1:08:07sometimes when I was feeling a little bit
- 1:08:11slow or staticky, I would go take. Like, sometimes I
- 1:08:15would take three showers in a day. And of course, I've got the shower heads
- 1:08:18up, filter everything. So don't worry. If you're worried about that, like me getting chlorine,
- 1:08:20I'm not, because I'm way ahead of that. I'm way ahead of that curveball. You're
- 1:08:23on top of all of that. On top of all that stuff anyway, that's easy.
- 1:08:26Stuff. That's easy. But anyway, so I would take multiple showers and it was like,
- 1:08:29like it would almost unleash this created creativity. Well, now finding out,
- 1:08:33showers, deep breathing. In the shower, you're entering different stages, like,
- 1:08:37you know, the delta, the alpha state. Instead of living in the beta state, the
- 1:08:41beta state is kind of like the poor state. And that's the state that all
- 1:08:44of us kind of live in. It's like the subconscious where we're going through the
- 1:08:48motions. You know what I mean? Not much changes. But as soon as you tap
- 1:08:51into the meditative breathing and especially right
- 1:08:55as you're drifting off and right as you're waking up and in
- 1:08:59the shower or when you're in water, guess what happens? That is where you're.
- 1:09:02You're tapping into this subconscious realm where you can
- 1:09:06literally reprogram yourself. You can really
- 1:09:10reprogram. So anything that happened, that subconscious mind was developed between the ages
- 1:09:13of 0 and 7 years old, right? That's where everything was laid down foundationally. I
- 1:09:17don't know about you, but my life sucked in those ages. Like, it was no
- 1:09:20good. It was rough. Okay? And so, like, if I'm living
- 1:09:24from that, oh, my. My life would be a crime scene. Like, it would be
- 1:09:27stupid. Like, and so I'm, like, I'm not living from that. Like,
- 1:09:31so somehow, because of me being energetically high, Meredith.
- 1:09:35With doing the right things unconsciously, not even really knowing I was doing
- 1:09:38them, just. It was just kind of what, when I did them, I felt better
- 1:09:41type deal. Like, doing those things kind of has kept me above
- 1:09:45that. But yet I'm wondering, why don't some people escape
- 1:09:49that? Why don't they escape the zero to seven? You know, maybe they were told
- 1:09:52they were fat as they. When they were a child. Maybe they were told that
- 1:09:55they were dumb or not smart enough or slow or, you know,
- 1:09:59can't sell or can't. Do this, or they have to be nice all the time.
- 1:10:02Like that. Yeah, you have to be so nice all the time.
- 1:10:06You have to say yes because you don't want people to think bad of you
- 1:10:08or whatever. You know what I mean? You can't be yourself. So, like. So whatever
- 1:10:11was laid down there, the only question I ask people is when you look at
- 1:10:15what your subconscious mind is, is how is your life working? I mean,
- 1:10:19life is the fruit on the tree, baby. Yeah. So, like, I mean, if. What
- 1:10:23kind of results are you getting? What's going on? How's that working out
- 1:10:27for you? Dr. Phil used to say, yep, how's. That
- 1:10:30working out for you? And you know what I've realized? Like, sometimes you don't know
- 1:10:34what you don't know. Right. Most times. And so sometimes it's important to ask people
- 1:10:37around you, hey, like, what are my blind spots? Like,
- 1:10:41where. Where do I need help? You know what I mean? And then,
- 1:10:45like, and sometimes you want to improve those areas, and sometimes you don't care to
- 1:10:48improve those areas. But, like, if it's affecting your health and it's affecting your
- 1:10:52finances and it's affecting your family and your lineage and the generation, like your children
- 1:10:56and your grandchildren, hey, you might want to take a look at up leveling those
- 1:10:59things, right? So. But you can reset it. You don't have to live in that.
- 1:11:02It's. You know, you hear people say, well, it's because I was raised in abusive
- 1:11:05alcoholic home. Well, so was I. You know what I mean? Like, and so, like,
- 1:11:10that doesn't have to define who you are, but what happens is subconsciously we let
- 1:11:13it, because that's the neural Patterns. The entire body, the entire, our entire
- 1:11:17lives are functioning from these neural patterns, good or bad.
- 1:11:21And so my thing is, if you have a lot of good stuff, like for
- 1:11:24me, I innately exercise every day. I started at age 14. You can catch
- 1:11:28me at the gym every single morning. You don't have to convince me. You don't
- 1:11:30have to talk me into it. I'm there. It's just how I work out. It's
- 1:11:33just what I do. It's not hard. I don't think, oh, I got to go
- 1:11:37to the gym today. I hit my feet on the ground. I say, thank you,
- 1:11:39Jesus, and I literally put my clothes on and run to the gym. So, like,
- 1:11:42for me, it's like, that's a neural pattern. It's a great neural pattern. I want
- 1:11:46to hang on to that one. It's so good, right? So we can
- 1:11:49examine our lives and say, what are those great neural patterns that we love?
- 1:11:53That's how. That's adding definitely blessings to my life. And what are the
- 1:11:56neural patterns that absolutely need to go right? Like, I've got
- 1:12:00to break some of those neural patterns. And here's the truth. You can do
- 1:12:04it. You've got the power to do it. You've got the power to change
- 1:12:08your, your entire life with making a decision. It all starts with making the first
- 1:12:11decision, right? So you make it the first time, and then you lay down that
- 1:12:15neural pattern by repetition and you start how the subconscious mind comes
- 1:12:19in. You visualize as you're drifting off, as you're waking up,
- 1:12:22exactly what you want. You don't. You. You
- 1:12:25imagine best case scenarios. You know, we're so good
- 1:12:29at imagining worst case scenarios. I mean, think about how many times you, how many
- 1:12:32times in our life have we said, what if this happened? You know, And I
- 1:12:36know I should. Change this, but then what if this happens and what if that
- 1:12:38happens and what if this person gets mad and then I. People think I'm bad
- 1:12:42and mean. Yeah. Yeah. So, I mean, we, we kind of live in. And
- 1:12:46that's meditating on the problems, right? So. And the Lord
- 1:12:50told me this. The Lord told me this after. Well, actually it was kind
- 1:12:53of mid pandemic. The Lord said to me, because I was getting bitter and
- 1:12:57angry because of all the scandalous things that were going
- 1:13:00on, and I could find myself getting angry. I was an angry
- 1:13:04elf. I was like, ah, you know, and so. And I thought
- 1:13:08one day I was praying. I'm like, I. This is not. Like, I can feel
- 1:13:11it in my body. Like, I don't like how I'm feeling. And literally
- 1:13:15the Holy Spirit said, focus only on solutions. Like, it literally
- 1:13:19came into my spirit. Focus only on solutions. We know the bad exists.
- 1:13:22We know the darkness exists. Let's not give it power by talking about it. Let's
- 1:13:26focus only in the light. Let's joy, let's dance, let's smile, let's
- 1:13:30love. Right? Let's serve, let's bless, let's go. Right? And so for me,
- 1:13:34it was just like, okay, yeah, that static frequency
- 1:13:37of that yuckiness. Because it is there. Like I said to you earlier, I didn't
- 1:13:41even know the federal government still has been shut down. I don't even know. I
- 1:13:43don't watch the news, right? I was on the news, and I don't watch the
- 1:13:47news. There you have it, right? It's like. It's like when she said that, like,
- 1:13:50we're waiting for another crisis, I thought, oh, I know exactly what this is. So,
- 1:13:54you know, you really. Once you. Once you see it, you can't unsee it.
- 1:13:57And then you just adjust your life accordingly. So through repetition,
- 1:14:01through that deep breathing and that visualization that you're doing, visualizing
- 1:14:05things are real, it's. It's like having a vision for something
- 1:14:08before it comes to fruition. Now, because you're in that realm
- 1:14:12of possibility. And remember, you always want to feel good,
- 1:14:16because when you feel good, you attract that vision that
- 1:14:20you're holding. If you feel like hell, like, let's say you. You're like,
- 1:14:24I'm just. You don't feel good. The first
- 1:14:28good is. The first thing is that feeling of feeling good. So sometimes you see
- 1:14:31me, Meredith, I'm on social media doing patch and dance. I just get up and
- 1:14:34put on music, and I start dancing like a crazy person. People are like, how
- 1:14:37do you do that? I'm like, I'm changing my state because maybe I
- 1:14:41was having a little bit of hard things or suffering that day or a little
- 1:14:44bit of difficult things I'm going through. But guess what I decided to do? I
- 1:14:47decided to change my state. How do I do that? I know it happens through
- 1:14:51movement. I know it happens through breathing. I know it happens to going out and
- 1:14:54grounding, which is why pretty soon I'm getting out of North Dakota because we're about
- 1:14:58to have snow, and it's hard to walk in snow for me, barefoot.
- 1:15:02Well, yeah, but. So by doing that over and
- 1:15:05over, you literally are. And it takes 21 days. That old saying,
- 1:15:09it takes 21 days to lay down a new habit. True story. But it
- 1:15:13takes 63 days, three cycles of the
- 1:15:1621 days taught to me by my mentor, Dr. Carolyn
- 1:15:20Leaf. Switch on your brain. She's a neuroscientist, a Christian
- 1:15:23neuroscientist. And it takes three cycles of 21 days. So
- 1:15:2763 days to not just lay down a new way of
- 1:15:31thinking. You literally are laying down a new neural pattern.
- 1:15:35So this is why people, when they start, stop, start, stop, start, stop. You're like
- 1:15:39installing a mental habit. 100%. I think
- 1:15:43you don't have to think about it all the time. It's just. Just default. It
- 1:15:46becomes default. Right. And it's. I think of it like we used to have a
- 1:15:49house that had, like, tiles with the grout. Grout. I think it's called grout.
- 1:15:53Yeah. And they're, you know, and it's like, it reminds me of the grout. So,
- 1:15:57like, you know, is that. That's like a neural pattern. Neural pattern. Neural
- 1:16:00pattern. Right. And so if that neural pattern is bad, it
- 1:16:04might take a little persistence and consistency
- 1:16:08in undoing that neural pattern to replant. It's like you don't just stop something.
- 1:16:12You have to replant the correct neural pattern that you want. Want. You know what
- 1:16:15I mean? I've always taught that, too, in fitness and nutrition. Like, you don't just
- 1:16:18take away pop. Like, we're going to replace it with something better because you have
- 1:16:21a neural pattern of doing something at that hour. Let's give you something else to
- 1:16:24drink at that time. Right. Or whatever. So you're kind of replacing that neural pattern
- 1:16:28with something that is advantageous for you. And. And so that
- 1:16:32literally is over and over. But the power of the subconscious mind. So we're literally
- 1:16:35magnets. We're magnetic energy. You know this. I'm not telling you anything you don't know.
- 1:16:38We're magnetic and we're just pushing it out. And so that frequency, that magnetism that
- 1:16:42you're pushing out. Let me give you a great example. We went to Bora Bora.
- 1:16:46We earned this trip to Bora Bora last year. We were in Bora Bora. We
- 1:16:49met the most incredible family. He happened to be an oral surgeon down
- 1:16:53in Laguna Beach, California. And we just fell in love with his family. Like, the
- 1:16:57seven days we. In nine days or whatever, we were in Bora Bora. Like, we
- 1:16:59ate meals with them. Like, we're like, they were like our friends, and their kids
- 1:17:03were like our kids age. So that was really cool. And they were all athletes,
- 1:17:06and so they really had a lot in common. And we just were. We just
- 1:17:09really enjoyed them. And we haven't talked to them a whole lot since then. Our
- 1:17:12kids keep in touch all the time. Well, Meredith, we just were down in Anaheim.
- 1:17:16I was down there with you. And then we went over to Laguna Beach. And
- 1:17:19the whole time, since we got to Laguna beach, the boys have said, oh, my
- 1:17:22gosh, we should get with this family. We should get with the Sprague family. Like,
- 1:17:25we should get with them. We should get with them. And
- 1:17:29we just didn't. We just were so busy that we just didn't. And so
- 1:17:33yesterday, we were on the way to the airport, and the boys, we. Let's stop
- 1:17:36and get that some Raymond at this place. Place. It's like this healthy Raymond place
- 1:17:39down in Laguna Beach. And so Scott was trying to park the car.
- 1:17:43Two of the boys had ran in already. Our son Rocco was kind of waiting.
- 1:17:46He's always. He's the one that was waiting for Scott and I to get out
- 1:17:49of the car. So he's standing on the street in Laguna Beach. Busy street, right?
- 1:17:53Lots of traffic on that beach street. And all of a sudden,
- 1:17:57no, I look up, and it's
- 1:18:01Christina. They're hollering out the window. Renee
- 1:18:04Brannon
- 1:18:08was like, oh, my God, mom, it's them. It's them. And I said,
- 1:18:12holy cow. So they're. They pull over and, like, our whole
- 1:18:16family now is running down the sidewalk to see this family. They get out,
- 1:18:19like, we're hugging. It happens to be the. The
- 1:18:23gentleman's birthday that day. Like, it's yesterday. This was
- 1:18:27yesterday. We're hugging him. They're like, what are the chances that
- 1:18:31we're seeing you right now in Laguna Beach? Because we hadn't called and let him
- 1:18:34know we were there or anything like that. And one of the. And so it
- 1:18:38was literally like. So listen to the
- 1:18:42thing of events that had to happen. Rocco still had to be standing on the
- 1:18:45street because the mom saw Rocco. Scott and I still were in the vehicle, and
- 1:18:49the other two were in the restaurant. So Rocco was standing. So she knew Rocco.
- 1:18:52She didn't know that whatever rental vehicle is. She saw Rocco. Think about how
- 1:18:56this had to happen. We left the hotel late. We left the
- 1:19:00hotel, like, 15 minutes late. So we were, like, in our. In a rush, in
- 1:19:03a hurry. So we had to leave late, right? He.
- 1:19:07It's his birthday. So he said to his wife, I don't want to go to
- 1:19:10the Newport beach coffee shop. I want to go to the Laguna beach coffee
- 1:19:14shop because they give me a free latte. On my birthday. So instead
- 1:19:18of him going to the normal coffee shop, he had to be on that street
- 1:19:21driving to this other coffee shop that it never goes to.
- 1:19:25Right at the exact moment that Rock was standing on the curb with
- 1:19:29all of these millions of people, and they just
- 1:19:33happened to see us. And now we're hugging in a group
- 1:19:36hug on the street. All of us are like, oh, my God, we
- 1:19:40love you guys. Oh, my God. Yeah. I mean, so this is my life, but.
- 1:19:44And it happened the whole time I was in Laguna. It happened. And the reason
- 1:19:46it happened when I was in Laguna is I. It was a high frequency place
- 1:19:50for me to be in. I was very much joy.
- 1:19:54Again, you have to feel good now. The first secret to attracting anything
- 1:19:57or the secret. Remember how they called it that the power that subconscious mind is
- 1:20:01you have to be. You have to feel good now. If you feel like hell,
- 1:20:04you're attracting more hell. True story. Like
- 1:20:08you. You have to feel good now. And so when I was down in Laguna,
- 1:20:12we were walking on the beach every day. I was getting all the sunshine, I
- 1:20:14was eating all the healthy food. I mean, I was dancing, I was joyous. I
- 1:20:17was awesome. And so literally every. I was a magnet. I
- 1:20:21was a magnet. Boom. Boom. You know, in our business, people were like,
- 1:20:25joining our business at the pool, right? Like, I mean, just. I mean, it was
- 1:20:28just like, like, it was like, yes. Because that's the other thing. When you.
- 1:20:32When you live from that space, people want to be in it.
- 1:20:36And if they want to be in it, they resonate with it on some level.
- 1:20:39And if they resonate with it on some level, they have the capacity to be
- 1:20:42there, too. And you end up with great people,
- 1:20:46amazing people. But back to people staying stuck in the things. If you're
- 1:20:49stuck in your job, if you're stuck in whatever. Whatever you're stuck
- 1:20:53in, you know? Our marriage sucked for a while. I could talk all day about
- 1:20:56a marriage because our marriage almost fell apart when I was 25. I mean,
- 1:21:00Scott was on his way out, right? And so it was a very, very, very
- 1:21:04trying time. But here we are, 25 years later, right? And
- 1:21:07somebody says, that's a big ring. I said, yeah, it's a big ring. 25 years
- 1:21:10later. Big thing. Give me a big ring. A
- 1:21:14carrot for every decade. Okay? That's right. But the point is,
- 1:21:18is like, like, so we didn't want to just stay in that
- 1:21:21disgruntled marriage. You have to choose to make it better. You can't just stay in
- 1:21:24that disgruntled health State. You've got to choose to make. You've got to say yes.
- 1:21:28You've got to start. Say yes and start moving in the right direction to do
- 1:21:31the things that are going to bring joy to your spirit, that are going to
- 1:21:34bring energy to your life. Because if you're always operating from that
- 1:21:37halfway static, that is why you're not attracting
- 1:21:41anything good. So, yeah, so I said to Scott,
- 1:21:45like, Laguna was a magnet for our family. Like, it
- 1:21:48was. The whole. The whole experience was magnetic. I mean, I'm at
- 1:21:52this event, we're at the pool. Get this, we're at the pool. We're in
- 1:21:56life wave. We have our business Life wave. We're at the pool and
- 1:22:00we're. This guy sits down, he's got a patch on already.
- 1:22:04He sits down next to my son Beau. He starts talking and he goes,
- 1:22:08oh, my gosh. He said. Bo said, oh, you're wearing a lifeweight patch. He goes,
- 1:22:11oh, yeah, I've been wearing it for a year. He goes, I've been trying to
- 1:22:14figure out a way. He says, you know, I have a wellness group with about
- 1:22:172,000 people that I'm trying to introduce the patch
- 1:22:21to these 2,000 people because I run the group, and I just
- 1:22:24don't know how to say it or word it. And then Bo goes, well, you
- 1:22:27should go back to the people who sponsored you. And he goes, do you know
- 1:22:29who your sponsor is? And he says the name. And Bo goes, you're
- 1:22:33on our team. You're on our team.
- 1:22:38And so this gentleman, Curtis, his name is, is there
- 1:22:42for a Convoy of Hope conference at this
- 1:22:46amazing hotel that we're at. And he says, oh, my gosh, can
- 1:22:50you come down to the Convoy of Hope meeting, which David Schmidt
- 1:22:53just talked about? A conference. So now I'm Yesterday morning at
- 1:22:578am and sitting in Convoy of Hope talking to him how he's going to
- 1:23:00introduce this to 2000. He's on my team.
- 1:23:05We've never met before this day. I'm sitting at this convoy Hope around
- 1:23:09this table, and these women are like, I need a patch. I. I'm running.
- 1:23:13I'm patching now. I'm patching everybody at the Convoy of Hope meeting.
- 1:23:17I'm like, what is happening at this hotel? You're a force of
- 1:23:20nature, Renita. This is crazy. This is
- 1:23:24amazing. On the airplane, the lady is. A
- 1:23:28lady has Parkinson's. I can see it. She's walking down the aisle, her
- 1:23:32husband is helping her. I take out a napkin as fast as you can
- 1:23:35say, go, and I write, hi,
- 1:23:40I Want to help you. My mom was diagnosed with Parkinson's 11
- 1:23:44years ago. This phototherapy technology absolutely changed her life.
- 1:23:48I want to visit with you about this. I mean, I just, like,
- 1:23:52I wrote two sides of a napkin. The napkin from Delta was full of me.
- 1:23:56I'm praying for you. God bless Renita. I put my business card in two patches.
- 1:23:59When he walked back, because he was chopping his wife not to fall, my husband
- 1:24:02handed it to him, and he grabbed it like this with Apaches, said, thank you
- 1:24:05so much. You just go.
- 1:24:08You just say, yes. You just do. When the Holy Spirit prompts to say
- 1:24:12something, you just do it. You just. You don't. You don't
- 1:24:16hesitate. Just do it. And then, like. And I just kind of live in that
- 1:24:19space. Like, I mean, it's. It's just, like, super authentic all the time.
- 1:24:23Like, yes. And sometimes some people think, like, my kids are like, mom, Mom, Mom.
- 1:24:28I'm like, it's okay. We're gonna be good. Like, because I think that when
- 1:24:31you're living from that authenticity and that energy and that frequency
- 1:24:35and that belief, you are going to be in alignment with the
- 1:24:39goodness of God, the glory realm, and you are going to be. I always just
- 1:24:43say, I'm an advocate for the kingdom of heaven on earth. I mean, this is.
- 1:24:45I want to make this thing look good because it is. It is. You know,
- 1:24:48it's great. And so, anyway, so that guy. I haven't looked at my back
- 1:24:52office say, but I'm sure he signed up. I mean, he was almost in tears
- 1:24:54when we handed him that stuff. Stuff like, that guy was, you know, praying for
- 1:24:58a solution for his wife. And so, again, just being in
- 1:25:02that energetic space of. Of your power, it's
- 1:25:05hard for you to do anything if you don't feel good. You've
- 1:25:09got to feel good now. That's the secret. So that's the secret. But then
- 1:25:13it's applying that power, that subconscious mind. Like, what do I need to reprogram?
- 1:25:17What can I keep that's elevating my level, elevating my life
- 1:25:20and is making my life better. What can I get rid of? Right?
- 1:25:24That's not making my life better. And then I have. Then it's up to
- 1:25:28you to do the work. You still have to do the work. Like, it's still
- 1:25:31Jesus saying, get up. Or, you know, do. Do you want to be?
- 1:25:34Well, that motion, that forward momentum,
- 1:25:38even if. Even if it's, like, mistakes and a. Why did I do that? And
- 1:25:41how this happened, it's like, it's still Motion. And it's easier
- 1:25:45to course correct than to fight inertia, I have found.
- 1:25:49Anyway, it's easier to drive. It's hard to drive a parked car. Yeah.
- 1:25:55Yeah, yeah. Oh, and then I didn't even tell you this. So it was this
- 1:25:58guy's birthday yesterday. He's got the same name as my dad.
- 1:26:01His. My husband has this watch that we bought, like, two
- 1:26:05years ago. His wife had given the exact same watch.
- 1:26:09And all these guys are like, oh, my God, we got the same watch. And
- 1:26:12I said to Scott, how many watches like that are there? He was like, like,
- 1:26:14Renee. It was launched two years ago. There's thousands of different types. The fact that
- 1:26:17we had the exact same watch on, like, I mean, it was just like one
- 1:26:20thing after another after another after another. The
- 1:26:24wife, they, they. They had not signed up in our lifewave business
- 1:26:28when we were in Bora Bora, and she said two days ago, we were looking
- 1:26:31at the pictures of Bora Bora with our family two days ago, thinking how much
- 1:26:35we enjoyed that. She said, I. That day I went to a soccer game,
- 1:26:39and the lady next to me had a patch on this is two days before.
- 1:26:42We ran into him on the street yesterday. And she said. She looked at that
- 1:26:46patch and she said, I need to get a hold of the Brannons. And then
- 1:26:50they drove by us. And then you literally
- 1:26:53had your kid. Out on the street as they drove.
- 1:26:59No, but this is. I mean, I totally hear you. Like, when.
- 1:27:02When we're in the flow, especially the flow with joy,
- 1:27:06these. These synchronicities happen and people pop up and
- 1:27:10it's like, oh, wait, what? What? Yeah. And it's not
- 1:27:13even incredible. We're actually attracting them. So I do
- 1:27:17believe that we're sending out a frequency and it is magnetic
- 1:27:21or it is a repellent. Maybe for some people, it's a repellent if it's a
- 1:27:24negative, which is great. Yeah. And this is why I
- 1:27:28even think in the realm of politics, it's so dark.
- 1:27:32Politics is very dark dark. And I'm not saying that there's not maybe some good
- 1:27:35things happening right now, and there's obviously not good things happening, but, like, you know,
- 1:27:39it's very dark. So we have to be very careful what we give our ear
- 1:27:42and our eyes to. Because again, you're. You're. Those portals are opening. So
- 1:27:46whatever you're opening the portal to is what's going to be received coming in.
- 1:27:49Yeah, I mean, I mean, it was literally, like, for years, I would have clients
- 1:27:53that their blood pressure Would go up and up and up. And I found out
- 1:27:55they were watching the nightly news. And I said, stop watching the news for
- 1:27:59like, six weeks and let's see what happens to your blood pressure. And surprise,
- 1:28:02surprise, go back to normal. I'm like, listen, your eyes are
- 1:28:06literally a gate. They're a gate. And so you've got to be so careful
- 1:28:10what you lend your eyes and your ears to in your heart too. Right? Because
- 1:28:12these eyes and ears are connected to our heart. And so we've got
- 1:28:16to be so careful how that all is. Is coming together. Because and here
- 1:28:20the real goal is the superpower alignment. Like, the
- 1:28:23superpower alignment of, like, that glory realm where
- 1:28:27there's just fantastic alignment. Like you said, enjoy, because enjoy
- 1:28:31their strength, right? When you're joyous, you. You feel stronger
- 1:28:34versus when you're angry and. And depressed, you feel weak,
- 1:28:38right? You want to sleep. And so, like, it's like when that is,
- 1:28:42like, then as soon as you get there, then it goes,
- 1:28:46and then it pushes out this frequency. And then anybody who's like, functioning
- 1:28:50on that frequency just goes whoosh. Like they just are
- 1:28:53pulled into it. That's my visual I have right now, like, where they're just. They're
- 1:28:57coming into that. And so, like, that's why it's so important that you're pushing out
- 1:29:01and saying and doing and. And even not
- 1:29:05only with yourself, with others. Because I've
- 1:29:08realized, be careful. Don't talk negative about people. Be careful with
- 1:29:12that. You are throwing out a frequency when you're talking negative.
- 1:29:15And like, I read this book, the Secrets of the Millionaire Mind,
- 1:29:19and this gentleman said, when you complain, you become a walking, talking crap magnet.
- 1:29:23That's what he said in the book. He said it in the book. When you
- 1:29:26complain, you become a walking, talking crap
- 1:29:30magnet. And that's always stuck with me because I thought. And I never could quantify
- 1:29:33it until now. I'm like, oh, yeah. Because when they complain, they don't feel good.
- 1:29:36They're not in a feel good state. They're in a
- 1:29:40staticy state. You're dropping down. Yeah. You're on that frequency scale.
- 1:29:44Like power versus force. Right? And so, like, it's. Anyway,
- 1:29:48it's all of that. I don't even know if I cover what we're supposed to
- 1:29:51talk about today. But, like, I'm just like this. No, we covered all the things.
- 1:29:55I love. This is. I have wanted to have this kind of conversation for a
- 1:29:59long time. And you've, like, you. Yes.
- 1:30:02Covered everything beautifully. So, okay, so let's
- 1:30:06circle back, because you did bring up learning about the brain for Parkinson's for your
- 1:30:09mom. So let's do that story. Well, like, we'll wrap up on
- 1:30:13your. On the story of your mom, which is just so
- 1:30:16incredible. And you did say you learned a lot about the brain. And then I
- 1:30:20think interrupted and people are going to leave comments being like, you didn't let her
- 1:30:23finish about the brain. So. So let's circle
- 1:30:27back and we'll do that. So my mom. So,
- 1:30:30again, always in the hunt of
- 1:30:34solutions, right? This is me. I'm like a solution seeker. That's where. And that's the
- 1:30:37energy I'm putting out. And so my mom, about 11 years
- 1:30:41ago, was diagnosed with Parkinson's. And so, of course, we took her to Mayo
- 1:30:45Clinic. It was diagnosed audios, like, they're very. For
- 1:30:48neurodegenerative diseases. It's. It's not good.
- 1:30:51The medical system doesn't have solutions. And again, we just know that those medications
- 1:30:55that they are taking in are making their frequency staticy, right? So then it's like
- 1:30:58they get sicker over time. And so about
- 1:31:02three years ago, a friend of mine from Canada who's a nurse,
- 1:31:06who's a Christian nurse, who wrote an amazing book on frequency,
- 1:31:10her name is Doris, she literally called me up one day and
- 1:31:14she said, renita, she said, you've got to try this
- 1:31:17patch on your mom. She said, I know she was diagnosed with Parkinson's. And by
- 1:31:21the way, notice how I'm saying that my mom was diagnosed with.
- 1:31:24Parkinson's, not that she isn't or has it. Yeah, you never own that if
- 1:31:28you're listening to this. Never own the disease. Don't coddle like a baby.
- 1:31:32Like, stop that. Like you own. My doctor diagnosed me with, that's
- 1:31:36fine, but I have to have a diagnosis. But don't, don't. Don't
- 1:31:39become that, right? Don't. That's not who you are. You are a child of
- 1:31:43God. You are a light warrior. You have got the power, baby. Take it
- 1:31:47back now. And so be careful with that. So she
- 1:31:51was diagnosed with the Parkinson's. And so this. She calls me up, says, you got
- 1:31:54to try this. You got to try this patch. And I said, well, Doris, what
- 1:31:57is it? She goes, I'm just going to tell you. My neighbor lady with Parkinson's,
- 1:32:00she said, we saw downright miracles. That's all I can say. She said, down
- 1:32:04right miracles. And I said, well,
- 1:32:08you had me at miracles. I said, because I'm a believer, and I,
- 1:32:12I'm. I believe in the Realm of miracles. I believe that. I live it,
- 1:32:16Meredith. So I believe it. It happens all the time in my life. It's miracle.
- 1:32:19A miracle city over here. And so I'm like, okay, yeah.
- 1:32:23So she said, I'm gonna send you a couple. Just put em on your mom.
- 1:32:25So my mom starts wearing this patch here. I have it right here, this patch.
- 1:32:29X39. She starts wearing this patch. At the time, I did not know
- 1:32:33it was x 39 because she sent the patches in a little plastic Ziploc
- 1:32:37bag. So I had no working knowledge of what it was. I didn't
- 1:32:40know. Bag of stickers. Stickers, right. And. And
- 1:32:44here's the truth. I just trust Doris is such great. Yeah.
- 1:32:47Frequency. I just trust Doris. You know how there's certain people, when you get around
- 1:32:51them, you just are like, I just trust this person. Like. Like she's the wise
- 1:32:54old owl. So I just trust her. And so she literally sent it.
- 1:32:58I said, mom, here's the baggie that Dora sent. Put some on you. She's from
- 1:33:02Canada, actually. Doris from Canada. And so she. My mom starts wearing the
- 1:33:05patches, and again, I don't know how I'm supposed to wear them. She never really
- 1:33:09sent any information about, like, what we're supposed to do with these. So
- 1:33:13I don't know. Ziploc bag of stickers pretty much. And so, you
- 1:33:16know, we're German over here. German. My mom's German. And so, you know,
- 1:33:20conservative financially. So, you know, you're supposed to wear these things, like 12 hours
- 1:33:24on, 12 hours off. I mean, my mom's putting it on wherever she can
- 1:33:28reach, and she's just probably wearing it until it's floating in the bathtub type deal.
- 1:33:33We're probably getting days out of one badge. I don't know. Knowing what I
- 1:33:37know now, it's like, yeah, you want to change these things and, you know, take
- 1:33:40them off for 12 hours, give the body that set time to reset, and then
- 1:33:42put a fresh patch on every day. But mom wasn't doing that. But
- 1:33:46here it was on the 11th day of wearing the patch, my husband and I
- 1:33:50go over to the house and ding dong, 8am Usually at
- 1:33:538am her with the Parkinson's, very difficult.
- 1:33:57Can't walk, using the walker, very moody.
- 1:34:01Dopamine hasn't kicked in yet. Like, just very. It's a lot.
- 1:34:05And. And so her penmanship had gone away. Her bone
- 1:34:09density had gone away. She had gone from 169 pounds down to 97 pounds.
- 1:34:12Her teeth were literally crumbling out of her mouth. I mean, it Was just crazy.
- 1:34:16We. She owned a restaurant for 25 years. We took away butter knives
- 1:34:20because she would be so much tremor that it was just a hazard.
- 1:34:23And so it was rough. And so that morning on the
- 1:34:2711th day, we. She. We opened the front door, and my mom
- 1:34:31was walking with her black and white polka dot pajamas across
- 1:34:35the kitchen, just normally, no walker. And
- 1:34:38she looks over at me, she goes, hey, Nita. She calls me Nita. Hey, Nita,
- 1:34:42do you want me to make you some eggs? And I was like, yeah,
- 1:34:46yeah, I do want you to make me some eggs. She's walking to the kitchen
- 1:34:49like, she's just like, she's gonna go cook me some eggs. My dad had cooked
- 1:34:53breakfast every morning for the last two and a half years leading up to this,
- 1:34:55because she couldn't do it. She could not cook. She could not cook. I mean,
- 1:34:59she would burn. I mean, it was awful. Like, we. She burned something. She needed
- 1:35:02the walker, and now she's just, like, walking. She's walking normally.
- 1:35:06Yeah. And so. And I. And I was, like, in shock a little bit. I
- 1:35:10was actually in shock, looking at her. And she said.
- 1:35:13I said. I looked at my dad. He was sitting at the kitchen table. I
- 1:35:16said, are you seeing this? And he said, yeah. I said,
- 1:35:20what is going on over here? He's like, I'm not sure. I said, hey,
- 1:35:23mom, where's the walker? She said, I don't know. I think it's in
- 1:35:27the bedroom. I said, okay. I said, you didn't need it today.
- 1:35:31She goes, nope. I said, you needed it every day for the last two and
- 1:35:35a half years. She looks at me and she goes, well, I didn't need it
- 1:35:38today. And I just proceeded to make us
- 1:35:41eggs, served us breakfast like normal.
- 1:35:46My mother now. And I can't tell you that it treats, cures, and prevents any
- 1:35:49disease. I can't tell you that she's healed of Parkinson's, But I can tell you
- 1:35:53that her symptoms are 80% better. And I can tell you that she's got zero
- 1:35:57tremor in her hands. Her penmanship came back. Her voice came back. Her bone
- 1:36:00density came back in her mouth. She went from 97 pounds. She now weighs
- 1:36:04about 123. We call her Rocky. She does boxing. We
- 1:36:08bought our boxing bag recently. It's, like, unbelievable. The
- 1:36:12woman was like death, death's door before. And now
- 1:36:15she is a whole new woman. So that was on day 11
- 1:36:19with the patch. But that was not really what got me all
- 1:36:23in. What got me all in, Meredith, was my dad. So he was sitting at
- 1:36:26the kitchen table that morning. He had been dealing with these oozing, goozing legs. I
- 1:36:30am relentless at finding solutions. So we had taken them to
- 1:36:3411 different types of doctors in six months. So
- 1:36:37typical Mayo Clinic, University of Minnesota, no one had
- 1:36:41a solution for these oozing, goozing legs. They were literally triple the size and dripping.
- 1:36:45Like, nonstop dripping. He carried around a rag with witch hazel. No joke.
- 1:36:48And so because his. His leg was like leaking fluid. Leaking
- 1:36:52fluid. Like, that's exactly what it was. Like, nonstop crying legs
- 1:36:56and triple the size. And. And so that
- 1:37:00morning, and we had taken him everywhere because eventually I said, dad, heck with the
- 1:37:03medical establishment. I said, let's take you to the homeopaths, the natural pass. And, like,
- 1:37:06you know. But, you know, the elderly, they have a neural pattern of watching
- 1:37:10pharmaceutical ads to think, I gotta go to my doctor. So we did that. And
- 1:37:14when that failed them, now he's like, okay, what else can we do? He was
- 1:37:16open. Both my parents are very open to alternative. Thank God, because
- 1:37:20if not my. My life would be a lot harder. Anyway, and so I
- 1:37:24said, dad, can we try one of those patches on you? And he looked at
- 1:37:26me and he said, I had no idea the patch was for this. He said,
- 1:37:30I thought it was for Parkinson's. I said, I don't know what it's for. I
- 1:37:32said, I don't even know what it's for. I have
- 1:37:36a little baggie of stickers. Let's see. What. I have no
- 1:37:40idea. I said, I. I don't know. I said, maybe it'll work, maybe it won't.
- 1:37:43But I said, it's worth it. It's worth a shot. And he said, you know
- 1:37:45what? It is worth a shot. And so I grabbed. I said, where are they?
- 1:37:48Said, your mother's bathroom, I think. So I went to the bathroom, got the patch.
- 1:37:52I came back. I didn't know where to put it. I didn't know that. I
- 1:37:55didn't know nothing about it. I just trusted Doris. And we
- 1:37:59just threw it on my dad's shoulder. And the next morning we came back. I
- 1:38:02don't know. Can I screen share? Can I show you? Can I. Am I
- 1:38:05able to screen share? Or maybe not? Yeah. I don't know how it works on
- 1:38:08this platform. Let me look. But if you say the point is,
- 1:38:12is that it. Literally, the next morning when we came
- 1:38:16back, when I opened the front door, I looked down at my
- 1:38:19dad's legs. His little tiny. He was a Marine. So is a Marine once a
- 1:38:23Marine. I was a Marine. His little tiny chicken Legs were back
- 1:38:27and the, all of the oozing were scabs. They
- 1:38:30all had dried up. It was the first time in six months his legs
- 1:38:34had, were scabbed. Like, I was thankful, right? Because they were.
- 1:38:38Yeah. And he looked at me and he goes, it
- 1:38:41looks like that little sticker you gave me worked. Where can I get some more
- 1:38:44stickers? And I am over here thinking, I have rimmed
- 1:38:49you to freaking Timbuktu and back.
- 1:38:53Medical clinic in the region. And 19
- 1:38:57hours, Doris's little stickers. Like, what is going
- 1:39:01on here? So at that moment, I mean, I didn't even know how it was
- 1:39:03working to be quite. I didn't know it was photo therapy. Of course it's. Of
- 1:39:06course God is going to lead me in the direction of light because he knows
- 1:39:09I've been obsessed with light my entire life, right. And so
- 1:39:13I didn't know at the time it was phototherapy. I didn't know. I looked at
- 1:39:16my husband, actually, I said, what is that patch leaching into their bodies?
- 1:39:20I thought it was leaching something, right? And I'm like. And then I
- 1:39:23realized once you learn about the patch, it's leaching nothing. Right. It's
- 1:39:27just reflecting your body's own light. That's all it's doing. We all
- 1:39:31emit that infrared light already. It's on all of us.
- 1:39:35The light goes out when you're dead. Well, if you're not dead, you should be
- 1:39:38wearing a patch because that light is going to be harnessed by that patch
- 1:39:41and reflected back into the body. And then it activates
- 1:39:45certain different healing mechanisms. Peptides are activated, antioxidants are
- 1:39:49activated. Right, right. And so in the case of that X39, it activates the
- 1:39:52GHK copper peptide. And that peptide is literally known as
- 1:39:56the holy grail of anti aging. Right. So it's a
- 1:39:59yes. My emails and my feed are filled with
- 1:40:03supplements that you have to inject.
- 1:40:08Or take oral. Right. And I don't like those peptides. Yeah.
- 1:40:12And these ones do it with light. It does it with light. And it's non
- 1:40:15invasive. It's affordable. Anybody can use it. Even an 80 year old
- 1:40:18Marine, right? We got kids using them, we got everybody using them, we got
- 1:40:22athletes using them. So that's literally how, how the, the
- 1:40:26phototherapy business began was a life experience. Of course.
- 1:40:29God, again, you know, he's like, kid, you know, I always say, God
- 1:40:33knows that I'm somewhat adhd, ocd, kind of like
- 1:40:37the rock band. So I said, I said to my husband, he has
- 1:40:41to make it so like this that I cannot
- 1:40:45deny it, right? Like, I. I could not deny what happened to mom and dad.
- 1:40:49There would be no. Like, I couldn't say, well, maybe it was something else.
- 1:40:53No, no, no. I know exactly what supplements they're taking. I know exactly
- 1:40:57their meds. My dad was able to get off of five medications in five
- 1:41:00weeks that they told me he was never going to get off of. And so
- 1:41:03that's a whole nother job. But the point is, is it was just like, the
- 1:41:07doctors was amazed. They were just all amazed. And so
- 1:41:11we know where we have our hands on something tremendous. And again, it's. You know
- 1:41:14what makes it so cool is that, again, we're the pioneers. Meredith,
- 1:41:18you know, this. This is you. We're the pioneers of light. Because people have been
- 1:41:22biochemically trained to have a biological response,
- 1:41:25even with nutrition. That's a biochemical creating a biological response in the
- 1:41:29body. We've not been trained bioelectrically. Right. We've
- 1:41:33just not been trained in that realm. And of course, that's what your sweet spot
- 1:41:36is. And so, just to educate people, hey, light
- 1:41:40is the foundation for. For it all. And you can
- 1:41:44eat just perfectly, and you can take just the right supplements, but if you don't
- 1:41:46have that light, right, nothing is getting better. And so for me,
- 1:41:50it's like the on switch for the body. And so. And it's the
- 1:41:54easiest on switch we have. Like, it's easier than my workouts in. The morning,
- 1:41:58because I. I bet they are.
- 1:42:01I might have to, like, borrow
- 1:42:05a little of your workout energy, Renita. That was never,
- 1:42:09never one of my neural pathways, that's for sure. I did MAHA
- 1:42:13100. And of course, you know, Facebook, they're so kind. They took all my workouts
- 1:42:16down because I called them Maha 1, Maha 2, Maha 3, Maha 4.
- 1:42:20I recorded a hundred workouts on Facebook just
- 1:42:24because I wanted to. And then Maha took them all down, and I. Or Facebook,
- 1:42:27took it all down, and I thought, I can do a hundred more.
- 1:42:31Okay. Really? You might be workouts with new hashtags.
- 1:42:35Thanks. You got it. Of course you did.
- 1:42:39Oh, my God. Truly, you.
- 1:42:43Truly, you are a force of nature. And I just had, like, such
- 1:42:47an amazing time here. And I loved, loved talking about
- 1:42:50the frequency, the power of the subconscious mind, how we are.
- 1:42:54We are magnet. Like, yes. And I
- 1:42:58really feel like these patches, I mean, the people I'm with have gone so
- 1:43:01deep on the science of this, you have no idea. They're just, like, digging in.
- 1:43:05And I'm like, okay, I just Feel like this
- 1:43:09is restoring our biology to be able to do what it's. What it's
- 1:43:13supposed to do. Like, we have so much power
- 1:43:17in our, in these physical vehicles that we haven't even tapped into.
- 1:43:21And this is just like a little, a little transit signal.
- 1:43:25Yeah, no, I mean to get us there. It literally is. Like
- 1:43:29I said, it's an on. Switch it up, levels your energy. My husband's lost
- 1:43:32£95. Pounds. And it's not because of the patch. Like, oh, it's not like a
- 1:43:35weight loss cure. But what happened was he was having so much chronic
- 1:43:39inflammation from seven knee surgeries from college athletics.
- 1:43:42And when he didn't have the energy to move, he
- 1:43:46didn't everything hurt. He was so chronically inflamed all the time,
- 1:43:50wasn't sleeping well and all that. And now three years later, he's down
- 1:43:5395 pounds. And part of it was how the patch helped him in that journey
- 1:43:57is all of a sudden he put that on and his body wasn't written with,
- 1:44:01you know, feeling like, like the Tin man every day.
- 1:44:05Right. Like he had, he had the energy and the ability
- 1:44:09to move. And, and the more he moved, the better he felt. And
- 1:44:12so it was pretty interesting how that single handedly
- 1:44:16changed the game for Scott, you know, because we had tried a lot of other
- 1:44:19things. Right. I'm a nutritionist. Yeah, yeah. And. But that just
- 1:44:23coming in there and just boom, Activating that GHK copper peptide, which is the
- 1:44:27precursor to collagen. You know, people that don't know that, I mean, collagen
- 1:44:31is the biggest, the most abundant protein in the body. Right. And people take it,
- 1:44:34like you said, orally, and they take this peptide, inject it, and here we get
- 1:44:38all of the benefits of the collagen of the GHK copper peptide with a patch,
- 1:44:41with phototherapy, with light patch, with our body's own
- 1:44:45light. Yeah. And a little bit of nanocrystal.
- 1:44:50Let's go. And I always say you want them to be nano because you want
- 1:44:53them to be small. Because imagine if this patch was not the size of a
- 1:44:57quarter, if it was a big as a tarp, then we'd have to wrap ourselves
- 1:45:00in this passion around the house all day. Yeah. I
- 1:45:04mean, for, for the effects that we get from it, we would probably do. But
- 1:45:08hey, we don't have to. Yeah, it's true. I'm like, but you can put it
- 1:45:11on, go to yoga, put it on, walk the dog, put it on, go get
- 1:45:14groceries, whatever, you know, so it's awesome. You're a
- 1:45:17blessing. You too, Vanita. Thank you so much. I feel
- 1:45:21so grateful to have met you and to have your. Your energy in my life
- 1:45:25is truly, really special. And thanks for
- 1:45:29coming on here. I know you're super busy. I really appreciate it.
- 1:45:33Thanks for having me. It's been a blessing. Now, I want your
- 1:45:36feedback because, you know, remember, like, I mean, this book, it's so little.
- 1:45:40You can read it, like, in a couple hours. I've read it 14 times. And
- 1:45:44so, like, I just keep reading it because, again, the repetition for the developing mind.
- 1:45:48Right. Like, I'm. Yes. I want these great neural patterns because
- 1:45:51why not? Why not us? Why not this? Why not? That's true. I mean, why
- 1:45:55not? And that, you know, I did a similar thing. I remember I had. I
- 1:45:58had my first. My first oldest child was a baby. And I
- 1:46:02was like, you know, I mentioned earlier, I was kind of going in one direction
- 1:46:05or the other, and I was just like, you know what? No. And I spent
- 1:46:09in the years leading up to that as well. Every waking minute I
- 1:46:13had earbuds in listening to somebody teach me how to think.
- 1:46:17Or I was watching. I watched that movie the secret, like, 100 times while I
- 1:46:20was breastfeeding. I was just like, you know what? If there's a better
- 1:46:24way to do this, give it to me. Program me.
- 1:46:28Like, let's go. And all you had to do is ask. Ask and you shall
- 1:46:31receive. Speaking of Greg Braden, and he was in the Secret,
- 1:46:36but he actually is in the Code of Creation. That's going to be the new
- 1:46:39secret baby. Oh, yes. That's going to be fun.
- 1:46:43Everyone's going to have to watch that coming up here in the next few months.
- 1:46:46The Code of Creation with David Schmidt, the founder of Life Wave. And
- 1:46:50it's all the journey of phototherapy and how God designed our bodies
- 1:46:54to heal and the foundationally that begins with light. And so
- 1:46:58that will be wonderful when people can watch that on Netflix
- 1:47:01and put it on repeat, watch it again and again because it's so
- 1:47:05good. I couldn't stop crying. So great. No, that was
- 1:47:09beautiful. And the director. Oh, Mickey Willis.
- 1:47:13Yeah, the pandemic director. He did such a beautiful job. It's
- 1:47:16amazing. Yeah. And it's just. I mean, that movie was gorgeous. And,
- 1:47:20you know. Oh, and Veda Austin was a speaker featured in that movie.
- 1:47:24My audience knows her well and loves her work. Yeah. No,
- 1:47:28it's just incredible. I mean, we just live in an incredible time where we can
- 1:47:32connect and, like, it's. I don't know, it's really fun.
- 1:47:36It's all happening. And I'll put the links to all the things in the show
- 1:47:40notes. It's. If there's a. If there's a trailer of that movie floating around somewhere,
- 1:47:44I'll track it down. And if not, I'll keep you all posted.
- 1:47:47Awesome. Okay. I love and appreciate you. I pray you all get
- 1:47:51lit and stand in your superpower, baby, because you all
- 1:47:55have it. Let's go. Woohoo. Superpower,
- 1:47:59right, baby. Let's go.
